I tried to order an item from Wayfair and the system kept refusing my credit card. My credit card was in good standing and there was a zero balance on it. I called Wayfair to ask what the problem is and they had no idea and did not offer to resolve the issue. I went to another store to order the item at more money since it seemed Wayfair did not want my order.

Having recently moved I needed many items to help decorate and equip my home to make it comfortable and efficient. I always shop for the best value and brands whatever I am buying. Wayfair had both! In the last four months I have placed 10 orders from headboards to Christmas decor and all have arrived when they informed me they would and everything arrived in good condition and just as I had hoped.

I ordered this set on Dec 5, 2016. It still has not been delivered. I have sent 3 emails and called once. Each time I was told my shipment was delayed by a week. The last email said I would be contacted within 4 business days to explain what is going on. Today is the 4th day! I have already been charged for this merchandise and I'm paying interest. I am very disappointed with Wayfair's service. If I do not hear by tomorrow, I will have to cancel the order and try to find it elsewhere.

I always call and discuss purchases with Customer Service. I have gotten nothing short of individual assistance from them. I had a "delivery issue" and the Rep countered with a "win-win solution" that was more than any other company was willing to offer. My delivery of a sofa was on time, unpacked, clean up of packing material removed, and a great sense of humor by the guys! They ALSO recommend Wayfair!! I will keep all future planning with Wayfair knowing they are customer oriented and recommend the product quality without reservation!

I have ordered many things from Wayfair...patio furniture, headboard, sheet sets, towel sets, Fiesta dishes, picture frames...the list goes on and on. I can always find what I am looking for on your website and I have never been disappointed or had to return anything!

I love the bench I purchased from Wayfair. For the cost, it is an excellent product. The bench has a large amount of storage space inside, which is awesome. I had no idea that it would be of such high quality. I would certainly recommend Wayfair to my friends, and I will probably shop there again.

I've ordered several items from Wayfair so I'm not sure which order this review is pertaining to. I will still give feedback regarding the company as a whole. Wayfair is great and I love the customer service. I will continue to use them in the future.

I searched Wayfair for a solid 2 months before finally purchasing this bed after it went on sale. I was looking an upholstered "wingback" headboard and really liked the nail head detail on the pictures. The bed itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the color (linen grey) is just what I'd hoped it would be from the pictures. I haven't slept on it, so I'm not sure how sturdy it is yet. I have a King size and with all of the supports it seems like it will work nicely. The instructions aren't super great, but two people can get the bed assembled in an hour.

When I placed my order, I specifically told person not to use FedEx delivery as they are terrible in my area and never deliver to door. I live in an apartment complex and the driver just drops everything at the rental office. I refused the package and jumped through hoops to get it returned. They finally picked it up at the office and returned. Will never buy from Wayfair again.

Dealing with you is such a pleasure. We furnished our home and everything we purchased was of good quality and delivered on time and the men were so nice. We love purchasing from you and we will continue to do so.

I have been ordering (and recommending) Wayfair since I moved to California in September 2016. Always wonderful customer service, prompt delivery, and the products are as expected/described. Highly recommended!

Having moved into a new home in the past 18 months I've purchased a lot of items from Wayfair - the products, customer service and support have been excellent. I truly mean that because in today's digital environment customer service, to me, is more important than ever. I make more purchases online now than through a brick-and-mortar store. I need to know that the purchases I make are appreciated and that the store cares about me and my satisfaction. Wayfair have done a great job at this by not only making returns easy but also by offering discounts and other specials. I recommend Wayfair to my friends and will continue to make them a regular site when I'm looking for furnishings and lights. Thanks!

I have been very satisfied with everything that I have ordered from Wayfair except for one pair of flannel sheets. I put them on the bed one time and when I washed them, a threadbare spot occurred. I just kept them. Everything else was great.

Sorry, I can't find my order number. But my experience was top rate, as usual. My original order was short NE glass. I called and it was immediately handed a new order shipped out. Very happy with the customer service.

When I ordered a product from Wayfair and the product arrived damaged they replaced it immediately. I have purchased several items from Wayfair and will continue to do so. They have great prices and stand behind their products.

