I've purchase a couple of things from Wayfair and I am extremely happy with my purchases. They were exactly as described. The tv unit I purchased did have some broken pieces but when I called customer services the gentleman was very polite & helpful and as each piece is individually marked he was able to order me the parts & he shipped them in 2 days.

Looked everywhere for a child play kitchen for my great grandson. Could not find the one I wanted and needed in a few short days. Ordered it from Wayfair and received in just 2 short days. I love this place. Will be using again!!

Order delivered to wrong address and state. I live in Kenner, LA and my order was supposed to arrive on Monday, 3/13/2017, but it was delivered to Edgewater, NJ on 3/15/2017. I reordered and now have to wait another week due to Wayfair/UPS shipping mess up!

I have recently ordered 7 different items from Wayfair. All of the items were of top quality, arrived quickly, were packaged well. I have been very happy with all of the items I have received. Yes I would recommend using Wayfair for your next shopping experience. The descriptions of the items are extremely detailed and makes selecting the right items so easy! The pages load fast! Kudos to their web staff!

Sheets are not the color shown in the picture. Background is pale bluish green & not white as pictured. I won't return as it means dealing with UPS which is a problem in our area. Delivery is lousy, never arrives before 8:00 pm & area driver has lied about an attempted delivery. I truly wish that you used another type of delivery service & because of it, I will not be ordering from you as frequently. I love your site but UPS is a deal breaker for me. I, as well as my neighbors, have had so many problems with UPS, the area supervisor had to step in to ensure our orders were actually delivered.

My xmas items and everything else ships here fast. And the discount prices are wonderful. I have already referred to a friend, so she could get her 10.00 off. She was satisfied with her purchase, because I helped her order it and pick out a bedspread. I've only had to return one item which Wayfair conveniently let me return, and apply credit. Friendly customer service. It's been fun using Wayfair to decorate my house.

I purchased an electric fireplace with entertainment center. Wayfair carried into my living room. Everything was perfect. Also bought Glass coffee table. That too was well packed. Perfect. Love Wayfair.

I purchased a dresser that arrived with two drawers chipped. When I called I was offered a new dresser to be sent free of charge. Within a couple of days, my dresser arrived in perfect condition. The gal that helped me was courteous and helpful!

We were pleased our new Dempsey Wood Garden Bench arrived early, but pretty disappointed when we started to put it together. We noticed there was a broken piece. I immediately sent an email to Wayfair and was surprised when I received a response letting me know that Wayfair was sending a replacement and said that I could donate the one we had originally received. I DIDN'T NEED TO DEAL WITH THE HASSLE OF RETURNING THE BROKEN PIECE!! I have found that there isn't much care about customer service out there, but was glad to have found it with Wayfair. I will continue to order and will highly recommend Wayfair to my friends. Keep up the good work!

I ordered a single panel of curtain block out the light. It fit but needed another and had a customer service person help me, the person was great. The first one came on timely manner. The second one was late due to the weather, so I love my items and they are great. Thank you.

I ordered a toilet seat from Wayfair for my new American Standard toilet I was installing in my bathroom. When the shipment came to my place of residence I was much surprised how fast the service was in me getting my product in a timely manner. Come to find out after unpacking my toilet seat and trying to install the unit on my new toilet, the hinge assembly was poorly constructed and had very poor quality control in building the hinge unit itself. (No problem of Wayfair.)

I have purchased many many items from Wayfair. I have purchased furniture, art, lighting, window treatments, and home decor. I love this site, almost all of the items are readily available for shipping, which is free. If there is a problem with any item, customer service will work with you to resolve the problem. I love this site.

Our project is not finished yet so I can't provide a picture, but the staff at Wayfair was professional, courteous and they took their time to make sure the size, color and price were exactly what I needed. I have already recommended them to my daughter who has just started a remodel.

While I am usually very satisfied with your services, this time I am very disappointed. I ordered a Shankmen 5 Piece Dining Set by Woodhaven Hill on Feb, 14, I have yet to receive it. I finally got a notice it was supposed to be delivered today (a month, a whole month). I called and they rescheduled for tomorrow. We'll see. I will shop locally first before I order large items from you or any other online site. Thank you.

