Immediately after placing an order I received an updated order status that charged me an additional $8.95 for shipping. This was not shown on the original document before I hit submit. I called their customer service/ordering department within the next 60 seconds to cancel the order and they told me I must wait 3h for the order to post.

After waiting 3 hours I called again. They took down my information and said someone would call me back. No one did. I called again before 3:00 EST and then I was told 1) no one was there to help me, 2) orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, and 3) the secretary was the highest ranking person available to help me. I have already called my credit card company and have started the process to dispute the charge. I have tried to clear up the discrepancy to no avail. I am truly disappointed with the service I received. I will be contacting the BBB.

Did a search on the web for cases of an energy drink and came across these guys, about $2.50 less than the other guys, so why not? I purchased two cases of 12 bottles each, and received 2 single bottles. I called up about it, and they said it was indeed no mistake. I requested a FULL refund because I mean, hey, I was trying to save a few bucks and their misleading advertisement shows a full case of the energy drink when in fact they're only selling you a single bottle for that exorbitant price. They sent me a partial refund, claiming they will not reimburse the $9 shipping fee. For trying to save $5 on two cases of an energy drink, it cost me over $15 in shipping, lost time, and the hassle of dealing with this scam outfit. Worst of all, I have not a single energy drink to show for it.

I ordered what I thought was a set of mixing bowls from this company on Wal-Mart.com. The picture next to the item number showed (and still does) a SET of bowls. I waited almost two weeks and received one small bowl with scratches on the bottom, packed in a used box barely kept together with tape. I called Customer Service immediately and was told to return the item and e-mail the CS rep the tracking number and they would refund my money within 24-48 hours. I've been e-mailing the same person and am told I sent them the wrong tracking number; however, when I call UPS they show it was delivered a week ago. I had a bad feeling about this as soon as I opened the item and I take partial blame for not paying closer attention to the item description, but I know the package is there, the post office knows it's there, but they can't seem to get it together. I'm furious and wish I had come here first. Lesson learned. DO NOT USE this company. Why is this company still allowed to do business?

Ordered Solar Power Flood Light for outdoors in Nov. I called the company and was told they would send a new one out as that one can't be found, whether they sent it or not? Anyway waited again, tried to found it with the tracking number, didn't show up, so called again. They said they were sending another one out.... Still haven't got it and still only shows the shipping label has been created.... Mad, want my money back.

Terrible company to work with. Order item in December and I am still, 1/21/14, dealing with returns. The item had a date in the description, the product was a food product, of 3/31/13. I asked the sales person if that was the use by date and she assured me it was the manufactured date. Once the product arrived, I found her information to be incorrect and immediately contacted the returns department. I had to pay for the return shipping and they do not want to refund the original shipping charges. In addition, I paid for expedited shipping because I need the items quickly. I have emailed every email address I could find on Unbeatablesale.com and no one is responding.

Luckily, the charges were placed on my corporate credit card and I have disputed the charges. They will not get the money from US Bank. Do not purchase items from this company.

I bought a flavoring additive for coffee, and they took my order. Apparently shipping was free. I ordered 4 packs of 6 and they charged me 25.00 extra dollars of shipping costs. They posted the total charge to my credit card, but do not give any info about my order status (order done on January 6, 2014). I can not track the order in their website, regardless that they promise you can check the order status in their website. The order number and my zip code are not recognizable.

There is no way to know if they are just a scam company. They do not answer the phone, their phone menu does not take you anywhere, and when someone who has no idea of the business answered, she only was there to take a message for customer service, after I wasted about 30 minutes in the phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM PEOPLE. DO NOT BUY FROM UNBEATABLE SALES!!! OR ALLGOURMETFOOD; Do not buy from any store that Yahoo promotes.. You will never hear of them again and they will charge you anyway.

I ordered a Thames Kosmos Solar Mechanics building set for my son for Christmas. On Dec The 24th I received a Chemistry set for 12+ years . My son is ten and I don't want him blowing up my house with a chemistry set! My kid was bummed out for the holidays because he didn't get what he asked for. The chemistry set was an item worth over 200 dollars and the one I ordered was worth around 42 dollars. I was honest and asked the company to send me the set I ordered and I being honest would send back the incorrect item. They absolutely refused to send me the new set unless I returned the wrong item first. I told them in a email I would exchange the chemistry set when UPS delivered what I ordered to my home. They were not having any of that.

I'm sure after I mail the chemistry set that will be the end of it. I will be out of luck. I am going to email the president of the company, Mike Martin, hoping to clear up this matter. Finally I told them I didn't want any of their products and just refund my payment and I will repackage the item, label it and drive to the UPS store personally to send it back. They probably won't agree to that either. Don't do business with unbeatablesales.com they are unfit to run a business.

