I ordered my "save the dates" from Vistaprint. When they arrived they all had a white line going across the top and half of them had white dots on them. Clearly a printing error that could have been fixed if anyone was paying attention.

I've used Vistaprint many times. They were fine for invitations, etc. This past month I placed an order for custom shirts, got the confirmation email and patiently kept checking my account to see the status. Two days away from the est. delivery date I contacted them because the shirts were still marked as "processing" on my account. After chatting with customer service I was told that my order had been canceled. I never received an email alert and my order on my account was never updated to reflect the canceled status.
During this conversation I was told that I could not find out the reason for cancellation unless I called in directly. I was also told that the my account order would never reflect the canceled status and would always be marked as processing (I better not receive a bill for this sometime in the future.) The service was highly unprofessional and I will never use them again for any project because they did not even have the decency to alert me of the cancellation.

TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE CASE! This review is for Vista Print Promotional Products. If you want to receive the correct order, on time, and not be overcharged then STAY FAR AWAY! These people will make everything so easy to set up, send you reminders of things left in your cart, offer stupid crazy deals, and all. Once you place your order, you will never hear a peep from them again. You would be lucky to even receive your order. Customer service is a joke. A DL Hughley joke at that. Yep. That bad. Do your research. There are other companies. They may charge set up fees or a few dollars more but at least you will get your stuff and they only charge you once. Vista will charge you, toy around with your order, then 2-3 months later down the line, will start charging you small fees.
PAY ATTN TO YOUR STATEMENTS! The only reason I found out was because when I went to post my review, I saw others having the same problem AND being charged fees. Sure enough when I went back to check these scammers did the same thing to me. It's my fault for not checking my bank statements, but I run several businesses, so little charges do not raise a red flag. However, my charges have added up to almost $1400!!! Even worse, when you log in for your order history, it doesn't even mention the charges and when you call in, they don't show charges so, "What can they do? They can't refund them and maybe it's my banking institution". Please, please report these people. I am. How they get away with this fraud, I have no idea. My bank said any theft over $50 is subject to criminal charges, so I am working on that process now. Boy I wish I read up on this first. Beware of this company!

I have been ordering from VistaPrint for the last 5 years. Their website is easy to use, the products are inexpensive, and customer service is very helpful. I'm glad I didn't read these other reviews before ordering from them because I probably wouldn't have tried. I'm very happy with my orders.

Extremely disappointed I have done business with Vistaprint since 2012 and recently started recognizing charges coming out that I did not make! Spoke to a customer service on three different charges and no one is able to see the charges as well disputes. Running a business is hard, I would never think when ordering things from a place that helps your business grow, as well ordering merchandise such as uniforms, cards, logos would steal from you. My business is my livelihood, the last thing I ordered was business cards and shirts and everything was low budget. After one wash the shirts started getting holes and the business cards was not worth $60. I will never do business with this company ever again! If you are looking for great results for that business to shine and stand out this is not the place. SIMPLY RUN!

I had made payment for a printed t-shirt on 10th Dec. 2015 which was expected to deliver on 14/12/2015. I got a mail that it will delayed but since 10 days I am still waiting for the order. Surprisingly I had ordered a local vendor in Delhi for one t-shirt and he delivered my order after 2 days and then I again ordered him 24 pieces after delivery, he delivered that one also. But I am still waiting for Vistaprint delivery. If I write about website, everything is perfect and it's easy to use website. Payment gateway was fine, product selection was good, and it was perfect for customization of my order. Overall everything is fine but delivery issue is a big issue.

I was just about to place my order, after spending a lengthy bit of time loading, adjusting, and ordering. But I became a bit worried, the process was too easy, and the price too nice. I decided to read some reviews. Thank goodness I did. I was about to use my mail bank card to make my purchase. I would have just died if they took all the rest of my money due to some stupid error or stupidity. Wow. Thank you everyone for your commentary. It really helped. as there is only 8 more days left until Christmas I do not need to be dealing with this risky company, although it was very tempting. I knew something was wrong. Close call.

I used the Vistaprint site for the first time to use their Cyber Monday 60% code. I had NO idea what I was doing. I thought I did ok until I received my product. I totally had screwed it up. They did nothing wrong. I reformatted the product then called customer service. The employee reviewed what I had done and said it would be great compared to the first trial. She then gave me the new product FOR FREE. There was no reason for her to do that but she covered me. That helps so much as I am on a tight budget which I think most of us are. I haven't received the second trial yet but I don't know how it couldn't be an improvement over what I did the first time.

I am very upset about my order. I placed this order on Dec 2 and got an email confirmation that my order would be processed and delivered by Dec 9. On Dec 10, I still hadn't received my order so I called your customer service dept. They said the payment never went through and my order wasn't even processing. I asked them why I hadn't received an email, phone call, or anything letting me know this. They said your company does not send out notifications for these types of incident. What?!?! That's crazy that you wouldn't let a customer know that their order is delayed for whatever reason. I needed these cards this week and had to scramble last minute to find alternatives. I think that it the worst customer service I have ever endured and I will be sure to warn everyone on all customer service websites. I suggest you fix this issue before you lose a ton of customers.

