    Everything came very nicely except the patio furniture. The delivery date estimate was way off and then they planned on delivering when I was going away for the weekend. So I changed the delivery till Monday. I get the noon to 4 pm window (worst window ever) so I stay home the whole day waiting for it to arrive. At 4 pm I call and say, "Where is it?" They say they are close, well close was another 45 minutes. I wasted an entire day waiting for the furniture, quite upsetting. Makes me feel like my time isn't worth as much as yours.

    The sectional arrived as scheduled and the assembly was quick and painless. The sectional is very comfortable with its high pillows and plenty of room to entertain.     John Boos Prep Table with butcher block top. - Base of table is great looking. Not pleased with the butcher block top. It appears much prettier on website than in real life. Applied small pkg of wood wax that was provided with order. Did not have enough to coat all of butcher block top. Before even applying the wax the top was very blotchy and dull looking. Do not recall website stating that it was a distressed wood butcher block. I paid an extra $60 for inside delivery. I also paid someone to put it together. Quite an investment for not being completely satisfied with the product. Would not recommend to any friends down here in Naples, FL to order this item.

    We ordered a new sectional, desk, chairs, bedroom furniture and a bistro set. The bistro set was missing some screws but stayed together nicely, that was the easiest to deal with of all the products. The bedroom furniture too was missing pieces and the drawers didn't stay held up in the brackets, like they weren't wide enough. We had to bend out the brackets to hold up some drawers. We were also missing screws for that and the bureau on first delivery attempt was ruined during shipping so the furniture was a month delayed.

    The section looks great and wasn't missing anything but we weren't sent opposite sides. The correct side was sent after a phone call to customer service. The kitchen chairs look great but we're missing wood parts for the bars on the underside - a new chair was sent. Screws for the desk were missing and new screws were sent. Shipping is where things go to die it seems but in the end our house is furnished and the items are finally complete. Customer service was amazing.

    An outdoor seating arrangement was ordered. It took about 3 weeks to arrive and that was ok but when it did arrive the cushions were the incorrect color. Your company was notified and I was told that the correct cushions would be shipped quickly. I understand errors and mistakes so no problem.     I'm not one that you want to ask about my experience. I've never been more disappointed in a company than I am with Wayfair. The dresser came broken and they knew it was broken before they even boxed it up to send to me. Because they used shims to hold the drawer in place and the box didn't even have a scratch on it. The corner cabinet came missing parts and they sent new parts but they sent the wrong ones. I didn't even call back for the right part because it really doesn't seem to matter. I even talked with a supervisor. I was promised to have a furniture medic call me within 24 hours only to be told the next day they didn't have one in my area. I live in the Orlando area. It's a big city I'm sure we have them here. A very disappointed customer.

    All items on the order were shipped and received with no damage except the Sedona chairs. Six chairs were ordered. Four of the chair backs were damaged in delivery. They were not packed very good inside the box. Too much movement inside the box and they got damaged. Wayfair very nice about it when calling them. They ordered four replacement chair backs to be shipped to us. Problem - two were received fine, the other two were damaged. Again, the problem is they were not packed very well inside the box. Too much movement for them to get damaged. You were able to pack crystal lamps to us and they arrived without any damage whatsoever, but these chair backs are not getting packed correctly. Now we wait for two more chair backs to be delivered to us, and I am not confident they will arrive without being damaged. I already sent pictures of the last two damaged chair backs.