Buyer Beware!!! I bought these Lancome products for my wife for Christmas. When she opened the package she noticed they were all marked as sample products. These are not for sale products that stores such as Dillard's and Macy's give people to try these Lancome items. These are not legal to sell, but sample use only. All of the 5 stars that you see when you look at this product on Wal-mart's website are taken from Lancome's website, not from unbeatablesales or walmarts websites. When you purchase this through the walmart site you are actually buying from UnbeatableSale.com. I did a consumer affairs search for UnbeatableSale.com and found this info. If you follow the link it shows that 91% of people who use unbeatablesales are having major problems with this site, buyer beware. Not sure why Walmart is affiliated with such a unsafe vendor.

They shipped me the wrong item (with someone else's packing slip included, giving me that person's personal contact information, address, etc.) and shipped my item to someone else (who got my personal contact information, which is a major security issue!). When I tried to contact them to straighten out the problem, I waited over 30 minutes on hold, only to get an outsourced customer service call center who could only take a message! They said I would receive a call back. I did not. They told me to email the company, which I did. I received no reply. I called again three days later and waited another 30 minutes for the same result - no help.

I finally looked up the President of the company and emailed him directly--which did get me a response from Customer Service, although they were still unable to help me (unless I wanted to PLACE an order!). I ended up short two Christmas gifts that I had to go replace on Dec 24, without a refund having been received! I'd say the company is probably fine if you get the right item and don't need to contact their customer service department, but if you have a problem, don't expect to be able to solve it without a major hassle! If you have a problem with them, contact the president at this email: Mike.Martin@unbeatablesale.com

On 12/14/13 & 12/15/13 I tried to leave a message with the company but the mailbox was always full (you cannot contact via email). I also tried tracking the order via their web and kept getting a message that "the order could not be found, try again later". On 12/16/13 I spoke to a representative who stated she needed to contact the warehouse in California and that I could expect an answer later that day or earlier the followiing morning (12/17) via email. I received no response. On 12/17/13 I spoke to another representative (Loretta) who stated she needed to contact the warehouse but because of the time zone difference I wouldn't expect a email with shipment information until later that day and she was going to forward my complaint to their "manager". I received no response. On 12/18/13 I spoke to another representative (Julie/Operator #432) I advised Julia I wanted to cancel this order. She stated she would also send my complaint to a manager and send me an email confirmating cancellation.

The email I received is not a confirmation of cancellation but reads as follows: "We have received and requested your cancellation request to our cancellation department. You will receive an additional email confirming that the cancellation process has been completed (no expected date listed)." Email went on to say: "If the order has been shipped or is in the process of shipping (convenient considering all's I wanted is shipping information), we will be unable to cancel the order. If we are unable to cancel your order and the item is eligible for return, please contact us for the RA (have no idea what this is suppose to stand for I can assume return instructions)." The email ended as follows: "PLEASE NOTE: this email is not a confirmation of this cancel request."

I never would have even heard about this web page except for I ordered the product from Walmart.com and apparently they utilize other suppliers to fulfill what they may not have in their warehouse. I wish I had seen the previous complaints regarding this so called "best" web page because I assure you I would have run the other way. Nothing but a run around, customer service mumo jumbo and emails with little or nothing pertinent to your request. We received defective goods and contacted them promptly for a replacement. First, they said we needed to pack the item up (it was a BIG rain barrel - the box is large enough for a refrigerator), drive it to FedEx/UPS and pay to ship it back. "For items weighing less than 40 lbs, that's our policy." We demanded to talk with a supervisor and they finally agreed to have their warehouse schedule a pick up.

Then they stalled for two weeks while their 30-day return period expired and told Amazon (we ordered through them) that we'd failed to respond within the allowed time period. All the while, we were getting "expect to hear back from us soon" emails in response to our requests for status updates. We filed a claim with Amazon and got a refund.

We will NEVER do business again with this company. The Better Business Bureau gives them an A+ rating but had to get involved in 112 consumer cases in the last 3 years. Huh? And that count doesn't include problems like ours that were finally settled by Amazon or another third party seller. Avoid all dealings with UnbeatableSales.com. They aren't just casually sloppy. I wanted to alert you to a recent issue I had with an order I had from a purchase through the Best Buy web site from Unbeatablesale.com. I wrote this letter to the upper management at Unbeatablesale.com because my research turned up so many similar customer service issues regarding their credit delays on a return to sender item through BestBuy.com. Evelyn ** was the Customer Service rep assigned to my issue.

    "Dear Mr Martin - President,

I am extremely frustrated, disappointed and dissatisfied with the credit delays and the inability to reissue my credit after promises of resolution by Evelyn **. She has not taken care of my credit issue in a timely manner. I have waited patiently for weeks before requesting an immediate credit. Once again, Evelyn is asking me to shoulder the burden of being an infinitely patient customer - instead of providing me with great, responsive customer service like any other A+ company (where credits happen automatically within 3 days of a refused return item- not weeks later).

