I am writing to formally complain about the handling of my order for the 250th Anniversary Marine hoodie placed in November 2025. At the time of purchase, I was explicitly told the item would arrive before Christmas. When it did not, I contacted customer service and was again assured it would arrive by Christmas. After Christmas, I was told it would arrive shortly after. I then spoke with another representative who stated the delivery date would be January 20th.
Today, January 20th, while on the phone with customer service, I was informed that the item will now not arrive until March. This pattern of repeated misinformation and shifting delivery dates is unacceptable. Had I been given accurate information from the beginning, I would have made a different purchasing decision. Instead, I have been strung along for months with promises that were not honored, and I was told today that there is “nothing that can be done.”
This is extremely disappointing and reflects very poor customer service, especially for a commemorative item tied to a specific anniversary. I am requesting immediate resolution—either a concrete, guaranteed delivery date with appropriate compensation for the delay, or a full refund. Please escalate this matter as needed. I expect a prompt response.

I placed an order for a train set and a Christmas village. The train set was scheduled to be delivered the first week of January. I kept checking UPS status and they never received the package from the seller. After multiple emails, they told me my order is scheduled to be delivered in March which is for the Christmas village and no mention or response to my question about the train set. A day I got another email saying the other rep already assisted me which they didn’t, so they ignored my question again. I am disputing the charge with my credit card and filing a complaint with BBB now. Stay away from this website.

Took my credit card number along with payment sent and email stating when it will be shipped. Then I got an email saying it can't be shipped. I called them and they said cause someone in my apartment building has an outstanding balance through them as if that has anything to do with me! Pieces of shit!

I lost my husband in November. My daughter was very much a daddy's girl so I bought her the Guardian Angel necklace to remember her dad. I had seen others cheaper but wanted her to have something that would last. Within a month of wearing it one of the stones fell out. I am so disappointed as I thought the quality should have been better for the price. Will never buy from them again.

I have purchased from The Bradford Exchange for years; however this time it was a whole different experience. I was double charged for shipments and when I called for a refund, I was told that they could not refund what they could not see and that I needed to call my bank. Come to find out they been overcharging me each time a shipment was sent. I ordered the Disney "Spooktacular Halloween" Lighted Figurine Collection. The price is advertised as $62.99. I was charged $216 and some change. When I called, I was told that was just an estimate and the actual price is $216 and some change. I would stay away from this company.

Terribly dissatisfied. Ordered something for my mom well before Xmas and the item never was delivered when it was scheduled. Said it would get there around Dec. 19. Now Jan. 13 and still in transit. Will never use this company again. Poor customer service. If the item was back-ordered, they should tell you that. No communication. Paid more than $100 with shipping. Avoid this company. I know I will in the future.

I ordered a ring for my wife as a Christmas present, every time I checked their website it stated there was no order. I received an email that I still owed on a previous order. I don't ever remember ordering from them and besides if I did it would have been full payment on my card. So, I replied to that email stating that I wanted the order cancelled. Today I received a letter from them and in two lines it stated 1) I don't have a history with them to order the ring. (What? I can't order because I never ordered. Suspicion starts to rise.) 2) Or you have an outstanding balance at your household. (Ok - I just moved up here from Kentucky a few years ago and I know I have never ordered anything from them living up here.)
There is no mention on how much I owe them, what my account number was on the order, what card did I use on the order, nothing that a normal letter would have to collect money. But they go on 4 paragraphs on selling that ring, all I need to do is provide me with my card information. This has FRAUD written all over it. BEWARE PEOPLE OF THIS SCAM. I will be contacting someone on this issue. Stay away no matter the temptations.

After multiple emails and calls.....Again, I have no response! The failure in customer service continues. Despite sending multiple email requests to cancel, I have continued to be billed, in some months twice, for shot glasses I did not want and did not intend to receive. I called and spoke with a representative who located the subscription
During this call, I was told the subscription was finally canceled. However, I was also told that a refund could not be issued unless I individually requested one for each item, and that the representative was unable to look up the product numbers, despite my account history clearly containing this information. She actually initially told me to "go to the post office, write return to sender on the boxes and send back", when I inquired if this would not just cause them to be sent back to me thinking they were delivered to incorrect address instead of refunding she then said to request an individual label for each product and that she could not do anything by looking at my account at the time I had her on the phone.
Because of the continued charges and lack of assistance, I am now requesting a refund for every shipment received, not just the most recent one. I am frustrated that multiple email requests to cancel were ignored while shipments and charges continued. I am asking that this matter be handled promptly and in full. Additionally, due to my dissatisfaction with the customer service I have received, although your products are beautiful and I have always enjoyed them, I will no longer be placing future orders. I will also share my experience with others I know, and my Google review will reflect these issues.

Scam, They charged my card but never sent the product. I called them and they gave me a bogus shipping number that did not exist. I had my credit card company get my money back and then Bradford started invoicing me.

I ordered this necklace. It is very pretty but I was charged 32.93 for 2 day shipping and it was 21.95 but they charged another $10.98 on top of it And they took another 42.38 for what they say is earrings that I didn’t order And didn’t get. They want refund me for 30 days. I will never order again off them. They think people have money to pay them for nothing. I never got a receipt from Esther of these items and I never got a tracking number.

I thought I was ordering a jewelry box with a beautiful inscription to my granddaughter. It also had a small heart that I could have inscribed with her name. With delivery and tax the jewelry box was $105. What I received is a jewelry box the size of a matchbox car. That’s the most my granddaughter will be able to fit one ring in the box. It was a very deceptive advertising on the very very last line of a very lengthy description, was the size. This is the last thing I buy at Bradford Exchange.

Totally disappointed and dissatisfied. Will never use them again or recommend anyone. Prices are excessively inflated and quality of the merchandise is poor. I'll definitely be alerting my followers not to do business with Bradford Exchange.

I ordered a necklace before Christmas. Never received it when they said and I called in and they just tell me it's in shipment but not moved from the original spot. Will never use Bradford again. Customer service is not very helpful. Don't expect much from them.

I was charged $122 for something that appeared bigger online. I paid extra to have it delivered 1-2 days and it took 4 day. As a result my mom did not get anything on Christmas and it also delayed my holiday travel.

They lie, tell you items are the way. They don't even ship them. It was a Christmas present for my granddaughter. They guaranteed it would be delivered by Christmas. I would have got her a different gift from somewhere else but she ended up very disappointed. It was a tradition. They suck.

So first off thank you Bradford Exchange for effectively screwing up my Christmas. 🙄 I ordered 2 items for my husband for Christmas. 1 arrived in a relatively timely fashion. The other….Phfff yeah. Their system showed it was delivered but it wasn’t. So the rep talked me into spending MORE money, even paying extra for overnight delivery. I paid more for the replacement item than the original. Sure they refunded me the cost of the lost item but I shouldn’t have had to pay MORE for a replacement. As for the replacement…STILL waiting. It should have been here two days ago and guess what? UPS is showing it’s still waiting for PICK UP!!! What the heck???? I will NOT be ordering anything from Bradford again! Pathetic. Don’t go guaranteeing something you can’t deliver on.

I ordered an item and unbeknownst to me it was a subscription for multiple items. I should have read better so that is my fault. But when I tried to cancel the subscription for the future items was told I was unable to cancel the following months but could cancel all items after that? Made zero sense as it was a monthly thing and they were sending the next item 10 days after. Asked for a supervisor who provided no help so pretty much will have to get the item and send it back. Very misleading and very suspect dealings.

I didn't have any problems. Products arrived on time. Although products were labeled Made in Taiwan they were comparable quality and much cheaper price than anywhere else. I would order again. Shipping was great.

Husband order a ring for Christmas and was informed it would be guaranteed delivery before Christmas. What a joke and a lie. It will be delivered after Christmas. Not going to be ordering from here again. And when asked about any delivery updates on live chat, agent never responded back. Was to 3 different story. They need better agents and training on what customer service is.

Clearly stated when I ordered product that it would arrive before Christmas. Ordered the 8th of December. Spoke with them on the 13th and it had not been mailed. It is Dec 23rd and they have no movement in the shipment. If you need your item by a certain time, you most likely will not receive it.

