I can't say enough good things about Wayfair. I have ordered several things and have always been very satisfied. The one time I did have an issue Wayfair handled it wonderful. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I love my choice of love seat! It is exactly what I expected. Great quality. Reasonable priced. All good except one foot was hard to screw in. Looking forward to finding the couch next year possibly, if I can afford it.

Love our stainless steel trash can. All our friends that visit thought it was useful and beautiful. It looks so nice in our kitchen. We have had several orders from WAYFAIR and have been well pleased. We always recommend them to our friends.

I was looking for some specific furnishings checking out a whole bunch of different sites and I really liked Wayfair's policy of not having shipping charges over a certain amount. Also, they've got a lot of selections and I like them. Everything was also easy to find. That's why I keep using them. I've always been happy with everything I've gotten and I have recommended them to several people.

We registered for our wedding on Wayfair. When we received our first gift I noticed that they were shipping to my sister in another state. I notified them by email twice, only to receive rude responses that the customer purchasing the item must be providing that address... But they don't even know my sister! Now after getting the runaround for over 20 minutes (mostly on hold) I'm still waiting for a return call from a supervisor. Very unhappy with this experience!

We ordered a super heavy lingerie chest that I just love. On the way here a tiny door latch that was broken. It took a little time to get the right one, but it works great now. Thanks for a great service that helps us get what we need.

Customer service people were extraordinarily helpful in facilitating the return of a mattress and bed frame which I had ordered mistakenly and replacing it with the ones I was trying to match to a previous order. Really fast service!

Everything arrived within 2-3 days and in perfect condition. The side table is "chunky" and I was worried it would be Crushed at some place but it was VERY well wrapped and no damage. I strongly recommend them!

Wayfair is an awesome company. I would find furniture pieces and the free shipping was very attractive. On my first order, they also gave me 10% off. Ordering online was very easy. You find your item and put it in your cart and go ahead and pay for it. I've had many orders with Wayfair. And there have been a couple of times that things arrived damaged but the customer service was wonderful. And one piece they actually replaced. Another one they could not replace but they offered me a pretty good discount if I wanted to just keep the product and deal with the damage.

I ordered this recliner back in February and called a few days ago because we still have not received the recliner or an update. We have purchased items on a regular basis since 2014. In the past we have been happy with most everything except for the fact that most everything we have ordered is made in China. I really rather buy things made in the USA. We really would like the recliner or a refund. Still no recliner. Not happy right now.

I contacted Wayfair and explained the issue. They were super helpful and refunded the shipping, in view of the fact that the product was not as advertised. I really appreciated that, and should have contacted them before writing a review.

I just purchased this chair for my beach house. We use our beach house for about every 6-8 weeks for a week or so. I wanted a recliner for me and did not have much room. This chair arrived in 8' pieces including four for the legs. Assembly was fairly quick and easy. The cushion was VERY firm and the chair felt rickety. If I wanted to push back, legs wobbled. Due to the upholstery buckling it was difficult to screw the legs in. Not a really stable chair.

I don't know where to begin. I have ordered numerous things from Wayfair and I am so pleased with this company. I have had a couple of issues but these people have went above the call of duty to make sure that my needs were met. Wonderful company!

They don't only have amazing products at a great price, but they also delivered everything extremely fast. I made a total of about 10 orders from them and they did not drop the ball with any of them. Extremely satisfy and I highly recommend buying from Wayfair.

Packaged was never delivered. I'm on my third attempted delivery. At this point I have lost all faith in FedEx. My very first order from Wayfair FedEx left a package at my front door during Fl rainy season. To say the least, the box got wet and the TV stand was damaged. Even though wayfair replaced it, I was annoyed by Fedex's carelessness. I love ordering from Wayfair but delivery is terrible, reasons enough for me to stop ordering from this company.

I started the return on February 22. I returned a floral arrangement (at my expense) because it was not as described and looked very cheap. The package was received and I received an e-mail confirming receipt. I waited several weeks before calling as the credit had not been issued. I spoke with a representative, she apologized, assured me that the credit would be issued within 5-7 days. That was on March 21 so the credit should have posted by March 28. Not only has it not posted, I was charged interest on my account while waiting for this credit which is the balance on my account. This issue is still not solved as of today, March 30, 2017.

