    I ordered my bed frame and was given an estimated delivery time from two weeks of my order date. On the last day of my "estimated arrival date" I was notified that it was being delayed another two days, then it finally arrived 7 days later.     The vanities on time but one was damaged. Both the counter tops were damaged. It was a challenge to get the delivery personnel to allow us to check the counter tops for damage. Wayfair upon asking the rep, discounted the damaged vanity by $400. We are getting our own repair person to fix it. As the bathroom marble is already laid down then we are told the wood vein counters are out of stock. Had to settle for the rain forest counter tops. They have shipped and yet to arrive. We can only hope that they are not damaged. If so we are in a bad spot! It's been a comedy of errors to date.

    Could not contact local delivery company... left 4 voice mails, with none returned. Took over a week to get delivery once the vanity we ordered arrived in the local area. The faucets that were sent did not work. After installing, I spent close to a day trying to find a water leak... suspecting connecting hoses and buying multiples. Finally, uninstalled the faucets to find one leaking from a bad weld. Had to buy new faucets and threw these out.

    Our order of the Lifesmart Reward 15 Jet Traditional Round 5 Person Spa with Cover was delivered on the day promised. However, we were unable to set it up and have it ready for our party as planned for the weekend because it arrived without the cover! I cannot give my experience more than a 1 star rating (based on promptness of delivery) because it kind of ruined my party plans. I still have not heard from a customer service rep regarding this. I will update on the actual functionality of the hot tub once I am able to use it.     The website was easy to navigate and offered many options in the area of interest (bookcases). I was a little disappointed with my delivery experience. I paid the additional fee for delivery and assembly, and selected the time window in which the bookcases would arrive. I was told I'd receive a call 30 min prior to arrival. I received a call 10 min *before* the delivery window opened and was informed the truck had arrived (the delivery window had not yet started, so I was not home). Additionally, upon close inspection of the bookcases, there are clear scrape marks on the inside walls of the bookcases (presumably where the shelves were stored in transit). Overall, I had a pretty good experience as a first time shopper at Wayfair.

    Abbey 60" Double Bathroom Vanity Set - We were in the middle of a bathroom renovation when our contractor informed us that the bathroom vanity/sink combination he ordered had been backordered for at least a month. We did our research and found this unit on Wayfair. I contacted Wayfair telling them we needed this unit ASAP. A rush was placed on the unit which was shipped from California. The unit arrived in a week! The unit was well packaged. However, the backsplash was broken in several pieces. The sink and vanity were in great shape... very well built, solid unit. The sink and vanity are attached as one unit. It is very heavy!

    I spoke to a representative from Wayfair about the broken backsplash. I was given the option to have a new backsplash sent or to see if a local vendor was able to replace it. A local tile company was able to make a new backsplash in a day so I chose to get a refund for the backsplash. Wayfair was excellent to deal with, they stand by their products, will assist you with any problems. The sink/vanity combination is perfect for our new bathroom. I highly recommend Wayfair!

My experience with SAW on the other hand was not as positive. The repair individual was not as friendly and was condescending. He also would not admit that he had knocked on the wrong door and I had to go outside to find him. He asked if maybe I had been sleeping when he knocked on the door when in fact I was waiting at the door for a knock all morning. My dogs also would have alerted me to a person outside.

    We originally ordered a gray bathroom vanity in March. We were then sent an email stating it would be back ordered until the end of May. So we cancelled that order and ordered the vanity in white at the beginning of April. It said it was in stock on the website. We received an email the next day stating it was on back order until the end of May. We received a second email about a week later stating it was now back ordered until July. Our bathroom renovation is now on hold because of this.

    When I called customer service to ask why this would happen in the first place, the representative said it comes from a third party vendor and that the website hadn't updated in a timely manner to suggest the item was out of stock to begin with. Why 1 vanity would take 3 months to become available again is ridiculous. And even more so that Wayfair would not be aware of this before a customer orders something. We are currently looking somewhere else to purchase a vanity. Not a good first experience with Wayfair.

    I ordered a fairly large Suncast 8 x 16 shed from Wayfair. On their website at checkout I had the option of paying $69 for assembly. I placed a call into Wayfair to confirm this was correct as I knew there was quite a bit of labor involved in assembling these sheds. The customer service rep confirmed the shed would be fully included with the $69 delivery.

