Best customer service! Had issues with my order and they continued to ensure I was taken care of until the problem was corrected. They compensated me for the inconvenience, quickly found solutions and followed up to ensure I was completely satisfied. Highly would recommend this company!

After paying to order a sample, and waiting for FedEx to decide to deliver the sample, I placed my order, only to be told that there wasn't enough inventory to fill my order (despite the website saying otherwise). Wayfair should at least refund my $5 sample fee.

I received my order - an upholstered headboard - with large stains across the front. I was so disappointed and worried about how this would ever get resolved, especially considering the size of the product. I called customer service the next morning, and Katie was incredible. I've told everyone I know how amazing the customer service I experienced was! I will continue to be a Wayfair customer!

Outstanding! I needed furniture for my bedroom sitting area & found exactly what I needed and wanted for this space from the loveseat, to the end table, to the lamp, to the plant, to the throw to the pillows! All beautiful stuff! Already recommended Wayfair to my 3 sisters and 3 brothers!

You will not find a better company to deal with online than Wayfair. Their products are top notch, delivery is quick and their Customer Service is outstanding. They answer any questions that you have and go one step farther. If they are not sure of an answer, they put you on hold and research with the manufacturer to get the proper answer. I've purchased a few things from Wayfair and its been hit or miss with regards to the products but the service is consistent. Customer service is always helpful, delivery is decent (a few items were lodged my shrubbery), and then some of the products exceeded my expectations and some felt almost like a prank. The return policy is awful but can't have everything.

We moved from Colorado to Mississippi. We needed all new furniture. Tired of shopping around we decided to try Wayfair. So glad we did. Everything we have received from them has been as described and delivered as told. Packaging is done very well also. Glass did not break. Would & will order from Wayfair again in the future.

This order was just one of many. The quality of the products is high, the descriptions are accurate, shipping is fast and customer service is quick to respond and resolve issues when needed. I've recommended the site to everyone who admires our remodeled living room and even people who have yet to see it. So, basically everyone I talk to. So glad I discovered it!

I've ordered several items from Wayfair. Their packing is formidable, capable of withstanding drops from a skyscraper. Descriptions, even colors, are accurate, and if you need more info, just ask. Shipping is fast, and Wayfair keeps you advised of the shipping information so you'll know when to expect delivery. Buying from Wayfair has been a pleasant experience, and I expect to do it again.

The customer service team responded quickly to the problem I concerned about the product. This action alone makes me rest assured that whatever I purchase from Wayfair would be worth my money and effort. Basically they stand behind what they sell. Delivery speed is fast as always. Wayfair is a great home goods store. I have bought a lot of items for my home from them. If I have a problem with an order, I contact their above and beyond customer service, who solve that problem, quickly. I will continue buying my home goods from Wayfair, because everything I buy from them is high quality and the best price ever. It is my Number one, go to store for everything I need to make my home perfect.

I have ordered many things and the quality has never been less than perfect. Once I ordered a bench that just wasn't exactly what I wanted and customer service was fantastic. I was able to get store credit and return the item very easily for something else.

I ordered 2 night stands for our master bedroom. When the delivery came, I didn't hear them come, but found my delivery on my front porch. The product came well packaged and in excellent condition. The top drawer on one of them swivels when you pull it out. (Not supposed to do that). My husband thought he may be able to correct it, but he would have to take the back off of it and it would be too difficult. Didn't want to bother to send it back. He won't use that drawer much anyway, so we decided to keep it. Otherwise, they look very nice and match my bedroom set very well. Wished they had rang the doorbell when they delivered. Maybe then I would have checked them right away and sent the swivel drawer one back for a replacement at that time.

On my last order with Wayfair, UPS misdelivered my order - delivered it to another address. I called Wayfair to advise that I had not received the item. They resent the item. Seven days later, I received first order. Great Customer Service!

I am more than pleased with Wayfair, they are professional, pleasant, accurate and will do anything to satisfy their customer's needs. Would always recommend to others to buy from Wayfair, as I would continue to do so in the future.

I tried Wayfair and liked it after I used it for the first time. Their website was easy to navigate and they had a lot of good things on there. Their products, prices, quality, and availability are comparable to other stores that I considered. Moreover, I was able to take advantage of special discounts. I love shopping on Wayfair.

I called regarding a price adjustment for a fairly expensive item that I purchased. I was originally told it was outside of the normal price adjustment policy but I asked to speak to a supervisor and then was granted the small adjustment. I normally have terrific customer service experience with Wayfair and was a little taken back by this experience. But overall it turned out fine and appreciated the exception. I made another purchase shortly thereafter and a few after that.