I have purchased several items from Wayfair over the last 60 days and I have been incredibly impressed with the quality, price and hassle free delivery. I have ordered everything from a fireplace to tables, highly recommend.

I searched for new lamps for my living room at Wayfair.com. It was hard to decide because they have such a wide selection! I placed my order at 9 pm on Thursday and had my lamps at 10 am on Saturday. They look great in my room. I am very happy with my choice. I have shopped Wayfair before, and I plan to do it again.

I ordered the Mendosia Reversible Sectional as a gift to my elderly parents on February 10th, 2017 and finally got it delivered more than a month later on March 25th, 2017. I waited patiently, and did not even know what to tell my parents anymore about the delivery of this item, they got rid of their old furniture to have the place ready and had no place to sit down for a long time. I have loved Wayfair from day one and was planning to continue ordering many other items, but this experience has left a very sour taste and I am not sure I want to go through this again.

Bathroom cabinets were wonderful, just the right item I needed to fit in 2 bathrooms. Mirror just the right size and prices were Great for all. Would order again from this company and would tell others to order from you.

We needed dining room chairs quickly and are happy with our choice! After putting 6 together, it seems to wobble a bit that we will try to correct. Price and fast delivery was great! Great service!

I have ordered many items from Wayfair. I've always have been happy with my purchases. I especially love my coffee (wine) table and my credenza. I would send pics but my house is a construction zone right now. My friends can't believe I got them online and didn't pay shipping.

We ordered a black faux leather recliner and received it within two days. It was in a box in two pieces which fit together effortlessly and quickly. It is comfortable and looks like a million dollars.

My cust. service agent Kelly did a great job finding a good mattress and base. The mattress is really firm and the base solid. Should last a while. Had a little issue with Kelly knowing how to delay the shipment until arrived at my condo but our local FedEx warehouse manager took care of everything. My second experience with Wayfair was as good as the first. I would highly recommend them and the products they represent.

Received prompt delivery of Monarch Cappuccino Hall Console. Shipment in perfect order. My daughter did assembly - took several hours, but she did a perfect job and the table is just beautiful. No scratches, no mars of any kind. I am extremely pleased with this beautiful table. Daughter calls, all excited: "Mom, did you see your table on Keeping up with the Kardashians in a bedroom?"

Chaise lounge defective. Emailed Wayfair and they shipped a new one to me! Small hole in it. Took my word for it. I was prepared to sent photos, etc.. I was very impressed! Told me to keep or donate the defective lounger.

The Breakwater TV stand we ordered arrived on time. When we went to assemble it we noticed that a drill hole was missing to accommodate the screw in legs. Because the baskets weren't quite the right size for what we needed to store, we decide to return the piece. The return site on the website was easy and efficient. I received an email immediately, a follow within a day and the next day notification that a refund would be processed. The experience was painless! The surprise was that Wayfair didn't require a return, which was great because it's rather bulky to drag out to the porch. I already loved shopping on Wayfair, but this experience has confirmed what a great company you are. Thank you!

I received help on a recent order from Wayfair's live chat customer service, and they were amazing!!! A price for a discounted returned item didn't come out correctly on my invoice, and the CSR that helped me responded promptly and intelligently, and just made my first experience with Wayfair great! On another note, I was pleasantly surprised to discover I get free shipping for the next 30 days after a qualifying order! Couple that along with a remarkable selection and good prices, I will keep coming back!!!

Wayfair is the best online shopping I've ever had. No hassle. The products are great, the delivery is very quick. I made an order and it will come in 2 days. That's fast. I would recommend anyone to shop Wayfair. You will have the best experience. They have any product you need.

I love Wayfair, but you delivery system is lacking, not only does the UPS person not ring the doorbell, he/she has paperwork filled out already to tag your door so they don't have to take the product off the truck. On more than on occasion I was home when your product was being brought to my home. Each of these times the door was tag and I was told to go into the office to pick up my package. This type of service defeats the reason for ordering online. This type of service is why I will think twice on whether I order from you or just go shop a box retailer.

Trundle bed missing a bolt, and will not pop-up without a struggle. Not worth the hassle of sending back, but very disappointed once again with a purchase from Wayfair. Ordered a vessel bowl and the paint was smeared.

