    Wayfair's website is extremely easy to use. There's a lot of products to choose from and they're excellent. I've bought quite a few things from them and I loved it. Most items have free shipping. I had a problem with the bird bath I purchased but they handled it immediately when I called. Everything was taken care of. I'm extremely pleased with them.     Grandin, Wayfair and Boston Close are my three go-to and I love Wayfair! I have their app on my phone. I ordered quite a bit of bedding. We live on the lake and they usually have a lot of good tropical stuff. Also, we have people repainting the bedrooms now and then it'll be time for me to give grownup grandchildren the other bedding for their first apartments and changing that. I was saving the stuff then I thought that I'm gonna start giving them to people. It's not that it would go bad quickly and I like change.

    I consider these seasonal change items that 40 or 30 years ago when I was raising kids, I couldn't afford to do and now we can. I only had two shipping issues on the same item but they were caused by the shipper. You could tell that they hadn't been careful with it. One was with the whole back off of it and one drawer wouldn't open right. I was dreading calling customer service because I thought I'm gonna have to figure out how to get a truck to come here and pick it up. But the guy I talked to asked if I have donation sites and that I can take it there and they'll send me another one. I was really impressed and it's cool that they give their damaged stuff to donation sites. When we were taking it to Goodwill, we opened it up to see if we could fix anything before we take it because we didn't want to just call it in. We fixed the back the best we could, we took it in and told them about it.

    Then I got the second one and the top of that had a chunk of the wood just taken right off of it. They were also very kind about it. I touched it up with white paint and took that over to Goodwill. I felt so guilty about it and I didn't take the credit for my tax refund. I told them to take it as a tax deduction but they said it's fine. I've been ordering from Wayfair for quite a few years and those were the only things that I ever had any trouble with. My daughter work from home as customer service and I was over customer service desk back in my working days. They shared with me the nightmares and I feel sorry for the people that are on the phone. They have to have a certain personality type and no one's calling them to say "Thank you, everything is fine." Also, my daughter has told me some stories that she's had to go through. I applaud and their staff has always been so wonderful. I've had nothing but good experience with them.

    I'll be ordering when I decide what type of beach decor we're gonna get. I can get new bedding because my daughter thankfully got a condo down the road from us by the lake and she was hinting around. She said it came furnished but that she has to bring her own sheets and she has a queen size. I told her to be quiet around her dad because I've been spending so much money and he doesn't need to know about that. But I am retired and I worked hard for everything we have and the money put away. Wayfair is everything.

    I have purchased several items. The most recent was a large orthopedic dog bed for a large breed dog with arthritis. He is an old dog and has difficulty getting up after lying for awhile. This bed has been wonderful. He rests better and when he gets up he is not moving as slowly and as stiffly. I would recommend Wayfair to anyone and I have.     I purchased the Nantucket Sofa and Slipcovered chair in September 2016. They are well-made and very comfortable. I wanted a high back on a sofa and many that I looked at were considerably lower. This one made by Rowe was perfect! The slipcovers fit the cushions very well and everything has a nice, clean, neat appearance. Delivery was quick.     Our first and only purchase from Wayfair was for a set of towels which at the time had a 4 1/2 star rating. We read the review carefully and decided to buy. The towels were shipped quickly and on opening the package we were impressed with the size and weight of the product. After the first washing the towels shrunk by about 25%. Now these towels are smaller than other brands that we have had for 6 years or more. So, our experience with Wayfair products has not been acceptable.

    I am submitting this review because I want other businesses to be aware of the false information they see on Wayfair.com. I ordered a workstation on the 4th with an estimated delivery to my office on the 14th. Wayfair did not reach out to us in regards to our orders at all since the placement of our order to keep us informed as far as the status, etc. However, I did get multiple emails from them asking me to sign up with their membership program and some other marketing emails from them.

    My employee called them last week to confirm ship date and was told the order's scheduled to ship out their warehouse by the 7th with an ETA to our office on the 14th. However, when she called this morning, the customer representative told her she does not have an ETD anymore and all she knows is that there's something 'wrong' going on in the warehouse. If we didn't call, we would even know that we won't be able to get the office desk for our new employees who are starting to work on the 19th. Their lack of communication and unprofessional customer service show who they are and we definitely don't want to do business with them again.

    Wayfair's price and delivery time are a little bit better than those of other brands. But the first product I ordered from them, an upholstered chair has been damaged during shipping. Something punctured the box and the chair. Although when I contacted Wayfair, they replaced the entire chair with no question asked. And to me that was quick response and turnaround on fixing a problem that wasn’t even honestly their fault. It was the shipping. As for the online ordering process, it was very simple. Oftentimes I can find exactly what I’m looking for quickly even though there are tons of choices. You just click and you’re done. My experience with them turned out to be simple and professional.

