Vistaprint has absolutely excellent customer service and to me that says it all. Any mistakes that they make they correct without a second thought immediately send you a replacement or fix the mistake. You can talk to their customer service people and they don't give you scripted robotic answers. I will always do what I can with Vistaprint. And their prices are lower than any I have compared them to.

I own a housekeeping service in Seattle and have been a customer of Vistaprint for 5 years now. I get all of my products there because their prices are AMAZING and they bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with their products and services. They have even given me a free month of services here and there. Don't waste your time elsewhere. If you're small like and want to look like the "BIG BOYS" out there like IBM, every promotional or business product IBM salespeople have, YOU can have too, and at an amazingly low price. I'm a devout customer.

I've used Vistaprint for about 10 years now, for both office and personal holiday cards, yard/event signs, booth display signs, banners, business cards, calendars, coffee mugs and other promo items. The ONLY time I've been disappointed with an order was MY FAULT: I used inferior (low-resolution) graphics--and even then, VP immediately and proactively (i.e., WITHOUT MY EVEN ASKING) issued a full credit for my order. You can see this extraordinary responsiveness throughout the review histories for their products. Also, they have never failed to meet their delivery date on my orders--when they thought Hurricane Harvey might delay my shipment in August 2017, they sent an email notifying me that they'd credited the shipping cost back to me, because it might arrive 7 instead of 5 days after I placed the order! (BTW, the order arrived on time anyway, from VP's storm-impacted Houston facility.)
I hope that you weigh this review against all the negative ones on this site. It's human nature to complain, vent, rant, and/or even to blame our own errors on others. I do have tremendous brand loyalty to Vistaprint, because they have earned it from me repeatedly, without fail, and without expectation other than the hope of my continued goodwill. There will always be malcontents, rivals and fault-finders. But we needn't join them.

Placed an order with Vistaprint on 10/16/17. According to the tracking information provided by Vistaprint, my shipment arrived in my city on 10/20/17. UPS claims they made three attempts to deliver my order. I called Vistaprint today to express my frustration and to determine what the hell was going on with my order. The first customer service person that I spoke with was incompetent and tried to give me inaccurate information, stating that my order (arrived in Chicago on 10/20/17) was rerouted.
Further, the service person informed me that I would receive the order sometime in November. I became adamant telling him to cancel the order. He amended the delivery date to October 30, 2017. We conclude the conversation. The customer service person calls back only I am not available to speak with him. I have no idea what he wanted. I called back when I became available 10 minutes later only to speak with another customer service rep. I requested to speak with a supervisor, the agent objected to my request insisting that he could help me. I demanded to speak with a supervisor so the rep. placed me on hold and never came back online. I have now encountered two people who are beyond incompetent. I want credible information regarding my order. I want my order now or refund my money.

I ordered business cards and notepads. Both arrived incorrect. Idk if I made the mistakes or they did but I called to let them know they should have caught the mistakes (obvious work misspelled and too many digits in a US zip code). At any rate, they offered to reprint and mail at no cost or credit my account. They were happy to help and even made the re-order look better. Only fair we give praise and not just complaints. I fully expected to pay return shipping at a minimun. No charge! They have my business from now on.

Used Vistaprint to order a large free standing sign. I had made a Photoshop design but was having trouble with converting the size. Used the Vistaprint “designers” to help and they converted the image. There were so many spelling mistakes in their design and I caught 4-5 of them but missed 1 in the final print. So upset but seriously I spent so much time proofreading the abundance of mistakes. And I confirmed there were no mistakes on what I sent them.

Ordered a personalised mug on Sunday night, and it had arrived by Wednesday afternoon (I live on the Central Coast, NSW)! I paid for standard shipping, NOT express, so I was amazed! The product was exactly how I designed it and after being worried the photo would look pigmented or poor quality, it didn't. It looked perfect! Such a great gift for people as well. Very impressed with Vistaprint as this was my first order, but definitely will not be the last! Very highly recommend!

I ordered checks for my business. The original order was fine. I then reordered confirming the new number the checks would need to start with. When I received my order, it was an exact duplicate of the original checks I had printed and with the same check numbers. I contacted the company and they said they could get it to us in 2 business days. When I received my e-mail confirmation of the corrected reprint, the delivery date listed was a week and not the 2 days. I again contacted the company. I was told that is standard delivery and cannot change. Not only did they print the wrong numbers on all the checks. They gave wrong information. This has become a real problem. By the time we get the checks, we will have waited 2 weeks for them. That is too long.

I've been using Vistaprint for years and they provide very inexpensive cards. I've only had to report my cards had low quality once (via email) and they promptly send me good quality reprints. I also have used their website builder which was user-friendly and again inexpensive. I signed up for local listing, was charged, and had problems which prevented me from ever being listed, so I called, got through to a rep w/in minutes, and they deleted the order and refunded me. I find Vistaprint to be reliable and responsive. I will continue to use them for my business needs.

I canceled the website builder through Vistaprint, but they continually billed me for nine more months and refused to cancel, despite three phone calls with several individuals. They are a rip-off, and their customer service is the worst that I have ever seen. They could care less if they have an unhappy customer. They do not listen to the customer and they are NOT doing what's right! I refuse to do business with a company like this!

I ordered some notecards for my business and used my logo on them. When the note cards came the printing job looks like they ran out of ink, my logo is so light and distorted that you can't even tell what it is! I used my logo at GotPrint and it came out perfectly clear so I don't understand why the logo is barely visible! Same happened when I ordered my 500 business cards last week. I left a review and apparently my review didn't meet their "standards" so they didn't publish it!

