When I first saw this art manual online I thought it would look good in my living room but once it was hanging on the wall I liked it even more. The colors look great in the room and it is perfect on the wall. I love it!

Very fast and efficient. I had a piece that was damaged and they credited me right away and told me to dispose of the damaged item. Delivery was as promised. The only downside is everything I bought had to be put together.

My bed is beautiful. The new cool gel mattress is so comfortable that I never want to get out of bed. My sheets and comforter really make my whole selection great. Highly recommend Wayfair. ❤️

I ordered a pedestal sink. According to the picture on the internet it was the complete sink but only the top of the sink arrived. I later found out I then had to order the bottom part which is the pedestal for an additional 170 plus dollars. I tried to send the sink back but was told that they do not accept returns. I did not see a "will not accept return" policy in their site, so now I am stuck with the top part of the sink which cost 203.00 dollars, but was able to cancel bottom of the sink before it was shipped out. I will never order from them again and will tell my friends about them. I am being punished for their mistake as I had to order from another company and spend more money, it's not fair.

I was interested in three pendant lights and had to call to speak with a Wayfair representative concerning dimensions. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and even went as far as contacting the manufacturer to request additional information. I received my order sooner than expected and am thrilled with my purchase. Exactly as shown in the online image.

We have order the following items from Wayfair over the years. Floor rug, silverware, rocking chair, dinnerware and a Keurig 2.0 coffee maker. We have not been disappointed in the quality of the items and did receive excellent shipping service on every order.

I researched loft beds for about 2 weeks. Wayfair offered the best price for the Camaflexi High Loft Bed (full size) and their customer service was excellent. The Wayfair representative took the time to answer all my questions on the phone and quickly followed up by email with a question he had to research. The loft bed arrived early and in perfect condition. My daughter loves her new bed and it is very sturdy.

I have purchased a Sectional, two accent tables and several items for our business. All the home Goods were excellent, and if there was a minor problem, customer service was totally responsive. All the office furniture was perfect with the exception of one small desk which just fell apart, purchased by my partner Luther **. The big desk was perfect, but the smaller desk fell apart. That was the only item he purchased that was faulty. The Company and its products for the most part are A+.

In all of the years I have been purchasing products from Wayfair, I have yet to have had an unpleasant experience... and I have yet to feel that I did not get a quality product at a very reasonable price! Additionally, I am always amazed at Wayfair's efficient order handling and rapid shipping time. I would highly recommend Wayfair to anyone! I cheerfully think of Wayfair as "Amazon of the home furnishings world!!!"

I've ordered from Wayfair from Canada and while snowbirding in the US. Everything has arrived on time, packed well and in good condition. I have been happy with every purchase made. I would definitely recommend Wayfair to anyone. I'm always checking out the deals.

I love Wayfair! I have ordered 2 sofas, 4 chairs, a buffet and cocktail table area rugs. I have been very satisfied with my purchases. I know I would have spent double at a local furniture store. From the time I confirmed the items in my cart to the time my order arrived to my door was 7 Days total. Processing and Shipment was very fast. My items arrived and looked better than I hoped. My Brookwood 5 piece dining set with mint green chairs looks wonderful. The wood is heavy and sturdy but the item was easy to put together. I put it together alone. My Banford mirror table was a bit darker/copper colored than I expected but it is still lovely. It is heavy and the quality is good but while putting it together I quickly noticed some minor details were rushed in the finishing. Putting the legs together really needs 2 people. I had to balance crates and boxes to hold the legs up while I tighten the screws. I will buy from Wayfair again. My experience was great.

After receiving the ordered merchandise, I realized that the shower curtain would not work with my existing rod. I called customer service to ask how to go about returning the merchandise. The gentleman I spoke with explained everything easily and emailed me return labels. I packed the two items separately, as they were delivered that way and brought them to a FedEx drop-off box, which this same gentleman located for me. Within two days I received an email informing me of the delivery of the two packages and explained what and when my refund would be posted back to my credit card. Although I haven't received the credit as yet, I'm sure it'll be there on my next card statement. The shower curtain and matching valance were beautiful and well made but unfortunately wouldn't work for me.

My wife and I ordered several furniture items for our new home through Wayfair. At first I wasn't sure how the service would be since it's an online store and we weren't able to see the product. We called the 1-800 number and the women we spoke to was so helpful and nice. We ordered our items and were able to track them online and change delivery dates to correspond with our schedule. The gentlemen that delivered the furniture were polite and cleaned up after they delivered.

I have talked with 5 to 6 of your customer service representatives by e-mail about a comforter/duvet that is on one of your commercials and nobody can find it. No one can send me the link to order it and this has been going on now for 6 weeks. Very disappointed and shocked that your customer service representatives are so inept. I've bought a lot from you, but this is very disappointing and I may find another online retailer to do business with.

We got the set because it was supposed to arrive on 3/2. So we schedule a party 3/6 thinking all will be fine! Haha I contacted Shelby from customer service and she assured me she will get back to me in 48 hours. I stressed how important it is to get the set in time for my party. 5 days later still no response and the tracking stated 3/2... Ahh hello! It's 3/7! The party had to be canceled. Money was wasted and the set is still not here.

The delivery went smooth and they arrived within the time frame. The delivery guys were also very nice, as they offered to carry the boxes up to the second floor even though they didn't have to. That really helped our process. Also the couch is great! Couldn't be happier!

