I have bought four large rugs from Wayfair. I had a problem when they sent me the wrong color rug, which they quickly fixed to my satisfaction. The rugs were of the highest quality. Since then I've bought lots of things from Wayfair and have found that everything has been very good quality. They have everything and shipping is free on things over 49 dollars. Love that. I totally recommend Wayfair. I just ordered flannel sheets and I'm waiting for them to arrive. The sheets were ordered on 1/16/17, shipped 1/17/17, to arrive 1/20/17.

For whatever reason my four chairs had very uneven front legs. Customer Service at Wayfair took care of my problem right away. I am pleased with my purchase. I have bought at least six times from Wayfair and will continue to shop with them.

I purchased the Cranmore TV stand Oct 2016; it came on time; delivery people were very helpful. I love the stand, the quality, color and wood material -- it is a cabinet with storage. It works well for me. Thank you.

My son and daughter assembled the island for me. My daughter in law read the directions. The island fits in the kitchen well and looks great. The only problem was that the advertisement stated everything over a certain amount of money there would be free shipping. That did not happen. I was charged $1,000 shipping charges.

I have really enjoyed using Wayfair for several orders. Arriving in the United States with three suitcases and a mission to fill 890 sq meters within my budget and fitting my very European style seemed unattainable, but finding Wayfair has been a god-sent. Love these rugs! Purchased 2 months ago, wanted to wait a while before reviewing. Extremely accurate on delivery estimate. They arrived in perfect condition, colors are vibrant, and I could not be happier! Need pads on wood floors.

My wife and I have ordered many things from Wayfair since we moved into our new apartment. The products always arrives either on time or early, it is always great especially for the price, and we love how many great choices there are. We are always happy when we order from Wayfair and would highly recommend them if you're looking to save money on furniture or decorations or even if you have a lot to spend! They've got a huge range.

I recently purchased a book case. When I noticed the next day the dimensions were too large, I tried to stop the shipment. The customer rep said he had stop the shipment but it arrived regardless (and given me store credit). I ordered another smaller book case and was able to ask the UPS person to take the other back. Customers should be able to reverse an order soon after ordering it. The customer rep told me that I would not get credited the shipment fee of $100+ if I did not take it to a UPS place myself.

My order consisted of shelves and a cabinet. This was ordered for the University in which I work - Texas Christian University. The furniture arrived in a timely manner and the price and quality have been outstanding. The furniture matched our needs perfectly and will provide the durability needed for our usage. We ordered a couple of area carpets. They came quickly, were packaged great. However there was a defect in the carpet. We called the 800 number and Wayfair simply issued a new carpet to us, no questions, no hassle! It was great! This is REAL customer service. I will always go to this site first to purchase things for my home knowing that Wayfair will back what they sell. Thank you Wayfair for being a cut above the others!

I've purchased SEVERAL things from Wayfair and its partner stores and it is by far the BEST quality for your dollar! It always arrives on time and just as pretty as the pictures! A++ I recommend to people all the time.

Package arrived safely and all parts were included. Some of the holes had to be bored deeper to allow nut to lock, this required patience so you don't punch a hole thru the board. When all together it is very sturdy to sit on and looks very nice in entrance way storing our golf shoes.

I purchased a chest of drawers, received a coupon which made me take advantage of the price. I could not have asked for a better experience. The chest is great, delivery was perfect and the price was an incredible blessing.

First of all, I was very pleased with the pricing of the 3 blinds I bought. Secondly, they arrived on time, with no problem. These 2 things were very important to me. I am enjoying my new blinds with peace of mind!

All the people that I interacted with at Wayfair were awesome, but it seems that their system is heavily flawed, especially during a busy cycle. My wife put in our orders on Friday. Our billing and shipping addresses were different because we had just moved two days prior and I haven't yet switched the billing address on our credit cards to our new address. But we were notified on Saturday morning that our orders were canceled for fraud. Instead of first verifying with us what the correct addresses were and why the addresses were different, they just canceled our orders outright. But if their system was better, that should never have happened.

I wanted to order this TV stand on Black Friday. I had bank card compromised day before Thanksgiving. The rep at your company honored the Black Friday price for me when I received a new bank card. Thank you so much. I really appreciate what you did for me.