The first thing I got from Wayfair was a wine rack because that was the only place that had the style I was looking for.     Purchased a $750 couch scheduled to arrive at local delivery partner between March 23 - 28, does not arrive there until over a week later and finally I get to schedule my 10am - 2pm window on April 6th to get it delivered.     We had seen bar stools at a store but there were only 1 or 2 and we needed 4. I was glad to find them on Wayfair. It was more money at the store too. The online ordering process was easy. When we got the stools, the wood on one split right away. Colorado is very dry and wood sometimes doesn't do well here so we contacted Wayfair right away and they sent us a new one and didn't want the old one back.     Wayfair is a really good website. It's easy to navigate and to look for things because it filters them. Ordering online was easy too and they did a confirmation. We went with them because of the options and selection. They have lots of products. We bought a console from them and on top of it is where we put our television. We selected it because when we bought a new house, they had the TV mounted on the wall so it had all the hardware on the wall. I did not want that but I also didn't want to take the plugs off. It's quite hard searching because right now a lot of people have low consoles and to find one with exactly the right height and something that also had glass shelves, it worked really well for us. I can still plug it into the wall, but you can't see the plug because it's behind the television.

    The product quality and cost were good. It had a tracking of the delivery as well, so I had an expectation and the item arrived exactly when I thought. Free shipping is a big deal for me. I expected some shipping cost for a large item, but Wayfair don't charge that. However, if I go online to look at something and they're gonna charge me large shipping, I don't buy it. I go somewhere else because it's not worth it to me. I always view the shipping cost before I click if I'm gonna buy. It's a huge difference. Even if I'm not gonna buy and just go there to gather ideas for the house, Wayfair is a site I certainly look at on a periodic basis. I definitely would use them again.

    The fire pit I ordered was damaged in 3 places, not very pleased with it at all but I don't want to go through the trouble of sending it back or waiting for another one.     Quality and convenience are Wayfair’s two biggest values. Their prices are good too, but their free shipping for furniture is a big thing. If I bought a certain dollar amount, there was free shipping for the whole shopping cart, which was a nice deal. Plus, the cost is great. Paying a lower price is worth it even if you have to assemble things. I do a lot of online shopping and Wayfair is one of the easiest sites to navigate. There are a lot of photographs and online shopping is difficult without that, so typically, I’ll just go to a department of whatever it is that I’m kinda looking for.

    I like their sorting process, too, wherein you can filter and sort by lowest to highest cost or with the highest positive customer reviews first. Whenever I find what I like, I click on it and I read all the customer comments. Sometimes there are photos of the actual items that the customers bought so you can see it. Then you click to purchase and I get to the cart. I’m an easy consumer. I like the suggestions that are made for things that would complement what I purchased. Sometimes I go and look at those and in the end, I could check out. Then they ask for shipping address, payment, etc., and then I pay. I input my credit card stuff and that’s it.

    I know that it’s not promoted enough and people don’t know how good it is. People tend to go to physical stores to purchase these types of things and not many people trust buying huge things like furniture or beds online but I do know of friends and I’ve read customer reviews where if the item that’s received is not in good condition or good quality, they contact customer service and it’s easy to get an exchange or a return. And I like that. I trust that their customer service will be good to me if I ever need them. If anyone would ask me where would I go for home goods, furniture and things, I would recommend Wayfair first because their value is the best.

    We moved into a new house a year ago and our plan was to get rid of our old stuff and buy new ones. I like Wayfair's visibility online, their prices and variety which helps me to shop. We purchased a king-size headboard bed, TV cabinet and stand, and side table from Wayfair and the online ordering process was simple. Their products are of high-quality as well. However, I have to put things together with Wayfair versus with Rooms To Go where I pay for delivery but they actually put the thing together. So I weigh that depending on what I'm buying. What we have bought has been very beautiful looking and you would never know that we got them from someplace where we had to put it together. I would recommend Wayfair to a friend.

    I have never used this company myself but now that I have seen how your delivery company delivers things I will be sure that I never go through you people for furniture and I'll be sure to make sure no one does from now on. After looking at all the reviews from just today alone I am appalled by your company! When someone is paying you this much for something then you should have the decency to make sure your delivery company doesn't damage your customers' product and since I'm not the only person with this issue then I'd highly advise you to fire that company! Also I'd recommend you make it a point to bring the customers' purchase into the home, there are some people out there who are unable to do so themselves and will have to pay someone else to do it for them. It's just common sense.

    I’ve been using Wayfair for the last couple of years. I can shop online and they have free delivery. I don't have to worry about going out to get it. They also have a wide variety of good stuff on their website. Quality’s excellent and cost is pretty average. Their online ordering process and website navigation is very easy. Shipping of products sometimes comes earlier.

