Wayfair's website is extremely easy to use. There's a lot of products to choose from and they're excellent. I've bought quite a few things from them and I loved it. Most items have free shipping. I had a problem with the bird bath I purchased but they handled it immediately when I called. Everything was taken care of. I'm extremely pleased with them. In fact, I've talked my daughter, my best friend and another friend into using it. I'm very pleased with my options and their excellent customer service.

Grandin, Wayfair and Boston Close are my three go-to and I love Wayfair! I have their app on my phone. I ordered quite a bit of bedding. We live on the lake and they usually have a lot of good tropical stuff. Also, we have people repainting the bedrooms now and then it'll be time for me to give grownup grandchildren the other bedding for their first apartments and changing that. I was saving the stuff then I thought that I'm gonna start giving them to people. It's not that it would go bad quickly and I like change.

I have had excellent experience on the six items ordered recently. Quality has been good and shipping prompt. The items have been exactly as shown by the picture. Will continue to order as needed. Also have informed my friends of my experience.

I have been waiting for almost two years now for resolution for the replacement coverings to my outside furniture. I generally have nothing good to say about Wayfair but I was just about to call you for a 4th time when I was emailed this form. First call, you said you will send right away. Second call, it was on backorder. Third call, you could not find my order and had no idea what I was talking about.

I needed some decor to brighten my home for the coming Spring and Easter seasons! Everything I ordered looked wonderful on the website, but I wasn't sure. Totally surprised and pleased to see how beautiful my new purchases were! I will continue to purchase from Wayfair with complete confidence!

The item arrived on time and as advertised. I do not like to order online as the purchase sometimes is not as advertised or arrives too late for use (special events). I will definitely order again from Wayfair.

I have purchased several items. The most recent was a large orthopedic dog bed for a large breed dog with arthritis. He is an old dog and has difficulty getting up after lying for awhile. This bed has been wonderful. He rests better and when he gets up he is not moving as slowly and as stiffly. I would recommend Wayfair to anyone and I have. All my purchases have been excellent quality and it is easy to find what I need in any department. I will definitely be shopping on the Wayfair site again. Right now I am looking at sofas.

I had in mind what type of tablecloths I wanted. I knew in the past I could find what I wanted at Wayfair so I went to them and once again they came through with flying colors. I should be getting my tablecloths (Two vinyl tablecloths) by Thursdays. Thank God for Wayfair. Please keep up the good work.

I have ordered 2 queen size beds, 1 sectional, 1 set of bunk beds, memory gel foam pillows and a body massager that you can connect to any chair. My family and I are enjoying all the items that I purchased.

At 65 I had always had used things which is fine but I wanted some new items like bedspreads, a bed frame, chairs, dining room set and more. I found everything so convenient to order and have it delivered at my door. Thanks Wayfair for everything.

I purchased the Nantucket Sofa and Slipcovered chair in September 2016. They are well-made and very comfortable. I wanted a high back on a sofa and many that I looked at were considerably lower. This one made by Rowe was perfect! The slipcovers fit the cushions very well and everything has a nice, clean, neat appearance. Delivery was quick. The sofa and chair were delivered into my living room which is right off the front entrance. The men who made the delivery were very polite and made sure to let me know where to find the feet for the furniture.

This was my 1st return with Wayfair. The small 3ft rug smelled like it was dipped in kerosene before it was shipped. Plus the material and pattern seems cheaply made. I had to pay a fee to return it. Ended up purchasing a bigger one, better quality for $25 at Big Lots. I basically paid $7 for the experience.

Item came as described, and is very good quality. Very happy with the item and ease of ordering and quick delivery. My only issue was the item came pretty scratched and banged up in the box - not sure if it was packaged poorly, or if it was a return.

Our first and only purchase from Wayfair was for a set of towels which at the time had a 4 1/2 star rating. We read the review carefully and decided to buy. The towels were shipped quickly and on opening the package we were impressed with the size and weight of the product. After the first washing the towels shrunk by about 25%. Now these towels are smaller than other brands that we have had for 6 years or more. So, our experience with Wayfair products has not been acceptable.

