    I had made one purchase from this company and got the merchandise, larger than it should have been, but figured I could fix. In December 2025, I found several items that I like and made a purchase. Received an email from Woman Within stating the items had been shipped, also received an email from Vividria stating the same items were shipped. I assume that this was a third party who was shipping the items.

    Turned out the items were coming from overseas, so I waited patiently and kept checking the tracking status. It seemed to be in customs for several weeks which was unusual. Then it finally stated it was delivered, but I never got it. After much correspondence, I was told the carrier lost the shipment. They could either replace the items or refund, I wrote back if they could not replace the exact items, to refund me. Kept getting various emails as to why it was taking so long to process the refund. I told them I worked in accounting, and they were just hand me a bunch of lies.

    Then I was told the refund was expedited and I should receive it shortly. That was two weeks ago. Now I send an email and it is not accepted, though my carrier is continuing to try and send. I have written not only to the third-party vendor, but Woman Within. I have sent three emails to see if they could intervene and assist me. Have never received any comments, help or concern, so I feel my only recourse is to advise anyone who is checking this to avoid the company. I keep getting catalogues and discard as I no longer trust who is sending the items, or if they will ever be delivered and is it just a scam to get money. I have tried numerous times to upload receipt as jpeg, png, doc etc, will not accept.

    Updated on 04/30/2026: Update from the company. They are working to get approval to cancel my order in full. I appreciate the help they are trying to do for me. I was told that this is not my fault like I was told it was. Just warning if anyone orders make sure that you are not signed up for eco ship.

    Original Review: If I could give this company a negative star I would. I ordered for the first time last week. Said my order will be arriving within a week and a half. Later I got an email saying that because one item is on backorder I will have to wait until 3 1/2 months to get my full order because I did something called Eco ship which I don’t even think I did. I was told I could cancel the one back ordered item but when I tried, they told me no my order is in processing. They won’t let me cancel the full order. I don’t know if I should put a fraud in my bank because I don’t want my credit to go bad. The customer service agent literally said in the exact words that this is my fault, not theirs, and that they won’t do anything. I’m stuck waiting to see if I even get this order that I paid 67.00 for. I’m literally so mad right now because of this horrible company. Please, please this is a honest and real review. Do not order from them.

      I made a large purchase last year and then returned a few items. I never received the gift card and pin and when I called and emailed them, they said they remove all gcard info after 90 days. So I have a credit of $240. There is no record of my order or transaction, so I cannot spend the credit I am due. I have been a good customer to this company and will no longer buy anything from them.

      Clothing: Cheaply made on the whole, but usually decent value when on sale. BUT the MOST deceptive advertising anywhere. Always pushing--as in the top item pictured--something 50% off, except in tiny print it says "Pre-order! Expected delivery next August 26" (YES, FOUR MONTHS AWAY) and then you find out you not only have to wait four months, but you pay full price as well, because only in-stock items get the discount! Only company I know that is always pushing sales of clothing they DON'T have in stock! P.S. They don't allow you to cancel an order.

      Purchased a bathing suit prior to surgery because I knew I would be able to do some of my rehab in the pool. It was several months before I wore the suit. Wore it for 1 rehab session (45 minutes), hand washed it and after it dried I found a large rip in the material. Called the company and was told they could not do anything for me. Since it was worn and washed there was no returns. I pointed out the poor quality of the suit and they just said too bad. Customer service was like talking to a robot. She had a very heavy accent that was hard to understand, spoke quickly and did not answer any of my questions. She just kept reading from a script same lines over and over. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! DON'T spend any money with them!!!!!

      Ordered 3 items, 2 sent and returned other, was backordered, never sent. They want money for returned items and item never received. Bill was $65 for items already returned before first bill came out now, getting call for $207 which includes late fees on money I don't owe. They also have Come in Bank trying to collect for same amount. Ruined my credit score as well. They aren't seeing a dime and I'm telling everyone what a rip off they are.

      Worst customer service! The chat bot on their badly outdated website doesn’t work. I spent two weeks calling to get a refund or credit for a package they shipped to the wrong address. I deleted that address many times over the years but it still pops up. Very outdated website. You can’t get updates on packages being shipped. Look up orders and it always tells you that there are no orders. They are pretty much a monopoly.

      I ordered 3 pair of slacks from Woman Within. I was charged $17.99 to ship the order. The slacks were too small, even though it's the same size I always order.

      to EXCHANGE the slacks, I contacted the "assist online". For $5 I could speak to a representative to do a basic EXCHANGE of the order. Then I am charged $10.99 to return the order. This is outrageous and I will NEVER order from Woman Within again.

      Ok just the facts: on 3-23-26, bought a pair of pants for $11.99. With tax and shipping my total was $21.37. I was in a Store a week later and found almost the exact pair of pants, tried them on and bought them. When my order arrived, I opened the outer bag just to make certain it was ok, never opening the plastic bag inside and taped it back up. That night I texted to return the item, and the next day dropped it off at a UPS store. They received it and was processing my refund. I received a refund of a WHOLE $1.84!!!!! They took out a processing fee of $10.99. That is absolutely crazy!!!! I will never buy anything from them again. I also told them to take me off their email list! They were sent tons of emails at all hours of the day and night too. That is ridiculous BAD service!!!!
