    I can't comment on the product since it has not been received. Wayfair continues to move the arrival date. It was ordered June 9th, shipped June 13th, and was to arrive locally June 24th. That date has now changed to June 28th. Absolutely no updates from Wayfair on shipment. Disappointing.

    The recliner came within time frame. The yellow metal on front of chair was damaged on the left side. On the bottom, 4 of them had to take off so no one would get cut from it. I'll live with it only because it's on the bottom. If it was higher up I would have sent it back. Because of this I will never order anything from you again. Should have people to inspect products going out better.

    The bowl was not what was pictured. I purchased two bowls, and both of them have large cracks on the bottom. When I called to complain about it, I was told that I could send it back if I want, however I will be charged $7.00 for s&h. Also, there would be no guarantee that I would get what I want, as everything is just stacked on a shelf. When orders come in, a box is taken down and shipped.

    I could not of had a worse experience. I was quoted in writing my bed would arrive around the 16th. It is now the 27th and the side rails for it are still not here making the other half of the bed take up half my apartment. On top of this the dresser I ordered came with a cracked drawer. Customer service was no help as they ran me in circles. Expected a lot more when spending about $900 to say the least.

    So, I went by all the great reviews and decided to order a day bed from Wayfair. Price was great and all seemed well. The first problem came when they delivered and no one called to tell me like it stated they would. The next problem came when I opened the box and only had a couple of the pieces (I knew that box was not big enough to hold a whole bed). I did not even have enough pieces to make a frame to hold my mattress. The arrival of this part had taken over two weeks. Next, I spoke with a "delivery specialist" who told me she would take care of the problem and would send out a "dock search request" to see if they could find it at the delivery company and if not she would put in a request for a new shipment.

    She told me she would contact me in no more than three days. After a week and some phone calls that were not returned, I called and spoke with someone else. This individual then informed me that from the notes in my file, a new shipment had been ordered. The problem? It was now going to be over another month before I would get what I ordered! Needless to say although I am sticking with the purchase because what is done is done, I will never buy from them again and I will advise anyone I know not to either. (I am curious as to when they will tell me I have to pay for my item, so we will see!)

    I had a terrible experience with this order. It was so bad that I actually had to cancel the order. I ordered the table a month ago. I received a phone call to schedule a delivery date. I took off work in order to receive the delivery at my apartment. The delivery never came. I then called the number I scheduled the delivery with and they told me that they did not have the table and they don't know why the delivery was scheduled.

    Next, I decided to call the Wayfair customer service number. The person I spoke with told me that the table was found and I could schedule the delivery. Therefore, I called the delivery place again to schedule the delivery. They told me that they still did not have the table. After that, I called Wayfair again and they told me that they would call me back in two business days. I never heard back from them, so I went ahead and called them again. Unfortunately, the Wayfair person did not give me any useful information.

    A few days later, I received a email from Maggie, a delivery specialist from Wayfair, saying the table had been lost. The email stated to call her to let her know if I would like a refund or a replacement for the table. I called three times and left a message with no response. I finally decided to call the regular wayfair number and I finally got through to her. I wanted for them to send me the table but since I had such a terrible experience, I decided to get a refund. Long story short, I had a terrible experience with Wayfair and will not be buying from the website again. I hope the company works out their kinks.

    Customer service was very professional. I needed to return something and the process was smooth and refund was quick. However, the reason for three stars was that the product was not described properly and when I received my order it wasn't what I needed. Why should I have to pay return shipping for something that was not described properly? If I didn't like it, no problem, I would pay as it's the cost of doing business online. But when the description is not accurate, why am I required to pay? And yet the description on Wayfair.com still reads the same for the next customer. In my opinion the customer service rep should have addressed this issue and maybe offered a better solution.

    The delivery date was communicated and then changed twice. This was disconcerting because we had scheduled vacation time so that we could be home for the delivery, only to have it changed (sooner) and then changed again. Then a small piece (foot pad) was missing from one of the legs of the chairs, so we had to go through the process of ordering a replacement. Good now...     Naples 36" Single Vanity Set by Vinnova. This was ordered in advance of a bathroom remodel for over 900$. I opened the shipping box about 3 weeks after it was received, in order to prevent any damage. All the paperwork matched, I was comfortable. When it was opened, in the final days of the remodel, I found it as a used product. It had been cut in one place, the drawers & shelves were covered with dirt. The backsplash had been cut down from 4" to 3 & 1/4". Making it shorter than the side splash. The top shelf had been cut. I couldn't stop the project. I notified Wayfair. They gave me a credit of 150$. I took it. Then I found out that the vanity was now selling for only 58$ more than the refunded balance (749.99$ was the selling price after my partial refund. Now the vanity is 808$). I paid well above that. I feel my refund should also reflect a price match, then a refund. That is up to their policy, but that seems fair to me.