I would say that so far my experience has been great. Except for one purchase that had misleading information on the specifications. All other purchases are great, shipping was on time and the package was intact. I absolutely love shopping on Wayfair.

I had cutting boards and flat cookie sheets on my counter and they were all slipping down and looked messy. The organizer helped so much. Looks neat and clean. No more falling. Wayfair ships so quick and have a great website with lots of merchandise. Great prices too. :) You did have "just what I needed".

I have made many purchases at Wayfair, both of decor and furniture and I am always very impressed with the quality of the items as well as the fast shipping and attention to detail. Will be a loyal customer for a long time.

I bought 4 Burlap Valences. When I hung them one panel was shorter than the others. I sent an email to Wayfair and got a response within a couple of hours. By the time Diego responded he had already ordered me another panel and it was on the way. I am so pleased and will now try to order more because "Wayfair has just what I need!"

I ordered several pieces for a bathroom remodel and the vanity order was canceled by accident. The customer service representative reordered the vanity immediately and gave me a generous discount for my inconvenience. I could not have been happier.

I have ordered several things from Wayfair and my expectations are always exceeded as far as the quality of the merchandise, the price, and how quick shipping is. I think the reviews of merchandise are accurate and helpful.

I am submitting this review because I want other businesses to be aware of the false information they see on Wayfair.com. I ordered a workstation on the 4th with an estimated delivery to my office on the 14th. Wayfair did not reach out to us in regards to our orders at all since the placement of our order to keep us informed as far as the status, etc. However, I did get multiple emails from them asking me to sign up with their membership program and some other marketing emails from them.

Wayfair's price and delivery time are a little bit better than those of other brands. But the first product I ordered from them, an upholstered chair has been damaged during shipping. Something punctured the box and the chair. Although when I contacted Wayfair, they replaced the entire chair with no question asked. And to me that was quick response and turnaround on fixing a problem that wasn’t even honestly their fault. It was the shipping. As for the online ordering process, it was very simple. Oftentimes I can find exactly what I’m looking for quickly even though there are tons of choices. You just click and you’re done. My experience with them turned out to be simple and professional.

I found what I wanted on Wayfair. The online ordering process was really easy. They have a pretty good variety of products. I would recommend them to a friend.

I love shopping with Wayfair. It's wonderful, easy and the products are perfect. The first thing I got from Wayfair was a wine rack because that was the only place that had the style I was looking for. I’m an Amazon shopper for the most part, but I couldn’t find what I was looking for. I searched high and low, and Wayfair had it. After that, I bought my first adult curtains and love them. I don’t like spending that much on window treatments, but the price was fair and the product is beautiful. I ordered so many different drapes and those were the ones I topped from all different stores. So I was very pleased with them. Right now we’re getting our house ready to sell but I will be back to buy stuff for our new house. I would definitely recommend Wayfair.

I had some issues with purchasing several curtains that had varying lengths; Wayfair sent more at no charge and allowed me to toss out the ones that didn't work. Overall, I have been very pleased with the quality of my purchases.

Purchased a $750 couch scheduled to arrive at local delivery partner between March 23 - 28, does not arrive there until over a week later and finally I get to schedule my 10am - 2pm window on April 6th to get it delivered. I call at 2:40 to see where it is, I'm told I should be second to next in line for drop off, wait at my house for another four hours sitting next to my phone and intercom and hear nothing. Refresh the page at 6:30 and I've been told I missed my delivery. Now I have to take another day off work next week to receive a couch that will be almost three weeks late by then. Not feeling so great about this $750 chore right now.

We had seen bar stools at a store but there were only 1 or 2 and we needed 4. I was glad to find them on Wayfair. It was more money at the store too. The online ordering process was easy. When we got the stools, the wood on one split right away. Colorado is very dry and wood sometimes doesn't do well here so we contacted Wayfair right away and they sent us a new one and didn't want the old one back. It was worked out and all of them have hung in there since then. We were dealt fairly and it was a good experience. I would order again.

Loveseat arrived when expected. No, actually it arrived sooner, which made us very happy. It was well-packaged with no damage. It was as described, fabric, legs, dimensions. The color was a bit different than the picture but the reviews made comments about this so we were prepared and kept an open mind about the color. It's not an average color.

