My experience with Wayfair has been very good. I like the delivery and everything. I ordered some cups and dining set and some of them were damaged. It is not the quality, some of the products were just flawed. They were gifts, which made it worse, and I told the person to send me more pictures because I know Wayfair would replace it for me but she never did. We didn't look through everything and I don't have it with me. And then something came back one time. One table was scratched and Wayfair replaced it. So, I have no complaints. The only problem I have is that Wayfair sends me so many emails, which is overwhelmingly annoying. Other than that, everything has been great, and I'm planning to order more stuff.

There was a Jeep bed that Wayfair had and I was getting it for my grandson. It was $150 cheaper than the other site I was looking at. It was the same make, with the same quality, but the price was extremely reasonable. Since then, I've ordered things from them and have always been extremely pleased. I had purchased a small sectional rug, a table and chair set for the grandchildren and odds and ends. The ordering process is great and fun because it's very easy to navigate through the website. Also, the customer service is fantastic. I had a problem with a couch that was delivered in December as it was missing the legs. I called and this girl was so wonderful. She called me back and sent emails. They sent me replacement legs and she then followed up to make sure everything was fine and if I got them. It's like she really did care. I'm in the customer service field so I appreciate that.

My print arrived damaged and after emailing customer service a reply came thru within 24 hours. I value customer service in a company when buying anything and by far Wayfair is top notch. In the years that I have been buying from Wayfair and for the very few issues that I have encountered Wayfair has excellent and fair customer service.

I was looking for bed comforter sets. The selection was great but very large over 2000. That was after I narrowed it to size. When I clicked on one to look at, then wanted to go back to the search, I was not brought back to the same place I left. It send me to the top of the page again or sometimes to where I left off but the items were in a different order.

I've been very happy with all my purchases but really stands out or me is the assistance and customer service support I've received. I recently purchased a coat rack for my son. Somehow I ordered 5 not 1. The CSR could not have been more pleasant and helpful to fix my order. When the order arrived it was damaged. I called to report the damage order another and return the damaged one. Again the CSR could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Both were the best experience I've ever had getting someone on the line to assist, getting the help I needed, understanding the person I was speaking with and not being transferred all over and getting a run around. Thank you Wayfair!!! From a very happy customer. I will continue to shop with you!!!

I love shopping with Wayfair. The products are high quality. Having goods delivered to my door is a time saver. The customer service truly is service. Polite and accommodating always. They have a wide selection of products. I purchased 10 dining room chairs and they far exceeded my expectations. They are well-built and beautiful.

The selection of Wayfair is great. I was looking for rugs at the time and I was just amazed at what they had. I wasn't even aware that it was available. And I've received everything very quickly and the quality of the product is great especially for the price. I've been happy with everything.

In using Wayfair, the challenge is not knowing exactly what you're getting and not being able to walk into the store and actually see it. If it says it’s a wood coffee table, but it comes and it’s really one of those laminated wood. Also sometimes, I'll get a coupon and it never works. When I used it a year ago, it pulls up my email address and basically says not applicable to first time user. But sometimes the coupons work. Also, the value and easiness seem to be pretty good. It worked out pretty well and I haven't had to return anything so I'm pleased.

I was looking for an Ivory Queen size headboard and found one on Wayfair. It was priced at 180.99 and I added it to my shopping cart. I knew I had a 10% off coupon for my first order and went to find it. I shuffled around their checkout to find out how to apply the coupon and finally found where it could be applied. As soon as I applied the 10% off coupon I placed the order. I was in too much of a hurry since I didn't realize the regular price of the headboard changed from $180.99 to $195.99 as soon as I applied the coupon code.
When I realized the price went up as soon as I placed the order, I called customer service and spoke to Breanna. She told me the prices change all the time and there was nothing she could do about it. She said if the price went down in the next 7 days, she could match it. If I had not spent so many hours looking for a taller version of an ivory headboard, I would have just canceled the entire order. My first order from Wayfair will also be my last. Since I am in a position to tell a lot of people about my experience, I plan to do so at every opportunity.

I ordered the product from Wayfair because the company was offering 2-day shipping on my item. When I was placing my order it said there was only 2 left of the item that was available for 2-day shipping & when my order was complete once again they said I would have my item in 2 days. The 2 days passed and I did not get my item. When I called the representative said that "we had to account for shipping time." Yes, that's true but then why did the company not account for that time & why advertise the item boldly with two-day shipping?
Apparently Wayfair does not check into the companies they ship the item with to find out they do not deliver on Saturday making my 2-day order become a 5-day order. I am not trying to be rude & perhaps I'm spoiled as when Amazon offers 2-day shipping you actually get your item in 2 days & I guess I thought Wayfair would do the same as well. Lesson learned. It's ok that it takes 5 days just be honest about it, the frustration I feel is in the deception. IT was CLEARLY NEVER even possible for my product to arrive in 2 days, so why offer it.

I tried to buy a Kitchen Island from this website. It was advertised online for $249.99. I contacted customer service to find out more information about the weight and dimensions. I was informed quite curtly that there was a mistake, the product that I wanted was not really available, the only thing they would sell me for that price was the top of that island. That was so frustrating! They refused to talk to me, the customer service representative would not respond to my chat message for minutes at a time. They refused to honor their pricing and hastily told me that they were correcting the mistake.

Order 2 units by accident. Tried cancel, told it had shipped. Tried cancel the 2nd one again, apparently shipped even though order 2 days apart. Received both same day damaged, miss screws and it's not solid wood as stated. Call to get replacement, no ans.

I made a move to Florida in late 2015 and began to decorate our new home with the help of Wayfair. I have made many purchases from furniture to area rugs. There has only been a few items that had not met my expectation. I contacted Wayfair each time and was extremely satisfied with the outcome. They stand by their products and make things right. The customer service team goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. I am a loyal customer of Wayfair and will continue to shop and recommend. Thank you Wayfair.