This place is a freaking joke. Never should have wasted my money on these lying bums. Paid for a ring WEEKS before Christmas and the date said it'll be there way before the 24th. But after weeks I see the printing label saying it would be shipped on the 19th. When I paid it said it'll ARRIVE December 18-23rd. Now the USPS tracking number keeps saying the same thing after 3 days. Bad business.

I ordered checks and a checkbook cover. I received my checks but never received the checkbook cover. I have written several emails to customer service. They don't email in a timely manner. I told them that I wanted a refund for the checkbook cover and they don't respond. They send me an email and said they are replacing the checkbook cover. Don't order from this company, the customer service is horrible. I won't ever order from them again.

I have purchased a few items from them. One, the $200 Disney tabletop tree, has a moving train that has completely stopped functioning. The item is only four years old, and we use it maybe two or three times each Christmas season. I called and spoke to the most unhelpful “customer service” representative. Told me there was nothing they could do. No offer to do anything except take my order for a new one. I have read about their animated items, and they are made cheaply inside the attractive outer appearance with plastic gears and rubber O-rings in the mechanical guts. Multiple posts indicate they simply stop working within a few years of purchase. This business has become a crooked operation selling junk for hundreds of dollars and refusing to stand behind any of it.

Bradford Exchange is horrible to deal with. I ordered my sister a necklace and earrings on 12/1/25. She received the necklace and not the earring. I can no longer trace the shipping information as it stops in MS. I was on hold for 25 minutes and was disconnected. The initial customer service representative said I had signed up for a monthly set of earrings which is untrue. I was told that I need to wait until the second set is received and then return it. I have now been billed for a second set of earrings. I have emailed them and tried to call them and have gotten nowhere. Apparently, this is a common issue with the company.

So far, this is the worst experience I paid for a ring weeks ago it said to follow the tracking the tracking stopped. They told me to wait. It’s still in progress. I still never received it. Christmas is almost here and I have no ring. Nobody can help me. They told me to wait 30 days and then they’ll refund me if I still don’t get it but they also see that it must’ve been stolen or something. They can’t track it either. I will never order from this company again.

I thought I was ordering a USMC knife set with lighted case for a Vietnam vet friend for his birthday. Note to self....read the small print. Turned out to be a subscription and I was charged $77.17 per knife. I started receiving 1 knife about every month and by the 4th knife I received the lighted case. Missed my friend's birthday but was able to fill the case in time for Christmas. Definitely overpriced, albeit a nice set. However, they're still sending knives and now another case. I have sent 3 emails, went on their site and "chatted with 2 people, and waited on hold for customer service for over 3 hours (no one ever answered the phone).
I'm also being charged $16.95 a month for some rewards BS and every once in a while I get a check for around $12.00 from them for some odd reason. I can't figure out how to cancel this subscription, return the extra knives and case, and remove Bradford Exchange from my life. Bradford Exchange uses unethical practices and misleads their customers, then won't respond when you need assistance. Horrible company!!!

I ordered an item from this company on November 14th. It is not December 8th and I have not received the item. The "tracking number" which is labeled as a USPS tracking number is fraudulent and not an actual recognized USPS tracking number. The tracking that is offered by Bradford Exchange says my package has been in a "presort" facility since November 14th. It's absolutely ridiculous. The customer service is a joke.... a pleasant but useless person from a country far far away will tell you "We are confident that you will receive your beautiful item soon" with absolutely no helpful information. I wish I had done a little research prior to wasting 150 dollars on a necklace from this scam factory.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I received an item I paid a lot of money for and it arrived broken. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my mother. I took pictures of the item and proceeded to chat with a customer service rep named JC. They told me that they would send a replacement out and that it would be to me within 5-8 days. That was ok with me since then it would be here before Christmas and give me enough time to get something else in case this one arrived broken. The following day after I chatted with this rep, I logged into my account and looked at my orders.
The new replacement order that they created showed it wasn’t shipping out until December 16th! I then proceeded to chat with another rep named Tee. They were extremely rude and condescending towards me and even disconnected the chat intentionally without even letting me respond! I then started the chat again and it was the same rep. I asked them why they disconnected me and they state that they told me when my item would be shipped! I replied that it was extremely unprofessional the way they were treating me and I then told them I wanted a refund instead since they didn’t seem to care that my item may not arrive by Christmas. They then put me on hold for over 10 minutes.
When they came back they told me they cancelled the replacement. I asked when I would receive my refund and they told me 5-8 days after the refund finishes processing. I asked how long it would take to process and they told me they couldn’t tell me that. I also asked if I could have a confirmation email in regards to the cancellation ad refund and they told me they couldn’t do that either! This company is horrible and I will never be purchasing from them again. I couldn’t believe the way they treat their customers. This company doesn’t care at all about the customer. If I don’t receive my refund I will be contacting the attorney general. I added a screenshot of part of the chat transcript after they disconnected me after I asked why my replacement wasn’t shipping until December 16th, when I was told the day before it would be to me in 5-8 days.

Do not purchase any team merchandise from this company. I ordered the Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl Bolo bracelet which was supposed to have crystals in the team color. However, the crystals are nowhere near the true color. It was my fault because I did not return it within the policy date because I didn't think about wearing it until football season but I have never worn it because it doesn’t match any of my team gear. When I called they said there was nothing I could do and I was stuck with the inferior product. Do not buy any team products from this company as they misrepresent the team colors. It was an expensive lesson for me to learn.

I purchased checks from Bradford Exchange (BE) online, paid with debit card. I received the checks and thought that was the end of my relationship with BE, but one month later, I was charged $16.95 for "BRADCHECKSREWARDS" - a program I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR! I called BE customer service and was on hold for more than 20 minutes, while an AI voice kept suggesting that I hang up and wait for a call back. I called my bank, closed my debit card, and started a dispute for the unauthorized $16.95 debit from my account. I also submitted a complaint with the BBB. Bradford Exchange is a scam! Buyer Beware!! Would give them MINUS FIVE STARS.

Would rate it zero if I could, giving it 1 star is generous. They are scam artist with overpriced goods that are decent quality just not for the price. Their “hard to find” items are more easily found than they lead on at better prices. The worse part is that the item I ordered was part of a never ending “subscription” that they just randomly bill then send to collections when you don’t pay for things you never agreed to order. I was billed for things that were declined and returned to sender after I cancelled my subscription. Only to have collections calls after I stopped payment on the item that was returned. After ordering from this company you will have to get a new debit/credit card because they will try to randomly charge you in the hopes you are not paying attention.

I booked two hotels through this travel site, and they charged my credit card immediately. When I checked out, each hotel informed me they had never been paid, so I was charged again. It’s been over 4 weeks, and I’m still trying to recover my money. Their customer service is non-existent—no one answers the phone, and there’s no way to get help. This company is completely unreliable and dishonest. Do not trust them with your travel plans!

Ad for special Ohio State train. 1. Misled about total price, 2. Split the order into three shipments even though I paid the full advertised price upfront, 3. Delayed the third shipment for no discernible reason, 4. Held the third shipment for the ransom of over $37 extra when I called to find out what went wrong, and 5. Told me I would not get the third shipment for another two-plus months even after I had paid the ransom. Original order was placed mid-Sept for a planned Christmas present for a Buckeye junkie. Ain't gonna happen now. Reader, do not waste your time, trouble, or money on these incompetent and/or crooked **.

THE BRADFORD EXCHANGE company is fraudulent. If you dare to purchase one item, they will "claim" that you signed up for a subscription and then withdraw that same first amount every two weeks! Yes, they then send you a coin every two weeks as per the withdrawal. But they are not given permission to do so. If I could give them less than a "1" I would. I have just requested a refund for the 2 extra charges - will let you know how that goes.

Do not order from them. Their products are nice. I bought 3 coins and did not realize it was a subscription plan. When I was charged again for more coins, I emailed them to cancel my subscription plan. They did not cancel it and have charged my card again for another 3 coins. You cannot remove a card once on file for them.

I cannot stress this enough. Do not buy anything from this company. They will lure you into a “subscription” when you think you’re only buying one item. They had to cancel my subscription just to change my address. The order never restarted and now I only have half the set I tried to order. Then after the third time I called because the items stopped arriving, I find out the product is no longer available, so I’m stuck with half the set I wanted to order in the first place. Hours of my life wasted on hold with their incompetent customer service. Good luck if you actually buy something from them. You will regret it at some point. Trust me.