My husband looked at Wayfair and thought it was a good price for what we were buying. We called to see what the delivery date was and where the order was in progress. We had gotten an update but Wayfair couldn't pinpoint exactly where it was. It was supposed to arrive at one place and then it was gonna be on another thing, but the staff helped us as best as they could.

On Dec 22nd we called Wayfair looking for assistance to locate and match a set of sheer burgundy colored curtain panels with a previous order # ** where we purchased 5 Piece Burlington Rod Pocket Curtain Set in burgundy. The customer support person who helped us was excellent and found just what we were looking for. He also help with selecting the matching Wayfair Basics End Cap Single Curtain Rod & Hardware Set and with the selection of 3 single cell cordless cellular shades order # **. Wayfair customer support is wonderful and always available to assist.

I ordered a bed and frame through Wayfair. This was a large purchase for me and I had my doubts but it was offered with one year interest free. Paying $100 per month meant I would have it paid off before any interest accrued. Imagine my dismay when I received my second statement showing interest was charged! I contacted Wayfair customer service who told me it appeared I did NOT check a box and because of that, interest would be charged. Why in the world would I NOT want interest free financing???? I consider this completely unfair and I will never buy from Wayfair again.

Vanity was delivered without any defects. Delivery men were very helpful and put the vanity in the garage for storage as our bathroom was being torn apart. I would definitely order from Wayfair again and suggest it to others.

I have been very pleased with every aspect of my Wayfair buying experiences. Products I've purchased have all been of high quality, ships fast and better than expected. Customer service was excellent. When I encountered a problem, I called Wayfair and the situation was immediately remedied. Very nice to talk to real people who are problem solvers. I had ordered a mattress and platform bed. It had set around for awhile before we were ready to put it together. When I started to put platform bed together discovered that one of the boards was broken. Oh no, I thought they are going to give me a hassle because several months had passed since my order. When I called Wayfair, they listened to my complaint and said, "No Problem! You may discard the platform bed or give it away," whatever I wanted to do with it and they will give me store credit! I was impressed that they didn't give me a hassle about the broken board and also that I didn't have to return it (weighed close to 100 lbs)! Way to go!

I think the returns are too time consuming. Like other companies you have the return label, send it back, state the reason and no problem. Wayfair too much look at this order, can't just send it back. I have something to send back right now, but I have to have time to research your way of doing it. I did send something back the way other companies do and never got a credit for it.

Wayfair is one of my favorite online sites. I have ordered numerous items and they always arrive in great condition better than expected quality and on time. Customer service is excellent and are very helpful. I love Wayfair.

The customer service is great. Without hesitation they replaced the damaged parts from shipping immediately. Then the failure of door hardware was replaced and they sent a new door as well. Even though the island we chose wasn't well made the customer service professional behavior made us decide to keep the piece anyway. I will still buy from Wayfair just because they have a great customer service and immediate attention to customer needs.

I had ordered 4 boxes of white subway tile for an exceptional price to complete a kitchen backsplash and short wall. I was surprised when they arrived 3 days early letting me start the project sooner than expected. Big BONUS not many were broken. So few were broken... I now have enough to tile a powder room backsplash as well!! Came out great!

Last experience was terrible (got a gift cert). Took FOREVER TO GET INTO CART & EVERY ITEM CAME SEP IN MAIL!!! 12 pieces of curtains (4 misdelivered to neighbors) & I have ANOTHER $500 gift cert that I've been trying to use but the items in cart keep increasing in price. Had a chat (on your website) w/ a woman, but she said "just buy it and I'll adjust it later!" Your website is worse than walking thru IKEA! I know it's to make us buy more items, but I can't even trade in your gift cert via giftcard granny (they wont take it!) Your items show you have "35 left" yet I can't buy one! Prices change all the time-- SUPER FRUSTRATING AND I AM 50 yrs old and trying to spend money decorating my new house! But can't make it work. I order ALL THE TIME- via Sur La Table, Sephora, Net a Porter, Gilt--- never have a problem!