    About a week later I received an email telling me the shed's delivery method had changed to standard driveway drop off. I called Wayfair as the main reason I ordered it from them was for the assembly. I spoke to Jenny ** in customer service and she really fixed a situation that could have been a disaster. She apologized and told me the assembly option should have never been available for this item on the website. She admitted it was completely Wayfair's fault and they would make it right. She found a contractor that Wayfair paid for that came to my house and assembled the shed. I really was impressed overall with the customer service and I wish more companies had people as pleasant to work with as Jenny.

    I was assured over the phone by a Wayfair customer service agent that the Vega Opal Flush Mount light fixture was off-white, as pictured online, but that is not the case. I bought several of them for our new home, and, unfortunately, must now put up with pure white fixtures. I see that the listing online has now dropped the word "opal," presumably in response to a similar complaint. What bothers me most is how adamant the person on the phone was about the off-white color. I told her that conflicted with the definition of "opal glass," which is white diffusing glass, but she insisted that the color is the pinkish white one sees online.     Is there enough space for all the positive things I have to say about the experience I had with Wayfair? Let's start with the phone rep I worked with... Ashley ** was wonderful! She was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a vanity, 2 medicine cabinets (which I found at another website - but she got for me), towel bars, hooks and rings, lighting and faucets.     I looked everywhere for an outdoor set for my deck. I finally decided on this set for many reasons. Two were because it came with 2 sets of cushion cover and it was in stock. I ordered April 1st and was told it would ship April 8. That day came and went and I never got word it had shipped. So I called Wayfair and the next day I received an email that my set was out of stock and wouldn't get to me until the second week in May!! I had no choice but to sit and wait.

    Finally my set arrives... But the second set of cushion covers, which of course was the color I picked and wanted to use primarily, was missing 2 cushion covers!! So now I have this awesome set all arranged on my deck and ready to enjoy... Except it's not complete!! Now I have to wait ANOTHER 3 to 4 weeks before I get the cushion covers I need.     My order was placed 4/3 and I still have not received my whole order as of 5/19. I had to make 7 phones to Wayfair and the delivery people each time saying, "Oh, they will call you shortly (the delivery people)." After watching my stuff it in the warehouse for over 10 days finally got a hold of someone and they said, "Oh, we were missing something so that was the delay in delivery." Then they delivered yesterday only. They didn't deliver everything. Now I have to wait until tomorrow for my other part of patio furniture. After spending over $1000 and having to wait 6ish weeks and all the issues with delivery they only offered me a 10% off my next order (coupon expires in July). If they offered a discount on my order or a before coupon (like 40% off) I would be happy but I have no problem saying that my experience with Wayfair was terrible.

    The ordering process was easy. The items I ordered looked better than the pictures on the website. Overall I was very pleased. My only complaint, which is a huge complaint, is the bed frame that I ordered cannot be put together properly. I have never seen a bed frame like the one that we received. The side rails do not line up with the screws to screw it into the head and foot boards. The screws, when screwed into the head and foot board are crooked and when trying to add the washer and nut, you can't because there is not enough room between the screw and the wood to properly tighten it. Very displeased with this seeing how spent so much money for the bed frame and you can't even put it together.

    I'm not happy with the way Wayfair handled their inventory. I ordered a vanity and it said it would ship out by May 6th--not being able to get to me till on or before 5/19. I'm on my second email stating the order is being pushed till June. I am in the process of redoing my bathroom and now the project is put on hold because this vanity is not here yet. I spoke with a representative and they stated the only thing they could do for me is cancel my order - how is that supposed to help me? Definitely letting all my friends know about this - but the site should state when an item is coming in not just keep sending out emails pushing it out. Especially an item that is this expensive.

    We ordered a rug for our dining room from Wayfair. When it arrived and we unrolled we were pleased by the shimmering gold color and thought it would work even better than expected. Unfortunately, the rug would not flatten out not then and not later and it remained "lumpy" even after loading it with our dining room table and chairs. I contacted Wayfair and was told to give it a week. One week later, the rug was still lumpy. I contacted Wayfair and was told to send a picture, which I did. In a matter of hours Wayfair replied accepting my verdict the rug was defective and offering to send a replacement. By then I had lost interest in the rug and wasn't too sure a replacement would come without the same problem since it seemed to originate in part in the material composition of the rug.