I have received an e-mail asking to rate how we like the new bed we bought for our daughter. I am very sad to say that we still have not received it. It was ordered 2/10/17 and will not be delivered until 3/15/17. I would have bought one somewhere else had I known it would take a month.

I ordered on Dec 4th and was suppose to receive the pool table before Christmas. After it being so called delayed they delivered box 2 in January. I had to order another which was also misplaced and had to talk with a Wayfair manager who had to reorder for the third time and I finally received on 4th of March; 3 months later. Although I received a discount I'm still very displeased with the service provided from your staff; except the manager!

Yesterday I received the Yellow Sprinkle Teapot and the lid of the teapot did not fit firmly on it. I called customer service this morning and they promptly did what was necessary to send me a replacement at no charge. I could not have asked for a better response. I am an avid hot tea drinker and have been collecting teapots for 30 or 40 years and have never had any company handle a situation like this so promptly and not ask me a million questions. Wayfair has always been prompt with deliveries also. I love to do business with a company like this.

Upon receiving the light for my dining area in the kitchen it's not like the light in the picture of your website. Your website is showing blue in the light but there is no blue in this light at all. So I'm very disappointed but I receive the light at a good price so I did not accept any further compensation. If you look at my order history you can see I am an avid Wayfair shopper.

After purchasing a new bed we had to get a new headboard as we upgraded from a queen to a king. Now we had a space between the top of the headboard and a half-moon shaped window above it to fill. Wayfair had hundreds of wall decorations to choose from. We finally decided on one which was delivered promptly, packaged extremely well and contained a wonderful piece that looks like it was made for the room. LOVE the free delivery. All in all it was a great experience!

Everything else we have ordered from Wayfair arrived within a few days. We ordered this dresser over ONE MONTH AGO and it has still not even been delivered to the local delivery partner. We are very dissatisfied with the long shipping time. It still has not gotten here.

I have recently moved to USA and ordered all the furniture and accessories for my flat on Wayfair. In the whole list of orders I had an issue with FedEx delivery and one with the item that was damaged. My customer service representative, Michael **, was great. We managed to sort out the item. However with FedEx it was out of his reach but he tried his best. Overall great customer experience and I'll continue to buy on Wayfair. Thanks.

I am confused. I had problems with two tables - the initial order and the subsequent replacement order for the same table. I was only refunded for one table, even though customer service emailed me that I was being refunded for two tables. Albeit I only paid for one table but the confusion and misinformation from Wayfair guarantees that I will not order another furniture item from them. The quality of the two tables was completely substandard, parts missing and defective and just not working correctly.

We are pleased so far with our experience using Wayfair. In December of 2016 we moved into a newly built home in Ohio. Having recently moved from New Hampshire we needed to find a company to help us furnish our house and help make it feel like home. There was a problem with a large purchase for hutch, table and end tables. Wayfair took care of the problem very quickly. I was surprised and "more" than 100 % satisfied. I had been searching for months for dining room chairs, on your site I found many and couldn't decide but then I saw the Iban Parson Chair and loved it. I ordered 2 at first to see if they would look good in my dining room and to see if I liked them. I ordered them, they arrived. Husband went to assemble them but got stuck on how to until he pulled the lining off and saw that is how you had to do it. They do not tell you to pull lining off that it is velcro. Outside of that I love, love, love the chairs, they are comfortable, look amazing, go with everything in my dining room and everyone that comes in says how beautiful they look. The only problem - I am trying to get clear plastic covers to go over the tops of the chairs because everyone for some reason touches the tops when walking by and I don't want them to get dirty in that one area. I have purchased many things from Wayfair and Never had a problem. Highly recommend them.

I ordered a bed frame which shipped from Wayfair on 2/2/17 and arrived at the delivery company on 2/14. The order sat for over a week and not one person contacted me. I finally reached out to Wayfair who stated they would look into it and call me back. They did not. I call again and I am placed on hold for about 10 minutes and was told that the delivery company was going to contact me. I finally receive a delivery date of 3/6/17 between 10 and 2. I take the day off and wait. At 1:30 I check my delivery status and it reads "11 stops before your delivery". I call Wayfair and they say they cannot do anything. I call the delivery company and they say the truck broke down but they can be at my house by 8 pm. I asked why didn't someone call me and there was silence. At 7:50 a driver calls and by now I'm a little upset. I sat home, lost a day off for nothing.
When I question the lack of communication I was told this happens. I strongly explain to this person how unprofessional it is to treat customers like this without using ANY profanities and hang up the phone. Less than a minute later the delivery company calls back and states that they did not like my tone. I again tell this person how rude it is to set up a delivery time, and completely miss it with no regards to the customer. I tell him that I could care less if he delivers the product. I understand that things do happen but it is the company's obligation to let the customer know. About 10 minutes later, I get a notice regarding my delivery status stating "the delivery was attempted, customer was missed". I NEVER LEFT MY HOUSE!! My contact person at Wayfair was Alisha **. This is truly the worst company I have ever dealt with. They should terminate their contract with this delivery company immediately.

I was skeptical when I ordered the end tables online, but the delivery was fast and the product was a great value. Everything was easy to piece together and the materials were in great shape -- no damage from shipping. The tables were an amazing value!

I ordered this chair, waited a while to get pieces and in the end, the last piece was lost in transit and my money was refunded. I was glad to have gotten the money returned but my heart was set on getting my back cushion to complete my chair.

I had to return an item and it was after the usual allowed 30 day period. Wayfair went above and beyond to accept the return and credit my cc. I will not abuse that privilege but I do appreciate their assistance. Will do business with Wayfair again and again.