After receiving the first pillow, (order # **), I immediately requested a cancellation of the 3 pillows (order # **) that were supposed to ship on 1/31/2016. Suddenly the order was expedited and the tracking information showed that the pillows were shipped after I received them. I feel that the shipment was expedited because of my request. I now have four pillows that I do not like but can't afford to return because of the shipping cost. Based on this experience, I have decided to not place any further orders with Wayfair.

I ordered a large area rug from Wayfair online totaling $220.00 and after receiving the color pattern wouldn't work with my decor so I returned it via FEDEX, which I had to pay for and it was received in two days at Wayfair. Over two weeks later I am still fighting with them to credit my account, plus they charged me almost $10 for interest. They claim it takes 3 weeks for a credit to appear on accounts. They do this so they can charge the interest. Buyer beware! If you buy something from Wayfair, don't expect a quick and easy return process as advertised. Every other merchant processes returns within a week, but not Wayfair!

I have ordered furniture from Wayfair many times. The product always arrived timely and in good condition. Free shipping is puts this company over the top! I will continue to order from Wayfair because I can find what I want sitting at my computer instead of wasting days and gasoline going from store in search of a product.

Need another level of delivery service. We spent $8015 (including $50 for in-room delivery). It took 2 of us 5 hours to unbox this. And now we have to have a special pick-up to remove all of the cardboard and styrofoam; that's in addition to us cutting it up first. When I've dealt with Frontgate, on a large purchase, they have in-home delivery, which means it's unboxed and put in a room of our choice. I would gladly have paid more for this type of service. I also think that spending this much on a purchase would entitle me to this type of benefit.

Love, love this unique coffee table - but OH --- should come ASSEMBLED! Beware if you do not like to assemble furniture! It takes at least 2 to 3 hours... BUT finally you will be HAPPY with the results and did not have to pay EXTRA for a table that could be assembled at the factory. Instructions were very good and accurate.

I have been very satisfied with every purchase that I have made with Wayfair so far. My most recent purchase was a very unique chest in denim blue and nail head trim. I love it!!! It sits at the end of my bed with some baskets and looks so beautiful. I am searching for a high quality baby bed with a changer for my son and daughter in law. I hope to find just the right one on Wayfair!!!

Purchased an ottoman from Wayfair. Returned it because it was cheaply made, too soft and collapsed under our feet. The ottoman cost $50.99 yet cost $62.00 to return it resulting in a $0 refund. Why so expensive to return what amounted to a piece of foam?? Why free shipping but very expensive shipping to return an item that doesn't live up to what it promised? Why would I want to take a chance with any more purchases from this company when they can't be returned? I called Wayfair and spoke to Jessica who promised to refund the $50.99 with a follow up email stating such. I then got an email stating there would be no refund. No more Wayfair for me.

My experience with Wayfair was great. I love the couch that I ordered a while back. The cost is wonderful and the quality is great compared to if I would have bought it down the street at the furniture store. A friend of mine got the same furniture in a different color for much more. So, if people talk about buying things, I always tell them to try Wayfair.com first.

Customer service is excellent. They always solve issues putting priority on customers. Top of the table clock delivered was tilted and not fixable. It went out stock for a few months. Instead of making me wait, the guy gave credit and I didn't even bother sending it back.

I received the chair and ottoman yesterday and I do love them. Very large and comfortable which is what I was looking for. The delivery men were very nice and put everything together. The problem I have is that I also ordered a couch and it was cancelled 3 weeks into the order. I then called and saw that the couch was available in a different color. The customer service person could not confirm that it would be available. I did order it and that was also cancelled. That really upset me. I finally found another couch and the same chair and ottoman and ordered them. I am suppose to get them in March and I sure hope that is the case.
This is the first time I ran into a bad experience at Wayfair. I called a number of times after the order shipped because it sat in a warehouse in North Carolina for a week before being shipped to NJ. The order was a week late because of this. So my overall impression is the product is very good, but you should have items on your site you cannot fulfill and then your shipping seems to have bugs. Why was the order not shipping for a week after being transferred to the second warehouse?

It is so easy to find what you want to buy, it is hard not finding what you want to buy. I find new items daily I didn't even know I wanted, and now want and plan on getting. I bought a chair and when it was delivered it was damaged so I contacted customer service and they shipped me a new chair and I did not even have to return the damaged chair. Your customer service is excellent! The first Union Jack chest was damaged badly on the top and top drawer. My service rep was very kind and understanding of our problem. Another chest of the exact same kind was immediately shipped to us. The second chest is in excellent condition. I was told I could donate the damaged piece if I would like. I was so startled at the absolute confidence you place in your customers. The entire process took 4 days from start to finish. I will shop at Wayfair as much as I possibly can. You are an A+ company.

My dogs are messy and I recently bought an indoor/outdoor rug thinking it would be easy to maintain--not true. But I ordered this grey shag (yes shag) rug from Wayfair and it's perfect to hide peanut butter stains and dirty paw prints. It's easy to clean but doesn't stain. Love it and love the free shipping!!

Wayfair has been great in my experience for the last couple of years. Their prices are great... especially their clearance prices and you still get fast free delivery if over $50 and sometimes under $50 I have had free delivery – depends on the deal/item. Delivery has often been quicker than the expected delivery time. The few times I have had to return something or the order was wrong, Wayfair customer service went out of their way to make it right with me. The quality and description has almost always been right on.

I purchased a side chair recently and I could not be happier with the chair. It was exactly the color as pictured online, as well as the description given by Wayfair was spot on. I have ordered several large pieces from Wayfair, a bed, bar stools, side chair, as well as curtains, and every item has been of high quality in my opinion. Free shipping too! I really like that Wayfair gives you free shipping for 30 days after an order. My favorite shopping site for sure.