We ordered an entry bench, and when we tried to put it together, discovered we had two left sides. The online parts request system works great; Wayfair promptly shipped us the necessary right side with no issues. Very responsive customer service, and I didn't even need to use the telephone. Highly recommend.

It took awhile -- 2 weeks or more -- to get them. But as they arrived, I was delighted!! Package well, all the parts were there. Good instructions. One of the three tapestries came with the rod and mounting brackets. High quality.

The price and selection made me choose Wayfair and I had purchased from them before so I knew I was gonna get quality items. The website is very easy to navigate. What I usually do is I go through what I’m looking for and put those items on the wishlist while I’m looking to see if there’s anything that I like better. Sometimes I’ll mull it over for a week and then plunge right in, go ahead and order it finally. That worked out well for me. I bought thousands of dollars worth of stuff from them and had Wayfair points that I had used for one of my orders. Almost my entire bathroom that I remodeled last summer came from them.

NovaSolo Halifax 2-step bed stool arrived 3 days ahead of schedule! It is beautifully made, extremely substantial, appropriately heavy and exceeds all my expectations. My only SLIGHT criticism is that I believe the description said the surfaces were "slip resistant". The steps are the same smoothly painted surface as the rest of the piece. Easily fixed by that adhesive/abrasive stair tread tape if necessary.

I wanted the Huntington barrel chair in peacock blue so bad but it was out of stock for months. I asked to be emailed when back in stock but 1 hour after I received the email it was sold out again. I asked to be notified again, waited about a month, and then gave up and bought a different/similar chair on Wayfair. Of course the Huntington barrel chair became available the next day and I bought it right then and there when I received the email. I called Wayfair immediately and spoke to Teaaira ** who walked me through my different options. She made it so easy.

Product not received - the representative was pleasant, efficient and solved the problem. Very professional. Thanks Wayfair... would refer to friends and family. I will continue to shop online. Wonderful merchandise. I have never been disappointed.

After waiting several years I finally purchased headboards for my bedroom. I purchased a king and a queen for two different bedrooms. The price was very reasonable, the quality was excellent, assembly simple and the lock is perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I do a lot of online shopping. And I like the pricing and selection of Wayfair. Also, they have a wholesale market. I own a bed and breakfast and they actually called me because I ordered 19 nightstands. And they wanted to know if it was for business and I said yes. So their pricing is even better for me now. Also, every once in a while I get a call from the wholesale department to see if there is anything they can help us with. They are very thorough. I've been extremely happy with them.

I have not gotten a call about the recliner chairs we ordered. It has been one delay after another. I specifically asked Mr. ** to cancel the order if it could not be here by the 27th of the month. I would appreciate it if someone to check this order. We have already paid for them!

I recently purchased about four furniture items from Wayfair, all separately. I love everything I got. Everything was received in a timely manner and alerts were sent when the packages arrived. I usually shop Amazon, but Wayfair has a much greater selection with no annual fee.

Wayfair has top notch products and arrive well no damage in shipping. Quality on the finish of the bed frame not so good. :< The metal bedframe the powder coat was not the best, but that will not discourage me from shopping with Wayfair.

Prompt delivery - awesome mattress. We purchased an Ultimate Dreams 11" Pillow Top Mattress for my son. The mattress did exactly what it said - it unrolled into a comfortable mattress! My son loves his new mattress and says it is the best sleep he has had in years! I will definitely be purchasing another one when my next son is ready to move out into his own apartment! I ordered this desk for my home office in an attempt to save space and let it blend in when not using it as a desk. It's perfect! I couldn't be happier. It does take a very long time to assemble (about 3-4 hours if you do it alone) but worth it in the end.

Everything I have purchased has been a great purchase. I love my couch, rug, and coasters. I had a slight problem with my couch's cover that had ripped at the seam, and Wayfair sent me a new cover in a few weeks. No other problems. The material I picked is also great with the cats. They still have their claws and they are unable to rip the material. Thank you!

I have been purchasing different items and I have yet to come across a problem with Wayfair or items. If any problem would have arise Wayfair Representatives would try to assist the best they can. When purchasing an item everyone should always look at the ratings and comments of any item they want before purchasing. This helps you decide if that item is really what you want, if no rating then that is a chance you take if you really want that item. Items with no ratings is really things I stay away from, but that is just me. As far as Wayfair concern I would highly recommend.

