    I purchased a Mother's Day gift at about $150, knew it would be at least a month late because of coronavirus and timing ordered. Made an account, got emails and confirmation and shipment notice. Went to sign back in and my account doesn't exist anymore, nor will it let me reset my password or get into my account to actually track the product. Messaged the company since the bracelet never arrived over 2 months past order and asked about tracking it, letting me know where it is, or about the account not working. Their response was if it hadn't arrived within 30 days to message back, said nothing about the account or tracking. Messaged back when it didn't appear and they just said they'll refund me instead with no explanation. I doubt I'll actually be refunded and I bet the bracelet was never sent out or made. Definitely don't think this is a legit company.

    I ordered the Thomas Kincade Star of Hope nativity collection in December for $74.38 which was debited from my account. I only received 2 figures- an angel and a wise man. The company continued to debit my account 10 more times for a total of an extra $322.31. I never received the rest of the figures. They never responded to email customer service. DO NOT TRUST this thieving company with your credit card number!!!

    The WORST I have ever had for online shopping, and I do A LOT since the corona virus hit. Shoppers beware. I ordered a ring to be made for my mom for mothers. I ordered it sometime at the end of April, knowing I was cutting it close. My fault, yes. I truly didn't mean to do it, but I ordered 2, only meaning to order 1. I caught it right and contacted Bradford exchange. Explained what happened and asked to change my order. Was told NO, they had already started the order. So whatever. Took 2. Keep in mind this was about a month till Mothers day, give or take a few days.

    Here we are June 24, 2020 and still nothing. I have been calling. First I was they were being certified then they were going to be shipped on rush delivery because of the wait, then told the next 2 weeks after that, that process hadn't even started. I had to wait another week. So another week, nothing. So I called again yesterday, now they say maybe this week. I said, I want my money back. They said sure BUT ONLY WHEN THE RINGS ARE RETURNED. So roughly another 3-4 weeks before anything. So in total 3 or more months of wasted time and now they still have my money. Be careful. Now to spread word on social media. Please think before you buy. Frauds!!! That's all I can say. Still my mom doesn't have nothing for her mothers day. June 24, 2020.

    I have a customer service number for the Bradford Exchange. 877-595-9507. Be prepared to wait a long time. I waited over half hour for a person to answer. I'm not pleased with the exchange. I've yet to receive my refund.

    Back in MayIi orders a ring set and confirmation for June 10 delivery. Received an email all was on track. Never could log into account or anything. June 10th came and went and not a word or anything. So I called and “customer service” said no idea what I was talking about even though I had confirmation and order number. So let it go and I reordered same ring set. Down payment came out of account and received my confirmation and order number. Then seen the down payment was put back into account and taken out again for 3 days straight. Then received an email asking to call “customer service”. I did sat on the hold line for 15 per time I called.

    First time lady didn't know what I was talking about and the call got dropped so called back and lady couldnt hear me. Third time I couldn't understand the lady. Language barrier was terrible. So called again at 1:20 central time and the automated system picked up and said closed for the day. Needless to say nothing got solved. So I sent an email and knew was not expecting a response and didn't. I have never had issues with this company for over two years. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

    Ord item paid online May 19 amount 76.63 Received letter later claiming I owe. They claim that Paypal sent them a email of insufficient funds, paypal doesn't know anything about this. Representative at Bradford telling me that I placed the order but it was declined due to insufficient funds again paypal unaware of this.

    I purchased a personalized mother's day gift on April, 22. Bradford guaranteed the shipment would be received by mother's day if ordered by April 26. I thought it was awesome that they had a delivery plan in place for the pandemic. They sent my purchase out the Friday before mother's (Day May 8) via Fedex, next day. I've been beyond patient because of covid-19; I know there are delays. Fedex has lost the package. Bradford has no customer service to address issues. In fact, they have a contact number that they caution should be used for orders only. They have an online form for your inquiries that states someone will get back to you in a day or two.

    Since I made my purchase they have flooded my email every day with product emails including one which states "Last chance to show mom how special she is with a bracelet to honor each special loved one". It was sent 2 days ago. It's June 1. Are you kidding me? My mom never got her mother's day gift and I have yet to make contact with a living, breathing person for a solution. I want a full refund.

    I ordered a necklace for my daughter's high school graduation/18th birthday from The Bradford Exchange Online, as their selection of jewelry looked very appealing and very well crafted. I selected the "Always my Daughter" Diamond Pendant Necklace. The purchasing part of the item was easy. I had no issues with my payment. It evened informed me that the approximate delivery date would be in three weeks, which was perfect, because that was right when I needed it. That's when the problems started, three weeks came and went, I tried to track my item with the tracking number that was provided in one of the emails that they had sent, and it was just a dead end. It wouldn't give me any additional information other that it was shipped.

    There was no customer service phone number listed on their website. The only way to contact them is through e-mail, which I submitted, and never received a response. An additional two weeks go by, my daughter's graduation passes, and still no necklace. Today, on May 30th I get an alert from my bank that there is a deposit for exact amount that I paid for the necklace. So I go back to The Bradford Exchange Online website, login to my account, and it states that my item has been returned, but does not give a reason. I have been waiting for weeks for this item, and not once did I get any kind of correspondence from this company stating that they were having issues delivering it, or even that it was returned, three days prior to me finding out. I am completely disappointed in the complete lack of communication, customer service, and human decency of this company.

    My mom was my best friend. I knew this would be the last mother's day I had with her. I ordered weeks in advanced. It never came. Now I can't even log in to see where or what happened to my order. Which wasn't cheap. My mom passed this away this last Friday and still the gift never came. I sent emails trying to find out where it was and tried to contact customer service. Seems they have no backing. Now "if" it ever comes I'm just left with a terrible memory. They take months to ship! "Sit and spin" as I call it! Don't trust them period.

    My cuckoo clock hung on the wall for 13 months with no issues. The mounting bracket broke and the clock smashed. I paid more than $200 dollars for this piece of junk. Bradford Exchange said they cannot do anything for me because I had the clock for more than a year. Must be a Disposable piece because they have poor workmanship quality. Don’t waste your money or time on this company.

    Ordered something for Mother’s Day on April 24. It said it would arrive by May 8 which was perfect... Checked back on the status. It changed three times. Once it said shipped on Saturday. A few days later it said shipped on Monday. Needless to say it’s still not here! Then when I paid for it on the 24 it came out of my account. It charged me again on the 11.

    I literally just bought a Mother’s Day necklace for my mom- engraved names and two birthstones. The prongs do not fit around the stones and one already fell out- my mom had it on for 30 minutes. Really disappointed and will never order from there again.

    I don’t understand why these companies get away with this kind of stuff. I order a collection and for 50 dollars and end up with a 1 dollar coin. Not even silver like they said. No box that was supposed to come with the collection. It’s all BS. Don’t fall for it. I know what I ordered. Very disappointed. Expecting my collection and received a little bag with a coin worth a dollar. Scammers. I’m sending this dollar back. The case it came with is worth more than the coin and they want 50.

    I ordered a 70.00 dream catcher for my mother for Mother’s Day, and in the photo they show for the product on the site looks nothing like what she actually received. The photo they are advertising for the dream catcher looks dramatically nicer than the very very very very cheaply made thing that they delivered in the mail and I am so pissed off and was honestly embarrassed that my mom thinks I wanted her to receive in the mail what she received.

    I ordered the “Enchanted Moments Humming Bird Wall Decor” and not only are the ribbons a completely different material than in the picture, and not only do the feathers looks like crumbled fake cheap feathers that you would buy a pack of for 99 cents at the Dollar Store, the flowers are not even painted the same color as shown in the picture on the website. What were supposed to be purple flowers and white and red flowers. Bottom line- DO NOT give your credit or debit card information to this company - this is TERRIBLE, what a terrible scam. I feel 100 percent ripped off by far.

    Bradford keeps trying to get me to pay/bill me for an item I NEVER RECEIVED! I sent them an email about this and I was told to SEND THE ITEM BACK to void out the bill. Anyway, long story short, I would NEVER order from them as I question this company’s integrity.

    The illustration for this product on the Bradford Exchange website is substantially inaccurate. It depicts the product with the face of Snow White as she appears in the Disney film. The actual figure has both a different facial structure and different features that do not resemble the Disney character. Bradford Exchange should show actual photographs of their products rather than fanciful graphics and let the customer decide whether or not to buy based on truthful representation.

    Selling a silver coin "subscription" with the first coin at market price ($20) and the next coin at $99!!!! A complete scam, they should be shut down. Nobody ever answers the phone and you will most likely have to go through your credit cards internet fraud protection to get this "subscription" cancelled and your money back.     I am a diehard Marine and proudly wear military apparel to show it. Wife ordered a hoodie for me for Christmas. First she received a Navy hoodie, but it gave us a look at the quality. She returned the incorrect shipment and request a refund. Bradford did not send a refund. Instead they sent a corrected order, but the hoodie had defects in the sewing. I will never order anything from them again and warn fellow Marines to stay away. The product is not worth the money. Semper fi.

    Buyer beware! I ordered the Armour of God sculpture. It was advertised for $109 or 3 easy payments of $36.60 I receiving my sculpture. When I went to check my order I saw that I was signed up for a subscription to the calendar and they were charging me $109. I called them as soon as I saw a charge of $109.00. This was not on their page but the company was clearly misleading in their advertisement. This will end up costing $$218.00.

    I have called them and they refused to refund me. I have not received anything else but the one that I had order. They stated that I should receive it this Friday which I told them I did not authorize this purchase and I did not subscribed. Nowhere in the page stated this and the manager told me I have to receive it first in order to get a refund and I have to be responsible if the package gets lost in the mail. They will send me a bill for it and put me on collection. These people needs to be stopped from scamming people. I would never buy from them ever again. Very disappointed..

    Buyer beware! I ordered the Snoopy Perpetual Calendar Jan. 15. It was advertised for $59.99 or two easy payments of $30. I started receiving two pieces at a time instead of the whole calendar and when I went to check my order I saw that I was signed up for a subscription to the calendar and they were charging me $59.99 for every mailing I received. This was in the fine print when purchasing but the company was clearly misleading in their advertisement. This will end up costing $500 for a calendar if I let it keep going!

    I have emailed them and gotten no response. I have attempted to cancel the subscription and was not able to do that online. Their telephone customer service is not available until Monday. I have turned them in to the Better Business Bureau. In the meantime, I commented on their Facebook posts warning people not to buy from this company. Within minutes, my posts were deleted and they made it so I’m not able to comment on any of their posts. Not the behavior of a reputable company. Stay away!!

    I had ordered a necklace for my daughter, called and paid in full and was told it would be shipped within 5-9 days. That was three weeks ago. I phoned them today and at first the automated system said it would not be shipped until April 8th. I called back again and was on hold for 10 minutes. Finally some woman told me it was shipped today March 9th. She just sat on the phone in dead silence. I am disgusted with this company. I had thought they were reputable. I was wrong!! My daughter is pregnant and this gift was something I wanted her to have before my first grandchild is born. I caution people to really think before ordering from Bradford Exchange. I will NEVER order from them again.

