I'm pleased with the quality and the savings on the 36" Range hood and 33" stainless sink ordered and received. Someone had transposed the size of the 36" hood on the box to 39". Fortunately I opened and checked. Please check such information. It could caused serious delay on my kitchen remodel.

I placed an order that wasn't the right one and called customer service to cancel. My order was already processed and the rep. told me to call back while they tracked my order to stop shipment. Wayfair tracked my order and refunded the monies back to my account. I later inadvertently received my cancelled order and call customer service again. I was instructed me to put an RA number on package and FedEx will pick it up next. The next day, FedEx arrived and picked up order. Wayfair in turn refunded me back the charge for returning a package due to an inconvenience it caused me when the order was inadvertently shipped. Thanks Wayfair!!!

I am so addicted to Wayfair, they have the best merchandise for the value! Easy return policy and the most pleasant, helpful customer service. I have purchased things for almost every room in my house.

I recently ordered two General Chaise Wall Hugger Recliners for the house and I must say I was totally impressed. The chairs themselves were of good quality, well made and exactly as described on their website. The delivery and installation of the chairs was truly stellar. We paid for white glove service and we received it, both chairs unloaded, opened, set up and all the trash and boxes taken out with the delivery men in under twenty minutes.

Love Wayfair. Recently ordered a beautiful, colorful quilt for my bed. Have ordered from Wayfair many times and have always been pleased. Items get to me quickly, packaged nicely. Wish there was a break on shipping. Living in a small town with very little amenities for shopping proofs costly sometimes. Wish you had a deal on shopping like Amazon Prime does. Would definitely order more items from Wayfair. Thank you!

Had an incredible experience for my first purchase through Wayfair. Customer service responded super fast to all of my questions and concerns, making it their priority to get me the best deal possible. Items ordered came sooner than expected as a bonus. I've ordered a couple of things from Wayfair, however I've had a bad experience with Furniture with glass. They have replaced it 3 times and the glass always gets to my home broken so I've wasted a lot of time reordering and have taken me 3 months to use my set of tables because I'm still waiting on another replacement. :/

I ordered a new rug for my dining room. The rug is great but I was initially concerned when I first received the rug because it was much darker than it appeared in the pictures. I like the rug now but do wish it was not quite as dark.

I have only ordered a sofa set from Wayfair, and so far the experience is good. Since they are the one which I had to assemble and they are light weight, I'm not sure how long they gonna last in good condition. So far so good, and I hope they remain in good shape for some time. Overall ordering and delivery process was great. I would definitely buy from them again.

Shipping of my item was delayed. And did not get my stuff in time for the Easter holiday like I needed. Complained to them twice via email and nothing was offered in return. My item went from one state to another, then back to the original state and just sat there for weeks. Took over 5 weeks to get. Then once the delivery agent received it their first delivery appt was another 8 days away.

I have had excellent experiences with Wayfair. Items delivered as expected. High quality. Purchased a Paula Deen River bed and matching dresser. The delivery service that Wayfair has partnered with in our area is excellent, very professional and kind. Thank you.

I only had great experiences with Wayfair. They have a great variety of merchandise and vendors, and amazing prices. Their customer service is wonderful. A couple of times when the delivered furniture had issues, they quickly solved the problems in manners more than satisfactory. I love this site and will make other purchases in the future.

A+ customer service. This rating reflects the customer service experience I had, not the product. The product was extremely sub-par and poorly constructed -- it would get a D in my book -- but the seamless and immediate return policy was indeed impressive.

I received my chair as scheduled. Wayfair was great with keeping me updated with delivery day and time. I ordered a chair in a beautiful bright white. My chair arrived wrapped in plastic, wrapped in cardboard and was meticulous. Not one speck of dirt on it! Wayfair did an excellent job making sure I got what I wanted!!

I ordered a round mirror, paid extra for the color I wanted. The wrong color mirror was delivered. I called customer service & spoke with Brandy. She was very helpful. She solved my problem within minutes. She said it was probably human error.

I bought a light fixture for my daughter's new house, and it arrived with a cord that was very short and missing crystals. I took a picture of it and wrote to Wayfair. They immediately got back in touch with me and remedied the situation to my satisfaction. I really appreciate that in a business! While building my new home I used Wayfair not only for decorating ideas but to order various items to complete the look I wanted. Mainly mirrors and bedding. The items were shipped and arrived in a timely fashion, well-packed and free from damage. I have since recommended this site to friends and even my designer who worked with our builder. She loved my choice of bathroom mirrors.