The person I spoke to was very respectful and polite. She helped me when I thought no one would. I had a fire in my home and I called everyone to cancel the orders and they promised they would and they still shipped them. She helped with the return of the item and then I canceled my credit card.

I went to 3 furniture stores and could not find what I wanted that I could afford. I have seen your commercial many times, in fact your jingle sticks in my head. Looked online and found it. Ordered it then before it arrived I ordered another one. Wanted 1 bought 2. Great prices.

Order a new writing desk and chair for my wife's Birth Day. I ordered the item 21 days before her B-day. The expected delivery was two day before her B-Day. Now found out it will be at least one week late. WAYFAIR explanation... "the item was on backorder and we were trying to contact the manufacturer many times without success." WTF??? Makes no sense at all. Unhappy and have not even received the product.

Although the piece arrived intact, it broke when my daughter sat on it (she is under the maximum weight limit). Customer service was excellent and storage bench has been replaced. I can always count on Wayfair for great customer service and have had only two items that needed replacement. I'm a regular customer and have purchased several items over the past few years. I am so excited to have found Wayfair! I really wanted curtains for my home and wasn't even sure where to start. After waiting several weeks for the delivery of the Collins Premier arm chair I was notified days after the expected delivery date that the chair had been "lost" in shipping. I had ordered the chair in anticipation of a large house party and was sorely disappointed when I received the email stating that the chair had been lost. Although I was offered a re-order, I would be very wary to order from Wayfair and will likely never order from the company again.

Ordered an updated chandelier for my kitchen to replace 25 year old ceiling fans. This is a great-looking, sleek model that has an accent of polished silver around the middle. It went up easily and is classy looking. The light shines beautifully on the ceiling.

Order (quilt for master bedroom) was placed and delivered on time. Loved the quilt. Makes me happy every time I walk in the room. Beautiful material. Great size for a king. Not chintzy!!! Will definitely order another quilt for a different bedroom.

The olive wood spoons were beautiful. They were so nice you almost hate to use them. The ramekins were very nice and the measuring spoons were nice. The way they were magnetized making them so easy to find.

I buy everything on the internet 'cause where I live, there's not much shopping. And Wayfair is very convenient and they just make everything easy with the ordering process. However, I had a few items arrive damaged but they took care of it immediately and I had a replacement within less than a week. I have bought several chairs, and donated them to my church. They were awful. The last and final purchase I have made was a outdoor seating set, that was meant for midgets. It was not represented well online and could only be seen what the quality and size was, after you put it together. I wasn't allowed to return it because I put it together. I ordered a chair that was scheduled to come a week after my vacation. The manufacturer got things done early and it was due to come while I'd be out of the state. I called Wayfair and they contacted the shipper, gave them my cell number and promised me they would hold delivery until my return. This was all taken care of while I was on hold -- just a few minutes. Wonderful service as always.

I am extremely satisfied almost every order I have made and received from Wayfair. The two exceptions would be a pig snow globe that was the size of a bottle of nail polish that cost apx. $15. And the delayed order of a pair of lamps, which was soon corrected. I love shopping on Wayfair!???

I am loving Wayfair! We are redecorating our home and I have gotten so many great pieces at great prices. Their app is really easy to use, shipping is fast, and there are always great sales. I have not had to return anything yet (everything has been perfect!), but I have heard from friends and family that the return process is really easy. I totally recommend Wayfair!

I ordered a patio dining table for my daughter-in-law's birthday. It was scheduled to arrive Feb. 22. When it did not show up (even though the tracking system said it had been delivered), it took several phone calls to determine it had been damaged in transit and was being re-ordered. The new delivery date was more than one month later (3/27), and now I've been notified it will be even later than that. I would not have ordered it had I known it was going to be 9+ weeks from the original order to have it delivered!

Eleanor console table - Very nice table and works perfectly behind my chocolate brown sectional. Very nice finish on the wood. Love it and great price! I will recommend to customers and friends to use Wayfair! Very easy to assemble. No tools needed! I have since bought an area rug that I love as well!

I have made several purchases and I love them all. The bedspread I just got is stunning. It matches the chairs I got from them earlier. Just perfect. They are "spot on" on the shipping. I have not received any damaged goods and they always answer any questions that I have. I have no complaints at all.

We had ordered our daughter the Clean Living 6.0 Chinchilla cage. It is great. My daughter and her chinchilla Gracie loves it. She said she would total recommend this cage and if Gracie could talk she would tell you that she loves it too!!! Thank you...

