I was rather surprised to read so many negative reviews on Vista Print. I placed an order for the first time with them for Business cards and Brochures using their website and a little rep. assistance and everything was 100%. I plan to reorder.

I wanted to commend Vistaprint on their excellent service and products! I've ordered a number of times from Vistaprint. The first time I was hesitant to order on-line from a company I didn't know, so I put in a small order. The first order the service was excellent and the product met my expectations, so I ordered a number of times from them, including a website. Their website is so easy to use, and anytime I've had to call them I get prompt and helpful service. Setting up a website with them was a breeze. Their products have always been good quality at an exceptional price, especially if you get a sale, which is important to a small business like mine on a limited budget. And I just received a notification that my order from yesterday was already shipped today (which is what prompted me to finally write a review for them). I don't have one negative thing to say about Vistaprint, and highly recommend them.

I ordered business cards on July 8. The time to delivery was 8 business days which seemed like a lot but I was being patient. The order was due on July 20th. No delivery came. I called VistaPrint to see what happened. The person I spoke with did not know the difference between UPS and USPS. Apparently what was going to be a UpS delivery turned into a USPS delivery. The date was extended to 10 business days. Still have no cards. In the meantime I placed 8 online orders from different websites and they all arrived days ago. I'd say that VistaPrints needs a new person in charge of delivery. I will no longer order from them and will warn my friends against doing so also.

I have been very happy with Vistaprint and their products I have ordered. However, I am less than happy with their customer service at this point. I ordered a banner however, because it is mailed in a tube. They apparently no longer deliver tubes to box numbers. I do not have postal street delivery and pick up my mail at a post office. I talked to the initial customer service rep, supervisor and manager and was finally told they stopped tube delivery to box numbers because some postal workers were leaving packages outside and they were getting stolen. I finally had to ask a friend in another town if I could have my order delivered to her address. I am less than satisfied with this arrangement. However, at this point I need the banner and can't really afford to have one made locally.

Vistaprint is awful. They say satisfaction is guaranteed each and every time but if you are not satisfied they give you the run around and you have to explain your situation again to someone new. They feel like they can ban you from ordering if you're not satisfied too many times, but who's fault is that?! The company is not all it cracks out to be and they have sent me other people's projects/orders!!! Confidentiality is definitely not a priority either! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The text on the first batch of cards was not centered on front or back as it should have been. Ink on back wasn't even, so some lines of text were darker than others. Second batch - color wasn't right and ink uneven. Third batch they sent glossy instead of matte. Fourth batch had half with text not centered properly & other half centered correctly but once again, ink was uneven on text on back - so look very unprofessionally done. Vista told me on two occasions that they have no quality control in that no one checks orders before they go out to see whether there are problems because they just have too many orders. Had an okay experience with design dept. but printing dept. is the worst. Would never recommend them. They're sending a refund.

The poster I ordered came with a horrible shadow. When I tried to tell them this, they told me it looks like a poorly scanned photo. After I told them I made it on Microsoft Publisher, they told me the file had a shadow. However, I saved it as an 18 MB GIF file, and there is no shadow. I printed the same image out at a FedEx Printing Store, and it came out clean and crisp, hence I thought I'd save money by printing the same file through Vistaprint, and boy was I wrong. They wouldn't offer me reprints, or give me credit to apply it to maybe another product that may or may not look like crap.

Disgusting service. I contacted you by telephone and advised your customer care man that I had just received your order this evening to find that you had sent me key rings and not luggage tags, as ordered. The man was obviously confused and I had to repeat myself. To add further insult I was kept waiting for some time while he spoke to a colleague. He returned with a request that I send pictures. I asked to speak to a manager and was kept waiting for a further time, after which I disconnected the call. Extremely disappointed with Vistaprint service. Appalling service - Vistaprint clearly don't trust their customers and accuse them of lying if reporting a problem with an order. On closer inspection of the tags I see one has a smudge mark, and I suspect the quality of your items is inferior, and would not last long with handling! I require a swift and satisfactory response.

If don't believe it, read their term and condition about their product: printing is without any warranties of any kind... They mess up the whole business cards, the printing quality like junk, the back and the front on one side (I wonder if they can read). Ugly and terrible experience. Please save you some trouble for other printing that are known what they are doing and reliable.

They told me it would be at my address in one week and it wasn't. Attempted to use Vistaprint for a smaller departmental job with my company as opposed to our usual printer, because Vistaprint's prices are hard to beat. Apparently you get what you pay for. Their design template (brochure trifold) was completely incompatible with their online proofer, which shouldn't have been the end of the world, but their customer service simply cannot support specific design questions. After two long calls, the customer service reps were clearly completely incapable of understanding my layout concerns.

Their reps can't troubleshoot Illustrator template issues since they have no understanding of the software. After asking on more than one occasion to speak with someone who has a better understanding of their templates, I was put on hold while they talked to their "tech associates" for me. From there, I got a second-hand confirmation that their template is in fact inaccurate. They again tried to gather more accurate specifications for me, but they again just didn't seem to have the understanding to relay me accurate info. After that, I gave up. Went with our traditional printer. It may be helpful for simple jobs, but if you hit any sort of snag with their odd sizing specs (8.5x10.9? WTF?), you're gonna have a bad time.

The labels arrived but I had to pick them up at the post office and pay for the shipping again!!! I asked the post master about and she told me that Vistaprint did not pay to have them mailed, they COD'd them. So I had to pay $1.40 to pick them up!! So that makes the total shipping cost at $6.39!! The actual cost to have them mailed to me is .70 each package for the $1.40. So basically I was completely ripped off out of $4.99. I ordered 500 cards from Vistaprint figuring given all their spotlight in the media it would be a quality product. I found the design interface to be confusing and never really could nail down the design I had in mind, but eventually gave up and just ordered what was on my screen anyway. I even paid extra to have a higher quality print and card stock used. Well... it became clear on the checkout process Vistaprint doesn't want to just sell you business cards. You have to click through page after page after page of additional offers for everything from pens, to t-shirts, mugs... etc.

I received the cards on time, as promised, but when I opened the box I was shocked at their cheap, flimsy appearance (I even paid extra for the "quality" card stock). The printing was poor, the gloss looked cheap and the card stock just did not feel right. Thank God I only spent about $40 to find out Vistaprint is clearly intended for dry cleaners, mechanics, etc. People who don't need a super quality card, just a basic card with their info. I never handed one of these cards out to my customers because I was embarrassed of the quality. Definitely NOT the premium matte or raised print I ordered and paid extra for. Two thumbs down. Also, they would not stop sending me promotional offers and newsletters, even after opting out several times. Very aggressive marketing from these people which I don't think anyone would appreciate.