    Was emailed that my purchase may have been damaged, and it was getting checked out to see if there was any damage to the item. Then received another email telling me that it looked like it was just the box the item was packed in was the only thing wrong and what would I like to do. I told her via email if it's only the package then if they could reinforce the wrapping then they could finish shipping it to me.     I read all the reviews. Some were accurate and some not. There were a lot of screws but nothing more than expected for this project. First, the bed arrived faster than expected. Second, it arrived in great condition. I signed up for the referral to install and I was over the top happy with my installer Dylan. He arrived when expected and stayed all day.     So far we aren't very happy with our experience. When we first saw the couch it was $1,499.99. What a steal!! Logged back on, it was $1,899.99. Total bummer. I watched it for awhile hoping for some kind of price cut again. I emailed the company and asked about the deals and how often they occur. I got a nice email back about the deals being out of the workers' immediate control and the deals are controlled by the higher ups and they don't know when deals are coming up. Understandable. No big deal. We ordered the couch. 3 days later, it went on sale. That sucked. The website says 2-3 weeks delivery. They don't tell you that it's 2-3 after they decide to ship it. It was said to be here in about 8 weeks. It's been 4 weeks and we got an email saying that now it'll be shipped later than originally stated. We are bummed but hoping that the couch is as great as the reviews say.

    We ordered two sets of bunk beds. One set was fine. The other is missing a critical piece for the stairs. I called Wayfair and spoke to someone about the missing piece, and they said we would receive a call back within 24 hours to get the details and so we could get a replacement part. That was three weeks ago, and I STILL haven't received that call. Seriously bad customer service. I even received a call two days later about our experience with the delivery company and spoke to that rep about the missing piece, but she said that's not her department and that she wasn't going to be able to help.

    This pains me to wrote this review because all my other experiences have been great but this last order had been completely unsatisfactory. I purchased a table and chairs for my patio. Upon assembly one of the legs were defect. It was about an inch shorter than the other legs and I was unable to assembly the table. I called customer service first thing in the am and was advised that it could take 3 weeks for a replacement leg. I was a bit taken aback by that because it took less time for the furniture to actually get there. But the rep advised that she will call the manufacturer to see if a rush on the leg could be done since I explained I had a party in two weeks. She advised that she would email me shortly with the outcome. I never received the email so I called again. I spoke to another rep and he said as per the notes they needed photos. I was never contacted by the original and advised of this. If I hadn't called I would have not known.

    But this rep gave me his email and advised for me to send the pics to him and he will ensure she will get it. So I got home, took the pics and sent it. A few days later I still hadn't heard from anyone. I emailed the 2nd rep and he advised he did not receive my email. So I sent it again. He advised he got it and will advise if I could get the part rushed. I never heard back from either rep so I contacted someone else since my party is now Saturday and I have no table and out of options. So I spoke to someone else via chat and basically the part was ordered but it can not be rush. So now I have to rush and rent a table for this weekend since I have no table. No one reached out to me and I found it insulting that after my bad experience the rep that I spoke to via chat sends me a 10%. When I advised I had one already since I get them all the time in my town's coupon pack. It's like I had a bad experience and my issue can not be rectified.

    I was informed by two reps and for 2 weeks not given any help but here's 10% to shop. I found that offensive like my bad experience really didn't matter. I just opened a Wayfair card and just purchased a grill and two patio sets which I just put on the card. Honestly this one bad experience just totally changed my view of Wayfair. I'm sorry to say but I will no longer shop at Wayfair and will be cancelling my card.

    Hello. I have had several issues with my sectional that I ordered. First of all the couch did not come in full and the parts that did come (part E) were not of good quality. I did not get the chaise for the first delivery. They sent a replacement for part E and the replacement sits higher than the rest of the couch. Today, I received the chaise and after putting the feet on the chaise, it wobbles. I had to wait a month between the first shipment and the subsequent shipments that would "fix" the original order. I got $400 credit to my card for the inconvenience, but I think I should get more for the lousy service and lousy piece of furniture. This sectional is not going to last a long time and it is of poor quality. I continually find faults in this product. I never write reviews unless I receive unusually good service or terrible service. This is terrible service. I expect a full refund of this product to rectify the situation.

    I am replacing some furniture in a high end rental house to use as a donation for actors to living in during the summer for our regional not for profit professional theater.     Well, I was very excited about buying from Wayfair so I found a very nice table and chairs for outside. When I saw this item the first time, it went out of stock very quickly. I waited for it to come back into stock and the moment I received the email that it was, I called the 1800 number and ordered it. The lady on the phone placed my order and I even used a 10% coupon that I had. She said it would ship out in the next few days. The next thing I see in my email is that the item I placed was out of stock and that will might receive it 2 months later. I was upset because when I placed the order over the phone it was in stock.