I had an awesome experience with Wayfair. My furniture is PERFECT and the customer service was superb. Wayfair also had fair prices! The shipping took a little while but I ordered huge furniture and I guess if I was a little more careful, I would have read more into WHEN my shipment would arrive. As always my experience with Wayfair was exceptional. Item delivered as promised and directions were clear and very easy to follow. The item I ordered was an aluminum patio table and chairs. It surpassed my expectations. It's beautiful and I am sure will do well in my salty location.

I have always had great experiences with customer support until the last 2 things that I have had issue with have not been responded to. I reported on a broken (surf board) mirror. 3 emails with pictures were sent, I have heard nothing. And I have been waiting for a return label on a rug that was not "as pictured" nor did it look like the 1st rug I bought from the same (photo). So that is why I give 3 stars. In the past it has been superb, now not so much. :(

I have purchased at least 100 items in the past six months from Wayfair. Every single item has been perfect! Not one thing did not meet my expectations! I think I did order too quickly because everything came so quickly and free shipping. What is with that? I bought a stove convection oven, and I questioned whether a certain deep fryer that could be accommodated by the convection stove top appliance I purchased from you. I have a glass top stove, but this convection top has not come off my stove since I purchased it. That is the absolute truth, too! We just moved from California to Washington. We knew when we moved that we would buy new furniture. We bought 99% of our furniture through Wayfair and it was simple! We had one hiccup with an order but they took care of it immediately! Best!!!

This was my first experience with Wayfair and it was great. The rug I ordered arrived several days earlier than expected, well packaged and in perfect condition. It looks wonderful in my dining room and I couldn't be happier.

Went to great length to see most of the art you carry! Can't you just list the one item and then list all sizes? It took forever to go to all your pages because so many items were repeated, showing a different size. I do love my purchases but it took way too long to find them. If I needed art again, which I do, I don't know if I would go to the trouble to look for my items with you unless I could streamline the process.

The products at Wayfair are great and it's good that they always have a sale. We've bought some items from them that are on sale, as well as some that are not, such as a table and chair that my wife liked. Also one time, they had a 10% official discount that was not applied to my purchase and the next week later, I called back and they reimbursed that amount. Ordering is easy, their products are good and their people have been courteous and helpful. Wayfair has great and friendly services and I would recommend it to everybody and to a friend.

We had a wonderful experience with the delivery of large items. It was very organized and up-to-date. When one of our chairs arrived damaged, I called Wayfair and spoke with a very helpful representative that immediately sent out a new replacement chair and kept in contact with me to ensure everything went smoothly. I purchased a beautiful white and cherry desk about a month ago. It arrived earlier than I expected. It was packed securely and easy to assemble. I absolutely love it. When purchasing it I had a problem processing it on my pad. I called and in one minute it was processed. Great company to deal with.

When we took the bench out of the box it looked a little crooked. The hinges were all messed up. I called up Wayfair, explained it to the rep. He said "I'll credit your account and do what you like with the piece." Amazing customer service. I shop here for everything I need in my home now.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Wayfair. I ordered 6 bar stools that came in a box of 2 each. 1 bar stool was scratched before it ever came out of the box. I contacted them, explained the problem, and they sent me 2 more bar stools - no questions asked! I was very thankful, and I will definitely shop with them again!

Our original order arrived damaged. One quick phone call to Customer Service and they immediately reshipped new items. The representative I spoke to on the phone was professional and friendly. The 3-piece Bistro Set we purchased fits perfectly on our sun porch. The entire set folds up, so it can be moved quickly out of the way. The table top locks & seems sturdy enough. It's a pretty set with cushions for the chairs. Our set will not be exposed to the weather.

When ordering this comfy chair I had no idea it was going to take three weeks to receive it. The commercials on TV show snapping your fingers and there it is. In reality I knew that was not going to happen but I didn't think it would be sitting in a location only twenty miles from my home for days before it was delivered. The chair is nice but delivery wasn't.

