Would have cost me a lot at home supply store. Saved over $300 at Wayfair!!! Love this place!

I had no trouble ordering sheets. I found the color I wanted and added the order. About a week later the order arrived in good shipping condition and I looked them over, made sure the corners would fit my bed. I ran them through the wash on cold and dried them on low heat and put them on my bed. Easy peasy.

I was able to find key things on Wayfair and the price was great. So, I ordered and I really like it and I've continued to order from them. It's been great and I've been really happy with the items I purchased. With one of the pieces that I ordered though, they didn't give me enough bolts to put it together. But, I called right away and they FedExed me the materials that I needed to get it fixed. So, it was painless and worked great. Also, it was a good thing that I usually get whatever I order very quickly and I got to arrange for shipping. So, this has been a lot easier and it's better than going into a store. I've recommend it to other people too.

My entire experience with Wayfair was terrific. There's a great selection of products and it was so easy to order. Delivery was fast and came right when expected. Love it!!! Order many times now! I should be on the commercial!

Love love love it (bedspread)... The color is exactly what I wanted. Their style is fresh, the ruffling is perfect, it looks so elegant on the bed. Fair fabric, it could never stand up to a teen or younger but perfect for a ladies' bedroom. Thank you Wayfair, you never have disappointed.

I ordered stretched canvas art for various rooms. I loved that the artwork came in various sizes. All packaging was excellent and customer service was great. I knew exactly when my package was coming. Very very pleased with Wayfair.

I was lucky to get them at a good price but would have been disappointed had I paid the regular price for them. Some of the pictures showed the detail as being a patina green rather than the gold, which I would have liked better.

Ordered a floor vase, and key and HOME plaque. All looked exactly as they appeared on order page. All came packed carefully with no damage. Have ordered before and always satisfied with my purchases.

Description when ordering did not state twin sheets where X-long. I do not want extra long length. I have been having issues trying to get return address labels to my e-mail to print. I can't return. This happened on another order #**. Now I'm stuck with 2 sets of sheets I want to return. I never have this problem returning to Amazon. I really like Wayfair and have bought a lot from you but the returning issues will be why I will not be returning.

2 gallon copper trimmed fruit diffusion liquid dispenser - This is beautiful. It is easy to take care of and wash. It fits in my fridge. I've used with different fruits. Today I had to reorder this because the spout will not dispense. But had no problem having Wayfair send another one free of charge.

I love shopping with Wayfair. I get top notch products for less, which is fabulous. It might seem strange ordering large furniture items online, but I assure you it's great! There is some time involved in assembling some items, but the instructions are clear and easy to follow! LOVE IT!

I have been shopping with Wayfair, for a few years now. I always enjoy my shopping experience with them. I feel that the prices are fair, and the selections are great. My orders are sent to me, in no time at all. They are very carefully packed. Nothing has ever arrived broken or damaged.

Ordered patterned tile from Wayfair when it went 1/2 price. Was worried because tile can break easily. Pleasantly surprised that out of 6 boxes of 16 tiles each only 3 tiles were broken. Tiles are absolutely beautiful. Delivery was on time and Room of Choice Delivery was well worth it due to weight. Would order from Wayfair again to finish my new home.

Because of the lack of delivery options I was unable to buy the furniture I wanted. It be greatly appreciated if you could schedule a day for delivery. My husband and I have been in and out of the hospital so there are times and days when there is nobody available to be at the house. If we could set up a day ahead of time we can have someone there to meet the delivery. I have had no problem with the smaller orders being left at the gate, but not furniture.

Wayfair's customer service is BY FAR the best I have come across EVER! Everyone I know that has dealt with them says the same. Most times having to contact a company's customer service is a negative, but not so with Wayfair. Their computer set up is FANTASTIC. The few times I have called, evidently our phone number is connected to my orders electronically/automatically... so the representative has all that I have ordered right there in front of her (him? )... can see it without having to ask questions. Each time the person was so efficient and extremely pleasant and upbeat. What terrific experiences they have been!

Received free shipping, but didn't think it would take a month for the package to get delivered. Terrible wait time. I receive shipping from Amazon in 2 days from order and this experience has definitely made me rethink shopping at Wayfair.