I am so pleased with the Sintechno 2-Point Adjustable Goose Neck 22" Table Lamp that I have decided to buy another one. It is stylish and, most importantly, provides perfect light for reading! I bought it in Black/Antique Brass and it looks great!

I did receive my recliner purchased from you guys. I do love the merchandise. The chair is very good quality and comfortable. My gripe with Wayfair is they left the big box near my home. No one ever rang my doorbell. They just left the big box there. As far as purchasing big items that I have to assemble. Don't think I want to do that anymore. I love everything that comes from Wayfair. I just do not like assembling big furniture. I hope you guys get better like delivering the furniture inside the home and assembling the furniture.

The teal queen comforter set is beautiful and exactly as shown on the website. I have had wonderful experience with every single thing I have ordered from Wayfair and will continue to use them for all my household purchases.

Herrington outdoor wall lanterns. We bought three of these and are very satisfied with the quality. They look beautiful when lit at night. Would recommend them to anyone who likes this style. I researched an outdoor fixture that would not rust in the rainy NW in winter and this one fits the bill.

This is the first time I've brought my own furniture. I ordered a platform bed and a mattress. The shipping was free and fast. Whenever I get some more money and my own place I'll order from them again. The bed was really easy to put together, I did it by myself. And Wayfair, honestly, has better deals than traditional furniture stores.

Where do I begin... I have accented my new home primarily from Wayfair. With items like the Bridgeport Accent Table, Bali Dining Side chair with cushion, 5543 Series console table with marble top and let's not forget the Piers Entertainment Center and the 2 Traviata accent chairs. And so much more! If I see an item online, I immediately go to Wayfair to see if they have it or if they have something better. Excellent selection and really good quality. You owe it to yourself to go and take a peek.

Very happy with the products' quality and colors, the shipping was fast, but I am still not happy to have to go through my freight forwarder to get my order in the US Virgin Islands, because you do not ship here for some reason, other than that I am very satisfied with everything else, Thank you.

Wayfair was great. My first desk had some damage so I went to the website, answer the questions that took a minute and Wayfair sent a new one. Could not be happier. They were fast to see how they would fix things and enjoy shopping at website. Would recommend to friends.

Beverage Dispenser - I ordered it back in March. And I still haven't received it yet. And they never contacted me that it had gotten broken. So I called them and they told it was broken in shipping. So they were going to send me out another one and I haven't received that one yet. And I haven't heard anything.

I ordered two mirrors and the price was lowered and I wasn't able to get a price adjustment because it was more than 30 days. My order was received on February 18! It was a considerable difference in price and it was charged to my Wayfair card which I plan on closing out next month.

The headboard/footboard we ordered is beautiful. Very well put together. Worth the purchase. The description gave the impression it came with a bed frame. We received instructions for the bed frame but no bed frame. Customer service was quick to respond. She was very patient as well. She sent to us a bed frame free of charge which arrived within 5 days (including the weekend). Unfortunately, it was not equipped for a footboard. She arranged for the bed frame to be picked up at our home (free of charge). She refunded a portion of our order due to having no bed frame. The refund was posted the next day. Although the bed frame did not work out for us (it wasn't for lack of tryouts on Wayfair's behalf), the headboard and footboard did. Customer service was quick to rectify the situation. I highly recommend Wayfair, its products and its customer service.

Purchased 2 leather look, wing back, recliners. Punctual delivery, easy install with assist from son in law to attach wing backs. We like EXCEPT The Backs are very short for me 6'1"... Other than height, comfortable, reasonably attractive, seem to be well made...

When you are looking at items and return to shopping the program does not return to the last page, but takes you back to the home page. Then you must choose what you are looking for and complete the filters again.

My first purchase from Wayfair (in early 2016) was a room-sized rug to compliment a much-needed, living room re-do. When my order arrived, I was immediately impressed by the quality of the carpet - the rich colors and soft, high-end pile were more than I'd hoped for. Fast forward to January 2017. My husband, Stewart, and I hit on the idea of raising chickens in our big backyard. We settled on six chickens, and we bought a nice, sturdy coop from a local retailer, but I wanted a sturdy, weather-resistant chicken run to expand the size of the coop. Wayfair, once again, had exactly what I needed.

