I had a great experience with Wayfair! I ordered a rug from for my living room which has worked out great. Ordering was easy, it shipped and arrived on time, and I love the look of the rug! The colors are great for my apartment, and it's very soft.

Compared to other stores, Wayfair's cost is very good and was a little bit cheaper and I am very happy with the overall quality. I recommended them. The product has been fine since I ordered it.

I've been ordering from Wayfair for the past 3 months and loved everything! It always came quickly and well packaged. I only returned one thing out of about 20 and my account was quickly credited. I would and have recommended Wayfair for all my friends who need anything for their home.

My last 3 orders were shipped fast and were good quality. The only thing was the wicker lounge chair was really hard to put together. The holes did not line up right and had to be redrilled which was a big pain, but now it is together and looks fine. It was a little pricey even on sale for all the work that went into putting it together.

I struggled with ordering a new, smaller desk online - thought I had to see it and "feel" it. Liked the picture and quick delivery promise; loved the price! Turned out to be just what I wanted - everything was just as described and promised. Couldn't be happier!

Wayfair honestly follows their return policy as they advertise. Free return of item/items you are not pleased with. I purchased a set of curtains and they were not of the quality Wayfair is known for. I received the return slip in email and shipped them back at no cost to me. They even sent an email letting me know they had received the package. I love Wayfair and have never returned anything before, but now know returning items is as easy as ordering from them. Wayfair is the best!!

Ordering is easy. Products I've ordered are great at even better prices!!! Shipping is fast. Popular products are often out of stock but I'm happy to get notifications when they are finally in stock.

I ordered a console table to use under my flatscreen tv on the wall. It came very well packaged and very easy to put together. Very pretty piece of furniture. Fit very well in the designated space. Then I ordered an end table to match. That table came well packaged, but was defective. I contacted your return dept and sent photos. They were wonderful in accepting the damaged table and told me to donate it or dispose of it. I donated it to a church where they fix furniture and give it to needy families. My account was credited. I was extremely impressed with the handling of the situation and would recommend Wayfair without hesitation.

The table I ordered was delivered in a timely manner, looked like I expected, and was easy to put together. I feel that it was a good value. I am very satisfied with all experiences I had with Wayfair. I will definitely recommend them and order from them again.

I have ordered numerous items - lamps, pet products, cat furniture, dining room chairs and lawn decor. All have been reasonably priced and are shipped quickly. I have become a BIG fan of Wayfair and will continue to shop here and recommend to friends.

Love both rugs, look great in bedrooms. They were delivered later than originally stated but earlier than second delivery date. Overall, extremely pleased and will be definitely be ordering from Wayfair again.

My first order was around Nov. 2016. It was a corner light for my husband who was under hospice care here at home. He passed away Dec. 2nd before we were able to set up this light. When I called about returning the light, the Wayfair representative went over and above and made arrangements for the light to be picked up here at home and returned. This service gained my trust and prompted my second order for an area rug and an over-the-toilet shelf. Both items were received in a timely manner. Also, they both were just what I wanted and I'm very happy with them. I would recommend Wayfair to anyone.

I spoke with Spring and Ashley **; both were excellent! They were kind, patient, and extremely helpful with answering all my questions. I could not ask for better service! Unfortunately, I was quite ill for nearly two weeks before I could speak with Ashley about my order. When I called to order the 36" White Berkeley Vanity, I learned I wouldn't be able to get it until July which would have been too long of a wait. I have told a few friends of the excellent service of Wayfair. So I know I and they will do business there! Thank you for your wonderful employees!

Chris was very professional and courteous and answered all my questions expediently. She was very knowledgeable. A good experience. Her personality flowed through the phone lines. Provided all the information pertinent to my order (Dune comforter set). Have been very satisfied with the products thus far.

I painted my bedroom navy blue. The blue and white comforter (Colonial quilt) set really made it pop. It is both classy and elegant. The fabric is soft and does not need any special care which is what I like.

I purchases 7 or 8 boot trees to keep my boots in good order and organized and the ones I received are excellent. You can even hang them up from a closet rod and they will keep organized like you want them.

I ordered "planters" for some tall curly willow to put in my entry. When they arrived, they were as described and just what I had wanted. Excellent condition, not heavy to handle and have a quality appearance. I am very pleased and will visit Wayfair again.