However, I was contacted by Wayfair and was told it would cost $106 to return the area rug!!!     I was after some parquet flooring made from bamboo so I contacted the manufacturer and after he gave me all the particulars, I was sold on it. I could buy it through Wayfair so I contacted Wayfair and they were very helpful. They put a sample online and I ordered the sample, liked what I saw and ordered it out. I got all the materials and they have an excellent people there that made sure that damaged materials were quickly ordered out. I received those the other day so we're pretty much set to go. In fact, tomorrow they're going to start the project. It's really good to have a company that when you order products and things don't go smoothly, they straighten it out real quick for you.     I was looking for the right product choice, so I went with Wayfair. I expected to get some kind of a new customer discount for my next purchase. Overstock does that. So, I was disappointed that they don't have any program like that to show customer appreciation. It would help if they could do that. But I wasn't happy that it took way too long to get the product that I ordered. I expected it to come within a couple of weeks and I had to wait a lot longer than that. Then when I got my product, it was damaged. They did deal with me pretty quickly on coming up with a solution for that, but it's a hassle to send back the damaged product. I haven't had a chance yet to call the Customer Service reps and send the picture of what my product looked like when it was delivered.     I had ordered two pet gates and needed them by June 14th. I paid about $70.00 extra for two day air to get them on time, however when I checked the tracking # it was not going to be delivered until June 16th and then only one of them was delivered.     Merchandise was supposedly sent out to be delivered on June 1. Wayfair indicated I would have the table and two chairs on the week of June 13 through June 16. I got no email, no phone calls, no nothing. Table and the two chairs did not arrive. I called Wayfair on the 16th and was told there was damage to the table and they would get back to me. The next time they got back with me, they found my items?? I thought they were damaged. Apparently they found the items and were scheduling my new delivery. June 23, still no phone calls or emails regarding when my table will be delivered. They can't even provide its location. They can't give me a new delivery date.

    I would say, don't order through them. My table and chairs were over $2,000. As of June 23, I've had two out of four chairs delivered and no calls or emails regarding where my purchase is. I was told a few days ago that somebody would get in contact with me regarding the new delivery date, however, that hasn't happened. This is my first order with Wayfair and so far I am not impressed at all. Their shipping status is a joke. It just says what date the shipment will arrive, however, it is wrong. I'm really not sure what is going on with my order. I don't think I will order anything else from them that's a high end. I will go to a local store so I can really determine a delivery date and where the package is. It's been a very frustrating experience to say the least.

    I ordered a chaise lounge and it said it could not be returned. When I got the receipt it then said cannot be cancelled after I already paid for it. I shop a lot and always like my options of returning or cancelling an order, but I thought that I really liked it and I'd go for it. This is the first time I have order from this company. I hurt my back several days ago and will not be able to use it, so I called to cancel because it hadn't shipped yet. I told them that they should be able to cancel it and that it was not on the order page that you could not cancel. They were quick to respond and then they got back to me and said they cannot cancel it. When there are 10+ available I do not think it's a made to order item. My problem is that they should have it on the order page that it cannot be cancelled, not on the receipt after the fact. Not happy.

    Quality and fit of parts is good. I did a one person assembly in one hour more or less. Directions are generally good but have a few flaws and should have some warnings about being sure to put the doors in the right places the first time. If you get a door in upside down or wrongly located, you have to disassemble the front frame to remove the door since it's hinge buttons snap into place. This just requires careful consideration before making a commitment to what goes where. The knife block could have been better slotted for a variety of knives, but that's quite minor. Overall good quality.

    Grill delivered as promised; all parts were there and function correctly, one almost unnoticeable dent on side - could have happened during shipping. Heats up to 450 degrees faster than my inside oven! I still need to figure out how to lower the flame and reduce heat to prevent some items from burning on the outside before they are cooked on the inside. Maybe I should use top shelf of grill for items that I want to cook more slowly. Assembly instructions were clear. My husband did the assembly alone with the exception of one step that required assistance of another adult. Assembly took him about 3 hours. The first hour was laying out and organizing all the parts, then 2 hours on actual assembly. He works slowly and carefully so it is not surprising that assembly may have taken him longer than some.