We are always wary of ordering online. But we feel very comfortable ordering via Wayfair's online shopping. Their merchandise is of very good quality. Prices are less than most places online and locally. Their customer service representatives are helpful and courteous. We do plan on shopping Wayfair again.

The experience as far as ease of using the site and delivery process was very good. I was however disappointed with the quality of my item. It was only a few days into using it and the stitching began to come apart. I had to try and hand-sew it which was in a very difficult spot. The padding on the foot portion of the recliner was poorly padded and the edge of the board rests on my calves without padding. I purchased this particular recliner because it was marked down from 500+ dollars to 200. Without being able to physically inspect the recliner I assumed the value would indicate quality.

I ordered Corelle Dishes and the staff at Wayfair were wonderful. Very helpful with the shipment and replacement items. What an awesome team of caring people you have working there. I like Wayfair and their products. My daughter loves her dishes and will also be ordering from you in the future.

Wooden chicken coop with fence and ramp -- Fast shipping, arrived early and as described. It took me 2 hours with a Phillips-head screwdriver to put the whole coop together. I am a 65 year old woman, so 2 hours isn't that bad for assembly, right? I had to read over the instructions a couple of times, but they were easy enough to follow. Be sure you put the sides on exactly as described, or you will have to de-assemble and turn them around. I highly recommend using the kind of screwdriver that you can ratchet back after each turn, so you don't have to turn the handle all the way around. Some of the screw holes are hard to reach.

Price matching - I had contacted them about products I purchased that were not greatly discounted. Got a lot of run around then when I said I was going to send the products back and shop elsewhere they wanted to "look into it further" which resulted in a $3 credit. It was a ridiculous waste of my time. I will be returning those products.

This item looks great in my bedroom. The box is a little heavy to lift so you might need another person for that. The assembly instructions wherever easy to understand. Color looks less white than pictured, more like beige.

Got several pieces sofa set, 2 wolf end tables, coffee table, also a cabinet that had 9 sections to display my Native American collection on. Also a tv entertainment center. Very please with all. If looking for something else I always look here first.

I am happy with Wayfair and its service but the rugs I purchased I am definitely unhappy with as far as material of rugs and ways to vacuum them. You can't use a regular vacuum cleaner as they have beater bars, nor use a carpet sweeper as it doesn't work. It means buying another vacuum without a beater bar just to clean the rugs. My new vacuum does not have a way to turn off beater bar so I am stuck.

Lutece Square 16pc Dinnerware - I absolutely love this dinnerware set. I ordered two sets in red. They are heavy and beautiful. I had looked for some time for a pattern that was special, something that was not what everyone had and that had rich colors. My kitchen is traditional with a warm golden granite, and I use pops of warm reds and greens with it. Love the red salad plate that accents the other pieces that are creamy background with greens and reds in design. Also love the graceful curves in the square shape that feels French Country. One of the sets had 2 broken dinner plates upon arrival. However, replacements were sent immediately with one phone call to customer service. Also, before ordering I checked other sources for best price. Wayfair's was quite a bit lower. Love ordering from this company!!!

In the past month we've ordered a corner chair and a sofa table; both are exactly as advertised - beautiful. Customer service was first class, and delivery was as promised. I have already recommended Wayfair to friends and family.

Customer Service happily replaced my item. However, shipping was delayed, and the item that arrived still had dirt on it (fortunately came out with a Tide to Go pen, as I didn't want to call Wayfair yet again). The dirt was due to holes in the plastic wrap within the box it came in.

They always are prompt in responding to a damaged pieces and that they will be shipping out a new or working with you at the very least to correct the matter. But recently I moved and I bought a phone. Well I went to plug it in yesterday and lo and behold it does not work. Was antique-looking phone through Wayfair that I purchased so I will be communicating to try to get that figured out in the next few days. But they are prompt in responding. Have a blessed day.

I ordered a lamp from Joss & Main and upon opening the box I found the shade to be bent and misshapen. So I contacted the customer service email on the slip and I can't say enough about how great the service was. I stated my problem, received a prompt response, and had a replacement product in just days. No hassle at all. With service like this, it is easy to quickly forget the snafu. Will happily shop at Wayfair or one of the other sites again without hesitation.

I ordered a coffee table from Wayfair. I qualified for free shipping. Could not have been easier. The table is exactly as pictured, price was great, and shipped earlier than expected. Couldn't be happier!

I don't have any recent orders, however, during the past year, we have purchased a huge cat condo for our two cats, a huge TV cabinet for our 40 inch TV, and a beautiful wooden wall clock for our living room wall above the TV. The service has always been great, and deliveries on time!

