I ordered two chairs through Walmart.com from this company. I purchased the chairs as a gift for a friend. When I ordered the two chairs my order status said they would arrive within a week. Over a month went by and I still had not received my chairs. I had to file a claim through UPS. I also had to call UnbeatableSale a number of times to get answers. When they did finally sort the problem out, it has been over a month since my initial order and I no longer needed the chairs.
When they refunded my purchase they refunded the initial cost of the chairs ($80.90 ea.) but they did not refund the $48.28 in shipping. They fed me some line over the phone when I called to complain about how shady that is, about "it's in their policy". So basically I paid $48.28 for an items I never received. It was like paying this company money to have them jerk me around on the phone and be rude. I would NEVER shop from this company and I would recommend that if you DO NOT want a headache of a process dealing with this bottom-rung company, then to take your business elsewhere.

Ordered what appeared to be a 12pk of Capstar pills for large dogs in Walmart.com. Received a 6pk in its place. Have gotten nothing but extremely bad customer service from Walmart's "partner retailer" UnbeatableSale Inc. They will not send additional pills, offer any kind of refund or even explain why they are advertising two different prices on the "same" product. Don't waste your money on ordering anything from this company. Somebody needs to start a class action lawsuit against these idiots. If they ripped me off for a minimum of $7.50 and did that to many others... how many millions of dollars have these thieves gotten away with? Who owns these thieves? If it's Walmart please count me in on any lawsuits.

I ordered 2 - 2 gallon clay strawberry jars. I didn't receive the first order and when I tracked it, was informed through the FedEx website that the product was damaged in shipment and returned to the seller. I contacted UnbeatableSale's customer service and explained the situation and was informed that they would send out a replacement ASAP. I received a shipment from UnbeatableSale and when I opened it, they had sent me 100 feet of poultry fencing. WHAT?!? Again, I contacted UnbeatableSale's customer service and they sent out yet another replacement and when I traced it, was informed that it was damaged in shipment also.
I contacted UnbeatableSale's customer service once again and was met with less than satisfactory customer service. The rep was rude and short with me and explained that they could not send out another shipment and they would credit my account. When I asked about the poultry fencing, she informed me to dispose of it. They don't want it back. Through all of that last conversation, I didn't receive an apology until the last 15 seconds of the call. Would not order from this company again.

First off this company is a JOKE! I placed an order on a Sunday. I didn't receive a confirmation email until Monday. I called to cancel Monday morning after reading all of the terrible reviews of this company (mind you they couldn't find my info and told me to call back later that day?) I called back later and they told me they'd send over a request and I would get an email confirming. I never got an email so I called back the next day. They still had no update! Tuesday evening I got an email saying there still was no update? Like seriously you'd think this company worked for the president since they're too busy to get an update three days after the order was placed?!
I go on the site today (THURSDAY) and they shipped my item... YESTERDAY! These people are liars! I called and asked for a manager and they said he was in a meeting... LOL. I'm sure he's in a "meeting" every time a pissed off customer asks for him! They offered return info, but by the time I pay to have it shipped back I would pay in shipping what the item costs, POINTLESS. NEVER ordering from here again!! I canceled my order Monday and it still shipped out two days later.

I was looking for tweeters and came across the products that were linked to UnbeatableSale. I got a Power Acoustik 200-watt bullet tweeter and had no issues ordering online and receiving my product. I'd shop there again as long as they have something I need. I'd definitely recommend UnbeatableSale.

I was looking for a specific type of hat for a costume, and the one I found at UnbeatableSale.com matched the best. But then the hat was shipped to me in a bag with no padding. It came so twisted and deformed that I couldn't even use it. I called to try to get a replacement or a refund but they told me all sales were final, so I wasn't happy with my experience.

On 4/1/16, I received the ordered shipment of Deroma white 5.5 ceramic planters set of 8. The shipment arrived badly damaged. They were so poorly packaged that there is no way they could have arrived unbroken. Four of the 8 were shattered. Two of the eight were the wrong color. Only one of the 2 weird colored pots was broken so only 3 of the 8 were what I had wanted.
Customer service was closed so I called the number on the invoice 4/4/16 and left a message. No response. I called 4/5/16 and left a second message as I was unable to connect to a person. 4/6/16 I called and left a third message. Then I called as if I wanted to place an order and immediately got a live person. He transferred me to customer care. I spoke with a man that said my email address was incorrect in the file and he would fix it. Then he said that he would send a report to returns and they would call me. They never did not dos I get an email confirmation.
I looked through Walmart.com website to see if I could get any help there and couldn't so I left negative feedback. I was contacted by Walmart.com in response to the feedback and they indicated that they would help me but needed 7 business days. Today's the seventh day and nothing. I don't plan to ever order from Unbeatablesale.com again.

I order a note jotter/wallet from Walmart that went through UnbeatableSale. They sent the wrong item. I had to pay return shipping and had to pay their shipping. Their excuse was they posted the wrong picture of the item I order but the item number was correct. Huh? Do they think that everyone in the world knows their item numbers and orders online based on their items numbers? I would never order from this company again.

I ordered 2 block sets. Right after the made the order I emailed them to cancel my order. It was shipped anyway. I guess they have this new policy that you cannot cancel an order after it is done. This is to me total BS. It is just a way to make you pay the shipping back if you don't want it. Also I only received one set and it was not what I wanted. I emailed them twice to ask about a return and no one got back to me. I finally called and they said they never got the emails. I find this very suspicious. I asked to return the blocks and I was told I had to pay the shipping back. I refused stating that I tried to cancel right away, but no one got back to me. I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold for a long time. When he came back, conveniently he didn't need to put me through to a manager because he got the approval to send me a return shipping label. I refuse to do business with a company that is sneaky and lies.

I was looking for bird feeders online and found what I wanted at UnbeatableSale.com. Also, I liked that their price was better so I bought a brass squirrel-proof nut and seed feeder. I got my merchandise promptly and I love what I purchased. The item was as described and it works very well. I was very pleased and I recommend it highly.

I placed an online order and the product arrived damaged. I have been trying for 6 weeks to get a refund and sent another status inquiry 11 days ago with no response yet. I was previously told weeks ago that the credit was being processed but seems ridiculous that they can process electronic orders in seconds but cannot seem to do refunds in a timely manner.

Item ordered on Saturday based on web information. Monday morning, they emailed to say the item wouldn't be shipped for several days. I immediately canceled the order - by phone and email. Talked to three different people. They told me they didn't accept cancellations. Then when they finally agreed they shipped it anyway a few days later. When I returned it, unopened and exactly as it arrived, they made me pay shipping and they charged a ridiculous restocking fee. Buyer beware!!!

I purchased item from UnbeatableSale.com through Walmart.com. As soon as I placed an order I realized that I put wrong shipping address. I contacted customer service immediately and asked to ship item to my billing address. Representative from UnbeatableSale.com confirmed he will take care of it. Almost one month later, I don't have an item, I was charged total of $107, for restocking and shipping fee. But the sad part is, I called UnbeatableSale.com numerous times. Every representative including the manager were extremely rude, unprofessional, blamed everything on me, never made even slight attempt to help, despite of the fact that when I called the first time, representative could have just advised to cancel an order and place a new one with different address, that would make tremendous difference and solve the problem instantly.
Obviously, I would never shop at UnbeatableSale.com, neither I would recommend anyone to do it, just not to be humiliated and insulted. I wish each and every representative from UnbeatableSale.com, especially the manager, including your families, to always and everywhere receive same customer service as you provided to me. Message to the board of directors: I would suggest to invest a little more into customer service training. Good luck to you all.

If you make an error order the company says send a email to cancel it. The problem is the company will not send the email where it needs to go to cancel the order. If you place a cancellation minutes after placing your order (as I did) your order will not be cancelled. You will be responsible for shipping cost and 25% restock fee, it's a scam. You can't see their complete return policy from their partner Walmart site it's hidden in a small link. You can tell how good a company is when problems arise and this one is really bad.
The company's return policy is horrible. If you make a order mistake and send them an email to cancel the order as soon as it happens your product will still show up at your door. I don't even know why they even have a cancel request if this is the case. If you refuse the order they will charge you a 25% restock fee. I immediately sent a cancellation within minutes of placing the order and got the below letter back. Their cancellation policy since it's different than Walmart's needs to be written on the page instead of a small link.

UnbeatableSale offers more frequent buyer points, and I've been buying from them for several years now. If I buy through that link on American Airlines then UnbeatableSale, then I get more points from dollar spent. It’s about the same price but maybe a little bit cheaper. I normally don't pay for shipping, but they are the only place that I can't get around the free shipping. Also, I don't like that sometimes I can't see how much I'm paying for shipping until after I'm already through checkout, and that bugs me. I would love for them to know this because I already know what I'm going to pay when I get to the checkout in most other shopping websites.

Ordered a fountain through jet.com, the product I received was a completely different fountain that sold for about $100 cheaper on jet. Jet will pay the return, which is great but just a big hassle and doesn't look like UnbeatableSale actually even has the product. Disappointed and definitely not unbeatable experience.

I ordered a table from UnbeatableSale.com through Walmart.com. The table arrived after 65 DAYS and it was broken. I contacted the seller; they told me that they should file a claim regarding FedEX for investigation. FedEx called to arrange the investigation. When I told them that package arrived with broken glass, they refused to come for investigation and told me that they won't touch the package because is not safe. Neither UnbeatableSale.com nor Wal-Mart refunded my money. The big box of shattered glass is sitting in my garage and I wasted my time and money. I don't recommend this seller at ALL.

I bought a recliner for 1044 dollars from Sears online. UnbeatableSale was the third party vendor. I RECEIVED THE RECLINER UNASSEMBLED AND MISSING PARTS. I tried to return the recliner and unbeatableSale refused saying they do not allow returns. They sent me the parts to assemble the recliner myself. After filing a claim with the AG they allowed a one time return and I had to pay return shipping. It cost me 315.00 dollars to return the item. When they credited my account they took out 251.00 for shipping. It cost me 566 dollars to return a chair that was unusable. I am currently in the process of taking them to small claims court. Stay away from this company.

I ordered an item with Unbeatable Sale as a third party vendor. When my order arrived it was not what I ordered. My original item was considerably more in cost than the item I received. Unbeatable Sale offered to give me a discount on my original order. With the discount I still paid $10 more than the cost of the item I received. I wanted to return the item but UPS charged three times the value of the shipment. I am forced to keep something I didn't order.

I ordered from Walmart.com and Unbeatablesale.com was the third party vendor. I ordered the Igloo Mini fridge Dec 10 and it was suppose to arrive Dec 15 by UPS. I can understand because of the holidays that ups could get backed up. Well Igloo fridge never made it to my house, an investigation was to take place that would take 7-10 business days to conduct.
I'm a very patient person, I waited and called to see what the result of the investigation was. I talked with 3 different people and got no information on what the result was of the investigation. They asked if I wanted a refund and I said yes. They tell me they can't give me my refund until ups pays them back for the lost fridge. I'm like what!? "I am the customer and I never got my product, I am suppose to get my refund and you guys are suppose to wait to get paid back!"
I wait another couple of days and keep calling because they say they are waiting on paperwork from UPS to process my refund. Later they tell me it will take 2-3 business days to issue the refund, I should be getting an email to say that it has been deposited. I'm starting to think I should get paid back interest for how long. They've held MY money and not given me a product either. I wait the 2-3 business days. Today would be the 4th day and I call back to see what's up once again and they say oh it's suppose to go in today. I still don't know if I ever really will get my $223.39 back but you better believe I will not ever be purchasing anything from them again and I will tell everyone I can not buy anything from them either. This place should be closed. BBB here I come.