I've ordered quite a few things from WAYFAIR. I have loved everything I bought from them. I did have a mix up with a kitchen table I ordered. I was sent two, one I ordered & one I didn't. The problem I had was with the company they use to come and pick up the furniture. Esthis I believe is the companies name. It was definitely not a pleasant experience. It took 3 weeks for them to get it, as there was confusion on how to get into my complex (even after giving the company specific instructions on how to get in) And on a few occasions them not even showing up. Not even a phone call to let me know & not even scheduling me for the next day. It was very frustrating to deal with that company, that WAYFAIR outsources to. I hope to not have this experience again with WAYFAIR in the event I need to return something back to them. Besides that, I do love shopping on the WAYFAIR site & have enjoyed my products.

I have ordered items off of Wayfair.com numerous times and I have always been pleased with the quality of their products. I have returned a few items out of personal preference and the process was easy and painless. I will continue to recommend Wayfair.com to my friends and family.

The Portfolio Canvas Décor "Uprising" that I ordered is absolutely beautiful. The multiple colors are very vivid. The painting blends in tremendously with my living room décor. As a matter of fact, the painting could fit in with any color scheme. The size was exactly what I needed to be placed behind a taupe/beige sofa. Excellent purchase.

The whole process from start to finish was great. Wayfair had exactly what I wanted at a fair price. The only complaint I have is that there are so many items it is hard to choose and narrow down exactly what you are looking for. The whole process of buying the item was extremely easy. The website lays out the shipping policy and lets you know that it can take time for the item to be delivered. On top of that, Wayfair kept me informed of where the package was and when it was to be delivered.

I found the coffee pot I wanted on their website and purchased it. It arrived at my home promptly and I put it to use immediately. No Problems with it whatsoever. I will buy from them again when I need something and they have it for sale on their website.

The price changed within a few hours for the bar stools that I was deciding on. The price for the same product was $35 different from my wish list to my cart. I called but was told the price changed. They would not honor the price. So I bought them somewhere else. Not sure I will be shopping at Wayfair ever again.

The couch I got had some dirty spots. I wanted to replace it, and the customer service rep told me that I can keep/donate the couch and he will send me another one. I never expected that. The problem was solved better than I thought. Wayfair is a very reliable company.

We ordered several products moving into our new Florida Home from Chicago. The most impressive products through Wayfair were the two contemporary high quality bath vanity sets we ordered and received. The vanities, mirrors, and faucets were packed extremely well - absolutely no damage. The sets were well priced for this quality considering we researched through many websites, and retailers.

I was very pleased with the way the Wayfair Team handled the return of the rugs that were ordered. The largest rug was larger than described which meant that I couldn't use the smaller matching rug either. With their help, everything was completed in a timely manner.

My goodness, you never disappoint me! The cabinet is very sturdy & perfect for under my 50" TV which is hung on the wall. I'm 70+ & couldn't put it together but my son did within an hour or so. I am always happy with the delivery. Thank you.

I was moving to a new house and was looking for furniture. I found myself coming back to Wayfair.com often so I ended up buying from them. Their cost, design of the furniture was very good, and the free delivery were also factors. Since I was buying furniture I had to cruise to an awful lot of pictures but eventually found what I wanted and I was able to set these aside in my ideas list. And when I was ready to order, it was ready to go. I was very happy with the process and the product.

My daughter originally ordered a quilt for our queen sized bed. We liked it so much that I then ordered one for her boyfriend as a Christmas gift. We were very happy with the price and quality of the quilt. I will be ordering from Wayfair in the future for slipcovers.

I ordered accent cabinet for hallway. Got it on sale, loved the piece, design and color. Then it got delivered and I opened the box. I discovered 2 large chipped areas in a front drawer, the back panel was totally broken. I was so disappointed... Called customer service and they made me feel good 5 minutes later. They replaced the cabinet. I'm happy and satisfied customer. I bought a lot from Wayfair and will continue purchasing from Wayfair. Love the selection, sales, and LOVE great customer service. I ordered a shelving system from Wayfair. It arrived quickly and was consistent with the reviews I had read online. It was easy to put together and is exactly the quality that I had expected. It is sturdy and exactly what I was looking for. I had no issues with the product and enjoyed the ease of ordering the item online. I also appreciated the free shipping, which can be a big expense for furniture orders from other vendors. I will definitely be using Wayfair for my other home needs.