Not a reputable company & very overpriced for their Thomas Kincaid crap! You order 1 or 2 items than 15 items later at @ $77.76 for a small figurine that arrived broken & smaller than my thumb!! I've called several times to cancel (STOP) the weekly junk mail, however, I still to this day receive @ least 4-5 mailings weekly. This "so-called reputable company" is nothing but a scam! It's really disgusting & not customer centered... The amount of trash the Bradford Exchange contributes to landfills is something they should be pretty proud of.

If you take the free shipping. They automatically enroll you in their Rewards Program with no knowledge to the consumer. Until they start billing you monthly at $16.95 per month. A total scam, beware of future charges.

Very deceptive company and they will do anything under the sun to steal money from you. The customer service is very horrible with very poor communication skills and a lot of of them don't speak very good English so it is hard to understand what it is they are saying so I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

Their website is misleading, if you order a subscription, they don't tell you that they're going to charge you for 40 or 50 items. And then when you contact them to cancel, they end up still charging you anyway. Their customer service rep said the payment was declined on their end, but still posted to my bank account. I had to contact my bank and open a dispute. My advice is to never buy anything from The Bradford Exchange, they are misleading and they will lie to you.

Updated on 11/01/2025: Find another gift or item from another source. Period. Just save yourself the time and hassle. It's not worth the trouble and aggravation to order from Bradford Exchange. An "Exchange" should exchange a product for monetary compensation, but Bradford Exchange is a "taker" and has the worst ratings and they should. I'd give them a big zero if I could. I order something, supposed to arrive in 7 to 10 days, it's been 16 days and the worst part is, no communication from them, and when I can actually talk to someone and ask where the item is they same the same thing day after day...."It's in Pennsylvania".

Tried to charge my account twice! Already paid when I ordered the ring and you slipped in a hidden fee of $14! When the ring shipped you tried to charge my account again with a different amount! Scamming people doesn't look good for you. I've read some reviews about this company and there not good. This tends to be what you do with customers. Never again will I order or recommend this business. Shame on you guys!

I paid $50.26 for what I believed was the "A Year Of Cheer Earring Collection" Series. Imagine my surprise when I got a bill for the November Earrings, especially after getting an invoice that said I was smart for paying for the whole thing from the start! Lol! Boy, Am Still Naive at 63 years old, I guess!! Also, WHY are they "OFFLINE" all the time???!! THIS COMPANY IS DEFINITELY A SCAM AND NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN!!!

As other reviews said, customer service is non-existent. Having to fill out a form on their website each time you wish to contact them is horrendously inconvenient. You can't "reply" to their emails, it bounces back as undeliverable. Tracking of an item is terrible as well. Here it is 9 business days out and their "tracker" still says it is in pre-sort at a facility. Repeated requests for a true tracking number and status have gone unanswered.

Ordered a train set that was supposed to be 4 or 5 pieces as a Christmas gift in 2024, here it is October in 2025 and I'm still being charged over 40 bucks a month for shitty plastic train pieces (I allowed it to continue since it was cute) I've attempted to call at least 6 times and each time the call center was closed, I was finally able to get ahold of someone and cancelled my order, 2 days later there is a pending charge from Bradford Exchange. Now I've been on the phone for over an hour, and no answer, tried the text option and it just added me to a queue... they definitely need to do better and stop ripping people off.

I signed up for Bradford Exchange Checks Rewards, in order to get a refund of the shipping fee for an order of checks. I submitted a claim form, which is a separate process required to get the promised rebate in the form of a check, which never arrived. It's a scam. Just pay the shipping fee. Do not sign up for the rewards program. You will not get a rebate check, and they will charge you a monthly fee. I have cancelled.

I ordered the Trump Train Set last year, have tried to stop delivery and billing. We are older and both in bad health. We contacted customer service several months in a row and it is getting ridiculous. We each and are told each time that it is fixed yet once again, we were billed for a product that we no longer want and cannot afford in this economy. Contact has been made too many months and just about for a straight year at this time. The customer service seems to be outsourced and ignores this request over and over and over again.

This company is seeming more and more like a scam. I had questions about and an issue with my order. Their CHAT option on their website is "offline" all hours of the day and night. I've called their Customer Service number several times during their posted operating hours on different days, and each time I was on hold over 30 minutes and no one ever came on the line. I opted to get a call back, but no one ever called me. I've filled out their online Customer Service form multiple times, and it indicates someone will respond within 2 business days, but that never happened. Don't order anything from The Bradford Exchange unless you're ready and willing to be ripped off.

Very disappointed in this ring! Picture showed sparkling rows of small diamonds that I thought might be TOO showy to wear! The sterling is shiny but that’s the only bright thing about it! Could not tell there were diamonds anywhere as stones were way smaller than represented in picture. Absolutely no sparkle at all.

I ordered a gift for a friend with cancer at first having it shipped directly to them. Before I completed the order, I changed the delivery address to my billing address. Then after looking at other gift sites, I went back and requested to cancel my order. I received an e-mail stating they received my order the next day. I immediately got on the website and asked to cancel the order and received an e-mail back that it was too late. I reached out to customer service by phone and was told it was too late. I then reached out to USPS to see if I could intercept the package and was told it was going to a completely different state.
I again e-mailed and contacted by phone customer service to cancel or reroute it to the billing address as I had requested. Customer service stated they would make a note. I received an e-mail stating it was too late. They were rerouting the item to the receiver of the gift. Every day for a week I was given excuses as to why they could not cancel or reroute the gift. Would never recommend to anyone!

I recently had ordered bank checks from Bradford Exchange. They looked great but when I started using them I discovered an issue. The perforation that allows a person to tear the check away from the bundle of blank check was buried in the top of the check pack and I was unable to tear them out without losing part of the actual check. Had I not had a copy of the check for my records it might have been easier to remove as a knife would have sufficed to correct their problem. But when I did that, I also cut the copy off so now I had to have them assembled in an envelope which was what I didn't want. So I thought I would call them to share my issue with them. I called them at 12:16 PM and put my call in their "Will call back mode" based on your position in the queue.
At 2:12 PM I had not received a call back. So I called again but did not add my name to their Que and am now waiting for them to answer the phone. I have been sitting listening to their phone message saying the same thing over and over......."We are very sorry for the longer wait times. If you would to hold your place in the system push one." It is now 2:36 and I doubt if they have anyone working there. I've purchased products from Bradford back in the 60's and 70's and 80's and was always satisfied. Wonder if Trump is involved in this somehow. Everything he touches he screws up. Or maybe Musk and Doge!

I ordered a cigarette lighter for the commemorate the 250th marine Corp birthday. I received it then the company sent another one that I didn't order, they also claimed that they sent me one before the second one I received. I tried to call them. I was put onto a waiting queue for over a hour. I finally opted for them to call me back since that was an option but never received a call back. I tried to email them and never got a response from that method also, now they're sending me letters saying that my account is overdue. BEWARE SCAMMERS!!!!! This place needs to be shut down. The website had a sale price of checks at a two-pack for $10.89. However, when I was checking my credit card, I noticed that I was charged $103 and I thought that was odd and I had never received a confirmation of my order until it shipped which then it showed that I was charged full price for the checks. I tried calling twice. I submitted a ticket. Never got a phone call back from the company and the ticket I submitted was never answered.
After my third attempt calling, I finally got someone who was clearly a scammer and said he was sorry, but he could not refund me my money at this point. I asked to talk to his supervisor and he put me on hold for a very long time until I just hung up. I ended up calling my credit card company to cancel the charge and then I had to call my bank to close those accounts and open new ones. My takeaway from this experience is to order checks directly from your bank, even if they look boring and ugly definitely worth it and less painful to have to go and set up all of your automatic payments again.

I feel duped. Previously believing Bradford Exchange to be a reputable company, I ordered checks from them for my checking account. NEVER AGAIN! I wholeheartedly agree with Sharon, Chicago, IL's August 18, 2025. My experience ECHOED the first paragraph of Sharon's review. It seemed like a devious way to collect $16.95 each month until the deduction is noticed in credit card statements. I had similar difficulty trying to reset THEIR created password--a weak password I never would have used if I created the account. I wasn't even aware I HAD an account. That $16.95 was also charged to my credit card account in same months of July & August.
After sending an email to their customer service line to request a refund of the two disputed amounts, their response was, "As requested, we’ve processed the cancellation of your The Bradford Exchange Checks Rewards as of 8/27/2025, and there will be no future charges to your account." There was no mention of a refund.
I'll try to see if I have recourse via my credit card company. I feel this is a practice that merits closer investigation by applicable regulatory agencies. I have previously purchased items from Bradford Exchange for myself and as gifts for family members. There will NOT be any further transactions with any product or service connected with Bradford Exchange. I believe the practice is sneaky, unacceptable, and is of little, if NO, value. Thank goodness I caught it. Buyer beware! I've learned my lesson.