My mother bought my son a lego table that clearly said 3 pieces. She inquire about the 2 chairs when we got the table because they were not in the box. Answer was no problem. "We are sending you the chairs." After a delay and delay. I was suppose to receive it tomorrow. Now she get an email saying that the chairs are not available! That to have a refund (one month later). That we need to return the table. I find that totally unfair and the wait just crazy! They should have said that on the first email. Not after one month of delaying the delivery! I do not recommend this website at all! Bad customer service.

Product came quickly and was exactly as pictured and described. No complaints except for one small one. One of the wheels on one leg was welded on a little crooked but not enough to make a big deal about especially for what I paid for this end table.

My husband and I both opened accounts after remodeling almost our entire home. Our home looks so beautiful from our entry to our living room and our bathrooms. I was taken back at paying almost $100 for a pair of queen size sheets for our bed but WOW!! They are so thick and 100% cotton. Not this other crap that's so cheap. We loved our little plant, our metal signs and our cabinets for our bathroom. Just good quality merchandise. Got to our house so quick and nothing was damaged either. It might not look like a lot to some people but we've waited and sacrificed a lot. Thank you to Wayfair for making things affordable, no shipping fees.

I had ordered this birdbath last year and was so pleased I ordered one as a gift to my Mother. I received it before its scheduled arrival. The packaging allowed it to arrive safely and in perfect condition.

I ordered a free-standing faux plant for my living room. It needed to be assembled - the "fronds" needed to be placed into the "stems". That was very easily done and the result was a fairly realistic looking plant. I still need to find a nice planter to put the plant in - one that goes well with my decor, of course, and hopefully through Wayfair. I got the faux plant on sale and the sale price was very good. I would not be able to afford the non-sale price. I look forward to finding another faux plant on sale!

Wayfair is great. Quality items at reasonable prices and excellent customer service. Most of the items I've ordered have arrived in great condition and timely. However the one time that I discovered manufacturing defects Wayfair was quick to react and did so in a very satisfactory manner. I've purchased several items for my home -- both big and small ticket items -- and will most certainly buy from them again (and again and again) in the future.

I ordered a beautiful set of glassware and when received one was broken. I contacted customer service to see if they could replace just the one glass. To my surprise I was sent an entire set to replace it at no charge three days later. Wayfair Customer Service is second to none!

So I ordered a mother of pearl lamp and it is amazing. The quality of the mother of pearls, the shine, and the make. It has a really smooth finish. I was pretty scared since I've never ordered stuff like this online but I couldn't be happier. This lamp is a must buy. It really lights up the space and adds elegance to the interior. Please don't mind my pictures. They're not the best. :p

I had my eye on this chandelier and it was unavailable for a while. When it finally became available again I wasted no time ordering two of the same item for the sitting room. They arrived promptly before the estimated arrival date. They are beautiful and they look fantastic in the sitting room after we installed gorgeous dimmer safe bulbs.

2 Kleopatrus Retro Chairs and 1 Bezons End Table - The two club chairs we ordered were received in a timely manner. No assembly was required, and we were able to enjoy them as soon as they arrived. The smaller dimensions of the chairs are great for our tiny living area. The chairs are firm, yet very comfortable. They are a great new addition to our cabin and come in handy when guest come to visit, or when we need extra dining space. The swivel base allows them to easily turn to the table for dining.

This was the second chair I purchased from Wayfair. They were both gifts and had to fit in a small space. It did that quite well. The first one didn't hold up as well as I had hoped for (a year and half) but was very reasonable. It was sat in everyday just not a occasionally. We will see with this second one.

My order came quickly and was in good condition. The lamp however has a defective switch to turn it off and on. It sticks and is very hard to turn. This was a fairly expensive lamp and it should have a better switch. This lamp is not good quality, not what I would expect from Wayfair.

The chairs are very nice, arrived the day that was promised. One of the boxes had a hole in it and the bag with the legs was open. There was only one flat plastic washer so I suspect the other three fell out somewhere in transit. The other chair was in a box that stayed together and everything was there.

I bought two sets of corral dinnerware for my son and daughter-in-law's Christmas present. Service is always wonderful at Wayfair and so was selection. I ordered two area rugs for my bedroom and they arrived shortly after I ordered. I thought they were deep red but they're rust with a beautiful outer edge in sage green. These rug are more muted in color, which is exactly what I wanted.

