The toys are good but would like to have one chewy one and another that is a little softer for play and chewy. She will not eat any snacks with fish in them. Please send snacks that aren’t so small. She has poor eyesight so can’t see them.

Weller and I love Super Chewer. I would like to see more toys/treats and less marketing/glitz around the presentation. I am sold so spend the money on things for the dog not on the marketing in the box. Thank you.

My Labrador Remington absolutely loves all the Super Chewer toys and treats that have been sent. Customer service is amazing and all orders arrive on time. I always recommend Bark Box to all friends and members of my Labrador group. ❤️

I had an issue with my dogs Super Chewer box toys and once the issue was addressed with customer service, they promptly took care of the issue and issued new toys as well as customized his upcoming boxes. The toys in the boxes are great as well and my dog seems to like them.

Customer service was the worst and then my box coming literally at the end of the month right before I get charged again for the next box but that’s cool. I was offered a replacement box. Never heard anything else about it and no response after asking what I wanted - a charge free month in august or another box shipped. Unprofessional and not communicative.

This subscription has been great to try new toys and chew toys with Spencer and she enjoys them all as well as the treats, I’m just happy she’s happy. Thank you so much for the experience and helping me keep her from chewing on my things too lol!

We need to change to regular Bark Box Please! The toys are just too tough for our babies. We started with the original Bark Boxes and they were great fun. We would like to switch back. Can you help with this? We need to change to regular bark box Please! Thanks for your help!

Jax loves his treats!! However he chews through about 2/3 of the toys. If there is anything sticking out (the handle of the jug, the tail of balloon animal, the entire cupcake) he must destroy that part. He also destroyed the green stick, starting with the squeaky end.

I’m not sure who is more excited when a box arrives Blu or myself. It so fun to see what new toys arrive and it is great to know that Blu will get more than just one play out of them. The treats are always great and his sister loves them too. I’ve reach out in the online chat one time and was so pleased with the customer service. They were quick, kind and to the point.

After shipment of my July box I was notified that one of the two toys did not meet the team standards and was offered an opportunity to select a replacement toy to come in August. When the toy arrived, it was quickly confirmed that the quality was not up to par I signed up to receive the replacement toy. Very easy and smooth experience. Very happy to be notified and given this option.

Love our boxes! The pups not expect every box is theirs! They love the treats, they love the toys! I love that it’s all made in the U.S. I find myself not purchasing as much at the store! And the timing is usually just right for the puppies too!

My dog is the one that chews everything? From sock, shoes, water, pill bottles, sun glasses, the tv remote, even wood from the wood pile? Super Chewer has saved many of our belongings from her teeth. The toys are pretty durable, some of them have made it past 2 months. The variety is great. She loves the treats. We all look forward to the new box each month!

Bentley enjoyed every treat and toy we got from the Super Chewer box! I will say that, though it is billed as being for tougher chewers, he made short work of a fair few of the toys. However, this didn't lessen his enjoyment of them.

Rocky LOVES his Super Chewer boxes each month! I had to change his preference to all nylon toys- as he LOVES to chew all toys up as fast as he can! Everyone works to make sure our pups are happy and so are we- thank you Super Chewer Crew! Rocky and Shi love you!!

World has changed, I get that. Shipping is a big problem. I can get mail from Las Vegas in 3 days and takes over 2 weeks to get BarkBox. Also on the Super Chewer's more squeakys. Hard plastic toys don’t hold their attention. They chew a minute then done. A squeaky they will squeaky and chase each other to get it. Just not for us right now. Will wait and see if shipping times get resolved.

First few boxes were great. Quality of the toys were good. Then I asked for more interactive toys. Balls, tug toys, puzzle toys. Didn’t get any. The toys were all similar. Several toys were destroyed in minutes. Treats were good. Pix of destroyed were sent to you.

I really like all the toys Dante gets. I would like to see a squeaky toy come in for him. He really loves those. He has played with one of his very first toys so much that he broke the squeaker inside.

Great customer service and very good products.. Freddie (2 years old) would enjoy a tug/pull toy or ones with a lot of bounce the most.!!. Stella (10months old) is still a chewer, so toughness really counts..lol.. They both get so excited, when they see their box come in the mail.!

Box is always well greeted by Sadie, her tail is wagging and the nose is sniffing. She loved her chews and treats and played with her toys, although her absolute favorite continues to be the beehive from a few months ago.

Fun assortment of toys and treats! The company quickly responded to reports of a toy not as durable as expected-- before I even received it, I received an email explaining the situation with a solution. My dog is elderly and high energy, so because he can't run and hike for the exercise he needs without hurting himself, he needs exciting things to keep his brain active. The revolving collection of durable toys he can destroy every month really helps us (among other activities and attention) manage the anxiety and stress he deals with as his body becomes more and more stiff and achy. He recognizes the box when it comes (I think he can smell the treats, his sight is going) and starts acting like a puppy from how excited he is. His favorite toys are the squeaky balls, which he quickly destroys the squeak part of but still loves chewing the whole ball. April, the pibble, prefers the treats but will settle for longer toys she can hold in her paws while chewing.