Well, I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with problems here. I ordered ONE coin and did NOT agree and had absolutely NO notice it was going to be a recurring subscription. I just received another coin the other day, contacted them over it immediately via email. They never got back to me. 48 hours later, I sent a follow-up email regarding the same matter, and at that point, they replied stating if I give them my order information that they'll get back to me "quickly".
Well, today, I just received an email stating that my card was charged for ANOTHER order that I did NOT make after I have told them clearly I do not want a subscription and that I want a refund for the second order and I am also willing to send it back if necessary. So, I have once again sent them another email in regards to both matters, just before I came here to write a review and subsequently see that other people have been also having issues as well. So, yeah, huge red flags here and it's looking like, from what I've seen from others, they've had lawsuits filed for this same thing once before. Buyers beware!

I am writing to report an unauthorized enrollment in the Bradford Exchange Rewards program and subsequent unjust charges to my credit card. Upon reviewing my statement, I discovered a recurring monthly charge of $16.95, which I did not authorize. I initially contacted Bradford Exchange customer service via chat to address this issue. The representative’s assistance was inadequate, characterized by extended wait times and the disclosure that she was simultaneously assisting other customers. Despite my patience, she eventually provided a phone number for further assistance.
Upon calling the provided number, I spoke with another representative who was difficult to hear. This representative only processed a partial refund of the unauthorized charges, which I have yet to see reflected in my account. My primary concern stems from the lack of transparency surrounding this rewards program. There is no readily apparent mention or login access to the Bradford Exchange Rewards program on the main Bradford Exchange website where checks are purchased, nor is there a link to view order history related to this program. It appears one must search for a separate rewards website to find any information.

I believe this is a deceptive way to recoup losses due to the declining use of checks, and it borders on being a predatory practice. *SCAM ALERT*. I ordered new checks from Bradford Exchange several months ago. I received the checks, but not the return address labels. After several emails, I finally got the labels. However, I was looking at my credit card statement and found two charges of 16.95; one for July and one for August. Apparently, I was enrolled in their "rewards program" without my knowledge. (I call this a scam). Why would anyone pay that much per month to receive ten percent off some online order in the future? I tried to "sign in" to the rewards site, but since I never actually made it official, I had no clue what password to use.
I clicked on "forgot password" at least 3 times, but never received an email to reset it. I finally called. The woman I spoke to was not very nice. I'm assuming she gets these calls every single day from disgruntled customers and is sick of getting yelled at. I have ordered many items (usually Christmas gifts) from Bradford in the past. Well I ordered some checks awhile back and noticed on my bank statement a charge for $16.95 to Bradford rewards. Apparently they enrolled me in a rewards program without my knowledge. I called many times as well as emailed them. They keep saying they will refund the $16.95 but as of now I still haven’t received one. Online reviews for the Bradford exchange are not good. When did they start these dirty tactics? Bradford Exchange has a scam going on filled with trickery when you order checks. They have this "deal" going where you can get free shipping on your checks if you click the box at the end of your order. They sign you up for some checking rewards program in which they bill your credit card $16.95 per month, and you don't actually receive the free shipping, you are still billed at checkout. To receive the free shipping after they indiscriminately begin charging your credit card $16.95 per month, you must call customer service and they will tell you that there is some form you must fill out to receive your free shipping. So in other words you not only pay $6.00 shipping but you're also scammed out of $16.95 per month.

I ordered the Bob mackie 9ct toi et moi ring. Based on the pictures the ring looked a lot bigger than it actually is in person. It takes almost over a month to get an order. But based on the advertised pictures of this ring I thought it would be bigger. More like a statement ring. I have a ring which is 10 carats and same style as this one but you can definitely see the size difference just by 1 carat difference. It was 50$ cheaper than the ring ordered here.
So very disappointed on the advertised photos cause it definitely isn't as big as it looks. It shows the size difference in the pictures.. Definitely see how much smaller the Bill Mackie ring is in the box. The 10 carat ring was 50$ less than. The one from Bradford exchange that's smaller and takes longer to get and be disappointed. I'm interested in returning it but I get no contact back. But I heard people get screwed and get stuck with items they don't want from this company. Don't judge a item by its advertising photos.

Do NOT do business with them. I'm in the same boat as a previous review. I’m a Marine veteran and I ordered some 250th anniversary coins for myself and a few others. I reviewed my credit card statement and noticed I was being charged almost $150 twice monthly by the company. After emailing customer service, I was told I was subscribed to keep receiving additional coins every month. I was never told I was subscribed or had any indication or confirmation email of this subscription. Now I'm told I need to wait for the next shipment of coins to arrive, ship them all back, and wait for 30 days to receive my money back. This company is deceptive, unethical, and attempting to profit from good faith customers by misleading them.

I totally wish I had read the reviews before I ordered anything from them. I ordered the Peace and Morgan Silver Dollar Collection, paid in Full and expected to receive the entire Collection at once. Instead I received 1 coin of the Collection. I have tried to call for an entire week with absolutely No Response. I tried chat, only to be told to call Instead. I have emailed every day, No response. I am being shipped overseas soon and with "Shipping One or Two coins every month or two" will not work. I have looked for canceling the order, but again, Good luck! This is the absolute Worst Company I have ever dealt with in my 71 years.

Worst experience ever! Total SCAM! I am a former Marine and they had a challenge coin for the 250th anniversary of the Marine Corps. I ordered three of them, one for me and two for buddies of mine. I have received nine of them, and I got charged for all of them because apparently I signed up for a subscription that I was never told about and now I am getting billed every month for almost $200. I then called the Bradford Exchange after the third shipment and sat on hold for 35 minutes until someone answered. Worst service and worst business plan ever. This is theft.

I received an item from Bradford Exchange that I never ordered. I've never had an account with them, so I called to ask how they obtained my information. Their customer service representative asked for my credit card number to “look it up,” which was a major red flag. I refused and ended the call. About a month later, I began receiving invoices for the item. I ignored them, as by law I’m not obligated to pay for or return unsolicited merchandise. I sent a certified letter to document the situation, given how shady the company seemed.
A few months later, I received a letter from a collection agency. I immediately wrote to Bradford Exchange demanding they stop sending invoices and cease collection attempts, or I would escalate the matter to consumer protection agencies. Weeks later, I got a letter from them with a UPS return label. When I went to return the item, the UPS store employee mentioned I wasn’t the first person dealing with returns from Bradford Exchange. In the end, I wasted time and gas (going to the post office and UPS) and money to pay for certified mail. I also had to lock my credit report accounts with various agencies to be on the safe side. This company has been dishonest and feels like a scam.

I'm a mentally and physically capable 60 year old that is very capable of reading fine print. When I ordered what was advertised as a single supposedly silver Superbowl LIX coin I never expected to be charged for multiple coins let alone some different charge of 16.95 for what they called a rewards club. The coin that arrived is silver plated, maybe, maybe a shiny zinc, there is no way to tell unless it's destroyed and sampled, and it was not even the coin I ordered. In repeated calls to them, they NEVER call back regardless of trying multiple ways. They are a disgusting dishonest group and it's a shame that this many people are giving these consistent reviews on the Consumer Affairs site and still nothing is done about it. Whom ever reads this, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED organization. They are RIPOFFS!!!!

My elderly aunt purchased an item in early February and paid by check (which was cashed). When it failed to arrive she called customer service numerous times. She also sent a letter asking them to please call her to no avail. She asked me to help her since she is not online, so I sent an email to customer service on her behalf. They told us she would receive a letter with the ETA and if she did not want it to write back and cancel. I did but suddenly they demanded a POA! I told them she is of sound mind but no one answers the phone there! Each time the rep gave us some other ridiculous story of why the item was delayed. The last note said it was on back order until 7/25! I think they are trying to wait out the China tariffs. This is still going on and we are escalating it until she is reimbursed for this theft. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES.

