I have purchased several items to update bathrooms and kitchen. Everything has arrived in a timely fashion and in great shape. The only thing I had problems with was a shower unit. Each one I attempted to order was out of stock but not marked so on the website. I finally had to call to find one that would work that was in stock.

In the last 9 months I have purchased a coffee table, leaning shelves, sideboard, and wall art. All have arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. Nothing was missing parts, and all was fairly easy to assemble. I am extremely happy with my purchases and would recommend to any of my friends/family. I love Wayfair!

The sofa is perfect. I have not ordered a major piece of furniture on the internet before. The delivery guys were so nice and on time. The sofa is a great color, kind of beige/cream. I am totally happy with my purchase and will order again. Thank you Wayfair.

These are beautiful and exactly what I wanted. They do have a nice sheer backing on them. Privacy but lets the light through. I hung white sheets inside only because the window faces my neighbor's bedroom window and I wanted extra privacy. I love these curtains and everything I order from Wayfair. I also bought two white bedspreads/quilts from Wayfair also!

I have never been disappointed with anything I have purchased from Wayfair. The quality is good and the variety of styles meet everyone taste or preference. I would and have recommended Wayfair to everyone.

Bedside table/end table - the first part on my order shipped promptly, second part is on back order. The product was carefully packaged, nothing could happen to it. It was already assembled which was terrific. The color and size was as described. Overall I would recommend Wayfair to anyone who asked.

In quality of product, cost, cost of shipping (free in my case) and service, Wayfair is far superior to any previous experience, including those "Swedish" companies. Not one complaint (which is unusual for me).

I recently called to order curtains that were out of stock only to discover the price had gone up. Adam the customer service representative went out his way to find the same curtains at a better price, to my delight. I actually ordered more than I planned. That's what I call outstanding customer service. I've actually purchased more frequently at Wayfair because of the great service and great quality of your products.

In mid-December I ordered the Summer Field club chair. This nice beige chair could not be more suitable for my smallish apartment. I love this chair. It is well made, I had no problem in doing the bit of assembly that was required, and it is perfectly comfortable. Not too firm and not too soft. The seat is as wide as the seat of the armchair I got rid of, but since the sides are slimmer, this chair takes up less space. I need all the space I can get in this living room. Also, the upholstery is of much the same weave as the loveseat I bought from another company, though the loveseat is a bit darker than the chair. Loveseat color is Heritage Smoke, a greyed beige. Both of these have brass nailhead trim, go together just fine in this room.

I have gotten two end tables, a cocktail table, two lamps, toaster oven, a bar in the bag. Got a microwave on the way. I love everything that I have gotten from Wayfair. My orders comes on time. NEVER have I had any problem with what I have order. I just love them.

Outdoor patio set arrived a few days early and was very well packaged. Table legs had to be screwed on and chairs came all assembled. I love the look and have had many compliments on it. Wayfair is the place to shop!

I have placed several orders from Wayfair. I usually have been very satisfied with the product, quality and price. Unfortunately I ordered a Dressing Vanity and 3 pieces came damaged. I talked with Tami in Customer Service and she assured me that it would be taken care of. It was and in a very timely manner. I still would recommend Wayfair.

Everything was just as the website said! Our new sleeper sofa is the perfect color, it's not "real leather", it sure looks like leather. The delivery guys did an excellent job getting it in the small entry. I highly recommend using the "white glove" delivery service, it's extremely heavy, no way we could have moved the sofa in the house, much less in the room it's now in!

I have made several (a lot) purchases from Wayfair and I absolutely love the site, and recommend the site to everyone who compliments the items I have purchased! I will continue to furnish my home using WAYFAIR!!!

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Wayfair. The products I have purchased are fine quality and have been delivered intact. I fully intend to make more Wayfair purchases in the future. I have never had a reason to contact Customer Service, so I cannot speak to this department. I have loved all of my Wayfair purchases!!!

In re-doing my kitchen I wanted new dishes as well. I signed on to Wayfair and the very first set of dishes that came up was the perfect set! I didn't need to search any further (although of course I still browsed). I ordered them that day and they are being delivered today. Very speedy. Wayfair is my first place to look for anything now. I am hooked on!

I placed our order for a bedside table on 2/28, received a shipment notification 3/1 and received our very large package 3/7! It was delivered via UPS, which I very much appreciate, and they updated the shipment info regularly, so I never had to wonder if the package would make it by the date specified. And the table is so nice!!