    On May 20 I ordered and my cc was charged for a bed that was in-stock. I received shipping notification that it would arrive May 27. Eventually I sent emails asking where it was. On June 17 I receive an email stating that I would be notified when the bed does ship. There is no expected date, nothing.     I Googled a product and Wayfair had it. Ordering from them was easy and when I realized that I ordered the wrong size, I was able to cancel and replace it with a new order. The nice thing about Wayfair is that they got it started for picking because of the 24-hour rule and something might change. So it was very flexible for that change. Moreover, compared to others, their quality and availability were a little bit better and they have free shipping. When I ordered a big item, they coordinated with me. Although it was not required, they still called me and let me know what was going on and what date and time they would be there. I liked being able to track my order and Wayfair providing that. I liked being able to coordinate with the delivery company that they were using. So, I recommended them.

    However, I opened up their latest ad and they had this really cool thing. I clicked on it to see if it was something that I could use. But I went on there and can’t find what was in the picture at all on the ad. That was not a good experience. They had four chairs on a dinette type of set with a fire in the middle and then I clicked on it and it was a drinks-by-the-fire ad. I went on there, looked at it, and clicked on it. I was like, “Wow! That would be cool because I’m building a new deck... That would be really cool on that part.”

    This is a joke right? I think I know every customer representative by voice now. All I want to do is order 3 things. I have this credit card with no expiration date, no cvv code - just a credit card number. Not one of these people can tell me how to order what I want. I have got at least 5 different answers.     I purchased thousands of decorating items from Wayfair. For the most part I was satisfied which is good because they have refused to allow me to return the 2 items I am not happy with.     I ordered a Southshore platform bed from Wayfair. When I opened the very heavy package, I discovered about 80 items consisting of wood, screws and other odd bits as well as an incomprehensible manual. When I explained to Wayfair (both on the phone and by email) that I had ordered a bed not a collection of bits, they said I could return it but would have to pay approximately $70 to ship it back to them (the original bed only cost $230). I didn't see why I should pay to return for a substandard item but they would not budge. In the end I got a tradesman to struggle through putting the bed together but it looks cheap and nasty and I regret every having had any dealings with Wayfair or Southshore and I would not recommend them to anyone.

    We ordered a sectional sofa in mid-November 2015 from Wayfair. We were hesitant to make such a large purchase on the internet but they were offering 0% and a good discount at the time. We read through the abundant positive reviews about the Jameson sectional and decided to ignore our hesitations of ordering furniture online and bite the bullet. One review explained that someone got the wrong orientation (left hand instead of right) but that Wayfair was in the process of solving the issue. I called before our order to be sure this wouldn't happen to us. They assured me it WOULD NOT.

    They sent us the wrong orientation FIVE TIMES!!! Each couch took about 5 weeks to arrive since it was a special order. After each wrong order, a different customer service "manager" would assure me they were going to personally handle the account to ensure this wouldn't happen again. Any time I tried to call back, that manager would be unreachable. I would always be referred to another manager who would tell me the same thing. On top of getting the wrong merchandise five times, they also failed to give me the 0% I qualified for. They tried charging me before I got the correct couch three times. They charged $50 "installation" but the delivery team didn't even know we had paid for it and would have gladly hooked the two couches together.

    I finally gave up after the fifth couch and had them cancel the Wayfair credit card. We tipped the delivery team each time, because this wasn't their fault, and I'll never get that money back. To top it all off, I tried leaving this review on Wayfair's website but they don't post negative customer reviews from all of their customers. I have never felt like they actually cared. It's a scam and they're stealing from the American public. Not only will I never shop there again, but I'll do everything I can to ensure my story is heard by everyone who mentions this terrible company.

    Wayfair called and they said they would deliver the cabinets. The delivery truck came on time, and then they only had one cabinet while I ordered two bathroom vanities. Their packing slip said two. I wanted to make sure what the problem was, so I said I need to call Wayfair while the truck was still there. The lady at the delivery place got a little smart with me. She said, “You have to hurry because we can't keep this truck.” I said, “Well, it's not my fault and I'm not signing anything until I only got one. I absolutely need two. So I wanna make sure that I understand what's gonna happen before I sign for this. Otherwise, you can take it back because one doesn't do me any good.”

    They waited and then I called Wayfair. Somebody answered right away and he said they’ll definitely send me another one. So then I said okay and signed the form. I don’t know why they would drive all the way to my house because I live on the edge of the Earth with just one cabinet. Fortunately, it's not an emergency. I can't wait another two months, but it's not like the plumber is coming tomorrow and I needed both of them. I would recommend Wayfair, but I wouldn't recommend their delivery company.

