    Process was ok, the website very much mislead me with prices and packages. The Therapist I spoke with was kind of off putting when I spoke with her over the phone. They Kept trying to push for me to spend more money and I did end up paying more than expected because there was unexpected costs after paying the initial fee.

    I am still awaiting approval by my apartment complex but I wanted people to know the doctor or social worker bill you separately so you pay the Pettable fee plus doctor fee. This should be disclosed up front. Not after the fact.

    Totally went above and beyond my expectations. Was extremely professional and easy to complete. They guide you through the entire process. I am a Disabled vet who got my service dog a lot faster than going through the government bureaucracy. Bravo Zulu Pettables for a job well done. I am also a retired Naval Officer.