I ordered two ottomans on sale. Try have one that was able to collapse was only $19.99 and it's fantastic, even padded on the tip. Very sturdy and nice quality. The other is a vinyl, lime green only $39.99 and is sturdy, well padded and the top has a soft closing hinge. Both are fantastic value.

I ordered something on the app, got an error, tried again, got an error. Tried again a few days later, got an error, tried again and it went through. Next thing I know four of what I ordered show up. When I returned them, Wayfair tried to charge me for shipping. I was beyond ticked off. I emailed customer service, took two weeks to straighten out. Finally Amanda corrected everything and got me my finds. Unreal. Shouldn't have had to go back and forth and all the way to Amanda. I actually had to ask for a manager to contact me. Finally all set. But that was ridiculous.

I was so disappointed to see that my beautiful lamp had to be returned due to a crushed shade. Despite that, I was extremely impressed by the professionalism displayed by Wayfair customer service staff. They truly appreciate their customers!

I have been very pleased with every purchase I have received from Wayfair. The rugs are true to color and texture. The throw pillows are of good quality, with substantial filling. The value of these items is not only based on the above mentioned features but most importantly on the value received for the money spent. I will continue to shop Wayfair as I furnish my new home.

I had ordered a ceiling fan which came very promptly, albeit a bit wet with one corner of the outer pkg crumpled. I think given the number of articles a carrier must deliver, this was inevitable. I was kept informed as the pkg was in transit and I really appreciated that. I had to slow down the number of e mails received from Wayfair. After my order but otherwise very satisfactory.

I am so impressed with the customer support at Wayfair! We placed an order for a memory foam mattress and bed frame. The bed frame we ordered indicated it was compatible with foam mattresses. When we got it we realized it wouldn't work at all with the mattress we ordered. Upon further review of the details on Wayfair's website we saw when we scrolled all the way down it indicated the frame was not suitable for memory foam mattresses. This was confusing at best. Wayfair not only waived the shipping for us to return the bed frame but the rep also gave us his phone number and told us to check with him to verify the credit was issued before placing a new order. I've never encountered such good service. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

They did give me a credit for delivering the chairs to the wrong address. I seriously doubt that the retail price on the chairs was 600 each as they aren't made that well. They did send the missing screws in a timely manner which I appreciated.

We received our order on time & in perfect condition: it's a charming 3-drawer (baskets) chest as an attractive addition for clothing storage. The piece is just as advertised, & looks at least as good as in the photos. It was an excellent value as well. This is the 3rd or 4th item we've gotten from Wayfair, & have always been pleased. Definitely recommend shopping with them.

For the variety that I had to choose from and the price, I decided to shop with Wayfair. The availability was also better and I am very happy with the quality of their items. It was exactly as it was described. Ordering online has been very self-explanatory as far as being able to pick color and quantity. It was very user-friendly. Also with Wayfair, I love that I would get a confirmation emailed to me immediately, so there was ease and confidence as far as buying goes. It was a lot easier to work through their site than through some of the other sources that I got smaller items from, which were more cumbersome and I paid shipping. There is so much on Wayfair which could be a little bit overwhelming if you don't know the exact product. But I would encourage others to give it a try because the buying experience will be well worth it.

Outdoor "tete a tete". I ordered a small wicker set of two chairs and table for small outdoor tiled patio. The unique stacking will provide an easy method to store. They are very comfortable with two pillows per chair and look very chic. I also purchased a storage bench which will seat two more for morning coffee or afternoon "Tea". Great price and good quality. I order almost monthly and check other sites but this is the best.

Bunny Pillow was delivered to the wrong address twice. FedEx man must be dyslexic because he confused a six with a nine. I found the second shipment the day of delivery down the street. Maria and Lisa were so nice and accommodating. Thank you so much. Pillow is just beautiful. FedEx man went to the house, retrieved the first shipment and said he would ship it back.

One of my first purchases somehow got messed up and Wayfair ended up selling out of my table before they could make things right. With that being said, Wayfair apologized and offered to give me a different table (color) free of charge for my inconvenience. The Customer Service team really cared about me and my experience and that only made me want to continue to shop with Wayfair because not only do I love the free shipping and no tax, but I appreciate the "make-good" policy.

