My dogs like Nutro Original Formula Dog Food. It’s one of their favorite food. But the dog food cost too much. It needs to be cheaper so I can buy more bags and the dogs can get full. I would also recommend more in the bag for the big dogs so they won’t get more hungry again fast.

Nutro Grain Free is good for my dog. It's also really affordable and was recommended when I first started to buy dog food. My dog seems to agree and loves it. I've recommended it to friends who have dogs and found out that their dogs also love it. There's something about it that satisfy me as well. If my dog is happy with the food I feel like a proud owner and I've done something good.

I like trying new products and I got a recommendation from a friend. When my dog tried Nutro Dog Food, he liked it very much. Wild Frontier's natural, organic, has real ingredients and good protein. They also have a good variety of flavors and meats, chicken, beef, fish, no byproducts. I’m pretty happy with Nutro Dog Food, though they’re a little pricey. They could improve on lower prices, more deals, discounts, etc.

I first was given a sample bag of this dog food to try. I gave it to my dog and she loved it so I returned to the store and bought a couple different blends of the Nutro dog food. It is grain free. It also has a wide selection of different food available in the stores in my area where I live. I like how Nutro does not use any fillers in any of their dog food.

Gastritis, bloody vomit, lethargy and a very sad, sick Lab...Not to mention VET BILLS! I didn't realize I'd been slowly poisoning my 8 year old Lab with Nutro. The large breed seems like it's too big and she thinks she is getting cheated, 'cause her dish doesn't look right. However, I like that Max is all natural and it doesn't have corn or beet juice. My dog has a great coat because of it and the vet says she is healthy. My dog is a picky eater and she loves the chicken and rice. We sometimes switch off to beef.

Nutro Original High Protein Dog Food: Its brand name and product was satisfactory for my dog's needs. My dog enjoyed eating this brand of dog food very much. However, I did not like the price and quantity: I wish Nutro Dog Food was more lower priced to make it more affordable so it can fit my dog food budget better. High Endurance helps my dog stay active and healthy. He loves going on walks, he runs around after me and my kids and he seems very healthy and happy. However, the dog food could have more vitamins in it and come in more flavors. Nutro Original Formula Dog Food was recommended by other pet owners and the price is reasonable. I have been using Nutro for all my dogs since they were puppies. It has no corn gluten, no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives, has a variety of flavors such as lamb and chicken and the colorful outside of the bag is great. But the bag is hard to open. It would also be convenient if the outside description would include if the pebbles are large, small or medium.

Lite & Weight Management - I think is was on sale and I was looking for a weight management product for my dog. It is sold at my favorite store, Petco. The salesperson said it is a highly rated food. It was not overpriced and my dog seemed to like it. Weight management foods are hard to find. It had the right nutrients in it to help manage my dog's diet. Very good product and dog seemed to like the flavor. But should be made for small breeds with smaller pieces. I think I also had to purchase a larger bag than I would have liked.

Nutro High Protein-Grain Free is the cheapest one I could find with no real side effects and idea that dog will love it and not leave it over for the cats to eat. It met the expectations but still difficult to open can when I have arthritis; needs a snap top. Can opener doesn't work well. Also, it would be nice if there are special offers to be able to buy in bulk at discount prices, and punch up the title so it's more attractive to prospective buyers. Give an incentive for trying the dog food by owners and increase distribution throughout more department store chains. I like that it doesn't weigh the dog down. I chose to purchase the Nutro's Wild Frontier product initially because of an in store promotion that sold it at a deep discount. I am really glad they had the promotion that day because I might not have taken a chance on the product at the MRSP as it does cost a lot more than leading brands. However I do realize that the ingredients in this blend are very costly compared to corn rice etc so in turn cost more at retail.

We have two large Cane Corso dogs and it seems to satisfy them. The Lite & Weight Management product is advertised for large breeds and states that it includes wholesome essentials complete Dairy Nutrition, good grain, and non-GMO ingredients which I am sure is much healthier. Farm's Harvest is made with real meat & vegetables and very nutritious, fulfilling, and healthy for my dogs. It answers all my dogs’ needs. It has smaller bits that my dogs can eat and they seem to love it. They both gobble it down more than most other dog foods and also dance around my feet as I am putting it in their bowls. One of my dogs is very picky and she digs right in & seems to enjoy it very much. That makes me happy.