    The most recent purchase I had was an area rug for the living room and my favorite purchase would be the candles that I bought. They're decorative. There are three of them. They're battery operated and they come on at the same time every day. They have this little light bulb that wiggles so it looks like real flame. I get compliments on them all the time. I paid like $75 for them, which was a little pricey. But I love them. They're so cool. Wayfair is excellent and I have nothing but good things to say about them.

    I ordered a sofa two months ago and to this day, am still waiting for it to arrive. For about two weeks, Wayfair's delivery status kept saying it will deliver within the next few days. After a while, the tracking disappeared and said there was a delay and an email would be sent with an update within three days. Those three days passed and no word from anyone. After being hung up on countless times, I finally reached a customer service representative who told me that my sofa has been in fact LOST in transit. They're not sure if it even made its way to the local carrier because it was never scanned. At this point, there is no more estimated delivery date nor is there any idea that I will ever get the sofa I've been waiting two months for.     DO NOT TRUST WAYFAIR'S "GET IT BY DATE." They purposely mislead you. The website gives a "get it by" date next to the item. The approximate delivery date was 10 days from the order date. I placed the order over the phone with a representative who failed to mention that the deliver would actually take about a month. A MONTH?! After requesting the shipping fee be waived, they offered to refund half... Doesn't make up for a 3 week construction delay, but I'll take it.

    The first print was delivered timely but was damaged due to faulty packing. There should have been another layer of packing between the box and the canvas. The product was replaced. Again it was delivered as promised. This time the print was not punctured, but the box scraped the print and scraped off some of the blue paint from the side and top of the canvas. The canvas had folds the same place as the first order so it was done before mounting and just plain not stretched tight. We hung it but it would look much better if it wasn't flawed. All said, this is not Wayfair's fault, but it is the supplier's. I certainly would not recommend this print nor would I order something from this supplier again.

    My first purchase from Wayfair (in early 2016) was a room-sized rug to compliment a much-needed, living room re-do.     I loved everything I've gotten from Wayfair, except for my last purchase. I bought a whole set of bedspread and when it got to me it was a metallic color that I really didn’t want. I wanted to send it back because it doesn’t say any explanation that it's metallic but it was gonna cost me over $50 to return it and I only paid $80 for it. So I was a little disappointed in that.     I ordered 2 night stands for our master bedroom. When the delivery came, I didn't hear them come, but found my delivery on my front porch. The product came well packaged and in excellent condition. The top drawer on one of them swivels when you pull it out. (Not supposed to do that). My husband thought he may be able to correct it, but he would have to take the back off of it and it would be too difficult. Didn't want to bother to send it back. He won't use that drawer much anyway, so we decided to keep it. Otherwise, they look very nice and match my bedroom set very well. Wished they had rang the doorbell when they delivered. Maybe then I would have checked them right away and sent the swivel drawer one back for a replacement at that time.

    The price and selection made me choose Wayfair and I had purchased from them before so I knew I was gonna get quality items. The website is very easy to navigate. What I usually do is I go through what I’m looking for and put those items on the wishlist while I’m looking to see if there’s anything that I like better. Sometimes I’ll mull it over for a week and then plunge right in, go ahead and order it finally. That worked out well for me. I bought thousands of dollars worth of stuff from them and had Wayfair points that I had used for one of my orders. Almost my entire bathroom that I remodeled last summer came from them.

    I've had a couple of chats online with their reps. I bought a big, giant cast iron bathtub and something was missing from it and they took care of it right away. They referred me right to the manufacturer who helped me and instantly shipped me the parts within two days and I had everything ready to go.     NovaSolo Halifax 2-step bed stool arrived 3 days ahead of schedule! It is beautifully made, extremely substantial, appropriately heavy and exceeds all my expectations. My only SLIGHT criticism is that I believe the description said the surfaces were "slip resistant". The steps are the same smoothly painted surface as the rest of the piece. Easily fixed by that adhesive/abrasive stair tread tape if necessary.

    I wanted the Huntington barrel chair in peacock blue so bad but it was out of stock for months. I asked to be emailed when back in stock but 1 hour after I received the email it was sold out again. I asked to be notified again, waited about a month, and then gave up and bought a different/similar chair on Wayfair. Of course the Huntington barrel chair became available the next day and I bought it right then and there when I received the email. I called Wayfair immediately and spoke to Teaaira ** who walked me through my different options. She made it so easy.

    I got both chairs delivered, placed them both in my room to make sure I still liked the Huntington chair the best, and then I emailed her and she arranged for the other chair to be picked up the next day. I seriously couldn't imagine an easier process and will definitely continue to shop here. The only downside... I had to take store credit instead of getting a refund. I was bummed but I guess we still need to buy some patio furniture anyway :). Overall great job guys!!!
