I own pugs. So you know I take this seriously. The health and well being of the grumble is so very critical to helping these guys live their best life. I had a brain stem stroke and they have helped me find my way back to my best life. Chewy is good therapy too. They do all their job and most of mine too in making decisions about the right product at the right time. Again today they put their money out to correct a bad decision I made regarding a kinder Cone. They are the service like I used to get at the feed store where they took care of you like family because, well, you probably were.

Chewy.com has always provide good products at competitive prices with timely shipping (free above a certain amount). When our cat passed they were very helpful in handling leftover product. I highly recommend them.

This site has great products, great prices, friendly and competent online chat staff, prompt and accurate delivery. I have had a puppy for 7 weeks and this will always be my first stop for all of her needs. Thank you!

I realized too late that I had purchased a case of grain-free food, after I had decided never to feed my Mrs. Bob grain-free again, due to concerns about her developing heart problems. I called Chewy.com and spoke to a wonderful young man named Marcus. Marcus clearly loves his job, and was not only incredibly helpful but also charming and very, very kind. I was in a panic of guilt and fear over my error, but Marcus calmed me down and made me laugh, then proceeded to walk me through receiving a refund and ordering a grain-inclusive replacement case of dog food.

Do not use autoship!!!! On 2/21/20 I received an automated email letting me know my order was on the way and the cost, $63 and change. Wondering why it was so much more than the previous month, I contacted Chewy via chat and was connected with George **. I was told prices fluctuate month to month. So while chatting with them I pointed out the listed price today, 2/22/20-$55.85, is the same as last month, 1/25/20-$55.85, and looking at my invoice for the upcoming month, 3/25/20 it is also $55.85, the same. I asked if prices fluctuate, how can you already have next month's autoship invoice available. And I am surprised prices fluctuated for one day, on the day my order was invoiced. No answer to my questions but I was offered a one day COURTESY price match. I asked if it was too late to cancel my autoship. I was offered to cancel this order and all future orders. I said absolutely and have a great day. End of story and autoship and Chewy.

I order this for my cat. The first order I placed was for the canine version in error. It was approved by my veterinarian by mistake. I realized my error when it arrived. I called Chewy.com who assisted me in obtaining the correct product. The employee was so helpful and nice. She credited back the money for my original purchase. I asked her the procedure to return the first shipment. She just recommended that I take it to a pet rescue. Which I did. They are non-profit and rely on donations for their 80 animals. They were grateful as it is expensive and they said they had three rescue dogs that require it. I noticed when I was there, that they had shipments in their office from Chewy.com. as well. Thanks Chewy.com for the fine customer service and the donation to the rescue.

This company is absolutely incredible! Their customer service is amazing! Not only do I receive my products in a very timely manner, but they did one of the coolest things ever for my dog's birthday. They sent me a 5x5 painting of my Rhodesian Ridgeback for her 11th birthday! It was completely free, I didn't order it, but it was simply sent with a card to honor my dog. I will never use another company for my pet products again!

Chewy did not deliver on time and it took them over a week in which I asked 3 separate times where my order was to realize that it had gotten "lost". I talked to several customer service representatives and they just proceeded to tell me that it would be here shortly "in the next 1-2 days" and time after time it was wrong. On their website, they say that any order over $50 is 1-2 day shipping so I would expect that to be correct yet it is anything but that. After this poor experience, I will no longer be a chewy consumer. During this week I had to run out to the store and buy more things such as dog food that I had completely run out of waiting around for chewy.

I ordered prescription dog food for at least three years. When I first used them they asked about my animal and his name and breed. Very caring. I ordered a case of food. It came on Friday and my Diago passed on Tuesday. I was devastated to lose my best bud in the world. I called Chewy to see if I could return the food while fighting back tears of my loss. They credited me back my money and had me donate the food in Diago’s name. Two days later I received flowers with the most heart warming message. This company is exceptional beyond words. They go above and beyond more than any company I have dealt with. Thank you Chewy.com for the amazing customer service you have had over the last three years. Thank you for the compassion your company has shown during the toughest time in my life.