Have never had a bad experience with Wayfair. Orders arrive well packaged and on time. My family room looks like a Wayfair room... from the Davey Sofa to wall decor and area rug. I am very dissatisfied because it took Wayfair about 5 times for a coffee table to get delivered without being damaged. I ordered a picture and the same thing. It was delivered and the picture frame was damaged. Not very happy. I'm waiting for one last order and that will be the last time I order from Wayfair.

I've done a lot of shopping at Wayfair and it is basically the only place I really shop. They have a wonderful policy, very helpful and I'm glad they're there. And they stand behind their product and if there is a problem like a partner thing, they fix it. I have complete confidence in them when I shop there. I don’t have to worry about anything that’s broken or something that needs to be replaced immediately. They're wonderful, very polite customer service and I've never come across anything different. It's very easy to browse and compare products on their website. It's one of my most pleasant web commerce experience. Their price is reasonable and then there's free shipping too so I purchased from Wayfair. But if you're away, you have to time your purchase and monitor it because their price fluctuates a lot. Then you could get a good price. Otherwise, it can be higher than others. It's very easy to find out whether it's available or not. Then you can set the reminder when it's available again. For quality, mostly they're okay.
They have a perfect customer service. So if you have issues with your order, you can reach out to customer service. I never talked to anyone on the phone. It's mostly via chatting channel, or email. I need to be sure to input all the details, pictures, evidence and then they would take care of it. They don't offer a lot of discounts. So it is hard to find additional discounts other than what they already put on sale. Overall, I'm very satisfied and it was perfect.

Based on the web pictures of the 2 hydrangea bouquets and directing buyer to primp branches and leaves to make it look like pictures, I thought the items would have silk leaves and dried flowers. Believe the dried flowers and leaves would break if primped. Also pictures do not show dusty white leaves and purple flowers like what arrived.

I did not like the color of a dining chair (8 of them) and they sent UPS back to the house for the returns and gave me a store credit for the amount. Otherwise it would have cost $40 a chair. I feel incredibly thankful and will try to buy most things from Wayfair. Great customer service. Thank you.

Ordered 3 vanities. Way too many errors with this order. One came with broken backsplash, faucet and sink. Had to pay for re-installation of sink and faucet at a cost of $800. Wayfair credited me but didn't have a functional vanity for several months before almost everything was corrected. I was sent a new backsplash that came as two 36" pieces instead of one 72" piece. The pieces are not flush and I had to reorder a new one. The replacement backsplash is back ordered til July 2017 (I ordered this in August 2016). Having to wait almost 1 full year to have a properly repaired and functional vanity is horrible. The second vanity came with a stained countertop. To have it uninstalled and re-installed would have cost me approximately $500 (after having already paid $500 to have it installed once) so I opted for a $200 credit instead. I would have preferred a good condition vanity in the first place. The third vanity was fine.
While trying to rectify all of the issues with my 72" Katherine vanity, I had to speak with no less than 4 different customer service representatives before I was finally told my new 72" backsplash would ship in July 2017. Every time I started speaking with one person, they eventually stopped returning emails and phone calls and I would be transferred to someone else. I only called or emailed to find out statuses on the replacement sink, backsplash and faucet so I was only calling or emailing when necessary.
I renovated an entire home this past year and more than 50% of my total purchases were from 2 separate accounts with Wayfair (mine and my husband's). I spent a large sum of money on fixture, furnishings, vanities, etc... And to have to wait almost a year (that's assuming the proper 72" backsplash ever actually comes) for replacement parts is just inconceivable. I am a real estate appraiser in the Boston area and deal with contractors, designers, architects, etc on a daily basis. I used to refer clients to Wayfair all the time but until this issue with my backsplash gets rectified, I am reluctant to do so in the future.

I am now waiting on my 3rd table to arrive. The first arrived damaged from the manufacturer and I refused the delivery. I called Wayfair and a new one was sent. The 2nd table looked great but was missing a piece that attached the cover for the screws. I called Wayfair and they were going to have the manufacturer send out a new part. A week or so later I got an email from customer service saying that the manufacturer would not ship out an individual piece, only a new table. I was offered a new table or $200 off my purchase price. I opted for a new table because I want it to look perfect. I expressed my concern about getting the 2nd table taken away when the new one arrived before I had a chance to put it together and make sure it was perfect.
Wayfair offered to upgrade my delivery to white glove service. Now the delivery company will assemble the new table and I can inspect it before my other table gets returned. While the whole process of multiple table deliveries and calls to customer service has been frustrating, I am very pleased with the customer service crew at Wayfair. They have been very helpful and have taken care of things as quickly as possible. Now I'm just waiting for what I hope to be my final table delivery soon!

I contacted Wayfair to inquire about a return since the product I received was damaged. I was told that I would have to pay return shipping to Wayfair. I was also told that I would receive an email to send pictures of the item to have my refund process started. I still have not receive anything from them.

I'm always able to find something that I’m looking for in Wayfair and I like the quality of the items. I always come back to Wayfair when I needed something or want to get something for one of my kids. The online ordering process has been easy to do as well. It's been good with their customer service too. I had ordered my daughter counter stools and when it came, one was broken. Wayfair replaced it immediately and it was fine.