We love our Super Chewer box. Our pup is a SUPER DUPER chewer. He was even eating through some of the toys in the box. I contacted customer support on a whim, thinking there wasn’t anything they would be able to do. They asked for examples of toys in our boxes that lasted. They then made the change in our box and now all the toys Ryder gets are ones that will last. They also sent us 2 bonus toys since Ryder didn’t get much use out of 2 of the toys in the box. We love the boxes and love the customer Service!!! So happy we signed up for this!

Everything was great, unfortunately Zulilli did get a little bored during the last couple boxes with basically the same treats & the toys while durable & health oriented did seem the same ole thing every month. We're gonna be taking a break from our subscription for a while.

We have 3 dogs who love to play and destroy toys, the toys they get monthly are so durable and enjoyable for all three of them! Best decision we made was to receive the monthly boxes! We are happy and the dogs are happy.

I have had a lot of trouble finding toys my German Shepherd puppy can play with that aren't a hazard or just destroyed in minutes. My Super Chewer box has solved all of those concerns. Even if he does go through one, he gets 2 more toys the next month! It's great being able to give my dog treats he loves and not worry about what could be in them, and being able to give him such a variety makes him very excited. I would definitely recommend this box to anyone looking to do more with their dog, it has been a life changing experience!

My puppers loves the treats but the last few toys he has destroyed same day. Completely chewed to bits. He is about 70lbs now and chews up everything anyway but I feel like they need to be a little stronger.

Lucas and I love his Super Chewer box. The toys are delivered right at the door and I save up so much money on toys that actually last and he loves! We have loved the option of being able to add more toys to his box each month for such a great price! The treats are amazing. He’s had nothing but positive feedback not like other treats that make his stomach upset and gassy. The Hair and Skin treats are doing so well making him look shiny days after his baths! My dog Luna can destroy anything. It seems like the Super Chewer hard toys are a problem for her. Instead of spitting out the chunks of rubber she is swallowing them. I throw them out immediately. The stuffies with a squeaker are optimum for her. I may need to discontinue the hard toys.

I really wish I had more positive feedback. The fun part is when the box arrives. Almost every toy has been completely destroyed within minutes of giving them to Rocky. Our most recent box was just that, the yellow & black toy, way too soft. The red toy took about an hour and it was in a hundred pieces. Such a bummer because the concept is great, but the products just aren’t.

Bonnie loves her treats and new toys every month! She knows what the box looks like and is so excited to see what is in it! She waits by the door until I go get the box. She sits pretty until the box is opened.

My Swedish Vallhund is small but mighty. He chewed everything! I hated wasting money on toys. I subscribed to Super Chewer in December. Best decision ever! Watson plays with the toys from every month. Plus Mr. Smores our cat, loves the treats.

Our last box had a toy that Super Chewer found to be easier to destroy and they informed me about it before I even received the box and did a great job of starting the replacement process for the toy. This was the first time we have had to get a replacement toy and I am very pleased with their quick response and resolution.

I love the Super Chewer box and so does Zoey!! She always gets so excited for her new toys and treats. I like that I don't have to worry about small pieces or fluff that she could swallow, and the treats are healthy and she thinks they're super yummy.

I (we) have been members for several months and we have really enjoyed being members. Every month it's a treat to open the box and see what the team has chosen to send. The toys and treats have been right on for my chewer, Gunner.

Overall, very satisfied. Would prefer more biscuit/cookie treats than jerky style treats. Most toys have been well received. Only three have not survived my super chewer puppy. I am now cycling toys and only introducing a new toy once every couple of weeks.

Taz is a heavy chewer and enjoys destroying all chews. Most chews in the Box remain available for TAZ’s chewing enjoyment. He loves the material the chews are made from as it is neither too soft or too hard. The chews show teeth marks but are not brittle. GREAT PRODUCTS. Taz loves the treats. They are tasty. The smaller bag treats are great for training. Taz loves them. We are very satisfied.

Overall, I have enjoyed my experiences with Bark. I started off with BarkBox Classic, but soon I learned that my dog loves destroying toys. Bark let me upgrade for a few extra dollars a month and the remaining of my subscription will be Super Chewer. :) I have really happy about that because at this time it is hard to find things that keeps him entertained while I am busy at home, without spending all my money. My dog goes crazy when he gets his box every month.

When I got the Super Chewer box I wasn’t sure that my dogs would like it since one is a medium size and the other is a small and they both like different things. My larger dog like treats over everything and the treat dispenser toys are by far her favorites! The small dog loves all the toys with a wicked bounce and a squeaker. Normally these two hide their toys but now they have different sets of toys with no need to hide them from each other. The treats in these boxes are awesome. So far none of them have bothered my dogs’ systems and they love them!

We love the chew boxes! It’s a great value and the products and high quality. We’ve already recommended to our niece and nephew and they subscribed too! We all have labs and they LOVE to chew things... The toys are so durable!

