Ordered a sofa. Had problems assembling it. Wayfair had great follow-up response to my request and sent needed replacement parts. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience through Wayfair. Bought multiple things for my new home and they arrived very timely. I had two chairs that came stained and Wayfair sent me two new ones, no questions asked. Very friendly. Very efficient and will use them again once my budget allows!

Upon receipt of patio furniture, we informed Wayfair cushion covers for the pillows (9 tot) were missing. Contacted by rep (Sabrina) and after many phone calls and emails without results - 3.5 wks, I requested another customer rep. (Katie). Within a week, I had the cushion covers delivered. I am enjoying the patio furniture. Very disappointed that it would take so long to get the problem corrected.

I was very leery about buying furniture online but Wayfair has proven to be easy and time saving while also delivering quality merchandise. After my first order was delivered I was so happy with what I received and the timely fashion that it got here. I placed at least a half a dozen more orders with Wayfair. They have yet to let me down in any way. The pictures and descriptions are very accurate and the pricing is quite reasonable. If an item required assembly I did opt in on the low fee and it was well worth it. What could have taken me hours and possible major frustration they did usually in a half hour or less and the items (which were often heavy and/or big and clumsy) were placed exactly where I wanted them. I have received many compliments already on my Wayfair purchases and have told everyone exactly where I got them. I will continue to look at Wayfair first whenever the need arises.

I bought many things from Wayfair and I loved every one of them, from a rug, lamp, bed frame, two kitchen cabinets, outdoor lights, mailbox, bar stools, and one of my most favorites -- a chandelier that is gorgeous. I'm sure there is more I can't remember. It is my favorite place to shop. I'm hooked.

When ordering a kitchen hood, sink and faucet, I had a kitchen specialist help consolidate the order and gave me suggestions. She was very helpful and I would use Wayfair again.

The guys delivered my 9 piece dining set. They were great and brought it into my house for me. Putting it together was a lot easier than I thought. It looks beautiful. I'm very happy with it and the great service. I will be ordering from Wayfair again.

Love, love, love Wayfair. I moved and furnished almost my whole house through Wayfair. I was not disappointed with anything I purchased. There was one mistake on an item I purchased but customer service contacted me right away. I made the wrong piece work for me . Recommend them highly.

This is my first experience ordering furniture online, and will admit I was very hesitant to do so. I chose Wayfair due to the stellar ratings they had online, and they did not disappoint. Everything arrived in good condition, and was easy to set up. Looks great too.

I was charged shipping when Wayfair advertises that everything ships free. Especially everything big. I just spent about $8K with Wayfair and called them. The gal was apologetic but mentioned that when you have freight items they charge. It was taken care of but not after some back and forth and arguing with her that my KING bed shipped free and was bigger than the full size bed.

I have ordered several things from Wayfair and have been pleased all my purchases! Returns seems like they might be a hassle as return shipping can add up. My only suggestion is be sure you want the item. Otherwise love Wayfair!!

I ordered a Cosmo brand free standing range and hood as well as a Frigidaire dishwasher on July 9th. I was concerned about a few things because delivery to my neighborhood can be a challenge due to narrow streets, and I was not familiar with the Cosmo brand. I needed it installed and delivered, and I was also concerned about turnaround time as being without a stove is costly when you have to eat out more often. The woman who took my order, Mandy, assured me they had delivered many Cosmo stoves with great success and convinced me should would be with me every step of the way.
That's not what happened. At all. Instead, the stove and hood showed up a couple weeks after my order and the delivery company did not install it. They left them in the boxes. I was told the company delivering the dishwasher would install both the dishwasher and stove/hood. Unfortunately AM Delivery, the company Wayfair contracts, is the worst delivery company I've encountered in 13 years of living at this house and having everything you can imagine delivered. These guys could NOT get a dishwasher there. A month later I still had nothing except 2 giant boxes in my kitchen taunting me.
Since they couldn't get their truck up the hill, they sent their installer to try to install the stove. He opened up the box and after reviewing the manual, decided he didn't understand the instructions and gave up, leaving my kitchen a big mess. No one from this company had ever heard of the brand, yet there are tons of positive reviews which Wayfair pointed to when convincing me I was making a good choice.
So I tried to reach Cosmo the manufacturer. They do not inspire confidence either. They had no idea who could install their stove in Los Angeles. They have no phone number, I had to do this over chat. After losing my patience with Mandy who couldn't make anything happen and stopped responding to emails, I was shoved over to Ben ** who was equally ineffective. He could not get the dishwasher delivered and wasn't able to find anyone to install the stove. Clearly he did not try very hard, I finally took yet another day off work and started calling appliance installers and repair companies. On my 5th try, I found someone who was able to come out the next day. Fortunately they were very intelligent and hardworking. Which comes with a cost, $430 to be exact.
Meanwhile, Wayfair would only credit me $400 towards installation and the only way I could get the dishwasher is if I drove my truck down the hill and carried it up myself. So I said don't bother and finally got a refund for the dishwasher. The amount of time and money I lost on this month-long transaction is ridiculous. I took several days off which were wasted because the delivery company didn't or couldn't show up. If I don't work, I don't get paid.
Ultimately, Wayfair is all talk and no action. They are very "apologetic" but the truth is, they can't be trusted. They promised one experience and delivered another, much worse one. If you are considering buying an appliance, or anything for that matter, I would run screaming in the other direction. This was absolutely the worst user experience I have encountered in e-commerce, and ironically I develop enterprise e-commerce platforms for a living, so I thought I had seen and heard everything.