I applied a $5 Vistaprint rebate coupon from elsewhere on deal (something) and clicked free website offer and mistakenly clicked mailing labels for $8.95 located in the lower right-hand corner adjacent the submit button. When I received my business cards (very nice) I was shocked by the total on the invoice. $32 had been applied to my charge card! I called VP right away, asking they deduct the mailing labels $15.

After trying in vain to set up my own website, knowing they would charge for online help, I cancelled. They notified me they had canceled the $15; today, a month later, VP called to say I owed them $15 for the labels. WOW...I recently signed up for a free month trial for a premium website for my new business. Took some time and got site up and running. When it came time for the billing, I realized my new debit credit card would not accept recurring payments. They suspended my site, so I called to find out how I could pay them alternatively so I could continue my monthly subscription. After waiting approximately 25 minutes, and being transferred a couple of times, a customer service rep told me that there were only two methods of payment available... credit card or paypal. So I said, "okay... if I set up a paypal account, I can continue my service?" to which she assured me so.

I set up a paypal account and then proceeded to set up the recurring payments with Vistaprint. To my surprise, they only had the credit card option on the site. So I called the support line again. This time I waited about 45 minutes, was transferred 3 times to be told that because I had already set up my account using the credit card option, I could not set up a paypal account! I demanded to speak with a supervisor...he did his best to help me, but when I asked him "I just want to pay for your services... how can I do this if you won't allow me to?" he didn't have an answer.

He was able to give me a free month and said he would try to take payment again. I was supposed to check back in 45 minutes and give him a call. I forced him to give me his extension...obviously, I did not want to go through the ringer again...payment didn't work, so I called back. After waiting 30 minutes, was told that "he was on lunch and to call back in 30 minutes." I am about done. I will be cancelling my subscription, BUYING back my domain name and taking my business elsewhere. Pretty sad that they can't help me...all I want to do is pay!!!

After purchasing a set of 250 business cards, they try to get you to buy tons of other products. After carefully rejecting each one, at the very end they say "act now in 10 minutes to add these products with no extra shipping costs". One of which was "250 more standard business cards for $3.75." Nowhere is there any "see more information," "see restrictions" or even a "preview your order" button at all. It's an instantly, you click it, they charge your account automatically with absolutely no way of reviewing the order before hand. What they don't tell you is that if you made any modifications to those initial standard business cards, they just double your order, including all additional charges.

There is no warning anywhere on the site. I was hoping to find information that would tell me if it would JUST be the front they would print, since the back cost extra, or what, but nope. No info anywhere. No asterisk, nothing. It's completely false advertising because by not including any information, they are guaranteeing you are going to pay the amount that's on the buy button, but they sneak in all the extra charges and simply double your order. This has cost me $20 on what was supposed to be a small order. God forbid I had ordered more.

Vistaprint is a good way to get low cost business cards but you must be VERY CAREFUL in the ordering process. They have numerous and they TRICK you to order additional services than you want or need. Their free 100 business cards only come with the NOT FREE ORDER OF 150 Address Labels for $8.95, which is probably 3 to 4 times what you should pay. They make it impossible to remove the labels from your order no matter how many times you try to go back and try. You have to call the company direct on their 800 line and hold for 20-30 minutes to place the order directly to get the free 100 cards and even then they aren't really free, because you have to pay $4.99 shipping plus the hour or so you wasted in the process of ordering them. You would have been better off ordering them locally and paying retail and saving the extra 45 minutes drinking beer or watching TV.

Vistaprint should focus on helping customers buy what they want and not what seems to be for the current offer at the current time. After wrangling around (they did refund my account after I missed an offer swipe that I did not want) to reinstate the order - the cost of shipping magically rose by 20 pct. The line put forward by the poor chat advisor was my cookies and session cause the issue. So I removed my cookies - and guess what - it went up another 20% - asked for supervisor - told to email somebody at such and such address in Vista hierarchy.

I hope the cards are of reasonable quality - but based on this I will be shopping around for another supplier - a transaction that should have taken 10 minutes to 45. And now this rant has made me more mad as I have just spent another 5 minutes. Meh.

Order date Jan 30, 2014. WASTE OF MONEY. One would think with all the money Vistaprint spends sucking the public in to their site they would have the experience to print a usable business card. After the second time they sent cards with the main name FONT too small to read even though we told them it was too small. We paid for metallic which they left off half of the area where it was supposed to go. The $9.00 cards ended up $54.00 and aren't usable.

We decided it was a waste of time to ask the phone idiots to do what we wanted and went to a local printer. On TV they show these beautiful business cards with this very visible font but when you talk to Vistaprint they NEVER give you an option to select a font size. When you give them the copy you want they just assume everything should be one style and one font size. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

First of all, I'm a designer. I have a Big expo with lots of people going around all business - around 3,000. In February 2 I placed an order of 2000 business cards and 2000 flyers (yeah a lot). In my email, it said that the package was shipped and was going to arrive in February 16. Today is February 19 and did not arrived. I called them to see what’s happening with my order, and to track the packages. 8 minutes later they answered the phone and they told me that they don't have a tracking number. I really don't know with who the lady talked to, but I was really pissed off because they offered me reorder everything again without any charge and send me the package "via express" - the express that was going to take 10 BUSINESS DAYS = FRUSTRATING.

I said that the option of the express shipping it’s not fair. They failed to me. I paid almost 500 dollars - I mean come on!!! They hold me on the phone again, and the other option was shipping to somewhere in the states (I have a sister in FL). It would take 3 business days BUT I needed to make sure that my SISTER would send me the package to Puerto Rico. The package will never be on time for my expo, for the future of my business as a designer.

Dear Vistaprint, that’s impossible. You guys should be considered and make a BIG EFFORT to make your customers happy when YOU GUYS FAILED. Right now, I'm very frustrated. I requested a complete refund and now I need to see who can make me all that work. THANKS FOR NOTHING VISTAPRINT. I had my own card designed in the middle of December and I was due to take a premise for my business 1st February. Needed leaflets and all kinds of promotional bits. They did not get the card right with the three attempts you get to design it and the emails were very simple basic instructions that a 10 year old could understand. Once the 3 attempts were up and it was still not right I heard no more almost as if Vistaprint shut down. I made dozens of calls all around the world Tunisia, America, and more. I would just like to say the initial contact on the phone they are very understanding and apologetic but once through to a department they are nice and say they will do this and do that but don't do a thing.

I lost so much time with it that I would not be ready for opening, found another premises, which now meant I needed address on cards changed. They got the hump and made me feel uncomfortable and got quite funny with me. Vistaprint costs me a lot of money one way or another and a lot of stress. When it finally got there I said the type of card I wanted, it's black and gold and I wanted a shiny gold effect almost mirrored. Mmm, quite easy to understand yes.