The pendant lights I ordered are fabulous! Look just like the picture advertised, great price, delivered timely. Am very, very pleased and excited. Would definitely recommend Wayfair and will absolutely order from Wayfair again.

Hillary 36" Etagere Bookcase - I ordered this bookcase because of its height which was perfect for the location in my living room. When opening the box, I immediately saw two scratches on the top and bottom shelves. I called Wayfair with my problem and they promised to send me the two shelves. They came within a week and I was able to assemble the bookcase. I am now very happy with the bookcase.

I ordered a platform bed frame from Wayfair. I am very pleased with the shipping time and with Wayfair for keeping me posted on the whereabouts of my item all the way up to delivery. Also I would like to say that the quality of my item far exceeds my expectations.

We recently order a leather La-Z-Boy rocker/recliner, barstools and a mattress from Wayfair. Everything was as advertised and very reasonably priced. They arrived on time and in perfect condition. I highly recommend shopping Wayfair.

I received my 2 Bridgewater SAC M5 nightstands in perfect condition. The packaging was excellent, the quality was as I expected it to be, it is sturdy, and the paint on the wood was also very well done. The instructions (drawn) were easy to follow, every piece fit perfectly, and the hardware was exact. Looks great in my bedroom and accommodated most of my books. I would definitely recommend it!

I found Wayfair's customer service to be exceptional! I ordered a lighted medicine cabinet, for some reason (I forget why) I was having trouble with the order so I talked to a very pleasant woman in customer service that helped me with it. The cabinet came much quicker than I anticipated. Alas I didn't really like it, so I ordered my second choice and that too came very quickly, but it was damaged. I had to call customer service again, and again was impressed with how helpful, pleasant and efficient the gentleman was. They had me donate the damaged cabinet and a second one was quickly sent along with instructions on returning the first one.

Desk arrived with slight damage under side of top. UPS screwed up the delivery and desk was received two days late. Product itself was just what I wanted and looks beautiful. This was our second purchase from Wayfair and we are very pleased.

My boyfriend and I shopped six large national furniture companies in town and could not find a decent headboard and frame for under $1,000. With the large selection and ease of use on Wayfair, we were able to get an amazing piece. Our headboard came with the frame and was a quarter of the cost. We are extremely satisfied with both the quality of the merchandise, the free shipping, and the timely manner in which it was delivered. We will definitely be shopping with Wayfair in the future to furnish the rest of our new home!

The bed was delivered on November 29, 2016. Bed sent without proper parts. I contacted Wayfair on December 1st. I have been promised many delivery dates. It is now April 20, 2017. I still don't have the missing drawers. I am extremely disappointed and so are my clothes.

I am still waiting for the chair. In stock and then said sent then it was out of stock and then you were tracking order. This is all in a period of weeks. It was finally someone was checking on it and would get back to me in 2 days - not. I finally called someone and they checked into it and lo and behold found it in a nearby city and I would get it in a week. So hopefully I will finally get it.

I ordered a cute black futon sofa that I L-O-V-E!! The shipment was delivered before the estimated date, which was great. It fits perfectly in my small apartment... Oh, did I tell you it looks great with my red and white pillows? The price was excellent as well!

I ordered the outdoor storage box because of its size and color. I have a painted deck in the exact same shade. I hired a handyman to assemble the storage box for me and he noticed there was a crack in the unit and then noticed there were no instructions. I printed the instructions from the internet and then my handyman noticed we were missing quite a few parts. I immediately contacted Wayfair and was told a duplicate order would be shipped out immediately. Within two day I had a new storage box and it looks perfect on my deck. Thanks for making this unsettling situation have a happy ending.

This was my first time using Wayfair and it was great. We ordered real wood end tables and they came packaged well, perfect condition and easy to assemble. I highly recommend Wayfair and I will definitely order again!

2 Stephane End Tables by Lark Manor - Placed order on 03-19-2017 & received items on 03-27-2017. Greatly appreciated speedy delivery. There was a slight chip on 1 of the tables, but it was easily repaired. Very satisfied with my experience.

I placed an order that had to be personalized and did not expect to receive it for several weeks. It arrived in less than a week after I ordered it and it was in perfect condition. I love the free shipping benefit of buying with Wayfair and the price is always right.