    I asked Wayfair for a refund or store credit so that I could purchase another rug. Wayfair agreed and within minutes posted full credit to my store account. I was told to keep the defective rug for three weeks. When the three weeks were up Wayfair sent an email telling me that I could dispose of the rug as I saw fit. Wayfair's customer service is just about the best I have ever encountered in all of my online shopping experiences. Everyone I dealt with was quick and courteous and all went out of their way to be helpful. I will definitely continue shopping at Wayfair and recommend the site highly.

    It's never satisfying to have placed 5 different orders, and to then receive 3 of those with missing or damaged parts. It's a big pain to constantly call and correct your order, as well as return items, so in that matter, be aware Wayfair definitely has some serious issues in the warehouse- I received an order with missing screws and used parts. Another with crooked lamp base and another with a missing light shade. But, all that being said, their customer service is most certainly a 5-star experience. Quick service (no extensive wait on calls), they also follow up and handle all issues really professionally. No questions asked, no hassle on returns. Overall, I certainly wish they just get it right the first time around, but at least they handle the situation real well.

    I recently bought a 6 piece patio seating through Wayfair. Upon arrival, we was not able to secure the love seat for the bolts and holes did not align well with each other. I called in to customer service and they provided me with options and helped me right away. After dealing with the kind gentleman who called us, we decided to keep the merchandise at a discounted price.     There were a few hiccups at the beginning. The Vanity I originally ordered, which was labeled as in stock, ended up being out of stock, but I didn't find out until a week later. It turned out that item wouldn't be in for another 2 months. I was able to cancel and pick a new Vanity, and the customer service rep I talked to was willing to lower the price to make it more in line with the first Vanity I purchased. It ended up arriving earlier than they originally said, which was great, because it was the last item I was waiting on to complete my bathroom renovation. Although it was a very large piece, and a marble countertop, everything shipped safely and arrived in great condition. Honestly the Vanity turned out much better than I could have hoped.     I purchased a very expensive chair and ottoman. The color of the item I received was white to off white. The color of the item I ordered was tanish grey. I contacted customer service and was referred on to a secondary process for resolution. The person who helped me was slow to respond and her communication was extremely confusing. I just wanted to exchange the chair for a more appropriate color. This was not allowed.     I've had a wonderful experience with Wayfair. Because I'm an interior decorator, I could get 20% off everything I order. But I have chosen not to do it that way. I've ordered several things from them and quality of their products is wonderful. I did get a chair that I had to return because it was defective. The cushion kept falling out of the chair when I'd sit in it. But they refunded all my money and didn't charge me to restock it. They took care of it immediately.

    As for the ordering process, I do it over the phone and online. It was easy. They need to change something though in their website to make it easier for people. They have so many chairs listed in their website that when I scroll over, I had 7,000 chairs to go through. Because I have a bad back, I can’t sit there for three hours and look at 7,000 chairs to find the chair I was looking for. I was looking for the chair that Joanna Gaines had on her commercial for Wayfair. I never did find it because the next day when I got online, I couldn't pick up where I left off.

    Everything from Wayfair was great. The delivery service was off a bit, though. They were supposed to deliver everything all in one day to my client's house. By the time I got to the client's house at the end of the day, realizing that only the two nightstands were delivered and no one ever contacted me to let me know that they weren't going to deliver the dresser. So I called them and they said their system was down with Wayfair and they'd have to call me back. So they called me back the next morning to let me know that the dresser would be delivered the next day, which is fine, but I didn't get any notification and if I really would've needed it all in one day I would have no clue that it wasn't going to happen.     Wayfair have product variety, but I wish they send coupons for discounts. They don't do that at all unlike the other store I shop at where I was regularly getting discount coupons, so when both stores have the same product, I go at the other store. Then sometimes, we have defective items from Wayfair but they ask us to split the cost and return them. That doesn't make sense. If something is not right, we shouldn't be paying for return shipping.     Wayfair was a little bit more expensive, but my order came with the counter, faucets and backsplash. The backsplash is broken though and I don't know if that can be replaced. What's interesting is that Wayfair promotes that it was delivery into the room of my choice and I have read reviews that customers were told to unwrap their orders while the delivery people were present so that they could determine if there's any damage with the order. When my order was delivered, we were still doing work in the bathroom and the delivery people said they can't wait while the orders were unwrapped. So they brought my order in and it could have been all damaged and I wouldn't have known until I undid it. They also left the pallets here which I have to figure out what to do with them. But overall, the experience met my expectations.