    DO NOT BUY FROM WAYFAIR!!! Their employee made a huge mistake on my order and then three months later without permission they charged my bank account $250!!! They refuse to take responsibility!!! Terrible customer service! Very rude and condescending! My mother gave me gift cards and I used them to buy headboards on March 30th. The employee said all was well on the three Visa gift cards ($100/$100/$50) but looks like she made a mistake.

    I don't have those gifts cards anymore (who keeps them after they are used?) and now they charged my bank account the difference saying the gift cards have no balance. Why did they not contact me before it shipped? Why did they wait three months to even notice a problem? I never received an invoice in the mail, or even an email. This is very unfair and bad customer service for something not my fault. I would not buy from them ever!

    I had done research on brick-and-mortar stores that sold spas. After I did all my research and was unhappy with the customer service, my neighbor who got a spa from Wayfair told me all about her experience with them. So I went online and researched, and found that their customer service reps were easily accessible and easy to talk to, and I like their website. Their comment area was really helpful to guide our purchase. Also, the cost was remarkably less than other brands. So we bought a hot tub from Wayfair.

    The online ordering process was very easy. The woman I ordered the tub from was really helpful, but they couldn't get the answers to my questions because the warehouse was closed for the weekend. I didn't think that was such a good idea for customer service because that's when a lot of people have the time to shop. By the time the weekend guy got to me, I'd already talked to the saleslady, so it was a little uncoordinated, and it seems like they could do more talking amongst themselves.

    I'd definitely recommend Wayfair. I got big savings on the product I bought from them. We've just started using it but the quality is good so far. It's as good as anything we could buy off the floor. As for availability, that's exactly what I want. Everything's going well so far. It's hard to be upset when you're sitting in a tub of hot water. I had somehow to get my 16 year old out of the thing, since it's mine, not his, and I'm pleased he's going to go to college and getting the hell out.

    We did our homework as far as shopping because a lot of times, Wayfair's prices were a bit better than everybody else's. Their online ordering was convenient. However, I had a substantial problem with my delivery. I haven't gotten my purchase yet as they delivered the wrong item. The rep tried to make it right but I was disappointed because it was sent to our vacation home in Florida and then I had to have friends take time out of their day to go and sit and wait for the delivery. Then when the $4,000 order of furniture showed up, they dropped off a bronze bed frame that we didn't even order. Even though the order was accurate on the website and showed what was supposed to be delivered, that was all we got.

    On top of that, three other pieces of the furniture we ordered were needed before the 4th of July weekend, so I ordered them a month and a half ahead of time. Once I logged back into my account, though, three of those items showed that they were on backorder and wouldn't be delivered any time before July 29th, which was another wound. The rep took 10% off my entire order which made it a little more palatable but I'd much rather have the furniture sitting in my empty house so that when I got there on the 4th of July weekend, I would have something to sit on. I wasn't happy and I told them I wouldn't shop there again because of that.

    A friend of ours ordered a bed from Wayfair and she was very happy with her experience, so we tried it out. We also did some shopping around and it seemed more convenient to buy from Wayfair because I can shop from home instead of going to all these different stores they had the same things in. Since I never ordered from them before, I went by the feedback that other people gave me. Everyone was saying their things came pretty fast and if they had any concerns, Wayfair quickly resolved it.

    We thought that in shopping with them, we would get our items faster but this was not the case. I ordered two sectionals, a sofa and a smoker, and a couple of beds on the 17th of last month and I thought I would have them within seven to ten days, but I only got them on June 1st. So it took several weeks for me to get my items. My items sat at the delivery company for over a week. I asked them if they can get the items to me any faster and they said no, they're not going to be in our area until a week later. So I was very disappointed and upset at how long it took for me to get the items that I ordered, and then I didn't get all of my them.

    I had to call customer service because I ordered a sectional and only one piece of it came. I called and talked with the rep, Sandra, about the other part that didn't come and she said she needed to talk with someone else about the problem. I'm still waiting to hear back from her and I have sent her an email today to follow up and say we're having a big father's day gathering this weekend. I can't have a half of a sofa. Although the process of shopping online was convenient, now that I have a problem, everybody's so far away. It's not like I could go in the store and talk to a manager about the other half of my sectional. I'm very dissatisfied because I don't have my items and I've already paid for them. I got the opposite of what everybody experienced with Wayfair.