On a recent order the shipper unloaded a Bayonne 2 Drawer 2 Door Cabinet and left it at the door without advising us. The box was obviously damaged and when we opened it we discovered one leg had been broken off in transit. I took several photos and contacted Wayfair customer service. After explaining the condition of the cabinet and that I had photos, she immediately offered to ship a replacement piece or offered a reasonable discount. In this case we accepted the discount and had the unit repaired as good as new. Wayfair Customer Service is outstanding and one of the main reasons we continue to be devoted customers.

I've been using Wayfair for a little over a year. I like the online option, so I tried it out. I've had pretty good success with Wayfair, with the exception that I notice that a lot of the furniture arrive damaged. But they've been really good about exchanging it and sending me a replacement. It's just a pain, though, because there's a waiting period for the new furniture to come.
I purchased a couple of things that were okay. But for the most part, most of it is cheap quality. One of my last purchases was outdoor patio furniture. When it arrived, it came with a table in a case and the frame on the table was bent. In putting the furniture together, because it was so cheap, the bolts didn't fit properly and the frame of the couch was bent. So, I called and they said, "You can send it back." But I didn't want to do that because the delivery company that delivered the furniture took the boxes for it, so I didn't have anything to send it back in. The solution was that if I kept it, they'd give me 30% off. But they've still never given me a refund, so I've been waiting. I've sent numerous emails to the person at Wayfair who was responding to me, with no response, so now I'm a little frustrated. I won't do another large purchase with them again because that was $800 that basically is down the drain.
Besides the patio furniture, I have purchased a bedroom set, table, and bed frame, which I actually like. In addition, I've purchased an entertainment center for our TV living room and for our family room. I have purchased, as well, three desks and lamps. I have also purchased a dresser and a mirror, which have come twice damaged, and when the second one came I just decided to keep it because I didn't want to deal with the hassle anymore. I have purchased a lot, probably $10,000 worth of furniture. How they pack is fine. It's the persons who package it that don't care that the items are damaged when they wrap it. The boxes are not damaged. It's just a quality control problem. In general, if you are looking for inexpensive, lower quality items, shop at Wayfair.

The counter stools arrived when they were expected. Instructions were in the boxes and easy to follow. All four stools were put together within 20 minutes to 1 half hour. I was very pleased at the ease of putting them together and the quality of the stools.

Ordered a sofa and was very happy with the speed of delivery. Took out of the box and assembly was easy. Love the look of the sofa. Had a problem with one leg that when screwed in just disintegrated the particle board that it screws into. Called customer service and they were very courteous and they said they would ship a new leg (arm) piece to me. They actually sent an entire new sofa which was beige instead of the gray I originally ordered but it worked fine in my living room. I would not recommend the particular sofa I purchased to be heavily used, seems a bit cheaply made but it does look nice. I would suggest the design be changed to use solid wood where the legs screw into the arms.

This is the largest product (Futon Chair) that I have ordered from Wayfair. The product was shipped in the time frame that I was told it would be and received the package with no problems. All the products I have purchased from Wayfair have revealed no problems.

I ordered a grill for my brother as a wedding gift. It arrived well packaged and delivered quickly. There was a missing piece, some nuts and bolts, so I contacted Wayfair. They immediately sent the missing parts. The customer service was great.

I am enjoying my mdse from Wayfair. I LOVE WAYFAIR because you all have it all!! Make me want to order things just because it so awesome and the commercials are very upbeat, get you out of your seat, and I love to see Fixer Upper using WayFair. I wish I could do the all the remodeling and decorating like them, hooking the house up with WayFair. But, I don't want 4 KIDS LOL.

A dresser that I ordered from Wayfair was received extremely damaged and unusable. The replacement process seems straightforward so far, however the replacement is scheduled to arrive nearly 3 months after my original order was placed. I understand the item is back ordered, but no expedited shipping or prioritizing has been offered. The nearly 3 month wait is disappointing.
My experience with 1 out of 3 customer service agents I've been in contact with has been excellent. I spoke with CHRISTINA ** toward the close of the business day, but she was helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. She also followed up as promised. However, the other 2 agents I've been in contact with (I don't have their names) either failed to follow up as I was assured or didn't have the information about my order/previous communication correct.

I looked for quite a while for the items I needed for my home; visited four to five local furniture shops and just couldn't afford what I fell in love with. So I decide to browse Wayfair. OMG. The items I adored locally were at Wayfair (or very close similarities) -- but 1/2 to 3/4 of the price. Granted, I had to buy some cases of beer for my kids to put the furniture together, but it was fun and my grandson even helped with a couple of things which made him happy to help at "GG's house." The service was awesome, the delivery on time, nothing was broke, nothing was missing, nothing was nicked. Just amazing furniture and items at phenomenal pricing and home delivery. You can't miss with Wayfair.

I have ordered many items through Wayfair.com for my home. It has become my go-to place for furniture, decor, etc. While I enjoy the products and most of the prices, I also appreciate the ease of ordering and the prompt, courteous customer service I've experienced, when needed, during my ordering experience. While I did not utilize direct customer service with my latest order, I like getting emails regarding the status of my order. When I have had to contact customer service, my questions were answered quickly and the issue dealt with to my satisfaction. If I experience poor customer service at any company, regardless of how much I shop there or enjoy their products, I will immediately stop purchasing from them solely because of that reason. With Wayfair, I am happy to report just the opposite! Thank you for a great shopping experience.

I am continually amazed at being able to order such a large variety of items online. I no longer shop for furniture in stores. I've bought bath double vanities, toilets, bedroom furniture, wall art, pedestal sink, kitchen furniture, and more. Customer service has been wonderful. I tell everyone how pleased I continue to be with Wayfair. Today I have a media cabinet that goes with my beautiful bedroom suite coming.

This was my first time shopping with Wayfair. I had wanted a statue like this for a very long time. I was so excited to receive this Roman, Inc. St. Francis with Horse statue. It was packaged carefully, but the outer box looked a bit beat up. At any rate, the front leg on the horse was cracked. I was so disappointed. I did not return it because it was a large item and difficult to repackage. I don't think there is any way to fix it. I looked on the website and there was no simple way to contact someone to possibly resolve the situation. Sadly, this was just a bad introduction to a place I was eager to do a lot more business with.

