I ordered my item on May 28th. Spent over $100 on a pair of shoes and there is zero tracking information whatsoever! I reached out to customer service and they girl replied once but then never again. She said I need to go online and track through their website. We'll I did that and there is no tracking information available. It's been almost a month and I have yet to receive anything.

Shoes.com initially appealed to me because of the price, as there was a Memorial Day sale. I have the shoes in a different color so I ordered them with relative confidence that the size would be right. However, I was wrong and I tried to get in touch with them by telephone. I called at least 50 times and got an answering machine saying to hold on that they are very busy, only to be disconnected. It seems like the only communication they have is through email and while I requested them to call me through email they continued to answer me and tell me to call their 800 number. Additionally I needed to return the shoes and couldn’t access their return label. Overall the customer service at Shoes.com is the worst online experience I have ever had. I will never shop there again and my two words for any new customers are “buyer beware”.

Hello. Don't buy any more shoes from this company. Since it has changed hands. Sent wrong shoes, not sure where from, not even the right shoe. Tried and tried to call, their phone disconnects. Not done professionally. Recording is hallow in background, this company is scamming you. Sent letters and several calls. This was a great company, until this year. There is just something off.

I wanted to return (or exchange) the shoes I bought because they didn't fit. I followed the instructions for a return label, and the message reads they are having technical difficulties, please try back. This has been for a month. When customer care was messaged, automated directions for returns (same as on website) were sent back. An attempt to call them got only a message to use their website due to high volume, then clicked off, without opportunity to leave a message. You can buy a pair of shoes but the ability to return or exchange is a total scam!! STAY AWAY!!!!

I'm done with Shoes.com. I have purchased a pair of shoes/boots from them every couple of months for years. Since they have come under new ownership/management (?) in the new year, this company has gone downhill. They have no phone number to call to get help with problems with orders, just an email that you send messages to and never hear back from ever. Terrible. Online commerce requires good customer assistance. Bottom line.

With all the sites online I had the misfortune in stumbling on shoes.com. Upon trying on the 3 pairs I ordered, none fit correctly. I searched the box, no return labels. Found it odd since buying shoes online is always an arduous task until the correct fit is found. Only to go online to print them, where you find a message saying they are having problems processing returns. They request you call, they DO NOT answer the phone. Send an email still no labels. Do what I did....call your bank, let them dispute it with this company for you. My money was refunded by my bank. If these W3 boxes aren’t out of my home soon, I will be donating them. This company is obviously having $ problems but they’re not mine!

Shoes.com will not respond to my emails except to by a rote, useless response. They automatically hang up on on my phone calls. Their website will not let me request a return label. Guess I am stuck with a pair of shoes that are too big. “EasyReturns”??? No way.

I ordered shoe exactly 3 weeks ago. They told it will be shipped within 4-9 days. But it seems even in 3 weeks they can't ship it to me. Customer service is really poor. Tried to contact 10+ times. They don't even care to share the order status or refund. How I should file complaint against this fraud action?

I really wanted to like this site, I was enticed by the coupons and the selection, found something in my size, purchased it right away.. And I have nothing to show for it but so much annoyance that I bothered signing up for THIS site just to warn others not to make the mistake I did in trusting this scam company. If the deal looks too good to be true? It is.
They took my payment ASAP and yet here I am nearing a month with no shoes and no refund. Two weeks in is when I finally contacted support asking why the heck my order still 'hadn't shipped', only to be informed that they were out of stock. Alright, then why is the product in that specific size and color STILL listed as available?? And why did my reply, - asking when I'll be refunded in full, - go completely unanswered? Because this site is a scam and I genuinely think any good reviews of it are just robots generating garbage to get traffic. Don't fall for it.

I ordered some slippers from Shoes.com this month and received them in a timely manner. They were too narrow so I went on their site to print a label to return for a wider size. They said they were having some technical problems so I tried again in a couple of days. Same message. I called customer service and got a recording say to send them an email which I did, but I am reading other customer reviews and it looks like they are not responding to emails either. I have dealt with them before, but never had this problem. I will be contacting the Attorney General's office in Massachusetts about this company.

On March 8th I purchased 4 pairs of shoes from site. 2 out of the 4 pairs were the wrong shoes. On March 15th, I called their customer service number and it was a recording prompting me to email them through their website. I sent an email on March 15th and received a generic response from the company on March 17th advising me of their return policy. The email included a link to visit for the required return label and return slip, however when I click on the link I keep getting an error message: "Sorry! For technical reasons, your request could not be handled properly at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience." This has been a problem since March 17th. I would NOT have been returning the shoes had I received the correct pairs....They are falsely advertising that their returns are easy when in fact they are not. Buyers beware!

I made a purchase on Shoes.com March 27. It was a Saturday so like many companies I expected for the shoes to ship out on a designated business day. Since the shoes did not ship out the following Monday, March 29 I decided to call just to know if they would ship out possibly this week. To my surprise when you call shoes.com you are agreed it with an automatic message saying due to the pandemic they are no longer receiving phone calls and asked that you contact them via email. So I did just that. I have not heard from them as of yet. But yet my credit card has been charged for the shoes. It’s not even pending unlike other merchants that do not charge until the shoes are shipped out.
In the meantime I have been sent no email updating me of my order instead just advertisements from shoes.com for purchasing. These shoes were supposed to be a gift for the following Monday and would be nice to actually hear from the company to know when my shoes will actually ship. I think what threw me off guard was the lack of communication. I understand this pandemic has definitely inconvenienced a lot of things but to not even have someone answer the phone is or return emails is beyond me! Buyer beware. Do not purchase shoes from this company. You were better off going to Zappos or DSW. Yes it’s more expensive but at least you have the peace of mind of knowing that you’ll receive your shoes and communication. Not to mention Zappos never charges me until my shoes shipped out. Don’t buy from here!

Buyer beware! I am not sure what is going on with Shoes.com. I have done business with them in the past and have had no issues. Until now. The shoes I ordered do not fit and I called their customer service for a return label, as there was not one in the box. I called several times, hoping to speak to someone. Instead, I reached a recording and was told to email my concerns to service@shoes.com. I did receive a response asking me to provide my email address, name, dated of purchase, and any email I received verifying shipment. I forwarded all the information. I've not received the return label. I'm thinking that they may be going out of business and I will be stuck with these shoes.

Tried to get return label on website but kept giving an error. Called service to no avail. Sent 2 emails so far. Still no help. Could return on my own but not sure if they will credit my account without their normal return rules- 60 days. Hopefully they will remedy this error soon!

I have a very narrow foot so finding shoes that fit is tough. I ordered from Shoes.com in the past and didn't have any problem with returning anything. I ordered 2 pair of shoes and neither fit so I put in the return and found out I was being charged $7.95 to return each pair. They lied.. They do not have free returns. Basically I paid $15.90 to try on shoes. Won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered sandals on 2/14/21 by mistake. I called the customer service number 12 hours later to cancel, and was holding for 20 minutes. Sent an email. Called again and got a rep. I explained my story and he said he'd escalate the return. Found out my order shipped. So much for the customer service rep. REALLY? When I told this rep that I was on hold for a long time, he said that they are short staffed because people are out with Covid 19. I gave these jerks one more chance. They were horrible when they were Shoebuy.com, and now even worse since they were bought by Walmart???? Zappos is SO MUCH better.

Shoes.com is the worst! No reply to emails (plural). Customer service gets a zero, waited 30 minutes on hold to be told most orders take 5 days to process and 5 days to ship, so figure 2 full weeks for delivery. I will know in 48 hours if they will cancel the order, I’m really baffled that they manage to stay in business. Giving them 1 star seems generous.

I ordered three pair of shoes beginning of January, 1 pair of shoes showed up with no problem. The second and third pairs UPS said they delivered which they didn’t or they did to the wrong house. Ever since then it’s been a nightmare. The company shoes.com replace the second pair but would not replace the third pair that they say were delivered but were not. I will never ever order from this company again. They have robbed me. They have lied to me on the phone multiple times. Say you’re talking to supervisors when you’re really not. Do not use them.

I ordered a pair of winter boots from Shoes.com and immediately after I placed my order, I saw their $7.95 restocking fee in the fine print. I immediately called them to cancel my order and they said that it could not be canceled. I was told to just return the item and they would not charge me the $7.95 fee. When the ordered arrived at my home, I refused shipment so that it would be sent directly back to shoes.com.
I tracked the shipment and I called them after about a week had passed since they received my return and they had not refunded my money. Upon calling them, they issued me a refund again stating that they would not charge me the $7.95 restocking fee. I then received an email showing that my refund was issued and they DID charge me the $7.95 restocking fee. I am on the phone with them for the second time today waiting on hold for 15 minutes now (almost 20 minute wait when I called them the first time today) to try to get them to refund the restocking fee.

I’ve bought several Easy Spirit slip on shoes from this site. They do have limited widths that I need. Twice I’ve received wrong width. But just now I tried to order four pair of Traveltime shoes. I’m told they cannot ship to THIS country???? (USA) I tried four different times to order and was given the same message.

They sent me a defective product. They make it impossible to make exchanges on their website. You are forced to call and endure irksome music on long wait periods, then deal with unintelligible rude staff that hang up on you and do not listen. The supervisors do not care to respond and they don't want to make it right. Avoid dealing with this company, completely unprofessional.

I have purchased a few times from Shoes.com and was pretty happy. However I recently ordered something and was sent the wrong size. They were out of stock on correct size & color so I need to return the incorrect item. They actually charged me a restocking fee for their error. Will no longer be using shoes.com since they do not take accountability for their errors.