    Received this beautiful Marilyn 'love always' plaque, and it has clearly been mis-labelled as 'michelle obama 'you are beautiful'....on the reverse.... Obviously a grievous error.... And to make it worse....included in the package was the C.O.A....(for the michelle obama plate).. To make a serious error worse....Bradford customer service apparently didn't believe me, and blew me off.... I'm sitting here as I write this, and am still aghast that a company as large as bradford exchange, would have a customer rep department that is IMO..worthless.. We ALL make mistakes....BUT to have a customer relations dept as inept as this one appears to be, is INEXCUSABLE.... Needless to add....NEVER AGAIN....

    From this customer’s perspective, The Bradford Exchange is a disgraceful company that fails to deliver on its commitments and employs people who blatantly lie to customers, apparently without consequence. I placed an order for Christmas well ahead of the time advertised when I would receive it. When checking on the status of my order, I was blatantly lied to on three occasions by two different employees.

    The final lie came on December 23rd when I was assured that my order was being processed for overnight delivery, which would have arrived in time. If I had been told the truth, I would have had time to purchase another gift and avoided the embarrassment of not having a gift for my daughter-in-law. If there weren’t so many customers with the same or similar complaints, I could conclude this was simply an anomaly. Unfortunately, with a “1” rating of an inordinate number of reviews on numerous review sites, this seems to characterize the company’s culture.

    I ordered a jewelry box promising it would arrive No later than Feb 16th. I checked the status and the delivery changed to March 4th. I checked the status again and now it’s saying April. This company is a joke! If you would like your item by a certain day, don’t order from here! Unfortunately, I can’t speak on the item yet because I’m still waiting for my granddaughter to receive it. I’m so disgusted by how it says order now and you will receive your item by such and such day. Lies!

    Just recently ordered the dreamcatcher “Aurora Borealis” by James Meger. It is a very nice piece for daytime viewing only. The lighting picture and description is totally false and deceptive. The lithium batteries lasted less than 24 hours. The illumination was only outside edge and didn’t cast a cast a single lumen of backlighting on the subject! Would like to post a photo to clearly represent this but not allowed to do so (?)

    I bought a $150.00 NASA jacket from The Bradford Exchange. The zipper constantly opens from the bottom up. I emailed Bradford about this. They responded with a form email apologizing. But they didn't offer a solution to my problem. I emailed them again stating I will send them a bill to fix the zipper. They didn't respond to that email. Finally I CALLED Bradford and talked to a representative. She said she would send me a prepaid sticker to send the jacket back. I said a box would cost $12.00. Then she said she would send me a $10.00 coupon to lower my Lunar Module payments. I am thinking the next jacket will be even worse then the first. Bradford is selling an expensive jacket with a CHEAP zipper! Where is their quality control? They should change their name to BADford Exchange.

    Please do yourself a favour and don’t EVER buy a snow globe from Bradford Exchange. This snow globe was $130 and has been stored in the original packaging for 2 years and this is the result. So much for being a collectible item!!!! I’m sure the definition of collectible includes “item worth collecting”. My daughter is devastated and I am a very unhappy customer. And their customer service department does not want to help. Won’t be buying from here again????

    I ordered a series but decided to cancel it. I called. Took forever waiting. Final talk to a lady. She said she cancelled it all! But then this month I see a charge on my credit card from them.     So I purchased an item on 2/4/2020. I was assured it would be here by the 14th. The item was $129.00. As of yet, I have not seen the item pop up on the card I used for payment. Usually, the payment is taken right away. Well now it is the 13 and I get a notice that it will not be sent until the 17th. I got several notices before this but they were still stating that it would arrive on or before the 14th. This item has not even shipped yet. I am a web designer by hobby. I tell you this because I looked everywhere for a refund link or a cancel order link. There are none. This is common practice for a shady biz. Not to mention, their support line does not exactly give you the right information and wastes your time. It does tell you to request a "refund card" or something like that unto which they want all your information.

    I cant even bring up the order for the price I apparently was supposed to of paid. Well I thought this was all fishy and so (like I should have done before going here and giving them my information) I started looking at the reviews. I only saw 1 - 5 star rating and that's because it was an accident. The review was like the rest. So I promptly asked for a refund which I find like the rest, I may have a serious uphill battle. Lets see what the response is that I should be getting here shortly. I will follow up on this experience. Also, I was pretty sure I made an account with these people and now, I am not even in the system. The login doesn't even recognize my email yet I am getting updates.

    I returned a battery operated Christmas Wreath with their return label. After one month, heard nothing. Protested the charge to my credit card company. Sent them the return material. They credited my account. One month later they denied my claim. Now I don’t have any proof that I returned the item. Screwed out of $159. Don’t bother returning any item.

    Item ordered early Dec 2019 to be delivered by Christmas to my veteran husband. Sp to rep early Feb who said item backordered and would be delivered to me in Mar coming from China claiming personalization took longer. The Bradford Exchange knew the item would be backordered and kept accepting orders w/ indifference to customer disappointment and inconvenience. I had to renege on the order and disappoint my husband about his gift. The Bradford Exchange has sunk in its standards and, therefore, in its reputation.

    Ordered two boxes of replacement checks. The next day I got a request to activate my check fraud account. Huh? I found that they had added $13+ to my check charges for fraud warning coverage.     I purchased the Mickey Mouse Proof Coin from The Bradford Exchange. It says clearly on the listing that it is $39.99 plus $4.95 shipping. I paid that and received the coin a few weeks later, no problem. To my surprise, I got shipped a huge display case and an additional coin a month later. When I went to check my bank statement, I was also charged an additional $25 at this time as well. Nowhere does it say during the checkout process that you will be charged an additional amount later. Nowhere on the item listing is a display case shown, and I see the only mention of it is in small print in the description. The listing insinuates that you get the display with the coin at no additional cost. I only keep it from a one star because I contacted them and they agreed to do a return for me and refund me. I can only imagine how many others they have swindled.

    I ordered a 3-piece lantern for my sister. I paid for it. Then I checked my PayPal account. They were charging me $85 monthly. I called them and they said I signed up for the collection that is mailed monthly. No way, there was nothing when I checked out regarding monthly lanterns. This is the most deceptive company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT buy anything from them. I have called both PayPal and Chase credit.

    I bought Mickey and Minnie denim jacket for my wife in August. It is stated that the payment is through installment, automatic deduction with my Paypal. They deducted the first payment, but after that apparently they did not do this automatically. Earlier in 2020, I was asked by dept collector to pay as if I have never paid - and I have to pay much more than the price of the item. I tried calling with no answer to the company, which left me no option than paying the "debt" which I should never pay. I will recommend dealing with this company to anyone. I wish I read these reviews in this forum before I did my purchase with them.

    I bought a humingbird crystal from their site. Next thing i know, i saw another pending charge on my credit card a few weeks later. I called them immediately the next day and they told me i had both a collection. I asked them to cancel order but they said it was already sent and i can return it after i received it. This was 1 day after the date my credit card was charged! What i find disturbing and deceiving was that they posted 2 identical images and nearly identical ads for the same item, except one is supposed to be collection that you are buying. Then they automatically charged your card afterward for the following item without even sending any invoice or notification. They didn't have any check box for you opt-in on the auto payment or any type of consent for the auto pay during check out.

    The payment process is the same as any other one time purchased that you would pay online for that a particular item. Not to mentioned, the ads never have any indication of what the collections looks like. They blindly send you whatever is next. This is really deceptive of their business. I was so upset that i have thought about legal action. If you are a lawyer, please check out their business. If you think a class action case can be brought towards them, I will definitely bring my case along. On top of all this, their customer service was untrained and rude when i called to process the return.

    I purchased a Disney: Beauty & the Beast musical figurine for my wife for our anniversary. What came was not what I thought I was purchasing. I figured I must've made a mistake and let it slide. They have since then sent me two more packages and charged my card each time!!!! They claim I purchased a collection and that is the same thing as a monthly subscription. Nowhere did it say that what I was buying was a subscription. What I thought I ordered initially I've never received. These people are real crooks, rude, and insulting to my knowledge.     I ordered a Disney figurine for my daughter's birthday online. I paid via Paypal, I also paid an extra £10 for express delivery. So after a week or more of no sign, I decided to contact The Bradford Exchange, as my daughter's Birthday was fast approaching. This was easier said than done. Eventually I was able to book a call back within 72 hrs!!!! This timeline took me beyond my daughter's birthday. Once the call came, I gave the rep my order number, name and address, to which she said there's been no order in this name. I replied, "Well how have I had a an Email confirming the order from you," to which she said, "We record these phone call for training purposes," as if I was being abusive. Her attitude was appalling, even though she finally admitted the mistake was theirs. Avoid this poorly run company...

    I received a Nightmare Before Christmas cuckoo clock for Christmas from my mother. I immediately put new batteries on it and hung it on the wall, when the hour struck the cuckoo clock was not working. No music played and no Zero popped out. I have contacted The Bradford Exchange several times via email to try and return the product to issue my mother a refund and they are making it beyond impossible. They keep asking for her name and address which I have provided 3 times just to receive a return shipping label. As expensive as these products are they are of low quality and the customer service is not at all easy or convenient. I do NOT recommend buying products from them.

    My elderly mother ordered a Nativity set (Hawthorne series) approximately 1 year ago. She received the initial order and then more pieces on a random basis. In April 2019 she had a medical setback. At that time we received another shipment which I returned to sender. I contacted Bradford by email at the time to let them know of the return and to stop future shipments. I have contacted them by email several times. Unfortunately Mom now has been turned into a collection agency. She is now in a nursing home. I'm frustrated by my inability to straighten this out.

    Never order anything from this company. Every item has a fine print to rip you off. After 30 years I gave them a try with what I thought was 3 holiday lanterns for $69....well one came and was charged ~$86. The other two came weeks later with two more charges of $86...looked at original offer to see if I misread the offer. Of course at the bottom the small print had a continuous subscription. After calling to get canceled I since have received one more lantern with another on the way. $430 for the lanterns that are worth $10 a piece. Good luck getting a refund from these folks, last one I waited four months.

    I ordered a collector's jewelry music box on December 16th. Was suppose to receive this by the 23rd. Guaranteed before Christmas. Still have not received this item 2 weeks later. When I called to see if they knew why, I was told the tracking info says it was sent to the wrong post office and should get it today. I also had ordered a mother's collector item. Received half the item on the 19th. I called and was told they would send the missing pieces right away. 2 weeks later nothing.     I had ordered the eagles coin collection and been paying every month for a coin except on November of 2019. I called Bradford Exchange and asked them if I want to pay it off and get the rest of the collection how much do I have to pay. The lady said 29.09 per each coin so I said okay let’s do it so they went ahead and took out 6 payments for 29.09 and I Seen it was set for delivery. Now it said I have to contact Bradford exchange and I called and now are telling me I have to pay 58 dollars more for each. I asked to speak with a super visor. There was not one to talk to. They said call back in an hour. This is crazy. What a rip for.

    I ordered the Disney Mickey Mouse Women's Faux Suede And Faux Fur Jacket from Bradford exchange on 10/25/2019 as a Christmas present for my wife. I have it to her on Christmas Day only to find out that inside the sleeve, something was stitched incorrectly that made the jacket very uncomfortable. After contacting Bradford, they responded that they would not replace it due to it being out of warranty. Keep in mind it was a gift and hadn’t been worn.     I placed my order in the middle of October, thinking that would be more than enough time to get it here by Christmas. Oh boy was I wrong!!!! When I first called they said that they did apologize blah blah blah. In the end they told me that the clock was on back order (which was not stated on the site when ordering) but I should receive it by Christmas.