I ordered Evening Blossom dinnerware. When it arrived it had a broken plate. I contacted Wayfair and they sent a new box immediately. I am very happy with my purchase and how quickly they fixed the problem. I will not hesitate to purchase from them again.

While most of the products were great and came in time, I had a negative experience with one of your manufacturers of the etagere shelves. The first time around, the entire tool kit was missing. I called customer service and they assured me this wasn't normal. A week later, the tool kit arrived missing washers and a screw. Again, I called customer service who assured me that this was highly unusual and they would send out the right parts immediately.
Another week passed and I received the same kit still missing all the washers. At this point, Wayfair said there was nothing they could do except wait for the manufacturer. I went out and purchased my own washers. If I'd waited until all the parts finally arrived, I would have had these shelves sitting in my apartment unbuilt for over a month. I was highly disappointed in this experience and lack of service on Wayfair's part as they took no responsibility for the mishaps. I don't think I will be purchasing anything else on Wayfair.

I ordered and paid for this chair on January 6 and still have not yet received it. Now scheduled for delivery by February 23. I can't imagine why it would take so long. It shipped from the warehouse on January 16 and is sitting on a loading dock in Texas.

I have now purchased a number of furniture items from Wayfair. I have found that the prices are very reasonable and the quality of the items has been better than I expected for the price. That is especially true for the dining table I recently purchased. It's very solid, was easy to put together and looks great.

I have been ordering home goods from Wayfair for a little over 3 years. The value, quality and service are all excellent. I have purchased bedding, lamps, cookware and other kitchen items, as I am a home cook. I have never experienced a problem with a purchase or shipping. I am in the middle of an extensive home remodel that started with my master bath. Being 6'7" I wanted a bathtub that I could actually fit in! With a really busy schedule I didn't have a ton of time to go out and shop so I looked for one online, which I'm not typically a fan of. I found the perfect tub on Wayfair but was reluctant to pull the trigger. The ease of the process from start to finish was just what I needed to relax! I've been asked to rate my overall experience re Wayfair. I AM satisfied with the products and customer service overall, but I prefer to order through one of their companies, Joss & Main. The reason for this is that Joss & Main give free return shipping labels on request and site credit for the returned item. It's my understanding that Wayfair doesn't extend the same courtesy.

I ordered a set of lamps. When I received the order one of the lamps was busted (like broke in two places). I called and talked with a rep. They reordered. I received that order and both lamps were busted. One of the lamps had been broken and glued back together. But was busted as well as the other one. I was refunded my money... The products came from China. That speaks volumes.

The 6' x 9' area rug I ordered arrived a day early. It's just as presented on the website, priced well, and a perfect floor covering to go under a table and 6 chairs. Low pile is ideal because traffic patterns will cross two of the corners. Very happy decision!

My Hanoverton Sideboard cabinet was delivered with noticeable damage to the box. Upon opening it, one of the end pieces was broken. I called the manufacturer and they shipped me the new piece in a very timely manner. As others have said in their reviews, the cabinet comes in a lot of pieces, but they are well marked and the instructions are fairly easy to follow. It did takes some time to put the cabinet together, but I am very satisfied with the final product and the quality of the piece is very good.

The first time I bought from Wayfair I called up and I asked the staff member there if they have a remote to replace the remote I have on my ceiling fan. He said yes. He said "it's the same one and it will go with yours. You don't have to replace a receiver or anything. You could just use it by configuring the dip switches in the remote." When I got the remote it came with a receiver. It didn't have any dip switches on it even though he told me it did. I called them. They said "well you need to return it." And then when I said I want to return it they said "yeah but we're going to charge you to return it to send it back", even though it was their mistake that led to the not being told the truth by then.
Earlier this month I bought a coffee table for $345 and a warranty for $30 when they delivered it to the wrong address, the billing address and not the ship to address. When I first said that's unacceptable I wanted to send it back, they would charge me $50 to send it back. I said "even if it's your fault." They said "oh. It states that it doesn't matter. We're going to charge you anyway $50 to send it back." Then they refused to give me the $30 back I spent on the warranty. They then told me they were going to get it picked up from the billing address where it is and shipped to the address that should have been shipped to in Ocean City Maryland.
When the coffee table was finally picked up they said it would be delivered on Monday the 17th. Since I retired from the military, dealing with Wayfair has been just too difficult to deal with and they seem to Pride themselves on screwing customers over. After years overseas I never thought business were this incompetent back here. I was very dissatisfied and last year I couldn't even imagine that businesses in the US could be this unorganized.

I was surprised by the jump in pricing and went back to check the site and sure enough it was advertised at a set of 4 for 11.95. In mid November I called Wayfair to inquire about a sectional. Customer service took my order & told me I would have it before Christmas 2016. Several weeks went by & I never got an update or email so I called back & spoke with the same customer agent. She forgot to put the order thru. So I ordered again, & was told I would still get it before Christmas. Several weeks go by & no update or email. Called back & spoke with the same agent... & again it wasn't ordered. This customer service person promised me & gave me her word it would be taken care of. Of course I wouldn't get it before Christmas.
Now I find out I have to wait at least a month maybe longer. So I wait, in the meantime I made quite a few phones to this same customer service person (emails, phone calls, messages) & she would not contact me. I finally get an email that the delivery is scheduled for a Saturday between 8-12. I took the day off work to wait for the furniture. Finally at 10am that morning I called & finally got thru to the people who are in charge of deliveries. They decided to cancel my delivery & reschedule for the following Saturday. Now I have to take another day off work. At 7:45am the following Saturday - without a phone call they knock on my door with my sectional. FINALLY! They start bringing it in (six pieces total). They brought 5. They forgot to order the other end of my sectional. Now I get to wait another 4-5 weeks.
By this time I have been transferred to a supervisor to handle all these problems since the original customer service won't contact me because of all her mistakes & the agent with the shipping part of with all her mistakes won't contact me. My end piece finally arrives mid January. It has been over 2 months that all this took place. I was apologized to & asked to give Wayfair another chance & continue to be a customer. Okay... I had other furniture I needed & this couldn't possibly happen again. Boy was I wrong.
I ordered a smaller sectional mid January. Sectional arrived a month later... damaged & shipped the wrong chaise ottoman. I ordered a dark brown chenille sectional (they ship a blue linen ottoman that the chaise cushion won't fit in & the cushion is ripped with a hole in it.) I was told it would take two months to get the two pieces replaced. I told the Supervisor to ship an entirely new sectional... so now I wait for at least 5-6 weeks if nothing else happens... which I know it will. This ordeal with two pieces of furniture has taken countless hours for me to deal with, four days off work, dozens & dozens of emails, phone calls & leaving messages. Never again! I am done! Their products might be okay but it is not worth what it has cost me.