They say they have free returns. First of all they charge a “restocking fee” it is not free. Second, I bought 3 pairs of shoes and needed to return. I contacted them at least 25 times! Could not get a response to get shipping labels to ship them back. When someone did finally get back with me they said it was too late and I would have to pay to send back. I explained I had been trying for 2 months to return them. They said there was nothing they could do. I had to pay shipping back and a restocking fee per pair of shoes. Do not buy from this company! Customer service is terrible!!

I purchased a size 6.5 Sorel boot in leather and felt. I received a size 10.5 mens Timberland work boot. I called to find out how to return these useless boots, and I sat on hold for 30 minutes before a sales rep picked up. I was told I had to return them and wait for a refund before they'd ship out the shoes I wanted, or I could buy the shoes I had originally ordered right then. The sales rep, named John, ORDERED THE WRONG SHOES! When I got the order confirmation two minutes after I hung up I immediately emailed back saying cancel the order. I was told I couldn't, and I have to receive the shoes and ask for a refund minus the $7.95 restocking fee. I HAVE TO PAY TO RESTOCK SHOES I NEVER ORDERED! I will be disputing their charges on my credit card and I will never order from this company again. I would advise anyone reading this to never order from them again. I should've gone with my gut and ordered from Zappos.

Very disappointed, I bought a pair of sneakers to my son, it didn’t fit, to return I had to call them, go through all questioning process to have them send me a returning label. My surprise was that they’d charge me a 7.95 restocking fee, but since I was ordering another size, they wouldn’t do it. Guess what? They did charge me, even with the agent promising me that they wouldn’t and so far I haven’t received the refund. The other size I’ve order didn’t fit as well, the sneakers had bad fitting. I had to return it again and go through all the process and be charged once more for the restocking fee. Never buying from them again! It’s a shame, if they’re offering selling services online, they shouldn’t charge for restocking fee, especially when the product are shoes. We all know that it has to fit nicely. They’re stealers!!!

I ordered Men’s Dr. Martens boots and when I opened the box they shipped me women’s Clarke wedge shoes. When I called to let them know about the mixup they said there is nothing they can do except give me a refund. I will have to ship back the shoes they sent and wait for a refund. I've ordered from this company numerous times with no issue and this is the first time I've had to encounter their customer service dept. My package never arrived- instead of offering a refund or replacement, Shoes.com has now placed me in the middle of an investigation of the "delivered" product with their hired shipping company. This investigation could take up to 10 business days, during which I'll get 1-3 calls from said shipping company and if the phone goes unanswered for any reason, I have to report the issue to shoes.com again and restart the investigation process. I've never heard of such foolishness and no matter the result of the investigation or the resolution, they've lost a customer.

I am very disappointed from Shoes.com customer service and will never buy shoes from them again. I bought 2 pairs of shoes in mid Aug 2020 but never received my order. After two weeks contacted the customer service and they confirmed that UPS lost my order. They said they will refund my money for this order and if I still interested in the shoes, I need to place a new order. So, I placed a new order and bought the same 2 pairs of shoes again. I received the order confirmation and another email notification that my items are shipped. Few days later, I received an email that they cancelled my order again for the 2nd time and are going to refund my money. Again, I contacted their customer service to find out why my order cancelled. They simply responded that sorry, it was cancelled because of error in processing.
I spent over $400 for nothing and haven't seen any refund in my account yet. The customer service didn't really care about trying to fix their mistake and help the customer. This is really bad service. As a customer how can I trust Shoes.com and buy anything from them again? They lost a customer who loves shoes and spend a lot on shoes.

I normally do not buy shoes online, because you can't first try anything on. But I read the return policy and took my chances. Complete mistake! I ordered some arch fit shoes through this company, which I had never worn Sketchers arch fit before. (Podiatrist recommendation) When I received the shoes... I put the shoes on, walked around on my wood floors in my house for a couple minutes to determine I needed a half size smaller. Sent shoes back to get smaller size and they refused my return and said the "floor dust"on the soles made the shoes non- refundable.
If I were to walk into a Sketchers store, put on a new pair of shoes, and walk in a circle around the store to confirm fit, the bottom of those shoes would have some "floor dust" on the soles too. This is the most ridiculous reasoning for not accepting a return. $100 down the drain that quick. Buyer beware - if not sure on fit, do not try on and let the soles of the shoes hit the ground. If the soles hit the ground, automatically makes shoes non-refundable. Make sure you know good and well the fit of the specific manufacturer. Shoes.com customer service will not do anything to help the customer out. At all, period. I will never make the mistake of ordering from this company again!

I have been a long time Shoes.com customer and have always been happy with the company until I had to make a return. Tried on the shoes and the heel was too high. Returned them immediately only to be told "they are worn" and can't be resold. I maybe wore them five minutes in my carpeted house. I was told that they are shipped directly from Rockport so there is no way they can compare to shoes in stock. They have no idea of the condition of the shoes when they were shipped by Rockport. So frustrating to be called a liar and to have to buy expensive shoes that I can't wear. Learned my lesson with this company - order at your own risk.

I read the poor reviews and was very nervous to order from this company. Moving forward, I purchased the shoes and received them 5 days later! The shoes were exactly what I wanted and had no issues with the packages and quality. I am a real user and don’t let these reviews scare you. I suggest everyone stay far away from this company. I purchased a pair of driving shoes and on the page I ordered from said the item was “In Stock” and also said order before a certain time and the item “ships same day”. I paid for the shoes 14 days ago and still no shoes. Called customer service and got a smart-mouth guy and after putting up with his attitude I asked for a supervisor. Supervisor came on and no apology, no empathy, no help. She blamed it all on COVID although their website still says “ships same day”. If their website would have said “due to COVID-19, delays can be expected” I would have no issues nor recourse however, the site says clearly “ships same day”. Bait and switch operation. I will never purchase from this company again nor recommend to anyone. I intend to continue to post about their very poor customer service.

I usually never write reviews but I feel it is necessary to give a warning to others. Shoes.com may have good deals on shoes BUT they have awful business practices. They shipped my shoes to the wrong address - it was THEIR fault - and then they would not refund my money. They offered me a discount code for another purchase! As if I would ever buy anything from them again? PLEASE do not purchase from them. It will not end well.

I ordered a pair of Sketchers and paid extra to have them shipped in two days because my purchase was a birthday gift. I order a full week and half in advance so I would be sure that I would get my order in time. I placed my order on March 2nd, which was a Monday. By Friday, March 6th, my order still was not shipped. I called Shoes.com and spoke to Marjorie, who very smugly and with as much rudeness as she could possible muster, told me that there was a mandatory 5 day processing time for Sketchers, and that just because I paid for 2 day shipping, that does not include the processing time. What??!!! So even if you pay for something to be shipped in two days, Shoes.com will basically sit on the order for 5 days REGARDLESS and then ship it when THEY want!!
That is the whole point in paying for expedited shipping, so that the order can be expedited and shipped according to the time the customer has PAID for it to be shipped. Since they want to ship things when they want to, instead of what the customer pays for, I asked for my expedited shipping costs back. I will NEVER do business with this place again. PLEASE BE AWARE OF CHOOSING EXPEDITED SHIPPING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I purchased an expensive pair of shoes from this organization for my son for Christmas. He wore them less than an hour before realizing they are too tight. I went to return them and discovered that shoes.com charges a RESTOCKING FEE unless you buy another pair. So I bought another pair for my son and returned the first ones. Now shoes.com REFUSES to refund me after all, saying they were "worn" because he wore them less than an hour! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Basically I saw a deal for Dr. Scholls shoes. I purchased them which took a long time to receive. Upon receiving them they’re cheap quality and thin. I tried wearing them for a few hours and they were uncomfortable so I follow the process to return them. They received the item and decided that they’re not gonna return it because they were not able to resell. They say because it was worn it can’t be returned so there is no customer satisfaction guarantee. I am not getting a refund and I have already contacted my credit card company.

I've made three purchases with Shoes.com, and all three have been nothing but a disaster. The first one was cancelled, the second one was sent incorrectly, and the third one was not as described. I sent an email stating I would like to return it within 60 days, and got no response.... I filed a complaint with PayPal and they LIED to paypal and said I wore the shoe so that PayPal does not want to give me a refund. Shame on you, shoes.com.

First if I had known it had anything to do with Walmart I would not have made a purchase, secondly, I looked at my bank account and on the day I ordered there was a debit of 138.68, then today there is an amount of 106 something taken out, when I called they said there would be another charge for the second pair of boots and then after a week they will credit the 138.68. I asked why that that made absolutely no sense whatsoever. The boots were already paid for. Why would you charge me again and again and then credit me. That is stupid. So I won't shop at this site again and I haven't even gotten the boots yet. Very PISSED OFF.

I ordered Ecco shoes on Jan 30. Now is Feb 5 6 days later and it's still processing. Not even shipped yet. When on their website it is said: "Processing time typically ranges from 1-3 days." I really needed these shoes and I am really disappointed!!!

I had been unable to find a pair of Haflinger Future shoes in my size. When I hit upon a pair at Shoes.com at 1/2 price. I ordered them on Dec 28, 2019 without first looking for reviews of the site. (My bad!). I received an automatic email response the same day generically acknowledging that I had set up an account with them and placed an order, no specific details. That was the last I heard from the site. I sent 4-5 emails over the next few weeks inquiring about my order as their website says they ship within 2-8 days, but my account continued to show my order as pending. No responses from them. Yesterday (Jan 30, 2020) I received a package from China. It contained a pair of shoes, just not the brand, style, color or size I had ordered.