    1st everyone at Wayfair has been very nice and I really appreciate that. Thank goodness everyone was nice or I would never order again. Ordered tub. Took many weeks for delivery. Other than Wayfair delivery driver never called and just left tub sitting out front of my house. Tub did not work (bad pump motor). No one in area would repair tub. Factory rep said they had a local dealer. Local dealer said no way would they repair pump. Wayfair rep found a repairman but it would take several days and wanted my money upfront. Factory sent new motor (took 7 days) and they insisted on my credit card number for a possible 75 dollar charge. I ended up installing pump myself. Packaged old pump up and had to hunt down a UPS to send broken motor back to avoided charges on my card.

    You decide - was this a good experience? All of this because I decided to quit trying to get the first tub I bought from Wayfair to stop leaking and to just order something new. But again thank you to the young supervisor who help me and remained patient. Also thank You to the kind reps who always answer the phone and try their best.

    I have two issues. First, I wanted orange cushions and relying on the picture, that is what I ordered. However, the cushions delivered are a brownish rust with only flecks of orange. Secondly, the website said the items would be delivered to the first flat surface. However, when the delivery service called, they said I had to have someone on hand to help take the items off the truck because it was only the driver and he had no lifts to remove the items from the truck by himself. I had to make difficult arrangements. As it turned out, the driver was very accommodating, explained he had a lift which is not normally the case, and delivered my items further than I expected. The point is however, that there seems to be a communication gap between Wayfair and the delivery service that they employ in my area...

    I purchased a Shenandoah All Cedar Swing Set and received it on 4/25/16. Bill or Lading Number **. The box was damaged and some of the parts were missing/broken. I called and Spoke to Nancy **. She advised me to email a list of parts that needed to be replaced. After I did so, she sent me a email response to contact the company directly, if I had any problems that she would send me a new swing set. I tried to contact company several time with no luck. The delivery guy took a picture of it and I've also reported it on the delivery receipt as we will need it to be replaced. I'm a little upset because I had to take off from work for the delivery as it's such a big deal for me, and now, I have to think of another day where I'll be available to take off and get the replacement.     I like Wayfair's merchandise better than others. It's better in quality and they have more variety of the stocks that I like. One of the things that I also like about Wayfair is people were leaving good comments about their whole experience. I had a little trouble when ordering but it was my mistake. I put the wrong address and it didn't match where the team was delivering and my card. But other than this, the ordering process was easy.     I like Wayfair's style and the way they do their decorating so I went with them. Their Memorial Day sale was awesome, too. I got a loveseat for $231 that was $1,000 normally. The online ordering process was easy. I commended the girl that I was on the phone with. Everybody from the customer service had been really wonderful and even when I had to do a return for a bed. It's important to me because it's for my father-in-law when he comes back. He's having chemo treatments and we want him to have this bed. We got the new headboard, but they didn't come to take the old one yet. I am still waiting for them to pick up the return which has taken a long time. But other than, my experience has been really great, smooth and easy.

    Things come in very quickly and it's quality, not damaged, and they really follow through. There was a situation where I ordered a dining room set, and apparently, the manufacturer stopped making it. It wasn't gonna come in until September and then they discontinued it altogether. So it's a big disappointment when it's impossible to get it. But they were so good about rectifying it, crediting the account immediately and apologizing. They ended up finding a table on the site and chairs that was even better.

    Placed my order on May 5th for a filing cabinet and desk. Cabinet was delivered first. Two of the pre-drilled holes were in the wrong place and the bottom of the cabinet would not stay in place. When the desk was delivered only ONE of TWO boxes was delivered. Box clearly stated Carton 1 of 2. Took customer service almost two weeks to get me an answer about the second box. I then get an email stating an entire new desk will be shipped to me, not just the missing box. Estimated delivery is not until June 16th. That's almost a month and a half after my order was placed. This was my first and last time ordering from Wayfair.

    Wayfair had a lot of selections and sectional sofas which are pretty competitive. About a month after I placed an order on the internet I got an email saying that my credit card transaction wasn't going through. So I called them trying to settle that and by the time I was able to settle the credit card transaction, which took a couple of days because I had to ask for a credit limit increase, the sectional sofas that I've been waiting for more than a month and which took me two months to pick out, got discontinued. I got really upset because this is something that involved a period of over two months for me to wait for.