    Fast forward to me calling multiple times, their explanation and dates have changed every time! They have told me I will receive the clock Dec 17th, Dec 24th, Dec 31st, Jan 25th and now I won't receive until March 25th! They said that they have sent letters on multiple occasions, I have never received one letter or email regarding my order. Then when I asked to speak to a manager they tell you there isn't one in for the day but call back in 3 hours, that they can't transfer because something is wrong with their system again blah blah blah! I will never recommend this site or anything they have to offer to anyone! Hoping others have a better experience than I have!!

    They billed my wife for sales tax at a rate higher than authorized by our state's sales tax laws. Multiple phone calls and emails on my part only resulted in patronizing and seemingly ignorant responses on their part. Despite my request for them to put me in touch with someone in their organization with whom I could discuss the issue with, I have yet to be granted that simple request. They are quick to reply, but don't answer my questions or even attempt to address my concern in any type of a direct manner. After receiving multiple responses from them, it became apparent to me that most of their responses are taken from a template of pre-written phrases and assembled into a response that is polite sounding but because they make no substantive effort to address my issue at hand, it comes across as aggravatingly patronizing.

    Had to cancel my collection. I’m half way on it, and all of the sudden they started charging me more money, even though the collection said it was a set amount. (Was $34.99 and they started charging me $44.99.) Another thing is that they started sending me duplicates which were useless to me. I sign up for a collection where every month I was gonna receive a different item. So I call customer Services, and I told them, I’m gonna have to cancel because of those things they were doing. And instead of trying to help me or apologize for the issues, she only said, “Ok I canceled your account, have a good day.” Very disappointing.

    When the order was placed on 12/10/19, the promise of delivery by 12/24 did not happen. The order was not shipped until 12/24 and has not been received yet. They even sent an email 2 days later that promised delivery before Christmas for personalized products!!! Do not trust this company.     My mother purchased this Kinkade Christmas tree last year for Christmas, as she is partially blind she did not notice the less than quality of this product. I used the same packaging and it was packed well. As I unpacked it I noticed the uneven Christmas tree. When plugged in the lights flicker, the sound is horrible. One of the trains fell off. This item was used for approximately two weeks. I would not recommend this item to anyone. I have purchased other items, coins etc., without any problems until this purchase. It has been difficult contacting this company and finding someone to listen.

    Yes, I called and ordered the tree 253.00 on the 17th of Dec, for a lady in a wheelchair. I paid with a credit card right then. 42.00 for 2 day shipping. Was told they ship it the 23th. Well I had called since the 17th to check order and it kept saying, "On hold till we get a payment". I had paid for it and it was taken out of my checking acct in full the 19th. So I called back and the person said, "Oh no. It will be mailed out 23. You will get it by Christmas".

    So today I called again. No email it had been shipped. Mind you I had checked every day since the 17th and was told the same story. Well today the lady said it has not been transferred over to the credit dept for release credit dept. I paid in full for it on the 17th. And I called every day and the people I talked to all said the same thing. It would be shipped the 23. She said, "If you paid cash it still had to go to credit dept". I was wondering something I use to order from them years ago. Quality was great. I am wondering everyone I spoke to had an accent. No offense people. I wonder if this is coming out of China now. I ask for a supervisor and she to had a thick one.

    This company has changed. A family started it in Illinois I think. But things change. Items may be shipped from another country. Why? Product looks cheap. I know when I get my tree. I am so mad I ask the supervisor why I was not emailed or something. She didn't know. I said I talked to at least 8 people. The lady told me today maybe because she knew they were not shipping it today so I have been lied to for 6 days and it won't come till after Christmas. She said sorry. Right they are. I will never order from them again. And for 253 if that tree is cheap it's going back. I won't give it to her. But has ruined my Christmas.

    I purchased the Snoopy calendar for my infant son's room. In the description it stated that it would be $74 for each issue but doesn't state how many issues. Once I reread that description I asked to cancel my order. After several days of no answer I suddenly get a reply that says they didn't get my cancellation request before it shipped. "Shocking". I returned product as soon as I got it. About a week goes by and I see another withdrawal from my account from this company. When I inquire about it, I'm told that they "didn't know I wanted to cancel my whole order". (Yeah...right).     Ordered a pendant for my stepdaughter as a Christmas gift. Kept checking the order status, it took three days for them to update the 'preparing for shipment' to shipped, even though it had shipped two days prior to the status change. As I had paid for express shipping it should have delivered the day of the status change or by the next at the latest, but hey no delivery! The site did not have an option to email them or a phone number as far as I could see, I did find a phone number by running a search. I called and spoke to a customer service rep and requested tracking information. They claimed not to have that information and told me it takes five days so the package could be out for delivery today (Saturday 21st) or Monday 23rd. It did not arrive today, will see what happens Monday, also five day delivery is not express shipping which is what I paid for. I will not use this company again or recommend them.

    If could put this on with zero Stars I would. Decide advertisers if you are within so much time you'll get it for Christmas. I did order enough time. Next thing I know I get an email that says it won't be in until two weeks after Christmas so I call kayaks for supervisor which I get have to hold on for 30 minutes and a supervisor supposedly took care of it and guaranteed me that I would get them both by Christmas. I received one of them by Christmas. The other one the next day. I get an email that says my cards were on that can't charge it and that was at 7:24 p.m. so I knew customer service was closed so I called immediately the next morning and they tell me, "Oh no everything's all set. No problem. It's being shipped."

    In between all this I kept requesting why did I not get an email confirming this. I have to call back again. I see on my card and my credit card that it shows Force payment taken out or pre-approved again. I call them and I say, "Why haven't I gotten any mail? Tell me when it's going to be shipped." These so-called supervisor name Crystal claimed it wasn't going to be shipped until after Christmas because the deadline was over. She tried to tell me that takes three three days from when they charge you to charge my account yet I said I called on the 16th and the girl States everything was fine and it would be shipped out.

    On the 19th I got back again asking when it's being shipped 'cuz I still have not got an email and the supervisor States, "So it takes 3 days to charge your account." So that's why I missed out on it being shipped out before Christmas yet if you look online on today's online it states how you can still get the items before Christmas. An FYI the 17th to the 19th is not 3 days and my card's been charged. I have purchased things in the past and I have not had this problem. This is the first for me and the last not so be careful the things that they say online like the lady that got the train. It states so many will come afterwards.

    Well be careful of that because it was a piece I wanted and they were all individual so you paid the price plus the tax plus the shipping. Every single time I asked him how many pieces were there in this particular item they told me 40 pieces. It would have cost me over $900 to get the whole set. Be careful. Don't know how to from them I learned my lesson and hopefully you will also.

    I have never had such an awful experience with a company before! I ordered a simple pendant in plenty of time for our Oct 12th anniversary. It was super easy going online and actually creating what to put for engraving. On the front I wanted RGB, on the back I wanted I Love You! 10/12/18. The website was the last thing that was user friendly. My order did not make it until after my anniversary (I can deal with this part). When the order came the date was wrong, it was 2010-12-18 (hardly Oct 12, 2018 by 10 years). Called. Waited 6 weeks and got the 2nd one..Same wrong dates as the first one..Called. Went through it all again. 6-8 more weeks and the 3rd one came back as 2018-12-10 (still not Oct 12,2018). Good lord how hard is it to put the correct date! Got my money back and still only wanted the correct engraving. Thank you for ruining our anniversary and a pendant that was suppose to be very special! Save your time and money on this company!

    Do not order from this company. They cancel orders without you knowing and the merchandise which are very expensive quit working and there is no lifetime warranty on them. This company knew how many times I ordered from them and yet the only consolation was a $20.00 off of future orders. I told them I would never be ordering again. They have no one at the company that can actually fix these clocks so you are out of luck and have to order an entirely new clock when the train or clock stops working. The customer service people do not care. Neither does the company and these are all very expensive products.

    Is a subscription based store. All the free promotions are not really free. They are free if you keep buying more stuff. I bought a train assuming all the free stuff are included.     Having purchased and received an (expensive) item, it became faulty within two days. These things happen. I have tried to contact them online via their contact .... it won't send. I have tried to telephone them twice. Each time you have to go through several pushing numbers to get to the right department. Each time the call ends with you being told: "Please leave the number on which we can phone you back." When you have done that, it says: "please hang up." No contact received yet. In the meantime, a £160 Christmas present is not working. No wonder their Customer Service feedback was 1.5 stars.

    This was really bad service. There is no customer service number listed on any email or website. I was charged different than what I had approved. I am so disappointed. I want to cancel my order.     I went to their website and found a set of three beautiful lanterns with Thomas Kinkade scenes within them. I paid about $100 for them ($98.70). Today, I received one of them. I called Customer Service and was told I had not purchased the set of three, but I had purchased a SUBSCRIPTION service to receive one a month for three months! The other two would arrive AFTER Christmas, AND I would have to pay $100 for each one making the total price more than $300! Beware - this is a total rip off. I am returning this lantern.     I ordered the Mickey Mouse design handbag from Bradford Exchange company back in mid-October, 2019. On their website, my order was shipped and the tracking number was issued but I haven't received my order as of today! I called the company, their response was "my package was lost." They ship out replacement, I didn't buy that story. I called them again, their employee said that, item is in backorder. They do not guarantee delivery before the Christmas. My point is they never send me a email regarding delay of my order and any apology of delaying it. If I didn't call them they are just taking your money and not even sorry about causing inconvenience! I don't recommend this company.

    PSA: Do not buy anything from The Bradford Exchange. I bought this last year for the Christmas season and spent over $200 on it as it’s supposed to be an heirloom piece that you have for years. What a joke! I literally got one month of use out of it. I took it out of the packing this year and it doesn’t work. The lights come on but nothing moves. They have a 365 day warranty. Another joke!! Who takes their Christmas decorations out during the summer to check if they are working?! Apparently I missed my 365 day window and they can do nothing but suggest I pay another $200 to buy another. Are you serious?! Your product is complete garbage. I have other Christmas decorations that have moving parts, flashing lights, and play music that still work 30 years later.     The craftsmanship is excellent, but the lighting inside the snowman is poor. You have to be with inches to see the light. When I ordered, I picked the cheapest shipping, but appears to be charged the most expensive on a product I didn't need a rush on. I don't feel like returning the product or calling complaining about the shipping charge. I will never order from them again after going to Cracker Barrel and saw Christmas items that were better and cost 3 times cheaper. Always do your homework when ordering online and remember, seeing is believing.

    I have collected HO scale train items for 30 years. It’s a hobby I enjoy and have always enjoyed since I was a small child. Christmas of 2017 I decided to add a couple train sets from Bradford Exchange to my collection. My biggest mistake ever. Bradford ships you the engine only of their train sets. They are subpar in quality and they are horrendously overpriced. Once you get in their system with your personal information you are stuck. What happens is you will be flooded with junk mail. They send these huge packets of brochures showing you their products to buy. The junk mail does not stop. Your email account? Same thing.. you will be spammed with not just their constant emails to sell sell sell you more stuff but they also sell your email address with other companies. You will begin to get junk via paper and email from everyone wanting to sell you something.

