I have enjoyed everything that I have gotten from PurchasingPower and my job is the one that was offering this. When I first started off, the process was confusing. But now, over time, it’s easy for me to go and search around on the website and pick out what I need. It's a great service.

The way they have Purchasing Power set up is great because they let you have all the information, how everything works, and how you're supposed to do it when you order something.

It was super easy when I went on the app when I was ordering. I ordered my son some AirPods and an AirTag and they were super easy to find. I even got a 20% discount when I did the order. The shipping was also free. I was getting notifications and my order came right away. I also got the little protection plan, so that was another $2. So, I really enjoy that.

We've been purchasing a number of things through Purchasing Power and we've had really good luck with them. Purchasing is all online. We've never talked to anybody. We just order it, it shows up and it comes out of my check. After a year, we keep tabs on it. It's a straightforward process. When you're financing it, it's done in a year. It's almost better than a credit card.

I recently got a dishwasher from PurchasingPower and the purchase was easy. I had two other things that were on there and I didn’t need those. PurchasingPower got on it fast and they got cancelled immediately. There was no fee, which we were worried about, but if it got shipped, it was going to require that fee. I was happy and I got what I was supposed to get. I had a good experience with PurchasingPower and the only thing I have an issue with is that I didn't know it was coming from Best Buy. I got a call from them and I said that I didn’t order anything from them. They asked if I didn't order a dishwasher and I was like, “Oh.” It would have been nicer to have known or expected when the dishwasher was gonna come. But it came and it was very fast.

I’m enjoying PurchasingPower. I started close to Christmas one year and it was convenient. I did all my shopping right here. I bought clothing, boots, computer, computer chair and computer desk. I also got jewelry and recently, I got some different furniture because my daughter moved. She’s in a school out of state and we got a set of TV, a TV table, a couch, barstools, a bed and a chest. They delivered to her apartment in Nebraska. She loves it because everything is quality. PurchasingPower’s prices are not ridiculously high and if people have the opportunity, they should go for it.

I go in at PurchasingPower and choose what I want. Then I go through whatever it says, how I want it delivered to my house or to my mama's house, how I wanna pay, put a down payment, or if I wanna do 6 months or 12 months, choose that, submit, and then my product is on the way. If I’m not going home, I’ll send it to my mama house because somebody is always there. The items are really top-notch. It's just that you have to be in a state organization when purchasing there. I also get special offers all the time that's why I haven't stopped shopping. Those special offers help me out when I want something really bad. I just got the fireplace that I've always wanted. It's not put together yet but it's getting there. Then my washing machine went out and I was able to get one right away. I don't have to worry about going through the hassle of going to the store trying to find one. Right now, I’m waiting on Black Friday deals. Overall, I love them.

I ordered an electric fireplace from PurchasingPower.com and everything was perfect. But I just got a new dresser and it was not perfect. It has a hole on the bottom. I told the people that delivered it that I would have to check it all out. And they said, "No, they just do threshold delivery." It was just disappointing to get that and it weighed 150 pounds. So, it wasn't something I could lift by myself. They shined a light through the holes and said, "It looks fine. I'm not happy about this." The guy did notate that the box had two holes on the packing on his shipper information. It has a gouge in one of the drawers and a crack and a big hole on the bottom. It didn't affect the drawers, it's just that false bottom that goes across just to give it a finished look. But it looks like a forklift went through it. It obviously happened during the shipping.

I called PurchasingPower.com to get some information from them. They were very understandable. It made me feel comfortable talking with them, asking the questions that I needed. They gave me the right answer that I was looking for. And they did not give me the runaround. Also, PurchasingPower's payment plans are low.

I love that I can shop however I want and PurchasingPower.com takes it out of my check. I don’t have to go to the store. It's just payroll deduction and it's easier to shop from. The payment is deducted every two weeks, but I could pay for it every six months or one year. Also, the delivery usually takes about a week or so. No more than two weeks. Everyone should have PurchasingPower.com.

PurchasingPower.com's is way different than the other sites. That's a good thing. Also, every time I order my stuff gets to me the day that it's supposed to be there.

I like the convenience of PurchasingPower.com. The process with them went fine.

PurchasingPower is a really good resource to have. If you don't have the cash right away to pay for things, it’s pretty useful. You can find good deals there.

PurchasingPower's prices are a bit higher than cashing out at a retail. But the purchase comes out directly as paid and I don't have to worry about logging in and making a payment. That's one big advantage. Also, their site is easy and self-explanatory.

If ordering anything that requires freight shipping be prepared for a long wait. I think a mule team could move items faster than this company. Ordered a similar product through a different company and shipping took a week to deliver. Over two weeks and the item from purchasing power has yet to move from the warehouse. Won't order any more large items from this company.

I have been with Purchasing Power for five years through my employer and found out today that they are liars and very deceitful. I was on temporary leave from my job and Purchasing Power knew this. I spoke to a financial representative and set up a payment arrangement with them. Within two months of being off the job, they sent me to collections and then when I spoke to another financial representative they said that it was already too late that they are no longer handling my account, that I will not have any money deducted from my paycheck and to conduct business with the debt collector they assigned my account to.

I bought a bike from PurchasingPower.com and it's of excellent quality. I ordered online and it was quick. I buy from them once or twice a year and sometimes, the prices are a bit more expensive than the store and that's due to the fact that people have to make payments on it. All in all, their program is a good thing to use if you don't have all the money to buy right out of the store.

Everything's always awesome with PurchasingPower. I like the convenience of not having to pay all at one time when I need things and the quick delivery of the items. I'm always happy.