Newbern Sofa by Signature Design by Ashley. This is the most beautiful piece of furniture. The quality is above and beyond what I expected. Zippers are hidden in pillows and the fabric is just wonderful. So many compliments and this sofa will be a permanent fixture in my home for many years! 2 Glass component shelf upon arrival to my home was shattered in thousands of pieces, with two of the main parts of the hardware missing. Very dissatisfied, had thrown away the paperwork with the order number on it and obviously could not send it back due to the condition... We purchased nightstands. The color was exactly as expected and the style is nice. The pieces arrived with a few dings and the door was just packed inside the cabinet without any padding which I imagine was the reason for the dings. The door is poorly designed. One of the items, the door was okay but the other would not stay on. The design was such that it was a peg on top and bottom of the cabinet and a hole on the door for the peg to fit in. For the item where it would not work, the peg was either too small or stripped so the door wouldn't stay on. Because we are handy, we were able to purchase small hinges and install. I feel sorry for the person that cannot do this themselves.

Just received couch from Wayfair. They offer free freight shipping to the curb... literally. Paid extra for delivery into garage. Local freight company provided bogus telephone number and didn't call at least 30 mins prior to delivery. Freighter canceled and rescheduled delivery 3 times! Had no recourse or anyone to call. Wayfair was very lethargic about getting involved and said we need to work it out with carrier. They didn't even care that the carrier provided a bogus phone number.
Carrier finally showed up 10 days after original delivery date. Two punks showed up barely sober. They dropped the couch from the truck to the ground. They brought it to the garage but refused to bring it into the garage. Told them that I paid extra for garage drop-off and the driver started to argue with me and demanded to see my invoice. Gave him the invoice showing the paid service. The driver gave me back my invoice and he shoved the couch into the garage blocking access. Asked to turn it sideways and he refused and said I need to sign for the delivery.
Told him that he would wait until I inspected the couch for damage. He gave me some grief but I just ignored him. He continued to harass me to sign for the delivery the entire time I was inspecting the couch. He told me that he didn't care if I signed the paperwork or not. Later after the driver left I called Wayfair to file a complaint. Wayfair Customer Service said I need to speak to their Shipping Department and put me on hold. After a 10 mins wait the Wayfair rep came back in the line stating that they would have to call me back because that office was closed. IT WAS 3 PM EASTERN! Needless to say we won't be using Wayfair ever again!

I have been pleased with Wayfair. It's my go-to place as I’ve been able to find exactly what I’m looking for just by going on there. I liked their variety and it's easy to shop there. I've bought side tables, a desk, and just recently a mattress from them. The quality is good and I've been happy with everything I've gotten from them.
The only time I had let them know about a complaint I had, they handled it to my satisfaction very efficiently and I was very pleased. When I got a fireplace screen that was popped out in one corner, they sent me a new one to replace it. Also, the drawer in one of the side tables I bought doesn't close right. It’s okay but I have to slam it shut. I had it put together by a professional handyman and these guys built all the other furniture I’ve gotten, so it’s not me screwing up. I haven't called Wayfair about this though. Still, I would recommend and have actually recommended Wayfair. Anytime somebody says they love my old desk, I tell them it's Wayfair and that I just scroll through their site since I don't have time to walk around stores and look in showrooms trying to find something.

I fix houses for a living and I’m always needing everything that Wayfair got. I’m one of their biggest customers and I've done 16 pages of items that I bought from them. The only thing I shop is the clearance and most of the items I got were excellent, while some had been terrible like the sofa I bought. All the reviews said that it’s wonderful and comfortable but it is the most dreadful sofa ever. I didn’t spend so much for it, so it’s all right.
Their customer service had been absolutely wonderful as well. Sometimes it’s very funny. Like one time I received a white, leather, poofy headboard and I did not order it. They told me to donate it to church and so I did. Then I ordered a toaster and I got a kettle that warms water. They also told me to give that to church, so I did. I also ordered a reclining chair for my son-in-law for his birthday and they gave him an end of a sofa. There were some mishaps along the way but they've taken them all in stride. I tell everybody about Wayfair.

I decided to purchase from Wayfair due to their selection, the ease of shopping, and the lack of a salesman following me around while I shop. In fact, my husband hates furniture shopping because when we walk in a store, it’s like the salesmen are stalking us. Wayfair's customer service has been great when I’ve called. It’s been a wonderful shopping experience every time I’ve dealt with customer service or when I go online and look. Also, I’ve had no problems at all with their affiliates. When I was in Oregon with my mom before she moved here to Indiana, I was helping some of her friends and since they’re older, they wanted a set or the other. I jumped on Wayfair and helped them order.
I had a situation where I ordered $90 end tables and I received two end tables that were over $600 that were absolutely refurbished and gorgeous. Needless to say, I called and I said, “Hey, this is what I got. Their inside invoice is tagged for somebody in Utah. Shipping invoice is to me. But I love ‘em. Can I keep ‘em?” And they said, “Sure, just pay the difference.” I also run into a problem one time when I tried to cash in on a credit off of my card. And then, another time, I thought I was using my Wayfair card, but it went on my debit card. So, it’s one of those “gotcha!” moments. I wish they would have a pop-up that goes, “Confirming you’re using XYZ Credit Card,” before it goes through. But overall, my experience has been flawless and exceptional.

I do not know if the Tried and True Program is still running, but I have had very negative experiences which go back almost 10 months. I was originally invited to participate in what I thought was a monthly product review program back in March 2016. I have only participated once in 12 months. I have made several large purchases from Wayfair, so I thought I would be a great candidate for the program. My last communication to Tried and True was on September 7, 2016, when I wrote a letter in response to the cancellation of my July order for the Tried and True Program. I have sent many emails, however I have not been provided a clear explanation on the status of the program. If it is still in existence, I would like the opportunity to participate.

