    Our dresser was delivered when Wayfair said it was gonna be delivered. However, the delivery guys didn’t come with anything. My husband gave them some straps that they could use to bring the dresser in but they didn't use it. Luckily, the dresser was packaged well so it didn’t get damaged.     This was my husband and I's first time ordering on Wayfair. We received some items in the order that were damaged. In speaking with the claims person the questioning was a very exhaustive process. Also, the representative asked for the same information multiple times. We are still finding parts of the bed that after it was fully assembled are damaged but it would be more frustrating to have them replaced by the company and they are probably out of warranty.

    I called customer service to ask about this 100% wool rug. I thought the quality would be poor at this amazing price. The rep I talked with was great - felt like talking with a girlfriend! This rug is great! It's soft and very good looking. It is pilling a bit but a rug specialist I know said that pilling will go away in time if I don't use the beater bar on my vacuum cleaner.     I LOVE, LOVE, LOVED wayfair and for a few months bought every single thing ever from them. Their products were adorable, their app was so easy to use, they sell EVERYTHING so no matter what I needed I found and loved. However their Credit Card company has shady fine print and the managers at wayfair customer service were less than helpful.     I had a problem assembling one of 4 dining chairs I had purchased. Three of the four chairs took about 15 minutes each to assemble. We worked on the 4th for over an hour when I gave up and called customer service. They were apologetic and immediately offered to send a replacement set of chairs.     What a dreadful experience trying to put the floor lamp together. The pieces screwed together and very difficult to get into proper alignment. The large lamp on top had a piece that was supposed to screw into top before the light bulb is inserted. It didn't screw in so there is a wobbly factor to the glass lamp and we are researching how to affix the piece with a heat-resistant adhesive. The way it is packaged makes it impossible to return. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

    I ordered a Weber Spirit E-310 LP Grill from Wayfair on December 7, 2016. Because the grill was purchased as a Christmas gift, and we here in MN are currently far removed from reasonable weather conditions for backyard grilling, I can't yet speak to how the grill performs.     Ordered a La-Z-Boy recliner for my husband. When we put it together, we found the footrest would not stay extended. It would collapse as soon as it rose to full extension. I reported the problem and was promptly contacted by Bradley **. He offered several resolutions but my husband still wanted to return the chair.     I purchased quite a few items from Wayfair. I have always heard about them but have never bought. I was looking for certain items and colors and Wayfair had exactly what I was looking for. I have to say that I was disappointed with the gray and white comforter set. After the first wash, the flat sheet had runs and pulls. I contacted Wayfair about this and they immediately told me that a replacement was on its way. I waited a couple of weeks for it to arrive. I had to contact Wayfair again to let them know that it did not arrive.

    In the meantime, the comforter had started to fade after two washes. Now I am thinking that this item is either defective or its just not a good item. I let Wayfair also know about this when I let them know about the sheet. I was surprised when they told me that the whole 8 piece comforter set is being replaced.     When I purchased the accent cabinet, I decided I wanted another one to match. I went on your site and you had jacked up the price to $289. By Christmas, you were out of stock. I just checked and this exact item is being made by another manufacturer, and the price is still around $289.     I had bought this same vanity through Wayfair in 2014 and had a very nice experience. This time not so much which delayed the start of my bathroom remodel into the holidays. I ordered the vanity on 11-2-2016. According to the tracking, my vanity left Seattle and was in Harrisburg Rail Head, Pennsylvania on 11-9-2016. I did not get a call from Translogistic (the freight company was to deliver the vanity to my home) until 11-18-2016 which was supposed to be the original estimated delivery date. They said they could deliver the vanity on 11-21-2016 or 11-23-2016. Since I would not be home on 11-21-2016, I chose the 11-23-2016 date. On the morning of 11-23-2016, I received a call from Translogistic telling me they did not have the vanity. The vanity was in Westborough, Massachusetts and not in Maryland where it should be.

    Due to the holidays, Translogistic was not exactly sure when the vanity would arrive to their warehouse. I received a nice apology e-mail from Wayfair, which offered me a 10% coupon on my next purchase through Wayfair but it would expire in January 2017. I responded asking that the coupon be applied to this order. Wayfair complied and four days later I received notification from Wayfair that they would apply the 10% discount to this order.

    On 11-30-2016, I received a call from Translogistic stating the needed to set up a delivery date although they could not tell me if the vanity was on their premises. They could only determine if they had the vanity on the day of delivery. Finally, 12-2-2016, the vanity arrived. There was no obvious damage except the drawer rubs on its track when opened and closed. Now that the contractor has installed the vanity, I have noticed the shelf is a bit warped so wobbles. Other than the delivery issues, I am somewhat pleased with the vanity. My last vanity I bought through Wayfair was in better condition than this recent one. Perhaps it was due to its unnecessary shipment all over the country.

    I've been looking for furniture for the last six months and I've gone into stores but didn’t see what I was looking for. Over the course of the summer, I started looking on Wayfair. I saw a set and kept going back to it, so I decided to get it. The ordering process was simple. But when my purchase came, I had a couple of issues. The door of the large buffet cabinet was jammed from the outside and was pushed into the cabinet. No matter what I did, I could not get the door opened. My brother-in-law ended up having to remove the back panel of the buffet and push out the door from the back side because I didn’t want to break the handle using pliers.

    The front of the buffet cabinet has glass doors on the left and the right, and there's a sticker that said it was tempered glass and it was placed backward. If you were standing out looking at the cabinet, you could see the "tempered glass" sticker on the left side. I used my fingernail and peeled the sticker off. On the right side, the sticker was on the inside of the glass, and there was a mesh between the glass on the inside and the actual wire that was there. It's been on that for the last months. I took an X-ACTO knife and I started peeling it inside the wire until I removed it.

    There was also an issue with the chairs. When you sit on them, they're so different than any chair. I have a dining room table and six chairs. The chairs are almost like in a semi-reclined position. When you read the description, it says, “Queen Anne style.” They look pretty but had I sat on that in the store, I wouldn't have gotten it because when I sit on the dining room chair, my feet don’t touch the floor. It feels strange. My husband, who is six foot four, sat on them and he agreed they're really in a sloped back type of position.

    Overall, I would recommend Wayfair, but I would tell people to read the fine print. Everything came in boxes and styrofoam about a week before my Christmas party. I had Styrofoam floating around my dining room and there was dust. I wondered if I was gonna get everything ready before people show up on Friday. And because my husband went to work, I tried to figure out how to lift the table sideways to put the legs on it, because it had no legs and there were no seats. So I didn’t know I was going to be putting furniture together the whole day and it was scary.

    I ordered a white lamp. A couple of hours later, I got a confirmation email that said they were preparing to ship a blue lamp instead. I "immediately" sent an email back asking them to either swap out the blue model for the white one that I ordered or else cancel the whole order so that I didn't have to deal with returns. They said they'd "try" to cancel, but the next morning I got an email saying the request was denied because it was already being prepared for shipping.

