I have ordered a few beds, a sectional and a coffee table from Wayfair. I have been extremely happy with the quality of every purchase. I look forward to making many more orders in the future. You can't beat shopping from the couch and not having to pay a dime for delivery! :)

I placed an order on 9/11 for my son's full size bed frame. The price was really good so I went ahead and placed the order. This was my second time ordering from Wayfair, my first order was delivered without a problem. On this order I received an email informing me the item had shipped and I would be contacted with a delivery date. That was the last I heard from anyone - On 9/19 I called Wayfair and was told they had shipped it to be delivered and they would find out what was the issue and email with the results. 24 hours later I had to call back - no email, no call just nothing. Again they could provide no information on when the delivery would take place. I am just fed up with the lack of any real answers - so I asked to cancel the order. The representative told me I could NOT cancel the order because it had been shipped already.
Where it was shipped to - I don't know but I do not have the bed frame or a refund. I had planned on ordering the mattress from Wayfair also, but they will not see another penny of my money. Beware when ordering from this company - it appears that they use contracted shipping companies. They ship your purchase to a company and that company can deliver your items whenever they feel like it. Wayfair seems to believe their responsibility ends when they ship your purchase to a third party that they contracted. This is completely unacceptable and I will seek other legal means to recover my funds.

We are building a new house in Montana and have used Wayfair almost exclusively for lighting, sinks, faucets, furniture, carpets and other household goods. The variety and price are great. Website easy to use. Packing, shipping, and receiving have always been reliable. We have strongly suggested the Wayfair site to all your friends. Job well done.

I ordered an end table that arrived damaged. Instead of returning the item I was told to discard it myself. I understand that it's cheaper for you if I dispose of it, but I have to pay for my trash and it's therefore not convenient for me. Customer service was no help. I'm very unhappy with the outcome.

I've used Wayfair several times without issue. This time however, it seemed to take a great deal of time for delivery. Once received I noticed a seat cushion was damaged so I called to get it replaced. Now I'm waiting over 3 weeks for the replacement cushion.

On 9-19-2016 I went to Wayfair to purchase outdoor furniture for our business. I located a sectional with an advertised price of $173.99. I decided to purchase 2. When I clicked purchase I was directed to choose fabric which I did - some choices involved a higher price, so I selected the standard fabric which was listed as no additional charge. So far so good. Then it directed me to choose a finish - I had 3 options. All 3 options were extra $ regardless of fabric options. 1 finish was out of stock, but still had a price of $110. I contacted Wayfair customer service agent Mandi. She tried to explain the color I choose was an upgrade - I asked her what colors were included in the advertised price of $173.99, she could not tell me and proceeded to check with her manager. She responded that the company was aware of these pricing issues.
I asked for her manager's name three times and she refused to provide it. I asked for the VP Operations name, so I could file an advertising complaint - again, she refused (even though I located the name online - Mr. Doran **). She stated that one of her managers would contact me. I asked for that person's name and was told, "I assure you - they will contact you", so I provided my phone number. Guess what? I never heard from anyone!
The pricing on their system remains the same $173.99, but it is impossible to buy the item for that price. How can Wayfair get away with false advertising? The product was made by Breakwater Bay. When I tried to reach out to them, I could not locate any information at all. This was my 1st and LAST experience with Wayfair! What has happened to customer service and consumer rights, not to mention responsibility and accountability? See the ad for yourself, as long as Wayfair leaves it up.

This was my third order from Wayfair and all of them have been excellent. After going through a remodel what we have ordered have helped with my decorating. Having the orders go through as well as these have has been wonderful. When we need something the first place we are looking will be Wayfair. Thank you for everything.

I ordered a sofa for my daughter's dorm and was given a delivery date that worked with our arrival date. Unfortunately, the shipping was not as stated and arrived too early. I called Wayfair and thought it was handled only to receive another notice that I needed to pick up the sofa at FedEx. And on and on it went, with each customer service agent telling me that they would take care of it. And each time I called, they would say that the previous agent didn't know what they were doing. Many hours on the phone later I got FedEx to deliver on the expected date and got a Wayfair supervisor to confirm. I asked about receiving a discount because of all the time I had to spend straightening this out and she said that she would take care of it after I received the sofa. Of course that didn't happen and then she did not respond to my emails and phone message. I just spoke with a "manager" and he said that he would refund $50 for my troubles.
The sad thing about this company is that every agent said the prior one was wrong or didn't know their job. And for the supervisor to not follow up at the end was also poor customer service. I know this is a first-world problem but I just wanted to pass on my experience. I would not recommend ordering from Wayfair unless you are able to be totally flexible about delivery. They don't guarantee a certain date/time/window of time. And don't count on honest customer service agents or expect follow up service. All around frustrating experience.

We got an outdoor furniture set and it’s awesome. I’ve never had furniture shipped, and we’re so pleased with this that we’re going to get a new sectional from Wayfair. The set is really expensive but it looked like it's a good quality furniture and I like the fact that it's aluminum with a powder coat, so it’ll last for a really long time because I live about three miles from the beach and things rust with the salt water air. This was our first purchase and the process is as easy as ordering anything online. There were no problems.

I purchased a shower system back in August. I finally got around to trying to install it yesterday. It is incompatible with the curved pipe coming out of my shower. So I packed it up for return shipment. When I checked online today to see if it was eligible for return the computer indicated it was. I opened a chat session with ZACH ** and he told me that there was a 30 day return policy. He would not generate a return for the item and I could sell the item myself.
I asked ZACH ** to get a manager so I could talk with them. He would not get a manager and refused work with me at all. I have spent thousands of dollars at Wayfair over the years and I will never shop there again. This may not mean much to the company at large but for the folks that enjoy good customer service this was an insult. Everyone knows there are exceptions to everything. This person would not even put me in contact with a manager to discuss. Unacceptable Wayfair - unacceptable customer service.

I saw Wayfair in Fixer Upper and I said I'd check them out since we need a couple of things. And I was like a captive audience because they have everything such as rugs, window covering, and I even got new lights for my kitchen. They had good prices. I also got a coupon in the mail. It was 20% off my entire purchase but it expired but when I called in, they were happy to honor it and that was really cool. Furthermore, their rep called to make sure if I liked the products that I got, if I was happy with how the items were and if they were as they appeared on the website. She was so sweet on the phone and was really nice.
Their ordering process was awesome. I would search and then I could favorite things and then come back to them so I could think if that was what I really wanted. As I scroll through the items that they have, I can pin them with a heart so they’re saved, and I can save them to different folders. It was really neat and I really liked it. For the delivery, they called, gave me a window for the delivery and all my items were delivered. I didn’t have to sit around and wait all day. I had a couple of things that I had to return though but it was so easy. I just printed out the label, packaged it up, and sent it back. Perfect.

