Wayfair has been very helpful in decorating my new home. I would check their website each time I thought of an item I desired, and I made numerous purchases which I was very pleased with. I really liked the free shipping to my door, too, which was most convenient for larger items. The one time a product arrived damaged, they promptly corrected the problem. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to shop for any of my own needs.

Unfortunately, my puppy was chewing a treat on my Casablanca duvet, and tore a small hole in it. The duvet was no longer available, but the quilt was! Gorgeous as well as durable - what's not to like?

The site is easy to navigate about in and ordering was quick and easy. Wayfair kept me informed thru the entire process of processing my order, shipping information and time of arrival. And It came earlier than they stated. Which was so cool. So excited to have received my order of a hammock with stand. I absolutely love it. I have relocated to Florida. And plan on setting this hammock up in the next couple of days! Now I know I have been back to your site. And placed some items in my cart and then later removed them. Please do NOT think that I have in any way changed my feelings about your company. Just wasn't fitting in my timeline and funds. So thank you so much for offering the beautiful stuff on your site. The delivery time was super and the quality great. However I order a blue/gray color and it came as a orange color. The fault was with the mfg. The rug was label from the mfg as blue /gray but was the orange color which you also stock as skuFV16785 soho gray/orange. When I called to return I told the problem to customer service but did not receive a reply. You need to check the color to the label. Was afraid to reorder as was a real problem to rewrap and take to Fedex office to return and wait for credit. Did not want to take the chance again.

Personalized rocking chair for toddler- This is a beautiful, soft, plush chair. My 1 year old granddaughter loved sitting in it and standing on it. So does her cat. It's a nice size - perfect for a one or two year old and was packed and shipped safely. Very happy - highly recommend.

My experience with Wayfair was excellent. Quality furniture at great prices. My order arrived on time. Assembly and instructions went well. However, I would recommend having a helper to assemble. I did it myself and had to be somewhat creative to hold pieces in place. I have bought two items and expect to place another order soon. I highly recommend Wayfair.

I ordered the Boa End Table by Leick Furniture 3 days ago and it arrived today, 3 days later. I have ordered many times before from Wayfair and I call it my "go to" store. The selection, price, quality and customer service are great. The table itself is a deep cherry which matches our grandfather clock which is an added bonus! I am most happy with this table and have recommended shopping at Wayfair to friends and will continue to until Wayfair tells me to stop :) Thank you.

I ordered a black leather like sectional living room furniture over a month ago. So far I haven't received it. In tracking it, it has been in South Carolina for over a week. I live in Florida and it does not take a week to get to Florida from SC. I paid over a thousand dollars for this set and am ready to cancel the order if it is not in my house by the 15th of March.

I looked everywhere for the antique brass drawer pulls to match my furniture piece. Nothing worked but I found some very close at Wayfair. We replaced two so that it would not be as noticeable. They look beautiful. If you can't find something, look at Wayfair. They have everything!

I have had no damaged merchandise even though some of the boxes have had a little damage, but not to the contents. I learned most about Wayfair from Chip and Joanna on HGTV. I love their show and I watch them a lot. So I got online, I was looking for a vanity. I looked around where I live, we saw what we were looking for and we like it. I read the reviews first to see what other people thought about the item and it had very good reviews so I went ahead and ordered it. I'm pretty sure it was on sale when I bought it, and the price was comparable to others. It was what I was looking for, it was very pretty and the quality was nice. The way it was built was a big thing, and I believe that it was made in the USA. I also got the mirror that went with it. The online ordering process was pretty straightforward. You click on what you want and how many and pay. In a couple of days you'll get it off the truck. They're a good company. I like them and I would definitely buy from Wayfair again.

I have only good things to say regarding Wayfair. I have bought many items from them and always have fast delivery and if there is a problem they let me know. I have spoken to Customer Service and found them to be very helpful and very polite. I am returning one item and they have only been so helpful in getting my return completed. I would highly recommend them and do to many friends. Their prices are very competitive with Amazon. Their enormous choices make it very easy and enjoyable service is what keeps me coming back... I've had a good experience overall with Wayfair. I purchase from them because of their free shipping, prices, and different selections. Their product cost, quality, and availability, compared to other stores, are good. I also had 10% off on the first time purchase. The online ordering process is simple. I put everything I want, do a search, place on my cart, and everything is already there! My information is already saved on my account as well. I log in and they tell me approximately when I'll receive my item, and sure enough, it's there so I've no complaints. I'll continue with Wayfair and I like that there are also links to other outlets so I get their email. There's always something good to see.