    I logged in to my account to start the return process immediately, more out of frustration than anything, and then discovered that if I want to return an item, I have to pay the shipping return fees! So basically the company sold me one item but swapped it out for another of a different color. I immediately tried to cancel the order (or have the right color swapped back in, whichever was easier). They refused and are now making me pay to fix the mistake. I guess I've become spoiled by the customer service of other online retailers but I'm floored that they're making me pay for their mistake and that they didn't provide enough time, I mean not even a half hour window, where I could cancel the order after they sent the confirmation email.

    This was the third time I've ordered from them. The previous two times were fine. The products have been lower quality than I had expected (a lamp I bought has a loose shade that can't be tightened, and the legs keep falling off of a coffee table I bought from them) but I blamed that on the original manufacturers, not Wayfair. But this recent snafu is entirely Wayfair's fault and they won't accept responsibility and make it right. If you buy from this company, just remember that if there's a mistake on their end, you will have to pay to fix it on yours.

    I was looking for a couch so I locked a huge one that was on Wayfair. Their customer service sent me an email asking about the delivery guys, and I wanted to tell them that there was a damage to the couch. It was not enough that I was going to send it back, though. I read the reviews and somebody said you have to have a 105-inch door to get it through. Somebody else said all you got to do is take off the packing because the drivers are saying that it's not going to go through the door. I unpacked the couch because that’s what I had read. The damage was on the trim, which I thought was wood but it looked like it was plastic. There's paint missing off of it. It's not a big deal, but I paid that much for a couch and I didn't want it to have any nicks. Other than that, my couch is beautiful and I love it.     I recently purchased on 11/12 a Simon Li leather couch that was delivered the first week of December. I purchased it for $1589.99 (**) and on 1/4/17 in Costco the identical couch was priced at $899. I contacted Wayfair realizing I may have missed a window, but the company made no effort to provide relief on a clearly a inflated price. I continued communication to even try and post on my already submitted review a note for other consumers of the close to $700 price difference. I am disappointed in Wayfair ethics and pricing. There was no attempt to even correct for future consumers. I guess they hope no one checks. The only price match they have is on their own site and even then if you order something and the price drops on their site the consumer must watch and initiate the request.

    It is a shame the products and delivery is terrific, but the pricing practices seem to be shady. If I use them again I will be much more cautious, and want to warn consumers, especially if you order furniture or large items, be careful and check prices and return policy. This interaction has shown Wayfair is not concerned with customer loyalty or satisfaction only profits. It a shame I had thought I found a company with some values. Thanks.

    I purchased a bed frame at the beginning of November. Delivery took 3 weeks which was bad enough. But when the delivery was made one of the 3 boxes was missing! I called the company right away. A week later they send me an email with a PDF of the assembly instructions and ask me what I am missing. Seriously! There a gazillion parts. How am I supposed to know? I try to explain what I am missing as best I can. Then a week later I receive notice that the missing parts will deliver by the end of December, a month after the original delivery date! I complain and they offer me a return or a discount. At this point I need a bed so I take the discount.

    Eventually I end up with 2 boxes. One is the box I was missing but the other is one I already have. I ask to return the duplicate box and they tell me no. So now I have to dispose of all these parts. And this is a big, heavy box. I am going to have to figure out how to haul it and pay the dump to dispose of it. Thanks a lot. I go through the parts I have and I am still missing all the hardware. They ask me to go buy all the screws, dowels, and other parts missing at the hardware store. LOL, no. I am not going to risk buying the wrong parts.

    So here we are at the beginning of January and I have everything. I go to assemble the bed and find that my new mattress that I bought at the same time as the bed frame has mold on the bottom from sleeping on the floor for two months. I email Wayfair about it and just how unhappy I am about this experience... No response. They really do not care.     I'm so dissatisfied with my purchase from Wayfair. I bought a twin size tent that went over my son's bed. The product description stated it comes with a zipper close door. When the package came it looked exactly the same but had Velcro tab to close and was very hard to pull together and shut. The reason I wanted a zipper close is so that my 3 year old could close this by himself. The box also came with another person's packing slip with some else's name and address from another state. I called Wayfair and the lady told me it was a mistake on the packing and shipping end and mine for sure was suppose to have a zipper. She sent another tent and it arrived very fast. However they sent me the same exact tent I already had which was wrong...

    I called back again and the man helping me this time told me it shows zipper on the picture and in the description, he called the Pacific Play tent company to make sure and they told him they are all Velcro tabs so the Wayfair company was selling it wrong. I ended up trying a different brand and style tent that said zipper close and once again it was a Velcro tab close. So now it's Dec 23rd with no Xmas present for my son, and 3 tents I have to send back and unneeded extra stress. I also had to bundle and pack up my 3 small children in a Wisconsin winter and use my gas to go print out a shipping label, use my gas to go out and Spend my own money for packing tape ($5.99).

    I was out money and gas now to fix their mistake to get my money back which I still haven't received... Use my gas to go to FedEx to drop the package off and use my gas to drive back home. Then I had to wait for a Shipping label for one of the tents to get sent to me via mail. So now that I have it... I have to use my gas again and do all this process back over again. Today I'm taking my kids out in -12 degree weather. Thanks Wayfair! I'm probably out at least another $25 on top of the tent money???

I was told that as I lived in Northern Ireland there would be a charge, even though this is still U.K., but I agreed.     I purchased a cat tree as a Christmas gift on December 1 with an estimated arrival Date of December 15. One the eve of December 15th and still no delivery I looked at my Wayfair account... To my surprise it said that it had been delivered. I immediately called customer service and they said that they would have to contact UPS to see where it had been delivered. I was told that I would receive a callback and after 3 days placed another call. They hadn't heard back from UPS so they stated that they would send out a replacement immediately.

    I received an email stating that it would arrive the beginning of January. Another (3) telephone calls stating that this was unacceptable. The warehouse couldn't accommodate an expedite because "they had so many other orders to ship." What??? What happened to the customer who ordered long before the "last minute holiday shoppers"? At the end of the day I didn't matter. I was just a sale. I canceled that order plus another that I had placed. I knew that order would arrive in January. After watching my CC account for my refund for the cat tree and never got it. I called 5 times and got a different answer from 5 people.

    This past Friday I was told by a representative that they could see that I was indeed entitled to the refund and that it hadn't been processed it yet. He would go ahead and process it and I should see it by the end of this week. Guess what? NO REFUND! I told them that I could see the charge and their statement was that I would have to contact my cc company. After a conversation with a rude manager I hung up on her as she got nasty. Apparently it is okay for them to take money from customers without delivery. Just got a "SUCK UP" email. We're so sorry you are a valued customer...email! Too bad too late!

