    I paid for an ESA renewal and I had a phone appointment set up, however, I had an emergency when the license provider tried to call and missed the appointment.     I found this to be Very professional and helpful. However I was sent some more forms and was requested to upload a short video of my dog. I received an email for those forms at 1230 am the morning of my appointment. I felt as if those forms could have been sent to me before then so I could have had more efficient answers and an acceptable video of my dog.     I’ve been waiting well over 30 days for updates on my ESA letter, and I’m starting to feel like I’ve been scammed. The app shows no updates, and my chat history is completely empty.     My experience with Pettable was awful. I asked the therapist if she would like my diagnosis information for a disability and she told me no. I misunderstood a question on the survey and when she called me for my consultation she spoke to me like I was wasting her time. She was rude and dismissive. She did not consult with me, everything was based on the survey. Even after I explained how I qualified she stated that since that information was not available before the appointment (which I offered to provide) she could not write the letter. Pettable submitted my refund and their customer service was almost as bad as the provider I spoke with. They refused to address my concern about the provider's behavior and firmly stood behind her. Absolutely awful service all around.

    Using Pettable was a waste of my time and money. I was referred to them by my step-sister. Initially, things seemed promising because the therapist, Jessica, genuinely tried to help and was diligent in her efforts. Unfortunately, things didn't work out as planned. My apartment complex rejected the letter, suspecting it wasn't legitimate and labeling it as something I simply paid for.     The ease of setting an appointment was frustrating. Pettable facilitate the renewal and collected the renewal fee but I am now realizing it was not set, agreed with the therapists that the renewal period should be from the expiry of the current letter.     I thought the whole point of this was to get a letter and to also be assessed at the same time. When I spoke with the physician she mentioned to me that in order for this letter to be valid I still have to get clinically diagnosed from my own therapist. I don’t understand the point of this. If my therapist can give me the letter I would go through them, the process takes too long through them, which is why I went through this program.

    Since I didn’t know where to start, I sent a message specifically asking about a PSD and the PSD letter. Which plan do I need to buy? Instead of getting the answer, I was sent a link with all the plans. I had to chat back and forth while I am looking at the plan info and when I questioned the answers I was told that the info given me was wrong. I used the chat button and I got another associate that couldn’t answer my question. They were answering questions that were not asked, couldn’t tell me specifically what plan I needed and told me I didn’t need a PSD letter.

    My frustration began to increase because I am looking at the information on your site and I am being told something different.     I was going through a very hard time mentally. And one of my doctors suggested getting an animal to help me with my day-to-day activities. So I got two little cats who helped me drastically. Once I went apartment hunting, I heard about what ESA was. I looked online and found Pettable.

    I did the sign-up mostly all online. You fill out the whole questionnaire online and somebody reaches out to go ahead and schedule an appointment. It's usually done via a very formal kind of email. Then you go ahead and do that process, select a time to meet with a certified therapist. Then they go ahead and they ask all the appropriate questions, determine if you are qualified, if you are, then they go ahead and tell you that you are, and the letter is going to be formalized and sent to you.

    Speaking with the therapist was a quick and easy process. The phone call was around 15 minutes. Once you schedule a time, it does let you know what therapist you get and what time. If you click on their name, it shows just a little bit of information about them. They just go ahead and ask you some questions, what symptoms do you have and what medications you are on.

    I liked and enjoyed Pettable’s service. I'm not on medication anymore so, it's a really good accomplishment. I will still seek their services every year for my letter.

    All the Pettable reviews were great and it seemed like a legit opportunity. So I signed up for it and talked to the clinical therapist that I was assigned to and read the letter. It's been fine ever since. I like that the payment plan offers a discount. They give you the payment plan and you can set up on autopay.