I ordered a Castle buffet at least 2 months ago. It has not arrived yet. On the day of expected delivery I received a phone call from their delivery partner, which I thought was them notifying me of their "30 minute" arrival time. No such luck. The call was to let me know that the item that was to be delivered to me was NOT the buffet, but two chairs. The item had been in CA for almost three weeks waiting for the final leg of the journey (about 2 hours from my home). I had tracked this item daily since I had ordered it and was surprised at how long it set in a warehouse at each leg.
I did not receive the chairs, but received an e-mail asking me to pack up and return the chairs before they would reorder the buffet. Not cool. During the shipping process I have received numerous e-mails giving status updates on the order. Each had contradictory information, frequently giving dates that had passed and made no sense. It appears that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.
The actual customer relations people that I have spoken to have been extremely courteous and very nice. Although, they have not been able to expedite the delivery. They have been a good group to deal with. I believe it is the warehouse/shipping department that is the problem. This whole process has been poor and I will not be using Wayfair again. I can't critique the product yet because I have not received it. I hope it is better than the delivery service!

I can confirm what others say about Wayfair's excellent customer service. They have been very responsive and timely with me. I suggest anyone thinking about purchasing through Wayfair dig around for a 10% off coupon, which are all over. They messed up my bill. The website didn't apply the discount, and I had to call in the order to get the coupon to work. The representative then messed up the math and did some bizarre 8.62% discount. He subtracted 10% of shipping from 10% off total. Weird. But weirder yet is they tried charging for shipping even though they say it is free.
It's been two months now since I ordered a bed frame and dresser, and I still haven't received my order. It's been a long line of excuses, but bottom line is they're getting jerked around by their suppliers. I get no priority with Wayfair suppliers, because hey they have my money, why rush? Companies like Amazon carry close tabs on suppliers so this type of thing doesn't happen. I am sorely disappointed in my Wayfair experience and am unlikely to go through them again.

Let me start by saying, it takes a whole lot for me to get frustrated with bad customer service. I am on my third separate nightmare with Wayfair. It began with my very first order when I started up my account to purchase a large amount of furniture for some company housing. I first called American Express to let them know I would be placing a large order and they told me no problem.
I placed about a $5500 order that needed to arrive by a certain date which fit within the arrival date listed on the items. I checked periodically to make sure everything was on track with shipping and two days before the items were set to arrive, I login to find that every last item within the order had been canceled. I call customer service to find out why and they tell me they were concerned that it was a fraudulent charge. They asked a couple of basic verifying questions and told me that I was free to re-place the order once the fraud department turned my account back on.
I asked why no one had contacted me to ask those same questions BEFORE canceling out my order, and I just got an apology. I explained that the items had to arrive by Friday in order to accommodate the traveling employees and at that point I was very behind schedule. They said they would have someone contact me as soon as possible.
24 hours later when I had still not heard anything I contacted THEM back and after they offered to have someone call me as soon as possible, I insisted I be allowed to replace the order then. At that point nearly half of what I ordered was then out of stock and I had to select new items. I was told some of my items would arrive as late as two weeks later, and when I asked about expedited shipping, they said they were not allowed to authorize that in my case. The entire point of that furniture order was for nothing and won't be used now for several months and instead my company put employees up in a hotel.
#2- Someone calls me and lets me know I would be eligible for a Wayfair business account. I agreed that I do you order quite a bit on behalf of my company and that I would give them another shot. They tell me where to go online to upload my corporate filing documents to get my business account started and tells me it shouldn't take any more than 48 hours, if not less. I upload the documents and after two weeks of still not having an active business account I call to find out why. After waiting on hold an excessive amount of time a gentleman tells me that he can see my documents, and he's not sure why, but my account has been marked as "Dead". He says it will take him about 15 minutes and then he would call me back and help me place the order with my business discount active. I wait over three hours with no contact, and once again I'm up against a deadline for placing an order.
I called back again and speak to a very friendly girl named Evelyn who apologizes that I hadn't gotten a response, and says she can help me with the order manually and she would just apply a 10% discount. She said she would also communicate with the gentleman who had been helping me before, Christopher. She places my order for me. Two days later I check my credit card statement to see that I had been charged twice for a duplicate order, and two different amounts. I spend my Saturday calling in once again, again with excessive wait times, to see that I am not charged twice. I speak to a different young lady who tells me that the order was placed by both individuals and that she would cancel one out. She says the reason the amounts are different is because I didn't get the full business discount the first time.
I asked that she cancel out the more expensive order then, since I wasn't given the full discount. She tells me she is unable to do that, and to call back the next day to get that straightened out since it was a weekend. She said she put a note in for both of them to call me and I told her I've yet to ever receive a call back when I was told that I would get one. She promised that someone would call me, and shockingly, I've yet to hear back. I can verify every last bit of the above is true. I've never had such a hard time spending money before. It's like you guys don't want big orders, and as much as I like the products and pricing, at this point it's not worth the time I spend constantly trying to fix issues.

I loved the first batch of furniture that arrived, but the second bedroom set was on back order. We waited 2 months and still hasn't arrived. Now we are told it might be another month before it arrives in your warehouse. No one knows anything when we call. Why do you sell furniture that you don't have. My daughter has to sleep on an air mattress until her set arrives.

Had to cancel the items and even after 2 weeks no one sent cancellation to my bank, so I ended up without the items and I cannot buy from different place due to the value is it still on hold until today!!!

I ordered two of these they are great. I love the color grey. Delivery was leaving on the doorstep. This is fine if you have people to help you, otherwise pay to have them help you. The pieces are heavy. It is very easy to assemble. Another great purchase from Wayfair.

Ordered 3 vanities that were well made & perfect. However, two of the three arrived damaged & I await a craftsman to hopefully repair them as new. Wait time for orders to arrive is very long, & not being able to return & receive a replacement in a quick turnaround is also distressing.

My overall experience with Wayfair has been nothing short of outstanding. The quality of the items that I have purchased is top notch, the prices are very competitive, and the customer service is awesome. I received a recent order that was damaged in transit, Wayfair immediately sent me a replacement with a no hassle return on the damaged item. I purchased from Wayfair for their price, and also, their customer service was very good. The only thing is that there was a product advertised as available, and after I made the purchase, I got an email saying it was not available and has been discontinued. I then had to call customer service to get my refund. That should be corrected. First of all, it shouldn’t be advertised on the site as available. And then, the product that has been chosen should be marked. If it’s found not to be available, they shouldn’t ask the customer to pay for it and then a week later, tell the customer that it’s not available. The customer has to call and get a refund because it's not an automatic refund.

