I order a case of dog food Saturday night. When I check my order to see when it was going to be shipped out. I never received an email saying that my order was shipped. When I went to the website yesterday to see where my package is. The website said it takes 7 to 10 days for it to be shipped out. Today I check out my account my order had disappeared. So I called customer service and wait on the phone for 14 minutes to speak to someone. The customer service lady did not apologize for this order to take this long. So I decided to cancel my order and get my money back in my account. I have had a bad experience with them. In my opinion never order from them every again.

I placed an order for Purina Pro Plan on April 16th. When I submitted the order I found out it was on back order. So I immediately cancelled the order by phone & was assured it was taken care of by Chewy’s representative. On April 26th (10 days later) I check my bank account & Chewy has taken $65.50 out of my account! I call & let them know I need my money & that I was assured on the 16th this was taken care of. The supervisor, Annie, kept telling me she was telling me the truth that even though they can take my money they can’t give it back immediately! I know for a fact that it can be given back immediately by PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay or paying me back though Square. I had already bought my dog the food she needed the day after I had cancelled the chewy order from Pet Supplies Plus (which they had plenty in stock). I always thought Chewy was a good & honest company, I know better now.

I was trying to order my cats prescription food online. Due to the COVID-19 am unable to go outside and I thought it would be a good idea to use Chewy because I’ve heard such great things about them but in fact when I placed an order advised me to take a photo of my prescription card making sure it’s updated so my order can be processed faster. Unfortunately the doctor that was assisting my order online wasn’t able to use my prescription card as they stated they would and it was up-to-date. They told me that they called my cats hospital and put some sort of reason they couldn’t find his name on file which I find strange because that’s the only hospital he ever got Cena and due to the COVID-19 I don’t believe there’s anyone really working in certain hospitals so they had to put my order on hold knowing my cat needs this food.
I was extremely disappointed that my order was put on hold. I had to call them and get my money refunded back to my credit card because chewy.com is inaccurate when they tell you, "Just upload your prescription card and we’ll send out your order sooner"! That’s ** okay because I got an email saying my order is put on hold and my cat has a diagnosis and needs his food ASAP!
Chewy disappointed me completely. Regardless just know there’s always a bigger process when you have to order with chewy online through their doctors. It’s never just that easy when you get to upload your prescription card. Now they had to call him verify with the doctors just to make sure and if the doctors not to be found or not around they placed your order on hold which I find that very unprofessional because now I have to do the dirty work and going to the actual store in which I didn’t want to due to COVID-19. Very disappointing. Never gonna order from them again! That’s a fact. Thank god I am a good mommy and think ahead of the game making sure he gets his food on time. If you leave it up to chewy it’s whatever suits them not the customer!

I was excited to get products from chewy. Until my fist order came in and I didn't receive my everything. I called them to find out what happened, and the person I spoke to said they just made a mistake and she would process the order right away, first she made sure the item was in stock which it was so she processed the order and said it would be eight to ten business days.
Today been 8 days and I have not receive a tracking number or anything, so I called to find out what was going on, the new lady said the other lady forgot process the order and she would do that now, and again made sure it was in stock. Well they are out of stock...so now my dogs are suffering more and longer because it won't be in stock till may 6. So I just told them to give me my money back. Their attitude is what upsets me the most. No apology. And was, "Okay here's your money back." I really didn't want my money back. I wanted flea and tick protection. This the worse customer service I have had besides fast food. I do not recommend them to anybody, as a first time customer is the worse experience.

I have been ordering from Chewy for over 3 yrs and have NEVER had a problem with them. If something arrives damaged they send me a new one or refund me immediately....no questions asked and all it takes is phone call. Every year on my cat's birthday or mine they send me a card as well as for Christmas. Just recently one of my cats passed away at almost 28 yrs of age and I informed them of the situation as I was actually calling because they had emailed me to say one of the items I had ordered was sold out and I wanted to switch it to a larger size bag. All I did was casually mention one of my cats had passed away. About a week later my doorbell rings and it was a delivery of flowers. I could not phantom who would send me flowers while Covid-19 was going on. I was shocked to say the least when I opened the card to see they were from Chewy expressing the loss of my kitty.
I am a Director of Customer Service for over 55 yrs and yes I force my reps to send thank you cards to consumers if they spend over a certain amount of money. Yes I bend over backwards for consumers daily at my job. However in my 55 yrs of dealing with consumers....Never in all my life have I ever seen a company send flowers to one of its customers. Talk about a WOW factor. I was indeed impressed. WAY TO GO CHEWY MANAGEMENT!!!! That is what I call a company who allows its CS dept to go above and beyond. NO WONDER I LOVE YOUR COMPANY AND NEVER STOP TELLING OTHERS ABOUT YOU. You guys rock and blow the roof off your building with your IMPECCABLE SERVICE and trust me I know all too well. Anyone who ever dares to say something bad about your company needs a lobotomy.

Had to wait several weeks for delivery. Still had to go out and buy 2 weeks worth at the store. What's the point of ordering, and when I finally got my order lots of it was damaged, had to wait a second day for the rest of it, also damaged. If you mad you got to work don't work!

I have bought exclusively through Chewy.com for two 100 lb+ dogs for three years. My autoship was moved from 3 days to 10 days. I called to understand why they would disregard consistent, loyal customers during this pandemic. No explanation or solution was offered other than a refund. I ordered my dog food through Amazon.com and will get it in 3 days. I will stay with Amazon from now on.

They wait 2 weeks to contact me to verify my billing info. Sounded like some kids on a phone. Supplied no information. Gave no help. Acted as if they cared less. Ridiculous customer service. Stay away from this place. Go to Petco.

I have been using Chewy for years, the convenience has been amazing, even with a nomadic lifestyle I'm still able to get shipments of goods pet products anywhere in the country. And I don't think I've ever experienced customer service quite as good as theirs, no matter where things got screwed up, on their part, the shipper or even me they do whatever it takes to make it right without a fight!

I am very disappointed with Chewy right now. I ordered my auto-ship for the month on April 10th, earlier than scheduled because my pup was running low on supplies and was also set to have surgery the following week. I added several items that I felt would make him more comfortable during his recovery week, cause you know, having surgery on your neck is never easy. Well it's now April 14th and my items haven't even left the warehouse yet.
I understand that because of the COVID-19 pandemic that pet parents have been stock piling which has probably increased the volume of orders for them, but this is ridiculous. I waited till I was three days in to email them because I wanted to give them some time to fill the order. I get some robotic response like an hour later that basically parrots everything I wrote in my email with no real response or assurance to my concerns. Fast forward to the next day, still hasn't shipped out yet. I email again, get the same robotic response even though this time I'd made sure to highlight the reasons why I needed my items sooner than later at this point.
I've been using Chewy since I adopted my pup in late August of last year. Except for one item, their shipping has never happened for me in 1-2 days. More like 3-4 days on a daily basis, but that never bothered me too much as long as I got what I needed on time. This is the fifth day I'm stuck waiting for my items to ship and my pup, Dakota, goes into surgery tomorrow morning. I'm furious...and will be looking for a new online retailer in times like this as Chewy has proven to care very little about actually getting their clients what they need.