Our dog is tough on toys, really tough. There are times when even Super Chewer toys have problems holding up to him. Barbox stands behind everything they sell which is awesome. On those occasions where a toy only lasts a short time, sometimes only 10 or 20 minutes, we email Barkbox and someone gets back to us in a short time and a replacement is sent. The service and customer support are awesome!!!

My dog truly enjoys the toys and the treats that come each month. Not every toy is a winner, there was a toy that dispersed treats in the last box that the treats wouldn’t come out of and he was disappointed that he couldn’t get to them. For the most part he gets really great toys that keep him occupied and I don’t have to worry about him totally destroying.

I am always treated very well when talking with a representative. They answer all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. When there is an issue with a product they send a replacement promptly. My dog is very happy with her toys and treats. Great company.

The boys become so excited when they receive the boxes! The toys are awesome and they drool over the treats! When I open the door to the pantry, they both run to get a treat! They play with the toys everyday!

We love SuperChewer. The products are great and the customer service is even better. Any issues are readily and easily resolved; communications are simple and efficient. Treat toys keep Waylon busy when the rest of us are working! The treats that are sent are always thoroughly enjoyed, as well...he loves the jerky treats and the chew sticks the best.

The Super Chewer boxes have been fun to get, but they have turned into food boxes as the treats are a hit with the pups, but the toys have routinely been a flop. Our first box has an owl that, once destroyed, revealed a spit ball that Harley is absolutely in love with. The cement like toys that don't bounce or squeak or roll (ie the ribs, the brown treat paw grip, the corona the cob, the yellow treat holder that just barely holds the treat...) that we have received in every box since are of no interest. My dogs are not destructive or table legs and shoes, so random objects do not interest them. Putting treats into a toy to interest them is a hit or miss.

When we rescued our Australian Shepherd in March we learned quickly that she needed tough toys and lots of them. The Super Chewer box helps us tremendously. She gets excited about her new treat and toys each month and we do too!

Brutus and I have been so happy with our experience. The toys are great & very durable. Brutus and I can't wait to see what each theme is every month! The reminders for additional toy add-ons is also very welcome and always a great price point. Customer service is always quick to respond & very friendly! Highly recommend to our friends all the time!

We thoroughly enjoy getting the Super Chewer boxes each month. Bindi is even starting to recognize them, or at least smells the treats inside lol. The toys are appropriate and keep her busy for hours, and the treats are usually devoured long before the next box arrives. Great value, great products. Thanks!

He's really loving the treats. I'm not sure he's "taken" to the all of the chew toys yet. The ones he can destroy, he likes. I'm going to keep trying on the tougher ones. It's really good for him. Maybe could be something that smells like something he really wants to get to?

Our dog Ari loves all of the toys she gets in her monthly Super Chewer Bark Box. They all hold up very well and we couldn't be happier with the quality. The dog treats are an added bonus for her and she comes running when she hears the bag open!

Mack has enjoyed receiving his own box in the mail each month. We open it up and let him look thru it. He always finds a favorite item each time. Just love his face each time it arrives. Makes for a great day. Thank you.

We loved it all! Lucy loves the emoji medal and she even took a picture on the box. She loved the soccer player raccoon too. Thanks for everything! The stick was yummy and the treats too! Lucy loves the mix of Super Chewer and the regular Bark Box.

The only thing I would like to see change up is the treats. They are the same thing every month maybe just a different flavor. Also the treat sticks comet doesn't care for those. I would like to be able to replace those with something else.

Every month we get a wonderful assortment of toys and treats. My dog managed to destroy one of the toys pretty quickly. I sent them a picture of it to let them know that it could be “eaten”. I got an immediate response! They offered to send a different replacement toy and we discussed what type of toys might be better for my dog. The customer service is unbelievable- and there’s no doubt they truly care!

Everything was hard so we canceled our subscription and went back to BarkBox. Jack likes the soft toys even if he rips them open. He still plays with toys that are falling apart. Please let us know if we have to do anything else to make sure that our subscription has changed correctly.

Having a shepherd mix means that we go through a lot of toys that she destroys just by playing. We go through so many treats training her and exercising that big brain of hers. And super tasty treats that get her really motivated at the store cost $10 a bag. Getting Super Chewer makes her toys last longer, and the wide variety of treats keep her motivated during training sessions.

This company has wonderful products unable to find elsewhere for dogs that are excessive chewers. Their customer service is beyond that of any other company out there. (They texted us back at 8:00pm in a Sunday night...who does that!) This company blows everyone else out of the water. We look forward to their continued success!

Amazing customer service! Our Portuguese Water Dog finds it a challenge to try and destroy whatever toys he gets. These stand super strong. I’ve only had 1 that he managed to mangle and upon letting Super Chewer know, they replaced it with a much more solid toy - no questions asked. The treats are super cute - although Lincoln the PWD wishes the bags were bigger, and solid service all around! A+++.