I placed my order at approximately 9 AM and it was on a truck and being shipped to me by 2:19 PM on the same day. I absolutely love Wayfair because they accurately represent the products, fill orders rapidly, offer free shipping and securely packaged for delivery. Their customer service department is one of the best that I have ever worked with. If there is a problem it is resolved immediately with no troubles. I will be a lasting customer.

When I began my search for new flatware, my two main requirements were stainless steel and a good weight. I read reviews of several styles and decided on the Lenox Carmichael. I am totally satisfied with the flatware and more than pleased with the service from Wayfair! Ordering online was simple and my flatware arrived one week earlier than the estimated delivery date. The reviews on the website were extremely helpful and on target with my impression once they arrived. I will definitely shop at Wayfair again next!

I ordered a queen foundation. I received the delivery 1 day early, But! It was the wrong item delivered, instead I received a queen headboard. I first check to make sure the mistake was not mine. Then called customer service. They got right on, had the headboard picked up the next day. Reordered my queen foundation with 2 day delivery and gave it to me with 15% off. Can't beat that for prompt and courteous customer service.

Looking on the Wayfair site was easy. The prices were good. I bought the quilt and it was here in a few days. We love the quilt! I wouldn't change a thing about my Wayfair experience! I love Wayfair!

A mantle clock that I ordered arrived broken, so I called Wayfair to let them know I wanted to return it and after she apologized, she told me that I'd be reimbursed for the full amount and I could keep it to donate it to someone, etc. Very nice!

I ordered a side table and my husband was surprised with the quality and sturdiness of it. Easy to assemble and really liked it. Fast delivery as always. I will continue to order from this company as every product we have ordered has been just what we wanted.

I got red cabinets, night stands, and two patio sets from Wayfair and they came right away and in good shape. The price was pretty good, too, and they really stand by everything. I had a chair sent to me for my desk in my office, and it was linen and it wasn’t the best-structured. They didn’t want me to send it back and told me to keep it and then they sent me back my money. They’re wonderful to work with. The website itself was real easy to navigate through and find what I'm looking for. They have sales and have a great variety of things that we just can't find at some of the stores, which is really cool. I look at all those every day even if I don’t need anything.

I use Amazon and Wayfair to shop online, and I compare. I go for free shipping. If people go to Kohl’s, they have to spend $75. I don't like to play that game. By the time people get their discount, they're down to $73 and they have to come up with something. I love Wayfair. I ordered two cribs for my daughter who was having twin girls, and it was easy. The cribs came within a week, and they are beautiful. Wayfair also has great deals on carpets. They're frieze, and they're nice and decent. They also have Christmas stuff like Christmas trees and decorations. The website's easy and they carry everything except car seats. I was looking for two new car seats and I couldn't get them, so I went ahead and did that through Amazon. But that's the only thing I've gone into Wayfair for and not found. People ask me where I get things, and I tell them Wayfair is a great website.

I needed this easy wrap dust ruffle because of my Temper Pedic bed. The old one that went under the mattress wasn't working because I couldn't keep it from sliding around. This one is working perfect.

I ordered the Weber Rib Rack in Jan. Feb I rec'd email that it was out of stock s/b sent by Mar 15. Apr 7 after no notice I see the Rib Rack (4 left so hurry) on your site and I say "Hey I'm still waiting on that" so I cancel the previous order and reorder and finally rec'd it. You get 2 stars for the 2nd effort.

Ordered 2 of these pillows rather than order the 2 packs which were comparable in price but seemed like they might be of lower quality. I was disappointed in the way they were rolled tightly in shipping and delivery. It took several days to fluff them back up and they are not nearly as good as I expected. They are good enough that I will not return them but I am kind of disappointed in them. This is my first time finding some real fault with a product from Wayfair.

The item was exactly as it was described. It was a barometer. Most barometers come with a thermometer or other measurement. I ONLY wanted the barometer. Was unable to find what I wanted anywhere else. Thank you.