    I was renovating a condo in another state so I did a lot of shopping online. I ordered three items from AllModern (apparently owned by Wayfair). Two of the items came in damaged. One was an expensive rug and the seams were not tight so it was fraying immediately. The other was a small bench which came in with a damaged leg. I contacted customer service and was at first told that they'd send out replacements right away. Then I got an updated confirmation that there was a 2 month back order on the bench. Then a confirmation came that claimed the replacement rug had been delivered but it wasn't! This company may have nice looking items but they are a pain to deal with and the quality does not reflect the price paid. I'd shop elsewhere.

    I recently ordered a product 2 weeks before Christmas with a delivery date for a week before Christmas. When the delivery date came and went I went to see if the product was shipped and my order was still processing over a week later. I contact the company to find out what's going on and I get a response that all of a sudden it's shipped. A week after it's supposedly shipped UPS has no record of the tracking number Wayfair provided. The item was supposed to arrive on the 20th of December.     People need to know about this company. Anyone can be in business when things work smoothly but the shipper lost my couch. Just lost it. Wayfair, essentially, after missing days of work for deliveries that never happened and waiting for an answer said, "It's not our fault, it's the shipper". Basically "don't blame us". I didn't choose the shipper. They did.

    Their attempt at a resolution is "We'll send a replace which you'll have in over a month IF it ever gets there; or we'll give you your money back". So generous. And the month of waiting, the days waiting for deliveries that never came, not having a couch for guests over Christmas, or the fact that I left a vacation early to be there for a delivery that never came? Sorry. You can suck it. Not only am I never using this company again, I run a real estate company with 166 realtors. how many of our clients would you think need furniture? Most.     Good prices, nice furniture. The purchasing process is hideous and unreliable. If there is a rule not to ship orders to the address that is different from the mailing address then make it explicit. Instead Wayfair accepts an order, processes it and cancels it quietly without any explanation. Lack of transparency is the worst attribute for any business. It's very frustrating when you speak to a customer rep over the phone explaining that you move to a new address while billing address remains the same. They say "ok we make a note of it" and confirm the order, then 15 minutes later the order is cancelled with no further explanation. If you treat your repeated customers like a criminal you won't get repeated customers. I will make sure not to order again from Wayfair's family of companies and make it clear to my friends too.

    This is not a review on the piece, but a review on the horrible service and steps it took to receive this product (which is STILL MIA.) Ordered about a month prior to Christmas and set up a delivery date and time and was promised (as it was advertised all over the Wayfair site that anything ordered by ** would arrive BEFORE Christmas) so it was scheduled for delivery about 2 days prior. Took off work and waited around - should be delivered between 12pm-4pm. Around 4:30pm, I called logistics/delivery because the delivery was never made. They assured me they were just a little bit behind and would call me ASAP. Waited until 5:30pm, still a no show and no call. Called the main offices where they even tried to call logistics/delivery and they "couldn't get the call in"... but assured me someone would call my cell as to where my item was and why delivery was never made. THIS NEVER HAPPENED.

    Called the offices AGAIN around 6:15pm and was told this was "absolutely not normal" and he "didn't understand why nobody at the delivery warehouse was able to contact me or why they have not been able to contact him either..." We e-mail back and forth and he says "it is part of our agreement with them (logistics/delivery) to be in contact with the customer, and, as far as I know, no change scheduled appointments with customers." What an extreme disappointment as that e-mail was sent to me 4 DAYS ago and I have yet to receive my media stand OR an explanation as to what has happened. Called them again yesterday morning and had to leave a VOICEMAIL and have not heard from anyone since. Customer service, if you are reading this... give me a call.

    We ordered a sectional couch on Nov 29. It shipped Dec 2. It was slated to arrive at the delivery carrier on Dec 16-19th. After 2 phone calls since we were not contacted or updated by either Wayfair or the courier, I received only an "I'm sorry, I only know your sectional has arrived a the carrier, but I don't know anything further," and a "here is a 10% discount for your trouble."

    The day after my last conversation with a person from Wayfair I checked the tracking to find arrival at the delivery carrier had changed to Jan 4-9th. All along, I keep getting conflicting information as to how many days advance notice I will get before they deliver it (sometimes it's 2 days, 4 days and once I was even told we would only get a 30 min courtesy call from the carrier saying it is on its way to my house!). Needless to say we are definitely not happy with the service and when someone spends as much money as we have on this couch you would think they would make sure they get a returning customer.     I've gone into Wayfair many, many times. It's the first place I go to when I'm looking for furniture. They have a lot of unique things. Wayfair is great and we're happy with it. We've ordered a lot of things from them. We got a good deal on a hot tub. It's the best purchase we've ever made for ourselves. It was probably a third less than what we would have paid locally. Everything was in good shape when it got to us. They did drop it in front of our door, but other than that, it was all good.

    I ordered a sectional couch on Nov 26. The delivery estimate on the item was December 12 - December 15 initially, so I thought I could get my item before the holidays. On December 5th, tracking put the item in a consolidation facility in NJ. On December 16th, there was not a single update anywhere. Tracking info was still stuck on Dec 5th, I called Wayfair to inquire about the status of the delivery.

    The customer service representative had no idea and put in a "request" for order status. Several days later I get an email with a generic apology for the "delays". Around December 17-19, the estimates now update to Dec 23-Dec 26. I blocked off all holiday plans from Dec 15th onward expecting a shipment at home. The last tracking update at this point is still from Dec 5th, in NJ.

    Dec 20th, the estimate has now updated to Jan 3 - Jan 6th. Last known tracking still at Dec 5th, in NJ. I received an email from a customer representative that is another generic apology and says the item is currently in Iowa, without any other information. I tried to work my holiday plans around delivery estimates, only to have it changed 3 times on me with no proper explanation from customer service besides "delays at consolidation agent." Today is Dec 22nd, without any vacation plans for the coming holidays. Last tracking info sits on Dec 5th, with estimates being next year. Credit card has been charged, time was wasted for the holidays and still have no idea where my shipment is, or if I would even get it as per estimate at this point.

    Wayfair is either incapable of tracking their own shipment or have no idea how their delivery estimates should be calculated. I spent close to 1000 dollars on a product that is over a month late, wasted time on customer service that has no idea what happened, and believed a broken delivery estimate system that resulted in giving up my holidays for absolutely nothing.

Upon checking the website, the item was still listed as having "more than 10 in stock". I placed three phone calls to the customer service number and on the final call (on December 19) I was told the item had shipped and was guaranteed to arrive by December 22. I was told I would receive tracking information via email as soon as it was uploaded. I never received any notification.