The website is safe. Once register on it and get approved, you have a log-on and you set up information. You get assigned credit then you buy your product. They send your order then verify if you’re still employed. They ship your order out to you and if you have issues, they give you barcodes in your bag. They also keep updates. Even when they modify, you'd still know how to use the website to navigate getting around to the different items.

Purchasing Power charges too much for shipping. On everything you order, there's a shipping cost. I've gotten laptops, Nintendo Switches, cologne and perfume from them. As far as the price, other sites are cheaper. But I do it with Purchasing Power because I work somewhere where they can automatically come out of my check a little or nothing. Still, I could go to FragranceNet.com and what they charge me 100 and some dollars for, I can get for 80 at Purchasing Power. So, when they are charging $20 or $30 extra on some, I might go to another site.

It’s easy to get different name brands or different types of items in Purchasing Power’s website. The prices are a little bit on the high end and it could be a little bit lower but you’re looking at the time you’re gonna take so it balances itself out. People should take a look at it. It might be worth their time.

We were sent a postcard about Purchasing Power from Weis Markets. I was hesitant as there are so many bogus scams out there that I called Weis Markets myself because I wanted to make sure that it was a legitimate company and a legitimate offer. When I did call, the guy, Scott, told me that he and his wife use it all the time and they were pleased with it. He told me it was safe so I felt safe to go ahead and give the information then that I did.

I've purchased a whole bed set including a comforter, pillows and shams. I feel comfortable. I've also purchased numerous purses which I get compliments on and work shoes. When I purchased a laptop for my kids, it started off with me getting one for my daughter then I got one for myself too. All my purchases have been quality stuff. But the rug that I bought looked one way but when I got it, it was something totally different. That's the only order that was canceled.

PurchasingPower is not more on the affordable side but with being able to purchase with the pay as you go, it does make it a lot easier to afford. On a scale of 1 to 10, the website is a 10 being super easy. The only issue I have is I get emails where you can save 10% or 15% with a code. Whenever I go to put a code in, it always tells me that I can't use it for some reason. I can never get the discounts because the code never works. But the representatives are very knowledgeable and helpful. I had to return something and the guy was nice. It was easy and free. He walked me through it.

I purchased a lot of stuff recently. I do it online and I like PurchasingPower's website. The prices are good too.

The process at PurchasingPower was very simple. I went online and got my item in five days in perfect condition. Prices could be a little lower though. I was looking at a PlayStation 5 and that usually runs $500. But, the PlayStation on PurchasingPower was almost $1,400.

First of all, everything with the purchasing experience went pretty well quick and well. I don't have any complaints about it. I just like the process of it to me and the clearness of it.

I have been thoroughly disappointed by the inability to resolve a matter with this company. At some point with my company of 17 years, I signed up for Purchasing Power after a divorce. I left for two years to go to another school system but came back to the company. Unbeknownst to me, I moved and never received notice that ONE payment (think it was the final payment) was not deducted from my paycheck. Since I've been back almost 4 years, I have been trying to reinstate my account but was told that it was "Charged off." I was appalled as I have communicated on several occasions that I would pay it off to be permitted to use the company again. I have been told that I will "never be able to use the services again" by several customer service agents. This is horrible.

I put what I wanted in my basket. PurchasingPower.com gave me the total of my price, then I went to accept it and did the checkout order. I did a recliner chair, a fryer, and a necklace. I love them. I enjoy my stuff.

I purchased a carpet washer and a TV from Purchasing Power years ago when I was working at another company. I found out my company has it too. I went to the website and looked for the item that I wanted. I bought a treadmill and the quality was good. I like Purchasing Power and I recommend it.

It was easy to sign up, but it was a bad experience getting the product as it took a long time and they didn't explain why it was like that. I ordered it 1st part of December and I got it two weeks ago. But then the prices that were offered were good. I just wish they have better communication.

The payment stuff works out and makes it easy, and the ordering process is easy as well. They have very good communication. One time I've ordered AirPods from there. One of them wasn't working. I called them and it had insurance through Apple so they directed me and gave me information. They keep the customer in touch with everything.

Last thing I bought was a washer and I love the process. One lady ordered from somewhere else, and hers took weeks, while mine took about a week. The website is pretty easy to use. Sometimes, there’s not a lot to choose from on certain products, but it's not bad. Sometimes, I wish that there were some cheaper stuff on there. But as far as the way it works, I like it pretty well. It helps me. Especially when I know I can't buy something like a $1,000 product right off the bat. It’s a lot easier to pay it off.

My experience using Purchasing Power was awesome. The process of it is easy. It comes out of my payroll.

I've used it a few times now. It's a benefit through where I work and they introduced it as kind of a cool way to almost finance a product. But as far as the experience this time around, it was great, as always. I got my order within a couple of days. It was nice and fast. It was an easy experience on the website. I didn't have any trouble understanding how it all worked. I can see it's already been updated through my work profile. So it seems like it's all good. Five years ago, I had another order where I ended up following up because something in my work profile changed and it interrupted the payment. But they were able to get that corrected right away. I got a couple TVs, furniture, and bedroom sets through them. The purchasing process has really easy steps. Just get online and go through the steps of what you want.

Purchasing Power needs to be more careful on how they send stuff out. I ordered a phone and they sent me a locked phone. I had to go all the way to find a UPS. I packed up the phone, put everything back in it, and took it to UPS. They were gonna send me some kind of password and I was in UPS for over an hour waiting on the password.

I use PurchasingPower.com once or twice a year, if I really need something there. It's nice. I recently got a heater. I also got a watch and a GPS from them. Everything was nice. I did everything online. It comes out of your pay.