    I played along with their shipping me 1 train car a month while hitting my checking account before each shipment. Well the time came for the last car to be shipped to complete the 2 train sets - the caboose. However, instead of getting the last car I would get a post card saying the item was “out of stock - the caboose would ship as soon as it was back in stock”. This literally went on for 6 months or more. The post card saying the same thing. I called Bradford Exchange and told the rep. to please discontinue my auto shipping for this piece. I told her to remove me from getting any more auto-shipping of any kind. I was not interested in buying any more items. I was nice about it and honestly she was nice and things seemed fine.

    The post card KEPT COMING not missing a beat so nothing changed at all. I decided I would make it official and I wrote on the post card to “please do not send me anything else - I am not authorizing Bradford Exchange to use my credit card for any purchases going forward”. I placed the post card into a envelope and mailed it directly to them.

    I want to add that a train set from Bradford Exchange in total is a engine with about 6 cars and a caboose. I had already paid $100.00 each per train when I placed my order. Each car thereafter averaged about $59.00 each. I had 2 engines and 12 cars for the 2 train sets I ordered. That’s over $900.00 invested in these 2 train sets. I ordered them in 2017 and now we are almost into the year 2020. The post card stopped BUT it now changed to a invoice for a caboose $59.99. I waited for yet another invoice to react. I got one and put it in writing yet again to not send me anything further. That I had not only expressed this via a phone call but now in writing 2 times so 3 notifications in 4 months.

    Guess what I received last month and yesterday? A invoice from a collection agency for $59.99. At this point I just laugh honestly because the letter yesterday was very threatening of how “serious this was and they were going to continue collection attempts blah blah”. I notified them 3 if not 4 times in writing and phone calls making myself very clear. All those notices I made for Bradford Exchange were ignored. So now this collection agency is sending me “junk mail” with their nonsense.

    All of this because I made the mistake of ordering something from Bradford Exchange. I have 2 train sets now with around $1000.00 invested. I can go on eBay and purchase the entire set brand new from every day sellers for $100.00 or less. Yeah.. their products value does not hold or increase with time. The value literally goes down immediately on purchase from Bradford Exchange.

    I have nothing to lose or gain by leaving this review. I can only tell others to think twice before they get in Bradford Exchanges crosshairs. Again, once they have your information you are in for a crappy ride. I would have never in a million years think that in 2017 by purchasing a couple train sets that I would be getting letters from a collection agency for any dollar amount nearly in the year of 2020.. Wow. Trust me - do not buy from Bradford Exchange. Obviously I am done with them and have been. I will not pay 1 cent more to Bradford Exchange or any company they hire to harass me over $59.99 that I didn’t order nor even received. It’s that simple.

    Ordered a marine corps charm. Came as expected. Great deal. Beautiful pendant. THEN comes the problem. Absolutely INUNDATED with terrible excessive amounts of spam email. Completely overtook my email. 10-12-15-20 ads A DAY!!! For 3-4 months have unsubscribed to every ad. Called customer service multiple times. Every one says the same thing (most of them barely speak ANY English). "We very apologize for problems, we remove you now." IMMEDIATELY after calls, get spam blasted with 10 Bradford emails.

    These people are the absolute lowest form of life. Would advise EVERYONE to avoid this place like the plague!! Terrible terrible less than human beings. Have forced me into turning them in to an attorney that has reviewed it and said it qualifies as harrassment. So now it's just tolerate their obnoxious spamming until the attorney has all the needs. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY. Just trying to save someone else the trouble of what I am going through.

Never arrived, so worried about it, as it has caused me so much stress and anxiety, they never respond to you, I have tried so many times to get in touch, no heart. They don't care about their customers, they grab your money and that's it, I don't know how they can carry on like this. I am taking this further, they will not get away with this. Now they keep sending me emails, that they will assist me further, and if I can give them my full name, address, and date of birth, I keep giving them my full name, address, and dob and when I go to sent the email, it goes undeliverable postmaster.     Ordered 4 expensive music boxes from them for Christmas 2019 gifts. NONE of them came in a box, and one of them was shipped LOOSE with foam chunks. If you love having to look all over creation for a box to present these as gifts, then this is the scam company for you. I will never order from them again. Then if you try calling customer service with a complaint - which they do not provide you a phone number in their bill, you have to google for it - they place you on hold forever with no intention of getting back to you. I asked to speak to a supervisor because the customer rep I got could not send me a presentation box OR even a styrofoam shell. Asking to speak to a supervisor is what gets you placed on the neverending hold.

    I ordered an item by mistake and within minutes after I realized it, I called to cancel (within minutes). Customer service told me that my order was not in the system and I should call back the next day since it will take several days to process. I called them the very next morning and was told it already shipped. Now I have to wait for the item to arrive, send it back, get credited before I can order the correct item. It is very frustrating when customer service gives you completely erroneous information. I'm hoping I dont get charged the very high shipping charge for this item, which again I was told I should not. Let's see if they get it right this time.

    I was overcharged $1,300.00. Don't buy from Bradford Exchange, I ordered from Bradford exchange and they said my credit card was declining so I gave them another card, I ended up getting charged for a single item on both cards. Then they sent me six more items I didn't want and charged both my cards. I called them several times to get them to stop charging my cards and stop shipping items I didn't want but ended up having to file a dispute with both credit card companies and get both cards turned off to stop the charges. I ended up being sent seven items and charged fourteen times when I only wanted one item. I sent most of the items back and they refunded my credit card companies but now there sending me bills for items I have returned. This has been dragging on trying to straighten this out for six months.

    Do not order from this company. I thought they were reputable. My mother ordered me the Rudolph the Red Nosed reindeer village. In came delivered in styrofoam, no box, taped with old yellow brittle tape. No certificate of authenticity. No paperwork. Two tiny reindeer that were supposed to be Clarice and Rudolph. Tail broken off of them. About the size of a twoonie. Could literally get better quality from the Dollar store. The house itself is yellowed. Terrible quality on every way possible. My mom was on hold with them for an hour. She then found out she was signed up for auto renewal which she did NOT sign up for. I'm shipping back this piece of garbage. They promised to refund my mom her money. They better. Buyer beware.

    This was probably the worst experience I've ever had as a customer. Ordered the clock 6 months ago, noticed the address was different for some reason on the courier tracking so I contacted them asking them to fix it (this was already a month or two after I had ordered it), heard nothing back, I tried for three weeks to get hold of them, until finally I found their Facebook page and they replied on there. They told me they would send it to the correct address once it arrived back. I waited another 2 weeks and then received a refund in the mail. I messaged them again asking what happened. No apology, they just said I could reorder it if I wanted, so I did that. Waited another month and a half only to get a letter in the mail saying they had run out of stock. Never go near these guys. They are a waste of time and money. Now I have two cheques to deposit because they are also from the stone age it seems.

    Ordered two monogrammed necklaces for my grandsons. Got one necklace before ever sending any money and called to make payment on both necklaces shortly thereafter. Was never told that I couldn't pay for the second one until it shipped and kept waiting for the amount to be debited from my bank account. Called again yesterday after noticing that the first pending debit on my bank account disappeared and the customer service operator got an attitude when she said I hadn't authorized payment for either necklace. I told her that I indeed had called and authorized payment. Why call and give the debit information if I was not authorizing payment? Why get an attitude? I kept my voice calm and told her to go ahead and debit the entire amount and got it straightened out. Was going to order something for my granddaughter but after this fiasco, it's a no go.

    I was looking to replace one globe of the Nightmare Before Christmas collection for my daughter-in-law because I broke one piece. I ordered a product in October which I received. I did not sign up for the collection subscription. Since then I have been charged again for the collection. The product has been sent to the receiver without my consent. I have tried to contact them. They agreed to not ship additional items. I called to cancel. They said they would and have not. They keep shipping and billing forcing me to have to return the items. This company has no scruples and is blatantly deceiving their customers. Do not deal with this company!!! I usually read reviews on a company before I purchase a product. This time I didn't. I wish I had. Apparently, I'm not the only one with this problem.

    I ordered a multi piece personalized front door name plate with Disney charters on it. I suppose to get it in 3 weeks. It's been 6 months, I am yet to get all the pieces. They send first piece in 8 weeks, second piece last week and I am yet to get two more pieces. I don't know which world they are living in. No one picks up customer support number.     Several months ago I ordered a subscription to the Thomas Kinkade Fairy Garden Village collection. I saw this item on a magazine and went to the website listed to place my order. There were three cottages with accessories pictured on BOTH the magazine and ON THEIR WEBSITE. It did say there were other pieces and that they would arrive as they became available. I received the first shipment and while it included the cottage, fairy, and welcome gate, there was both a fountain and a lamp post shown that were not included with the shipment.

    I called customer service and questioned this. I was told that these items would be shipped, but that you had to purchase the first 3 shipments before you would get all the accessory items pictured. So basically, I have received SIX SHIPMENTS so far from this rip off of a company and each one has been missing accessories that are pictured on BOTH the initial magazine I seen these items on AND items, which are shown on their website for this collection.

    I have called customer service 3 times and even sent an email. The reply to the email I sent was basically yet another brush off telling me that the manufacturer could "shorten" these shipments at their discretion. If that is the case, then HOW can you advertise these items as included with the shipments? To date I have spent nearly $400 for this "collection" and not received two lamp posts, a plain fountain, a fountain with a bird perched on it, and two birdhouses! Think long and hard before you order anything from Bradford Exchange.

Excuse me I paid with my debit card that had waaay more than enough in it soooo why am I being charged and why the hell are you threatening me with a debt collector, I HAVE NO DEBT WITH YOU!!!!     My elderly Mother wanted to buy me the General Robert E Coin because I collect General Lee items. She saw an ad and called them. She had no idea that is was a worthless clad silver coin when she ordered it. It was like $49 for a fake coin that cost $3 to make. Well, I got the coin and thanked her, not letting her know what I knew. That it was not real.

    Fast forward 2 months and she gets another coin in the mail and a wooden presentation box in the mail and a Bill! I then told her that she got scammed and NOT TO PAY the bill. I threw the box away. And she is not going to pay the bill. Yesterday they sent her a letter saying that they are going to report her to the credit people and scared her. I told her not to worry. She is 90 and lives in a nursing home. She doesn't need credit, so there is nothing they can do. I have tried to call them but after staying on hold for 10 minutes gave up. This is a scam company (I already knew this), but my poor Mother didn't. Now, she is worried about them "getting her in trouble". It is sad. People that prey on the elderly are the scum of the earth!

    My 88-year old father ordered two Disney jackets for $319.00. He sent a check which was cashed and credited. Months later, he was billed for another $52 for the jackets, which he sent. However, the jackets (still on the website) were clearly $319. He hand-wrote several letters requesting information and was ignored. I have emailed their customer service three times and they have not responded. He did receive a $9.50 check marked refund (with no attached explanation), but he has paid $371 for a product that with shipping and handling cost $319. They owe him another $42.50. But they won't answer the emails and the customer service rep I spoke with wouldn't give any information except to say the bill had been paid. Still waiting for a response. Their website says they will respond in 24 hours. They don't.

    It is virtually impossible to contact anyone at Bradford Exchange. Phone calls are passed through 5 or 6 lengthy options, each one requesting that you leave your details and they will call you back. After 5 attempts at this I am still waiting to hear from them. I have e-mailed their customer services via their website, but have not received a reply (or even an acknowledgement) I have returned the poor goods they sent me and requested a refund, but they have still taken money from my account. One of the worst companies I have dealt with! I am beginning to feel that there is no one at their premises, just unresponsive robots who keep sending me brochure/leaflets suggesting I place more orders. Not a chance.