I thought I found Amazon in online furniture shopping when I first saw Wayfair. I immediately placed two orders; one was a bit more than $1000, another one around $350. Wayfair did not charge me immediately. Instead, they cost me four times and charged me about 30% more than I was supposed to be charged. I have opened a case about a month ago. Wayfair keeps telling me that they have given me all those credits back, but those are lies. I have gone through all my credit card statement number of times myself and with the credit card company. Please be aware of this website. These guys seem to be intelligent scammers trying to trick people to get more money out of the market.

I was looking for throw pillows for my new brown couches with a touch of red to coordinate with other decor in the room. I entered "red" in the search criteria and bingo, hundreds of choices appeared! Thanks to the zoom features I was able to zero in on my choices and found exactly what I wanted.

Ordered a large canvas picture and it had a crease and stretched loose in one corner. Took pictures to send for a re-order. Wayfair never asked for a picture. Just went over and beyond and sent new picture right away. Great service!!! Thank you!!!

I love Wayfair. Their customer service center is excellent. Sadly some of their furniture lines are terrible. Out of 2 nightstands, a wide dresser and tall dresser, all needed to be returned, either they arrived damaged, or were damaged from moisture in the air (yes, I'm serious, the tops of my long dresser and 1 nightstand bubbled and warped as a result) and the other matching item didn't come with the assembly guide.

I have had only positive experiences with Wayfair. The quality of the products, delivery, and tracking updates have added value to the experience! Wayfair is one of my "go to" sources for interesting, unique products that you cannot find at big name retailers. Ordered this chair hoping color was close to accurate, it arrived in perfect condition and the color was slightly off but perfect for the space intended. We really like the look and we have rave reviews from our friends. I placed it in master bedroom next to terracotta dresser, really works.

After shopping around at some brick-and-mortar stores for a queen size bed frame for a guest room, I decided to see what Wayfair had to offer. Not only did I find a wide variety, but the prices were very reasonable. The icing on the cake was how sturdy and lovely it turned out to be, and I received it in just a few days. I tried placing the Mohawk rug grippers on the rug and then place them on the carpet and it slides off and doesn't adhere to the rug. I called for help and no one could tell me how to solve this problem.

We received our shipment as indicated, as to expected timeline. We were pleased that it was well packaged and arrived with no apparent damage. The construction of the item was as directed and we only experienced some problems in attaching the doors. A better explanation for adjusting the hinges would have been helpful.

I purchased 2 ceramic hanging planters that arrived quickly with packaging completely intact. However, when I opened one of the boxes (a box inside of a box-so it was packaged well) the planter was in many pieces all contained in plastic wrap. I have used the Wayfair website to order items since last summer in preparation for our new home. I have received all items on time. Only one shipment was damaged and an email to customer service fixed the problem with no hassle. I like the organization of the items on the website and ease of ordering too.

But with Wayfair, I'm amazed that they're packaged so well. We are moving into a brand new house so there were quite a few items bought in a very short amount of time. We've gotta slow down now and pay for what we bought. But I will continue to look at Wayfair.

I have ordered several items from Wayfair, most recently a corner cabinet for a redesigned bathroom. The items were all as described and shipped/arrived promptly. I was pleased with how well the cabinet was packaged since it contained glass. No damage at all.

Our second recliner bought from Wayfair. Some damage to chair from shipping; damage was cosmetic and I requested an adjustment rather than repackage and reship back for replacement. No Problem. Wayfair promptly credited my account with a fair adjustment. The chair is great and as advertised.

My wife and I ordered a three drawer chest March 13. Received confirmation the chest would ship March 15. As all other items we have ordered from a queen bed to coverlets, that was perfect. The rest of March into April no chest. You shouldn't offer an item you can't deliver. Then to top it off around April 13 or so, Wayfair charged a restocking fee of 96.91. You have lost a customer... will not be back!!!

Rug was delivered very quickly. Not an exact match to the runner I got but similar. Came packaged well and no damage. Does have a large sticker on back that cannot come off without damaging rug. Poor choice from company not Wayfair.

Great experience. I ordered a king size memory foam mattress and received it 4 days later. How could you ask for any more than that. Free delivery and quick shipping. Wayfair did it again by exceeding my expectations.

I ordered mattress for travel trailer. Was kind of uncertain about it. It came crazy fast! Then unwrapping was fun. Lol. Had kids helping me. No smell to mattress at all. Amazing it came to shape and has been great! I ordered another mattress for my bed at home and love it! Highly recommended.