My 1.5 year old husky and German Shepherd mix and I love our Super Chewer Bark Boxes! It’s the highlight of our month and the customer service is incredible. They have timely responses, they truly care about you and your pup, and their messages always put a smile on my face! Whenever our pup has ripped up a toy they are prompt in sending a replacement that will really last. Highly recommend!

My dog loves her monthly box! The Super Chewer definitely lives up to its name! My dog shreds everything but these toys actually last. And the ones that didn’t were replaced without question! She loves when I tell her that her Bark Box came and I am way too eager to see the theme of the month. The ribs and grill were hilarious! Customer service is always amazing as well!! Thanks!!!

All the snacks were over the top! Aubie and Marcie didn't want to stop. The toys are amazing. They still have toys from the first box that are almost like new. They chew on them all day long and the only thing the edges get a little rough, sand it down and throw it in the dishwasher before I give them back. You are the best!

We love Poppy’s Super Chewer box. Having the monthly subscription ensures that we always have treats on hand. We also love the toys she gets. These are the only toys that have lasted in our house! The variety is helping us learn what Poppy really likes (chew toys!!!). We have shared treats with our friends’ dogs, and one even ended up getting a BarkBox subscription!

My dog has loved the treats that come in each box, but unfortunately some of the rubber toys that have come throughout our subscription do not stand up to her chewing. The soft natural rubber toys are able to have small pieces pulled off in a matter of minutes so I have to throw the toy away almost immediately after I give it to her. This month (July) the red rubber toy was able to be gouged with my fingernail. Also I know there is a recall for the target toy. She was able to splinter pieces off within ten minutes. It seems $34 is a very high cost for treats alone when I have to throw away the toys.

I've been with Super Chewer since a little after December 2019. At the time, my Lab Mix, Kilo, was 8 months old and he would destroy toys if I turned away for a second. I went through toys like crazy, buying new ones every weekend. My sister had Super Chewer for a few months, and said both her dogs loved it, so she gave me a free box to try. And Kilo LOVED it. He loves the treats and variety in toys, and his mom likes that the cost is easy on the wallet!! If I EVER have an issue with a toy, the customer service team is ALWAYS friendly and professional, and always provide a replacement at no extra cost. I cannot say enough how much I love this company. Kilo always looks forward to his new monthly themed box and goes crazy for all his new toys and treats!

It's a good program, however some of the toys are nylon which Scarlet doesn't enjoy. The box we received in May she couldn't play with any of the toys because they were extremely small for her size and plush. We steer away from plush toys because they don't last and create a choking hazard for her. This past month the box came extremely late. I always fill out the survey each time that we receive a box and I don't believe they are actually read.

The chews and treats are great. Lena loves them and also loves the toys. The last 3 boxes though, the toys don't last 30 mins from unboxing. If this next box is no more durable, sadly I'll be canceling my subscription.

We are so grateful for your policy regarding toys. As you know, I have a super chewer. I have never seen a dog devour toys like our Hank. If he is able to destroy a a toy in under 2 hours I simply call to report it and it is replaced ASAP. Staff is people and pet friendly as well as knowledgeable and helpful. The one challenge that I have now is that Hank tho is every box delivered to our home is for him!!

The boxes are great, and all 3 dogs enjoy the treats. The toys on the other hand, Nessie does not like to share, and usually destroys 1, 1 or 2 days after receiving them. She needs chew toys that will last.

My cane corso is 136 lbs. of brute strength and he is enjoys being trained. During and after training, we give him the treats and performs at his highest levels. Most of the toys he plays with for a couple of weeks then destroys. But several to our dismay have lasted only a few minutes.

Pepper and I love the Super Chewer box! She loves the treats, chewers and high quality toys. I love that the toys stand up to her and if they don’t the company is ready to ship out a replacement. Dealing with customer service is surprisingly pleasant. I definitely recommend super chewer box to everyone I know.

Hi...Bella loves the treats and sticks but not so much the toys. Are there other options for the chew toys? She’ll play with the toys for about 10 minutes and then quickly gets bored. However, the scooby doo machine she loved but it was destroyed in 3 minutes!

I subscribed to Super Chewer during Covid lockdown because we were unable to shop for toys and treats in person. My tiny super chewer needed tough toys and I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed. Best decision I made. We are both super happy.

The boxes are fun and I have liked the themes, but for my 1 year old labrador/German shepherd mix the toys are just not durable enough. The rubber ones are his favorite, but they are in pieces within an hour. The harder plastic ones don't hold his attention. The box just didn't hold up for my super chewer.

It's not often these days to find a company that knows what customer service means. In my experience with Bark Box Super Chewer I have received prompt communication when I have had any issues and the representatives have made quick effort to solve any issue. Additionally, the toys are amazing! It's obvious that the Bark Box team works hard to ensure they provide exceptional products that last! WELL DONE!!

Pippet had an amazing Birthday and this box definitely helped. Although wearing a bandana may not be his favorite he looked very handsome in it. So far his cupcake and noise maker toy have held up which is great because he can be a toy destroyer. Thanks again for making him happy I know he is excited for next month :).