Both ladies I spoke with by phone were very helpful. I asked for a swatch and the manufacturer was not able to accommodate. That's my main feedback. It would be very helpful to see fabrics and wood stains. Pleased with the products and service, just a bit of a leap of faith.

When we made our purchase we were given a delivery time frame. Once our final day came w/out hearing anything, we received a new date a week away. I emailed Wayfair and received one generic response after another, which was aggravating. The most unreal issue was that the sofa supposedly came from California to Tennessee in only 3 days, but then they couldn't get it from Tennessee to Ohio w/in a week and a 1/2!

I will start off by saying the mattress is extremely comfortable and what I thought it would be when I ordered it although it did it come with a pink stain. Not sure where it came from but I guess once you put sheets over it you can't notice it. But at the same time I feel like I should receive a refund because I shouldn't receive something in the mail that is stain and I already had an issue with my bedframe being smashed in when I received it.

I love, love, love Wayfair. The products that they have are so unique and everybody else don’t have ‘em. They had a 70% sale and it was wonderful. Their online ordering process is very, very easy. I just go on the website and pick what I want. It knows who I am and the card. I also have a Wayfair card so it asks me if I want the card so I check card and go on to there. I like my purchase delivered to the house, although on my recent order, they got a little bit mixed up because we just moved in from one house to the other. I wanted everything to go to the new house, but we finally got it straightened out. In fact, I've put it up the bed yesterday and it’s so nice-looking, sleek, and modern. As soon as I pay everything off, I’m gonna get me some more. I love the products and I look at their website all the time.

The Sweet Heart Dresser is beautiful. I love all the little details that went into making this an understated beauty. The drawers are spacious enough for growing children. However, we have only had this piece for three weeks and one of the bottom drawers does not push in all the way on one side. Also, I wish that Wayfair offered a service to unpack and haul away the packing material. The added expense would be well worth the money.

My order was charged twice. Wayfair had no explanation which resulted in overdraft fees from my account. Also, ordered curtains and expected delivery this week but went on back order not to be shipped until December. I was told money wouldn't be drafted until shipped but got drafted 2 days ago and still no email about shipment. Very disappointed!

Ordering from Wayfair was easy; delivery was on time and the stools were packaged well. I think the metal finish on one of the stools (chair seat back) could have been smoother, but that is not the fault of Wayfair.

We just bought a property in Pittsburg but we were keeping the one in Nebraska as well so I needed some new things. It's easy to get around Wayfair's website and find what I need. I liked the convenience and selections. The pricing is economical, items look nice and the quality seems good from what we’ve received. We have a couple of pieces in our garage because it’s chaotic here and they haven’t been moved in yet because we don’t have help. Some of our neighbors had been by and they’re like, “That’s a really nice looking sofa. And that chair, well, that’s comfortable. Where did you get this?” “We got it off of Wayfair."

Earlier this week, I had a delightful conversation with Jocelyn (in sales). She tried her best to help me place an order for tiles (on sale) and VersaBond. Imagine my disappointment when she informed me that Wayfair no longer ships tiles for free. This, regardless of the fact that Wayfair's website indicates free shipping for orders exceeding $49. Jocelyn explained that this reflects the tile company's policy. While I understand that, I still feel misled, as the shipping costs put my project over budget, preventing me from proceeding with something I had spent quite a bit of time planning beforehand. So, kudos to Jocelyn: She is a great representative for your company. But miffed at Wayfair for not making this policy clear to your customers up front. Thank you.

The delivery was fine and box looked well. When we opened and put together back legs are a little slanted and bottom of chair was ripped up had to staple it up because you could see from side. It was a gift for my mom or I would have not done all that and just returned it. We wanted to have it set up for a gift. Just wanted to let you know and it was my first time purchasing from you and after this experience the last.

I ordered a mattress with next day shipping and received confirmation for 2 day delivery. When chatting online with rep he was very defensive and only apologized for me not understanding shipping times. Rep was very unwilling to help and only offered 10% off next purchase to end the chat. I would love for someone at corporate to contact me about this.

I ordered my sectional on August 4. After several delays, it was finally "delivered" yesterday on September 14. I say "delivered" because the largest part of the sectional was missing, as well as all the feet (because they were not attached) and 2 of the 3 throw pillows. Estimate for delivery of the replacement piece is September 30, nearly 2 months after I ordered! We'll have to see how accurate that date is, how complete it is delivered and what adjustment they will make because of the hassle.

Second time ordering and I received a damaged bed. First time I ordered bunk beds and received the wrong guard rails. The whole process took way too long, from the time I ordered and the time it took to get me the correct parts. Bad experience overall.

Had a little hiccup with delivery but upon contacting Wayfair they immediately remedied the problem. Could not ask for better customer service. One of the handles were missing for the side burner but did not catch that till a month later. Not Wayfair's fault. Will buy from them again.

I ordered a sectional for delivery on Sept. 6th. I still have not received it. They contacted me and said "Oh, so popular item. It is out of stock. It will be there Sept. 20th." Next email said "Oh, so popular... It will be there October 10th." I am disgusted as I have guests coming September 22-25th. I will never use Wayfair again. Hayneedle had the same item. I should have ordered from them.

A few items have had issues but Wayfair's customer service has gone above & beyond to make sure we are happy and taken care of. I ordered a sofa and a queen mattress from Wayfair.com. The sofa came earlier than expected, and is the most comfortable couch I have ever owned. It is slightly darker than it appeared in the photo, but it still fits in nicely with my decor. I would definitely order again. The mattress is heavenly, a gel foam which I look forward to sleeping on every night. I have a bad back, and this bed helps a lot. I am a big fan of Wayfair.

Delivery was simply a disaster. The date the goods were to be delivered I never received a call and it never came. It was a Saturday before Labor Day, so I heard nothing from them all weekend and did not receive a call back after my voicemail. On Tuesday, I called again and they scheduled a new delivery. When they delivered that time, they were on time, but they told me they weren't supposed to deliver it into the building. I live in a condo. The building is not my home - the condo is.
Every shipped package AT LEAST gets brought into the secured door. If it gets left outside of the building, it is left on a busy city street. The goods would undoubtedly be taken and that cannot be satisfactory delivery. Thankfully, the delivery men brought the heavy furniture up to my unit. This was very appreciated - the only saving grace in this process! However, they had to document that they did MORE than they should have. The shipping company really screwed this one up when I had delivery planned in a very specific order upon moving into a new condo. A big disappointment.

I never received my order. I still have not received my order. And they cannot track my item till today. Customer service had to place a new order with an estimated arrival till October. Horrible experience being my first purchase with Wayfair. I needed this item for a scheduled event on 9/19/16. My shipment was suppose to arrive 9/14/16 between 8am-12noon. I never received it.

