    The table we ordered is great. The chairs are comfortable and sturdy. The amount of styrofoam used in packaging was a major issue. We are unable to recycle any such product and pay per bag for trash. Please find a more environmentally friendly option. We will not be shopping for any big items from you until we can be assured that they will not include that packaging.

    I put in my order on the week of 5/2. Originally, the expected delivery date was listed as "on or before" 6/2. "A Whole month?!" I thought? I was so young and hopeful back then. Three weeks later, on 5/24, I contacted Wayfair to see if there was an update, since there still wasn't any update on the order and it was still "preparing for shipping". I spoke to "Maria **". She politely informed me that the order had been completed, and was scheduled to ship on 5/18 - a full week before I opened the chat session. She also informed me that it had never been picked up by the shipping company. I guess nobody thought to call them. Maria offered to contact them for me, and I agreed.

    The next day, I got an email from Wayfair informing me that my order had been updated. "Hooray!" I thought. "Maybe they are finally picking it up and giving me a real estimate for delivery!" Lift me up so you can drop me back down, Wayfair. The email changed the status of my order from "Preparing for shipping" - a state at which it had been sitting around in a warehouse for a full week, to "backordered", with an estimated delivery a full two weeks later, on 6/14. My heart sank as my head fell to the pillow on my unforgiving old bed. Somehow, against all odds, Wayfair managed to move the mattress out of their warehouse - but instead of moving it to the shipping company they've sent it back to the factory, where they disassembled it stitch by stitch. I've yet to get in contact with Maria ** since that time, and I've lost all hope of seeing my new mattress in the coming month - let alone on or before the currently estimated ship date.

    Meanwhile the entire Wayfair website appears to be broken, with no way to log in and check on the order or contact any human. The subcontracted shipping company (MXD in my case) doesn't employ any humans either as far as I can tell, but their website at least works, and shows that my order was processed and the package is pending pickup sometime eventually, maybe. I can only hope that the rest of the website goes down as well so I can get some closure on this and move forward with ordering my mattress elsewhere, rather than refreshing that "backordered" status page day by day, hoping for some change.

    If you're planning a remodel of a room around the arrival of your new bed as I did, don't bother. You'll never know if or when or if you might actually receive the bed, so you might as well plan on not having it when you expect it. The remodeling is right on time, with finishing touches going in tonight - and the original estimated delivery time less than 24 hours away... But the mattress is, as far as I can tell, completely non-existent.

    Other providers offer the same furniture, but Wayfair had it cheaper and had free shipping. So my wife ordered a vanity from them but it arrived broken. She took a picture of it and they were able to send another one immediately. It was so frustrating, but they made it as easy as possible. The only thing I would complain about is when I call them, I have to listen to 30 promotions before actually getting connected which is slightly obnoxious.

    We have only received 2 of the 3 items we ordered from Wayfair. Feedback is below: Delivery charges- exorbitant. This must be how you keep pricing so low. Granted, we requested expedited delivery but non-expedited delivery wasn't fair either (especially given that your website had a promotion for free shipping over $50 or $100). As a first time buyer this makes me hesitant to shop Wayfair again. Quality and assembly- the bistro table we ordered looks nice and was easy to assemble. The dresser also looks nice but was a bear to assemble. My husband and I have both purchased plenty of furniture that requires assembly, but the level of assembly required on this is ridiculous. Again, this makes me hesitant to purchase from Wayfair again. We will receive our flier this week so feedback is tbd on that item.

    I ordered a dining table set. I chose to pay for delivery and assembly. The set arrived exactly as described online. Very happy with it. We were sent 6 side chairs instead of 4 side chairs and 2 arm chairs. I contacted Wayfair and they immediately shipped the 2 arm chairs, and they arrived 5 days later. Customer service was extremely helpful. The downside is that I paid for delivery and assembly and since we didn't receive the correct chairs we had to put together the arm chairs by ourselves. It wasn't extremely difficult, but it wasn't something I wanted to spend my time on which is why I selected to pay for assembly. I am very happy with my Wayfair experience, I would encourage others to order from Wayfair, and I plan to return for future purchases.

    I ordered a dining set. I had seen it at Home Furniture so googled the brand and model and it came up on Wayfair. It showed the set - table and 4 chairs. It was $192.00 less than Home so I ordered it as it was the same one. It took 3 weeks to arrive. I was out of town as I only had gotten 24 hours notice when it was arriving and at that point I was already out of town. The following day when I got home it didn't seem like the box was large enough. I opened the packing slips. One box was the table pedestal and the other box was the table top, no chairs. I checked the Wayfair site and found under helpful questions it did NOT include the chairs which I should have checked prior I guess. I called Wayfair and spoke with Tanya. She was in agreement that it was misleading that it shows as a set 217349 and she also could not find the chairs.