I had some issues with several items like slipcovers, quilts, rug and the customer service agents I dealt with were, pleasant and helpful while resolving my issues. Wayfair has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.

The experience was ok. I feel the rug cost a little more than I thought it would on Wayfair. After seeing all the commercials on TV I thought I could have gotten a better price somewhere else. I probably would not purchase anything else from Wayfair.

A week after the return, the little leg screws were mailed out by Wayfair.

When I received my memory foam mattress I noticed that it wasn't rolled pack & already open. It appeared that someone had opened it, let it expanded, then folded it back to ship. This can disrupt the comfortability of the mattress. When I contacted customer support the representative contacted the manufacturer to familiarize herself with the shipping procedures. After the manufacturer verified that the package had been opened she quickly processed a replacement. She was professional, quick and helpful. This is not the first time they have resolved an issue so promptly and to the customer's best interest.

Have ordered several types of furniture or finishing products for my home. They ship prompting and nothing has ever been damaged. The furniture is built solidly and stylish. I definitely would recommend them.

My experience with my last Wayfair purchase was all right. I got my order on time. I chose them over another retailer because of their shipping. However, I found out later that I could have gotten the same thing here for half the price and there wouldn’t have been no shipping cost. What I do now, if I see something that I want on the internet, I go to town first to see what it costs. And it’s better to look around here because Wayfair is too far away.

My husband and I just built a new house out in the country and we live outside of a very small town. The closest town is about 25 miles away. I was talking to my daughter about some things that I wanted to get and she said to try Wayfair because it’s free shipping and the stuff comes right to your door and that’s just what I need. Besides the free shipping, I didn’t have travel costs, so that was really good for me and I really enjoyed it. Sometimes I think things are a bit too high but I realize, they've got to cover that shipping somehow. Also, I'm not a big spender. Now that I've got most of what I need, I'm not really gonna spend like I did there for a while.

I am recently Divorced. Hence, I was in need of a couple things (Console tbl and TV stand.) Your Website is very user friendly, as well as the checkout process. I received my items in a very timely fashion and very good prices. I am impressed with how solid the material was for both items, and the simple directions assemble. I ordered a mirror from Wayfair, and happened to be in a hurry. Without closely reading the "ship to" section, I pressed the complete order button, and waited for my mirror to arrive. Days passed before I realized something was wrong... I had accidentally sent my purchase to my son in another part of the country, instead of to myself! I had totally forgotten my last purchase was a gift for him, and his address was the last one stored in my account. To make things worse, he is in the military and was not home at the time, so the package was unattended at his door for days. Your customer service team was so helpful in retrieving the package, and getting it re-shipped to me! It was my stupid mistake, and yet your customer service people went out of their way to fix it. The pricing was fair. The shipping was lightning fast. However the box arrived mangled including multiple holes. The furniture was for the most part in good condition but there were a few scuffs/chips in the wood. I feel like it was refurbished.

The packages arrived as scheduled; however, there was damaged product in BOTH boxes. It was the same piece – the bookcase top – in each box. Both pieces were packed in the box interiors, so the damage wasn't caused externally. I called right away and was told that rather than return the bookcases they would ship me replacement tops. I was happy with that solution. I was told it would take up to 2 weeks to get the replacement. Again, I was OK with that. HOWEVER, it got pushed out another week. Again, inconvenient, but I can live with it. NOW, I got another email yesterday that my replacement is being pushed out yet another week! I'm getting more unhappy with Wayfair as these delays continue.

As I've experienced before, Wayfair did a great job displaying the Queen upholstered platform bed accurately in photos, shipping it to me in a timely fashion & delivering a great product. This bed looks great and for it's affordable price, a good buy. We've been only sleeping on it a week now, but it feels sturdy with no creeks or wobbles. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I found my experience with Wayfair to be very rewarding. I found what I hadn't been able to find in stores in my area. I ordered Welcome Bench with no problem, was notified when I would receive it and it came exactly when they said it would. Very satisfied.

Navigating the site is easy. Creating Idea boards is easy, fun and helpful. The items I have purchased have been pretty much what I expected. The items have come packaged well and protected. One item was broken in transit and it was shipped back before I even received it. They sent a new one right away. I've never had an issue with Wayfair. I like that I can use PayPal as well. Makes it easy for me to spend my hard earned money happily.

I purchased chandeliers, rugs, and one glasses that I love, but I purchased seats and outdoor furniture that were of very poor quality. I won't buy big furniture from them anymore. When some furniture got lost in shipping and disappeared, Wayfair was fantastic.

