    I work for a local government municipality. A cart was ordered and arrived broken and busted. We submitted for a refund and the item was return before the date provided to us. This company, UnbeatableSale, was awful to work with. I was given the runaround and was charged a restocking fee for the broken item instead of a full refund we were due. I asked repeatedly to speak to a supervisor and was denied. Instead they just gave me a partial refund. BUYER BEWARE!!! Go with another seller. I wish I could give 0 stars!!!!

    This company will put a hold on your money for up to ten days. Only to not honor the sale price and cancel the order. They should be held accountable. Please be cautious when dealing with this company. Maintain very low expectations

    I ordered an item off of Walmart but didn't realize it was being sold by this company. They cancelled my order after getting several emails from Walmart saying it had already been shipped. There seems to be a huge lack of communication. I should have listened to the other reviews I read on the website, something about this feels like a scam. Very disappointed in this company.

    The worst mistake is to buy anything through this website. I was overcharged for an item and they refused to refund me. Stated I had to through the company that dealt with the payment and they were not responsible. Customer service was atrocious. Do not buy anything from this company.

    Purchased the floor cleaning, polisher, and buffer machine from their Selling Store at Walmart.com. Once I got it, it was 100% defective! I contacted them, and told them what was going on, and they told me to stop using it and to repack it and return to them at my expense as they do not "offer" returns. Provided me everything and I shipped it back to them via UPS. It was paid for via my Sam's Club Credit Card, and I purchased the additional warranty. Well because the product had to be returned the extended warranty was automatically canceled and refunded. They got their product back in a timely fashion (within a few days). Afterwards, it was all kinds of excuses why they could not refund me. Finally stated, "Our system had collapsed, we have to get the system back up and running after the holidays". Why after the Holidays? They got the item before the holidays!

    For 3.5 weeks now, there has been absolutely no response. So I tried calling them directly and the telephone number has been "disconnected and no longer in service". I filed a dispute, having it charged back to my card, gave the Bank all the information including proof of return (via UPS). In addition, it cost me just under $50.00 to ship it back to them! I then emailed them and demanded a compensation for the return shipment! Personally, I've never heard of a company ordering their customers to pay for the return of a defective item. Walmart and the Bank both have sent the Seller an email, and there's been no response! I do not recommend anyone doing business with them! PERIOD!

    Purchased a $200+ floor cleaning machine, they were very fast in shipping it, but, when it arrived it was severely defective! They told me to return the item in original packaging, with the RMA paper on the box and original order slip inside of the box. I would have to ship it back to them ASAP, so I did, and they would also compensate for the return shipment. Well, they got their item back and then comes up with a bunch of excuses why they cannot refund. So I had to proceed with a CHARGE BACK! So they owe me over $250.00, and I just told the bank of the credit card to slap on the $40 on top of it so I could be compensated for the return shipment! THEY HAVE BEEN NON-RESPONSIVE SINCE THEY GOT THEIR DEFECTIVE FLOOR CLEANING PRODUCT BACK!

    They produce an electric 48v Can Am Maverick 2 seater for kids. And last year you could buy one on Walmart website for less than $500 and just two days ago, you could buy one for $668 and now it's over $1000 just right before Christmas. This is just greed at its finest form.

    I bought dog ramp, my dog wouldn’t touch it. Put it back in the box, they approved my return and then took my item and refunded me $.01. Do not use them. Fraud. They're scams! The item was not a new item either as I purchased it new….And they state they resell damaged items so they took my money marked my item and will resell it! Amazon better refund me!

    UnbeatableSale.com advertised packages of 24 styrofoam rose cones for $52.48 + tax (normally $142+), but shipped one (1) styrofoam rose cone to me. This product retails normally retails for $5.99 (Ace Hardware) or $6.22 (Menards) for a single cone. When I contacted them about the fact that I had purchased 24 cones, but received 1, the response that I eventually received was "We do apologize the item was listed incorrectly." This suggests, to me, that they would expect a consumer to pay $52.48 + tax (normally $142+) for one injection-molded piece of styrofoam, OR . . . . They are deceitful. Save yourself the aggravation.

    I bought a $240 console table. It arrived damaged. They said they would file a claim with FedEx. After 5 months of me trying to figure out what was going on, they said it was denied. No reason, just thanks but it was denied. At this point it was too late to return which is what they want. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They sell on Walmart and Amazon too.

    Dishonest, gaslighting thrives. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I bought a $325 replacement basketball backboard from them. This company sent me a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT backboard (different color, different size, different holes drilled). I sent them photos of what I ordered, and what I received and asked to either get a refund or the correct part shipped to me. Instead of working with me, they just gaslighted me, telling me it was the same part I ordered, even though I sent them pictures that it was clearly not even close to the part pictured in the sale of my item. I have attached the photos I sent to them so you can see just how dishonest they are.

    Unbeatable Sale shipped my package via FedEx, however, did not put that the addressee signature was required. The not so energetic FedEx driver let someone sign for it (not even sure who it is) and the package is gone. UnbeatableSale is not taking responsibility for their part, nor is FedEx. I have lost over $200!! Their Customer Service department won't even speak to me. You can't get through by telephone and you only get a standard reply when you email Customer Service. I have sent 32 emails.

    I ordered 2 items and they were shipped separately. The first came and was the wrong item, 2nd was correct. They don't actually carry the first item, and offered a "shipping label", which was an email that said "Ship the order back to the following address and be sure to insure the package." It's not worth boxing, shipping, and insuring, i'd rather warn others instead. Don't trust them.