Do not buy from them. So I took a chance and ordered a pair of shoes for my son. There was an issue with my order in regards the address. I immediately call them asking them to change it to the correct one. More than 40 mins later I am told no worries, it hasn't shipped so we can change it. I call again today checking to make sure why 5 days later it still has not shipped. She says no worries, it has been changed and is going to the correct place. Finally, I get the confirmation still being sent to the wrong address I tell them. What is going on, this is now 2 hours spent on hold waiting for an answer between 3 calls.
I get off the phone with them and call UPS. They tell me that they haven't even picked up the package yet and yet they charge my card anyway! Can't change a stupid sticker for something that is sitting in "their warehouse"... I call them to complain as they aren't supposed to charge until it ships! They said, "Well sorry about that but we won't refund your money for up to 5 days from when we receive it back to our warehouse!" It is already in the warehouse as it never shipped. Buyer beware, this scammy company is Terrible. The irony they were only 5 dollars cheaper than Kohl's. Lesson learned, stay away... I still do not have my money back.

I bought several pairs of shoes before, but never return or exchange from Shoes.com. This is my first time to get through this horrible experience from Shoes.com. I try to return my shoes, but they return it back to say, "Your shoe box is broken, we can't accept it." Then I went to Dr. Marten's store to have a new shoe box. They said they still couldn't accept my return because there is a barcode for each shoe box. And then I told that stupid supervisor I have the barcode from the original broken shoe box. He just said, "I still can't accept it." I ask why, he's just saying, "I just can't!" WHAT THE ** IS THAT??? I'll never buy shoes from them ever again.

I have ordered from this site several times and did not have an issue until I needed to return several items purchased for my kids for Christmas. Unfortunately I ended up with 4 pairs of shoes that were too small. I went on the website and chose to exchange these items for the correct size. To get a refund for exchanges, you need to purchase the new items first, then return the other items using a label that is sent via email. Once Shoes.com receives the items they will issue a refund. Per their policy "All original packaging should be included. Place the shoes in the original shoe box and ship the shoe box back in a separate shipping box (either the original delivery box or a shipping box with no other exposed labels)".
What is not mentioned is that they consider the shoe box part of the product and if you ship back the product using only the shoe box they will not honor the refund because taping the box and putting a shipping label on it is considered a "damaged product". I now have spent hundreds of dollars on shoes that don't fit as well as new shoes thinking I was going to be refunded. I escalated my concern to two managers over the phone who offered no assistance as well as an email to customer service which was unanswered. It is unfortunate that the company would rather spend the money to ship these items back to me and lose a customer than to repackage and resell. I suppose it does not matter since they were already paid for 8 pairs of shoes...

Shoes.com doesn't care; there will be no replacement (what I asked for) and no refund (what I would have settled for). And they sounded quite pleased to tell me this. I ordered a pair of snow boots from this company in a size 41. The boots were too big so I sent them back to exchange for a smaller size. They sent me a pair with mud on the soles. They were "used" boots! When I complained to them, they sent another pair, and they were also "used". Their answer to me: "We have no control of what our suppliers send out." I researched and purchased a pair of $150 boots from SHOES.COM. The reviews were good and the boots ran small. I purchased the boot 1/2 size larger. Boots arrived and I tried ONE boot on. Way too small. Returned the boots, no problem. The day before Christmas, I received the boots back with a note saying they were "worn" and "dirty". They were not. I called customer service and they did an "image review" where I am unable to see how the boot looks "worn" or "dirty". One boot was never untied, all of the tags were on, cardboard was back in the shoes. They will not take the boots back and I am out $150 and have a pair of brand new boots laying around that I can't wear and don't want. I will never buy from this company again.

I began to feel better after reading the substance of the complaints - there really wasn't much there. I ordered a pair of 1460 Dr. Martens on 2 Jan. I got a confirmation e-mail in 30 min. I got shipping confirmation the next day. I received exactly what I expected about an hour ago (7 Jan). My experience was positive, the boots are authentic, and I saved about $30. Don't swear it. First off, I can't believe that they use the U.K. measuring service despite the fact that I'm ordering in the U.S. Second, I called to exchange the item and I'm told that I have to purchase the item again and once they receive the item I'm returning, I'll get my money back. The customer service rep could only tell me that That's the way it is. I ask to speak to the supervisor and I ask for an employee # or a way I can identify him in case I have to call back or relay that info and he said "well my name is John and I am the supervisor". I provided pictures of brand new looking shoes I purchased in August. These shoes has a defective sole on both shoes and the soles have separated. The pictures I provided shows no wear or tear at ALL, with a new look. I ONLY wore these shoes on 3 occasions, before the shoe separated at the soles. You said warranty ran out due to being purchased in August, I say they been worn 3 times. I have shoes in my closet well over 5 years old that obviously has better craftsmanship. Like all the other positive reviews, I was very skeptical purchasing shoes from this website...simply because the negatives far outweighed the positive reviews. However, after reading the recent good experiences people had I decided to take a chance and I am so glad I did! I got this special collection shoe for my younger sister and it is exactly as described. I must say I have never ever in my life left a review for a product but given SHOES.com 1.6 star rating, I felt that they deserved better recognition. Immediately after ordering I received a email confirmation and the charge was only pending in my account.
Upon shipment, my account was charged (as stated on their website). I became slightly concerned when I never received a shipping confirmation email and I started considering ways to cancel the order. However, I found a spot on their site where I could type in my order number and I was able to check the status of my order. Much to my surprise, the order had already been shipped and there was a UPS tracking number that I could follow. Everything about my order was very transparent, there were no hiccups, and I’m very glad I can surprise my sister with these shoes.

I purchased a pair of slippers on Dec. 8th. The confirmation email says they will ship within 5 days and that my card will be billed after they ship. On day 6 I have no confirmation that they have shipped so I call. They inform me that because I’m shipping to a PO Box that it will take longer to process my order, something that they did not relay to me when I made the order. I told them to cancel my order and I would buy it on Amazon. They said I could not cancel my order even though it has not shipped. This was to be a Christmas gift. I will never use them again. I ordered a pair of Timberland boots and was told 7-10 days and after 6 days no communication and or tracking number. I called and was told that they were in "process" but still could not give me a viable date for delivery, everything was very vague. Don't bother w/ this company, I'd rather pay a bit more and be able to get what I ordered in a timely fashion and or before I'm too old to even wear them. I’m so glad I decided to listen to the few good reviews Shoes.com has. I’d been eyeing this one particular pair of Docs for a while but I couldn’t get myself to pay almost $200. After doing some digging I was able to find them here for about $80 dollars cheaper. I ordered them and everything went as smoothly as it could’ve gone. My husband ordered my running shoes off this site, after finding an amazing deal. After he placed the order, and the money was immediately debited from our account, he still hadn’t received a confirmation email, so began to research the site. Right away we started freaking out after reading all the horrible reviews. We made a call the bank and try to cancel the transaction, as it was after hours for the company and we couldn’t get through. Our bank wasn’t able to cancel, but told us that if we were unable to cancel the order with the company, or any other problems with the transaction, they would be able to open a dispute for us and get our money back.
The next day my husband was able to get a hold of the company and they sent a confirmation email right away. Still, we had all the reviews we read in the back of our minds, and still weren’t too sure how this would turn out for us, but did take a gamble as we did read SOME good reviews. The shoes shipped within a day or 2 of placing the order. I’ve read other reviews that said the shoes they received were ‘Chinese knock-offs’, so I made sure to look up detailed photos of the shoe we ordered to compare when my order arrived, and my order actually shipped from Louisville, KY, so that also calmed our nerves.
The shoes arrived in the original Saucony box, and looked brand new. They are NOT knock offs. Aside from the anxiety from the bad reviews we read about the site/company, we had a VERY GOOD experience. We felt it was necessary to write this review, due to so many bad reviews that we did want to let other potential buyers know that the site is not all bad.

I ordered two pair of the above shoes; one in black and one in blue. Blue fit great. Black left shoe is loose. I contacted them about a refund and this is a portion of their response: "I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your item in such a short item. If you wish to send it back to us, we would be very happy to review it for any condition related to a manufacturers’ defect. We will conclude our defect review with one of the two following results: If the condition is related to a manufacturing defect, we will accept the item back. If it is determined that the condition is not related to a manufacturing defect, then the item will be returned to you." I'm appalled! Maybe they would like my foot, too. I ordered a pair of Boots October 11 - nothing received. Called 2 times. They couldn't find the order. Third call they say on October 30 that I should order again. I get the boots November 11. A month later and ship back. Return shipping costs $23 then they charge me $7 restocking fee. In the end I have two charges on credit card, more than $220 $23 shipping and $7 restocking for a $110 pair of boots that I don't have. RIP off. I emailed them 8 times and I called 7 times. They hang up on the call when they look up the problem.

I ordered and received a pair of shoes a few weeks ago and I am very disappointed with what I received. They are men’s Clarks brand Oxford shoes that supposedly retail for $90.00. The shoes are cheap junk that will probably last for 5-6 months. The fact that they are being advertised as retailing for $90.00 is false advertising. I have purchased hundreds of pairs of shoes in my lifetime and I very aware of shoe quality and price. These are the quality of shoes that are sold at KMART or Walmart. They are light as a feather with cheap uppers and plastic soles that will crack in a very short amount of time. There is also very little support.
I made the cardinal sin of wearing them for a few hours and was told they are not returnable. If shoes.com wants to sell garbage shoes that is fine, however lying to the customer about the supposed retail price and quality of their shoes is false advertising. I will be putting this review on the Better Business Bureau site and others and will definitely never shop at shoes.com again.