Could not have been more pleased with my shopping experience. I ordered a dining set and had issues with one of the chairs. Wayfair wasted no time in getting me a replacement. I was impressed with their customer service and would not hesitate to order from them again.

I ordered a patio set for my party and after 2 weeks later, I called them and they notified me that they are out of stock and my set would be delivered 2-1/2 months later. Everything was paid. I cannot imagine if something happens to my order like damage, missing item, etc. I closed my account. This happened second time. I gave them a second chance but same thing.

After giving Wayfair a try, I liked their products. I give their customer service team enormous credit. Something I'd ordered arrived damaged and I dreaded calling in and trying to get that fixed, but that experience was extremely pleasant. They are shipping me replacement parts and I'm not paying any return shipping fees though I haven't received the replacements yet. My customer service experience with Wayfair was exceptional and very rare in today's environment.

I just remodeled our house at the beach and I purchased a lot of things from Wayfair. I had to return a few things but I didn't have any problems. My most recent purchase was a six-burner range, but I was hesitant because I never saw it in person. However, I ordered major appliances online and it was super easy and delivered without any problems. I just wish that they're in Ebates since I like to go through Ebates in making purchases, but they're not.

I wanted to change my order for a different color. They said it was too late. It had left the warehouse. It was not even shipped yet. It was returned back to warehouse. Charged me $64.00 for shipping. Do not shop at Wayfair. Furniture crappy.

I ordered a coffee table and was not sure if the quality was going to be good enough vs price. I was satisfied and decided to order the matching console table. It took 5 months for this to come in stock and as a result my refurbishment project was delayed. I was also considering ordering another side table but wasn't convinced to do this but spotted a voucher code for 10% off. When I tried to use the code it did not work.
I emailed customer services to ask if this was a valid code. They told me that if it didn't work then to place the order and contact them with the order number. They would refund the discount then. As a result I did decide to go with the extra table. When I contacted them they told me that it was a customer specific code and would not honor the discount. I think this is misspelling. They are not budging even though I have the original correspondence. I am very frustrated for time delay to supply the matching item and being out of pocket.

I ordered a faux leather for my granddaughter's bedroom. Upon arrival, the box had a small tear. When I opened it, there was a tear in the leather material. I immediately called Wayfair Customer Service. They responded with question and sent me a replacement chair within 2 days! I had taken pictures of the tear, but they did not want them. They just wanted me happy. They asked the other chair be donated to charity. Customer Service doesn't get any better than this! I have one happy granddaughter.

White screens - I purchased these screens to hide the furnace and water heater, etc. in my laundry room. It works beautifully. The quality and color work perfectly for this purpose. There is no assembly required. I received them promptly and within days unsightly things are out of sight!

After placing the order and waiting a good while to receive the sectional, only one of the two pieces was delivered. We were then told that the other half wouldn't be available for 4 months. Hard to understand why only half a sectional would've been sent in the first place.

Love the experience of ordering a large item from Wayfair! I included assembly with my order of garage cabinets and they did a great job even putting the cabinets in place. I wish they could have hung the wall cabinets but I do understand the liability. Will definitely order without fear in the future.

I ordered a crib and mattress for my grandchildren. My purchase arrived three days earlier than the date quoted. The wood is beautiful. The directions for assembly were easy to follow and although it is recommended that two people are needed, I had no difficulty assembling the crib myself.

This is the second time I’ve had Wayfair deliver white glove and both the gentlemen that they sent were fine. They were extremely polite, caring about my property and they cleaned up after themselves. I had no issue with the service whatsoever except that it took them a long time and they didn’t finish the job because the instructions were lacking. I'm with an unfinished unit but their boss kept calling and telling them that they had other deliveries. I didn't want them to leave, but I became pressured by the delivery service to let these guys go and they would send someone at a later date. They’re supposed to follow up with me once they get with Wayfair and with the manufacturer. Wayfair should have a process to eliminate this problem by requiring certain levels of details in manufacturers’ assembly if they’re going to do white glove.
I'm waiting for this girl Stephanie as she took it upon herself to say that she would get back to me within the next day, which is today, on when they would be back out to finish the job. Another thing was their guys came without a drill. They were putting a big entertainment center and they didn’t even realize how big this thing was. They opened the boxes and expected to find instructions there. So other than Wayfair saying "Here are the four big boxes that you’re going to deliver and then put together," they had no idea what they were putting together until they opened it up.
There was an opportunity to tell them that what they were going to put together and give them a copy of the instructions in case it wasn't in the box. That was a white glove, they should be making sure it can be done at a certain time. That’s my only caveat. This is one area that has an opportunity for improvement. Tables are pretty easy to set up but this is an entertainment unit. It has seven different major portions. They left and I can’t use it so I’m not overly satisfied.

Wayfair had what I wanted and it was cheaper. They had good reviews too. We moved and I got a 10% off welcome to the neighborhood coupon which I used in conjunction with my purchase. The ordering process went well. I went online, found what I wanted, and ordered it. Most of what I ordered has come and they're in my house to set up. The only pieces that we’re waiting on are the large furniture pieces that have to be put in a specific room. I’m bummed about it taking a really long time to get which was not as advertised, but once we get those, we’re good.
Other than that, I really like everything that’s done so far. The shelves are stunning and were easy to put together. The rug looks fantastic and I hope that my dresser nightstand looks that way too. I just ordered another furniture piece from them and hopefully, I get that one quickly too. So far, I’m have been very impressed. Everything that I’ve gotten so far, quality wise, was fantastic.

I ordered a duvet cover & shams and didn't love the color in person so I returned them. It was expensive to return them ($30) and this will prevent me from ordering multiple options to choose from in the future. In fact, it makes me nervous to order anything. Despite the high return costs, I was really impressed with the customer service team who I communicated with exclusively through email. The responses were fast, complete, personalized and friendly, and I got the refund I was expecting.

The bed I bought showed up broken to start. Then it took longer to get the replacement pieces than it did to get the bed. I had to talk to several people to get that debacle sorted out. Then building the bed was a fight the entire way with none of the pieces fitting together or pre-drilled holes lining up. The space for the drawer was about four inches too wide making it totally useless. This was a bad purchase and this company and the manufacturer should feel bad. If I wasn't so sick of sleeping like a crack addict on the floor I'd be demanding my money back.

This experience will be my last with Wayfair. There was zero communication with what went wrong with the delivery of the order and I took two actual vacation days off and one changed plans on the Saturday before Labor Day (so altered vacation plans). Neither the logistics company or Wayfair customer services seemed to care at all about wasting my time or even making sure I get my order. I requested a full refund and had to follow up on that myself because even that wasn't fully processed correctly.