This Shark Navigator Lift-Away Vacuum NV356E came to me missing 4 parts. I was told by a supervisor that that very day Shark was pulling that vacuum type from your warehouse so you could no longer get the parts from a box there. Ironic, huh? So I was offered another vacuum at a good price (no attachments I needed). Next day guess what? Vacuum on website. Today guess what? Vacuum on website (March 14, 2017). SO, I WAS LIED TO, don't you think. I do not appreciate it. It hurts my feelings. Yep.

Called in to determine if a closet system could be delivered by a strict deadline, though it couldn't it was nice all the information I needed. Rep was super nice. Even said she could try to get it here sooner, and would personally assist.

T-Fal 12in Ultimate Skillet - Found this product here that was only available in sets at the local stores. Skillet was priced very reasonably and was received in a very short time after placing my order... This was to replace the same product that lasted about 5 years with a lot of use...

Great experience all around. Table is beautiful and delivery person was extremely friendly. Called 30 minutes ahead and called again to ensure we had someplace protected to put the set as it was raining. Went above and beyond to put in our garage when it specifically stated it was to be delivered to the front door. Highly recommend Wayfair!

I have been shopping with Wayfair for a while now and have been pleased with each encounter. How convenient it is to shop for what you want from home and it come directly to your door in days. No crowds, no salesman just me and all the time I want to procrastinate. I do recommend Wayfair to everyone.

Wayfair has a bigger variety of things. I was familiar with Overstock but it looked like I could get more things from Wayfair than I could from Overstock. They have stuff from different manufacturers and they carry a lot of Hooker furniture which has pretty good quality. So, that's what impressed me. They have stuff at the lower end but they also have things at the upper end. I order online through my cellphone app and I also get emails from them that'll show what's on sale. When I get those, I'll look to see if anything interests me. But I'm mostly on the app, looking at furniture and artworks because I like to decorate. I first ordered a chest to go with my foyer and I got a 10% discount on it.

We went online because we were in need of some furniture. I needed a loveseat that was firm and high because I have back and knee problems. We shopped around and even went to a few stores around where we lived but chose Wayfair because of their pricing and we liked the couches that we chose too. The ordering process was excellent. We did it online and it went very smoothly even if we're not really good on the computer. The loveseat from Wayfair was perfect and we got them at 20 or 30% off at the time. Then we got two new area rugs which were excellent as well. I will order again online with Wayfair.

Love this headboard; much nicer than I even imagined and such a terrific price. In redecorating my guest room I thought I would add a headboard to the queen bed, and such a difference it made! I am so happy with it; makes the whole room look nicer and made me go overboard in painting and redoing curtains, etc. to make the room as nice as the headboard.

I had ordered runners for the side of my bed to match the larger area rug. Unfortunately the color was not as I had hoped. The first order number is a dresser that arrived damaged - was not stained all the way around on the wood and is awaiting return. Another one is supposed to be on the way. I have been tracking it and has been sitting in the final location for a long time. The second number listed is a bunk bed house that has not yet arrived. We called the number where it is awaiting its final pick up and they said that the corner of the bunk bed is broken off. I contacted Wayfair last week and they said they would follow up on Monday with me but I received no contact from Wayfair. I ordered both items Feb. 5th. When the first dresser arrived, no one contacted me to let me know that they would be making a delivery, but we had someone there just in case. We knew it would be that day.

The delivery time was super and the quality great. However I order a blue/gray color and it came as a orange color. The fault was with the mfg. The rug was label from the mfg as blue /gray but was the orange color which you also stock as skuFV16785 soho gray/orange. When I called to return I told the problem to customer service but did not receive a reply. You need to check the color to the label. Was afraid to reorder as was a real problem to rewrap and take to Fedex office to return and wait for credit. Did not want to take the chance again.

I purchased two (2) NFL Dallas Cowboys Elf on a Shelf, one for myself and one for a friend. They are precious! They are well made. The price was good, and all my friends love the little guy.