Great experience, items always available at same price as local store or less. I didn’t have to carry heavy items from the store, to car, to home. Also able to get prescription food for my pet as they contacted the vet for me as I ordered it.

I found Chewy when I had surgery and knew that I would not be able to go out to get my dog's 30 - 50 pound bags of food for months. Chewy was a lifesaver. Chewy kept me independent and my dog never missed having everything that he would have even if I went to the pet store myself. My dog food came right to my door. Customer Service is better than any I've ever experienced. They treat you like family and they trust their customers. I've never had them questioned me about a concern of mine. They are always ready to please. My dog has since passed away, but I have a new fur baby and even though I'm completely healed, I only use Chewy.com.

I needed prescription food for my dog, the 1st order came the next day! I went on Autoship to save $, unfortunately my pet passed away & with my grief I forgot to cancel. I called, they refunded me & told me to donate the food in Rudy's memory. What an awesome company. Thank you so much Chewy. This actually helped me knowing Rudy will be helping another pet.

I have used Chewy.com for quite a few years now and have never had any issues until the order I placed yesterday. I placed an order for a dog harness, dog bones, and a custom ID tag for our puppy. I noticed this morning on my online banking that I have two charges on my account, one for the amount of the total purchase $52.99 and one for $42.32. After calling them to figure out why, I was told that the id tag hadn't shipped yet so they could only charge my account for the items that shipped. No problem there. The problem I have is that the pending charge of $52.99 should be dropped automatically, not having to wait 2-3 business days.

Amazing selection, prices and mail order service! Shipping is as fast as Amazon Prime without the fee. This is the best place to shop for anything pet related. Their customer service is top-notch. When I need something that requires a prescription from my vet, they contact the vet. There's never an issue or delay. Most of all I love their very competitive prices and free and FAST shipping.

Chewy, is the best. I have been to many other pet stores, and not one has the great customer service like Chewy. Our dogs love Blue Buffalo cookies. I usually order 4 boxes at a time. They arrived very well packed, but there were 3 boxes that the cookies were all broken. I contacted Chewy and they sent me 3 more, free of charge. The Toy I order, I was going to send back to them, was asked to donate to a animal shelter. I mean who does this anymore CHEWY. Won’t order anywhere else.

Chewy ships SUPER FAST. Most of the time I receive my order within one day of the shipment. Overall, their prices are competitive with other stores, the exception being Walmart. The only thing I don't like is that they don't accept coupons and I am a cat food coupon lady.

My dog passed away. Not only did they reimburse my dogs medication that was sent after my dog passed but they sent me flowers. This companies compassionate understanding and customer service is exceptional and they should be rated excellent. I will use them as long as I have pets.

I have ordered from Chewy.com since Chewy started. I find the pricing to be good. I find sales excellent. If I have a damaged bag of food or treats, the Customer Service Department is excellent in rendering a more than fair solution; Chewy Staff really care about our pets and us humans. Customer Service helps with picking the right product for the specific issue I might have. Very helpful in picking out a new treat, a new toy or a new food.

I used to shop at Petco but some of their prices were too high for treats, etc. So I tried Chewy.com, yes I was skeptical but that was 2 years ago. Since then I do ALL my pet shopping at Chewy.com. Once I place the order within 2 days it's at my doorstep and so far all my orders have been rec'd 100% satisfaction. The prices are lower than petco and shipping is free once you've met the min requirement which is always easy for me. I highly recommend Chewy.com to any pet owner for easy ordering, shipping and satisfaction.

I would like to thank Chewy for being so nice and understanding. Our dog is becoming a picky eater and we wanted to return a brand new bag of food. Not only did they refund, but we were able to take the food to a shelter!!!

I have been ordering from Chewy.com for a couple years. My orders are usually fairly large. I recently ordered some cat supplies and a dog bed totaling $64.07. The $64.07 showed up immediately as a pending transaction on my account, but two days later, there was another pending withdrawal for $21. I only use that bank account for certain things and keep limited funds in it, and this almost over-drafted my account.