On August 16th I placed an order for a Utility Shed and processed as a regular delivery. The date expected was between August 25-31. I tracked the delivery and noticed it never went further than Illinois. I found out 9/8 that my shed had damages and a new delivery was set. I receive a confirmation email that my order will be delivered on 9/16 between 6:30am-10:30am. I'm fine with that, then today I receive another email informing me that my shed will arrive between 9/21-9/26. (grrr). This is pushing to the point of annoying and I doubt I will ever place another order with Wayfair. My purchase was a need to provide a shelter (plans for insulation inside) for my Sulcata Tortoise, who cannot be exposed to temperatures below 50 and with the weather quickly turning chilly at nights this is an inconvenience. I ordered in the hottest month of summer and now I can expect it after? Really? This is your best Wayfair? Signed, Unhappy customer.

I ordered a table a month ago and was told it was lost after I had called twice. Customer service did a good job following up but it was very frustrating waiting patiently for a full month for a simple fold up table only to be told "it is lost" and the freight company could not find it. It was delivered to the destination place for local delivery to me but they could not find it!!! If I were Wayfair, that is not good enough. I would hire a different company to deliver their local goods to customers.

Wayfair has more options compared to other retailers. There were several things that were on sale. One time, we had an issue with the courier company but their customer service was helpful. Wayfair has good prices compared to other retailers. We got a 10% discount coupon when we changed our address when moving. The ordering process went smoothly. I went online, picked out my items, put the offer code in and it generated it. I contacted their customer service to see if we could add on one of our orders and they were fine with that. I just paid the extra $90 over the phone and everything worked out.

I had a very negative experience. I bought from you an expensive rug (over $900). The rug arrived damaged. Immediately reported the situation (as per instructions on your website), asking to return the rug and have my money refunded. Some glitch in your website did not allow me to upload the pictures of the damaged rug. You responded that I will hear from one of your agents in a day or two, instead, four days later I got a message that you were sending me another identical rug again. When I called, you mentioned I should simply discard the old rug. When the new rug came, it was not the same I ordered, but another one that does not go with my furniture and I really dislike. I gave up trying to call and arranging the situation. So I feel I lost my $900. I will never shop from Wayfair again.

This was my first Wayfair.com purchase. I watched so much HGTV and saw the ads that my new house seemed like a good chance to try it out. My first order was for about $700-$800 and the second one was for about $300. I found the website easy to navigate and I thought the order process was simple and the communication emails were a nice touch. I knew when everything was coming and stuff did show up on those days.
I would say the quality of the stuff I ordered was satisfactory for the most point. I bought stuff at full price and stuff that was "on sale". Now that it has all arrived I probably would not buy the deeply discounted stuff again. It just wasn't high quality. The sheets had so many loose threads that came off the first time I washed them and the drapes were really inferior. Among my order was a headboard and a TV console center. One of the boards was damaged in shipping but there was no way to know that until all 5,700 pieces were unpacked and laid out on the floor ready to assemble. Luckily it was on the backside so I just live with it. The headboard is really nice and made of gray gun metal but here again. The problem is that it has screws missing but you don't any of this until everything is laid ready to assemble so I had to go to Home Depot and buy screws which did not make me happy.
As a result I probably would not buy any more furniture from Wayfair even though I still need a few more pieces. I feel a little jaded after both my pieces had parts missing or were damaged. But I give them 3 stars out of 5 because there were parts of the experience that were positive but it was nowhere near the carefree experience they advertise on TV. Hope the review is helpful.

As with all/most Wayfair products in order to have the finished product assembly requirement is necessary. The key to a successful ending is to not allow the beginning to overwhelm you. Directions are easy to follow and as long as you don't panic you will be proud of the abilities you never dreamed you possessed. The cabinet is perfect for a small bathroom with limited space and as long as you don't fill it with unnecessary items like cleaning materials there is more space than you imagined. The shelf is a bit narrow; and the cabinet is not overwhelming in size. All in all I believe the item is great on space and perfect size.

I ordered and assembled TV stand on August 22, 2016. It's September 9, 2016. It was a fairly expensive product that I've paid for, and as of today I get a call from your third-party delivery service indicating that the item wouldn't fit on "their delivery truck". Which may or may not be damaged at this point. Thirdly, they now want to reschedule this for Monday. My television has been sitting on the floor since August 22. I'm not only extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service available here, but the lack of recourse on this. Essentially you require us to wait weeks for something I could have ordered for the same price at a furniture outlet and received weeks ago. Lesson learned.

I was going to order a mattress and sale link didn't work. I called into to Wayfair and was greeted quickly. The rep worked hard to find the mattress I was looking for and applied the sale price accordingly. In addition a small discount was applied for the inconvenience. Box was damaged and dirty when it arrived and main piece was missing. Took me over 20 minutes to get through to the company (instructions said to contact company not place of purchase). I pay per minute on my phone and was on the line for a little over 30 minutes. I had to order the missing piece and it should be delivered today. I took a day off just to put the thing together and was unable because of the missing piece but I then had to clean up the mess from all the Styrofoam anyways! Grrrrrrr. I was not a happy person! Customer service rep Brandon ** was extremely rude in our "chat" session. The wording "buy now to unlock free shipping on all orders through October 8 is misleading." Today is an order before October 8. Brandon INSISTED it read "once you buy this item (with a shipping charge) you will unlock free shipping." He says "it tells you very plainly that is says after this purchase." That is not the appropriate tone to take with a customer. The wording is completely vague and misleading. Can't believe Wayfair would lose a customer over $4.99. There are so many online stores to choose from. I will definitely stop buying from Wayfair and AllModern and other affiliated stores.

I ordered furniture on Wayfair.ca. The order was promptly acknowledged. I received an email with tracking information within 24 hours and the item was delivered 3 days earlier than promised. While I was pleased with the merchandise, there was some damage due to insufficient packaging by their supplier. In less than 24 hours from my emails to customer service (simply using contact info on their website); I received an email from Myndi ** of the Wayfair.ca Team to say they are replacing the merchandise. I went with Wayfair when I found out about the trade discount. The pictures are awesome and those really helped in understanding what the products look like. The reviews have done the same. I like the idea board, and the tracking system that lets me know where my package is have been helpful as well. There's also the part of being able to look at my old orders easily to see if I need to reorder something. I could find it rather easily. The prices are amazing, the choices are unbelievable, as well as the styles, the turnaround time, and free shipping. Every aspect of what I was looking for in the product was there.