Wayfair is great, the bed I received is not so great. I was hoping that 'off-white' meant just that and not beige. The off white "linen" fabric is definitely beige and not the crisp off white that I had hoped for. I ran into this problem with my first order from Wayfair with a rug they called Teal that was in reality mint green. The quality of the bed is not great, but for the price I didn't expect much. The nailheads are just a strip of look alike nail heads and way too shiny. They look cheap... and the color is really off. Should have ordered white instead, but I'm stuck with this now.

We've ordered several items from Wayfair as well as from their affiliated companies. All items were as pictured and described. Everything arrived in a timely manner. Only one time did an item arrive damaged and the customer service department was fantastic and expedited shipment of a new item. We enjoy doing business with Wayfair.

I had a question concerning pillow shams. My question was answered correctly without any BS!!! The operator had all of my info. When I received my package, it was the right sham!!! So my bedroom is awesome!!!

After ordering my six drop dresser March 2 it was supposed arrive at the warehouse March 22. However, after many conversations with Jake ** he told me they had the wrong contact number, which was a lie. I called the warehouse myself and they told me the dresser had just arrived. This was April 5. I cannot tell you the six times that I found was good for my health. I would expect Wayfair to supplement some kind of Credit to keep my business. I am in the process of writing a letter to the CEO and President of Wayfair. It was a grueling experience that I would never want to repeat.

This was my first order, a Black and Decker coffee maker. I received it quickly, but the basket didn't fit right in the machine, the water would pool in the basket and make a mess, so I assumed it was defective. I emailed Wayfair of the problem thinking they would simply tell me I had to contact the manufacturer. But I was very surprised to receive a reply by the end of that same day that Wayfair would send me a replacement! I received that machine within a couple of days, and it worked perfectly. I am singing the praises of Wayfair, I am so delighted a company has such great customer service. Very satisfied, telling all my co-workers, and will certainly use them again. Thanks.

The only reason I rated 4 instead of 5 stars is that the occasional product is not quite as well-made or high quality as I would expect for the price. I have been waiting on my order for two months. Every time the shipping date comes around it gets pushed back. This has happened to me 3 times. No one can give me a straight answer in customer service. They always tell me it is going to ship and it never does. I will never order from here again.

I made several orders from Wayfair and I was quite impressed with the whole process. The ease of making an order, how fast it shipped, and tracking capability. I have bragged about my experience w/ this company.

Bought a headboard from Wayfair and it came without the hardware to install it. I immediately called and they informed me they would replace the missing item. The order confirmation came and said I wouldn't get it until 6 months after I received the item. I called again to see if there was anything they could do to get the hardware to me, didn't get any helpful responses. Then I was told to purchase the hardware myself and they would reimburse me. What a joke. It was such a headache finding the right pieces. I called again and I was finally issued a refund. I just don't understand how they think it is okay to have a customer wait 6 months to use an item they orders. Just ridiculous.

I placed my order almost a month ago. When I first placed order it did not tell me he was going to be such a long time for my item to be delivered. When I got the email that he was going to be about 2 to 3 weeks I said "OK I'm going to wait". But now nothing on the tracking information is updating and I called the call center and no one seems to help me. I was told I was going to have to wait 7 to 10 business days to have my shipping information updated. This is the worst experience in customer service that I've had with Wayfair. If I order something it's because I need it. This needs to be resolved as soon as possible, this is ridiculous.

I do appreciate and would give 5 stars for the refund experience, however, the fact that my order was never received for my event was a big disappointment. I had ordered them a month in advance and after NOT moving from the original post office in 2 weeks, I put an extra tracking search report on the cups I ordered. The items were never located. There was no contact from Wayfair regarding this issue until I filed the "Lost" paperwork. Thank you for the refund. I look forward to seeing this transaction in a timely manner. Thank you.

Leah's Bed is wonderful. Cat's condo tree is awesome. They all love it and no regrets! The shipping came fast. For Leah, the Packages were heavy but is very solid. However for the cats, the packages has a lot of holes... but the condo tree is in great shape so I didn't have any problems. I would order from Wayfair again in the future.

The Magnolia wall art was delivered in a timely manner and was well packaged. It was of very nice quality and looks just as pictured online. I always read the reviews before making any purchase, and those on the site are quite helpful. Really, no complaints!