This was my first time ordering from Wayfair. I did not know it would take so long for delivery. My initial order was placed November 8, 2016 for a Claremore Sofa by Loon Peak. Delivery was delayed from December 29, 2016 until I received it on January 4, 2017. Unfortunately, when we opened the packaging we discovered a visible tear on the bottom of the sofa. I immediately called the number on the delivery slip and the service representative was very helpful and assured me a new replacement sofa would be ordered and shipped in 2 weeks. However, I have to wait until late February for delivery. All in all, estimated time for receiving my sofa is 3 1/2 months! Had I known in advance of the many delays, I may have considered another company.

I must say that I love all of the items from this order, and I will definitely order again. The quality and variety cannot be beat, and the online process made ordering painless. I'm looking forward to my next order!

I was very disappointed in my pillows because they did not look like the ones in my email. The pillows I ordered were navy blue with white designs. The ones I received have a design that looks to be light blue. I would like to return them but not sure how. So sorry about this. The lamp I ordered was great... looked just like the picture.

White desk with hutch for my granddaughter. She loves it. Very good quality!! This was the 42" 3 piece writing desk. Desk, hutch and chair. The Mariano. She is 7 and perfect size for her and she will be able to use for quite a few years! Then handed down to her sister.

Not Wayfair fault. I applied for credit and was declined. After research I found that had I put a freeze with the bureaus for identity theft. My problem is I wasn't given an explanation as to why I was declined. I made my purchase with a credit card and item came in timely manner. Will I purchase again?? Probably not.

Cuisinart 5.5 Qt. Oval Casserole - I never thought of Wayfair for pots, but here is one I bought as a gift. They said it was just what they were looking for. Good heavy cast iron and clad for easy cleaning. Shipping was fast too.

Customer service was better than actual experience. Items not only took 5 weeks to show up but 3 items were broken and the bed was missing several pieces. I'm giving 2 stars because I actually like the furniture and Marcus ** went over and beyond to help and try and resolve the issue. Even refunded me 25% of the purchase price. As of today January 17, 2017 I'm still waiting on pieces of furniture that I ordered November 29, 2016. I'm unsure if I will use Wayfair again. Great deals but the hassle is almost not worth saving the money.

I waited all day for the piece of furniture to be delivered. Am disabled at present and just wanted to have it put inside the front door. Delivery came after dark and they just ran the piece up to the front porch and left it. They were Quiet and sneaky. I had to call a neighbor after 8pm to get it inside.

LOVED the entire experience. The rug is just what I wanted and I will be purchasing again in the near future! The customer service experience was terrific as well and let's face it, that is the first line in any company.

I placed the order 12/22. Delivery was scheduled for 12/24/16. We were out of town, so neighbors watched for the package, which never came. Finally, 1/4/17 I sent an email requesting information. A general reply for tracking was returned. This information was useless until I looked further into UPS tracking # and found that UPS wrote up a ticket for the item, but never received the item for shipping. I relayed that info to Wayfair. They had not checked with UPS and were unaware. Two other emails went back and forth between us. I waited days for a reply. Wayfair contacted the company re the item, but did not hear back and told me if they didn't hear anything in 2 days the order would have to be cancelled.

This was the second bookshelf that we ordered from the same manufacturer and we loved it as much as the first one. And as always, Wayfair did not disappoint. The website was easy to navigate and with many choices. The quality of the furniture was great and the delivery service was better than we expected. I always recommend Wayfair to friends and family when they are looking for a specific item because it's easy to find almost anything. Search and find. Love this site!

When my girlfriend received her gift card, there was no note, nothing explaining what it was, and all of us have at one time or another got in the mail a charge card, that you needed to sign up, pay for something etc. She almost threw it away, she thought it was a come on... In the future, advising that Wayfair let consumers know that it is a REAL GIFT card. Yes, I also called your company to express my concern.

I ordered a teal cabinet. Upon opening the box I noticed two pieces were scratched. One was the top so highly visible. I called Wayfair. The representative was very helpful and shipped out replacement parts almost immediately. I was very pleased.

The bed frame is great quality and arrived 1 day earlier than predicted. As other reviewers mentioned, everything arrived in one (very heavy) package inside the headboard. The back of my headboard was intact and not ripped as some other reviewers have mentioned. The bed frame is even better quality than I expected and was easy to set up. I set it up with my boyfriend in about 20-30 minutes - we did have an electric drill though so maybe that made it go a bit faster. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

After ordering 4 different bath towels, one by one, 3 out of four items came back as Discontinued. Why were they available when order was placed, then days later three marked discontinued one each day? Very disappointed!