Please buyer beware, do not shop with this company. Vistaprint is based in the Netherlands. If you want a refund and let's say you no longer use the card in which you used to pay for the product, they will send you a paper check. Wait, no they will say a paper check is coming, however, you will never receive it! I've been waiting for two months for my so called paper check refund to come in the mail. I waited five weeks and nothing. I called in and the rep told me that they never sent it because of some mix up. I waited two more weeks and have not received anything. I called in today and the rep apologized and said they sent it to the wrong address and to wait 3 to 4 more weeks. Don't shop with this company. They are liars!!!

I am extremely disappointed in the way the company handled the offer it made for customized website designs. The company should not have offered a rebate on customized websites if they don't have enough designers and tools to do what they offered. Nothing that we asked for has been done, the designs are worse than the existing templates on Vistaprint. After the first communication over the phone, the reviews were taken not seriously at all. Talked with the staff, very nice people who are just overwhelmed with work and cannot concentrate on what they need to do. We already use Vistaprint to host the website for our company - Rio Hip Activewear - but we used their template up to now. It's been a big waste of money for our company, which was waiting for the website to be ready to promote Christmas sales online. Time is money and we spent money to waste our time and got stuck not being able to set up the new website for online sales before Christmas.

I planned a Retirement Party for my Father who served Indian Government for 40 long years. I ordered 50 Invitation cards on 21st November 2015. Expected delivery date was 26th November 2015. I had to rigorously follow up with their customer service for speedy delivery of cards. After 3 calls, on 25th November got delivery, after opening package got biggest shock of my life, I found only 20 cards instead of 50. When reached to Vistaprint customer care got to know that rest of 30 cards will be delivered next day 26th November 2015. No One from Vistaprint bothered to update this in advance. The more I spoke to customer care executive about their excuses for this delay, the more angry I became. I wanted to shout and yell but controlled myself to wait for another 30 cards next day. On 26th November 2015, after lunch I had to follow up again and this time it was end of all my expectation!!!
I was told that they could not print 30 cards because of some technical glitch in manufacturing unit. I was left alone with one simple word "SORRY". Retirement party was planned on 30th November 2015. Vistaprint failed to print mere 50 cards and deliver same on time, though it was not a big order but my emotion and feeling attached to this functions were demolished in few seconds. Now it's 5 PM 26th November: now get sms from Vistaprint on same stating they will update me via sms when cards will be ready... Are they of any use for me if I get cards on 30th November 2015???
I regret I saw that Commercial of VistaPrint and trusted them. Very very bad experience I had. Here are the reasons why you should not use Vistaprint now that I have a chance to look under the hood: They modify your order as per their own convenience. They use third party vendors and manufacturing unit on which they have no control. They don't have backup mechanism or business continuity program in case of any breakdown. They don't have message facility to update customer. They do not provide support to track your order once couriered, it becomes responsibility of customer to follow up for their orders. They do not offer 24/7 support. I dont recommend Vistaprint for any sort of order Big or Small.

Vistaprint service had been riddled with issues. I ordered 53 postcards to be mailed by Vistaprint to my friends/family. I was charged for 100 and when I asked I was told I could not have the extra 47 and that they were going to be thrown away. After talking to someone on the phone they did comp me 50 postcards to be shipped to my house. These extra 50 were not on the correct paper. I called again to have that corrected.
(This is where it gets really bad) When talking to the person to get the 50 postcards that were getting shipped to my house corrected she deleted the order for the 53 that were getting shipped by Vistaprint. The 53 got put back into the system wrong. They selected "or current residence", we were sending wedding save the dates and this option does not make sense and many of our guests had commented on this thinking it was funny. We wanted address forwarding knowing some of our friends were in the process of moving. Increased attention to detail would have prevented all of my issues.

I ordered a small quantity of 5 x 7 cards. Had to call 4 times to get an upload issue resolved. Some of the service reps didn't speak English very well and it was difficult understanding them. When the cards arrived, the size was incorrect. I ordered a 5 x 7 card. The finished size was 6 1/2 x 7 1/8. The printer's color bars were visible on the the top, and a registration mark on the bottom. Since this was a rush, I didn't have time to reprint, so I had to trim each card, top and bottom by hand.
When I called to address the issue, the rep said since the color bars showed on the proof, they would be printed. I'm a graphic designer with over 25 years of experience, and have reviewed hundreds of proofs, and the vast majority of color proofs have the color bars, registration and crop marks on them that would later be trimmed off. I thought this would be the case here. I checked my files, and the color bars and registration marks were outside the trim marks. The file was set up for 5 x 7, so to get it onto the smaller size, they would of had to reduce it. Again, without alerting me.
I asked about quality control. Any printer with over 30 days experience would see that a color bar and registration marks shouldn't be on a finished piece. She told me since they print so many jobs they can't review them all. Also, you would think someone in their prep department would have noticed and alerted me. So much for quality control. Then she said, the finished size wouldn't be 5 X 7, but a little smaller. Even my order confirmation showed a 5 x 7 card. I assumed 5 x 7 meant 5 x 7, not anything smaller. I understand that in the trimming process the end result might be slightly different, but not to this extent.
When it was all said and done she said it was my fault for putting the color bars and registration marks on the file. I've used other on-line printers and all my files had these marks, and none, none ever showed up on a printed piece. The good side of this (if there is any) is that Vistaprint is going to give me a refund. It doesn't make up for the frustration I went through on this project. Maybe Vistaprint should spend some of their money on quality control and customer service instead of TV and other media promotions. Use Vistaprint if you wish, but beware. I'm just relating my experience.