Wayfair stood out because of their free delivery, nice product, and good prices, a whole bunch of things. The only problem was we ordered big furniture and the delivery team told me that it arrived and I had to be home. You should be prepared for a very sudden delivery of the large item. Nevertheless, it was a really good experience, the free delivery is great, the furniture seems to be very high quality and we haven't had any problems with it.

We recently purchased a large bathroom vanity with countertop and mirror from Wayfair. We've previously purchased several things from Wayfair and although we've received a few items partially damaged, customer service was able to send us replacement parts for the items. After having this vanity delivered inside of our home, we were very disappointed in the quality of the item. It looks to us like it is just a low quality item with a careless, terrible paint job and many (mostly black) marks. The color underneath is very visible in several places, there are many rough patches that you cannot only feel but they're also noticeable to the eye. In addition, there are many black scuff marks. None of this is limited to a single part of the vanity. The damage is on the cabinet doors, drawers, and along the vanity itself.
To say we are disappointed in the quality is an understatement. This is not an item that we can just run to the post office and ship back. We notified customer service of the condition of the product and were told it would be escalated to the appropriate team. It has been about 10 days and I have not heard anything else. I am so upset to think that we spent over $1600 for something that we can't even use unless we want to spend a lot of time and money to try to fix it, and so disappointed in the way that Wayfair has chosen to (not) handle it.

To start, I have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair lately and the delivery was fine. This particular delivery was so annoying and frustrating, it negated all the good experiences. It started with an email stating 1 of my items is missing. I replied for clarification and received no response. The next day I received another email stating that my items will be delivered on the scheduled day. Shortly after it was scheduled to arrive, I received an email that the order was attempted to be delivered and no one was home (not the case). I got someone on the line and found the items were not shipped and the automated email went out (I really cannot explain this as I still don't understand). I was told a tracer will placed on the missing item and the rest of the items will be held and shipped all at once.
I then received a call later that day from another person saying they will put the tracer but will send the rest of the items so they don't get lost. A few days go by and no shipping email so I call and I was told that nothing was shipped and they would ship the non-lost items asap. I told the guy I was leaving the country and really needed this stuff to arrive before I go. Meanwhile, the lost item was found and shipped via FedEx. It was good because I could track the item but it was a heavy item and if delivered with the rest of the stuff would have been brought to the second floor, not just left on the porch. Anyway, that came on Friday and the rest of the stuff was coming from Wayfair Saturday.
The person I spoke with told me that he put in for me to be the first delivery so expect them to arrive by 8:30. So when 11 am comes and no delivery I call. Mind you I am getting on a plane in a few hours and had things to get done. I speak with someone that tells me I have to speak with the delivery company and gives me the number. I call...they are closed on Saturday! I call Wayfair back, the next person states everyone knows the delivery company will not answer on Saturday and did not understand why I was told to call. He also said he could do nothing because it was never noted I should be the first delivery of the day so I had to wait until 12PM (time range 8-12).
Finally at 11:30 I was called and told the delivery would happen at 12...so the opposite of the first delivery. They only reason I give you all 2 stars instead of 1 is that I did get the delivery that day and the guys had trouble but worked hard to get the stuff in my apartment. So my advice and get your act together and have better communication. I spoke to 4 different people and got 4 different answers. No one had a clue about the lost item being delivered or how it was coming. No one could see a note to be the first delivery. Some people know an office is closed and others do not. It was more frustrating than it needed to be.

I received a defective rug and Wayfair agreed to send one to me. Then the problems started. I have exchanged 7 emails trying to arrange this return. They notify me on August 19 that they're scheduling a pick up on August 16. That's only one example of the terrible service I've received. They still don't have it straightened out and I'm growing weary dealing with them. I think I've ordered my last item from Wayfair. And the replacement rug? Haven't received it.

Everything was good with Wayfair. It was easy ordering but I wish things would get delivered faster. Also, when I finally got around to unpacking the furniture, one of the nightstands I’ve ordered from them was missing the front leg and the bolt for it. Everything else was there though including the other nightstand and the dressers.

"Wayfair's got you covered", I think it should be "they've got their hand in your pocket" instead. Great deals??? Where are they Wayfair??? Was looking for a vanity for a recent renovation on wayfair.com, the one's I was interested in were $600 and up. The same on wayfair.ca were THREE TIMES the price, $1800 and up!!! I then was looking for two Kohler 1-piece toilets, one in white and the other in biscuit, no deals again at Wayfair. Called their customer service line and asked why are the prices so WAY OUT THERE, they hung up on me!!! I will not be shopping at Wayfair any time soon!!!

Wayfair advertised a set of two chairs on eBay. I purchased the items, they responded, thanked me for my purchase, sent me confirmation my 2 chairs sent. They only sent one. They initially claimed the ad was for one chair only. I did some investigating and have proof they revised this ad over 100 times. I told them I did not want a refund, I wanted the second chair shipped and they should honor their ad. They made me miserable arguing with them and they insisted I ship the one chair back and only then would I get a refund. It was a huge hassle for me as a consumer to disassemble product, make a new box, buy tape, arrange shipping, all the while feeling very cheated and mislead. I began to wonder how many other people they have done this to. Then I got an email from eBay that Wayfair was canceling my transaction.
I had no idea what that meant. But now I've learned when Wayfair has the transaction cancelled, all the negative feedback goes away (and I don't quite understand yet but maybe they also get some credit for the item). It would be harder for say a district attorney to look into the negative transactions when Wayfair cheats people and the record disappears. Watch their negative complaints on eBay and you will see the same pattern over and over. Advertised 2, sent 1. Advertised item, took my money, cancelled order, said now out of stock.
I can afford to be cheated out of a plastic chair. What makes me angry is they tried to buy me off with a 10% discount when they didn't ship 50% of my order. What about the hard-working young couple that is so busy working they don't have endless hours to fight with Wayfair? They just want to each relax in their own plastic chair. I believe Wayfair repeats this bad business and figures the average consumer will give up. Then Wayfair falsely advertises something else and repeats the bait and switch practice.
I got a refund but I have not been made whole. They have completely wasted my valuable time and they have treated me as if I am the one that is trying to pull a fast one. They should have apologized and sent the second chair. They still refuse. I don't think my horrible transaction was a random rare mistake.I suspect this company of fraud. I am copying evidence to forward to the district attorney. At a minimum I want to get the word out to as many consumers
as possible.