Oakley loves his Super Chewer box each month. He esp. Loves the peanut butter & carob sticks he receives LOL. He loves the stuffed animals he sometimes receives as well (a little too much love usually). There hasnt been a toy shipped to him that he doesnt play with! So glad we could him this company.

My dogs love the toys they get every month and the treats are just amazing. We downgraded from the Super Chewer to let the dogs have something they can squeak and tear up a little. Customer service is always amazing and fast.

Products are fun and great and the nylon holds up to my Super Chewer. The toys she has destroyed in the past were always replaced promptly. The customer service is always friendly and helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Loki LOVES his box. He's an intense chewer and these toys really hold up against his chewing! He loves the treats - especially the sticks. Most of all, customer service is AMAZING. They're fast and friendly. Loki was able to destroy a toy once immediately so I contacted just to let them know in case other dogs might experience the same thing. The following week, Loki had a nice box of new toys! I'm super loyal to Super Chewer.

My dog is an 11 month old GSD. Both boxes received lasted only a few minutes. Sent an email after 1st box. No response. Live chatted 2nd time and had to force cancellation. No refund offered. Not worth the money.

The toys and treats are great and they are great quality! Both of my dogs, Remy and Grizzly, love them. They are the only toys that don’t get destroyed. Our favorites are the treat dispensers. They keep the dogs happy and occupied and help them use their minds.

I adopted Harry in September of 2019. Harry is a special boy who is beyond any Super Chewer dog I have ever seen and is able to chew up things I never thought possible. I subscribed to the Super Chewer Box in an effort to find toys that Harry could not destroy in 10 minutes or less. There are several that he loves.

I was originally receiving the Bark Box and had requested to be switched to the Super Chewer box and still have not received one. I have only been receiving the bark boxes which was confirmed that it had been switched. Very disappointed that this has not happened.

Doty is about 17 months old and had a Barkbox subscription for about 6 months as a pup. I discontinued the subscription no because of dissatisfaction but because the toys were so durable that she couldn’t tear them up as well as a financial situation came up on my part. When I straightened everything out and got back on track the SupetChewer box subscription was on of the first things I started back up. Doty loves her toys, chews and treats! If she tears something up or doesn’t like an item in her box, the Bark team are always helpful in getting a replacement. They always respond very quickly and aim to please. Keep up the great work!!!

She absolutely loves the toys and each month she sees me grab that box and she is like a puppy again cause she cant wait to play ... this was the best choice for her and I don't regret getting this for my Lilly.

Dog treats and toys have all been quality, shipped on time regularly every month through the subscription service. When problems have arisen with toys my dog destroyed customer service has been easy to contact, friendly, and quick to offer replacements at no charge. I have been very happy with this company and will continue to subscribe.

Our three dogs love the Super Chewer box. Barkbox has been extremely accommodating helping us find the right set and kind of toys our dogs can have without destroying them and getting hurt. They have helped us deliver fun in a box to our dogs monthly. They are very timely wot responses with concerns and questions and go above and beyond to make sure moose is ???? satisfied. Highly recommend to anyone with a tough chewer. We as owners look forward to opening their box and seeing the fun themes each month.

I signed up for the service after seeing how happy it made a couple people (and their dogs)! I did a 6 month contract so I could get a discount, and whenever there’s been a toy that’s not been a hit, or was “consumed” too quickly or found to be potentially dangerous, the customer service team has been beyond amazing, not only on top of it, but sometimes reached out before I could ask them for a replacement! Impressive!!

I love that so many of your toys float! Spencer swims everyday and always has to pick a toy to have me throw. Unfortunately the yellow and black bee didn’t hold up after this morning. LOL The dogs love the toys and treats they get every month!!b

My Baron is a very playful two year old pup. He used to always destroy his toys pretty quickly until we switched to the Super Chewer box. Baron is a super, SUPER chewer! He loves always having new toys to play with. We are very big fans of Bark Box!

Unfortunately, my dog chewed through 2 of the 3 toys sent in our April box. She was swallowing the rubber so I had to throw them both away the first day we got them. This has happened several times, so I upgraded to Super Chewer but it is still happening. I need to cancel my subscription.

The Super Chewer toys are too big for my dog. Every time they come, my dog isn’t that interest because they are too big to chew. She liked the carrot she got a few months ago. I may have to cancel if I can’t get smaller toys.

Most of the supper chews my dog Buddy has destroyed in like 10 min. And I thought they would be much stronger. Still get them hoping to get a couple he does not eat. If I complain they send me the same toy over and over again.

We are so pleased with our Super Chewer monthly Bark Box! We tell all our fur kid friends about this amazing subscription. Every month our boy Reggie is so excited to open his new box. He usually winds up sleeping with one or both of his new toys for the first few nights. These toys and treats keep him happy, healthy, and engaged. We couldn't ask for more, thanks!

Super Chewer has been the best thing to happen for Topaz and I. I don't have to worry about finding toys that are tough enough for her or even finding treats that suit her dietary needs. They're always super cute, creative, and picture worthy! Some toys only last a few days because she loves them a little too hard. But, we still have some from a year ago too!