I recently ordered an awning and what I received was a replacement awning, no hardware or frame. I contacted Wayfair and spoke with CS and the person told me that what I ordered did not come with hardware and framing. I went back to Wayfair's site and pulled up the specs for the awning that I ordered and showed her what I ordered was supposed to come with the framing as well as the hardware. She apologized and reordered a new one. When I received that order, I received the same thing I received previously. Nowhere in the description did it say it was a replacement awning. I called back and the next CS rep told me the same thing and I went back to your site to bring up the specs again and MY MY, those specs were no longer there for me to show this CS rep that everything was to be included. What a ripoff. If you're selling a replacement, then it should read replacement.

Although Wayfair often has great merchandise and I have bought several things, the return process is too expensive. That has led me to shop elsewhere, finding prices are sometimes less on items elsewhere.

Bought this bassinet for my granddaughter and was so pleased with it. The assembly was great, the looks were spot on pictures. I have not had a bad order from Wayfair and will continue to purchase items from them.

I was told over a month ago they would send out a pillow that was taken from my doorstep. Never received and I also ordered another one just to make sure I would have one in my second home. Still waiting. Very disappointed.

I ordered a 3 piece set for outside (two chairs and a table). I love it. It looks great, the chair are very comfortable and the table is just the right size to enjoy some coffee in the morning or appetizers when we are entertaining.

Horrible with this order number. Ordered my couch beginning of March and it's April 13th, and STILL haven't received my couch. I've never waited over a month and half for furniture. NEVER AGAIN. I called and complained, and all they can do is give me a credit of 5%. RIDICULOUS.

Love the curtain rod, easy install. The curtains were listed as Blackout, but these are not really blocking the light. Maybe if I had ordered a darker color they would be. Still lovely curtains. Both rod and curtains arrived before schedule and packaged well. They are a fair price but not total blackout.

I love everything I've bought from Wayfair so far. The quality is excellent even though I've read some bad reviews on some things. But overall my experience has been awesome! I had a problem with a photo frame and they fixed it and I received a replacement a few days later.

I ordered two end tables and a bookcase. End tables were fantastic, easy to assemble and perfect for our needs. The bookcase, however, had a manufacturing defect and the wood was split. I contacted customer service and they advised that if the product was not picked up in a couple of weeks, I should dispose of it. Fast efficient service and polite, respectful service. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Placed three orders with Wayfair and will not be ordering again. I had to return the third order and the process to do that was unacceptable. The return cost WAY too much and took too long for a response. I ordered a full-size and somewhere in the order process it was changed to twin-size. Goodbye.

I am completely satisfied with the quality and appearance of my 2 Stakmore chairs. They are as well constructed as a regular chair and blend very well with my dining set. I chose the fruitwood finish to match my dark wood dining set. Delivery was prompt as I always find with Wayfair and both chairs are in excellent condition.

Wayfair has gone out of its way to help me get what I need for my new house. While they have a lot of the same products that their affiliates have, I keep going back to them because of customer service. From the customer service rep to the people who make deals when I need to negotiate the price, I've never spoken with more service-oriented and detail-oriented people. Also, their website is user-friendly. Still, you need to be able to put decent keywords if you want to narrow your search because they have a gazillion items. Nevertheless, their keywords are as responsive as they are. If I wanted a kitchen cart in brown oak, that is all they're going to bring for me.

My slipcover fits my love seat very well. The Cocoa color was well represented online. I'm very satisfied with my choice. My purchase arrived two days earlier than scheduled so that was a nice surprise. I rinsed it in the washer to remove the smell of new fabric and to remove wrinkles from tight packaging. It came out of the dryer smooth, smelling nice and ready to use.

I ordered glass top dining table. They ship the glass top and the base separately. I received the top within two week but never received the base. I waited one more week and called them to see where the base was. They told me it at my local independent delivery company and I have to call them directly. I call the local delivery company, they told me they never received it and told me to call Wayfair.