Shoes.com seems to be a very fraudulent company. I tried to buy 2 pairs of shoes. At checkout it repeatedly said my account was declined. This should have been my first clue because I knew there was nothing wrong with my account. After a couple more tries I finally decided to use my PayPal account. Every one of the charges were taken from my initial account! I emailed them with a polite request to fix it immediately. Then again several hours later with a more urgent request.
I then proceeded to call them and of course it's an automated system, but it asked me a couple questions on if I wanted to be entered in a drawing, then it just hung up on me. The next 2 calls, it just said the numbered couldn't be reached from my area??!!! The final call it picked up and hung up immediately. I finally got a tracking number email and UPS doesn't have such a number! I have never had issues ordering online, but now I have had to dispute charges and cancel my accounts and debit cards!

Was told to look for box that was nowhere to be found. Finally agent says to place order and give her order # so she could adjust amount billed. Well my Visa got billed full amount instead of adjusted amount and 5 days later when I saw charge I called. Got the Hollywood shuffle from service reps. She tells me 24 additional hours to credit my account. Spoke to her supervisor who tells me 5 additional business days before my account can be credited. Can't seem to get their lies straight. We placed a large order of shoes on Shoes.com. Almost every pair was poorly made. We have the exact same shoes from reputable local shoe stores and you could tell the difference - the shoes.com versions were cheaply made, with pieces sticking into the foot. Shoes.com insists on charging $6.95 for you to return their knock-off, defective shoes. They refuse to put a manager on the phone. They can not even speak directly into their speaker, so sound garbled and hard to understand. Never order from here.

Like many others on this review site, I had actually bought the shoes before checking the site if it was trustworthy or not and I was very afraid of what I was going to get. After I placed my order it took awhile for my confirmation email to send but when I got it, I realized I put the address in wrong. I was so stressed out and I tried to see if I could get UPS to correct the address since all the reviews said that the customer service was very bad. Ups told me that they couldn’t update the address for me so I called Shoes.com number hoping to be able to fix it. The lady on the phone was very helpful and understanding with me and she was able to change the address for me right away.
The shoes I got were actually Dr Martens for my friend last Christmas and I chose the write a review almost a year later because I remembered how bad the reviews were when I decided to buy a pair for myself. Despite all of the bad reviews here about the bad service and everything, I personally look here for cheaper prices before I buy from anywhere else and when my friend received his shoes, they were in perfect condition and he was really happy with them. Please give this site a try instead of reading all the bad reviews and decide not to. It could save an extra buck or two.

My experience could not have been better. Ordered my shoes on 9/4/19. Order was confirmed immediately, with estimated arrival on 9/6/19. They arrived today 9/6/19 as promised. Shoes are of good quality, size was correct and both shoes new. The price was excellent. Shoes are very comfortable, as I wore them all day. Wife said they were of the same quality as her look alike from LL Bean. I read many of the bad reviews that shoes.com had received. This wasn’t my experience. I couldn’t be happier about this purchase.

Ordered a pair of Reebok sublite tactical composite toe duty boots for work. Took them 8 days to ship the item after the order was processed. Unfortunately I had to import these to Canada as Reebok doesn’t sell them here. After I paid the $60 duty fee I received the item, which turned out to have a missing rivet in one of the eyelets. Shoes.com wouldn’t even compensate me for the return shipping and the shipping of a new pair let alone the duties I would have to pay to export the defective pair to the US and import the new pair.
Took 15 minutes on the phone with a rep (took even longer to get someone on the line) speaking in very broken English to realize I won’t see a replacement unless I pay for it. This website is run by scumbags who evidently don’t give a damn about selling defective products, and especially don’t care about their customers. These are the types of people who deserve to be bankrupt by Amazon, and with this level of “customer service” I hope it won’t take too long.

Don't be fooled. At first, I was very happy with shoes.com. The website is easy to use on mobile and PC, ordering is streamlined and simple, and the return policy is posted plainly for all to see. They also run sales all the time, which I liked. I initially purchased 2 pairs: sandals and flip flops. The sandals fit perfectly while the flip flops were made with such a small strap that I'm convinced it is defective. I could not fit it on my feet, and I'm very familiar with the products of this particular line. Their 9.5 feels the same across the brand. I called the customer service number, and the gentleman on the other line was more than happy to do a return or exchange because the size was too small (he disregarded that I felt the product was defective because of the insanely small strap size).
Exchanges involve the customer shipping the product back so that shoes.com can resell it, the company refunds the money, and then the customer calls again to place a new order for the same shoe in a different size. I asked for a shipping label via the mail. This shipping label never came. The agent specified up to 2 weeks for it to arrive, so I waited. Shoes.com was running a sale on the shoe I wanted, so I went ahead and purchased it in the next largest size. When that arrived, I found that it was too large. I walked a few paces to make sure. I called customer service again, this time asking for an emailed shipping label for both pairs. They sent it immediately, and I packed up the shoes and sent them back.
A few days later, I received them back in the mail saying that they had been worn in, the soles were dirty, and there are dirty toe imprints. When I called customer service again to ask about it, the agent had a different tone from previous agents. He told me that there was nothing I could do and I was not going to get my money back. I told him everything, from my first attempt and how I couldn't even wear the shoe, and how I felt like a clown with oversized shoes with the second pair so I didn't wear those beyond trying them on. I expressed my opinion that the 9.5 is very likely defective. He said that the warehouse has already made their decision. I am floored. I'm out about $130 for 2 pairs of shoes that I can't wear. I'm certain that the warehouse employees are instructed to find and construct reasons to avoid returns. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered a pair of shoes and they were delivered 10 days later. The shoes were too large and I asked to exchange the shoes for the same, but smaller size. I shipped the shoes back and received a credit. The smaller shoes did not ship for another 10 days and I asked that they be sent to my other house since I would no longer be at the vacation house. They refused, so since the total transaction was now just about 3 weeks, and vacation is over, and I am back to work, I can only guess that UPS left the shoes on the porch of our vacation house. Maybe we will go there for Thanksgiving. This company takes too long to process orders. Amazon has spoiled us with one or two day delivery. I WILL NEVER shop at shoes.com again

I just lost $100 in two pair of shoes that I can't no longer use. After the first wear it gave me blisters. I called customer service and they told me that it can't be returned because they were already used. No wonder this shoes are cheaper than retail. My advice will be to stay away from this website. My mistake was not to read reviews before the purchase.

I receive the shoes as a gift from my daughter, and I was away for a few weeks. When I tried to return them 61 days after receipt, they said they had a 60 day return policy, and will not accept them. Very sad.

I ordered shoes on June 27th - it is now July 31st and I was told that the order was abandoned at UPS - and that I would need to pay $67 to get the order sent to me. When I asked for a refund, I was told that this wasn't possible because the order was abandoned. I did not receive a notice from UPS, I did not receive a call, so I now I will lose my money for these shoes, because I will not pay $67 more dollars for a delivery that should have happened weeks ago and it was not my fault in any way that the package wasn't delivered to my address. PLEASE DO NOT order from Shoes.com - it is not set up to respond to you and when and if your order goes missing, you will not get a refund, even if it was not your fault. I purchased a pair of Steve Madden sandals on shoes.com because they were the best price. Upon receiving them, I tried them on for 30 seconds and hated the way they looked so took them off immediately. I shipped them back and waited for the credit to appear on my credit card. Instead of a credit, to my complete and utter shock, shoes.com shipped the same shoes back to me with hand-written note claiming the shoes were worn, not in condition to resell and unreturnable. They are literally in perfect condition. Not one scuff, mark, dirt or sign of wear. They claim the soles look dirty. Maybe my kitchen floor isn't the cleanest, showing the most slightest sign of walking around for 30 seconds but they were obviously not worn outdoors. It is appalling the company would accuse me of wearing and trying to return. They must be having trouble selling these shoes so they're trying to punish an honest consumer. I ordered a pair of Skechers from this company and the medium was way too wide. I tried at least 6 times to obtain a return label. How convenient that it does not seem to print online. When I called on two separate occasions I was assured each time the Label would be mailed to my home. It never was. I removed myself from the mailing list and will tell anyone who will listen to buy you shoes anywhere else except Shoes.com. I had dealt with this company for many years and never had a problem until Walmart bought them.

I bought a pair of Skechers. I wore them 3 or 4 times when a seam gave out opened up a 2 inch hole. I returned (through Google Express) and shoes.com refused the return because the shoes were “not in a condition to be resold”. Of course they couldn’t be re-sold because they were obviously defective. I will never buy again from this seller! I buy a lot from Zappos and have always had a good experience. I only bought here because I wanted to give some business to a smaller company. Unfortunately this one does not stand behind their products.

I accidentally made an online purchase late at night on 7/17. I immediately called to have it canceled but it was outside of business hours and the prerecorded message advised to send an email, which I promptly did asking for them to cancel the order. I never heard back so I called at 8am the next day and spoke with a representative. I requested the order be canceled and he said he put in a cancellation request, no issue because it had no shipped and that I would receive a confirmation email stating it was canceled. Nothing came.
I emailed again that night asking them to please confirm that the order was canceled. Still no response. Woke up today to a shipping confirmation. This is HORRIBLE customer service. Don’t ask your customers to email you if you do not plan on replying and don’t have your representatives either make false promises or not do their job correctly. Even better, returns are not free so I would have to pay even more to send back the shoes.