I tried to set up a Website with Vistaprint as they were offering 50% off until midnight on 22/08/2017. I tried to do this on 4 separate occasions with two different email addresses and initially using PayPal and then with my Visa card on the other 3 occasions. Each time I received a confirmation email from Vistaprint saying that my order was confirmed. However each time it was cancelled in their words "still processing" which I now know is the same as cancelled! The Company tell me it's your bank rejecting the contract sale but I called my bank twice and they confirmed that there were no attempts from Vistaprint to take money.
I told all of this to an employee who managed to call me last night to try and help, however he could do nothing and could not find a reason for my unacceptable payment. I then get an email from Vistaprint this morning 23/08/2017 to say again there is a problem with my bank account and payment card. I am in France and have no problem and no idea where or what they (Vistaprint) are talking about or referring to as there is NO problem with my bank card or bank account but now I have sadly missed the deal!

A few weeks ago I ordered 100 brochures for my leathercraft business. I was to do a presentation in a week or so and needed them. When the order arrived I saw that the photos were much too dark. Much darker than the proof they showed me via email and so dark that many of the features could not be seen on the items. I called Vistaprint and they were very sorry and they said they would correct this and send out another 100 brochures free. They told me when I would get them and it would be in time for the presentation I was attending. The day before they were scheduled to arrive I got an email from Vistaprint saying that due to a technical delay I would get them a little later than expected. I called them and they blew me off more or less.
I got mad and called them again and insisted they get them here pronto. They said OK! Well, they got them here in a couple of days. The poor photo quality had not changed. Once again I called them and after a long wait, someone answered. He was oh so sorry once again. Lol. He said they looked good to him but he was looking at the proofs which did look good. I had to explain to him that the proofs looked good but the final print did not. He wanted me to take a picture of the brochures and email it to him. I said, "Doesn't anybody there look at the copy after it comes off the printer and compare it to the proofs." He mumbled around and I said "I have had it, please give me a refund." He authorized the refund. I have 200 brochures that were free but useless. Now I will look for someone local who can do it right. Please don't waste your time with this cut rate company. Oh, and everybody that I talked to were foreign.

It just took a MONTH for me to realize they never sent me the order and kept saying they have printing and technical issues. Then they refunded me the money just for me to PLACE another order again and charge again. What about my TIME and flyers that I need it at specific time. Nobody cares.

Vistaprint is a pain in the ** to deal with! I asked them to design my business cards and 3 times when I reviewed I asked for changes which they never implemented sending me the same tired design they created so I did it myself. NEXT I designed my website on my own. HOWEVER I wanted to make changes which were never implemented so I just canceled the account vs having to do it all over again even tho this month was free... Still not worth it because even tho I clicked on their link to my website nothing showed up so I had to get to it thru my account. NOT satisfied. I did order the business cards I designed which should arrive (per their calculations) by 8/17 so hopefully these are good quality.

It seems like Vistaprint's service has really declined in the past few years. I was actually shocked by how cheap & low quality my business cards were this time, a huge difference between this order & my last one. I ordered 1000 cards last time so it's been a while since I've needed any (just over a year.) I guess with expansion & more business they've decided to cut corners. I'd rather pay more somewhere else for cards I actually feel good about handing out. As it is I kind of want to dump these in the trash & start over at a new printer. I'm so disappointed.

I have been using VistaPrint for several years for my Ebay store poster sales. I had to discontinue using them for my small posters after they stopped using mailing tubes for 11 x 17 and switched to flat boxes that often got crushed in delivery. Now my larger size orders are consistently running late in processing and delivery, endangering my standing with Ebay as tardy delivery can cause an account to receive negative feedback or even be suspended or revoked. Contact options through their website have dwindled and the email option listed only leads to an endless loop with no email address or link. My volume of orders with VistaPrint had been reduced to about one third and may end altogether if they do not get affairs in order.

Vistaprint suits most of our business printing needs. Typically, this company is best for generic items such as business and holiday cards, presentation folders, business-sized envelopes, calendars, and T-shirts. Vistaprint does have their limitations; they don't print return envelopes that one could include in bills; they don't print our particular-sized custom mailing labels; they don't print a particular type of business card we sometimes use which is designed to look like play money (with our contact information on it); they don't print self-inking multiple-copy sales contracts (i.e., duplicates or triplicates).
But I personally am slightly technologically challenged; for that reason, I find it a big help that I am able to call up an actual human being on the telephone, and have him or her talk me through the process of making changes to an existing design, or uploading a new one, with the option of viewing it before I place the order. This prevents unpleasant "surprises".

I have been placing orders with Vistaprint since June 2017 because my local printers closed down and I was told that Vista Print was the best and their customer service relations were impeccable. Well, how wrong was I to go with them, our first order was for 2500 metallic business cards which turned up with no metallic at all so as anyone would I rang up to complain, the customer service team were so apologetic and placed another order free of charge. But when this order arrived it had NONE of our logos on the card just the text, so once again I rang to complain. Eventually, after long discussions with many different departments, the problem was resolved and new cards were sent out yet again.
While waiting for them to arrive I placed an order for some basic t-shirts thinking they won't mess them up as it's just a simple logo, but guess what. To my horror they messed it up. The logo was on the back of the t-shirt, not the front. So you guessed it. I rang back up to complain. We did eventually receive the correct business cards and t-shirts after 3 more phone calls and wrong orders. I have since received an email from the customer care department apologizing for all the issues which I thought was nice until I read the last paragraph of the email in which they state that my account is to be closed effective immediately. How on earth can a company apologize with one hand then close your account with the other?
So I rang to find out what was happening and I spoke to a guy called Anis and he was as rude as can be and would not listen to a word I was saying and actually hung up on me. I have all the wrong items that they sent me as proof of all the wrong orders but they are not interested in proof. So to all those people thinking of using Vista print, I would strongly urge you not to as they treat small business peoples like dirt. They may be a multi million dollar company but if you treat small business like you do you won't succeed for long. VISTAPRINT are a bunch of ** in my book.