I purchased a product from them a few weeks before Christmas. After the purchase went thru I had received no tracking number. I had called many times and all they could tell me was it's "in shipping phase." So then I knew it wouldn't arrive in time and they refused to let me cancel the transaction "as it had shipped already". Finally after another week of calling them everyday we got a tracking number thru email. They could not provide us with it over the phone.
We went ahead and purchased one that would arrive on time. Then once we got this one we did exactly as they had instructed us over the phone (one of our many conversations) and now it is January and they have yet to refund us our money. They received their item back on the 24th of December. They are rude when we try and call about this. We have been called "liar" and told our story of what was going on wasn't true. We are very unsatisfied with this company and will NEVER shop here again. All we would like is our money back which is seeming like it will not be happening.

3 wicker baskets arrived, 1 bend, 2 wicker peeling. I called. The first person was rude. I asked for a manager, he hung the phone up on me when I told him I wanted to file a complaint. 2 hours later of calling I was told to put the product outside, a delivery driver would pick up the damaged product. I made sure they understood I was not responsible for the package as there was 30 inches of snow due to come down. Today no driver picked the packages up, the snow is coming down and the box and product is wet, soaked and destroyed.

Ordered a TV stand as we did not want to hang our TV on the wall any longer. Purchased this item through a major retailer, not realizing that they would not be involved with my satisfaction. Contacted this company to request an RA number. They provided one, but when I went to purchase the postage for the return, was told it would be $60.00! That is as much as the entire thing cost. Would not recommend this website. They will not return a prepaid label.

The peeler that I bought from UnbeatableSale is pretty good, but I was kinda worried after I set my order. I didn't get my product for awhile and I wasn't even sure if it was still coming. There was no way to track it and there was no customer service available at the time. I also didn't get a shipping or order confirmation. They seemed sketchy, but it worked out.

I was looking for a product online and UnbeatableSale.com popped up. They had the best price and the site is user-friendly. Delivery was great and the packaging was good. The experience was pretty seamless. Whenever I have a problem finding a product, I’m going to check with them. They're across the board. They have games and toothbrushes to protractors. I was a little leery that their stuff are probably not going to be the right thing because the price was good. I bought birdseed and sunflower chips from them and I never thought I’d find them.

My fiance is active duty military living in WA. I live in MN and tried to buy him kitchen chairs as a Christmas gift that would help start our home together. He received 6 wooden benches instead of my actual order. I had to ask UnbeatableSale Inc to send a return label, but they only sent 1 for 6 large/heavy boxes. Therefore, my fiance and the UPS store employee had to get creative and tape the boxes together so that he wouldn't have to pay out of pocket shipping costs. The company did refund me immediately for the chairs, which I truly appreciated, however they have refused to refund the initial shipping cost.
I would understand if I had ordered the product and returned it out of my own will. However, the mistake was on their end. I've never even seen the product I had actually ordered (and don't need to as I have purchased chairs elsewhere), and am still paying $146.40? I completely understand mistakes happen. I'm a teacher, but this does not seem fair for something that was out of my control. Also, I had to email them twice before hearing a response that they weren't able to refund the shipping because it is a "service and the item was delivered using a carrier method." This company's customer service is disappointing and expensive.

I placed an online order through a major retailer that uses UnbeatableSale as a third party supplier. The item I received was defective and I had to return it to UnbeatableSale for replacement or refund. The item price was $43.97 and it cost me $23.90 to ship it back to them. Their policy is to not pay for return shipping. I think they should have reimbursed me for the shipping cost at the very least. Not including my time and effort to package the item and go to a UPS store to send it to them. I contacted the original retailer and they have agreed to reimburse me for the shipping cost, a good business move on their part. I have requested a refund from UnbeatableSale. I refuse to do any more business with them and have advised the original retailer to do so as well.

I ended up with this supplier due to Walmart.com. I only receive one of the two items I ordered. The item I did receive was CHEAP in quality and appearance. I have been chasing a refund for two weeks now and have only been ping-ponged back and forth between Walmart and Unbeatable Sales. STILL NO REFUND. To make matters worse is they are RUDE and CONDESCENDING! Who wants to go through this BS to receive a $60 refund??? Me, I won't let them have it! I worked hard for that and even harder to get it back! Stay tuned.

Order on Walmart.com and it was sent from unbeatablesale.com to my house. Tried the dog puppy step for my new puppy to get on the bed. The steps are very narrow and not stable and my new dog would not use them. Tried to contact them on e-mail for a return shipping label but no answer and also contact the Walmart company and no answer. Will not deal with this company and bad service.

I purchased a chess set as an Xmas gift from UnbeatableSale.com, and was redirected to a website called funtoy.com (subsidiary/partner) when I selected an item. On the checkout page there is a button that says "shipping method", and "apply". I selected the only option available (Ground), hit "apply", and no additional charges were listed anywhere. I entered my credit card, hit the "Checkout" Button (no "Purchase" button is available), and then not only did they charge my credit card, but applied a hidden Shipping Charge that was half the cost of the Chess Set! The website still has not been fixed several weeks later: I just recreated my order, and the Shipping button functionality does not work and does not display any shipping charges.
Problem 1: A charge was made to my credit card without my consent ("Checkout", not "Purchase"). Problem 2: An additional charge was made to my credit card without my consent ($13.00 shipping). I received a confirmation email of my purchase immediately, and called UnbeatableSale.com. The rep said that I needed to wait 24 hours and call back because the order was not in her system. Problem 3: One cannot cancel an order 24 hours after making a purchase. I called back 24 hours later, and the rep said that 1. he would cancel the order, 2. he would refund the credit card, and 3. he would send an email confirming those actions. He took none of those actions.
Problem 4: A rep did not take the actions that he told the consumer that he would take. About a week later, the item I arrived at my house. I called UnbeatableSale.com again, and after being transferred to the customer service supervisor named Heather, she informed me that the representative had tried to cancel the order, but later found out that it had already shipped. Now a refund was my responsibility, and not only would I have to pay the original shipping cost I never agreed to, I would now have to pay to return the item at my own expense before they would refund the item. She also informed me that their e-commerce page worked perfectly fine, even though what I was actively seeing while I was on the phone with her completely contradicted her assertions because no shipping charges were being displayed whatsoever!
She adopted a very adversarial tone, and clearly had no intention of refunding my money despite the multiple shortcomings of their processes and systems that I had pointed out. I was informed that they have a no cancellation policy, and the fact that they were at fault was irrelevant. Problem 5: The original customer service rep never notified me in any way that my item had shipped, and I was left to figure this out on my own by initiating another call. Problem 6. UnbeatableSale.com refused to cancel or refund an order that I requested within 5 minutes and then again within 24 hours of having placed it.
Problem 7. Heather the supervisor adopted an unprofessional tone in our conversation, and replied with sarcasm after I informed her that because she had not properly addressed the problem, nor intended to fix it, that I did not intend to return the item (useless, because I had subsequently purchased another from a different store after being informed that I would be refunded by UnbeatableSale.com). Seven significant problems are way too many for what should have been a straightforward transaction for a $30 chess set. I recorded, and still possess, every conversation I had with all of the reps at UnbeatableSale.com.

When I was looking for ProEar cleaner in the internet, UnbeatableSale.com came up. Compared to Amazon and other online shopping websites, not only did they had the best price with shipping, they also had the size that I wanted. I wanted a gallon of the ear cleaner because we use so much of it being an animal care facility. I had a great and painless experience with them. I was able to shop the way I wanted to - type in the numbers or give the credit card and it shows up. When we run out of cleaners, we'll go back to them and do it all over again. I'd recommend UnbeatableSale.com.

The Trend Lab Blooming Bouquet Hooded Towel was something that we needed. It wasn’t too expensive, and it happened to be available in UnbeatableSale.com. We decided to purchase from them because we wanted to get the gift certificate. And while it’s more expensive in UnbeatableSale, since we were getting a gift card, it was worth it. Ordered a straw hat and received the wrong hat. Called, sent pictures of invoice and item received. Told me I received the right hat. Told them I would report to bbb. They said "sorry we don't carry the hat you ordered. We only carry the one you got." I'm not kidding folks... They are selling items they don't even carry and shipping out cheap versions then offer you a discounted price for the crap they sent you, hoping you will just keep it. Also astronomical shipping charges to cover the discount they offer you when they send you the wrong item. This company is a scam and should not be in business.

On November 28, 2015 I placed on order online for a 14-cup Rice Cooker. I got confirmation of my order, and at the time it clearly showed available. Today is December 10th and I have heard nothing from this company. Since this is a Christmas gift, I called. The first "customer service" person that I spoke with was able to find out that the Rice Cooker is on backorder and wouldn't be available until December 16th and it would be 2-8 days for shipping. I told her this was not good enough - I asked to cancel the order. She gave me the whole story about how they have to notify the warehouse and if it's not sent they have to.
Anyhow, I requested a confirmation via email that this order was truly going to be cancelled. That's when I truly got irate and angry because she then told me that honestly they have a "no cancellation" policy! Honestly?? I blew up, big time. I wanted to speak to someone else, she refused and I hung up. I was HOT to say the least - I was their worst nightmare. And, I proved it when I called back and connected with another individual who truly did want to help me; however I was "steaming" so his attempts to "soothe" things were not working.
All I wanted was to make sure that order was truly cancelled. No guarantees. They did send me an email to which I sent a reply. It clearly states, "There is no guarantee this order is truly cancelled." It will be a waiting game! I now have to try and find another rice cooker and get it in time for Christmas. Another thing, it would have been a simple thing on their part to contact a customer with information on back orders. A simple email with the pertinent information would have alleviated a lot of stress and I'd have a better chance at getting my rice cooker before Christmas.

Ordered a tow bar baseplate and after I opened the package it was the wrong part for my car. I shipped it back and had to pay shipping cost and they assured me I would be receiving a refund to my card. Weeks went by and no refund and word from them. Contacted them and they explained they were waiting for ok from warehouse. Days later they stated in a email some of the hardware was missing, then claimed all hardware is missing! Will not return phone messages, but claim they called! I have still not received my refund. Too large of a purchase money wise to let go. Very unsatisfied and they are very unprofessional. Would not suggest doing business with this company. Caution to you!!!
Updated on 12/11/2015: Finally got a refund after days of back and forth emails. Not one personal phone call!!! Still was not credited shipping cost. Got stuck with over 100 dollar shipping fees. I guess the warehouse found the hardware??? They sent a coupon for 10% off my next order. As if I would ever order anything from them again!!!

I ordered a clothes rack Saturday at 11 p.m. on the Walmart.com website. Three hours later, Sunday at 2 a.m., I realized that I did not need it after all. I went to the cancel the order, the website would not let me cancel and said the item had already shipped and was supposed to arrive within 10 days. Really? At 2 a.m. they shipped an item that was going to arrive 10 days later? I immediately emailed customer service at UnbeatableSale and within hours got a reply saying it was too late to stop the order. I wrote back saying I would not accept it when it arrives as I have given them fair warning. They wrote back and said they will charge me shipping fees even if I don't accept the product. I have spent hours trying to stop this company from shipping the product and got Walmart involved.
Walmart said they spoke with UnbeatableSale and it would 'try" to stop the order but there was no guarantee that it would be stopped. UnbeatableSale should have tried to work with me when it received my first email 3 hours after ordering to stop the order. It's as if they get paid for shipping items because customer service had plenty of time to go do what it needed to do to stop the order.