    The next morning, when I checked my account, the arrival date has changed to December 27 - not in time for Christmas. I emailed feedback on my disappoint in the poor service and was told I would receive a response within 8 hours. I have received no response. This is the first, and final time, I will order from Wayfair. The website does not provide accurate information, nor do the customer service representatives.     I wish I had read reviews before I bought them. It's my first time buying stuffs from Wayfair and I'm so disappointed when I received those items. I thought I found a great site to buy stuffs from now on. They have lots of nice stuff (just pictures). Well long short story, I ordered those canisters jars and was so happy because I have been searching it for a long time.

    One day Wayfair came across so I decided to buy after I saw it so pretty but I was wrong when I received them. There were crater on the front jar which I'm not paying for if I know it was sold like that. I immediately contacted them Friday by email then I have not heard anything from still Monday night. I then contacted them again online by live chat. And they said they busy because of the holiday which I understand, I then ask if they can help me with the return and I didn't realize until I open my mail. You have to pay for the shipping cost even though that Their fault. I didn't expected to receive those items not pretty like picture and now I have to pay $20 for return so that's ridiculous.

    I don't have the time and money to pay just to sit here looking for stuffs to buy from Wayfair; I then package them up and running to the store to send them back. It's my first and also last time to buy from this site. Never again, so said this is my first and bad experience that I have ever had, please do more searching before you buy anything from them.     My husband and I ordered three separate orders from Wayfair.com, as we had been told from someone that they had decent quality products for a fair price. We ordered some chairs for our dining room, an accent chair for our living room, and a reclaimed wood dining room table. The chairs all shipped relatively quickly and were received at our house. Three weeks after ordering our dining room table, it STILL has not arrived and the shipping date has been pushed back from the originally estimated date. There is nothing to view under "tracking history" on the Order History page, except that it appears to still be sitting in Perris, California somewhere. This table was just shy of $1000! In 2016, there really is no excuse for ANYTHING taking a month to ship. The order cannot be canceled, because supposedly, it already shipped.

    Saying an order shipped as soon as it is placed seems like a convenient way for Wayfair to avoid order cancellations, since orders cannot be canceled after the product has "shipped". We are supposed to be hosting a family event this week and it's really disappointing that we don't have a dining room table to host with. When I contacted customer service, they could not tell me anymore than what I already saw on my own account screen - worthless. Bottom line: I would possibly order smaller items again, as they don't seem to have the shipping issue. I will NEVER order a larger, more expensive item like our dining room table from Wayfair again, and I would recommend that you follow my advice if you don't like enjoying your family meals while sitting on the floor.

    The 1st delivery the cabinet and marble countertop was completely delivered broken. The delivery company said it was broken when they loaded it on the truck and was told to still deliver...so it didn't come off the truck. The Second delivery cabinet was fine so I allowed it in but I didn't realize the marble countertop was broken and it was all packaged and wrapped. We are under construction waiting for plumbing to be completed and lo and behold when the plumbing was finished and we unwrapped the countertop it was completely broken. Corner is cracked right off. I called to have the solution rectified...no help...no call back. The cabinet was expensive and I am very disappointed in the customer service that I received.

    There are a variety of factors why I went with Wayfair. Sometimes, it’s what they have that others don't, and sometimes it’s the prices that are pretty reasonable. I've taken advantage of some of the discounts, like the 10% off and some sales that they had. I've dealt with the customer representatives in two situations. In one situation, I mistakenly waited past the deadline in returning an item I had bought because I misread the return policy and thought I had 90 days to return it, since that's what’s always with their waiting registry. Instead, the return limit was actually 30 days and I had returned the item at slightly beyond that period. But the lady was really helpful and she could see that I was buying a lot of stuff from Wayfair, so she cut me a break and let me return the item past the return limit.

    In the other situation, I had a dining room table and chairs delivered, put together, and set up, and I didn't notice until the young men had left that one of the chairs was defective. So, I made a couple of calls to Wayfair, and they eventually arranged to have another chair delivered to me, and that was the good part. However, I had paid for white glove service and they were supposed to take the defective chair with them, and bring me the new chair, put it together, and set it up. I even confirmed this with them. But this didn’t happen. FedEx just dumped the big, old, heavy box, and a single lady was alone with this box and two chairs outside my door, and these things weren’t brought inside.

    So, I called to complain and the lady rep was very gracious and gave me $100 credit, plus I'll just keep the old chair and the defective chair. I said, “They gave me two chairs and I was only asking for one.” She said, “Keep them both.” So, that was good customer service. With the online ordering process, as well as overall, they're fine and comparable to a lot of other places. I appreciated the fact that when they made an error, they made it right. I would recommend them to a friend.

I’m very happy with my entertainment couch. I also had no problem looking for the product, but the schedule of the delivery was a disaster. My old couch was here and then the delivery came. They were supposed to inform me within 24 to 48 hours before the delivery, but nobody informed me that they were coming so everything was a mess. I had to put the old one in the backyard, so they could put the new one in my family room so it was inconvenient. I was really pissed off.     I order a sectional sofa for $2060.97 from Wayfair on October 31st, received a notice that my sectional had shipped on Nov 21st with an arrival date of Dec 9th. Well, the 9th came and went no sectional. I contacted Wayfair and was told that they would contact their freight department to find out what was going on. I never heard from them, but they had updated my order as delayed with an arrival date of the 13th. I call to confirm that my sectional would arrive on the 13th and was told that they weren't sure when it would arrive and they would contact the freight department to find out the arrival date.

    No one contacted me, so I contacted them yet again, only to be told that my order would not arrive until the 22nd and then I would have to wait another 2 days to have it delivered to my home.     Wayfair's shipping estimates are nowhere close to what they say they are going to be, so if you are ordering this as a Christmas present or just need it by a certain time, they are not reliable. Mine is taking about a month to arrive when it was originally scheduled for less than 2 weeks. They never contacted me to say it would be delayed. I contacted them to find out how they planned to remedy the fact that the recipient of this gift would be back home for the holidays when it arrived. They offered to charge me more money to redirect it or to cancel it. The right thing to do is to correct their error without charging me.

    Horrible site with horrible customer service. I placed an order to purchase 5 pieces of furniture on Nov 28th. I was going by set expectation of the site for expected delivery date. My sectional was delayed right away from Dec 15th to Dec 29th and my sofa and bed were placed on back order on Dec 13th when it was supposed to be delivered on Dec 15th for new delivery date in Jan. I didn't even get any notification about the last change so thank goodness I checked the site myself. When I attempted to contact the site they pretty much said it was all me. I didn't read info correctly. The worse part that their confirmation email doesn't state actual estimated delivery date so make sure you get something via customer service if you use the site but I would strongly recommend not to. I do 90% of my shopping online and I never ran in such condescending associates and no one ever took a month and a half to deliver items.