We have been using Chewy.com for about 2 years now. Starting using when we got our new puppy (Nico). You cannot beat their experienced (CS)customer service and fast and free shipping. Large selection of dog food and treats. CS guided us to correct food in Rachael Ray products that Nico was first put on as a new born. Had issue with a torn bag and they credited us add'tl $$ to buy more while it reshipped a new bag at their expense. You get spoiled by their company, service and expertise. Customer for life!

I’ve been buying from Chewy for a few years. Everything is shipped on time and meets my expectations. Customer service has been wonderful! Any question or problem that comes up they are knowledgeable, kind and very attentive. Don’t need to visit or use any other pet store.

Yesterday I purchased $54 worth of products from Chewy.com. When I checked my bank account this morning, I noticed that Chewy.com billed me twice for the purchase. I called them and was told that because the shipment was coming from two different warehouses, they charged me 2 times (unauthorized and without my permission) on my credit card and would be crediting me the difference. I checked later in the day and although both shipments left the warehouses, no credit was issued. When I spoke to a supervisor, I was brusquely told that I needed to read the terms of the purchase. I never authorized them to double bill me for my purchase nor would anyone else. Chewy.com is not the only company that sells dog food and related products and their rude customer service as well as unprofessional business practices and response is unacceptable. I have been a customer for years.

Chewy.com is our go to for all of our cats and kitty needs!!! With 5 furry friends running around our house, we have constant needs for litter, food, probiotics, toys and medicines. Considering the fact that we have fur babies of the feline family, we all know how picky they can be so the many many choices at Chewy make it easy for us to pick and choose for our choosy babies!! If we have questions, their customer service is superb and beyond measure when it comes to answering the phone or emails. We have never had any delivery issues, although a friend of ours did at one time and Chewy immediately sent her another item, although it wasn't even the fault of Chewy, but the fact that someone had stolen her item!! Chewy is a great store. Overall their prices are the same as a brick and mortar however free shipping is a definite advantage. Customer service is awesome, never a problem if they sent you something wrong often times they will tell you to keep it and send you the right thing. All good things with Chewy. I am a real buyer. I love that they deliver right to your door and their customer service is impeccable! Five stars on all aspects except selection. I gave 4 stars for not being able to select individual canned/packets of wet cat food and dog food. Especially cats, they are very finicky and if my littles don’t like it, I’m out a whole case each time... would love to buy individuals from Chewy. One more thing I noticed lately is that they are matching Amazon prices now and that raises the price significantly at times. Other than that, I love Chewy.com and their customer service.

I have a big dog and a small dog. I thought Chewy sounded like a neat idea. So on the very first order, the rather expensive vitamins were busted all over box that also contained canned food. The vitamins were ruined. I didn't call as I hate to call to complain to a service rep that just wants the next call. So thinking it was just a harmless mistake, I placed another order. Same products and again same problem. Vitamins destroyed, all over box, my floor, just not what you want to deal with after work. So I called. I just wanted them to be covered in bubble wrap or something so 2 cases of dog food wouldn't crush it. I was told a message was sent to warehouse, that sounded caring so I was happy. Third and final order came so completely wrong I think it was packed by a child looking at the cutest animal to put in my box. I received cat food, no vitamins and incorrect can dog food.

I can't say enough positive things about Chewy.com. I started using Chewy.com about 8 or 9 years ago. My dog had bad allergies and the food that I finally found that worked for her was difficult to always find in the local pet stores. I found it on Chewy.com along with my dog's allergy shampoo that the vet. recommended for her. Both products were less expensive on Chewy.com and always available when I needed them.

Chewy.com is awesome! We have been using them for about 2 years & we had an animal cross the rainbow bridge. I had removed the pet from our profile & within a few hours received a call from customer support to check & within a few days had flowers & a card sent to us for the loss of our animal.