I tried to buy something on Walmart's site, but when I put it in the cart it said it was actually sold by UnbeatableSale. Before purchasing, there was never information provided saying that I couldn't treat this like a normal Walmart order. After I had ordered this kayak, I found the same one for a much better price. I went on to Walmart's website and found out I had to work directly with UnbeatableSale to cancel my order. Turns out UnbeatableSale does not allow you to cancel your order even if it hasn't shipped yet, you have to receive the shipment and pay the shipping, request a return form and then schedule a pick up between sometime between 8-5. I tried requesting the required form and the website can not recognize my order number or my reference number. I would take the route of refusing the package, but then the would charge me additional shipping, a restocking fee and 25% of my order total.
Since I couldn't cancel my order I wanted to change the delivery address so my husband wouldn't find a second kayak hiding in our house until I could return it. I was not even allowed to change the delivery address. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I will never order anything from this company again. Extremely poor customer service and not even the best prices on items!

I've purchased these pipe straps from various other suppliers in the past. They typically cost around $20.00 for a box of 100. UnbeatableSale.com listed their price at around $20.00 for 1. My mistake was assuming that the quantity of 1 meant 1 box of 100. I thought I was ordering 10 boxes for a total of 1000. You can imagine my surprise when I opened the package to see a whopping total of 10 pipe straps in the box. Cost me about $200 plus about $75 for shipping!! They are allowing me to return them for a refund but I'll be out the $75 shipping fee plus return shipping. WARNING - make sure you know what you're getting if you order from this site.

I placed an order for a pair of Muck Boots through Amazon (with the help of a very new associate). She accidentally double ordered the boots, with these being $30 more expensive than the first order. She assured me that this order would be dropped off immediately. It wasn't. I contacted this company within an hour to cancel the order, explaining that I did not place the order. They REFUSED to cancel it, and insisted on sending me the boots, despite my telling them that it was a mistake, that I didn't authorize them to charge my card, and that it would be fraud if they did.
They insisted that I receive the boots, request an Return authorization, and PAY TO SHIP THEM BACK, AND I WOULD BE CHARGED A 25% restocking fee! I had to file a claim with my bank. I will be filing a police report as well, as I have saved all correspondence with this company and Amazon. A very shady, unethical company who cares more about making money than the customer or THE LAW. I have to cancel my credit card because of their unethical employees.

I will never purchase from here again. Sent through a bike with broken parts, the bike is brand new never been used. They refused, said I was trying to get a warranty. My 5 year old granddaughter birthday was ruined. I simply ask for non defective parts. I will never use again. Never returned a email. I ordered a small hardware part on Amazon (#111-3221631-9305800). UnbeatableSale shipped the wrong part. They quickly acknowledged their mistake and reshipped. The second shipment had the same incorrect part again. After several e-mails back and forth they decided that the part number I ordered was not actually available and promised a refund. They only refunded the part price and not the freight charge which was half of the total. In my view, this company behaves unethically and is simply not ready for prime time.

I'm only using UnbeatableSale for medical things but I definitely plan to shop with them again. The only comment I had was I paid quite a bit for shipping (around $15) when I ordered my first product. Furthermore, when I got the item, what was in the box was clearly visible to anybody who walked by my front door. I emailed the company, they apologized and gave me 10% off on my next purchase. They validated this when I made the order the second time.

Also the award for Delta miles and points is a really long process out of any of the other websites we order from. Through the American Express, shopping takes significantly longer than anyone else to reward the points back.

We searched the web for a mattress that was exactly like the one we have in our guest room. I found Unbeatablesales.com was selling the exact brand and type. Before I ordered it I talked with the customer service person - via chat - to make sure it was the same brand, the same model, the same name, and the same mattress number. I had the other mattress label in my hand. I was told more than once that it was. I ordered the mattress and it was delivered via Averitt trucking. It was wrapped in two plastic covers that were dirty and had rubbed through onto the mattress in several places.
Once we opened the plastic bags, we discovered not only the black marks but that the mattress was not the correct model or type (it was 3" less thick, not nearly the quality of our other one and the wrong brand), and that the sewing along the edge of the mattress was not completed or finished - it looked like a manufacturers second. I contacted Unbeatablesales.com and was given a RMA number for the return but was told I was responsible for the return cost. I was also offered a discount price to keep the mattress. When I looked up the shipping return cost, it was as much as the mattress costs originally and required the mattress to be boxed - at my expense. I then emailed Unbeatablesales.com back to let them know that I needed to discuss the cost of shipping and received no response for 3 days.
I called them on 10/21/15 at 3:00 pm and was told by the customer service person (Mia) that someone must have given me incorrect information (they might have been new she said) because they do not accept furniture returns (and mattresses are furniture). When I asked what they were going to do about it, she said she could give me a 20% return fee. When I said that was unacceptable, she offered me a 40% return fee. This was her final offer, so I accepted the fee since I had no other course of action. I think this is not only very poor business but borderline bait and switch fraud. They get to keep 60% of the price of the mattress and now I have an unusable mattress.
I am very dissatisfied with their customer service policy of no return on furniture, which was not addressed when I bought the mattress, and very dissatisfied that I cannot get a full refund and return the mattress at their cost. I would warn you not to purchase anything from this company nor do any additional business with them as they are dishonest, sent me a sub-quality product, incorrectly shipped, and have a terrible return policies - they do not tell you before you purchase. Stay away from these folks - they won't be in business long if this is how they treat their customers. I will never purchase anything from them again. Be warned.

I bought a RV Cover and installed it June 16, 2015. It was on my RV for 90 days and the cover started ripping in numerous locations. It was over $300 and the expected life is many years, not months. Unbeatable said, "Too bad, our policy is 30 days." There OEM, Eevelle, agreed it was defective and offered a replacement but would not guarantee it would be any better. They told me to go back to Unbeatable to get a refund. I expected Unbeatable to work with Eevelle to get a credit and then to give me a refund. Neither of them has contacted me in over 10 days. Today I called Unbeatable and they told me to talk to the Eevelle which has not returned my email or calls in 10 days. Unbeatable does not seem to care that their vendor product turned out to be crap and cares less about me. I would never buy anything of value from them, they do not have a customer interest.

We ordered a daybed from the Sears website, thinking it was FROM Sears. Come to find out it was through a 3rd party business. The ad stated we would get the entire daybed & proceeded to place the order. A week later the trundle part arrived but not the rest of the bed. We contacted the company to find out where the bed was. I ordered $864.00 worth of furniture on August 7, 2015. On October 1 after waiting two months to receive the furniture and calling almost every other day in September to track the order, I received an email that they were cancelling the order. This has been the most miserable customer service experience ever!!! I have made more than a dozen phone calls and numerous emails, hung on the phone for an average of twenty minutes to speak to someone who can offer no help and then am told after two months of waiting... "Sorry, due to high demand we are cancelling the order." High demand is clearly not the case since their first response in writing was that it was never picked up from the warehouse and Jennifer or Darlene verified in early September that there was plenty of stock.
Several people called the warehouse on numerous occasions but the warehouse never answered. I do not think their warehouse exists!!! I spoke to or heard from Jennifer, Darlene, Maybeline,Toni Ann, Heather **, John, Martin and never received a straight answer. Their excuse on at least 5 different days within September was that there was a Jewish Holiday that day and so no one could help. Never, never, never rely on this organization.

We ordered a full-size Ashley sleeper sofa in black (Item # 4460236). It showed up postponed 3 times and late by 2 weeks in the WRONG COLOR. The black option was clearly selected. Delivery personnel were unprofessional and unwilling to keep it on the vehicle without additional charge...so we were forced to accept. After trying to contact UnbeatableSale customer service myself only to be put off, I called Sears as "unbeatablesale.com" was vended from them. Sears personnel were very professional and opened a direct 3-line conference call.
I spoke with "John" at Unbeatable who was unprofessional, discourteous and not at all interested in resolving or correcting the problem. We are now "stuck" with a piece of furniture we cannot use thanks to the unprofessional personnel at unbeatablesale.com. In my 24 years of dealing with DOD logistical functions, I have never met a more unprofessional "group of non-caring inept amateurs." Avoid this company at all cost.

I ordered a Haws long reach 5 lt. watering can in red and absolutely love it. I had ordered a smaller version and had liked it also. Waters perfectly and is balanced. UnbeatableSale.com has the lowest price. I purchased directly through them and I got it but it was a little bit slow and their system seems a little archaic compared to other ones. There was no way to track the order. Once I put it in, it disappears for a while. I had to email at one point to find out where it was but it all came and it worked out. I'd shop with them again if the price is right, but I would probably go with one that has a little bit more visibility in terms of the status of the order.

The only reason I bought the 3-piece Farberware bamboo wooden cutting board set from UnbeatableSale.com is to try to get the $50 gift certificate which showed up in their mailed ad. Since once you start going through the advertisement and get to the UnbeatableSale.com website, you realize you got to buy something. The set is nothing fancy. I wouldn’t rave or brag about it to my friends.
And then I was supposed to get a $50 gift card to Home Depot but they said that I got to send in the receipt or proof of purchase through mail. So then I sent that back in then waited 6 weeks. Then I got something else in the mail saying that I got to find this one then send it back. So ultimately, I think it was a scam or a rip-off, almost like wasting people’s time, hoping they never claim any of it while they sell overpriced junk. It was a frustrating experience.

How can you see if you received the correct items without opening? I was not told I could not return my 2 bras. It came in a brown envelope. I opened it TO SEE WHAT SIZES, FRONT OPENING, etc. When I called to find out how to send them back as I needed another size, I was told I could NOT RETURN THEM. I did NOT OPEN the bra Package. This is outrageous!!! I have told EVERYONE. As I was hanging up, the person I spoke to Said quickly, "I can give you 50% off other bras," All the while she had been trying to sell me 2 more. On May 20, 2015, I received a collegiate patio umbrella that I ordered from UnbeatableSale.com. On August 8, the aluminum pole broke during a rain storm. The umbrella was in a closed position. Because it broke more than 30 days after receipt, the vendor would not replace it or send a refund ($135). Walmart.com processed the order but says that UnbeatableSale.com is solely responsible for the item. When I asked for a refund or replacement, they said they have a 30-day return policy. I cannot find this policy on their website, nor did I see it when I ordered through Walmart. The manufacturer, Seasonal Designs, Waukegan, IL, also takes no responsibility for the product. So I spent $135 to use a patio umbrella for less than 3 months. I will not waste another penny at UnbeatableSale.com.

As a teacher I was looking for sets of watercolor paint sets to order for my class. Their website said a set of 16 was $17.96 and so I ordered two sets even though there was a huge shipping and handling cost of $17.10. When the package arrived there were only 2 sets of paints. I called their customer service number and they agreed that it would be ridiculous to pay $17.96 for one set of paint. They said they would contact the warehouse and get back to me in a couple of days.
A week later when I still hadn't heard anything I called back. They again said they would contact the warehouse to get the other paints shipped. It was another week later that I received an email stating that the "set" was the number of paints, not the number of paint sets. When I called to say I wanted to return the items for a refund, they then said the 30 days was over (due to them taking so long to take care of the problem) that I wasn't eligible for a refund. I would advise no one to use this website.

