I bought the battery back up (sump pump on 7/22/2021) for peace of mind as we live close to the water front. Bought the item a few weeks in advance (tried to get around COVID shipping delays). Item came - waited 2 weeks to give the birthday-present. We charged the unit, per instructions, all looked well. We put the unit in the basement and attached the sump pump. One week later (8/27/2021), we had a power outage and the unit did not work--so called the troubleshooting number listed on the set up instructions. They had us reset the unit by holding the power button down for 15 sec -- didn't work -- the manufacturer told us the unit was defected. OK, that is not Unbeatablesale.com's fault. What followed is why I am taking time to write the review.
I called the customer service number, gave them my information and described the issue -- looking for a replacement. "Someone will get back to you by email, after review." No one got back to me. So I called several days later, to be told the issue was processed and we don't offer any refund or replacement, per company-policy. If it were 6 months or a year after purchase OK, no issue. If I were not upset over the $200+ lost for a purchase 1 month ago, I would find it almost funny -- as you read the "customer service" claim on the home page:
"When you're saving so much money on merchandise, you really can't expect much in the way of customer service, right? Unfortunately, many retailers have taken that posture. Our position is the complete opposite. At UnbeatableSale.com, we realize that we could have all the merchandise in the world for sale, but without satisfied customers it wouldn't matter. We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience, from the moment you select a product to the time it's delivered to your home." Perhaps it is just me, but I can't see anyone being satisfied with the experience I just described. Fortunately, after some phone calls, the manufacturer is working with me to replace the unit. It is one thing to put "fancy words" on a website it is another to carry them out.

Ok, update, finally had a discussion with this company customer service team who offered me a 30% refund to purchase a converter to enable me to use the item in the UK. They have confirmed the refund just waiting for OnBuy.com where I bought it from to transfer the money back to the bank account, so well done Unbeatablesales.com for resolving this issue.

I live in the UK and purchased a pole chainsaw combination via **, the electric supply in the UK is 220v - 240v. The item came from Unbeatablesale.com via Canada through a shipping agency Land Mark Global. I immediately notified OnBuy for a returns and refund who passed this on to Unbeatable who want me to pay to return the item at my cost which will be a third of the cost of the item, any company selling/shipping electrical equipment from America/Canada to Europe should surely know the voltage of each country they ship to and if the item is not dual voltage either inform the buyer or at least show this on the advert. So Far they keep coming back with the same response, "buy a cable from them" like that will help matters NOT. It is still 120v vers 220-240v. Don't buy from this company unless you are absolutely sure of what you are getting. Will be ok because they don't want it back. G **

BUYERS BEWARE- Look at their FB page. This company has scammed so many people and are still out there able to scam more people. They are making returns nearly impossible. My item arrived with no packing material, no packing slip (Which I sent picture proof to them). They said all returns must have original packing slip (which they didn't include), it must be packaged (which it wasn't in any packing box/bag/bubble wrap) and it must be insured. Well- besides I can't return it without a packing slip (so I'm out of luck there- and they never offered to send me one) _it would cost me more to return it than the purchase price. This among other scams has happened to too many people for something not to be done. Please look into this company. I'm out $40 (and to me - that's a lot of money).

These people take your money and disappear. It's been 4 months since I ordered six items from UnbeatableSale.com but I still don't have them, except for one which arrived smashed and broken in the box. I sent them a photo of the broken item and asked for a refund, but I've received nothing. The only reply I get to my many emails is a "form letter" saying they have forwarded my concern to the appropriate department. But nothing happens. Still no refund and no products. I have called many times as well, but I'm always put on hold for 30 to 40 minutes until the automated voice tells me to call back again, then disconnects me. I just want my money back (the six items were supposed to be gifts given in April & May, so that ship sailed). This is a horrible company and their "business practices" need to be scrutinized by the government...or police.

I called Unbeatablesale.com to verify an item on their website because it looked too good to be true but I wanted it. I spoke with Martin and we verified the part # and the SKU#. He called the warehouse and verified all the parts that were included with the product and it was just what I wanted. He advised it was not a scam and everything looked good. I attached my phone records with the time stamp and the order sheet. You can clearly see I was talking to them before ordering. I placed the order and waited for the shipment. When it arrived, it was a completely different item and not what I ordered. I called customer service, they apologized and offered a refund. I advised that I wanted the product that I ordered and "verified" before ordering and they said there is nothing they can do.

I ordered a kids theater sofa through Walmart from them fulfilled (or not fulfilled I should say) from Unbeatablesale. The shipping stated it would arrive about 13 days later, on that day it didn't arrive and the tracking number was false. An email I received from the company stated it was shipping FedEx but the link which went to the FedEx website said no record found. On the Walmart website it showed a link for the tracking which sent to some anonymous website that tracks overtime for companies. The status changed to delayed, check back later for status.
I complained to Walmart and they contacted company on our behalf (or they tried I should say), they and we received nothing confirming that the company was acknowledging the request. Then waited another 4 days and called Walmart again. They called the company and were unable to get ahold of anyone, twice. From one of their vendors, which is very surprising to me. I really don't understand how they are an A+ rating with all of the negative reviews I see out there, here and elsewhere on the web. Guess should have researched them prior.. Since we were unable to contact anyone (Walmart or myself) and unable to get any real information on tracking or status Walmart decided to refund the amount of the purchase minus the shipping cost. So now I must wait to see if we will get reimbursed for shipping.

I ordered a tool from Unbeatable Sales through Walmart.com. I received my order in just 5 days after placing it online! I had given an incorrect item identification number when I ordered, and the item was not what I needed. When I called the number on the invoice, I had only a 5 minute wait on a Monday morning! The first operator was polite, agreed that I could return the item, but said they do not pay the original shipping. I called back (in my same positive mood) after I read several negative comments on the ConsumerAffairs site! The second operator sent me a prepaid return shipping label via email, and said that the cost would be returned to my card when the item is received by their company. I think the company may be trying to improve their customer service! I would try them again! P D **

They create a shipping label when you order so you think great. But they have no plan on shipping just collecting the money after trying to get it shipped for 10 days. I try to cancel then they say you can’t cancel because it shipped. Walmart needs to drop this co.

This is a terrible company. Wish I had done my research before ordering. My experience has been well documented by others. Site claims delivery in 3 days. I called to cx within 10 mins but was told it would be sent to the “cancellation department”. I followed up with phone calls and daily emails. The response was always the same... waiting for cancellation department. Then they shipped it anyway and sent email stating couldn’t be canceled. Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE Ever! Now the 3-day delivery has turned into almost two weeks, IF ever. Buyer beware, this is NOT the company that you want to deal with. Just read the reports 90%, or more, of them are bad. I hope I can save at least one person the bad experience that I have had.

I did a Google search for saucers and found Unbeatablesale through Lowes.com. They were advertised as a 3-pack of flying saucers. I ordered it, and when I received the package there was only one saucer. I returned it to lowes.com and reordered another three pack the saucers, thinking it was human error. I again received only one saucer. I called and spoke with a representative at unbeatablesale and he blamed Lowe's for improperly advertising. The representative made no attempt to make right my purchase. He was rude and abrupt. No apology for my inconvenience. Only blaming Lowe's. Do not waste your time and money on this overpriced company that calls themself unbeatablesale.

Bought this bike as a Christmas gift and put together under my house to keep it hidden. Everything seemed in order and went together fine. When my daughter tried to ride it on Christmas the gear was extremely stiff and unshiftable. The 24th apparently was the last date the bike was returnable. After watching videos and engaging a couple knowledgeable helpers no one was able to get the bike working so a week ago I emailed the company asking what to do but they did not respond.

I ordered a toy from Wal-mart... yes I know a third party. However, they sent me something entirely different than what I ordered. I asked them to resend it. Nothing! I asked for a refund! Nothing! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! Save your money and order from Indigo/Chapters. They will at least refund you!

Purchased a bulb for my flashlight from UnbeatableSale via Walmart third party sales. They sent a faulty bulb and wouldn't return it - offered me a 10% discount to purchase again. Couldn't get Walmart to help either. Will NEVER purchase 3rd party via walmart again. This company is despicable and anyone working there must be a scoundrel! Be Warned! Ordered a audio component tower from them. It arrived damaged. I asked for replacement pieces. They kept putting me off. Two weeks later still no resolution. Asked for 25% back of the cost because I'm going to have to repair it myself. They refused and offered me 15%. That barely covered the cost of shipping. Shady company who doesn't care about their customers.

Delayed shipment of over 14 days through Amazon then got different tracking number than was originally given when ordered. Told them to cancel order as it showed NOT SHIPPED but was given different tracking number and was told product has already shipped when requested update and to cancel my order. Was asked if I wanted a RMA for this order to return product and go to find out they want me to insure package which now comes out of my pocket again. I decided to keep product and eat the cost from purchasing to begin with and will never do business with these clowns ever again. Scam artists.

Purchased two Ford jacks from these clowns. Both jacks arrived missing their handles. Sent email and got the run around on it, their final solution was that it was on me to pay to ship these heavy hunks of junk back because of some lame excuse they made up. Do not do business with these scammers. Worst mail order experience ever. Con job.

I ordered through facebook a cabinet for 25.00. I received a 2.00 peice of wood. When I e-mailed them to get return policy, I never received an answer. I sent it back to receive refund anyway. When I finally got in touch with them they refused to reimburse the 11.75 shipping costs. They were argumentative and unprofessional. I will NEVER do business with them and I suggest you don't either.

I was bought 10 boxes mask in January from UnbeatableSale but the shipping end up handled by a company called International Checkout Inc. Then I was wait for 1 month and didn't get any update on the shipping. I mailed to Unbeatable. Claimed due to high demand and out of stock. Do not know when this item will come off of backorder, furthermore NO guarantee when or if this item will come back into stock in the foreseeable future. I am shocked and asked for refund. However it was no reply for half an year already!

Ordered something three weeks ago. Emailed them about it and was got a generic response that it would ship in 3-8 business days. Still has not shipped. Asked to cancel the order. Responded that they can't cancel it if it is in the process of being shipped. Needed the product relatively quick and they are horrible! Never do business with them if you need your purchase in a timely manner. Prices are good, but wait times and communication are horrible.

They claim to have items in-stock and don't. Take your money (through Newegg, etc) and generate a shipping tracking number making it impossible to then cancel easily. And then delay shipping your order until they get it in stock. It's borderline criminal. Look at all the other reviews and you'll see this is regular practice. I only hope to get my money back from the original purchase as I've had to go buy the product from a more reliable site for a slightly higher price, which will be well worth it after this experience.