I give everybody the benefit of the doubt. However after 3 screw-ups by Vistaprint in a month, I'm seeking a new company. Vistaprint will cancel an order on you without notification, then when you get the shipment of the other items, you find the problem. You then have to fight with customer service for the refund. Be careful when looking at the price. Vistaprint will show one price, then suddenly at the checkout, you have a new HIGHER price.
Vistaprint will hold back orders to ship them all at once, despite being separate purchases. You will NOT get a break on shipping and orders will be delayed so Vistaprint can make an extra buck. I was given a UPS tracking number, after 3 days with no UPS activity on it, I contacted Vistaprint. I'm still waiting to hear back from Vistaprint. I seriously doubt this order will arrive anywhere near the delivery date. In short, Vistaprint is a low cost, low service supplier. If you have the time to play their games, they might work for you. I say spend a few bucks more and get a reliable seller.

The magnets finally arrive and I have 5 of each design, they did correct it by sending the missing magnet but I never saw that $100.00 refund. "I have been with you for years and I really am very disappointed in your new policy to threaten me with removal of my work if I do not order now. I just ordered all of these brochures and now you are telling me you are going to make me re-do all my work if I do not order now. I call this extortion. I have used Vistaprint for both professional and personal items. I have had the best customer service from their team. Just recently I ordered over $100 of invitations for my wedding and the package was stolen. It was not Vistaprint's fault but they replaced my order FOR FREE anyway. This was a huge relief being that we have a tight budget for our wedding. Not only has the service been great but their invitations are 1/2 the price of some of the other companies and they run better discounts. The invites that I picked out were .70 cents/pp. I had a 30% discount and on a similar website they were $1.40/pp (with a 40% discount they were still $.84/pp) and the invitations were almost identical.

Cut to day before the event we open the package and the men's shirt is okay but the women's polos all have "Canada" spelt wrong!!!! It was very straightforward. Then I sat on hold for 19 minutes Monday evening trying to get a hold of customer service. when I finally got on with a human they were incredibly uninterested and offered very little help. Ordered soft touch cards on thicker stock. What arrived were thin paper cards, the front was high glass, the back soft touch. The cards weren't sent in a business card box as they usually would, and instead were wrapped in small batches all loose in the box. Some of the stacks of cards were cut unevenly, showing a white line on the bottom. The entire order was a mess and not at all what I expected since I usually had good luck with Vistaprint.
When I contacted customer service, they refunded me the money once I explained what I received vs. what I ordered. That person was understanding, even saying "Oh wow" and offered me the option of full refund or re-order (however the soft touch paper was not in stock) so I went the route of the refund. Vistaprint charged our card but never printed the flyers. They would issue tracking numbers for UPS that UPS Never picked up from their site after a week after the required delivery date. Two days later we still did not have our flyers. So we called them back and they still didn't print them or ship them.
So they take money and do not provide products. Better to get something printed locally, or on Moo.com where you know they will provide the service instead of stealing you money. They claimed after all of that they would refund our money, which burned up all of the time that we had to get the flyers printed. So... It is only once you go to pay that you discover that the actual cost is much higher! In my case it was over 4 times higher! Vistaprint will not publish my review, it is the truth. I was placing an order for business cards. I placed an order around 2/17/17, it was never shipped. I did not receive an email, I was not contacted in any way with an update about my order. I finally got ahold of someone in customer service and was told my order never got to the printer. It is still in processing. I've had an account with Vistaprint for many years and did not need any new artwork, I just changed the color so what's the problem?
Finally I was able to get in touch with customer service and she refunded my money. (I did not ask her for a refund) I just wanted my order. Then she told me she would resubmit my order and I would receive my order ASAP. NOT, my order is still pending. I seem to be in processing purgatory. Money is not the problem, they have yet to notify me as to what the problem is. Maybe someone at Vistaprint will read this and help me out but that's what the last person was supposed to have done.

RUN!! Do Not use Vistaprint for website hosting!! There are always issues with the servers, in which causes their websites to go down FREQUENTLY and customer service is almost impossible to get thru to. The wait times are ridiculously long in addition to them NOT providing 24/7 customer support, in which I could probably be ok with if I was able to contact support during off peak hours at least... I as a business owner am not able to remain in a call Queue for 30-40 minutes daily. Not to mention trying to redirect your domain name to another provider... GOOD LUCK!! You will definitely need **! It's definitely a headache trying to and SEVERAL long periods of hold time in addition to the first 30-40 minutes to be told you absolutely will NOT gain access to YOUR domain manager nor obtain YOUR log in credentials which if you as a Online entrepreneur this can be EXTREMELY frustrating and time consuming!!
I've also experienced not being able to view my websites analytics on NUMEROUS occasions as well which even after contacting customer support it took over 24 hours to rectify this issue also. Forget about running a social media ad from your website to the platform that you're trying to advertise... even that's completely complicated! As I am definitely not one for leaving dissatisfied reviews due to the fact that I too am a business owner and I am one who always see the glass half full and not half empty. If you're looking to start a website I would RUN far away from Vistaprint.

I ordered 500 business cards for myself for my business. I had ordered from Vistaprint before and had a previous card saved. I just needed to update my email address and add my website to the card. I ordered the cards along with some product stickers. Package came in about 3 days. When I received them I noticed I made a mistake and accidentally put an extra letter in my email address. I checked my order just to verify that I had made the mistake and not them, which I did. I corrected the mistake and added 500 more cards to my cart.
On the verge of ordering them and paying for 500 more cards I decided to call them to see if they could maybe discount my new order since I made the mistake. Which they didn't have to do at all considering they did nothing wrong. The customer service agent ended up sending me 500 more cards for free. No shipping charge or anything. So I'd have to say they have great customer service. Only thing I don't like is the amount of stuff they try to sell you on when checking out. But I can deal with that when they are willing to help their customers out like that. I'll order from them every time.