I was able to look through PurchasingPower.com and I found some deals that would help me with my home office. That was when I started using them. I normally do all of the purchasing online. I recently bought a desk chair and a desk. Then there was also a Google Pixel phone and Google Pixel headphone. They are 100% amazing. Everything was packaged perfectly, the style of it. PurchasingPower has just about everything that anybody can think of. They should just have more options for different things. Other than that, everything is perfect.

The beauty of using Purchasing Power is it comes out of my paycheck before I even get my check. That’s the reason I decided to utilize it. I've already encouraged three of my coworkers to join.

I like the fact that the payments come straight out of my paycheck so I don't have to worry about missing payments or not paying them at all. I don't like the prices, but I understand them. PurchasingPower.com is a good website that helps you get what you need if you can't afford to pay for it full-on. They’re decent prices. I recently bought a Keurig - one of those coffee machines. I just went on to the website and chose what I wanted.

Everything went really well. I downloaded the app and if there's something I'm interested in there, I click. Then I have to agree to the terms and make sure I have a card on file in case I'm not working for the company anymore, so there's a way I can make payments for that. It's a very simple process. I like it. It's very convenient. I haven't had any issues since I've used Purchasing Power. The first time I used it was to purchase a flight, which was credited back to me because of COVID. I did my fourth purchase within the three years that I've been with the company. It's great. I have recommended it to my coworkers who do work for Sunrise. It helps you out. It's something that if you don't have the money right away, it gives you that option of making the minimum payments. It is overall a good solution financially.

Purchasing a bed mattress through PurchasingPower was great. Delivery was great. It got here when they said it would. They carried it a flight of stairs. We’re happy. With PurchasingPower, I like the convenience of taking the money out of my check before it's taxed, and the options that they had were comparable to me shopping anywhere else. I would recommend them and I'd say, “Yes, they have good quality, good options, great service. No problems. I'm very happy.”

I purchased a dining room table, and chairs. I set n the one of the chairs and it broke. Their set is cheap. I’ve been calling since December for a refund and they keep telling me I have to put the table in a box. I don't have a box that size. I will never order another item from them. Never.

I wanted a tablet and a computer and PurchasingPower had them. I qualified for paying it through my job and they told me how much I was qualified for, the limit that I had and what the payments would be once I paid what I wanted. It was very clear and precise. I brag about PurchasingPower to everybody at work. I told them it was easy. You just go in there, put in your information and it’ll let you know what you’re qualified for.

With PurchasingPower, you just find something, you request for it, and they send it to you. I use the app on my phone. It was pretty simple. I purchased a TV. The shipping was a little confusing, especially with bulk items. I guess it's for private carriers. So, that's weird dealing with it. Also, you pay more for the product over time. But if you're short on cash, it’s definitely a good place to go.

I like PurchasingPower. I would tell others to use PurchasingPower because the website is easy to use.

I purchased a purse, Wii Fit, jewelry, Apple Watch, AirPods, and Nintendo Switch from Purchasing Power. It helped out when I didn't really have the funds right there to purchase everything that I needed. I talked with their rep when the Dooney & Bourke purse that I purchased was said to have been delivered but come to find out, they had run out of stock. On the whole, I had a great experience. I'd tell others to make their purchase and to make sure that they keep their job so that they can make their payment on time.

Purchasing Power's customer service is great but they should have more items in stock. Also, they tell me it's no interest but it is interest 'cause their rates are a lot higher.

Purchasing Power has been great. I love it. I can purchase things that I like and love and make the payment on them. When I was trying to order a laptop, it was still showing on the site and I kept pushing the button so I could get into my shopping cart but it wasn't going anywhere. Normally, it would tell me it was no longer available and it didn't say that. So I called regarding that and that was when I found out. But I was able to purchase another one similar to what I was looking for.

I've been with Purchasing Power for three and a half years now. I have a PS5, an LG 50-inch screen TV, a Switch, three laptops, and three tablets from them. We also bought someone a gaming chair, a keyboard, a mouse, and a headset from there. You just go onto their website and search through tabs of what you're looking for. I usually compare prices or I go ahead and look at it, compare prices on the site then I go out and look at some off-site reviews. We wanted to make sure that we were gonna buy something that was going to work for what we needed it for. Purchasing Power also allows you to go ahead and do payment plans. As far as a regular straight across site, there's financing available. Sometimes it's a little high but that is, unfortunately, a price you pay for the convenience. So far, I don't feel that that price outweighs the convenience yet.

I purchased a lot of things from Purchasing Power and I had no problems until just recently. I ordered a sweater from Old Navy and it never got to me. But it's fine. I fixed it. It was good dealing with their customer service.2020 was my first year of buying from them. Some of the things that you see on it are $60 way cheaper if you go to the store. So some of the prices are too high but the quality is good.

I've purchased a vacuum, a floor cleaner and a washer dryer and I've never had any problems with Purchasing Power. This was my fourth time purchasing from them and I didn't have to speak to anybody. It was very fast and I didn't have any problems with the website. The price and quality were very nice.

Buying from Purchasing Power was very easy. We filled out everything and within the timeframe that they said they would have my 55-inch Samsung here, it was here. The service was excellent and I got my TV at a good price. Sometimes I don't have all the money up front and it's great that they take the money out from the bank. I'm enjoying my TV so far. When I order my items are exactly what I order. The operators are friendly and very knowledgeable about the service and products the delivery are smooth and helpful. And My family loves Purchasing Power. Best thing to my family. On time.