Bedspread set: MadisonPark:MP10-639 - In spite of another review that said stitching of tucks unravel, I thought it would not unravel if gently used just as bedspread. Stitching on 'tucks' still coming undone. I'm constantly resewing! The decorative roll pillow missing button on one end. Conclusion: it's lovely to look at, but very poorly sewn!! So disappointed in such poor workmanship.

Online ordering was very easy. The initial item I wanted was out of stock. I was shown several comparable items all of which were nice and of great quality. I ordered and it took no time at all for me to receive my items. I was given tracking numbers as well.

Ordering was very easy. We got the chair in good time. FedEx left it outside the door which I didn't appreciate. I'm 77 and had to maneuver it inside. That's not your fault however. It was very easy to assemble the chair and it is great!

I ordered two headboards from Wayfair. They arrived when they said they would, quicker than expected. They are in great shape, easy to assemble and look great! The price was amazing. I'm very happy and would order from Wayfair again!

I ordered a sectional from Wayfair. I allowed a little leeway with the delivery date since it was around the holidays. However, two weeks past the delivery date I decided it was time to contact them. Turns out, my item was lost. Why did I have to initiate contact? Wayfair would've been happy to let me go without my item or money. Once I finally had a dedicated customer service person offer me a refund, my emails and calls were ignored further delaying my refund. Wayfair does not care about their customers.

Our dresser was delivered when Wayfair said it was gonna be delivered. However, the delivery guys didn’t come with anything. My husband gave them some straps that they could use to bring the dresser in but they didn't use it. Luckily, the dresser was packaged well so it didn’t get damaged. Other than that, everything else is beautiful and I'm very happy. It was a great experience.

This was my husband and I's first time ordering on Wayfair. We received some items in the order that were damaged. In speaking with the claims person the questioning was a very exhaustive process. Also, the representative asked for the same information multiple times. We are still finding parts of the bed that after it was fully assembled are damaged but it would be more frustrating to have them replaced by the company and they are probably out of warranty.

Everything was fine with Wayfair. Delivery went fine and earlier than expected, so I was pleased with that and with the website experience as well.

I called customer service to ask about this 100% wool rug. I thought the quality would be poor at this amazing price. The rep I talked with was great - felt like talking with a girlfriend! This rug is great! It's soft and very good looking. It is pilling a bit but a rug specialist I know said that pilling will go away in time if I don't use the beater bar on my vacuum cleaner. I'm looking forward to enjoying this fantastic rug for years to come.

I did call to get an update on my order because once it got on the cargo ship, the tracking got lost, and they pointed me to the right direction. It was a good experience and I have no complaints. The order arrived at about the time I expected it.

My order had a damaged part and when I called to inform Wayfair about it, the customer service rep could not have been more accommodating. She was quick, polite and offered a resolution that completely met and exceeded my expectations. I have already recommended this company to friends to use for their home decor shopping needs.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVED wayfair and for a few months bought every single thing ever from them. Their products were adorable, their app was so easy to use, they sell EVERYTHING so no matter what I needed I found and loved. However their Credit Card company has shady fine print and the managers at wayfair customer service were less than helpful. It has since given me a poor taste in my mouth when it comes to Wayfair and I do not foresee spending as much money there anymore - which is unfortunate for everyone.

We purchased a card table and chairs as a Christmas gift. When it was opened a few days after Christmas the table and one chair was badly damaged. The box it shipped in was broken and badly damaged. I called customer service. They were great. Very helpful and the problem was resolved in one call. Thank you for the great service and standing behind your product.

When I receive the microwave I contact right away Wayfair. Few days later they send me a brand new microwave. What a good service. No fee to be paid. So that's why I really recommend to shop at Wayfair. This store have the best service I ever had before with other store. Thank you Wayfair.

I ordered my patio set in early November at a great price. I was originally told that the set was on back order and that it wouldn't arrive until March, but I ended up getting it in December! My husband put it together easily in a couple of hours, and it seems to be very good quality. The cushions are thick and I love the red color. It's been too cold to sit outside so far, but I can't wait to enjoy my new furniture in the spring!

I had a problem assembling one of 4 dining chairs I had purchased. Three of the four chairs took about 15 minutes each to assemble. We worked on the 4th for over an hour when I gave up and called customer service. They were apologetic and immediately offered to send a replacement set of chairs. They were knowledgeable and supportive and the delivery of the replacement chairs was seamless! Excellent customer service!