The service from Wayfair was excellent. Easy to order my chair which came within the allotted time. I was able to track my order quite easily. The chair was well packaged. However, I would have given 5 stars but the chair had a crooked footrest and a rickety left arm. I kept the chair because all in all it fit the space, looks great and is comfortable.

I am pleased with the order of 2 bath mats that match my shower curtain I purchased from Wayfair. I tried to search on the website for matching towels under the brand name of the mats. The search engine did not refine my search by name, color or options. It only showed me the thousands of towels available that I would have to go through.

Ordered two different end tables to go with a love seat we had also ordered from Wayfair. The first end table went together easily and was very nice quality for the money. The second one was a disaster. There was a blemish in the finish facing to the outside where it would be seen but that alone didn't bother me as the holidays were approaching and I just wanted it finished and in place. Very poor instructions and when finally complete the pull out top never worked at all. The good news is well after the holidays I called Wayfair to complain and they sent me a new table. No question asked.

AWESOME!! Arrived on time and the box looked like it had just come from the manufacturer. Instructions for assembly were clear and concise and total time to set up was just over an hour. I couldn't be happier!! Fireplace provided more heat than I need for the space it's in, but that's OK. Cabinetry looks like solid wood with no chip/particle board showing anywhere. If you want a nice stand for your big screen, you can't beat the price or quality. BUY THIS PUPPY!!

Ordered a garden bench for a columbarium project I had at our church. Wayfair had a great selection and the bench we chose was perfect. It is in place now and we have had many compliments. The price was very fair and competitive and we received the bench in just a few days. It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy and attractive.

I ordered an area rug which I needed before company arrived. When it came it was the wrong rug. I called customer service. They were wonderful. I had the correct rug in 2 days. I would recommend Wayfair to everyone. I have 4 of the rugs now. They are very nice and have had lots of compliments on them.

I had ordered some rustic Vanity lights to replace the builders lights and I just loved them! When I got to the last one it was punctured and it was bent askew. I called immediately and they were so great to send another light no questions asked. Now Wayfair has great prices and free delivery but most importantly their customer service rocks!

I have no problem with my shopping experience with WayFair. I'll buy from them again. I'm writing a review of a sheet set I bought. It's a Eco set 220 thread count. Made with a Bamboo fibers. It's a really cheap looking sheet set. It's paper thin and not long enough to tuck under the end of the mattress. It's so cheap looking that I'll not use it for my bed. I might use it to cover a couple of pictures for storage in my attic.

I ordered a queen size coverlet set at a fantastic white sale price. The photo and specifications on the website described the items I received accurately. I have yet to be disappointed by any of my Wayfair purchases and am pleased with the quick delivery times.

White Recliner and Serta upholstery sofa - I loved both pieces of furniture I ordered from Wayfair. I had to wait quite some time for my sofa, but it was well worth the wait. Truly both pieces of furniture are the most comfortable furniture I think I've owned in a very long time. I will recommend Wayfair to everyone. My cats love the cat tree, and it's a sturdy, well made piece of furniture. The only issue was that the ladder didn't have a hole in it where a screw was meant to go. Thankfully it isn't load-bearing or something my cats are likely to ever use, so we didn't ask for a replacement.

I assembled the lamp shade, inserted two bulbs and put on the light. Was very pleased with it, until after a few hours of being lit the next day, a large number of very small insects flying around inside the lamp shade. In fact they infested the whole inside area of the lamp shade. I removed the shade and wiped it down with rubbing alcohol and I sprayed bug repellent on the shade and lamp post to kill any insect and their eggs. I surmised that the eggs were contained in the fringe of the shade and hatched from the heat of the bulbs. Future customers should be made aware of a possible infestation and take precautions.