I ordered a $3000 dining room set in February and will be lucky if I receive it before Easter. The original delivery date was supposed to be March 10. When I called to complain they said there's nothing they can do and that the delay is with their shipping partner. I just want furniture in my dining room which is currently sitting empty, while I wait God knows how long for this set to arrive. Very unsatisfied customer. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND purchasing anything from Wayfair.

One item was back ordered and they resolved it fast since I needed it by a certain time. Another time the price had dropped by $20 within hours of buying and they credited me the new price. I have bought 3 bookcases, swing set, bunk beds, rugs, bedding, outside storage, Kids teepee and more.

The patio set is comfortable and the right size for our lanai. It also is a close match to the patio table and chairs purchased from Wayfair last year. Construction was a challenge. The alignment was off slightly which made for a difficult time aligning the bolts. Two people were needed to push and pull the pieces to allow alignment.

Customer Service did their best to ensure that the missing screws were replaced. They sought clarification as to exactly what was missing from the parts (black decorative screws that were significant to the finished product by securing the cap on the top of the outdoor wall light). I believe that was correctly conveyed to the vendor. When the 1st estimate of shipping was lengthy... delaying my install appointment, CS rallied the vendor to move quicker. SADLY, the vendor sent 2 sets of installation hardware, instead of the right & requested part. I gave up at that point. I have now spray painted some screws that I hope will stand up to exterior install. CS was great... Vendor will not be used again!

I like Wayfair a lot and I got a lot of stuff from them. I liked the first thing that I ordered and then kept looking and ordering all the time. Their cost is really low. The quality isn't the best stuff I have ever had, but it always looks good and so I’ve been happy with my purchases. We just got a really good mattress that we like and we bought it for $300 which was a really low price. And when I had a mirror bureau that got damaged getting delivered and the glass was broken, they told me to just keep it. I didn’t have to return and go through all that. They sent me a new one, which was good. They were really helpful and nice about it.

I have purchased 3 items from this company in two occasions and the experiences have been both bad. The first items were a dresser and a nightstand. The dresser arrived missing screws. We had to ask for them and wait until they wanted to send them. The nightstand looks very flimsy and cheaply made, nothing what it looked liked in the picture.

We have shopped at Wayfair several times before and never had a problem with anything that we purchased. We ordered a planter and didn't notice for almost a month that a part was missing. When I finally did notice and called customer service they were courteous, professional and didn't hesitate to send the necessary part right out to us promptly. It's good to know that Wayfair stands behind their products and when there is an issue it will be handled so well.

I spent one month waiting for a bathtub and faucet and it ended up "lost in transit". Plus I was charged a $96.12 address change charge for some reason. While I was assured numerous times, this was unusual. It has happened to me twice! A previous order was deemed "undeliverable" and returned. Couldn't find my address! So while all the staff (I spoke with 6 different people) was very apologetic I don't intend to order again.

I ordered the couch I wanted and there was a slight problem with my billing and shipping address being different so I had to change my address with my bank, and called Wayfair and they said everything would process normal now. Well after waiting a month for the couch I checked and my order had been cancelled. I called and asked why and they said they did not know why it got cancelled but would reorder it. So they reordered it and it charged my account twice, I called again and told them and they said within 3 business days the first charge will be refunded. It has been 10 days now and the first charge is still not refunded. And I have not received my couch that was suppose to be delivered 2 days ago. I will never buy anything from this company again.

I have ordered multiple times from Wayfair and have been quite satisfied with the products and customer service received. My complaint is about the multiple transportation subcontractors involved in the delivery of the products and who bears responsibility for property damages. In our case, the truck driver damaged our stone wall during the delivery. The assistant driver is supposed to provide support to the driver when parking the truck. In this case the assistant stayed in the truck and my stone wall was damaged in the process. We took pictures, the driver called his contracting company to report the incident and a nightmare of calls to subcontractors in the whole chain unfolded.

My order arrived with a tear on one corner of the box and as we were putting our fireplace/tv stand together we realized a piece was missing. We searched through the box and everything carefully but decided the part must have fallen out through the tear in the box, so I called Wayfair and gave them the info and no problem they sent the part to us. I have no complaints with Wayfair. I love everything I have ever purchased from them.