    After a few minutes of searching she found them $204.00 for 2 chairs. That now brings the set to $916.00. Home Furniture has the set with chairs for $699.00 and also has people to help you. I spoke with Wendy at Wayfair today in the delivery specialist team, whom was not empathetic at all but did agree that the picture should have a link to the chairs as it comes up showing with the table $90.00. I have to pay to send it back. Lesson learned at 60 years old - keep buying local and stay off the internet where you NEVER see a face or have any customer service. I will NEVER shop Wayfair and will spread the word. Not a reputable company and poorly trained customer service reps!

    Before placing this order I called and received a quote and information on shopping since I was limited to Friday deliveries since I was working out of town for several weeks. When I did the customer service agent informed me that I would receive a range of days to choose from when it arrived to my area so that I could arrange for a Friday. However, when the carrier called they said they could only deliver on Thursdays. I called Wayfair and they arranged for another carrier to pick it up and deliver the order but they unfortunately tried to deliver it on a Monday. They agreed to come back on Friday but never showed up. When I called them they informed me that the order was damaged on arrival to them. That translates to they've had the item for over a week, tried to deliver it to me damaged, and didn't contact anyone at Wayfair to let them know for a week.

    This is not Wayfair's fault and I realize this. Wayfair then arranged for another one to be delivered and sent it out promptly after I discussed with them that I could only receive deliveries on Fridays for the second time. Wayfair unfortunately sent it to the same carrier that can only deliver on Thursdays again for the second time. Frustrated, I arranged for a neighbor to have access to my garage so that she could accept the delivery on a Thursday. It all finally worked out in the end and it arrived undamaged. Overall if the customer service agents had access to delivery information for specific areas, such as only being able to deliver products on Thursdays for my area, then a lot of the hassle from this order could have been avoided. Perhaps maybe this will be more seamless in the future.

    During order placement, there were different delivery dates established, many of them 2 weeks away. Two of the first three items were chipped and the rest delayed by more than a month. Replacement piece was requested a month ago, one arrived and the one missing. Website will send the product in 4 days on a new order but the replacement is pending since 60 days!     Annette credit has been placed in the bank. I work in the Fraud Dept of a bank, Credit Card services. Yesterday I had a beautiful call from a distressed young lady who purchased a day lounger with a right arm, with white glove delivery (from a no-name company online). When she address her situation, 1) very rude CS, 2) they delivered a day lounger with a left arm instead of the right, 3) the white glove service went as far as to bring the item in, unpack, and take the packing material, they did not put it together for her.

    I made her feel very comfortable explaining who I dealt with, Wayfair, and the problem I just had resolved by caring people. Back to the young one. She bought this item for her mother, sought satisfaction regarding the wrong arm lounger, and the paid for service which was not provided. Again this CS person charged her a second billing. It could of been for the non-existing white glove service. She researched the day lounger, yet not the no-name company. But she had heard of Wayfair.

    To finish this story, I marked off the two charges due to delivery of wrong item, paid for services not rendered... oh, you'll love this, she asked that the delivery co. come back and pick up the item, CS told her that it had to be packed in the original packing (which the delivery people took with them), and was told to pay for the return herself). Annette I want to thank you, and it has been an honor working with you on this project. I will be back, and you have gained a new customer, believe her name ends in ** (61 calls in 8 hrs, test the memory). Thank you again.

    I order from Wayfair quite often, but my most recent order was an American Spa hot tub from Cal Spa. I never write reviews but I have to comment on this one.     The item I received was not the right color/item. After calling the customer service requesting return I found out that I will be charged for the return shipping cost. Since the item was bulky and heavy I had to call them a couple of times to dispute the returning. Long story short, after few calls they agreed to return the full price of the item and not to charge me for return. Without any email or notification from Wayfair, several days later UPS and FedEx -- yes, both of them in one-hour time slot popped at my door to inquire about an item that needs to be picked... I figured out that this is the same item... Both of them came back the next day. The first one got the item, and the second one shared that was the last address on his list (Los Angeles) and instead of going home he came on a wild goose ride... and it's not the first time it is happens to him. I would not buy or recommend Wayfair to any of my friends. Save your time, money, and breath.