I contacted Vistaprint by phone to pay for a month of web site as it wasn't working online. After explaining to the staff member that I wanted to pay for a month of my website she then told me that paying for a year was cheaper. I could not afford to pay for the year as I am a mum with no job just trying to start a business & told her the month was all I wanted.
2 days later I go to buy food only to realize there is no money. Checked my account to see that Vistaprint took out not only the month but also the year. I contacted them for them to say that they could not see both amounts taken out & need me to send my bank statement to them. I did this too then receive an email 2 days latter to say that the matter is being dealt with & my money should be back in my account in 14 working days. That does not help me now to buy food for my kids for the next 2 weeks as I don't get paid again for 2 weeks. I am not happy with this as it only took them 2 days to take the unauthorized money out of my account. Why should it take them 14 to get it back to me?

I ordered some business cards that were not what I expected (they were shiny instead of matte) even though I ordered matte. They told me that since my last order, their standard matte stock had changed, but the rep worked with me to find a solution and had a new set made and sent to me free of charge. No hassles, no questioning the issue.
Previously, I had also ordered birth announcements that came out way too dark, and not at all what my computer monitor was showing me. They also reprinted them (with a different but brighter photo) free of charge. Another issue I had was a line on the Christmas cards I had ordered - they also replaced them, no charge. So my experience has been that although mistakes were made, and timing was an issue especially for the Christmas cards, they handled the corrections each time to my satisfaction. On Wednesday 28/10/15 I ordered flyers and business cards. I wanted to hand them out whilst trick or treating with the kids so needed them by Friday or Sat morning the latest. Needless to say Vistaprint did not deliver. When I rang to find out, the customer service rep explained that I did not receive an email and that there was something wrong with my card!!! Well the very card that I have been using for everything has the problem even though when I placed the order whilst the customer service rep was on the phone with me. It took three attempts before it told me that it had gone through. I am so upset that I wasted all that time with them at what looked like a very simple straight forward transaction. The kicker is the rep telling me that more or less the problem is with my bank. Ha, watch out for companies promising the world. Also paid 12.99 for fast delivery ha!

I called up customer care on October 13, 2015 to inquire about the status. I was informed that due to the stock issue the delivery has been delayed and will be surely delivered before 31st October. However again on October 23, 2015 for status, the company is coolly informs me that the stocks would not be available and thus they are closing my order, there was no acceptance from me for the same. But they have closed the order and says that the money has been refunded but I have not received as of date.
I had booked these T-shirts for a exhibition in which my company is exhibiting. And as Vistaprint has informed me at the 11th hour and that too after I contacted them, I am unable to get the same done anywhere as there no time left. I shall fail to portrait my company's image in the market as compared to other companies exhibiting and thus shall lose goodwill and also lose inquiries. Being an old customer of Vistaprint I have been treated in such a bad manner by just plainly saying SORRY I have following questions:
Vistaprint even after taking 100% payment and accepting the order, is there no binding on the company to fulfill it????? If any problems why did not the company inform me on their own???? Vistaprint does not even take any responsibility of helping the customer whom they have landed into problems and have used my money for almost a month. And sleeping over the order till I followed up. If I would have not contacted for delivery the company would have never informed me their inability to fulfill my order. I am really dissatisfied with the kind of response received from Vistaprint.