We had purchased a little bathroom vanity and sink, and Wayfair did two really nice things. One was the legs were there but the cabinet itself wasn’t pre-drilled to screw the legs into, which was annoying. They sent a person to our home to drill the holes for us and that’s an “Oh, wow” when dealing with an online company like that. We were really very gratified by that. Then they were willing to swap out the sink because it was too big. They took it back and sent me a little one. It was really very impressive and I was very pleased with their customer service. Also, they have a very nice selection of things and their pricing is good. Sometimes it's a little more, sometimes it's a little less, but it’s right in a good price point. I recommended them to other people who sometimes look for stuff for other people.

I recently ordered a duvet comforter as a gift and when placing the order, filled out the shipping address with the name and address of the person to whom I was sending the comforter. It appeared to go through correctly. I was then out of the country until after the item was to be delivered. When I arrived home, the comforter was sitting at my condo doorstep.

I ordered 2 of the Addison 24" Bar Stool by Andover Mills, although there were so many choices, it was hard to decide! The chairs fit wonderfully with my table, were fairly easy to install, and are comfortable to sit in. The experience was good.

I ordered a table for my daughter & had it shipped to her home. When it arrived it was damaged. She called Wayfair & they said they would send her another. It seemed strange to me because when she first wanted to order the table they were completely out of the one she wanted. When I went on my computer they had just one left. The one that was available was probably one that someone had returned because it was damaged. I am sorry that my daughter had to go through the disappointment of having to ship the item back. They then told her she could keep it & donate it & they would send a new one. They did send her a new one but it was not a good experience. She said the packaging was poor on the first one but the second one was ok. I'm not sure if I will order from your company again.

Item is perfect for the space it was meant for. Assembly was cumbersome and instructions were not clear but overall I'm happy with the product. It's perfect for the modern style I intended for the room.

First and last experience - I ordered an end table. It was very difficult to assemble. Once assembled, I was very disappointed with the quality of the wood and the sturdiness of the completed product. There were several broken pieces. I kept the table because it was too much trouble to take it apart and return it. However, as soon as I can afford it, I will replace it. I will never order furniture again. I will go to a store and see what I am buying.

I had to send one lamp back as the shade was of poor quality and lamp was too short. I reordered a different one which was a bit more expensive but it is perfect! I also ordered two-floor lamps which look great and give much-needed light to the space where they have been placed. The people at Wayfair who helped me on the phone were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The blue and black sectional is beautiful, but a tear by where you hook the 2 together. And the cushions do slide off couch which is frustrating. But can live with it. The rug I ordered is absolutely beautiful too. So I love my new look!!

This is my second experience with Wayfair and both very bad. When you order from Wayfair they give you a shipping tracking timeline and state your local shipper will call with delivery date. "Manko" is the local shipper for both my orders. 1st problem Manko does not call. They just try and deliver. 2nd issue Manko delivery people are very unhappy so beware.

I always like to check Wayfair because they have the best selection and a variety of prices. I don't think the descriptions are lengthy enough and I have received a item that did not match the photo. I know color is tough to capture but a description in words would really be helpful. I love the customer photos and the credits for the ratings and of course the free shipping.

When I received the 36" Iron clock the box was damaged and the hands on it did not work properly. I immediately contacted Wayfair and as usual, they took care of the problem immediately. A credit was issued and another clock was shipped to me. Two of the reasons that I always recommend Wayfair to my family and friends are the excellent quality of products and customer service.

I ordered two items a couch and an area rug. The area rug was suppose to ship by today instead I received an email letting me know the item is out of stock and would be delayed. That's fine. It happens all the time with other stores as well. However the new expected ship date is MAY 15 that's over 2 MONTHS from when I placed the order!!! That is not a delay. The item clearly should not be listed as available on the website if it has over 2 months delay to receive it. I am canceling the item and am very tempted to cancel the couch as well. All I can say is nothing better be wrong with the couch or I am going to be calling & emailing A LOT more to complain about this company!!!

This has got to be the worst business to deal with. First thing is don't believe their smooth enticing commercial of easy going delivery process because it is not like that at all. I ordered some furniture thinking that their prices were reasonable (believe me you get what you pay for). Anyways about three days later I get a bill for it, so I call stating that I am not willing to pay for furniture until I receive it and asked if they can postpone the due date until after I get it. They said that I should receive it way before the due date... well here we are due date is here... still no furniture because it has been setting at the local delivery agent going on three days now, I even called there to schedule a delivery and got transferred a few times and directed to a voicemail with no callbacks.

I ordered 3 sets (enough for 12) of Corelle dinnerware from Wayfair. They are exactly what was advertised and I am completely satisfied with how they look, how durable they are and with Wayfair. Packaging was secure and order arrived as expected.