When I was searching for a rug, Wayfair's website came up. And since they had better prices, I chose to buy there. It seems like everything’s always discounted. It was also easy to navigate through their website and I was pleased with how simple the ordering process was. A lot of people probably think it’s just home goods but the most recent purchase we made was a chicken coop and it was astoundingly cheaper than every place we’ve looked at. Wayfair had the versatility when it comes to things you can get.

I love Wayfair. Being able to order online and have it come to your door is great for me especially since I'm disabled. I had a problem with this order. First I ordered the smaller size toilet lid cover. Sent it back for the larger order. What arrived was a rug for around the toilet. Sent it back and reordered the lid cover and awaiting it to arrive.

I have purchased several high end items from Wayfair and they continue to disappoint: The items are never quite as nice as pictured or described, the delivery process is a nightmare times ten and their customer service not all that concerned.

Wayfair is a really good website. It's easy to navigate and to look for things because it filters them. Ordering online was easy too and they did a confirmation. We went with them because of the options and selection. They have lots of products. We bought a console from them and on top of it is where we put our television. We selected it because when we bought a new house, they had the TV mounted on the wall so it had all the hardware on the wall. I did not want that but I also didn't want to take the plugs off. It's quite hard searching because right now a lot of people have low consoles and to find one with exactly the right height and something that also had glass shelves, it worked really well for us. I can still plug it into the wall, but you can't see the plug because it's behind the television.

I’ve ordered from Wayfair before. I like being able to look online and the selection they have available. I felt that the prices were better than what we see in some of the stores. It’s easy to navigate through their website. I just make my selection, order it online, filled out the information then they sent my order to my house. It was a very easy purchase from Wayfair and I will probably be ordering again.

The fire pit I ordered was damaged in 3 places, not very pleased with it at all but I don't want to go through the trouble of sending it back or waiting for another one. If you go through my order log you will see I have spent a lot of money with Wayfair but the fire pit was a gift and very upset about it but don't think I'll be purchasing from Wayfair anymore. Other than the fire pit I've been very pleased with Wayfair's purchases. Thank You.

This padded headboard was a great deal. We needed something for the guest room so were looking for comfort, low price, and durability. The headboard fit all three- it looks and feels quite lovely. It was a bit complicated attaching it to the bed frame, but we made new holes to accommodate. It all worked out fine.

Quality and convenience are Wayfair’s two biggest values. Their prices are good too, but their free shipping for furniture is a big thing. If I bought a certain dollar amount, there was free shipping for the whole shopping cart, which was a nice deal. Plus, the cost is great. Paying a lower price is worth it even if you have to assemble things. I do a lot of online shopping and Wayfair is one of the easiest sites to navigate. There are a lot of photographs and online shopping is difficult without that, so typically, I’ll just go to a department of whatever it is that I’m kinda looking for.

We moved into a new house a year ago and our plan was to get rid of our old stuff and buy new ones. I like Wayfair's visibility online, their prices and variety which helps me to shop. We purchased a king-size headboard bed, TV cabinet and stand, and side table from Wayfair and the online ordering process was simple. Their products are of high-quality as well. However, I have to put things together with Wayfair versus with Rooms To Go where I pay for delivery but they actually put the thing together. So I weigh that depending on what I'm buying. What we have bought has been very beautiful looking and you would never know that we got them from someplace where we had to put it together. I would recommend Wayfair to a friend.

I have never used this company myself but now that I have seen how your delivery company delivers things I will be sure that I never go through you people for furniture and I'll be sure to make sure no one does from now on. After looking at all the reviews from just today alone I am appalled by your company! When someone is paying you this much for something then you should have the decency to make sure your delivery company doesn't damage your customers' product and since I'm not the only person with this issue then I'd highly advise you to fire that company! Also I'd recommend you make it a point to bring the customers' purchase into the home, there are some people out there who are unable to do so themselves and will have to pay someone else to do it for them. It's just common sense.

I’ve been using Wayfair for the last couple of years. I can shop online and they have free delivery. I don't have to worry about going out to get it. They also have a wide variety of good stuff on their website. Quality’s excellent and cost is pretty average. Their online ordering process and website navigation is very easy. Shipping of products sometimes comes earlier.

