The item and the service from Wayfair was perfect. However, the delivery from their shipping company was a nightmare. They were rude, incompetent, and disrespectful. I will never buy anything from any company that uses this shipping company again.

In general, my experiences with Wayfair are always positive. I frequently order items from their website, and it has turned into a first stop in many ways after numerous shopping trips looking for a specific item, not finding it, then finding the exact thing I was looking for within minutes at Wayfair. Ordering is always quick and easy, and my items always arrive as advertised. I think the only thing that could make it even better would be forever 2 day shipping.

I'm enjoying the quilt I purchased. However when I submitted my order for it the first time I informed me that the last one was taken. When I looked for an alternate, I saw the one I originally wanted listed with a slightly higher price. I was disappointed, but purchased it anyway.

I have placed numerous orders with Wayfair in the recent past and have had zero issues. One item I purchased that I not like was easily returned and refunded. Their shipping is usually faster than estimated and their customer service answered all of my questions within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend Wayfair to friends and family. I love using their app as well - it is very user friendly and intuitive.

OMG, I was scared to death to order furniture offline especially for my new rec room that is in my basement with its narrow entryway! I purchased (3) ottomans total. A sectional, a round rug and an animal fur also, a recliner chair! EVERYTHING, I MEAN EVERYTHING, was absolutely PERFECTTT. Delivers, setup customer services, OMG best experience I ever had!!!

We had a problem with the lamp we purchased. When we opened the box we saw that it was damaged. We called Wayfair and with the ease of a phone call Wayfair took care of everything for us. We enjoy our shopping experiences with Wayfair, it is the reason we continue to shop with them. Also you just cannot beat the variety of home goods in which to choose. I love that I have bought fans, pictures & light fixtures & they are unique & beautiful pieces that do not look like they came from a huge box store.

The one time something arrived damaged, the customer service I received was top notch and they took care of everything immediately and without a lot of hassle. My husband and I have gotten much of our new home and nursery furniture and things from Wayfair! We have always had good experiences. This time, we ordered a rug, it came quickly; however, it was the wrong shape of rug so we now have to send it back. Customer service reps are always helpful, though! Just a bummer we had this one bad experience.

I ordered a pair of sconces and received them promptly and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, I had made a mistake in the type of power (hard wired or plug in), so had to return them. Called in and received friendly and helpful assistance. Ordered another pair and received those in same manner as first pair. I also got full credit for the previous pair. In summary, Wayfair and its employees treated me with respect, understanding, and professionalism. I would recommend them with no hesitation.

This is the second bed and mattress that we have purchased off Wayfair. The bed was for my daughter as well as the memory foam mattress. She loves the mattress so much and the bed was so easy to put together. Shipping is always right on time. I buy from here so I don't have to go out and shop and the prices are so unreal. I will be buying another bed/mattress set in May for my other daughter.

I ordered a rug, it didn't come when it was supposed to - didn't come on the second projected date. Called - told it would be in May. Canceled order - then got email it was too late - it was being sent. It WASN'T sent. I called, ultimately was told it would be send in July. Canceled the order, finally got my money back. Very negative experience with Wayfair.

I love every purchase I have made with Wayfair. All the products I have ordered are very well made, actually made to last!! Every single thing I have ordered has been beautiful, made well, basically well fit... true to the pictures of what I have ordered. Purchased a silver table clock and tabletop deer figurine for decorating bedroom dresser. Both items are nice quality and arrived securely packed. Delivery was fast. This was my fourth purchase from Wayfair with no issues and I would definitely recommend Wayfair to my friends.

Easy, and simply beautiful items that make my new home just "sweet" - The delivery was a bit stressful as UPS and FEDEX were both scheduled; at one point FEDEX went to a different house, my neighbor was nice to let me know. None of the 8 items ordered were lost. Thank you!

I moved recently and have been ordering items (big and small) from Wayfair. I must say I have been very pleased with all the items I have ordered. I ordered the Holborn 5 Piece Dining Set along with the sideboard and media chest... More beautiful in person... I love it!!! The Porsha Wall Mirror worked out well with the set as the Holborn mirror was out of stock. I made it work and it looks beautiful. I get many compliments. Found Fiesta Ware 4pc place settings on Wayfair.com for much less than any of the local department stores - - even with store discounts. Service for 8 for less than $200... that's a bargain! Dishes were shipped quickly and arrived intact... not one chipped or broken down, bowl or cup!