Palmas Plantation Iko Wood headboard was shipped and received earlier than the original estimated time frame. The delivery company did a great job, package was protective. Hardware not included but Wayfair staff was extremely helpful and prompt with assisting to have it expedited. The headboard is beautiful and looks just as it does online. Expectations were exceeded in every way. I would definitely use Wayfair for future furniture purchases.

Love, love my Kleopatros Retro Upholstered Lounge Chair. Everyone I spoke with at Wayfair was extremely helpful, pleasant, professional and most of all caring. This company knows how to treat their customers with the utmost respect and caring about their customers. I've had a bad experience with another company recently and out $319.00 to date for a product that's defective. I was referred to NorCal Restoration Co to see if this company can fix the end table and of course at my expense. At Christmas ordered a set of ornaments for gift. It was packaged extremely well to protect the items. I was pleased because last year ordered ornaments from different company came in pieces and they couldn't replace. Gave me credit. 2 order was for 5x7 rug. Extremely happy with it. Bought the Ultimate Dreams 11" pillow top mattress back in January of 2017. Really cool how it comes in such a small box - then it slowly expands after unwrapped! Wait a couple of days (per instructions) then try it out. SUPER comfy and even though it's in our guest room, I find myself wandering in to take a nap once and a while - just because it's so comfortable. You will not be disappointed!

I was called by a rude and loud women, who I told I could not talk to at the time, because she called by cellphone, and I was at work, going into a meeting. She just kept talking. I told her that I had paid the account in full. She just kept asking for payment. I explained to her that she had called my cellphone number, which I had not authorized. I was so upset; that I did not active the credit card that you sent me. If that is the way your company does account receivable calls. I most likely will not active the card or use your company again.

I bought the Middleton Savannah area runner in January and was initially thrilled with the beautiful colors and thickness of the rug and thought the quality was excellent. But I noticed it would never lie flat in one area towards the last third of the runner. It was always buckling. Bought a rug pad thinking it was just slipping with walking traffic. However, this week I decided to try turning the rug, and noticed that on the underside where the buckle was occurring there is a deep crease in the backing. Don't know if it was folded incorrectly at some time, or got damaged in shipping, but I am now very sad and disappointed in the rug.

My experience with Wayfair was great. Purchasing anything unseen is always risky but hearing that their products were good I was willing to try. Living on a tight budget and still needing items for our household or for our children's households Wayfair offers products prices that makes it possible to acquire those goods without feeling like we were spending way too much. Good and quick customer service response to 1st order (ceramic casserole dish) that arrived broken. Transport had dropped it hard enough to deflate all airbags on broken side. A ceramic lid which should have had cardboard between itself and the pot below had shifted leaving 2 ceramic pieces to touch which caused the break. Customer service rep immediately understood what & why it had happened and was quick to resolve the issue making me feel like a valued customer!

The cabinet (InFurniture bathroom vanity) has a nice appearance but needs to be sealed. If you run your finger against it, you will feel tiny splinters. The marble top and porcelain under mount sink are very nice.

A month or more ago I purchased a standing lamp from Wayfair. The bottom pole was bent terribly but I managed to fix it. Then one of the knobs broke off. I paid over $100 for this garbage and didn't keep the box or papers to return it. Won't be buying anything more from Wayfair again.

I went to several different stores to order my 10-piece outdoor set, but their cost was tremendously higher than Wayfair's. I looked all over town for three weeks before I made the decision and I decided to go with Wayfair. Their ordering process was very easy. I clicked on the 10-piece outdoor set that I wanted and clicked on the color and everything’s pulled up. The product that I got from them was a lot better. I was browsing the internet looking for fans and lights for my new home. I looked at some lighting companies, went between Wayfair and Amazon, and liked Wayfair's price and product options. I went with them on lighting as it matched up well in terms of my choices and prices. I did a number of lights, and anything that I had done in my home, I've been pretty much happy with. Also, I have returned one or two things with no problems. I would recommend it to other people and if I ever have to make any additional purchases, I would always look at Wayfair. When buying furniture through Wayfair, one needs to be 100% sure about the product they are purchasing. I bought a nightstand that looked like it was a dark brown color online. When it arrived it was almost black, and did not match my bedroom furniture. When I called to return it, I found out the return fee is half the price of the night stand! I will never buy furniture from this company again. Way too risky.

When I went on the computer, Wayfair came up and they seemed to have nice, modern stuff. I bought tiles and did my whole bathroom through them and it was way cheaper than if I would have gone to the tile shops. Wayfair's return policy was wonderful also. I miscalculated on the tile, and they took back boxes. There was not an issue, and they never asked questions. They sent the wrong counter top, but they were very accommodating in sending a new one. It has been very easy. When I was returning tile, I spoke to somebody who was very nice.
I rummaged through when ordering. I pick what I want and it takes me to the cart. And after I added it to the cart, it wants to know if I want to check out. And then I check out. I have the Wayfair credit card, and they don't even ask me the number. They have it already listed and they just automatically go to the card. And then they text me when the items are being shipped and delivered and so on and so forth. The process was very easy once I learned how to do it. Everything was wonderful. The quality of the stuff is quite nice. I just can't feel it up so I tend to go to the store, feel it up, and then order it. So, I'm contemplating on ordering a futon from them. But I can't see it up close and personal. Although, they're very descriptive of how the item is.