I ordered heart worm medication for my dog on April 2nd. In the top right corner of their site, it says orders over $49 ship within 1-2 days. I knew this couldn't be the case because of the pandemic going on. So, I did more research, and found that orders were taking between 7-10 days. My dog needed to take his meds on the 12th, so I reached out to them on the 10th asking about my order. I was told I would receive them on the 12th. It is now the 13th and they still haven't shipped. I had no other choice, but to cancel my order. This is disheartening, seeing that they were the only company I've used in the past for pet supplies. I have looked up reviews on this company over the past two weeks,and people have been complaining about the same thing. You guys need to figure out a solution because you are losing many customers and affecting the health and well-being of many animals.

My dog needs her heart medicine. Otherwise she will die. We have used Chewy for a while now for the medicine and other pet supplies (food, toys). So, a month ago they inform us that the medicine will be delayed. After calling them, and being put on hold, for close to an hour each time, they assure me, each time that it will be sent out on a certain date and that if there is a problem, they would contact me. They never shipped out the medicine and they never contacted me. I understand that we are in a pandemic. And if they are out of the medicine, that is fine. I will pursue other options. But do not tell me it will be shipped out and then not ship it out and not follow up to tell me. It is heart medicine. My dog needs it each day to stay alive. It is unbelievable to me that Chewy was so lax in this. Overall, the worst medical experience I have ever experienced in my lifetime. I will never forgive them. You should not trust them.

During the mandatory stay at home (COVID) my family was ill with the virus. Wanting to be safe and with the safety of others in mind we have not gone anywhere. We ordered from Chewy for our two dogs - our first experience with them - although we usually use PetSmart. We chose Chewy because they promised two day delivery and we were really low on supplies. PetSmart is sometimes a few more days but we felt to be safe we would use this service. We paid and the order went through.
The next day we received an email saying the shipping may be delayed a few days. We heard nothing else - no tracking or anything - we kept waiting - then yesterday we received another email saying they hope to ship in three days. We are completely out of food and wee-wee pads and now have to go into a store to get them. No one answers the phone and no one returns emails. Terrible service. They should have told us they could not fulfill our order so we could have used a different service. Do not shop here!

I see others have had this same issue. Chewy took a duplicate payment for my last order! At a time when everyone is watching every penny... shame on Chewy! When I called, I got Katina who offered no help and said she could do anything... transferred to Latonya who was supposedly a supervisor who said I had to get my bank on a 3-way call to resolve... When I asked if she would then call the bank on 3 way, she refused. Then, in a effort to resolve this I asked if there was a phone number with extension so that once I got the bank on the line they could then call straight in, also refused. Latonya couldn't have cared less that I incurred overdraft fees due to a Chewy error in double charging me. However, reading other reviews, it looks like Chewy is deliberately doing this! What? How is this not fraudulent... I agree the old Chewy is gone. I have a customer for years and I canceled my account today! Very disappointed.

Even during the covid crisis Chewy.com delivered on time and everything is great! A+. Blue Buffalo has a senior canned dog food that is a perfect replacement for a discontinued food I have been buying for years. My dog is pretty picky and is enjoying the chicken and Turkey flavors.

I am a senior citizen with asthma and CFS. I ordered dog and cat food online because I don't want to go to the supermarket. AFTER the order was placed I was informed that shipping time is delayed 7-10 days. I believe I have enough supplies on hand to last that long but I would have appreciated being advised of this delay BEFORE placing the order. In any event after contacting them several times and pleading for help I decided to chance it and go to the store. I will NOT allow my animals to go hungry because of Chewy's poor service. Shame on them!

We have spent several thousand dollars with Chewy over the past several years, but after my last order I will never make another purchase from Chewy again and sadly will be filing a federal complaint. Like another reviewer mentioned last month, Chewy has started charging and debiting WAY MORE MONEY than what I spend for an order from my bank account - and not just a small amount, more like $200, for no apparent reason. However, our representative (after a 45 minute wait time) did not explain it as a warehouse thing like the other review. She said that they place an initial money hold of the total amount (which, in my case for this past order, $201), and then as the items ship from the different warehouses, they then start charging your card additionally for the items as they ship even AFTER placing a hold for the total amount. After your items have been delivered, they finally credit the initial hold back to your bank. This is NOT OKAY.
As of right now, my card has been charged over $390 for this same $201 order that I placed on Wednesday, April 1 (today is April 8 and the hold still has not been released). The Chewy rep actually said “I know it’s like so unprofessional of Chewy to do this, but we’ve always done it like this”. NO THEY HAVEN’T (they have always shipped from different warehouses, yes, but this initial hold with extra debits has never been noted in practice). If you dare to place an order with Chewy.com, make sure you have double the amount of your order available for them, and keep a VERY close eye on your payment source. Stay on them for your money back if this happens to you. THE OLD CHEWY IS GONE. They are seemingly stealing people’s money right in the middle of a global pandemic when we need it the most. This is the message that I wrote them:
I will never shop with Chewy again :( Very disappointed in the overcharging on my debit card. Placing a bank hold on the total amount and then making additional charges seems unethical for a company to do. I cannot trust a company that knows they could be overdrawing bank accounts and incurring overdraft fees on behalf of their customers during a PANDEMIC, and will not change this policy. Unacceptable and disgusting. Handwritten notes and flowers are all sweet and dandy until your money starts getting SNATCHED UP.

Had an aquarium pump die for my reef aquarium. Ordered from Chewy because I know there's a warehouse in our area and most people have told me their items come within a day or two. Seven days later my pump still didn't even ship, I had no contact from chewy saying there was an issue, or it was out of stock etc. Mean while my animals are dying off one at a time. I tried calling chewy but after an hour on hold I hung up. I sent an email explaining the situation but received no response. The next day I magically received notification my pump was shipped and would be delivered in one day. Worst customer service ever, lost about $1,000 worth of fish, coral, inverts waiting for their horrible service. The only plus is that they did finally send the pump so hopefully my losses will stop there.