Wayfair has made a portion of my job much easier. I mostly use it for business and have made a lot of purchases with them. They were willing to give me a package discount on some stuff and I got a contractor discount as well. The customer service representatives from Wayfair are very good, friendly and able to answer my questions.

Wayfair has good prices. I was looking for modestly-priced household goods, and they had a very wide and amazing selection of tasteful useful things. And I like the idea of shopping online. I don't drive, so it was just very convenient. Plus their customer service is marvelous. They're just very easy to deal with. If I have a question about a product, I can always call or email and get an answer within a very short time. Moreover, it's very easy to use their ordering process. I recommend them all the time.

I ordered a sofa two months ago and to this day, am still waiting for it to arrive. For about two weeks, Wayfair's delivery status kept saying it will deliver within the next few days. After a while, the tracking disappeared and said there was a delay and an email would be sent with an update within three days. Those three days passed and no word from anyone. After being hung up on countless times, I finally reached a customer service representative who told me that my sofa has been in fact LOST in transit. They're not sure if it even made its way to the local carrier because it was never scanned. At this point, there is no more estimated delivery date nor is there any idea that I will ever get the sofa I've been waiting two months for. I'm extremely disappointed that I have wasted this much time waiting for something I may never receive, when I could have shopped elsewhere.

I have ordered several items from Wayfair and been very pleased. Everything ordered arrived on time and intact. I did lots of research before ordering and it paid off. Each item was exactly as described and what I wanted. I have recommended this site to family and friends. I will buy again from them.

Wayfair makes it so easy to order online, and the products are always great quality. Love our new outdoor patio furniture. It was easy to assemble. The delivery guys even called me when they were heading my direction which was really helpful. Will definitely order from Wayfair again!

DO NOT TRUST WAYFAIR'S "GET IT BY DATE." They purposely mislead you. The website gives a "get it by" date next to the item. The approximate delivery date was 10 days from the order date. I placed the order over the phone with a representative who failed to mention that the deliver would actually take about a month. A MONTH?! After requesting the shipping fee be waived, they offered to refund half... Doesn't make up for a 3 week construction delay, but I'll take it.

I made several purchases from Wayfair's website. I love the products & the prices. I always had complete satisfaction from Wayfair, & as long as they provide the same good service, I will stay with them!!

The chandelier I ordered came in a timely manner, was packed properly to avoid damage, and was, just as I hoped, beautiful. Great value for the price. Installation was easy with the instructions in the package. I would not hesitate to order lighting again.

I was searching for bar stools and it was blind luck that I found Wayfair. I liked what I saw and grabbed them. I wish I can find more. It had exceptional quality and it was a fabulous deal at the time. I’ve also purchased a 720 series, 700 series, seven-tier, DVD rack but it’s hard for me to find that on special. It's a Dowel-type storage rack. The name of the manufacturer was The Wood Shed. I loved what I have found in Wayfair.

I could get exactly what I wanted with Wayfair. Ordering online is easy and the price is good. If if I would have bought this thing at a regular furniture store, it’s probably the same price.

The kitchen table and chairs are wonderful. Bought them for my sister and brother-in-law for their anniversary. They were surprised and loved them also. Putting them together is a task but you can't beat the free shipping!

The first print was delivered timely but was damaged due to faulty packing. There should have been another layer of packing between the box and the canvas. The product was replaced. Again it was delivered as promised. This time the print was not punctured, but the box scraped the print and scraped off some of the blue paint from the side and top of the canvas. The canvas had folds the same place as the first order so it was done before mounting and just plain not stretched tight. We hung it but it would look much better if it wasn't flawed. All said, this is not Wayfair's fault, but it is the supplier's. I certainly would not recommend this print nor would I order something from this supplier again.

I can't say enough good things about Wayfair. I have ordered several things and have always been very satisfied. The one time I did have an issue Wayfair handled it wonderful. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I love my choice of love seat! It is exactly what I expected. Great quality. Reasonable priced. All good except one foot was hard to screw in. Looking forward to finding the couch next year possibly, if I can afford it.