The treats have been a success but some of the "toys" are not. Dimitri does not like anything that smell strongly of rubber. He won't eat treats from those type of items. And you have sent a lot of those. He likes toys to bounce or chew on.

Bark Box is a great subscription program. My dogs love their new treats every month. If a toy doesn't last or is defective, they do not hesitate to replace it. Their customer service is top notch! I will not hesitate to renew every year. Thanks!

I have been receiving Barkbox for my dog since May of 2019. He absolutely loves it and can not wait for it every month! He gets the Super Chewer since he likes to rip toys up and has yet to rip on up!

We get so excited every month when our box gets delivered. Our puppy, Risotto, loves the variety of toys in the box; I love the durability and value of keeping a puppy busy. The two older dogs love the treats and that Risotto isn’t annoying them!

I really love getting monthly treats and toys and my SuzyQ loves it too. I recommend this to my friends all the time. The reason I gave a 4 stars instead of 5 is that I have let them know my dog can not have rubbery toys since they do not last more than a few hours, unless it's a ball (don't know why she won't chew up balls), and they kept sending a few rubbery toys and they just would not last. They did replace a few, but I have not had much time to have others replaced. Otherwise than that, it was great. She still has a few toys and she loves all the treat. I will probably use them again in the future.

I have been receiving Super Chewer boxes for my dog Loki for almost a year. Loki loves getting the boxes. They are great at sending replacements for anything that he manages to chew apart. I enjoy all the different themes they come up with. Everything in the box is very creative.

Tippy first started with regular Bark box, but being a Pitt bull, she grew stronger quickly and had to upgrade to Super Chewer. She loves to toys that have 2 different types of rubber. She chews through the softer one fast, but then takes her time with harder pieces. She hasn't received a treat she hasn't liked. She really like the ones with Duck in it. She has to have ones that works with her allergies. The only difference I would make is for Super Chewer box to have a rope toy every couple months. She loved it when she got those with the regular Bark box. Overall our experience has been great and when I had questions or concerns I got quick responses. Well worth the money for monthly treats & toys. Since the COVID-19 outbreak and work hours cut, it has made our budget tight, but thankful we can still buy her food. We are thankful that people are still able to work making Super chewer boxes and Bark boxes for our fur babies.

Teddy gets so excited when the Super Chewer box arrives. It always comes just in time, when he becomes bored with previous toys and runs out of treats. Teddy would recommend Super Chewer to all his dog friends.

The Super Chewer pack have been amazing when it comes to Chili. Chili has food allergies and The Super Chewer pack have accommodated to those restrictions with some of the best tasting treats Chili has ever had. In May I will be renewing my contract with Super Chewer!! I am absolutely satisfied as is my Kona. Always fast and great customer services!! Best part is I never have any issues if my Kona destroys a toy and needs a replacement.

Blue has enjoyed the things sent. Some items have been a little too soft for him. Some items were replaced with more suitable things. Customer service is very nice. The treats are a big hit. Blue is always happy when a new toy shows up to play with.

I have really been enjoying the chews and the treats for my pup - although she is not a fan of any treat that isn't meat flavored (looking at you banana and pumpkin). She likes the chews but they go down so fast! I wish it had more Dreambone/Better Belly/Yak treat options in the box for a "sustained" chew for her. Also, while I like all the rough and tuff chews, I'm starting to wonder if this box is the right fit for her as she really like ropes, pull toys, and squeeky plush toys - however being a German Shepherd, it's hard to find those that can hold up for more than an hour. The freezer toys and the chews are great but don't have the flavor profile that interests her for sustainable periods.

Matched my dogs chewing habits really well. Took the “trial and error” off of my plate! Would like to see a good chew bone for a Super Chewer. Treat are good quality, not a lot of fillers. The humor in every box is a theme and fun for the adults!

My dog has been extremely happy with the boxes. He has more toys than he ever had since he was a puppy because for once he can't destroy any of them. He enjoys sharing and playing with his friend who is also a large dog and the treats are great. As a dog mom I never have to worry about what he's eating when I get the boxes.

Rocket loves these toys. Rocket is a big time chewer and tears up every other toy we bring the house. Having these toys for him lets our little guy Teddy have toys of his own to play with. All three of our dogs love the treats.

We love Barkbox! Each month we look forward to opening it. They only problem is Bliss, our Rottweiler puppy, has some incredibly strong chompers. She has destroyed soo many toys. Rio LOVES his SuperChewer boxes!! The treats are great and the toys keep him occupied for hours. We have had a couple of the toys only last him about 10 min and after emailing, they were replaced quickly with sturdier options. My dog Ace and I have been customers of Super Chewer now for several months, and I can not say enough about how much we love them. The value of the box is beyond reasonable. Jasper shares his box with his two brothers dogs. They love their boxes. Every month they meet the delivery driver at the gate with excitement. It seems she enjoys bringing their box and seeing the excitement it brings them. They follow me about until I open the box. They stick their noses in and choose a favorite toy which they guard a chew and play with until the next box arrives.