The company cancelled my order due to arrive the item being out of stock, on June 4th and hasn’t refunded me my money. I’ve just gotten off the phone with my bank filing a missing funds Dispute. Received an email June 2nd stating my item was shipped. That was the day the payment amount changed from a pending status to a withdrawal status. Received another email June 8th stating my item will arrive that day. The email had no real tracking information so I contacted Google Shopping, which is where I ordered the bike from, to ask for shipping information, thus I’ll be able to track the order for a time window of arrival. Google states they’ll contact me when they hear from the company.
Then I contacted the company, Unbeatablesale.com. A representative told me my order was cancelled June 4th, refunds take 3-5 business days. That time frame passed so I called them back, this time they told me I was never charged. I checked my bank account again, while on the call, indeed I was charged. The rep stated she’ll look over the account a little more. She came back and said usually when an item is cancelled the funds are released, unfortunately this time it wasn’t, so she has just had her supervisor manually release my funds. That was June 12th. Told me the latest I’ll receive the reverse is June 19th.
Today is the day, still no item, and no refund. Before reaching out to them, I called my bank just to quadruple check the withdrawal, they confirmed the purchase. I called Unbeatablesale.com, now this Rep states I never paid at all. Now I’m vex. I’ve emailed them my bank statement. I also have emails from them stating my order was cancelled and they’ll send me a refund along with 10% credit. After they cancelled my order I purchased another bike from Amazon. That order was cancelled due to out of stock, as well, on June 17th, my funds we released to my account today June 19th. Still nothing from unbeatablesale.com. They cancelled without notice on June 4th. Even a lie saying I never did pay. My bank can see clearly I paid, I can see clearly I paid, and at some point unbeatablesale can see clearly I paid.

Zero stars- this company is nothing but criminals. They lied to make the sale. Told me a item was in stock when it wasn’t. Days later I complained on email. They sent me a generated label that was just a label no product shipped. We called lies. Said warehouse never got the order, than so generated the label. We then asked to cancel the item they did not have. She claimed the charge would fall off. Instead 2 days after they “cancelled” they charged my card. For a item they don’t have. It’s ama OMG these con artists are in business. My suggestion if everyone does a dispute through their bank they will lose their merchant card for so many cases. So I encourage shutting this place down. Also they had the nerve to try to stop the dispute using a non-cancellation policy when they never shipped the item.

I purchased a $300 mirror from this company via Walmart.com. I immediately got an email confirmation, but the item was the wrong one. I immediately emailed the company telling them they confirmed the wrong item, and told them to cancel so I could get the correct item. Needing the item I decided to order the correct one - figuring they would cancel the first one. When they didnt respond to my email, I tried calling, waiting on hold for 45 minutes at a time but they never pick up. They took almost 2 weeks to respond to my email, saying they couldnt cancel because the item already shipped.
If they would check their email (the website says they respond within 24 hours - not true). They shipped 3 days after my order - both items neither of which has been received. LOOK AT ALL OF THEIR REVIEWS - THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE, poor customer service is an understatement. Walmart should be ashamed they do business with this company. STAY AWAY, because if there is any problem with your order, you will be out of luck!!!

This was my first experience with purchasing from this company. The purchase was hard candy apple barrels. It sound small but wasn't because it was a gift to a family member that looked forward to them as a gift. They did cost and I work very hard for my money. Well about a week later I decided to contact the company because I never received a receipt for my order through email so I contacted the company and then was told the purchase was discontinued. I ask the sales representative why wasn't I told that once they took my money. She said they don't know what is at the warehouse.
I was thinking why was the product on display. Well she then said they would refund my money and I will have a refund in about four to five business days. Later on I received an that they will be shipping out some lawn equipment that I never ordered. I contacted them once again and mentioned my refund and they said I have to call Walmart. The representatives was rude. They gave me so much run around. I am so disappointed because I work to hard for my money. Please never purchase from this company because they will not refund you your money. They will send what they want.

I gave one star because zero was not an option. Ordered the nightstand in January. It came with a crack all the way up on of the side legs. I immediately contacted the company who said they would file a claim with their delivery company. I told them the box was perfect, the item must have been damaged before placing in the box. They said they had to do it anyway. I sent several emails only to get the "working on it" response. Now, 3 months later, I get an email that said the carrier denied the claim. Called the company today and am still getting the runaround. This company is horrible to deal with!

Never buy anything from them again. I purchased some products and needed to return them, they will not take anything back. Good luck if you need to return anything. Poor customer service too! I will continue to buy at Nordstrom and other places instead of this company. I tried them for the first time and huge disappointment.

I ordered a hair dryer from Walmart.com. I requested to cancel my order TWO minutes after I placed the order. They acknowledged my request a few hours later. Needless to say they sent the dryer 3 days later. Now I'm stuck with shipping and possibly a restocking fee. It's not worth sending back. This seems to be a common practice with them.

I was out of town and put this product in my eBay watch list. They advertised for $257 on a Friday, told my wife to buy it Sunday night. When I get home I pulled up the purchase and see I had paid $277, they had 7 available but put only that one up to $277 after advertiseing it for $257. I emailed them as to why I was the only one they jacked the price up $20, their response, (our records show you paid $277). Without giving me a logic reason I assumed the price increase had something to do with the corona virus.

Unbeatable Sale will say anything to make the sale. They lied to me about what I would be receiving. The description clearly stated a booster fan with adapter. I contacted customer service to verify that I would receive a fan and an adapter, not just the adapter. Customer service said yes, I will receive a fan with adapter. Guess what? I received just the adapter and I had to pay return shipping costs and they are refusing to refund me my original shipping costs.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! I placed an order for an enclosed ceiling fan as a Christmas gift. When I finally received the package which was not delivered in the time frame listed. It was not the fan I ordered but some sort of sheep metal light pan. When contacting Tyne my several times to be told they are looking into it and will let me know when the correct item is shipped. I never heard anything so again contacted them to be told that “THE ITEM WAS LISTED INCORRECT AND THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE ITEM I ORDERED!" So I would get a refund. Still do not have a refund and it's been weeks. They update the ad where I placed the order and it now says they have four fans in stock??? Don’t waste your time calling because you get a voice mail and no one calls back. This place is a complete rip off.

Ordered a Riedel wine decanter for a Christmas gift for my son’s family. The price posted on their website of $189.00 was charged to my credit card. My son called to tell me he received printer toner from Unbeatable and wondered why I had sent this gift. I called the customer service at Unbeatable and was told that there was an alleged mix-up. The shopping department and. That the decanter would be sent out in 3 to 5 business days. Instead I received an email purportedly apologizing for my dissatisfaction with my purchase and attaching a return label. I again called and was told, this time that the decanter was unavailable, but no credit would be given until the printer toner was received.
I believe that Unbeatable realized that it had sold me the requested decanter for a price that was too low, as other sites had the item for $100 more, and decided to intentionally ship a totally different product knowing that it would be returned. I believe that I was scammed and Unbeatable’s refusal to immediately either ship me the product I ordered and paid for or immediately credit my account and holding my money pending return of at most a $30 printer toner is duplicitous, fraudulent and a consumer scam.

I ordered furniture from the Walmart site and was shipped by Unbeatable Sale. They refuse to send me a shipping label to return. I paid 51.64 for shipping and the Corp office tried to tell me they paid for the shipping. If that's the case, why did the amount come out of my account? If you order online and you see this company name, you will have difficulty returning and what you receive will probably not be what you ordered.

I ordered the item with the model number of the tractor. It does not fit that model I ordered thru the Sears website. Contacted both companies and they want me to pay shipping on a 50 lb box. Unbelievable. Sales lied to me and said the sent the return label but did not. I am currently out $370 on an item that will never fit this model Craftsman lawn tractor.

Placed an order for a box of 50 items, according to the product description at Sears online marketplace, which is offered and fulfilled by this business and received only 1 item. I contacted them to either ship the missing 49 items or a pre-paid shipping label to return the 1 item. They refused both. Stay away from them!

Company refused a shipping refund for a package I received damage. Not only did they take weeks to give me a partial refund, but they would never return a call or email back. I would buy somewhere else if possible. In their Email to me they said that I refused parts and therefore no shipping refunds allowed. I never refused replacement parts as I was never offered parts, nor should I have to fix my own product. Spending $300 and having to fix it yourself isn’t right. Shame on a company for treating their customers like this. Probably one of the worse customer service companies I have ever dealt with.

I purchased a Dirt Devil hand vac via Walmart website, which apparently uses this place. I ordered the incorrect item - my fault-ordered corded and not cordless. So, I e-mailed Walmart site as to how I would return an item. They responded indicating they forwarded my inquiry to Unbeatable. They did, indeed, and I received an e-mail asking if I would like to keep the item for 15% off the item cost. Well no, it's not what I wanted. Further-use the item's original packing, include the packing slip that was received with the order and use the RMA# provided in said e-mail - write it on a piece of paper and place one RMA inside the box and one RMA on the outside and mail to specific address.
Now here's the kicker - the Dirt Devil was sent to me in the regular shelf box, with an adhesive sticker just slapped on the box indicating my name, address and their return address. No packing slips, no packing of any kind. AND, the Walmart site indicated I qualified for 'free shipping' as I'd ordered another item so the total was $69.81 and Unbeatable Sales charged me $13.25 for shipping. For $13.25 I could've driven to New Jersey and picked this crap up. NEVER AGAIN. Lesson learned, unfortunately the hard way. SAVE YOURSELVES THE TIME, EFFORT, ENERGY AND HARD EARNED CASH! Remember-IF IT SOUND TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT IS!

We received our order for a 7 Piece Dinning Room set and after spending 2 hours assembling the chairs we find out that the table is defective and will not slide open. I have contacted their customer service every other day and got the same line from everyone. I have spoke with Dave, Joe, Derrick and I just spoke with Samantha who tells me that she is a a manager. They keep telling me that since the replacement table top has to ship via a freight line they cannot get one in to pick it up in Texas. It has been 3 weeks, I have a defective table and chairs that I cannot use and they have my money. I keep getting told that in will ship in a day or two. As I stated it has been 3 weeks of the next day or two.

I searched for a rolling cart for my dumbbells. I found the perfect one pictured on Unbeatable Sales website, so I ordered it. When it came, the only thing in the box was the rack and bar to hold the weights in. No top, bottom or sides. Absolutely unusable as it came. Called customer service and all they kept saying was I got what I ordered. So I’m out $32 for shipping and may also lose a 25% restocking fee. They didn’t even sell the other parts to complete what was pictured to make what I received useable! Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

I had a bad experience as well, I agree with everyone else. They lack not only in customer service but in business ethics. Do yourselves a favor and order from someone more reputable. After they charged my card, they decided to cancel my order due to their error.

Other problems. Joe at UnbeatableSale told me he would create a return label in 2 business to return the defective product. When I got no response for a week, I called Joe. He said I had to call the manufacturer to troubleshoot the device because they do not accept returns of electronic products if the package has been opened unless they are found defective by the manufacturer. I had the same and very rude discussion with a supposed supervisor and someone at their corporate office. Both rudely and loudly giving me the ultimatum to call the manufacturer or hang up!
I called Lenovo, and they created a case but said they have no process or connection with UnbeatableSale. I was advised to return the computer to UnbeatableSale or send it to Lenovo for repair under warranty. Why would I accept a laptop that requires repair off the production line? I spoke with Tony Ann, Joe's supervisor, who treated me like a crook. She retrenched from their earlier disclaimer and said all they would do is help me ship the device to Lenovo. After arguing about it took me six days to report the defective device, and that it could have been something that I did to slow the computer down, Tony Ann said she would review the conversation I had with Joe and reach out again to her warehouse, who had required troubleshooting by the manufacturer.
She has not called me in 24 hours, as promised. Do not do business with this band of thieves. They have a disclaimer on their website that they will accept returns in 30 days, but not of laptops and other electronics. I blame AMEX for doing business with this crooked company because their prices are low due to their service and ethics being awful..