    Why did it take so long for them to let me know that they needed to mark the credit card in order to place the order? I've never even heard of the term marking the credit card and I had no idea that's how the system worked. If I would've known a month earlier when I placed an order, I would've made sure I used a credit card that didn't have any balance on it so it can go through right away. And when credit transactions don't go through, they should make multiple attempts to try to get in touch with the customer to let them know about it. Even on the manufacturing side at their department, they should've contacted Wayfair to inform them that they're discontinuing a particular model. They should make sure that it was okay on both ends to discontinue because some customers have been waiting for months.

    So I had to put another order on another sectional sofa that I am not even too sure about at this point, but I was getting desperate, which I had to pay a lot more money for. Then I asked them if they can give me 10% discount or whatever for future usage, like what other department stores or online stores offer when they make a mistake like this. However, they weren't willing to give me any of that. So I had to find another 10% coupon that I used for the purchase.

    I also felt like the customer service didn't have a whole lot of knowledge. I wish they had detailed and enlarged photos of the couch because every time I would try to enlarge a picture to see what it looks like, it'll crash. It should also be secured from every angle because if you're spending close to 6,000 on a sofa, you want to make sure you like it. But you're not able to see it clearly and you just guess what it might look like which means there are more chances of a customer returning it. And then I had to ask if the pillow came with the sofa and the seating capacity because the customer service didn't have that info. So they need to put more information on the computer screen for the customers or for the representative which is trying to help out the customers and further quality.

After spending 3 hours assembling it, I felt the alignment of the nuts and bolts were not accurate and took much time to secure using the small tool.     I recently ordered from Wayfair for a delivery to Canada. Shipping time at confirmation was much later than the delivery time provided at checkout. I called to expedite the order as soon as I received the confirmation notice with my order number (15-20 minutes after order was placed). 5 day estimated time turned to 17 days and I was going to be away for 3 weeks. When I could not expedite my order, I tried to cancel the order. Customer service said they would request an order cancellation.

    I received an email immediately letting me an order cancellation had been requested and I would receive confirmation within 24 hours. 2 days later, I followed up with a confirmation request as there was no confirmation with the 24 hours as promised. I received no response. On day 3, I followed up. No response. It is now 5 days after my order was placed and they tell me it is too late to cancel the order. An extremely poor and unacceptable customer experience. Think long and hard before you place a Canadian order as you will not be able to make any changes and may not receive a response from Wayfair.

I kept coming back to purchase some other things. I like the quality of their products. I never had an experience of getting a bad quality stuff. A product is described in the way it looks on the pictures. Usually, they have a great description of things, too. Whatever they have on their website looks good for the price. It's also always nice to have some discounts when I'm on time for them and to get the points too. I get some money back for purchasing things. I can also use them against my payment.

    I love the company to purchase from. But there was one time I didn't have a great experience with the delivery. I was ordering tiles and Wayfair said they were in stock. Everything was good and I purchased them. But they sent me one box of tiles of different colors. I had to return them back and they had to send me the right color. They were helpful with the exchanged things. Wayfair is a great company with a website that's easy to deal with. It has a decent delivery too.     I ordered a 2 Piece Sofa and Loveseat Set--color chocolate. This was my first time ever purchasing furniture of this magnitude via online so I was a bit nervous. Nevertheless, you never know until you try. Well now I know. I received my furniture and was not aware of a few things at first. Called Wayfair and they explained where parts were stored so that I could assemble my furniture.

    Everything seemed as if it was going to be ok until we got to the Loveseat. The sofa was perfect, however I was not so lucky with the loveseat. No--there were no tears or damage. It was a simple bracket issues (one side fit and the other did not) so I thought. Contacted Wayfair and in the beginning all seemed right as rain. I was told I would receive a replacement back because that was the part that was not fitting, and things would be good. Well that was not the case, simply put, I was never notified that the piece was on back order. I found that out 7 days later (on the day I was told I would be getting tracking information) but was told it would ship out on the next day.

    In addition to that, I was told to call if I had not received any tracking information the following day. Called on the latter part of the evening the following day because I still had not received said tracking and was told it was going to ship in the next 24hrs. Then the next 24 hours turned into 4 days later and I simply became tired of the game.

    In short, the shipping specialist should have told me in the beginning that the part was on back order the day of the delivery (because that is when I first notified them of the problem... delivery day) and I would have told them to simply pick it up and might have ordered something different. Instead I became trapped in the back order game and that is simply not acceptable. Tell the customer/consumer the truth upfront so that we may make decisions that are conducive to our needs. This experience is the reason I was skeptical about shopping for furniture of this nature online, and because of this I will not make the same mistake twice. I will stick to cabinets and desks--not sofas and loveseats.