Personalized rocking chair for toddler- This is a beautiful, soft, plush chair. My 1 year old granddaughter loved sitting in it and standing on it. So does her cat. It's a nice size - perfect for a one or two year old and was packed and shipped safely. Very happy - highly recommend.

I ordered the Boa End Table by Leick Furniture 3 days ago and it arrived today, 3 days later. I have ordered many times before from Wayfair and I call it my "go to" store. I ordered a black leather like sectional living room furniture over a month ago. So far I haven't received it. In tracking it, it has been in South Carolina for over a week. I live in Florida and it does not take a week to get to Florida from SC. I paid over a thousand dollars for this set and am ready to cancel the order if it is not in my house by the 15th of March.

I learned most about Wayfair from Chip and Joanna on HGTV. I love their show and I watch them a lot. So I got online, I was looking for a vanity. I looked around where I live, we saw what we were looking for and we like it. I read the reviews first to see what other people thought about the item and it had very good reviews so I went ahead and ordered it. I'm pretty sure it was on sale when I bought it, and the price was comparable to others. It was what I was looking for, it was very pretty and the quality was nice. The way it was built was a big thing, and I believe that it was made in the USA. I also got the mirror that went with it. The online ordering process was pretty straightforward. You click on what you want and how many and pay. In a couple of days you'll get it off the truck. They're a good company. I like them and I would definitely buy from Wayfair again.

I opted to return my purchase via mail. The address for the return that you provided does not exist. Post office couldn't find you and I had to return home and check this. Your street address does not exist and I had no choice but to send this to your corporate office. What's with this?

I've had a good experience overall with Wayfair. I purchase from them because of their free shipping, prices, and different selections. Their product cost, quality, and availability, compared to other stores, are good. I also had 10% off on the first time purchase. The online ordering process is simple. I put everything I want, do a search, place on my cart, and everything is already there! My information is already saved on my account as well. I log in and they tell me approximately when I'll receive my item, and sure enough, it's there so I've no complaints. I'll continue with Wayfair and I like that there are also links to other outlets so I get their email. There's always something good to see.

Well, overall my experience has been great! But I was pretty disappointed when I couldn't get the footboard for these beds I ordered. Everything was ordered separate, headboard, frame and didn't realize you had to order all pieces at once.

Wayfair had the free shipping, which made their price lower than the other stores. Ordering online was easy. I could compare items, and it gave me suggestions too. The delivery was right on time, and the product was exceptional as well. I've recommended Wayfair to many people.

I like to shop online and my mother raved about Wayfair and how her experience was always great with them. So I figured I would try them out. I've dealt with their customer service a few times because some pieces came broken or missing, and the reps were great. Like recently, I purchased two nightstands and both of them came broken. They kept trying to fix it. For some reason though, the second one came broken again. So then they tried to accommodate me and find something totally different. But I purchased many pieces and a wine fridge, and it's been great. I would definitely recommend them. Even though I've had some mishaps, they've always fixed the problem and accommodated me.

I realize that ordering online sometimes may be difficult when certain items are ordered. I ordered velvet curtains. When they arrived they were not the quality I had in mind. I therefore decided to return them. Well it cost me over $17 to have them shipped back. WOW that hurt! I will think again about ordering anything that may be difficult to access quality of from a source that does not have a way or returning without such a hard hit financially.

Delivery was exactly on time. Packaging was superb. No scratches at all and this is a very large piece of furniture. This black wooden sideboard is exactly what I expected from the pictures and description. Would not hesitate to order again.

Beautiful Derrickson Corner Cabinet by Birch Lane and very pleased with it. It was heavy and took two guys to bring it in - glad I hired the "white glove" service. The cabinet is sturdy and nicely made. My taste (and most of my furniture) is Arhaus and Pottery Barn. I felt this cabinet blended very well with these styles.

Wayfair is one of the best Customer Service companies out there with quick delivery and usually Shipping Free which is one reason I love them. Other internet companies do not come close to Wayfair's beautiful items. I also like the idea of being able to purchase tile(s) and other items that I can have a Contractor do for us. Always had a great experience shopping through Wayfair. Shipping and delivery has always been made on time (if not sooner) and items always arrive in great condition. Wayfair is always my first go to for any home decor or home goods products.