I ordered a glass and aluminum computer desk from Walmart which goes though them. This company is such a liar about the pictures they put out there on other websites. The pictures that are on Walmart, Wayfair, Amazon and Houzz is not the computer you will get if you order Computer Desk CT-009. When you slide under this desk your leg room is compromised and the desk rubs against your thighs. The post where the keyboard is are too long and they leave less room for you to slide under it comfortably. They are so bad they would not give me a return label. This desk is heavy and it ate up my refund just returning it. Wayfair was honest about telling me the truth the pictures on these website of the desk are old picture and you will not get the desk they are showing on the website. I will also post my review on the BBB.

Placed order for 1 item for a gift, 3-3 1/2 weeks later no item, no response. Lady at rakuten very helpful but I decided to call unbeatable sale directly. I also e-mailed few times, with only warehouse working on order for a reply. Supervisor or manager said not their fault, sorry for delay. I'M NOT TAKING THAT AS A GOOD ANSWER. On August 5th, 2019, I placed an order for Autographed NFL Mini Helmets consisting of: John Taylor (49ers), Deion Branch (Patriots) & Fred Taylor (Jaguars). When I received my package and opened it, only the John Taylor and Fred Taylor were in the package. I contacted Unbeatablesale concerning this missing item via E-Mail, I received an E-Mail back on August 12, stating "We have emailed the warehouse to ship the missing helmet and do apologize. Once we receive the tracking information we will email you. We do apologize for the inconvenience."
On August 15, 2019, I E-Mailed them again asking "Any word from your Warehouse?" On August 16th I received an E-Mail stating "Please be advised that the warehouse shipped all of your items in the same box. Please check again." - I know what I received and didn't receive as I collect as well as sell these helmets! BEWARE OF UNBEATABLESALE, especially if you order multiple items as they will short you on your order and refuse to make good on it!

After placing an order for a bird house that looked great on Groupon's website and coming from Great Sales.com I've had nothing but aggravation from start to finish. Groupon's website says that returns from third-party sales have to be handled by the company and the company wouldn't do anything because they claimed it had to be handled by Groupon. The product was of really poor quality and very misleading. It cost me $40.00 plus $10.00 for shipping and when I went to send it back they don't cover the shipping and it cost me another $20. to send it back. Thank you very much but the last time I shop Groupon or this site. So much better service and handling at Amazon, Wayfair, eBay to mention a few. I recommend staying away from here!!

Plates scratched the table and they are not helping. Yes the table was scratched after having it for 30 days and they are not willing to help me with a exchange or refund. Shopped online for a magic marker I buy frequently. Found a good price for a box of 12 on unbeatable sale, ordered 10 boxes. Today received 10 markers. I usually pay about 1.75 per marker. This order indicated I was getting a new customer discount and I was excited to buy 120 markers for about .85 each. until they arrived and I learned I was charged over $10 per marker. Unbeatable sale? Even NASA would disagree.

I put together the Bird Bath in the house and proceeded to carry it outside by the bowl. The bowl broke loose from the stem. I called UnbeatableSale who was the third party seller. I purchased an item from their Google Express store and called them to confirm they will be shipping the right product based on the item number. None of the customer rep. know what they are selling and confirm I will be getting the right item. Tried calling the sales team multiple times but went to the answering machine. I purchased an item on February 20, 2019. The item was late, and one of the two boxes didn’t show tracking information. I probably call the company and asked for an update and they continued to say that everything was on track. Many days after the second box was expected I called the company back and they explained that they didn’t know where the box was. They started an investigation looking for the box and after weeks have gone by I lost my patience and I bought the item from another company.
When I reconnected with UnbeatableSale to return the one part that I had received, they insisted that I continue to be patient until they figure it out. I explain to them that I had already purchased the item From another retailer and then I would not be needing this one any longer. They were hesitant to help me but eventually sent me a return tag to send them in the box I had via UPS. Again, after not hearing from them for an unreasonable amount of time in my opinion, I called UnbeatableSale back again and they stated that they could not find the box that had been returned and sign for according to UPS.
Today marks a little bit more than three months since I first made the purchase and a month since I returned the box for UPS and the company is still refusing to return my money. It’s gotten to the point where no one will even return my phone calls or my emails either. The Customer Service associates that were assigned to my case have stopped responding to me altogether and the main customer service line just repeatedly tells me that someone is working on my case with no additional information. It’s absolutely ridiculous to hold $1200 of someone’s money with no resolution and no access to. Customer Service.
I am incredibly disappointed and I am sharing this story wherever I can in the hopes that it will spare someone from a similar situation. The item was not that much less expensive and it definitely wasn’t worth all this trouble. I will also be reaching out to Walmart.com where I originally purchased the item and it was shipped by this company as a third-party and letting them know the service that they are providing. I do not think that this is the service that even Walmart would give to its customers.

I was assured by William **, "We have sufficient quantity of this item to handle any orders." Even after asking to check actual on-hand stock. Received an email 7 days later. After I placed my order for a gazebo bird feeder, I saw the reviews for UnbeatableSale and was quite worried. I think there were only about two good reviews in the last six months. Felt I had to leave a review. I had a great experience, with no problems. The price was much lower than other places that I checked. I was also able to use a coupon, which made it even lower. It arrived less than a week after I placed my order. The feeder was doubled boxed and well packed - no damage. The feeder is well made and very impressive. Couldn't have had a better transaction.

I ordered 12 x 5 oz bags of Cardini's croutons, but received only one. Called customer service and she said that was the measurement of the bag. Whoever heard of using inches by oz in a measurement. Plus the bag is 9.5 inches tall, not 12. Customer service was very rude and would not make it right. $22.30 for ONE bag of croutons. Beware of this "unbeatable sale", it's not unbeatable. It's fraud. Thank good for American Express who issued a credit against this seller.

Ordered and paid for six 5 oz pkgs of Catmandoo Cat treats, as listed. Was sent one pkg in a large carton. When I contacted their customer service dept, informing them of error, I received an email that I could keep my package of cat treats with a 15% off discount for my trouble. It cost me 33.40 for one pkg of cat treats that sell for approximately 13.99 at pet stores. (It's been over a week and I didn't receive my discount, either.) I placed an order for St. Patrick's Day Socks for my son's hockey team. I ordered 16 PAIRS of socks. Only 8 Pair were received in the package. I contacted them, they apologized and re-sent me a package. This package only contained 4 pairs (From Party City by the way), so I was still short 4 pairs. When I contacted them again, they have been trying to tell me I ordered only 16 socks, not 16 pairs. WHO sells socks as individuals??? And that is not what my receipt states. Ordered 4 test lights in Dec 18. They sent me a pack of light bulbs worth one dollar. My order was billed 121.40. It is almost 3 months trying to get a refund. I was very nervous to purchase anything from this company based on reviews but did so anyways. I have a problem happen with my UPS tracking number of my product. I ended up with two tracking numbers and was confused because I only ordered one product. Turns out one of these tracking numbers was for someone else who purchased same product from the city I live in. I called UnbeatableSale and they went above and beyond to help solve my problem. The sales associate connected me with corporate and I spoke with a woman named Donna. She was more than eager to help me with my problem and get it sorted out by the next day.
Two days later she emailed me back with my correct tracking number and thanked me for bringing the problem to their attention. When I did get my product, it was exactly as pictured and absolutely lovely. I have no complaints about this company and am surprised by all the negative reviews. I hope others have just as good experiences in the future!

My complaint is with Walmart.com as well as unbeatablesale.com, as I thought I was ordering from a known retailer and was handed off during the process to a third party vendor with horrible customer service and misleading sales information. I ordered a wall clock and the colors shown were not the colors that came. Box arrived with no packing slip, no receipt nor way to return or contact company. I reached out to Walmart and they placed me in contact. I was first told I did not meet the 30 day return window. I did by over a week. I was then told, I had to submit photos showing the color. I did, see below. I was then offered 15% off to keep the product I did not want and was told shipping was up to me... I purchased call blocker through Walmart online and UnbeatableSale was the third party. I was unable to get the call blocker to work with my landline phone so contacted Walmart about returning it. They contacted UnbeatableSale and were told it could not be returned as they do not allow returns on electronics. I was stuck with an item that I could not use and could not get my money refunded through UnbeatableSale. If a product does not work it should be able to be returned with a complete refund.

This was the rudest company I have ever dealt with. They told me the item had shipped and that I could not cancel it right after the order was put in. Within minutes. So I called FedEx and they said they had not even received a notice for pick up. Unbeatable Sale lies to customers. Then they charged me a 35% restocking fee to return the item. A total scam!!! Joseph, the agent, was so rude and unhelpful. He also mocked me as a customer. I would never recommend buying from them.

I purchased a Char-Broil Grill Cover from Walmart.com. This company was selling it for $8.42. I thought it was a great deal so I ordered it. Came within 3 days which was really quick for regular shipping. I got home and received my package, Well, instead of the grill cover I paid for I got a lousy $2 3 switch Eaton wall plate. So, I called the company and explained to them the mess up. They asked me to take a picture and email it to them, as I did. They emailed me back today and said "Sorry you received the wrong item, but we cannot send you the item you were expecting" and "We will give you a full refund". Well, I sure as hell hope so!!! Called CS and was HUNG UP ON while politely asking why the delay when I paid $12 for EXPEDITED SHIPPING??? Response, "Well, we technically did not receive the order for 2 days since we are closed on weekends and we ship all items within 7-10 DAYS!" NOWHERE on the order did it say anything about such delays. I asked about the return since they messed up the shipping, and they want ME to pay them 25% restocking fee!! WHAT GALL!! This was the 1st and LAST time I order from them. Filing dispute with PayPal and American Express on these people.

I ordered my son a pair of muck boots off of Amazon, and it was through this company. I've seen a lot of crooks in companies before, but these people take the cake. "Do not order from them!!! I'm questioning even ordering from Amazon anymore. I ordered the boots on Dec. 2nd. They billed me. Then, on the 3rd, they billed me and sent another pair! $117.73. I contacted Amazon and the company. Unbeatable Sale kept making excuses as to why they couldn't help me. Their system was down etc. Finally, Amazon opened a claim, then, by the next day said they closed the claim and I needed to deal with the company myself. Unbeatable Sale asked me to keep the second $117.73 pair of boots to "avoid the hassle". For them that is.
I asked them to send me a shipping label, because I was not going to pay to ship something back that I didn't order. Customer service did send one, and said over and over, and argued with me on the phone that even though the label said "postage due", it was indeed a prepaid label. Any fool knows that isn't true. Said I needed to go to UPS and have them scan it. Took it there, and yeah, I was gonna get charged $44. To ship them back.
Fast forward to a week's worth of phone calls and messages to and from Unbeatable Sale and Amazon, Unbeatable Sale received the boots back, then, proceeds to tell me it may be a week before I get my money back. I said, "Nah, I'm getting it today." They had my money for a week, tried to talk me into keeping a second pair of boots they overcharged me for and sent to me, and still keeping my money. Amazon is no better, they were zero help, and to let a company like this keep selling through them is crazy. Read Unbeatable Sale's reviews on their Facebook page and on here. Save yourself a lot of money, time, and headaches. Most unprofessional companies I've ever seen.