We ordered some chairs from Wayfair and I was very pleased with them. The availability was better than anywhere else and the quality is comparable or even better as well. Also, the ordering process was quite simple. I just selected it, went to check-out, and was shipped and then I was able to track it. It took about a week to be delivered. Unfortunately, I haven't used them yet because I'm gonna take them to my house in Canada, but I got them shipped to the US.

I have had almost four months trying to get living room sofas that are not only defective but also had to deal with multiple customer service agents that promise you results that do not materialize further adding to my frustration. I am pretty sure this alleged design defect that I have discussed with Wayfair is the reason these sofas keep declining in retail sales price. If you want a company that will stand behind their merchandise I suggest that you shop elsewhere.

I am concerned it may not last only because a few people on my Facebook page said they had to get new ones cause theirs started to crackle and burn. It is the same one as I got.. I was planning an event at my home for friends and co-workers to see the premier of a show and wanted to provide a sophisticated spread of drinks and appetizers. Part of my preparation included ordering both wine charms to help my guest identify their glass and crystal wine bottle toppers. We ordered a complete bathroom vanity set (double vanity, 2 sinks, 2 mirrors, 2 faucets, marble top & backsplash). Shipping was within the time frame stated, however, our order was received and both sinks were shattered, the backsplash was broken, (1) of the faucets was bent. The packaging from the manufacturer is a joke, NO bubble wrap on any of the pieces, literally like buying a pair of shoes, only the item in a cardboard box. Wayfair however, was great about making it right, and immediately placed an order for replacement parts.
Round 2, replacements came and were also shattered, broken, bent, etc. Quite flustered, I got on the phone and got a wonderful representative (Ally) who again helped to make it right. So despite us losing approx. 5 weeks on our reno timeline, Wayfair did the right thing in making us happy and I will continue to buy from them whenever possible (just nothing from this same manufacturer, MTD Vanities who packages their products with no care).

I saw something I thought I might like, decided to give Wayfair a chance and I was pleased with what I ordered. My sister happens to order from Wayfair as well so she felt the same way. I have a home where I wanted to order some tile and on three separate occasions I ordered three different products. There was some damage in delivery in all three times. First time when I contacted Wayfair, they replaced it. The second time Wayfair contacted me to let me know that part of that shipment had broken and that they were going to be sending out a replacement for what had broken. They were concerned about if the project was going on now as opposed to thinking they've got all the time in the world. Then the third order of tile, we also had a broken item and they replaced it. They got a little bit more trust after the first time, and during the second and third time, there wasn’t a problem with the return.
The only issue with Wayfair is that they advertise anything over $49 to be shipped free. The tiles handled as freight and initially I did not order that larger purchase because the freight charge on that would have been better than half the cost of the tile I wanted. That allowed me to order the samples first. They came in; it is a quality product that they carry, but they need to be more honest with items that don’t qualify for free shipping.

After placing an order for a bed with Wayfair.com I was very sorry to find that, in my area, Wayfair contracts with Spirit Delivery in Richmond VA. I took a day off work and drove 100 miles to my summer home to await delivery of the bed today. Spirit Delivery was supposed to email me yesterday with a delivery time window. They never emailed me so I called this morning to confirm the delivery time. I was told "Sorry, we have to reschedule." I read the reviews for Spirit Delivery and every one of the reviews are bad. I don't know how they stay in business. I am truly amazed that Wayfair continues to use them as their delivery service. They do not know the meaning of customer service. Wayfair needs to cut ties with Spirit Delivery NOW! Wayfair should read the same reviews of Spirit Delivery that I read and they will know that they are subjecting their customers to harassment by contracting with Spirit Delivery. I cancelled my order with Wayfair. Never again!

I purchased a dining room table, buffet/tv stand and 4 chairs on 3 separate occasions. Each delivery was received a couple days earlier than expected. Packing was excellent and all items were in perfect condition! Actually, everything exceeded out. My husband and I purchased some hanging counter lights a year ago and they arrived undamaged however one of the glass globes wasn't quite like the other two which had a bubble effect in the glass. I contacted customer service and within a couple days a new globe arrived. I highly recommend Wayfair.

My first order from January 7th was Lost in transit. I didn't find this out until I contacted them a week after the promised delivery date to ask where it was/when should I expect it. They reissued the order, promised a $140 credit, and a new delivery estimate of 2/23/2017. I do really like the items I have received when we order from Wayfair and from Joss & Main, but I have never NOT had a problem with delivery. The delivery is either never on time - or it is damaged when it finally arrives. Maybe find a new shipping vendor? If the delivery issues continue, my furniture shopping will go elsewhere.

It is wrinkled beyond belief. It cost way too much to dry clean the comforter, shouldn't have to, it's new. Two of the small pillows are fine, the bigger pillow as bad as the comforter. I am embarrassed to show anyone this bedspread. Will not buy from Wayfair again. When you are retired every penny counts and I feel cheated with this purchase.