    Wayfair is more reputable than the other retailers so we went with them. We recently purchased an outdoor furniture set from them. The quality’s nice. The cost was a little higher than I expected. Other than that, it wasn’t a terrible purchase. However, there was a little disappointment on the shipping and processing of it. We spent $4000 for it and we had to physically change the seat cushions ourselves. It’s very unprofessional. The representative told me that it is how all the products are shipped.     I wanted a sofa one color and the loveseat in a different color, but I wanted the same brand. Wayfair gave the sofa for 18 months with no interest while they gave me the loveseat for 12 months, but I think they should've put it all 18 months. What happened was, I was going to put part of the payment on my PayPal account and the other on the website account because the PayPal account had an interest special, and for some reason, Wayfair would not let me do it through the phone. There was one female that I was trying to explain to, and she couldn't understand what I tried to tell her because I have an accent. I wanted her to make sure that the loveseat was red and she was getting frustrated with me explaining it to her.

    So I talked to my account for the PayPal and they told me everything is okay. Then I called the female rep back but she didn't pick up the phone. So their customer service is a little rude and it's hard to talk to them. I wish she would've told me from the beginning that if I would put the couch and the loveseat together, I would have had the same 18-months special.

    But there was another lady from customer service and she was really good. I had lost a chair that I had put in the cart but she found it for me and I got the chair. Overall I like everything so far. I haven't gotten the other stuff out of the boxes yet because I'm waiting on the couch and the stuff for the pillows, but I hope they call me to let me know when exactly it's gonna come.

    Wayfair had a big selection and I loved their online reviews. They also had free shipping which I couldn't compare to other places that were charging really large amounts for shipping. I was really happy with what we bought for the price we got. We're doing our rental house so we didn't want to put extremely expensive real high-quality stuff in, and Wayfair was the perfect match for what we needed.

    On one of the times for the big entertainment center, I used their service that puts it together. The guys were super nice and did a good job. I really liked them. I assumed I would be called a couple of days before and got a call 15 minutes before with the guy who was almost on my doorstep to deliver it. But overall, I feel like I saved a lot of money and got some great products that weren't available to me where I live, which is huge.

    Wayfair's product reviews give me a better idea of what the products are like before I buy them, and because half of the shipping cost will be returned. It's also easy to order using their website and some of their stuff have been of awesome quality. However, I haven't received the Kohler Purist Collection that I ordered for my hallway bathroom and they can't explain why it wasn't delivered. I ordered it for an event but we scrambled to get the part and it still hasn't gotten to us. Perhaps my card didn't go through because we had a fraud report on it and I had to cancel it. I never received a call back from customer service when they said they would. I had to pay a premium to another company to deliver it on time, plus expedited shipping, and it has been a nightmare. If there was any kind of communication when they were gonna charge my card, I would have resolved it.

    I received my new card the next day, activated it and received an email that the transaction didn't go through. I knew why and I paid the Kohler immediately with my new card number. But I called in and they said they didn't have it in stock and it wouldn't be until the end of the month. It has been terrible and frustrating. Whenever I got off the phone, I receive no answers. There was no resolution. When we were trying to explain to them what happened, they just kept saying, "Okay, okay, okay." I may not order from Wayfair again.

    I have added a couple rugs to my cart and have them saved - When I try to click to add them to my cart it wont allow it to go in as apparently there have been price changes. The new price is over double what I have in my cart. I called to see if they would honor the pricing and I was told there is a daily market rate. I am extremely disappointed that they will not accommodate my purchase despite having these items in my cart. Ordering with them was really easy and helpful because I ordered flooring and they had a calculator where I could put in my square footage and it would tell exactly how much needs to ordered.     I'm disappointed with Wayfair. I ordered this sofa on November 6 and it was supposed to arrive to my home by November 28 at the latest. When I didn't hear anything by November 29 I contacted Wayfair to inquire. It took them three days to get back to me and they eventually informed me that the sofa had been lost in transit. They offered to re-order the sofa (in the wrong color), but said they could not get it to me any faster than mid-January, 2 1/2 months after my order date and a month and a half after my delivery date.     I ordered an outdoor sofa from Wayfair to be here in time for the Thanksgiving holiday. The price was amazing. It was free shipping with a delivery date of less than a week. After I ordered it, I received an email confirming the same delivery date. Then the next day, I received an email that it would not be shipped for a month. I emailed customer service, who even brag about their great customer service in their emails, who provided no help. No compensation. No offer to expedite shipping once the order could be shipped just simply “We sold more than we had in stock.” So I waited. The price was good. I did not want to cancel the order. Even though I watched the delivery date change from 4 weeks to 6 weeks, I waited.

    I normally don't leave bad reviews. But this is the first time I have purchased anything with Wayfair. I ordered 24 glasses from Wayfair through Walmart, but only received one in the package. I submitted the missing order as instructed on Wayfair's website. I received an email with an apology about the issue and that to resolve the issue they were sending me the missing 23 glasses.     I ordered two items from Wayfair, a desk and a book case. It took six weeks for them to arrive. And the delivery people damaged my flooring when they brought them in on the dollies. They put the dolly down, put the desk on top of it and instead of leaning the dolly back, they pulled the dolly out so it scratched the flooring. The guys knew right away that they scratched the floor ‘cause we all heard it when they pulled the dolly out. And then as they took all the packaging off and moved everything over, we could see the flooring. Then as the guys went back out to get the second piece, they decided this time to take the packaging off out in the street and then bring the item in. Then they asked me if they could take all the garbage and put it in my garbage can.

    I’m not filling my can up with all that so I said, “We just moved and we don’t really have space in our trash can.” When I went to sign for delivery, I said, “What about all these questions up here that say ‘Was your property damaged?’” And he said, “Oh, yeah. I guess you should do that.” So I filled it out and then I put that the floor was damaged. I took pictures while they were still at the house. And then when they went to leave, they were on their phones for about 30 minutes. They didn’t leave right away. Right after they left, I called Wayfair and I let them know what happened. When I was looking at the desk while I was on hold, I realized that the desk is locked and there’s no key. But Wayfair’s been great about it. Wayfair said they were gonna refund my delivery fees, which was $70. And then they were going to follow up with the delivery company.

    I also called the delivery company Saturday and talked to the gal who answers the phone a couple of times. And she said she had her delivery drivers look in their trash for the other parts and the keys and they said they didn’t have any, they weren’t sent. I also talked with the assistant manager and I emailed him with pictures of the flooring and then he emailed me back and said he was gonna follow up this week. That was Sunday and I haven’t heard from him since. And then Wayfair followed up with an email to me yesterday saying that they had contacted the manufacturer and they were gonna send me the parts and they were still looking into it.

    Wayfair is such a fraud! I've made a big order on Black Friday sale. On Sun, they sent me an e-mail saying that they cancelled the order as suspicious. Nobody called me regarding it. The e-mail also said, that if I think it is a mistake I should call them. I called them first thing on Monday, less than within 24 hours, confirmed all the details, but they said that they can not process this order, and I have to re-order it. The twist is that now the items are twice as expensive.