    Wayfair's website seemed like a good way for me to find the products I was looking for. But we had a very difficult time with the delivery of the product. It was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, and we got a call saying it would be here on Friday which was significantly later than we had thought. On Friday, they called and confirmed it would arrive within 30 minutes but they never came. I called later in the day and they told me it would be delivered on Saturday around 1.     I knew other people who had used Wayfair before and they said it wasn’t that hard to put stuff together. Plus, there’s so much different stuff and they deliver.     I really did not like them disallowing my purchase. I had this purchase approved through my bank, I am moving to a new address. This table was suppose to arrive within days of my move-in date. I confirmed the purchase with their customer support team, and my bank. The purchase was disallowed, they never contacted me. When I ask about the delivery, they stated that I would need to reorder the table. Wayfair should give a discount and expedite shipping to make up for their mistake. They should have just called me. Canceling an order is extreme, especially when I went through customer support to purchase the product. I was going to order a bed, but I don't think you will ship it when promised.

    I saw a product on Wayfair.com priced at 509.00 (USD), and the exact same product on wayfair.ca priced at 1129.00 (CDN). I contacted them to ask why such a huge discrepancy in the price for Canadians, they did not respond. I know the Ontario tax as well as customs duty are included in the price at Wayfair.ca for Canadians, but even with that built into the price and even with the exchange rate between USD and CDN the price is still very inflated for Canadians. How can you justify that? 509 usd converted to cdn is 659.00, plus the 9.5% customs duty for furniture imported into Canada, total now is 721.00, plus the 13% Ontario tax, the total now is 815.00. So why are they charging Canadians 1129.00. And their site said FREE SHIPPING. I am waiting to get their response as to why they are inflating the prices for Canadians.

    It was great with Wayfair. I had a little bit of a hiccup in the beginning but they got it fixed. When I called and made the order the first guy was absolutely helpful. The problem was that I got my orders mixed up as the furniture was not what we talked about. I ordered at 10:30 am then called at 3:00 pm to cancel. A lady answered the phone and told me she can’t guarantee the cancellation. She made it difficult to stop the process knowing that it took place a couple of hours ago.     I received a patio table and six chairs. When we received the items 3 chairs were damaged and table leg damaged! When we called them we were told that they would send us replacement chairs 3 and a new leg! After a week of having them, all 6 chair legs were leaking rusty stuff! My new patio rug is ruined and stained from the legs of the chairs. After calling Wayfair and after talking to 4 different delivery specialist with Wayfair. And during all 4 conversations and promised several different things! I still have a stained rug that I paid $170 for and 6 chairs with rotten legs. They still have done nothing for us.

    I've recently bought many items from Wayfair because it's nice that the order comes right to my door. Their website is very good about saying what's available. When I'm given a date when the item is going to show up, it shows up by that day. A lot of websites show something is available and then when you order, suddenly it is in back order. So, I'm very pleased with Wayfair.

    The downside is that some of the deliveries for the larger items are an inconvenience. For instance, buying a sofa from Wayfair comes in a big box. I've got to unwrap it and find a way to get the garbage taken out versus if I bought it at a local furniture store where they do all the unwrapping and takeaway. There's also having to pay extra money for having it put in the room that I want versus on the curb.

    Everything else, I've been very happy with the product that I've received. I had one bar stool that I ordered that had a chunk of wood taken out of it and Wayfair was very good about the exchange and helping me out with it. Everything that I've received looks better in person than it did on the picture in the website. So overall, I'm very satisfied. Wayfair has the best items out of my choices. I would definitely recommend it.