    If I can I would give this company a zero star!! Since about three months ago I ordered three porcelain items from them, my nightmare started. During the past three months, they have kept sending me lots of letters and leaflets too often to bear. More horribly, about two or three weeks ago, I received an email from them stating one order from me being dispatched. I felt very confused because I didn’t place anymore orders after I received the three porcelain items I originally purchased and paid in full. So I replied to this email immediately asking what this order was.

    About one week later, I received a parcel which was a porcelain item again! We called this company and was told they would call us back within 72 hours. Unfortunately, it didn’t happen. We tried to call them again and again by phone and by email, but got no answer at all. Until today, I received an invoice letter from them for this item I didn’t order. Who can tell me what to do with this issue?! How to stop this company from this unacceptable sales?

    The flyer said that it was a collection of 3. After Christmas another one arrived and charged my account $86.78. When I called to complain, they said that it is a collection of 10 and that they would ship out another every 3 months. I told them that it didn’t say that anywhere in the ad. Told them to cancel it. They told me that I had to write a letter to cancel, which I did. Today, 4 months later, they again charged my account another $86.78! I have to go to the bank to close out this checking account. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE BRADFORD EXCHANGE!!

    Ordered and paid for 2 boxes total of £130.00 ordered 3 April. My elderly father ordered these for gifts for his granddaughters. To date these items still have not arrived. We have made several calls, my father is profoundly deaf, I his daughter manage all his affairs, despite me placing the order, Bradford Exchange refused to speak to me, that's when I eventually got through.

    We had to have a letter of authority from to speak to anyone, 8 weeks after order we were then told the items would be another 8 weeks. We still have not received items. Several emails, several more phone calls, all ignored, you can never get through to customer service, we have now raised a recall from the bank. Disgraceful way to treat anyone, think of the interest this company is making on monies received and goods not shipped. My advice would be never order from this company.

    I ordered an item they immediately billed my but did not ship the item until I called and spoke to 6 different customer service reps (4 days later), who then gave me a bogus FedEx number (I even called FedEx, and they tried to trace this package and couldn't, stating if a tracking number was given they can find it in their system, which they could not with the number Bradford Exchange gave me). I stated on August 12th to cancel this order, however they quickly shipped it on August 13th so that I can't get a credit now until I return the item, which will be done immediately, since I want nothing to do with a company that gives false FedEx numbers. Now I have to battle with them for my credit. Just look at the Better Business Bureau website and see the 426 complaints about this company.

    Ordered a product online. The product tracking report claimed it would be delivered by July 23, 2019. On July 31, 2019 the product still had not arrived. I sent them an email about the product and tracking report. They replied they had cancelled the product. I had promised the product to my nephew. Now we are both disappointed.     I placed an order for a custom navy ring. After a few weeks I started to worry that I may have gotten scammed because I couldn't track my order. It gave me a shipment date then a week later pushed it up another month. I was getting concerned but then it changed back to the original shipping date. I received my ring a month later and though it took a while, after opening the box with my ring I was very pleased and satisfied. They did a great job and I have gotten many compliments on my ring.

    I thought I was only purchasing one medallion when the second one showed up with a case with spots for 8 coins. I phoned and they said I could cancel and return the coin and box. I decided to go though with the entire collection. The second and third coin came a month apart which I paid. Each coin and invoice had a shipping charge so I phoned and told them I would like to purchase the remaining 5 coins and have them sent to me in one envelope so I could save the shipping charges. The representative said they have all 5 coins in stock and they would send them out in one package.

    Two weeks later I received all 5 coins in individual packages on the same day. Each package had a cardboard envelope with a coin in each one, advertising for numerous other products, bubble wrap, invoice for each coin with individual shipping charges and return cards. I phoned and asked them why they weren't shipped in one envelope and they told me they don't operate that way. I told them I wasn't paying for the 4 additional shipping charges. The best they could do for me was to credit 2 shipping charges to which I said I wanted 4 shipping charges. She hung up on me so I don't know where I stand.

    On May 11, 2019, my daughter ordered a charm bracelet (The Night Before Christmas) but was erroneously sent the ‘Winnie the Pooh Charm Bracelet’ on May 22, 2019. My daughter and I conference called this company and spoke with Michael on May 22, 2019. After going through the hassle of calling the company to remedy their error, I had to rewrap the package, get the return postage (via email) and drive the package to the Post Office (on May 23, 2019). To date, we are still waiting for the correct bracelet from this company.

    The rep from the company, Michael, clearly stated (on May 22, 2019) that he would arrange a $15 credit on my daughter’s VISA for our inconvenience. On May 28, 2019, my daughter received a letter from this company, dated May 24, 2019, stating that only that specific/original letter could be used as a $15 credit TOWARD a future purchase! We place orders to this company via internet or telephone. The only way to get this $15 credit (which was NOT a credit but a VOUCHER TOWARD A FUTURE PURCHASE) was to physically mail this original letter back to the company!

    My phone call on May 30, 2019 to the Bradford Exchange to request that they cancel this letter out and to apply the credit to VISA as originally promised were in vain. The supervisor, Dana, insisted that this was this company’s only way to do business. She claimed that $15 was already issued on this letter and she could not issue another $15 on the VISA card. I offered to text or email a picture of the ‘original’ letter, then to mark a very large ‘x’ with a sharpie pen over the letter, text that picture, then rip up the letter in small pieces with again texting that picture as proof that this ‘original letter’ could NEVER be redeemed. Dana replied that this was not acceptable and that I needed to use the original voucher letter, mail it back to them or give it to someone else.

    Further, Dana stated that the original rep, Michael, wrote in his notes that he was sending an ‘apology letter with the $15 credit’ toward future purchase. This is NOT true. Michael very clearly stated on May 22, 2019 that he would apply the $15 credit on my daughter’s VISA. This is a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company! I would never do any business with them again. It is important to note that when I said that I have done business with them in the past (repeating customer), Dana shared that from year to date, my daughter spent less than $300 on this company. I can only guess relevance of this statement...Run, don’t walk away from the Bradford Exchange!!!!

    Originally I ordered this about 4 years ago for my son and it was beautiful, unfortunately he lost it. I decide I wanted to replace it so I sent for another. When it came in it was horrible and looked disfigured. I returned it to get a replacement and the replacement came back horrible as well. I called customer service and ended up with a supervisor who told me to send it back and write N-17 on it so that it would be checked before sending it out. Today I received another (the third one) and it is just as horrible.

    I don’t know if you they have another company making these, but the one I bought years ago was just like the one pictured on their website. Now the website has the same beautiful version but they're sending out disfigured ones with no clarity or detail. Poor quality and false advertising. Below is a photo of what they advertise and what I’ve been getting. I am so upset and very unhappy because it was the only St. Michael that my son liked and now I can’t replace it. When I called today and spoke to a supervisor she said if it came back 3 times like like that they were probably all like that. That said, they should revise your website.

    I also received a phone message where I was told the detail was too intricate and could not be done as the photo they post. This is a blatant lie because the original one my son lost was beautiful and exactly as they has advertised. The photos show what is advertised on their website and what they sent to me.

I am shocked at how many customers have the same negative things to say about this company: items being delivered without consent; many times, they are delivered months after the initial shipment, items that are found to be defective, of poorer quality than expected, or that are found to be worth much less than imagined, etc. I am so grateful I came to this site. It pains me to think of the heartache my mother would have experienced, and to consider how much wasted time and aggravation we may have experienced as a result of my purchasing a musical glitter globe with a cardinal inside to remind my mother of her son who died in December last year (the first child of seven to die). Shame on this company. My question is: why isn’t the Fraud Dept of some agency doing something about this travesty?!?!

    Buyer beware! I cannot imagine how the Bradford Exchange is still allowed to operate in the incredibly shady way they operate. You cannot buy one single item - the purchase of any one item locks you into a "subscription" for a collection that can last FOR YEARS!!! This is blatant fraud! On many items, nowhere will you see it notated that the item will lock you into a subscription. And nowhere on the website can you cancel the subscription and nowhere does the website give you information on how to cancel. You have to take a guess and google the customer service phone number because the Bradford Exchange doesn't even list a customer service number. This is ridiculous - they need to be shut down!!!

    This snowglobe purchased is supposed to be a collectors item. It’s not 2 years as yet but the item has deteriorated - discolored - yellow on the inside. I have contacted them and they refused to acknowledge that it is a collectors item, but made it clear that it is no longer under warranty. My $150.00 sure did not deteriorate in their hands!!!     Ordered a collection train set, (key word, SET). First engine $79.99 + shipping & services $9.99. Plus tax. In my state, tax is 10% which should be $8.00. Not suppose to tax "services." Anyway when I clicked Order Now, Bradford charged me $19.94 for S&S and applied a 13% tax to the total. I called and a "John" with a very foreign accent and very hard to understand could not answer as to why I was being charged twice the amount for S&S and kept telling me the tax was estimated. With no satisfaction, I let it go.

    Next month, 2nd engine arrives and CC billed as scheduled. And the next month, my ordered was cancelled. WHY? This time I communicated via email. They said the train SET was discontinued. Why would a company advertise a SET and not have a SET to sell? My whole experience with Bradford has been disheartening at best.

    I ordered a light up alien display collection. I received all lighters and was happy. 2 yrs later I receive an alien lighter and when I called to say I didn't order it, they said it was part of the alien collection that they have continued. The display I offers that the picture and the lighters that came with it, this lighter was not in it but they made another lighter 2 yrs later and billed my c.c.. Will never order anything else from them. Buyer beware.

    I ordered a product in September. I did not sign up for the collection subscription. Since then I have been charged monthly for the collection. The product has been sent to the receiver without my consent. I have tried to contact them. As instructed on their website, you need to fill out a form. I did multiple times with no response. Charges kept appearing on my cc. The only number given was for placing orders only.

    I finally googled a number for Bradford Exchange. I was waiting for 27 min before I finally had to hang up. The only recourse I had was to call my cc company and place a stop on any charges from Bradford Exchange permanently. My cc company temporarily credited my acct the fraudulent charges. They will contact Bradford's bank with a fraudulent claim. They have 2 months to respond. In the meantime, all charges from Bradford will not go through. Do not deal with this company!!! I usually read reviews on a company before I purchase a product. This time I didn't. I wish I had. Apparently, I'm not the only one with this problem.

    Back in November I ordered Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl Christmas tree. I never have received everything promised. Got 4 shipments. Still missing items. Last spoke to them in February 2019. Promised shipment in 9 days. It's April. Still nothing. I gave up. Tired of wasting my time. Agents more concerned with selling me more stuff rather than fulfilling order. Very overpriced.     I was overcharged. They took 64.63 twice from me, it was suppose to be only once. The Customer service is terrible. They will not refund me, Unless I send the whole thing back.     I ordered the above collection for my daughter. After I received all the set, I kept getting charged to my debit card to the tune of $312.77 for an order that I was only invoiced for $108.59. The angles were pretty and very nice but when I called they said I will keep getting billed for the entire collection. I only ordered the collection, received one invoice, and yet apparently more were coming. The site is purposely set up to be confusing, even when I ordered the angles, I wasn't sure if I ordered one or the complete set of 4. Turns out I signed up to continue paying them forever. Customer Service is obviously very adept at dealing with this, from all the complaints I read on the BBB, this site, and the way they dealt with me. Long story short, it's too bad that they have to practice fraudulent practices, I would of ordered from them again next year if they didn't operate the way they do. In the end called my bank to ensure no more charges are processed.