I purchased a collectible airplane for a birthday gift back in February. Unknowing that it was a subscription (apparently, I missed a box to uncheck). I was paying my credit card and noticed there were 2 additional charges on my account. Customer Services refused to credit my account and wanted me to call the person and ask for them back. This entire experience has left me feeling that this company is deceitful and has unfair business practice. I will NEVER purchase anything again from Bradford Exchange because of this incident and I suggest you think twice before you purchase anything.

BAD COMPANY to do business with. I was so excited to get my checks. The company did not print the MICR code on my check. I called the company to make it right but was then threatened by their customer service. 1) They claim no responsibility for an online order placement. (Companies are responsible for ALL orders placed!). 2) They offered no fixing the issue or reprint to remedy the issue. 3) They threatened me with collection activity if I would dispute the charge and 4) They advised they would call my bank so that I could not use my checking account. STAY AWAY! I don't care how pretty their check is - go to another company who values you as a customer.

Updated on 04/25/2025: It’s my 15 year wedding anniversary and I decided to order my wife a ring. Nothing fancy but still something with meaning behind it. Ordered the “Entwined in love couples ring”. Added my and my wife’s names on it. The ring arrived and it looks like a children’s ring. The names on the ring are microscopic. Gave it to my wife and she put it on her pinky finger like a fugging Italian mobster. An hour later one of the “so called” diamonds falls out. Reached out the Bradford Exchange via email a few times already with no reply. Scam Central over there. Not sure who they paid off to get those so called Top Seller awards but it’s a load of crap.
Original review: Bradford Exchange isn’t necessarily a bad company, however, the one negative thing I have to say is that their products don’t get delivered as advertised. I purchased a wedding anniversary ring for my wife and it has both our names engraved. The ring was called the couples-in-love twine ring or something like that. Anyways, each name is engraved on each side. The ring arrives and you almost need a microscope to see the actual engraved names. Wish the website would’ve shown the ring on someone’s finger so you can see the size comparison.

I ordered an item from The Bradford Exchange and experienced the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. It has been over two weeks and I still haven't received my package. If I hadn't reached out via email and telephone several times for shipping status, I would know nothing. Not that I know anything now after several conversations. They say they use Pitney Bowes Flats for shipping YET NO ONE CAN ACCESS tracking from Pitney Bowes. One person tells me Pitney Bowes is delivering, another person tells me Post Office delivering and another tells me UPS delivering. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. No one knows what is going on and it is yet to be determined if I ever will get what I ordered. Everything is automated with The Bradford Exchange and with Pitney Bowes. HORRIBLE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered from both Bradford Exchange and Ashton Drake (2 different orders). Tried to track items, they had no record of my email address, although they emailed me invoices with numbers in both cases. My client number showed no activity. Tried calling the customer service line and was on hold for 45 minutes before giving up. At this point I don't know if I was billed, if the orders are in place, ETA if there is one, or even how to cancel the orders. Seemed like a good idea at the time, but now feels like scam?

I chose ONE STAR because it won't allow me to leave ZERO or negative stars. I ordered a personalized "My Daughter, My Joy" figurine on Feb 27th to be sent to my girlfriend's daughter for her birthday. Initially it said that it should be received by Mar 27 (TODAY). NOW it says May 7. I checked the order for accuracy, called customer service (That was a joke, I could barely understand them) who said they couldn't tell me what the hold up is and that there was no one that can tell me what the hold up is, though they DID confirm that the item is in stock. They told me I just have to wait. For $111, including shipping; I find that totally unacceptable.
I have ordered from the Bradford Exchange in the past with no issues. Unless this is resolved TODAY (I am on hold AGAIN) I will not be ordering from you again. Also; there seems to be an issue as to the correct number to call for customer service? The number listed when I did a Google search is not the same as the number listed on their FB page and is different from the number listed on their website as well. So, in all, they have 3 different numbers for their so-called customer service.

You must read the incredibly fine print with this shady business. I thought I was buying one music box for Xmas for my mother. Since then, I received another box randomly at the beginning of this year (far after when I needed the first one and the 2nd one came damaged) and I just received a 3rd box right before April. They mail you the item and then demand payment. I contacted them after the 2nd box and they said that the "subscription" I made with them was cancelled and I would receive no more. Well, that was a lie.

I ordered 1 box of checks from the Bradford exchange back in November 2024, I have since been charged a monthly fee of $16.95 for Bradford Exchange Rewards Benefits, something I was opted into and had to cancel within 30 days (must have been hidden in small print somewhere that I did not see). I recently inquired about this to Bradford and was informed I was in their Rewards Program and there is a monthly fee of $16.95, so this 1 box of checks (which I was completely satisfied with by the way) has ended up costing me $101.35. That's outrageous! So if you are ordering something, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE watch out for your automatic free trial membership. Don't sign up for it or remember to cancel it immediately if you have no choice.

The customer service is absolutely atrocious. Different representatives have provided conflicting information on availability of items for purchase to replace item broken after opening. Incorrect items received. Other people's invoices received. Contacted them several times via phone and email to secure a refund on two items; finally had amounts credited back to my credit card. Two months later received PAST DUE STATEMENTS for the items that were returned and refunded (I returned them even though I was informed via email there was no need to return). I would give zero stars if the option were available.

Review of My Experience with the Bradford Exchange. I have been a loyal customer of the Bradford Exchange, having previously purchased multiple items, including four clocks and two sets of pilsner glasses. While their products are of high quality, my recent experience with their billing and customer service has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. On November 14, 2024, I ordered a Steelers four-piece pilsner glass set and a Cowboys four-piece pilsner glass set, totaling $335.08. However, my credit card statement revealed unexpected additional charges, including two incorrect charges of $174.54. Concerned about potential fraud, I disputed these charges with my credit card bank. Upon realizing the charges were legitimate, I reversed the dispute, and on December 5, 2024, my bank issued two checks to return the funds to the Bradford Exchange.
To resolve the situation, I provided proof of payment from my bank via email, yet their customer service refused to accept the documentation. As a result, I was left with no choice but to allow the Bradford Exchange to charge my credit card again on February 18, 2025—meaning I paid twice for the same items.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the company has failed to address the problem, leaving me frustrated and financially disadvantaged. This level of disorganization and poor customer service is unacceptable. While I appreciate the quality of their products, I cannot recommend the Bradford Exchange due to their inadequate billing system, lack of accountability, and failure to provide proper customer support. I sincerely hope they take corrective action to prevent similar experiences for other customers. Final Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5 stars). Would not recommend unless they improve their billing and customer service processes.

I will start with a bulletin point. 1) Order placed for the US Navy Tribute Personalized Eagle Sculpture. Expected delivery 1/22-2/5. This was a gift for a family member being promoted on 2/7 in Annapolis MD. Our flight was leaving on 2/6. 2) I called on 2/3 since I had heard nothing about shipping. She assured me it would arrive on the 5th. I was concerned and she said I could change the ship to address. I changed it to the home address of the recipient which is in Maryland. 3) I called again on 2/4 to verify the shipping address since the website still had my address. Was told the shipping address was LaPlata MD and the gift would arrive 2/19-3/19. She also stated the plaque was being engraved that day.
4) I called again on 2/28 to again verify shipping address since the website still showed my address. I also changed the address on the website. After explaining the timeline I was told a letter was sent on 2/26 stating the item had been out of stock but was available again. I never received this letter. My first call on this day was to the 503 number; after waiting for over two hours for a call back I found the 824 number and called again. She assured me me to 503 number was a correct number. 5) I received an e-mail stating the item had shipped. 6) I received the item here in Syracuse NY today! I paid to have this shipped to LaPlata Md and I now have to go to the post office and pay again to have it shipped to the recipient. 7) I called again today at 240pm using 824 number to try to speak with someone and have not had a call back at this point.
I ordered from this site after hearing several people say how good you were. I will not commend anyone I know to order from this site unless they don’t have a timeline for need. Nothing I have gone through makes any sense. The timelines are ridiculous and what I was told on each call makes it more so. I am beyond furious with what has taken place since this order was placed.