I purchased the platform bed for my granddaughter's room - it was exactly what I wanted at a really good price. The ordering was easy and everything arrived in perfect condition and was delivered right on time. I purchased a side table from Wayfair and was very pleased with the purchase. It is a very sturdy piece of furniture that looks very elegant as a entryway table with two drawers that open easily plus it was on sale. So I also found a beautiful blue trash container for my bathroom and it shipped free. I'm still smiling.

I loved everything I've gotten from Wayfair, except for my last purchase. I bought a whole set of bedspread and when it got to me it was a metallic color that I really didn’t want. I wanted to send it back because it doesn’t say any explanation that it's metallic but it was gonna cost me over $50 to return it and I only paid $80 for it. So I was a little disappointed in that. I have two homes and it went to my place in Florida and I really wanted it for my house in New Jersey. That could have been my fault, and I'll take that blame. But overall, I enjoy shopping at Wayfair. I would recommend it, but I would also put a caution if you have to return something.

I found a far infrared sauna with 9 in stock. This is a high price item. I ordered on 3/16/17, and the original delivery was expected by 4/8/17. When I complained and stated that I might cancel because I wasn't waiting a month to get my item, the sauna updated to a shipped status before I received a response from customer service. Now the delivery date has updated to a delayed date of 4/13. The response I received from customer service was rude, with no valid data, but they could arrange a return if that's what I wanted. What I want is to get a purchased, in-stock item in a reasonable amount of time, not a month later.

I saw that Wayfair is pretty good and I also found something that I like and need on their website. Their customer service reps are very nice. After I made up my order, I received a message saying the item was 10% or 20% off. I called back and said, “Hey. I placed the order yesterday and you have on sale today.” They immediately gave me the credit back. I really like Wayfair and I'm satisfied with them. I’m not the kind of person that always buy, but anytime I want to buy some things especially household stuff, I would check them first.

I ordered the Simmons mattress in February. It arrived March 27 and the mattress is wonderful. The reason I am not giving it a 5 star rating is because the delivery company that Wayfair used was horrendous to deal with. They wanted to deliver the mattress 3 weeks after their warehouse received it but after ten phone calls was able to get it two weeks after they received it! Now what I have learned to expect from Wayfair. I also contacted Wayfair who advised me they would contact the delivery service and get it expedited and call me back and they did nothing???

Unable to locate my order receipt but ordered a sleeper sofa, reduced approximately from $700 to $250; dark brown leather with white piping. Bought sleeper sofas in the past but didn't expect this one to have (1) exposed backing; (2) very hard sitting surface (no cushioning at all). "You get what you pay for"? Paid extra to have it brought into house and assembled.

I've ordered many things from Wayfair including cutlery, bedding, furniture, rugs & small kitchen appliance. I always got a good price, free shipping & EVERYTHING I've ordered was delivered by the time they said I'd get it, if not before. I'm extremely satisfied with Wayfair & their service.

Extraordinarily angry with this. If I could give a negative quantity of stars I would. Order placed 2/9, Money taken 2/13. Supposed to arrive 2/28 at local delivery. Took almost a week to get response from Davey ** that the 2 pieces of my sectional had been separated. Both now found, I would have to wait another month. Today delivery of one piece was attempted. Delivery person said their warehouse only had one piece. Had money refunded. Will not ever use Wayfair again. Will warn all my friends, neighbors and acquaintances not to use as well.

Ordered bedroom bench 2-17-17. Received on 3-7-17 after long wait of restocking, reordering and another reorder. After shipping mishap with wrong labels on item finally received bench. Hope this is not the norm for your business. I totally adore the bench.

This website is the closest thing to making you feel like a interior decorator. The items that I can't find in a store are right in your website. Every thought that I have about an item, I just key in the item and it pops up. I may start another career.

We re-did our bedroom. I built the bed but didn't have time for the rest of the furniture. We bought nightstands, rugs and a chest of drawers. It came quickly and was well packaged. As I said, I built my own bed and I know a little about furniture construction. The nightstands and chest of drawers are heavy and well constructed. They appeared just as in the advertisement. The three rugs were also very nice. I think Wayfair products are well priced and good quality. Try them. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Item missing from shipment. Contacted Wayfair via email about item quantity being incorrect. I immediately got a response back and even got the shipment corrected and replaced within 10 days of reporting the issue.