Having seen Bradford exchange in the FIRST (and many other) magazines for years one would think that they were on the up and up? I wish I had looked this site up before the order.     I ordered a present for my daughter-in-law. The site had issues so I called in the order. I told him what I wanted and thought I was done. I was signed up for three different series orders instead of one. I found out by the multiple times I had drafts out of my account. I had to close the card I put it on so they would stop charging my account. I called and made sure everything was canceled. I called back a week later to verify and thought I was done with it. I started receiving boxes from them and called.

    They told me to not accept them and they would be returned. A month later I started receiving bills from three different places with the Bradford Exchange. I called and they said I still owe money for the boxes I received. I told them we only received the one and I paid for it. They said no. I need to pay more money. After 7 months of arguing with them I talked to a gal that said if I pay 39.95 it will all go away. I said you won't bother me anymore and I will not owe anything more if I pay 39.95. She that is correct. I paid it and hoped for the best.

    She said wait 6 weeks and no more bills will come. I got a bill after the 6 weeks and called. They said no I still owe 39.95 after the previous payment. I said I was told it was all taken care of. He said she was wrong and I still owe. How do I want to pay. I said I won't pay anymore because I have overpaid and have a tree with an ornament to show for it. He said I have to pay. They have now sent me to collections and when I call I am on hold for almost 15 minutes and the line goes dead. I think they are a sham and wouldn't trust them with anything. Never give them your card number.

    Today, I was shocked that an unauthorised payment was taken from my bank account by The Bradford Exchange Online. It was for a fictitious internet order with the Irish Bradford Exchange Online, an order that I did not make. I received an email from them at 3.30 am writing that the order is ready to dispatch. They took my money at 2.30 am from my account without my consent.

    The first time (and will be the last time) I dealt with this company was on the 4th of March. I made an internet order with the The Bradford Exchange Online Ireland, for a birthday gift to a friend. My friend (who lives in Ireland) still has not received it! I actually thought this was a reputable company but will never deal with them again after this fraud. I hope this review will be of help to you. I get so disappointed in companies who do this sort of thing to us clients. They should not be in business.

    In December of 2017 I ordered a few hundred dollars worth of stuff from this horrible company. Nowhere did it say the lanterns I ordered were part of a subscription plan. I kept getting them and being charged. Sent them all back and after many phone calls my cc was credited. Obviously I canceled the subscription. However true to their deceit I rec'd another lantern approximately 8-9 months later! I about died because I was soooo sick of this company. Anyways contacted them, sent it back and here we are 4 months later and no credit to my cc. So I called and after once again detailing this ongoing saga I have been assured my cc will be credited. I asked her why I had to call to get the credit and she proceeded to tell me they never rec'd my return. Bologna! I have the USPS tracking.

    Also back in early 2018 after first problems I had to call because I was receiving a tree's worth of junk solicitation every week! Most environmentally unconscious company ever!! They are unethical and crooks!! And might I add never, not once did I get any apology!!! Oh and of course to top it all off their product quality is pure crap. My snow globe is cloudy after one year and music and lights unpredictable. And switch on one of Terry Redlin pictures broke after one season of use!! Seriously overall worst company ever!!!

    My wife ordered a little Christmas decor from this company about two years ago. We paid for it in full upfront and that was it. A year and a half later I notice that the company had been billing my credit card 74.88 a month. On 3 different occasions they even billed me a second time for the same amount in the same month!!! I was able to bring this up to Wells Fargo and they canceled my credit card for fraudulent activity and reimbursed me all the money this company STOLE from me!!!     I ordered checks from Bradford and they guaranteed 100% satisfaction or your money back. I ordered checks with a side tear and the checks I was sent had no perforations on them--not on the side and not on the top! I called customer service and the young man told me I did not order what I actually ordered! Not only were there no stubs on top or on the side, they sent a separate registry for the checks which I never wanted. I was distressed the customer service person on the phone lied to me.

    So I started sending emails to customer service asking for a refund. They did not respond to the first 3 emails!! I sent a fourth and I got a form note in response. I let them know that if they did not respond to my requests I would report them to the Better Business Bureau!! Now I see they have dozens of complaints just like mine!! The next time I order something online, I will check their rating here.

    I ordered the "Thomas Kinkade Nativity Garland Collection". Even in the order form it is written just like that... All the photos are the entire collection... My credit card was charged for the entire $ 120.73 and what I received in the mail was NOT the "Handcrafted garland collection includes more than 1 dozen sculpted figures, 22K-gold accents, over 60 lights, realistic greenery, and more." that I expected! It was renamed "The Holy Family" and I got a very PLAIN, not impressive looking 4 pc nativity scene. No "1 dozen sculptured figures, no 22 k gold accent, no 60 lights, no greenery and no "MORE". So, I phoned and was told repeatedly that there were 6 parts to the shipment - that's over $700!!! for a Christmas decoration that is advertised AS A COLLECTION!!! I mean, I'm a business person, too! And this is just a full-fledged rip-off scam! So, now I need to take the time to return this stuff and (hopefully) get my money back! Never again!!!

    Ordered a £550 item off them to then be charged 3 separate times for the one item. After 3 hours of phone calls and being on hold I sorted this issue out. I then ordered a Disney classic collection pin set at £49 a set (set of 6). I received the first 3 installments and paid in full, then received a letter telling me I owed £82 for the first installations and after a month of phone calls and arguments with the useless staff there I receive 3 letters telling me they can’t complete the item. Andy will refund me within 14 days, 15 days pass so I call. They are now telling me I owe £144 towards the first installments that I received. How on earth can this go up haha.

    After a 2 hour on hold call I was informed that they have ‘only received one payment of £14.99’. I paid £49.99 3 times over for the items I received and have the bank statements to prove it and I was called a blatant liar, told I still owe the amount or it’ll affect my finance credit. And all they can do is refund me the amount of £149.97 (the amount I was told I never paid) in vouchers to spend with them, but only if I was to send the items I had back to them tracked and signed for at a further expense to myself. 100% the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. One million percent avoid at all costs!!

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a Winnie the Pooh coin at a special price of £9.99 which was very nice in its display wallet. I bought it as a one off for my daughter but wasn`t going to buy the rest of the collection at £199.95 for the other five. I had an email to say my next one was being sent and knew I was going to send it back as I didn't want to collect them. I looked at my credit card account today and they have already taken a payment of £42.94 for the coin that I don't want. I called them to say I don't want it and would like a refund. Apparently I signed up to the collection and authorised them to take the money from my account each month! I don't think so.

    I`ve read the small print and I agree that there was a collection and they will send you one each month but there is nothing to say that they will take the money before you've even decided if you want it or not! I now have to wait to receive the item, send it back and then they will send credit my card back! Furious as I now have an amount to pay on my card that I can't really afford to pay.

    I ordered an item for my wife, for our anniversary, on January 24th. It was advertised as "Guaranteed Delivery by Valentine's Day" and our anniversary is February 29th, so I figured I was good. They waited until February 11th to send an email on stating my order was delayed (at this point I feel sorry for those ordering this as a Valentine's gift) with no stated timeframe it would be available.     Ordered a custom engraved ring, my fiancé ordered me a ring with our names and birthstones for our 5 year anniversary, paid to have it expressed shipped. Still haven’t gotten it and they charged his card twice. When I called to tell them what was going on the lady I talked to didn’t even care, she sounded like she didn’t want to be there. I told her to cancel my order and send me a confirmation email. She told me she can’t do that. Now tell me what kind of place is this. No matter where you go and cancel an order you get a confirmation email. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she gave me an attitude about it. I told her again that they charged his card twice and she told me that they didn’t charged it.

    I called my bank before I even called them and the money was taken out and was paid. And I told the lady that and she started talking to me like I was stupid. I’ve never been so disrespected. What was supposed to be a special item to celebrate love was ruined by this company. After repeating my self multiple times saying I want it canceled and I want an email saying it’s canceled and that I’m getting my money the lady continues to say that they didn’t charge him twice. I’m looking at his bank statement and can clearly see both charges. Bradford Exchange is a joke company. They are basically scamming you for your money.

    I spent 180 dollars on a Christmas cuckoo clock for my mom. It was supposed to be engraved which I paid extra for, but when I got it, it was not. It was tiny and cheaply made.     I have purchased products from Bradford in the past and have been very happy with their quality. Last year I purchased a series of John Wayne items from them and now they are telling me that I owe the taxes for last year. They should have collected the taxes at the time of sales if they knew that my state required It. I feel it is their responsibility to collect the tax as the seller of the merchandise. If they would have told me about the extra tax I may not have made the purchase. I will never purchase another item from The Bradford Exchange.

    I would recommend that you do not purchase anything from this company. I have the Disney Christmas tree. My husband bought this for me about 3 years ago. The tree costs 199.99 plus tax and shipping. I am extremely careful with this tree. This year the Pluto sleigh flew off the top of the tree and broke from hitting the floor. I emailed Bradford Exchange with no response so I called them. They said the warranty is over and they want 99.00 for that little piece! Unbelievable! For them to charge that much tells me this has happened to multiple people. I have purchased multiple items from them. I will never again buy another thing from them! I would tell you to do the same.     Let me add my sad story about this company. Ordered a Cardinal lamp from them and received it. I am always careful to make sure there are no “strings attached” to anything I order online. About 4 weeks after receiving my order I get notification of another billing. Called and was told I had asked for a “subscription”. Immediately told them to cancel and refund my money. They said item had already shipped but that I should simply return it and my money would be refunded. I returned it the same day I received it using their return label. 30 days later I get another notification of billing for a second installment on the returned item, Called them and was told returned item could take up to 8 weeks to process and billings cannot be stopped until return is processed. Beware - any dealings with this company is at your own risk. Heed these reviews folks!

However a 3rd item arrived the following month, along with an unexpected charge to my bank account.     I ordered a personalized decanter set before Christmas and the delivery date was 1/22. They are not supposed to charge your card until the item is being shipped, but my card was charged. When I called I was told it was being prepared to be shipped. It was not. I was told to call back in 24-48 hours to ensure it had been shipped. So I did and of course it wasn't shipped. I every couple of days would check but to no avail. When speaking to CSR I insisted that some type of information should be sent to my email if there were any changes but there was zero communication. So on 1/17 of course I became really concerned because the delivery date was upon us. I checked to see if the item was shipped and the delivery date had been changed to 2/14. I called to cancel my order and the CSR did so without apologizing or trying to resolve any issues. They definitely lost a good customer.