I am not one to ever complain, but this was seriously the worst online purchase ever! I bought dog shampoo because it's my favorite kind and it was $3 cheaper on this website. Worst mistake. So I purchased it and waited 8 days before I got it. Well I got a clipper blade instead. How do you manage to screw that up? So I called and explained well they stated they would send me a shipping label and I told them I wasn't sending it back until I receive my shampoo and she agreed. 5 days later, no shampoo. I called back and they said "Oh, we never sent it. We are waiting for the blade back". So, I was nice enough to send the blade back and wait for my shampoo.
Couple days later, still no shampoo! Called and they never shipped it. I just asked for my money back at this point so it could be easier! Well nope, it wasn't. They refunded me the wrong amount!!! I called 3x and they keep transferring me to different people and I actually got hung up on once too and I was being nice! So, I still haven't received the amount I paid!

I purchased a trampoline net on Amazon and the zipper broke right after 30 days (1 week). Our original net from Walmart.com lasted nearly 3 years. When I called, they told me there was no recourse and I had to call the manufacturer. When I asked to escalate my request for replacement, I was put on hold for over 30 minutes then disconnected. Seriously? Zero accountability for quality sold to me. I'm beyond disappointed that Amazon would allow a vendor with such poor consumer affair rating. Wish I looked this up first.

This company (UnbeatableSale) will do you wrong!!! I searched looking specifically for this VERY TRACTOR! I paid roughly $24 for the tractor and roughly $22 for shipping. The description stated that it was a 3 lb tractor, but what came in was a .08 lb tractor, the size of a Hot Wheel. I was not upset at this point because it was obviously a mistake and I expected them to make it right. Long story short, after many phone calls (where they put you on hold for 10 minutes at a time) and emails, they told me that to get a refund that I had to pay for shipping, with insurance, and send the product back... even though they admitted that they had either written the wrong description or shipped the wrong item.
They made promises of return phone calls which never happened. I was given attitude because I refused to pay shipping on something that I didn't order. Finally, they told me to keep the product and they would refund my purchase price, but NOT the $22 in shipping. I called Amazon and reported them and Amazon was amazing! The lady credited my card for the shipping and explained that she would send in a report to open an investigation on this company! Bottom line is that if you order from this company and anything goes wrong, they will NOT do the right thing!!! PATHETIC!!!

I ordered a bar sink through the Sears.com website. The sink was distributed from Sears via Unbeatable Sale. Within 20 minutes of placing the order, I called to cancel because the receipt I received said 2 weeks for delivery. The sink would not have arrived in time so I needed to cancel and I ordered from another site. The Sears representative attempted to call Unbeatable Sale to cancel the order, but no one answered her phone call. She then emailed them. The Sears representative emailed me to let me know that she had emailed them to cancel the order and that they would contact me within 24 hours. They never did. Instead my order shipped two days later. Now they are charging me a 25% restocking fee. They dropped the ball, but I am paying the price.

I ordered a Rucci vanity stand through Walmart but UnbeatableSale is an outside provider and they sent it to me. I rec'd the mirror on June 10, 2015, and it is VERY small that my eyes hurt by the strain. UnbeatableSale sent me an e-mail asking me to PLEASE don't write anything negative about them or their product and that I should contact them first if I had issues. I did. I told them that I have no use for this product but I never heard back from them. I tried to return the item through their website but kept getting an "error" message so I just sent an e-mail to Walmart explaining the above and that I want my money refunded and will return this useless, poor quality item.

When I called back to complain she said it was the same thing, but I explained to her that was false advertisement since NOWHERE in the tube did it say this cream contained those ingredients. While shopping on the Sears website, I found a great deal on the patio cushions in the pattern I wanted. This particular cushion had been hard to find, so I was incredibly pleased when I found it at a nice price. What I didn't know was that this wouldn't be procured or even minimally supported by Sears. The cushions arrived when I had expected them. I ordered 4 chair cushions and 2 chaise cushions. They sent the correct cushions for my chairs, but the chaise cushions were in the wrong pattern. I engaged Sears to set up the exchange and was directed to UnbeatableSale.com who would email me in about 48 hours. What?
I received their cryptic email (with no apology for my inconvenience) that provided me with no information about how this would be taken care of and simply putting the problem back on me. This stupid ping-pong game went on for weeks. They wanted descriptions and photos. YOU SENT ME THE WRONG PATTERN! What else could they possibly need to know? The most infuriating part is where they told me to send them back - at my expense - so they could look into the issue.
That said, I finally tracked down a number to call them. The service rep asked the same ridiculous questions and continued to make it my problem. Long story short, she finally figured out that there was an error on the website. They didn't have the chaise cushions at all in the pattern I needed, so I would have to return them. I told her that she would need to set up the shipment and fund it on her end, which she eventually did. In the end, I needed to purchase these at a much higher price from another vendor - which I did willingly after my experience with UnbeatableSale.com. It was a seamless transaction that delivered exactly what I needed.
To summarize, be wary of low prices, my consumer friends. What you are saving in price you are likely losing in service. The best part is when they emailed me today (2 months after this issue has been closed out) telling that this is their second request for information that is needed to resolve my concern. Wow - talk about stellar service. Unreal.

I bought through Walmart a patio heating lamp and a umbrella stand heater that makes a lot of noise when on, and the lamp has plastic next to the heating elements that will melt with use from the heat, therefore I wanted to return these items. I contacted them via email (I work at night so I am not available in the day time for ph calls etc) to send me labels to return. Got an email that the labels were sent. I added them to my address book too as not to got in the deleted bin. NEVER GOT THE LABELS! I SEND 8 EMAILS TO ASK FOR THEM - NO RESPONSE. I ALSO ASK WALMART FOR HELP SINCE WAS SOLD IN THEIR SITE. THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT THEM.
So I am stuck with 2 unwanted items that are poorly made and an equally if not more poor service department for both UnbeatableSale Inc and Walmart. I do not recommend this site unless you have nothing else to do and want to create some work for yourself and frustration, that goes for Walmart too.

I order 5 Vicks humidifier filters through Walmart which allows this company to sell through their marketplace. The filter cost $62.35, weights less than one pound and they charged me $40.45 for regular shipping through the USPS. Didn't realize the cost because I purchased it with other products from Walmart and qualified for free shipping. I was shocked when I saw the charge on my account.

Ordered a table and chairs on walmart.com/unbeatablesales. The description and picture all referenced chairs. I looked at the Q&A and it specifically stated that it came with chairs (question 1) and there were 4 (question 2). I called Walmart and the associate agreed that it should come with chairs, but GUESS WHAT!!! NO CHAIRS. I e-mailed them and said they should maintain their integrity and send the chairs, but told me that WALMART had misinformation on their site! They certainly don't care about integrity or customer service. They should be banned from operating.

I ordered Bird Suet blocks. I usually get them for no more than a $1.64 EACH. However I couldn't go out so I ordered them from this company. I was chgd. almost $8 a piece. I thought it was a box of 5 for that price. Total was over $15 for 2. But WORSE than that was they charged me almost $20 to ship them. Should have been no more than $5... PURE THEFT! 2 suet cakes for $35 that I could get at the store for $2.34 for both! I called and they said I could ship them back... More money out of my pocket. I've had multiple orders cancelled without warning. If they don't have the item in stock or if the thing is outdated and they haven't taken it off their website, when ordered, they should offer equivalent or at least contact the consumer that the order will be cancelled. They don't. I contacted them and they didn't contact back at all. Worse company ever. 140 customer complaints. They don't honor anything they do. No integrity at all.

I was looking for a sofa bed since I am living at a studio apartment. I browsed at Sears.com. I was happy because I found cheapest & nice one. Before I check out, I sent the photos with description to 3 persons. But unfortunately, it's not a sofa bed but a table. It costs 134.30 plus 185 for shipping because it says oversize. I've got the table & it's weighing 15 lbs, height - 20.5 in, width -10.5 in. I called many time to exchange or return or the most is to refund the shipping cost because it's not oversized! Purchased an expensive patio set mid-May. Delivery date passed then received notice of a delay until second week in June. That date passed. Received an email with a delivery date that was already in the past! Then received a third email stating it would not be delivered until July10th. Before I could decide what I wanted to do, I received another email stating: "Unfortunately we cannot keep an order open longer than 30 days. Please contact us directly for further options." They blamed UPS, that they damaged package and said that it was being shipped back. They suck!!! They sent me wrong item and refunded me for Wrong Item!! I was looking for a window blind and found a one via Walmart website. When I ordered it, literally I found that Walmart using third party vendor. I got an email from UnbeatableSale.com regarding an item but very strange.. estimated arrival they stated was 3 WEEKS the day I purchased. On the same day, I actually found a cheaper priced window blind at the actual Walmart store and immediately contacted UnbeatableSale.com for cancellation. According to their website, the item was not processed nor shipped yet. Although I requested cancellation immediately via email (I used email in order to have actual evidence that I CONTACTED them), email said "customer service dept requested for cancellation unfortunately if sale dept started processing, unable to cancel the shipping". It didn't really make sense but I already emailed them and appealed for return an item.
So, waiting, waiting, waiting for next few week. I didn't receive a window blind. I contacted them again regarding an item and requested for tracking number. Immediately I received an email with tracking number and stated "it delivered"??? I emailed them back and stated "I was home all day the day you said it delivered and nobody showed up for delivery." Again, I got an email next day, and stated "during delivery, an item broke. We already processed a claim"??? I started suspicious about this tracking number and their customer service. The tracking number they sent to me specifically stated "delivered" then now you mentioned that an item was broken during delivery and it already returned to a sender. More questions in my head...
I contacted them again regarding refund and also reported Paypal that I didn't receive an item. Last week, I realized I didn't get refund yet and contacted them for explanation/when possibly I can get full refund. Their email stated "We received your message regarding your request for credit. Please be patient while we verify that the credit has been processed. Expect a follow up email shortly with the credit confirmation." I received this email in June 8th. I still didn't get credit confirmation email nor full refund yet. DO NOT USE or TRUST this company.

I ordered a patio coffee table on May 20th, 2015 through Amazon.com and two days later attempted to cancel the order after checking the order status and learned that it had "not yet shipped". When attempting to cancel the order on-line, the system would not allow me to finalize the final step. The table arrived and I emailed the company requesting a return slip. June 1st, 2015, I received and email from the company stating they have a NO RETURN policy on furniture. Having purchased this through Amazon.com I assumed, wrongly, that I would be able to return ANYTHING. I have NEVER purchased anything that cannot be returned. I would like to inform you about one of the businesses that operate out of NJ that I have done business with. I am seeking a resolution but get only rude responses and rejection. I purchased 2 items from this company that was disguised on the internet, meaning it had a storefront that did not show their, but another name. HERE IS WHAT I HAVE WRITTEN TO THEM AND WAS IGNORED UNTIL I CALLED, THEN JUST BRUSHED OFF:
"I have received my order yesterday and have tried to put the Atlantic 78050029 Kd Bistro Chair # 44 together. My first problem was that one package with screws was missing in one of the chair boxes, so I was unable to assemble it. The second issue is, that even when put together (I did one of them), these chairs are unusable since their backs tilt towards the person sitting on them not away from them. The third issue is that they are not standing flush with all legs on the ground, so they wobble (yes, they were assembled correctly).
The seat is more of a yellow than a sand or beige color, so that is different from what was described. The chairs are cheaply made and do not serve their purpose. I am very unhappy with this purchase, which was money spend for unusable items. I would like to ask you to send me a return label for both boxes or advise me on how to return these items." The company is operating out of NJ.