Recently placed our first order with Wayfair and could not have been more pleased with both product and service. Item was exactly as presented on-line, delivery was on the date promised and delivery personnel were efficient and courteous. I wanted to redecorate my house to give a little surprise to my husband as he was out of country for two weeks. I looked for furniture and decor on several online stores as I was on a budget. I ordered refrigerator in February and it has not arrived yet. I have spent days and days on the phone with various people trying to track it down. Finally someone admitted that it was a back order. I am still waiting. I am not a happy camper.

I received the rug pad without any wrapping! It was just thrown on my front porch with the shipping label. I don't know if it was shipped this way, but how it was received. I ended up putting it in a bag because I'm moving.

The customer service at Wayfair is the best I have dealt with in a very long time. It is refreshing to know if I ever have an issue calling customer service will not be a dreaded chore. When ordering the Carmen light there was a glitch with the system online and my total was way different from what it should be. I called up customer service and within two or three rings I spoke to someone that was super nice and friendly and easy to understand she helped me with my issue and got my light order quicker than I could have done it online!

I ordered a sectional with white glove delivery. The delivery guys were very nice but had no tools to work with (had to borrow mine) and struggled to put piece together properly. Had to have furniture medic fix. Also some issues with sofa quality.

I ordered two large items and the customer service was fantastic! They worked with me on shipping dates, price and whatever else I needed. Expecting items in a few days. Can't wait! Thank you Wayfair!

I have ordered multiple items in the last month from Wayfair. This was my first time ordering from you and I am very impressed with the prices, the fast delivery, the ease of returns, the quality of the items and the customer service.

The gray leather-like loveseat Is perfect for our den! So comfortable and even prettier in person than in online picture. We love it! However, we should have paid for inside delivery. It is well made and heavy.

When I opened the box of the second bookcase, it was crushed on the end. I called customer care. I was asked if I wanted to have a replacement sent. Absolutely no hassle! I got my new item three days later.

Love Wayfair and I've always received orders on time and in great condition. I would recommend shopping at Wayfair to my friends and family and everyone. A lot of the things I've ordered and received I've had compliments on and people have asked me where I got an item. Now they always point at something I've purchased at Wayfair and say "Wayfair??" If Wayfair only sold clothes and food I wouldn't have to leave home.

I ordered 3 sets of Rachael Ray cookware at an amazing price from the Wayfair clearance section. I put them in my cart, paid for them, and placed the order. Two days later I received a cancellation notice for one of the cookware sets. Four days later I signed in to my account to see the status of the order and saw where they also canceled the other two sets. I called and the CSR agreed it was unusual that all items would have been canceled but couldn't explain why I was able to put them in my cart and pay for them if they weren't available. I'm still waiting for confirmation of cancellation on the last two items and for the refund to my account from Wayfair.

I've ordered a ton of light fixtures, kitchen faucets, cabinet door knobs, beds, mattresses, etc. from Wayfair in the past year for our rent house & our new house. Not once have I been disappointed in the product or service. Very impressed! Descriptions are accurate & prices are wonderful. Will be back over & over!

This is my second bad experience with Wayfair. I did not complain about this item because they were so nice about the first one (shedding towels) I decided to just bite the bullet and just no longer order from them. This has to do with the rug I ordered and received. I paid just a little less than $100 (94) so assumed it would be decent, not great because of price, but acceptable to place in my home. It was NOT! Never did lay flat and so flimsy. I donated it to Goodwill.

The desk and corner TV stand were exactly as pictured. They were easy to assemble and absolutely beautiful. I have also ordered a picture, pillows, and a large rug and they were all wonderful. Wayfair's prices are very reasonable and their products are excellent.

Comforter was very beautiful. Love the vibrant colors. My biggest gripe was that the shipping was more than the comforter. I seem to be penalized because I live in Hawaii. Otherwise I would have had free shipping like it advertised.

I purchased 2 sets of the same dishes from Wayfair. They were for my daughter... a gift. They were shipped quickly, arrived safely and are absolutely beautiful! Excellent Service. On another note... when the dishes were unpacked and being put away we found one salad plate that had a flaw from the firing of the glaze on the dish. As always, the website was easy to navigate, the products are well made and beautiful. I bought 4 throw pillows for the living room to coordinate with the area rugs I bought the week before. All my purchases were shipped quickly and the tracking provided kept me in the loop as to when I would receive my packages.

I moved to Arizona and left all my furniture behind. I purchased my entire apartment and bedroom mattress for under 2000.00. Can't beat the prices for products that seem so far to last and are top notch. I really like Wayfair.

When we received our kitchen island from Wayfair, the top was damaged. Called no, asked for a replacement part and we received an entire island within days. Your service is extraordinary. However, now that top is loose, but we will continue to use it. I would not recommend this particular product.