Jax loves the Super Chewer toys. He looks forward to his box every month recognizes the boxes that are his which I am sure they smell good to him. The only complaint I have is some of the toys are too heavy. He likes the toys that are on the bigger side but when he finally conquered getting it into his mouth he has a hard time bringing it to me. In the future I would like to see some fetch type toys. I have thrown almost every toy that comes because that’s his favorite game even though I know you have to cater to the masses. The little bear toy in the winter box was perfect.

Beau is a very aggressive chewer. He loves squeaky toys, but has been able to bite through most of the toys that he has gotten. He is not a big fan of the catfish treats. My dogs look forward to their Super Chewer Barkbox when it comes. Luna is nice enough to share with her new sister Lola. Lola is a 9 month old Pit Mix we rescued in September. Have complained about the last 4 packages, and heard nothing back from anyone. Extremely poor customer service, would never recommend this to anyone. My dog Stormy breaks the toys within 30 minutes and when I complain and send pictures of the destroyed toys, never hear anything back from anyone. Very disappointed.

I was reluctant at first as all 3 of my dogs are power chewers. I seen a discount offer and thought what do I have to lose as they replace destroyed toys. I was already throwing away money on toys that maybe lasted a couple minutes. Needless to say my dogs love all the items we get. Baxter loves his Bark Box and whenever I have any problems they are fixed very quickly! I definitely would recommend getting a bark box to anyone with dogs of any size. You won’t regret it. I’ve only ever had one bad experience and it was immediately fixed (it wasn’t bark box’s fault btw).

Abby has chewed new toys and when I reported this someone gets back to me really fast and a replacement toy comes in a few days. Abby looks forward to getting her box each month. My dog loves getting the box. She knows it's for her. She will immediately try to get into the box. Then she wants to hoard the toys. She doesn't like to share. There have been a couple of toys that she can chew up in a matter of minutes. Most she still has. She loves the treats! If I accidentally set them down, she will steal them, package and all.

We enjoyed some of the treats. The actual edible treats are great. They are always really healthy and good for Oliver and Bentley. The toy treats, well, not so great. A few have been great and worked for the most part. More often than not though the dogs have chewed them up and we have had to throw them away. I did keep the last 2 in the box to return to you because it is a lot of money ???? Down the drain. The ones that they haven't shredded and eaten are great for them to chew on and play with. I get SC toys via BarkBox; they are the closest thing we've gotten so far to dog toys which can stand up to the kind of chewing my dog is so good at. They are well-designed, usually with a sense of humor which appeals to the owner as well. For example, not every toy is a carbon copy of the last one. This is helpful when asking the dog to choose a specific toy to retrieve as part of a game. However, they are NOT indestructible. My dog will often chew a little hole in one which he chews into a larger place, eating the little pieces of plastic he creates. I hope this is not poisonous.

I've been working mostly remote since 2012, but in late 2019 I transferred departments and had to commute in every day for several months. To help make the change easier for my pack I signed up for the Super Chewer box since I have a Boxer/Pit (9) and Malinois Mix (2). They both have different chewing habits and play styles so I thought the variety in the boxes would bring a lot of happy tail wags, and it definitely has! I'm convinced the boxes must be coated in some sort of doggie catnip because they KNOW when their box arrives and demand toys and snackies instantly. Occasionally there is a toy that neither one is really thrilled about, but the vast majority are instant faves that they pass around and argue over. All of the treats and chews are well loved and they keep begging for more.

Cammie enjoys all the chew toys and treats. Chicken treats are one of her favors. Any toy you can put treats in is a challenge for her she likes. She does destroy most of them in time. It keeps her busy.

We LOVE Super Chewer! Charlie girl is a major shredder and destroyer when it comes to dog toys. We wasted tons and tons of money on the “toughest” dog toys, and they all failed within minutes. With Super Chewer, she’s only destroyed one toy and they replaced it really quickly with something even stronger. Toys seem to be the same just different shapes. But all the same hard toy. Nothing really new or interesting like puzzles or toys we can hide snacks in. Otherwise we love the company. When we do have a toy issue it gets corrected right away and he loves the treats. He is so excited to see the box at the door.

Customer service is great, they have cute sayings and they answer in a timely manner. Bark boxes are a good value. Sometimes the toys are a little bit big for my 2 poodles and they don't always know what to make of it. They eventually play with them.

We love our Super Chewer boxes. When we had an issue with the stick chews- they took care of it right away and customized our box. Lola (the dog) destroyed a toy very quickly and they responded by sending her a new toy. I recommend Super Chewer to our friends with dogs.

Overall we enjoy our BarkBox. There are some toys not up to our chewer's standards but they are always replaced. I have discussed these problems before, you have supplied replacements but problems persist. Any chew toy that is attached any type of fabric is destroyed immediately, any soft rubber toy is chewed up immediately. I am concerned when he swallows the two mentioned he can choke. The last order I didn't get my normal email with pictures of the toys to describe. I am considering canceling.