I stumbled across a huge sale on Shoes.com and loaded up my cart. Two days later, I received individual emails for 20+ items that were cancelled "At my request" according to the email. These items were NOT cancelled at my request. I admit that I was suspicious of the deeply discounted prices, and when I called customer service to discuss these cancellations, one agent admitted that *I* paid the wrong price. After I said that it isn't my problem that their website advertised the wrong price, I was hung up on. I called back and asked for a supervisor right away.
The supervisor was very polite and receptive, but after he pulled up my order with all the cancellations (60% of my items cancelled), he put me on a hold and then came back with a very curt, dismissive tone and worked overtime trying to get me off the phone by insisting that he will have a manager call me within 24-48 hours. He told me that the items that I had purchased went out of stock after I paid, but that lucky for me, they were back in stock now and I can buy the items again at full price!
For example, he referenced a Sorel boot that I purchased for $24.95, and he said that I can place the order again for $190. I said that I didn't believe that 20+ items went out of stock at once and then were all back in stock 2 days later, and that the prices that I paid should be honored. No luck. They were clearly trying to cover their tracks with the emails leading with "At your request, we have cancelled the item below". Who can I contact about this?! I want them to be held accountable, and I want my order fulfilled!

The individuals in customer service, I have experienced, do not speak audible English and speak barely above a whisper. They are rude, disrespectful and never listen to requests. They place you on hold for 10-20+ minutes with no apologies and at times abruptly hang up the phone, if you request to speak with a supervisor. I honestly do not know how they remain in business. PLUS they charge you $7.00 for EACH PAIR of shoes you return!!!! At one time the company was pleasant to deal with...not any longer!!!! STAY AWAY AND RETAIN YOUR SANITY!

I recently ordered some luggage from this company. A 2 piece set and a single piece. I received an email about a week after placing the orders and was told that the 1 piece is out of stock so order was cancelled. It is now 2 1/2 weeks since placing both orders and my luggage set (2 piece) has still not shipped. I called on Tuesday when I got the email about the first order being cancelled and was told that the 2nd order (2 piece) was shipping that day. I called today to to find out status because the website is still saying 'in process'. Was told there is a delay in shipping that order... I cancelled the 2nd order... Let's see how long it takes for this to happen!!!!

Be warned: Shoes.com has very bad customer service, they don't care about you. Bought Skechers sandals at Shoes.com. They were really tight but I thought they would stretch-out, so I wore them for 1 day. At the end of the day, they were cutting off circulation to my feet causing cramps in my legs so bad that I needed a massage on my legs the next day. Shoes.com will not refund or exchange because I wore them 1 day. Period, no discussion. I wish I had read reviews of this company before giving them my money.

This is my first time ever writing a review for anything (of course I'll be honest). I found a pair of TOMS on the website for really cheap ($30). I was skeptic at first (especially with all these reviews) but decided to go ahead and place my order. At first, I never got the order confirmation email, so I tried calling them (they never picked up, although it was 9PM at night, even though on their website it says they are open till midnight). The following morning, I called again and the customer service representative (John) sent me my email immediately while I was on the phone, and he was very nice (although sluggish and very slow). The following day, I got another email saying my order was shipped. I began tracking my package until I began to notice that my shipment was no longer being scanned. I called UPS and they told me at first, that they never received the package in the first place.
I began to panic. "OH NO, the people writing the reviews were right! This is all a scam!" was my initial reaction. I then called the customer service line at Shoes.com again and this time I spoke with Julian. She told me that they had shipped the package and continued to reassure me; however, she would give me an attitude every now and then and I would always hear all of the other employees talking and chuckling in the background so to me it seemed very unprofessional. I took her word but I then kindly asked what would happen if I never received my package. Once again with an attitude, she said I would have to wait for 24 hours and they would do an investigation for 10 days (which kind of seemed unlikely especially with the way this company seems to work). I then contacted UPS again and turns out THEY ended up LOSING my package (It's free ground shipping, so what can we expect, right?).
Now, this has never happened to me before with UPS. So I'm wondering if there was something fishy to begin with in terms of the label the Shoes.com people stuck on there on my box or if this all just happened to be a coincidence. So UPS ended up launching an investigation and they happened to find my shipment within 2 hours (turns out it was only 30 minutes away from my house). Long story short, I finally get my shipment in the mail (although it was delayed by a day) and when I opened my box, there was the separate shoe box inside with my actual shoes. The TOMS box was all beat up, so I immediately thought that they must have been used. However, once I opened the actual shoe box, I saw my new TOMS which were all fresh, clean, and authentic TOMS (I can tell since I already own many pairs, most of them being from the real TOMS website). There were no stains, no weird markings, nothing. It even had the tags still attached.
I don't know if I got lucky but based off my experience, I don't think I would ever order here again. The panic and the anxiety (including many sleepless nights thinking about this) that I went through trying to contact these people was not worth the money. I would rather pay extra money and buy somewhere else. Even though the shoes were perfect and they fit me (and I do not have to return them THANK GOD), do yourselves a favor and buy from a real website that provides superior customer service and actually does do FREE RETURNS (not $6.95 restocking fee). I don't have anything against my shoes, just the experience that I had which I blame UPS partially as well (however, the UPS customer service was excellent and far superior to Shoes.com).
Everything seems very shady about this website and I feel unless you go out of your way to talk to a customer service representative from the Shoes.com department, I really do not think anything gets done. It's a constant push and shove which I have NEVER experienced before. At the end of the day, I now know to only buy from websites that are trustworthy and have good customer reviews. Lesson learned!

They sent my original wrong size shoes back to me and no refund! I had emailed and called them a few times during my wait for refund and nobody told me that I wasn't getting a refund. I am writing this review because I almost did not order the shoes from this website after reading poor reviews. The boots I was interested are normally $150 but they were 40% less on Shoes.com and they also had my size in the color I wanted. I think Amazon Prime has many people expecting too much. My timetable for ordering: ordered shoes on Tuesday morning by 8pm shipping confirmed via email with tracking. The shoes which were shipped ground for free took six days arriving on Monday of the following week. I was willing to take the chance that the size I ordered would work because their return policy clearly states a restocking fee will be charged. I don’t have to return as they are the right fit. I’m glad I took the chance as the color was not on sale or available in my size on any other well known shopping websites. Good experience.

Ordered a pair of shoes ($148.00). Got the shoes, tried them on. I had ordered the wrong size. I tried to exchange them but they did not have my size so I returned them (restocking fee). The style is wrong, the color is wrong and the shoes are 2 sizes too big in width - I don't know who these would fit. $34 down the drain; thankfully it wasn't more. Ridiculous.

I ordered some shoes from Shoes.com in late March to wear on a trip in June. Tried them on in early June and discovered that the company sent two different sizes (left shoe is a size 7 and right shoe is a size 6.5). I called the company to set up a return, but they claim that they are unable to accept returns beyond 60 days from purchase. I purchased the shoes 71 days ago. This is ridiculous as the shoes are unworn, in original packaging, and they still carry the shoes on the website!
There is no reason that the company can't make an exception, especially since they made they made the mistake in the first place. So I am left with two shoes that I can't wear and there are two unmatched shoes somewhere in a warehouse that they can never sell (or I guess they will sell them to someone and then refuse to accept a return, like they did to me). I will not be returning to Shoes.com for my future shopping needs and I will be sure to share the outcome of this unacceptable experience with my friends and colleagues.

I attempted to order a pair of shoes on Memorial Day. I put in all of my information and hit submit and I was still on the order review page, but I received a text on my phone confirming a charge for $61.57 by Shoes.com. I waited for 30 minutes or so and never received a confirmation email. So, I called customer service and spoke to a guy who told me that my order did not go through and he would put in a request for a refund. I waited a few days and still nothing. I called customer service again and spoke to a female. I told her about my previous call and she said that she would look into it. She ended up telling me that there was no record of my order and without an order number she could not issue a refund. So, how am I supposed to get my refund??!! I know this is a bare bones operation but have used them for years. This time though, my order never came. My son literally has NO shoes that are not way too small and we desperately needed these shoes fast. After 6 days, I called to see where it was. I was told they didn't know and they would have to have an internal inquiry. Several days later I got billed for a restocking fee claiming I had returned them. UPS says it never left their warehouse. I had to argue about getting the fee returned. They have not yet credited me. I asked them to send the shoes I had waited for for 8 days expedited and they said I would have to pay for fast shipping. They promise shoes in 2-5 days which they do not make good on. When I complained they said they are not allowed to correct these problems. I am ready to pay twice as much at Zappos. At least it won't shave years off my life and my son might not have to go weeks barefoot. Shesh.

I returned shoes that I didn't even take out of the shoe box, I didn't like them after looking at a similar pair. Then a few weeks later the same kind of shoes were sent to me in a box but no shoe box and the shoes had dirt on them. I called Shoes.com and asked why they were sent. They said their warehouse said I sent them back without the shoe box (false). They would have to make an investigation to see if I was lying or their warehouse workers were lying. The investigation would take 5 business days. Shop at your own risk at Shoes.com, and don't expect them to be helpful if you have (or they make up) a problem. Stick with Zappos or Amazon or your local retailer.

I ordered 2 pairs of Women Comfy Platform Sandal Shoes, 1 4D Full Suppot Insole & 1 Professional Orthopedic Bunion Corrector 3.0 on April 27, 2019 for a total of 75.95, shipping free. It was charged to my credit card on 4-29-19 for $79.95. It has been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything about when they were shipped. When I try to check on them it says to go to my tracking number and check but I have never received a tracking number so I assume it hasn't been shipped. I don't know if this is a scam because I can't get a phone number or can't get anyone in customer service online. If I don't hear anything in the next week I'll go to my credit card company and have them to charge the amount back to them. I'm disappointed because they looked like the kind of shoes I could wear on my vacation the 28th.