Original order of ceiling fan was missing blade arms. Called, gave them part description as described in manual, waited a week only to receive wrong part. Hopefully this time around it will be corrected.

Purchased a chair for over 700 dollars. The day it arrived I noticed on your site the chair was two hundred dollars cheaper. Your customer service refused to issue me the differences. That's too bad because I had the entire set in my cart ready to purchase (2500 dollars). Your greediness lost my business and you making 2500 dollars... over what? You refunding me 200 dollar. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered a beautiful entry table unfortunately when it arrived it had a big gash in the wood and a bug stuck under the shellac. We emailed them and they sent out a new one right away! They told us that we could donate the other one. Terrific customer service!

I ordered the Soraya Bookcase on February 14th and it still hasn't arrived on March 7th. I received a text on February 26th that it had shipped, but nothing since. My credit card was charged on February 25th, but so far I am working on hope that this (expensive) bookcase will actually show up.

I ordered a bed in January for which I was immediately charged. When it never arrived I tracked it and called the delivery company. They informed me all the parts had not arrived - advised me to call Wayfair. When I called they set up an investigation. They never got back with me. In 2 weeks I called back and was told the pieces were lost in shipping. They could order again but I would not receive it until late April. When told to cancel order they told me they couldn't refund me until the pieces were found. I called AMEX and disputed the payment. I immediately got a refund. Good customer service - I don't think so.

These Orlandi Statuary Round Urn Planters are beautiful, and good quality. I have not put them out yet, as I ordered them late in the growing season. Shipping was fast, and my inquiry regarding how the urns would weather here in WI was answered quickly and pleasantly.

When I first saw this art manual online I thought it would look good in my living room but once it was hanging on the wall I liked it even more. The colors look great in the room and it is perfect on the wall. I love it!

Very fast and efficient. I had a piece that was damaged and they credited me right away and told me to dispose of the damaged item. Delivery was as promised. The only downside is everything I bought had to be put together.

My bed is beautiful. The new cool gel mattress is so comfortable that I never want to get out of bed. My sheets and comforter really make my whole selection great. Highly recommend Wayfair. ❤️

I ordered a pedestal sink. According to the picture on the internet it was the complete sink but only the top of the sink arrived. I later found out I then had to order the bottom part which is the pedestal for an additional 170 plus dollars. I tried to send the sink back but was told that they do not accept returns. I did not see a "will not accept return" policy in their site, so now I am stuck with the top part of the sink which cost 203.00 dollars, but was able to cancel bottom of the sink before it was shipped out. I will never order from them again and will tell my friends about them. I am being punished for their mistake as I had to order from another company and spend more money, it's not fair.

I was interested in three pendant lights and had to call to speak with a Wayfair representative concerning dimensions. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and even went as far as contacting the manufacturer to request additional information. I received my order sooner than expected and am thrilled with my purchase. Exactly as shown in the online image.

We have order the following items from Wayfair over the years. Floor rug, silverware, rocking chair, dinnerware and a Keurig 2.0 coffee maker. We have not been disappointed in the quality of the items and did receive excellent shipping service on every order.

I researched loft beds for about 2 weeks. Wayfair offered the best price for the Camaflexi High Loft Bed (full size) and their customer service was excellent. The Wayfair representative took the time to answer all my questions on the phone and quickly followed up by email with a question he had to research. The loft bed arrived early and in perfect condition. My daughter loves her new bed and it is very sturdy.

I have purchased a Sectional, two accent tables and several items for our business. All the home Goods were excellent, and if there was a minor problem, customer service was totally responsive. All the office furniture was perfect with the exception of one small desk which just fell apart, purchased by my partner Luther **. The big desk was perfect, but the smaller desk fell apart. That was the only item he purchased that was faulty. The Company and its products for the most part are A+.

In all of the years I have been purchasing products from Wayfair, I have yet to have had an unpleasant experience... and I have yet to feel that I did not get a quality product at a very reasonable price! Additionally, I am always amazed at Wayfair's efficient order handling and rapid shipping time. I would highly recommend Wayfair to anyone! I cheerfully think of Wayfair as "Amazon of the home furnishings world!!!"

I've ordered from Wayfair from Canada and while snowbirding in the US. Everything has arrived on time, packed well and in good condition. I have been happy with every purchase made. I would definitely recommend Wayfair to anyone. I'm always checking out the deals.

I love Wayfair! I have ordered 2 sofas, 4 chairs, a buffet and cocktail table area rugs. I have been very satisfied with my purchases. I know I would have spent double at a local furniture store. Their customer service is great. They will try to make you happy and are very helpful! Excellent job Wayfair!