When we unpacked the Francine dresser it was in pieces (not put together). My husband was getting ready to put it together and noticed that, on one of the pieces (the top), there was about 10" of laminate stripped off the front edge of the piece from the factory, not because of shipping. We called Wayfair and talked to James. He took care of it in about 10 minutes and another piece is on its way to us right now. Can't beat this kind of service anywhere!

I have furnished half my house with Wayfair products. Love them so much! They have great products at amazing prices with FREE shipping. Their return policy is great too. I had a problem with a table and needed to return it. They not only credited my account but let me keep the table to donate to a local charity. Highly recommend Wayfair to everyone.

Purchased (bed headboard and footboard) for daughter and son in law for Christmas. Did not get until February! Broken. Got replacement. Had terrible communications. Internal communication is horrible. So much went on that I can't even remember it all. Also ordered bedspread for myself. Sooo disappointed. Will never use it. It is below average quality. No idea why Wayfair would offer such low quality merchandise. I don't even know what I'll do with it. It's so bad I wouldn't even give it away.

I ordered a butterfly stand and ceramic butterfly/flower globe. Sent same item twice, listed incorrectly. They were listed as a set but apparently the ad should have been for the stand separately and the ball separately. Your amazing staff got to the bottom of this and corrected the problem. I am very pleased with all the items I have received from Wayfair. Your staff is so friendly and helpful so it is never a problem for me. I will be back to order again in the near future. Thank you!

When I received my package I was so excited because this was the only piece that was missing. I am remodeling my bathroom and I purchased my sink and toilet from Wayfair, I am very pleased with both items. I had to order the seat for the toilet and when I received it, I was so bummed out because it was missing the hardware. That is the only thing I have left to finish my bathroom. It was after hours, so I decided I would email customer service and I was given an answer by the time I got home the next day. They will be sending me the hardware as soon as they can. So far so good. Hope it gets here soon.

I purchased a lamp (Adesso Rodeo Floor Lamp) which I loved online. After looking at many, MANY lamps, I kept returning to this one because of its versatility - 3 way CFL bulb, adjustable shade and adjustable top, nice bronze finish. I purchased it from clearance; however, it arrived with one broken piece. After emailing Wayfair, they immediately sent me a whole new lamp! This lamp lights up an entire room depending on which setting you use (I used a 40-70-125 bulb). It has a pretty burlap shade but the inside of the shade is white which throws out quite a bit of light. Talk about customer satisfaction! Thank you Wayfair. I am a very satisfied customer with a beautiful lamp.

We recently renovated our kitchen. We changed our theme from fruit to roosters. Wayfair was extremely helpful as there were so many "rooster" items to order. We have found a great new store to shop.

I received the rug I ordered but it is too small and that was the reason I called customer service. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable, courteous and assisted me in returning the item.

This is my third order from Wayfair, and each item has been just as represented, and quickly shipped. I am amazed at the variety of items they have available, which makes them hard to beat in combination with free shipping. My first order a couple of years ago was a living room leather sofa/loveseat/recliner set, which was a great value, delivered on time and without hassle. Since then I've purchased two items for our grandson, a toy box and a step stool, and both are great!

I looked around and thought the quality of Wayfair's stuff was better and that their prices were good. It was all great overall and the products got here earlier than I expected. Everything was fine, and I would recommend them.

We have purchased a few items from Wayfair recently...a fleece blanket...nesting tables...a side table. We have been more than completely satisfied with all our purchases. They arrived on time...sometimes earlier than expected. The merchandise was of superior quality. The tables were all packed well...arrived safely and in excellent condition. I had some issues with a prior order and the delivery fee; the Wayfair customer service team was incredibly attentive and actually was pretty persistent in making sure I was satisfied. With the refund from that delivery charge I was able to buy this lovely doormat. Wayfair's customer service team has definitely made me feel loyal to the company; I'll definitely be purchasing from you again.