I'm shocked beyond words. Well not quite, as I'll make some words here. Your prices and policies are legalized bait and switch, long ago outlawed in our land, but as you are finding, quite effective in garnering huge profits from unsuspecting shoppers. Can I go on? Back in September of last year I ordered a second batch of business cards. They came through quickly and nicely, just as described. What I object to is the labyrinth you lead customers through to extort a wholly unreasonable price by starting with a half price, or even free offer that quickly escalates far beyond reasonable, competitive prices to what can only be characterized as highway robbery without a gun.
In my case I ended up paying $44 dollars for what last September was priced at less than twenty. The cost of glossy finish went from $6.49 to eighteen something, as did the cost of "color on back" tripling in price. Why? The cost of materials and production surely has not doubled, far less tripled, in fact has probably come down. But once hooked, you now have me over a barrel and increased those rates far beyond value, knowing it is more trouble to me to create a whole new order with another vendor than simply click a few buttons and reorder from you. Well, I'm done. I won't ask for a discount or a refund but could not let the opportunity pass without expressing my dismay at such shabby treatment. It's certainly not something I do in my business, and I'm sure you don't treat your employees in this fashion, nor would you deal with me if I did this to you.
Just wanted to let you know that while few take the time to register our disgust, folks are aware of what unkind, predatory behavior you are carrying on under color of offering low initial prices, but with add-ons that bear no relation to your cost, my value received, just your desire to profit from consumer behavior patterns that ensure obscene profits. Hey, you gotta look in the mirror each morning just like the rest of us. Glad I'm not in your shoes, and hope heaven looks on you more kindly than I feel after being taken advantage of by VistaPrint.
Simple attempt to reorder and anywhere near the orig price thwarted at every turn. While this happened three years ago (3/10/2012) a recent visit shows them using the same tactics.

After speaking to many different people and being told many different things in order to arrange a refund, ranging from a form needs to be completed to action it and the refund has already been actioned. 1 month later we are still waiting for the money!!
We have spoken to the finance department who state all the details provided are correct. We are now being told there was a problem but this has now been rectified and I have been told to wait another 7 days for the money to appear back in the bank. I ordered 500 business cards and a card stand for a table in early July because I had plans to go to Reykjavik at the start of August and wanted to have cards to hand out. I ordered early because I know shipping to Iceland can take a little extra time, especially if items stop in customs. The card stand arrived swiftly, but alone. I gave it a couple more days then contacted Vistaprint. To my delight, the person I spoke to seemed friendly and accommodating and told me she'd reorder and rush the order free of charge. The time a "rushed" order was supposed to take was still the same time as a regular order would take, and it seemed it might not arrive on time to come with me to Reykjavik in August. Needless to say, they didn't arrive on time. They didn't arrive at all.
Again I allowed a few more days, just in case, and re-contacted Vistaprint. This time I was given the explanation that I had ordered through the wrong site. That is to say, I should have ordered through their European site instead of their .com. There was no indication on their .com that there was a European site, there was no limitation as to who could order from the .com, and there was no reason for me to believe this would be an issue. And the two previous orders were also both marked as "sent", so that didn't indicate at all that there was any reason to believe anything other than that the order had gone through, been processed, and was on its way. Heck, the card-stand had arrived without issue. Three weeks after the complaint I finally get the cards. That delivery is the only reason I am willing to give this company even a single star. I am never, ever, ordering from this company again and I thoroughly advise against it.

I placed an order of three products on 25/8/2015. I have received two items from the order. The third which were pens for part of Bridal Party Gift bags, have not arrived. A problem with damage during production caused a reorder to be done. The 24/7 number in the email advising of the reorder 0800 496 0350 is not connected. Promise that delivery date would not be delayed with: "You will receive the replacement order within the delivery time as chosen by you for the original order". Original order stated "You can expect to receive your order in 10 Working Days". This was from 25/8/2015. I have called their website help 1800 number. They don't have tracking details on pen orders out of Netherlands.
If I require a refund I have to wait 14 days, from my reply to an email issued for that refund, as it was a manual process, i.e. reorder was 'paid for' with the credit issued for damages. I can say that the two products I did receive were of exceptional quality however, I was informed on my first call to the 1800 number, that I received these early because they were produced in Australia. Perhaps generalisation on delivery dates on multiple product orders should not be carried out, or at least a notification that some products on your order are imported and delays could be experienced? As a company they should know which products those are, surely? I struggle to understand how a company does not have visibility on its customers orders, regardless of where they are coming from? I can certainly track customers' import orders from their origin of manufacture.

Vistaprint will not delete these old items from my account, although they were paid for a long time ago. I REALLY HATE to see old employees still listed on my account, staring me in the face as I try to re-order. Plus just the hassle of sorting through all these bogus products. Maybe they think I will buy more if I have to look at them. If they just wanted to keep a record of past purchases then all they need to do is hide them from me and just keep them in their own database. I am looking for another supplier now. That meant that Vistaprint pocketed TWO of the THREE shipping charges by combining my three orders. I called customer service and they said that Vistaprint was doing me a "favor" by getting all three orders to me more quickly. I replied that was "nice" but I would then like the other two shipping charges refunded. They complied. I should not have had to ask. I will not be doing business from them again. They also bombard you with offers as you simply try to check out. I've found it best to decline every offer, check out, and then you'll be offered to double the cards, etc., you offered for a fraction of the cost of the original order and not pay additional shipping, either.