I ordered a NFL jersey (#7 - Joe Theismann) that was advertised as an "Elite" jersey with handstitched letters/numbers. What came was a very poor-quality jersey that had a mesh front such that I would never be able to wear it. I reached out to customer service to request a return & refund and was told, "We are very sorry. We will not accept returns on Sports related autographed Memorabilia and Collectibles or on any custom made items such as any customized car mats or children's furniture," to which I made clear in response that this was not a customized or signed item. They refused to reply to any further emails, even when I offered to pay shipping costs of the jersey back to them. This company is defrauding customers and needs to be shut down, in my opinion.

I ordered a $70 Utopia Alley shower caddy through Overstock.com. Definitely more than I wanted to spend but thought the quality and rustproof guarantee was worth it. I wasn't aware that UnbeatableSale.com was the actual vendor. I would have looked up the consumer reviews and reconsidered. This is the lowest review of a business I have ever done business with. Lesson learned. The item arrived within 7 days. The box was in perfect condition but I opened it up and inspected it anyway, counting the pieces etc. It was all there. Life happened and a month went by before I was able to get the caddy up in the shower (Labor Day weekend, school starting and we sprung a leak). The assembly was a breeze until I got to the last tier. The screw wasn't catching. I played around with it and realized it was a defective screw with short threads.
When I emailed customer service they responded within 24 hours telling me they couldn't offer any help since my purchase date was beyond 30 days. I ordered 8/25, it shipped 8/27, I received it 9/5. I contacted them 10/7. They didn't offer any help or support at all and told me to contact the manufacturer. When I explained I received the item 32 days ago and for such an expensive item I was hoping for some flexibility they just simply didn't respond. I guess they don't care about customer satisfaction or support the items they sell. LUCKILY the manufacturer was amazing! Utopia Alley responded within a few hours saying they would promptly send replacement parts. Shame on you UnbeatableSale.

I ordered the chair rail from Shop.com for the top of wainscoting I was installing. I didn’t realize the item was actually sold through UnbeatableSale, but OK. The item I received was clearly not the item I ordered. I sent an email to customer service with a photo of the item and then called customer service who said I would get an email response. I received an email stating I could keep the item for 50% off or send it back to them AT MY EXPENSE. The cost of shipping would equal or exceed the refund. If you’re reading this, you probably have had a similar problem with this company. I believe from reading other reviews that this is the MO for this company to get out of making good on damaged or incorrect orders. Lesson learned.

Ordered a beautiful living room suite thru Walmart from Unbeatable Sales. BIG, BIG mistake. Upon contact from YRC (their freight carrier), was told that they would like to set up delivery to my home. NO ONE MENTIONED either online or when sale was made that I would be responsible for getting living room suite (450 lbs) into my home. Had sons and family members here to assist with getting furniture in my home. Delivery was scheduled between 2-5 pm. At 6:18, I call YRC freight to check on shipment. "OH, we're Sorry, Ms. ** but shipment is still in Florida." Long, long story short.
Finally received living room suite, but INCORRECT accent chair was shipped, so I decline that part of shipment. Also the feet that I had to attach to sofa and loveseat were incorrect, making my living room look slanted. Long, long story short, continued. Finally this week YRC called to set up deliver appt. for 9/21/18 between 2-5. At 6:30 I called again as I had son here to help. "Oops, can't deliver today, should be next week." Needless to say, I was livid and vented again. SAVE YOURSELF time and hassle and don't order from them.

We ordered 3 individual porch swings from Unbeatable through KMart. Good luck trying to return anything. No one will take responsibility to help you. KMart says deal with Unbeatable. Unbeatable's site says deal with Sears. When I finally reached someone, I was told they do not issue return labels and it was on me. The return shipping of these swings would be almost twice as much as I paid for them. They could issue me a 15% discount to keep the swings. NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE.

Upon receiving a slip cover for a chair in blue with black stripes I contacted the company to be told I could return it, but would have to pay all shipping costs which half of what I paid for the item. The lady told me it's not their fault the internet said chair not chair cover and there is a picture so I should have figured out it was black and blue. I wish I could post the picture here for you, it is definitely blue on the picture. Very upset and because I ordered it from Walmart who now lets 3rd parties go through them, and Walmart also refused to help me. I'm done with both companies.

Shoddy service, rude, NO RETURN, NO FOLLOW-UP; was my fault for opening the package after freight carrier left. Product was damaged IN TRANSIT. Freight paperwork states accepting product as it is at time of signature! WOW!!! Never had this happen to me before. Came from Walmart online 7-10 weeks for freight carrier to respond to request of damaged goods. Last time I had a board damaged. The distributor immediately sent out a new one and we could do whatever we wanted with the damaged one (we gave it to a non-profit agency). I've lodged a complaint with Walmart on this company also.

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. I ordered a kid's bike through Amazon. I thought it was a little too expensive so I cancelled it right away. I even received an email verifying the cancellation. Despite the cancellation they sent it. I called Amazon and they saw the cancellation and I was charged for 2 bikes and only received 1. You can only contact this company via email. They stated that they don't prepay for return labels. I called UPS and it was doing be more than double what I paid to begin with to return it. Then I told the company that I will keep the bike. Just give me my money back for the bike that I didn't receive. They refused, stating that they wont refund anything until I send the bike back. Of course they won't. They just want more of my money. I think this company is nothing but crooks. Horrible customer service. They should be put out of business.

I contacted UPS and it was going to cost me another $150-200 to send it back. Are you kidding me! So I was speaking with this company through emails because you cant contact them via phone. I asked them to at least give me my money back for one of the bikes. They refused until I sent the bike back! Of course they want me to send it back. That way they can get more of my money. They are nothing but crooks! I hope they are put out of business.

I placed an order through Walmart on a fan tower, thought it was coming from Walmart as everything I went through showed Walmart. Found out after I placed the order and got confirmation that it was a 3rd party company, so I canceled the transaction in less than 2 hours. I got an email from Unbeatable sales that they got my cancelation order, but they charged me on the date for the item and shipped it out 4 days later saying they got the cancelation request after it was shipped.
They told me it was too late to cancel and if I want to return my order that they can give me instructions on how to return it, however I have to pay for yet another shipping fee and there will be a restocking fee. So now the $32 shipping fee to me, plus an additional $32 to ship back plus a restocking fee... WTF? It costs more to do that than the item I bought! I also called Walmart saying I bought it from them and I will return it to them and they will not take it back. That I have to send it back to Unbeatable sales. I will never buy anything online from Walmart ever again as they can't honor their own customers a refund for items bought on their own website.

I ordered the Jobar JB7243SIL Anywhere Floor Lamp with Foot Control off the Overstock.com website with Unbeatable Sale being the third party vendor. Shortly after I placed the order I read on the Internet that this product was being sold elsewhere at a lesser price than the $41.00 I was being charged by ordering from Overstock so I tried to cancel the order but was told I couldn't. "It had already been ordered from Unbeatable Sale"; Overstock not too helpful. I sent an email to Unbeatable & tried to cancel the order directly but was told, "No. It had shipped." (What a lie.)
I asked for their return policy since I didn't want it. Well their return policy makes it almost impossible to return so after much back & forth they said they would give me a 15% discount if I kept the product which was better than paying the shipping costs back which I knew would be high. I asked them if they bought low on other sites & sold high on Overstock; more back & forth. Guess they didn't like my snark. When the product arrived the box appeared to have been already opened & taped back again so I took pics of that & made them aware of it. When I finally opened the box & put it together I was less than impressed at the entire light itself & how little it lit up the small area I bought it for so I've decided to donate this 'light' to Goodwill & perhaps someone else can make use of it; rather donate it than toss it in the garbage... Waste of money & never again will I purchase anything from either website.

I ordered a recliner chair on Sears website based on the description and specs. It stated it was a power recliner and gray. The chair was shipped via a third party, UnbeatableSales. I received the chair damaged (footrest permanently in out position) and not the power chair I ordered. I immediately contacted UnbeatableSales with this information. They repeatedly said the chair delivered is what I ordered and said it was my responsibility to pack, ship and pay for return delivery. I contacted Sears as well of this mistake claiming this was fraudulent advertising. Sears did nothing. I realized then both companies are scamming consumers. Sears writes fake descriptions on their website to get people to buy their product then Unbeatable ships whatever they have in stock. These people need to be stopped.

I ordered toothbrushes through UnbeatableSale.com via the Walmart.ca website. I ordered a large quantity and as a result the delivery costs were $40. I received twelve toothbrushes in a huge box. Normally, I would return for a refund but their delivery policy stipulates that you have to return in the same box. I have made several calls to try to resolve the situation. I have also tried to bring this matter to the attention of Walmart.ca because I think that they need to take some responsibility.

I ordered a rolling travel bag with a computer case and had it less than 30 days when the support legs cracked. I sent a message to UnbeatableSale Inc. and was told that I would have to reach out to the manufacturer. This is not what is stated in the return policy. I do not recommend this company. Saving a few dollars on the product but getting zero customer service when you need it is not worth the savings.

I work for an alarm company and we use an impact printer, for our invoicing, and they are becoming hard to find, but through Newegg.com I found it but it was from unbeatablesale.com. I ordered it. The price was right on 04-01-2018, they billed my credit card the 260.00. I waited for a tracking number. Contacted Newegg.com see where the printer was on 04-17-2018. They found out and I that this item was back ordered. It said nothing about it being back ordered. I called on 04-30-2018 back to Newegg.com. They sent emails to them and inquiring about the printer, nothing received, no emails back from this company.
I called on 05-02-2018 back to Newegg.com and they had sent another email for status still nothing. I said cancel the order. I don't need it or want the item, they sent that email to the seller. I received nothing so a final call today 05-04-2018 back to Newegg.com and they contacted unbeatablesale.com on the phone and I told them I wanted to return it, Willie from Unbeatable Sale said they don't send out RMAs. I said, "Well you had no trouble billing the company credit card." He said, "You have to pay for shipping back." This company is nothing but a hassle, I will never buy from this company again. I placed an order for a DVD which was listed as “in stock” (it is STILL listed as “in stock” on the website). After not receiving any confirmation email, I emailed them one week later to inquire about the order and was advised they were “looking into it”. I sent three additional emails over the course of the next few weeks asking about my order. I never received any reply.
I finally filed a BBB complaint. UnbeatableSale replies that the order was unfilled because of “no stock” and they lied and stated they replied to all of my emails. Although I never did actually cancel the order, they refunded my money (the only positive outcome of this) “per my request”. What I actually asked for was: 1) an answer about the stays of my order, 2) for the order to be fulfilled and 3) if the item is actually out of stock (as I noted above, the item was and is currently listed as “in stock” on their website) then to please advise me of that and refund my money. Overall this was a terrible experience for what should have been a very simple transaction. I wish that I had done more research on their business before I placed my order, as it seems many others have had a similar experience. How they maintain an “A” rating with the BBB is beyond me.