Love our stainless steel trash can. All our friends that visit thought it was useful and beautiful. It looks so nice in our kitchen. We have had several orders from WAYFAIR and have been well pleased. We always recommend them to our friends.

I was looking for some specific furnishings checking out a whole bunch of different sites and I really liked Wayfair's policy of not having shipping charges over a certain amount. Also, they've got a lot of selections and I like them. Everything was also easy to find. That's why I keep using them. I've always been happy with everything I've gotten and I have recommended them to several people.

We registered for our wedding on Wayfair. When we received our first gift I noticed that they were shipping to my sister in another state. I notified them by email twice, only to receive rude responses that the customer purchasing the item must be providing that address... But they don't even know my sister! Now after getting the runaround for over 20 minutes (mostly on hold) I'm still waiting for a return call from a supervisor. Very unhappy with this experience!

We ordered a super heavy lingerie chest that I just love. On the way here a tiny door latch that was broken. It took a little time to get the right one, but it works great now. Thanks for a great service that helps us get what we need.

Customer service people were extraordinarily helpful in facilitating the return of a mattress and bed frame which I had ordered mistakenly and replacing it with the ones I was trying to match to a previous order. Really fast service!

Everything arrived within 2-3 days and in perfect condition. The side table is "chunky" and I was worried it would be Crushed at some place but it was VERY well wrapped and no damage. I strongly recommend them!

Wayfair is an awesome company. I would find furniture pieces and the free shipping was very attractive. On my first order, they also gave me 10% off. Ordering online was very easy. You find your item and put it in your cart and go ahead and pay for it. I've had many orders with Wayfair. And there have been a couple of times that things arrived damaged but the customer service was wonderful. And one piece they actually replaced. Another one they could not replace but they offered me a pretty good discount if I wanted to just keep the product and deal with the damage.

I ordered this recliner back in February and called a few days ago because we still have not received the recliner or an update. We have purchased items on a regular basis since 2014. In the past we have been happy with most everything except for the fact that most everything we have ordered is made in China. I really rather buy things made in the USA. We really would like the recliner or a refund. Still no recliner. Not happy right now.

I contacted Wayfair and explained the issue. They were super helpful and refunded the shipping, in view of the fact that the product was not as advertised. I really appreciated that, and should have contacted them before writing a review.

I just purchased this chair for my beach house. We use our beach house for about every 6-8 weeks for a week or so. I wanted a recliner for me and did not have much room. This chair arrived in 8' pieces including four for the legs. Assembly was fairly quick and easy. The cushion was VERY firm and the chair felt rickety. If I wanted to push back, legs wobbled. Due to the upholstery buckling it was difficult to screw the legs in. Not a really stable chair.

I don't know where to begin. I have ordered numerous things from Wayfair and I am so pleased with this company. I have had a couple of issues but these people have went above the call of duty to make sure that my needs were met. Wonderful company!

They don't only have amazing products at a great price, but they also delivered everything extremely fast. I made a total of about 10 orders from them and they did not drop the ball with any of them. Extremely satisfy and I highly recommend buying from Wayfair.

Packaged was never delivered. I'm on my third attempted delivery. At this point I have lost all faith in FedEx. My very first order from Wayfair FedEx left a package at my front door during Fl rainy season. To say the least, the box got wet and the TV stand was damaged. Even though wayfair replaced it, I was annoyed by Fedex's carelessness. I love ordering from Wayfair but delivery is terrible, reasons enough for me to stop ordering from this company.

I started the return on February 22. I returned a floral arrangement (at my expense) because it was not as described and looked very cheap. The package was received and I received an e-mail confirming receipt. I waited several weeks before calling as the credit had not been issued. I spoke with a representative, she apologized, assured me that the credit would be issued within 5-7 days. That was on March 21 so the credit should have posted by March 28. Not only has it not posted, I was charged interest on my account while waiting for this credit which is the balance on my account. This issue is still not solved as of today, March 30, 2017.

I have purchased several items from Wayfair over the last 60 days and I have been incredibly impressed with the quality, price and hassle free delivery. I have ordered everything from a fireplace to tables, highly recommend.