Well, overall my experience has been great! But I was pretty disappointed when I couldn't get the footboard for these beds I ordered. Everything was ordered separate, headboard, frame and didn't realize you had to order all pieces at once.

I like to shop online and my mother raved about Wayfair and how her experience was always great with them. So I figured I would try them out. I've dealt with their customer service a few times because some pieces came broken or missing, and the reps were great. Like recently, I purchased two nightstands and both of them came broken. They kept trying to fix it. For some reason though, the second one came broken again. So then they tried to accommodate me and find something totally different. But I purchased many pieces and a wine fridge, and it's been great. I would definitely recommend them. Even though I've had some mishaps, they've always fixed the problem and accommodated me.

I realize that ordering online sometimes may be difficult when certain items are ordered. I ordered velvet curtains. When they arrived they were not the quality I had in mind. I therefore decided to return them. Well it cost me over $17 to have them shipped back. WOW that hurt! I will think again about ordering anything that may be difficult to access quality of from a source that does not have a way or returning without such a hard hit financially.

Beautiful Derrickson Corner Cabinet by Birch Lane and very pleased with it. It was heavy and took two guys to bring it in - glad I hired the "white glove" service. The cabinet is sturdy and nicely made. My taste (and most of my furniture) is Arhaus and Pottery Barn. I felt this cabinet blended very well with these styles.

Other internet companies do not come close to Wayfair's beautiful items. I also like the idea of being able to purchase tile(s) and other items that I can have a Contractor do for us. When we unpacked the Francine dresser it was in pieces (not put together). My husband was getting ready to put it together and noticed that, on one of the pieces (the top), there was about 10" of laminate stripped off the front edge of the piece from the factory, not because of shipping. We called Wayfair and talked to James. He took care of it in about 10 minutes and another piece is on its way to us right now. Can't beat this kind of service anywhere!

Purchased (bed headboard and footboard) for daughter and son in law for Christmas. Did not get until February! Broken. Got replacement. Had terrible communications. Internal communication is horrible. So much went on that I can't even remember it all. Also ordered bedspread for myself. Sooo disappointed. Will never use it. It is below average quality. No idea why Wayfair would offer such low quality merchandise. I don't even know what I'll do with it. It's so bad I wouldn't even give it away.

I ordered a butterfly stand and ceramic butterfly/flower globe. Sent same item twice, listed incorrectly. They were listed as a set but apparently the ad should have been for the stand separately and the ball separately. Your amazing staff got to the bottom of this and corrected the problem. I am very pleased with all the items I have received from Wayfair. Your staff is so friendly and helpful so it is never a problem for me. I will be back to order again in the near future. Thank you!

When I received my package I was so excited because this was the only piece that was missing. I am remodeling my bathroom and I purchased my sink and toilet from Wayfair, I am very pleased with both items. I had to order the seat for the toilet and when I received it, I was so bummed out because it was missing the hardware. That is the only thing I have left to finish my bathroom. It was after hours, so I decided I would email customer service and I was given an answer by the time I got home the next day. They will be sending me the hardware as soon as they can. So far so good. Hope it gets here soon.

I purchased a lamp (Adesso Rodeo Floor Lamp) which I loved online. After looking at many, MANY lamps, I kept returning to this one because of its versatility - 3 way CFL bulb, adjustable shade and adjustable top, nice bronze finish. I purchased it from clearance; however, it arrived with one broken piece. After emailing Wayfair, they immediately sent me a whole new lamp! This lamp lights up an entire room depending on which setting you use (I used a 40-70-125 bulb). It has a pretty burlap shade but the inside of the shade is white which throws out quite a bit of light. Talk about customer satisfaction! Thank you Wayfair. I am a very satisfied customer with a beautiful lamp.

This is my third order from Wayfair, and each item has been just as represented, and quickly shipped. I am amazed at the variety of items they have available, which makes them hard to beat in combination with free shipping. My first order a couple of years ago was a living room leather sofa/loveseat/recliner set, which was a great value, delivered on time and without hassle. Since then I've purchased two items for our grandson, a toy box and a step stool, and both are great!

I had some issues with a prior order and the delivery fee; the Wayfair customer service team was incredibly attentive and actually was pretty persistent in making sure I was satisfied. With the refund from that delivery charge I was able to buy this lovely doormat. Product was described as a kitchen pantry but only stood about 3 feet tall and 12 inches deep. Shelves were only about 5 inches deep. This is not anything I could use in my kitchen but had to keep the one we assembled as Wayfair will not accept the return of any product if it is not in its original condition and in its original pkg. Am returning the other one and was disappointed to find out $15.00 was deducted from purchase price for return shipping. Have ordered a few items from Wayfair but will rethink future orders due to return policies.