I just need to give them a 5 star rating! Last week we placed our very 1st Chewy order ever. Due to the recent issues surrounding Covid 19, understandably their delivery times are very long. I went on to try and cancel earlier in the week as we had to go to a local retailer to get the food. The cancellation didn't go through in time and I received my order today. I emailed to return the dog food as we went with another brand.
I let them know we were keeping the treats, they emailed me to say I was getting a full refund and to give the food to a charity. This is AMAZING!! This is the BEST customer service I have seen in years!!! I will be dropping the food today to our SPCA and and overjoyed! I will definitely use and recommend Chewy.com to anyone. Thank goodness they also carry the brand of food we went with so I can continue to use them. So great to see in these hard times!! Thank you Chewy!!

Chewy is incredible! I Purchased an order from Chewy but before I received it unfortunately my fur baby had to be put down. I called chewy to let them know that she had been put down and asked if I could send the box back to them, if I was eligible for a refund. They asked me to donate the goods, if I thought that they were donatable and they would give me a full refund which they did very quickly I might add. Then today much to my surprise, I received a dozen long stem mixed colored roses from Chewy, telling me they are so sorry for my loss and that I they are there for me, if I need them in the future. Even if I need someone just to talk to and talk through my grief. Chewy is truly an exceptional company and they will be getting ALL my business from now on.

Shame on you Chewy!!!! They are not being honest. You should not be on this business, you have zero empathy and everyone is so dishonest. I have a dog with heart condition, I ordered his medicine a week ago. Still have not been shipped. If they told me the truth, maybe I would not be so upset. First they told me that they were waiting for my clinic's approval. Even my clinic sent couple of faxes and emails (I was cc’ed too), they were keep telling me that they did not receive it.
Finally they got it after 7 days. Now they do not know when the item will be shipped. They do not give me a time frame. I have sent so many emails, even social media messages to get attention. Nothing worked. To speak with someone, you need to hold min 45 minutes. Then do not get surprised if you get disconnected in the middle of your conversation. Of course, nobody will call you back. As a pet owner, I would recommend you to order from other online companies whose policies are more transparent and genuinely care about our loved ones. They do not care!!!! Shame on you Chewy!

I have been emailing them everyday and everyday they tell me more 7-10 days to get the dog food. They continue to keep adding more days. The shipment is "still preparing". No one will answer my question. This is the only thing they tell me. My dogs run out of food tomorrow and I dont get paid until two more weeks. I feel they are ripping me off. At this point I dont know what to do. I trusted them to deliver my food. I told them my concern and they only add more days of waiting. I feel as if they dont care about my situation.

It's for the dogs, but rotten to the core. Their products are typical, but are available at lower prices through other outlets. Once they get buyer info they somehow are able to post popup ads for Chewy on all your usual sites. Screw Chewy.

Chewy.com is the best! Their customer service and products are top of the line! I have never had a problem! I have to say that when my dog passed away... Customer service sent me the most heartwarming email I have ever received! They really care and love animals at Chewy.com. You can absolutely trust that you will be treated with the utmost respect by Chewy.com customer service and receive the highest of quality customer service and products!

I understand that this company is probably dealing with an exceptional excess of service due to the Covid-19. However, I do feel that each customer should not have to go through with what I had to go through to attempt to place an order for my dog's meds. I placed an order which needed to be modified due to the fact he recently gained some weight and needed a different dosage. This sounds simple, but several hours were wasted trying to change the dosage of the meds. There was such a major lack of communication within the company, that I ended up cancelling the order and moving forward with a different on-line pet medication company. So disappointed with a company I once loved.

Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Urinary SO Dry Dog Food, 25.3-lb bag. FEB 2, 2020 --Price was $75. Now it’s $83.? Why the hike in 7 weeks? Price gauging during the Corona Virus days. Not to mention their overnight shipping disappeared.

My sister-in-law and I put in orders by auto order simultaneously to get a monthly order. We can tweak but our order always on Queue. I put my order in a month ago. Tweaked it. Then then the craziness began and they sold out my food ordered and paid for each month to fly by night people. I feel the regulars should have had their orders pulled for March instead of finding out 2 days before my food was to be here that I would not get it. Such poor practice. My regular customers would've been served 1st. I've cut ties with them and hope everyone else that reads this realizes DO AUTOSHIP AS = STARVING CATS.

I ordered 4 15lb bags of Nature's Recipe lamb and rice dog food at $9.32 each bag. Received them in good condition. I have never had a bad experience with Chewy. In fact I've ordered from them for many years. I went to check out the price of the food on their website, thinking since the food was such a good price I'd maybe start an auto ship. Well the price per bag went up to $19.23! I think they're price gouging due to this Corona Virus pandemic. Very disappointed and considering switching vendors.

They send cards in the mail saying you will save $15 off a $50 order and then the cart says Card number invalid. They send you emails saying get this amount off your order and then they say "only for new customers" which I'm not and haven't been for a while. Doesn't their software know they got my email from my previous orders? And worst! They pack the boxes so heavy the UPS can hardly get them in the garage. I can't get them in the house. I have to break down and bring in one item at a time. Thanks for breaking people's backs. Their prices are good, but I don't like the inconvenience. I'd rather pay more for reasonable packaging.

I ordered some prescription pet food from Chewy at the prodding of my vet. I had to add extra things to my cart to get over the minimum for free shipping. After a week, my vet still hadn't received an authorization fax. I contacted Chewy and they said they would send again. My vet still didn't receive the fax and Chewy removed the pet food from my order and began processing the rest of the order. No one from Chewy contacted me to ask or to let me know, they just removed the food (the one thing that I actually needed) without a word.
I contacted them and was told it was too late to cancel my order, but that they would have Fedex turn around and refund my payment in 3-5 business days. I feel like they should have made sure the fax to the vet went through and maybe even followed up rather than me having to play phone tag with them and the vet and I certainly should have been notified if they were cancelling the main part of my order and asked whether I wanted the extra stuff. I will not be ordering from them in the future.

I ordered Bird food of course for my feather babies. Was suppose to be delivered today, unfortunately it had to returned to Chewy due to it be damaged. So now I have to go get more bird food my babies enough to get them through till possibly Tuesday or Wednesday. This would not be a big deal but this keeps happening. So now instead of $26 Worth of food, it's costing me about $50. This all could of been avoided by packing the products better, because we know the carrier services dont treat packages nicely. (Not all people who work for a carrier service is like that.) My USPS carrier is not like that. I am disappointed to say the least. This is the last change I am giving them. Will pay full price for now on.