You buy this and they ship you that. You contact them to ask where the item you purchased is and the response I received was "The item you received is what we are selling." There was a web error and this was listed incorrectly. Sorry, the item was purchased not from your online store. The item was purchased from your ebay storefront which showed 3 available. The item was shipped 2 business days after the order was placed. Neither the sku or the item image was accurate so they knew exactly what they were doing. Don't shop here simple as that.

So I stumbled upon this perfume I had been wanting for a long time and saw Walmart.com advertising the 3.4 oz. bottle for around $52.00 and stated it was sold through Unbeatablesale.com. I then went to their website and saw it was a bit cheaper. I then found a coupon code for their website as well so figured what the heck I'll just purchase it through them. I ended up paying around $47.00 for the big 3.4 oz. so I was super happy!
I was suspicious when I got the order confirmation from a GreaterMedical.com?? So, the next day I received another confirmation from the Unbeatablesale.com. I then googled them and it took me here where I see a whole slew of negative feedback. Wish I would've done more homework before ordering from these crooks. My order came within a few days and it was a tester box which appeared to be unopened but no cellophane. The bottle appeared legit but then I sprayed it. Watery, weak and just not what I remembered. I looked on the bottom and it said, made in Germany. I now have learned that it is made in France. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! BUYER BEWARE!

Unbeatablesale.com assured I would get my product in 2 to 3 weeks. After not receiving it 5 weeks later, I tried contacting the company. They did not respond until my 3rd attempt, then they flat out lied about trying to deliver my product. I wanted to cancel my order but they said they won't refund money on furniture purchases. I finally received my product after 6 weeks and requested a refund for the $160.00 shipping charge, as they delivered my product outside of the time period their policy stated it would take. They refused this refund. They are a very dishonest.

This company sent me the wrong product, made me return it on my nickel, and refused to issue a full refund (it charged me the original shipping cost for a mistake I had no hand in). The company refused to send the correct product until I returned the wrong product (understandable I suppose, but upsetting nonetheless). But here is the kicker... I never got the correct product. A lady named ** (no extension number given; that way, you cant talk to a human) told me: "We no longer have the item you initially ordered". Yeah, right. What a waste of my life. Simply for the principle of it, I'm disputing the shipping charge.

In January 2015 the going price for H&R Block Premium Fed & State is about $55. I went to Walmart on a search result and, with shipping, the price was $51 for that product. Except that not clearly stated was the fact that it was for tax year 2013. Essentially full price for useless, out-of-date software. The box came and the year was not displayed on the cover, so I set it aside until I did my taxes a few weeks later. When the time came, they said it was my fault for not reading the entire invoice or not trying to install the software earlier. So, my recommendation is to complain to every vendor who allows them to set up a store front and remind them that they are fronting for a criminal organization (vendors utilizing deceptive practices).
Updated on 09/29/2015: My review ** is marked as "resolved," but it is not resolved. Unbeatablesale has kept the money deceptively gotten from me and has been relentless in chasing down my negative comments and trying to state that it is all resolved. It is not resolved. They have a department dedicated to wiping negative reviews from the internet, including this. They keep saying over and over that the issue was resolved outside of ConsumerAffairs, so therefore the entry should be deleted. So all the "unverified" and "resolved elsewhere" results are more likely fed up people unwilling to keep up the fight. I am more stubborn than most.

Ordered an arbor through Walmart.com on Tuesday and I noticed I had the wrong shipping address (daughter's address) chosen as primary. I immediately called Wal-Mart to let them know and was told they could not help me because it was a third party and they would not let them cancel the order. Wal-Mart told me to contact them and either have them change the shipping address or cancel order and reorder with correct address. I called UnbeatableSale.com and was told it was not even showing up in their system to call back in about 4 hours. I called back about 6 hours later and spoke to ** and he said it was still not in the system and that it usually takes 12 to 24 hours. Called back Wednesday and was told it was still not in the system.
Called back on Thursday and spoke to ** and told her I needed to either cancel and reorder with the correct shipping address or change the shipping address. She said she would send an email to the warehouse and have them change the shipping address no need to cancel. Friday I got an email saying it was shipped to the wrong address. I called UnbeatableSale.com and spoke to ** again and let her know it had been shipped to the wrong address. She said that didn't mean it had already been shipping and she would call the warehouse and have them change the shipping address. I told her we should have cancelled the order, that there was not way to be sure they would ship it to the new address and I was upset about this. She said well I am the one who had the wrong shipping address to begin with and I told her I knew that was my fault and I had been trying to correct it since moments after I ordered it.
I asked if she could call me to let me know whether they could change the address and she said she would. I gave her my work number but never heard back from her. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from them. I don't know where my order will end up or what condition it will be in. I am going to let Walmart.com know I am very unhappy with this company. It seems like they wait for you to order something and then you have no way to cancel the order so they can "get the money and run" without being responsible for when, how or what the customer gets. Wal-Mart's reputation is also under scrutiny because they representing this company on their warehouse.

I ordered a harness for my dog. They sent me a tracking number and everyday I tracked it. It said it was ready for pickup. I sent emails to them but got no response. Finally when I did get a response the lady said she would check order and to give them 2 days to get back to me. A week later after no further responses I decided to cancel my order. That prompted them to email me back finally. And they said they would contact shipping. And if it hadn't been sent by then they would refund me. I waited and no email. The last email I got from them they said they would send me confirmation of cancellation. I am still waiting for that.

Whatever you do, get the FINAL price before paying. Because once you give them your credit card info, you won't be able to review or cancel the order. They tack on a ridiculous shipping price to your order and expect you to pay if you try to cancel it. I am currently having my credit card company pursue my money for me. Their customer service is also terrible and will point to a clause in their policy that states that once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled (even if you placed it a minute ago and got the outrageous shipping cost and called right away to cancel). Really??? Who does that???

I ordered 4 bibs for my toddler and baby. I saw the prices of them and was ok with it. I proceeded with my order all the way to the end. I noticed that I was charged 60 dollars for shipping 4 bibs!!! I immediately emailed customer service only for them to tell me that the they couldn't cancel my order. I waited for the bibs to come and sent them right back. I received a refund for the price of the bibs but now they are telling me that they don't refund shipping costs. I would not recommend buying anything from UnbeatableSale.com! I purchased an item only to receive an email that it would not be available for over 2 months. I immediately cancelled the item and requested a refund as I no longer needed the item, it was going to arrive too late for my event. I followed-up with them for weeks asking when I would receive the refund. Finally I received an email that I was refunded. But when I checked they did not refund me for the shipping fee, which was outrageously expensive to begin with. So I had to email them again and they said the item had shipped so they couldn't refund me.
It took me 6 phone calls to speak with someone and then I had to ask to speak with their manager. Neither of the reps I spoke with helped me. I never received the item and it was cancelled long before they say it was shipped. It was a very disappointing experience! I even told the manager we are going to have to dispute these charges and she said to go ahead, that they have all the necessary documentation they need to uphold their policy. This company is shady.

This was ordered on Amazon from UnbeatableSale. First of all, it took almost a month to deliver, which was fine, I was in no rush for it. When it did arrive, the box itself was damaged greatly (and I do not believe it was damaged by UPS either as they normally leave a sticker when damaged) and sitting in a pile of snow (this I do blame on UPS because they should have put a bag around it). Placing the table together, the cocktail table was chipped and cracked and misaligned so that it would not construct. This was almost $400 after shipping costs.
I immediately contacted the company, the SAME DAY as delivery. They asked me to prove the damages in pictures. I do not have a digital camera or a smart phone, I had no way of taking pictures for them and advised as such. For three weeks they emailed me telling me they were waiting on the warehouse to be able to ship me a new one. During that time they had been telling UPS to go to my house and pick up the damaged one (though they never told me that UPS would be coming and never asked me to pack up the old one, which I had already told them I would not do until they sent me the replacement part). My driveway is about a half a mile long and during this time it was covered in ice and snow, a very dangerous incline for UPS drivers. As I was not home during the day, I had no idea that this was happening until UPS called us up and berated us for not leaving a package for pick up.
UnbeatableSale left me nasty message as well and refused to help. Thirty days passed so I filed the Amazon A to Z claim. After filing this claim, UnbeatableSale REFUSES to even speak to me because I filed the claim. Amazon itself has denied the claim, stating that I did not contact the seller within 14 days. I do not know why they have said that, as all my contact was initiated through Amazon and I have four different points of contact within the first 14 days. When I did the appeal, the claim was denied a second time, stating I did not return the object within 30 days and that my issue was not covered under A to Z. However, A to Z explicitly states that "damaged/defective items" are covered. Now I have no assistance from both Amazon and UnbeatableSale. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN THROUGH EITHER.

They were selling legal briefs (copies) on eBay of lawsuits against various owners in the trucking industry. They will literally sell ANYTHING to make a buck. When I posted NEGATIVE feedback about my experience on EBAY, they agreed to remove all auctions related to my grandfather. I agreed to revise feedback if they would stop selling copies of lawsuits against my grandfather. My grandfather, like other trucking companies of that era, existed in a time of mafia protection money and heavy competition. Once I revised my feedback, they started selling legal briefs all over again. This has been stressful for us and I can't believe that UnbeatableSale is so heartless as to capitalize on a dead man's trucking company and make a profit on dirty laundry. Be very careful of this company they are deceptive. Read the reviews here. They will show a box of pens in a listing and not tell you one pen is $24.

Purchased a vanity mirror as a Christmas gift for my wife. The swivel part of the mirror would not stay tight so you could not hardly use it to put on make-up. I ordered a Miami dolphins plaque and it took forever to get, and when I did get it there was a big chip on one of the corners. So I sent them a few emails with pictures and called them. They never returned my emails or call so I posted my feedback on eBay. And only then did they contact me asking if they refund my money would I be willing to revise my feedback. I told them once the money is refunded I would revise my feedback. Well I have not gotten the money back and have not heard from them since. I guessing the way they get people to revise their negative feedback is they promise to refund their money or replace their item and once the people revise their feedback they never get anything back or even hear from them again. The carton arrived perfectly intact, undamaged. Hence, they KNEW they were sending damaged merchandise. Then, to make matters worse, they say that they are filing a claim against the shipping company, even though the shipping company had nothing to do with the damage. The item arrived in a box other than its original box. I bought a blue locker, they sent it in a box that was for a gray locker. Sneaky and corrupt!! Don't do business with these people, you will regret it. When you contact them with a problem they do not follow up on it.. They hope you will just go away. I wish read the reviews here before doing business with them.

I ordered two stools from Unbeatable on December 19th. After much anguish I finally received my order on January 28th, however upon opening the crate, they were the wrong stools which are priced considerably lower than the stools I actually ordered. Upon contacting them, they gave me the run around, and then changed the product picture on my invoice on Amazon to reflect the incorrect stools (as if the mix up was my error). To date these are sitting in the middle of the driveway awaiting their response (now covered in 24" of snow), and this has been escalated to a claim with Amazon to attempt to get my money back. I really wanted these stools and was willing to wait, to the correct one's were delivered... But after the underhanded, non-ethical business practices I experienced with Unbeatable... I just want my money back.... No matter how great the price, please learn from my lesson.... Switch and bait game....