I have ordered a few things through Wayfair such as a light and stove range hood. Product came on time and due to the excellent packing, there was nothing wrong with it. Installation went just as the directions said. Looks better than the pictures on the internet. I was happy to get exactly what I thought I was buying. Perfect every time.

It was immediate and the customer service rep was concerned and responsive. I was shocked to receive an email the SAME DAY that a replacement for my item was already on the way. After exhaustively comparing prices of items across dozens of sites, I cannot find one that beats your choices and prices. Recently I ordered a small mirror, unfortunately it was shattered in shipping. I called customer service and the representative immediately reordered the mirror. However the second mirror was also broken. I called again, the representative was extremely helpful. I declined to reorder the mirror but kudos to the service representatives.

Not sure how I ever slept in my old pillow top mattress. I love this mattress. Watching the mattress expand was a blast, I had invited my grand children over to watch the mattress grow. They thought I was kidding, we laughed and laughed! Best mattress ever!

Great product. I ordered an upholstered platform bed. I love it. Good quality, sturdy and attractive. Delivery was accurate, however, the delivery people did leave the bed OUTSIDE my apartment door where it could have been stolen. That issue should be addressed. Overall happy with Wayfair's product.

Arrived the day it said it would. It is a little firmer and smaller than expected but overall it is a nice chair. The color is as pictured, easy to assemble. Packaged very nicely. Delivered by UPS, they even brought in the house for me.

Ordered on March 17th...did not ship until...one March 27th and the other March 28th. I ordered two of the same - same color even. They are coming from Tx. Why did it take two weeks to process the order?

I have been very satisfied with most products and services provided through Wayfair. Quality is very important to me and assists in building a comfort measure/trust to order more products. Having said this I received a Carlton quilt which was beautiful until I washed it per the directions attached to the quilt. It completely faded out and is not usable as a nice bed dressing. I did send my concerns to Wayfair but unfortunately did not receive any response back.

I've ordered several items and have always been pleased. My most recent purchase was a kitchen island. Two of us put it together without a single problem. As women, we read the instructions, perhaps that's why it was so quick and simple.

I ordered a table and chairs and received free shipping. I then cancelled the order and was told I would be charged $127.46 for return shipping. I cancelled the item before it even reached me so I don't understand why it couldn't be re-routed and returned. I feel like I got ripped off and will not recommend Wayfair to anyone I come in contact with in the future.

I purchased 2 couches from Joss and Main, 1st one showed up March 10th. We are now almost 3 weeks and I am hearing no updates. I am now on my 3rd customer service rep who won't get me a firm answer on when the 2nd couch will be delivered. This is both maddening and extremely disappointing in their service. This is the 2nd item that went missing from Wayfair/Joss and Main. Wow, guys get your stuff together or change delivery companies. But first and foremost communicate with your customers.

I bought end tables and a standing coat hanger with a bench and they are wonderful!!! I would highly recommend Wayfair. Lots of products to choose from and also very fast delivery. I will be shopping here again.

From the products (I've ordered furniture, rugs, and a variety of light fixtures) to the customer service have all been superb! I highly recommend Wayfair to everyone! I went to a furniture just yesterday as we try to get ideas and I mentioned how much I love Wayfair... The salesperson said "it seems everyone does..."??? It is worth every bit of assembly because the quality and cost can't be beat!

This was the perfect slipcover for what I wanted. The color and fit are perfect. Love the look. Took a minute to figure out how to get them on, but then realize that they had directions in the package. If you are looking for a nice slipcover I would highly recommend this one.

Within recent weeks, I ordered two items from Wayfair: a mobile kitchen island, and a coffee table. Both are highly satisfactory: good materials, fairly easy to assemble, reasonably priced. And both are well-designed, resembling more expensive pieces I've seen in store catalogues. We'll know in time whether they are also durable, but I suspect they are. The island was a tad more difficult to assemble; the coffee table went together in no time.

The quality of the area rug exceeded our expectations as well and the rug pad. The order arrived very quickly within a week, well packaged and the greatest thing was the shipping is free. The rug pad was so well made we ordered additional ones for the other area rugs in our home.

I recently renovated my 2 bedroom apt in Brooklyn NY. I threw out everything. I purchased 2 bedrooms of furniture spending 1200. I love everything I purchased. Bed frames, mattresses, coffee tables and much more. The quality is outstanding. Customer service is great! I will continue to shop with Wayfair. I love this store!