I recently ordered 2 items from Wayfair and was very happy. Only one regret is that I read about a review concerning the dresser I ordered. Someone wrote that it was not a "true" 11-drawer dresser, as 3 of the drawers were actually connected to longer drawers. I called customer service to verify if it was indeed an 11-drawer dresser. After 2 days time I was contacted with the information. I was told wrong information. It goes to prove that reading reviews can be very helpful! It is an 8-drawer dresser, but the quality exceeded my expectations! I'm keeping it and LOVE IT! Just know that the customers may sometimes know better.

I repurchased an item I received a few weeks before and loved just case I was to break it I had a backup. When the box came to my house I notice the package size was different as soon as I got it. I opened it and realized I was sent a way more expensive item. I called and tried to correct the mistake which went smooth but then I was sent an email basically asking me to go out my way to send them the product back with no real apology or compensation for the inconvenience made on their behalf. The whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth about Wayfair. I understand it wasn't their mistake because a third party vendor made the mistake but overall the experience was disheartening and very inconvenient seeing as I work a full time and part time job and having to run around to fix their mistake wasn't easy. I don't think I will shop with them again unless I have to.

We had a counter height kitchen table and chairs for years. The chairs were heavy and hard to move close to the table. So I decided it was time for a new, more conventional, lower table. I knew what I wanted and have been searching since last year. I have bought several items from Wayfair and the quality has always been excellent. However, I have never bought this type of merchandise without seeing it first hand. All I can say is I am so glad I ordered this table and chairs. I paid the extra to have it assembled and from ordering to delivery, to assembly we had excellent service. Two of the chairs had some of the finish worn off from packing (not Wayfair's fault) and I am expecting two replacement chairs today or tomorrow. The attention from Customer Service is excellent. I have received emails keeping me apprised of the delivery of the two chairs. Wayfair is definitely a five star company!!!

All of my orders have been very good... I have not had one negative experience. I love the free shipping as I have continued to order... and I have ordered many more things because I have not had the restriction of $49 for free shipping... So I have ordered many individual things... and I have loved them all... So you win because you turn over inventory and I win because mostly I want a cup or set of bowls that don't cost that much. I love this system. I love it too when you have a deep discount on an item... like a towel or cup or mixing bowl set... I have not sent back one thing nor have been dissatisfied. Ordered a rug and discovered a loom error, resulting in a significant flaw apparent once we laid it. Contacted Customer Service and received immediate, polite and responsive service. I received the email my order was in transit and should arrive on 3/4/2017. As of today, 5 days later the item still shows in transit with a delivery date of 5 days ago. I have tried calling the shipper who is unable to offer any updates. I will be happy to rate the item, if and when I get it. I have a king bed with very large mattress. The king sheets often are not deep enough to fit properly... so I ordered the CALIF king sheets... which worked great. These sheets are SO SOFT... and the dark blue washed very well. Great buy!!! Love them.

My husband and I both have Wayfair credit card accounts and we recently moved. I placed an order on Wayfair and I tried to pay for it with my Wayfair card. I was told to sign in and somehow my account got crossed with my husband's and it would not allow me to use my card. I paid through PayPal and contacted Wayfair to fix this issue. I explained the problem in an email and received a response saying it would be looked into. I never received another response. I have no idea if it was fixed, ignored, forgotten. If it does not get fixed, I will not email again. I will just shop elsewhere.

I called customer service and spoke with Aaron and he was extremely empathetic and offered me a few solutions to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. The first purchase I made with Wayfair was a sleeper sofa. When it arrived it was damaged and I was unable to put it together. I called customer service and was given a refund and was told to just get rid of the couch since it would be inconvenient for me to send a big item, like a couch, back. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and understanding and quick to resolve my issue. I didn't buy another couch from Wayfair, but because of the great customer service I got that day, I have returned and purchased plenty of other items. Website listed there was one table in stock. I placed the order. Order confirmed. Check the quantity after my order, it was 0 out of stock. Waited till the scheduled delivery date, nothing. So I called Wayfair. I was told, “Item was out of stock” and that I have to wait 7-8 weeks. Not happy but decided to wait. Four weeks after the phone call as to where is the order I am told that they contacted the warehouse and that I have to wait 7-8 weeks from now. Total 12 weeks since purchase order of 2/10/2017.
I was offered same table in black as it was listed as being in stock. Let me remind you, the original white table was listed as in stock. So I decided not to wait for the white table. Cancelled that order and placed the order for the black table as the website and customer service confirmed was available. Five minutes after the customer service confirmed the purchase, I receive an email stating the black table was in fact not in stock. So, yet another phone call, to cancel the black one and restate the original order for the white one.
I am a very busy executive and shop online for about 95% of my purchases. I have never experienced anything like this, not to mention the wasted time of being on hold four times since the purchase. I just can't help but wonder how many more phone calls will it take to resolve this, and wonder if there is a system glitch and the tables are in fact in the warehouse. Thank you for allowing me to express my dissatisfaction with your company.