In October 2014, conveniently during litigation, our former website server "Vistaprint" blocked and knocked down our website all of a sudden with no warning. Our website name was **. We became aware of it because we received an email saying that "our request" to cancel our website was submitted and scheduled for cancellation that same day. We never did such a thing. Immediately after, we were not able to access our website or retrieve any of the information contained which included hundreds of total hours in writing and creating the website. They had already cancelled it.
We called Vistaprint and were told at first that our website was "fraudulent" and was then told that our domain name violated "infringement". That is absurd! First they lie to us in an email stating that we requested that our website be cancelled and now they throw us this curve-ball chock-full of lies. Thousands of consumers have website names that contain company names including Bank of America and other banks. The consumer has the right to "freedom of speech" unless they are "profiting" from the company's name. We never received any payments or even donations on this website. It was only a cost to US. Our main objective was to bring awareness regarding the massive fraud against us and other homeowners that also involved criminal co-conspirators such as Urban Lending Solutions and Carlisle & Gallagher Consulting Group, Inc.
Vistaprint refused to release the information contained on our website which included our names and content written by "us" in violation of our constitutional rights. Vistaprint could not deny that Bank of America, Urban Lending Solutions or Carlisle & Gallagher were behind the fraudulent removal of our website. We were informed that Vistaprint's legal department was going to contact us and as of yet, we have not been contacted by these fraudsters. We have left voice mails in their legal department and even sent demand letters and Vistaprint would not even call back or contact us in any way, shape or form. To date, my last call in which I left a voice mail was on August 26, 2015 and still no response by the legal team. I send Vistaprint customer service tweets and they only responded once saying they would investigate it, but nothing was ever done and they continue to ignore my subsequent tweets.
It is quite obvious that Bank of America and its band of criminal conspirators went out of their way to shut us down and shut us up since we were exposing incriminating evidence against them. These criminals will stop at nothing to get away with their crimes, even murder if they have to. Therefore, we are currently investigating the horrendous acts perpetrated against us by Vistaprint and all those involved. We paid hundreds of dollars over the course of over three years and all of a sudden our domain violates infringement? I would like a full refund along with damages since I initiated my services along with all the "contents" of our website which they have held hostage since October 2014. If not we will initiate a lawsuit for fraudulent concealment, breach of contract and constitutional rights violations.

Vistaprint is truly incredible. I have used them for nine years purchasing business cards, letterheads, note cards, over-sized and standard size postcards, large banners, yard signs, envelopes, return address stickers, and coffee mugs as a volunteer for several non-profit organizations. I have always been pleased with the product and delighted at the cost. My most recent experience is the most meaningful. This week, on the evening of August 11, 2015 I got assistance from their customer service people in Jamaica in designing extra large postcards to be printed in full color on both sides. I maintain a list of 378 names and addresses in their system, which I used to address, apply postage and mail these cards.
To save money, I paid for 8 day processing, so assumed they would go out the end of next week. I received an email yesterday that they had been mailed, less than 24 hours after they were ordered. That is great service, but the price is even more amazing. These oversized cards required first class postage, which if paid by me would have cost $185.22. Their bill totaled $266.77, so my cost of all of the design help, printing, thick glossy card stock, addressing and stamping came to $92.05, much much less costly than it would have cost me locally and much faster than I could have had it done.

Now you have to waste your time contacting customer service because the customer cannot perform even the most basic editing. After two long calls, the customer service reps were clearly completely incapable of understanding my layout concerns.
Their reps can't troubleshoot Illustrator template issues since they have no understanding of the software. After asking on more than one occasion to speak with someone who has a better understanding of their templates, I was put on hold while they talked to their "tech associates" for me. From there, I got a second-hand confirmation that their template is in fact inaccurate. They again tried to gather more accurate specifications for me, but they again just didn't seem to have the understanding to relay me accurate info. After that, I gave up. I never handed one of these cards out to my customers because I was embarrassed of the quality. Definitely NOT the premium matte or raised print I ordered and paid extra for. Two thumbs down. Also, they would not stop sending me promotional offers and newsletters, even after opting out several times. Very aggressive marketing from these people which I don't think anyone would appreciate.

I ordered birthday invitations for my daughters first. My order came out to $30 including shipping, for 30 invites and 20 envelope stickers. I did get them sooner than expected but all but two invites have random color dots on them, there's pink and blue small ink dots spread throughout the invites. This was my first time ordering from them and my last. Knowing they have this low of a standard for their customers really turned me off. I was actually thinking of using them for my business marketing materials but if they can't get a very simple invite correct I would never trust them to provide marketing materials or a website.