I usually find things I like, but return shipping is NOT free. I returned bedding and it was over $50.00. In addition, although I returned UPS, they did not refund my money automatically. I noticed my credit card did not show the refund. I called them and they acknowledged the return and said they would provided the credit - ONE MONTH LATER!! Come on - this was not just an oversight. Consumer beware.

I called Wayfair directly to place the order, as I believe in the personal touch. The service representative was superb and worked with me to place the order. The item was a gift and she accommodated extremely well. I am very pleased and the coworker was thrilled. Thank you.

I ordered a large teepee for my granddaughter's 4th birthday, and paid $19 extra for 2-day shipping. It arrived 7 days later... 1 day AFTER her birthday. I had to spend the entire day before her birthday, shopping stores for a substitute present. Inexcusable! Even though Wayfair was WayWrong, they only offered me an apology, via a "10% off one item" coupon for my next order. Right. My lost Saturday was worth a little more than that. They are NOT dependable, and won't make it right, when they screw up. I used to shop here a lot, but no more.

I loved everything about my experience with Wayfair from browsing the online store, to the polite customer service agent who answered a question for me, to ordering my ottoman and the fast delivery! The best thing about my experience is the amazing ottoman I got! I absolutely love it! It's beautiful and very well made. The price was incredible and the product looks like it cost much more. I get tons of comments on it and use it all the time!! Perfect!

The picture showed a salt and pepper shaker together with handles. I only received one and it didn't have handles. I spoke to someone and they pretty much told me I was beat, that you can't always go by the pictures and they saved me $2. What a joke and between my 2 homes I spend a lot of money with Wayfair and will never buy another thing from you. I threw the piece of junk in the garbage. What would I do with a salt shaker without the pepper shaker and no handles.

After paying to order a sample, and waiting for FedEx to decide to deliver the sample, I placed my order, only to be told that there wasn't enough inventory to fill my order (despite the website saying otherwise). Wayfair should at least refund my $5 sample fee.

I received my order - an upholstered headboard - with large stains across the front. I was so disappointed and worried about how this would ever get resolved, especially considering the size of the product. I called customer service the next morning, and Katie was incredible. I've told everyone I know how amazing the customer service I experienced was! I will continue to be a Wayfair customer!

I've purchased a few things from Wayfair and its been hit or miss with regards to the products but the service is consistent. Customer service is always helpful, delivery is decent (a few items were lodged my shrubbery), and then some of the products exceeded my expectations and some felt almost like a prank. The return policy is awful but can't have everything.

We moved from Colorado to Mississippi. We needed all new furniture. Tired of shopping around we decided to try Wayfair. So glad we did. Everything we have received from them has been as described and delivered as told. Packaging is done very well also. Glass did not break. Would & will order from Wayfair again in the future.

Wayfair is a great home goods store. I have bought a lot of items for my home from them. If I have a problem with an order, I contact their above and beyond customer service, who solve that problem, quickly. I will continue buying my home goods from Wayfair, because everything I buy from them is high quality and the best price ever. It is my Number one, go to store for everything I need to make my home perfect.

I have ordered many things and the quality has never been less than perfect. Once I ordered a bench that just wasn't exactly what I wanted and customer service was fantastic. I was able to get store credit and return the item very easily for something else.

I ordered 2 night stands for our master bedroom. When the delivery came, I didn't hear them come, but found my delivery on my front porch. The product came well packaged and in excellent condition. The top drawer on one of them swivels when you pull it out. (Not supposed to do that). My husband thought he may be able to correct it, but he would have to take the back off of it and it would be too difficult. Didn't want to bother to send it back. He won't use that drawer much anyway, so we decided to keep it. Otherwise, they look very nice and match my bedroom set very well. Wished they had rang the doorbell when they delivered. Maybe then I would have checked them right away and sent the swivel drawer one back for a replacement at that time.

On my last order with Wayfair, UPS misdelivered my order - delivered it to another address. I called Wayfair to advise that I had not received the item. They resent the item. Seven days later, I received first order. Great Customer Service!

I called regarding a price adjustment for a fairly expensive item that I purchased. I was originally told it was outside of the normal price adjustment policy but I asked to speak to a supervisor and then was granted the small adjustment. I normally have terrific customer service experience with Wayfair and was a little taken back by this experience. But overall it turned out fine and appreciated the exception. I made another purchase shortly thereafter and a few after that.