I returned a pair of black, size 9 1/2 ASICS tennis shoes because they were too small. Three weeks later I received a package from Shoes.com with a pair of white VANS size 6 and a note saying they couldn't accept the VANS because I didn't order them. I didn't buy VANS nor did a return a pair of VANS. I don't know what happened to my shoes but they said they would do an investigation. Unfortunately, I purchased them with a gift card I received at Christmas (it's now May) and as of now I'm stuck with a pair of VANS that are three sizes too small. I went to my local UPS store and asked if the ASICS could have fallen out and they accidentally mixed up my shoes with a different delivery and they said absolutely not.

Ordered 2 pairs of men’s shoes (size 10). Same shoe. Just different colors. After 7 days I received 1 correct shoe and one completely wrong - women’s size 11. Called their “customer service” and was hung up on. Called back and was told by Sandra I had to print out a return slip and drop it off at USPS. No problem. I asked, “So when can I expect the shoe I ordered to arrive.” Sandra said, “You will be refunded and you’ll have to order the shoe again.” Spoke to a Supervisor (Antonio). He was as unhelpful as Sandra. Customer Service does not exist at this company. If you have nothing better to do than return things you didn’t order and reorder the same item multiple times then this is your place! Then when they shipped out the shoes they charged me again for each pair of shoes as they shipped. So I was charged again for the entire order. When I called them I got a ** rude customer service agent who basically said, "Oh well that’s exactly how this company works" and didn’t care that I had not authorized the additional charges. He said the funds would eventually get refunded to me but the company operates basically on falsely charges funds that they hold till they legally have to return your money. When I initially looked at this site I was excited because the prices seemed reasonable and they were having a sale of an extra 20% off. Well to this day I still have no idea what shoes you had to buy to get the extra 20% discount because it didn’t work on anything I tried it on. I ended up buying a pair of tennis shoes from this site and they didn’t fit right so I had to return them. When I called to get a return label I was told there would be a $6.95 restocking fee. What?? They are shoes! The only way around the $6.95 was to purchase another pair of shoes. When I questioned the restocking fee the woman recited from her script the same thing (which still made no sense). Needless to say, I will never shop this site again.

I can now see that these people may or may not be notorious for making “payment adjustments” whenever they please without the consent or knowledge of the consumer. First and foremost, when I’ve came across the website I was a little skeptical because all of the shoes displayed appeared tacky, but I’ve decided to give them a chance and purchased two pairs of Converses, one black and one pink.
However!!! When trying on the pink pair, which was some sort of sneaker boot, they’ve felt really tight around my toes and it was a size bigger than my actual shoe size so. Anyway, I’ve decided to donate one pair to Goodwill and gave the other one to my mother... But the only reason why I’m complaining right now is the fact that they’ve made ANOTHER payment adjustment on my credit card, and I can’t even make a report on this one. So, fellow consumers, beware of shopping from this company, because it seems to me that their notoriety includes selling defective products and STEALING money from consumers bank/credit card accounts.

I ordered some shoes from Shoes.com because the website said that exchanges are free. So I felt confident to place a order. First let me say that the shoes that they send are of very poor quality. They may have a brand name on them but they look like they are rejects from the company. So not only did I send them back because they look awful. I also sent them back because they didn't fit. I went through the correct process to send them back according the papers that came with the shoes.
Because the website said that exchanges are free I thought nothing of it at first. Then at the end of the process before you place your order for the exchange it says it will be charged to your credit card. I thought to myself should I go through with this. I hesitated but I went ahead and place the order. Well I checked my credit card account the next day and found out that I got charged for the new order even though I sent the other shoes back to the company. So I got charged for the shoes I sent back and for the shoes I just ordered. So this company is robbing people of their money. This company is advertising false information.

Do not purchase with this company!! I wish I had read these reviews before making my purchase. This company is horrible to work with! They make dishonest claims on their website and then give you the runaround (each time a different excuse). I paid for next day shipping only to be told that next day shipping means they ship out the next business day. Right on the shoe page that I ordered, it said ships same day if ordered by a certain time that I was well before. When I realized the shoes would not arrive in time (they were a gift for someone for a specific event), I called. Customer service was seriously rude and kept contradicting themselves, giving excuses that didn't make sense and even flat out lying.
When I was told the person I was speaking to couldn't do anything and I requested a supervisor that could, I was told multiple times someone would get back to me within 24-48 hrs. Another lie. I called back three days later and was given the excuse that the manager is very busy. Finally received a callback and was told they would not refund my money even though they did not next day ship it. There aren't words to express how frustrating this experience was. The shoes were as described but I will never order from Shoes.com again.

I bought a pair of UGG boots from this store and only wore them twice. The suede began to shred and peel, so I called customer service. I had to send them back to be revised and they told me it was NOT a manufacturer defect, so they didn't do anything about it. This is a mediocre company with an awful customer service. I have recently had a terrible experience with Shoes.com and want to alert people to their scam. I ordered a hiking shoe which somehow shrunk due to material, etc. and they refused to refund my account or credit my Shoes.com account. The shoe was returned because it was DEFECTIVE, but they would not consider this because the shoes could not be resold. Why would anyone try to resell a DEFECTIVE shoe? They just kept using the policy for returning wrong sized shoes which was not the issue. The workers here are trained to SCAM you at every angle and speaking with a manager has no effect. When asked who the owner of this company was and for an email for this person, they had no IDEA who owned this company or how to locate them for complaints. No surprise there. DO NOT SHOP HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Fine print said there were exceptions to some brands, but did not list the brands. Still figured I'd order because of free shipping. I received the item and it doesn't fit as I thought it would. Was hoping the shoes would slip on easily like Sperry's boat shoes, but they don't. Decided to return and find out there is a $6.95 restocking fee. Should have ordered directly from Sperry even though I would have paid shipping. Wish I had seen this site first and all of the bad reviews. I would never had ordered if I did.

Was my first order with them. Ordered a pair of canvas slip on with open heel as shown on their website. Order confirmation showed the picture. Product came - wrong style - closed heel. No paperwork with the shipment. Called customer service. Took forever for them to understand the problem - the order # and style # meant nothing to them. Supervisor (Joseph?) was of no help. Sending the shoes back. No more business with them.

OK despite reading the Numerous bad reviews that are right here on this site I decided to buy a pair of ostrich skin Belvedere shoes and let me tell you I couldn’t kick myself in the ** enough. The shoe fit horribly it. My foot does not even go inside. Second they’re offering a 25% off. Are used a brand that was listed in the 25% off and it did not deduct any money. I called about my second day air that I pay 10 extra dollars for and I got the runaround for three days before my package was finally shipped five days later and they offered to refund me my shipping and also added a 15% off which they did apply but I still got my shoes extra late and then when I get them they don’t fit.
This was the worst Shoe experience I have ever had and I will never ever ever buy from Shoes.com again. Not to mention my shoes seem like they’re fake. They’ll waive them. The sole looks like it’s glued down. The she just doesn’t look comfortable so I’m actually glad I didn’t wear it. Not to mention the shoes didn’t even come with the return shipping. Shoppers need to know that when purchasing from Shoes.com they do not include a return shipping label or not even a packing slip, so when I called them to ask how to return they said to print a label at home. Well not everyone has a printer at home, and then they said they would mail me one, and I never received it so I to call again to finally receive it a MONTH LATER. It was like they dragged it out so they would not have to refund me because you only have 6 weeks from purchase, then they said they received my return and refunded me WHICH THEY DID NOT. It is a good thing I bought them through Walmart, which was more than happy to intervene and refund me. The whole thing was a nightmare. I wear a true 7 in heels. I received a size 7 but were unfortunately too big on the heel which I discovered the first and only time I wore them. I was told I could not exchange for a smaller size (this is their policy). I was ok with their policy - except for the customer service rep was so rude and asked me why I didn't walk around my house first?... And.. if I was a store I would have purchased them without walking around. UMMM Nooo. Leather shoes fit differently for different sizes and you don't get a good feel unless you "wear them." I would have been ok with a solid "I'm sorry ma'am that's not our policy" but the rudeness sent me over the edge.

I bought a pair of winter boots that did not fit. To return them and get another pair, I was required to purchase the second pair which would be refunded when the first pair was returned. I returned the first pair, and followed up with emails asking for a status of my refund, which were never returned. Much later, the first pair landed back on my doorstep rejecting the return because the box was damaged. The boots were fine, but the box was damaged in the shipping return. I believe this to be a classic bait and switch in my opinion. They bait you into doubling down, go radio silent and then drop ship the shoes much later so you don't even have a chance to return either pair. The customer service department has a script they read to you so they are well schooled in playing the game. In my opinion this company is unethical and lacks integrity and it is a shame that they are allowed to use the mail and commerce to further their business model. Buyer Beware!