PurchasingPower.com is easy to use because the cost of what I buy is not coming out of pocket right away. It goes to my paycheck and I don't even realize I'm paying until I'm finished. My supervisor always does my purchase for me. I pick what I need or want off Purchasing Power and they ask for my ID number. If I put that in, they let me know if my purchase goes through. I've purchased two phones from them. The last one I ordered was a couple of weeks ago. I tried to order something else but the system said I didn't have enough, so I just ordered a phone. I recommend Purchasing Power and I would love to get more credit with them.

Generally, Purchasing Power has been pretty good. I haven't had too many issues. Right now, I'm waiting for a TV to be delivered that's a week late. All the tracking information they've given me just says it's checked in to carrier freight in New Jersey on November 9th. I wish I had some more information if it's really sitting there or has it shipped. The website is very user-friendly as far as navigation. One of the drawbacks, though, is sometimes they will say that this is who the carrier is going to be or who's gonna deliver it, and give tracking information. Then the carrier will change, and they won't update the tracking information, and so you're sitting here, going off of one tracking and find out that it's getting delivered by someone else.

I purchased a tablet, hoverboard, game, a purse from Purchasing Power. I do everything online and I would tell others to go for it ‘cause that's the way I go.

I picked what I wanted on my cart and completed the purchase. It was a pretty easy and simple process. I recently purchased the S10 Galaxy Plus phone. So far, I like it pretty good. My watches are pretty nice too. I'm using the Galaxy Buds that I bought from Purchasing Power. Everything is working pretty fine. I like Purchasing Power. They’re pretty good.

I got a grill, a fryer, a Currys Coffeemaker thing, and a laptop, and the NFL game. The only part I didn't like about it was at the time, I ordered it all and I maxed out my account, but they didn't put where you can get a $100 off if your order is over a $1,000. I spent almost $2,000 and then, they wouldn't give me the reward. But they put it on there after I spent all the money. I called back, and they did give me the 20% off for me being a first-time buyer. I had the customer service guy on the phone, and they were offering the $100 off for that weekend. So he should have put it in there for me automatically, knowing that the offer was being done.

It was fairly easy when I bought the Switch for a Christmas present. I'm grateful for the help in purchasing products that I might not normally be able to.

They came through so far with a replacement so they standing on their word... I was wrong... Thank you.

I had to log on to my employer portal, and then I looked it up. I already knew what I wanted, so I just went through, and I picked the pressure washer, and then it was here within days. It was really easy. I was able to find what I wanted and it was at the click of a button. It was really simple to do. This was the first time that I purchased with PurchasingPower, but I’ll definitely do it again. Their prices are reasonable and it saves you a trip to the store.

On the website of our work, there was an option to be able to use PurchasingPower. We needed a chainsaw and I went to the website, did some research and I was able to purchase one at a reasonable rate out of my paycheck. The chainsaw was good quality. PurchasingPower was very convenient and I'd tell my friends to use them.

They are telling me 25 days after I placed my order that it's going to be another 40-50 days before I receive a Mattress. They say Serta builds all their mattresses so that's why it's taken so long. I have already made 1 payment and will make 2 more before I receive this Mattress. So after waiting on the phone for 45 minutes to talk with a manager to cancel this order she tells me that I will still be charged a 350.00 shipping fee for canceling. Even though it has not shipped yet. Someone needs to investigate these people because it's a ripoff..

Everything's great with Purchasing Power. I bought a drone from them and the quality of the item is great as well.

I logged into PurchasingPower's website, got into the shopping part of it, and found out what my allotment was. I purchased an iPhone 11 and it was sent to me shortly after. Using their site for this purchase was extremely easy. I really liked the website.

I'm always raving about Purchasing Power to my coworkers. I also have many friends who asked me about Purchasing Power but a lot of my friends’ companies don't offer it. A friend down in Georgia went on the website and tried to do it on her own, and she wasn't able to do it. A lot of companies need to pick this up 'cause it's very good for employees. 100% of the time, Purchasing Power has what I want and what I need. I'm not turned down. I get it. The payment comes out of my check so conveniently and in no time things are paid off. So it is awesome for me and my family.

My first purchase with Purchasing Power was my air conditioner and my microwave. Then I bought baby stuff 'cause my daughter's gonna have her first baby. Purchasing was pretty easy except for which my phone doesn't get a very good signal here, so it was difficult on my phone. But as far as the program that they have, it's perfect.

Purchasing Power's reps were great and they helped out a lot. I purchased a cellphone from them and the process was pretty self-explanatory. The website was also simple to navigate. Their price was a little higher on some items. My experience was great. I would recommend them.

Our experience with PurchasingPower has been easy and convenient. My most recent purchase was a phone for my wife. It was the Galaxy A71. I put two things in that order and the other one was a computer. They both arrived really well. However, the first order I was getting last, which was not really a big deal for me, but I just thought it was weird. But other than that, I'm satisfied with Purchasing Power. I just hope there is a way we can live chat with somebody on that website.

PurchasingPower has pros and cons. Their prices are a little overpriced, but it helped when I was in a pinch and I needed a gift. The quality was decent, but I had one that I was not happy with. It was a humidifier. I took out a warranty and it was a big mess. The unit didn't have any serial numbers on it, so the people that I had the warranty with wouldn't honor it. I ended up being screwed out of $300. I was really ticked. I'm still paying for it too. Truthfully, PurchasingPower is a ripoff. It's like a Rent-A-Center type, pay so much for what you're getting. It’s one of those deals, but it was convenient because they took it out of my pay. I got paid twice a month, so they took it out in two payments, which was cool. Now that I'm not working, I pay them once a month and I haven't paid them off yet.