Wishing to purchase surveillance cam. Was settled on alarm clock/radio model, purchased expensive version, $305.00, so normal operation would provide functionality. Product arrived on time. No alarm feature (as advertised), no radio feature (as advertised), then there was this nifty little note "no mic feature in USA". I will contact your office Monday 2/2/15. You should be ashamed, I can help with that. That product "as is" has a worth of about $30.00.

Called Customer Service to inquire about returning winter overshoes (unopened). Told I was 5 days beyond the return date, which in itself wasn't what was so bad. It was the attitude: cold, corporate-like and the statement that "Policy" (with a capital P) was Policy after all and a company has to stick to it. There was no discussion about the appropriateness of Policy in this instance. No inquiries, no caring attitude whatsoever. The overshoes in question are likely in very high demand right now, and I was willing to pay for return shipping and restocking. I just don't wish to throw them into a landfill. (I will donate them to Goodwill). But, it really seems to me, with 10 years of retail management experience, that bending the policy would have ensured future sales from me and a good review. Shortsighted service where "Policy" trumps "Service".

Ordered a headboard/footboard that came with no side rails or slats which are pictured on the box, and directions. When I contacted them a sales rep said yes something missing. Never heard back. I followed up every day with an email, and phone call. Contacted BBB who finally got them to reply and they claim it’s not included in the order, but I also contacted manufacturer and they said it should be included because that's how they sell it to Unbeatable Sales. Ordered a thermostat X 2. One arrived at my old address (which was my deal). I called an hour later, was told they would stop the order, not charge me. Got sent out and charged. Got it sent back after I had to wait for an RMA. That was three months ago and I have called repeatedly, they say they will check with the warehouse and call me back...never happens. On December 3rd, I purchased a foundation garment (a bra) through this company as an "online partner" of Walmart. I had purchased from the manufacturing before, and in a similar style and the SAME size as I always wear. So I was not concerned with their stated return policy. Unfortunately, the item that came has some kind of manufacturing defect. One side of the garment is one size, and the other side is a DIFFERENT size. It simply does not fit correctly. So I contacted the company about the problem.
As I have learned (after the fact, unfortunately), these jokers have ZERO concept of warranty of merchantability. The problem is between them and their supplier, and not my problem. But they REFUSE the take it back and credit my card. They've stalled, they've played around, and even had the perverted nerve to basically ask me to take a photo of myself wearing the bra and send it to them to "prove my claim". How stupid do they think I am? I wouldn't do that for someone I know and trust, let alone a company I DO NOT know, and now don't trust any further than the garbage can! I bought the item online because of a health limitation. But it was definitely NOT worth it. Now my hope is to spread the word as quickly as possible so nobody else gets "taken" by them!

I recently purchased something online thinking that I was buying from Walmart. It was actually a different co. called unbeatablesales. These people took over a week to ship my order AFTER I CANCELLED THE ORDER. They went ahead and took my money anyway. Then they sent it to the wrong address. Then I was told it was going to be reshipped. Then I'm told UPS couldn't find me and that they would refund my money. Now they're not answering me back and I'm out the cash I spent.

After paying a lot for an office cabinet, the item arrived damaged. I took pictures and immediately called them to file a claim. They agreed that the damage was extensive. I was told on the phone that UPS might want to inspect it before giving me a refund or sending me a new one. I was never told to keep any original packaging nor that I might have to repackage it and ship it back. I kept all the cardboard but not the plastic wrap, since that got torn while I unwrapped the cabinet. Well, because I don't have the plastic wrap anymore, now they won't take it back or even inspect it or anything. Al they have done is refund the shipping cost. Worst service I have ever experienced among my numerous internet purchases. Now I have overpaid for a damaged piece of furniture.

I purchased a 4-piece bathroom set from Unbeatablesales.com, and decided that I no longer needed the product. In fact when UPS arrived, the package was refused meaning I did not take possession of the product at all. Also, I sent an email to Unbeatablesales prior to the arrival of the shipment requesting a refund in full. They never stated in any email or phone call that they were going to charge me a 25% restocking fee. They were deceptive and very rude to me by telling me, "well that's our policy and hung up the phone." They have very poor customer service and deceptive selling practices. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I bought a surfboard from them. I was not home when the package arrived and had left a note to place the package behind the door. When I got home, I realized they sent me the wrong board (right length, but totally different graphics). I contacted their customer service and was told that they would get back to me the following week due to the holiday weekend. (At this point, I lost out of surfing during the holiday weekend). For about a week and half they gave me the runaround stating that they were "waiting for the warehouse guys to get back to them at customer service".
When I followed up about a week later, they stated that the warehouse guys stated that they don't even carry that color and that I needed to provide a picture proof. I had no problem doing this, but I requested to at least have the correct package overnight or even 48 hour shipped to me and as a courtesy of me having to miss my surf trip and 2 weekends of surfing, refund me the $150 shipment fee. I did not hear back and when I followed up after sending the picture, they still stated that they were waiting for the warehouse guys. I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card and sure enough, now I hear back from them stating: "we received a dispute and need the merchandise returned, and UPS would come by with a return label and pick up the package." WORST online company experience I've ever had. I would never buy from them again and would recommend that you STAY AWAY from them. Terrible Company.

I'd been looking for a real Panama (woven in Ecuador) hat and found just the one I was looking for (Pantropic Classic Fedora) at nearly half the price of other sites. For the price, this might be the best deal there is on a beautiful, handmade, soft, featherweight, real Panama hat. Delivered quickly and packaged very well, with a nifty plastic hat form to prevent crushing in case the box got mashed which can be reused for shaping, storage, etc. The hat was actually finished and shipped from Bollman Hats, one of America's oldest hat makers. Last week I ordered 2 Bargman tail lights from UnbeatableSales.com and when they arrived (ahead of time) and when I opened the box I discovered they were not what I ordered. I then contacted them and told them that they sent the wrong items. To my surprise they said they do not accept refunds on electrical items. I then said to them that they sent me the wrong item and they were never used. I just received them and if they wouldn't accept a return, I would place a bad review and complain to Walmart which is who they channel through. They then said they would accept them back but they would not pay shipping back. That is the normal when the wrong item is shipped. I would never buy from them again because of poor customer service.

I ordered (via Walmart.com) a $23.26 backpack for my daughter. I received an email from Walmart.com stating my backpack had been shipped and the total cost was $72.70!!!! Why was I charged $49.44 for shipping?!?!?! After emailing Walmart.com I found out the backpack was being shipped from the opportunistic thieves called UnbeatableSales.com. I checked their website and their shipping policies. Their website states to APO/FPO websites there is a $12.49 per shipment charge. OK, it's the price of being a military family living overseas. The extra cost was a $4.99 PER POUND shipping charge! SERIOUSLY? This backpack was being shipped via the United States Postal Service, not a private shipping company. I already paid a $12.49 charge just to send to an APO (which, because it's using the USPS and a zip code, there is not a hidden "overseas fee") but to charge almost $5 per pound fee on top of the $12.49 is opportunistic of the company to take advantage of those of us on military orders stationed overseas.
When I called the company and informed the so called customer service rep I was calling from Italy, he put me on hold TWICE (which I had to call back both times as I was disconnected). He told me that I had to return the item at my own expense AND, even with the item returned in the original, unopened box, I would be charged a 20% restocking fee. If the website had stated I'd be charged a $4.99 per pound fee, I would have NEVER ordered the backpack starting this nightmare. Do NOT order from this company if you are a military family or on US Government orders working overseas as you'll be taken advantage of this company's licentious $4.99 per pound fee on top of your $12.49 just to send to an APO/FPO.

I ordered an electric guitar. 3 days late - I receive the order - it is an electric cello!!! OK - so they mixed up the boxes, no big deal, right? Now the nightmare starts. So I send an email and explain what happened. The answer comes in 2 days later. They want pictures of the item. Basically open the box, take the cello out and send them pictures. So now they have an open box - hey not my problem - so I do that. 2 days waiting time - an email comes in. They sent my message to the warehouse and when they receive an answer they will let me know. As you can imagine - 4 days passed - nothing - so now my patience is gone so I start calling. Same or worse experience - once I give them my order number I go on hold and click - line goes dead. Start again - after 4 calls and instant message I get my answer - they will send me a label to return and ONCE received the wrong item - they will either refund me or send me (? ) the right item! This was the worst experience I ever had with a merchant!!!!

I bought a Little Chief Smoker from these highway robbers (via Walmart online) and when I opened it I noticed it was severely dented down the back right side. I asked about their refund policy and they do not pay for damaged return shipping. They offered me a pathetic 10% off the original price. I ordered a rubber shower door strip for the bottom of my shower door from Sears.com which placed my order through unbeatablesales.com. After many weeks of waiting for the item to be delivered and not receiving it, I contacted sears who sent the message to unbeatablesales.com. Their records indicated that the item was delivered weeks earlier and even though I didn't receive it, they were not able to resend or refund my money without the item being returned. I ended up contacting unbeatablesales.com directly after the ridiculous follow up email and was met with the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
It's obvious that UPS either delivered to the wrong address or it was taken from my front porch. Regardless, neither of those are a possibility with unbeatablesales.com. They have been extremely rude to deal with over the phone, lied and told me they were going to refund my money and didn't, then had UPS contact me to go over the tracking they had on file. (I'm sure if the delivery guy did deliver to the wrong address, it would be noted in the UPS tracking database). Bottom line, I was charged over $20 for an overpriced piece of rubber and I'M THE ONE being treated like a crook after not receiving it. I will never do business with this company, Sears or any company associated with them ever again.

This company does not have customer service! We had a bean bag toss tournament scheduled as a company. I ordered 2 sets from them. When we received them, one of the sets were missing a set of bags. I called, they said they have to contact the warehouse and the girl will email me when they ship the bags out. Well that has been 5 days and still nothing. When I call back, I am told, "Well you can always send them back!" Really????? I am still waiting. I filed a complaint with the BBB as well as disputed my credit card. Now I am sure I will hear something. The customer service people as well as the supervisor are on the line of being rude. They do not know what service is. Once I get the bags, I will never order from them again.

I ordered special salad dressing/marinade through Walmart.com, and my confirmation had a statement that items purchased from Unbeatablesales cannot be returned to Walmart. I had no idea who Unbeatablesales was as, like I said, I made my purchase from Walmart.com! After the initial purchase confirmation, the remaining emails were from Unbeatablesales. I order 6 bottles of the dressing. It was received (one bottle had leaked), but the worst part was that I made my purchase in around the end of June and received it in early July 2014.
Each bottle has a "best if used by 8/1/14"! I complained to Unbeatablesales as Walmart doesn't want to hear from me. They said they would check with the warehouse to see if they had bottles marked with a later date. Next thing I know, a customer service rep emails me to tell me I could pay to send them back and get a refund or keep them (what, so they can sell them to another customer?) and I would get 20% of my cost back. Bull! Don't ever purchase anything online from Walmart or Unbeatablesales. Not reputable at all!