I love my new bed frame! This was exactly what I was looking for. It looks amazing and was a fraction of the cost of the big furniture stores. It arrived in 2 days after my order was completed. Assembly was very easy! The frame and hardware arrives packed nicely INSIDE the headboard.

Wayfair had the best customer service when my couches did not fit into my apartment. They immediately issued a refund. I found someone the next day who could disassemble the couch and the arranged delivery to that person. Very pleasant experience!

Customer service responded quickly and graciously when I contacted them about a damaged curtain rod. I received the replacement within a couple days. I have been happy with all my purchases from Wayfair. It is nice to know that when an occasional problem arises, Wayfair handles it efficiently.

Order from Wayfair on April 1st Sleeper Sofa and Ottoman to be delivered locally April 13. Went online to check delivery status and saw it was now rescheduled for April 18. I had not received a call, text or email from Wayfair. I contacted Wayfair immediately and was advised by delivery specialist that it will be delivered on April 18 and if I cancel while in-transit I would have to pay $200 restocking fee. Again I was reassured it would be delivered locally April 18. Went online again to check delivery schedule and noticed delivery dates changed again. No email, call or text received. I called Wayfair and they apologized for the delay. No actual reason provided.
Delivery now scheduled no later than April 18 through April 21. I call their delivery specialist department and let them know this is totally unacceptable. I received a call stating that delivery is now April 24. I cannot take this anymore. My feeling is that the sleeper sofa and ottoman will not be delivered at all. I have requested they get in touch with the trucking company and provide a detail update of location, but this has not happened. I wish I had cancelled the order and purchased my items locally. It is now four weeks and still no sleeper sofa or ottoman. The reviews on Wayfair (which I wish I had read prior) all state the same issue with shipping of orders. This is totally unacceptable to me and I am sick and tired of being giving the runaround by Wayfair on my order.

Absolutely disgusted. I recently purchased a bathroom vanity from Wayfair. The purchase was made on 3/15. I was given a delivery date range of 3/29 - 4/3. So, in the meantime, we began gutting our bathroom for renovations. Had I known that as of today, 4/20, my vanity would not only still be undelivered, but also that no one from Wayfair could tell me where it is or provide a reasonable solution, I would've never ordered from this company. I have spoken to five different customer service representatives, two of which were supervisors. This does not include the representatives and supervisor that my husband has also spoken to. Not one of them was ever able to provide a reasonable explanation or solution other than to continue waiting.
I was finally forced to cancel my order last night. The supervisor I spoke with offered me nothing more than, "ok, sorry about that, we'll refund your money". Or, they could order me a replacement which wouldn't arrive for A WHOLE EXTRA MONTH. I then received a follow up email for 10% off my next order with Wayfair - the only tiny glimmer of positivity in this whole situation. THAT'S IT. Nothing was done to try and fix this disaster of a situation, and certainly nothing was done by Wayfair to convince me as a customer to EVER shop with them again. In fact, the supervisor I spoke with made it a point to tell me how the company would be losing money on this order since they'll now have to pay to have it re-routed (if it's ever found).
We've been dragged along for weeks now only to finally have to cancel the order. As a result, we've now been without a functioning bathroom for an extra almost 4 weeks longer than anticipated. Oh, let's not forget about the contractor we've had to pay to put on hold to make sure he can come back and finish the job - whenever a vanity finally does arrive. I completely understand that things happen from time to time that are out of the hands of the company. However, the customer service was absolutely pathetic in this situation. Had it been handled differently and in a timely manner, Wayfair would likely still get my business in the future. That is certainly not the case. First purchase from Wayfair and most definitely my last.

I saw Wayfair advertised on Fixer Upper and gave it a try. I looked online and liked the products. I ordered a few things from them whenever I needed something. The site was easy to navigate when I did my orders and that was a plus. Also, the cost and quality of the items were very good and I haven't had any issues. I love Wayfair and I recommend them to anybody who is looking for something.