Cards arrived February at last after all this time effort, money, and stress. I was excited to open them. GUESS WHAT? They are dull, depressing to look at, not shiny at all, and they all look like they have been cut to size by primary school kids with a pair of scissors. GUTTED and lost a property and months sorting a simple card. I have used Vistaprint for a long time and my family members have and recommended to friends. My sister had the same problem. Now I don't even have the will to pick up the phone to them yet before this I liked dealing with them. Are they bothered?

I honestly was pretty rude to their representative in the beginning as I explained my situation and how essential it was I received those cards prior to our open house. She was patient the entire time, very sweet and knowledgeable of exactly what was going and took the time to explain why this had happened.

In the end it turned out being my fault due to an oversight of a national holiday, but she still gave me a full refund for my shipping costs and the cards ended up coming before their expected arrival date anyways. They say it is that I am sending out spam email so they shut my email off, and don't talk to me prior and won't tell me what email address reported the spam so I can delist the address. I have had double billing issues with them in the past.

Quality of their print services are fine. Today they have shut down all emails for maintenance but gave their clients no warning, which they say giving notice is their policy, but this time they didn't follow their policy. A BIGGER issue is, I have asked their technical people about how I move my company's email to another provider and move my 4 years of business emails. They have told me it is fine to move elsewhere, but all 4 years of my emails will not be able to be move. They refer to my business email as their property and not mine. So I can move services but they keep my company's emails. This seems like blackmail and unethical to me. I would love to hear your findings. Thank you.

I was on hold for over 45 minutes before I was able to resolve it. The representative that I spoke to was able to help me but it was a very long wait just to dispute $5.00. I ordered wedding invitations, menus and RSVP cards from Vistaprint. When I first received my order, the boxed looked like it had been ran over by a lawnmower and tossed around like a hot potato. I opened the tape carefully on the top and the whole box busted open! ALL sides fell down at the same time leaving a completely flattened box. In all of my online ordering, I have never seen this before. The envelopes had been on the top which were crushed because of the poor packaging. Each set of invitations, menus and RSVP cards were tightly packaged in clear wrap which made me forget for a split second about the crinkled envelopes. As I begin to open the tightly packaged sets of cards I noticed that every single invitation, menu and RSVP card had white horizontal/vertical lines and some areas looked faded like the ink was running out. Keep in mind I ordered all black (front and back) invitations with white writing. I could definitely not utilize these to send to my guests.

I called Vistaprint and they were quick to apologize and immediately sent me new sets at no charge. I thought to myself, great, what an awesome company to act so quickly. Which made me think this happens frequently. I received the second package a week later which appeared to packaged more nicely. I proceeded to open the new set of invitations, menus and RSVP cards and what do you guess happened? THEY HAD THE SAME HORIZONTAL/VERTICAL LINES INCLUDING THE FADED BLACK PRINT. So frustrating!!

The most disappointing part of this whole process is Vistaprint knowing the issues of my first order and failing to double check to ensure that it did not happen again. Unfortunately, I had to use them all and send them out to my guests as my wedding is around the corner. My suggestion to you everyone, DO NOT ORDER ALL BLACK INVITATIONS. Additionally, I do not suggest anyone to have their wedding cards done by Vistaprint, especially if you plan on wanting them presentable for your guests. I honestly would have been better off printing them myself on black paper.

I telephoned them twice, the 1st staff member an Asian speaking man insisted my order would arrive today 6th November so I made arrangements to be at home for it arriving. I checked my sorting office and no other parcels were there for me.

I phoned Vistaprint again today 6th November and spoke with a manager who was very rude and treated me as if I was stupid. He did not listen to what I was saying and insisted the order would be delivered later today saying there are 2 deliveries by royal mail when there is not! The manager told me that they ship from the Netherlands? This is NOT mentioned on their website; it is Vistaprint.co.uk NOT .com and they are misleading by making out they are a UK company, shipping within the UK when they are not. Even shipping from the Netherlands usually only takes up to 5 days at the most for royal mail to deliver. I am extremely upset and disappointed at not receiving my order, their appalling service, rudeness, attitude, wasting my time and that of royal mail and will never order anything from them again.

Ordered business cards in May 2014 and went through the long checkout process without agreeing to any additional products or services. I used a checking account that I do not use on a regular basis so imagine my surprise when I checked that account today and found out that Vistaprint has withdrawn $4.99 from my checking every month since May. When I called they said it was for some internet service that was added to the business card order but I never requested or agreed to the service. They cancelled the service and agreed to refund the charges but of course that will take 3-5 business days. I consider this to be a very sneaky and deceptive business practice and I will never do business with this company again.

I used to spend quite a bit with Vistaprint... Never again. They sent me a postcard for my Birthday... Oh how nice I thought. It offered up to 50% off sitewide and free shipping. I took the opportunity to order some new business checks. I didn't get anywhere near 50% off but of course they had said "up to" so this was merely disappointing. But I also was charged shipping. I called to inform cs and the gal said she would offer me a refund on my shipping "as a courtesy". I didn't feel like arguing so I accepted the deserved refund regardless of what they wanted to call it. She said something about her computer being slow and said to call back in 30 minutes.

When I did the new gal acting as if she knew nothing about the previous call and insisted that although my post card made absolutely no mention of any limitations with regards to the free shipping offer, that the policy was actually that I had to spend $50. Well any person with any knowledge of the law whatsoever would know that this is an illegal business practice. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She wanted to win the argument... and of course she did. The original gal should have her job. Saved $9! Congrats. Lost this customer for life and I'll tell everyone I know. In July 2012 I ordered visiting cards which appeared to be well printed. The order came in several boxes. After using some of the cards, I noticed that the dotted perimeter was not universally cut - some cards had part of the perimeter, others all. In February 2013 I sent my complaint and was told that there is a 90 day limit on return of payment. It is not reasonable, in fact it is bad quality control to check every card on delivery, so that self designed limit of Vistaprint responsibility is embarrassing, to say the least. I was offered a repeat order with a 'special' discount which was very similar to Vistaprint's ongoing 'specials'. In addition, I would have had to pay for postage. Why am I writing so long after the incident? Simply, I don't want anyone else to be treated as a 'nothing' by Vistaprint, or any other company.

I had ordered business cards from them that looked good, though they were thin. So, then ordered wedding invitations of one of their own designs. Arrived promptly but the envelopes had weird marks on every other one from the machinery that pushes them down the assembly line AND the invitations themselves were streaky, unevenly colored. I called and they said they were sending replacements immediately. I said, "They will look good like they do online?" "Yes, yes....." So, when I didn't get a tracking number the next couple of days, I called again. They said they hadn't sent out the package because I had a PO Box on file and they needed a physical address to ship them via UPS.