So I was very skeptical when I first learned about Chewy.com. I had always gone to my local pet store for my dog and cat food. But one day I did a search for my dog food because the local store didn’t have any that day. Chewy.com did and it cost less, to my surprise. I did decide to try a different food that seemed well rated and when my dog wouldn’t eat it, Chew.com promptly refunded me and let me donate the unused portion to the local Animal shelter. I tried again and have found them to be so convenient and cost is lower. I use them for all my pet needs now. Food, flea and tick preventatives, everything.

I have ordered many things from Chewy. The descriptions of items are spot on. The prices are always competitive. The interface is intuitive to all the people who use it that I have talked to. And the ability to set autoshipping is nice.

I have 3 dogs and as you would imagine that's a lot of dog food, treats and wee wee pads. I read an article on Facebook about 3 years ago about Chewy and I decided to try them out. Since then I have encouraged my daughter, neighbors and even strangers to use chewy. The customer service alone is worth it. But then there are the birthday cards, Christmas cards and even sympathy cards. That they understand dogs are picky and refuse to eat even the most expensive foods after you've ordered it for them. I had such an experience where I wrote a review that my pups wouldn't eat something and I received a refund and was told to donate the food to a local shelter. I've called after an autoship was sent to add an item and received it the next day with no additional cost for shipping. So this is my review of Chewy's. I only wish there were more companies out there like them.

Chewy has always offered a wide selection of dog products at prices that are usually better than store front. They are also very customer friendly including correcting order errors. Chewy will always be the first place I go for my dog's needs.

Prices are same as Walmart, better than Petco and other big box stores. When you add in cost of vehicle fuel, free shipping from Chewy is cheaper than going to Walmart. Product mix seems to be the same as Walmart. At times Amazon sometimes has better prices than Chewy especially when you purchase with free shipping.

Ordering online with Chewy is easy and usually quick. Most of the time they have the product we are looking for. Delivery is quick and better than running to the store. I find that when buying the products for our bunny, they are cheaper online as well as the stores

The day my auto ship dog food was delivered we lost our precious Angel that night. The dog food came very quickly and was easy to cancel the auto shipment online but with my devastation I couldn’t stop crying for a day or two to call customer service to try to return the dog food. When I spoke with Jessica, she was so understanding as I kept breaking down on the phone and was wonderful helping me with what to do with the dog food. I donated It and was credited back for the dog food. There was a knock on my door today with a flower delivery and a condolence card for the loss of Angel from Jessica and Chewy.com. I will never forget this very compassionate gesture of humanity that I thought was gone nowadays. I’m a customer for life and will never forget.

Up until about 4 months ago we had 4 large Maine Coon cats. Thus we went through a lot of cat food. Most we bought from Chewy both for the price and for the delivery to our home. We have always been satisfied with the service. We lost two of our Maine Coons recently, one just a week ago. We still have the two younger ones, but of course they are cats, so they do not like the same foods that the older cats ate.

Chewy.com goes above and beyond in customer service. Recently I ordered some dog treats. They sent a request to review the treats. I wrote that the treats were bigger than expected and hard. Without being asked Chewy refunded my money. I was so surprised.

I really like that the heavy stuff gets delivered right to my door and there is no shipping cost with an order over $50.00. I also like that I can change my auto delivery goods and delivery times depending on my needs - and if I want to skip an order, I can do that too. I have also gotten RX food from Chewy which was pretty simple, I just downloaded the RX and put in my pets Vet info, upped my shipment date and it was sent with my auto delivery. I was not overly thrilled that when I had a coupon for the RX food, there was no place to add it in and when I called they said I would have to mail it in and it would be credited to my account. All in all ordering from Chewy is very convenient and they ship super fast too!

I've ordered from Chewy.com many of times, also have had auto-ship. Product quality is great and customer service is superb via internet chat and/or a phone call. Just note place your order on a Thursday or before, due to the fact no shipments are received on Mondays.