I was at first delighted to find a discontinued Keen "sneaker" at Shoes.com similar to one I had tried on in a shoe store. The one at Shoes.com was my preference of color and even a bit less expensive. I have an ankle injury that makes it difficult to find shoes I can wear that don't rub that deformed ankle. I knew within the first few steps the shoes I purchased from Shoes.com were not going to work, too painful on that ankle. I walked inside my house perhaps 50 feet just to make sure. I immediately inspected the shoes for any dirt, repackaged as close to new as possible. Called Shoes.com and they emailed me a return shipping label. I learned on that email about their restocking fee. I printed the label, shipped them UPS the next day, they arrived at Shoes.com 4/3.
Today (4/9) I get the shoes back from Shoes.com with a note in the box saying the shoes could not be returned. They were scuffed and dirty, unable to resell. Indeed the shoes are somewhat scuffed and dusty. They did not leave my house this way! I called Shoes.com. Though courteous, the supervisor said they would review the photos they took of the shoes when they arrived at the warehouse. Well of course they will look scuffed and somewhat dirty in their photos. I wholeheartedly believe they damaged their own product to not process a return! Fortunately my credit card company is going to challenge them on this. As others have said: BUYERS BEWARE!

I purchased two pairs of Converse. I returned them because they were too big. I received only one refund minus the restocking fee for my purchase. I called customer service. The lady was so rude and stated "well we did refund your money, you need to call your credit card company." I waited 3 days later and still no refund. I called again and talked to a gentleman and he was very helpful. He told me that they came from two different warehouses so I may have to wait a few more days to get my refund. Received a postcard from Shoes.com with Promo Code for "25% OFF*". It listed some exceptions like "previously purchased items", "participating brands only". On the back, it says in big letters "JUST FOR YOU 25% OFF* PLUS FREE SHIPPING, NO MINIMUM". Below that, it lists 9 brands with their official logos. I tried to order shoes from one of those brands. Surprise - no discount. From their customer service: "Most of our promotions have brand exclusions and are only available on participating brands." So, apparently, the brands they listed for 25% discount are actually excluded. That is fraud, plain and simple.

I ordered some Dr. Martens in a size 3y (US size). I receive a size 4. When I called to inform them I sent the boots back they said they sent the right size because it was a size 3 (in UK size). I've been a customer for many years and my last order was sent to a five-year old address stored in their system.. I did not input that address for mailing this item so I'm not sure how it was sent there, but company claims I must have input the address. UPS couldn't try picking up the package since I didn't call, inquiring about its whereabouts until after five days, past their window for pickup. I called Shoes.com several times requesting that shoes be refunded or replaced but they refused claiming I was at fault.
You would think that the cost of losing a customer & other customers due to bad reviews would be greater than the cost of one pair of shoes, but I guess they don't see it that way. Just to add, they had one supervisor tell me I would be issued a refund just to blow me off, and when it didn't happen, I called again and another supervisor told me there would be no refund. I asked whether they really wanted to risk the bad press, but they didn't care. BTW, UPS says they come across situations all the time when items are sent to old addresses and companies always make good on it. Would never do business with Shoes.com again!!!!

I ordered a pair of Hunter boots and paid for 2 day shipping. After I submitted my payment info I received a confirmation telling me it could take 1-5 days to even ship my boots. I needed them in 2 days and that's what I paid for. I emailed customer service and received a standard explanation of how they would ship in 1-5 days. I chatted with a rep to try to cancel the order but there was no guarantee of that. I asked for my $10 shipping to be refunded since the site misled me. Nope. No refund. This place is a ripoff. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from shoes.com and they were too big so I went to the website and did an exchange for a smaller size. When you exchange it's the same as processing a new order - you have to pay for the shoes again and they send you a label for the return. After almost 2 weeks and several emails I was told I would not be getting a refund because I did not put the shoe boxes in a separate box, so the shoe boxes not the shoes were damaged so they could not resell them because they did not have an original shoe box. I told them since I've paid for the shoes I expect them back. We'll see if that happens. Right now I've basically paid for 3 shoe boxes. Even if they send these shoes back to me I have 3 pairs of shoes I can't wear because they're too big. I will never order from this company again. If I had read the reviews before I wouldn't have ordered to start with. I've learned an expensive lesson.

Placed an order on Feb 1st for work boots for my husband. Order confirmation says it will bill to my PayPal upon shipment. It bills out right away, but I don't get a shipping confirmation. By Feb 10th, I still have not received the shoes or a shipping confirmation and email Shoes.com. They email back that it is taking longer to process than usual and have to contact the manufacturer. I still get no further updates, so I email again on Feb 18th telling them to cancel the order immediately and refund the payment that they weren't supposed to take until the order shipped.
I basically get a reply back that they'll look into it but may not be able to cancel the order due to it already being transmitted to the warehouse. 'We cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled'. Then I receive an order cancellation on Feb 19th and it credits back to my payment account on Feb 20th. So, I really just loaned them $100 to make interest off of me for most of February. Lesson learned: even if their website says 'in stock', it may not really be in stock.

I have purchased this exact boots previously. I found, what I thought to be, a great price for the exact pair of boots at Shoes.com. They sent me a knock off. The exterior of the boots said the brand (Baffin). The liner was completely inferior, and actually so was the exterior. I called Shoes.com customer service to return the boots. Because I wore them, they offered me a 30% refund! I explained that this is not the quality I have come to expect from this brand. Shoes.com lied to me and were stealing my money. Purchased a pair of shoes online and almost immediately decided I didn’t want them. (Husband and a friend both said they were ugly!) So I tried to cancel the order but had already received notification through email that they were shipping. I called customer service To request a return label. I sent the shoes back and waited Several days without hearing anything. Ultimately I called at least three times looking for information about my refund. I was told the warehouse was evaluating my return. I explained there was nothing to evaluate. The shoes never even came out of the box.
Ultimately I came home from work one day to find the shoes had been returned to me and we’re sitting on my front porch. Inside was a note saying that they could not be refunded because they have been worn and could not be resold!!!! I WAS TOTALLY FLOORED AND COMPLETELY LIVID!!! It was bad enough they were going to keep $6.95 for a restocking fee! But they flat out lied and committed fraud in order to keep my money. If you choose to do business with them, I strongly suggest using PayPal so that you have some kind of fire protection because you will need it.

I ordered a pair of boots from Shoes.com. They arrived and were too big. I sent them back and exchanged for another pair. I was charged for the second pair prior to being refunded for the first. I never received a refund for the first pair as they said the shoes were worn and could not resale. That is a complete fabrication. I purchase a pair of winter boots. They were cheap I admit but they had absolutely no support for my arch so I chose to return them. I followed their return procedure and got confirmation they had the shoes at their warehouse. I never received anything from them stating they had received them which is their stated process. After six business days, I sent an email asking about my refund. No response. I called two days later and talked to customer service. They said 5 more business days. No acknowledgment that it had already been 8.
Called on that fifth day and they said I would have a refund on the next business day by the end of the day. Instead a UPS box with the shoes showed up at my door with the shoes inside saying they couldn’t be returned because they had been worn and the soles were dirty. I literally wore them for less than five minutes on the carpet in the house. I am now pursuing through my credit card company because this is dishonest business. I will do everything I can to let others know before they have an issue like mine.

I do the majority of my apparel shopping online and this was by far my worst experience ever. This "company" is a complete scam!! I purchased a pair of Blundstones for my boyfriend for Christmas and I accidentally ordered a size 10 (not realizing they were in Australian sizes) when he needed a 9. So I exchange this pair for the 9 and everything is fine so far. Then I receive the size 9 pair and my boyfriend still is having trouble with the fit so we just decide to return them all together. I send the boots back on January 14th and they arrive at the warehouse on the 17th. Well two weeks later and I still received no update emails or my refund so I call the horrid customer service number and I'm told that the refund will appear in 3 to 5 days.
Okay, 5 days pass and I call back and of course, I'm frustrated but told the EXACT same thing about the refund happening in yet another three to five days and that they are behind from Christmas returns but I'm told I'll receive a confirmation email this time with 24 hours. What do ya know, I don't get any emails or my refund. Then earlier this week I received the SAME PAIR of size 9 shoes back on my doorstep and told they are nonreturnable due to "being worn" when they were only tried on inside my house!!! The tags are still attached!!! I'm beyond pissed off to say the least. Today on the phone I was told that they will review their return photos once more and contact me through email within two days but I won't hold my breath. Will have to list the boots on eBay if I want my money back. Seriously save your time and money and shop elsewhere. It's not worth the headache to save $20.

On Sunday afternoon I ordered a pair of slippers for a friend who is in the hospital. I selected overnight shipping at a cost of $20 so I could get them as soon as possible. The company shipped them via UPS - another lousy company. I expected to receive the package on Tuesday. I checked the tracking number on Monday, and it indicated that UPS had only received the label, not the package.
I called Shoes.com and asked when I could expect to receive the package. The woman I spoke with told me “overnight” means after a “processing” time of 1 to 5 days. I told her no other company does that - overnight means you get the package the day after you order it. I asked her to refund the overnight shipping charge, and she refused. I talked to a manager who said I would receive the package on Tuesday. That was a lie. Then I tried to unsubscribe from their emails. The website was incomprehensible, so I had to call them again to have customer service unsubscribe me. Worst company ever. Don’t buy from Shoes.com.

I ordered a pair of Old Friend Clog slippers and the cost was $69 (US).+ $25 (US) shipping. The slippers arrived C.O.D. by UPS. Shoes.com never mentioned on their site: Customs, Broker's Fee GST (provincial sales tax) on the slippers and Broker's Fee. the cost was $47. (CDN)= $35.55 (US). These $69 shoes cost me $170 (CDN)= $128 (US) I live in Canada. Nowhere on Shoes.com checkout page, there is any mention of Duty, Broker's Fee, Tax or C.O.D. The clogs are nice but not $170 nice. Anyone from Canada purchasing shoes from Shoes.com had better be beware of hidden costs and fees.