I have only ordered 2 actual pieces of furniture from Wayfair and both ended up in the garbage pile in front of my house, at Wayfair's request. In the first instance, an expensive decorative table arrived in shambles and would barely stand on 4 legs or hold any weight. Clearly, it was not salvageable. In the second instance, a bed I had spent days shopping for online, waited almost a month to receive and expected to sleep in the day after it arrived - was instead delivered without 1 of the 3 boxes of pieces required for assembly. A headboard and 2 footboards arrived - but no sideboards or slats. Upon this discovery, I immediately requested for the missing parts to be sent - thus, completing my order. The response to this by Wayfair was "sorry, we will not fulfill that request - we can refund you and you can throw away the (perfectly good pieces of the) bed." On what planet is this good business?
Clearly, the company is plagued by bad logistics, massive write-offs and a disregard for the consumer (I don't get the time back that I spent shopping for and waiting on this order). In fact, I still don't have a bed to sleep in after over a month, thanks to Wayfair. It's ridiculous, wasteful and careless on the part of Wayfair to not even spend 5 minutes attempting to send my missing piece. I wanted to pay the money, own the bed and move on. No one wins when perfectly good merchandise is mishandled, lost, time wasted and goods tossed to the curb.
I have since gone to a local furniture store, found the same bed for $150 more and actually didn't mind paying for the comfort that it will arrive in 3 days (intact) and no more waste will occur. Shame on Wayfair for so casually disregarding quality-control and not even being concerned with anything besides clicking "refund"' and saying sorry. I will not recommend Wayfair to anyone in the future and if I never see another Wayfair commercial again, that would be great. I do want to commend the individual I spoke with twice on the phone at Wayfair. Sarah was gracious, attempted to be helpful and also empathized with the situation of me having to start over shopping for a bed with 2 babies in tow after sleeping on the ground for a month.

My family and I just moved into a new house. We ordered a living room set and dining room set, a king size bed set and dresser, as well as several other items. I received the dining table set first which was damaged. The table top was distorted and one of the chairs, also the bench wasn't as depicted or described. It should have had a wood stained seat with white legs and the bench I have received was all white. I complained about the table and was sent a replacement table top. All the other furniture was damaged upon receipt. I have a family and do not have time to be on the phone all day complaining about the black marks all over my king size bed set, that also had a broken leg behind the headboard. My husband reinforced it but it looks like crap and it's brand new.
The claps on the armless chair for the sectional couch, do not line up correctly with the couch pieces and look weird because it doesn't line up straight. And the six drawer dresser does not open and close smoothly because of the cheap plastic hardware that holds the drawers up. I always liked Wayfair products, which is why I spent thousands of dollars ordering furniture from you and there is something wrong with all of them! Needless to say I will not be ordering furniture from your company ever again, and I think you should look into more efficient packaging because that seemed to be why everything was damaged!

On Thursday, 08/18/16 we received 2 Pandora recliners. We had ordered electric recliners and those that were delivered were manual. The manual chairs were left here and we are still waiting for word when the correct ones will be delivered. We cannot use the manual chairs due to health conditions so the reclining feature does not work for us. Have emailed to Leandra ** requesting some kind of compensation and expedited delivery. She offered $300 credit but did not address the issue of replacing the chairs at all. Very frustrating as I had to take a day off of work to receive the chairs only to find out they are not what we want or need. Would appreciate any help you can offer to get this resolved!

Wayfair has lots of different options at reasonable prices. The availability of items was fairly good for the most things that I ordered. The cost was comparable and the quality has been good thus far. They didn’t take care of a concern I sent regarding delivery, but the rep called independently for something else and she was good. It was very positive experience overall.

After reading several dozen positive reviews I decided to do something I never do & made a rather large purchase all at once opposed to making one initial purchase in order to review the merchandise. I was very happy when my first chair & table arrived only a week later, however a bit misled since all the reviews said it took only two days for arrival. I did make a big order & everything arrived in good condition in about two weeks time except for my bed and sofa, which I really needed due to the fact I am disabled. My bed took a month to arrive & seemed to get lost in transit, however, Wayfair was very helpful in locating it & getting it back on its way.
My sofa also took a month to arrive, but also worth the wait; I purchased the Serta sofa for my living room & a sleeper sofa for my guestroom. My bed is the platform with the cool gel foam mattress which is so much better than the two thousand dollar pillow top mattress I had before, & it moves & molds to my body which helps me sleep so much better with less pain; I wake much more refreshed. If I had to do it all again I would order from Wayfair without hesitation; my home looks just as I envisioned, thanks Wayfair.

I ordered 150 sq. ft. of the tile and later on I found I needed two more boxes. The original order arrived timely. The current order arrived one day late and only one box of tile was included in the order. When I called, it takes one day to research (it's Friday) - when am I going to get the order complete and by when? I had the labor ready for this weekend. Wayfair was showing couches that I really needed and wanted that were similar to the ones we had at home. We couldn’t find them somewhere so I ordered on July 18th, and they were supposed to receive them by August 24th. They sent me an email stating that it’s been delayed and now we're looking at Sept. 15. I’m totally disappointed because the reps were fast enough to help me take my order in and now, they’re not fulfilling their part. It's going to be two months to wait for the stuff so I’m not very happy with them. Additionally, they’re still going to charge me for all kinds of stuff and I’m waiting for them to call me. I might have to cancel the order and go somewhere else.