I ordered outdoor light fixtures. I corrected the address prior to this order but the old address came up and my order was due to be shipped to the old address. I called the customer service after receiving the email notification to advise the address correction and was charged $14 for resending. I know it was an error on my part for not catching the mistake when I received the confirmation but I thought it would have been exceptional customer service if the free shipping was honored, especially I have been a long standing customer.

I contacted Wayfair by e-mail and got a response very quickly, by the next mid-morning. They were very apologetic and resolved the issue with no problems. I am very pleased with their customer service, it is the first problem I have had with any of their items, and since we are building a new home, I have purchased many items in the past 12 months. This issue will not make me hesitate at all to shop there, and I will recommend them to anyone looking for great deals for their home. Thank You.

Item ordered was delivered late, the first time the delivery company came out the item wasn't on the truck. They were delivering from 130 or more miles away and I ended up having to contact said company to find out where my order was because no one contacted me to reschedule delivery. Once they got it straight they finally delivered and item was different color from what I thought I ordered, different brand and item was slightly damaged on the end. Keeping it because of the hassle but don't think I'll be ordering big items online anymore.

Have purchased a number of items - mostly kitchen or bath related. Everything that I have bought has exceeded my expectations, including the shipping and service and the price has been good on the items. I will definitely shop with them again.

Overall, we like the Cecil cabinet. Nice quality for a good price. Was missing one set of screws for assembly. Just picked them up at the hardware store, but a little inconvenient not to be able to assemble it all at once. Thankfully it was nearly the last set in the process. Second purchase from Wayfair. Satisfied, would make both purchases again.

I ordered a dresser from Wayfair, with which I was very pleased. I wasn't sure about taking a chance on buying site unseen, but if you are handy or have someone to help you with assembly, it is cost effective. After the first purchase, I ordered a headboard, and again, it was as described and is just what I wanted. I will definitely look at Wayfair again when I'm in the market for home furnishings.

I was looking for a swivel, glider, recliner and I chose this one because of the reviews. I'm only 5'2" and my feet reach the floor. It glides smoothly; the recliner is hard to put down but is manageable. I would recommend this chair and ordering from Wayfair. It arrived when promised and in good shape.

I did have pictures of the damaged furniture I received... both orders. After the matter was resolved I deleted them. I ordered a chest. When I received it the frame was crushed beyond repair. I notified CSS, with the pictures, and they told me to please scrap it. I donated the baskets to my church and they had it removed. A second exact chest was reordered and received with the exact same problem! Again I called CSS, took pictures of the chest AND the shipping box, and the response was the same. With each delivery the box was in perfect condition. That was what was so strange. It was being shipped/boxed with a crushed frame.

I contacted customer service because my furniture order was marked as delivered when it actually wasn't. I received word a day or so later stating that my concern was forwarded to a delivery specialist. The delivery specialist (Elisha **) sent me an email stating that she tried to call me but there were no missed calls on my cell phone. I contacted Ms. ** the next business day concerning my order and she never responded. I took it upon myself to contact the delivery company and had my package rescheduled.

I ordered the bistro set for my mother's birthday. I received it on a timely manner. It was well packaged and all the pieces were shipped. I assembled it without help and without any difficulty. The bistro set is absolutely lovely. My mother loved it. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered 2 counter bar stools & got them in 3 days. They were exactly what was pictured online and were extremely well made. I was pleasantly surprised by the chair that arrived on our doorstep. I had concerns about the shipping if it would just be covered by plastic - it came in a box which was good since it was raining outside. The chair was everything that we thought it was. Received living room lights very quickly and they look great in my room. The outdoor lights took a little longer shipping, but were worth the wait. They look great and really improve the outside of the house.

The set was just as described. However, the assembly was difficult. I had to hire a person to assemble it - he knew what he was doing - and it took him 2 hrs. So in addition to the price, I had to pay someone to assemble it. Also, the wicker had split in some places and I secured it with black tape. Most of the screws did not fit into the openings.

When you first put them together the legs aren't even but when you sit down on the chairs, they do not wobble, so they even out with weight. Would buy these chairs again.

I ordered pendant lights that went on sale 8 days later and was told I could not get the sale price. I have never had that experience with any store. I have always been able to get the sale price within 30 days.