I am not happy with this order. I have ordered before with Wayfair and always pleased. This time? No. Ordered 2 valances and each is a different pattern. One arrived so wrinkled it looked like used or messed up in processing. Looked OK in the wrapper, but... not so much! So worked on that and even took to laundry to have those machines iron it! Now have 2 windows in same room and each has a diff window covering! YUCK!

I did have a package get lost once by FedEx (which FedEx was no help at all and quite rude) but Wayfair completely replaced my lost package with no questions asked. On this order, for whatever reason, I began receiving constant phone calls from customer service asking about my experience with this order. I even received a phone call at 2:00 in the morning! Anyway, overall, I am satisfied with my purchase, and would recommend it to someone else. I just wish there had been a more accurate color representation.

I purchased a couch on March 22nd and its expected arrival was March 30th. It's now April 12th and all I have been told is that it's in a warehouse still waiting to be shipped. When I asked for an explanation I was first told that the company is running a new system and Wayfair is still working out the kinks. Next time I called I was then told its delay is due to it having to be properly packaged because that was company standards. The next time I called, the wayfair representative told me it's still in a warehouse and waiting to be shipped. I have called countless times trying to resolve this but still don't get a response and I have left callback numbers and emails for wayfair to get in contact with me every time I called.

Was looking for lightweight quilt for king bed. Bought this quilt with no expectations but was very happy with the purchase. Size is right for thick mattress and washes up very well without shrinking. Love the color, soft and it looks great. Would buy this again.

I ordered a fabric covered headboard similar to some I had seen at furniture stores in Colorado. I worried that the quality might not be equal to those I'd seen since the price was several hundred dollars lower. I was happily surprised to find the color and quality as advertised.

We moved into a small winter home in Florida for our winter months. Wayfair has everything I needed to make us a lovely place. Started with forks, spoons, etc, pots, pans, blankets, beautiful wall art and on and on. I made a few mistakes in ordering Such as 2 sets of pots came. But returns were so easy as was ordering. I wanted a small laundry basket to fit in a corner of my small bathroom. I ordered this Wicker Laundry Basket. It was easy to assemble and fit perfectly in the bathroom corner. The product description was very helpful for the measurements. The basket front looks like bamboo slats joined together by decorative thread design. The liner is a thick canvas material. There is no lid but I didn't want a lid. I really like it and it helps to keep the laundry off the floor.

I had a question regarding a $5.00 reward I earned. I could not get it to reflect when trying to place my order. I called Customer Service and spoke with Adam. He was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He actually took all my order information and placed the order for me. It is very rare to talk to a customer representative that helpful.

The ordering process went very smoothly. The chairs were delivered timewise as promised. However, the colour of the chairs was darker than I expected - almost an unfinished oak shade - as opposed to the antique white indicated on the website photo. Returning the chairs was quite easy to do, but I was upset at the amount of the shipping charge to return the order. I should have been more diligent and made myself aware of the return shipping but I had dealt with a number of other websites where there was no return shipping charge, so I was careless. My experience with Wayfair, except for the return shipping charge, was a good one but should I order from them again, I will be sure that the product will not need to be returned.

My husband and I order the living room set and it took over a month to get to us! We have ordered other items such as a coffee table and artwork that was here in just days, but the couches set took forever and we had issues with the delivery center and their reps. They kept rescheduling us and giving excuses. On the other hand Wayfair customer service rep was great at getting us taken care of on his end! They just need a different delivery team.

The color wasn't like as I thought. I wanted a mint green. The dollies I ordered were more an awful yellow not a mint green. I don't think I have to pay for shipping because the color wasn't like on the computer. O.k. If I decided I just didn't want them then I should be charged. Thanks.

Grandin, Wayfair and Boston Close are my three go-to and I love Wayfair! I have their app on my phone. I ordered quite a bit of bedding. We live on the lake and they usually have a lot of good tropical stuff. Also, we have people repainting the bedrooms now and then it'll be time for me to give grownup grandchildren the other bedding for their first apartments and changing that. I was saving the stuff then I thought that I'm gonna start giving them to people. It's not that it would go bad quickly and I like change.