Well, like many others I made a mistake to fall in love with the picture on the item. Read a little bit of the description, but not the reviews. This is not a headboard, it's a bunch of padded tiles with double tape. I still haven't figured out how to use them.

Wayfair is awesome! Loved all the items I purchased for my home. Everything was reasonably priced, beautiful, arrived on time, and Customer Service was very friendly. My customer service representative and I were laughing so hard I was crying, lol. My home is so much prettier with the items I purchased from Wayfair. The Settee came early for a Christmas gift. It was missing the legs and hardware which we did not know until after Christmas. When I called I was told they would be sent out but could not overnight them. Being the customer nothing was done to compensate me or to try and retain my business. I will think again before I order from Wayfair.

Wayfair's customer service is amazing. Truly customer satisfaction is their #1 priority. It's amazing more companies don't follow Wayfair's lead. The clock I bought didn't work. The arms weren't moving once we out in 3 different new sets of batteries. Wayfair told me a new clock was coming within the next 2 days. Amazon, it would have taken so much longer AND I talked to a person in the USA. AH-MAZ-ZING!! I love Wayfair!

What did it for me was the free shipping! But, duly impressive is the product quality, ease of assembly and overall look. I bought the TV/fireplace console and I couldn't be happier! It's a beautiful piece and the fireplace shoots out enough heat to keep the room comfortable without any other heat. It's styled well and certainly worth the money!

I used Live Chat about an email for Rewards I had received saying I had so many days to use my rewards or lose them. Wanted to know when did the Rewards Program start back? Over a year ago I had received an email from Wayfair saying we would love the new way to shop. I was told that I had unsubscribed from receiving Wayfair's Daily Sales Email, which was false. I didn't want anything free in return, I just wanted an answer to my question. Instead the LC person signed me BACK UP to receive the Daily Sales Email, which I had told the man on LC I received it every day. I didn't like the sharpness of how I was spoken to on the phone by the Support manager when I finally got a callback. I don't have the emails or chat live transcript any longer, I have deleted them all. Nor have I bought anything from Wayfair since this occurred. I loved Wayfair up to this point, not sure if I want to.

I ordered an electric fireplace. It shipped in two boxes, one arrived quickly but the other, containing the heater part of the electric fireplace, was delayed for a week in CA. We installed it and the lights work, but the heater part of the firebox would come on and quickly go off. I called Wayfair and explained the situation to "Matt". He has now ordered a new firebox to be sent, he told me when it would ship and when it should arrive. Although I have to wait another week, this situation was handled quickly, efficiently and professionally. I really appreciate it! Thank you.

I have ordered multiple times from Wayfair and have never been anything but satisfied. I had an issue with one order getting lost in transit (we live in an extremely rural area so this has happened with multiple companies) and when I contacted Wayfair their customer service was extremely kind and prompt in resending my item. All of the items we've ordered have met or exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Wayfair to anyone that asked and will definitely order from them again in the future.

We are very pleased with our purchase and with the Wayfair customer service. We did have a small issue with one of our 2 lamps being less than perfect. Wayfair replaced it and it arrived within the week! They had us donate the less than perfect lamp instead of returning it to them. We will definitely use Wayfair again and have already suggested Wayfair to friends and family.

The dinette set arrived quickly and the assembly was very easy to accomplish. All the hardware was included and instructions were simple to follow. I have seen reviews that were critical of the assembly requirements but in my experience I believe that basic handyman skills are more than sufficient for a quick, easy assembly.

The first reason I went to your website, I was looking for a sofa pet cover & I found EXACTLY what I wanted & it was on sale, so it was in my budget, but it was out of stock. I ended up ordering two other items and ask to be contacted once it came into stock. Over a month later I received a notification that it was back in stock but it was no longer on sale & I explained the situation that I wanted the item but I wanted to get it at the sale price & ask about a "rain check" but the sale price wouldn't be honored. So I'm never ordering anything else from Wayfair.