I shopped with Wayfair because I can't find anywhere else the items that they sold. However, I had a horrible experience with them. I ordered over $6,000 worth of merchandise from them. I was told by the woman who entered my order that she would be providing me with certain discounts for delivery and assembly. Instead, when I got the invoice, I found that she actually did charge me for the things that she told me she would not charge me for.
Then when the delivery came, the gentleman said that assembly was not included. So, I paid for something that I didn't receive. Moreover, two of the four items that I received were damaged. When I called them about this, they said that they would send out replacements to me immediately and I agreed to have replacement pieces. But when I got the email confirming the delivery, I learned that the delivery is not set until later in October, which to me does not conform with what they told me that they'll send out the replacements immediately, if instead I'll be getting these next month.
So, that's been my experience with Wayfair. I've never, ever in my 45 years had a similar experience with any other furniture delivery. Hence, I would never, ever purchase anything from them again. I am an attorney and I've thought about contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint for consumer fraud. So, I am not likely, ever, to recommend them to anyone.

Working with Wayfair Supply has been an extremely frustrating and time-consuming experience. We are a Boston-based, 30+ year-old, non-profit with over 200 employees. Needing more space, we spent 18 months seeking out a new office and undertaking a large build-out to provide a better work environment for our employees. We were excited to be moving everyone to a larger, more open space, and expected to have everything finished and in place upon move-in. We ordered nearly 150 chairs (48 kitchen chairs, 10 kitchen stools, 84 conference room chairs, and 2 reception chairs) from Wayfair Supply, counting on them to help make the transition to our new space seamless.
Less than one week before delivery, we were surprised to learn that the 48 kitchen chairs we spent significant time selecting were not up to code regarding anti-flammable protection, and we had to order a completely different chair. We had to seek advice outside of Wayfair Supply to determine which kind of chair would be up to code as our Wayfair Supply representative had no knowledge on this issue. We were guaranteed these would be delivered on time, but they ended up being on backorder and we didn't receive them until nearly 4 weeks after our move leaving us to use old, beat-up, metal folding chairs for lunches and important meetings.
All other chairs were also guaranteed delivery before our move-in date but did not arrive until 2 weeks after our move. This means that over half of our conference rooms had no chairs for 2 weeks and we were using the same metal folding chairs. Further when the 10 kitchen stools finally arrived, four of them had damaged or missing leg caps and needed to be replaced to prevent scratching our brand new flooring. Originally we had considered ordering over 200 workbenches from Wayfair Supply but decided to go with another vendor as we were not pleased with the quality Wayfair Supply was offering. We are extremely grateful we made this decision, as it is likely that our 200+ employees would have had nowhere to work, and our move would have had to be delayed.
Our experience with Wayfair Supply has, by far, been the biggest headache of our build-out and move. And considering what an incredibly large endeavor it has been, that is an enormous statement. Needless to say we will think twice before ordering from Wayfair Supply again.

I've been an online customer of Wayfair for a while. Their prices are better than Overstock sometimes. The ordering process is easy. I also used to have reward points for purchases. Moreover, it was fantastic with their Customer Service. One time when I purchased, the item was damaged and the legs were broken off, and they sent me another one. I had a fire, and so I'm buying a lot of stuff from Wayfair to rebuild my house. I found these nice cupboards that are very tall. They stand up and they're cherry wood or something with a dark wooden color. I also bought a vanity for my bathroom but it was too big. So I called and asked them to send me a return receipt but I never got it. They said they sent it but it could have been that I deleted it by mistake. My son seems to think I delete too much emails anyway. So I had to call them yesterday, they resent me one right away and my son put the stuff in the mail. I ordered online through Wayfair before and for our recent order, they were the only one that had the cabinet that I was looking for. The interaction with the customer service representative was good, and the ordering process was easy. However, the delivery was really poor. I paid to have my items brought in and put together, but the delivery company came and put it in the garage because the garage door was open, then left it in the box. When I told them that's not what I wanted, they said they don't put things together. I was very upset about that. I spoke to a customer care people, and after that, the experience was really good. Overall the customer service at Wayfair was satisfactory. I received a beautiful curio cabinet and am happy with the quality. However, it took at least 3 weeks to one month to arrive and upon arrival one of the glass shelves had a huge chip in it. Simple enough, I contacted Wayfair, sent pictures of the damaged shelf and they were more than happy to replace the shelf. I ordered the cabinet July 7th. I have since received more than 2 emails delaying my replacement shelf. The last email I got states that I will receive the replacement shelf by 10/12. 3 months to replace a part is unacceptable. Fortunately I am able to use the damaged shelf. In the meantime though it looks bad.
That said I am willing to give the company another chance and have ordered a book case with no glass shelves. I am supposed to receive it by Sept 9th. We will see if that happens. I will keep you posted. When a company states you will receive an item by a certain date they need to follow through. To wrap up... I liked the customer service rep that I spoke to. She was very accommodating. I am dissatisfied with the timelines for delivery. I am happy with the product. Because I like the quality of the product I will give this company one more chance. Time will tell.

My friends and my mom use Wayfair and they had good experiences with them, plus the price made me decide to purchase from them. The process of ordering was easy. I ordered some tray tables for our media seats the other day and it was good. Because they were out of stock for a while, I signed up for the “alert me” and they alerted me when it was back in stock and I was able to order them right away. There is a little issue with one of the media seats and it’s just missing a screw but not a huge deal. I still have more to order and I was on my desktop a couple of days ago and one thing that bothered me was that the app is really good about being able to easily filter and for some reason, I wasn’t able to filter down how I want it. So, I ended up going back to my app. I don’t know if something was just wrong at the time or not.

The refrigerator arrived in a timely manner, however the delivery service (UPS) did not treat the package carefully. They DROPPED the box out of the back of a van about 9:00 pm and drag it up my driveway and left it there. When I found it the next day the box was totally destroyed and the unit scratched and dented beyond belief. I immediately called Wayfair to inform them of the issue. They were appropriately appalled and asked if I would like another to be shipped that day or a refund. They also went above and beyond to report the issue directly to UPS and have them come out to see what happened. I am so pleased with Wayfair's customer service. I purchased a set of turquoise sheets and waited until my new mattress arrived before using the sheets. I washed and dried the sheets this morning and put them on my bed. The color looks very faded and the sheets look like I've had them for years. Also, these are not 625 thread count. There's no way. The sheets are not soft even though I used a fabric softener sheet in the dryer. I have sheets that have less thread count and they are much softer than these new sheets. Wayfair happened to have something I thought that my client would like for a good price, and my client wanted me to order it for her. My experience hasn’t been pleasant because of people not calling me back. They said that they had set up an account for me, and I'm unable to access it. Dax was the only person who was able to really help me. He stayed on top of things and took care of me the best he could. In fact, I'm only getting the furniture because of him. Unfortunately, because I have a trade account, he sent me over to someone else.
I ordered the furniture in May. It is September and my client still, has nothing. They were scheduled to deliver it tomorrow and they were really good about telling me the process to have it delivered. They upgraded my delivery to white-glove. And then, yesterday, when the driver was supposed to call me with a half-hour notice, he said he's 10 minutes away. Luckily, the person lived very closely and I was able to get there in 8 minutes. I waited there for almost an hour. I called dispatch and they said the driver was still on his way. I was waiting for over an hour, and my colleague went to the shop where there was a message from the driver that said they’re in Culpeper and they’re not coming. It’s going to be delivered on Tuesday.
My customer went through all the trouble and paid people to come in and remove all the furniture from one of her rooms, and she will have no furniture on that room until Tuesday. So, I was not happy at all. Also, because I have a trade account, they should have given me more of a discount, especially after all this. It’s the first time and probably the last time I will ever order anything from the company.