I had lost my business cards and was in urgent need of a new set. I had paid £9.99 for Vistaprint's 'Fast delivery' within 48 hours on a Tuesday for an event on the following Saturday - we are currently on a Sunday! Delivery was 'apparently' made on the Friday but I had REFUSED the delivery. On the Saturday, Vistaprint staff had stated it will be delivered for the Saturday by 6 pm (when I told them about my event). Staff were meant to call me back but there were no calls - that particular staff was not available when I called back later and 'off' of work the next day (how ironic).
Staff had told me to contact DPD - though I pointed out - they chose to have the item delivered by DPD - not me, so responsibility lies with them. A few hours before my event - One of the staff members told me to print the cards at another place and they will reimburse me. It was not possible for me to do this with only a few hours until my event - I would have been able to do this earlier in the morning when I had called, if they stated they CANNOT have it ordered and not had made me wait.
I had NO business cards available during my event as I left trust in a company who constantly highlights their aim to provide good customer service, instead they had left me stranded and waiting for a call back - I have to admit - my naivety played a large part in this. My business lost out. What I would like to advise other businesses is to have a backup plan and not rely on Vistaprint to help you in a time of need, even though they promise to deliver by charging a high delivery fee (£9.99!).

Hi all. I have been using Vistaprint for 7 years in NZ. Yesterday I seen a car at my local supermarket signwritten with my logo which I purchased 7 years ago from Vistaprint. The issue is that I am still using the logo. I did some research and turns out that the company started in 2016 so 6 years after my business. I contacted Vistaprint and asked what the story is with this. Can they resell your logo which you have purchased 7 years ago. I purchased a logo 9 years ago from Vistaprint in Holland. After I purchased it, they took the logo offline so no one else could use it. That is not the case in NZ. After logging my complaint via phone they basically told me they couldn't do anything and that they own the rights to the design! I have paid for the logo and it nowhere stated that when I purchased it that someone else could use the same logo. Why would I buy a design that someone else already has.
Now I believe that this is a mistake from Vistaprint and not mine. Now the best thing is coming. Vistaprint offered me a refund of the logo I purchased so I could re-brand with their personal logo designer which I would own all the right to. Just let me think about this. Ha ha what a joke. You are asking me to re-brand after seven years using this logo, signwritten my car, reprint all my t-shirts, hats, pens and caps because you sold the same logo twice. I believe this option should be given to the other company which started in 2016 not to me when I started my business in 2010.

I use Vistaprint for everything from my website, marketing, brochures, business cards, signs, and much more. The last few months I have received multiple complaints from my customer base that they were not able to access our website, so I started logging onto our website from Chrome and not from my dashboard at vistaprint.com. I too was having the same error notification come across my screen. After multiple calls to Vistaprint to rectify the situation I was told it was resolved.
Last month I was adding pictures to one of our upcoming sales, over 450 in total. I was unable to do this and it took their "technical engineers" two days to post the pictures online. Yesterday (1/5/17) I called and spoke to one of the call center ladies. (I believe they are all in India. To boot, they all have Indian accents.) I was told in my conversation at approximately 10 a.m. the websites would be up and completely functional within a few hours. I received an email stating the problem was resolved. When I went back onto the website to continue updating and reviewing the website, I was unable to embed the videos we took for our blog. Again, I call Vistaprint and after 25/30 minutes on hold, I was told they are aware of this issue and their technical engineers were looking into it, and although they have no estimated time it would be finished, it should take no more than 24 hours.
Today (1/6/17) I received another email stating that the problem is still not fixed and will not be for another 24 hours minimally. They have no desire to help their customers fix issues they have within a reasonable time. They are rude also. The ONLY good thing I can say about them is because of the massive amounts of problems we have continually had, we have received multiple months free in an "effort to keep us."

When I called to discuss the issue I was told that my account was not canceled until the end of the month and I do not get a refund because the products were still active for the entire month. The person on chat was worse: combative, angry, short, and flat-out ignored some of my questions. He also ignored my request to talk to his supervisor.

An absolute nightmare of an experience. Do NOT ever waste your money on Vista - get your designs done professionally. Like many other people, I was sucked in by the "cheap" price, but the process and wait time (because of their mistakes) actually costs you more in the long run. It's not only about the money - everything from the customer service (general rudeness from staff such as the "supervisor" Courtney) to orders not being finished is very stressful! Every step of the way, they managed to make a mistake on something minor. There was not one step that could be straightforward.
I began with an $180 logo design order - where you submit a brief of what you're looking for and get 3 x logo designs. So I got the designs and they were VERY average. It looked like it was stock standard or something they'd pulled straight from the internet. Either way, it just wasn't suited to my brand. I thought that maybe they just don't understand my brand or personality, which is understandable, so I kept pushing on thinking it will work out.
With the $180 order, you're meant to get 3 revisions until you're happy with the service. I got a revision or 2, then I just didn't hear from them about that order or receive any progress. I had to call and email every day, wondering why my designs had just "stopped" progressing. The customer service consultants recommended that I spend MORE money and place a $5 "logo edits" order to try and get the process "rolling" again. So I did. This time, the logos were completed, although the quality was not the best, I started to see some results. I still wasn't happy with the design for my brand, so I placed another order being hopeful that it would work out.
Every order from then on was not complete. I'd request my "revisions" and they'd either not reply at all OR send me the SAME designs from before. So then I'd lose one of my "revisions" because of their mistake. I contacted customer service to try and be reimbursed for the revisions (not in money, but by getting back the revision on my account). They refused to reimburse me the mistake they'd made countless times.
I kept calling and they told me "just place another logo edits order", but the subsequent orders were never complete. There were various other errors, such as sending me designs with no feedback button on the email. Usually, you get 3 revisions and they email you a link to either approve the design or make changes. Sometimes, they would just forget to do that. So there I was, on the phone again. So many orders later, I had to keep calling and ask "where are my designs?" or "did the design team forget to work on my order?" I was greeted by the same customer service team in Jamaica. They were very rude and unhelpful.
Eventually, I requested a refund for my orders (the most recent request for a refund was on the 14th September 2014). I told them to KEEP my most recent order active, as I wanted to see the process through and (hopefully) get a design that I'm happy with and can use on my website/business card/flyers/invoices etc. It didn't happen. So 4 weeks later, I've got a lot of low-quality logos that don't reflect my brand. I've spent money, then been refunded money, spent most of my time on the phone to customer service, wasting my personal savings on phone calls.
They now refuse to work on my logos, because of the errors they've made. They accused me of "abusing the system" even though the majority of my logo orders were not finished! I spent 50 minutes on the phone today to two representatives who said "we are no longer working on your logos". When I asked to be put through to the Manager or Director, I was transferred to "Courtney" (not sure of the spelling). He told me that they'll do one more revision. However they won't be completing my order. I'm entitled to 3 revisions and one of those was messed up by Vista (last night). They just sent me the same design again to try and avoid doing one revision.
He said they are reviewing my account so they won't be completing my order. I said that's very rude customer service and that I'm entitled to have my order completed, but he refused. Henceforth, I am here, reporting the matter. If I could rewind time, I would've gone to a local company, paid more and probably received a design more personal and suited to my Marketing business. No matter how many times I gave Vista a logo design brief (clearly marked out on PDF's - which also took time to create), they just didn't understand. The quality of work seemed very low. It was as if they'd rushed the process in order to get it "done".
A lot of times, they didn't even have the decency to finish my orders, which I paid for (later refunded for). They lack the personal design understanding that you get by sitting with someone local and explaining your brand. They lack skills in producing designs. A lot of the time I received wonky lines OR logo previews in such a low resolution that I couldn't even see the details.
Many times, I felt like ending the process and so I requested the editable artwork, which was a nightmare in itself. I wanted the artwork so that I could try and finish the process myself. I wanted to take the work into Adobe Indesign and make colour changes so I could try to finish the process as quickly as possible. When you're trying to start your own business, you're racing against a clock sometimes and I figured if I got the artwork then maybe I can finish the order myself. Sometimes they'd send the Adobe Illustrator artwork, and other times they refused. That was more time spent on the phone which I didn't have. Having to explain why I need the artwork and how I need my orders completed.
DON'T waste your money just because it appears cheaper than other services. The last four weeks have given me a pile of unfinished, unusable logos that don't fit my brand. I've spent way too much time on the phone to be greeted by staff that obviously get complaints all the time and wouldn't even listen. I've now got an order where they've promised 3 x revisions and they're refusing to complete the revisions because it doesn't suit them, and the process has been too much for them. Vista should try being in the shoes of the customer, then perhaps things would change. Until then, don't bother with them!