I had one "incident' where furniture was delivered without hardware or legs. UPS fault, NOT Wayfair. Merchandise (and I have purchased furniture, art and drapes) were all as pictured, if not better than the picture. Highly recommend, and will purchase with them again!

I was going to use these large fan blades over my existing fan. When they arrived we realized they were way too flimsy to hold up when the overhead fan would be turned on. We tried to think of ways to secure it but then the balance of the fan itself was a concern. We finally decided to scrap this idea and just return them. I will say I was disappointed in this cost I needed to pay to return an item. This is my first shopping return experience which has led me to be a much more careful Wayfair shopper because of the return shipping and pickup cost to me.

I did a lot of searching online for a reasonably-priced but sturdy and thick butcher block kitchen island. I was dubious because this piece was SO reasonably priced - and the other reviews confirmed that it was as sturdy as it looked. It arrived- TERRIFIC. It came raw, so I had to paint the legs, but it was exactly as I hoped. Now I check Wayfair whenever I need a household piece.

I ordered this rug on a Thursday morning, and it was here the very next morning! The rug is beautiful, soft, and looks great. Also, we have a long hair dog, and the dog fur doesn't show, and real bonus!

I really love Wayfair. The only that stands out to me over all other similar companies is the customer service. I really appreciate their kindness and helpfulness. In this day and age there are so many similar companies and the only thing that can set them apart from others is excellent customer service and Wayfair does that. Needed to order a mirror for kids bathroom so nothing fancy but I had some pretty specific dimensions. Selection was great and the one we chose arrived in one piece. Can't ask for much more than that.

Our table was delivered TWO DAYS after we ordered it! We were quoted a 9 day delivery time. We were so impressed by the free speedy shipping and the quality of our new table. We bought two large rugs and a runner several months ago. Shortly after putting them down, we noticed that our small, battery-powered vacuum was filling up with carpet fibers every time we used it on both the 9x12 and the runner. My husband called Wayfair and reported what we were experiencing and they promptly sent us replacements, with no further charges. We hadn't been really happy with the local retailer where we live and my wife found some furniture on the Wayfair website. We looked at it and bought it. The online ordering process was very simple and easy. The furniture was exactly what they said it would be. We came in, had it in and assembled, and enjoying it in a matter of an hour. I looked up Wayfair online and I like some things that they have. Also, I was able to take advantage of their promo on a black Friday weekend. So far, my experience with them has been simple and easy.

The furniture that we ordered is perfect. We had seen it in a store but purchased it from Wayfair. The customer service was fabulous. They were able to get a certain color fabric for me that was not on the website. Delivery was just what they said. Awesome experience!

So far love the recliner chair ordered for grandmother and four tall kitchen chairs/stools. Great pricing on all and good quality for that price. A little bit of assembly required for the kitchen chairs/stools but not bad and the recliner almost none, so loving that.

I ordered this as a gift for my son and his wife. I was hesitant to order ANY mattress, foam or otherwise, especially online; but, the kids wanted and needed a new one. The kids said this was the best MATTRESS! Not too firm but firm enough. Easy to take out of the box and set up, and the memory foam plumped to its full height by the end of the day. My son called me the next day and told me they both had the best sleep ever! They thought it would be too firm; but, they woke up with no aches and pains for the first time in a long while, and, they had slept all night. Wayfair, thank you. You helped me select the right mattress, gave me an excellent price, shipped it fast and provided tracking, packaged it very well. Thank you!

The Ruth Bar Stool came completely assembled. The fabric on the seat had slightly more white than pictured, but still gray in color. I find the stools very comfortable. They store nicely under the counter. The foot rest is the appropriate height.

A family told us about Wayfair. Compared to other stores we considered, the selection was way better and there were no issues with availability since I was able to get my order when I wanted it. Everything I purchased on Wayfair, at least my bedroom set, has a slight mark down, and delivery was easy. Their website also looks great and seems to be nice although I'd like some options to filter. Nonetheless, the experience has been great and I'm overall satisfied.

Items always arrive as described. Quality is good. The company stands behind its products. We had a piece that came broken and they replaced it immediately. The shipping staff is always courteous, unpacks and removes shipping material. Prices are very competitive. Would highly recommend.