    We've done quite a few shopping on Wayfair. There are a lot more options and selections with the products that are being offered. With our recent purchase, we've encountered a problem but we were taken care of. We ordered a dresser, a lawn table and benches. When we called to place the order, we had asked what would be the timeline because we're going on vacation and we wanted to make sure that the delivery wouldn't happen while we're away. Wayfair noted that, said we would get an email and then we can schedule with UPS. We got one confirmation email for the dresser while we were away and we were able to connect with UPS and tell them to hold it, so it's fine.

    But when we got home, our neighbor told us that we have boxes outside and it's been raining for a few days. Apparently, the table and benches were delivered and were sitting soaking in the rain outside. The items were damaged. We never got an email that says our item is being shipped. So we did contact customer service and they realized that an email was never sent and they refunded us. It was unfortunate, but it's not like I wouldn't shop with Wayfair again. I would recommend them.

    The furniture is nice and heavy, however they were not assembled to my expectations. Some of the drawers sit farther in than the others. Also, the piece that holds the mirror on the dresser is just a plain piece of wood not finished and it is visible for everyone to see.     Ordering from Wayfair was like ordering from Amazon or anywhere else that I considered pretty straightforward and easy. I chose them over other retailers because of the availability of the products. But I had tons of interaction with their customer service because things didn't go well. It is hard to find any promotions with them. They usually mark it down within the site so it’s something very on sale but retail may not and stuff doesn’t have many codes.

    We spent nearly $1900 on a two-piece China cabinet. It has the buffet below, the top piece and the cabinet part. The first time I got it delivered, the China cabinet with all the glass came perfect but the buffet down below had granite on the top and it was cracked in half so I had it sent back. They ordered me a whole new setup and wanted to deliver it. I told them I only needed the bottom half. When the bottom half came, the drawers and everything in front were dented in. I was blaming the delivery people. They took the old one back that had cracked granite and left me the dented door one, and I got another one coming and they sent both pieces again. And I said, “No, I’m not taking the top piece. I have the top piece.” So they sent the next one again and it had the granite on the top that’s broken in half.

    I got really mad and said, “All right, we got to stop this because it’s the definition of insanity doing the same thing.” I got a hold of Wayfair's customer service and they really tried. First off, I want like White Glove where they come and install it because I want them to see the condition as they’re installing it. And I want it checked at the delivery at the people’s place. So I don’t want to take a whole day out of my life and wait for those and find out it’s damaged because I’ve done that three times. This just happened a week ago. They inspected it on-site the freight delivery place and found out that the doors were damaged. So now I said, “I need a full refund. I want you to come and pick up the top part of this China cabinet.” They did that and packed it.

    The amount of money they spent trying to get me this thing intact is crazy. I ordered something else from Wayfair - a $4000 set of wicker furniture from a back deck and I asked for some sort of rebate on that because it had taken four days out of my life and I had a furniture sitting in my house. Now, I have to go start over from scratch and buy another China cabinet. That was my last of that. I don’t have the screen and porch furniture yet to see how that goes. Hopefully that delivery will go better. All I know is the people that manufactured the buffet part of the China cabinet don’t protect it when they ship it because the granite only had a half-inch of Styrofoam over the top to protect it and then the box.

    It was actually AllModern but I’ve actually been dealing with the parent company which is Wayfair. The customer service really tried to help, but I got the feeling that this wasn’t unusual for this piece because it took a while before I had anybody to really take notice. At least I have this guy working with me from customer service. We’re emailing back and forth and he gave me my rebate and money back. I have two that I have scheduled for the bottom to be taken and I told the people, "You have to provide all of the packaging, because I took the packaging and threw it out because I thought you were going to get me a buffet.” So they have to come and hopefully they remember that. I’ve seen it on the site now and it’s $400 less and I’m going, “I could have paid less for it.” It's frustrating.

    I was looking forward to receiving my buffet cabinet after a good 2 weeks, well within the stipulated time frame. We were excited the day we received it, as the drivers boys left in my door, I inspected the exterior of the package and noticed no damages. Once they left I proceeded to unpack the box and as I was peeling off the rear I noticed a gaping hole at the back side of the buffet. It looked like something had punched right through it. Examining the packaging again I noticed that the package does I feed have a hole on it. I was puzzled as to I had missed in upon my first visual examination earlier. It then occurred to me that the airwaybill/invoice was pasted right over the whole on the outside. I was pretty upset with what I saw.