We have ordered numerous times from VistaPrint, but this time I noticed a error on the cards and they needed to be changed instead of just reorder. It then makes you go through the entire process all over again. We carefully made our choice of 1000 postcards at $.07 each (we had written down the price). We reached the end (after pages and pages of other materials and web pages they try to foist onto you) and I noticed the price didn't add up. I paged back to find that the page had changed to read $.13 each postcard. My boss and I had sat together and written down the price quote before us, but as we traveled deeper into the website, they hoped it would be enough time for us to forget the quote we agreed to and nearly doubled it.
I immediately called them. They blamed it on the fact that I added a coupon code. So they hike the prices up and let you THINK you are getting 20% if you use a code? Then they blamed it on the fact that we had art on the back of the card. I explained to them their own website showed that charge was kept separate and was not a 45% increase. They scrambled to find a code that would bring the items down to the first price we saw. They ended up with $.09 a postcard and then credited back our credit card for the balance of the amount. I am furious and I wonder how many people get taken by their tricky website tactics. Watch your check out prices!! Pay attention to the prices quoted to you in the beginning of your order to what they turn up at the end!!

I purchased several items with Vistaprint. One was a website. At first the ship to address came up wrong so I had to call and get that fixed. The lady I talked to cancelled my entire order. So I have to call back and get it reordered. Everything was ordered except my website. No one at the company knows why. So I got online and ordered it again because dealing with their customer service is a nightmare. So I ordered it and it shows processing. I gave it 24 hours and still nothing. I called again now to find out that my account is on hold but they can't tell me why. So by this time I am talking to a supervisor, that said it would be fixed in 24 hours. She would call me and let me know. I gave her 48 hrs and nothing.
I called and of course she wasn't there. I had to speak to someone else that had me on hold for 15 minutes every time she left or had to talk to someone. So she said no one was there in the technical department that could fix this issue at 9:50 in the morning. NO ONE? Really? So I then talked to a manager that said he would stay on it and make sure it was resolved. But no one could tell me why it was on hold and no one could seem to fix it even after 48 hours. I canceled the order for the website and the search engines that I ordered. Hopefully the rest of my order will be ok. Or I will be calling back. I advise not to use Vistaprint as they seem very uncapable of doing such a small task. I will never use them again.

Extremely disappointed in Vistaprint. We ordered a shirt that was especially designed for a gift. I purposely ordered it on 8/7/2016 to ensure that it would be processed and delivered by 8/24/2016. According to Vistaprint and the tracking number it says that the item was delivered and left in our mailbox. We live in an apartment complex and I check our mailbox multiple times a day. It was not delivered to our mailbox, leasing office or front door. I needed this delivery before 8/24/2016 because it is intended as a gift for someone who we are flying to see.
When I called to inquire about the whereabouts of my package the customer service representative Robert ** informed me that they could reissue me a new item, which they no longer had the correct size and it wouldn't be to me before we left or he would refund me for the original product. I question why they could not identify who the package was left with or where it was delivered and Roberts response to me was, there was nothing more they could do for me.
This is extremely frustrating because I am on top of all our orders and deliveries and I have never had this problem before. I even asked if they could overnight me the product and he said they would not because they could not ensure that the product would be complete within the three business day window. If you have a customer who paid for a product and the company fails to deliver the product it's shameful. I also should note that I paid extra for the shipping and handling to have it sent via UPS rather than USPS. I will never use vistaprint again and I would highly advise others to think twice prior to using them.