From the time I confirmed the items in my cart to the time my order arrived to my door was 7 Days total. Processing and Shipment was very fast. My items arrived and looked better than I hoped. My Brookwood 5 piece dining set with mint green chairs looks wonderful. The wood is heavy and sturdy but the item was easy to put together. I put it together alone. My Banford mirror table was a bit darker/copper colored than I expected but it is still lovely. It is heavy and the quality is good but while putting it together I quickly noticed some minor details were rushed in the finishing. Putting the legs together really needs 2 people. I had to balance crates and boxes to hold the legs up while I tighten the screws. I will buy from Wayfair again. My experience was great.

After receiving the ordered merchandise, I realized that the shower curtain would not work with my existing rod. I called customer service to ask how to go about returning the merchandise. The gentleman I spoke with explained everything easily and emailed me return labels. I packed the two items separately, as they were delivered that way and brought them to a FedEx drop-off box, which this same gentleman located for me. Within two days I received an email informing me of the delivery of the two packages and explained what and when my refund would be posted back to my credit card. Although I haven't received the credit as yet, I'm sure it'll be there on my next card statement. The shower curtain and matching valance were beautiful and well made but unfortunately wouldn't work for me.

Our experience with Wayfair was very Good. After we received the bed, I saw one that I wished I had gotten. But we got it before it was due. We would purchase from Wayfair again if we needed something.

My wife and I ordered several furniture items for our new home through Wayfair. At first I wasn't sure how the service would be since it's an online store and we weren't able to see the product. We called the 1-800 number and the women we spoke to was so helpful and nice. We ordered our items and were able to track them online and change delivery dates to correspond with our schedule. The gentlemen that delivered the furniture were polite and cleaned up after they delivered.

Everything I ordered came to me before the arrival date. Everything was in good shape and very well packaged. My room is beautiful and I would highly recommend Wayfair to my friends and family. Thank you.

We love our couches! So comfortable and look so nice! The whole process was smooth and easy. They were delivered right on schedule. Great value for the price. We have had nothing but positive comments from visitors! We will definitely order again!

I have talked with 5 to 6 of your customer service representatives by e-mail about a comforter/duvet that is on one of your commercials and nobody can find it. No one can send me the link to order it and this has been going on now for 6 weeks. Very disappointed and shocked that your customer service representatives are so inept. I've bought a lot from you, but this is very disappointing and I may find another online retailer to do business with.

We got the set because it was supposed to arrive on 3/2. So we schedule a party 3/6 thinking all will be fine! Haha I contacted Shelby from customer service and she assured me she will get back to me in 48 hours. I stressed how important it is to get the set in time for my party. 5 days later still no response and the tracking stated 3/2... Ahh hello! It's 3/7! The party had to be canceled. Money was wasted and the set is still not here.

The delivery went smooth and they arrived within the time frame. The delivery guys were also very nice, as they offered to carry the boxes up to the second floor even though they didn't have to. That really helped our process. Also the couch is great! Couldn't be happier!

I bought a lot of beautiful and well made things from WAYFAIR. I love all of it. I bought a house last April and started ordering shelves, things for the walls, curtains & rods, am happy with all of it.

I have received an e-mail asking to rate how we like the new bed we bought for our daughter. I am very sad to say that we still have not received it. It was ordered 2/10/17 and will not be delivered until 3/15/17. I would have bought one somewhere else had I known it would take a month.

I ordered on Dec 4th and was suppose to receive the pool table before Christmas. After it being so called delayed they delivered box 2 in January. I had to order another which was also misplaced and had to talk with a Wayfair manager who had to reorder for the third time and I finally received on 4th of March; 3 months later. Although I received a discount I'm still very displeased with the service provided from your staff; except the manager!

Yesterday I received the Yellow Sprinkle Teapot and the lid of the teapot did not fit firmly on it. I called customer service this morning and they promptly did what was necessary to send me a replacement at no charge. I could not have asked for a better response. I am an avid hot tea drinker and have been collecting teapots for 30 or 40 years and have never had any company handle a situation like this so promptly and not ask me a million questions. Wayfair has always been prompt with deliveries also. I love to do business with a company like this.

Upon receiving the light for my dining area in the kitchen it's not like the light in the picture of your website. Your website is showing blue in the light but there is no blue in this light at all. So I'm very disappointed but I receive the light at a good price so I did not accept any further compensation. If you look at my order history you can see I am an avid Wayfair shopper.

After purchasing a new bed we had to get a new headboard as we upgraded from a queen to a king. Now we had a space between the top of the headboard and a half-moon shaped window above it to fill. Wayfair had hundreds of wall decorations to choose from. We finally decided on one which was delivered promptly, packaged extremely well and contained a wonderful piece that looks like it was made for the room. LOVE the free delivery. All in all it was a great experience!