    I called Wayfair customer service immediately to ask for a replacement for which the one star is awarded to this review. They did work in a replacement which will take another two weeks to arrive and not to mentioned a huge box sitting like an eyesore right in the middle of my home. This has made wonder the quality of the delivery service employed by Wayfair and home some serious procedures are implemented to review damages before they are shipped to customers.

    I’m doing a reconstruction on a project out of this state and my contractor recommended some things that were hard to find here. He recommended Wayfair. I like being able to go to the idea board and put up things that I found so I go back and reference them fairly quickly. It stayed up until I had taken all the items and I didn't lose things so that works well. The only thing that would be helpful is if there is a promotion or a discount, it should be a little bit more obvious when customers first open up the homepage.

    My Wayfair experience has been poor. I heard about them from a friend and loved what I got for our office, but some pieces weren't delivered. Their reps were pleasant enough but I had to order my furniture three times, and I can partly understand why. The first time I called, they cancelled my order then the items that I had purchased were out of stock very quickly. The same thing happened when I called the second time because they cancelled again even if the rep assured me that they wouldn't. So I called again and ended up with something completely different than what I originally wanted. I also had to order it through Rhonda's name. But the process of clicking and getting the things in the cart was easy. Just getting what I wanted was difficult.

    With the chair that I'm still waiting on, I ordered it and paid the extra almost $100 to have it assembled and delivered. But they didn't ask me anything about what my business hours were or when we're available. They scheduled the delivery from 3 to 7:30 but our office closes at 4:30 so when I first got the message, I called and told that company not to deliver it after 4:30. But they did try to deliver it after 4:30 and when I came back in, I got the message from the gentleman saying he was down the street, and now, I don't know where that item is.

    I recently ordered 5 pieces for my daughter's bedroom. 2 of the items were supposed to arrive by ground, and 3 large pieces my curb. I received an e-mail on a Thursday that they would arrive 10-2 the next day. I was traveling, and they changed it to 2-4 for the following Monday. The drivers called at 3 and said they would be there in 30-45 minutes. 30 minutes later, the shipper called and said they had to divert my order, it would be there by 5. They arrived at 6:15 WITH ONE OF 3 ITEMS that the drivers knew nothing about. The $900 console table once unpacked was the quality of an Ikea table priced at a 3rd of the value.

    I called to cancel the 2 remaining items since a $2,300 order didn't justify missing 18 hours of work for 3 deliveries. I was told I could cancel one item that hadn't shipped and would have to receive a $500 chest but have to pay $85 return shipping. The next day I received an e-mail that the bed shipped and when I called was informed I didn't cancel soon enough and now have to pay for the shipping for that also. I am being charged over 10% of the cost to return one item I know is gross and 2 I didn't want to receive but thought they would stop the shipping. Unfortunately, I went home for lunch today and there were 2 packages in my driveway I didn't even sign for? I'll be fighting for the return charge with my CC company but had 2 out of 3 bad phone experiences with their customer service.

    I'm VERY dissatisfied with the customer service. I placed an order for a very large dog kennel, and it's been over a month and the item still has not been delivered. I received an e-mail stating, "Sorry for the delay, someone will contact you in 3 days." The 3 days went by and no one contacted me. I finally called Wayfair to find out what happened. I was informed the item was delivered to the wrong location. Ok, so I still had a week before the LARGE dog was to arrive at my home. A week went by no one contacted me so I called again and this time was informed the item was located on the 18th and will be picked up for delivery and will be back in transit to be delivered to my home. I was told this on the 20th. Well, it's now the 26th and the item is to reach delivery today after I called again on the 25th and to plan for a few business days for it to actually be delivered to my home. Oh, yeah it's a holiday weekend which will delay the delivery even more.

    Meanwhile, the dog arrived and I have nowhere safely to put him. So, more money out of pocket to find a place for him to stay. Time taken off work and more money being spent for a horrible error on Wayfair's part. The lack of communication and service not received ensuring that the product was delivered timely has been horrible. The company had no problem taking payment quickly, but the communication and customer service is horrible. I think the company should consider customer service skills for their employees and communicating with customers. Not once has Wayfair offered any coupons or credits due to this incident, not even called to apologize or communicate what happened. It took me calling to find out.

    My family is now suffering due to this and even worse the poor dog is not with his family. I ordered this item in plenty of time and this is unacceptable. There are processes in place when deliveries are made to prevent this type of error from happening. I'm lost at today's technology and somehow the item was delivered to the wrong location. Seems like a QA or process improvement needs to be made. I requested to have the item delivered to my home the 27th with no response from Wayfair. I will be back at work on the 31st and unable to be available for delivery. I have taken so much time off work already due to this expecting to be delivered and has not happened. Really where has customer service gone? Are companies this disconnected with customers because of technology?