I got a good quality item through my first purchase with Purchasing Power.com. I like that with them, it's not an auto pocket cost. My purchase is something I can pay over time.

I regularly buy something, every two to three months, from Purchasing Power. The process is easy and I am able to place the order. Then, they send confirmation and I usually get the products within that week. One time, I had an issue with the furniture that I ordered. I had gotten a loveseat and the item mostly was broken. But they sent somebody out and they recommended that I get a new one. Then, COVID happened and the agency wanted to send the thing, but they didn't want to put it in my house. So, I had to stay stuck with this loveseat thing. It's a big item and I can't put it in my house by myself. Besides that, everything else that I got from them has been good quality and recently, I got some perfume and some shoes. Other than that, they gave me a credit of 7,000 and because of COVID, they decreased the balance and they never really explained why. So, it'd be nice if they would give an explanation for that.

When I first moved out on my own, I needed help getting a couch. I found out about PurchasingPower through a coworker and with it, I could pay through my paycheck. That made it super easy for me to get a couch. I downloaded the app and went through the furniture available. I put in my purchase and put in my information from there. I then easily edited the allotment to my pay. I got the couch and I like it a lot.

When buying from Purchasing Power, you go online, pick what you want, then you go to checkout and they take out the payments off your paycheck every two weeks. They get you your product pretty quickly and the recent one I got from them was an iPhone 11. I did it online and my experience was a good one. I've also gotten a lot of stuff from them like Apple watches, TVs, and toys for the kid. Purchasing Power's prices are pretty good and fair and I've recommended a few people to them. It's just they've not been with the company long enough to get the line of credit. Other than that, I had a problem once for a TV I had that quit working. They’ve done everything they could with it and got it fixed. Then, they had a new one on the way within a matter of two weeks.

I was trying to get some things squared away with payments. Instead of just paying the additional amount over my limit with another form of payment, I made a payment to my account, which took three days to post. Then, it was on a Friday when I made that payment, so it was over the weekend, and it ended up being more like five days, but it wasn't really that big of a deal. I had a promo code that was going to take $100 off and it expired. But the customer service representative from Purchasing Power said that they would still honor that code, even though it was going to take a couple of extra days for my payment to post through. So, that was nice.

It was nice and easy to go through the whole process of finding everything. The check-out has been nice and simple as well. So far, the quality of the items is great. What I like most about PurchasingPower is the ability to have just so much taken out of my paycheck every payday. This makes it easier to be able to purchase things and get some bigger items, and not have to worry about having all the cash upfront.

In the past two years, I purchased three separate times from PurchasingPower. Recently, I purchased the Powerbeats Pro. I went online and they knew the payment process, how they did it the first time I ordered something. I got the product a week later. The only thing that happened this last purchase, I had ordered a different color and I received black. But it was okay, it’s not that big of a deal.

Shopping through PurchasingPower is more convenient. I heard about them through my job and so far I've bought tires and a TV from them. The items are of pretty good quality. Customer service is good as well and their website is easy to navigate. I just have to know what I'm looking for.

I purchased a sofa, a love seat and three sets of coffee table turntables from PurchasingPower. Their purchasing process was fine. Sometimes I was worried when they would drop-ship as the tables were glass. So, when I come home, I'm afraid to open the packages. Regardless, I'm really pleased with PurchasingPower and the quality of the items I've bought from them.

I've done and almost finished my Christmas shopping. Whenever I feel like I need something and I know they got it, I go ahead and order it right then. I have ordered coffee pots and crockpots. I bought all coats for my kids and husband last year for Christmas. I bought a coat this year for my daughter-in-law. I bought the toolbox thing for my husband for Christmas this year. I order a lot from them and in the years I've been using them, I've only had one problem. It involved missing chairs that I got with my wooden kitchen table. They tried to tell me that the site said that I was only purchasing the table. I disagreed with them and they ended up sending me two chairs to go with it. It was easy to contact them about the issue. Buying from them is a convenience especially when the payments come out of my paycheck in small amounts. The cost of what I buy is broken down over a year's time.

It is such a helpful thing, especially in these times. And you never know in life when you might need something and you just don't have it.

Due to the new criteria with verifying my account, I was finally told that the reason why the system cannot verify me is because my phone carrier does not meet their standards. I have a MetroPCs telephone number which is in my name but someone else uses it. What gets me is during the verifying process it does not say your carrier must be Sprint, Att, Verizon or TMobile. I was told now I am not qualified to use their services. Just great!

PurchasingPower is a great tool that the Home Depot signed up for their associates. I recently purchased a Hankook set of tires from them and after I placed the order, within a day, the tires were delivered to the installer that I chose. Then, I had to wait for a gift card and I did not know that I was supposed to call them to let them know that the tires were there, so I would have gotten my gift card earlier to have my tires installed. I just automatically thought that it would be delivered to me within seven days, so I waited. Despite that, I still got to put on the tires with no harm or foul. The installers that I chose did a great job and they let me know if there was something wrong with my vehicle. They also updated me on the condition on my vehicle and they referred extra warranty for it.

I bought lots of different things from Purchasing Power such as a TV, a pressure washer, and a generator. I'd go on their website and look at the item. Then, they'd tell me if it was in stock and I'd go through the prompts, follow the information and update it. Then it'd send me an email stating that my order had been processed and they'd let UPS or FedEx deliver it to me. But UPS is not one of my favorites and I spoke with them about having third party vendors deliver the stuff. I like their website but their prices are a little higher than other places. The difference is, they take the money directly out of my check and the most they would take out would depend on what I get. It would be $20 or $25, unless I get some expensive item then the price gets a little higher. Other than that, I'm satisfied with Purchasing Power. There are a bunch of different things that they got going on and it's a good thing to buy from them.