Wayfair has things I like that were reasonably priced. My house is being remodeled, and the only thing that I've had my hands on in the last six months, the rest is still in the box, are the kitchen chairs I bought. They're done by Richardson Seating, and I'm old enough to remember the original chairs to those sets and these are way sturdier. They are really made well. The other ones fell apart so easily. Wayfair's customer service team contacted me once through their shipping people. I bought a loveseat several years ago, and once it got to a shipper in Three Forks, Montana, he said he wasn't going to waste his truck shipping it. He was going back. So, Wayfair got in touch with me and told me that they found that it had been damaged and they were going to re-issue and send it again. They took care of it right away. I've gotten really good experiences with them. I've been totally satisfied.

Very nice roll-up shade, a bit pricey for what it is, but seems to be well made. Like the color. Glad it arrived in one piece. The box on the other hand, looked like it was in WWII. Don't understand why my orders arrive in such damaged boxes. This box arrived in 3 pieces and taped together. Don't like FedEx. Will hang the shade on my porch when the weather gets a bit warmer, I'm sure it'll be just fine.

I was skeptical when I first ordered from Wayfair, but quickly any and all apprehension went away. The first purchase I made from Wayfair was a couch and chair for my living room. I was nervous because I wasn't able to see it in person before buying, I love the set! I would order furniture again and again from Wayfair. The experience was super easy and buyer friendly. I had ordered this cabinet and on the website it stated it was made in America and also by another company. When I received it, it said made in China with a different manufacturer name on it. I emailed customer service and was greatly satisfied with their response. An adjustment was made due to the situation, the website was corrected and I was even given credit b/c the item was now on sale. Plus I LOVE the side bar cabinet for dining room.

I was really unhappy with the paper towel holder. Yes, the description says it's 14" tall, but it shows a standard sized roll of paper towels on it. That makes the spindle sticks up two inches from the top of the paper towel. Looks very, very odd. I've not been happy with my Wayfair purchases in the last 6 months. I got a daybed from here, and while it said "bronze", it was actually just a flat brown. Not at all attractive. I've purchased a lot from Wayfair, but it's no longer my go to website like it used to be.

The wreath I received did not look like the picture. Several flowers had fallen off and the bird came loose and fell out of the nest. I don't expect to have to reassemble a purchase; especially one that costs this much.

The wall decor arrived on time. Two of the little fins were bent because the straps used to tie the fish to the cardboard had ripped loose. The fins were easy to fix and the fish are perfect for my Florida condo. This is not my first purchase from Wayfair and I will definitely purchase something again.

In the past, my orders came in good time and the quality is always there. On this order, of tiles they tried twice to deliver and it never showed up. One of the cartons was damaged, and then it took another week to reschedule. I have to say, your customer service agent is trying to resolve this, but hasn't yet. I think maybe you shouldn't ship tiles through the mail. You have plenty of other products to sell.

I ordered these lovely dishes for everyday use. They were so pretty that I decided to keep them for special occasions. I also ordered another set so now I have service for 12. Pattern is lovely and Italy colors are exotic. I thought I would use them for when I have Mexican or Italian food. The colors are also right for use in the fall. I highly recommend these dishes.

Wayfair is easy to navigate and offers a wide varieties or products that can fit with anyone's budgets! They always have great deal going on! They also have tips on how to decorate! Really there isn't much they don't have! Everything I have ordered came earlier than expected and was true to pictures and desperation. I placed many orders through Wayfair and have been beyond satisfied with absolutely every item. Only one mistake was made... I ordered a cream colored lamp and was sent pink. After contacting them my issue was resolved immediately and I wasn't required to send the pink lamp back which was a total shock. Wayfair is my go-to for home furnishings!

I have one hen in the coop so far who is using and alternating between the 2 nests to lay her egg. I plan to get one more laying hen. It is working very well so far and I like the convenience in using it and moving it around. My hen is fine sleeping outside in the nest even while the temp is quite cold.

I find buying products through Wayfair has been a great experience. I find there are plenty of variety in products and prices. Ordering is easy, and I usually receive my product(s) within a week. I also like that if I'm interested in a product that is out, that I can have an e-mail sent to me when the product is back in stock. Ordered a shower caddy and forget it had a credit balance due to previously returning an item. I called the convenient 1-800 number. The gentleman that answered was able to assist without any problems. As a matter of fact, when I have called the number the person answering has always been very polite. This makes it enjoyable doing business with Wayfair.