    My husband ordered the Wizard of Oz Cuckoo clock for my birthday. It arrived to the house broken due to the foam packaging inside the box, this was the shipping department's error. My husband being a disabled vet got so upset receiving this broken that it caused him to have a seizure. He was asked, "Can you glue the broken piece back". Are you kidding me??? A over $200 dollar gift and they wanted him to just glue it back... On a collectible at that. New order was made and we are told it will arrive before my birthday.     I ordered a bridal set and when I received it the band and ring did not match at all, it was not at all like the picture. I returned it and customer service was good with sending out another one, once again they sent the same set that did not match.     It's now the THIRD time we've received invoices for items purchased that were not paid for, by false means. We have provided police reports (which is hard to get considering our local police can't do much since it's all out of state) and we were charged anyway. We had to contact our bank, who is very quick to help us and reverse charges, only to have the idiots at Bradford Exchange try to charge us again claiming that they have "proof" we received the product. Problem is that the delivery is in OHIO, not Texas and is in some ** neighborhood.     Ordered a cool train for my 4yr old grandson. $89.99 paid at time of order. Got 2 pieces of a train. Thought, wow, rip off. 30 days later, got train tracks and another $30 charge - ripped off again. I'm busy, therefore decided just to make sure they couldn't charge again. Now I'm getting bombarded with bills for seriously past due because I'm not taking any more and removed my card so they can't charge more. Speaking with rep who says I signed up for 11 months of receiving the pieces! Really? For $89.99 plus $30 x 10 monthly payments after for a - let's be honest - it's not THAT great of a train! Goodness. Needless to say, I am sending the whole thing back. Never again will I buy anything from this group. Definitely feeling some trickery.

    I would suggest that people stay away from any contact with The Bradford Exchange Online. Once they have your email address you will be bombarded with their email ads and they will not stop. I have "unsubscribed" numerous times to no avail. I have twice written directly to the company asking that my address be removed and have received no response. This is not the only area in which they are operating in violation of Federal regulations as their delivery procedures also fall under that category. Beware!

    In November 2018, my Aunt lost her only son. I found a ring on Bradford Exchange that I thought would be nice to send her. I ordered it, provided my Visa information (the SAME Visa that I used for two prior orders in July 2018) and thought all was fine. Continued to check to see if it had been sent. A few weeks go by and nothing. So, I phoned them. They explained that my Visa hadn't gone through so, I provided the information to them again (though perhaps I had input wrong info online). Was assured all was fine.

    So today, I see that nothing has been billed to my account and the ring still hadn't been sent. So, once again, I phone them and was advised that "someone" in my household doesn't pay their bills and that if I wanted the item, I'd have to pay outright instead of the payment plan. I was floored. I have an 832 FICO score and they had no problems whatsoever on my previous orders in billing me monthly. I couldn't speak to anyone in their credit department. I believe because I canceled a "subscription" plan on one of the prior orders, I'm being blacklisted. I have NEVER NOT paid any bill due and this just makes me so angry. I canceled the order and WILL NEVER order anything from them ever again. I really thought they were a reputable company but am now sure they are not. Buyer Beware!

    After purchasing the item, it got in, and it looked really nothing like the photo. The quality was poor and it was expensive [$51.34] but I let it go because it was a gift for a co-worker. On the seventh of December they charged my card $51.34 before I had even received the gift and I thought, 'well that's okay so long as it comes in'. On the 27th, days and days and days after my charge and when I had received it I got an alert on my phone to tell me that I had made an 'online purchase' at the Bradford Exchange. I thought at first maybe the e-mail was late, but as it turns out I was wrong, AGAIN they charged me the initial price, and now when I'm trying to get in contact with them they ignore me.

    I am infuriated because that is over $100 they have taken ILLEGALLY from me for some piece of crap music box that looks like a toddler made it. This site is a scam and I will voice that out for everyone who is thinking of purchasing something from them just don't. The quality doesn't match the price you paid for it, and they will continue to steal money from you even WEEKS after you paid. This site is full of crooks and common criminals.

    They charged my account twice in same month! Totally unfair and not right. Be warned, don't believe them telling you you'll only be charged once a month. Then they put me on hold, hoping I'd go away. After 15 minutes, I hung up and called back and they still acted like they didn't have sense enough to fix their screw up. Which, maybe they didn't. I'll never deal with Bradford Exchange again or the Hamilton Collection.

    I ordered checks via mobile device. When I called to check on the status I was told the account and routing numbers didn't go through (we took a picture as prompted and got no error e mail). I was told by customer service I had received an email stating they needed the account and routing information. I asked them why would the confirmation email come through to my inbox but not a subsequent email? So I looked in my spam and there was no other email from Bradford Exchange. So it's almost Christmas and my mom has no checks. Unnecessary stress on the elderly should be a crime.

    I ordered a handbag on December 7th or 8th and chose the shipping that would be here for Christmas (17th-21st). I had to call back on the 17th and after being on hold for 20 minutes at 7am, I was given a tracking number. I tracked the package and it said delivery on the 21st by end of day. On the morning of the 21st, I received a text from the shipper saying they rescheduled it for the 26th! I called Bradford Exchange and they told me to call back after I received it. I explained I was very unhappy and would like to settle it today without calling back and they said they would have to wait until after I received it late and I then call back. I asked for a Manager and they said Manager's don't take calls.

    After talking a few more minutes and getting nowhere, I asked to talk to his boss and he said, "Oh, I can get you to a supervisor!". I waited a ridiculous time for a supervisor. Bradford Exchange customer service is a joke and their shipping was not close to accurate. The 7th or 8th showed plenty of time to get item and should have been but still didn't happen!

    On 11/27/2018, I placed an order for a personalized music box as my granddaughter’s Christmas gift, which is what she wanted from Grandma. My original shipment date was Dec. 11-24. As our family Christmas party was on Dec. 22nd, I called Bradford and was told the music box would certainly be delivered by the 21st. On a regular basis, I accessed the website to check the delivery status. As of Dec. 17, the status changed to “will ship on Dec. 18.” Fortunately, I checked the status again on Dec. 20 and the ship date had changed to JANUARY 22! Totally unacceptable AND Bradford did NOTHING to let me know about this delay. When I called Customer Service, I was told there was an “unexpected delay.” I canceled my order and will never order another item from Bradford!

    I received a solicitation around Thanksgiving. A few days later I ordered a Christmas gift of a necklace from them. It was almost a month before Christmas. I started wondering why I hadn't heard from them, so I contacted them, and they said I would not receive the gift in time for Christmas. They said they were backlogged. How embarrassing that I would have Christmas Day and no gift for my wife. The fact they are backlogged is not my problem, as their customer. Hire more people! Very disgusted and will not do business with them again. After raising some heck, I finally received an e-mail that my item shipped on Dec. 18th, and to expect to receive it in 5-9 business days! My wife will be lucky if she gets her Christmas gift my New Years! Company is evasive, full of excuses and have really embarrassed me. Bad, bad, bad... I will never use them again!

Take heed to all warnings, as this company will charge your checking account and post a picture, harass you via email regarding items in your cart.     I ordered two personalized bracelets. They came shipped in an envelope. One was broken. Called their Customer Service Dept located somewhere other than the US. They were supposed to send me a replacement bracelet. According to them they did, but it was never received. It did not require any signature. So it is now Dec. 20, 2018 and I do not have a bracelet for my one granddaughter. Not even so much as an apology from the woman I spoke with, TERRIBLE Company. This is the second time I had a problem with them. Two years ago I ordered two personalized music boxes and they both came with the same name on both boxes.

    I just acquired a set of The Bradford Exchange Budweiser Train Set with the Anheuser Busch Factory. If you like vastly overpriced, cute, but non-functional things this might be for you. As an operating train set, it sucks. The couplers don't stay together and the cars don't stay on the tracks. It does look nice, but there are better ways to spend $ 400+. I bet all those folks who bought Thomas Kincaide items are loving the way their collectibles are depreciating.

    On 10/29 was placing an order initially for three items. 1 item was listed that it would not arrive until between December 17th and the 24th. Since that time span was unacceptable I clicked the remove of that item and paid for the other to buy PayPal. Then on November 8th I decided to order something else. Order the item and pay through PayPal no problems. I checked my account it showed that I had completed payments for all three items. On December 18th received email from my PayPal account but they were charging me $162 for the Bradford Exchange. As I had already paid for the other three items and had received them I did not understand. I checked both PayPal and my Bradford account nothing pending.

    Called December 19th and spent over an hour on the phone. They had it listed that I'd ordered this item twice both on the 29th and then again on the 11th but it was not showing up on my account. They said they couldn't find that account number at first then they finally did but they said, "Oh no. These are all showing up the three you have received and the two that you're going to receive on another account number.” They could not explain they could not cancel the order so I'm going to have to wait because FedEx will not cancel the order and the Bradford Exchange will not cancel the order. I have to wait until they arrived at my door which is sometime before 8 p.m. on Friday and refuse them and send them back. I wanted an explanation about the two accounts they said, “Well let's fix it so that you can see the count we have listed for you.”

    There was no way for me to access the account number they have listed. They told me, "Let's start all over.” Unfortunately the email address is already in the system so it keeps showing the number I'd already had which did not show those two items ordered. They said that must be an old account I said, “But the other that were listed as being ordered during that time period are listed there and showed as paid. Is just the mysterious two items that you say are ordered that don't show up.” They gave no explanation. They said they would email me information since I couldn't tell what account they had for me and they would not cancel either account. A very very careful with this company if you order something online.

    I ordered a great granddaughter personalized music box on November 15 and they sent a confirmation that it would be delivered between December 12 through the 17th. Today is December 19 and no gift will be coming because they never shipped it. They just gave me an apology and could not find another gift to send in the meantime. Horrible company.     Avoid at all costs. I placed an order with them for 2 boxes of checks on December 16. I received my order confirmation for $15.12 and was told my checks would ship within 12-15 business days. On December 18 at 5:19 am I received an email from them stating that the price they gave me was not accurate and that they were changing my price to reflect the current pricing of $31.54. At 6:25 am on December 18, I sent an email to their customer service department (who wasn't open yet per their voicemail - I tried calling first) that I did not approve of the price change and that I would prefer to cancel my order.

    At 6:40 am on December 18 (again, still prior to their office opening for me to be able to call - I tried again to do so), I got another email in response to my cancellation request stating that it was too late for me to cancel my order because it's already in process. I responded to that email that I will be disputing with my credit card company and will refuse the shipment if it does arrive. It is complete and utter BS to be able to change the price and not allow the customer an opportunity to change their mind. They more than doubled the price. Absolutely unacceptable. I'll be broadcasting this BS across the internet. I've already called my card company to initiate the dispute, and will absolutely be following up with Bradford Checks when their customer service department is open. IF they decide to see reason, I'll update my review.

    Updated on 12/25/2018: I ordered a personalized ornament on 11/14/18 for my granddaughter through PayPal. I verified the personalized information per their request and placed the order. Long story short, after several phone calls and an agent telling me that the item had been shipped (and it had not) I called PayPal. PayPal cannot accept a placed charge from a company when it surpasses 29 days. To bypass that, Bradford Exchange altered my invoice to reflect a different price making it look like it was an additional order so PayPal accepted it. Forty+ days later (Christmas Eve) the ornament arrives. The ornament reads: "To my daughter, I love you to the moon and back". Enough said. Don't waste your money.

    Original Review: I ordered an ornament on 11/14/18 to ensure delivery by Christmas. The delivery date was supposed to be 12/13/18 but it didn't arrive. I phoned the company and received a rude response from an agent who indicated that the ornament had shipped two days prior. I knew that wasn't possible as the charge had not hit my credit card. I called PayPal and was told that they have a 29 day policy and that when the company tried to collect the $50.82 it would not process because it was over the limit. The Bradford Company tried to process and it was rejected. They then fraudulently changed the amount to $50.38 and PayPal, thinking it was another transaction, accepted the charge. At this time, PayPal and Visa are looking into this fraudulent activity by this disreputable company. I was assured by both that a refund would be forthcoming and their security department would look into the practices of this company.