    So Wayfair is a fraud themselves, forcing people to re-order the items for double-price. Again, they had no reason to cancel the order. My credit card is perfectly working, not blocked, haven't been in fraudulent transactions before, and can not be suspicious whatsoever. No explanations given, besides that their "computer considered the order fraudulent". It is merely a lie what they say. Do they really think I am going to re-order the items from them? You must be kidding!

    Ordering online from Wayfair was simple because I didn't have to go to the store. We've also used a gift card although we haven't installed most of the stuff we've purchased because we end up getting things well in advance, and unfortunately not being able to use them for 8-9 months or a year or two sometimes and by that time the return period has passed. So even if problems will come up and we're unhappy, nobody will know. One thing that Wayfair must do is to put paper invoices in the pouches of the shipments and in each separate box, full detail including the amount paid and not just a shipping list invoice. We have no clue what's in a box, who it's from, how much it was, and what it is. Because if they keep that up then we will refrain from using them. Still, it was a tolerable experience.

    I ordered a chair that had really good reviews. I paid $136.99. The box was completely opened when delivered due to lack of taping. The chair was a joke. I would not even put in a play house. It was very small and poorly manufactured. I was not concerned as I had read the free shipping/free returns on their website. BEWARE: The refund that I will be given is a mere $78.00 compared to what I paid. There is no free returns and you cannot count on the quality. I will never order from this site again. If there was a way, I would give them 0 stars.

    My wife uses Wayfair. I've used them before and the delivery of the furniture then went without too many problems. The quality of the products was good, too. It's a safe route for purchasing something. However, I recently bought a hot tub from them and it wasn't delivered properly. It weighed 700 pounds so it needed to be delivered by four or five very strong individuals, but they only had two or three people and they dropped the thing as there wasn't a dolly. They also were hoisting it on its side though it says on the box that they're never supposed to do that because of all the internal components. So once we opened it, it had damage from being dropped.

    Wayfair's response to me on how to correct the damage even though it's just a small panel on the hot tub is to replace the entire tub which is crazy because it's a 700-pound thing that costs thousands of dollars and the small panel would cost almost nothing to replace or to get 400 bucks. So I was kind of wavering on what to do with that issue. Then once we installed the thing, it turned out to also be leaking on the inside. That's a manufacturing defect, but a serious one.

    Right now, I am in the middle of negotiating with Wayfair on what we're going to do. It seems like my alternative is between returning it and getting my money back, or exchanging it. I am making the point to Wayfair that we've already spent hundreds of dollars trying to install it and that it had initial damage already. Now, we have to uninstall it. They have to pick it up, then a new one has to be delivered and that one has to be installed. This has become a major problem that's gonna cost me a lot more money than I bargained for.

    If Wayfair is dealing with a hot tub manufacturer that's not flexible in their ability to service the product if it has a problem, then Wayfair shouldn't be selling these manufacturer's products. It's a lot easier to have someone come out, look at the problem and see whether it's repairable or possible to replace a damaged or defective component than it is to replace the whole item and haul around a 700-pound object. The amount of cost for shipping and the delay in deliveries it causes is significant as well.

    I'm frustrated with how the situation is going. I understand Wayfair is like Amazon as a shipping company with a website that sells items. And so, Wayfair would be much better if the site is simply shipping items and replacing them when they're defective and if they would also work with the manufacturers to correct mistakes when they happen. It's bad that they don't do that.

    First, let me say that I like to write good, lengthy reviews, and to try products. So I want everyone to know that I want to give a fair review of Wayfair, separated from as much bias that I can do. In fact, as you will see I am not entirely surprised by their service. Please note also that this item was not bought to review, this was for my own personal use. Second, concerning Wayfair as a company, please understand that they have many retail brands (Joss & Main, All Modern, Birch Lane, Wayfair supply, and Dwell Studio), so please beware and cautious of these brands when shopping for furniture.

    Third, the review of my experience, their customer service, and also them as a retailer is as follows: I ordered a dining room table that was glass, and upon delivery the box was beat up badly even to the point that the internal foam and supports were punctured straight through and the glass top exposed to elements and scratched. I quickly examined it expecting to find a broken glass top, but to my advantage it was still intact, except it was missing its legs. Apparently I missed the notice that the description said "Table Top". I figured that this was to distinguish it from the "Table Chairs", which is a separate set item you can purchase on their site (and for many dining room tables). However, this was just the table top, with no legs.

    Please note that this was no mistake by Wayfair as their own representative confirmed that they sell many table tops by themselves. I was shocked to understand that because who wants to buy just a table top, right? Perhaps someone who broke theirs, especially if it was glass? So this I can see is a good idea for Wayfair, but very poorly implemented on their sites. They need to have a separate section away from furniture sets for this to work, like replacement tops or parts.

    Before I told the Wayfair customer service representative my experience, the damage to the packaging, etc. this was my expectation: 1) Sorry, but the item cannot be returned, 2) We only sell table tops, and 3) while we do not sell the other parts perhaps they could help me get legs for this table (that is a standard courtesy service you will see even in local shops).

    What happened when I talked to them? 1) "I am sorry but we do not have returns on this item" (expected), 2) "This was a table top only item and we sell many of these" (expected), and 3) "we do not sell the legs, but you can buy one of our generic furniture stands for the table top" (unexpected). I would have been fine left at "we do not sell legs or parts to items" but to try and sell another item to me, a customer already in a bad place, was a really bad idea and a very basic 101 do not do thing for any retailer.

    Their first concern should have been to address the current situation, not sell me another item because at this point I do not trust your business nor want it. But I decided to look up the table stands, maybe I can get something to work. The table stands were 2-3 times the amount for the whole dining room set from other websites. This is very discouraging. Perhaps this is what Wayfair does from a commerce perspective, sell the tops for a reduced price, and sell stands for a higher price? I do not know.

    When I told the representative that that idea was not a good one because my table already has an attachment glued to the table for the legs, she said "You can screw a table stand to it". Readers, you cannot drill into tempered glass just in case you were wondering. When this was the representatives last option to assist me, I told her that I will go elsewhere to solve my problems. She then tried to see if maybe she could accept a return because the box was damaged and the glass was scratched but mentioned that I may have to pay return shipping or upload photos of the box. The request for photos I can understand to verify the damage, but I would at this point from an invest standpoint not ship back the item because I could place that money towards legs for this table.

    So I am left to go to the manufacturer for the parts and see if they can help me, hopefully they can. Readers, please know that I am not upset at the representative, she is doing her job and as she is told. I am upset with this company and will not do any business with them in the future. I hope you will take this review seriously before buying anything from Wayfair and their retail brands.

    Looked on their site that had advertised a 70% sale and found a chair I liked at Can $201.99 but when tried to check out it wouldn't go through. Called the site and eventually spoke to a manager Ben who repeated what the first person said, "it was a glitch in the system and the actual price is $449. You accidentally got the American price." Despite the chair still showing in my cart at the original CAD price and having a printed copy of the order they would not honour the price. Obviously didn't buy and won't buy anything else from Wayfair.

