    I ordered this set on Dec 5, 2016. It still has not been delivered. I have sent 3 emails and called once. Each time I was told my shipment was delayed by a week. The last email said I would be contacted within 4 business days to explain what is going on. Today is the 4th day! I have already been charged for this merchandise and I'm paying interest. I am very disappointed with Wayfair's service. If I do not hear by tomorrow, I will have to cancel the order and try to find it elsewhere.

    I searched Wayfair for a solid 2 months before finally purchasing this bed after it went on sale. I was looking an upholstered "wingback" headboard and really liked the nail head detail on the pictures. The bed itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the color (linen grey) is just what I'd hoped it would be from the pictures. I haven't slept on it, so I'm not sure how sturdy it is yet. I have a King size and with all of the supports it seems like it will work nicely. The instructions aren't super great, but two people can get the bed assembled in an hour.

    The only reason I'm not giving the bed a five is that I had a frustrating shipping experience. The bed came in two packages and were supposed to be delivered on one day (even the FedEx showed it would be one day). Well, they weren't delivered on the same day. And I was out of town. I had to have someone come over twice to put pieces inside of our house because they arrived on a date we weren't in town. There was no phone call informing me when the package would arrive. They also stood the packages up and leaned them on the house. This made the packages visible to everyone in the neighborhood. The packages were severely damaged but the bed itself remained intact and no pieces were missing.

    When I placed my order, I specifically told person not to use FedEx delivery as they are terrible in my area and never deliver to door. I live in an apartment complex and the driver just drops everything at the rental office. I refused the package and jumped through hoops to get it returned.     I ordered a bed and frame through Wayfair. This was a large purchase for me and I had my doubts but it was offered with one year interest free. Paying $100 per month meant I would have it paid off before any interest accrued. Imagine my dismay when I received my second statement showing interest was charged! I contacted Wayfair customer service who told me it appeared I did NOT check a box and because of that, interest would be charged. Why in the world would I NOT want interest free financing????     I had ordered a mattress and platform bed. It had set around for awhile before we were ready to put it together. When I started to put platform bed together discovered that one of the boards was broken. Oh no, I thought they are going to give me a hassle because several months had passed since my order. When I called Wayfair, they listened to my complaint and said, "No Problem! You may discard the platform bed or give it away," whatever I wanted to do with it and they will give me store credit!     I think the returns are too time consuming. Like other companies you have the return label, send it back, state the reason and no problem. Wayfair too much look at this order, can't just send it back. I have something to send back right now, but I have to have time to research your way of doing it.     I've ordered quite a few things from WAYFAIR. I have loved everything I bought from them. I did have a mix up with a kitchen table I ordered. I was sent two, one I ordered & one I didn't. The problem I had was with the company they use to come and pick up the furniture. Esthis I believe is the companies name. It was definitely not a pleasant experience. It took 3 weeks for them to get it, as there was confusion on how to get into my complex (even after giving the company specific instructions on how to get in) And on a few occasions them not even showing up. Not even a phone call to let me know & not even scheduling me for the next day. It was very frustrating to deal with that company, that WAYFAIR outsources to. The second one was a disaster.     I have no problem with my shopping experience with WayFair. I'll buy from them again. I'm writing a review of a sheet set I bought. It's a Eco set 220 thread count. Made with a Bamboo fibers. It's a really cheap looking sheet set. It's paper thin and not long enough to tuck under the end of the mattress. It's so cheap looking that I'll not use it for my bed. I might use it to cover a couple of pictures for storage in my attic.

    I assembled the lamp shade, inserted two bulbs and put on the light. Was very pleased with it, until after a few hours of being lit the next day, a large number of very small insects flying around inside the lamp shade. In fact they infested the whole inside area of the lamp shade. I removed the shade and wiped it down with rubbing alcohol and I sprayed bug repellent on the shade and lamp post to kill any insect and their eggs. I surmised that the eggs were contained in the fringe of the shade and hatched from the heat of the bulbs. Future customers should be made aware of a possible infestation and take precautions.

    I recently purchased a book case. When I noticed the next day the dimensions were too large, I tried to stop the shipment.     All the people that I interacted with at Wayfair were awesome, but it seems that their system is heavily flawed, especially during a busy cycle. My wife put in our orders on Friday. Our billing and shipping addresses were different because we had just moved two days prior and I haven't yet switched the billing address on our credit cards to our new address. But we were notified on Saturday morning that our orders were canceled for fraud. Instead of first verifying with us what the correct addresses were and why the addresses were different, they just canceled our orders outright. But if their system was better, that should never have happened.

    When I called Wayfair, I said "I can't understand this. It seems like that's not the right way to do things in the system. You should call us and verify first before you cancel our orders, especially with your deals. We ordered all that stuff right away because once you guys sell out, you can't put the order in." But we learned that the stuff we ordered was still available, so we put another order in on Saturday. I talked to a nice customer service rep, and she put in all the information that was supposed to clear the fraud report. But when Sunday morning came around, it seems that the fraud report had been reinstated, and they canceled our order again.