We ordered an entry bench, and when we tried to put it together, discovered we had two left sides. The online parts request system works great; Wayfair promptly shipped us the necessary right side with no issues. Very responsive customer service, and I didn't even need to use the telephone. The price and selection made me choose Wayfair and I had purchased from them before so I knew I was gonna get quality items. The website is very easy to navigate. What I usually do is I go through what I’m looking for and put those items on the wishlist while I’m looking to see if there’s anything that I like better. Sometimes I’ll mull it over for a week and then plunge right in, go ahead and order it finally. That worked out well for me. I bought thousands of dollars worth of stuff from them and had Wayfair points that I had used for one of my orders. Almost my entire bathroom that I remodeled last summer came from them.

NovaSolo Halifax 2-step bed stool arrived 3 days ahead of schedule! It is beautifully made, extremely substantial, appropriately heavy and exceeds all my expectations. My only SLIGHT criticism is that I believe the description said the surfaces were "slip resistant". The steps are the same smoothly painted surface as the rest of the piece. Easily fixed by that adhesive/abrasive stair tread tape if necessary.

I wanted the Huntington barrel chair in peacock blue so bad but it was out of stock for months. I asked to be emailed when back in stock but 1 hour after I received the email it was sold out again. I asked to be notified again, waited about a month, and then gave up and bought a different/similar chair on Wayfair. Of course the Huntington barrel chair became available the next day and I bought it right then and there when I received the email. I called Wayfair immediately and spoke to Teaaira ** who walked me through my different options. She made it so easy.

After waiting several years I finally purchased headboards for my bedroom. I purchased a king and a queen for two different bedrooms. The price was very reasonable, the quality was excellent, assembly simple and the lock is perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I do a lot of online shopping. And I like the pricing and selection of Wayfair. Also, they have a wholesale market. I own a bed and breakfast and they actually called me because I ordered 19 nightstands. And they wanted to know if it was for business and I said yes. So their pricing is even better for me now. Also, every once in a while I get a call from the wholesale department to see if there is anything they can help us with. They are very thorough. I've been extremely happy with them.

I have not gotten a call about the recliner chairs we ordered. It has been one delay after another. I specifically asked Mr. ** to cancel the order if it could not be here by the 27th of the month. I would appreciate it if someone to check this order. We have already paid for them!

Wayfair has top notch products and arrive well no damage in shipping. Quality on the finish of the bed frame not so good. :< The metal bedframe the powder coat was not the best, but that will not discourage me from shopping with Wayfair.

I ordered this desk for my home office in an attempt to save space and let it blend in when not using it as a desk. It's perfect! I couldn't be happier. It does take a very long time to assemble (about 3-4 hours if you do it alone) but worth it in the end.

Everything I have purchased has been a great purchase. I love my couch, rug, and coasters. I had a slight problem with my couch's cover that had ripped at the seam, and Wayfair sent me a new cover in a few weeks. No other problems. The material I picked is also great with the cats. I have been purchasing different items and I have yet to come across a problem with Wayfair or items. If any problem would have arise Wayfair Representatives would try to assist the best they can. When purchasing an item everyone should always look at the ratings and comments of any item they want before purchasing. This helps you decide if that item is really what you want, if no rating then that is a chance you take if you really want that item. Items with no ratings is really things I stay away from, but that is just me. As far as Wayfair concern I would highly recommend.

The person I spoke to was very respectful and polite. She helped me when I thought no one would. I had a fire in my home and I called everyone to cancel the orders and they promised they would and they still shipped them. She helped with the return of the item and then I canceled my credit card.

Order a new writing desk and chair for my wife's Birth Day. I ordered the item 21 days before her B-day. The expected delivery was two day before her B-Day. Now found out it will be at least one week late. WAYFAIR explanation... "the item was on backorder and we were trying to contact the manufacturer many times without success." WTF??? Makes no sense at all. Unhappy and have not even received the product.

Although the piece arrived intact, it broke when my daughter sat on it (she is under the maximum weight limit). Customer service was excellent and storage bench has been replaced. I can always count on Wayfair for great customer service and have had only two items that needed replacement. I'm a regular customer and have purchased several items over the past few years.