The fixed glass shower door we ordered through Wayfair is terrific. It is EXACTLY what we wanted for our small guest bathroom in that it doesn't interfere with the decor. We wanted a clean, modern look which is what this glass panel brings. The panel arrived sooner than expected (thanks to FedEx) and was perfectly packed for its journey. The installation instructions were complete, accurate and easy to follow. Loved the message from the manufacturer, too. Our experience with Wayfair has been very good overall, and we especially like two lamps that we recently received. However, one of the lamps did not turn on when it was assembled. Long story short -- it turned out that a small package of desiccant had gotten lodged in the bottom of the light socket. Presumably it happened when the lamp was originally packed. When I removed the obstruction, the lamp was fine. This may have been just a freak occurrence but could be avoided by using larger packs of desiccant.

These are beautiful and exactly what I wanted. They do have a nice sheer backing on them. Privacy but lets the light through. I hung white sheets inside only because the window faces my neighbor's bedroom window and I wanted extra privacy. I love these curtains and everything I order from Wayfair. In mid-December I ordered the Summer Field club chair. This nice beige chair could not be more suitable for my smallish apartment. I love this chair. It is well made, I had no problem in doing the bit of assembly that was required, and it is perfectly comfortable. Not too firm and not too soft. The seat is as wide as the seat of the armchair I got rid of, but since the sides are slimmer, this chair takes up less space. I need all the space I can get in this living room. Also, the upholstery is of much the same weave as the loveseat I bought from another company, though the loveseat is a bit darker than the chair. Loveseat color is Heritage Smoke, a greyed beige. Both of these have brass nailhead trim, go together just fine in this room.
Wayfair went far above and beyond in getting my chair to me. I won't go into detail, only to say that any transit problems due to BAD weather, were superbly dealt with by Wayfair and all is well. Thank you, Wayfair, for all you did in that regard! I surely do continue to order from you, having now gotten several small items (baskets, laundry hampers, etc.).

Everything was just as the website said! Our new sleeper sofa is the perfect color, it's not "real leather", it sure looks like leather. The delivery guys did an excellent job getting it in the small entry. The customer service at Wayfair is the best I have dealt with in a very long time. It is refreshing to know if I ever have an issue calling customer service will not be a dreaded chore. When ordering the Carmen light there was a glitch with the system online and my total was way different from what it should be. I called up customer service and within two or three rings I spoke to someone that was super nice and friendly and easy to understand she helped me with my issue and got my light order quicker than I could have done it online!
I had another random issue happen when the light was delivered but I called customer service and again within a few rings a super friendly and helpful representative helped me with my strange issue of another person's package being sent inside my package (a mistake by UPS not Wayfair). She even contacted UPS (whom is very difficult to deal with) and got the situation worked out and sent out a new light for me right there and then. Seriously the best customer service department I have ever dealt with.

I ordered 3 sets of Rachael Ray cookware at an amazing price from the Wayfair clearance section. I put them in my cart, paid for them, and placed the order. Two days later I received a cancellation notice for one of the cookware sets. Four days later I signed in to my account to see the status of the order and saw where they also canceled the other two sets. I called and the CSR agreed it was unusual that all items would have been canceled but couldn't explain why I was able to put them in my cart and pay for them if they weren't available. I'm still waiting for confirmation of cancellation on the last two items and for the refund to my account from Wayfair.

This is my second bad experience with Wayfair. I did not complain about this item because they were so nice about the first one (shedding towels) I decided to just bite the bullet and just no longer order from them. This has to do with the rug I ordered and received. I paid just a little less than $100 (94) so assumed it would be decent, not great because of price, but acceptable to place in my home. It was NOT! I've been shopping at Wayfair for a little while, and I absolutely love it and recommend it to all of my friends. The quality of the products are amazing (I always get compliments on my pieces) and the shipping is unbelievable fast. (My last order arrived within 2 days.) I'm very happy with everything I've ever purchased in the website.

I have had several good experiences with Wayfair. This order didn't require contacting customer service, but I was truly impressed with the customer service people when I did need them in the past. The delivery people contracted by Wayfair are local and have been very professional about arranging delivery. Dependable company.