My friends told me to give Nutro Lite & Weight Management a try and I am glad that I did. My dog loves it now. It's easy for her to eat and she doesn't have to have it watered down when I get it dry like most dog food. She is a picky eater but she will eat this dog food like it's the last thing she will eat. I used to have to fight with her to eat any food. Now I hold the bag up and shake and she runs for her food. I love that she will eat all her food again. However, I'd add a handle somewhere on the bag so those who has a hard time lifting it can lift it better. When I lift it I always have pain in my arms and legs. If an elderly lady or man tries to pick it up without a handle, I fear they might break a bone. Don't need that to happen.

I decided to try Nutro Original Formula for my dog because it was a good price and appeared to offer a good set of ingredients and flavors my dog would enjoy. It's affordable, well balanced, and my dog loves to eat it. I can find it at most places I may buy dog food. I like this brand as it seems innovative and unique in the marketplace. However, I'd like to see it in more varieties of flavors and textures. Perhaps add more selections of sizes that I could choose from too.

As others here have described, I have been feeding my dogs Nutro for years and always loved the product. Recently after the product packaging change, two of my four dogs had skin issues, vomiting and general issues of lethargy. Since I was unaware of the change in formula I excluded everything else in trying to find the culprit. Meanwhile, my twelve year old lab mix (who has eaten Nutro her whole life) started losing her hair. I finally changed the food to Hill's and in days the dogs affected begin to improve dramatically. They are not as enthusiastic about the new food, so I'm still looking for a decent replacement. I am so disappointed. After more than a decade of using Nutro they have changed us out of business with them. Boo!

The Wholesome Essential Small Bites Lamb is helpful for bones and muscles. They say is naturally sourced, and also it helps pet's health and life. There are few other things on proteins, meat etc. Price is little higher and if anything can be done with the prices, that will be helpful and more comfortable. I have tried other brands which are cheaper but my dog likes this brand and likes to eat their products.

Nutro was mainly the only grain free product at the store at the time. I was out for a small kibble that would be good on their stomach and I took it home and it worked great. I like that it is grain free as my dog has a sensitive stomach. I like the size of the kibble as well for she is a smaller breed. I don't have to feed as much as I have to other products.

I like that Wholesome Essentials Small Breed Senior is made with farm raised chicken and also has whole grains and veggies as well as the fruits. It's made with natural, non-GMO ingredients. It's specifically formulated for small breed senior dogs and it's easy for my dog to eat, but I wish it came in a smaller package and was less expensive... I realize 5 lbs isn't considered large. However, my dog only weighs 6 pounds and it takes him a while to eat a whole bag. I worry it might become stale and lose the freshness.

We had another brand recommended by our vet but Iams quit producing that particular brand. My dog love Nutro's Wild Frontier, they eat it up and cannot wait to get the food. They clean it up every time I give it to them but they did not do that with other products I bought. It is way better for my dogs. The wild aspect of the product brings it much closer to nature but they should use more different wild life meat in their product like they would have to eat in the wild and more different flavours, sizes, colors, healthy added vitamins, added fruit and vegetables. Although with this product they seem more healthy looking and acting.

Lite & Weight Management - It is ok and fairly well-priced, but I have just found some of the ingredients are iffy and not good, if not downright dangerous. They need to eliminate soy and wheat and bad additives. Meat and rice should be the first and second ingredients. Hereafter, I will buy more expensive but more purely formulated foods. I will not buy it again.

After purchasing the Nutro, I realized just how much my Yorkie liked it, so I have repurchased the same food! It is a very high quality dog food that comes in big kibble Bites for larger dogs or small kibble Bites for smaller dogs like mine. Nutro has really met my expectations! However, the only thing I can think of that I would improve is maybe put some soft nibbles in with the Nutro for small dogs. I tend to think that smaller dogs like hard kibble but also like soft kibble in there as well.

I've been feeding my Akita Nutro for the last 3 years. Last September she developed the large loose poop piles. I took her to the vet and spent close to $1,000 on tests and meds and couldn't find a cause. My vet put her on ** which controlled the loose stool and we thought it was caused by IBS. About a month ago my sister's dog who also eats Nutro Lite started exactly the same symptoms! I knew this couldn't be a coincidence and stopped the Nutro. Sure enough the loose stools also stopped. Something must have changed in the recipe for this to have happened. I've noticed they have now changed their packaging and ingredients.

Wish I would have read these reviews before giving my dog this food. Only got it because Pet Smart offered a free bag as a promotion. Should have know, anything free is not good. This free bag actually cost me a $425 vet visit. My dog has bloody diarrhea. The vet says she has a very inflamed large intestine. She has to be on a special food. He said we are lucky we brought her in when we did because it could have been fatal. I will be sure to let all my friends and family know to stay away from this food.