Instead of taking care of my problem, she has escalated this simple credit issue into a major PR problem for you and your company because she thinks that asking me to wait patiently week after week is an acceptable solution to my last email that clearly told her I'm done waiting patiently for her to locate the returned order and give me a credit.

I want to deal with upper management from now on. This is the last chance to make this right with me before I publish my complaints with my credit card company, Best Buy and other online review complaint vendors like the BBB and other sites. My research turned up some of the worst customer service reviews I've ever seen to back up my experience with your company.

Obviously, upper management needs to understand how different their customer service policy and experience is from other online businesses and how it is currently not serving its customers' needs in a satisfactory manner - hence my spending all this time complaining instead of complimenting your customer service on these same review sites.

Your "About Us" page on your web site dramatically contradicts the reality of the customer service i am currently receiving. companies like the ones I normally purchase from would never have given me these delays or excuses and don't over sell themselves either. They just deliver great customer service. Period.

As we all know, Online Complaints continually hurt online sales for years to come. And bad PR is where I am headed if I don't get an immediate credit and an apology for these unnecessary delays and bad excuses. Bottom line: I have given your company more than sufficient time to track my unaccepted shipment and process my credit.

I am a very seasoned online shopper (spending thousands per month) and I assure you and your upper management, that other online companies including Best Buy and Amazon have never delayed any credit like this or have ever told me to be patient while they try locate a return weeks after the shipper returned it to their warehouse. I hope you understand how bad it makes you guys look that you can't locate a package or issue a credit after weeks - not days.

On the contrary, my favorite online companies would be apologizing profusely for these blunders and would immediately issue a full credit - with other perks to regain my trust. Since I never received or accepted the merchandise - and it never left your shipper - my credit should not be in question!

Your company has collected my money and has the shipping records to know that I have never received the merchandise. That alone should trigger a credit regardless of where the merchandise is in your warehouse or information system. I track all of my own purchases and returns through various shippers everyday. It's simple, easy, accurate and fast. I saw the item was returned weeks ago to your warehouse so why are you not issuing an immediate credit?

Please live up to the C.S. promises on your company web site and make sure that these needless kinds of customer service hassles don't happen again. All I am asking for is an immediate credit of $27.72 and an apology for the lack of customer service resolution and unnecessary credit delays. Thank you."

The seam came apart and the cactus fell in two. I took a picture and emailed them with a note in caps that I needed a refund as soon as possible so I can purchase somewhere else before our event. I received two emails this morning, one asking if I can send a picture of the damaged item and one asking if I want an exchange or refund. Refer to initial email sent providing all that info. Way to drag it out.

I called to talk to Alex (who the emails were from) and he would not get on the phone. I was told they are waiting for an RMA and Alex will call back shortly. Apparently, "shortly" does not mean the same day. I have called Sears to warn them that this 3rd party vendor is not professional. The return policies also state that they want me to pay for return of the item and item that never should have been shipped out defective to begin with. They have the market cornered on shady dealings. Save yourself a lot of time and headaches and steer clear of this vendor.

I work with a high school and we ordered flapper dresses for a school performance. We did get one dress out of five on time, and when I contacted the seller to see when the remaining dresses would be here, he said they didn't know if they would be able to get the dresses to us on time. I spent over two hundred dollars on the site, and they were very difficult to communicate with and could not get in touch with the warehouse to even begin to answer my question. Extremely upset about this purchase and I will not be using them again.

This merchant is terrible to deal with. A purchase was made online and cancelled within 5 minutes of the order being placed. I contacted this merchant numerous times over the following 2 weeks to cancel the order. If they bothered to respond at all, it was only with a form letter. When the item arrived, I refused delivery. Unbeatablesale.com then had the audacity to charge me shipping and a 25% restocking fee. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and file a complaint with the BBB, as well as rip off report. This is a really dishonest company. Save yourself a lot of headaches and avoid them.

I did and they don't even know. They said it's the shipper. Bad customer service and waiting for long periods of time. Do not order from this company. Wish I know where to make a higher complaint. I ordered a briefcase from UnbeatableSale.com. I received the briefcase and everything looked good on the outside for a while. After one or two uses, the inside flap and bottom began to peel and crack like someone had left it in water. I noticed the cracking a few days before the 30-day return policy expired. I contacted Amy at Unbeatable Sales and to make a long story short, sided with the company in blaming me for water damage. However, I only used the item once or twice and it never came in contact with any water, not even rain.

I will never, ever order a single item from this company which I used through Amazon.com, and that A-Z guarantee by Amazon didn't help me. In Amazon's words, they cannot compel the seller to accept return or issue a refund if it is after thirty days. Mind you, it was only a day or two after the thirty day policy that I contacted the company. Whatever happened to bending a little to make the customer happy. After all, a happy customer usually will return.