    My experience with Wayfair has been good so far. Everything was delivered yesterday and in excellent condition. It exceeded expectations. Their cost is probably at least 40% less than I would've paid in a furniture store and the quality is excellent. Ordering online from Wayfair was very easy compared to most other sites that I've been on. But I wish they would include a lot of American made products.

    I am not a good shopper and I like to shop on the Internet. I'm building a house and Wayfair had comparable prices to things that I was gonna have to go look at and go get.     I was not impressed with the service offered. I ordered a bed that only came with 3 slats, aka my mattress basically sunk to the ground. They wouldn't let me cancel my order for a couch unless I wanted to pay half of what I paid for the couch to return it once it was delivered. I will never order anything from Wayfair again!

    I placed my order over the phone, they told me the delivery date was April 26th, I trusted them and purchase all my pm furniture for my living room, counting with them by the 26th, then I received a delayed.     The delivery service that is handling the delivery and install has not been very accommodating. We cannot get a delivery window shorter than 4 hours which is very difficult to manage when we are working full time. When trying to reschedule to a day that will work better for us we cannot get a commitment from them, just "If we don't call then we are not coming." This is a great disappointment after paying the extra price for delivery and install. I wish I could tell you whether I like the carpets or not but obviously until they get delivered I don't know.

The two moving men did a very good job unpacking and setting up the curio cabinet. It took longer than they were anticipating, but instead of getting impatient, they were very conscientious and careful. There are some splits in the wood, (or very deep scratches), on the back of the cabinet. I decided to keep the cabinet anyway. I am very glad that I requested full-service delivery and assembly. Overall, my experience with Wayfair and the delivery of the cabinet were good. The cabinet is a lovely addition to my home. Now my "treasures" are protected from dust and beautifully displayed.

    Do not use Wayfair for purchasing furniture. Do not pay extra for assembly. It's a joke. After 3+ weeks and half of a couch, numerous calls and emails to customer service, filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and social media, we have a couch that we put together ourselves. Terrible customer service; there was zero sense of urgency to correct our issue. Wayfair blamed the delivery people and the delivery people blamed Wayfair. We received half a couch and had to track down the remaining pieces over 3 weeks ourselves. When they finally got delivered, they left the pieces in a complete mess in our house and said they never do assembly - yet, this is an add-on for the purchase! That we paid for, yet they never assemble furniture.

    Our contactor said she'd update us and never did; I had to constantly follow up. We did not get a refund for the assembly service until I had to ask. We did not receive any kind gesture to fix the situation with an overnight redelivery or a refund until I had to file a complaint to the BBB. Never been so frustrated in my life with an online purchase.

    I was very disappointed in the way the merchandise was delivered. As soon as it arrived the boxes were torn and you can clearly see the pieces were damaged. I called the company affiliated with you (Bestar) and they had to send out another 2 boxes to replace the damaged ones. After a week I finally received the replacement, once again with damaged torn boxes. I have never experienced any problems with Wayfair but this by far was a nightmare. I kept second boxes with damaged merchandise because I did not want to go through it for the 3rd time. I did not have the time or patience to wait for another replacement. I also had to hire men to carry the pieces into my home because the delivery person was not allowed to, (1st time).

    I also had to hire people to put this together and already wasted money for the first delivery and 2nd since Bestar was not able to unload the merchandise into my home. I now have the furniture up with damaged pieces. I will never recommend anyone to get this from your company. The products should be packaged better so they do not get damaged in transportation. They were packaged very poorly with no support in keeping the merchandise secure!

    This was my first (and last) order with Wayfair. I had never even heard of Wayfair and decided to give it a try after a few friends said that they had ordered a few things from the company successfully. I ordered a very expensive gazebo ($1800) on April 13th, 2016 for my daughter's wedding which was to be held on May 7th. Your website stated the item was in stock and would ship the same day (4 business days to arrive). When it hadn't arrived by April 27th I decided to call Wayfair to inquire as to the item's whereabouts. Wayfair lost the item in shipping and "forgot" to call me and notify me. So, Wayfair ordered another gazebo. On May 2nd you called to inform me that the second gazebo was lost in shipping and that a third gazebo was to be ordered.