    I had to contact customer service because one of my bar stools was received damaged. They took care of it and I should be receiving a new one. I then had to contact Wayfair again because I ordered some larger furniture that was coming from a delivery company which I had an issue with. What had happened was the delivery company was supposed to call 30 minutes prior to arrival but they didn’t and because they didn't ring my doorbell, the furniture was left blocking my front door instead of being placed in my garage.

    When I called Wayfair, I spoke with someone and we agreed that I was going to get upgraded delivery on my other items for free but that did not happen.

    When they arrived, they said they can't deliver inside the house as it hasn't been authorized. I received an email from the manager saying that they couldn’t do it. I'm not very happy about it.     I ordered a Tufted Recliner on 4-26-2016. It arrived in a fairly decent time frame. Not the reason for this review. When I opened the box, a strong odor came from the product and emanated throughout my room and into the other rooms of my home. I opened the windows and ran my fans but the longer it was out of the box, the more the toxic odor emanated. I then read a label affixed to the bottom of the chair which read the following: "The chemicals in this product have been known to cause cancer in the State of California." The box was labeled China as was the label saying where this product was mfg.

    I called customer service and the person was very prompt about rebating me my money and told me to dispose of the chair. I rejected this notion and asked them to pick it up as I did not want someone to find this emitting fume box to be in another person's home. Nor did I feel it was my responsibility to dispose of in the local trash system chemicals that were in this product's fabric or other parts. I then asked for a supervisor and told her my concern and mentioned that someone in upper management needs to address this issue. I have learned a valuable lesson in ordering anything online that is made in China or other offshore countries that may not have quality control which does not address contaminates in their mfg process. I filed a complaint with Consumer Protection.

    So I ordered three rugs over the weekend at a great price. I'm a bargain hunter so when the first place I looked had a good deal I bought three for my house. Monday and email me, "we have cancelled your ordered due to a pricing error on our part but you can have 15% off your next purchase." I don't know how they can advertise something at one price and then decide it's too cheap and cancel my order.

    BE AWARE!!! I had a delivery issue with my order. The delivery company was telling me that Wayfair sent them the wrong item and meanwhile, Wayfair charged me over $500 product cost. I notified the customer rep that this should not be charged until I know whereabouts of my order is and have it delivered to me.     I bought bedroom furniture for my son. When we received it there were few damages: the back of the dresser had a foot long hole in it. There were scratches, and black stains and looks like dried glue on the surface of some drawers and the nightstand. I contacted Wayfair customer service. They said they'll send someone to replace the back of the dresser but dismissed the other issues I brought up. I sent them few emails for 2-3 weeks but no answer. The furniture is a very poor quality. The paint stained mattress and wall would be cheaper if we got stuff from ikea since it's same sandwiched cardboard staff - just costs way too much.     We ordered 3 bar stools from Wayfair.com, the 1st time we have ever used them (and the last). We received confirmation Emails that they Shipped on Apr 5th, estimated arrival date April 7th-April 9th rolls around, and still no bar stools. I had been tracking them and it said 'Shipped' but on FedEx -- nothing. 1st phone call I was "Assured I will contact the warehouse on Monday (I called on a Saturday) and I will Email you Monday". No email Monday... Monday afternoon I called back... still no one knows what's up with the stools. 'I'll contact the warehouse right away and I'll email you Tuesday. If they can't find them, I'll do a re-order as a rush".

We paid for the order and everything was fine, until we logged into our account after the fact, and noticed the order was JUST for the table, no chairs. I spoke to customer service via chat, and they informed us that we never ordered a set, just a table. LIARS! So, we immediately cancelled the order (while still in processing) despite the fact they had already taken our money. I got the confirmation email that the order was cancelled. Logged into my account the next day, and the item was SHIPPED! Now if I want to return the item. They will only give me HALF of what I paid, unless I pay my own shipping, which is half of what I paid. I am livid! I truly can't believe that a company can be so shady.

    Look, I understand things go missing or late or whatever. So far with Wayfair Canada I have only talked with nice people who really took an interest in what we asked. Example, one young lady took the time to contact a seller on their site to verify the actual size of a tiffany lamp we couldn't figure out on the site. Later that day she had that information and emailed it to us. Great service.