The desk and corner TV stand were exactly as pictured. They were easy to assemble and absolutely beautiful. I have also ordered a picture, pillows, and a large rug and they were all wonderful. Wayfair's prices are very reasonable and their products are excellent.

Comforter was very beautiful. Love the vibrant colors. My biggest gripe was that the shipping was more than the comforter. I seem to be penalized because I live in Hawaii. Otherwise I would have had free shipping like it advertised.

Great service. I have bought 2 items from Wayfair now. My most recent item was a bunk bed. Both items came carefully packaged and in great condition. The best part of Wayfair has to be the prices though. The discounts are just awesome.

I purchased 2 sets of the same dishes from Wayfair. They were for my daughter... a gift. They were shipped quickly, arrived safely and are absolutely beautiful! Excellent Service. On another note... when the dishes were unpacked and being put away we found one salad plate that had a flaw from the firing of the glaze on the dish. I contacted Wayfair and they sent out a replacement plate with no fuss at all! Above and beyond my expectations! Thank you Wayfair! I have recommended them to others who shop online too!

As always, the website was easy to navigate, the products are well made and beautiful. I bought 4 throw pillows for the living room to coordinate with the area rugs I bought the week before. All my purchases were shipped quickly and the tracking provided kept me in the loop as to when I would receive my packages.

I moved to Arizona and left all my furniture behind. I purchased my entire apartment and bedroom mattress for under 2000.00. Can't beat the prices for products that seem so far to last and are top notch. I really like Wayfair.

When we received our kitchen island from Wayfair, the top was damaged. Called no, asked for a replacement part and we received an entire island within days. Your service is extraordinary. However, now that top is loose, but we will continue to use it. I would not recommend this particular product.

Original order of ceiling fan was missing blade arms. Called, gave them part description as described in manual, waited a week only to receive wrong part. Hopefully this time around it will be corrected.

Customer Service was cordial and spoke good English. La-Z-Boy leather pinnacle chair arrived on time and in good condition. I saved $180 by getting it direct + another $60 in delivery charges.

Your website is so easy to use! I can't remember having had a problem processing an order online. The main ingredient to successfully processing an order, of course, is following the prompts! I've been a customer of Wayfair for a few years. Always had great experiences except for a small issue last year. Was resolved ASAP. No biggie. My experience was terrible this time. I spent $827 on 5 items. 3 of the items were defective. Refused to refund or send new items. Not only that but they never have me the points for shopping there. I spoke with 3 people. Nothing resolved. They want to give you excuse after excuse. I'm paying my credit off and will never buy from them again. Thieves!

Purchased a chair for over 700 dollars. The day it arrived I noticed on your site the chair was two hundred dollars cheaper. Your customer service refused to issue me the differences. That's too bad because I had the entire set in my cart ready to purchase (2500 dollars). Your greediness lost my business and you making 2500 dollars... over what? You refunding me 200 dollar. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered a beautiful entry table unfortunately when it arrived it had a big gash in the wood and a bug stuck under the shellac. We emailed them and they sent out a new one right away! They told us that we could donate the other one. Terrific customer service!

I ordered the Soraya Bookcase on February 14th and it still hasn't arrived on March 7th. I received a text on February 26th that it had shipped, but nothing since. My credit card was charged on February 25th, but so far I am working on hope that this (expensive) bookcase will actually show up.

Amazing customer service representatives at Wayfair! Had an issue with delivery, quite pleased with the way it was handled. Sales associate(s) were able to locate and credit my account. Spoke to 3 different people there, and each one was able to assist. They were extremely polite and personable, and even followed up via email. All in all a great experience!

I dealt with four Wayfair representatives during the process of buying an adjustable bed and mattress. I was treated with respect and was helped greatly by everyone. I even received follow-up emails with suggestions on other products (I could not decide on what I wanted). Another rep helped me understand the different manufacturer's warranties. I WILL SHOP with Wayfair again!! Excellent customer service. And YES, I am extremely happy with the bed and mattress I ended up buying. Finally, the prices are right! I ordered a bed in January for which I was immediately charged. When it never arrived I tracked it and called the delivery company. They informed me all the parts had not arrived - advised me to call Wayfair. When I called they set up an investigation. They never got back with me. In 2 weeks I called back and was told the pieces were lost in shipping. They could order again but I would not receive it until late April. When told to cancel order they told me they couldn't refund me until the pieces were found. I called AMEX and disputed the payment. I immediately got a refund. Good customer service - I don't think so.

I ordered all new furniture for our great room: sectional, area rugs & pads and lamps. Everything arrived exactly as expected, in perfect condition. Everything measured true to their specs on the website. I couldn't be happier. It was a pleasure to do business online, rather than drive from store to store looking for "the right thing".