This website is the worst. Things I order never get to me. My address gets changed randomly in their system and FedEx can’t deliver the packages, even though the address is entered correctly on the order form. Their customer service is anything but. Don’t bother with them.

I was tired of paying the high prices for meds at my dogs Vet clinic. After finding Chewy, I was so happy. I set up my account, added pictures of my dogs, made my first order, added my credit card information, all was going fine. The very next day, I received a call from my Vet clinic stating that they disapproved my request to order because they do price match with Chewy. Do WHAT?! I have two issues, one with Chewy and one with my VET clinic for overcharging me for 5 years. I had my Chewy account deleted and will be selecting a new VET clinic. How Stupid... Regardless of laws, I can understand the law. What about being upfront with customers. Sooo STUPID, goodbye chewy!

Chewy orders arrive only 1-2 days after ordering. My cat, Micky, is on a prescription diet and Chewy contacts the veterinarian for the prescription. One time I had ordered a toy for for Micky. It was a card of three mice. I ended up getting 3 boxes! I called Chewy and let them know what happened. They told me that I could give some to friends and family or donate them. I did both. I love how easy it is to order.

To me, that's not truth in advertising. Their prices are slightly lower than in retail stores, but not significantly. The big positive for me is that delivery always occurs within 2 days of ordering.

We like Petco, because they offer a lot of different brands, I would recommend Royal Canin weight care for our 8 yr old toy chihuahua (Lucy), because she likes it, and other products by Royal Canin. Plus Petco also carries health supplement for dogs, cats that help them with their arthritis, and whatever health issues that they may have. Plus Petco offers fast delivery on most items sold.

They never sent me an email text or phone call that there was an Issue. Not a good company to order from. If they do not want to ship pills they need to take the hold off my money. I have ordered from Chewy for about 4 years. I own two medium sized dogs about 35 pounds. I train my dogs (Irish Terriers) for Agility, Talley and Obedience. I’ve bought crates, food, toys, leashes, treat, chews and puzzles for my dogs from them. I’ve only had one item damaged and they replaced it in a day, and asked me to keep or donate to crate. I didn’t have to mail it back. The zipper broke on a portable dog crate. Another time I received a spray bottle that leaked onto the dog food. They replaced the big bag of food and the spray for me at no cost and no need to return the items. My dog food and chews are discounted because I order them to be auto delivered, and even that is flexible. I can change the auto delivery any time before it is shipped and either change it for immediate delivery or change the delivery date preferences, or cancel.

Wow! Chewy has thousands of pet products from which to choose. I get all my cat's wet food, dry food, litter and toys from Chewy. Prices are better than retail. I always get free delivery which eliminates having to lug heavy boxes of litter home from the store. The best part? Since I live in a rural county and all my local stores are in the city, I only pay state sales tax for delivery, saving almost 3% sales tax on all purchases!

They try to rush orders out only to neglect common sense. You do not pack 40 lbs of kitty litter with small pet plastic huts, toys, and millet spray. I ended up with cracked pieces and millet meal instead of millet spray. Although they're good about replacements, it just ends up being a waste of time: ordering, getting broken stuff, complaining, waiting for a replacement and the cycle goes on. This has happened to me 3 times now. Cages come cracked or pieces do not fit together like they're supposed to. I'm surprised I didnt have the FBI banging at my door for all of the chinchilla dust that leaked everywhere outside of the shipping box because the bathing dust container got crushed from the kitty litter. As a delivery person, imagine yourself in the midst of a suspicious whitish powder on your hands and clothes from handling a box. You'd most likely freak out not knowing what it could be.

I am writing this review because I do not want other people to experience the same thing I have over the past week. I placed a rather large order from Chewy.com for $133.89. But, since one of my items had to be shipped from another warehouse I was charged $125.24 & 8.65 separately. Those two charges ($125.24 & $8.65) were authorized on my debit card. But the $133.89 is still a pending charge on my debit card and it has been for 7 DAYS now. Pending charges still don't allow you to access your funds, so I have been out an additional $133.89 since I placed my order at Chewy.com.