If I could give this company a -10 I would. I ordered this vanity top and paid upfront a $54.99 shipping and handling fee. When it was delivered it was in pieces, because it was not Properly wrapped by the company. My husband was the only one home and saw that product WAS IN PIECES he automatically refused it. NOW THEY ONLY WANT TO PAY ME FOR THE VANITY BUT NOT REIMBURSE ME THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING. Vendor is responsible for wrapping product good enough to ship, but they didn't and should be responsible for paying me my shipping and handling back. Ordered 3 pool motors from Unbeatable Sale through Walmart.com website. Complete description and picture of item was posted. Item is Bluffton b1247 pool motor. Received email for all 3 confirming sale, that also included item description and picture. Tracking site also showed picture and item description. No pool motors were delivered to me, instead I received 3 inflatable pool floats! I emailed Unbeatable Sale and was told the item I ordered was an error. Here is why I believe this to be intentional deception: Unbeatable Sale has other similar items listed on the Walmart.com website that are also deceptive, and the item I ordered is still on that website 8 days later! This case is currently being reported to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. Maybe that will stop these crooks or hopefully put them out of business.

I am very displeased with your response. I have ordered California Scents Orlando Squeeze Spray 2.9 ounces before in August 2017. I did not return these. Now I received your product, and when I spray the product, I immediately start coughing, have chest tightening, which are symptoms of my bronchospasm secondary to the exacerbation of my asthma. Your product does not have a citrus smell. I sprayed 2 cans. There is no scent whatsoever, it is certainly not the same product as the one I ordered in August 2017, and it exacerbates my asthma.
Now I request a refund of a product that I ordered from Amazon, WITHOUT any disclaimer that this is a "FINAL SALE" or "ALL SALES ARE FINAL", the product is causing an asthma attack, and now I must pay to ship it back to you with insurance? The seller must send me a return label and give me a full refund for product and shipping I paid for a defective product. Trust me, Monday I will file a claim with the Federal trade Commission at 1 877 438 4338 against UnbeatableSale, Inc.

Ordered a bathroom vanity from this crooked company. Item was received within a short time frame but damaged beyond use. Paid $1000 for the item and $400 for shipping which apparently comes with no protection of any sort, and because I signed receiving shipment, this is now my fault. To file a claim they said will take up to 120 days. It’s been over a month with no response at this point. Stay away from this company if you value your time and money.

I ordered a garment from this retailer through the Walmart website. After it arrived, I tried it on and it did not fit. I called customer service and they said that since I tried it on and the package was opened, they cannot take a return. How else was I suppose to find out it did not fit??? Customer service said it is on their website and when I said I ordered it through Walmart they told me that Walmart's website also states that if you buy something through their website other than from them, you are subject to the retailer's rules.
I certainly did not see it and did not expect not to be able to return it since I have returned numerous clothing articles to online retailers. I looked it up on Walmart's website an under "Returns Policy" (at the bottom of their website) it states "Items purchased from a Marketplace retailer cannot be returned to a Walmart store or to Walmart.com; they must be returned to their Marketplace Retailer in accordance with their returns policy. Please email the Marketplace retailer directly." WALMART SHOULD NOT CARRY THIS RETAILER. IT HAS 1 1/2 STAR RATING. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Please stay away from this company! I ordered an arm-chair and they sent me only the arm. I called multiple times and they were unwilling to offer any support whatsoever. I placed the order on Walmart.com and after I close to finalize the purchase, I learned that it was a different seller. Walmart is part of this mischievous business as well. Walmart shouldn’t allow this extremely poor rated company on its site. This is going to cost me some money out of my pocket. Imagine how disappointing this could be! I opened the box and the mirror was cracked in 12 pieces. I contacted UnbeatableSale.com and after many attempts reached a young girl who could not even help me. I purchased 2 Epson black ink cartridges from Jet.com. The picture and the written description showed them as original Epson cartridges with T252XL Ink Black as the description on the sale slip. This is what I purchased and I should have received. Instead, I received the Jet purchase through the company UnbeatableSale.com. The box contained 2 small white boxes with two Remanufactured cartridges; EPC252XL120 written on the boxes. Unbeatablesale.com said to contact Jet.com customer service. Janie from customer service said they had one cartridge remaining so they could not fill my order.
Jet.com originally stated they would return my money in about two weeks. However I have been told by Andrea I would get the money refunded sooner. Unbeatablesale.com is also featured as one of the key suppliers of Walmart. Unbeatablesale.com switched my order and sent me an inferior replacement cartridge. Unbeatablesale is a Walmart Company. They should know better than to bait and switch. I purchased an original manufactured product @2 for $47.56. I was sent a Chinese remanufactured product worth about 2 for $12.

I ordered a box of 40 toe warmers only to receive a single one in the mail. When I contacted customer service I was told there had been a listing error. I was offered a 50% refund or to ship back the single warmer (this was an order from Canada so shipping was quite expensive ). I ended up paying over 10x the price for a single toe warmer (not counting the time spent arguing with customer support). I have no idea why Walmart deals with this dishonest company.

I ordered a sectional thru UnbeatableSale and everything went thru. I was looking for sectional for my mother's home and found the perfect size and color thru this company. After a week I received a email thru Amazon that said my sale was canceled! I realized it said customer cancelled the sale... which I never did! I called UnbeatableSale and spoke with someone who said they cancelled the sale due to wrong price adjustment on the sectional. I spoke with a few people at work who said that is not allowed and they are in breach of their contract.
So before I could call them back I received a new email thru UnbeatableSale and it said, "Sorry for your inconvenience but we were told by our warehouse that we no longer have this sectional in stock and do not expect to get another one" so my sale was canceled and good luck! When I called them to let them know I heard 3 different stories as to why I am not going to receive this sectional he gave me the runaround and put me on hold for 30 minutes to transfer me to someone's voicemail! Very upset About this. Now my mother will be sitting in a chair until I find her a replacement!

I thought I ordered this through Walmart. I opened the box to look at it and decided it was not what I wanted. Boxed it right back up. Went to Walmart returns who sent me to Unbeatable Sale and they told me I could not return it because I opened the box. How was I suppose to see what it looked like? I thought I could return it to Walmart because I went to their site to order it. I thought Unbeatable Sale was a part of Walmart. Did not know it was a different company altogether. I can return it if I pay for postage and insurance (They charged me $15 for shipping) or I could keep it for a discounted price. So I said I'd keep it for $25.00. Did not answer me. Got email today that they credited me $6.00.

They shipped the wrong product to me. It is pretty simple. Black, boys ice skates size 4 were ordered. Girls size 4 white skates were shipped. I called customer service upon receipt. Online hunting for a good price on an RO (reverse osmosis) Filter, I found one at Unbeatablesale.com. I ordered and received the Filter. Several weeks later when beginning the installation, I discovered several parts missing which prevented the installation. I Sent a request to Unbeatablesale requesting them to send to me the missing parts. The response from Unbeatablesale was: "I received your message and I am very sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, we have a 30 day return/exchange period. If you are having a technical issue, please contact the manufacturer for further assistance. Please accept our sincere apologies. Thank you and have a wonderful day."
I have yet to be able to find the Manufacturer of the RO system. There is no name of the Manufacturer on the shipping box, no address, phone number, etc. Only indication of manufacturer on the box; "made in Taiwan". I have not been able to find the name of the manufacturer. So. $48.00 later I have replaced the missing parts. I would caution anyone buying from a source like this to consider it might be better to purchase from a source that assures customer service after the sale. UnbeatableSale.com, I believe, will not provide customer service after the sale.

To begin with Walmart should be ashamed of themselves for doing business with a company such as this. I received a Christmas gift for daughter from this company. My daughter received a Paris days for Christmas. Now the company tells me that we have to pay for shipping and ordered to return the item. This is a horrible experience in which I Hope that no one has to experience the problem of sending back a pair of something that is quite at our own expense when it was a gift.
The customer service rep was very inconsiderate and I asked her Is this the way that her company does business with everyone. She says yes. In Addition I was on hold forever and to get a response and an attitude such as this. This is not a company that I would recommend to anyone. Please do not do business with this company. If you have a choice stick to Walmart directly. Because one thing for sure is Walmart definitely honors their customers and respects them and does everything possible to have continued Business relations in which the customers will always come back.

After having finalizing an order for a prospecting kit, they cancel my order, they send me a email saying that they were cancelling the order because it was on back order. If it was on back order, then they shouldn't have allowed the completion of the order, hence they are breaching our contract. It made for a unhappy wife because we cannot find another vendor.

I ordered a Morgan Pegasus tricycle as a gift and it arrived with the paint rotted on the fender. I made numerous phone calls to customer service and all they said was UPS needed to inspect the package which I don't quite understand since they had nothing to do with the paint being rotted! I also explained I needed it by Dec 10th... they had no problem charging my credit card $200. I emailed Walmart 3x since I purchased it through them and they said a supervisor would call me within 24 hours which never happened! I purchased a pair of Cloud Nine Sheepskin Womens Ladies Bootie Slippers from Unbeatable Sale. I have bought the exact same kind of booties twice before and have given many as gifts. I bought in May, put in the closet until October. When I put them on the soles were lumpy. I wore in the house for two weeks thinking the soles would smooth out which they did not. I requested a return and was denied. I understand that this was out of the return window but retailers should stand behind defective product regardless. I purchased a online order from Walmart (I also wrote a review on Walmart as well) on November 3 2017. In that purchase was one outside item which would not send to store for me to pick up there, instead was told I had to have to sent to my house. I was not informed that I would be charged for shipping. If the shipping had been reasonable I most likely wouldn’t be writing this review. The item I purchased was only $12.15. I was charged $26.72 for shipping that’s over double the cost of the item. When I finally got in contact with someone they only refunded me $10.00 and said that would be the most they could refund. A $12.15 item actually cost me $26.72 because the shipping is crazy high. Unbeatable prices. Yeah right. They make up for in charging double the cost on shipping!

I ordered a large Ka-bar straight edge short knife through Amazon. UnbeatableSale.com was the seller. My order was canceled for no reason. When I called to ask why they said it was out of stock while I had their website up advertising the knife as in stock for $30 dollars more. The customer service lady kept saying that it took 24 hours to update the site, when I called it was 4 days after my order cancellation. So they were either out of stock and still trying to sell the knife or they had them and just didnt want to sell it as advertised and used out of stock as an excuse.

I purchased a sofa sleeper on Walmart.com from Unbeatablesale. The pictures AND the title were very misleading. It's should have read "Micro Suede Sofa Sleeper for Kids," not Micro Suede Sofa Sleeper. I didn't check the measurements because they were not available upfront. Once I went back to the site I noticed you had to click on two links to access that information. With the new information at hand I called them immediately and was told the sofa sleeper was shipped already and they do not allow returns on furniture.
They finally offered me a 10% refund off the purchase price without the cost of shipping ($17) or to return it for with a shipping price of $142. I have since read many other reviews about this company giving out misleading information along with other horrific complaints. Most companies offer 100% back guarantee. I will never shop there again or use Walmart.com. I'll stick with Amazon as they offer the 100% back guarantee. False advertising! Plain and simple.