    So I called customer service. The person on the phone was quite rude. Didn't care about the situation. Literally told me "he didn't know what to tell me" - I could cancel the order or wait. I then asked if I canceled this order and placed another order for a table and chairs could I use my 10% off coupon I used originally because I never received that order. I was like he didn't think so. He would have to emailed someone after I canceled the order. I was just so frustrated. The customer service was not very friendly, empathetic or willing to try and help. I expected more from Wayfair's customer service.

    I have purchased several items from Wayfair. I have always had great delivery time and customer service. I recently purchased a large bedroom set. I expected this purchase to be as smooth as any other purchase. That was not the case. Although the customer service reps have been very helpful, for the most part, there are some things that need to be looked into. My expected delivery date was scheduled for May 19th. On May 10th, I received an email stating my items were at the local delivery company and I would receive a call from them within one day. As of May 13th, I still had not heard anything about my furniture. I contacted the delivery company, on the same day, to find out my headboard was missing from the delivery and therefore I would not be receiving my order until all items arrived. Had I not called, I would still be waiting for delivery.

    I requested Wayfair release my items for delivery and attempt to locate my headboard. I was told someone would contact me the next day. I did not hear from anyone until the following Monday only because I called them. The local delivery company told me twice, they would contact Wayfair to get permission to schedule my delivery. This apparently was never done. The customer service rep re-ordered my headboard. I asked for a rush on the headboard and never heard back from that rep.

    The following day I contacted another rep, who was finally able to get Wayfair to release my delivery without the headboard. I then received a call from the local delivery company. They scheduled my delivery for May 30th! A week and a half past my original scheduled delivery date. I re-contacted the 2nd rep and explained this was unacceptable and way too far out for delivery. I have a senior graduating from high school and needed to get my house back to normal. The rep told me he understood and should be able to get me reimbursed if I picked up my items in a rental truck. I also told this rep that Wayfair should think about using an alternate local delivery company. The reviews for this company are horrible and sound exactly like what I've had to deal with. Lack of customer service, never followed up as promised, and lack of availability.

    The next day, I heard back from my original rep who informed me I would have to wait until the 30th for delivery or pick up the items at my own expense. I was also informed my headboard could not be expedited because of the size. My husband and I decided we needed the furniture more than we needed the hassle of trying to buy another set from a local company. I rented an $80 Penske truck and my husband and son picked up the order from the local delivery company. I'm still missing my headboard and really hope the process is much quicker and that I'm able to receive my delivery prior to the date of my important graduation party. I have a feeling I will need to also pick that up myself because the delivery company won't be able to deliver for a couple of weeks after arrival. I am now hesitant to order anything large from Wayfair.

    I am happy with my patio furniture, but I was appalled by the delivery. I received an email stating that the delivery truck driver would call me 30 minutes prior to delivery.     April 8, 2016 - Placed order on dining set. April 25, 2016 - Delivery scheduled for April 28 from 9 am-1 pm. April 28, 2016 - Delivery never happens. May 9, 2016 - Wayfair notified me that my order was deemed "lost in transit." May 11, 2016 - Wayfair delivery specialist contacts me and gives me two options, full refund or replacement order estimated to be shipped by July 1, 2016 and received by July 19, 2016.

    Currently - I have a replacement order in and am waiting to see if I actually receive my purchase by July 19. I have dealt with multiple members of Wayfair's customer service including their delivery specialists. No one has offered me any kind of discount or gift card to use on future purchase for this inconvenience. There has been no attempt to make things right, not even a tiny little bit. I placed an order on April 8, received a scheduled delivery notice for April 28 and MIGHT receive it July 19 as of now (today is May 20).