I order a nitro tv car for my son for Christmas. I didn't receive this item until well into January and it was suppose to be here from Christmas. That was my first warning. Then in February we started trying to work with it. It didn't work. I emailed them, no response. Took it to a specialty shop, they said it was broke. Contacted them again, they kept saying you had 90 days. It was like 4 or 5 days past that. Nor did it say anything on this anywhere!! They emailed and emailed and tries to call. With nothing. Then come freaking June and I get an email from the company to say to deal with Amazon. I did that and it was the same crap.
I am currently dealing with BBB and they are saying the same crap but now it is changed from 90 to 30 days. How funny!! All I want is the $200 back! And they are terrible with all customer service and mean about it! I have been dealing with this since December 11 and and very upset as well as my son is heartbroken!!! I don't know what to do now! Legally I know I have rights. Just don't ever do business with this company, EVER!!! You will regret it! I wish I did look on this before ever doing business with them!

On June 3, 2014 I ordered a folding wheelbarrow. When I received the product, I found a hole in the stitching on one of the seams approx. 1 1/2" long. I wrote Unbeatablesales.com explaining the damage. I received an email asking for pictures. I explained that being on disability I could not afford a cellphone that takes pictures or a digital camera. I did not hear back from them for over a week and only after I filed a complaint with rakutan.com did they respond. I was told I would have to pay for the return shipping. As far as I'm concerned if the product arrived damaged, then the vendor should be paying return postage.
Rakutan.com finally sent me a UPS shipping label; neither I nor Rakutan should have had to pay for this cost. I returned the product on 6/19/2014; Unbeatablesales received it on 6/20/2014. I got an email from unbeatablesales confirming they received the package and my refund would be processed with 24-48 hours. Not counting the weekend the refund should have been processed on either 6/23 or 24. The refund was never processed until 6/26. While I feel I should have received a FULL refund, I would have settled for a refund of the cost + sales tax (which they charged me the wrong amt. of sales tax). Now if I am not mistaken, if I return a taxable item to a store, I get the purchase price + sales tax refunded. Unbeatablesales kept the sales tax.
From what I have read about other people's experience they purchased a larger $$ amount and lived in NJ. If my sales tax was approx $5, the other's sales tax was much more. If unbeatablesales did not return their sales tax, these people are stealing and making money from the unreturned sales tax. I'll be filing a complaint with the NJ Dept. of Treasury. It isn't so much the $5 but the fact that unbeatablesales is committing larceny and fraud, getting away with breaking the law and making a profit. I hope these people have a business license in NJ. If not they are going to be paying big time. This is one company I have no issue filing complaint. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND I TELL EVERYONE I KNOW, IF YOU SEE THIS NAME LOOK ELSEWHERE TO MAKE YOUR PURCHASE!

I received my order confirmation e-mail and my e-mail telling me to wait 5-8 business days for my order to arrive. I waited. I then followed the link to track my order. The website came back with "this order does not exist." Unbeatablesales charged me but did not process my order in their own system? I contacted customer service. After finding reviews online I was concerned I would never hear back from them; however, they promptly replied. The customer service rep wrote that he was contacting the appropriate warehouse to find out the status of my order and I would receive an e-mail updating me.
The next e-mail I received was the shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Following the link allowed me to see they shipped it that day (two days after telling me they were looking into it for me). Almost a full two weeks after ordering and being told it would be at my house within 5-8 business days. The anticipated arrival date is still one week down the road.
Real customer service is when a company makes a mistake, acknowledges it, and makes it right. In this case an apology e-mail and expedited shipping. Any shipping method would be faster than the one they chose. The post office would get my order to me in less than a week; it is like they are paying for delayed shipping or driving it themselves. I will now avoid any items being sold by unbeatablesales.com until they revamp their company, their customer service, and their ability to process, ship, and track orders.
Wow, I just noticed this review website has a "I want an attorney to contact me about my complaint." Our society is going downhill, people are losing their jobs, and product prices are increasing everyday from stupid lawsuits. Why feed the stupidity? Yes, I want millions of dollars but not over something stupid like poor customer service or cheaply made products. I made a purchase for several packages of balloons from the Walmart.com website. Because the colors appeared different than they appeared on the website I decided to return them. This morning I spoke to a customer service representative by the name of Dawn. She was extremely rude, and had a very bad attitude. She argued with me about my order number that I gave her and told me it was wrong. There was no other order number I could've given her, as it was only when I had. She eventually hung up on me after I asked for manager. When I called back I decided to record the call, and to my surprise, she answered the phone again. This time my husband spoke to her. When he asked for a manager she said she would not transfer him unless he gave her an order number. He told her he didn't have one. She then said she wouldn't transfer him unless she knew who he was.
My husband told her that he didn't want to speak to her because she was rude to me and hung up on me. He also said that when he called and asked for manager she was supposed to transfer him. She then began to ask for my information as if she didn't know who was calling back. When my husband confronted her about that she said that we were calling a call center and that it could've been anyone of the reps that answer the phone. (That doesn't exactly say "it wasn't me.") I heard her voice and I told her I knew it was her. Her response was "If it was me, fine! I don't know what you're saying!" My husband replied "I want to speak to a manager and you keep saying the same thing!" At that point we held for a manager. The manager, Toni-Ann, was very nonchalant and never addressed the rep's behavior. I told her that I would never order from them again because of this experience. There are many people without a job who are ready to provide great service.

I purchased a very expensive SnugFleece Woolens mattress pad with the expectation that it would be able to be returned if I didn't like it. Their return policy states: "Our return policy is one of the most highly rated today. Unbeatablesale.com has a money back guarantee on products returned within 30 days...." The representative stated that he would be unable to accept my order for return, referencing this line from the return policy: "We will not accept returns on any Shavers, Personal Care items, Cosmetics or Intimate products that have been opened." Since when is bedding considered "Personal Care"? If you don't accept returns on bedding, you need to specifically state that in the policy. Very unsympathetic representative. Horrible horrible customer service. Extremely disappointed and angry.

The item I purchased was a bouncy house which I went through Walmart online to buy for my 5 year old daughter. 5 seconds after I completed the ordering process, I noticed an error with the delivery address and needed to change it. I immediately called Walmart customer service to correct it; however, now Walmart can't access Unbeatable Sales ordering system to change the address, so I was directed to call them to change it. I spoke to a representative at Unbeatable Sales over the phone who stated that the purchased item had not "posted" in their ordering system yet and there was nothing he could do until it did. He also stated that it would take at least 24 - 48 hours for that to occur and for me to call back the next day and it should have posted by then and he could change it then. So the next morning when I did call as instructed, I find out from the exact same guy that the order has not only posted in their system, but it has already been shipped, and now there was nothing he could do to recall or alter the delivery.
He suggested that I contact UPS and try to alter the delivery through them. UPS suggested that I either allow delivery or return the package to the sender, because unless Unbeatable Sales contacts them and changes the delivery address; there was nothing that could be done to change the delivery address. I "could not" allow the delivery, and also at this point of going back and forth between UPS and Unbeatable Sales I got frustrated so I requested that the package be returned to sender. The next time I call Unbeatable sales, I spoke to one the managers in reference to their process for the returning the item for a refund. I am so frustrated with the entire Unbeatable Sales process; constantly being placed on hold, all the justifications as to why the responsibility is not theirs, a nonchalant demeanor towards helping correct the problem, etc. So as the process was explained to me over the phone by the manager, she never mentioned anything to me about the address in which the order was shipped from (Nevada), being different than the address the order needed to be returned to (New Jersey). I think that was a pretty important piece of information.
I'm sure it was already decided that since I was returning the item for a refund, that I needed to be charged for something. So they charged me a 25% restocking fee of $163.00 because the item was returned to the warehouse it came from, and not this other address in New Jersey. I know that once I decided to ask for a refund, there would also be a waiting process to get that as well. It took over 3 weeks to get my money back and then to discover that I was charged $163.00 to return the item is so disheartening. Walmart should be aware of companies that operate like this behind their name. It may cost them more than money in the long run. WTF is a Restocking Fee??

Bought an item off Ebay from Unbeatablesales.com... Worst ever service.. paid money three weeks back but still haven't got the product. Because it's been lost? And they are asking me to track it! It should be their responsibility to have it securely delivered at the doorstep. They don't have an ETA and are not ready to resolve it! I will raise a Dispute to my credit card company. I placed an order with this place via Amazon.com on the 14th of April. By the 23rd I hadn't heard or received anything so I contacted customer service and found out it was shipping on the 24th even though their webpage stated items shipped between 3 and 7 days. I had to contact them again for a tracking number and once I received that it showed that the item was damaged and was being returned to the facility. I contacted them AGAIN inquiring about a credit to my account or if they were going to reship and I finally had to send them a really nasty email and they just credited my account TODAY May 19th. Over 1 month to get this resolved and then they only issued me a partial credit. I paid them $51.74 and received $39.00 credit. At this point I guess I should be grateful I received anything at all and I am so angry I'm not even going to contact them to find out why I didn't receive a full refund.

Most horrifying experience ever. My husband and I ordered a gift for our 5 year old niece on Sunday, 5/11. The standard shipping would take very long (the website does not provide a different option for shipping), so we called in first thing Monday morning and requested an upgrade to expedite the delivery. A customer service representative took our credit card information and promised to change the type of shipping. We needed the package to arrive by Saturday morning, 5/17, so we gladly agreed to be charged extra $60 to accommodate this. The shipping notification came on Wednesday, 5/14, and stated standard type of shipping. (Unfortunately, both of us were out of town at that moment and had a very limited access to our emails).
When my husband called customer support on Friday morning, he was told that the warehouse had already processed the order before the customer support could change the shipping type (Could not change the shipping type in 2 days?). I called in a few hours later (needless to say, I spent more time on hold, than actually talking to customer support) and requested to resolve this. I was told that the order had been shipped out, and there was nothing they could do. When I asked to connect me to the manager, I (of course!) was told that all management personnel had left for the day.
Overall, I developed a strong feeling that nobody was actually trying to help us. A team leader was especially rude. In the middle of conversation, he simply hung up on me. This is the worst customer service experience I had in my entire life. As you understand, the gift will be returned back to the seller, and we will never order from this place ever again.

I ordered the watch because my husband loves pocket watches and I wanted to get him something nice for our anniversary. I thought this looked very nice so I ordered it via Walmart (Unbeatablesales was the storefront) and it was delivered in a good amount of time. Unfortunately within a day or two the arms fell limp - so I got a return authorization number and waited for the replacement watch - along with an envelope and postage to mail the defective watch back. The replacement watch came without a chain, but I thought that the store wanted me to use the chain from the original watch so I didn't really think much of it. Unfortunately the replacement watch was also defective as it stopped working the next day. I notified unbeatablesales that the replacement watch was also defective and that I would be mailing it back along with the original watch and the one chain that I received. I never received a reply to that email. But I mailed both watches and the only chain sent to me back to the warehouse as instructed, at the beginning of April.
A month later I still hadn't heard back from this store about the return or a refund. I sent them an email, which went unanswered so the next day I followed up with a phone call and I was told that they had called the warehouse the day before when they got my email and wouldn't hear back from the warehouse for two days but that I would get a refund as soon as the warehouse confirms receipt of the watches. I got an email the next day confirming my refund, except they subtracted $8 from my refund because I didn't send the original "box" back or "both" chains. I already told them that I never got a chain with the replacement watch. On the phone I was essentially told in a much more polite way by a customer service agent, that their customers lie and so they can't trust what I tell them about only having received one chain and so they will have to subtract that $8 regardless of what I tell them.
Then I got an email response, confirming that only one chain was sent with the original watch sent and that no chain was sent with the replacement. The persons words in the email: "You are right that it wasn't with the replacement, but it was with the original watch sent." So now, they are calling me a liar and a thief. I sent the chain back to them, what happened on their end with their warehouse staff is unknown to me. I will never ever buy anything from this storefront again.