Everything that I wanted was in stock and it took only a couple of days to ship. It was very convenient. Their website and the online sales that they supply were fantastic. The prices were much better on Wayfair, and the quality is great. Though there were a couple pieces that came broken but they switched it right out. We love the TV stand. The first one came damaged on the front top. Very good service to replace the whole thing. Second came and was damaged in the same place and in the back. We asked for replacement parts as we don't need yet another TV stand. The replacement parts are not available and another TV stand is being sent and will arrive May 8th over two months from now. Not Happy. :(

I like Wayfair's price and they have a very good selection better than other stores. But they can improve on their website wherein shoppers could filter out what they don’t want to see. If they could get the filters on there, it’d be awesome. Also, I had damaged stuff shipped to me before but their reps handled it very well.

I had ordered an upholstered bed which arrived with one box missing. I then requested a return for which I was charged 18$. I went ahead with it. Now after that I got to know there is a second box which is to be returned too and that is a part of the same package. When I asked for a return label for the second box they again charged me 18$. This caused me to pay 36$ for return of a product worth 220$. It was really a terrible customer service experience and I will never shop or recommend Wayfair to anyone again. When buying furniture I would rather go to a brick and mortar shop and have a look first before buying. Terrible experience first time and for the last time.

Everything always went smoothly, and as a result a good portion of our new home has been furnished by Wayfair - and we're planning for that to continue! Love, love, love them all!!! I started with an area rug for my living room, and it was PERFECT! Went on to lamps that matched even better than I expected. Then, of course, the artwork I had on the wall (winter-scape) simply looked "off" getting nearer to spring and summer. Just happened to come across Van Gogh's "Starry Night"... a favorite of mine since I was much, much younger... and that was the icing on the cake! Thank you for providing such quality products! I love Wayfair and I’m addicted to it. My entire basement is Wayfair-ed out. I just moved into a new home in July and I was using Overstock. Someone who I work with asked me if I ever looked at Wayfair. So I went on there and it was over. I got married to the website. It has a great variety of product, like the kind of stuff I don’t see in stores. I was on there a lot to get ideas and search on their little search engine, which everything was easy to find. I liked everything about the site. I literally furnished an entire house and the quality of the products are fantastic. Everything I’ve ordered came quick.
I had a sofa I ordered and set up delivery, which worked out good. The guys came, delivered the sofa, put it together, and put it exactly where I wanted. I also got this amazing, big black with silver starburst type things rug for what I considered nothing. And I like that they offer an 18-month interest free, with a card. It's another thing that was really enticing for me so I was really happy about it. I wish I’d been turned on to Wayfair earlier.

As a new customer to Wayfair Canada I am extremely disappointed in your company and how you operate your business. My wife and I spent many of hours on line looking for the right area rug and when we found it, there were 4 left in stock but a few days later we were informed that an error in inventory left you with none in-stock to fill the order. We were then sent an apology stating that this is a very rare happening and should not happen again and we were offered a 10% discount to put towards our next purchase at Wayfair.
My wife and I decided to give your company another try and then the second area rug was on hold so I contacted customer service to question the order being on hold. Today I was informed that the area rug that was being processed is discontinued and you cancelled my purchase. Now this is the second time that your company has done this to my wife and me. We started this journey with Wayfair to purchase an area rug on Feb. 13th and have spent many hours on line to find an area rug that would work for us and would fit into our budget but now realize that we have been wasting our time with Wayfair. As a first time buyer at Wayfair I can say I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend shopping with Wayfair to any Canadian and I would be happy to warn everyone I can possibly contact to not waste their time looking cause they would end up being as disappointed as my wife and I are. When I received my order from Wayfair it was damaged. I called them as soon as I realized it. The individual I spoke with was knowledgeable and very helpful. I just ordered a bed from Wayfair.ca during their 70% off sale and now they have just e-mailed to say, "Oops that was a computer error," and we are cancelling the delivery. I called and spoke to Megan who says she is the highest manager and they can offer me 15% off or a price discount but not the advertised price. This is terrible customer services. I would never recommend that anyone shop on this site. There are so many places to shop online, don't waste your time with one that does not have good customer service. They should honour their price mistake like everyone else.

These ivy topiaries are gorgeous, large, life-like, and very impressive. They will be perfect on our hunt board on either side of a mirror. They would also be wonderful on either side of a doorway or fireplace. We were so pleased with this order as with all our previous orders of faux flowers, plants and topiaries from Wayfair. Some reviewers were not happy with the containers the topiaries were in but it is easy enough to place them inside other planters and add a little faux "soil" to them.

Firstly, I just want to say that this was my first and last time ordering with this mediocre website. I ordered a bed that was placed on clearance via phone with an agent, at first I thought, "Wow great and fast." I explained to the associate that I needed it a specific weekend and she then prompted me to take the "convenient" delivery service (Note: it was 49.95). I get word that the earliest time I would be receiving this item would be 2 weeks after the weekend. I needed this item since the delivery service has specific days it travels around the state. Well if I am working with their schedule what was the point of paying this extra fee then?!?!
I placed the order February 8th and apparently would not be receiving this item till March 11th! After I get off the phone with a supervisor she claims that she will be expediting the delivery service to the weekend. I needed it, I then felt relieved and glad the problem was fixed. Day of the delivery the delivery guys say that there is only one piece that was given to them to deliver. ONE PIECE? To a 2-piece item... thanks Wayfair. I called the delivery team and I get this supervisor Jared, the guy literally just wants to get off the phone so tells me the other piece would not be available till 2 weeks since its clearance. That's not the customer's problem. How could you send a bed with only the headboard and not the frame? He refunds me my money and now I have no bed, I ended up ordering from Overstock instead. I paid about 200.00 more but I have never had an issue with them in the past. You lost a new customer and potential referrals for life.