I found the Wayfair website easy to navigate. I put in what I was looking for and voila, a bunch of them popped up. They have a wider selection of Murphy beds than I could even get locally from a custom manufacturer. That was the first thing that got me, then I found other things that I could use. I've ordered several things. Service has been great. Everything I got was on sale or reduced price. I've been very pleased so far with the quality of what has come. They update me when things are shipping out and things seem to be shipping quicker than the initial projected time, which is good because I'm getting things quicker than I expected. They come right to my door and the products are in good shape. What's not to love?

Wayfair is a good company and their website is incredible. Everything’s in there and they said that they had in stock the item I wanted and was ready to ship so I bought it from them. The cost was great and the product was everything I wanted. They had an awesome selection and I had lots of different choices. I also received a 10% coupon because we had just moved to a new city. Everything was great up until they found out they didn’t have that item in stock. That was in July and it still hasn’t come yet. No one has ever reached out to me so I called them and received several emails from them about the product shipment being delayed. I was really disappointed. They were nice and as helpful as they could possibly be given the circumstances. But I wished they would have taken the initiative to call and let me know what was going on.

We had a bunch of furniture sent in one of the properties I manage. My on-site manager who uses Wayfair a lot searched the website and looked in some of the furniture that she wanted for the community, she picked it out and put it in the basket. I assume she matched up the stuff we had in the room that was all beat up. Then I just went online and put my credit card information there. Wayfair called us about making us a business account giving us some kind of discount. The entire process went smoothly and the delivery went fine too.

I purchased a desk through Wayfair, and though the price seemed reasonable and delivery quick, the desk was damaged when I got it. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it was damaged until I spent a couple of hours putting it together; therefore, I didn't want to take it apart and send it back. The top left corner of the desk is crushed, but I figured that would be covered with something, like a plant or file; however, when I moved it in to a different spot in my home a month of so later, I noticed that the front of the desk had an old injury that someone attempted to repair! Not happy.

I ordered three pieces on furniture for a bedroom remodel. Although it was very convenient for the furniture to come already assembled, two of the three pieces arrived extremely damaged. While Wayfair did reship the damaged pieces, they would not accept the damaged pieces so it was my responsibility to dispose of two very substantial dressers. Also it took another three weeks for reshipment of my original order. My expectation would be for Wayfair to redeliver the damaged pieces overnight or two-day delivery and remove the damaged pieces. Very disappointed in the customer service and delivery.

We ordered a Sleeper Loveseat back on July 9. They removed $619.99 on the same day from my PayPal account. It was to be delivered within 3 weeks. They never bothered to update us except for the original "Thank you for your order". I followed up on August 3 to see what was going on. They had no tracking information on our order whatsoever. They said it was "lost", not the order but the actual sofa, because it had left the NC warehouse. After following up with a tracking specialist they re-ordered the sofa.
On August 13 I received an e-mail from Wayfair saying "I would just like to follow up with you to let you know that the replacement sleeper loveseat has been picked up by our carrier and has left the warehouse. Your replacement order is currently estimated to arrive in your area on or before 08/26/16." I advised them that we were on vacation until late the 25th, to please keep us posted on delivery. On August 15 we get an e-mail from Wayfair stating that the item was shipped on August 15 and would arrive at their local delivery company "Empire" between August 17 - August 22.
On August 17 another e-mail arrives from Wayfair stating that the item had reach their local delivery partner "Empire" and would be delivered on Thursday. August 25, the day we were returning from vacation. We asked that it be held until we were there to receive it. While traveling we receive a phone call telling us the the original order was "found" and that they had 2 sofas. Did we want 2 sofas. No, we only want one, but please make certain the one we get is not damaged. They "assured" us we would not get a damaged sofa. August 24, 2016 at 6 3:04 PM - we are notified that our sofa has arrived at their local delivery partner "Empire" and delivery would be Tuesday, August 30 - today.

We are still waiting at 11:27 AM to hear back from Wayfair. We have since called Empire ourselves and spoke with a customer service rep who was no help whatsoever and said she would reach out to us when she knew the situation. That was totally unacceptable to us and we demanded an explanation as to what the "Issue" was and she continued to say she did not know. This is after explaining the entire story to her. Remember, they have had our money since July 9 - we have nothing but lost, stolen or damaged goods that are not on the truck. We demanded to speak to a manager who said he would call us back in 5 minutes. That was 45 minutes ago...
I thought Wayfair was a good company - maybe for small items but certainly not for furniture. And they want to charge an extra $60 to bring the heavy sleeper loveseat in the front door - otherwise they leave it outside and it doesn't even have to be signed for. So, we have rearranged our schedules to make sure we are here between 3 and 6 PM only to be told that they don't know where our sofa is once again. I am PISSED and will NEVER order from Wayfair again. I know they could care less about that - but maybe some of you will think twice and order from one of the many companies out there - but make sure they are not affiliated with the same company. Wayfair needs to get a better delivery company. Empire Delivery, Inc. Phone 216 632-1200 should never be depended on by anyone. Customer service is the most important aspect of running a company and neither of these two companies have delivered (literally).

This product is perfect for us. The wood color and finish are a near match for our kitchen island. It came fully assembled - hooray - and is solid and good quality. My only wish is that the back piece did not go all the way to the floor. We are going to need to notch it out to allow cords to remain under the unit rather than between the unit and the wall. Delivery was great. It came sooner than estimated, and we were on vacation. I contacted the delivery company and they were very accommodating - holding it until our return.

We ordered two lamps through Wayfair that looked slightly different from the photos and we therefore wanted to return them. After trying to jump through the multiple hoops that Wayfair required to return these at no cost to us, we were unable to do so. We still wanted to return them and found that Wayfair would charge $280(!!!) to ship the two packages back. I chose the option to ship back myself and paid less $45. On a $540 purchase, we would have only received $260 back (vs. the $495 we received back net by shipping ourselves)... A truly dishonest business practice. My wife and I have spent literally thousands of dollars at Wayfair (even as recently as this year), but we will never use it again.