I ordered a rug from WalMart.com on 10/8 that was fulfilled by UnbeatableSale. I received a confirmation of the order with an estimated delivery date. On 10/9 I received notification of the order being canceled with the statement "sorry it didn't work out". Upon further research it was determined that there was a pricing difference between UnbeatableSale and Walmart.com.
When I called UnbeatableSale the lady was very very rude and stated that there was a pricing discrepancy so they canceled the order - not honored the order and corrected but canceled. So the customer is left without a rug because UnbeatableSale falsely advertised the price and was unwilling to honor it. I have never been treated so unprofessionally by a company I am trying to buy something from. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and as a matter of principle, I am contacting an attorney to see what options are to holding them to their falsely advertised price on the rug.

I bought a new house and ordered two twin loft beds with slides and play areas below and they shipped me the wrong products a week later. I called customer service and they informed me that I would have to wait the weekend to hear back from the warehouse on parts. I asked if I was able to put the beds together and they could ship me the tent and they said that they couldn't help me if the bed was assembled. Now my 3 and 5 year olds have to spend another 3 days on the floor waiting to hear what our next move is. I will definitely never order anything from them again and will be telling my co workers at the hospital about this as well.

Purchased a Camaflexi high loft bed for my 7 year old. Had it assembled it, and it was super unstable and unsafe for anyone to use. Called to return and they would not because it had been assembled. I pointed out there was no way to know if was unsafe if it wasn't put together. They still refused to return. I now have an unusable bed that I don't even feel safe selling to someone else. I purchased as a gift for my niece off her list/link of items. Placed the order thru Amazon which was not Prime eligible so I had to pay $12.99 shipping for a $90 toddler table. Received the item and was only a flat Lego board. Inquired on how to return and was offered a discounted rate. I declined since the item was not worth more than $40 tops. They replied they were sorry I felt that way. They stated if I chose to return then I would need to ship back insured and provide them the tracking information. The cost to ship back was $37.68 and I am left with nothing and they state they do not pay shipping charges. I filed a complaint with Amazon but did not want anyone else to make the mistake of purchasing through this seller.

We ordered a large rug and had emailed UnbeatableSale the correct shipping address 4 days before it shipped. They still shipped it to the incorrect address (our other office) and never emailed us back to confirm anything. When I asked to return the item they said we would have to pay for shipping to return the item which was fairly expensive because it was large rug. I bought a table and chair set through Sears for my new apartment. After a second look, I felt that the table did not go with the rest of the apartment so I called Sears for a refund. It turns out that Sears used a market place vendor which is Unbeatable Sales. I literally called 2 days after the order was placed and asked this stupid company for an exchange initially. Not a return, an EXCHANGE! Their return policy is that there aren't any returns or exchanges whatsoever on furniture. I had not even received the package yet and they wouldn't even help me out. If you buy it, you're stuck with it.
When the package came, they didn't even have the decency to call and tell me my package had arrived. They left my stuff on the side of the apartment building. After calling Sears and this ridiculous company for like four days (asking for a refund because I was so pissed I didn't want anything from them) I have now surrendered. I've not opened the box yet so I don't know if it's damaged. When you patronize a company the goal is to make the consumer happy. You should not be stuck with an item that you do not want.

On July 8, 2017 I ordered online the Boss Radio which was advertised for $12 with free shipping. When I finalized the purchase, it showed $37 on my credit card billing one minute after placing the order. I sent an email to cancel the purchase or reduce price. No answer to 2 emails. So I phoned them. The lady said that they could NOT change the price nor accept a returned item. The package has never been opened. For an "unbeatable" price, I could have bought the identical item through Amazon for $17 less than what I paid.

3 months ago this Broil chef 4 liquid propane gas grill was on Walmart.com priced for $366. I had try to purchase but it was sold out. I signed up for an email letting me know when the item would be. On August 9th purchased this item for $366 plus $53 for freight shipping. 6 days later I received an email saying they had cancelled my order because it required freight shipping and I purchase ground shipping. I was upset that they did not contact me before cancelling my order and giving me other options. When I contacted customer service they were very rude and I explained to them that when I purchased my item I didn't have any option for my shipping but it did say it was for freight shipping.
I asked to speak to a manager in corporate and I was sent to a voicemail which had no name on it. I received a call the next day and the man told me he was going to offer me 10% off if I wanted to reorder it. I explained to him that on his website it is priced higher than on Walmart.com. He asked me how much it was price for on Walmart.com and I told him $366. He said, "Yes that's what I'm selling it for." I was getting ready to reorder it and I asked him if it was a propane grill. He read the description and said, "Yes it is a portable propane grill." I said, "No the grill I was ordering was not portable. It was a drop-in." He tried to play it off by saying that Walmart sent them the wrong order number and that's why it's priced for that price. He tried to tell me he did not have this item in stock. I explained to him that the customer service yesterday told me they had 100 of this item in stock.
When on Walmart's website that item clearly states it is a drop-in Grill. Explain to him this was not the first time they've had it on Walmart's website for that price. He said there's nothing he can do. Item has already been taken down and he cannot sell it to me for that price. I feel like they are posting things for these prices and not wanting to honor it when they find out it was their mistake. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. They are very rude and don't try to keep the customer happy. This was a birthday gift for my husband and now he won't be getting it.

I purchased a glass revolving board that was on wheels from Unbeatable on 6/23. I received it 7/7. I used in 4 times and it shattered in multiple pieces. I called to get a replacement for a faulty product. They said they only took back product for 30 days and to contact the manufacturer. I contacted S.P. Richards and they said they only take product back for 10 days and to contact Unbeatable. No one would do anything about it and it was obvious it was a faulty product. It cost $190.00 and last least than two months and no customer service AT ALL was extended to me by either company. They just bounce around the fault so that no one has to do anything about it. How sad. I will never do business with either company again.

Buyer beware, I placed an order for a item which turned out to be the wrong item that I needed. I contacted UnbeatableSale directly to cancel the item ordered within 30 mins, they said that they would cancel the item but sent it anyway. The item was said to have been on back order anyhow. So it came within a couple of days from placing the order. Speaking to them does not work nor emailing them. They should have not sent the item, but the right hands doesn't know what the left hand is doing at this establishment apparently. I will never buy anything from these folks again. We ordered a Monsam portable sink and spent $1586. It arrived May 23 with the front cabinet glass shattered. I was happy to replace the glass, however, the glass was mitered into the cabinet door with glued wood to seal it. There was no way to replace the glass panel without ruining the cabinet door. I was looking for Redwood Tree stakes, which was a unique product, and UnbeatableSale.com had them. I called them on the phone to purchase directly and my experience with them has been better than with most other resellers when I’m buying these types of products. When they say they’ve got it, they’ve got it, and it even shipped out at a reasonable time. Their website was accurate too. It had what was in stock and what wasn’t in stock plus the description of the products. They also had decent pricing. The experience had been pleasant and easy. I will shop there again.

I purchased a 4pc luggage set from Sears.com on June 17, 2017. The item sold by a Sears marketplace provider, UnbeatableSale.com was delivered June 23,2017. When I ordered the item the description stated 4pc luggage set but since that time the description has been altered, but the picture remains the same. What I received was a cart with 2 wheels lying in the box. I thought I was ordering what the picture depicted and what the original description stated. I contacted Sears.com and UnbeatableSale.com on June 23, 2017 same day of delivery.
Now I find out UnbeatableSale.com does not send you prepaid label to return the item. On the Sears website, it says that for returns since UnbeatableSale.com does not have a custom return, that the Sears return policy will be used. It says nothing of using freight prepaid service to return items. I was told this via an email sent to me from UnbeatableSale.com. So you have to return their items using freight prepaid service and with insurance even if they, the shipper is at fault. The item was $40.24, but since UnbeatableSale.com will only take returns using freight prepaid shipping with insurance, It will cost me $111.00 to return a $40 item. DO NOT ORDER FROM UNBEATABLESALE.COM! Order from a trusted seller that will take responsibility for items, their advertisements and who will pay to have wrong items returned to them.

This is a terrible company. I ordered a pool table and part of the package arrived severely damaged. It took them over two weeks to resend the item. When we received the replacement piece, we brought all of the boxes inside to put it together. There was another damaged piece and when I called customer service, they would not issue me a refund because they said all damaged merchandise had to be reported within two days. I tried to explain to them that we did not open all of the boxes because we were waiting for the other damaged piece to arrive. Now I am left with an unusable pool table. I have to go out and try and purchase a replacement part myself that is not damaged. Buyer Beware!

I paid a price 136$ plus 41$ shipping to return the item and got 118$ refund after a lost 2 mos. of constant emailing them, begging and getting angry. This is the WORST OF THE WORSE. I will never ever ever ever buy anything here. It took me 3 weeks to finally get a return label for an item that they got wrong. After speaking with the uneducated, rude, unprofessional customer service staff (I must of spoken to at least 6-7 individuals). I called them 2x a week for 3 weeks. Every time I hung up with them I was promised a call back and/or an email and never did I get a response. Item arrived dented. Outer box not dented but item inside was dented and inner box in corresponding place, suggesting that it was not UPS but damaged in warehouse. Unbeatable very poor reply in timing. They wanted me to ship item back ($80.00 ups) for a $43.00 credit. All I wanted was what I paid for and they refuse to provide me with an undamaged item as promised. There seems to be nothing I can do to get what I paid for. Avoid this seller unless you want heartache. They claim great customer service. I have seen none of this. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Terrible customer service. They screwed up my order, and after wasting 30 minutes with customer service, they said they would correct the order and send the missing component, and they never did. So I had to call back a couple weeks later, and they would not fix the problem. The manager avoided my calls. This seems like a trend based on my experience and other reviews: Instead of fixing their mistakes, they hope the victims of their mistakes will give up and go away.

I came home to a huge package on my front doorstep. It was for someone I don't know, and the address had my street number with a house # range of 2600-2699. After no luck searching my neighborhood for the person, I called customer service to explain the situation. They told me FedEx would contact me and come get it.
Two days later, I call them again wondering why this giant piece of furniture is still in my garage. They tell me it could take up to five business days for the claim to go through with FedEx, but if I want it to go faster, I can call them myself. Wait. What? Why am I doing this? I'm trying to do the right thing here. This isn't my package, and I imagine the person who ordered it is wondering where the heck it is. The woman was extremely rude, explaining to me once again that my choices are to wait the five days or handle it myself. Since I need the space in my garage back, I called FedEx myself. UnbeatableSale.com has unbelievably bad customer service. I couldn't believe how badly they treated someone who was trying to help them.