The actual ordering and delivery was excellent. However, the merchandise itself was low quality. The colors online were enticing, not so much in person. There was no information included for returns and nothing mentioned anywhere that this area rug sheds constantly.

I ordered and received what I thought was a heated throw for my lap when watching TV at night. Turned out to be a heated throw for use in an AUTOMOBILE, which was not stated in the product description. I called Wayfair and was told to send it back and that I would be credited for price. Wayfair makes it easy and pleasurable to do business with them. Whenever I need anything, I go to Wayfair.com first.

Ordered 3 light fixtures for replacement of old ones I felt did not give off enough light. I picked the new fixtures on Joss & Main because the description stated they took 3 100w light bulbs - I felt this would brighten the room. Purchased a rug from Wayfair for our spare bedroom. Unfortunately, my measurements were incorrect and the rug was slightly too small to fit our room the way we had hoped. I printed the return label, packaged the rug, and dropped off at my local FedEx location. The rug was received in 48 hours and I had my refund within four days of dropping the rug off at FedEx. Good experience ordering a side table with Wayfair. It's a pretty table. The perfect size that I don't believe I would've found elsewhere. Only reason I am giving four and not five stars is one corner of the table arrived damaged. We arranged damaged side against the wall and called ourselves done so I have not tested customer service. I would order from them again.

The clear and concise directions made assembly a snap and all the pieces looked exactly as represented when finished. I love the love seat. It is just the right fit and the color is so pretty. I also like the king size bedspread, but was disappointed that I had to end up buying a bed skirt as the sides are not long enough to cover the rails under the bed. I really like the look of it.

But this time, I ordered an office chair that was supposed to be delivered on April 12th. But now I've been told it's on backorder and won't be delivered until May 11th. The lamps are beautiful, just as I expected. However I have moved and gave the new address when ordering, the lamps were on the porch at my old address in Gibraltar, MI. A friend happened to see the box on the porch as she was passing by, she called me and went back and put it in the house. I have moved and the house is up for sale. Someone did not follow through, but lamps are just what I wanted.

This is the best toaster ever... at least for me. Not too pricey either. The food is automatically lowered with the push of a button. No levers to lower the food anymore. So far, everything I've tried has come out perfect. I would highly recommend this toaster!

The family liked the hammock and took turn being on it during Easter Sunday. The other fun activity was the competition on tossing the horse shoe. It would take each one of the men several times to put 2 horse shoe in the pole. It was a fun activity that the families of the ** enjoy.

My experience with Wayfair, as always was excellent. This is my second purchase with them and I am very pleased with the quality of the items I have bought. This time I purchased a beautiful blue, beige and off-white rug which arrived before the time they had given me. It was very well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Although I was afraid that the rug would be wrinkly but, once I stretched it out, it was totally flat in two or three hours, and I was able to put the furniture on top of it. I like Wayfair's style and price. Most everything I’ve bought there has been on sale. Some were 30% and the last thing I bought was 75% off. Although Sometimes, you don’t know how much an item is so you’d put it in the cart. It should be consistent that you have the price. But it was good, I found what I wanted and I’m pleased with the quality. It was a challenge to put it together but that’s how they come no matter who you order it from. It was a better deal and they had more of what I wanted.

My experience with Wayfair has been fine. I like that they would be able to deliver to the house and that I could purchase what I wanted rather than what was just available at the store. I've been happy with my purchase, and everything was really good. The only thing was my neighborhood's kind of confusing and we share a driveway with our next door neighbor and Wayfair nearly delivered our rug to our neighbor. I was able to catch the delivery guy before he did that and I said, "No, that goes over here." He then brought it over to us.

I was so excited to see the FedEx truck pull up today. Received my new dining table. However, when I opened the box I was devastated. I was looking at an almost $200 table that was noticeably damaged on the corner of the table and the wood split on the inside on the side. After quite a bit of contemplating on waiting for a new table top to arrive - which leaves me with waiting for a table again. And I have no table in the first place or just send it back. Well my parents made the decision for me. They bought me a whole new dining set and with chairs :) However; sorry to say I won't be buying that $1400 couch that I really wanted after this experience.