I have read so many good reviews about Chewy that I did not hesitate to order from them. I ordered several things that I thought might help my handicapped dog..harnesses, lifting aids, etc. None of them worked through absolutely no fault of Chewy. I called and they sent me a return label right away. The representative could not have been nicer. Chewy received my products back on Jan 29. I used PayPal to purchase. The instructions clearly stated that credit would be issued as soon as the items were received in their warehouse. After 6 weeks I finally called to see where my credit was, and was informed that they could release the refund to me. Why had they not already done it? Because they don't release the credit until you call looking for it! How many people are not paying close attention and not receiving their refunds? This is a very poor policy. The representatives could not be nicer, but I will not do business with them again.

On February 27, 2020, I called Chewy.com to cancel my monthly prescription for my dog's medications. Camila, the customer service representative asked me why and I told her because I had to put my dog down after she was attacked by two dogs. The representative asked me what happened. I thought that she was not genuinely concerned but I replied to her question anyway. I also asked Camilla how I could return a package of reusable diapers that I purchased for my dog for a refund. Camila, listened as I tearfully enacted the story and offered her sincere condolences. She also told me that I could donate the diapers and that she would credit my bank account for the purchase.
After hearing this information, I thought what wonderful customer service. As promised, I received a full refund for the diapers can. On March 4, 2020 to my surprise, I received flowers from Camilla/Chewy.com with a note acknowledging my loss. I have never had a company show so much concern for a customer. My rating for Chewy's customer service went from good to excellent. I highly recommend the purchase of your dog's supplies and prescriptions from this company. The prescription prices are lower than what you would pay at a vet's office and the medication is shipped directly to your door. Their customer service is terrific. Doesn't get any better than this!

A few days ago I called Chewy to let them know that I would be cutting back on my supplies because I lost a friend and pet. My cat Maxine passed. Brittany was so full of compassion that I hung up feeling cared for. She took care of my requests quickly while continuing to offer her condolences. Brittany shared a story of her loss and then again made sure to give closing condolences.
Today, about a few days later I received something that I have never ever received from any other company in the 6 decades I have lived on this earth. Brittany on behalf of Chewy sent flowers and a card to share their sorrow at my loss. OMG, is this beyond SPECIAL. This was So Unexpected and So appreciated. Chewy has been a great company to shop with, between their next day deliveries, great pricing, products carried, and excellent customer service. But, this was above and beyond being concerned and caring for your customers. THANK YOU CHEWY.

I have been a Chewy customer for over three years and other than a few minor issues, I've never had a problem with them until the last two months. Two months ago they started charging me over a hundred dollars for a deposit in addition to my monthly orders. Was never notified of any changes and when I contact them they claim it's because my stuff comes from different warehouses. My stuff has always come from different warehouses and has never been a problem before. They do put the money back into my account when within two to three business days after my order arrives but I'm on disability and my budget is limited. This extra money is causing overdraft fees at my bank and late fees on my rent and other bills. Have cancelled my account and will have to find another pet store to order from.

Just the other day I reviewed a particular toy that I've gotten on numerous occasions. This toy didn't live up to its normal life expectations- the rope was pulled out of the rubber ball in one day. I didn't ask for a replacement, but I'd say within 3-4 days of writing the review, Chewy simply sent me another of the same toy. It was such a pleasant surprise! Not many companies will do that without having you calling and badgering for a replacement or a refund. I've called customer service on several other occasions regarding auto-shipments or products and they pick up immediately, they're based out of The States, and they solve my issue immediately. Another thing is that if you are really not happy with the product, they refund you your money and just ask that you take the product to a local shelter instead of returning. I think that's such a nice philosophy. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Chewy.com. If I could rate them 6 out of 5 stars, I would! Highly recommend.

1st order on Chewy.com and it was the biggest headache. Placed order on a Thursday. Had it delivered to my work, they "attempted" to make delivery Sat and Sun (Obviously closed). I just figured they would deliver on Monday like any other delivery that was scheduled over the weekend for an office. Monday came and just about went before I decided to check the tracking of this package. Tracking page showed "Delayed" as carrier had "Attempted" and was unsuccessful. Not sure how they weren't able to deliver as it's an office and there is always some one here. I called Chewy and spoke to a very friendly customer service rep and she assured me that they would get a manager in touch with FedEx and let them know it's a business and someone will call me before the delivery is actually made. Tuesday, no call from anyone, checked tracking number again and stated that attempt was unsuccessful AGAIN!
Got Chewy people on the phone for a second time, and (I wasn't as lucky to speak with someone nice) she pretty much told me the same this other lady had the day before. But was Zero help and suggested I just call FedEx myself. Which I did and they had no communication for anyone at Chewy about delivery details or a phone number to call before delivery was attempted again. So this tells me Chewy made no attempts to make sure my package was actually delivered. They got my money and that's all they seemed to care about. We'll see if my package ever comes. I asked about just getting a refund at this point and Chewy lady said they would need the package delivered back to them 1st. (Which makes sense.) But if it's lost in FedEx land who knows if I will even get that. I've never had so much trouble getting a package. I hope I didn't waste $120 bucks. I will not be shopping at this company any longer.

I ordered a bag of dog food and some shampoo from Chewy.com. It had been a long time since I ordered from them and we had moved since. When I ordered I accidentally sent it to the wrong address, our old address. It was completely my fault and I called them to see what my options were - if I could re-order or maybe pay to have it picked up and shipped to me.... They said no problem, corrected the address in my account, and re-sent the items I ordered at no charge to me. I was blown away!! This was the most positive, easy, and caring service I have ever had! I will be a long time customer! Their prices are great to begin with and that customer service experience has me loving them!

I have my dog/cat food on auto ship with them. And they are great, only issue with them is getting my stuff when I need it. Animals aren't very helpful on how much they are going to go thru food. ;) But the pharmacy, I have had problems with them each and every auto-ship/order. And it always never their fault. Them blame my vet each time. I call the vet and they haven't been contacted or Chewy lost the fax. Today was a boiling point. My order was supposed to have been ready to go on Monday however we have had fraud happen to my husband so the checking acct is closed so they had to hold the shipment. No problem, I gave them an alternate payment and was assured it would be going out the next morning. No message saying it has shipped so I call. Oh we're waiting for your vet to okay the prescription. Uh-huh I've heard that before, like each and every time. Pay more and save yourself the headache.