Oval Monarch Table came in defective. Where the arm met the base there was a terrible weld. It looked like bubbles. We contacted Monarch and they sent another arm and base. It looked just like the first one. The quality just isn't there.

I was going to return my ceiling fan due to not having the right space in my ceiling. Customer service was understanding and gave me directions on how to return my fan. Luckily, I was able to bring in an electrician to properly install it and kept it anyway.

Wayfair had great designs that really fit into both indoor and outdoor. True to color and size and lots of reviews with photos from in customers home that make scale and color easy to see. Easy to shop by category. Love the daily sales. Great experience overall!

Had to return a kitchen faucet, as handles bumped into adjacent sink shutters. Faucet was gorgeous and I was so disappointed (my fault)! Return was easy, phone staff were so nice. Couldn't have been easier, just wish I could have kept the item!

I was looking for specific pieces of furniture for our home and it seemed that Wayfair was the only place that had what I was looking for. I ordered a secretary and another cabinet from them and my experience has been good. Everything was smooth as silk. I used their credit card and was able to pay it off. I like the fact that they give us so many months to pay it off before they start charging interest. That was always a nice goal added because at the time I ordered those pieces, we had just moved in to a new house. We had a lot of other bills and holding costs that that took a bite out of the budget. So if I wanted a piece, it was nice to know that I had that option and gave me a goal to get it paid off an X amount of months. Wayfair is a great place to buy quality merchandise.

I have purchased a few items from Wayfair including entry way chairs, coat hanger, accent cabinet with glass doors, and entryway bench. I appreciate not paying for shipping and how quick the items arrive. One of my purchases did arrive damaged but I took pictures of it and called their Customer Service, who were so happy to help! They were willing to replace it as soon as they received another in their warehouse. Since it wasn't going to be for a few months, I decided to have my money returned and to send it back. They were more than willing to do that and even took it a step further and returned my money and said to keep the item and they marked it as damaged in transit.

I have had one of the worst experiencing with Wayfair and their staff. I ordered many items because I have been hearing so many great things from friends. Majority of my orders arrived defective and/or damaged. At first they were pleasant about the issues then turned very nasty. They have stopped all orders I had coming and are refusing to refund my damaged returned items. I also have a store credit that they told me would no longer be valid. So now they have all the damaged returned merchandise, also anything they canceled and around 4000 of my money. I have never dealt with such unqualified individuals like this before. This is criminal activity and fraud if you think about. They have all my money and the merchandise. I just have a credit card bill now. I attached just some of the photos I have for the returned damaged items. They are a disgrace for a company.

Darby Home Briarwood King Duvet - The shams were king-size (which I ordered), the pillows are fine but the duvet is queen-size. I was going to return the set but it was on my bed before I realized the error.

I needed to replace 2 plastic hooks stuck on my wall to hold multiple items. I wanted 4 hooks and a pleasing look, but had only a small space in which to install this item. I found exactly what I needed on Wayfair, used my online credit I had earned and received a perfect product in a few days with Free shipping.

The ordering process was easy and the delivery within an appropriate amount of time. The assembling is not easy and needs 2 people. I had parts missing which took me a week to get. Then down into the critical part of assembly discovered I had the wrong sideboard. So I had 2 right side boards and no left. So I had to order that and wait a week. I still do not have this computer desk assembled. Tired of trying to fool with it.

I bought a rug, which I really liked, and when I went back to order 3 more of the same rug, but different sizes, I noticed that the original rug was on sale for much less. So I contacted Wayfair, and asked for a credit (not money back) which I was going to apply for new rugs, since it was only a couple weeks later, but they were not willing to work with me at all, so I will never buy from Wayfair again. They should've realized they would've had a lifelong customer, had they wanted to accommodate me, but they could only see things short term! Very poor corporate policy!

I painted my bedroom navy blue. The blue and white comforter (Colonial quilt) set really made it pop. It is both classy and elegant. The fabric is soft and does not need any special care which is what I like.

I purchases 7 or 8 boot trees to keep my boots in good order and organized and the ones I received are excellent. You can even hang them up from a closet rod and they will keep organized like you want them.

I ordered two ottomans on sale. Try have one that was able to collapse was only $19.99 and it's fantastic, even padded on the tip. Very sturdy and nice quality. The other is a vinyl, lime green only $39.99 and is sturdy, well padded and the top has a soft closing hinge. Both are fantastic value.