Everything else we have ordered from Wayfair arrived within a few days. We ordered this dresser over ONE MONTH AGO and it has still not even been delivered to the local delivery partner. We are very dissatisfied with the long shipping time. It still has not gotten here.

I have recently moved to USA and ordered all the furniture and accessories for my flat on Wayfair. In the whole list of orders I had an issue with FedEx delivery and one with the item that was damaged. My customer service representative, Michael **, was great. We managed to sort out the item. However with FedEx it was out of his reach but he tried his best. Overall great customer experience and I'll continue to buy on Wayfair. Thanks.

When I ordered a large piece of furniture and one part came damaged from the box, customer service was extremely polite and quick to solve the problem by sending me a replacement part the next business day, free of charge.

To date I have ordered several items from Wayfair and have only had one issue regarding the quality of the item received. After contacting Wayfair the issue was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I have nothing but positive things to say about the quality of the product and the customer service at Wayfair. Bedroom furniture/ Bedding/Mattress/Window treatments - My experience was absolutely wonderful. Everything came within 3 days, as promised and everything was beautiful and well made. I love Wayfair as I do not have time to shop and ordering is an easy process and they have everything you are looking for.

Wayfair has outdone themselves again! I absolutely love my Baldry Console table. It fits perfectly with my existing dining room furniture. The packaging was super (it took longer to unpack the table than it did to put it together). Have received lots of compliments.

I am confused. I had problems with two tables - the initial order and the subsequent replacement order for the same table. I was only refunded for one table, even though customer service emailed me that I was being refunded for two tables. Albeit I only paid for one table but the confusion and misinformation from Wayfair guarantees that I will not order another furniture item from them. The quality of the two tables was completely substandard, parts missing and defective and just not working correctly.

I am writing this in regards to everything I have purchased from Wayfair. We ordered the dresser for our newborn sons room, towels, comforters, and curtains, and we have had the best experience with them. I love Wayfair and will continue to do all of my shopping with them.

I had been searching for months for dining room chairs, on your site I found many and couldn't decide but then I saw the Iban Parson Chair and loved it. I ordered 2 at first to see if they would look good in my dining room and to see if I liked them. I ordered them, they arrived. Husband went to assemble them but got stuck on how to until he pulled the lining off and saw that is how you had to do it. They do not tell you to pull lining off that it is velcro. Outside of that I love, love, love the chairs, they are comfortable, look amazing, go with everything in my dining room and everyone that comes in says how beautiful they look. The only problem - I am trying to get clear plastic covers to go over the tops of the chairs because everyone for some reason touches the tops when walking by and I don't want them to get dirty in that one area. I have purchased many things from Wayfair and Never had a problem. Highly recommend them.

3x order either delayed or discontinued. This particular order was discontinued, and I received notification on that 1 day before I was supposed to receive my order. "Sorry this item was discontinued!"

I ordered a bed frame which shipped from Wayfair on 2/2/17 and arrived at the delivery company on 2/14. The order sat for over a week and not one person contacted me. I finally reached out to Wayfair who stated they would look into it and call me back. They did not. I call again and I am placed on hold for about 10 minutes and was told that the delivery company was going to contact me. I finally receive a delivery date of 3/6/17 between 10 and 2. I take the day off and wait. At 1:30 I check my delivery status and it reads "11 stops before your delivery". I call Wayfair and they say they cannot do anything. I call the delivery company and they say the truck broke down but they can be at my house by 8 pm. I asked why didn't someone call me and there was silence. At 7:50 a driver calls and by now I'm a little upset. I sat home, lost a day off for nothing.

I was skeptical when I ordered the end tables online, but the delivery was fast and the product was a great value. Everything was easy to piece together and the materials were in great shape -- no damage from shipping. The tables were an amazing value!

I ordered this chair, waited a while to get pieces and in the end, the last piece was lost in transit and my money was refunded. I was glad to have gotten the money returned but my heart was set on getting my back cushion to complete my chair.

I had to return an item and it was after the usual allowed 30 day period. Wayfair went above and beyond to accept the return and credit my cc. I will not abuse that privilege but I do appreciate their assistance. Will do business with Wayfair again and again.

Have never had a bad experience with Wayfair. Orders arrive well packaged and on time. My family room looks like a Wayfair room... from the Davey Sofa to wall decor and area rug. Check specials several times a week. Just ordered a new area rug for my breakfast room. I'm sure I won't be disappointed.

Products are very nice and beautiful but the prices are getting to be expensive.