I ordered my pet's ** on 18 Feb 2020. I got a call from them on 21 Feb saying they had not heard back from my vet on the prescription. I heard nothing back from them in 2 days. I finally called them to find out why they had not shipped my order and the person told me their pharmacist said my vet would not release the prescription with a waiver. I contacted my vet to ask about the prescription and they said this was not true and that they had faxed the script to Chewy on the 18th and that they would fax it again. I called back to Chewy to complain and they said they would fill my order. It's now the 27th and they JUST shipped my pets' meds. They also changed the order date from the 18th to the 19th which is a lie. This company is not reliable and this is not the first time they have delayed my pet's meds.

I've only ordered pet products through Chewy a few times but each time has gone smoothly. The dog coats & booties were made with such quality, I just had to order some for my "grand-dogger" too! (My son's Doberman.) Everything fit great! My daughter-in-law suggested I get Seresto flea & tick collars for my dogs. Their dobe has skin irritation issues yet hasn't had any problems since wearing her collar (likely from no more fleas or ticks). No messy oil to handle or remember to apply...oh yeah, I'm in! I found a $20.00 coupon Chewy had sent two months ago & was due to expire in five days. They also applied a $17 discount for buying more than one collar. WOW! That was a $37 discount! I ordered yesterday morning & was shocked to see it delivered today! Not only fast shipping but FREE! I feel confident ordering from them & intend to order more often. I love Chewy.com! I own pugs. So you know I take this seriously. The health and well being of the grumble is so very critical to helping these guys live their best life. I had a brain stem stroke and they have helped me find my way back to my best life. Chewy is good therapy too. They do all their job and most of mine too in making decisions about the right product at the right time. Again today they put their money out to correct a bad decision I made regarding a kinder Cone. They are the service like I used to get at the feed store where they took care of you like family because, well, you probably were.

I realized too late that I had purchased a case of grain-free food, after I had decided never to feed my Mrs. Bob grain-free again, due to concerns about her developing heart problems. I called Chewy.com and spoke to a wonderful young man named Marcus. Marcus clearly loves his job, and was not only incredibly helpful but also charming and very, very kind. I was in a panic of guilt and fear over my error, but Marcus calmed me down and made me laugh, then proceeded to walk me through receiving a refund and ordering a grain-inclusive replacement case of dog food.
Marcus made the process painless, and when I asked how to send the case of grain-free food back, he told me to donate it to a worthy cause!! Chewy.com has my business for life, thanks to its generous return policy, and even more so, to Marcus. I wish I'd thought to get more information from him, so I could have told the company what a great employee he is. I hope they see this, and give that young man a raise! Do not use autoship!!!! On 2/21/20 I received an automated email letting me know my order was on the way and the cost, $63 and change. Wondering why it was so much more than the previous month, I contacted Chewy via chat and was connected with George **. I was told prices fluctuate month to month. So while chatting with them I pointed out the listed price today, 2/22/20-$55.85, is the same as last month, 1/25/20-$55.85, and looking at my invoice for the upcoming month, 3/25/20 it is also $55.85, the same. I asked if prices fluctuate, how can you already have next month's autoship invoice available. And I am surprised prices fluctuated for one day, on the day my order was invoiced. No answer to my questions but I was offered a one day COURTESY price match. I asked if it was too late to cancel my autoship. I was offered to cancel this order and all future orders. I said absolutely and have a great day. End of story and autoship and Chewy.

I order this for my cat. The first order I placed was for the canine version in error. It was approved by my veterinarian by mistake. I realized my error when it arrived. I called Chewy.com who assisted me in obtaining the correct product. The employee was so helpful and nice. She credited back the money for my original purchase. I asked her the procedure to return the first shipment. She just recommended that I take it to a pet rescue. Which I did. They are non-profit and rely on donations for their 80 animals. They were grateful as it is expensive and they said they had three rescue dogs that require it. I noticed when I was there, that they had shipments in their office from Chewy.com. as well. This company is absolutely incredible! Their customer service is amazing! Not only do I receive my products in a very timely manner, but they did one of the coolest things ever for my dog's birthday. Chewy did not deliver on time and it took them over a week in which I asked 3 separate times where my order was to realize that it had gotten "lost". I talked to several customer service representatives and they just proceeded to tell me that it would be here shortly "in the next 1-2 days" and time after time it was wrong. On their website, they say that any order over $50 is 1-2 day shipping so I would expect that to be correct yet it is anything but that. After this poor experience, I will no longer be a chewy consumer. During this week I had to run out to the store and buy more things such as dog food that I had completely run out of waiting around for chewy.

I ordered prescription dog food for at least three years. When I first used them they asked about my animal and his name and breed. Very caring. I ordered a case of food. It came on Friday and my Diago passed on Tuesday. I was devastated to lose my best bud in the world. I called Chewy to see if I could return the food while fighting back tears of my loss. I found Chewy when I had surgery and knew that I would not be able to go out to get my dog's 30 - 50 pound bags of food for months. Chewy was a lifesaver. Chewy kept me independent and my dog never missed having everything that he would have even if I went to the pet store myself. My dog food came right to my door. Customer Service is better than any I've ever experienced. They treat you like family and they trust their customers. I've never had them questioned me about a concern of mine. They are always ready to please. My dog has since passed away, but I have a new fur baby and even though I'm completely healed, I only use Chewy.com.

I have used Chewy.com for quite a few years now and have never had any issues until the order I placed yesterday. I placed an order for a dog harness, dog bones, and a custom ID tag for our puppy. I noticed this morning on my online banking that I have two charges on my account, one for the amount of the total purchase $52.99 and one for $42.32. After calling them to figure out why, I was told that the id tag hadn't shipped yet so they could only charge my account for the items that shipped. No problem there. The problem I have is that the pending charge of $52.99 should be dropped automatically, not having to wait 2-3 business days.
Now I have an extra $52.99 being held that I cannot use. This practice could cause some major issues if I didn't have a little extra money in my account. Those that order from chewy that don't have extra in their account could have items get returned because of this. Horrible business practice that could potentially be costing their customers many bank fees if it causes items to be returned or causes their account to overdraft.