I purchased 3 Marco Tables - in the same series... with different styles. The wicker baskets are solid just as the wood is. It came well packaged, in total Styrofoam before it went into the heavy structured box.

I love my new dining room chairs, they were delivered on time and in good condition. The reason I gave them two stars is because there is a note stapled to the underside of the chair saying that California has determined that something is CANCER Causing. I requested an explanation from Wayfair, but no one has answered me. I am very disappointed in the fact that customer service has not responded. I have bought other items from you and have been totally satisfied. A response would be appreciated.

The baker's rack arrived on time and was packaged appropriately. Quality of packaging is the first visual impression as to the quality of the product inside it. The manufacturer provided an extra fastener of each type which was appreciated as well. The assembly instructions were logical as well. Overall quite a good experience.

As much as I LOVE Wayfair, the quality of the items are not that great. I have purchased a bed set in the past that I had to have replaced due to the blanket and pillow cases de-threading before they were even washed. I appreciated the easy replacement policy. Also I recently purchased a salad bowl set in February that I recently just used and after only one (hand wash) the bowl looked dingy and old. It looks like the wood was even partially chipped. Overall I am satisfied with my experience with the majority of the products. They are reasonably priced and I have only had issues with two items. I just wish the quality was a little better.

I bought a bench that sits at the end of my bed. It matches perfectly with my furniture. Wayfair shipping was great! The bench arrived with no damage. It was easy shopping and navigating the page. The shipping date was accurate.

The item and the service from Wayfair was perfect. However, the delivery from their shipping company was a nightmare. They were rude, incompetent, and disrespectful. I will never buy anything from any company that uses this shipping company again.

In general, my experiences with Wayfair are always positive. I frequently order items from their website, and it has turned into a first stop in many ways after numerous shopping trips looking for a specific item, not finding it, then finding the exact thing I was looking for within minutes at Wayfair. Ordering is always quick and easy, and my items always arrive as advertised. I think the only thing that could make it even better would be forever 2 day shipping.

I'm enjoying the quilt I purchased. However when I submitted my order for it the first time I informed me that the last one was taken. When I looked for an alternate, I saw the one I originally wanted listed with a slightly higher price. I was disappointed, but purchased it anyway.

OMG, I was scared to death to order furniture offline especially for my new rec room that is in my basement with its narrow entryway! I purchased (3) ottomans total. A sectional, a round rug and an animal fur also, a recliner chair! EVERYTHING, I MEAN EVERYTHING, was absolutely PERFECTTT. Delivers, setup customer services, OMG best experience I ever had!!!

We had a problem with the lamp we purchased. When we opened the box we saw that it was damaged. We called Wayfair and with the ease of a phone call Wayfair took care of everything for us. We enjoy our shopping experiences with Wayfair, it is the reason we continue to shop with them. Also you just cannot beat the variety of home goods in which to choose. I love that I have bought fans, pictures & light fixtures & they are unique & beautiful pieces that do not look like they came from a huge box store.

My husband and I have gotten much of our new home and nursery furniture and things from Wayfair! We have always had good experiences. This time, we ordered a rug, it came quickly; however, it was the wrong shape of rug so we now have to send it back. Customer service reps are always helpful, though! Just a bummer we had this one bad experience.

I ordered a pair of sconces and received them promptly and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, I had made a mistake in the type of power (hard wired or plug in), so had to return them. Called in and received friendly and helpful assistance. Ordered another pair and received those in same manner as first pair. I also got full credit for the previous pair. In summary, Wayfair and its employees treated me with respect, understanding, and professionalism. I would recommend them with no hesitation.

I have been watching my planter and baskets for some time. They caught my eye and I was just waiting for the right time. It came with Spring, I wanted to update my front porch and this planter is so perfect. The baskets are just the size I needed.

This is the second bed and mattress that we have purchased off Wayfair. The bed was for my daughter as well as the memory foam mattress. She loves the mattress so much and the bed was so easy to put together. Shipping is always right on time. I buy from here so I don't have to go out and shop and the prices are so unreal. I will be buying another bed/mattress set in May for my other daughter.

I ordered a rug, it didn't come when it was supposed to - didn't come on the second projected date. Called - told it would be in May. Canceled order - then got email it was too late - it was being sent. It WASN'T sent. I called, ultimately was told it would be send in July. Canceled the order, finally got my money back. Very negative experience with Wayfair.