I searched for new lamps for my living room at Wayfair.com. It was hard to decide because they have such a wide selection! I placed my order at 9 pm on Thursday and had my lamps at 10 am on Saturday. They look great in my room. I am very happy with my choice. I have shopped Wayfair before, and I plan to do it again.

I ordered the Mendosia Reversible Sectional as a gift to my elderly parents on February 10th, 2017 and finally got it delivered more than a month later on March 25th, 2017. I waited patiently, and did not even know what to tell my parents anymore about the delivery of this item, they got rid of their old furniture to have the place ready and had no place to sit down for a long time. I have loved Wayfair from day one and was planning to continue ordering many other items, but this experience has left a very sour taste and I am not sure I want to go through this again.

Bathroom cabinets were wonderful, just the right item I needed to fit in 2 bathrooms. Mirror just the right size and prices were Great for all. Would order again from this company and would tell others to order from you.

We needed dining room chairs quickly and are happy with our choice! After putting 6 together, it seems to wobble a bit that we will try to correct. Price and fast delivery was great! Great service!

I have ordered many items from Wayfair. I've always have been happy with my purchases. I especially love my coffee (wine) table and my credenza. I would send pics but my house is a construction zone right now. My friends can't believe I got them online and didn't pay shipping.

We ordered a black faux leather recliner and received it within two days. It was in a box in two pieces which fit together effortlessly and quickly. It is comfortable and looks like a million dollars.

My cust. service agent Kelly did a great job finding a good mattress and base. The mattress is really firm and the base solid. Should last a while. Had a little issue with Kelly knowing how to delay the shipment until arrived at my condo but our local FedEx warehouse manager took care of everything. My second experience with Wayfair was as good as the first. I would highly recommend them and the products they represent.

Received prompt delivery of Monarch Cappuccino Hall Console. Shipment in perfect order. My daughter did assembly - took several hours, but she did a perfect job and the table is just beautiful. No scratches, no mars of any kind. I am extremely pleased with this beautiful table. Daughter calls, all excited: "Mom, did you see your table on Keeping up with the Kardashians in a bedroom?"

Chaise lounge defective. Emailed Wayfair and they shipped a new one to me! Small hole in it. Took my word for it. I was prepared to sent photos, etc.. I was very impressed! Told me to keep or donate the defective lounger.

The Breakwater TV stand we ordered arrived on time. When we went to assemble it we noticed that a drill hole was missing to accommodate the screw in legs. Because the baskets weren't quite the right size for what we needed to store, we decide to return the piece. The return site on the website was easy and efficient. I received an email immediately, a follow within a day and the next day notification that a refund would be processed. The experience was painless! A price for a discounted returned item didn't come out correctly on my invoice, and the CSR that helped me responded promptly and intelligently, and just made my first experience with Wayfair great! On another note, I was pleasantly surprised to discover I get free shipping for the next 30 days after a qualifying order! Couple that along with a remarkable selection and good prices, I will keep coming back!!!

I love Wayfair, but you delivery system is lacking, not only does the UPS person not ring the doorbell, he/she has paperwork filled out already to tag your door so they don't have to take the product off the truck. On more than on occasion I was home when your product was being brought to my home. Each of these times the door was tag and I was told to go into the office to pick up my package. This type of service defeats the reason for ordering online. This type of service is why I will think twice on whether I order from you or just go shop a box retailer.

I did receive my recliner purchased from you guys. I do love the merchandise. The chair is very good quality and comfortable. My gripe with Wayfair is they left the big box near my home. No one ever rang my doorbell. They just left the big box there. As far as purchasing big items that I have to assemble. Don't think I want to do that anymore. This is the first time I've brought my own furniture. I ordered a platform bed and a mattress. The shipping was free and fast. Whenever I get some more money and my own place I'll order from them again. The bed was really easy to put together, I did it by myself. And Wayfair, honestly, has better deals than traditional furniture stores.

Beverage Dispenser - I ordered it back in March. And I still haven't received it yet. And they never contacted me that it had gotten broken. So I called them and they told it was broken in shipping. So they were going to send me out another one and I haven't received that one yet. And I haven't heard anything.

I ordered two mirrors and the price was lowered and I wasn't able to get a price adjustment because it was more than 30 days. My order was received on February 18! It was a considerable difference in price and it was charged to my Wayfair card which I plan on closing out next month.