After ordering a rocker recliner only the seat was delivered but Wayfair was awesome and sent out a whole new rocker recliner and sent out someone to pick up the seat we had. Purchased an outdoor wicker sectional for our gazebo on Aug 3rd with an estimated delivery of August 19th. It said it would ship in 24 hours, which it did. Status was just updated saying they will give me an UPDATE in 3 business days. I thought I would have it now, not have to wait 3 more business days (it is Friday) to know when I will get it. I would much rather have the option to pay an additional fee for quicker, more reliable shipping than have free shipping with such loose shipping policies. Lesson learned. Hope I receive it soon.

I have responded to the shipping inquiry. I ordered 2 vanities in July, I'm unable to find the order number at this time but one of the vanities is unlevel and rocks. Also one of the pulls has broken off already. I had to install to stay on contractor's schedule. I have tried to resolve the rocking issue myself, by putting something under one of the legs but didn't work. Probably won't order again for the next bathroom I have scheduled.

I purchased 2 Bestar closet organizer when I turned a bedroom into a walk-in closet. They came delivered on a pallet. The boxes are extremely heavy but we carried them upstairs. OMG. We recently ordered a significant amount of outdoor items from Wayfair. A few items were reduced in price a day or two after ordering and when we requested a price adjustment they were not cooperative and were unwilling to talk to us. Most retailers have more consumer friendly policies that would encourage you to purchase from them again. I most definitely will not buy from them and I will not recommend shopping with them. There is a reason that their stock just plunged, given losses and they wiped out $600 million in market value in one day. People are not going to come back to such a bad apple.

I ordered a sleeper sofa and chaise for what I thought was a very reasonable price. Paid for with credit card. Order invoice was sent to me in an e-mail. I was very happy. Next day I received an e-mail that my order was canceled. There was no explanation. I called the next day and was told that there was something wrong with the pricing and they could cancel any time they wanted. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the item was "out of stock" and he couldn't work with me for pricing until it was back in stock which would be in October. I am thoroughly disgusted with this company. They should have made good on this sale!!

Not only do they deceive you in the ad, they don't mention that the side bookshelves are "sold separately." When asked why the don't show just the bed, rep said, "It looks plain by itself so we put the bookshelves in to make it look better." The size of the bed they sell you includes the bookcases so it is even more deceiving. I should have read all the horrible reviews. Do not buy anything from Wayfair as their own installer says their products are bad quality!

I recently purchased an area rug from Wayfair. I made my payment and received a confirmation email for my purchase. The next day they sent me an email saying that there was an error on the price and they wouldn't be shipping the rug and would refund me my payment and offer me a code for 15% off of another purchase. I replied to customer service, politely letting them know that I have 20 years of retail experience and any business I've ever encountered would honor the listed price on the item, especially since the sale was already confirmed.
To me, what they are doing would be the equivalent of me buying an incorrectly priced item in a brick and mortar store, only to have them pull me back in the store when I was on the way to my car and take the item I purchased back off of me. Customer service has yet to respond to me after numerous attempts to have them rectify the situation. This is terrible business practice and if they continue to do nothing to make this situation right, I will never purchase from them again and I will be sure to spread the word of their dishonest practices.

I ended up having them assemble the bed using the original damaged rails since the "new" rails were completely ** (excuse the language). I started renovations on my home several years ago. Simultaneously I leased 1000 ft.² office. I began purchasing from Wayfair and Joss And Main for my home use and simultaneously started ordering rugs wall decorations and other items from my office space. A young woman at Wayfair asked me if I was purchasing for my office which at that time I was. She then proceeded to connect me with a business manager. At that time I wasn't sure why I would need a business manager. I thought it was for tax reasons but in retrospect I realize you get a discount if you order it for your business. Have now bought the building I was formally renting from and I am redoing the upstairs. I order two pictures for the common area that I will be renting two other business people. I received an email from David ** that they have analyzed my purchasing history and he could no longer help me because the company deemed me only purchasing for my home.
When I called to complain David ** stated "We are not giving business discounts to home offices" which was very presumptuous on his part considering I bought my office building in an office park for $195,000 cash. Needless to say this angered me even more. I am no longer dealing with Joss And Main or Wayfair due to this reason and to top it off most of their stuff is cheaply made and comes in damaged or broken except for pictures and rugs.

I ordered a loveseat and a sofa and waited 3.5 weeks for the loveseat to be delivered. I took time off work to wait for it and received the "right" couch but in a much different color than the one I ordered online. I called customer service to have it returned and was told I would have to pay $100 to send it back. I don't think so. My customer service rep kindly waived that fee without protest.
I was sent the information to schedule a pick-up and return the loveseat. When I called the shipping company, Estes, I was told I could pick any time as early as 8 am for pick-up. So I scheduled the pick up for 8-11 am. The pick-up day came and at 11 am I had not heard from anyone, nor has anyone come to pick up the loveseat. So, I called the company and was told they don't do pick up in the morning. Strange, considering THAT'S WHEN IT WAS SCHEDULED FOR. Maybe this was a mistake, but certainly someone would have noticed it and called me, but no. Then, I was told by Estes that I could leave the item outside and they would take it. Please tell me how I can get a couch outside by myself for pick-up. WHY DIDN'T ANYONE TELL ME THIS THE FIRST TIME I CALLED? The person I spoke to at Estes (in Billerica, MA) was not helpful, kind, or apologetic.
Once I calmed down a little (this took an entire day), I called Estes back to try to re-schedule delivery. I could re-schedule pick-up and both my boyfriend and I could take off work in the afternoon and move the couch outside once Estes was there to remove it (if they bothered to show up this time), or we could move it outside in the morning before work and leave a couch on the curb all day in Boston, MA. I took a half day to wait for the wrong couch to be delivered and I took a half day to wait for the couch to be picked up and no one came. Should I just not take a vacation this year because I spent all my vacation days waiting for couches?
I looked up Estes and they are an absolutely crap company that it seems everyone on Earth has had a bad experience with. I will never order from Wayfair again because they deal with awful companies like Estes. I would rather light my money on fire. Wayfair, I am begging you, please cut ties with this horrible company. Estes is full of rude, unhelpful people and has completely ruined my experience with Wayfair. I would give this review 0 stars if I could because thinking about couches puts me into a blind rage.