I responded to one of the multi-scattered Vistaprint ads offering 100 cards for $10 + SH. I applied a $5 Vistaprint rebate coupon from elsewhere on deal (something) and clicked free website offer and mistakenly clicked mailing labels for $8.95 located in the lower right-hand corner adjacent the submit button. When I received my business cards (very nice) I was shocked by the total on the invoice. $32 had been applied to my charge card! I called VP right away, asking they deduct the mailing labels $15.
After trying in vain to set up my own website, knowing they would charge for online help, I cancelled. They notified me they had canceled the $15; today, a month later, VP called to say I owed them $15 for the labels. I repeated my story and they apologized, tried to sell me something else and said they'd deduct $15 from my card in 3-4 days. I'm waiting. Did not receive $5 rebate. This month, they charged our corporate credit card with a charge for $5.65 - no invoice, no breakdown of the charge was sent. So, I called the "no customer service dept" - who transferred me to the "no customer service - website dept," who proceed to tell me that they see that we have never used the service and they would be happy to cancel the account but need my husband to call to cancel the service, really??? I have had a website with Vistaprint for approximately five years, the first couple years I was receiving several inquires per month. The last year I have not received any contacts, inquires, etc. I would send e-mails requesting information from my personal e-mail that I never received. I would call, call, Vistaprint unsuccessfully, waiting on customer service for up to 30 minutes at a time; if and when I did obtain a customer service rep I could not understand or they could not assist me with the problems. I upgraded my service, still no inquires. Vistaprint would continue to bill me monthly.
After one month of no results, I canceled my service. I tried to re-active. The rep. advised me the charge was $52.00 for the past two months. I gave her my debit card account, she confirmed the approval and the site would be active within 30 minutes. After four hours still no website. I finally got through to customer service, 30 minutes on hold. Customer rep. advised they could not re-active, had been down too long (ONLY 58 days) wanted my debt card again, etc. COULD NOT UNDERSTAND "**". I requested a supervisor, after 30 minutes hung up, then completely cancel the two websites.

WOW...I recently signed up for a free month trial for a premium website for my new business. Took some time and got site up and running. When it came time for the billing, I realized my new debit credit card would not accept recurring payments. They suspended my site, so I called to find out how I could pay them alternatively so I could continue my monthly subscription. After waiting approximately 25 minutes, and being transferred a couple of times, a customer service rep told me that there were only two methods of payment available... credit card or paypal. So I said, "okay... if I set up a paypal account, I can continue my service?" to which she assured me so.
I set up a paypal account and then proceeded to set up the recurring payments with Vistaprint. To my surprise, they only had the credit card option on the site. So I called the support line again. This time I waited about 45 minutes, was transferred 3 times to be told that because I had already set up my account using the credit card option, I could not set up a paypal account! I demanded to speak with a supervisor...he did his best to help me, but when I asked him "I just want to pay for your services... how can I do this if you won't allow me to?" he didn't have an answer.
He was able to give me a free month and said he would try to take payment again. I was supposed to check back in 45 minutes and give him a call. I forced him to give me his extension...obviously, I did not want to go through the ringer again...payment didn't work, so I called back. After waiting 30 minutes, was told that "he was on lunch and to call back in 30 minutes." I am about done. I will be cancelling my subscription, BUYING back my domain name and taking my business elsewhere. Pretty sad that they can't help me...all I want to do is pay!!!

After purchasing a set of 250 business cards, they try to get you to buy tons of other products. After carefully rejecting each one, at the very end they say "act now in 10 minutes to add these products with no extra shipping costs". One of which was "250 more standard business cards for $3.75." Nowhere is there any "see more information," "see restrictions" or even a "preview your order" button at all. It's an instantly, you click it, they charge your account automatically with absolutely no way of reviewing the order before hand. What they don't tell you is that if you made any modifications to those initial standard business cards, they just double your order, including all additional charges.
There is no warning anywhere on the site. I was hoping to find information that would tell me if it would JUST be the front they would print, since the back cost extra, or what, but nope. No info anywhere. No asterisk, nothing. It's completely false advertising because by not including any information, they are guaranteeing you are going to pay the amount that's on the buy button, but they sneak in all the extra charges and simply double your order. Their free 100 business cards only come with the NOT FREE ORDER OF 150 Address Labels for $8.95, which is probably 3 to 4 times what you should pay. They make it impossible to remove the labels from your order no matter how many times you try to go back and try. You have to call the company direct on their 800 line and hold for 20-30 minutes to place the order directly to get the free 100 cards and even then they aren't really free, because you have to pay $4.99 shipping plus the hour or so you wasted in the process of ordering them. You would have been better off ordering them locally and paying retail and saving the extra 45 minutes drinking beer or watching TV.