These are not small amounts. 14/5/16 $47.98, 4/3/16 $37.87, 24/2/16 $42.98 + more. At least they are consistent, taking out the same amounts every month. I will NEVER AGAIN USE VISTAPRINT as they scam your account. The little saving is gobbled up by scamming your account for months and months after your order. Be very careful of these people. I ordered my wedding invitations through Vistaprint on the recommendation of a couple friends who recently got married. I really enjoyed the vast amount of templates as well as how customizable each one was. I ordered them and while reviewing them after ordering I noticed that somehow my fiancé and I had put this years date instead of next years date on the invites! I was devastated because I thought it would be super expensive to reorder and we are on a fairly tight budget.
I decided to send an email to them to see if we could cancel them before they were shipped but they had already shipped. I thought we were out of luck and would be paying another $200 to print new invitations. But they offered to put a credit on the account equal to what we had paid originally for the invites so that we could reorder them. So to order new invites with the proper date it cost us $30! I am super impressed with both the quality as well as how much they helped get us the invites with the right date on them - which was ultimately our fault. I was super impressed with how amazing and accommodating they were.

My daughter needed business cards for a pet grooming shop she was opening and managing for a local veterinarian service. The vet was going to order cards from a commercial printer but we couldn't be sure when the cards would be ordered or when they would arrive. I ordered one box of cards from Vistaprint to tide her over until the other cards would arrive. The online tools to create a card were a little bit limited but certainly adequate. There wasn't quite as much business-specific stock art as I might have liked but I did find an illustration and a layout that I liked once I adjusted the font, type size, colors, etc.
The cards arrived on the day they were supposed to (less than a week after I ordered them, and without paying extra for faster shipping). The print quality was excellent (better than I had expected for the price). The card stock was just a bit thinner than I might have chosen if I had actual samples to choose among - they do offer heavier stock at a slightly higher price - but the cards looked really good. The cards that the vet had ordered elsewhere arrived nearly two weeks later. Those cards had cost more and they were on barely thicker stock, but the print quality wasn't any better and the design wasn't nearly as nice. We will definitely be going to Vistaprint when we need more cards.

Something happened to Vistaprint since I started to use them a decade ago. The last business cards I received look bad at the first sight. The fact they shipped bad product to me means no one looked at it before shipping. That indicates gaped quality control process that may hurt these guys in a long run. And with bad QC there is no guarantee it won't happen again. There were just too many obvious flaws in printing like random paint stains and cutting (rough edge) that should have been picked up at final check before shipping. I noticed these in first 3 seconds after taking the new card out of the box.
Also, the overall print resolution is very low and when I compare it with my old business cards, it makes new ones not acceptable to be handed over to new potential customer. What happened guys? I added one more star because they process my refund immediately which deserves recognition. I wish I could give them 3 start but I cannot say I was satisfied with the experience, so two stars is what the truth is. I wish Vistaprint tighten quality check process to prevent more customers walking away. Good luck.

Created a custom banner but when finished could not edit to include as outdoor material with grommets. Phoned in and the rep had to re-create my banner which seemed fine because I reviewed it again before clicking to order and pay. When the banners arrived the logo is distorted and looks terrible. THEIR ONLINE ORDERING IS NOT WYSIWYG! What a waste of time, money and effort for my small business. I can't believe the printer would actually, with a sound mind, print the banners all fuzzy and distorted but the rest of the contact information clear and concise. Not what I signed off on to have printed! I had ordered a banner in 2015 from Vistaprint using their own stock setup and the same thing happened. They were having a "sale" last month and forgetting my 2015 experience used them again.
Vistaprint does fine with business cards but they should leave the banners and such to experienced professionals. Now this small business has to find another vendor and get the banners done correctly for an upcoming event (and pay rush services now that the Vistaprint ones look like **!). I would advise avoiding Vistaprint for any banners and such. Go ahead and get your business cards here cheap but go elsewhere for any type of quality banner.

I used their services for over 10 years and spent countless hours designing labels and brochures as well as business cards. They have problems now and you cannot access your portfolio to make any changes to your materials. I am told (for the past 6 months) they are "working on it." They now tell me I have to go through all the things that I have ordered, place the item in my shopping cart, and then I can edit them. They do not seem to understand that I do not have time to go through endless (over 100) items to locate them and make changes. They also do not have a way to allow you to delete things you no longer order, which makes it VERY time consuming to have to go through 100's of items that you do not even use any longer.
They charge excessive shipping fees on top of everything else. I am so upset that I will be forced to pay yet another company to do these cards, labels and brochures, the set up fees alone would be astronomical. I urge you, if you have a business and plan to use the same design for your items FIND A REPUTABLE company that you can depend on for years. It grieves me that I have spent countless hours designing materials that I can no longer access.

Vistaprint offered to reship them for a Tuesday arrival date, but frankly, I am not convinced the new shipment will arrive... This one didn't. I have no faith left in this company's promises. Besides that, I needed them last evening (estimated date of arrival) for a business meeting I scheduled specifically around the arrival of these, not four days from today. They have cost me money in business. Why can they not overnight these business cards? Nicholas in customer service offered me a full refund and to resend the order, but... A full refund does not cover the business that I have now lost due to not having my items.
I was transferred to a manager, Vanessa... She still only offered two days shipping on new order, with full refund. So now I am out hundreds, possibly thousands of dollars because I will not have the items I ordered and paid for and expected to have, by their promised date. It's my refund and they are going to put an expiry date of when it can be used. Not good practice. I have not received a response on whether or not I will receive the money back onto my credit card. Recently and I am so upset about this. I had a project that I completing. It took about 10 hours to finish. Because I did not go back to it within 2 months their system deleted the project.
When I phoned into Vistaprint the explanation I received was: the company sends out everyone e-mails when their project has been sitting for 2 months without being worked on. This saves customers money since the server they use only has limited space. When I told her I did not receive this e-mail, she told me to check my junk mail. I thought she was kidding me when she told me to check my junk mail. Deleting items is not to save customers money. Prior to their changes, I had unfinished work in the server for months before going back and paying for the item. This forces people to pay for items at Vistaprint's timing. Just sick that I did all that work and it is gone with no apology from this company. Not even a response to my e-mail. If I can give a half a star or none I would, but 1 star seems to be the minimum required. I have tried to get my company's uniform patches done with Vistaprint not once, not twice, but several times and I kept getting the same response. They could not help me because the colors were too difficult to work on and the product may not look good. I went with these people because I thought they were the best and could do pretty much anything their customers needed, as they make it look on their very expensive tv commercials. I thought these people had the tools necessary to get the job done, but wow! Was I wrong! I had to outsource and have what I needed done in China, where they had no problem following our design and did exactly what we needed.
We were absolutely thrilled and happy with the work they did in China and have been doing business with them since. Also, my business cards suck, but I have been stuck with them since I bought them from Vistaprint over a year ago. Their templates are horrible with only a few to select (no creative designs), so I have been wanting to just make new ones. In my naive nature I have try, yet again, to have Vistaprint do my business cards but with the system they have it's a little bit of a pain in the ** to have it done and they still lack a few things like, having maybe our logo faded in the background to be able to write on top and have a good presentation. It is difficult to write our company name without having the letters of the template underneath.
Anyway, if I start to name every issue I have to overcome this comment will be too long to read, so I went to a place where they specialize in business cards and they did a magnificent work. Every time I give one of business cards people tend to ask me where I had them done. I am puzzled and amazed Vistaprint it is still in business because I am sure I am not the only one who had a bad experience with them. A real American company would do anything to satisfy their customers needs, not have them outsource because they were unable to do the job. Again, how Vistaprint it is still in business it's beyond me.