Me and my wife ordered ACMEF1908 Acme Furniture 08185 KIT Glass Top Dining Table 5 piece on March 5. The charges were Product Total: $146.61 and Shipping as $169.79. UPS lost the package on March 15 and I called UPS. UPS opened a ticket to trace the packet and they could not locate it. UPS advised me to talk to UnbeatableSale. The UnbeatableSale said that they will work with UPS and I just requested for my refund and this is the reply I got: "I am sorry for any inconvenience, however; while we are able to send a full replacement to you for an item that got lost in transit, free of charge, if you opt instead to have a refund processed, you will not be refunded the shipping cost."
"We sent the claim status, we are waiting for them to contact us, if they have not received any information, they need to contact us to follow up."
When I followed back with Unbeatable Sale today (Friday April 7) the lady on the customer support said that she is not sure about my refund and they will tell me by next Wednesday if we will get our refund back. Now UPS have already given them the money for the product. UnbeatableSale could not deliver the dining table and they are just delaying the refund. They even hung up on me when I was trying to ask the lady nicely about the refund. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered something for my son's birthday (Rolliphant), it was 2 days late from arrival date. When I received the package, it was damaged (crushed on one side both outside box and inside box). Went to open it to check it and it was the complete wrong item, when I called they apologized, and told me they would ship the right one and let me know what to do with the wrong one. Got an email couple days later that said I needed to print the label they sent and bring the wrong toy to a UPS store. So they mess up my order, YET I'm the one doing all the work. Not to mention they won't send MY ACTUAL toy I originally ordered till I send the incorrect one back.
For one I don't have a computer nor a printer at my access, so now I have to find time as a single mom with 2 jobs to go to the library to print this label out. Then I have to take it to the UPS 25 MILES AWAY! So they mess up and I'm the one doing all the running while they hold my toy hostage! I didn't make them wait for payment till I got my product! And if they chose to send me a label via mail, they said it could take up to a week to get to me! So it's been 3 weeks and unless I do the running around I'm looking at a month to get my toy! Worst experience EVER! NEVER AGAIN unless they make this right! Normally I'm not the type to expect anything, but the fact that I have to waste my time and gas for their mistake, I figured I could of at least kept the toy so I could of had something to give him on his birthday. I'm barely making ends meet so this was all I could do for him and they ruined it. :(

Deliberate deception by UnbeatableSale.com. The site advertised a 3/4" female adaptor from Carlon, part no. E942ER-CTN. The manufacturers model number for the part is E942ER. The suffix CTN is the designation for a carton of 20 pieces. I ordered two cartons. They shipped two pieces for the price of two cartons. They have not responded to numerous attempts to correct the order or get a refund and want me to PAY to ship the two fittings back to them. Their advertisement appears to be purposely deceptive as they have repeatedly stated that their advertisement did not say 20 pieces and the ASTRONOMICAL price of $5.07 was per piece.

The worst sales company and the worst customer service! I am pregnant and ordered the mini crib mattress for my baby. I have confirmation email with the picture of the item. What I received is completely different. I sent pictures of 2 mattresses and they said they don't see the difference. They accepted return but I have to pay for the shipping cost which is almost the same as I paid for the item, and it's not refundable. According to their rules if they ship wrong item, they will refund shipping cost. But they don't want to agree their fault and pretend that all their staff are blind, because they cannot see the difference on the pictures. Scammers!

I've been using Chang Sheng soap for more than 15 years. It is a derivative or similar to an old time product called Colloidal Silver and it's absolutely amazing for a condition known as Rosacea but it's very hard to find and it was no longer available in catalogs that I received. I found it on Amazon and it was sourced by UnbeatableSale. I buy it from them since they were the only ones who have it. It’s not cheap but the price of it hasn't changed. UnbeatableSale is exactly what they say they are. They produce and deliver what you order, the service is fast and they’re 100% reliable. I can’t ask for anything more in a vendor. I’ve always been happy with their service and hopefully they’ll continue to have the soap. It's been a great experience and I've recommended them to a friend.

I was doing business with this company for 3 years spending $2,800 in sisal rope every 3 months. This last time I ordered we ended up not having the space to hold the product in our warehouse. I called within an hour to cancel the order. I was told by their joke of a customer service that I had to wait 24 hours to cancel my order. I told her I needed to cancel now and to transfer me to the salesperson that put my order. She transferred me and then I got cut off. I called back again and got a hold of the right person. I had him send something canceling the order and stopped worrying about the what we were going to do with storage.
5 hours later I got an email giving me tracking numbers for each package. I was happy to see after tracking these that they hadn't shipped any of them, but had just made the labels for the packages. So I called and was told that although their customer service person gave me bad information to wait 24 hours and I had been a long term customer that they weren't going to call to have the package fixed. These packages are sitting at their warehouse and they are refusing to let me cancel. Even though they are the ones that made the mistake in the first place.
I asked to speak with a manager and she put me on with Zach **. He told me that although he wasn't going to call to have them cancel the pickup, that I could instead refuse the package when it gets to me. After I looked at their policies I saw it said that if I were to do that then I would've had to pay the $250 for shipping along with $575 for their 25% restocking fee. This place is a joke. There's no chance of us ever shopping here again.

I started out with Amazon before going directly to UnbeatableSale and I've been buying from them for 4 years now. They're a good company and they seem to be reputable. They’re consistent in their pricing, don't play games, and don't charge excessively for shipping. A lot of companies will give great rates and then make up for shipping but UnbeatableSale doesn't do that. However, I've had some really slow shipments when I order direct. I've waited as much as 2 weeks, but I noticed when I order through Amazon they're almost like here the next day. Other than that, UnbeatableSale has good prices and good stuff.

I called the company and was told they would refund me the price of my order but even though they sent the wrong item I had to pay the $9.95 shipping. They never offered to send the right item. We bought nine boxes of Select Medical 2cc 9 BZK Towelettes in UnbeatableSale.com through Amazon. They came in good condition but it was supposed to be a different item. Still BZK Wipes but the patient wanted a certain type. I paid $8 a box for them but I can actually buy for $2 a box from the manufacturer. I purchased a child's rocker recliner from Sears, which purchased the chair from unbeatable sales. I ordered, and received a confirmation email and was billed on 12/3. My confirmation stated the chair would be received by 12/21. This was a very special Christmas gift for our grandchild. I waited and waited and did not receive tracking number. After many many calls, (to Sears who could only refer me to unbeatable sales and then many to unbeatable sales as well), I received a call from the warehouse manager (Richard) stating the chair was ready to ship that day. UPS would be there within the hour to pick it up. We should receive the chair on Thursday, Friday at the very latest. This would have been fine as Christmas was Sunday. I called and called for a tracking number which was finally supplied late Wednesday night.
Only to find out the chair did not go out as promised. It had just gone out that night and I would not receive it until the Wednesday after Christmas. I had explained to several agents that I really needed this chair by Christmas and would pay to have it shipped faster (which should not have been necessary as I had ordered it almost a month ahead of time) as our grandson was leaving for another state the Monday after Christmas. I was assured it would be here by Christmas. Since it was not shipped out on the day the warehouse manager promised (shipped 2 days later) it was not received by Christmas and our grandson is now in another state. I will never order from this company again and have actively informed everyone I can to please not trust this company or support them with their dollars.

We had ordered a dining table on one of their owned brand website "www.comfortmarket.com" on 24th Nov and had paid shipping fee which was added on the order by the website. For around a week they kept saying "we will be shipping it shortly" and I will receive the confirmation soon. On 8th day when I followed up again they confirmed from their warehouse that it is all set to be shipped within a day, but after couple of days I suddenly happened to receive a cancellation email which reads as below.
"Thank you for ordering from UnbeatableSale Inc. Unfortunately, your order had to be cancelled as we are unable to safely transport this item via a Ground shipping method, which is the service you have paid for. If you are still interested in the item, please contact us and we can assist you further. Please understand there will be additional shipping charges as the item can only ship via a freight carrier."
When I called them they said I need to pay $150 more to get it shipped and they were pretty arrogant as if I had made a mistake by placing an order on their website. It is absolutely unethical that they made me wait for 10 days and then they wanted me to another $150 more for shipping than what I had already paid. It was a horrible experience for us.

I received the Drop Zone Express Plinko game on September 27th, 2016 and it was damaged during shipping. I immediately called the company and they were great to work with at first. The representative took my information and quickly sent a message to UPS for them to pick up the item. She replied to my emails and started the work for me to receive my new game. Fast forward to the end of October. By October 29th I had not received my new game. They charged me for a game I had not received and speaking with customer service was not happening.
They would not respond to my emails and when they did all they said was they are looking into the issue. Now I do not have my item I ordered, all I have is UPS shipping information that says it is in a loading dock and undeliverable. It is the damaged item that they sent me tracking information on. This company needs better customer service and also needs to NOT CHARGE THE CUSTOMER UNTIL THEY RECEIVE AN ITEM! Here I am a month after ordering with no item and I am out $144. I am not a satisfied customer.

I ordered 2 chairs from UnbeatableSale.com. I never received the chairs. What I received was one side table that I did not order. I called them to inform them. I was told warehouse that shipped table was close at around 2 pm of a Friday. I requested that UnbeatableSale.com send me a return label for the table I didn't order. I had absolutely no use for it and did not want a table I didn't order in my house. Nonetheless they sent me the return label and refunded me the cost of the chairs, but not the cost of the shipping fee. They are/were at fault and refuse to refund the total cost of order.

They falsely advertised an $800.00 generator. After paying online, I was able to find a PDF of the manual. I found the TRUE specs of the fuel usage numbers. Less than 6 hrs after paying, I contacted them, because I never received a confirmation email. They said I didn't get it because it hadn't been entered into the system yet. I told her that was great, because I found the true fuel usage specs, and it was a guzzler, and I wanted to cancel. I said that I'd also called because my bank wasn't showing the debit of $780.00+ yet either. She said: they don't charge my card until they ship the generator, which would be 1 or 2 weeks from now. She also said I would get a confirmation email in a day or two.
I went back online to my bank after the call, and saw where they'd just placed a hold on the money! I'm sure they plan to ship it, and then charge me return shipping and a restocking fee, to return it, like all the reviews I'm now reading about them. It weighs 207 Lbs! They "still" have not cancelled the hold on my money in my account... My bank has changed my card for a new one and started a dispute, in case they try to get away with this maneuver. I want them to fax a form to my bank, agreeing to drop any claim for the sale, or the money, due to false advertising. I'm providing proof of my allegations, via screen captures of the fictitious fuel consumption, in the online listing at Walmart, and the printout of the PDF Manual that states: that it gets 35% less fuel economy. I also have my phone records which prove I spoke with them on the phone, prior to them placing a hold on my money!

I called the vendor UnbeatableSale to find out return instructions for the cover that will not fit my 30X30 fire pit and she (Jessica) argued with me that I had ordered a 30X20 instead of what it describes in the description on Walmart.com as a 30X30X30!! I did open a service order with Walmart.com and I will post another review when the matter has been resolved to let customers know if they can feel assured they will not be charged shipping for a vendor's mistake.

I purchased a $4.82 8 oz bottle of furniture polish from Walmart and I was billed $39.00!!! Plus $12.00 for shipping!! I called UnbeatableSale but they say "For customer service press 4" so I did and they never pick up. Walmart will not take responsibility!!! Reporting to the BBB.

If UnbeatableSale.com had something I needed, I had good service, I got a good product, and it came right away. I have no problems dealing with them. I could only find what I needed from them so I still bought it off their website although it was pricey.