This started the end of November. It is now March 12, 2025 I ordered the Trump train from them. It comes in three separate mailings. The first issue arrived as expected. The second issue arrived as anticipated. However, instead of receiving the third issue, they sent me another train car the same as the second issue. I had to call them up and use my time to fix their error and I still don't know if they've refunded me for sending this train car. I was told at the time I would be receiving the third car. I waited fifteen minutes for a supervisor and while I was waiting for her to answer my question and check my account, she hung up on me. She didn't call me back even though she had my phone number. So, I called them back and waited another 45 minutes on hold before I was able to talk with another supervisor.
I found out from this supervisor that my order for the third train car was canceled. I tried using their websites to contact them and the websites were very difficult for me to use. I never could figure out how to contact them through their website. This has been a very aggravating experience second only to the customer service with Samsung. I'm hoping I will receive the third car within the five to nine day shipping period I was told it would take. I do know I will not be doing any more business with Bradford Exchange or The Hamilton Collection companies.

I purchased a gift for my dad on This website. My dad is a huge Elvis Presley Fan, I was upset that what I bought him was so small it was an Elvis Juke Box I had thought for what I'm paying that it was going to be a decent size. It said on there that it plays music, When I got it in the mail I couldn't how small it was and it was a juke box that you turn the knob on the back of it for it to play music. They didn't show anything like that on the pictures and I paid like $112 all together that should have been like 20.00 dollars at least. So I ended up paying it off on 02/28/2025 the total amount that I owe which was $73.00. I spoke to a lady on the phone. Paid it off and that was the end of it. I thought..
I went with my mom to run errands on 03/08/2025 (Saturday). I come back and I see a package on my porch and I seen the Blue B on it and I said, "That's weird. I didn't purchase anything. Is this someone else's or what?" I looked at the paper and sure enough it has my name on it and I'm so confused so I opened it, it's another Elvis Juke box? Why are they sending me another one when I didn't order Anything? They sent me an invoice of when my next payment is due? I'm going to call them on Monday because that's not right and I have read other reviews where they are signing you up for subscriptions without your permission. I have never signed up for anything. I bought that gift for my dad for Christmas (2024) and that was it. It's not right how they are doing people and I will never purchase anything from their website again. They are too expensive anyways for stuff that should only be like at least 40 dollars on there.

I purchased 2 items from Bradford Exchange on 2/2/2025. It showed accurately on my credit card on 2/6/2025. 20 days later, on 2/26/2025, my credit card bank account showed that I purchased the same 2 items again, which I did not. My account with them shows some kind of plan that I never signed up for or even knew about. None of my order confirmation emails (or any emails from them) show a subscription plan that I signed up. I bought a Harry Potter Bookend for my son two years ago. TWO YEARS AGO. They have been sending me notices saying that I still owe them for the bookend. I assumed that it was paid as ITEM WAS SENT. I see that all reviews except one are 1-star, so I'm certain my review won't matter, but I want to tell my story. Many years ago, I used Bradford Exchange. Their items were QUALITY items! So for Christmas this year (2024), I found a few different items for myself and my family members. I bought them on monthly installments. I had to pay extra for shipping to be sure some of the things were here on time. One of the things I bought was a Buffalo Bills/Josh Allen item for my husband. This thing cost $129.00. The picture on their site was stunning! When it arrived, my husband opened it and it looks like I should have paid maybe $15.00 for it...it is SO CHEAP! Josh's hand is holding a football and his fingers are freakishly long and the lights on it are just cheap looking.
I bought my mother a necklace with her dog's name that recently passed away. I paid $89.00 for this. Again...CHEAP!! The dog on it looks like it should have come from a bubblegum machine and the dog's name is so small you can't even see it. Again...the website's picture is NOT AT ALL what it looks like in real life!! And...it is January 31 and her chain is already turning green. And the last thing was a ring from my husband for me for Christmas. I never received it! I paid extra to have it here by Christmas. It was sent via UPS Mail Innovations. For those who don't know what this is... UPS picks the item up, transports it part way, then hands it off to the USPS. It's a very unreliable means of shipping. If I paid extra to have something here on time, I would think they would not use this shipping method. I tracked it as it was moving along. It was almost here (in PA), but then for some reason, sent all the way back to Ohio....where the tracking stopped. It arrived there on 12/23 and according to the records has never left.
I chatted with Bradford Exchange and was told I would need to contact the post office to find out where it is!! I was so angry! I paid THEM to get it to me...it should be THEIR responsibility to find out where it is! She told me she would refund my expedited shipping fee ($9.95...lol). I said NO! I want them to find out what happened to my item. She offered to either refund me my full amount or send another ring. I chose to refund the money, which they did. To this day (again, 1/31/25), the ring has never arrived. NEVER AGAIN will I do business with Bradford Exchange.

I ordered a pendant as a birthday gift and used their payment plan option. 2 days later I was charged the full amount and when I called them they told me it was too late to cancel that it was already shipped. Now it's been over 3 and a half weeks, the item is still somewhere in transit no update on their website via the tracking. I called them 2 additional times and was told I have to call back after 30 days to get a refund since the shipment can arrive anytime between then. Awful service.

Bradford exchange is a total scam. They have overcharged me by $10 for each piece that they have sent with the excuse that "the price that it shows on our website is a promotional price." I ordered it from your website at the price that is listed but they are saying I didn't sign up for the promotional price. They are total cons and I do not recommend ordering from this place.
The figurines that you get are incredibly cheesy and cheap. They send you figurines that aren't part of the collection that you signed up for and then say it's part of a second set but it's all the same collection but they do not show you a picture or even explain the second set. They just send you pieces that don't fit on the current collection and claim that it's all part of one collection but they don't have a picture of the second display. And nowhere in their description of the first collection does it say they have a second display that's part of this collection. Stay away from this business. You have been warned.

I ordered an item in October which was to be shipped in four installments. Without my agreement they signed me up for monthly updates charging my account $16.95. I phoned customer service and was told it was canceled in November, but they continue to charge my credit card. I have also emailed half a dozen times and just get a run around. I have been involved with their customer service department and have had an awful time. I don’t wish this experience on anyone! Some fraudulent person created an order on their website with my name and address (that’s the ONLY information they had). They then used a bad credit card, email address and phone number. The chargeback came back to me even though, if Bradford Exchange had done the least bit of investigating, it WAS NOT my credit card that was even used. It was a horrible experience trying to make Bradford Exchange see that they did not have the correct safety protocols in place on their website because if they did, this never would have happened. I finally submitted the police report they requested and hope I never hear from them again. So be very careful with online activity you shoppers out there because to get things straightened out with this company is a nightmare!

Once I placed the order, I checked estimated delivery date and it said "December 20th - January 8th". I ordered the Garden of Love personalized Mother's Ring for myself. I was so excited when I received it, but disappointed after I opened it. You can see the emerald and blue topaz, but the other three colors look like diamonds. There should be a pink sapphire and a citrine (yellow). Under a magnifying glass you can see a light tint of pink and yellow, but very light. My ring looks like a cluster, not nicely set like the picture. I called and I'm getting a full refund and can keep the ring. Now I have a $183 ring that I don't know what to do with. While on the phone he asked if I wanted to order a different Mother's ring. I said no.

My initial feelings about Bradford Exchange were less than great. I received a product that stopped working after a very brief amount of time, and I basically shelved it for several years. This past Christmas we got out our World of Disney Christmas tree, plugged it in and it was working again. But only briefly. Again very disappointed. I contacted Bradford Exchange customer service and after going back and forth with them through a few different emails, they made good on a complete product replacement at no cost to me including shipping. I did not have any documentation or any of the things that they typically requested since it was purchased several years ago during a time when there was a lot of upheaval in our household.
The upshot of my entire experience with Bradford Exchange is they are one of the few companies that is willing to put their money where their mouth is and stand behind their products without hiding behind a mask of customer service policies, protocols, procedures, etc. I cannot say enough good about them. There should be more companies like this.

Buyer beware! I ordered an item and they automatically entered my credit card into an auto order system. Within a month I was sent and charged for 2 more items I did not order. I had cancel a hidden subscription I wasn't aware was attached to the item I was purchasing. This company is a scam!

I ordered 2 very special monogramed gifts in November 2024, both were GUARANTEED DELIVERY before Christmas, but here I am Christmas eve without the tennis bracelet for my mother that was just diagnosed with Alzheimer's or the mother's necklace for my daughter that has been the biggest help to me during this difficult time in my life. I qualified for free shipping and was charged anyway. Went to website and did everything it directed me to do with no success. Called customer service and was put on hold and hung up twice on me, finally got ahold of someone who was completely useless. Ended up paying shipping anyway because their customer service email is also bogus. I recommend finding the retailer and cut out Bradford.