I gave 4 stars because the only problem is the website. I'm forever having problems... now it won't let me post items in web store! My customers can't buy something if they don't see it in web store... Please fix it and I'll give 5 stars for sure, but my business stuff great. I order at least once a month. Love Vistaprint.

I have a long history of ordering from Vistaprint and I have generally been happy with the products I've ordered. Like other reviewers, my orders were canceled and no one contacted me about it. I placed an order and later I suddenly realized the arrival date had passed. It showed it was "processing". I contacted them and they said it was canceled because they didn't receive payment. I placed the order again. This time I received a confirmation that my order was received. The exact same thing happened. I'm wondering if my credit card company has gotten complaints about Vistaprint and now simply automatically refuses payment to them. In any case, take my advice - save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

What a joke! After being with them for two + years I decided I had enough (it was a horrible website host as far as posting pictures of my designs etc.), and so I cancelled my subscription with Vistaprint in January 2016. However unbeknownst to me they failed to put cancellation through and continued charging my bank account $1.99 a month for a frozen website fee. When I sent them and an email this week regarding same and called yesterday regarding same, I open my bank account only to find out they have charged me a website fee of $12.71 for this month.
As I kept telling their customer service person that I cancelled this website in January 2016 - she kept insisting that it was my mistake because they didn't do their job and cancel as I wrote and called about in January. I told her to put that money - all of it - back in my account by today. They did put the $1.99 x 2 back but not the $12.71 - she said it would take two billing cycles and I told her they better do it within 24hrs or I was going to report this to the police for consumer fraud. As far as I am concerned it is outright stealing and theft. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

I'm very disappointed in Vistaprint. Having been a frequent business card customer, I decided to expand my loyalty to design t-shirts for my business. I bought $50 worth of t-shirts and merchandise for freebies and company branding. When the t-shirts first arrived, they came with a horrible smell and a bad print that made the shirts ugly and unprofessional. The black t-shirts had white outlines that the design didn't have and the white shirts were faded in color. I contacted customer support and they were happy to assist me reorder the purchase, and so I did.
I thought that I would be satisfied after this, but the t-shirts did not improve in quality. Customer service became unhelpful after that and I am stuck with double the quantity of t-shirts that are unusable and unprofessional. Despite my efforts, Vistaprint had not been able to resolve this problem, leaving me very unsatisfied. I will not trust Vistaprint with t-shirts; I will just stick to business cards next time.

I tried the 500 business cards for $10 "promo" but if you want a backside to your business card, it's $12.00 more. I don't think $22 is a bad deal but what really irks me is that it just seems like a bait and switch tactic. They know by the time you design and upload your card/other printed items that you will just give in and pay whatever to avoid the hassle. By the time you pay for shipping, it's closer to $30. I would just prefer no coupon (no bait) and just show pricing up front. Show it loud and proud if it's a good deal. Like I said, I don't think the pricing is terrible. I'd rather just know up front what the costs are, no pricing games. Deception leaves the consumer going away with a negative experience. Product is fine, the help with the design is nice too. Too bad to spoil a positive experience with pricing shenanigans. Low score to being duped.

I ordered business cards from Vistaprint. After 2 weeks of waiting, I contacted customer service because the business cards did not arrive. They said the order was cancelled and that I have to reorder. I would not have know if I didn't call! So I ordered again. The second time. 3 days before expected arrival date, order still shows PROCESSING (just like the first order I made which was cancelled. Even if they say the order is cancelled, it will still show as processing on your account). So, I called again, they cancelled my order without letting me know, AGAIN! Apparently because of some issue they had before with the shipping address! I live in a 600 unit apartment complex, BTW! So, again waited for nothing.
Vistaprint could've called me and let me know what was going on instead of making me wait for my order when I'm actually waiting for nothing!! They wouldn't even expedite my order to make up for my wasted time! All they could offer was free shipping. They asked me to place my order again and wait for 10 business days to have it shipped. I wasted 1 month waiting for a business card order. Terrible customer service! Will not recommend.

Ordered 1000's of magnets from these imbeciles. I order them as promotions for my business with a pic and a discount code. Great idea if they don't look like garbage. The last batch I ordered several hundred of one design that is identical to what I've ordered a couple times before, but this time I get white edges on one or sometimes two edges? Supposed to be no white, why is it there now? Why are they cut so poorly that some have it on one side and some on two sides? Why no "heads up, something may be wrong here important customer." I may have approved the proof online, but my eyes aren't young and I am 100% sure they could see there is an issue when setting up the run. Yet, they legally screwed me.
Wouldn't hold up in court if I sued so they are probably laughing over a couple drinks on how they screwed over yet another customer. Yay for the Jerks. These guys do not care at all and sent me this garbage that I cannot use and spent hard earned money on. This isn't the first time either, but this is the last. Horrible quality, no customer service when I complained and what is with the huge long wait to get shipping unless I pay tons extra? This company just wants to take your money and otherwise could care less about you. Buyer Beware!