    We had received yesterday a product we ordered and when we opened the box it wasn't the quality or look we expected. Is that the fault of Wayfair? No, it isn't. I called them this morning to explain and once again a very nice young lady took the information and has sent me the return information to put on the box. I was charged $6.40 shipping. Do I have a problem with that? Hell no. The product isn't broken or damaged. We just didn't like it. Once again, not their fault.

    I see maybe some legitimate complaints that I have read but some are just not right. Has anyone ever read some complaints on sites that rate resorts on travel? Wow! I am sorry but some are just ridiculous. The front desk staff didn't smile enough. Their English wasn't good. Yea? You should hear me try and speak French and I live here. Well, I guess I have made my point like most do in here but until Wayfair does something that I have an issue with I will still deal with them. Thought you should know.

    I placed an order on a SUNDAY and canceled it the same day, an hour later. Their warehouse was CLOSED... I chatted with someone the following Monday morning to confirm my cancellation, they couldn't tell me if it had been approved or denied because their warehouse was closed over the weekend. Five minutes later, I get an email saying UNFORTUNATELY we cannot cancel, the item has shipped... which is complete BS. UPS has not even picked up the item from their warehouse yet!!!     I bought a Sitback Rest Standard back support for $29. It took forever to arrive. My back was already healing by then. When I got it, it was made so cheap it hurt my back more, so I called to return and they said it would cost me $9 for shipping to return it, and it doesn't even weigh a pound! Most places will send you a return shipping label if product is defective and hurts you!!! Poor quality products and poor return policy. They should only get a 1/2 star!!!

    This is my very first online order and I am very pleased. My package was delivered a day late, but I was informed of every step and delay. Just being proactive I tracked my order and was informed that FedEx hadn't received the package yet. I called Wayfair and was able to speak to a representative who informed that the package was on the truck but hasn't been scanned into FedEx inventory and that's why they had no record of it (that was understandable due to the fact that online business is picking up, workers are simply human so I could only imagine what unloading a truck may be like).

    I also requested that she inform FedEx of special instructions for drop off. Not only did she relay the message, but she sent a follow up email to inform me. I first spoke with FedEx about the package and sensed a little attitude from the representative, but I could only imagine what her calls may be like and the verbal abuse she receives so instead of being rude I just wished her a beautiful day and called Wayfair.     I placed an order on March 15th 2016. An item is apparently out of stock and the item ordered was cancelled without any prior notification. I called Customer Service and inquired and was given the information above and was told an email was sent out today March 24th, 2016 ten days after the order was placed. I was also told by the CSR my credit card was not charged, which it was according to the email it will be reversed in 3-5 business days. The item was a gift and the occasion has passed. This seems quite unprofessional not to mention unexceptionable. I know one customer probably doesn't mean much to a large company but I will not purchase from Wayfair again nor would I recommend to colleagues, family or friends.

    I ordered a black blanket with white hearts for a wedding. I got a white blanket with black hearts instead. It was a mixup on their website. I read that this kind of website problem is common. Not a big deal, except that I needed it in time for a wedding my brother was traveling to. They finally agreed to send it to the state of the wedding instead since they couldn't get it to me in time. I called Tuesday, could they get it to Los Angeles by Saturday, they said "yes." Sure seemed like a simple thing to expect after a big mix up with a wedding gift. But, they couldn't even do that. I complained by email and they sent me a 10% coupon for my next order.

    I think their things look really beautiful. But I find that service unacceptable. I was an unsatisfied customer 2 times in a row, and they are assuming that I will be a future customer. That is not how you treat customers after you mess up. I hope they start learning how to handle and fix mistakes. I won't be trying them again til someone happens to tell me that things seem different.