I ordered a large piece of furniture July 18th. We received an e-mail on 7/26/16 to schedule the delivery. We called the delivery company 3 times before we were able to schedule. We left messages each time and were never called back. Finally my husband waited on hold for 41 minutes and was able to schedule for Monday August 15th. My husband e-mailed Wayfair to let them know but never heard back.
The Saturday before our delivery comes. We are out of town and I get a phone call from the delivery company saying they are at our house. Since ours was an in home delivery, they appropriately left us a note and took away the cabinet. I called on Monday to find out why they came 2 days early. They said "we just couldn't make it on Monday. Did you not get our call on Friday?" Not only had I not gotten a call on Friday, but we had left town so would not have had time to make arrangements regardless.
I asked to reschedule and was told that it would be at least 3 weeks. At this point I called Wayfair. I spoke to a very nice service rep who expressed concern and said she would contact the Freight Department asking them to reschedule the delivery as soon as possible. I waited 3 days but was never contacted. I called Wayfair back and cancelled the order. Again the service rep was very kind. She refunded the full price of the cabinet. I pointed out that their Freight company had cost them at best $1200 and at worst a customer. She again apologized and said she would pass along the complaint. I gave them 2 stars because the customer service reps were nice and they returned our money in full. In the future, I will only order small items from Wayfair that can be delivered by UPS.

I went on and checked out Wayfair and I saw some stuff I liked and they were reasonably priced. The online ordering process, for the most part, is a hard thing to do in general but I think they did a relatively good job. However, I'm upset with the follow-through because when the guys delivered the packages, one of them fell out of the package and it got damaged. They’d said that there was a carpenter that could come out and fix it and that he would call me but I haven’t received a phone call and it’s been weeks.

I looked up lamp sets on the Wayfair web site and choose a set, Cerise 3 Piece Table and Floor Lamp Set by Wildon Home, priced at $119.99. When I clicked on it the price came up at $152.99. When I called they said it was an error by the Tech department. I saw the same lamp set for $122.99 last week, on their web site. They said I needed to lock in the price, by calling them. I said I wanted to lock in $119.99. They said the price is what is on the purchase page, not the other. A Scam like I've seen many times before. Shame on Wayfair. Don't support this BS company.

Ordered two light fixtures. One guaranteed to be delivered the next day. Essential since I am paying an electrician to come install it. Fixture did not arrive and no status online. Called customer service. Told; "Call back in 40 minutes. Our system is down." Call 2; told they would email me as soon as the system was up. Call 3; was told "we were busy answering other people's issues so we didn't email you." Now the warehouse is closed and no status can be given for at least one business day. Your satisfaction survey only included the delivery experience which was good. It is my feeling that you should include delivery and set up experience also. My hot tub was delivered on Aug 4, and on Aug 26th, I was able to use it for the first time. I realize anything can be defective, and this happens occasionally, but when it comes to addressing the issue, the product manufacturer has limited national contacts to assist with warranty situations. This made the process quite slow, and made me anxious about purchasing high ticket items online in the future.

I had ordered a 16 dinnerware set. If I liked it, I was going to order a second set. I loved the look of the Duomo set. I ordered a second set but the set was incomplete. I did not receive the coffee mugs with the set. I called to have the mugs sent and I received 1 mug. Called a second time... "No problem we will ship 3 mugs." I only received 1 mug. Called a third time and now I am short two mugs. I just reviewed the email for the delivery of the placement and it say qty. 1. I expect to be making a fourth call to receive my last mug. At last with the other guy that he was with him, positive person, they made it. I love all the products that Wayfair has because they have everything. You can never go wrong with them. I call customer service and all the time they’re available 24 hours. They gave me the number if I needed anything besides my purchasing. They help me to choose sometimes. I buy fans and things like that that I haven’t used yet because I have to wait for installing information, but it’s a great experience. I ordered an outdoor 7 piece dining set on July 23rd. I still do not have it although it evidently arrived at the local shipper on August 3rd. The estimated delivery date was August 8th. I called to inquire 2 days ago with your customer service team. I received an email saying the shipper had tried to reach out but I have no voicemail at home or on my cell. It is now August 25th. I cannot imagine a company does not follow through with the shipper they contract to be sure an item has been delivered! I spent $1,710 on this merchandise to use for the remainder of the summer. Empire Delivery Inc. had my order for two weeks in their warehouse and Wayfair customer service and supervisors try to get Empire to deliver it earlier but to no satisfaction. I love my new bedframe. It is beautiful and very heavy, substantial. It was easy to put together, all the pieces were present and there was no damage to the wood. My grandson and I put it together, instructions were pretty easy, took us about 2 hours.

The delivery process and poor communication between Wayfair and FastLine Delivery has made me quite hesitant about ordering anything else from Wayfair. Also the fact that products that have had multiple customer complaints are still being sold makes me wonder also how much Wayfair is concerned about the quality of goods they deliver. I ordered a shed kit from Alpine sheds by phone. The Wayfair representative was very helpful and the order went through smoothly with delivery info by email every step of the way. The delivery was delayed however due to weather and mechanical issues but all went well as the delivery team was very professional. The crate came slightly damaged but not the shed kit. One problem with the kit though, the roof sheeting and trim was sent for a 12ft shed when it should have been for a 14 ft. shed, I made some changes and except for some landscaping it's all completed. I did it by myself but two people is recommended and I would recommend it to others.

So far we've purchased almost $15,000 in furnishings from Wayfair and the most part our items have come in the stated time frame it was promised. Unfortunately some items ordered were separated and came different days which became very inconvenient when we're trying to set up a bed with only a mattress and no box spring or bed frame. Four of our items came damaged so we called and were shipped new replacement items. Two of those replacement items also came damaged. One buffet took nearly one month to arrive but then the local shipping company lost the item. I've called on 5 occasions and they were rude and promised a call back in which they never did.
It's been pulling teeth to get someone to explain what's going on and finally after six attempts calling Wayfair AND the local shipping company, a representative from Wayfair finally called back to say the local shipping company had "lost" the merchandise and could not locate it. Three weeks after "losing" my merchandise, still no resolution. This has been a VERY frustrating experience and I can't express how poor of a job everyone has done with customer satisfaction. I will probably NEVER buy from Wayfair again and don't recommend them to anyone.

I also like the way that it says ‘out of stock’ on the homepage so I don't find out that something isn’t available one click later. Its function works really well – I'd know if something is back in. In terms of the furniture I bought, I am completely satisfied about it. It was exactly as it appeared on the website. Good quality and very pretty. The only issue I had is with the company that delivered the furniture. They are hired by Wayfair but are not Wayfair. And this company delivers on very specific days and hours that did not work for me at all. They didn't work on weekends and because during the week they have an 8-4 schedule then I ended up having to postpone delivery for several weeks. Especially because I paid for white glove assembly.
Also the furniture didn't have instructions to set it up so the delivery guys were kind of guessing how things would go together. They did scratch my dresser and I did not accept it and Wayfair right away sent another. For whatever reason the company who deliver did not assemble the mirror with the dresser and it didn't come with any screws or any instructions so I still have the mirror on the floor until I have time to figure it out and get it placed. So I would love to order more things. I just don't know if I will because of the company that delivers.