Wayfair's website is extremely easy to use. There's a lot of products to choose from and they're excellent. I've bought quite a few things from them and I loved it. Most items have free shipping. I had a problem with the bird bath I purchased but they handled it immediately when I called. Everything was taken care of. I'm extremely pleased with them. In fact, I've talked my daughter, my best friend and another friend into using it. I'm very pleased with my options and their excellent customer service.

I have been waiting for almost two years now for resolution for the replacement coverings to my outside furniture. I generally have nothing good to say about Wayfair but I was just about to call you for a 4th time when I was emailed this form. First call, you said you will send right away. Second call, it was on backorder. Third call, you could not find my order and had no idea what I was talking about.

I have purchased several items. The most recent was a large orthopedic dog bed for a large breed dog with arthritis. He is an old dog and has difficulty getting up after lying for awhile. This bed has been wonderful. He rests better and when he gets up he is not moving as slowly and as stiffly. I would recommend Wayfair to anyone and I have. I purchased the Nantucket Sofa and Slipcovered chair in September 2016. They are well-made and very comfortable. I wanted a high back on a sofa and many that I looked at were considerably lower. This one made by Rowe was perfect! The slipcovers fit the cushions very well and everything has a nice, clean, neat appearance. Delivery was quick. The sofa and chair were delivered into my living room which is right off the front entrance. The men who made the delivery were very polite and made sure to let me know where to find the feet for the furniture.

This was my 1st return with Wayfair. The small 3ft rug smelled like it was dipped in kerosene before it was shipped. Plus the material and pattern seems cheaply made. I had to pay a fee to return it. Ended up purchasing a bigger one, better quality for $25 at Big Lots. I basically paid $7 for the experience.

Item came as described, and is very good quality. Very happy with the item and ease of ordering and quick delivery. My only issue was the item came pretty scratched and banged up in the box - not sure if it was packaged poorly, or if it was a return.

Our first and only purchase from Wayfair was for a set of towels which at the time had a 4 1/2 star rating. We read the review carefully and decided to buy. The towels were shipped quickly and on opening the package we were impressed with the size and weight of the product. After the first washing the towels shrunk by about 25%. Now these towels are smaller than other brands that we have had for 6 years or more. So, our experience with Wayfair products has not been acceptable.

I would say that so far my experience has been great. Except for one purchase that had misleading information on the specifications. All other purchases are great, shipping was on time and the package was intact. I absolutely love shopping on Wayfair.

I had cutting boards and flat cookie sheets on my counter and they were all slipping down and looked messy. The organizer helped so much. Looks neat and clean. No more falling. Wayfair ships so quick and have a great website with lots of merchandise. Great prices too. :) You did have "just what I needed".

I bought 4 Burlap Valences. When I hung them one panel was shorter than the others. I sent an email to Wayfair and got a response within a couple of hours. I am submitting this review because I want other businesses to be aware of the false information they see on Wayfair.com. I ordered a workstation on the 4th with an estimated delivery to my office on the 14th. Wayfair did not reach out to us in regards to our orders at all since the placement of our order to keep us informed as far as the status, etc. However, I did get multiple emails from them asking me to sign up with their membership program and some other marketing emails from them.

Wayfair's price and delivery time are a little bit better than those of other brands. But the first product I ordered from them, an upholstered chair has been damaged during shipping. Something punctured the box and the chair. Although when I contacted Wayfair, they replaced the entire chair with no question asked. And to me that was quick response and turnaround on fixing a problem that wasn’t even honestly their fault. It was the shipping. As for the online ordering process, it was very simple. Oftentimes I can find exactly what I’m looking for quickly even though there are tons of choices. You just click and you’re done. My experience with them turned out to be simple and professional.

I found what I wanted on Wayfair. The online ordering process was really easy. They have a pretty good variety of products. I would recommend them to a friend.

I love shopping with Wayfair. It's wonderful, easy and the products are perfect. The first thing I got from Wayfair was a wine rack because that was the only place that had the style I was looking for. I’m an Amazon shopper for the most part, but I couldn’t find what I was looking for. I searched high and low, and Wayfair had it. After that, I bought my first adult curtains and love them. I don’t like spending that much on window treatments, but the price was fair and the product is beautiful. I ordered so many different drapes and those were the ones I topped from all different stores. So I was very pleased with them. Right now we’re getting our house ready to sell but I will be back to buy stuff for our new house. I would definitely recommend Wayfair.