For anything needed for the house, Wayfair is always the first place I check. So, when the coffee maker started acting like it would die soon, naturally, its replacement was easy to locate. This is the 3rd Hamilton Beach I've owned. They work great for 2-3 years, and then they croak. It's the most reasonably priced no-carafe coffeemaker on the market that makes multiple cups. Paying more doesn't necessarily guarantee is will last any longer. This model is easy to use and easy to clean, so why try something new? Thanks Wayfair for having it in stock, and shipping it out fast. I was tired of fighting with the old one to get it to finish brewing a full mug of coffee at a time.

These chairs had been cut & pasted into clearance showing (set of 4) when in reality they were selling only (1) for $15. I am a literal person and believe I am going to get what I read. I even read reviews saying how nice the "sets" were. When I was told I would only receive (1) chair at first I said "OK" and then I thought "NO". I ordered a chair for my daughter's birthday inadvertently in the wrong color. I called before the chair shipped to change to the correct color (which was in stock). The chair was to ship that day and the rep made no offer to stop the shipment and re-order the preferred color. So... the wrong color shipped and now I have to send it back and then re-order the other color. This customer service experience was very disappointing. Everything else about Wayfair is A+.

I picked out a headboard from your clearance center that said 2 were in stock, I placed 1 in my cart and placed a order but the price was different in my box. I called your 800 number and talked with one of your representatives who was very nice and helpful. He assisted me with placing the order. I waited and expected delivery on or around the 6th of February. Instead of a delivery I received the following e-mail and was extremely disappointed. I understand about system not updating but it was still a disappointment to have this happen after the great experiences I have had with ordering from Wayfair in the past.

Had to return a picture. Do not remember the order # but with new wallpaper it didn't go. Had to pay shipping and because I had disposed of the box, I had to buy a new one from fed ex, but it was still nice not to get an argument and the return funds were applied immediately.

Waiting over two-and-a-half months to receive delivery of two sofas is unacceptable. After a couple months of research, I placed an order for two sofas on January 2, 2017. When I placed the order, I noticed that items in this collection shipped from 1-2 weeks. On or about January 10th, after noticing a delivery date of February 20th, I contacted customer service to determine the reason for the delay. I received the following message (in relevant part):
"For these unique items, the estimated ship date is conveniently provided on the product page next to the product image as Ships by [date] or "Ships in [number of weeks]". Our site currently shows that the Richland Sofa in Luna Mineral ships in 4-5 Weeks. "Your order is estimated to ship on or before February 8 and will arrive to you by February 20. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the warehouse."
Although a delivery date of February 20th was inconvenient. I moved into my new house on January 20th and needed sofas for my living room. But, I relied on this representation both on the website and in this email, and continued to wait for delivery. I checked the website frequently to ensure prompt shipment and delivery and, on February 8th, on the day that the items were scheduled to ship, Wayfair posted a new delivery date of March 21st.
A two-and-a-half month wait is unacceptable for two standard sofas. Wayfair provided insufficient notice of the delay (and possible back order) at the time of purchase. Wayfair provided unreasonably late notice of the back order (on the date that the items was supposed to ship). Wayfair also provided no adequate remedies (cancel the order after having waiting so long already?).
The customer service representative repeatedly mentioned how she was trying to be "honest and transparent," but these are merely empty words to hide unprofessional and unacceptable conduct. (Let me be transparent to you that you'll need to wait another month for delivery, despite what we advertised and promised?) Companies should do well and be transparent.

Wayfair is amazing and I love them. Their customer service is unsurpassed. I had a problem with a bathroom vanity that I purchased which I stupidly tried to get accomplished between Thanksgiving and Christmas. The first one came in broken and then the next time they brought it in, they were all over it. The guy that I talked to called me back two or three times to let me know the status of where it was at because it was obviously coming from China, to let me know it's been reordered and then to make sure I had received it.
I'm in the process of redoing my house so I'm buying quite a bit of big things and they're wonderful. So far, I've been very pleased with everything I've purchased. And even if it didn't work out such as the set of nesting tables that I got that were too low and they were too modern, I was able to send them back and they got me my refund very quickly. I recommend them to everyone.

I purchased a home about two years ago and was using Wayfair to help furnish it and then for accessories. The ordering process is very user-friendly. It's easy to navigate through the site. Also, we usually get the shipments within a week if not sooner so I've been very impressed with it. They call me for feedback and if they don't hear from me in about a month or two, they'd call looking to see why I haven't bought anything and they increase my points for the purchase. I'm just very happy with the service, the quality and the pricing. I've recommended them on several occasions.

I would like to retract my previous review of Wayfair. Looks like the problem I had with my order was corrected by a much more helpful, courteous and understanding person at Wayfair. Luckily, I decided I was not happy with my first conversation with a rep and decided to contact them again. I am 100% pleased with the result I got with the 2nd person I chatted with. I was pretty excited about ordering from Wayfair.ca because it was in Canadian dollars and heard the products are great. Definitely, the product I ordered was fantastic! No complaints there. My complaint was that I ordered 2 sets of Barstools because it was a "set of 2" for $130.00. I am usually cautious about ordering online. I did not take a screen shot of my order, but instead did a copy only that showed "set of 2", which was my first mistake. I ordered 2 sets of bar stools and received 2 tracking numbers. Anyway, I received 2 bar stools and wondered where the other was. I contacted Wayfair by chat and was told that I only ordered 2 bar stools for the cost of $294... Naturally, when I looked online they were no longer on sale. One bar stool now costs $294. That, there was odd, as they said I bought 1 stool for $130. Definitely sneaky!!!
So just want people to make sure you take a "screen shot" (the person I spoke to said if I had a screen shot, they could do something about it but not a copy). Take a screen shot of anything that says a "set of 2", otherwise the system will change it and then you are screwed. My original order that showed a set of 2 was nowhere to be found. I'm sure Wayfair is aware of this, as I know I am not the only one running into this. If they are, this downright dishonest and a great way to lose customers.