Wha.....? Helloooo???? How about an email or a phone call to let me know??? Or better yet, when I was actually talking to the person who said they were inputting the order for next day UPS shipping, how about they ask for the physical address then? So, they then honored the statement and shipped them out next day service so I would have them in time. Guess what? The envelopes were okay but the invitations were still streaky, though not as bad as the first batch. I had no choice but to use them. Quality control is crap at Vistaprint. Be forewarned.

Instead, as they had my debit card number, they not only kept what they had already taken, they took another 6 months payments. Now why do I complain? Same cards, quantity and address. After two weeks, my cards had not arrived so I checked the tracking. My package arrived in the nearest city (I live in a rural area) and WAS SENT BACK! I emailed customer service, got a reply within the promised 24 hours and was advised that my order would be sent again. I promptly got an email with new tracking information. Expected delivery date was bumped up daily for 5 days while sitting in my home city. I finally called the shipper and they weren't able to give an explanation but to speed things up, I offered to pick up at the depot in the city. UPS customer service was awesome and I picked up my order the next day.

I was very disappointed when I opened the box. My cards looked terrible. They looked cheap and the colour was off and the resolution was grainy even on a bar of solid colour. I have a photo on my card and it was reddish and very unflattering. The ink was different as well. It was shiny in places but the cards were ordered matte. In comparison, the quality of my first order was about 9 and this order is about a 2. I paid via PayPal so I have opened a dispute and I will wait and see how they respond. I have asked for a refund and I will update accordingly.

The problem is that one time you could pay...let's say you pay $5.99 for a set of 10 photo magnets and when you want to do a reorder, the price has gone to $5.99 each. So every time that I have wanted to reorder something, I pay a higher price than I original paid, so I can not establish a resale price, it's always changing. I think they need to work out a plan that works for small business so they know exactly what each item will cost each time they order. I am very disappointed in them.

I have tried everyday for five days to get the money back. I have emailed, phoned and left messages on Vistaprint's online chat. Two days ago I received an email reply from Vistaprint to say someone would contact me soon to sort it out, still waiting. I contacted my bank as soon as I realized what had happened. They said they couldn't do anything while over the transactions were sitting against my account as outstanding, although I didn't have access to the money. Once the transactions went through as approved, the bank says it will now take seven days to dispute the transactions. The whole time I am still out of pocket the $151 from my savings account. I have been back in touch with Vistaprint today, supposedly a credit has been processed and the money will be returned to my account in the next couple of days. I am hoping this is true.

I was charged $29.09 shipping fee for a $40.00 product (50 color, duo-fold menus). It seems they were printed in the Netherlands. On arrival to Geneva, Switzerland, an additional 24.40 CHF (Swiss Francs) is to be charged at the post office for Customs Duties. Although the $29 paid for shipping was 75% the value of the product, an additional 24.40 CHF (approx $27) was charged for customs. The high shipping fee suggests Incoterms DDP were being used yet they were not since I (the customer) must pay the duty fees. Ultimately total cost will be $96 for a $40 product which I'm sure the $40 also has a margin built in.

Vistaprint appears to augment their profits with unspecific and high shipping and handling fees. After calling customer service to complain, they did agree to credit back half of the original shipping fees or $14.50. I understand I will see this credit to the credit card originally used in the coming days. My fiance will be collecting the shipment in the coming days at which point I hope we are satisfied with the quality of the product (paper quality, color, image quality, correct folding).

My first experience in trying to place an order with Vistaprint has been disastrous. There is a huge disconnect between placing an order and getting advice from their graphics team, to preapprove an order, in reverse order!!!! I 'placed' an order with my own artworks and specifically requested certain points be clarified for approval such as card stock weights, recycled card finish and clear blind raised print effects/finishes on white card. I made it clear in the notes attached with my order to NOT proceed BEFORE clarification and final APPROVAL to print.

I sent two follow up emails to customer service to chase a response. I received a Snap 2-3 preview yesterday - the graphics team had changed fonts, logo scale and off centre placement. I did not approve the preview and sent my critics. Dennis contacted me yesterday, and I forwarded the same information to him regarding my queries and critics. I didn't receive a response overnight. Today I received an email from Vistaprint advising that my cards had shipped! So I called Vistaprint, I got put through to Dennis, he told me he called me yesterday and I had approved Gold for my front logo artwork, and this is what had been approved, printed and shipped. I never had this conversation with Dennis and I don't know who answered my cell and approved Gold for my name cards!

We checked in the system and there it was - one version of name card arts with Gold front logo font, and the other Clear raised print from the Snap 2 - 3 service I had rejected. Dennis removed the gold artwork version from the system. Dennis explained to me, that I had apparently placed an 'approved' order, and paid for the snap service which is TOTALLY separate to the 250 business card order?!?!?!? WTF? All I wanted was for the graphics team to advise on a few points to see if my requests/results would be consistent/possible...to then decide if viable to proceed.

As we went over my queries - it turned out they couldn't do what I wanted and so my order was not viable and I cancelled...I am furious that 250 name cards are on their way to basically be shredded and recycled. The unnecessary waste disgusts me. Then Dennis told me that the gold cards he confirmed earlier in conversation, that 'someone' had approved over the phone yesterday, which were printed and shipped today, were not gold - instead my original black logo artwork!!!!! Dennis issued a full refund, but the waste created is inexcusable.

The supervisor told me to feel free to find another vendor. He said it's like Hallmark. But it isn't, because you pay Hallmark for the card design and writing and embellishment. I am merely paying Vistaprint to print the darn thing. If someone wanted to keep the customer happy, they could remove the offending web address. Of course it CAN be done, but it WON'T be done. I have a very small clientele and do minimal business which is how I like it, so it was a great fit.

It was not at all like some companies who have boring sterile designs but as I prepared to send out the campaign, I could not get the "Buy Now" button to work. I called & was reassured it was not my error, & they were working on it. I received emails reassuring me they are working on it. Needless to say I missed the second holiday I was shooting for so now, 8 days after I was ready to send my first email campaign, I have received another message saying they are working on it. I am now considering other options & other companies but am not sure what I will ultimately do.

Well, the company sent me two very nice messages and did refund my money and also sent me cards free of charge along with several discount vouchers. I must confess I was not expecting this outcome. They were very professional. But I told them they need to watch for the items being added to the cart without people's consent as they might lose a lot of business like that.

I've made the big mistake of just placing an order for the 100 business cards for $7.50 plus free shipping. It was a huge ordeal to get to the checkout as I had to go through several pages of other stuff I didn't want. When I got to the checkout, I saw that name labels had been added to the order without my permission, for extra money of course. Then there was a button asking to be clicked for the order to be placed without the labels. I clicked it and to my dismay the labels were still there and I was charged for it. Unfortunately I've paid through instant transfer via PayPal and I cannot stop the payment now. I tried to cancel the order through the Vista Print site and I wasn't allowed to. It stated that once and order is placed you cannot cancel. I advise you guys not to trust this deceitful company! It was my fault though. If it's too good to be true it probably is. Never doing business with them again!