Chewy, is the best. I have been to many other pet stores, and not one has the great customer service like Chewy. Our dogs love Blue Buffalo cookies. I usually order 4 boxes at a time. They arrived very well packed, but there were 3 boxes that the cookies were all broken. I contacted Chewy and they sent me 3 more, free of charge. I used to shop at Petco but some of their prices were too high for treats, etc. So I tried Chewy.com, yes I was skeptical but that was 2 years ago. Since then I do ALL my pet shopping at Chewy.com. Once I place the order within 2 days it's at my doorstep and so far all my orders have been rec'd 100% satisfaction. The prices are lower than petco and shipping is free once you've met the min requirement which is always easy for me. I have been ordering from Chewy.com for a couple years. My orders are usually fairly large. I recently ordered some cat supplies and a dog bed totaling $64.07. The $64.07 showed up immediately as a pending transaction on my account, but two days later, there was another pending withdrawal for $21. I only use that bank account for certain things and keep limited funds in it, and this almost over-drafted my account.
When I called customer service, I was told that since the products were shipped out separately, I was charged separately for the dog bed. This didn't make sense since the cost of the dog bed was already included in the original $64.07 taken out of my account. The customer service rep. told me this is their policy (double charging) when items ship separately, and that the additional $21 should "drop off" the next day. Well, it's the next day and that charge is still on my bank statement. The customer service rep. was no help and didn't sound like she knew what she was doing at all. This double charging practice is unacceptable and could have caused my account to over-draft. I will never order from Chewy again. It's not worth it.

Yesterday I purchased $54 worth of products from Chewy.com. When I checked my bank account this morning, I noticed that Chewy.com billed me twice for the purchase. I called them and was told that because the shipment was coming from two different warehouses, they charged me 2 times (unauthorized and without my permission) on my credit card and would be crediting me the difference. I checked later in the day and although both shipments left the warehouses, no credit was issued. When I spoke to a supervisor, I was brusquely told that I needed to read the terms of the purchase. I never authorized them to double bill me for my purchase nor would anyone else. Chewy.com is not the only company that sells dog food and related products and their rude customer service as well as unprofessional business practices and response is unacceptable. I have been a customer for years.

I have a big dog and a small dog. I thought Chewy sounded like a neat idea. So on the very first order, the rather expensive vitamins were busted all over box that also contained canned food. The vitamins were ruined. I didn't call as I hate to call to complain to a service rep that just wants the next call. So thinking it was just a harmless mistake, I placed another order. Same products and again same problem. Vitamins destroyed, all over box, my floor, just not what you want to deal with after work. So I called. I just wanted them to be covered in bubble wrap or something so 2 cases of dog food wouldn't crush it. I was told a message was sent to warehouse, that sounded caring so I was happy. Third and final order came so completely wrong I think it was packed by a child looking at the cutest animal to put in my box. I received cat food, no vitamins and incorrect can dog food.
I truly felt like it was done on purpose because a note was supposedly sent to the warehouse. I deal with every single mail and delivery service there is & I HAVE NEVER had this much trouble. After calling to tell them what was, or shall I say WASN'T in my box, I told them I wanted my products and to shut down account after. After waiting 3 days and no items I AGAIN call customer service and was told after closing an account everything on the account is closed including my items that I never received! After stating this was not an option, I finally was told I would be issued a refund. No dog food that I needed or wouldn't have ordered. Buyer beware. This all seems fraudulent on purpose. I sent an email and the response was that "Chewy isn't right for everyone." Wow. P.s. Amazon delivers dog/cat products & does an autoship program. Items are on average $3-$5 cheaper.

I am a long time fan and satisfied customer of Chewy.com. I was able to get everything I needed for my new puppy through the site such as crates and dog food. I love how user friendly the website and the app is, it makes shopping for things I need for my dog at the moment very easy and stressfree. I have a recurring order with Chewy. It always arrives on time, correct and in good condition. The products are a good value and it's very convenient to have them delivered. I need a prescription diet for my cats and I save quite a bit ordering it from Chewy rather than getting it from the vet.

They have amazing customer service, to the point that they go way above "normal". I have a chocolate lab and they sent me a hand painted portrait of him, it touched my heart! They also will replace anything that isnt right no matter what. Every person I've ever talked to have been exceptionally friendly and helpful!

I can't say enough positive things about Chewy.com. I started using Chewy.com about 8 or 9 years ago. My dog had bad allergies and the food that I finally found that worked for her was difficult to always find in the local pet stores. I found it on Chewy.com along with my dog's allergy shampoo that the vet. recommended for her. Both products were less expensive on Chewy.com and always available when I needed them.
I recently put in an order for my dog's prescription refill with chewy.com and dog food. I received it on Saturday morning. (Their deliveries are fast!) I had to put my dog down unexpectantly on Tuesday night. I called Chewy.com Wednesday morning. Told them I had to put my dog down last night and still had not even opened the box with her medicine and food. Not only did customer service credit me for my order but told me to go donate it to a pet shelter. So the next day I went and donated it to my local animal shelter. Came home and there was a bouquet of flowers at my door from the owner of chewy.com. They are an unbelievable company that gets an A+ from me in customer service and I highly recommend them for any of your pet's needs!

Ordering online with Chewy is easy and usually quick. Most of the time they have the product we are looking for. Delivery is quick and better than running to the store. I find that when buying the products for our bunny, they are cheaper online as well as the stores

Prices are same as Walmart, better than Petco and other big box stores. When you add in cost of vehicle fuel, free shipping from Chewy is cheaper than going to Walmart. Product mix seems to be the same as Walmart. At times Amazon sometimes has better prices than Chewy especially when you purchase with free shipping.

I have 3 dogs and as you would imagine that's a lot of dog food, treats and wee wee pads. I read an article on Facebook about 3 years ago about Chewy and I decided to try them out. Since then I have encouraged my daughter, neighbors and even strangers to use chewy. The customer service alone is worth it. But then there are the birthday cards, Christmas cards and even sympathy cards. That they understand dogs are picky and refuse to eat even the most expensive foods after you've ordered it for them. I had such an experience where I wrote a review that my pups wouldn't eat something and I received a refund and was told to donate the food to a local shelter. I've called after an autoship was sent to add an item and received it the next day with no additional cost for shipping. So this is my review of Chewy's. I only wish there were more companies out there like them.

So I was very skeptical when I first learned about Chewy.com. I had always gone to my local pet store for my dog and cat food. But one day I did a search for my dog food because the local store didn’t have any that day. Chewy.com did and it cost less, to my surprise. I did decide to try a different food that seemed well rated and when my dog wouldn’t eat it, Chew.com promptly refunded me and let me donate the unused portion to the local Animal shelter. I tried again and have found them to be so convenient and cost is lower. I use them for all my pet needs now. Food, flea and tick preventatives, everything.

Chewy.com is great and I recommend it to everyone that has a pet. They have a huge selection of anything you need for your pets, that you will never find in local pet shops. They deliver quickly (I live in the USA), and the orders are always correct. They also have prescription pet foods that are sometimes hard to find elsewhere. The day my auto ship dog food was delivered we lost our precious Angel that night. The dog food came very quickly and was easy to cancel the auto shipment online but with my devastation I couldn’t stop crying for a day or two to call customer service to try to return the dog food. When I spoke with Jessica, she was so understanding as I kept breaking down on the phone and was wonderful helping me with what to do with the dog food. I donated It and was credited back for the dog food. There was a knock on my door today with a flower delivery and a condolence card for the loss of Angel from Jessica and Chewy.com. I will never forget this very compassionate gesture of humanity that I thought was gone nowadays. I’m a customer for life and will never forget.