Love the TV stand. Color is awesome and came already assembled. Delivery called 30 mins prior and was on schedule. They brought it inside my house. Listing was confusing. I had been eyeing this piece for several months and one day couldn't find it anymore. Was originally listed as made by Jofran but later was switched to Bungalow Rose. In looking at the reviews I recognized it was the same piece. I even previously ordered the matching end table. The box it came in says Jofran but listing still says made by Bungalow Rose. The pricing also went up and down then back up which was frustrating. I do love the TV stand though. Was a great purchase.

It's easy to find things in Wayfair. They have more of a selection than Target or Wal-Mart. I had no problem with ordering. Even when something was out of stock, it was pretty clear and then they set messages afterwards when it came back with stocks. Everything was in good quality. You obviously get what you pay for. I bought a couple of recliners that were 180 bucks. It's not the greatest recliner but I'm happy with the quality for what I paid.

At first, I was a little confused like I ordered from one site but then having all of it come under one Wayfair was much easier. I was able to do it all from track and see totals on the website. It was select them and it will all show up. I also got a promotion for the end of the holiday when they were having like 40% off and then there was also like free shipping. You just have to put in a code. Then one of the items that I ordered got lost by the partner who's supposed to deliver it. The person or the emails that I've gotten were great. They gave me a credit, reordered it, and followed through on it. It was excellent customer service and the best outcome I could expect. Great product and great prices too.

I like the look of the chandelier. Easy to install. My only complaint is the crystals are not beveled cut which doesn't allow for a nice refractive light on the ceiling. However, for the price it is very nice.

I had purchased a Kalorik Slow Cooker for myself a couple years ago and was so happy with it that I ordered one for my daughter in September, 2016. I was searching for spas and I happened to see Wayfair's online ad. I like its price. It seemed very low for a six-person spa. And I also read the reviews, which all seemed to be very decent for the most part, so I took a chance on it. The online ordering process went smoothly. It was easy to navigate the website. The only choices I had to make was the color and adding the matching steps. The only accessory I bought that was shown was the matching steps. Wayfair's cost was lower, but the length of time to get the product was fairly long. It was tolerable, though. The estimated delivery date was for six weeks. It turned out to end up only at four weeks. And, I contacted the carrier because I knew we lived on a very narrow street, and they might have difficulty delivering. So, once it showed up at their facility, I went and picked it up. Overall, it was a good experience.

Wayfair's price and service are good. Their products are okay. In fact, we have Ikea in town and Wayfair has more variety that we can choose from. We also take advantage of their 10% off sale across a certain time and their 20% off on certain items. One of my orders took way longer than we expected. So, I called Wayfair customer service, but there's nothing they can do, and I understand that. We just had to wait because they already shipped the product. With that, I hope they have a better shipping company. The online ordering process is good, but sometimes, their shipping is very slow. If Wayfair can handle shipping better, I think they will be very successful in business.

I wasn't too mad when one of my furniture was missing a part to it... but when I went to use my card again. I wasn't able to use it. It was froze because I didn't make my first payment. I was charged $50 return check fee and a $20 dollar late fee. At no point during my payment did it say the account number I enter was incorrect or was there any email or phone call of a correction to my account. I ask then to tell me what account number I enter they was unable to tell me. I had to eat this cost, I plan to pay off the card and not use it again. Not worth it, I could get these furniture cheaper. I applied because it gave me a chance to finance when I don't have the funds right away. I can't believe this!

We were really very impressed with Wayfair. It had everything that we needed in one location. I bought four large area rugs to cover an entire family room and my bedroom and the online ordering process was pretty easy to navigate through and work. The product's cost and quality were terrific. Then we had scratches on something and my husband called the customer service. They credited us and everything was taken care of. It's very easy to order from Wayfair's website but I always have issues with the delivery process. The subcontractors that they use are not up to par. Also, Wayfair needs to talk more to their subcontractors whenever they charge for a home delivery because a different subcontractor comes and they don't know that they're supposed to deliver inside the house. Other than that, talking to their customer service has been fine. I gave them my problem and they took down the information.

When purchasing with the credit card from Wayfair I was given a credit limit and noticed a false statement which said minimum purchase of $500 required for free financing for 1 year. I immediately said, "Great!! I'll max it out and pay it off within the year." I even spoke with a representative over the phone saying, "Yes you chose the year plan for free financing." Okay great!!! Fast forward to my first bill I noticed a $30 finance charge!!! Wait a second!! Called, filed a complaint, and was told "Oh it has to be $500 in one single purchase."
I'm sorry the week worth of buying $1500 worth of items wasn't good enough??? It never stated 1 single purchase, only minimum purchase of $500 which I clearly did. I've been clearly misled by this company and feel cheated. I'm paying this off faster now because I do not want to spend hundreds in finance charges. Looks like I'll be taking my business somewhere else!! Beware of misleading information from this company and their bank lending agency Comenity Bank. They're obviously unfair not Wayfair.

Two lamps - the products were fine. I live in a mobile park and my previous shipments arrived directly to my space number; but my last order was delivered to the wrong space number - this has happened twice now. My space number is #98, but on your mailing labels it had space number #9. I contacted customer service and they in turn contacted your shipping dept. only to tell me that they had the correct space number. I'm afraid to place any future orders because it won't be delivered to me and it seems as if you don't want to correct the problem.

The prices are very reasonable and I can find a wide range of choices both high end as well as inexpensive. Purchased some lamp shades. Received them well within the estimated time of arrival. Did not fit my lamp shades so I wanted to return. Was told that Wayfair did not offer returns for certain items. Was offered a 10% discount on next purchase. Why would I make another purchase? If that purchase did not work out then I'd have two purchases I cannot return. I'm not willing to take the chance. You really should make consumers aware of your "no refund on certain items" policy.