    I ordered a couple of things from Wayfair and the order was not processed because the billing information and the address I am shipping to don't match. I don't understand why that is an issue.     I ordered a mirror for a new bathroom remodel on March 9. I purposely choose a quicker (and more expensive) delivery time so that it would arrive before a big house party on March 26. Now they tell me that it will not even ship until March 29 because the mirror was out of stock. There is no excuse for selling an item that you do not have in stock, promising a delivery date that is impossible because you don't even have the item, and then AFTER the promised delivery date finally informing the customer that it is out of stock.     I bought a beautiful shelving unit and it cost me just about $1000.00. It didn't show up when they said it would be delivered and I couldn't take another day off to wait for it. When it did arrive, it was badly damaged. I contacted them right away and they were great, said my replacement shelves would be sent to me right away. They were sending 4 shelves. Two arrived on time and they were damaged just as bad and now no one will return my emails and I can't find a phone number. I have tried everything I can think of.     I have a Wayfair credit card. I tried to purchase an item using the card and paying the remaining balance with my visa I was told I couldn't do this, even though they have printed instructions on their site on using multiple cards. I was told that I would need to purchase a Wayfair gift card. I didn't go through with the order. I didn't understand why would I need to buy a gift card when I have a credit card. Even the rep told me she really didn't understand it herself. I wish I found the site before I let Wayfair run my credit.

    Wow, let me start off saying that I am first and last time customer with this ripoff company. I made a purchase on March 3 2016 for sheets, comforter, and dishes. Well, my sheets arrived a day late. Okay, I can deal with that. But then, my comforter was shipped out 3 days later than originally, and arrived 4 days later than originally should have. All of this was suppose to be FREE two day shipping. So when my comforter got rescheduled a second time, I contacted customer service. All the customer service person told me was what the UPS website said. I asked them to contact UPS and see when it will actually be delivered. They refused. So I asked for a manager. This manager did contact UPS to see when my item would be delivered. So the next few days when my comforter was actually delivered I was unhappy with it.

    I purchased a goose down comforter and I received a regular down comforter. So I contacted customer service again, and got a different manager Mary **. Wow, she really should not be management. She is very rude. My issue is that I want to return the items, and they want to charge me for shipping. Well, it is not disclosed on the website that I will be charged for shipping. But rude manager Mary said it was. Like I am an idiot that cannot read. Also, they sent my items in a bag, that was torn on its late delivery. The company wants me to purchase boxes out of my pocket after already ripping me off from delivery charges. Oh, this is suppose to be free shipping. So, now my issue has not been resolved. And I am more disgusted with the company than I thought I was.

    My friend swears by Wayfair. She has for years. I bought a Laura Ashley comforter with matching curtains. They both arrived and were exactly as depicted. Nothing wrong at all with them. However I thought the curtains would be too matchy-matchy so I was planning to return them. Prior to returning them I e-mailed Wayfair that I wanted to return them and told them why. Within a very short time (an hour?) I had a pre-paid shipping label e-mailed to me. I dropped the package off to UPS. The next day I got a note from Wayfair that my return was received and I would receive a credit to my original method of payment within 5 business days. They weren't kidding around! In less than 5 business days my account was credited. In a day and age when returns are advised "if you do not receive your credit within 2 billing CYCLES please let us know..."     I ordered a Mongoose BMX bicycle for my son through the Amazon website. First off, it took them about a week to ship the item out, then when it finally arrived, I wasn't home to sign for it. My wife was home and signed for it but she didn't realized that it wasn't the bike I ordered, but an entirely different brand and model (Schwinn folding bicycle). The invoice was correct, but they shipped the wrong bike.

    I contacted them to exchange it. They told me that FedEx would come this past Friday and pick up the bike for a return. I took time off of work to wait for FedEx... and they didn't show up. I contacted Wayfair and they told me that FedEx they scheduled to come for the return on the following Monday. Good thing I didn't take off work because FedEx never showed up. They finally came for the package on the following afternoon. Anyway, Wayfair sent me an email saying they shipped the replacement bike already and it was supposed to arrive yesterday. Then I checked the tracking number and it showed that it only just SHIPPED yesterday and would arrive at the end of the week (maybe). My son has been waiting a month now for his new bike. Thanks, Wayfair, I will never do business with you again.

    I ordered a gray toilet, seat cover and wax ring. My account was charged same day and received the wax ring within 3 days. No toilet. Waited for over a week and they still had not even shipped the item. I follow up and customer service says toilet is discontinued and I should receive a refund within 5-7 days though they charged my account instantly. I tell the customer service person I am not happy with Wayfair and typically prefer to use Amazon but was not able to get this product on Amazon.