Nutro has recently changed their formula and their packaging. Ever since she won't eat. She vomits and begs for other food. She will eat canned food without any problem. Not sure why Nutro needed to change their formula and packaging. I guess I need to find another brand of dog food.

I found a small piece of hard blue and white plastic in this can (Nutro steamed fish and sweet potato recipe). I'm feeding it to my 7# Papillon and was concerned if I hadn't seen it could have caused severe problems. Switching brands today and notifying the company.

About two weeks ago I began noticing that my 8 month old poodle-mix was beginning to refuse her dog food. It has met or exceeded all my expectations of a great dog food and I am happy to feed it to my dogs. I love the natural ingredients and the high protein content of the food. Also my dogs love the taste and the texture and it has all the things that my dogs need and love. However, the price is a little higher than other dog food of the same type of ingredients and level of nutritional benefits.

When I got my dog I researched dog foods. I compared the quality and prices. Nutro was a good quality dog food for a affordable price. It did meet my expectations and my dogs like it. I like that it doesn't have grains in it. The protein percentage is high and they use real meat and not byproducts. Some of the ingredients I wasn't sure what they were until I researched each ingredient. There is nothing I dislike about this brand of dog food. I would like if they had smaller kibble for my 6 pound dog.

What I like most about Nutro High Endurance dog food is that it is grain-free and has a 30/20 protein/fat ratio. It's a great food for active dogs. I chose it to try it out, and my dog wound up loving it. So I kept buying this Nutro dog food, with a few others types from Nutro. I do buy other brands, but this is one of the main dog food that he eats. I find the ingredients in it a lot better for my dog than similar price brands. But the only thing I think can be improved about the dog food would be the main ingredient, which is the first ingredient. It's chicken meal. Chicken meal could be anything on a chicken, which isn't as good for a dog, but isn't bad either. At least it's not by-products, which is why I buy this instead of a lot of cheap dog foods.

My 2 Boston Terriers liked Nutro Dog Food. I was trying to find a meal that my Bostons would eat dry. They initially were slow to eat it as they had been used to a soft food. I often added fresh vegetables to it simply to create some variety and this has worked well. I found it served them and they did not have digestion issues. They were regular with a nice consistency to bowel released. The cost could be less. I tend to like some variety fit my critters. As far as the quality and size of the meal, the Bostons were fine with it. But I try to adjust the amount I give them to keep their weight in line. I found that a scant half cup satisfied them.

Took her to dr and they put her on an oral antibiotic/probiotic. She got better slowly. While she was sick, I kept feeding Nutro food to Westie for 2-3 additional days, not realizing it was the food. Westie began exhibiting exact same symptoms on Friday. I took the food back to PetSmart and they gave me my $ back in full and asked me to call Nutro. Will do that immediately on the next business day. DO NOT GIVE YOUR DOG NUTRO DOG FOOD. I will never give my dogs new dog food without doing much research beforehand.

Before I found this product I could not get my picky eater to eat anything other than table scraps. My veterinarian suggested trying this product. But, I did not have high expectations for this food because of the way my dog does not like dry food. However, I am now able to get my picky eater to eat this and it loves the taste. It also made his coat shiny and healthy. He is now overall more healthy after eating this product for the last 6 months. So much overall initial expectations were met and exceeded. I am very happy with this product and will continue to buy. The only thing that I did not like about this product was the price. But, I believe that this product is great and will pay for it.

My vet recommended Nutro High Protein-Grain Free and I have been very satisfied with this dog food product. My dog eagerly runs to his bowl to gobble it up. My dog loves it. Great quality, grain free, healthy, nutritious. I know I am giving my dog a food that will benefit his health. I feel like a smart consumer when I purchase this product. I have suggested to other dog owners they might want to purchase this dog food product for their own pet. This is a great dog food that delivers what it promises.

The food (Grain Free) is superior quality. I like the fact that it has no grains. I don't like feeding my dog grains or any additives. It has a good flavor that my dog enjoys and it is good for his health and his coat and skin. I think it is a higher quality than other brands, including other grain free brands. It is a more natural dog food and my dog does not get bored eating it. It has exceeded my expectations, but would like options for size of the kibble that is breed/size compatible. My dog is a large breed but eats in a hurry so I buy small size kibble to prevent choking and stomach problems.

My mother purchases this brand for her dog and strongly recommended it to me. When I found out it is very affordable and also has many different recipes, I gave it a try. The only thing that I didn't care for with Nutro was the price of the dog food was pretty high. However, they have a free food program that helps with the cost. Also, it is nutrient rich food that is grain free. Has no additives or artificial flavors or ingredients. And I know what all of the ingredients are in this high protein-grain free dog food.