Upon looking at the replacement order, she had chosen the wrong order. I called back, and the correct replacement was shipped and delivered. I love the selection, prices, and the free delivery from Wayfair. I also love that can see other customers' ratings which influences my decision big time. Then, above all, their customer service is so amazing. They don't hesitate to help me if something comes damaged. I'm currently on a no interest for about 12 months or 18 months plan and it made me spend a whole bunch of money I wasn't planning on spending. I've got a lot of furniture from Wayfair. I bought three twin-sized beds with mattresses, sheets, and blankets to go with them for the kids. They're great and I'm expecting them to last for five years. But, my favorite purchase has to be my gray velvery sofa with black piping all around it. I love them and I brag them to all my friends when they come to my house.
However, not every purchase comes in great. I ordered a blood circulation massager but when I turned it on, a bad smell was coming out of it. It has rubber on it and it's infrared, so maybe it gives off the smell when the heat hits the plastic. It was new, so I waited a couple of weeks but the smell was getting worse. I called them back about it and they told me that they will refund me or send a new one which was awesome.
Then when I was putting a headboard together I purchased from you guys, the last screw of the headboard to finish my set up was ripped and iIt kept spinning instead of tightening. I then called them to ask for a new hardware package since the thread of the last skrew was stripped, but they told me to keep the headboard and they were sending me a new one because they can't do anything with it anyway. They saved me the hassle of having to undo everything that I did and repackage it and wait for someone to pick it up. It's so amazing and I love it. They always make it so easy. Overall, they're amazing and I can't live without them. I'd buy my moms furniture from Wayfair and would also recommend them to all my friend.

My call was in reference to the defective seat cushion of the Hodgson Button Tufted Wingback Chair that I had received. I had no trouble ordering sheets. I found the color I wanted and added the order. About a week later the order arrived in good shipping condition and I looked them over, made sure the corners would fit my bed. I ran them through the wash on cold and dried them on low heat and put them on my bed. Easy peasy.

It's been great and I've been really happy with the items I purchased. With one of the pieces that I ordered though, they didn't give me enough bolts to put it together. But, I called right away and they FedExed me the materials that I needed to get it fixed. So, it was painless and worked great. Description when ordering did not state twin sheets where X-long. I do not want extra long length. I have been having issues trying to get return address labels to my e-mail to print. I can't return. Ordered patterned tile from Wayfair when it went 1/2 price. Was worried because tile can break easily. Pleasantly surprised that out of 6 boxes of 16 tiles each only 3 tiles were broken. Because of the lack of delivery options I was unable to buy the furniture I wanted. It be greatly appreciated if you could schedule a day for delivery. My husband and I have been in and out of the hospital so there are times and days when there is nobody available to be at the house. If we could set up a day ahead of time we can have someone there to meet the delivery. I have had no problem with the smaller orders being left at the gate, but not furniture.

Wayfair's customer service is BY FAR the best I have come across EVER! Everyone I know that has dealt with them says the same. Most times having to contact a company's customer service is a negative, but not so with Wayfair. Their computer set up is FANTASTIC. The few times I have called, evidently our phone number is connected to my orders electronically/automatically... so the representative has all that I have ordered right there in front of her (him? )... can see it without having to ask questions. Each time the person was so efficient and extremely pleasant and upbeat. What terrific experiences they have been!

I got red cabinets, night stands, and two patio sets from Wayfair and they came right away and in good shape. The price was pretty good, too, and they really stand by everything. I had a chair sent to me for my desk in my office, and it was linen and it wasn’t the best-structured. They didn’t want me to send it back and told me to keep it and then they sent me back my money. They’re wonderful to work with. The website itself was real easy to navigate through and find what I'm looking for. They have sales and have a great variety of things that we just can't find at some of the stores, which is really cool. I look at all those every day even if I don’t need anything.

I use Amazon and Wayfair to shop online, and I compare. I go for free shipping. If people go to Kohl’s, they have to spend $75. I don't like to play that game. By the time people get their discount, they're down to $73 and they have to come up with something. I love Wayfair. I ordered two cribs for my daughter who was having twin girls, and it was easy. The cribs came within a week, and they are beautiful. Wayfair also has great deals on carpets. They're frieze, and they're nice and decent. They also have Christmas stuff like Christmas trees and decorations. The website's easy and they carry everything except car seats. I was looking for two new car seats and I couldn't get them, so I went ahead and did that through Amazon. But that's the only thing I've gone into Wayfair for and not found. People ask me where I get things, and I tell them Wayfair is a great website.