I now receive non-stop credit card offers, catalog offers, phone company offers, etc. I know this because nobody else has the name I put on my cards. I contacted the company and they sent me an email where in the same email, they both denied selling my information and admitted it!! How much sense does that make? Probably some legal mumbo jumbo to cover their butts. I have to take time out of my schedule to call these companies to ask them to remove me from their lists now. I have used Vistaprint for years for a number of printing needs and, for the most part (other than inflated shipping), have been pleased with their products and service. This time around though, I am really disappointed and frustrated beyond words. I opened a business website through Vistaprint and decided to use their Email Marketing service which allows you to create and (supposedly) send out emails that match your website theme to prospective clients or contacts.

I stayed up for many hours designing on my first email marketing campaign and entering recipient's email addresses from scratch. I sent the campaign out to 48 contacts and not one single emailed campaign was received. I contacted a Vistaprint customer support agent who stated that they were aware of the problem and was working to correct the issue. This was over a week ago and the issue is still not fixed. I continue to hear an assortment of excuses when I contact Vistaprint; it could take days for the emails to be received, spam filters may prohibit delivery, I entered the email addresses (yes, all 48 of them) incorrectly, etc. Vistaprint refuses to acknowledge that the issue is on their end.

I have read numerous complaints from upset Vistaprint email marketing customers who have experienced this same problem and feel certain that the problem is not because of anything the customer has or has not done. If anyone could suggest a company that has proven to provide competent, reliable email marketing, I would really appreciate their information.

I ordered a notepad for $8.00. There is no clear indication in the VistaPrint website what the size of the notepad is. When I received the notepad, the size is approximately 4" X 4.5". While the notepad has been personalized with my name and has printed design, nothing about it is worth $8.00. It is regular paper with few pieces to a pad. Their mark-up must be 300% of their cost for the pad. Assuming that there are 50 pages (could be fewer), it costs 16 cents for one 4" X 4.5" notepad. The shipping charge at $3.99 for 140 address labels and one notepad is also expensive. The address labels are costly for 140 pieces on regular paper at $10.00. Lesson learned: I should have checked the Consumer Affairs website first before I ordered or shopped around. I see now that there are thousands of complaints against VistaPrint. Do not do business with VistaPrint! Customer satisfaction is quite low.

I got a pop up from American Express for free business cards. Now I'm not naive, I know nothing is ever free but hey I went with it. I ordered the cards then went on to order some address labels (which is what it's all about in the end anyway) and these "bonus" pop ups came up. I clicked on one to see it and decided not to go ahead with it thinking when I closed the tab it would disregard it. Unfortunately when you click on a "bonus" item they automatically bill you for the item even if you don't click a purchase agreement. I will update when and if I get my product on the quality but for now I feel this company is scandalous. Also after customer service refunded my "bonus" purchase the shipping charge went up by $3.00. Good thing I knew I was not getting anything for free or I'd really be upset.

I have noticed a fair few reviews pertaining to Vistaprint and as with any business there are things that go wrong and customers who aren't happy with the service... However, I am not one of those. I have used Vistaprint repeatedly now for years and for large amounts of promotional material. The one time I had an issue was with a required product taking too long to arrive. The product was vinyl car decals and sadly I misjudged the time frame and contacted Vistaprint and was immediately answered via email and a second vinyl decal set was sent free of charge (all the way from Scandinavia or some such place) at the expense of the company.

To my embarrassment the first package arrive an hour after the return email and Vistaprint were STILL happy to send me the second set gratis. I may be lucky but the odds of me being this lucky with a company so many seem so unhappy with seem to go against what is written elsewhere here. My second and most important message to the readers here is that many of you are not professional designers and probably do not understand that you MUST calibrate your computer screen display to produce images that best represent the colors which Vistaprint will produce, so many are finding their final product darker or muddy.

If you have not calibrated your display screen chances are you are seeing images brighter that they really are. All computers have a basic calibration setting you can do. Rather than blame Vistaprint for darker final prints, make sure what you are seeing on the screen is "real". Try printing out on your home printer a brightly colored and simple picture. Hold it up to your screen and see if there is a difference. Chances are the one on your screen will be brighter... That's because the image on the screen is created with light and not ink. If you calibrate your screen to match the printed picture you will find Vistaprint products no longer come out muddy or dark. I hope that helps someone.

Finally, I have had incredible deals with Vistaprint, and even with postage have saved myself thousands of dollars. I have used their product codes and received exactly what was ordered... Every time... And with the emailed offers of say, $30 vouchers have been able to include the postage and upload price in that order and in fact the final cost was entirely free. I am extremely happy, get sent multiple deals and vouchers and offers regularly and the five or six pages I have to go through to complete checkout is 15 seconds of my time well worth wasted to get these deals. Thank you Vistaprint, so far you have been amazing.

    3 things to noted:

As many others have mentioned in their reviews, the price listed on their website is not accurate. Once you have created your business card (or any products requiring a design work) and choose to checkout, Vistaprint will try to charge you with many extra fees (that was made to believe to be free of charge, or included in the original price), and the shipping quote is just ridiculously high. Some have mentioned the shipping cost to be as high as half the total amount. Note that the website will have discount coupons and codes (25% on most days, sometimes up to 40%) but the site will automatically adjust the price to fit their standard. Once you input the code, the shipping cost will increase, and viola.... you have the exact same amount placed on order. So people...... DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR DISCOUNT CODES!

The proof reading PDF is no use. I ordered total of 9 cards, and 6 of them came with a misprint. Some were minor, others were just simply outrageous. I do not understand why they make us check the proof PDF to find errors, when all they do is go ahead and make errors of their own. The cards I designed are double sided, front with personal info and back with company info. The back info/logo design is identical for all cards. However, as you could see from my picture (the black part is my company name blacked out), the logo is not correctly centered. Some are off to the right, others are to the left. I made these cards through "save as" copy, so they should be identical in position, size, font, etc... but they are not. Again, I have checked the error proof PDF to confirm they are center positioned.

As mentioned, I received many design defects. Each time I contact the customer service, they tell me that Vistaprint will re-print and re-send a new set of cards. That's fine, but I already received two sets of cards with errors. It has already been over a month since the order. I ask for a refund, but they would refuse to give me one. All I get from them is defects after defects....