July 27, 2016 I was notified via phone and email that the bed would be delivered between 11am and 3pm. 3:10 I called and was told they would be there in 1.5 hours. I asked to speak to a manager and was sent to voicemail. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and was told he would call me. 3:20 I used the online chat to try to solve the problem and was told I would be notified in 24 hours. 4:30 I called and spoke to Dylan ** - he said he called the driver and the driver hung up on him. He was unable to provide me with any information and said they are open until 7:00 pm.
6:00 My husband called and they said he would be calling us with 30 minutes. 6:50 We had not heard from the driver so my husband called again and we were told that the Wayfair people were gone for the day. 7:10 I called Wayfair customer service and was told that they were going to contact a "higher up guy" who would contact them in 4 hours but, they close in 2 hours. I asked to speak to a manager. Alicia said they would follow up for delivery the following day.
7:23 a truck showed up (without a call 30 min prior). The driver expressed to my husband that he was upset that the helper he had did not speak English and did not know what he was doing. In the process of taking the boxes upstairs they hit the walls in our house with the boxes damaging many walls. The driver left the younger guy who only spoke Spanish at our house to assemble the bed. My husband had to help him open the packaging and assemble the bed. He gave my husband a box of "trash" to dispose of. My husband found a 6' piece of wood for the bed in the trash box. My husband had to explain to him that he was assembling the bed upside down as he talked on the phone while continuing to assemble the bed wrong. 9:00 The driver returned. He rebuilt the bed correctly and they left. Leaving much of the trash in our front yard.
July 29, 2016 I spoke to Robert ** via text and he expressed that he would like to come see the damage. He told me he would like to come by on Saturday August 6th between 8:00AM and 10:00AM, he did not show up. I told him we would be able to reschedule his visit on the following Monday (8/8). He said that he would get back to me but never responded further. 8/16/16 I emailed this information to Alisha ** with photographs and have not heard back. I still have a damaged bed and damaged walls in my house and can not get a response as to how to resolve this issue.

I ordered your Harbor View headboard and 2 nightstands for my new guest room. They were in horrible shape when they arrived. The box was in fine shape but the actual items inside looked terrible. I called customer service and was told you would replace 1 of the nightstands and send a furniture repairman out for the other nightstand and headboard. One nightstand looks like it got wet and had water damage on it. That is the one you said you would replace. The other nightstand had another paint on it. Had labels painted over on the top. It looked worse after the furniture repairman tried to fix it. The headboard looks used. The repairman tried to fix some of the bad dings but couldn't match the paint color. I am so disappointed. I spent a lot of money on this furniture and none of it is usable. I would like a refund! I have emailed my customer service contact numerous times with no response.

Ordered a Airsprung ortho guest bed which was only a few quid cheaper than other sites. The bed/mattresses had no airsprung label at all on it, looked nothing like the picture on the website colour or quality and could feel the springs through the padding on the top of the mattress. After they allegedly got back to airsprung, apparently this is the one I ordered, even though it definitely was not. Then I was told to return it would cost me 17 pounds, so as I explained to the Wayfair customer service it's cost me 17 pound to quality check your mattress. Cheers. Won't be using you again Wayfair. Delivery was good though and so was customer service (except making me pay for the return).

This review would have been 5 stars. However, due to the extremely poor delivery experience I can only give 4 stars. Wayfair did make it somewhat acceptable by offering money back on my purchase. Now to the shed kit itself. It is very easy to build if you have building experience. I built this thing by myself in 2 weekends. It turned out great and looks really nice. You have to watch the instruction video a few times or you will miss the fine points. Some of the instructions were not real clear as to the proper marking of the wood pieces to be cut, but all worked out ok. This shed does not come with shingles for the roof. That's ok because you can pick what you like, not what is given to you and that's ok. There are some nice choices out there.
I built mine on a concrete slab which turned out perfect. My concrete guy was spot on with the measurements. I couldn't have asked for an easier build. I am truly disappointed in the delivery people. I was shocked to see this thing tossed on my driveway when I got home from work. Oh well. The shed is up and turned out very nice. I was able to fix all the damaged pieces so, not too bad. I will buy from Wayfair again because they do look out for the customer. I think they need to screen the delivery people better though, however, I guess that is a thankless job anyway! You can't control everything in business! Here are a few pictures of how my shed turned out. I just need to finish a few odds and ends on painting and touch up this weekend. I was rained out last Sunday!

I ordered a 4 person infrared sauna and not only was the shipping free but it was really fast. The carrier was beyond awesome and that never happens. They called, set up the appointment, and were right on time, and very helpful, and pleasant! The sauna is well-built and exactly as advertised and I love it! I love this furniture. I recently changed my office to my bedroom. This is the most beautiful cherry furniture, and it matches my cherry bedroom furniture. If you have a small room, don't get this desk. It is 5'7" long. The shelves had a narrow profile and was large enough for me to place my 46" flat screen tv on. Both pieces have transformed my bedroom office to exactly what I've been dreaming of.

I was told one time that my table set was supposed to be coming on one day & I planned a party for the day after. But the day of supposed delivery, they called and cancelled and had me wait 2 weeks for a new date. Then the day of this scheduled delivery, they told me they were coming between 10-2 just to later tell me that it was changed to 12-4. Now it's 4:30 and no table. Wayfair gave me $200 for the inconvenience but that was a $900 table that I ordered 2-3 months ago. I wanted my money back but the table was already coming so I just decided to not order anything else big from Wayfair.

Microwave was not allowed by electrician to be put it, as it was not above a range type. Range was defective at point of delivery in Kansas City, and not delivered to my home. I had to go purchase one, as workers needed to laser granite tops. I was called for another delivery after calling Wayfair and stating it was not delivered.