Unbeatablesale.com should be called unbeatablehorriblesalesservices.com!! I placed an internet order for 2 FidoRido dog car seats through Unbeatablesale.com. After placing my order I realized I ordered harnesses that were too big. I immediately called the company. The sale representative said I would have to wait 24 hours to cancel, and to call them back then. So I called the following day as instructed and spoke to a different representative. She assured me the order would be canceled, and to go ahead and reorder the correct size. So I did. After waiting 10 days for delivery I received the very order I canceled. I then called them back to tell them I received the order I canceled. They said they were CONFUSED and would fix the issue right away. The representative I spoke with was named Tom. He said would call me the next day with update.
I never heard back from him so I called again. I spoke with the same individual "Tom" and he had no idea what I was talking about. I am thinking these people are definitely horribly confused!! Calmly I explained again telling him all he would need to do is send the correct size harnesses and I would return the other harnesses. He did not need to send the car seat just the harnesses. He said he didn't want to further confuse people, and he would be sending a total new order. He assured me he would get this straightened out and call me with an update that day. Again, I never heard back from him. I called the following day and asked for a supervisor to call me. They would not put me through to a supervisor but took my name and number for a return call. Guess what? I never received a call from the supervisor either.
I have called this company 10 times and have 9 emails back and forth confirming the cancellation of first order and confirming the new order was placed. Now I am starting to get worried! Out of total frustration I then called the manufacturer directly to express my concerns. The owner told me she never received my new order for shipping. The manufacturer told me she would immediately send the correct size harnesses along with return labels and not to bother calling Unbeatablesale.com back. I was very happy to oblige. However, the FidoRido dog car seat is really awesome, and my dogs love it. Call the manufacturer Fido Products directly at 877-709-2154. Don't waste your time and brain cells with UNBEATABLESALE.COM because they really do not care. If I were a manufacturer and I sold my products through UNBEATABLESALE.COM I would be very concerned. I personally will never make another purchase through them.

I was looking for a good vacuum cleaner and found one on Unbeatablesales. Not 10 min after ordering it, I called to cancel and was told I would have to call the next day at 10am. That's when the headache started. Just BEWARE to read the fine print on how you cannot cancel an item once it is ordered. They ship within hours and you can't refuse the item because you will be charged 25% of the item which was $90 in my case. No store credit. NOTHING. I feel robbed! I spent many phone calls, emails and finally spoke to a supervisor today who had no sympathy. "Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed", my eyeball!! I will never use this company again.

I ordered 3 Aquatop digital aquarium heaters. 1 of them I didn't receive because they no longer had. I received the other 2 & both stopped working under 3 months. 1 overheated. Glad I was able to save my fish. The heaters were defective & Unbeatablesales would not refund. Terrible customer service. So shoppers if you buy from this company you only have 30 days to return. If the item stops working or falls apart after 30 days you are screwed! And that's the truth!

I ordered 2 dozen American flags. I received 2 flags. I contacted Unbeatablesales and was told that Amazon.com mistakenly advertised the sale on their site. I asked for a refund and returned the items, and to date have not received a refund. The company states that they have not yet received the returned flags, but I sent them a month ago, and have not had them returned to me, so I am assuming they were received. I am very unhappy.

Two weeks after placing an order for furniture, I contacted the company to find out why I had not received it. I was informed the order was cancelled the day after the order was placed due to payment issues although the money had been withdrawn from my PayPal account. No message to tell me it was cancelled, no refund. When I asked why there was a payment issue when they had received the money, I was told I'd have to contact PayPal. It remains to be seen if I get my credit issued. Be very wary of this place.

So I ordered my only favorite hair gel that all the stores stopped selling. I was very unhappy about it :-( BUT THEN I FOUND YOU GUYS. I ordered. It came two days later just in time for my first day at my new job. Yes, y'all are def. awesome. I love you guys and I'm definitely recommending this website to everyone. Horrible experience. Please don't use this company. They provided horrible customer service. I was supposed to receive a pack of 30 frames, I only got 1 frame FOR $20. When I called I was on hold for an hour. They said that I only ordered one; my invoice shows that I ordered 30. I asked them to either honor their listing or give me my money back but they are saying that they can't do either. When I finally did get a refund, they gave me trouble with the shipping. "We cannot refund you the shipping." Later after I had threatened to deface their company online, I was able to get half the shipping refunded on an order I never received. Thanks.

Unbeatable Sales is just another affiliate company of Walmart who allows its sellers to go unchecked under the standard Walmart policies. It is designed to mitigate Walmart returns policies. If Walmart sells their goods then they should be responsible for them. Amazon has learned this over the years, although they are still guilty of the same infractions. If you allow sellers to do business through your store they should be able to return the goods to your store, just as Home Depot has to accept the return on a product they do not manufacture. They are the responsible party because it was purchased on their premises. I bought a brand new item and gave it as a Christmas gift. I often buy through Walmart because I can return unopened items anytime for credit.
With a large family you never know what and when it will be returned. I buy from Walmart because of their policies and they are trying to find ways around it. So the brand new unopened gift was not desired. I finally got a chance to bring the item back to Walmart and they said it's not theirs. But they sold it to me through their site. Unbeatable Sales is a straw man so they can sell through affiliates to earn profit without being held accountable for their items and policies. I wonder if they assume any liability at all for what they are allowing to be sold through their store. They are a despicable company, Walmart and Unbeatable Sales, and they are well deserved of the hated reputation they are getting around the world. My happiest day will be the day the usurious companies like Walmart finally fold up and go away forever.

I am a senior citizen, disabled, live alone in small studio. I emailed the company and Alex ** answered. Told me he would get hold of his shipping co. I had done that. He wrote back and said 7 to 10 days. I had to say, "no way, I had just had my hip replaced and need a bed." So I got answered that I had three chances to get it picked up and my first would be today, Friday. "No time," he said it just like that. I never got a sorry or "let us try to help you. It is 3 no UPS."

I ordered what I thought was a whole wheel of Manchego Cheese from Unbeatablesales through WalMart for $65.00. I received 4 small packages of cheese that I could have purchased from a local WalMart store for less than $30.00. I had purchase a complete wheel (7 pounds) from another company for $75.00 earlier this year. The ice pack inside the package weighed more than the cheese I received. The picture of the item I ordered was of a whole wheel. I have been duped by a typical "bait and switch" technique.

I purchased a sea shell resin toilet seat on 1/13 for 34.99. The hinge broke a wk or so ago and because it's over 30 days this rip off company will not do anything about it. It's no wonder they only have a 6% satisfaction rate. I want to give the ZERO stars but that wasn't an option.

The flat iron that I ordered from UnbeatableSales does not have a 9 ft cord as listed in the item description. The cord is 6 ft. When I contacted UnbeatableSale to return it, I was required to pay return postage with insurance and tracking. I donated the flat iron to charity instead.

Wow stop don't order from here. Order a dresser from them. They called for this to be deliver to my house but like most people I know I work. Well have called them back 3 days in a row on this matter. To get the same run around each day, then they call and leave a message that they have returned my package and are charging me 175.00 shipping and 25% the order. Can you tell me what kind of places this is. Every time you call, on hold for 30mins or more and it is always after hours call station so everything gets messed up. Awful, awful.

I received the item as a gift for my birthday. When I opened the package, the item was broken. I did not have the original receipt as it was a gift but did have the order number. Customer service refused to exchange the item for a non broken one. They said that the item was not with the original purchaser or original mailing address and pretty much could not do anything. Geez, I did not know that people were not allowed to give items out as presents. I contacted the purchaser and she did not even want her money back, we only wanted an item that worked properly. Horrible customer service, horrible quality of item. Would not recommend shopping with this company.

I placed an order online with Unbeatable Sales and 5 minutes later, I got a call from a local store that just discovered that they could get my item for me by tomorrow. I called Unbeatable Sales' customer service within 10 minutes of initially placing the order in an effort to cancel the order. I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes, after which my call got forwarded to an "over flow" area. I told them that I need to cancel my newly placed order. They informed me that they could not do this, but I needed to speak to Customer Service. I had just finished sitting on hold with Customer Service for over 20 minutes & they never picked up my call. The over-flow person told me to just send an email and that should suffice. I immediately sent the email. The next day I got an email telling me that the order was already shipped.
There is no reason I should not have been able to cancel this order within 10 minutes of having placed it. After I sat on hold for more than 20 minutes and followed up with an email and spoke with their over-flow person, I was told that I will still have to pay for both the shipping and the return shipping... all because their Customer Service would not pick up my call. I would never use this company ever again and would strongly advise anyone else that their business methods are unjust and a "big rip-off". FIND SOME OTHER VENDOR!! If you have any problems with their products or policies, they WILL NOT try to accommodate anyone.

I ordered a brown cherry cocktail table from Unbeatable Sale via Walmart Marketplace. The table was black when I received it. Everything is still completely intact, just as received. Tried to call customer service and they were closed due to inclement weather. So I emailed twice. Finally got a response stating they would not accept the return for furniture just because I changed my mind. I did not change my mind at all, I would still love to have a brown cherry cocktail table. I will never buy from this company, nor the Walmart Marketplace for that matter. Whatever happened to customer service??

I ordered invitations for a baby shower by phone. The Sales Rep. placed the order for a completely different invitation. When I called to try to resolve this matter by returning this item & reordering the correct item. The same rep. denied making this mistake & would not grant me a simple request for the company to pay for express shipping due to their mistake in sending me the incorrect order.
As a business owner, I am familiar with good customer service and find this company lacking that when things go wrong. Instead of simply recharging me for a new order & just waiving this second shipping to me. The company refused this and chose to just send me a return label for a refund. Rather than also taking care of the problem & shipping me the correct item they refused to pay any shipping to the correct item. I simply returned the item & reordered with a company that waived my shipping after I shared the story of what this company did to me & my rush due to the delay it caused me. Total Ignorance on the sales reps end. Lost a customer & $240.00 order.

I purchase Wellness Cat Food from Unbeatable Sale via Walmart.com. The item was listed as: WELLNESS PET PRODUCTS 24 x 5, 5 OZ CANNED CHICKEN CAT FOOD. The price was listed for $67.12. I thought that I was purchasing 120 cans of cat food which would amount to 0.55/can. A great deal, so I thought. When the delivery arrived there was only 1 case of 24 cans. I called Unbeatable and the person told me that the order was for 24 5.5 ounce cans. This totals $2.79 each! For those of you who live in NYC, you know that even the most elite pet food stores would not charge that much. Unbeatable told me that they could not do anything about it other than return item. I called Wal-Mart and spoke to a lovely customer care representative who informed me that Wal-Mart does not have anything to do with Unbeatable including advertising. Customers beware when ordering anything from Unbeatable.

Through Amazon I ordered a tankless water heater on Jan 18th, 2014. They sent me a tracking number. The item was delivered on January 24th to an address in Maryland. Unfortunately my address is in Charlotte, NC. Evidently the seller did not have the item they accepted my payment for so they bought it from Home Depot. Home Depot shipped it to Maryland. Unbeatablesales Inc. blamed Home Depot, Home depot says they had it delivered to the correct address, Amazon wanted to wait until 25th of February before doing anything. Thanks to American Express they stepped right up to the plate & gave me my money back. At $700 + dollars one does not want to mess around with finger pointing. I just want a hot shower.