Up until about 4 months ago we had 4 large Maine Coon cats. Thus we went through a lot of cat food. Most we bought from Chewy both for the price and for the delivery to our home. We have always been satisfied with the service. We lost two of our Maine Coons recently, one just a week ago. We still have the two younger ones, but of course they are cats, so they do not like the same foods that the older cats ate.
I reached out to Chewy to see if I could return some unopened cases that will now not be eaten. They were really kind. Not only did they refund the cost of the food, they asked that I donate it to a shelter/rescue organization rather than ship it back. I thought that was really nice of them. Then to top it off, today I received a bouquet of flowers and a condolence note sympathizing with me for the loss of our two older cats. To me that is above and beyond what I expect even from the best of companies. I am again pleased with the relationship I have with Chewy!

2) I also like the auto-ship service.
CONS1)The delivery guy doesn't like lifting the heavy products either. He throws my Chewy.com boxes onto my front porch instead of setting them down. Resulting in smashed food cans and litter containers.
2) Sometimes they substitute the product I ordered with a similar product. That's not ok since it's usually the prescription food.
3) They don't already have the product I'm looking for and I have go elsewhere to find it.

The service is incredible. They send out your products immediately. They answer the telephone 24/7 for any questions. Chewy carries all products and prices are the same or better than the pet store. I order from them for all of the above and especially for convenience. I travel a lot so Chewy helps by delivering to my door so I don’t need to shop a huge quantity before I leave and my pet sitter does not need to carry heavy items.

I really like that the heavy stuff gets delivered right to my door and there is no shipping cost with an order over $50.00. I also like that I can change my auto delivery goods and delivery times depending on my needs - and if I want to skip an order, I can do that too. I have also gotten RX food from Chewy which was pretty simple, I just downloaded the RX and put in my pets Vet info, upped my shipment date and it was sent with my auto delivery. I was not overly thrilled that when I had a coupon for the RX food, there was no place to add it in and when I called they said I would have to mail it in and it would be credited to my account. All in all ordering from Chewy is very convenient and they ship super fast too!

This website is the worst. Things I order never get to me. My address gets changed randomly in their system and FedEx can’t deliver the packages, even though the address is entered correctly on the order form. Their customer service is anything but. Don’t bother with them.

I was tired of paying the high prices for meds at my dogs Vet clinic. After finding Chewy, I was so happy. I set up my account, added pictures of my dogs, made my first order, added my credit card information, all was going fine. The very next day, I received a call from my Vet clinic stating that they disapproved my request to order because they do price match with Chewy. Do WHAT?! I have two issues, one with Chewy and one with my VET clinic for overcharging me for 5 years. I had my Chewy account deleted and will be selecting a new VET clinic. How Stupid... Regardless of laws, I can understand the law. What about being upfront with customers. Sooo STUPID, goodbye chewy!

Chewy orders arrive only 1-2 days after ordering. My cat, Micky, is on a prescription diet and Chewy contacts the veterinarian for the prescription. One time I had ordered a toy for for Micky. It was a card of three mice. I ended up getting 3 boxes! I called Chewy and let them know what happened. They told me that I could give some to friends and family or donate them. I did both. I love how easy it is to order.

Chewy's almost always has what I want. Their prices are usually better than Amazon. They have all kinds of foods for my cat. When I order food and my cat won't eat it, I just call them and tell them and they will refund my money and I donate the rest to rescues. Their customer service is the best. They always help no matter what it is. Cats are difficult because they usually stick with one food then suddenly they stop eating it, so it becomes hard to know exactly what they want and the customer service is the best at helping.

Chewy.com always advertises their free shipping, but this is an inaccurate statement. Free shipping applies only to orders totaling more than $49 or if you sign up for automatic order refills. To me, that's not truth in advertising. Their prices are slightly lower than in retail stores, but not significantly. The big positive for me is that delivery always occurs within 2 days of ordering.

Chewy is a great convenience for me. As a single woman with several pets (1 dog & 2 cats), it’s a real chore to drag home large bags of dog food, cat litter, etc. Chewy also provides a great selection, all the best brands, etc. I also love the great selection of toys and clothes for my dog. Chewy is the only place I’ve found a great selection of clothing for my Standard Poodle. Everyone has clothes for little dogs but no one else had them for bigger dogs.

We like Petco, because they offer a lot of different brands, I would recommend Royal Canin weight care for our 8 yr old toy chihuahua (Lucy), because she likes it, and other products by Royal Canin. Plus Petco also carries health supplement for dogs, cats that help them with their arthritis, and whatever health issues that they may have. Plus Petco offers fast delivery on most items sold.

These guys are a great supplier for prescription food for your pet. Email them the food prescription, sign up for auto-refill, and you are set. Refill are easy to adjust., and the service is great. I have had some issues with the pharmacy, but they were worked hard to straighten things out. I love the 24-hour live chat. The "chatters" work diligently to maintain satisfaction. Overall, despite some kinks in the process, I am satisfied. I really like them, otherwise Chewy wouldn't get the good review it got from me.

Chewy has good prices on medications for my three dogs and the products ship with speed. They have a huge selection of everything I feed or provide to my dogs, including the food that Dog Advisor recommends.

Chewy makes my life easy by not only having my dog food delivered to my door step but by also having the latest pet supplies. I have 3 dogs and a very busy life. Chewy helps me be the best dog mom I can be. We at this point get so many packages for the four legged members in my house that they just assume all cardboard holds a toy a treat or some food for them. Lastly they have great customer service with friendly and kind people who fix your issue quickly. We Enjoy being a chewy house.

I had an order that got lost and they fixed it and sent me a new one. Best customer service ever. Website is very easy to navigate and set up for reoccurring delivery. I can always find what I’m looking for. Highly recommend.

I've never had a problem with anything in my orders and customer service replaced anything if it was broken. Delivery came the next day or the day after and I don't shop anywhere else. The prices are very competitive compared to other pet stores.

Chewy is my store of choice! Price wise, they ship-out quickly and even send you and yours and thank you Xmas card. My family loves them. Do not have to leave my home. Order online is so easy, I get exactly what I want. No second or third choices. It is perfect for me and my pet family.