Received order within 2 days. Cabinet had a few scratches on a part that wasn't really visible. Called to inform Wayfair that box was slightly damaged during transport. They told me I could return it. I said it wasn't really that bad. Just a few scratches. They gave me $50.00 off. Wow. What great customer service in a world that doesn't seem to have much of that.

Price match - I ordered the dresser and then it went on sale. I asked if I could get the difference in Wayfair credit and the specialist told me at first that since it was ordered too long of a time before that I couldn't get Wayfair credit difference. I corrected her and let her know that I just ordered it 2 days ago and gave her the order number again. She told me then that it was a flash sale item and they negotiate the prices with manufacturers so I could not get the price difference. I ordered the dresser 2 days prior.

My husband and I just moved into a new home... Wayfair was incredible. Quality products and free shipping. We bought a lot. The only item that was a disappointment was the twig tapered candles. The wick only went a quarter of the way down, the rest of the candle was just wax. Other than that great service and products.

The first time I ordered the lamp, the large shade was broken. But it was resent to me in a timely manner and I liked it. I called Wayfair right away when I opened it. At first, I thought it’s just a scratch but then it was completely cracked and could open it. The crack was bad. When I called, a girl answered immediately. She was very nice. I even asked to ship it to the different address, at my mother’s house, so somebody’s always home and could pick up the package and it was no problem. She told me it’s gonna take about two weeks. It was there within six days. It was taken cared of really professionally.
When I purchased the couch, I actually opened the Wayfair Card. And it said if I purchased something over $900 it would be one year, zero percent interest. So when I received the first bill, I paid a certain amount of money and then on the second bill I was charged the interest. I called Wayfair and the girl said that they’re gonna file a complaint and do an investigation, and get back to me. But the same day my aunt came and she said, “Forget it. Let’s pay in full.” So once I paid then I received an email but I didn’t follow up on it. But it would be good to be more clear about that. If they offer zero percent, it should say zero percent.
Other than that, I love my lamp and couch. The price attracted me to go to Wayfair and they also had wide choices, especially the colors we were looking for. But they can improve the way that they pack the items. I was scared to open up the couch because the packing was a little ripped and banged. Good thing everything came up nice. Wayfair is always popping up on Facebook, which is great. And I always check if I can find something I need.

I ordered a hot tub/spa on January 31, 2017 on my account. On their website it stated it would be shipped on Feb 22, 2017. Since I have only received emails telling what's on sale. I have had no other communication. When I call today to try to find out everyone sees my order. No one can tell me anything about where it is. Everybody blames the warehouse for not answering their phone or no answering emails. I do not feel that I'm valued as a customer. I have never had this problem with Amazon.

I ordered a fireplace screen and a sunburst wall mirror. Both were well packaged and looked perfect upon arrival. This is my 4th experience with Wayfair and I haven't been disappointed yet. I love the ease of shopping and the countless number of items available. I have absolutely no complaints and will continue to use them. The fireplace screen is a little bigger than my fireplace opening and I would have preferred a nickel finish over bronze but I loved the fleur de lis design so I compromised. The mirror is very pretty. I would be careful about opening it because the spindles are easily bent so take care when unpacking. Also I didn't notice before but the spindles are black instead of nickel finish. I would have preferred the nickel finish and I guess it's a minor detail but it wasn't apparent to me on the pictures on the site. I can live with it but if you don't want black then it may not be the best option for you.

I debated a long time about these chairs. They were worth it. They are very comfortable, great looking and were carefully packaged. I put them together myself. The color is pure white. I have been searching all day and I cannot find shoe storage benches that arrive assembled. Even some fairly expensive ones have to be assembled by the customer. While I have put together some furniture myself, it is difficult for heavier objects and I don't wish to undertake it. Also for objects that have drawers or doors, or that you sit on. They have to be well assembled by a pro.

I normally pay from my bank but my due date fell on a Sunday and I didn't realize it until Friday, so I went online to pay directly to Wayfair and when I tried to log in it kept saying my password was wrong, so after trying several times I ended up calling the phone number they posted. As it turned out they had my e-mail address wrong by one letter and the woman that took my call straightened it out in a few minutes and I paid my bill without being charged a late fee.

My initial order was for a "Scroll Flat Napkin Holder" by Spectrum Diversified. When it arrived, despite being packed reasonably well, parts of the scroll design that clearly were supposed to be attached to the base weren't so I asked that it be replaced. The second one came to my house loose in a box without any padding and was more damaged than the first! I have been meaning to call because now I have two damaged napkin holders, but not a whole lot time to spend remedying this!

They had my e-mail address and forwarded the confirmation. When my computer issues were resolved there was the confirmation. I placed an order for a Berlin bookcase 10/13/2016 on Wayfair with the understanding that the item would be delivered in 2 weeks and that the delivery company would call me 2-days after they received the bookcase. The item was delayed and I never received the call. In January, after trying multiple tries to finally reach the delivery company and was told they would deliver it in about a week. Received a call the next day from the delivery company and was told they lost the item. Eventually it was found and finally delivered however, it was totally damaged. Wayfair sent a second one and it was also damaged.
Finally about four months later on February 17, 2017 a third bookcase was delivered without damage. Given the above fiasco, I would think good business practices and fairness would dictate some price adjustment. I have called Wayfair twice, left a message and so far the person in charge of my problem has not called me back. Stay tuned for an update on my further adventures with Wayfair.