I ordered something on the app, got an error, tried again, got an error. Tried again a few days later, got an error, tried again and it went through. Next thing I know four of what I ordered show up. When I returned them, Wayfair tried to charge me for shipping. I was beyond ticked off. I emailed customer service, took two weeks to straighten out. Finally Amanda corrected everything and got me my finds. Unreal. Shouldn't have had to go back and forth and all the way to Amanda. I actually had to ask for a manager to contact me. Finally all set. But that was ridiculous.

I had ordered a ceiling fan which came very promptly, albeit a bit wet with one corner of the outer pkg crumpled. I think given the number of articles a carrier must deliver, this was inevitable. I was kept informed as the pkg was in transit and I really appreciated that. I had to slow down the number of e mails received from Wayfair. After my order but otherwise very satisfactory.

I am so impressed with the customer support at Wayfair! We placed an order for a memory foam mattress and bed frame. The bed frame we ordered indicated it was compatible with foam mattresses. When we got it we realized it wouldn't work at all with the mattress we ordered. Upon further review of the details on Wayfair's website we saw when we scrolled all the way down it indicated the frame was not suitable for memory foam mattresses. This was confusing at best. Wayfair not only waived the shipping for us to return the bed frame but the rep also gave us his phone number and told us to check with him to verify the credit was issued before placing a new order. I've never encountered such good service. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

They did give me a credit for delivering the chairs to the wrong address. I seriously doubt that the retail price on the chairs was 600 each as they aren't made that well. They did send the missing screws in a timely manner which I appreciated.

We received our order on time & in perfect condition: it's a charming 3-drawer (baskets) chest as an attractive addition for clothing storage. The piece is just as advertised, & looks at least as good as in the photos. It was an excellent value as well. This is the 3rd or 4th item we've gotten from Wayfair, & have always been pleased. For the variety that I had to choose from and the price, I decided to shop with Wayfair. The availability was also better and I am very happy with the quality of their items. It was exactly as it was described. Ordering online has been very self-explanatory as far as being able to pick color and quantity. It was very user-friendly. Also with Wayfair, I love that I would get a confirmation emailed to me immediately, so there was ease and confidence as far as buying goes. It was a lot easier to work through their site than through some of the other sources that I got smaller items from, which were more cumbersome and I paid shipping. There is so much on Wayfair which could be a little bit overwhelming if you don't know the exact product. But I would encourage others to give it a try because the buying experience will be well worth it.

Outdoor "tete a tete". I ordered a small wicker set of two chairs and table for small outdoor tiled patio. The unique stacking will provide an easy method to store. They are very comfortable with two pillows per chair and look very chic. I also purchased a storage bench which will seat two more for morning coffee or afternoon "Tea". Great price and good quality. I order almost monthly and check other sites but this is the best.

Bunny Pillow was delivered to the wrong address twice. FedEx man must be dyslexic because he confused a six with a nine. I found the second shipment the day of delivery down the street. Maria and Lisa were so nice and accommodating. Thank you so much. Pillow is just beautiful. FedEx man went to the house, retrieved the first shipment and said he would ship it back.

One of my first purchases somehow got messed up and Wayfair ended up selling out of my table before they could make things right. With that being said, Wayfair apologized and offered to give me a different table (color) free of charge for my inconvenience. Hillary 36" Etagere Bookcase - I ordered this bookcase because of its height which was perfect for the location in my living room. When opening the box, I immediately saw two scratches on the top and bottom shelves. I called Wayfair with my problem and they promised to send me the two shelves. They came within a week and I was able to assemble the bookcase. I am now very happy with the bookcase.

I received my 2 Bridgewater SAC M5 nightstands in perfect condition. The packaging was excellent, the quality was as I expected it to be, it is sturdy, and the paint on the wood was also very well done. The instructions (drawn) were easy to follow, every piece fit perfectly, and the hardware was exact. Looks great in my bedroom and accommodated most of my books. I would definitely recommend it!