I ordered this area rug because of the vibrant colors and price. I read the mixed reviews about the buckling up of the rug and not lying flat... some said it smoothed itself out over time. Others said they still have the buckling. Well, here it is a month later, and it still doesn't lie flat... (and that's with the rug pad underneath). I back to Home Depot or Lowe's for a new rug. I guess you get what you pay for... On the up side, delivery was fast.

The Wayfair experience was good, but the USPS lost the order! Wayfair replaced the order at no additional cost to me and then tracked the original order down after 3 weeks. I will pay extra next time if UPS is an option for shipping!

I am always extremely satisfied with my purchase from Wayfair. Delivery was as expected... The rods were easy to install. The curtains came in a better color than shown. 2 problems - one has a stain that I can't get out and they are extremely wrinkled.

I've purchased from them twice. The first time, the item guaranteed to be here on a certain date was delayed over a month. The second time, when the pair of chairs was not as pictured, and needed to be returned, I was informed only at that point that it would be $100 per chair for shipping. Had even half that amount been disclosed as the cost for return, the purchase would never have occurred. So they leave the consumer with this choice: use items that are unsatisfactory or pay a fortune to return them. Not very honest business practices.

I have bought four large rugs from Wayfair. I had a problem when they sent me the wrong color rug, which they quickly fixed to my satisfaction. The rugs were of the highest quality. I recently purchased a book case. When I noticed the next day the dimensions were too large, I tried to stop the shipment. The customer rep said he had stop the shipment but it arrived regardless (and given me store credit). I ordered another smaller book case and was able to ask the UPS person to take the other back. Customers should be able to reverse an order soon after ordering it. The customer rep told me that I would not get credited the shipment fee of $100+ if I did not take it to a UPS place myself.

All the people that I interacted with at Wayfair were awesome, but it seems that their system is heavily flawed, especially during a busy cycle. My wife put in our orders on Friday. Our billing and shipping addresses were different because we had just moved two days prior and I haven't yet switched the billing address on our credit cards to our new address. But we were notified on Saturday morning that our orders were canceled for fraud. Instead of first verifying with us what the correct addresses were and why the addresses were different, they just canceled our orders outright. But if their system was better, that should never have happened.

My mother bought my son a lego table that clearly said 3 pieces. She inquire about the 2 chairs when we got the table because they were not in the box. Answer was no problem. "We are sending you the chairs." After a delay and delay. I was suppose to receive it tomorrow. Now she get an email saying that the chairs are not available! That to have a refund (one month later). That we need to return the table. I find that totally unfair and the wait just crazy! They should have said that on the first email. Not after one month of delaying the delivery! I do not recommend this website at all! Bad customer service.

I ordered a free-standing faux plant for my living room. It needed to be assembled - the "fronds" needed to be placed into the "stems". That was very easily done and the result was a fairly realistic looking plant. I still need to find a nice planter to put the plant in - one that goes well with my decor, of course, and hopefully through Wayfair. I got the faux plant on sale and the sale price was very good. I would not be able to afford the non-sale price. I look forward to finding another faux plant on sale!

2 Kleopatrus Retro Chairs and 1 Bezons End Table - The two club chairs we ordered were received in a timely manner. No assembly was required, and we were able to enjoy them as soon as they arrived. The smaller dimensions of the chairs are great for our tiny living area. The chairs are firm, yet very comfortable. They are a great new addition to our cabin and come in handy when guest come to visit, or when we need extra dining space. The swivel base allows them to easily turn to the table for dining.

The chairs are very nice, arrived the day that was promised. One of the boxes had a hole in it and the bag with the legs was open. There was only one flat plastic washer so I suspect the other three fell out somewhere in transit. The other chair was in a box that stayed together and everything was there.