And the UPS guy said that the shipping was too expensive for the value of the shipping - so Vistaprint even gets money from UPS (which is their only shipping option). How do they get you into this scam funnel - you start by designing your card, which takes time and effort, and once you have done that, you're more likely to accept their additional surcharges for 'Uploading your images' €5.60 (how else can you provide them with your images) and the likes. With a Vistaprint website, you get what you pay for. It is VERY un-user friendly. Once you finally get it set up how you want it, it works 'ok.' The text and photo editing functions are archaic. Clunky and slow, like using Microsoft Word back in the early 90's. If you copy and paste, it slams all the words together so you have to go back and re-space, reformat, re-indent and re-punctuate everything. You cannot insert HTML code. The worst part is, if you add a form on your website to sell products or for visitors to contact you, this function goes down all the time. Visitors might be placing orders or sending you emails, but you will not receive them and they are lost forever.

Vistaprint does not alert you when this happens and your customers and visitors have no idea that their orders or messages to you are are not going through, yet you are still being billed by Vistaprint for your website. To my way of thinking I believe it is a crime to charge someone for a service that you are unable to provide.

As a customer of Vistaprint since 2007, there have been a few bumps in the road here and there, especially when calling customer service, but they usually get things corrected... not today! I ordered 3 to 8 page business checks for our business, which in the past, have also come with the option to add deposit tickets. Since I don't order checks but once or twice a year, I don't remember every little step of the ordering process, but rely on Vistaprint's website to guide me through it. Boy was that a mistake...

There was no option for deposit tickets at all. Usually, they want to sell you 800 different add on options when you place an order but with my recent check order, none... no option to order deposit tickets. So I went ahead and placed the order thinking maybe they are automatically included (like I mentioned, it had been a while since I last ordered and the process was a little fuzzy).

Got the check today and no deposit tickets. So I call customer service... The first rep just does not care at all. He tells me sometimes the option pops up (when available from their vendor) and sometimes it does not and that's just the chance you take. Very frustrated by this response. I mention that I guess I will need to order from a different company for our business checks as that is just unacceptable and say, "Well I guess we are done here then since you can't help me" and without any sort of response, he hangs up! RUDE!!!! Enraged, I call back and speak with a "supervisor" by the name of Jason who told me the rep that HUNG UP ON ME also LIED TO ME because the whole "sometimes the option pops up" excuse was BS. But since they can't do deposit tickets as a standalone order, maybe I could contact my bank for them.... Nice.

So we spend THOUSANDS of dollars with Vistaprint and they can't even offer a suitable resolution or even maybe a discount on a future order... only a weak (very weak) apology from a "supervisor" who is probably just a customer service rep that has been there for more than a month. I will have to think long and hard before placing another order with them. At least, there are many other online printing companies that I am sure will welcome our THOUSANDS of dollars in orders. :)

I used the promotional code to find that all the prices went up significantly so my 'discount' took me back to the original price but now with '33% discount' in red next to it! I honestly have not seen such blatant deception such as this before and they know they have you as by the time you actually get to that point. The thought of starting all over again feels like too much hassle.

Vistaprint Online Check Printing is the WORST!! Don't use Vistaprint!! I ordered basic checks for my checking account online, TWICE! At first everything seemed to go normally, all of the fields on the online order form filled out and paid with a credit card. A little less than a week later, I received an email confirmation of my order having been SHIPPED, and eagerly awaited the arrival of my checks. After waiting WELL PAST the stated arrival date for my order, I finally got on the phone and contacted their customer service department (3rd world country outsourcing, BTW...!) and after getting bounced around to several different departments, I finally got in touch with one of the people in their "Legal Department", who was able to determine what happened to my checks.

Despite the fact that their online order form fully accepted my order, and printed the checks, there was NO INDICATION that they have a policy regarding shipping to Post Office Boxes. They just won't do it. Vistaprint insists that PO Boxes are "less secure" than street-addresses, and that is their reason. Where I live, our mailboxes are old-fashioned, metal boxes on posts, hundreds of yards away from our houses, and with ZERO security to speak of. For this reason, I have all my mail forwarded (especially important stuff like checks) to my PO Box, which is in a Federally Protected Post Office, with guards, cameras, and of course - locking metal boxes !! You be the judge, is this more or less secure than a mailbox? Regardless of their policy, (which again - was never mentioned within the online ordering forms) Vistaprint NEVER made any effort to contact me, the customer, about my order having any issues. I was forced to find out on my own.

I highly recommend ordering checks through (believe it or not) Walmart ! Yes, Walmart !! They have no problem shipping to PO Boxes (as long as you don't try to use their "expedited-shipping" option) and are actually CHEAPER than Vistaprint. I used Walmart's online ordering system, and got my checks in less time and for less money, and without ever having to speak to a heavily-accented, 3rd world country Call-Center for customer service. BE PATRIOTIC and DON'T USE VISTAPRINT!! BOYCOTT BIG CORPORATE OUTSOURCING!!

This is the third time I have wasted my money at Vistaprint... but never again! As a graphic designer who works for non-profits, I am committed to providing quality designs on a limited budget. But after ten years of print work, I can with conviction that I have never seen such sloppy, low quality printing. Although I always submit high resolution files, the colors are muddy and the letters consistently blurred. Moreover, although I always format the file for "full bleeds," Vistaprint still manages to trim the file off center and crooked. Where is the quality control? Even when I've asked them to redo my order, they just send another equally bad product (And this time the second one was worse than the first). My feeling is that Vistaprint doesn't care about the quality, only the bottom line. But that is not sustainable. The most sickening thought is how many trees continue to be wasted in printing and shipping low-quality crap that people just have to throw away. Note to all mass-producers of crap: have some vision! If you can't do something well, don't do it at all! And a note to all consumers: no matter what kind of budget you're on, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON VISTAPRINT!

Last time, the payment had been received and the order was being processed, and I asked for a change to be made. They said "No problem, though a new order number will be generated; don't worry, your payment will be applied to this order." It was supposed to arrive 8 days ago and, because it hasn't, I called again. Now, I'm hearing that the check bounced??? How could it have been credited to the account, and the order started processing as a result, if a check bounced? I think they failed to apply the $ received to the new order, and now it appears as if I'm out $300 and will have no signs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -They are awful and the reviews consistently speak to this: horrible service, unknowing employees, and inefficiency reign supreme.

It got published. I called them from a call box as it costs 20p from my mobile to call their Premium no. They kept me holding for over 30 mins without reassuring me that I had not been cut off. The technician said I had held so long as they were waiting to get hold of a "Technician." Pretty rubbish excuse. I asked why my website had been published and he told me it was because I chose my Domain Name first and did not skip that option. I told him that no where on the site did it warn of that fact that if you chose our domain name, then no matter what stage you were with the website, it would get published. He said it was common knowledge. My website address stated "123 Anywhere!"