We ordered a desk and chair for our daughter's room and they both came in damaged. The desk box had 3 large cuts on it and one of the desk parts (the top) was damaged. The next day the chair came in and it was damaged as well. The desk was well packed with lots of styrofoam so obviously it was not handled with care. The chair was all loose in the box, there was a piece of metal sticking out!!! The metal was not damaged but a plastic cover for the chair was broken. I had been looking forward to ordering from Wayfair, don't think I will do it again unfortunately. I called and they will send the part for the desk, not sure yet how long that will take but I'm returning the chair, will look somewhere else.

When ordering, no problems. They arose with the delivery. Wayfair uses a company named Sprint delivery. That has a four hour window on deliveries. Which would be fine if they showed up! Did this twice and never called to explain. I called Wayfair and got their delivery specialist involved. Rescheduled one more time was told they would follow up with me. Once again never came. I had to call back at which point I told them they could cancel order. Won't order again.

The quality of the furniture was great. But we were disappointed with how ineffective the cushions were so we ultimately had to go buy other cushions to put on because they were uncomfortable. We never considered the quality of the cushions. They looked good on the picture, but they were un-sittable. Other than that, the price was right and Wayfair did everything they said they were gonna do.

When I was opening my shop two years ago, I was looking for a sofa and some stuff when I found Wayfair's website. I looked into it and decided to order to see how it's going to be. I bought a couple of loose tables and sofa, among many other stuff. I was good with all of these products, so now I always go to Wayfair. It's convenient to find everything, their pricing is good, and I receive items on the promised date. Also, most of the time, the color and the quality is the same as they describe. Once, I ordered two computer tables and when I told customer service that the way they packed it caused some scratches to the table, they took care of it. They sent me another table and there wasn't any headache. I'm happy with Wayfair. When I want to buy something for my house, I go to them first. If I don't find it there, then I go to another website. I enjoy shopping at Wayfair and I recommend it to everybody.

While I can't speak to the quality of the couch (which has yet to arrive), my experience ordering this couch from Wayfair has been awful. My original estimate for this order was to schedule it for in-house delivery by 02/15, and the shipment confirmation for this order gave an even better estimate of 02/09. After hearing nothing for several weeks, and the delivery time passing, I contacted Wayfair on 02/17. They had no idea where the couch was and were not sure why it was delayed. I only received confirmation for delivery yesterday (for earliest delivery at 02/24, about a week late), but as far as I can tell they would never have delivered the couch if I didn't contact them. Poor experience.

My daughter's in a design school and is familiar with Wayfair's website because she's ordered some things off of it. We were building this addition to my parents’ house so I've had a lot of things we have purchased ahead of time from Wayfair but we didn't open them right away. It was past the normal return policy period when I called and said the light post is not screwing in. They sent me a new one so I could throw away or donate the lamp that I had at my house at that time. I had the best experience and was really impressed with the customer service.

This was by far the most unprofessional service I have ever paid for. I purchased a $300+ piece of furniture and it was treated like garbage. The delivery men were cursing and unprofessional. They DROPPED the item TWICE and we live on the first floor. The package was already coming apart in the truck and they refused to address this. The package split in two before it even entered our house. The delivery men then dragged our furniture piece by piece into our house and tossed it in a pile on the floor. This left garbage in our common area that we had to clean up. The delivery man was then shoving the "sign if not damaged" paper in my fiance's face to try and get her to sign it without inspecting the item.
We immediately called Wayfair and explained the details of our experience and offered the photo evidence seen below. I feel that we were not adequately compensated for this awful experience. I was willing to give Wayfair the benefit of the doubt; however, their manager at customer service made it clear that he felt even less compensation would have been fair. The only conclusion I can draw, is that this typical of how Wayfair conducts business; and this is how they treat their products and customers. This the only piece we have ever purchased from Wayfair, and will be the last for sure. The attached photos were taken IMMEDIATELY after the "delivery men" left.

In shopping with Wayfair my experiences have been bitter and sweet. Today I'll mention the bitter. After spending hours on their website and putting sixteen items in my cart... I wake the next morning to purchase it and find that while I was sleeping 2 of my items had increased in price. First you should know that these items were NOT on sale when I put them into my cart, there was NO special of any kind, just REGULAR price. So, I get a cup of coffee and sit down at my computer to make a large purchase. I go to my cart and see that the bistro/pub table and 2 stools have increased in price by $426.00. Yes, I was shocked too. Then I noticed that the Kitchen Island that was in my cart had increased by 311.00 in price.
I then called Wayfair to speak with a manager. (He told me yes, that they do this on a regular basis because they are trying to stay competitive with other companies prices). Now, if you think about what he just said... what sense does his answer make? So, What did I do...? I removed everything from my cart and bought nothing. I then start shopping all over again and ended up buying my items for much less at Sears, Overstock and Hayneedle. I believe that the true reason Wayfair has extreme price hikes is to make up for losses that occur throughout the month. If a company wants to increase their prices they should do it in a realistic manner so as to not shock the customer. Wayfair lost out on a $6,000 purchase from me that morning because of the overnight extreme price hike on 2 items out of the 16 that were in my cart.