We are a minority vendor in the State of Ohio and there are certain government entities that have to purchase from MBEs like us. The government entities find what they want, we purchase it and sell it to them and they get credit for doing that. We bought a Mylar brass waste basket from UnbeatableSale.com which we were able to resell. I'd possibly buy through their site again.

I will not buy anything from unbeatablesale.com. They advertise cheap prices on WalMart.com and they don't have the correct product. They will send you the wrong item or a not complete items as advertised on WalMart.com and they put the blame on WalMart.com. Terrible company.

I originally thought I was purchasing an Oscar Schmidt guitar from Walmart because I ordered it on their site. However, it came from Unbeatable Sale. It arrived with a damaged body so I contacted them. Went through "red tape" and finally was granted permission to return it for a full refund. It's been more than ample time and still NO refund. Besides unfriendliness, which is unprofessional, I keep getting the runaround when I contact them about this overdue unresolved issue. If they don't settle soon, I will hire an attorney. Also, I will be posting this in many strategic places to warn customers to RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN from UnbeatableSale.com.

Paid for two cases of Lava soap, received two boxes of paper mailers! Sent the mailers back, but cannot get soap or refund! Look at the picture of Lava soap by the carton on the site. It is a picture of a carton of mailers but the description is lava soap! Asked for a refund if they were unable to send soap, did not get it. Went to PayPal site filed report for refund, still no refund. Tracking numbers indicated they have the mailers back. It has taken me many days but no answers. They need to learn how to handle problem like Amazon. It takes them about five minutes! That why most of my ordering goes to Amazon!

Purchased an item online from Walmart! Apparently Walmart utilize this company for some of their online purchasing. Purchased a $62 pencil sharpener for my son who loves to write and has autism, this X-ACTO pencil sharpener started to not work properly after 3 months. I contacted Unbeatable to inform them and request a refund, they adamantly refused nor would they replace this item. They stated there was a 30 day return policy/refund. Well how would I have known this, I purchased it from Walmart.com, had no idea a huge retail outlet would submit my order to an outside vendor. They told me they would not refund my money or replace it and that I would have to contact the manufacturer.
I contacted them, although this item has a 10 yr warranty, they refused to refund my money. I told them a $62 pencil sharpener should not be malfunctioning. They refused to refund my money. I called Walmart again and one of the agents told me, "Oh, I will submit your refund request and it should be credited back to the Walmart card in 3 to 5 days". Well, it's been over a week. Called them to be told by another agent, "We don't refund from a third party vendor"!!! Wow! Walmart and UnbeatableSale.com is a joke!! If you order from Walmart, please be sure that your order is not coming from UnbeatableSale.com. They need to change the name "We Beat you out of your money.com".

I purchased two Saints hard hats from the site. The shipping for each was $15.95 so over $30.00 total which is very high. No problem I purchased the items anyway being this was the only site advertising this particular hard hat. When they came in the hard hats they sent was the old model I could get anywhere for $25 not the $35 plus shipping I spent. Not a problem just a mix up or so I thought. The site actually does not sell the item they have pictured. When I spoke to a representative he told me the model number was for the old hard hat and I explained to him I would not know the model number for any item and anyone would think the item pictured is what they are buying.
All I asked was for a refund. I was told to ship the items back at my cost and they would refund the money. I explained I should not have to pay to ship back an item they misrepresented, needless to say that's what I have to do. So in the end I will be paying shipping for items I don't have just to get my money back for their mistake. I told them about the item being misrepresented...it's still up on the site currently. This site is just terrible and that is just flat out poor customer service. I didn't mind the mix up but fix it at your cost not the customer!

I wanted to return an unused pillow, and they say that you cannot change your mind. Don't order anything from this company ever!!! Stay away. If for any reason you have a problem with the product, you are out of luck!

I ordered an ottoman & was told it was in stock. My credit card was immediately charged. The company would not return my calls or emails to let me know what was going on. Weeks after ordering it they cancelled the order & then informed me by email that they would credit my credit card within 30 days. Never received ottoman & still have not received the credit on my card.

I paid $350 for 2 mirrors. I got 1 in a thousand pieces and in WRONG COLOR (ordered gold, got brown). The other one DAMAGED and in wrong color also - nothing like gold! 3 weeks of constant communication, wrapping, re-wrapping, filing claims, calling asking for refund I am labeled as "Buyers Remorse" and scammed out of $350 + $2000 in personal and handyman time to pack, unpack, clean broken and dangerous pieces etc. Pictures, details, were provided many times to Mr ** and Ms ** on numerous occasions. I have since reordered these same items from a different merchant and received them in good shape and in GOLD colors. Unbeatable Sales = FALSE ADVERTISING, NEGLIGENCE, CONSUMER DEFRAUDING and I will be asking for PUNITIVE DAMAGES in addition to my losses in court as they are NOT refunding my money or compensating me.

I buy a lot of stuff off the internet and I’ve been taken by another deal website once. They promised shipping overnight but they sent it ground. With UnbeatableSale, my experience has been very good. They live up to what they promise. They also have the best pricing deal and coupon options. I have them bookmarked as my favorite and I'm sure I'll shop through them again.

I was buying peanuts from UnbeatableSale for a while because of their price and they deliver pretty quickly. I also got the Millet Spray for the birds from there. They got good prices compared to other online shopping websites and they're easy to navigate. The product always come in a decent amount of time. There's no waiting. I had a problem once and they solved it. I'm very satisfied and I will shop again through them when I run out of peanuts for the squirrels. I'd definitely would recommend them to people. We're the only people I know that feed the squirrels but they have tons of stuff on their website too.

I was looking for a specific type of filter for my furnace and UnbeatableSale came up on the internet. I called their office and spoke to a young man. He was very nice because he could see that I was nervous. I didn't wanna buy something that would turn into a disaster, especially since the furnace cost not just a couple of thousand dollars. I explained to him what kind of air filters I wanted and he said, "Yes, we have them." I got excellent service and he assured me that what I was ordering was exactly the same thing I required for my furnace. I ordered it and got it delivered. I called again this year for another batch and I will continue to do that every year. It worked out absolutely perfect. The young man was true to his word. And he says, if I have any questions, call him back. And I didn't have to call him back because they were exactly what I was looking for.
Their prices are competitive compared to the actual company that supplies the original. Theirs is a generic brand but it is just as good as the kind of filter that supposedly I have to use. The filters function very well. The fellows from the company we bought our furnace from come once a year to clean the furnace and I wanted to wait to see what they would have said about my not taking their filters and not one word was said. And the furnace was no filthier than if I'd use their filters. So I hit it right on the nose. Plus the delivery was on point, too. I was very lucky and the young man assured me. He even said to me, "Look if you - after one use of one filter, if you feel it's not doing its job, call us." He told me I could return the items if I wanted to and that.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with any company. The stroller's front wheel kept coming off from the moment I took it out brand new. Unbeatablesale said the stroller was $13 off, but when checking out on the Walmart site, I noticed that although my orders was more than $50 and shipping was suppose to be free, here there was a $13 shipping and handling fee. Where's my savings? When I called Walmart, they said that it was Unbeatablesale charging me that. So, not only are their products defective, they deceived me when saying I was saving $13 because they only charged me in the end with the shipping and handling.
I called them to get a full refund and they argued with me that I can only get a replacement. So, the front stroller wheel falls off, I chase it into the street (dangerous), while my baby's leaning forward and sideways because there was no front wheel (dangerous). When I explained all of this to Unbeatablesale, they repeatably told me that it's against their policy to refund shipping charges. They finally agreed for a refund but not the shipping charges. They want to keep my lousy $13, which they deceive you that you're getting a sale. They wouldn't do anything to make me happy, like give me a credit to their store or anything. Besides, the fact I've been waiting for over a month or so to get it. Still don't have it.
When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she was too busy and for me to leave a vm. Also, if you notice the negative complaints on this site are faded and striked out while the positive ones are clear and readable. BUYER BEWARE. UnbeatableSale doesn't care about a baby, why would they care about grown customers??? Their products are cheap and flimsy. Don't buy from them, you will regret it... Especially their so called "customer service reps" are so not helpful and lie about getting back to you. It's your money. If you wanna throw it away, buy from UnbeatableSale. Worst Company of the Year Award and Worst Customer Service Award.

I was referred to UnbeatableSale through Google Shopping when I did a search for a product. Overstock was noted as the seller but then it came from UnbeatableSale. I’ve made several purchases from them since. I found this one product on UnbeatableSale with a nice price and I purchased it. The first time I ordered, it got shipped right over with no problem so it seemed very convenient to go back to them and then reorder it again.
That’s when the ship to bill had to be verified and that delayed the order. That was the only bad part and it was slightly inconvenient. They had to call me and ask, “Are you really shipping there? And "This is really you?” But other than that, it was fine. Once it was processed, it was fulfilled right away again. After that, I ordered the same product again. UnbeatableSale doesn't take three weeks and it takes five days. I like the price and its quick shipping. They also have free shipping and they have the products that I’m looking for.

UnbeatableSale is a little cheaper than other websites. They ship the products really quickly and the customer service is really great when I talk to them, so I had no problem. I purchased from them twice, and in fact, I’m going to call them back to order some more fans. It has been a great experience.

They charged $63.36 for shipping, regular ground, on a 3 lb package and are unwilling to refund any of the shipping. I tried to cancel the order immediately afterward and they would not. Instead, they sent me a Return Authorization #. They shipped the order two days after and will not work with me. I have spent several hours on several phone calls on June, 2, 6, 13 and again today on the 29th, trying to get this worked out in an acceptable way. I would like to keep the product but I cannot justify this outrageous shipping charge to my accounting dept. for a 3 lb package. Basically, it's costing me right around $170.00 for purchase and shipping of some small, light plastic candy molds! Sending it back would be costly as well and then I would have no product. They did offer to refund 1/2 the cost of the product but that would not cover the shipping. I think it's wrong that they did this and wrong that they will not fix it.

I placed my order thru Walmart. Was told it would be three shipments. First order another vendor. Second order (earrings) did not like sent email per Walmart website to vendor. Received RMA shipped item and now have found the item does not belong to Unbeatable Sales. Third order (earrings) site said delivered today. Went back to mailbox again just to make sure the postman wasn't running late. Saw on Unbeatable site the item was delivered to Arlington TX and I live in Orlando Fl. Called customer service after received a response to the email about the misdelivered item. Zack answered advised of the situation and what the site showed. First thing the original email that was sent with the RMA was wrong because the item does not belong to them.
So now I have to wait until I receive the item back to return the item to the other company. Second Zack tried to inform me that I needed to go to the USPS to find a missing claim and I never received the product. The issue is clearly with their warehouse. So why does the customer have to be inconvenienced when the customer did nothing wrong? Zack clearly seemed not to care. Asked for a manager. Was informed by Zack that he was the highest level of management available. He will contact the warehouse on Monday. Informed Zack that I will be calling back on Monday to speak with a manager. Why should your customer have to wait on a return that they never received and you can clearly see it was never delivered to the address provided? I will never order from this company again.