Once the 3 attempts were up and it was still not right I heard no more almost as if Vistaprint shut down. I made dozens of calls all around the world Tunisia, America, and more. I would just like to say the initial contact on the phone they are very understanding and apologetic but once through to a department they are nice and say they will do this and do that but don't do a thing.
I lost so much time with it that I would not be ready for opening, found another premises, which now meant I needed address on cards changed. I opened the tape carefully on the top and the whole box busted open! ALL sides fell down at the same time leaving a completely flattened box. In all of my online ordering, I have never seen this before. The envelopes had been on the top which were crushed because of the poor packaging. Each set of invitations, menus and RSVP cards were tightly packaged in clear wrap which made me forget for a split second about the crinkled envelopes. As I begin to open the tightly packaged sets of cards I noticed that every single invitation, menu and RSVP card had white horizontal/vertical lines and some areas looked faded like the ink was running out. Keep in mind I ordered all black (front and back) invitations with white writing. I could definitely not utilize these to send to my guests.
I called Vistaprint and they were quick to apologize and immediately sent me new sets at no charge. I thought to myself, great, what an awesome company to act so quickly. Which made me think this happens frequently. I received the second package a week later which appeared to packaged more nicely. I proceeded to open the new set of invitations, menus and RSVP cards and what do you guess happened? THEY HAD THE SAME HORIZONTAL/VERTICAL LINES INCLUDING THE FADED BLACK PRINT. So frustrating!!
The most disappointing part of this whole process is Vistaprint knowing the issues of my first order and failing to double check to ensure that it did not happen again. Unfortunately, I had to use them all and send them out to my guests as my wedding is around the corner. My suggestion to you everyone, DO NOT ORDER ALL BLACK INVITATIONS. Additionally, I do not suggest anyone to have their wedding cards done by Vistaprint, especially if you plan on wanting them presentable for your guests. I honestly would have been better off printing them myself on black paper.

I spent days creating the book and now days trying to upload and order. I called them this morning waited 20 mins and then another 50 minutes on the phone trying to resolve the issue. They were unable to resolve it so asked for my number to have call back from the supervisor, STILL WAITING... Only reason I haven't told them to stick it is that it took me SO ** long to do the thing that I want a result, getting to the point I'd rather tell them to get ** and go and buy a gift which would have been less time and money in the first instance. DO NOT BOTHER WITH Vistaprint Photobooks.

I love to draw and paint, I found online Vistaprint. I hand drew a Christmas card design, got it printed up for family and friends. I never received it. Instead I got another business company. I have been unable to contact Vistaprint at all.

I ordered some greeting cards. The print quality was absolutely horrible. I contacted service and they agreed my file was fine and high quality. She was nice and placed an order to fix the issue. I was now passed a deadline but decided to order better cards anyway. I received the 2nd shipment and again, the print was not good. Black lines were choppy and inconsistent. I called service and was on the phone for 18 minutes to process my refund. It's clear that the quality isn't being checked.

Vistaprint might have offered a Free 30 Day Website Trial but it was not. And starting the day after my sign up, I had unauth. debits ranging from 3.99 to 176.99. I have to have my bank card shut off. It’s super maddening to locate the proper Help subject for online assistance and their phone hours are reticent. But I had so many charges I would have gone insane just trying to figure out by them where the heck they were coming from and why. I went thru all that time and dedication for really nothing. But I doubt my sites were going to be a mere $4.99 a month or whatever they were as I was charged that, PLUS large amounts of currency for services and packages I had not even clicked to select. I know that much.

Ordered 100 cards for £4.99 and expected maybe £2.99 delivery charge. When I saw they were saying £13.99, I stopped my order. Woke the next day to find they've taken £13.99 from my bank. Spent 3 hours and numerous emails to complain and get no reply. I feel totally ripped off.

I ordered something on Vista last night and paid via paypal. This morning my bank rang to say they stopped a fraudulent transaction by Vistaprint from a totally different bank account to the one I used last night, but one I had used in the past. It was for £10 less than the original order and I'm surprised my bank flagged it as I have used that card several times to do similar transactions with Vista. So my bank must have known that something was fraudulent about it as they stopped it and rang me immediately. I have been shopping online for years and never had this happen before. The fact my card details were not even stored alarmed me even more as I have no idea how they could have had access to my card number!

I'm frustrated! I ordered this week, and I asked for their best deal when I called them, they told me they had it, and corrected my order. Now less than a week, and bam, Black Friday sale appears and they take 60% off site-wise. I'm really frustrated that they did not take the time to advise me that that was coming up (how was I supposed to know a website was going to offer a black Friday sale?) I would have cancelled my not yet printed order and waited less than a week to order and save over a 100$, and since my order has been shipped they don't want to correct my order .......... Not recommended by me anymore that for damn sure!

I placed an order with Vistaprint for custom Christmas cards on 27th October but have still not received the order 10 days on. I received an email saying it was dispatched on 31st October. I sent an email via their website and did not get a response. I telephoned them twice, the 1st staff member an Asian speaking man insisted my order would arrive today 6th November so I made arrangements to be at home for it arriving. I asked which postal method was used as they don't state this on their website and was told royal mail. I waited in all day and no order arrived. I checked my sorting office and no other parcels were there for me.
I phoned Vistaprint again today 6th November and spoke with a manager who was very rude and treated me as if I was stupid. He did not listen to what I was saying and insisted the order would be delivered later today saying there are 2 deliveries by royal mail when there is not! He said he would phone my sorting office then phone me back so I gave him my sorting office number despite my knowing for sure there were no other parcels there for me. I then received a call from a woman saying she had "just" phoned my sorting office nearly an hour later from when I phoned the manager at Vistaprint and was told no parcel there for me which I already knew and which was a complete waste of my time and that of royal mail.
The manager told me that they ship from the Netherlands? This is NOT mentioned on their website; it is Vistaprint.co.uk NOT .com and they are misleading by making out they are a UK company, shipping within the UK when they are not. Even shipping from the Netherlands usually only takes up to 5 days at the most for royal mail to deliver. I am extremely upset and disappointed at not receiving my order, their appalling service, rudeness, attitude, wasting my time and that of royal mail and will never order anything from them again.