I ordered furniture to outfit my entire new home through Wayfair. Although their customer service is a 10 out of 10, here are the problems I have with Wayfair... Returns are such a pain. Now going through this online ordering once, would much rather shop at a physical retail store to make returns easier. Wayfair vendors are the PITS. Something was wrong with almost everything ordered. Poor packaging, missing hardware, broken pieces. Assembling everything is WAY too hard. Going through this once will make me pay a premium for purchasing something at a retail store already put together.
Show Me Home Delivery is the WORST shipper ever. Had terrible problems BOTH times Wayfair used this vendor to ship me products. Had to call Wayfair multiple times in order to get a statement credit of over $400. I was "wooed" by their prices and the selections but now would much rather shop in a retail store. Wayfair has a long way to get to the ranks of Amazon with their vendors.

I had to return a larger item that was damaged so I was expecting a big hassle to get it back to them and get a replacement. Not the case at all. I just purchased a house and I needed a lot of furniture, and a friend of mine told me about Wayfair. I purchased a lot of things from them, and their customer support is good. However, I always seem to be missing parts or something didn’t arrive and I have to follow up. They should review the customer's order. They always correct it, but somehow it’s not always a complete order. Other than that, I'm happy with them.
In addition, I found out that ordering online is easier via the computer versus on the phone. If I’m on the phone, I can’t click the shipping alternative. I bought a couch, the sofa bed, our bedroom set, sofa, mattresses and other stuff, and I wanted them to put some of it together, and not just deliver them. I can’t do that on the phone. I have to do it from the computer. I wish we had the ability to choose the delivery options on our handheld device. That way people know that there are other choices that they can get extra money because I paid the $70 to have my furniture put together.

Wayfair had such a variety and I had a good experience with the first thing I ordered. Returns are easy and there’s no question. After we moved to our new home, I made some larger purchases. They sent me a rug, which I didn’t care for so I sent it back. It was no problem and they sent the UPS label. But I got another one just like it again and I wasn’t charged for it, then they sent another UPS label. We also ordered some mirrors and they came damaged. The woman was so sorry and she immediately sent out the two other mirrors and didn’t ask for the two damaged ones back. She just asked us to discard them so that was awesome.
One problem I have is I can’t get emails from Wayfair. Maybe years ago I blocked it so I have to use my husband’s email address whenever I order something. I can't use mine because I never get confirmation. I had to call the other day and make sure my order was received. Other than that, I’ve recommended them to my daughter and a friend at work.

Though customer service is responsive, they have no idea of what's actually going on within the warehouse/shipping dept/whole of the company and they respond to inquiries about product from that point of misinformation and/or just not knowing. I ordered my daughter a bed and a mattress at the beginning of July. At this point, with delay after delay and now an email saying that the product has been discontinued (one day after charging my card and one day after a shipping update was emailed to me), I most definitely won't be ordering from Wayfair again.
I received two separate emails from Wayfair indicating a ship date/expected arrival date. The first came shortly after my order was placed. The second one came, telling me that the product, which was 'In Stock' when I ordered, was suddenly 'Out of Stock' and would be delayed by almost one month. Naturally, I emailed customer service asking what was going on. I was told that yes, the item was out-of-stock and that I could expect it by August 15th. Then, I received a third email indicating further delay. I emailed again. The response was that, yes, the product had been further delayed but would arrive by the 18th and I would receive tracking info the next day. Okay.
Within hours of that, I then received an email indicating 'This Item has been Discontinued.' This was all while Wayfair processed the charge the day before for the discontinued item that was supposed to be shipping on August 8, 2016. It's unfortunate because their site shows some of the cutest furniture. I'm beginning to wonder if that's just for show at this point.

I placed an order with Wayfair on Aug. 1, 2016. 2 of the 3 items were received however the third continues to show a status of "Preparing for shipping" with a delivery date of on or before August 10, 2016 (changed from Aug. 6). No one at Wayfair can provide me with a reason for non shipment. Several calls and assurance from their associate of a follow-up - no response. While the associate have provided his tel. number he has not provided me an update via my written request. Wayfair truly lacks efficient customer service and at this time there is no update on this item nor is Wayfair delivering as promised. Their advertising of free shipment is just that - free - and you get the item whenever they ship 2 weeks or whenever they feel like shipping. This is my first purchase from Wayfair - I don't think I'll be making another purchase again.

The Wayfair site has a wide range of selection which I really liked even though some of the items we ordered didn't work out. But it was easy to process the returns online. They also give open product specs which are useful. But a lot of the times it’s easy to order something without having the supplemental parts needed, especially when it comes to finishing stuff like faucets. Some of the brands the company carries are not only difficult to install but are of lower quality when they come in than I expected. But that might be because I picked the wrong one and I don’t think it’s intentional.

I received a comforter from Wayfair yesterday 8-8-2016. The quality was not what I expected from being a regular customer. I tried to get information online but the site would not even accept my order number or my email address, so I called. When I called about returning the item I was told what to do in order to return it. I repacked item in original box. Took box with shipping label to FedEx and they would not accept the original shipping box, so I had to not only pay return shipping I was required to pay an additional $11.17 for another box. So to say I am not happy at losing that amt. of money is an understatement. Don't think I will order from Wayfair ever again.

I just ordered patio furniture from them about 3 days ago and hasn't received my order yet. The price dropped on the item that I ordered so I contacted them for price adjustment. They refused to give me a refund or price adjustment saying it's an event sale. I never had problems getting price adjustments from any retailer or online places especially when I just ordered it. Representative claims even supervisors can't make adjustment which is totally ridiculous. I just read a review that this company makes it really hard for you to return an item, now I understand. I was actually thinking of ordering a lot more items from this company and this definitely changed my mind.