My experience with customer service at Wayfair was absolutely exceptional. The product I ordered was delivered perfectly, just unfortunately the wrong color. I called and my call was answered promptly, professionally, and the new product was shipped promptly. I feel that from start to finish it was handled "top notch". Highly recommend this company! Product was described as a kitchen pantry but only stood about 3 feet tall and 12 inches deep. Shelves were only about 5 inches deep. This is not anything I could use in my kitchen but had to keep the one we assembled as Wayfair will not accept the return of any product if it is not in its original condition and in its original pkg. Am returning the other one and was disappointed to find out $15.00 was deducted from purchase price for return shipping. Have ordered a few items from Wayfair but will rethink future orders due to return policies.

My experience with Wayfair is that the products are good, but pricing overall are too high when compared to other similar websites. Many times I decided not to purchase some items because of the high prices.

I have ordered light fixtures and an adorable little table from Wayfair and am pleased with all my purchases and with the service. (If I had to offer a less-than-thrilled comment, it would be that I am not a person who can ever put things together. If everything came assembled, I would order tons more stuff).

I recently ordered 2 items from Wayfair and was very happy. Only one regret is that I read about a review concerning the dresser I ordered. Someone wrote that it was not a "true" 11-drawer dresser, as 3 of the drawers were actually connected to longer drawers. I called customer service to verify if it was indeed an 11-drawer dresser. After 2 days time I was contacted with the information. I was told wrong information. It goes to prove that reading reviews can be very helpful! It is an 8-drawer dresser, but the quality exceeded my expectations! I'm keeping it and LOVE IT! Just know that the customers may sometimes know better.

I repurchased an item I received a few weeks before and loved just case I was to break it I had a backup. When the box came to my house I notice the package size was different as soon as I got it. I opened it and realized I was sent a way more expensive item. I called and tried to correct the mistake which went smooth but then I was sent an email basically asking me to go out my way to send them the product back with no real apology or compensation for the inconvenience made on their behalf. The whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth about Wayfair. I understand it wasn't their mistake because a third party vendor made the mistake but overall the experience was disheartening and very inconvenient seeing as I work a full time and part time job and having to run around to fix their mistake wasn't easy. I don't think I will shop with them again unless I have to.

I was in the market to purchase a replacement SuperStone Bread Pan for one that had been broken. Wayfair had the pan at a lower price than other suppliers I check. It was delivered timely and well packed. I am very happy with the purchase.

We had a counter height kitchen table and chairs for years. The chairs were heavy and hard to move close to the table. So I decided it was time for a new, more conventional, lower table. I knew what I wanted and have been searching since last year. I have bought several items from Wayfair and the quality has always been excellent. However, I have never bought this type of merchandise without seeing it first hand. All I can say is I am so glad I ordered this table and chairs. I paid the extra to have it assembled and from ordering to delivery, to assembly we had excellent service. Two of the chairs had some of the finish worn off from packing (not Wayfair's fault) and I am expecting two replacement chairs today or tomorrow. The attention from Customer Service is excellent. I have received emails keeping me apprised of the delivery of the two chairs. Wayfair is definitely a five star company!!!

All of my orders have been very good... I have not had one negative experience. I love the free shipping as I have continued to order... and I have ordered many more things because I have not had the restriction of $49 for free shipping... So I have ordered many individual things... and I have loved them all... So you win because you turn over inventory and I win because mostly I want a cup or set of bowls that don't cost that much. I love this system. I love it too when you have a deep discount on an item... like a towel or cup or mixing bowl set... I have not sent back one thing nor have been dissatisfied. Retain this system... It works.

Ordered a rug and discovered a loom error, resulting in a significant flaw apparent once we laid it. Contacted Customer Service and received immediate, polite and responsive service. Initially was advised that the replacement rug would not be available until August, but extra steps were taken to locate a provide it within two days! Ercad response exceeded my expectations!!

I received the email my order was in transit and should arrive on 3/4/2017. As of today, 5 days later the item still shows in transit with a delivery date of 5 days ago. I have tried calling the shipper who is unable to offer any updates. I will be happy to rate the item, if and when I get it. Do NOT trust the shipping information provided by Wayfair as it is totally inaccurate and incomplete!