I recently purchased 1,000 rack cards and 1,000 business cards from Vistaprint. After the items had shipped, someone at Vistaprint noticed I had misspelled a word on the rack card. They then proceeded - without prompting - to re-print and re-send the entire order, free of charge. I was extremely impressed with their customer service, and once I received the order, was also blown away by the quality of the product. Would highly recommend this company, and will be using them for future print orders.

I decided to order some door hangers, so I chose a 37.00 option for 500. After the order my total was 48.03 with 6.99 s&h plus tax, not bad. I realized an issue so I cancelled the order and received the in-store credit, no problem. When the rep repeated the order it was only for 250, not 500. I knew I had not made a mistake so I corrected the typo, went to reorder only to see the quantity and price had changed. I now owed 14 more dollars. I held off til I got home. I grabbed my iPad to make the order, logged in and the price of shipping had went up again (30min later). Not cool! I will make orders elsewhere.

I ordered 200 books from Vistaprint. 3 times, the last month with assistance from a "supervisor". I spent over 4.5 hours on the phone the last time, trying to get the books reminded due to the cut was wrong and issues with the printing (blemishes). I tried to write a review on Vistaprint's website, but it was rejected, stating it was not up to their standards. Now I understand their high ratings - they pick and choose which reviews to publish. This does not seem a fair business practice to me and left me frustrated and without a usable finished product. I am a graphic designer & was well taught how to cut & print. The quality is not there. They don't even know why a work & turn is. They don't even know how to calculate for the refund for the amount. One cr was 115. The other was cr 490 & did not calculate to 630.76 tax included. Missed 24.87.

I ordered postcards with Express Shipping (3 days). After not receiving the postcards on time, I contacted customer service by online chat and was told it would take 7 business days to print, plus another 7 to 10 days to mail them. My order confirmation specifically said, "3 days." Customer service was not willing to help. They only offered to cancel and then place the order again. They lie to their customers. Avoid Vistaprint.

I have purchased numerous business items from Vistaprint over the past year. I cannot fault them for their ease of use, speed of service and quality of product. All my orders have arrived within the time frame Vistaprint have given (to New Zealand!). When I've used their priority shipping, items have always arrived either on time or earlier, as ordered and in perfect condition. I've never had any extra or unauthorised payments taken out. I have had some problems... I've ordered items which have contained typos (my fault). I have only ever had one major problem - again sadly my own fault; when a poster which I ordered arrived, it did not match the PDF proof I had received and printed. My PDF viewer settings were set to 'fit to page', thus the poster I received from Vistaprint was actually much nearer the margins than the proof I printed. I have recommended Vistaprint to many others.

After working on my Vistaprint website builder and "saving" my work EACH time I completed a task, EVERYTHING disappeared! I called the company to have them retrieve it like the rep did the week before when I experienced the SAME issue, however, this rep was unable to help. I was told an engineer would contact me within 24-48 hours. I was shocked that it would take so long and requested a supervisor. I explained that my website IS my business and not having access to a support tech was unacceptable. She finally agreed to "expedite" my issue to 24 hrs. Well it's been 72 hrs and NO ONE CONTACTED ME!
I called again last night and was told I'd receive a call this morning... it NEVER happened. I just emailed them with my complaint and informed them I was reporting them to the BBB. I hope everyone who has unresolved issues would follow suit. They CLEARLY do NOT have the capability to accommodate businesses. They should stick to business cards and call it a day.

Upon reviewing the original correct order, AFTER PAYMENT, the displayed spelling of a word on the business cards ordered was incorrect, due to a computer or transmission error. A letter was skipped. I attempted to contact customer service, but they were not accessible after daily business hours (this order was placed after 10 pm). The advice given online was to submit an email for response in 24 hours or less (which was too far in future to get a needed immediate correction), or a CHAT REQUEST to talk to someone right away. There is no 'right away chat', just a text message service that is unavailable in evening hours, yet I sent a message anyway. So I attempted to request the order and the erroneous message be corrected immediately. They said no corrections were allowed. I had to send a cancellation request to them by email. I do not know if they will cancel the order or not.
This same thing happened to me once before on an order 3-4 years ago. I find their customer service to be unavailable and hence a false claim of 'customer service'. If a business accepts business transactions 24 hours daily, there should be customer service 24 hours daily. Vistaprint does not offer this. I may get stuck with a payment for a faulty product, and do not appreciate it. As is, I await their response… Is just cheap mgt. As far as I can tell, this type of thing is possibly designed to occur in order to force repeat orders to correct their error and double the billings and profits. Had this not happened before I would not complain, yet it has. I hope they fix their system. As is, I will not deal with them again and I sent them an email stating such.

I decided to go with VP for my wedding invites. I saved a TON of money. I got the first order and two of the cards were not the same color as the others. They probably printed on different machines or something because it was very noticeable. They reprinted my whole order for free AND credited me the difference between the order total and what it would have been if I had re-order because there was a better coupon available. AND they resent it rush shipping. I paid for rush shipping initially, but they said they would have rushed it anyway because it had to be redone. Amazing. I would and will use this company again. They also make the design process stupid-easy! You can look up all the info on the bleed borders and everything to make sure your design is a perfect fit. And the previews are spot on.

I normally have a family friend do my printing but it was a rush job and they were on vacation so I decided to try Vistaprint which was a tiny bit cheaper. After 3 weeks the postcards that I ordered were never shipped to the mailing list (I had placed a few family and friends' addresses on to see how long it took) and I might have lost a client because of this. All Vistaprint could say is that they would re-do the order. The mailing should have happened over 2 weeks ago, the campaign is over. This was a $150.00 mistake that will cost me $1,000's in lost revenue. I should have just asked for a referral from our family friend as they are just about the same price but fast and accurate.