I know many order pet food from Chewy. I’m not ready to take that step yet for my dog since he has allergies and can have issues with different brands. I do however have an almost 22 year old cat that has dementia at certain times. I was in dire need of potty training pads. I needed the larger ones and ones that are absorbent. I’ve tried a few local and through Amazon. I need good quality in bulk for an affordable price. After all. I’m not training and soon to be done with these. I’m using these daily for the remainder of my cat’s life.

The only issue we have ever had with Chewy is that sometimes they are out of products that run on our autoship BUT they always make it right! Either by shipping the product when they get it in stock with free shipping or just refunding that part of the order.

I LOVE Chewy.com. My cat had to have a prescription-only cat food due to a thyroid issue. Chewy had a good price, and shipped it so that I received it the very next day. My cat passed away a year or so later, and the staff at Chewy.com sent a very sweet and thoughtful sympathy note. I have also been very impressed with the customer service. I once ordered the wrong food for the family cockatiel; the customer service rep replaced it with the correct item at no extra charge, and suggested that I donate the item that I had mistakenly ordered to a local shelter. This company shows great compassion -- they clearly love animals, and they treat us humans awfully well too.

Chewy has a large selection of pet products that are competitively priced. My orders are delivered within a day or two at the latest of order. I would highly recommend Chewy for all of your pets' needs.

My dog was having some skin issues so I was looking to change food. I read the reviews and ordered it based on reviews. It happened to be on a Bogo sale item so I had 100 lbs of feed. My dog hated it, would not eat it at all. I called Chewy, told them my issue. Offered to send it back. I thought at most I would get a credit for the unopened bag of dog food which would mostly get absorbed by shipping it back. To my surprise, they told me to donate it all and credited me for the whole order. I was so shocked. I appreciated it, you just don't get that type of service anymore.

This pet company is reliable. You get your pet's food delivered on time and if there's a question, customer service is always courteous, very helpful. My friends and I are very satisfied with their home delivery system and easy to navigate website.

Chewy is a wonderful online pet store, they have a large selection of products and food, so many brands with great prices and long expiration dates. Their sales are amazing they are much better than what you find at the pet store. Treats galore for my dog. With their free delivery I get my scheduled dog food delivered every 12 weeks to my front step like clockwork. Any problems with an order their customer service team will bend backwards to satisfy you. I will shop nowhere but Chewy.com.

I buy a LOT of cat food - my Chewy orders are over $100 each week and I've been buying from them for a few years now so I wanted to leave a general review (not product specific) and alert people to their excellent customer service. I have auto-ship for myself and my elderly neighbor across the street (2 separate auto-ships set up which is nice) and about a year ago we were having issues with damaged shipments. All it took every time was a call to Chewy customer service and the problem was fixed. They would send out replacement cases for the damaged packages with no hassle at all. I would have gladly sent a picture to prove what I was referring to but they never asked. That problem seems to be handled as we have not received any damaged in quite some time.

The deals we have found for cat treats, dog toys, and other items have been phenomenal. And Petsmart price matches! We have saved a lot of money. The site is easy to navigate, and they have quick customer service support.

There are a few very specific products I need for my dog (he's a service dog in training) that Chewy doesn't carry, or that I've been able to find cheaper from other stores, but almost everything he owns came from Chewy.

When my dog passed Chewy not only refunded my order but told me to donate the food to a local shelter. Two days later they had a bouquet of flowers delivered to my door with a Sorry For Your Loss card. Absolutely the best customer service I have experienced from a company in the last 20 years!

I started shopping at Chewy.com so I could refill my dog prescription. It was delivered fast and the price was half of what I originally paid. I’ve also purchased top of the line dog foods and treats. They have better prices than I can get at a pet store in my area. I also noticed for someone who can not afford the most expensive dog foods they also offer less expensive choices. If you want to automatically buy food you can get it at a cheaper price. I'm very happy and have told a few people already. Why carry heavy bags of dog food or kitty liter when you can have it delivered fast to your front door.