Purchased a $750 couch scheduled to arrive at local delivery partner between March 23 - 28, does not arrive there until over a week later and finally I get to schedule my 10am - 2pm window on April 6th to get it delivered. I call at 2:40 to see where it is, I'm told I should be second to next in line for drop off, wait at my house for another four hours sitting next to my phone and intercom and hear nothing. Refresh the page at 6:30 and I've been told I missed my delivery. Now I have to take another day off work next week to receive a couch that will be almost three weeks late by then. Not feeling so great about this $750 chore right now.

We had seen bar stools at a store but there were only 1 or 2 and we needed 4. I was glad to find them on Wayfair. It was more money at the store too. The online ordering process was easy. When we got the stools, the wood on one split right away. Colorado is very dry and wood sometimes doesn't do well here so we contacted Wayfair right away and they sent us a new one and didn't want the old one back. It was worked out and all of them have hung in there since then. We were dealt fairly and it was a good experience. I would order again.

Loveseat arrived when expected. No, actually it arrived sooner, which made us very happy. It was well-packaged with no damage. It was as described, fabric, legs, dimensions. The color was a bit different than the picture but the reviews made comments about this so we were prepared and kept an open mind about the color. It's not an average color.

When I was searching for a rug, Wayfair's website came up. And since they had better prices, I chose to buy there. It seems like everything’s always discounted. It was also easy to navigate through their website and I was pleased with how simple the ordering process was. A lot of people probably think it’s just home goods but the most recent purchase we made was a chicken coop and it was astoundingly cheaper than every place we’ve looked at. Wayfair had the versatility when it comes to things you can get.

I love Wayfair. Being able to order online and have it come to your door is great for me especially since I'm disabled. I had a problem with this order. First I ordered the smaller size toilet lid cover. Sent it back for the larger order. What arrived was a rug for around the toilet. Sent it back and reordered the lid cover and awaiting it to arrive.

I have purchased several high end items from Wayfair and they continue to disappoint: The items are never quite as nice as pictured or described, the delivery process is a nightmare times ten and their customer service not all that concerned.

Wayfair is a really good website. It's easy to navigate and to look for things because it filters them. Ordering online was easy too and they did a confirmation. We went with them because of the options and selection. They have lots of products. We bought a console from them and on top of it is where we put our television. We selected it because when we bought a new house, they had the TV mounted on the wall so it had all the hardware on the wall. I did not want that but I also didn't want to take the plugs off. It's quite hard searching because right now a lot of people have low consoles and to find one with exactly the right height and something that also had glass shelves, it worked really well for us. I can still plug it into the wall, but you can't see the plug because it's behind the television.

I’ve ordered from Wayfair before. I like being able to look online and the selection they have available. I felt that the prices were better than what we see in some of the stores. It’s easy to navigate through their website. I just make my selection, order it online, filled out the information then they sent my order to my house. It was a very easy purchase from Wayfair and I will probably be ordering again.

The fire pit I ordered was damaged in 3 places, not very pleased with it at all but I don't want to go through the trouble of sending it back or waiting for another one. If you go through my order log you will see I have spent a lot of money with Wayfair but the fire pit was a gift and very upset about it but don't think I'll be purchasing from Wayfair anymore. Other than the fire pit I've been very pleased with Wayfair's purchases. Thank You.

This padded headboard was a great deal. We needed something for the guest room so were looking for comfort, low price, and durability. The headboard fit all three- it looks and feels quite lovely. It was a bit complicated attaching it to the bed frame, but we made new holes to accommodate. It all worked out fine.

Quality and convenience are Wayfair’s two biggest values. Their prices are good too, but their free shipping for furniture is a big thing. If I bought a certain dollar amount, there was free shipping for the whole shopping cart, which was a nice deal. Plus, the cost is great. Paying a lower price is worth it even if you have to assemble things. I do a lot of online shopping and Wayfair is one of the easiest sites to navigate. There are a lot of photographs and online shopping is difficult without that, so typically, I’ll just go to a department of whatever it is that I’m kinda looking for.