I found Wayfair's customer service to be exceptional! I ordered a lighted medicine cabinet, for some reason (I forget why) I was having trouble with the order so I talked to a very pleasant woman in customer service that helped me with it. The cabinet came much quicker than I anticipated. Alas I didn't really like it, so I ordered my second choice and that too came very quickly, but it was damaged. I had to call customer service again, and again was impressed with how helpful, pleasant and efficient the gentleman was. They had me donate the damaged cabinet and a second one was quickly sent along with instructions on returning the first one.

Desk arrived with slight damage under side of top. UPS screwed up the delivery and desk was received two days late. Product itself was just what I wanted and looks beautiful. This was our second purchase from Wayfair and we are very pleased.

My boyfriend and I shopped six large national furniture companies in town and could not find a decent headboard and frame for under $1,000. With the large selection and ease of use on Wayfair, we were able to get an amazing piece. Our headboard came with the frame and was a quarter of the cost. The bed was delivered on November 29, 2016. Bed sent without proper parts. I contacted Wayfair on December 1st. I have been promised many delivery dates. It is now April 20, 2017. I still don't have the missing drawers. I am extremely disappointed and so are my clothes.

I am still waiting for the chair. In stock and then said sent then it was out of stock and then you were tracking order. This is all in a period of weeks. It was finally someone was checking on it and would get back to me in 2 days - not. I finally called someone and they checked into it and lo and behold found it in a nearby city and I would get it in a week. So hopefully I will finally get it.

I ordered the outdoor storage box because of its size and color. I have a painted deck in the exact same shade. I hired a handyman to assemble the storage box for me and he noticed there was a crack in the unit and then noticed there were no instructions. I printed the instructions from the internet and then my handyman noticed we were missing quite a few parts. I immediately contacted Wayfair and was told a duplicate order would be shipped out immediately. Within two day I had a new storage box and it looks perfect on my deck. Thanks for making this unsettling situation have a happy ending.

2 Stephane End Tables by Lark Manor - Placed order on 03-19-2017 & received items on 03-27-2017. Greatly appreciated speedy delivery. There was a slight chip on 1 of the tables, but it was easily repaired. Very satisfied with my experience.

The reason I gave them two stars is because there is a note stapled to the underside of the chair saying that California has determined that something is CANCER Causing. I love the lamp that I ordered and it is wonderful quality. It arrived in great shape, on time and was easy to put together.

The baker's rack arrived on time and was packaged appropriately. Quality of packaging is the first visual impression as to the quality of the product inside it. The manufacturer provided an extra fastener of each type which was appreciated as well. The assembly instructions were logical as well. Overall quite a good experience.

As much as I LOVE Wayfair, the quality of the items are not that great. I have purchased a bed set in the past that I had to have replaced due to the blanket and pillow cases de-threading before they were even washed. I appreciated the easy replacement policy. Also I recently purchased a salad bowl set in February that I recently just used and after only one (hand wash) the bowl looked dingy and old. It looks like the wood was even partially chipped. Overall I am satisfied with my experience with the majority of the products. They are reasonably priced and I have only had issues with two items. I just wish the quality was a little better.

I bought a bench that sits at the end of my bed. It matches perfectly with my furniture. Wayfair shipping was great! The bench arrived with no damage. It was easy shopping and navigating the page. The shipping date was accurate.

The item and the service from Wayfair was perfect. However, the delivery from their shipping company was a nightmare. They were rude, incompetent, and disrespectful. I will never buy anything from any company that uses this shipping company again.

In general, my experiences with Wayfair are always positive. I frequently order items from their website, and it has turned into a first stop in many ways after numerous shopping trips looking for a specific item, not finding it, then finding the exact thing I was looking for within minutes at Wayfair. Ordering is always quick and easy, and my items always arrive as advertised. I think the only thing that could make it even better would be forever 2 day shipping.

I'm enjoying the quilt I purchased. However when I submitted my order for it the first time I informed me that the last one was taken. When I looked for an alternate, I saw the one I originally wanted listed with a slightly higher price. I was disappointed, but purchased it anyway.

Their shipping is usually faster than estimated and their customer service answered all of my questions within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend Wayfair to friends and family. OMG, I was scared to death to order furniture offline especially for my new rec room that is in my basement with its narrow entryway! I purchased (3) ottomans total. A sectional, a round rug and an animal fur also, a recliner chair! EVERYTHING, I MEAN EVERYTHING, was absolutely PERFECTTT. Delivers, setup customer services, OMG best experience I ever had!!!