I got an Apple Mac computer from Purchasing Power and it was easy. I just went online and picked from anything that I wanted. Then I looked at my credit and checked how much I could buy. When I talked to their reps, they were pretty good and they knew what they were talking about. So far, I would purchase two or three times from them in a year. Some of their prices are high and they could be better, but if I really need something, I'll do it. Also, I don't have to come out of my pocket to the full amount of the price and that is why I purchase from them.

I contacted them and was told that my order had been shipped and I was given the carrier name and a tracking number. I tracked my tv and I said that it was being shipped and was at Dulles Airport. No additional information. Today I call PP again and was told that my TV has been returned to them and they I have to pay a return fee of over $200 because I missed a call from the freight company.

I’ve made purchases four times and I’ve gotten a couple of items each time. I got my AirPods through them. I also got other Apple products, including the Apple Watch.

So far, I haven't had any issues with my products except with the kids table. One of the chairs for it was broken. Placed an order for a table. Arrived damaged. Spoke to customer service rep that advised me of the return/exchange process. Decided to exchange. Took over 2 wks for the exchange. Was told to give the damaged item to the delivery persons when they deliver the new table. 2 guys arrived a day early and did not contact me prior to. Protocol said I would be contacted 4 hours prior. The men had no idea about the return and no paperwork for the exchange. Immediately contacted customer service, was placed on hold while they dispatched the driver. The rep returned to the call, gave me an Auth # and confirmed receipt of the return item. I was told to allow 7-10 business days for the credit.

Purchasing Power's delivery team is fast. Most recently, I purchased two rings from them but then one of the two rings is too small. Their team said I would get credited as soon as I return the ring. I wanted to purchase another one and they told me that they would give me a discount. So far, I've also purchased a television and cologne from them. I like everything about this company.

The purchasing process was super easy. They give credit because of where you work, and then they take the payments out of your paycheck every two weeks. I never miss a payment and that helps my credit. You can get everything from a dining room table to a sofa to washer and dryers. It's kinda nice for people that don't really have the money to get stuff right now but need it.

I purchased a travel package to Universal Studios at Purchasing Power online website on March 4, 2020 for travel dates April 5-9 2020. As we all know due to Covid-19, Universal closed their resorts and parks. I called Purchasing Power immediately on March 9, 2020 to express concerns of Covid 19 traveling rapidly they assured me I would be able to cancel and there would not be any issues. Purchasing Power is a program that allows you to make payments that are deducted from my biweekly paycheck. As early as March 20, 2020..Purchasing Power immediately began deducting payments of $115.98 for a Cancelled Trip!!! They never even provided me with reservations from for the Universal Resort but immediately began deducting payments. I have paid $1043 so far to Purchasing Power for a trip that I never took, for a trip that I cancelled within 4 days due to no fault of my own due to a Pandemic.

I wanted to get something quick and PurchasingPower had what I needed. I wanted it to be paid off in a reasonable time and easy. The website was good. It had all the information I needed. I've gotten two laptops from them and it has good quality. The laptop I was looking for was for my daughter for college and it had all the things on it that it needed to have with that price and to the price. I would recommend my friends to try it and look at the website.

It's very easy to go through the Purchasing Power website. The shipping time was like three to five days. It's just probably a little more expensive than if I went to Costco, but it was fine. I'm down on my pay and it makes it easier. I don't have to lay everything out upfront. I've recommended it to people.

I purchased what I thought would be a cute-looking, novelty gas pump liquor dispenser, in November of 2019. Product description says it's made of metal and glass. WRONG!!!! IT'S PLASTIC! The ONLY metal on this thing is the corkscrew wire piece that winds around the dispensing hose. For almost $60, I EXPECT MORE THAN CHEAP CRAP! It was returned, but as of June 2020, the PP site STILL has it as being metal/glass. This is FALSE ADVERTISING, and if they don't change it, they could find themselves being sued over this! Of course, I don't expect a response from them, because, hey, why should they bother?!

I've been using Purchasing Power for years and I love the website. It's easy to maneuver and it gives me the options to find for exactly what I'm looking for. I select the item that I want, go straight to checkout, pay for it, and it gets there sooner than they say it will. It can't get any easier than that. I've bought an Xbox twice, TV, laptops numerous times, and desktops numerous times. I'm thinking about going back and buying another TV. The only thing that I have problems with that I've purchased are the Dell products and Compaq laptop. I will never do those again. They don't extend your limit because the payment comes out of my paycheck. Still, Purchasing Power is a miracle for me because at least I have the opportunity to get what I want in a timely basis, even though it takes a while for you to pay it off.

I got a lot of stuff - TVs, a PS4 game system, a car seat for my grandbaby, and a bouncer seat. They're pretty good items. They last and I still got them. However, some of the things that Purchasing Power sells are a little high, like shoes. Also, I ordered a PS4 game system and one of my neighbors maybe stole it. I called Purchasing Power, let them know what happened and they ended up sending me another one. But then again, in 2019, I had the same problem with a Nike sweatshirt that somebody stole from me from the same address. I don't know if they refunded the money but I never heard anything back for that.

I work for Compass Group and Purchasing Power is listed as one of the perks of our employment. I looked into it and saw some stuff there. Using their website has been great. On my first purchase, I got 20% off on a mattress. Recently, I bought some other stuff as well. On some of them, I compared prices on Amazon and it was more beneficial to order through Purchasing Power. The shipping time for the items was fine too. I would send people coupons to get them into Purchasing Power so I can get rewards.