Unfortunately, my first experience with Wayfair has been terrible. I recently purchase 1k+ of items. When you place the order, the shipping date is not the actual date it will get to you. It's an estimated of how long it takes to pack. The delivery was not placed in house, although Wayfair asked via the purchase process for any notes for shipping. Those notes are ignored by the shipper or whoever Wayfair chooses to do your shipment. My first item of 3 was placed in back of my building. Quite heavy which I had to carry up the stores by myself.
I contact Wayfair support to state the issue and that I thought it was in home delivery. She stated no. I asked to cancel the remaining orders. She stated that wasn't possible although one of the items wasn’t going to be delivered until a week from date. She stated she would submit it to a manager who would take 24 hours to call me back... Way too long for someone spending over 1000 dollars with a company. The next day another item was not delivered because it was not signed for which was confusing considering the previous item was left in back of building. Here's the kicker... When I contacted them again I was told by the agent that the manager will call me later. She could not help because a manager was assigned to "a case". I've had nothing but problems with Wayfair on my first time using the service. Maybe this is why Amazon has a monopoly. My process was easy and seamless with them.

When I first called for help in selecting bathroom lighting, I never expected the type of assistance that I ended up receiving. Multiple calls and emails later I finally selected lights that I love. Thank you to Terry ** for all of his help throughout the process! The customer service exceeded my expectations. He really went above and beyond.

The selection was outstanding. I was ordering for a delivery across the country from where I live, so having a national network was very helpful. Phone support was helpful in my selection. I would have appreciated more clarity about the time it would take to manufacture and deliver the pieces. The ad for the pieces I purchased said "ship in 2-3 weeks"... I was shocked when the delivery date I saw only after paying for the piece was up to 5 weeks. When I asked by phone about this, it was explained very well, but still was problematic as I would only be at the delivery location for a limited period of time. Fortunately, the pieces were delivered nearly a week earlier than the posted delivery date...whew! Problem with online orders is that it's difficult to be sure about color and some aspects of style. Thankfully, the color turned out perfect for my space.

Great selection; outstanding prices; fantastic service. We received a metal file cabinet that had a dent in it from shipping. Wayfair immediately said that a new one would be shipped and to keep the damaged one. No hassle. Amazing.

This has been the worst customer experience I have had in my entire life. 1.5 months ago I ordered a platform bed and only the headboard came. After 5 phone calls and 3 weeks, the rest of the pieces of the bed came. But, no hardware came so we can't put the bed together. Now they are telling me that it won't arrive for another week and 2 days. They can't "expedite" the screws I need to put the bed together. For all of this runaround, I have spoken to 3 managers, who failed to call/email me back and give me an update and have given me false promises. I have been sleeping on a mattress for 1.5 months and have paid for the bed in full as well as ordered thousands of dollars worth of stuff from Wayfair for my new home.
I have only received a 25% refund ($182), when I have paid in full for a bed I didn't receive. I have also paid my handyman twice to come and put a bed together when parts were missing. So I have lost money with the purchase of the bed. I am at a loss.... I never complain but this has been the worst experience of my life. I don't want another bed, I want the hardware for my bed overnighted and a refund for the bed and for my troubles. That is the LEAST that can be done. I haven't taken to social media yet, but that is next if this doesn't get resolved.

I've shopped with Wayfair a lot. They give better customer service than any other online shopping sites. If something is wrong they correct it with no hassle. Have never been disappointed. They offer good quality for the best price. Will continue to shop there and would recommend to anyone.

The delivery personnel were courteous and handled the furniture with care. Unfortunately a leg of the chair arrived broken. I contacted Wayfair hoping for quick assistance only to be told that I would have to wait for an email for assistance from a third party. Disappointing.

The quality of the china cabinet was poor. The glasses have all multiple imperfections. The hardware is unevenly laid out. The wood has many details. On the delivery side, they do not carry any product to remove their fingerprints. A lot of styrofoam granules were left for us to pick up, and the tapes the manufacturer puts to indicate "careful with these glasses" were not fully removed and I had to deal with the remains of the tape's adhesive that was left in several parts. For the ~$1,500 we paid we expected much more.

I ordered $4900 worth of items with over 20 items being delivered. I encountered a problem with a few. The clearance items I purchased did not work. I received a mirror without a glass, a chair without screw holes and 1 side table when I ordered 2. The young lady who took this was great! Every single item had to be put together. Everything looked like it did online which was great, something's better. They only apologized for the issues and gave me 10% off. I was very disappointed with lack of empathy. Online the order said items had been delivered and they weren't so it's not accurate after placing the order. Overall I love my items but did not care for the many issues. I may or may not order again but if I do it will be small items that you can't mess up.

Very pleased with the item that was delivered. It was exactly as described and quality seemed very good for the price. My only problem was the amount of time it took for delivery. It wasn't until after I called, after 5 weeks, that I was told that item was coming quite a distance. Item took over 6 weeks to arrive.

First delivery cancelled by "Dependable Express" (anything but) moments before the 4 hour window was over. Delivery company refused to fulfill later the same day or following as it meant taking a "special trip". Second delivery two days later arrived an hour and a half prior to time we were told over the telephone. The driver stated that they would return on Monday morning to redeliver. Monday came around and no driver. Tuesday the same. Tuesday night (today) we get an email saying that the now our couch would not arrive until Thursday 9/1 - two full weeks after first scheduled delivery and seven weeks after order was place. What's most astounding is that the delivery company is scheduled to bring two other pieces of furniture to our house on Thursday 8/25. What a joke - We will never order anything from Wayfair again and tell everyone we know to steer clear as well.

Ordered trestle table on 5/30, received 6/16. Had to wait to close on new house and then figured out I needed movers to bring the 225 lb table into the house to assemble. Finally got into house and ready to assemble (8/20). After spending 1 hr to open all of the boxes (too much packing material), as we waded through boxes and material we noted that THE ENTIRE HARDWARE pack was missing, 3 days to get verification that it was ordered (8/24) and now I am being told it could be up to TWO WEEKS (9/9) before I actually receive. So table sitting in middle of dining room for THREE WEEKS!!! Not the first order where parts were missing. 3 orders out of 10 are sure to have missing parts so far. DISAPPOINTED!!!

We were extremely pleased with our new 11 piece dining room table. It is exactly what was advertised. It took some time to assemble but was totally accomplished within several evenings. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a large, quality dining room table.