    Hello, I placed this order back in November as to give ample time for it to arrive by Christmas. Aside from an email thanking me for my order, I received no further correspondence. I called and they told me that the item was on backorder (and no one bothered to email, call, send a smoke signal...nothing) so I asked if it would be arriving in time for Christmas to which they replied, "Yes, it would be shipped on the 14th of Dec." Something told me to follow up, so I called a few days later and was then told that it would be arriving to their facility on Dec. 18th and they would make sure that it arrived by Christmas. I then received an email stating that the item would be shipped anywhere between four to six weeks but they could not provide a definite date.

    I called them back today and they stated that it would be arriving to their facility on January 18th and I would receive it after that. Needless to say I cancelled this order and I would highly recommend that anyone considering ordering from this vendor not to. Unless you are in no particular rush to receive your item and don't really care when or if your order will ever be shipped. Additionally when you do call be ready to wait a minimum of 20 minutes to get someone on the line. Highly disappointed in this company!!!

    I placed an order with this company on 12/15/18. When I placed this order money was automatically deducted from my bank account. Never did I get an order number, I called back and requested an order number and the number that I was given was didn't even have an order attached to it when trying to pull it up online. I called the company this morning and was on the phone for over an hour for them to tell me that they can cancel my order because I would have to pay in full for both dolls totaling over 400 dollars. This was never explained when my order was originally placed.

    After I asked her to cancel the order the lady said it was cancelled and that the money would be put back on my card. I asked her if I could get a reference number confirming my order was cancelled the rep gave me her name. She stated there was no reference number to give to me but ensured the money would be put back on my card in 5-7 business days. This is money that I could be spending on my children elsewhere. I'm so disappointed in the entire company and myself for not looking into the reviews prior.

    So, I ordered this necklace on 11/8/18 to give as a X-mas present. The online price said $98 and some change. The estimated delivery date said 12/3/18. I had to call in to customer service 2 times. The first time was to make sure that they received my order because no payment was removed from my credit card by 12/1/18. The 2 second time was because I received an email from The Bradford Exchange stating that my purchase won't be mailed to me until 12/18/18 so I wouldn't get it in time for X-mas. The CSR said the email was wrong and gave me the tracking number. I finally got the necklace on 12/13/18 and they finally charged my credit card for for the product once they mailed it. The price they charged my cc was $2 less then what was quoted online. Now, the product is cute but the engraved name was so tiny that I had to get a magnifying glass to see it. I'm not returning the product but beware - the lettering is really small.

    I ordered this Nov 6th 2018, going on 6 weeks later and shipping details states it won't be shipped til Jan 2nd 2019. But customer service swears it was a Christmas guarantee and will be shipped before Christmas. All of these bad reviews have me worried that I won't get the gift for my daughter-in-law in time. I have called 3 times and they all say the exact same thing. It'll be here by Xmas... So we shall see.

    My mom has been a long time Bradford Exchange customer. We received a set of TK Snowglobe Candles and didn't even pay attention to the soggy box they came in. When my husband opened the box and removed the styrofoam cover, unbeknownst to both of us, one of the glass candles had severed from the base lacerating his finger. It was apparent the oil/water mixture had leaked out of the globe softening the packing materials. When the 2nd candle was taken out of the "saran wrap", it too was broken. My mom contacted Bradford Exchange and they did order a replacement set and credited her for the order (point for Bradford Exchange). I received the replacement box tonight - once again the box was soggy in all 4 corners. I decided to take pictures this time - before and after opening the box before unwrapping the candle.

    Lo and behold once the plastic was peeled back the candle was once again severed from the base. So now all the products are going to be in tomorrow's trash. Bradford Exchange has lost a longtime customer and I will personally NEVER buy anything from them. Between poor packing materials and what I can only think is poor craftsmanship this isn't worth the materials they're packed in. If I was shipping something that fragile I would not only place in styrofoam, but I'd wrap them in bubble wrap not saran wrap, and I would pack them in a box a little thicker than your standard soda box. There is no excuse for this - Quality Control should be a part of their business practice.

    I was concern to purchase anything from here because all the bad reviews. So I took the risk on ordering my niece the frozen snow globe. I order it on December 3rd and it arrived less than 5 days later. I was worried because her birthday is on Christmas and hearing all the reviews I was concern it would not make it.     Disney Tree Topper item number 110462001 got in mail in a reasonable amount of time. But this cheap Chinese manufacturing was broken upon delivery December 10 2018. Called. They told me that I would have to send it back then if the item was available they would resend but keep in mind this is a Christmas item and by the time everything would be done it very over. Never plan to buy from them again.

    I called and canceled my order before it even processed and was told the item would not ship. They shipped and charged for it anyway. Poor customer service and poor quality items. Just because you enclose a photocopied piece of paper with a serial number on it doesn't make it worth what they are charging. This is cheap Chinese junk you can buy at Big Lots for $5.00. They are fleecing their customers and I will never do business with them again and will advertise their poor ways widely. People please do not give them your hard earned money. This stuff is very poorly constructed and the fit and Finish is worse than something from Walmart. I would call this stuff the Yugo of the trinket world. I will have to try and get a hold of them to arrange a return. If my first experience is any indication it will be a nightmare. Stay away! You have been warned.

    Ordered the Wonderful World of Disney Christmas Tree online on November 30th and paid the extra Expedite Shipping of $33.94 for guaranteed delivery on December 5th. Called them on December 2nd asking for update because order update shows I will not receive the item until JANUARY?! I told them if it is true I would like to cancel as I paid express shipping for it to be here on December 5th. Guy tells me he can't cancel because it was just shipped that morning (Dec 2nd) and that I would get tracking next morning.

    December 4th called for tracking number and the lady tells me it was just shipped on that morning and to call back in 1 day for tracking. December 10th still not tracking number but they insisted it shipped December 5th and that I should wait 2 weeks for either product to show up or call back for refund. I hung up and disputed with my credit card company and got my money back instead. I will NEVER EVER deal with this snake of a company again and am surprised it is still operating. What they are doing is fraud!

    I ordered a personalized necklace on 11/18 with a guaranteed delivery date of 12/5 to 12/12. Last week I got an update that it was being personalized and will be here by 12/15. Today I checked the status of my order and it was back to order received and will ship on 12/31. This is the second time they have done this to me. I ordered it to be here by Christmas. Now I don't have time to order a necklace from somewhere else to be here by Christmas. The last item I ordered was never shipped. I should have known. It's a shame it used to be a good company.

    Everything about this brand is inconvenient and outdated. The website is basic, but my primary issue with it is that after typing everything to place the order - the 'Submit' button didn't work. I wasn't able to process the order, and had to call and wait on hold until someone was available for me to provide all of the information again. This is my 2nd experience with The Bradford Exchange, and first time making the purchase myself. Last time they didn't provide what we thought was ordered because the fine print specified that what was pictured was actually multiple items on a payment plan being purchased separately.

    This feels like a late-night infomercial type of selling, and it makes me despise doing work with the company because it feels like a misrepresentation. I had a special Christmas request for another item on their site, and the experience was just as irritating with the item back-ordered for 2 months in addition to the site issues. I will hopefully be able to avoid all future business with this brand after relaying my issues to friends and family in the hope that they stop shopping here.

    I will never recommend them to anyone. They have by far the worst shipping policy I have ever dealt with. They ship delicate items in just a thin styrofoam packaging with NO BOX of any kind for extra protection at all!! I had eBay sellers take better care towards shipping than this company.

    Cheap and nasty "Magic at Midnight" Ring. First of all, they charge $149.00 plus shipping for this ring. It is silver coated only, not even full sterling silver. It has cubic zirconia stones and is TINY. To make it even worse, the "crystal" on top of the ring center that goes over Jack and Sally is not crystal, it's plastic and is already scratched after one day of use. You can tell just by touching it that it's cheap and nasty. To make things even WORSE, WATER gets under the plastic crystal and onto the picture!!! I now have water spots all over the picture of the ring. This is dime store candy jewelry. I wouldn't pay more than $5.99 for this at a Hot Topic. Bradford Exchange is a joke, false advertising and make CHEAP products and sell at. I can only imagine how much more to people thinking they are getting a quality product.

    I purchased a ring. I thought the shipping cost for this item was excessive. No tracking number was provided. The date of shipping kept changing. Emails concerning this were not answered. For the price I paid I expected better service.

    My husband bought me a snow globe December 9, 2017 for Christmas from The Bradford Exchange. I just pulled out my Christmas decorations and my globe is a nasty brown inside. It was properly put away and out of sunlight stored inside the styrofoam inside my decoration tote. For $100 this is unbelievable!!!

    My mom bought me the Thomas Kinkade Snow Globe for Christmas 2017, I took it out of the box two days ago to display for Christmas this year and the water was brown. I called customer service and they said they would not do anything because it is out of warranty. NEVER buy from this company, they do not stand by their products!!!!

    I received the snow globe as a gift, for Christmas 2016. Used it for one week. Stored till the following year 2017. The snow would not work. It was a few days past the one year warranty because my husband bought it before Dec 25th for a gift. Bradford Exchange refused to help stating “it was no longer their problem”. Such a disappointment. My dad had so many things from Bradford Exchange from years past. I thought I was getting a quality piece. No more for me.

    I have ordered many times over the years from Bradford. This spring they advertised 3 lanterns for $69.99 plus shipping & tax. I get one in August and it shows up on my Paypal. Next month another & a payment shows up AGAIN. I went online and looked up the ad for them and see it was for each, not a set of three, $79.98 then $86.58 were my two charges. I get a third in October for $86.58. I didn’t save the ad from the newspaper that I ordered from, but I read ads very closely when ordering so it could not have been clear.

    According to the irate posts I have seen, I am not alone. I decided that even though $260 (gag!) was ridiculous for the product it was my fault so accepted it. THEN I received a 4TH package. I got in touch with Bradford and, guess what? There is a series of 10 lanterns!! The wording on the website is like an afterthought. It Is not clear, and I never saw anything about it before... I was told I can cancel and have done so. I will not order from them again.

    On 26th September 2018 I ordered the Mother Teresa Coin online for €22.98. On 9th October I received another request for payment and when I queried this I was told that no payment had been received and the confirmation email I received was that my order had been received not that payment has been debited. I then sent a cheque for €22.98 on 12th October. A coin did arrive on 25th October but it was the Racing Legends coin not the one I ordered. I then emailed to ask when the correct coin might be sent out to me and how to return the incorrect one.

    My cheque was then cashed on 26th October. On 31st October I received an email asking for my name, address, and date of birth. I forwarded these details and then received an automatic reply on 2nd November. I sent 3 emails on 1st, 2nd and 8th November without reply. I have tried to phone the number provided on a number of occasions without success. Will be contacting the small claims court about the issue.

    Scam ad was for collection of 3 at $68.99. This was reconfirmed by phone with Bradford. Order placed. The only 1 lantern arrives. Called Bradford who now says it’s $69.99 each and one lantern is overpriced at that amount. SCAM, false advertising and outright deceit.