I was googling for a particular bed and Wayfair came up in the Google search results. The expected shipping delivery time was much shorter than anywhere else I’ve found. The online ordering process was really simple and quick. We paid for the full delivery and assembly and everything was great. The bed was in pieces so they brought all the pieces into our house and put the whole bed together for us. Nothing was damaged. It was a good experience all around and we're satisfied. I was looking for products online, skimmed Wayfair's website and loved what I saw so I decided to try it. It's easy shopping with Wayfair. I found their website easy to navigate, like finding the stuff I want. I didn't have to go searching per se. The website always gave me a good result and showed me what I looked at the last time I visited so that’s one of the ways that I was able to find what I wanted.
The furniture are beautiful and of great quality. When my daughter’s dresser was cracked at the bottom and had scratches on the side, the customer service agent I spoke to was very apologetic and ready to assist me with the problems that I was having. The delivery people let me know when my carpet was going to come in. They were good in terms of working around my schedule to make sure things got delivered when I was at home. It also happened that I wasn't yet living in the house where the package was supposed to be delivered. I didn’t want my furniture to go to my apartment instead of my house and then having to move them from my apartment to the house. The delivery people were flexible to make sure that my furniture went where I wanted them to go. I would definitely recommend Wayfair.

I wanted some modern furniture and couldn't find these in Massachusetts. So, when I saw Wayfair on TV, I went online and found everything I liked. It was very easy to order online and the website was very helpful. It was the first time I went there to check it out and I bought everything for my new house. I loved everything and had an excellent experience with them. My living room has a very nice quality and my dining room does, too. I have another dresser in my bedroom that's more heavy duty than the one I got from Wayfair, so I'm not sure how long this dresser is going to last. I love the look of the bed, though. It's very modern and I'm very happy with it.
However, I ordered two couches in white leather for my dining room, but what came was one black and one white. I bought two of the buffet, but both came without the pieces and didn't come whole. Then when the bed that they delivered was put together, it came out that they had sent two left sides, but didn't send the right side. So, everything was missing some parts. Also, a big mirror that we bought for the bathroom was broken. We called the Customer Service guys and they said that Wayfair already sent the missing parts, but we didn't receive these yet. Although it was a mistake that a lot of things were missing, at least when I called them, the rep who answered the phone was very helpful.

I purchased a leather sofa and love seat from your company item # 600282 & 600281 Manufacturer Coaster. I have not even owned this for 2 years and the leather/stain is rolling off both pieces. These items were over $2000.00. This SHOULD NOT be happening. Your response “Sorry we only have a 1 yr warranty”. What? On LEATHER 1 yr?!! Ridiculous. Coaster was no help. You were no help. I'm moving into college soon and I wanted to buy a couch from Wayfair. I needed it to arrive on a specific date, and chose this company because they shipped exactly within the time range I needed. After I purchased it, my order was cancelled. I contacted customer service and they said this happened because of "security reasons" a.k.a my shipping address was different from my billing address.
Apparently, because it was my first purchase, the security team had to check if my information was "legit", and the only way to do this was by cancelling my order, waiting 3-5 business days for the security team to contact me, then waiting an additional 3-5 business days for a refund to go through and then they would allow me to place a new order. I explained why I needed the couch on that specific date twice, both times the answer was, "We can't expedite freight shipping, there's nothing we can do". I was still charged.
The funds are currently frozen because of the order status, so I can't just buy a couch elsewhere. I was also assured that if I placed the order with a different card it would also be cancelled. So basically I'm waiting to see if hopefully they manage to clear my order and ship it on Wednesday so it (hopefully) arrives within the time range I need it to. We will see if the couch arrives, but it doesn't seem like I'll be buying at Wayfair again. At least the customer service reps were nice.

Wayfair's collection of various items and ease of transaction and doing business prompted me to go with them. I've had to call their customer service team for an item that was not delivered on time and when I had a damaged item. In those two instances, the person I've talked to had been very receptive and responsive and took action. So I was pleased with the resolution of the issues. They take ownership of issues and that is very comforting. When they said they'll call back, they will call back. It looks like they have a process that whoever starts an issue, see it through which is a very good practice because that way I know I'm not being transferred left and right.

They are the worst with deliveries. Wayfair will not deliver to a different address if it is different than your billing address. This is most ridiculous thing I ever heard. There are so many better places out there. Don't go to Wayfair.

Wayfair is a very good website. They had a lot more selections and their prices were a lot better than other retailers. The process for ordering is very easy. My order came and nothing was broken. I got an email from Customer Service and gave a write-up for the delivery service that Wayfair did. A lot of things were delivered at the office and at my door, so that was good. It was a fast, easy, and convenient experience I had overall with Wayfair. I would do it again.

I ordered outdoor patio furniture over a month ago. Estimated delivery date was July 18th. Later changed to August 2nd. Furniture has yet to arrive. My credit card was billed when it was "shipped". The "track shipment" has never been updated. I have emailed customer service three times- they offer no answers and have no further delivery date estimate. Wayfair Canada commercials play all day, but they might not have shipping figured out yet.

We placed an order on April 27 for an office desk in the amount of $2364 - with the understanding that this would reach our local freight carrier around July 14. On June 29, we were contacted because of payment problems processing our credit card. We called, spoke to someone on the phone, and straightened that out immediately. Later that same day on June 29, we rec'd this message via email: "Unfortunately, we were unable to cancel the following item(s) from your order because they have already shipped or are custom made."
On July 8 we received this message: "There has been an unexpected delay with your order# ** and the items below are now expected to arrive at your local terminal by 08/15/2016." Then, on August 2, we are told that this item is discontinued and Wayfair is refunding our charges. We paid, we were led to believe the product had shipped, we waited even longer than we originally agreed, then we were simply told the product has been discontinued, order canceled. We asked for a more detailed explanation first before writing this review, but received the same information all over again. After this experience, we plan to never do business with Wayfair again. Very dissatisfied.

Wayfair's prices for shipping and financing were good. I'm doing a 12-months 0% interest payment plan, however, there were a few things that were damaged on the items that I received. As of right now, it seems they're going to take care of it, but we haven’t started the process yet. I've just sent the pictures of the damaged items and they're supposed to get back to me about replacements.

Love merchandise that I have purchased from Wayfair. The delivery have been faster than expected. If delayed I receive updates. Have had good professional experience with Wayfair representatives. Recommended them to many friends and family. Good quality for the dollar.