Be careful buying from this company. If you do make sure you check your account after EVERY payment. I have had to contact them 4-5 times now because they are taking money then not posting the payment. This comes directly out of my paycheck like it does most other people so it would be very easy to not pay close attention to what is being posted and not and paying extra. Each time I get some response of, "Oh a case will be opened and you will be contacted back in 3 business days..." 4 business days and no response later and I have to keep fighting with them to post a payment that they so easily took. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. BUYER BEWARE.

Around November, I purchased a Christmas gift from Purchasing Power. I like that with them, I don’t have to go out and apply for credit. It's easy and I just click what I want then it comes, so it's really nice. And so far, everything I've bought from them has been good quality.

I’m a federal employee and some of the employees told me about Purchasing Power. I’ve purchased some furniture, phones, TVs, perfumes, grills, and just about everything from them. They pick the products and everything is top quality. I have purchased things from Wayfair and other places, and it’s totally different. And with Purchasing Power, my furniture as well as the dressers and stuff came assembled. One time, I had to make a payment that didn't come out of my check. So the next day, I called and was able to work with a representative to make that payment and make sure it was on time. They've been wonderful and everything from the site, the customer service, and the processes, has been pretty straightforward and there has been no complications.

My husband's an employee of Tyson and from Purchasing Power, the main things we've gotten are appliances, electronics and tires. Places like Tyson's Purchasing Power is very similar to the Rent-A-Center type places, which means products are at least twice as much. The online process is pretty easy. However, I would probably like more products along the lines of small appliances and things like that. Purchasing Power is kinda limited, especially with kids' stuff.

PurchasingPower.com's customer service is very good. They're very helpful and very friendly. They help you right along. But they never have enough inventory and they're very limited to stuff that I look for. For instance, I was looking to get a bike and they don't sell bikes anymore. They sold them out last year and they didn't even have it down as part of their options. So, that was not good. And the more I look at their website, the more I see their inventory decrease.

I work at a VA medical center and heard about PurchasingPower.com from a coworker. I have purchased a Roku stick, some wireless headphones, and a laptop. Everything was very easy. It was just, “select,” and then, they pulled up everything. Then they asked me to select the payment type and to put in my card number. Then I got my product within two or three days. Every time I called and spoke to a representative, they answered my questions and if they couldn’t, they directed me to someone that could. They were also very professional. When it came to tracking my first package, which was the Roku stick, I didn't know if it was gonna be delivered directly to the office or to where I live, but they explained everything to me about my package.

PurchasingPower has some nice products and I make the payment plans easily. One of my co-workers referred me to them. I’ve ordered three times and I like using the website. The prices are fair and not overly priced plus, the shipping is fast. People should look into it and take advantage of PurchasingPower.

I purchased a coffeemaker with a grinder from PurchasingPower.com. It’s a Cuisinart and we love that. I’ve also got an 86-inch TV and a 65-inch curved. The latest two that just came here on Thursday, maybe I was under the wrong impression when I bought them. They were two Cuisinart pots. I thought it was a set of three, but I only got one in each. It’s stackable. It said three and a lid. I paid $142 for one pot, and I bought two, so that’s $284 for the two pots. Where’s the other set? So, that was a concern to me where I said I was gonna call them because I thought it was a set of three and not one pot. I’d call them on Monday. I hadn’t reached out.

I purchased Christian Dior Jasper about 3 months ago, upon opening my bottle I noticed the imprint from my bottle from Macy’s was different, I took my bottle to the department store and they told me it was fake.. Very disappointed. Purchasing Power is selling fake items!! I want my money back.

PurchasingPower.com is pretty easy to use and they have good products. I purchased an I.N.O.X. watch for my wife and the shipping was very good. It wasn’t working when we got the watch, so we had to send it back. Their customer service was good and then they sent us another one. It seems to be fine now.

I’m very low-tech and the Purchasing Power website works out pretty good. I was able to navigate it. I purchased two beds, a weed whacker, a leaf blower and just recently a power washer. They take out $99 every week, but I checked my check today and it was 256. They took about $160 more than normal. I’ve purchased from them for the past two years and they're good. I had Purchasing Power when I was at another job and I bought a couple of computers. Their prices are jacked up a little bit because of the payments but they’re not that far off from a store.

This company will ship HIGH END things to your home with no signature required and when it's stolen off your porch they WILL STILL HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE!!! DO NOT order from this company if you work during the day!!!! Complete scam. I am in the process of seeking a lawyer.

I love how easy it is to set up payment payback, there is no interest and offers name brand products. They have several discounts available as well as the ability to make extra payments and early payoff with no penalties. They offer a easy return policy ad well and I have never had any problems with my credits being applied.

I appreciate the convenience of Purchasing Power; however, please be advised that 1 month after purchasing new tires, I was involved in an accident with a semi that resulted in my car being totaled. I was surprised to learn that there is no protection offered & I would still be responsible for payment in full.

My company used to utilize this company for great benefits in which it was. I had used it twice but the second time I had purchased a laptop bundle. I had received it damaged in where I wasnt able to use it. I contacted Purchasing Power and they were helpful by instructing to send back product and I was going to be issued a credit and then sent a replacement and then charged again in which will work itself out. I got a notice that they had received the return item and then sent me the replacement in which I did. After receiving the replacement I was then charged again but never issued the credit from the return.