    There is no guarantee that I will actually receive the item this time around, to my knowledge nothing has changed in the delivery process and it will get lost again. By the way, my credit card was charged $2400 a month ago and I have no merchandise and will not for at least 2 more months. Wayfair seems to not care to make things right with me (the customer), they seem to be perfectly fine with the fact that the dining set was lost in transit (you would think this is bad for their bottom line). Wayfair simply seems to not care at all and I have no confidence on ever receiving my order. Pretty great experience, huh? Well the good news is that even though I have been dealing with this for over a month, I am set to have at least 2 more months of it, and if the next order should get lost... who knows? Will I have trouble getting a full refund? I wouldn't put it past Wayfair. Their customer service is lowest of the low.

    After looking far and wide for a low-profile, down or down-blend-cushioned, L-shaped sectional sofa with the right measurements to fit the living room in our new house, we found Wayfair and this couch. We were so excited! We had a variety of swatches shipped to our home and decided on ordering the Bailey Lagoon Blended Linen fabric. We reviewed the pictures on the website (which, at the time, showed a left-facing sofa as being longer on the left side and shorter on the right side) and we determined that we needed a left-facing couch to fit in our living room. Our couch was ordered on 4/11.

    Our problem started after we placed our order. When pulling up the couch on the Wayfair website, the site showed that we'd ordered correctly: it showed that when facing the left sofa, the left side was longer and the right side was shorter. Our confirmation e-mail from Wayfair, however, showed a picture of a couch that was longer on the right side and shorter on the left side. We followed up with Wayfair to confirm that a left-facing sofa was in fact supposed to be longer on left side, and received confirmation. Bolstered by the explicit e-mail confirmation that our order was correct, we anxiously awaited our awesome new sofa.

    We received an e-mail from Wayfair on 5/3 indicating that our sofa would be delivered via a 3rd party contractor that they work with (Island Deliveries) 10 days earlier than expected on 5/6 between 9am and 1pm. I received a confirmation call from Island Deliveries stating that they would be delivering on 5/6, as well. My partner stayed home from work to prepare for delivery. The sofa didn’t arrive that day. When I called Island Deliveries they explained that the sofa had actually just arrived at their loading dock FROM Wayfair on 5/6 and would instead be delivered to our house on 5/7. They apologized for the mix-up. This miscommunication wasted a day of our time, but we were excited to receive the sofa, so we didn't press the issue.

    My partner stayed home from work on 5/7 to prepare for delivery. When the sofa arrived, it was wrapped and packaged. My partner confirmed that there wasn’t any damage, and began putting the sofa together. See the attached picture. Notice how the sofa is longer on the right side and shorter on the left side? Again, per all previous correspondence AND per the Wayfair website, a left-facing sofa should have been longer on the left side, not longer on the right side.

    Upset, I went online notified Wayfair that they delivered the wrong sofa. They set me up with a person named Amy who was put in charge of arranging for Island Deliveries to pick up the wrong sofa from our house and make sure that the correct sofa would be delivered to our house at a later date. She was friendly. I thought it was great that Wayfair set us up with an individual to see the whole return/replacement process through from start-to-finish, but communication was spotty. A week and a half after the wrong couch had been delivered, I still hadn’t received any information about what I was supposed to do with the sofa that was now sitting in my garage because it didn’t fit in our living room. Amy had pushed another sofa delivery through her system (to be delivered on 6/14), but on 5/16 I received an e-mail indicating that somebody tried to cancel the order.

    I e-mailed and called Amy and didn’t hear anything back, so a couple of days later I called Wayfair and was set up with another specialist named Tiffany. Tiffany explained that the company had come back indicating that a left-facing sofa was in fact supposed to be longer on the right side than on the left (meaning that the pictures on the Wayfair website had been wrong at the time that we originally ordered our sofa), so the second sofa that was ordered was also going to be incorrect. Tiffany stated that it was too late for them to cancel the second sofa, but that Wayfair would intercept it before it would be delivered to my house. Tiffany pushed a THIRD sofa order through her system for us, this time for a RIGHT-facing sofa. The third and (hopefully) final sofa is set to be delivered on or before 6/23, a full two and a half months after we originally placed our order.