Also I had a really great customer service experience when I made the mistake of returning the wrong rug back to Wayfair. They were able to locate it and ship it back to me at no cost to me. They were simply wonderful about it. Kept in contact even when there was no real updates, just to assure me they were working on it. It made a very frustrating mistake I made so much less stressful. I love Wayfair!

I have a king bed with very large mattress. The king sheets often are not deep enough to fit properly... so I ordered the CALIF king sheets... which worked great. These sheets are SO SOFT... and the dark blue washed very well. Great buy!!! Love them.

Wayfair is incomparable in their field: quality, price, ease of working within the system and especially their customer service. They're personable and immediate response is excellent, they are beyond fair in rectifying a situation. I will continue using them until I am no longer functional. Zulily has fantastic inventory but their shipping time stinks and their lack of or customer service attitude is horrible.

My husband and I both have Wayfair credit card accounts and we recently moved. I placed an order on Wayfair and I tried to pay for it with my Wayfair card. I was told to sign in and somehow my account got crossed with my husband's and it would not allow me to use my card. I paid through PayPal and contacted Wayfair to fix this issue. I explained the problem in an email and received a response saying it would be looked into. I never received another response. I have no idea if it was fixed, ignored, forgotten. If it does not get fixed, I will not email again. I will just shop elsewhere.

My items, a dresser and nightstand arrived damaged. Like really damaged. There were literally chunks missing out of the corners. I called customer service and spoke with Aaron and he was extremely empathetic and offered me a few solutions to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I don't understand how or when the damage occurred but I was more than pleased with my customer service assistance.

The first purchase I made with Wayfair was a sleeper sofa. When it arrived it was damaged and I was unable to put it together. I called customer service and was given a refund and was told to just get rid of the couch since it would be inconvenient for me to send a big item, like a couch, back. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and understanding and quick to resolve my issue. I didn't buy another couch from Wayfair, but because of the great customer service I got that day, I have returned and purchased plenty of other items. I will continue to use Wayfair because they have treated me well.

Website listed there was one table in stock. I placed the order. Order confirmed. Check the quantity after my order, it was 0 out of stock. Waited till the scheduled delivery date, nothing. So I called Wayfair. I was told, “Item was out of stock” and that I have to wait 7-8 weeks. Not happy but decided to wait. Four weeks after the phone call as to where is the order I am told that they contacted the warehouse and that I have to wait 7-8 weeks from now. Total 12 weeks since purchase order of 2/10/2017.

I ordered outdoor furniture in early February and have not received it and it is now early March! I have called and received an email finally from you which has told me 2 times you are looking into my order. I have already paid for this furniture and Wayfair seems not to be able to find it! I have ordered quite a few things in the past from Wayfair and have always been pleased but this did it, I probably will not order from Wayfair again. I have not been given a solution just emails stating you are looking into this.

The fixed glass shower door we ordered through Wayfair is terrific. It is EXACTLY what we wanted for our small guest bathroom in that it doesn't interfere with the decor. We wanted a clean, modern look which is what this glass panel brings. The panel arrived sooner than expected (thanks to FedEx) and was perfectly packed for its journey. The installation instructions were complete, accurate and easy to follow. Loved the message from the manufacturer, too. We have already recommended this product, the manufacturer and Wayfair to our friends.

Dog beds, sheets, comfort sets, quilt sets, silverware ceder chest. All I can say is everything I ordered was right on beautiful. Reasonable, quick service. Have never had to return anything. In fact everything was so reasonable I reordered some for my family. I give a 5 plus.

Our experience with Wayfair has been very good overall, and we especially like two lamps that we recently received. However, one of the lamps did not turn on when it was assembled. Long story short -- it turned out that a small package of desiccant had gotten lodged in the bottom of the light socket. Presumably it happened when the lamp was originally packed. When I removed the obstruction, the lamp was fine. This may have been just a freak occurrence but could be avoided by using larger packs of desiccant.

I really wish all businesses had the service that Wayfair has always had. I started buying from Wayfair several years ago when I did a master bath remodel. I'm still buying from Wayfair - everything from kitchen knives to lift chairs to vessel sinks and faucets. There is nothing bad I can say about Wayfair or the customer service. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Wayfair.