I order a Christmas Gift for my spouse on November 17th. I was told December 5th that it was being shipped out soon by UPS and I would get it before Christmas. It is now December 21st and I do not have it. On top of that I just received my credit card bill and they charged me 2 times once on November 19th and and on December 9th. If you call and click the number to discuss your order you will be on hold for hours. They give you an option for them to call you back and you will not loose your place in line. They never call back. So I called and picked the number to place an order they picked up right away. So disappointed and disgusted in the level of service and that they had the nerve to double charge me.

Took my order on Dec 2, and I finally call on Dec 20th to find out shipping status. Although all along my order showed "delivery by Dec 24th", the item not only wasn't going to be here, but was out of stock!! When I called customer service at 1-866-503-9057 they "offered" me a different but similar item (zip up jacket opposed to the hoodie I ordered) and wanted $39 usd to get the unwanted item by the original deadline. No dice on my suggestion of them covering the shipping due to their foul-up. I canceled the order and will not be ordering from them ever again. Steer clear or be sorry.

This company must have gone WOKE or DEI over the last 4 years...I ordered a nice purse for my wife for Christmas, and it was sent to an unknown address in Another State!!, When the Invoice clearly has my address to be shipped to on it!!..I've left messages online and by phone to call me about this, and no reply after 1 week now...I called my Bank and arranged for any further installment payments to Bradford be denied, and they will be!!..They just lost a good customer of 10 years...

Absolutely garbage company. Ordered a ring for my wife at the beginning of December. Ordered express shipping to make sure it was here for Xmas. It says it will be here by December 24. Problem is that it’s the 19th and it hasn’t moved from order received. Contacted them twice now via email and I get the same canned response. “We are currently personalizing your product. It will be delivered by the 24th”. Only thing different both times is the name attached. ABSOLUTELY no communication from the company. Filed a fraud claim with my bank. Next step is BBB. This company is a joke. Stay far far away. Also you will noticed they don’t bother responding to any reviews or offer any assistance

I ordered a bracelet after the Canada Post strike and I was guaranteed delivery for Christmas. This bracelet was shipped to me apparently on December 9 or that’s what it shows. I called a few times to follow up and was told because it was guaranteed for Christmas it was in FedEx. I called again today and was told that yes it was processed and it will be shipped Canada post when the strike is over. That is not good enough. I have been nothing but lied to and given the runaround from day one. I’ve been told different things by different customer service agents, and they really need to get their act together. I am filing a complaint with a Better Business Bureau and would like others who have been through the same thing to contact me as I will go for a false advertising suit, and I thought they were classy company never again!

I ordered the Thomas Kinkade rotating tree last Christmas to replace our usual tree. I set it up and it wouldn’t rotate. I took it out of the stand and put it in again checked the connections, etc. Nothing. I contacted Customer Service for advice thinking they could give me some troubleshooting advice to get it rotating. All they could tell me was to send it back. Since it was too close to Christmas and I wouldn’t have a tree if I sent it back, I kept it because it still looks pretty when it’s not rotating. So, this year I got it out, set it up, turned it on and it rotated! I couldn’t believe what I missed the year before. There were beautiful changing colors as it turned. It was really impressive. Notice I said WERE. I turned it on the second day and once again NO ROTATION. What a piece of $159 junk. In two years it has rotated for exactly ONE day.

The first picture is what I ordered and the 2nd one is what I got. You can tell the difference. I ordered the Buffalo Bills Wreath. I received the box and wrapped it, without opening it, because it was a gift. The bow ties and the ribbons are different. The size of the helmet and Buffalo Bills next to the bow tie are different sizes. The gloves are a darker color. Even the Bills hat on top of the head is different. The head is higher so everything looks fuller in the advertisement but what I received is like a miniature version. Definitely not as full as the original picture. Not what I ordered but somewhat similar. Very disappointed in how it turned out. Even the football is a different color.
I've always been happy with Bradford Exchange products in the past and this is the first time I am disappointed in their products. I had the gift opened early because it was a combined birthday and Christmas gift, and he was starting to decorate for Christmas. I emailed a complaint to them directly because that's where I was told to email. The reply I received said "Sometimes the items will arrive looking a bit different than the original advertisement. You can certainly return this back for a replacement or refund. Please let me know if you wish for us to send you a prepaid return label." Obviously it was a gift. I wasn't going to tell the person I gave the gift to I want it back because I wasn't happy with it. I just won't be ordering from this company anymore. Their quality in items have definitely gone down.

Horrible scam company. You will get your products but you will grossly overpay for them. I bought a morgan silver dollar. Supposedly it was BU and I paid 200 dollars for it. It wasn't graded by they were just claiming it was. Before I knew better well once I got it and realized they were a scam company I decided to send the coin off for grading at NGC. It was graded a AU-58. It is only worth about 70 bucks and that's graded and that cost me 60 bucks to get it graded. I'm glad I learned earlier on and only wasted 200 on them. I have heard stories of people spending a lot more. Like I said yea you will get your products but it will be massively overpriced and the quality will be lied about. Stay away from them. Buy from APMEX or JM bullion.

Bradford Exchange also is Ashton Drake can not do anything right. It's either they are incompetent or being deceitful. I placed an order for the Rudolph reindeer series where it states on the website Yukon is the first character you get. I did not get Yukon but Rudolph and Hermy, which is fine. I sent an email to make sure I got Yukon. But what they did was change my order, to what I have no idea. I paid the first payment on the original order, 30.44. The order was 99.95. So now I owe 121.75. on top of my first payment of 30.44 dollars, like I never paid. In the email showing the change it clearly shows the cost it 99.95 for the new order but when the invoice arrived it saying I owe 121.75. They did not subtract my first payment. So that was a total lie in the email.
Customer service said "we changed your order because you complained about the cost", which is another lie. I complained I didn't get what was described on the website, Yukon first. Ok so great, what if I did complain about the cost, you not only have zero record I made a payment, but now it went from 99.95 to owing another 121.75 plus 30.44 total 152.19. Thanks that really helped if I complained about cost.

Very disappointed in the whole experience with this company. Ordered a Disney tree for my daughter for Christmas in October. It took about 6 weeks for it to be ready to be shipped, only to find out they ship Canada Post and since we all know they are on strike, nothing is moving. Contacted them to see if I can change to Canpar delivery and they said NO. So now it will sit in the warehouse until Canada Post goes back to work and who knows how long that will be. Also they do not give you an expected time of delivery until you order it. Very poor experience with this and definitely will be my last.

I was literally looking at the email of my order while they were telling me this. Do not spend your money at this dirty company. I ordered 3 of the Personalized Zippo® Lighter With Your Birth-Year Penny as Christmas presents. The 3 zippos arrived promptly but they were supposed to have the personalization of my choice -up to to 3 letters and one was missing initials with only 2 rather than the 3 requested. I could have let that go, but the lighters are also advertised as having a birth penny of choice as well. One of the 3 lighters didn't have a penny AT ALL and the other 2 came with the INCORRECT birth year PENNY attached.
I promptly reached out to customer service to see if they can figure out what happened as I am giving 3 family members these as presents. Customer service was kind and apologetic voicing would replace all 3 free of charge and make the necessary corrections to all 3 lighters. I couldn't believe all three were incorrect. I've been shopping Bradford Exchange for years and never experienced this. I never received the 3 lighters as I was told, still waiting. I paid $79.99 each which is pricey but for personalization of this type and it being Christmas, I felt it was a nice gift for the 3 folks who collect zippos in the family. Very disappointed and was not offered a refund, only to replace. Still waiting for those 3 replacements.

Fraud!! Ordered one thing for a birthday gift. Next thing my card is being charged for something I did not order and some program I did not sign. Only way to get ahold of people is email and that takes days. Then I was told my info was removed. Couple days later I get something in the mail. Go through the hassle of email and wait. Finally got return label. Week passes I got someone who answered the phone. She said she refunded me for program and she cancelled program. Puts me through to returns which after 25 minutes on hold I hung up. Email again to them. Day or two later got email. Worse part is they were referring to program that I was told twice now was already cancelled, which still have not received refund on it after 5 days of it "processed". Couple days later and couple more emails I have not received anything about the return item. This place is one of biggest scams there is. Stay away.