Even when I have to pay shipping, which isn't very often, the time from warehouse to my front door is fantastic. I've used Chewy.com for quite a number of years. Their customer service is great. When one of my cats died, I received a sympathy card. They also sent a birthday card to our current cat!

I take care of many strays, therefore I was looking for an outdoor litter box. I purchased one from Chewy.com and it was too small. I wrote a review regarding the size, and I received a response within a day stating that they were sorry that my purchase did not meet my expectations, and refunded the money back to my account. I had never experienced such excellent customer service with any other company. Thank you to Chewy.com.

I wish they were a little better priced but it is competitive. Service is second to none. My pets get birthday and Christmas cards. These guys know the way to my heart. The fact they will do the leg work on getting prescriptions filled is also beyond convenient. I love Chewy!!! ❤️

I like the selection on foods and all other items to care for your pet. Wide variety to choose from and customer service is prompt. Delivery of your orders items is prompt as well as accurate. I would recommend!

I have ** pills on reorder for my dog. This month on the 2nd, they held up my $130.+ for the pills. They never sent them. On the 6th, I called them. Talked to Jessica, she had no idea what was going on. Transferred me to pharmacy. Said they were waiting for approval? My vet called them. Still not heard if they are being shipped today. They never sent me an email text or phone call that there was an Issue. Not a good company to order from. If they do not want to ship pills they need to take the hold off my money. I see other reviews had the same problem.

When I had a delivery issue they are quick to remedy it. They also allow you to have your autoship arrive earlier or later via an email reminder that they've packed your order. They also allow for additions, changes, etc.

Wow! Chewy has thousands of pet products from which to choose. I get all my cat's wet food, dry food, litter and toys from Chewy. Prices are better than retail. I always get free delivery which eliminates having to lug heavy boxes of litter home from the store. The best part? Since I live in a rural county and all my local stores are in the city, I only pay state sales tax for delivery, saving almost 3% sales tax on all purchases!

Honest, helpful. Very pet and family friendly. Fast delivery and free with 70 dollar purchase. Always on time and always correct. Auto delivery is awesome! Their selections are wide and very reasonably priced.

Chewy has everything I have ever needed and more. They are always happy to help me when I call for assistance in ordering. They are fast. Shipments arrive very fast. I live less than a mile from a very good pet food & equipment store, but it is always easier to order from Chewy.com. My previous pet needed special prescription food - I could find what I needed in several different forms.

Chewy is one of the best customer services store I've ever dealt with, besides Shark. They have gone out of their way to help me. Delivery is really fast. I buy fish products, toothpaste for dogs, leashes and harnesses too. They are the best!

I have ordered from Chewy for about 4 years. I own two medium sized dogs about 35 pounds. I train my dogs (Irish Terriers) for Agility, Talley and Obedience. I’ve bought crates, food, toys, leashes, treat, chews and puzzles for my dogs from them. I’ve only had one item damaged and they replaced it in a day, and asked me to keep or donate to crate. I didn’t have to mail it back. The zipper broke on a portable dog crate. Another time I received a spray bottle that leaked onto the dog food. They replaced the big bag of food and the spray for me at no cost and no need to return the items. My dog food and chews are discounted because I order them to be auto delivered, and even that is flexible. I can change the auto delivery any time before it is shipped and either change it for immediate delivery or change the delivery date preferences, or cancel.
My dogs loved the food and if they don’t, Chewy stands behind their products. I’ve gotten replacement food for a dog food my dogs weren’t crazy about. Customer service is excellent and shipping is fast! Love you Chewy! Initially I was referred to Chewy by a breeder and dog trainer. They really were happy with Chewy. Now I am too. I find the reviews helpful when deciding on new products.

Chewy has a very large variety of pet food, treats, toys and all of the supplies that you need for your pet. The fact that you can order it all online and have it all delivered to your door is also extremely helpful, especially to someone who, like I am, is disabled and unable to get out much, let alone to the store to lift the large bags of food.

Prices are great and having a 50 lb bag of food delivered to my door in 2 days cheaper than I could buy it in a store is a win/win. Great clearance items too! You can set up auto ship too, which is one thing less for me to remember...

Chewy.com is a pretty good online pet store. They have a fair amount to choose from. Service is quick...within a few days you get your order. They pack better than most companies, though there is room for improvement. Prices could be better in the subscription section, but still not bad. Competitive with other companies that do the same.

Great customer service but some freshness issues. The products are mostly great and they have super prices, Ie. The Bully Bites are always a hit with my dogs! If you don’t like something they will always make things right.

Chewy.com is by far the best all around pet supply provider than anyone else. Largest selection of foods, healthcare items as well as prescriptions, accessories, bedding...EVERYTHING. Their customer service team is amazing, to say the least. If you have never tried Chewy before, you're truly missing out.

In the past, I knew I could always rely on Chewy to send my cats' food on time and it would be well packaged to prevent damages during transit. Even if there was products that still arrived damaged, they would say to throw it away or donate it and would send replacements out immediately. They even used to send little handwritten postcards and thank you letters addressee to my cats.
That was in the past. Now, I am lucky if they put one of those pieces of the brown packing paper in the box full of cases of cat food. They almost always arrive damaged. It is such a hassle now, because not only did they cause it by improperly packaging it, but they will not send replacements until you send them back the damaged goods. Even if it's busted open cans of cat food, pee pads that are soaked because the delivery driver left the package out in the rain, etc. Even if you send pictures of the damages, they do not care and will not send out replacements until you waste more time being inconvenienced and repackage it all and take it to UPS or wherever.
The best is the last order that they delivered to the completely wrong address and I only found out because the lady was very honest and came to my house to tell me about it. I informed them of the incident and they explained that they noted it and filed a complaint with FedEx....however, I just received a voicemail from the lady at the incorrect address saying she just received another Chewy package from FedEx with my name on it....SMH.

The website was user friendly and shipping and delivery is always prompt. Although they didn't offer a variety of large cat condos and trees, I might consider purchasing one of the selections they do offer.

Chewy has a huge selection of food, clothes and treats for many different pets. Also prescription food and medicines as well. I have been dealing with Chewy for more than 16 years. The service is excellent and Chewy has a great customer service.

Chewy has a great selection of supplies with competitive prices and free delivery. They make shopping for daily needed supplies easy and subscriptions make a day and night difference, so I never ran out of the food or medicine I need for my dogs and a cat!

Chewy.com has everything my cats need and then some, great deals and the shipping is fast. I submitted a request for some food with a prescription and didn’t have a prescription for it, they contacted my vet for me and the food arrived a short time later. They made it so easy on me.