I hate this! I did my part and cancelled the account. It was a trial and I KNEW that this was going to happen but I went against my better judgment and tried it. I did not like the interface and quickly decided to cancel the account. It was all cancelled 10 days before the billing and BAM I get billed anyway. The dashboard magically reopened my account even though I had cancelled the whole account 10 days earlier. I have cancelled it AGAIN, and I think I will just cancel my card that is attached so that I don't get charged again by “accident”. I hate companies that I can't trust.

I have had problems with VistaPrint and my website and it is difficult to get anyone to help if there is a problem. This company offices in The Caribbean (Jamaica) and does not have to abide by US laws. I was told that during my calls to them. Do yourself a favor. Buy locally or at least with an American company.

Ordered business cards in May 2014 and went through the long checkout process without agreeing to any additional products or services. I used a checking account that I do not use on a regular basis so imagine my surprise when I checked that account today and found out that Vistaprint has withdrawn $4.99 from my checking every month since May. When I called they said it was for some internet service that was added to the business card order but I never requested or agreed to the service. They cancelled the service and agreed to refund the charges but of course that will take 3-5 business days. I consider this to be a very sneaky and deceptive business practice and I will never do business with this company again.

I used to spend quite a bit with Vistaprint... Never again. They sent me a postcard for my Birthday... Oh how nice I thought. It offered up to 50% off sitewide and free shipping. I took the opportunity to order some new business checks. I didn't get anywhere near 50% off but of course they had said "up to" so this was merely disappointing. But I also was charged shipping. I called to inform cs and the gal said she would offer me a refund on my shipping "as a courtesy". I didn't feel like arguing so I accepted the deserved refund regardless of what they wanted to call it. She said something about her computer being slow and said to call back in 30 minutes.
When I did the new gal acting as if she knew nothing about the previous call and insisted that although my post card made absolutely no mention of any limitations with regards to the free shipping offer, that the policy was actually that I had to spend $50. Well any person with any knowledge of the law whatsoever would know that this is an illegal business practice. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She wanted to win the argument... and of course she did. The original gal should have her job. Saved $9! Congrats. Lost this customer for life and I'll tell everyone I know. AVOID VISTAPRINT AT ALL COSTS!! SCAM MARKETING AND SURELY CS> FAIL!

In July 2012 I ordered visiting cards which appeared to be well printed. The order came in several boxes. After using some of the cards, I noticed that the dotted perimeter was not universally cut - some cards had part of the perimeter, others all. In February 2013 I sent my complaint and was told that there is a 90 day limit on return of payment. It is not reasonable, in fact it is bad quality control to check every card on delivery, so that self designed limit of Vistaprint responsibility is embarrassing, to say the least. I was offered a repeat order with a 'special' discount which was very similar to Vistaprint's ongoing 'specials'. In addition, I would have had to pay for postage. Why am I writing so long after the incident? Simply, I don't want anyone else to be treated as a 'nothing' by Vistaprint, or any other company.

I had ordered business cards from them that looked good, though they were thin. So, then ordered wedding invitations of one of their own designs. Arrived promptly but the envelopes had weird marks on every other one from the machinery that pushes them down the assembly line AND the invitations themselves were streaky, unevenly colored. I called and they said they were sending replacements immediately. I said, "They will look good like they do online?" "Yes, yes....." So, when I didn't get a tracking number the next couple of days, I called again. They said they hadn't sent out the package because I had a PO Box on file and they needed a physical address to ship them via UPS.
Wha.....? Helloooo???? How about an email or a phone call to let me know??? Or better yet, when I was actually talking to the person who said they were inputting the order for next day UPS shipping, how about they ask for the physical address then? So, they then honored the statement and shipped them out next day service so I would have them in time. Guess what? The envelopes were okay but the invitations were still streaky, though not as bad as the first batch. I had no choice but to use them. Quality control is crap at Vistaprint. Be forewarned.

I spent a great deal of time and money developing my business card through your company then months later I find it my exact design front and back sold to another company that is appears to be inferior to my company and they are using my design for their company. The man that got my design told me that he got it from Vistaprint library. Now there are two companies in the same town using the same logos same colors and virtually the same language but these companies are from far different quality wise and are not linked other than the type of business they are. Vistaprint has really caused me great distress and if I can if something's not done about it I am going to cause a great deal of discomfort for Vistaprint very very who are business practices with Vistaprint. I am literally disgusted sick to my stomach over my discovery this morning.