Ordered 2 of these pillows rather than order the 2 packs which were comparable in price but seemed like they might be of lower quality. I was disappointed in the way they were rolled tightly in shipping and delivery. It took several days to fluff them back up and they are not nearly as good as I expected. Wayfair is great, the bed I received is not so great. I was hoping that 'off-white' meant just that and not beige. The off white "linen" fabric is definitely beige and not the crisp off white that I had hoped for. I ran into this problem with my first order from Wayfair with a rug they called Teal that was in reality mint green. The quality of the bed is not great, but for the price I didn't expect much. The nailheads are just a strip of look alike nail heads and way too shiny. They look cheap... and the color is really off. Should have ordered white instead, but I'm stuck with this now.

After ordering my six drop dresser March 2 it was supposed arrive at the warehouse March 22. However, after many conversations with Jake ** he told me they had the wrong contact number, which was a lie. I called the warehouse myself and they told me the dresser had just arrived. This was April 5. I cannot tell you the six times that I found was good for my health. I would expect Wayfair to supplement some kind of Credit to keep my business. I am in the process of writing a letter to the CEO and President of Wayfair. It was a grueling experience that I would never want to repeat.

This was my first order, a Black and Decker coffee maker. I received it quickly, but the basket didn't fit right in the machine, the water would pool in the basket and make a mess, so I assumed it was defective. I emailed Wayfair of the problem thinking they would simply tell me I had to contact the manufacturer. But I was very surprised to receive a reply by the end of that same day that Wayfair would send me a replacement! I received that machine within a couple of days, and it worked perfectly. I've been happy with all my purchases from Wayfair. Items always arrive promptly and are true to the photos on the site. The only reason I rated 4 instead of 5 stars is that the occasional product is not quite as well-made or high quality as I would expect for the price. Overall I am very happy with Wayfair and will definitely continue shopping there.

I have been waiting on my order for two months. Every time the shipping date comes around it gets pushed back. This has happened to me 3 times. No one can give me a straight answer in customer service. They always tell me it is going to ship and it never does. I will never order from here again.

Normally, I am pleased with Wayfair. I give rave reviews to my friends & co-workers. However, my last purchase(Striped Wall decals) did not go well and recently have been given the run around from Wayfair in regards to my refund. So currently I'm not pleased.

Bought a headboard from Wayfair and it came without the hardware to install it. I immediately called and they informed me they would replace the missing item. The order confirmation came and said I wouldn't get it until 6 months after I received the item. I called again to see if there was anything they could do to get the hardware to me, didn't get any helpful responses. Then I was told to purchase the hardware myself and they would reimburse me. What a joke. It was such a headache finding the right pieces. I called again and I was finally issued a refund. I just don't understand how they think it is okay to have a customer wait 6 months to use an item they orders. Just ridiculous.

I placed my order almost a month ago. When I first placed order it did not tell me he was going to be such a long time for my item to be delivered. When I got the email that he was going to be about 2 to 3 weeks I said "OK I'm going to wait". But now nothing on the tracking information is updating and I called the call center and no one seems to help me. I was told I was going to have to wait 7 to 10 business days to have my shipping information updated. This is the worst experience in customer service that I've had with Wayfair. If I order something it's because I need it. This needs to be resolved as soon as possible, this is ridiculous.

I do appreciate and would give 5 stars for the refund experience, however, the fact that my order was never received for my event was a big disappointment. I had ordered them a month in advance and after NOT moving from the original post office in 2 weeks, I put an extra tracking search report on the cups I ordered. The items were never located. There was no contact from Wayfair regarding this issue until I filed the "Lost" paperwork. Thank you for the refund. I look forward to seeing this transaction in a timely manner. Thank you.

Leah's Bed is wonderful. Cat's condo tree is awesome. They all love it and no regrets! The shipping came fast. For Leah, the Packages were heavy but is very solid. However for the cats, the packages has a lot of holes... but the condo tree is in great shape so I didn't have any problems. I would order from Wayfair again in the future.