You cannot see how much money you have in cr with them as I don't find it clear. I got free return labels but then I was charged, can't see my cred. If you look at a product, it goes into your basket and then they email you to nag you about it expiring!!! The crunch line is that my website is so poor in quality. Should rather have gone to Google in May and paid my money. Works out cheaper!!! I am disgusted with Vista. Ordered 2 sets of business card - one for myself and the other for my father's business.

    1) Instead of 4, it took 8 days to deliver. But that is OK. It's India, we are used to such broken promises.
    2) 3rd class paper quality and most pathetic printing. A better print can be obtained from my home printer. Very, very highly disappointed!!!!! I ordered one with my own design and uploaded it to their webpage and when I received this, it was pathetic. So I thought maybe my upload quality was poor, but still was upset with the paper quality. Then came the next one, the set which i had ordered from their own templates. This turned out to be even more disgusting. 0 out of 100 point to this company!!
    3) After all purchase decisions, they disclose that there is another cost applicable - DELIVERY CHARGES - which usually amounts to 25% or more of the value of the product.

    4) Just before finalizing the deal, they tell you that you are entitled to receive a free "metal cardholder worth Rs.200" - the quality of which is such that, if a hawker markets that product for Rs.10 and you take it in your hand and open it once, you will be forced to bargain it to Rs5, and then also doubt whether your purchase is sensible or not -- and they make it worth Rs.200.

I am a student from the field of marketing and I understand the concept of it completely. But there is a fine gap between marketing your products and cheating!!!! Regretting to say, but Vistaprint is a cheater!!

I placed my order on the regular site at first - thinking I would put the discount code in at the end during check out. It wasn't an option so I went back to the card and saw the URL that I needed to go to for my discount. I put in the EXACT SAME order and when my "25%" discount was applied I owed $14.14 MORE for the order with my "discount".

I compared the orders side by side and Vistaprint raised the prices on all the different options - INCLUDING shipping which shouldn't cost more - and then took the measly 25% off the order. Making me think I received a great deal for being a loyal customer - when instead they marked up the price, took the discount off and charged me MORE for the SAME EXACT order. I will never use their services again. What a shady way to do business.

Having to go through all their sales pitches, "offers", online marketing, and many other items just to get to the checkout is frustrating. I have ordered from Vistaprint on several occasions. While the printing is great, the service is horrible. I called to voice my option and have been given a "survey" that has never been answered. Today I ordered business cards and when asked what type of business card stock I wanted, it gave me the Premier Gloss option for FREE. I ordered 5 different cards all the same style with different names on them. When I got to the checkout I found that the prices were $15.00 different than what was offered on three of the 5 cards I ordered.

I called and was told that this is a special offer and that I ordered more than what was allowed. I explained that there was no disclaimer and the system allowed me to choose the FREE upgrade. It allows you to purchase at full price and throws in some numbers that are crossed out, then new numbers entered but the balance on the account is $15.00 more than what is quoted. I am writing to make sure people that order from Vistaprint ensure their statement is correct. Vistaprint has no intention of fixing this. This is a VERY deceptive practice. I was offered another survey for my trouble. RIGHT!

First, let me say that Vistaprint has some of the best prices, on the web, locally, regionally, for printed products. However, they "sneak" in extras on your order page by adding buttons whereby, if you click the wrong button, you have extra items in your cart when you check out and, at this stage in the ordering process, they can't be removed unless you call Vistaprint. Additionally, if changes ever need to be made on an existing order, it must be canceled (over the phone) and a new order must be created. Because my order was for a college district, every time a new order number is assigned, a new payment form needs to be created on my end and a new check needs to be issued. Specific to my situation? Yes! However, I believe that a good company can change orders in progress without requiring so many hoops.

Lastly, if you have to pay by check (which our district must do for accounting purposes), your order will take FOREVER!!! Our district sent the check to Maryland from California on 8/14; the check was not processed at Vistaprint until 9/3 and they said, on average, it takes 2-3 weeks for them to process a check once it's received. THEN, they start the print job which, they say, takes up to 10 days after the check is processed, then it goes to shipping. So, an order made on July 27, payment sent on August 14th, will not be delivered to our district warehouse until - it's estimated - September 19th. The next step, once this order arrives, is to see how good the print quality is; based on other reviews I've seen here, I'm not so certain that the quality will be up to par....

I paid for the full year premium upfront to Vistaprint for a website, plus professional matching design business cards. The plan included the Facebook dashboard. I wasn't able to crop the pictures needed for the Facebook custom page, wasn't able to place a cover picture on actual Facebook page designed through my Vistaprint dashboard, and after designing and publishing my Facebook dashboard custom page, it continued to read, "This page is unavailable."

I called Vistaprint several times for assistance. The representative told me there was nothing they could do. I requested to speak to a manager. He was able to apply and crop the pictures on the Facebook custom page for me but said that the Facebook issue was not theirs. I paid extra for this Vistaprint feature! I called back and another tech tried to fix the problem with me on the phone, later telling me that he had to create a ticket for the Techs to fix the problem. They couldn't tell me when or how long it would be before the problem could be fixed. I had to keep checking the website/Facebook to see if the problem had been resolved.

After a week, I notice that Vistaprint sent me a message stating that the problem could not be resolved. I called back and sat on the phone for over 50 minutes waiting to speak to a manager. Finally, I got the same manager and he told me that he would try to fix the problem. He said he would give me a callback in an hour. When I requested that I would like some type of compensation, the manager told me they don't have any promotions. I have paid them in full. Each time I had to call them, they easily brushed me off, leaving me unsatisfied. I am still waiting for a response. I will give you all an update, if and when my issue maybe resolved.

(Update) 8:56 PM Okay, the manager, Andreq and I just got off the phone. He called me back 2 hours ago. He tried to resolve the problem but, could not, completely. He said that, "Yes, there's a lot of problems with Vistaprint's services (website builders) and that there wasn't much they could do about it. I appreciate him taking the time to assist me but, it is very unfair that I still have to walk away not receiving what I paid for. I will be calling Ricardo **, the Supervisor in the morning.

By the way, they don't compensate because they work with other companies and these problems are expected to happen, is what I was told. This is after 3 weeks of working on my website and Facebook dashboard. They also blamed Facebook. If Facebook is not working well for Vistaprint's customers, then maybe Vistaprint should not offer that service to their customers. My problem was unsolved.

The black was so transparent you could see the white behind it. There were also little white specks and fine lines of white in the black. I will not use this company again. When we paid, our account was debited within 5 mins. When we wanted a refund, the first advisor told me it would hit our account that day. We waited till the next day and it still wasn't in the bank. When I rang them, they said the person who told me that was new, as though that was my problem. When I said it was their responsibility to train their staff, they didn't like it very much; and after a little more talking, their manager hung up the phone on me! We did get our refund after 3 days however.