I am going on two years with Bark Box with my Lab Lily. Her chewing needs changed as we got her from a puppy to a two year old now. I can honestly say the money I have invested with her Bark box each month is worthwhile. Also they are good and sturdy toys for her chewing and playing habits. The treats are a hit!

My dog, Nash, is a very destructive chewer and he typically destroys "indestructive" toys within a matter of minutes. His Super Chewer toys keep him very busy and they are very durable. He has recently lost his sight so we are still troubleshooting what he finds of interest since he is no longer able to run and play the way he used to. In addition to the box itself, we have had a phenomenal experience with all support and customer service as well. We also thoroughly enjoy the social media outlets.

Treats and chews were great as always! The Growler toy only last for about a day before it was half gone. Frosty Mug toy was great until they were able to puncture the rubber and the liquid leaked out if it. That one took about a week or so. Overall, it was a good box, but Roscoe always appreciates those EXTRA durable toys.??

Whenever Xena receives her Bark box she is super ecstatic!!! The customer support has always been on the ball (no pun intended) about replying to us and the treats Xena gets in her box are some of the healthiest she has ever had. The only grievance is that the Super Chewer toys are very pliable and easy to tear choking hazard sized pieces off of them. Xena is part Rottweiler & has very strong jaws. Otherwise, thank you!!! Not only are the products incredible, but the customer service is impeccable. I subscribe to the Super Chewer Box and all of the toys are well worth the money. The few toys my dog hasn't enjoyed have found homes with some local foster and rescue dogs. Everything, including the treats, have been fantastic quality.

I have been using Super Chewer by Bark Box for about 6 months now. I love what they do and the toys are great, when they give us the right toys! Every month we get toys that my dog rips apart in 30 minutes or less. We have to ask for replacements every single month, it gets aggravating. We have told someone every month what kind of toys he needs and so on, but it never changes. We do get replacements within a couple weeks, those are great, but it's still really frustrating that we have to keep asking for them. We should just get those in the first place every month.

Dallas loves the chew treats and his Super Chewer toys. He has not been able to tear them up, which is great for us and him. He is over 100lb dog who loves to play, throw, pull and most importantly chew. He still plays with his toys he received 6 months ago. He also knows what the box looks like and knows it is for him. Ms. Willow our GSP has been able to chew through about 65% of the toys sent in her Super Chewer boxes since her subscription started. I'm seriously questioning if the company understands they are advertising/marketing that their toys can withstand "super chewers". We haven't felt that was the case with more than half the toys she's received.

My pup and I adore BarkBox! It is worth the money and she actually knows when they come in! I appreciate that they take feedback on what toys do and do not work for us... She is a heavy duty Super Chewer.

I love Bark Box for my Karma girl because she loves it! She finally can't destroy the toys and now actually has a toy box since the toys are so durable. I know she enjoys playing with them as she now acts like a toddler making a mess of toys all over the living room floor and when we put them back, she will go right to her toy box and pull them out again. In addition, I can feel really good about giving her the natural made treats which she absolutely enjoys! We both are always excited to see what's in her next Super Chewer Box.

These are the only toys I trust my dog will be able to actually keep for a long time, so grateful for that. Also best customer service, a box got stolen from my house through no fault of Bark’s whatsoever and I happened to mention that in passing getting help for something else & the person I spoke to caught that, asked if I had gotten it replaced, & resent it to me when I said I hadn’t even though you were not at fault at all. That’s the kind of thing that will keep people coming back. Thanks for being great! :)

Very responsive to my requests. When my dog destroys a toy, it is very easy to contact them and request a replacement to be shipped out. Also, I am able to ask for the type of toy I think my dogs would enjoy.

Every box we’ve received has been perfect for our little Minnie! She is so excited when each box arrives and find a favorite toy to fixate on. She shares the edible treats with her older big brother who had grown out of the toy phase but still loves snacks. We love our SuperChewer boxes!

Hi! I’m not sure if this was because they sent me a Super Chewer toy as a substitute but my babies prefer regular toys that squeak and crinkle. So the box we currently get is great! Also your customer service is the best I’ve ever dealt with! Good for you guys! Keep up the good work!

Overall I am please with the products and treats.... The dogs REALLY love the treats and have never had a bad experience. The toys are a bit disappointing. I feel bad when they are not durable, but some are destroyed in 5 minutes - literally. Probably about 80% are durable enough to last a week, many toys last longer. The ones that are horrible I find out right away.

We love our Super Chewer boxes!! I say we because not only does my dog Rocks love them, I do too! Soo many great treats and toys every month and customer service is TOP NOTCH! They made sure we don’t get treats Rocks can’t eat due to an allergy.

Aspen has a Barkbox subscription and Ruger has the Super Chewer subscription. So far we love love love our boxes! I do wish though that there was a bigger production of the add on toys. We missed out on getting the 420 extra because they were sold out. I wanted the 3 toy bundle. So that was a bummer. I even got added to the email for when it came back in stock with no luck. Even this month's add on toys are already sold out.