I moved recently and have been ordering items (big and small) from Wayfair. I must say I have been very pleased with all the items I have ordered. I ordered the Holborn 5 Piece Dining Set along with the sideboard and media chest... More beautiful in person... I love it!!! The Porsha Wall Mirror worked out well with the set as the Holborn mirror was out of stock. I made it work and it looks beautiful. I get many compliments. Found Fiesta Ware 4pc place settings on Wayfair.com for much less than any of the local department stores - - even with store discounts. Service for 8 for less than $200... that's a bargain! Dishes were shipped quickly and arrived intact... not one chipped or broken down, bowl or cup!

I love my new bed frame! This was exactly what I was looking for. It looks amazing and was a fraction of the cost of the big furniture stores. It arrived in 2 days after my order was completed. Assembly was very easy! The frame and hardware arrives packed nicely INSIDE the headboard.

Wayfair had the best customer service when my couches did not fit into my apartment. They immediately issued a refund. I found someone the next day who could disassemble the couch and the arranged delivery to that person. Very pleasant experience!

Order from Wayfair on April 1st Sleeper Sofa and Ottoman to be delivered locally April 13. Went online to check delivery status and saw it was now rescheduled for April 18. I had not received a call, text or email from Wayfair. I contacted Wayfair immediately and was advised by delivery specialist that it will be delivered on April 18 and if I cancel while in-transit I would have to pay $200 restocking fee. Again I was reassured it would be delivered locally April 18. Went online again to check delivery schedule and noticed delivery dates changed again. No email, call or text received. I called Wayfair and they apologized for the delay. No actual reason provided.

Absolutely disgusted. I recently purchased a bathroom vanity from Wayfair. The purchase was made on 3/15. I was given a delivery date range of 3/29 - 4/3. So, in the meantime, we began gutting our bathroom for renovations. Had I known that as of today, 4/20, my vanity would not only still be undelivered, but also that no one from Wayfair could tell me where it is or provide a reasonable solution, I would've never ordered from this company. I have spoken to five different customer service representatives, two of which were supervisors. This does not include the representatives and supervisor that my husband has also spoken to. Not one of them was ever able to provide a reasonable explanation or solution other than to continue waiting.

I saw Wayfair advertised on Fixer Upper and gave it a try. I looked online and liked the products. I ordered a few things from them whenever I needed something. The site was easy to navigate when I did my orders and that was a plus. Also, the cost and quality of the items were very good and I haven't had any issues. I love Wayfair and I recommend them to anybody who is looking for something.

I ordered this item (Komar Mellimello Kevena Wall Mural) and it was delivered promptly. I was afraid that I would miss out on this mural but I was able to complete my purchase using Wayfair's Affirm payment plan. I will definitely be purchasing more from Wayfair in the future. Wayfair has things I like that were reasonably priced. My house is being remodeled, and the only thing that I've had my hands on in the last six months, the rest is still in the box, are the kitchen chairs I bought. They're done by Richardson Seating, and I'm old enough to remember the original chairs to those sets and these are way sturdier. They are really made well. The other ones fell apart so easily. Wayfair's customer service team contacted me once through their shipping people. I bought a loveseat several years ago, and once it got to a shipper in Three Forks, Montana, he said he wasn't going to waste his truck shipping it. He was going back. So, Wayfair got in touch with me and told me that they found that it had been damaged and they were going to re-issue and send it again. They took care of it right away. I've gotten really good experiences with them. I've been totally satisfied.

I have purchased enough furniture to furnish a two bedroom house in the thousands. Only once did the wrong item arrive after looking at the color that was sent versus what I purchased. It actually was a smarter choice than what I thought. I kept it! I have had no other issues. Items arrive on time in good condition and easy to put together. Thank You so much WAYFAIR. I have had a wonderful experience with Wayfair as they ship the products right away and the merchandise has been excellent. I redecorated my bedroom and bought new furniture drapes, rug and bedding through Wayfair and the room looks like something from a decor magazine.

I've purchased lamps, rugs, cabinets and storage at the end of my bed from Wayfair. Each item has been just as described. It's so wonderful to sit at my desk and shop and then have it delivered in a short period of time with free shipping. I love a Wayfair.