The headboard/footboard we ordered is beautiful. Very well put together. Worth the purchase. The description gave the impression it came with a bed frame. We received instructions for the bed frame but no bed frame. Customer service was quick to respond. She was very patient as well. She sent to us a bed frame free of charge which arrived within 5 days (including the weekend). Unfortunately, it was not equipped for a footboard. She arranged for the bed frame to be picked up at our home (free of charge). She refunded a portion of our order due to having no bed frame. The refund was posted the next day. Although the bed frame did not work out for us (it wasn't for lack of tryouts on Wayfair's behalf), the headboard and footboard did. Customer service was quick to rectify the situation. I highly recommend Wayfair, its products and its customer service.

It is a very sturdy piece of furniture that looks very elegant as a entryway table with two drawers that open easily plus it was on sale. I loved everything I've gotten from Wayfair, except for my last purchase. I bought a whole set of bedspread and when it got to me it was a metallic color that I really didn’t want. I wanted to send it back because it doesn’t say any explanation that it's metallic but it was gonna cost me over $50 to return it and I only paid $80 for it. So I was a little disappointed in that. I have two homes and it went to my place in Florida and I really wanted it for my house in New Jersey. That could have been my fault, and I'll take that blame. But overall, I enjoy shopping at Wayfair. I would recommend it, but I would also put a caution if you have to return something.

I found a far infrared sauna with 9 in stock. This is a high price item. I ordered on 3/16/17, and the original delivery was expected by 4/8/17. When I complained and stated that I might cancel because I wasn't waiting a month to get my item, the sauna updated to a shipped status before I received a response from customer service. Now the delivery date has updated to a delayed date of 4/13. The response I received from customer service was rude, with no valid data, but they could arrange a return if that's what I wanted. What I want is to get a purchased, in-stock item in a reasonable amount of time, not a month later.

I saw that Wayfair is pretty good and I also found something that I like and need on their website. Their customer service reps are very nice. After I made up my order, I received a message saying the item was 10% or 20% off. I called back and said, “Hey. I placed the order yesterday and you have on sale today.” They immediately gave me the credit back. I really like Wayfair and I'm satisfied with them. I’m not the kind of person that always buy, but anytime I want to buy some things especially household stuff, I would check them first.

I ordered the Simmons mattress in February. It arrived March 27 and the mattress is wonderful. The reason I am not giving it a 5 star rating is because the delivery company that Wayfair used was horrendous to deal with. They wanted to deliver the mattress 3 weeks after their warehouse received it but after ten phone calls was able to get it two weeks after they received it! Now what I have learned to expect from Wayfair. I also contacted Wayfair who advised me they would contact the delivery service and get it expedited and call me back and they did nothing???

We re-did our bedroom. I built the bed but didn't have time for the rest of the furniture. We bought nightstands, rugs and a chest of drawers. It came quickly and was well packaged. As I said, I built my own bed and I know a little about furniture construction. The nightstands and chest of drawers are heavy and well constructed. They appeared just as in the advertisement. The three rugs were also very nice. I think Wayfair products are well priced and good quality. Try them. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Item missing from shipment. Contacted Wayfair via email about item quantity being incorrect. I immediately got a response back and even got the shipment corrected and replaced within 10 days of reporting the issue.

Great product. I ordered an upholstered platform bed. I love it. Good quality, sturdy and attractive. Delivery was accurate, however, the delivery people did leave the bed OUTSIDE my apartment door where it could have been stolen. That issue should be addressed. Overall happy with Wayfair's product.

Having said this I received a Carlton quilt which was beautiful until I washed it per the directions attached to the quilt. It completely faded out and is not usable as a nice bed dressing. I did send my concerns to Wayfair but unfortunately did not receive any response back.

I ordered a table and chairs and received free shipping. I then cancelled the order and was told I would be charged $127.46 for return shipping. I cancelled the item before it even reached me so I don't understand why it couldn't be re-routed and returned. I purchased 2 couches from Joss and Main, 1st one showed up March 10th. We are now almost 3 weeks and I am hearing no updates. Within recent weeks, I ordered two items from Wayfair: a mobile kitchen island, and a coffee table. Both are highly satisfactory: good materials, fairly easy to assemble, reasonably priced. And both are well-designed, resembling more expensive pieces I've seen in store catalogues. We'll know in time whether they are also durable, but I suspect they are. The island was a tad more difficult to assemble; the coffee table went together in no time.