We moved into a new house a year ago and our plan was to get rid of our old stuff and buy new ones. I like Wayfair's visibility online, their prices and variety which helps me to shop. We purchased a king-size headboard bed, TV cabinet and stand, and side table from Wayfair and the online ordering process was simple. Their products are of high-quality as well. However, I have to put things together with Wayfair versus with Rooms To Go where I pay for delivery but they actually put the thing together. So I weigh that depending on what I'm buying. What we have bought has been very beautiful looking and you would never know that we got them from someplace where we had to put it together. I would recommend Wayfair to a friend.

I have never used this company myself but now that I have seen how your delivery company delivers things I will be sure that I never go through you people for furniture and I'll be sure to make sure no one does from now on. After looking at all the reviews from just today alone I am appalled by your company! When someone is paying you this much for something then you should have the decency to make sure your delivery company doesn't damage your customers' product and since I'm not the only person with this issue then I'd highly advise you to fire that company! Also I'd recommend you make it a point to bring the customers' purchase into the home, there are some people out there who are unable to do so themselves and will have to pay someone else to do it for them. It's just common sense.

Wayfair has made a portion of my job much easier. I mostly use it for business and have made a lot of purchases with them. They were willing to give me a package discount on some stuff and I got a contractor discount as well. The customer service representatives from Wayfair are very good, friendly and able to answer my questions.

They also have a wide variety of good stuff on their website. Quality’s excellent and cost is pretty average. Their online ordering process and website navigation is very easy. Shipping of products sometimes comes earlier.

Wayfair has good prices. I was looking for modestly-priced household goods, and they had a very wide and amazing selection of tasteful useful things. And I like the idea of shopping online. I don't drive, so it was just very convenient. Plus their customer service is marvelous. They're just very easy to deal with. If I have a question about a product, I can always call or email and get an answer within a very short time. Moreover, it's very easy to use their ordering process. I recommend them all the time.

I ordered a sofa two months ago and to this day, am still waiting for it to arrive. For about two weeks, Wayfair's delivery status kept saying it will deliver within the next few days. After a while, the tracking disappeared and said there was a delay and an email would be sent with an update within three days. Those three days passed and no word from anyone. After being hung up on countless times, I finally reached a customer service representative who told me that my sofa has been in fact LOST in transit. They're not sure if it even made its way to the local carrier because it was never scanned. At this point, there is no more estimated delivery date nor is there any idea that I will ever get the sofa I've been waiting two months for. I'm extremely disappointed that I have wasted this much time waiting for something I may never receive, when I could have shopped elsewhere.

DO NOT TRUST WAYFAIR'S "GET IT BY DATE." They purposely mislead you. The website gives a "get it by" date next to the item. The approximate delivery date was 10 days from the order date. I placed the order over the phone with a representative who failed to mention that the deliver would actually take about a month. A MONTH?! After requesting the shipping fee be waived, they offered to refund half... Doesn't make up for a 3 week construction delay, but I'll take it.

I was searching for bar stools and it was blind luck that I found Wayfair. I liked what I saw and grabbed them. I wish I can find more. It had exceptional quality and it was a fabulous deal at the time. I’ve also purchased a 720 series, 700 series, seven-tier, DVD rack but it’s hard for me to find that on special. It's a Dowel-type storage rack. The name of the manufacturer was The Wood Shed. I loved what I have found in Wayfair.

The kitchen table and chairs are wonderful. Bought them for my sister and brother-in-law for their anniversary. They were surprised and loved them also. Putting them together is a task but you can't beat the free shipping!

The first print was delivered timely but was damaged due to faulty packing. There should have been another layer of packing between the box and the canvas. The product was replaced. Again it was delivered as promised. This time the print was not punctured, but the box scraped the print and scraped off some of the blue paint from the side and top of the canvas. The canvas had folds the same place as the first order so it was done before mounting and just plain not stretched tight. We hung it but it would look much better if it wasn't flawed. All said, this is not Wayfair's fault, but it is the supplier's. I certainly would not recommend this print nor would I order something from this supplier again.