I recently ordered an awning and what I received was a replacement awning, no hardware or frame. I contacted Wayfair and spoke with CS and the person told me that what I ordered did not come with hardware and framing. I went back to Wayfair's site and pulled up the specs for the awning that I ordered and showed her what I ordered was supposed to come with the framing as well as the hardware. She apologized and reordered a new one. When I received that order, I received the same thing I received previously. Nowhere in the description did it say it was a replacement awning. I called back and the next CS rep told me the same thing and I went back to your site to bring up the specs again and MY MY, those specs were no longer there for me to show this CS rep that everything was to be included. What a ripoff. If you're selling a replacement, then it should read replacement.

I ordered a 3 piece set for outside (two chairs and a table). I love it. It looks great, the chair are very comfortable and the table is just the right size to enjoy some coffee in the morning or appetizers when we are entertaining.

Horrible with this order number. Ordered my couch beginning of March and it's April 13th, and STILL haven't received my couch. I've never waited over a month and half for furniture. NEVER AGAIN. I called and complained, and all they can do is give me a credit of 5%. RIDICULOUS.

Love the curtain rod, easy install. The curtains were listed as Blackout, but these are not really blocking the light. Maybe if I had ordered a darker color they would be. Still lovely curtains. Both rod and curtains arrived before schedule and packaged well. They are a fair price but not total blackout.

I love everything I've bought from Wayfair so far. The quality is excellent even though I've read some bad reviews on some things. But overall my experience has been awesome! I had a problem with a photo frame and they fixed it and I received a replacement a few days later.

I ordered two end tables and a bookcase. End tables were fantastic, easy to assemble and perfect for our needs. The bookcase, however, had a manufacturing defect and the wood was split. I contacted customer service and they advised that if the product was not picked up in a couple of weeks, I should dispose of it. Fast efficient service and polite, respectful service. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Placed three orders with Wayfair and will not be ordering again. I had to return the third order and the process to do that was unacceptable. The return cost WAY too much and took too long for a response. I ordered a full-size and somewhere in the order process it was changed to twin-size. Goodbye.

I am completely satisfied with the quality and appearance of my 2 Stakmore chairs. They are as well constructed as a regular chair and blend very well with my dining set. I chose the fruitwood finish to match my dark wood dining set. Delivery was prompt as I always find with Wayfair and both chairs are in excellent condition.

Wayfair has gone out of its way to help me get what I need for my new house. While they have a lot of the same products that their affiliates have, I keep going back to them because of customer service. From the customer service rep to the people who make deals when I need to negotiate the price, I've never spoken with more service-oriented and detail-oriented people. Also, their website is user-friendly. Still, you need to be able to put decent keywords if you want to narrow your search because they have a gazillion items. Nevertheless, their keywords are as responsive as they are. If I wanted a kitchen cart in brown oak, that is all they're going to bring for me.

My slipcover fits my love seat very well. The Cocoa color was well represented online. I'm very satisfied with my choice. My purchase arrived two days earlier than scheduled so that was a nice surprise. I rinsed it in the washer to remove the smell of new fabric and to remove wrinkles from tight packaging. It came out of the dryer smooth, smelling nice and ready to use.

I ordered glass top dining table. They ship the glass top and the base separately. I received the top within two week but never received the base. I waited one more week and called them to see where the base was. They told me it at my local independent delivery company and I have to call them directly. I call the local delivery company, they told me they never received it and told me to call Wayfair.
I called Wayfair again and let them know it's not at the delivery company. They said they will talk with their freight manager and get back to me within 24hrs. They did get back to me and told me they dont know where the base and would be happy to send me replacement and offered me 10% discount. They told me the replacement would take 3 weeks.
I agreed because I already have the top, it would be a hassle to return the top. Thought it would be better I wait. I waited 3 week. The same thing happened. They LOST the base AGAIN. Unbelievable!!! In this day and age how can you make major mistakes twice? Your competitions will eat you soon. I told them take the top back and I will take my business somewhere else.

I am not happy with this order. I have ordered before with Wayfair and always pleased. This time? No. Ordered 2 valances and each is a different pattern. One arrived so wrinkled it looked like used or messed up in processing. Looked OK in the wrapper, but... not so much! So worked on that and even took to laundry to have those machines iron it! Now have 2 windows in same room and each has a diff window covering! YUCK!