The quality of the area rug exceeded our expectations as well and the rug pad. The order arrived very quickly within a week, well packaged and the greatest thing was the shipping is free. The rug pad was so well made we ordered additional ones for the other area rugs in our home.

I usually find things I like, but return shipping is NOT free. I returned bedding and it was over $50.00. In addition, although I returned UPS, they did not refund my money automatically. I noticed my credit card did not show the refund. I called them and they acknowledged the return and said they would provided the credit - ONE MONTH LATER!! Come on - this was not just an oversight. Consumer beware.

I ordered a large teepee for my granddaughter's 4th birthday, and paid $19 extra for 2-day shipping. It arrived 7 days later... 1 day AFTER her birthday. I had to spend the entire day before her birthday, shopping stores for a substitute present. Inexcusable! Even though Wayfair was WayWrong, they only offered me an apology, via a "10% off one item" coupon for my next order. Right. My lost Saturday was worth a little more than that. They are NOT dependable, and won't make it right, when they screw up. I used to shop here a lot, but no more.

The picture showed a salt and pepper shaker together with handles. I only received one and it didn't have handles. I spoke to someone and they pretty much told me I was beat, that you can't always go by the pictures and they saved me $2. What would I do with a salt shaker without the pepper shaker and no handles.

Customer service is always helpful, delivery is decent (a few items were lodged my shrubbery), and then some of the products exceeded my expectations and some felt almost like a prank. The return policy is awful but can't have everything.

I ordered 2 night stands for our master bedroom. When the delivery came, I didn't hear them come, but found my delivery on my front porch. The product came well packaged and in excellent condition. The top drawer on one of them swivels when you pull it out. (Not supposed to do that). My husband thought he may be able to correct it, but he would have to take the back off of it and it would be too difficult. Didn't want to bother to send it back. He won't use that drawer much anyway, so we decided to keep it. Otherwise, they look very nice and match my bedroom set very well. Wished they had rang the doorbell when they delivered. Maybe then I would have checked them right away and sent the swivel drawer one back for a replacement at that time.

On my last order with Wayfair, UPS misdelivered my order - delivered it to another address. I called Wayfair to advise that I had not received the item. They resent the item. Seven days later, I received first order. Great Customer Service!

NovaSolo Halifax 2-step bed stool arrived 3 days ahead of schedule! It is beautifully made, extremely substantial, appropriately heavy and exceeds all my expectations. My only SLIGHT criticism is that I believe the description said the surfaces were "slip resistant". The steps are the same smoothly painted surface as the rest of the piece. Easily fixed by that adhesive/abrasive stair tread tape if necessary.

I wanted the Huntington barrel chair in peacock blue so bad but it was out of stock for months. I asked to be emailed when back in stock but 1 hour after I received the email it was sold out again. I asked to be notified again, waited about a month, and then gave up and bought a different/similar chair on Wayfair. Of course the Huntington barrel chair became available the next day and I bought it right then and there when I received the email. I called Wayfair immediately and spoke to Teaaira ** who walked me through my different options. She made it so easy.

After waiting several years I finally purchased headboards for my bedroom. I purchased a king and a queen for two different bedrooms. The price was very reasonable, the quality was excellent, assembly simple and the lock is perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I do a lot of online shopping. And I like the pricing and selection of Wayfair. Also, they have a wholesale market. I own a bed and breakfast and they actually called me because I ordered 19 nightstands. And they wanted to know if it was for business and I said yes. So their pricing is even better for me now. Also, every once in a while I get a call from the wholesale department to see if there is anything they can help us with. They are very thorough. I've been extremely happy with them.

I have not gotten a call about the recliner chairs we ordered. It has been one delay after another. I specifically asked Mr. ** to cancel the order if it could not be here by the 27th of the month. I would appreciate it if someone to check this order. We have already paid for them!