This was my first time ordering from Wayfair. I did not know it would take so long for delivery. My initial order was placed November 8, 2016 for a Claremore Sofa by Loon Peak. Delivery was delayed from December 29, 2016 until I received it on January 4, 2017. Unfortunately, when we opened the packaging we discovered a visible tear on the bottom of the sofa. I immediately called the number on the delivery slip and the service representative was very helpful and assured me a new replacement sofa would be ordered and shipped in 2 weeks. However, I have to wait until late February for delivery. All in all, estimated time for receiving my sofa is 3 1/2 months! Had I known in advance of the many delays, I may have considered another company.

Cuisinart 5.5 Qt. Oval Casserole - I never thought of Wayfair for pots, but here is one I bought as a gift. They said it was just what they were looking for. Good heavy cast iron and clad for easy cleaning. Shipping was fast too.

Customer service was better than actual experience. Items not only took 5 weeks to show up but 3 items were broken and the bed was missing several pieces. I'm giving 2 stars because I actually like the furniture and Marcus ** went over and beyond to help and try and resolve the issue. Even refunded me 25% of the purchase price. As of today January 17, 2017 I'm still waiting on pieces of furniture that I ordered November 29, 2016. I'm unsure if I will use Wayfair again. Great deals but the hassle is almost not worth saving the money.

I waited all day for the piece of furniture to be delivered. Am disabled at present and just wanted to have it put inside the front door. Delivery came after dark and they just ran the piece up to the front porch and left it. They were Quiet and sneaky. I had to call a neighbor after 8pm to get it inside.

I placed the order 12/22. Delivery was scheduled for 12/24/16. We were out of town, so neighbors watched for the package, which never came. Finally, 1/4/17 I sent an email requesting information. A general reply for tracking was returned. This information was useless until I looked further into UPS tracking # and found that UPS wrote up a ticket for the item, but never received the item for shipping. I relayed that info to Wayfair. They had not checked with UPS and were unaware. Two other emails went back and forth between us. I waited days for a reply. Wayfair contacted the company re the item, but did not hear back and told me if they didn't hear anything in 2 days the order would have to be cancelled.

This was the second bookshelf that we ordered from the same manufacturer and we loved it as much as the first one. And as always, Wayfair did not disappoint. The website was easy to navigate and with many choices. The quality of the furniture was great and the delivery service was better than we expected. I always recommend Wayfair to friends and family when they are looking for a specific item because it's easy to find almost anything. Search and find. Love this site!

When my girlfriend received her gift card, there was no note, nothing explaining what it was, and all of us have at one time or another got in the mail a charge card, that you needed to sign up, pay for something etc. She almost threw it away, she thought it was a come on... In the future, advising that Wayfair let consumers know that it is a REAL GIFT card. Yes, I also called your company to express my concern.

I ordered a teal cabinet. Upon opening the box I noticed two pieces were scratched. One was the top so highly visible. I called Wayfair. The representative was very helpful and shipped out replacement parts almost immediately. I was very pleased.

The bed frame is great quality and arrived 1 day earlier than predicted. As other reviewers mentioned, everything arrived in one (very heavy) package inside the headboard. The back of my headboard was intact and not ripped as some other reviewers have mentioned. The bed frame is even better quality than I expected and was easy to set up. I set it up with my boyfriend in about 20-30 minutes - we did have an electric drill though so maybe that made it go a bit faster. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

After ordering 4 different bath towels, one by one, 3 out of four items came back as Discontinued. Why were they available when order was placed, then days later three marked discontinued one each day? Very disappointed!

Bedspread set: MadisonPark:MP10-639 - In spite of another review that said stitching of tucks unravel, I thought it would not unravel if gently used just as bedspread. Stitching on 'tucks' still coming undone. I'm constantly resewing! The decorative roll pillow missing button on one end. Conclusion: it's lovely to look at, but very poorly sewn!! So disappointed in such poor workmanship.

Online ordering was very easy. The initial item I wanted was out of stock. I was shown several comparable items all of which were nice and of great quality. I ordered and it took no time at all for me to receive my items. I was given tracking numbers as well.

Ordering was very easy. We got the chair in good time. FedEx left it outside the door which I didn't appreciate. I'm 77 and had to maneuver it inside. That's not your fault however. It was very easy to assemble the chair and it is great!