I've never had a problem with Wayfair. They have always provided excellent customer service. I've bought several items and the quality is wonderful. I did have a package get lost once by FedEx (which FedEx was no help at all and quite rude) but Wayfair completely replaced my lost package with no questions asked. much darker than I had anticipated. However, the frame is strong and the couch is still beautiful, so I decided to keep it. I love Wayfair and have ordered numerous things from them over time. On this order, for whatever reason, I began receiving constant phone calls from customer service asking about my experience with this order. I even received a phone call at 2:00 in the morning! Anyway, overall, I am satisfied with my purchase, and would recommend it to someone else. I just wish there had been a more accurate color representation.

I purchased a couch on March 22nd and its expected arrival was March 30th. It's now April 12th and all I have been told is that it's in a warehouse still waiting to be shipped. When I asked for an explanation I was first told that the company is running a new system and Wayfair is still working out the kinks. Next time I called I was then told its delay is due to it having to be properly packaged because that was company standards. The next time I called, the wayfair representative told me it's still in a warehouse and waiting to be shipped. I have called countless times trying to resolve this but still don't get a response and I have left callback numbers and emails for wayfair to get in contact with me every time I called.
Now this especially bothers me because THIS was an order that I had placed immediately after Wayfair lost my last order. My previous order was lost during freight transit, at least that's what I was finally told after calling in for weeks after the delivered by date came and went. I was also told that this order was in a warehouse somewhere before they finally said it was lost 3 weeks later. I still have not seen anybody from Wayfair attempt to get in touch with me as I have been extremely patient til this point. I chose Wayfair to furnish my family's new home in celebration of our daughter being born last year primarily because of the great reviews and quality products that I have heard so much about. Me and my family have now waited a month and half for Wayfair to deliver product that we never see.
After asking for some sort of customer compensation due to company error, I was offered $275 store credit and that my now 2nd order will not be delivered. This is absolutely ridiculous considering I have now been waiting for living room furniture going on 7 weeks. The absolute last thing I would want to do is order from this company again so why offer me store credit so I can wait for undeliverable product. After obviously turning that down I was then offered a 50% discount upon receiving the furniture that I'm currently still waiting for. Which is telling me my family's pain and suffering is only valued at $150. My wife needs a place to breastfeed our newborn but instead has been forced to find other methods. What was supposed to be a great experience has now turned into a nightmare.

Was looking for lightweight quilt for king bed. Bought this quilt with no expectations but was very happy with the purchase. Size is right for thick mattress and washes up very well without shrinking. Love the color, soft and it looks great. Would buy this again.

We moved into a small winter home in Florida for our winter months. Wayfair has everything I needed to make us a lovely place. Started with forks, spoons, etc, pots, pans, blankets, beautiful wall art and on and on. I made a few mistakes in ordering Such as 2 sets of pots came. But returns were so easy as was ordering. I wanted a small laundry basket to fit in a corner of my small bathroom. I ordered this Wicker Laundry Basket. It was easy to assemble and fit perfectly in the bathroom corner. The product description was very helpful for the measurements. The basket front looks like bamboo slats joined together by decorative thread design. The liner is a thick canvas material. There is no lid but I didn't want a lid. I really like it and it helps to keep the laundry off the floor.

The ordering process went very smoothly. The chairs were delivered timewise as promised. However, the colour of the chairs was darker than I expected - almost an unfinished oak shade - as opposed to the antique white indicated on the website photo. Returning the chairs was quite easy to do, but I was upset at the amount of the shipping charge to return the order. I should have been more diligent and made myself aware of the return shipping but I had dealt with a number of other websites where there was no return shipping charge, so I was careless. My experience with Wayfair, except for the return shipping charge, was a good one but should I order from them again, I will be sure that the product will not need to be returned.

My husband and I order the living room set and it took over a month to get to us! We have ordered other items such as a coffee table and artwork that was here in just days, but the couches set took forever and we had issues with the delivery center and their reps. They kept rescheduling us and giving excuses. On the other hand Wayfair customer service rep was great at getting us taken care of on his end! They just need a different delivery team.

The color wasn't like as I thought. I wanted a mint green. The dollies I ordered were more an awful yellow not a mint green. I don't think I have to pay for shipping because the color wasn't like on the computer. O.k. If I decided I just didn't want them then I should be charged. Thanks.