If I can give this company 0 stars, I would. I purchased a pair of boots as a gift with the correct size. Shoes.com shipped me the wrong size in UK sizing. The shoes were then immediately returned. During the two weeks of not been issued a refund, a customer rep told me that "it was still processing." Shoes.com then returned the same pair of shoes (wrong size) again because the box that it was shipped it was so called "damaged." The box is nowhere near damage whatsoever. I just spoke with the manager John who refused to issue a refund. The only thing that he could come up with was a 10% discount. When I disagreed and asked them repeatedly to honor their refund policy John stated that he couldn't do anything and that he would give me a 30% discount.
I informed John that I ONLY wanted a refund and that the shoes have never been worn and that the box is not damaged at all. John still refuse to issue a refund and still stated that there is NOTHING that he could do. As a first time customer I am disappointed, disgusted and appalled at the audacity this business. I was advised manager Steven will be giving me a call in 48 hours. However based on previous reviews, this is NOT the first time that this company has done something like that.

I ordered a pair of shoes from here for my daughter for Christmas. They were Vans, and the price was like $20 cheaper than everywhere else. When I placed my order, I did not get any email confirmation. I googled the company, saw all these terrible reviews and started to panic! I called the customer service line, they found my order and immediately sent the email confirmation. Shoes arrived, they were perfect. Turned out to be too big, but that wasn't the fault of Shoes.com. I had to return the shoes. (And by the time Christmas was over, they no longer had that shoe, so I couldn't get it in the smaller size - luckily I did find it in a store, so daughter was happy!)
I was again super worried having read all the bad reviews about returns. I put the shoes back into their shoebox, and put that box inside of a larger cardboard box, adding a little crumpled newspaper to keep everything protected. Got the return label from them. I don't object to the $6.95 restocking fee because they provide you with a return label so you're not paying the shipping. Most companies (except maybe Zappos) don't give you a prepaid return label.
Anyway, I tracked the package with its UPS tracking number and it took over a week to arrive. Once arrived, I did not receive any notification so after a couple of days I called. Customer service told me that from when they receive the item back it takes 3-5 days to process the return. Within that time period I got an email from them confirming the return, and today I got notification from my credit card company of the credit. Customer service was perfectly pleasant and helpful both times I called. I write all these details just to let folks know that it CAN work out great. I was SOOOO worried, but had zero problems with my order.

I ordered work boots for my son, after giving my credit card I was told that it didn't go through. Got an alert that evening from Wells Fargo that this company drained my bank account for $600.00 with no order confirmation. The boots were $200.00 and they charged me 3 times. Had to cancel my card and wait for a new one. They did reverse the charges after I told them I made a fraud claim. Got my new card and tried again. Same thing. Took the money out of my account with no order confirmation. These idiots tried to tell me it's my bank's problem, NO it's not my bank's problem when you're taking the money out of my account.
Got a new card replaced, ordered boots again, same thing happened. I even tried to use my husband's card at their recommendation and same thing happened again. Well after they took money out of my accounts 5 times I'm done with these idiots. No explanation from them. It's obviously a problem in their system, these idiots are all in a closet somewhere draining bank accounts. I got my money back but this was all BS and NO Boots.
SHOES.COM is not to be trusted. If you are smart you will not order from this company. They are fraudulent and will make your life a living hell and drain your bank account. When you call them their recording says how you can receive some SURPRISES from them, that was an understatement, I never expected you'd drain my Wells Fargo account. SURPRISE, SURPRISE.

I returned a pair of shoes to Shoes.com a month ago. They have still not issued my refund. Each time I have contacted them they have said, “Give it more days.” They confirmed that they received the shoes but only say, “It’s still processing.”

Like everyone else on here, I got a pair of boots for Christmas and they were the wrong size. I shipped them back in its original box and they sent them back with no explanation. I called customer service and was told since it was shipped in its original box I could not return them. The representative was extremely rude and sarcastic. I am at loss $135. They will be reported. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.

Foolishly, I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Shoes.com because of availability & price. I have never ordered shoes on the Internet before. I did this by phone & I was told returns were not a problem if the shoes did not fit. The shoes arrived in boxes in plastic bags from UPS. I returned the shoes. I was told that I would get only a $30 credit for $170.00 of shoes because I did not put the shoe box in a shipping box. UPS said it was fine to ship this way. Shoes.com email which included the RMS & instructions did not mention this. They are LIARS & CHEATS!!!

I had ordered A pair of UGGS for myself for my birthday two weeks ago and my boots arrived this morning. Was very hesitant from ordering from this site from all the bad reviews and didn’t know what to expect. I can honestly say when I called customer service and a few days ago to see when my order would arrive as I still didn’t have a tracking number the representative was very helpful and letting me know my shipment will be sent out tomorrow. My boots arrived here today and they're perfect. They’re great. Will definitely order again as they have great prices.

I ordered shoes for my husband for Christmas. He tried them on in the kitchen and did not like the color and fit. I immediately called customer service and they explained that returns are easy. I received my label and returned the shoes with its original box. A few weeks later they were returned to me with a note saying the shoes were worn. The shoes were never worn more than 5 minutes in the kitchen. I immediately called customer service and spoke to a “manager” that explained there is nothing he can do. I later looked online and found that several people had the exact same experience. I am now out over $150 with a worthless pair of shoes that do not fit. Shoes.com virtually stole from me. Never purchase anything from this company!!!

Buyer beware! I purchased a pair of Lucky Brand boots from Shoes.com and tried them on in my house. I didn’t really like the fit so I sent them back. A few weeks later they were shipped back to me because the return center said they had been worn. They were worn for two minutes when I tried them on in my living room. Even after I requested a review of the case Shoes.com would not honor the return. There was a minimal wear on the heel of the boot but I’m not certain that wasn’t the way they arrived. I ordered a pair of size 5 uggs for my granddaughter for Christmas. On Christmas day she tried them on and couldn't get her foot in them; she now wears a size 7! I immediately returned them and on 1/11 they arrived back with a note attached saying I could not return them because they were worn. I contacted them 1/11 and explained that there must be a mix up because no one wore the boots because no one could fit them. I agreed they were a bit "dusty" but these were not the same boots I returned. I also explained I'm a size 9 and she's a 7. The CS representative couldn't assist me and I was put on hold for a manager. I explained again and told the manager, "You can clearly see the boots were not worn (clean bottom), but they were a bit dusty and maybe because they were opened in warehouse or mixed up with another pair?" Unfortunately, I am stuck with a pair of boots that neither I nor my granddaughter can wear! I will never order from them again!

In the modern era, taking 2+ weeks to ship an order is not kosher. They do not even process orders for 4 days after ordering. They have a fraudulent customer service email address. They charge for returns. They do not send order confirmation at times.

I am sorry to hear people have had bad experiences with this company because my own has been great. I ordered a pair of moccasins for my daughter for Christmas and they arrived quickly and were perfect. My mom just ordered me a pair of UGG boots and a day later I found them $65 cheaper on another site. I contacted Shoes.com by email and followed their price match procedure and they responded right away (on a Sunday mind you) and refunded my mom the difference in price and the boots arrived and I love them. Great customer service, fast shipping, great products! Very happy with my experience.

I ordered shoes for my husband. We got them today and he needs a bigger size. Shoes.com.says "Exchanges are free and refunds are easy." When I called the first guy said they were out of stock on bigger size. Website showed they were in stock so I called back for a simple "exchange" but shoes.com does not have exchanges as they state in their site. I have to send the shoes back, pay $6.95 restocking fee? What about their statement "Exchanges are free and refunds are easy"? That's not a free exchange. Also, they say they will refund my money and then I have to reorder. That is clearly a refund and reorder not an exchange.
So just know you can't believe the statements made on Shoes.com website because this one was non-existent and completely untrue. I spoke with 3 different customer service reps and they were all rude, uncertain and the first one couldn't even tell they actually did have the larger size in stock. I informed Shoes.com verbally and in email that I would be writing a one star review. They don't even deserve the one star in my opinion. I will never order from this company again.

I purchased a pair of work boots from Shoes.com as a Christmas gift for my grandson. They arrived by UPS in their original shoe box inside a thin grey plastic bag and the box had been slightly crushed somehow during shipment. However the boots were unharmed but were the wrong size. I contacted Shoes.com who said "No problem, we'll send you a UPS return shipping label and you can return them for an exchange or a refund". I chose to have a refund and let my grandson buy the boots himself at a local store where he could try them on first. They said "No problem, you will have your refund shortly". So, I sent them back with their label by UPS and waited for my refund which didn't seem to be coming, so I called several times and each time got the same story, that "the refund takes time because of the holidays".
Ok, so I wait and after two weeks, the same boots arrive back at my doorstep with their note saying that because the box was damaged they can't resell them and they refuse to refund me! Now, the box arrived back to me even more damaged than when I returned it to them. I explained that I received the boots in a damaged box, but they really didn't care. A very bad customer service! In my opinion this is a really poor way to do business. So, now I'm stuck with them and they could care less. Therefore, I strongly suggest that you take my bad experience and those of so many others into consideration and that you don't buy from this terrible company.
It's a slick, greasy on-line operation that doesn't look to satisfy its customers, but just to grab your money. They make promises but when it comes down to it. They are not interested in helping you. If you must order on-line, be careful and smart...order from a reputable company like Bobs.com or any of several others, or buy at a reputable brick and mortar store. Please do yourself a service and do not buy from these clowns. I wish I had read about their poor ratings and all the complaints before I bought from them! Good luck!