This time we have ordered them and paid for 7-day delivery, and after 9 days, nothing! They have told us that they have been sent out in the postal service but they would put another package in the post. So in theory, 2 packages should now turn up! I bet they don't! The Vistaprint experience is crap! Do not use them. They lie to you and take your money and don't keep their end of the bargain. They are dishonest and not trustworthy. I will never use them again, ever. Do not use Vistaprint!

The Vistaprint website platform is extremely difficult to use and gives you very little flexibility for doing any SEO or including features. The forum is full of negative comments. I recommend steering clear of this one.

Picture 1 goes with the January problem. I've been having this problem since January. Vista Print told me that it was fixed. As you can see, it is not fixed. I forgot to tell you all so one of the woman at Vista Print told Google that if I didn't like my website with Vista Print, that I should move it. Come on, I have over 50 hours in my website. I am telling you the truth. People don't believe when I say this but you can ask my wife. She got really mad at me some days, because I spend over 6 hours on the computer to learn how to make my web site get found better on the Internet .

That guy at Google said he never heard someone talk like that before. I think that was really rude. I spent over 50 hours learning how to do my web site because I didn't know a thing about websites. I am new at computers altogether, but I have learned a lot in 50 hours or more. I called Vista Print about that woman who told Google that they never told me what happened. I never got an email saying she was sorry for telling Google that. Google had to add me through their own computers so I can get verified.

Now Bing is having problems with verified site as well. There are a number of other places having trouble as well. I need someone to fix it for me. It has been going on since January 3rd or so. It should have been fixed long ago, right? I sent them pictures in January as well. I told them that I could send them a video. They said no. If I could get this fixed, I can get on the handyman part on the Internet and I can move up in the pages as well. Can you please help me with this? I can't find anyone at Vista Print to help me? Thank you. Have a great day!

Vistaprint has always been a company that offered "free" items. Just as with other companies, you can't expect them to make money and receive your items free also; there has to be a charge in there somewhere. Now, things cost a minimum and the shipping (that people are complaining about). If most would pay attention to the uprising costs and possible Saturday closures of the USPS, they would see that it's not cheap at all to mail anything other than a letter. With that being said, I don't feel as if they are price gouging me when it comes to shipping because remember, I am not paying for the items that I am receiving.

I have ordered about everything that you can think of for my business and church use; and I've only had 1 incident, where I received another church's flyers for their school. When I called, I spoke to someone who could speak English, didn't have me on hold for long and actually fixed my problem (for all the people who say the representatives don't speak good English and keep referencing Jamaica and monkeys). Sometimes things aren't as perfect as I want them, but as I stated, you have to pay for high quality printing and it's not going to be for free.

First order went through swimmingly so I thought, I would order address labels from them. Everything went fine until checkout. And when I went to approve my small order of 140 labels, I found I could not. The checkout button said confirm without address labels on the original order. I thought "What the heck?" Then I noticed a second field below and went there, discovering to my surprise they had doubled my order and wanted me to confirm! That button said confirm with address labels. Although it wasn't that much money, the measure they went to in order to get it infuriated me. I cancelled my original order, and I will not do business with them again.

I have been trying to order business cards from Vistaprint. The ad says the free stamp will appear at checkout. I have tried in a numerous variety of ways to get to the checkout page that includes the options for the free stamp. The stamp has not once appeared. Also, the so-called free 250 business cards are $4.99. They do say they will send a coupon for $5.00 once the sale is complete. I was willing to buy the cards for the $4.99 and get the coupon, but the stamp never materialized. Not in any of the various windows of additional promotional items they try to sell or in the checkout window. I am not willing to confirm my order and payment (through PayPal) just to find out the stamp isn't included. It's really too bad because I found the perfect card and loved the way it looked.

I ordered 5 USB sticks from Vistaprint a few weeks ago. After receiving my order, I tested them on my computer one by one. One of the sticks had a strange file inside, and when I tried to delete it, I couldn't. I tried scanning the USB stick and it flagged the file as suspicious, but I still couldn't put the file on quarantine. When I tried formatting the disk, it took a very long time to do so, and then all of a sudden, my computer hung. I tried to start up the computer but it would go to blue screen or hang itself, and at times when I can boot up, it would run really slow. Now, I have five useless USB sticks that I can't use and a broken computer, and maybe I have spread the virus through my email accounts which were running while I was testing the sticks!

I called the customer service department and was on hold for a long time. I did not get good service when I called in to resolve an issue with a defective product. Do not do business with this company! They just want your money and will not provide service after the sale.

No one likes to feel as though they are being "misled" or "cheated". However, this is exactly how I felt when ordering some business cards through Vistaprint. They take you through page after page after page of things you have to uncheck or read very carefully to keep from ordering something you don't want. Then, in my case, when I got to Checkout, the shipping cost went from $5.99 to $8.78! Why? I can afford the extra $2.79, but I refuse to be pushed into paying one red cent extra when I feel as though I have been "rooked" into paying a higher charge. I don't like companies that have to sneak in an upcharge, or add a few cents here and there. I assure everyone of this. Order something from Vistaprint, and you can expect to get poor service and charged extra money for "nothing". It's sad to see a company has to go to these measures to get $2.79.

I was recently looking at credit card bills and traced a charge on it for $29.99 from a company called Business Max. I traced it on credit card statements for 2 years. I called the number and they told me I have had a membership since 2008. I kept asking them what it was for. They said I joined something. I told them I wanted them to email me a copy of my signature, what I joined and where I said they can deduct $29.99 from my credit card every month. They said they would email me the information. I never received it. I was curious where it came from, so I did research and found that it comes from Vistaprint. In 2008, I ordered business cards and it automatically puts you in a click where they deduct money from your credit card every month. The website is totally bogus; it tells you nothing. So they took about $1,500.00 in total from my credit card over the past 5 years. While researching the website, I see that there are hundreds of people going through the same thing.

I was wrongly charged and put on hold for well over 10 hours in total. A month before they contacted me, three people told me they were overnighting the refund. One of the bozos claimed they sent it but it was to the wrong address. They never called back when they said they would. I never received anything, after a month of complaint calls. If you wish to talk to someone, you need to go to Jamaica where the call center is. They are as sharp as tomatoes. Don't expect anything to be done correctly or be compensated. Worst company I've ever dealt with. They were unable to compensate me. They are lacking in overall professionalism, courtesy, client values and ability to correct issues in a timely manner. I am asked if I can hold for 2-3 minutes which ends up being 20 minutes easily. Don't call from your cell phone if you have a constructed minute plan. You'll waste them on this shallow, unprofessional bunch of monkeys. Sorry, but that's as candy coated as I can make it. They earned it!