High Protein-Grain Free Nutro Dog Food was recommended to me by a vet to keep my dogs' coat shinier and healthier in the long run. My dogs love the taste of the food. As soon as I go for the dog food they know it's coming and get so excited! They make it grain free so it's healthier for my two dogs and they give them way more energy to run and play all day long. However, the price of the food is a little high but you pay for what you get! Also, my dogs' poop smells terrible but I think that all dogs! Not just mine. Other than that, it has met my expectations above and beyond! All around great food.

After my puppy got sick on all the dog food we tried. He was eating white rice and scrambled eggs. He has stomach issues and cannot eat dog food with fillers and food dyes. My veterinarian suggested I try Nutro Lamb and rice formula. Bless their hearts, they saved my dog!!! This is the only dry food my little guy can eat and still hold it down. It is very gentle on my dog's tummy. He stopped throwing up and put on a little weight. But, they could make them in smaller bags like 2 or 3 lbs bags. Sometimes the bag is no longer fresh because it has sat too long on the shelf.

Original reason for I chose this brand was because the breeder had suggested that I feed my Rough Collie nothing but lamb and rice formula dry dog food, as Rough Collies are known for having sensitive stomachs. Also my Vet suggested the Nutro brand of lamb and rice formula to keep her coat healthy and shiny. He also mentioned it helps maintain a healthy weight. The features I like about the Nutro Dog Food (Original Formula) I bought is that it has limited ingredients with natural occurring vitamins with no gluten or corn, and is made for promoting a healthier immune system of my adult dog. I also liked that this dry dog food is in smaller bite size pieces. While the value is good, and she seems to have shinier coat now, for some reason she does not want to eat any from the second bag of the same food that I bought. Just an FYI that there may be an issue at the manufacturer's end.

I tried Nutro Grain Free because my one dog is allergic to grain foods and since I had a $20 coupon I thought why not? It met my expectations and more. I like the fact that both of my dogs actually love the same dog food and since one is allergic to grains, this food is awesome. I have a dog with skin issues and this food not only appeals to him but keeps him from scratching. Buster tends to throw up from some foods and he didn't from this one. My Bubs is very picky so the fact that he loves it makes me wish I had more coupons. The only thing I dislike is the price. I need lots more coupons so I can afford to keep buying this food.

I like the grain free variety of Nutro dog food. My dachshunds have grain sensitivities and this food is a high quality, grain free food with no crazy additives or chicken meal fillers. It is a better brand than Purina or Iams. I trust the ingredients in Nutro and I find it comparable to Blue Buffalo, but more readily accessible, since I do not have to go to a Petco or Petsmart to find quality dog food. The products is a little pricey, so I wish it could be a little less expensive, but I am definitely willing to pay that price for my pets' health and wellness.

It have never caused my pets to become constipated. It has one of the best reputations in regards to the brand and for me it is one of the best brands and types of products that exist on the market today since it makes my pets acquire energy. The ingredients already contain high degree of proteins and minerals.

My veterinarian recommended that I start feeding my dog Nutro Ultra Senior Dry Dog Food about a year ago. It seems to have made quite a difference in my dog's overall health, plus, she no longer has super smelly farts as she did with other, cheaper brands. I like that it is made of all natural products and is specifically made for older dogs. It has no gluten, wheat or protein and it has glucosamine, which is great for my dogs joints. The only thing that I really dislike about the Nutro Senior Dog Food is that it's so darn expensive. Sometimes, I forego buying myself the healthy food I need in order to be able to afford Nutro Senior Dog Food for my dog.

Initially purchased Original Formula because my dog's breeder used it. Once I took my dog to the vet for the first time and discussed her nutritional needs, the vet recommended Nutro. My dog loves it and I like giving it to her. Feel confident that the ingredients are safe and healthy for her. I like its quality, price, widely available, name brand, vet recommended, & helps keep her young & active. Have other dogs in the past and have always used this brand. Wish there were more variety in flavors, discount on price, possibly coupons or sales, would like sample packs so I can see if my dog will eat it before buying large bags.

Nutro Grain Free was recommended by our vet and by other dog owners. They also have good reviews on pet websites. PetSmart had a great Black Friday sale on it and coupons are available at PetSmart, too. I read ingredients on bag and it looked better than the others we compared it to. It has no corn fillers and has all natural ingredients. It's available in most places that sell pet food. My dog loves it. My cat who is very picky even likes it too and steals from my dog. But I would like a loyalty program to reward frequent purchases, some added flax omega 3s, glucosamine, calcium and other bone strengthen minerals, and a canned version.