I would think twice before ordering a couch from Wayfair. I placed my order on November 16, 2016 with an expected delivery date around the end of December. It is now January 26th, 2017, no couch and no confidence on when we will actually receive the couch. The order tracking status changes all the time with inaccurate information, currently saying our couch has been in transit since December 5th, 2016 and expected delivery of December 28th, 2016. It is a month past December 28th and the tracker is saying an expected delivery of December 28th, 2016, which doesn't make much sense.
Since we had not heard anything from Wayfair around the end of December, we started calling to get more information, only to be told each day that they had no further information and we would hear back in a day or two with an update. Every time we were told we would receive a call back in a day or two, even if there was no change on the status of our couch, we never heard back. We are now approaching the end of January and in the past 3 weeks we have heard multiple times our couch would be shipped in 3-5 business days (even though the tracker says it was shipped December 5th) only to call and get an update and be told "there has been a delay in securing a truck, your couch still hasn't been shipped." January 15th we were told "Your shipment is currently pending release from our Greensboro, NC location and should be shipped in 3-5 business days."
January 24th we followed up with Wayfair for an update on our couch to only be told our couch wasn't shipped until the 24th. So once again, they never updated us about this delay until we followed up and asked. From the last communication we've had with Wayfair, we have been told it will be 3-5 business days from January 24th to our local delivery area and then 1 or 2 days once it arrives at the local delivery agent. We are looking at early February before we receive our couch, only if there are no more 'delays'. I certainly won't be holding my breath until it arrives at my door. If you want your couch in a reasonable time, I would look elsewhere.

I purchased many items and a few turned out to be the wrong color on arrival. The customer service employee that helped me complete the return was very knowledgeable and so friendly. I will continue to use Wayfair whenever possible.

I just received my order today. When l saw the statement, it read my name and address as the shipped to person which was correct, however the billing address was listed as my sister and her address in California which was incorrect. I called Wayfair Customer Care and talked to this nice lady by that name of Susi. When l explained my billing problem to her, she was extremely concerned. She discovered that the order was billed to my credit card and not my sister's, which was a great relief to me. Problem solved.

I would not recommend Wayfair. My orders over the past @3 years have resulted in items that 50% of the time seem "seconds." Recently, I ordered a canopy bed whose weight was so unmanageable I (able-bodied) could not bring the box in from the porch. I lost $20+ returning it. I previously order a red carpet strictly for Christmas. I designed and purchased decor using the image and specifications provided by Wayfair for this carpet. I literally was waiting at the door anticipating its arrival. Not only were its dimensions not at all what had been advertised; its off-gassing was so bad, I had to keep windows cracked open in December for approximately a week.
A worse experience the year before -- for a coffee table with mismatched paint -- resulted in my having to carry an unwanted and pretty ugly-looking piece of furniture with me on a move to a new home. On the other hand, I have bought two stunning faux leather chairs from Wayfair; I would not have been able to get anywhere else. It's the "not knowing," the uncertainty that what has been described is valid, that will almost certain keep me from ordering from them again. In this company's defense, I have to say that customer service representatives did EVERYTHING possible to address the sub-standard or misrepresented merchandise. In the two latter cases, they refused to accept the items as returns but also refunded my money, instructing me to donate the items to charity. The coffee table is long gone. The rug (rolled up and in its sleeve) will be out of my house as soon as the weather breaks.

I have ordered a number of items in the last 6 months as I moved across country and wanted new things. The quality for the price has been exceptional. I only had one problem and Wayfair corrected it immediately. I highly recommend shopping at Wayfair.

I have had a couple times contacting customer service due to items arriving damaged. (FedEx driver is not very nice to my things.) Both times customer service has been very nice, super helpful and resolved my issue immediately. I think your customer service team is top notch and deserves a pat on the back! Kudos to them!

I've had several wonderful experiences with Wayfair. The products and prices on their website are both competitive and affordable and I have to say the quality has been top notch. I have been pleased with everything I got. Even when I've had to contact them about some little issue (e.g. broken bulb), I have found them to be super responsive and extremely efficient in sending you out a replacement. I cannot fault either their website, their prices or their shipping. I will continue to shop, very happily as they have a product range and price model that suits my taste and my wallet. I really like everything about them!

I've place several orders with Wayfair & have always been satisfied. The quality is good & the prices are comparable. They'll answer any questions you might have, before ordering so you almost always know exactly what you're getting. Should you not be happy with something, they'll return or replace it. They really do go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. I highly recommend Wayfair. I wasn't really happy with my last order of sunflowers in a vase. The flowers just didn't look right. However, it was my choice not to return them. I found another place to put them & they actually look OK.

From my very first order which had to be returned to several orders after that Wayfair and the customer staff was over the top excellent. They make shopping easy, their recommendations are spot on, the delivery is on time or before expected and the merchandise is high quality. They are my go-to first and usually may not need to go anywhere else. Thank you for such a wonderful experience at every level.

It took me three tries to find the right rug for our bedroom. Thanks to Wayfair's very fair and easy return process, I was able to send back the two rugs that were just wrong and purchase a third one that we absolutely love! Because of the ease of ordering, the outstanding website and the easy return process, I'll continue to shop with Wayfair.

I have ordered several things from Wayfair and have been very happy with all purchases. I would add I think packaging may want to be done better, I have not had anything broken but the boxes have been in bad shape at times. Maybe it is the carrier's, I don't know.

I tried to order an item from Wayfair and the system kept refusing my credit card. My credit card was in good standing and there was a zero balance on it. I called Wayfair to ask what the problem is and they had no idea and did not offer to resolve the issue. I went to another store to order the item at more money since it seemed Wayfair did not want my order.

Having recently moved I needed many items to help decorate and equip my home to make it comfortable and efficient. I always shop for the best value and brands whatever I am buying. Wayfair had both! In the last four months I have placed 10 orders from headboards to Christmas decor and all have arrived when they informed me they would and everything arrived in good condition and just as I had hoped.