    Then I changed the credit card information on my account on Sunday evening, and put in new orders for the same items on Monday morning, using my updated account. But then we started receiving stuff and seeing orders that had previously been made with my wife’s account. Even though those orders had been canceled on Saturday, they all showed that they’d been redone. I then talked to a nice person in Customer Service who was able to cancel some of those orders. She tried to redirect some of them, but they showed up anyway, and by then I had the stuff I had ordered on my account showing up.

    Then, we were getting double-charged essentially. It turns out that one of the headboards was double-ordered, and it shipped under my wife's name. There were also some other stuff that shipped from the previous orders that were canceled, but we weren't charged for these. I let Wayfair know about this and they said, “Just keep it” at that point. But I returned the headboard with the other stuff that showed up because I thought that I would be getting another headboard in, the one that I ordered under my name. However, the only thing that their system showed was that there was a headboard that was shipped to me under my name, even if I knew for a fact that the headboard that showed up and that I received was in my wife's name. Then they sent another headboard, which we got a few weeks later.

    We didn't have any double-order issues with the couches, but these took a long time to get in. However, that was probably a shipping issue and not their fault. So, I spent a lot of time on the phone with Wayfair, and they were very helpful. The weird thing is that when they told us that our orders were confirmed, these were shown as “canceled” on their website. But when they said that our order was canceled, they resubmitted all these orders, thereby causing the double shipment. In the end, though, they took care of all these issues.

    There was one other issue that popped up with one of our orders, but we haven’t taken this up with them yet. The image of the queen-size platform bed that they show in their website was very deceptive, compared to what was actually delivered. It looks like the factory put the slats four inches too high. That's part of the prebuild when you put the bed together. If you look at the image of the queen bed set in the website, the mattress is about halfway down into the side table next to it.

    But we have a standard queen-size mattress, not an extra thick one, and when we put together the bed that we got, the mattress that was actually delivered was only about an inch down into the side table. So, my wife was pretty upset about this. Although we already had the bed assembled, I'm going to have it sent back to them or get a refund on it since I threw away the packaging for it. Going through all these issues with Wayfair might have us to go beyond the 30-day return policy. So based on our experience with them, we’re dissatisfied.

    My mother bought my son a lego table that clearly said 3 pieces. She inquire about the 2 chairs when we got the table because they were not in the box. Answer was no problem. "We are sending you the chairs." After a delay and delay. I was suppose to receive it tomorrow. Now she get an email saying that the chairs are not available! That to have a refund (one month later). That we need to return the table. I find that totally unfair and the wait just crazy! They should have said that on the first email. Not after one month of delaying the delivery!     I placed the order 12/22. Delivery was scheduled for 12/24/16. We were out of town, so neighbors watched for the package, which never came. Finally, 1/4/17 I sent an email requesting information. A general reply for tracking was returned. This information was useless until I looked further into UPS tracking # and found that UPS wrote up a ticket for the item, but never received the item for shipping. I relayed that info to Wayfair. They had not checked with UPS and were unaware. Two other emails went back and forth between us. I waited days for a reply. Wayfair contacted the company re the item, but did not hear back and told me if they didn't hear anything in 2 days the order would have to be cancelled.

    3 days went by. I heard nothing again and assumed the order was cancelled. Finally 1/9/17 I got an email that it was being delivered. I received it 1/11/17. It would have been nice to speak to a real person, instead of a back and forth email. I was glad that it was the correct item. I couldn't imagine the process for sending it back. A seam on one of the pillow cases was not sewn shut for about 4 inches due to the fabric being cut improperly/too short for the seam. So, I had to sew a seam together before using the sheets. It is a good thing that I like the sheets. I would be extremely angry if I had not liked the product.

    When my girlfriend received her gift card, there was no note, nothing explaining what it was, and all of us have at one time or another got in the mail a charge card, that you needed to sign up, pay for something etc. She almost threw it away, she thought it was a come on...     The bed frame is great quality and arrived 1 day earlier than predicted. As other reviewers mentioned, everything arrived in one (very heavy) package inside the headboard. The back of my headboard was intact and not ripped as some other reviewers have mentioned. The bed frame is even better quality than I expected and was easy to set up. I set it up with my boyfriend in about 20-30 minutes - we did have an electric drill though so maybe that made it go a bit faster. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

    Bedspread set: MadisonPark:MP10-639 - In spite of another review that said stitching of tucks unravel, I thought it would not unravel if gently used just as bedspread. Stitching on 'tucks' still coming undone. I'm constantly resewing! The decorative roll pillow missing button on one end. Conclusion: it's lovely to look at, but very poorly sewn!!