Anything I need for the house, small appliances, bird feeders, furniture, shelving, kitchen utensils, pots/pans... I can find it easily on their well-designed site, cheaper than anyplace else for the SAME brand, and shipping is either free or very reasonable.

We just bought a house & needed 2 area rugs, bedding & a coat rack. Everything exceeded our expectations, except the bedspread. The reverse side of the bedspread was supposed to be a beautiful, restful, solid blue color, but instead, was a busy blue & white pattern.

This was my first purchase (Dinette Set) from Wayfair. The order experience was good, but I gave two stars because after a week the table top cracked right down the middle. I did not return it because I did not have the box it came in. I bought it for my elderly aunt's apartment. We just decided to anchor underneath so it won't crack anymore.

I have ordered rugs, towels and furniture from Wayfair. Everything has been exactly as I had hoped and wanted. Great quality and a perfect addition to my home! Now it's my go-to place for home goods and decor.

I have always been shopping on Wayfair for about four years now. I decided to go with them because of the amount of choices and free shipping that they always offer. I always find what I want there. Ordering online is piece of cake. Once you log in all your information is there, you go right through. The price is good and I have not had a problem at all, except with a plate but they replaced it immediately. I always take advantage of any special promotions or discounts. There's always something going on. Their customer service has been amazing as well.

I was looking for specific lights for my 1928 house living room restoration. They had to be hardwired, have off/on switches (hard to find), look good and be reasonable in cost. The four Westinghouse wall sconces I purchased are perfect. The secure packaging was extraordinary and the shipping time was just as promised. The electrician installed them and recommended that I buy LED lights, which I did. I couldn't be more pleased.

The headboard arrived in allowed time in excellent condition. The instructions were for a different headboard. We figured it out together and was able to connect it to the bed in less than an hour. I would definitely buy from Wayfair again.

I went around to local stores and found the furniture I wanted. I searched on the internet site for reasonable prices and the comparable furniture by the same manufacturer. Wayfair was much cheaper, so I ordered directly through them. I clicked on the actual picture itself, then order. I typed in the shipping information, credit card and I was done. It was very seamless. The free shipping is an awesome addition because if I paid for shipping I don't know if it would have been cheaper for me. That's what makes Wayfair better than others. I would recommend them.

The delivery was scheduled in a four hour window. An hour after that time had expired I still had not heard from them. I called Wayfair and the delivery company. She tried to call the driver who did not answer his phone. They arrived 5 1/2 hours late. When my husband checked their work before they left, he noticed there were no screws in the holes to attach the table top to the base. They said there were not any more screws. They were going to leave without telling us!!! Wayfair has no procedure to expedite a new parts kit to fix this, so I don't know how long I'll have to wait, and re-schedule someone to re-assemble it correctly on top of that. A simple fix of buying 4 screws and sending another team to re-assemble correctly was not available... Not acceptable customer service options available.

I absolutely love dealing with Wayfair. Everything arrives as promised and undamaged due to quality packing and there has never been any shipping or invoice errors. Definitely one of my most favorite places to shop, because I know I can trust Wayfair.

Well first thing I keep getting notifications saying to use my points / money earned, so I ordered some things to use them up before they expired. Email said that it would automatically be deducted from order, it never was.

I had a defective dresser from South Shore. The directions were confusing, the pictures too small, and the dresser was cheaply made. The new dresser I ordered was wonderful. It was call Herberta. Your Customer Service Dept is great but they didn't tell me about a return shipping charge. That's ok because it was my error.

I've purchase a couple of things from Wayfair and I am extremely happy with my purchases. They were exactly as described. The tv unit I purchased did have some broken pieces but when I called customer services the gentleman was very polite & helpful and as each piece is individually marked he was able to order me the parts & he shipped them in 2 days.

Looked everywhere for a child play kitchen for my great grandson. Could not find the one I wanted and needed in a few short days. Ordered it from Wayfair and received in just 2 short days. I love this place. Will be using again!!

Order delivered to wrong address and state. I live in Kenner, LA and my order was supposed to arrive on Monday, 3/13/2017, but it was delivered to Edgewater, NJ on 3/15/2017. I reordered and now have to wait another week due to Wayfair/UPS shipping mess up!

I have recently ordered 7 different items from Wayfair. All of the items were of top quality, arrived quickly, were packaged well. I have been very happy with all of the items I have received. Yes I would recommend using Wayfair for your next shopping experience. The descriptions of the items are extremely detailed and makes selecting the right items so easy! The pages load fast! Kudos to their web staff!