In September I ordered a Vietnam Veterans Coin from the Bradford Exchange, not knowing it part of a "subscription" plan. I immediately canceled my subscription and kept the coin they charged me for. I've written numerous email and talked with a a rep on the phone. They keep charging my PayPal account for items they never shipped. I've received one coin a couple months ago. Charges to date; 9/24/2024-$49.09, 10/30/2024-$14.89, 11/15-$59.49. Today I received 2 letters about returning the items I never got to get credit to my account. Customer service is pathetic.

I purchased a small batch of personal checks (about $40) online and received them as promised. Much to my surprise, a month later I noticed a second charge from them on my credit card statement; $16.95 for a "rewards program membership". When I called them to inquire I was told that I agreed to purchase this when I bought the checks. I denied having done so, and was told that this was detailed in the "terms and conditions". I went back to their website to investigate and found that these "terms and conditions" were not presented anywhere. This was clearly a fraudulent and deceptive act on their part.

Never order from Bradford Exchange. Worse customer service ever. They changed the pricing after ordering, upped my order over $50 plus charged shipping when it stated it was FREE. Responded to their email with 15 minutes of their receipt. No response. Liked, I was on hold over an hour 28 minutes before called failed. They didn’t respond to my email until AFTER they processed my order 2 days later and stated, "Sorry, it was too late, order already processed." Worse company experience and nightmare ever!!!! They have collected a lot of money off me over the years with my purchases. NEVER AGAIN!!! They have become a total scam company in every way. Turning them into to the Texas Attorney General's Office.

On Wednesday, October 23, 2024 Bradford Exchange charged me $144.39 for product Order #940013341326001 which I already paid $144.39 for. My email at 8.59 am specifically requested a refund for this item because the order is backordered until December and I have already waited about two months for this item. I called my credit card company because the notice I received stated I was over my limit because of the $144.39 extra charge. I called Bradford Exchange and waited over twenty minutes online and then the business closed for the day. Account/Order/Tracking number: Order #**. Money paid to business: $288.78. I placed an order with Bradford Exchange and paid for it. I received notification thanking me for my order. See image below. I received a second email saying the item was being prepared for shipping. See second image. When I go to my account it shows no order has been placed. When I contacted customer service via the online form about the order I received no response. This is a very poor experience; worse, I have no indication that I will ever receive what I have paid for since the Bradford Exchange account says I have never paid for anything.

I started a collection in December of 2020 as a gift for my daughter-in-law. It was the Silent Night Nativity that looks like Polish Pottery. I was told that I would receive everything to complete the authentic Nativity scene. As of today, I still have not received any of the camels, sheep or other animals. I also have not received the last shepherd. They keep telling me the items needed to complete this collection are unavailable and will not be available. This is unacceptable since this collection that I have spent close to $700 will always be incomplete. Bradford Exchange subscription business needs to be shut down. I am not a rich woman. But I wanted to give my daughter-in-law a treasure she, my son and my grandchildren can remember even after my death. These people lie, lie, lie. There is no truth in them.

I ordered a music box for my granddaughter's 18th birthday. I had heard of the Bradford Exchange but never ordered anything before. I received a card advertising the music box in the mail. I thought, "Wow. That is so beautiful!!!" All of their stuff looks amazing when you look at it online. I ordered it, without looking at the reviews, big mistake. Huge!!! It is so small and not of good quality to me. It comes with a personalized charm you put on yourself, and a poem that is on a small business card. I could not wait for it to come, and now so disappointed. I don't even know whether to give it to her or not. I will not even think about trying to return it with all the terrible reviews I have read. Lesson learned, I will never order from here again.

I was on an auto ship plan. Did not receive 1 shipment and was billed. I was told it was cancelled and I owed nothing only to discover 4 months later my account was in collections. They had no record of my previous conversation with their customer service. Don’t trust them. Couldn’t provide a POD. I guess they think people don’t keep good records but I do. Now I’m waiting for a written correspondence from them stating a zero balance and that my account was removed from collections. I understand why they have a 1-star rating. I would have given no stars if that was an option.

My husband ordered a Thomas Kindcade statue for my birthday in August. It came in, was a beautiful statue. The other day another box arrived. (Mind you it is now September). Well turns out that the statue he bought is part of a subscription group, doesn’t say it at the top where add to cart is. Says wayyyyyyy at the bottom and doesn’t really say it clearly. So he called to cancel it and return the statue they charged him $99 for. Well they canceled the subscription but gave him a hard time about returning it. So he gave in, kept it, as we opened it, there is a crack along the back part and a chip in the front. So not only do they rip you off with expensive shipping, subscriptions that you don’t even know you’re getting, give you a hard time about returning things, they send broken things.

I subscribed for the “Trump Train” in 2020 were still not complete and no mention about any of the collections in the marketing mail pieces I receive each week promoting all things Trump. Nothing on the website. Don’t piss off the 81 million. I would cancel the collection but how do you quit if you don’t have the caboose. Perfect timing, train 27 arrived last week and the caboose is 30 just in time for Nov. I was told they might extend it another 10 cars. If he wins, let’s make money bottom line. Save your cash, take your wife out to dinner, spend time with your kids, with what I have spent I could have bought my son a car!

HORRIBLE customer service. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I have been trying to get them to reissue a refund check that was sent to my mother for an overpayment. All of the back and forth emails, all of the different responses...it's unbelievable. I started this process almost a month ago. STILL not resolved, and I don't think it ever will be, at this point. They are making me jump through so many hoops to get $26.74...yes $26 bucks! I've been asked for product information (this isn't about a product return), then I get told a check was in process. A week later, I get told I needed to send back the check (how am I supposed to do that when I've told you people TWICE before it has been SHREDDED?) Ridiculous!

I thought I was buying a silver dollar coin. What I did not realize is that I was automatically signed up to get these monthly and three times the original cost. I immediately cancelled. Now I am trying to get back the almost $70 they charged me, and have yet to send me the coin. They are saying they only changed me twice... which is an error on their part as I have the proof! I ordered couple of coins two months ago on this company, which it came on time and I paid $125. Last month, with my knowledge, they charged me for $123.94, this month they charged me again for the same month and my wife saw it on our bank app. I called this company but it was a weekend so no one answered, so I called my bank and have them canceled my ATM card so that they can stop charging to that card. Then I tried to call them twice on Monday and I was just on hold for 10 minutes and 37 minutes. There was music on both while I was on hold, on the second call, after the 37th minute the music went away, so I thought someone will talk, I kept saying hello but no one was saying anything, so I hung up. That's why I said this company will take your money and will not take accountability.

Ordered a personalized ring item #122689001. Said it would arrive between 6/28 and 7/15 and it shipped on 6/25. At no time after ship date was I able to track, getting messages like tracking for this item is unavailable or there’s no record of activity on your account. But when I contacted BE each time I was told the tracking number shows that the item will arrive on a date that was always changed every time I contacted. I was then told to contact if no arrival by 30 days from ship date, which was 4 days ago. That contact got me a msg that said it will arrive on 7/29, today, not here! I am livid! Strangely every time I got a response from BE, my e mail listed it as suspicious but since I ordered from them I ignored that, wondering why it would list that way. I will never order from this company again and warn anyone who is contemplating placing an order with them to go anywhere but Bradford Exchange! They should not be allowed to continue operating.

Bought a ring for my mother from Bradford Exchange. Paid in full on my Credit Card. Then received additional charges on my Credit Card? When I contacted them they insisted I was to pay in 3 payments. Gave my bank a copy of the order and the statement from them showing the item as paid. My Bank disallowed any further charges from Bradford Exchange. They then sent a Collection Agency after me for money I didn't owe. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I randomly received a piece of mail from them with my full name... I have NEVER heard of this company in my life. I tried to call customer service and no one would pick up. Ordered blank personal checks through this company. They make it appear that you are saving a bundle, but the "regular" price is way inflated, nowhere near the competition. In reality the SPECIAL price you pay is pretty much what everone ele is charging. Company also is not clear about how many checks are in a box. Industry standard is 100, but some companies have gone to 80 per box. Finally, you are asked to enter ALL the numbers across the bottom of present checks, and then asked again to enter each set of numbers individually. Huge waste of time. Positive note: The company does have a lot of designs.
