Nutro Grain Free definitely met my initial expectations. I knew that it was not a cheap food filled with bad and useless ingredients. I chose Nutro to try for my dog because I knew that brands like Iams, Beneful, and other cheaper products contained fillers and byproducts. Nutro has great ingredients and the main feature I liked about this dog food was that it was grain free, which intrigued me to purchase it. This is important to me because I own a Doberman who has skin issues and food sensitivities.

I chose this food (Grain Free) because I care about my dog's health. If you feed something with bad ingredients then you pay for it in vet bills and heartache when your dog gets older. It is a healthy choice for my dog, has no harmful ingredients and does not encourage disease. It also looks good and my dog likes it. But it is costly and I would like to pay less for it. Some things just cost more because they are quality. I can't always afford to buy this food, but I get it when I can.

Nutro Dog Food High Protein-Grain Free is healthy for my dog and has lots of protein in it and he loves the taste of it and really goes after it. It gives him a great coat and he is so full of energy all the time. I love the way he is so active now. The dog food has grains in it and the high amount of protein is essential for the health of my dog. Also I figured he would like the taste of it. I knew it would make him more active than the other brands and if it only costs less I would buy so much more of it. Lite & Weight Management - It is ok and fairly well-priced, but I have just found some of the ingredients are iffy and not good, if not downright dangerous. They need to eliminate soy and wheat and bad additives. Meat and rice should be the first and second ingredients. Hereafter, I will buy more expensive but more purely formulated foods. I will not buy it again.

My dog love Nutro's Wild Frontier, they eat it up and cannot wait to get the food. They clean it up every time I give it to them but they did not do that with other products I bought. It is way better for my dogs. The wild aspect of the product brings it much closer to nature but they should use more different wild life meat in their product like they would have to eat in the wild and more different flavours, sizes, colors, healthy added vitamins, added fruit and vegetables. Although with this product they seem more healthy looking and acting.

However, the only thing I can think of that I would improve is maybe put some soft nibbles in with the Nutro for small dogs. I tend to think that smaller dogs like hard kibble but also like soft kibble in there as well.

This free bag actually cost me a $425 vet visit. My dog has bloody diarrhea. The vet says she has a very inflamed large intestine. She has to be on a special food. He said we are lucky we brought her in when we did because it could have been fatal. I will be sure to let all my friends and family know to stay away from this food.

Nutro has recently changed their formula and their packaging. Ever since she won't eat. She vomits and begs for other food. She will eat canned food without any problem. Not sure why Nutro needed to change their formula and packaging. I guess I need to find another brand of dog food.

About two weeks ago I began noticing that my 8 month old poodle-mix was beginning to refuse her dog food. As far as the quality and size of the meal, the Bostons were fine with it. But I try to adjust the amount I give them to keep their weight in line. I found that a scant half cup satisfied them.

I am tired of feeding my dogs BS that hurts them and makes them lethargic, groggy, poor health with regards to their joints as well as their digestive tract. This Nutro food has meet my expectations because they eat it eagerly and I know it is healthier for them to eat this instead of other brands with grains or by-products. Maybe just more different flavors be made available to give my dogs more choices of tastes. Maybe adding softer pieces mixed with the hard pieces to give my dogs variety in texture also.

Will do that immediately on the next business day. DO NOT GIVE YOUR DOG NUTRO DOG FOOD. I will never give my dogs new dog food without doing much research beforehand.

I read a lot of reviews when deciding which food to use and found that Nutro was moderately priced and had few complaints. I like that Nutro has a variety of flavors. If my pup gets bored with one flavor I can switch it up to keep him interested. I also like that they differentiate between large and small breeds. I purchase the largest bag of large breed food. I also appreciate the variety of stages. I have used Nutro since Midas was a puppy and am currently giving him the adult formula. I intend to use Nutro for his entire life barring any unforeseen issues. The main thing I dislike about Nutro is that I have to go to a specialty store to purchase it. I would love it if were available in my regular grocery store.

It's full of protein and keeps him healthy and energetic, lets him know that I love him and want to keep him as healthy as possible. They always deliver on their promises, always high quality, always the same consistency. But the cost could be lower - it is pricey, it's very good for my dogs but a lower price would be appreciated.

My friend gave me the food one day to give to buster and he really likes it. He prefers wet food so I was surprised that he took to it. My dog is really picky by the way so I was surprised. However, I don't like the price but, he eats all of it and does not complain. Buster really loves the food so when my dog is happy, I am happy.