    I ordered the Aarco professional series magnetic porcelain chalkboard and this company actually lied to me regarding package. They kept telling me that it was on its way or was delayed and did not even provide me with a tracking number. I called the sales department and entered the CORRECT order number and they had NO record of it. I ordered the product on December 28th and I called Walmart, where Unbeatable Sale sold the product, and the Walmart rep told me that my package was lost in shipping! I will never go through unbeatable sale ever again!

    Placed an order for 9x a puzzle. Received 1 puzzle. Wrote them. Was told they contacted the warehousing they were looking into it. Within 24 hours I had sent them pictures of what was sent. I was then told that they would ship the remaining 8 items. It has been over a week since I received my 1st item and almost a week since I was told I would receive a tracking number. I still have no tracking number and when I ask them all I get is, "I will be in touch when I have tracking and thank you for your patience." I told them I needed the rest of my order by the 14th. Did not happen.

    We just had our family Christmas party and because some family live out of town I have to special ship their Christmas presents at extra cost to me because pf their mistake and unwillingness to expedite the rest of my order rapidly. I will not shop with them again. This my 1st time ordering with them and it has been a bad experience. I do not recommend shopping with this company. This all started on December 3. It is now the 16th of December.

    This company is a scam. If you decide that the item is not wanted (they're cheesy so you probably wouldn't want it). They will provide you with a return slip and seemingly easy instructions. So why this comment? Here's the catch. After printing out and returning the item utilizing the seemingly easy instructions about 2 days later when you inquire about the return status. You will be asked about an RMA number. This is where the scam comes in. An RMA number was not provided with the seemingly easy return instructions and of course the company claims that they cannot locate/verify the return without it. Even using a credible delivery service because according to them this not provided RMA number is essential. Get the scam. Do not use these guys. You've been warned. Report them to Secretary of State in NJ and where you live. As well as the BBB.

    BEWARE! This website is nothing more than a cruddy drop-shipping site where the site admins peddle cheap products that are drop-shipped from whatever supplier warehouse they are sitting in. My kid used to run a website like this, but he actually took care of his customers. I ordered universal boat cover that clearly stated it would fit boats 17 to 19 feet long. It arrived this afternoon and to my dismay, it most definitely doesn't even come CLOSE to fitting my 18.5 foot craft. Of course I need to return it. I went to the website to obtain a Return Authorization, but the system would not recognize my order or reference numbers. I had to email customer service. I explained the problem and they sent me a canned response with an RA.

    I had read the return policies before ordering, so I knew I would not be refunded the original $25 shipping or the return shipping costs, but I thought it would be a safe bet because I assumed the product descriptions would be truthful and accurate! I feel they should refund not only the $211 for the boat cover, but also the original and return shipping costs, since the product description is inaccurate! THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM.

    I purchased a grill, then attempted to cancel the purchase less than one (1) hour later. (I found a better price elsewhere) - Two (2) days later I received an email stating that I didn’t cancel in time and that the grill was sent. When I received the grill and attempted to return it (for my refund) it was going to cost me $199 in shipping to return it (Unbeatable Sales had already charged me $60 in shipping to o receive the grill that they have plenty of time to NOT send in the first place - as there is NO WAY they shipped this unit out within an hour on a Friday afternoon). They refused to assist with the $199 return fee - $199 is 40% of the total cost of the portable grill! As it stands now, I’m out over $500 for a grill they should have never sent me! Moving forward I will buy from and recommend a company that a actual values and is honest with the customer.

    My address was incorrect and they gave me incorrect tracking #. When I called to have the corrections made all I got was they hadn't set up voicemail yet. I contacted my PayPal account and they took care of part this problem for me. I had to contact FedEx to correct the address. I received my new product today. Let me just say you get what you pay for! It will serve its purpose, however not exactly what I had expected or wanted.

    On September 3rd 2021 I ordered 2 feeders from Unbeatablesale.com. They emailed me the confirmation and tracking numbers for 2 large packages. DATE: 09/03/2021 REFERENCE#: ** (Tracking**). Total:$257.27,REFERENCE#:** (Tracking: **) Total: $201.18. FedEx showed the packages delivered on September 10th. Called FedEx and they told me to wait couple of days. On the 14th I called FedEx and reported missing packages. Called and there is NO ANSWER. Emailed them 24th, received an automatic response. Called several times and there was no answer from them. I opened a dispute with my CC company. One of the charges were refunded by the bank. The other declined.

    On November 17th I receive an email from Shneur Sturman Accounting Department asking why I did a chargeback on this order. They didn't open a tracking case with FedEx or to start investigating why the customer didn't receive the packages. The last email from Shneur ** was on November 18th. After that there was no communication. They didn't answer my calls or my emails. They took from me $201.18 and don't want to issue a refund. I consider this fraud. I hope this business will be closed for fraud.

    I purchase a $300 cartridge, upon receiving that product I discovered that it was the wrong item. Afterwards I paid him $50 to return the item to the company. With that said after returning the item, it took the company almost a month respond to me about my refund after giving me the runaround. After giving me the run around the company eventually told me that the box that the item was shipped in was damaged and is now unsellable. This is the point where the company told me that I was not going to get my refund or my product back. However, they did tell me the only way to get my product was that I would have to pay the additional fee which I believe I shouldn't be paying anything at this point. I feel like the company has taken total advantage of me and that I should be getting either my money back or my product back at no additional expense.

    Ordered espresso pods for $93.56. Never received. One month later they were still saying they refunded me which bank said they didn't. Finally, 2 months later they said they refunded me via Amazon. Amazon said they lied to me and Amazon actually refunded me. So, be careful if you order from this company. I wish I would have read the reviews earlier. I will be careful from now on. They lead me on for 2 months.

Their "24/7" chat representative also did not respond. Phone calls, emails, third-party contacts... NOTHING. DON'T buy from this outfit unless you are SURE that you will not need to return it!