    When I searched online to see some of my stuff, Wayfair showed up and then I started ordering from them. I didn't even care about the retailer and I just find what I needed. The online ordering process is easy but also confusing. When I was buying chairs for my restaurant, it said sets of four for $119.99 but when I put the order in, it changes to set of two and there's not a number for me to call at that time. But I still put the order in, and when I got the order, they got it wrong and only half of it came. I have to call back for them to send me another one. It makes me feel like I made a mistake but it's not because the advertisement is confusing. I already paid for sets of two and they said I ordered it as price of one. I said, "No, it says sets of two," and they sent me the half order back. But it takes a while and my restaurant is already open.

    I also ordered a heater from them but one of the parts is not working when it came. I called them back and I was frustrated. They sent me a part to fix it but I still haven't received it so my heater is just sitting there with no use until I receive the part to put it in. Wayfair has nice stuff and price but I wish their advertising is not confusing. My order last month was over 10,000 and I hope my other stuff comes and it works out.

    My wife and I have been watching some Wildon Home end tables and coffee tables. They ran a sale back in July or August and when I went to order, they were out of stock with no rain check. They sent me an email a few days later to say they were back in stock, but not only were they not on sale, the original price went up. When I called to complain, the girl in customer service told me that's how they do business.

    Since then, they have increased the prices two more times which I thought they were doing prior to their next "Big Sale" for Black Friday or Cyber Monday. Not the case. Whenever they run a sale, they only include certain items so don't be scammed into thinking it is across the board. The items I wanted to order aren't even listed on the web page during these sales and you have to put in the product number to even bring them up. I'm finally over it and will be buying something else. I would have bought them and returned them if I didn't like them till I found out it would cost about $250 to do so because of the weight.

    I thought it would be easier to buy from Wayfair and have items delivered at home. However, some of the products were better priced in other places but most of their items were good. Their customer service reps were really good. I had some problems with the TV that I bought. I called and they picked it up right away. I had my money back really quick and the guys that came in were really good and nice so I like it. Since I live by myself, they helped me bring in stuff which was really good. Their online ordering process was easy and I have the automatic checkout so it's good.

    There were some things on the website that were way more expensive especially on the Black Friday week and I was disappointed. I found out in other stores the exact same thing for half the price which made me upset but apart from that Wayfair has got good customer service.     I purchased two pieces of furniture on allmodern.com a few days ago and received an invoice of $681.98. The website recognized that I was not a US resident as it recognized my Canadian postal code for shipping purposes. Today, to my surprise, my Visa statement indicates that was charged $941 (an additional $260). Looking back, I now understand that the invoice I received reflected the amount in US dollars, and not Canadian dollars even though the website recognized me as not being a US resident (the website recognized my exact postal code).

    I am very upset and disappointed with this experience. Had I known that the price reflected US dollars (and not Canadian dollars), I would have never made the purchase. The website did not inform me; at no point was there a disclaimer or a statement made to inform me that I was paying in US dollars. Even when I received the invoice, it simply stated that my Visa account will be charged $681.98 (once again, without mentioning that this amount will be converted into Canadian dollars).

    I find this lack of transparency and information to be the equivalent of consumer fraud. I made a purchase without understanding what it entailed. No information was given to me at any point about the fact that prices were shown in US dollars. When I called All Modern to file a complaint, I was told me that I (as a consumer) should know that if I am on a .com website, I am paying in US dollars. Unfortunately, I am not as savvy and as informed as All Modern considers me to be. All Modern should not make assumptions about their customers' knowledge about a company's domain status. As a company offering products across borders, All Modern should inform consumers what their purchase entails. Terms and conditions should be clearly stated for those consumers purchasing products outside of the US. As of December 1st, after a careful search on the All Modern website, I was not able to find such Terms and Conditions.

    Furthermore, this is not common practice. Websites, such as Pottery Barn and even Wayfair (All Modern's parent company) redirect consumers to the .ca domain (if one exists) or update the currency to reflect the local currency. At least, the final invoice that I received should have stated that the amount charged will be converted to my local currency. No such mentioned is made, as you can see from the invoice I received.

    In the end, not only did I end up paying more for this purchase than if I would have placed it on Wayfair.ca, but also ended up paying for shipping, which on Wayfair.ca would have been free. I am very dissatisfied with the experience and I will make my experience public to alert Canadian consumers of the implications of purchasing on All Modern. This, unfortunately, has been my first and last purchase on All Modern.

    I ordered a set of two chairs from wayfair.ca during their Black Friday week sale. The description specifically said it was a set of 2 on the website. However on the day my order was to ship it was canceled and I received an email saying my credit card was being refunded. I was told by customer service the price ($149 CAD) was for one chair, and that was a price error. The price is now double, at $299 CAD for two chairs. The customer service red said Wayfair's policy is not to honor the posted price, but to refund the money.

    I do not believe that this is a price error and I think it is a case of false advertising. I wish I had a screenshot, and maybe I can find it in my temporary internet files, (if I can I will pursue this further) but the site clearly said set of 2, in brackets. Conveniently for them, my order email does not. My cancellation email also doesn't state that why the order was canceled. I think wayfair.ca was losing money on this deal somehow and decided they didn't want to sell any more chairs at this price. I was given 10% off the other piece in my order, but I will never shop with Wayfair again as I believe what they did was very shady. Would not recommend this company at all.

    Ordered a shag area rug, then compared other rugs they were selling at different prices. As I read the reviews I noticed they had the same reviews for 2 of their rugs. All 288 and climbing, with pictures (all the same, from name and cities) but the rugs were $40.00 difference in price. When I mention this to customer service they blow me off. I told them they were selling the same item with same sku # under different names with the same reviews. No way did 288 people buy both rugs. The company played stupid even though it was fraud. I checked the rug I had bought to see if the price had dropped. Instead of finding out I was stuck in a web page with no way to back out. They went and put the same rug on my credit card that they had on file without my permission.

    I called to cancel within 5 minutes and they sent out the rug anyway. I had to call my bank to dispute these charges and change the card #. They had fedex just leave the rug at my door. No knock, nothing. When this company found out I put a stop payment on this item they became very nice... had fedex pick up the 1st rug and canceled the delivery via fedex for the 2nd. This is the worst company I ever dealt with. On top of it the rug was nothing as described, it was raggy and thin. Thank god my bank stood behind me... Will never buy from this co. again. Very crooked to work with!

    I really researched for a hot tub. First, I went to a store but couldn't afford it then somebody told me to go online. There were beautiful hot tubs there that were a little less expensive. I went on the hot tub line. But then the reviews I read were horrible. When I read Wayfair's reviews, which were like 27, all of them were great except for two. Everything from the delivery to how much they loved it and that it was more than they had expected. The pictures looked absolutely wonderful so I went for it. I said that this is the hot tub that I'm gonna buy.