    She basically tells me "Oh well, they will cancel the order. Send notice to corporate that item needs to be taken off the order and begin the process to refund." She attempts to explain that had I not bought the wax ring I would have not been charged the full amount until the other products shipped blah blah blah. Their problem not mine. So I bend over, take it up the tailpipe and piss and moan on Consumer Affairs and hope I am refunded sooner than other people who have not been refunded for months. At least I hope someone listens.

    I have read a lot of these reviews and it sounds like they continually get away with fraud. Please go to the Better Business Bureau site and let them know!! It did not take me long at all to file a complaint. I ordered a spa and they sent me the incorrect one. They tried to charge me for the more expensive one but sent me a cheaper one. Same brand, just not the spa I ordered. I have been dealing with this for 4 months now. They just sent me my first real bill (since they said they finally got it straightened out (financed) and it is even more expensive???

    I have contacted them several times and wasted several days/hours on this. I have talked to multiple supervisors and no one ever calls me back or takes care of anything??? All I hear is, "Give us 24 hours to get this resolved blah blah blah..." I finally just filled out a complaint with BBB and I will let them take care of this. I do not understand how a business can keep doing this to their customers. If everyone got together and took them to court I bet they would start thinking about how to treat others after being sued for a large quantity of money. That date came and no pillows. Finally I called the company early Feb and they took a few days to check pillows on back order til July. Since I can't get Damask I sent the tan back and got refund.     I purchased 3 vanities from Wayfair. I was told they would be delivered on or before Feb 16th. Two weeks later, nothing. I had to cancel two of the vanities as the house had to proceed. I was told that the last one was "GOOD NEWS. DELIVERED TO THE WAREHOUSE." and I would get delivery today between 8:15 am and 11:15 am. I took off work and waited. 11:15 am came and no delivery. I called and the girl said she couldn't reach the driver but she would have the wayfair liaison contact me asap.

    Three and a half hours later I call back. The girl says, "hmmm, you haven't received your delivery yet? Let me see what's going on. Don't hang up". When she comes back, she tells me that my vanity wasn't in the warehouse and never made the truck. So why didn't anyone call me? I could have not missed work today. She said that Wayfair would call me and figure something out. What is to figure out?? Where the heck is my order. This is not ten bucks you are playing with, this was nearly 2k dollars. Crazy. Now I'm stuck with trying to get this vanity since the rest of the house has the same company and we built it to fit this one. UGH.

    I fell in love with a mirror on Wayfair's website and decided to order it. Then I came here and read some of the reviews and thought I had made a big mistake. My mirror arrived a week later and it was completely broken. I freaked out because first I didn't know how I'd ship back this giant, shattered mirror and second I was worried how difficult it would be to deal with customer service. I took several pictures of the damage and contacted Wayfair via email. They responded within 2 hours, promising me to ship a new mirror the next day and telling me I should keep and donate the damaged mirror. A week later, yesterday, my new mirror arrived.     THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. If you buy ANY single large item from Wayfair they may charge up to $200 or more to pick it up and ship it back. I ordered a "Simmons Upholstery Zig Zag Rocker Recliner" for my aging father and RELIED on the Wayfair RATING and on the product description stating there was 5" of cushion in the seating which probably would or should be comfortable. Upon receipt of the chair, found the seating area so stiff and hard that none of who were home (all six of us from 6 years to 78 years) would sit in it for any length of time.

    We relied on Wayfair's glowing reviews (now we know they say it's great so it will sell, duh) but also discovered the $ 150 pick up fee. Their return policy is so vague and GENERAL that there is no way to make an informed decision on the purchase. This recliner is USELESS. The return fee is almost 1/2 of what we pulled our scarce resources together to buy it with. NOTE: IF YOU KNOW YOU MAY NOT LIKE an item which SHOULD be COMFORTABLE and isn't, DON'T buy it from Wayfair. It would have been better to drive the two hours into town and hauled an old frail man along to a furniture store than to have to put up with this ridiculously uncomfortable recliner and COMPLETELY uncooperative customer service. Shame on us.