What a dreadful experience trying to put the floor lamp together. The pieces screwed together and very difficult to get into proper alignment. The large lamp on top had a piece that was supposed to screw into top before the light bulb is inserted. It didn't screw in so there is a wobbly factor to the glass lamp and we are researching how to affix the piece with a heat-resistant adhesive. The way it is packaged makes it impossible to return. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

Couch was due to arrive in mid December after having ordered it in mid November. Delivery date was surreptitiously pushed back three times and officially designated as "lost" on January 12th. Two full months of waiting for something to never arrive and they offered us a 10% off coupon for our next purchase. Terrible experience, will not order from Wayfair again.

I ordered a glider chair for my wife for Christmas. Unfortunately, when I opened the box to assemble the chair I discovered that the glider base was broken. Though I was disappointed, I called customer service and they were quick to send me a replacement which was packaged better and arrived in good shape.

In December 2016 I ordered and received 2 dark brown chairs. They were delivered in good condition and certainly were a compliment to our living room. We plan to order other items from Wayfair in the future.

The package was under great distress (ripped box, etc). The product itself was cheap, pressed wood... Just plain shabby. We used it in a guest bathroom rather than the intended usage in a completely restored one... All the other products around this issue from Wayfair were excellent. We were very disappointed!

The rug arrived & was just as ordered. It is perfect for our use. Our great-granddaughter plays on it in her "playpen" & when she falls she does not get hurt. When she spits up we just wipe it up with a damp sponge. We did put a 1/2" rug pad under the rug.

I ordered this rug pad on January 8th and received it on January 12th. That's pretty good delivery. I am very pleased with it as it is holding the area rug I bought from Wayfair about a week ago in place. I find their prices are reasonable, the quality of items is very good, and the delivery is fast.

An EXCELLENT Transaction w/phone representative. We had 'our eye' on a living room hammock. Guessss....that, it was Out-of-Stock, when we looked at it a while later. Called Wayfair & rep stated that it was back In stock (BUT, at a higher price)?! He discounted it & we had it delivered in a couple of days. I ordered a Weber Spirit E-310 LP Grill from Wayfair on December 7, 2016. Because the grill was purchased as a Christmas gift, and we here in MN are currently far removed from reasonable weather conditions for backyard grilling, I can't yet speak to how the grill performs. I can say that ordering from Wayfair was a top-notch experience in every way. Shipping was free, delivery was made within 3 days, and the condition of the grill upon arrival was perfect. Assembling the grill took about 2 hours, but the effort was not at all difficult and the instructions were easy to follow. The assembled grill is more solid and stable than several competing brands/models of grills that I looked at in local stores prior to making the purchase from Wayfair.

When we opened the box the horse looked ok until we took it out. Back legs were not as wide apart as the front legs and the one back leg was shorter than the other. Very wobbly. Could not give it to the child I bought it for. Will be sending it back.

I was very disappointed in quality and color of these pillows. The red was not a "fire truck" red, more pinkish red and material was chintzy! Have ordered from Wayfair several times and was pleased with my purchase thus why this order so disappointed me!

We ordered a set of lawn chairs and the box came damaged. As it turns out, one of the chairs was actually damaged also. Wayfair customer service was so helpful and set up a replacement package immediately. The only reason I get four instead of five stars is because the chairs we're paying to put together with the allen wrench they provided.

Shopping Wayfair style is fabulous. Say you're looking for a lamp, I was. Instead of going store to store you simply put them in a room and you have ones so you can start narrowing down. I was very pleased with both the first lamp, the stack tables, the bar chairs, a second lamp, more bar stools and an ottoman, and a day bed with trundle. Loading up new rooms for future purchases. Most pleased with the purchases from order to delivery to assembled and ta-da.

Ordered a La-Z-Boy recliner for my husband. When we put it together, we found the footrest would not stay extended. It would collapse as soon as it rose to full extension. I reported the problem and was promptly contacted by Bradley **. He offered several resolutions but my husband still wanted to return the chair. The final resolution was to donate the chair to charity, received a full refund for the chair and Wayfair has a very satisfied customer. I was skeptical about the resolution because it was an almost $800 chair but Bradley assured me everything was okay. My husband found another chair he likes but it is out of stock until February. I had a bed frame sent to my house and when I opened it on Christmas eve it was broken. I called the following Monday and they shipped me a replacement part right away. They also stayed on the phone with me while I inspected the rest of the bed to be sure it was ok. Very friendly and very helpful. I was very happy with my experience. The new piece came in and we have our bed frame together. It's awesome and I love it.