    It seemed like Wayfair just blew others out of the water. I wanted the Tuscan shelf and a mahogany-colored cabinet, and that's what they had. Then I went with the jets as it's absolutely beautiful, perfect, and its size was what I wanted. The insulation looked pretty good too. Everything that I wanted was there for the price. I used my husband's credit card to purchase it and did everything online by myself. I thought that they had accepted the credit and then they said that the expected delivery date was in October. It hadn't come that day so I looked back online and found that they hadn't taken the credit card. Something went wrong so I called them up and they said that the credit card didn't go through and they'd do it over the phone for me. They did that and they were very nice and helpful.

    After we had purchased the tub for the full amount, we noticed that it was on sale the following week. So we called them back and asked if we could have that sale price since it was within a certain amount of time. They said, "Yeah, sure." Right then and there, we were happy they did that too. We were able to take advantage of the sale price and ecstatic about that because we have the extra money to pay for the person who's gonna install the hot tub, which is gonna cost us $1,500.

    The delivery was perfect as well. They only sent two guys and the hot tub was heavy, they couldn't get it out the first time. They came back the second day with more people. I have a steep driveway and they put it all the way up the top of it for me and didn't ask for anything. Of course, I gave them a big tip for that. My husband and some movers also came and put it in the backyard. Now, we're just waiting for the electrician to come and set up a brand new electrical outlet. We can't wait until somebody comes and gets it set up. Other than that, the tub itself looks absolutely gorgeous.

    So far, I think that I will probably always purchase my stuff through Wayfair because everything seems to be perfect and they got everything one can possibly think of. Everything that I get from them is incredible so far. They definitely have a large selection of stuff and their prices are comparable and decent. I bought some holdbacks for my curtains and those were absolutely beautiful and gorgeous. I can't wait to get some other accessories to the hot tub. I'm looking forward to that. They're a pretty good company and I like them. They're patient, knowledgeable, and just plain awesome.

    Our experience with Wayfair was great. Overall, I was very pleased with the customer service and the product. The price on the rug that I was looking for was why I purchased it from Wayfair. The rug was being sold at the Broyhill store, and then I went online and found that Wayfair carried that same rug. They gave me the first-time buyer coupon for 15 percent discount that popped up online and provided me with the coupon code from Company C, the company that distributes the rug, and I could get the shipping free with no taxes. My daughter was helping me with the online ordering. We were talking on the phone and looking online. But we had a problem online because we couldn't get the coupon code to go. So, we had to call Wayfair and the rep was really great and gave us the coupon code, and it all worked out. They did a great job and I'm happy.

    I called Wayfair when I was trying to get a delivery date before we left town, and the customer service reps were great here as well. They said, "We're gonna get back with you," and they did. It worked out good. Wayfair was responsive and followed through, which I appreciated. They contacted me through email. I called back to inquire about where the rug was because there was a problem with a delay in shipping. They said, "We'll get on it and it will take about three days." About three or four days later, they said, "There's a delay. But you're gonna get a delivery date at some point." Then they sent me the delivery date, and that was great. The rug was delivered while I was out of town. My daughter got it. The rug is still all wrapped up and I haven't even unrolled it yet, and I'm hoping it's in good shape.

A few months later, I accidentally broke a piece and emailed their customer service center to ask which part I should order in order to replace the part that broke.     I went online and started looking and I liked Wayfair's prices and the whole style of it. There’s a lot more options that I could choose from versus going to furniture stores in my hometown. Customer service has always been really helpful. My end table had a mirror top and it was broken, and they worked with me and I got my new end table within two days, which was great. One thing I don’t like is I got eight different chairs for my dining room table and I paid $215 for a set of two. I’m disappointed with how poorly they’re manufactured that I feel like they’re gonna break on anybody sitting on them. I also had to put them together, which is not a problem but for how much I paid, it wasn’t worth it. Other than that, I’ve been really happy with most of the things I’ve gotten and they've been fairly good quality. I’ve ordered my kitchen nook chairs and bar stools before and I love those.

    When I came upon the 12 month no interest deal with a new Wayfair Credit Account signup - I jumped at the offer and bought $2000 worth of home furnishings. Mistake number one. This whole "No Interest" deal was a total lie - it's been 5 months and they have already charged over $400 in interest!!! When I contacted them I got ZERO answers. As for the furniture - I ordered a very pretty sofa set which came LATE. It took over 3 months to arrive - however I was making payments before it even arrived! Then once it got here it was TOO LATE to get a refund! The quality is AWFUL! This couch is only a couple months old - and it is already pilling up on the fabric and literally FALLING APART! I live ALONE without pets and barely use it - the quality is UNACCEPTABLE. Now I am stuck paying a ton of money for crap I can't give away at a yard sale. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

    This by far is the worst service I have ever seen from a business. I purchased a 6 piece bedroom set it came with damage. (Liberty set). They sent someone to repair did not do very good. They have now exchanged the headboard 3 times and I have asked for someone to check this before it comes, but nobody does that. It is all a very big inconvenience for me. Delivery time is excessive for a warehouse that is in the area. This has been going on since October 28 and is still not resolved. I would not buy from Wayfair because they are not very nice to deal with and don't care about their customers. Wayfair does not realize the work involved on my end that they don't have to deal with.

    Wayfair's commercials are fun to watch and that initially got me interested. Their selection was vast but wasn't too unmanageable unlike other sites like Amazon wherein there's too much. Wayfair has the right amount of inventory to look through and the number of selections to filter gave me the return that I wanted in terms of filtering through the items I wasn’t interested in. That was great. Once I made the decision to nail down my shopping cart, I decided to go for the Wayfair 12-month special financing wherein it took me to another site to finish the credit application. That was easy and straightforward. The actual ordering process was seamless as well.

    But what sets Wayfair apart from some of the other folks is the company's tracking tool. It's wonderful for the level of information I'm looking for. Packages arrived quickly and Wayfair was spot-on with the estimated delivery on date and it's more than just watching the package being tracked from the storage place to my house. I got everything I wanted and in good condition, too. And, I'm not missing anything from my order unlike other places I've ordered from. I'm very satisfied with Wayfair.

    Wayfair had most of the things I was looking for and I liked the reviews for the items on their website. The quality and prices of the products were fair. Their price is even cheaper than the one at the actual store. However, the delivery takes time recently. I bought items from them last month and they were delivered faster. I also have some items to return but not because there is a defect. Especially the rugs, I couldn't examine the color until I see it and generally this is not the fault of Wayfair. When I called their customer service, the information they gave me was helpful. Overall, it was a new and great experience. However, as with most of the stores I buy from, if I buy more, I should get a promotion but I didn't get any from Wayfair.