    Having only a few days until the wedding, I decided to go to Home Depot and buy an Easy-Up gazebo instead. Wayfair said that they could guarantee that the third gazebo would arrive on time. It didn't. I got my gazebo on May 13th...only a full week AFTER my daughter's wedding and exactly ONE MONTH after I placed the order (which recall was to take only 4 days to ship). I was offered a $200 discount on the gazebo for my troubles...which means nothing to my daughter since her wedding day photos were taken under a cheap Home Depot Easy Up instead of a beautiful gazebo. Thanks Wayfair!! I will never order from your company again and have posted to all of my social media accounts (an audience of over 5000 business associates and friends) about my experience with Wayfair.

    I received damaged light fixtures and when I contacted Wayfair regarding the damaged items I received 2 replacements out of 3. When I contacted again about not receiving the 3rd item I was told there was confusion on what I needed replaced. I don't know how there could have been confusion. There were no installation instructions in the light that had panels to be inserted. The quality is less than desirable and the cost was high for soldering not to stay intact.     I ordered an outdoor patio set with a glass tabletop. The order arrived in boxes that were damaged and while the chairs seemed to be ok, when I tried to open the tabletop box, small pieces of glass started to fall out. Not only that the glass was shattered, somebody actually decided to pull it out, leaving only the frame with small fragments of glass in the box.     The pictures shown on the website look much better and different than actual articles. I had to return a headboard without even pulling out of box. It was such a poor quality. If this was a store purchase, we would not have purchased more than half the items. I would not recommend Wayfair to my friends & family members. Thank you.

    It was quite easy to buy furniture on the Wayfair website. The bigger issue however is that when I really make the purchase, the delivery date that appeared was much longer. I didn't like that there should be a difference between what was written on the website and what was put as a final delivery date. Nevertheless, I would recommend them to a friend from a choice perspective, especially since there are not so much modern furniture in the region where we are living. However, my purchase is not completed yet since I don't have the furniture yet at home.

    I redid my home office space and purchased a new desk, 2 bookcases, and a file cabinet. The products were from Ashley so I went to my local Ashley to see if I could find the items cheaper.     I ordered a TV stand from another site and after I placed the order they told me it would take longer than they thought. I then called Wayfair on the phone because I saw that they had the same item IN STOCK. After speaking with the representative who assured me that the item was IN STOCK, I CANCELLED my order from the other site and placed the order with Wayfair. A couple days later Wayfair said that my item was actually not in stock and would take a month to arrive. I chatted online with a representative because now I had cancelled the other order and am stuck waiting for this one. I asked if they would be flexible and upgrade my shipping option since I now had to wait an extra 3 weeks for the item. Wayfair told me that they could only give me a 10% discount on one future purchase. :/

    Fine. So I'm waiting for the TV stand and they said it would be delivered on or before May 20th. I get a second email saying actually it would be delivered on or before May 27th. So I planned a work trip thinking I'd be safe. THEN I got an email the NIGHT BEFORE delivery on May 19th saying it was going to be delivered May 20th. By then it was 1) too late to cancel my work trip 2) too late to call the delivery company. I had to hope and pray that no one would come and steal my TV stand while it languished on my porch.

    Wayfair, for its slick interface, and supposed emphasis on clear and transparent communication was anything but that in my one experience with them. I would not recommend Wayfair for big purchases. Maybe for a pillow or something, and only if you don't mind being told your item is in stock when it's not and waiting >1 month with conflicting delivery information to get it.

When I got the White Glove service to put together my Bar Set, the builders could not finish the job. A panel had a defect. The follow up from the warehouse was that defects happen, it is up to me to fix. Not resolved yet.

    The sectional I ordered was delivered to me with only one snag but that was ok. I was told they would call a half hour before delivery. I had told trucking co. I had to pick my daughter up at the airport. 12 to 4 pm was my window. Picked her up at 11 am and was on way home when got a call from delivery co. They were at my house. We were about 15 minutes away. They should have called my cell not house phone originally. But we told them to leave it by garage. They did and when we were home it was packed so well didn't really have to worry about rain. Unpacked it and brought inside and all was fine. Be sure they have correct # to call.

    When I purchased this vanity I was informed that it was in stock and that the shipment would be made between May 4th & 9th and I would be contacted two days prior to schedule delivery. At this time I have yet to hear about the delivery and I found out that the vanity has been sitting in a terminal since May 1, 2016. And to make matters worse Wayfair already charged me for the vanity. This only compounds my problem with Wayfair since I originally ordered another vanity that never came into stock when stated and was not extended on the price quote based on the new arrival date. These transactions all occurred as far back as March 7, 2016.