Love everything! Comforter is light yet well made and generous in size. Even came with full set of sheets! Had to buy extra king pillows and European pillows, but love the look. Wall art is light and hung easily. More aqua than I wanted, but I still like it.

Very nice roll-up shade, a bit pricey for what it is, but seems to be well made. Like the color. Glad it arrived in one piece. The box on the other hand, looked like it was in WWII. Don't understand why my orders arrive in such damaged boxes. This box arrived in 3 pieces and taped together. Don't like FedEx. Will hang the shade on my porch when the weather gets a bit warmer, I'm sure it'll be just fine.

I had ordered this cabinet and on the website it stated it was made in America and also by another company. When I received it, it said made in China with a different manufacturer name on it. I emailed customer service and was greatly satisfied with their response. An adjustment was made due to the situation, the website was corrected and I was even given credit b/c the item was now on sale. Plus I LOVE the side bar cabinet for dining room.

I was really unhappy with the paper towel holder. Yes, the description says it's 14" tall, but it shows a standard sized roll of paper towels on it. That makes the spindle sticks up two inches from the top of the paper towel. Looks very, very odd. I've not been happy with my Wayfair purchases in the last 6 months. I got a daybed from here, and while it said "bronze", it was actually just a flat brown. Not at all attractive. I've purchased a lot from Wayfair, but it's no longer my go to website like it used to be.

The wreath I received did not look like the picture. Several flowers had fallen off and the bird came loose and fell out of the nest. I don't expect to have to reassemble a purchase; especially one that costs this much.

The wall decor arrived on time. Two of the little fins were bent because the straps used to tie the fish to the cardboard had ripped loose. The fins were easy to fix and the fish are perfect for my Florida condo. This is not my first purchase from Wayfair and I will definitely purchase something again.

In the past, my orders came in good time and the quality is always there. On this order, of tiles they tried twice to deliver and it never showed up. One of the cartons was damaged, and then it took another week to reschedule. I have to say, your customer service agent is trying to resolve this, but hasn't yet. I think maybe you shouldn't ship tiles through the mail. You have plenty of other products to sell.

I ordered these lovely dishes for everyday use. They were so pretty that I decided to keep them for special occasions. I also ordered another set so now I have service for 12. Pattern is lovely and Italy colors are exotic. I thought I would use them for when I have Mexican or Italian food. The colors are also right for use in the fall. I highly recommend these dishes.

Ordered a shower caddy and forget it had a credit balance due to previously returning an item. I called the convenient 1-800 number. The gentleman that answered was able to assist without any problems. As a matter of fact, when I have called the number the person answering has always been very polite. Ordered 3 light fixtures for replacement of old ones I felt did not give off enough light. I picked the new fixtures on Joss & Main because the description stated they took 3 100w light bulbs - I felt this would brighten the room. The fixtures Joss & Main sent me were not the fixtures I ordered - they take a max. of 60w light bulbs - the same as my old ones! So disappointed. Would never have ordered if the description was accurate! Waste of money!

Purchased a rug from Wayfair for our spare bedroom. Unfortunately, my measurements were incorrect and the rug was slightly too small to fit our room the way we had hoped. I printed the return label, packaged the rug, and dropped off at my local FedEx location. The rug was received in 48 hours and I had my refund within four days of dropping the rug off at FedEx. Truly the fastest and easiest return I have experienced! Will definitely be shopping here again!

Good experience ordering a side table with Wayfair. It's a pretty table. The perfect size that I don't believe I would've found elsewhere. Only reason I am giving four and not five stars is one corner of the table arrived damaged. We arranged damaged side against the wall and called ourselves done so I have not tested customer service. I would order from them again.

I love the love seat. It is just the right fit and the color is so pretty. I also like the king size bedspread, but was disappointed that I had to end up buying a bed skirt as the sides are not long enough to cover the rails under the bed. I really like the look of it.

The lamps are beautiful, just as I expected. However I have moved and gave the new address when ordering, the lamps were on the porch at my old address in Gibraltar, MI. A friend happened to see the box on the porch as she was passing by, she called me and went back and put it in the house. I have moved and the house is up for sale. Someone did not follow through, but lamps are just what I wanted.