I too was taken by Unbeatablesales.com and their deceptive practices. We purchased an entertainment center from them and when placing the order, I confirmed, with not one but two of their sales reps that the price being offered was for the entire unit (comprised of four separate pieces). The price was very low, but we assumed that it was because it was something we'd have to assemble (much like previous purchases from other companies like Sauder). Both reps said that the low price reflected on the site was indeed for the entire unit. We were excited and purchased the item. Even with the relatively higher shipping costs, it was still cheaper than anything else we had viewed. When the huge box arrived, we were ecstatic until we opened it. Inside was a completely assembled TV stand and nothing else. When I called the company to discuss this, their sales rep said that there must have been a mistake and that we should have received the other pieces as well and that she would take care of it.

Several days passed before we received a call from a different rep (Patti), who said that their website and their reps had made a mistake and that the price quoted on the website was only for the TV stand and if we wanted the other three pieces, we would have to order them separately and with additional shipping charges. I was furious to say the least and after much arguing, she said I could return the item (though usually against their policy) and they would refund our money. Sounded good, except the part where she finally added that they wouldn't be reimbursing us for the original shipping costs and that we would have to pay to have it shipped back to them. I was fuming!

After threatening to report them to numerous agencies and to plaster negative reviews through every venue I could possible think of, she finally agreed to sell us the remaining three pieces at a reduced rate and reduced shipping cost. We felt we were stuck either way, so we proceeded with the transaction. When the three items arrived, all three were damaged (two beyond repair and one that could easily be fixed). I made note of the damaged boxes and while the shipping guy was still there, we opened the smallest box to examine the damage and he even noted the damage on the delivery ticket. Unbeatablesales says right on their website that they will replace damaged furniture. I contacted them immediately via email with photos of the damaged pieces. I heard back from a rep (Ashley) promptly the next day. She said she would look into it, but that it could take up to 4-7 weeks to file a claim with the delivery company. What the "H-E-double toothpicks!" We went back and forth for over 9 weeks (20+ emails and phone calls) only to keep being told, "As soon as we know something, we will contact you."

I finally had enough of the ** and called my credit card company to see if their was any action I could take. They said it was a good thing that I called when I did because the time frame for filing a dispute was close to running out (somehow, I think Unbeatablesales is aware of that time frame!) and that I should act quickly, which I did. My credit card company immediately refunded the cost of the second shipment (of course, we are still stuck with the cost of the first shipment because they were two separate transactions). But at least we didn't get strapped with the entire cost and the TV stand is decent, though not what we wanted when you factor in the pieces that should be with it. Unbeatablesales.com (along with all of the other web names they go by) are 100% dishonest scumbags.

Beware, don't buy from them. No cancellation Policy+ 25% Restock fee (Just check their site policy). You are forced to buy it. It's a shady website that tried to scam with bait and switch, horrible customer services who yell at you, and refuse to even cooperate.

I purchased a table from unbeatablesale.com at the advertising price of $150. The order total price at check out was $150 (including shipping price), but after I submitted the order, the charge to my Paypal account became $200. That was not the price I was informed when purchasing the item. I immediately contacted unbeatablesale.com right after the order through the provided email contact for customer service hoping to have the error corrected or the sales order cancel.

The request did not receive any response from unbeatablesale.com. I followed up with phone calls the next day to customer service department. The customer service representative refused to correct the price error, but I was assured that the order was cancelled. However, I later received an email notification of the shipment of the item despite my attempt to cancel it. I immediately tried to contact customer service for two more times to have this error corrected. However, my request was not addressed. All I was told is this request will be forwarded to another department.

Now I am forced to receive the item without the full refund because unbeatablesale.com has been less than honest in its business practice and refused to acknowledge an error on its part. The unreasonable policies on unbeatablesale.com also stated that I will be charged with 25% restocking fee and shipping cost of the item for order cancellation.

Together, these fee would account for almost 50% of the price of the item. I find it is unreasonable that I should be charged with these fees as a result of an error on the part of unbeatablesale.com that it refuses to address properly despite my numerous attempts to inform the company the problem with the order and resolving it in a reasonable manner. In total, I called them 5 times and nothing has changed, even after speaking to management level. Their reasoning was I should have paid attention. It's my fault for not reading through all of their policies pages and the fine print! They refuse to acknowledge the price error (claim that it was never that price on their site, even though I took a screen shot for them + Google cache of their website has it at that price+ Amazon price is $50 lower, but they still say that's an impossible price). Basically they force you to buy their item, even use shady tactics if you try to price match. They are going to claim little details like Amazon's title is different, the picture is from a different angle to not the same product (even though Amazon lists the exact same model number). If you buy from them, prepare to call you bank to deal with the mess.