    Tiffany also arranged for Island Deliveries to pick up the sofa that was sent to us on 5/7. Wayfair updated their website pictures to now show that a left-facing sofa is longer on the right and that a right-facing sofa is longer on the left, which will hopefully prevent this whole sordid event from happening again to anybody else. That’s great and everything, but what do we get for our troubles? How would Wayfair make things right for us?

    Wayfair offered us a 10% discount on our total purchase. $207.90 for two and a half months of trouble, which is totally laughable. By the time the couch is delivered on 6/23 (assuming that it’s even correct this time!), we will have been living in our new house for two months without a couch. I am so frustrated, so upset, and so disappointed. I think that buyers should be very wary of ordering items from this company - the prices aren't worth the trouble. I wish that I'd have ordered elsewhere from a company that truly values its customers and strives to make things right when they are in the wrong.

    First the chairs came in. They were to me in two days, delivered to the door, and though the FedEx guy didn't have to, he put them inside my front door. The couch was an entirely different story. The only thing I don't like is the cushions are fastened down so if a storm comes, they will blow off. We'll just have to remember to take them off when it's windy.     To start with the boxes arrived 2 weeks after I ordered the Sojag Gazebo looking like they went through a war zone. The boxes on the broken skid were ripped open on the ends and reclosed with cheap tape. Some of the metal rails were actually piled on the outside top of the box because they had fallen out. Needless to say there were 12 of the parts missing so the unit could not be assembled. Joe ** from Wayfair was contacted and he said he would order the parts asap, which he did. I received the parts after 5 days and continued the assembly. While doing that I found one of the parts broken which again stopped the construction.

    I called Joe ** again. After three tries all I got was his message so I left a message telling him I needed the broken part... I left him the part # I needed and asked him to get back to me. After two days not hearing back I just fixed the part as best as I could and finished the project. I was not impressed with the level of service I received after spending $1700.00 and had being disappointed twice. I never received a call back after the second call and do not expect a response to the e-mail I sent recently either.

    Wayfair had nice stuff and good prices, with no tax, so I decided to buy from them. Everything about Wayfair is awesome except for their shipping. I hate their freight shipping department! I would absolutely contract with somebody else for that. I ordered a dining room set but it never came and I never got updates that were true. I could not get a hold of anyone in that freight department, so I just had to cancel the order. Right now, I'm going through it with a hot tub. It was supposed to come on or around May 23rd as it was placed on May 1st. When I called this morning however, they're saying the tub will come on June 16. Meanwhile, I told them I got another email that said on or before June 6. They said there was a problem with their freight department, which was no surprise to me. However, we received our shipment and although we ordered the aqua seat cushion color, we only received the covers for the back pillows and not the seat cushions.     We ordered the wrong vanity on accident and the return representative Brandon took care of the return with ease. The actual unit we wanted per customer service was back ordered for a few months, however he determined that only one finish was delayed and it was in stock. Wayfair is very responsive by email which is our preferred communication. Assisted with the item return to be sure it wasn't delivered and then picked up again. Very pleased.

    Arrived in a timely manner. Everything was in good shape with an exception of one chair which had a broken foot piece. I called Wayfair and asked them if they could send me a new one. They stated they could FedEx this to me, but I never received it. Luckily my husband is very handy and was able to fix it himself with a little bit of a welding and a new bolt. Hope this helps.

    I have purchased many items thru Wayfair for our son's first apt, and for a second home that we recently purchased. I am always pleased with the quality of the items purchased as well as the price! I honestly feel like I could find anything that I ever needed to buy for my home on Wayfair. I have only had 2 issues, and they were both handled quickly and professionally by customer service. Any Wayfair representative that I have ever communicated with has been friendly and very helpful. I recommend Wayfair to all of my friends and family! The only thing that I can think of that would be an improvement is that sometimes the filters in the search don't work as well as I would like... For example, if I am looking for "slip covered dining chairs" pretty much every dining chair on the site comes up, whether slip covered or not.