Item arrived on time for a Christmas gift. My husband loves it. He was very happy. The item was packed perfectly. The item was something that I could afford. The discount I received gave me a better price. I would definitely recommend Purchasing Power to my family and friends.

I recently purchased video games for the kids from PurchasingPower.com. I did it online and their process was quick and easy. They use the same process for the government employees. All information was already there and the prices were comparable to other websites. My experience has been good so far.

Love Purchasing Power. Just wish they had more options with theme parks like Disneyland and ATV for adults. Maybe even Jet skis. I like the shipping. I get my products very quick. Also what about Gucci purses or Louis Vuitton. Any time I have an issue it is quickly resolved.

Items were sold out. Received an email I cancelled other items. Missed huge sales due to that! Still haven't received my credit...amount being took from paycheck is incorrect..too many steps to get my acct right, then I still have to go through a process to get my shipping fees back.

I received the second entertainment console yesterday and again it is damaged! The delivery guy and myself opened the box to inspect it for damage. There was no visible damage, so I signed to accept the shipment. When I began to assemble the product, I found damage to the front of the entertainment console under layers of styrofoam. It appears that the sliders for the drawers were on top and scratched the front and chipped the wood at some point from the factory to me. I sent J ** a customer service rep, an email containing pictures of the damage. I offered to work with the company because I am exhausted with this experience. He only offered to knock off $50 for the damage and the months of time your company wasted of mine. I told him that, "If I sent this back to you the most you would get out of it selling it as scratch and dent is $200 and I will be turning you into the Better Business Bureau!"

I have always had a great experience with Purchasing power. They have very good products and a easy website to use. Having the convenience of the money coming out of my payroll is great. Their shipping is great too. I got everything here before Christmas which made my life so much easier.

I use PP site since 2014. The selection and variety of items from my point of view became worse 10 folds and the prices have now mark up 5-12 times compared to my area. I buy some items from PP site not because I can not buy on other sites or in stores (and yes, I do have 9 credit cards), but because I do not have time to do research or go to another retailer or I can afford your inflated prices and purchase because I want to. What stops me from buying from PP is your refund system: 1-2 billing cycles=1 month are not acceptable to stop charges.

Not only have I waited over a month for my bedroom set I get a call to tell me they will only be delivering a part of my shipment because one of my night stands were ruined but they don’t have a clue when that will be so I still have to play the waiting game.

I am a teacher and due to the well known low salary of teachers, assistance with purchasing big ticket items is much needed. The company allows teachers to have the payments deducted from their paychecks over time. Initially, it was a great service, until I paid my account in full and they continued to deduct funds from my pay for 3 consecutive pay periods despite my repeated request to Stop the deductions. They took several weeks to fix the problem and longer to refund the overpayment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I've been with PurchasingPower since 2016, and I have I bought a couple of TVs, an Apple Watch, a Beats, a perfume, and blankets. They have a lot of stuff and they are high-end things, and I've been ordering constantly from them. I have an 18-month plan. Purchasing from them is easy. Their prices, however, are a little high -- if you are able to go to the store and buy some if you have the cash, you can get it little bit cheaper. But, I'm not in a position to do that most times, and I don't drive, so it works for me. I like that they take it out of my check so it's not a bill, and it has always been taken care of.

It's easy to buy from Purchasing Power and the payment is taken directly out of your check. So far, I purchased a TV, a couple of laptops, some video games, a watch, and a purse. My experience has been good but their website doesn't give you a full description on certain items. I just purchased a computer and after I opened it and started downloading items, I realized that it wasn't what I wanted. Then, I clicked on the chat button to see if I could return the item and I had a horrible experience with the person that I ended up talking to. But I ended up keeping the computer even though it wasn't what I wanted because he couldn't give me a clear answer. He was unsure as well because it took him a long time to respond to me during the chat. Other than that, the quality of the items I bought from them is great.

I’m new to Purchasing Power, so to begin with I ordered two small items. The problem began when I ordered a larger item, which is a shed. I had been tracking my order since 11/14/19 only to find out on 12/18/19 that my order was never in transit or was never passed onto another carrier. NSD then put in for a replacement order & now it looks as though I’m being charged twice for a shed that I’ve yet to receive. I chatted with a Purchasing Power rep & the rep said I’d have to get with NSD in order to have my account credited. At this point I’m overly frustrated & just want my shed delivered.

With such good reviews from my co-workers, I decided to give Purchasing Power a try. I was already shopping for a set of mattress and since my co-workers had such good experience, I thought I'd have the same. Boy was I wrong. I placed the order 12/6, upload all of the required information, and waited 48 hrs to check the status of my order only to find out nothing with my order was done for 4 days. After numerous calls, I finally was able to speak with someone whom told me what the issue was and she immediately fixed the issue to finalize my order on their end. Despite talking to other representatives the previous days, none of who could have read the notes in the system to inform me of the issue.

My experience with Purchasing Power was excellent up until I had to take a leave of absence from work! Now it is a nightmare! I called In to customer care and chatted with an agent prior to going on leave so that I would avoid the exact thing that is happening right now! I was assured that I would Be fine and that my job would notify Purchasing Power that I was on leave. Payments were not suspended while I was out of work on FMLA and my payment amounts continue to increase. This has created a huge financial burden on me and my family! I have reached out to representatives several times and have not received one resolution!!! This is a nightmare! DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

My first purchase with them was a bedroom set. It was a headboard, footboard and a dresser with a mirror. In my second purchase, I bought me and my son the new Apple iPhone 11. I work at the Cleveland Clinic, so that was how I was introduced to the Purchasing Power option. It’s accessible, quick and easy with Purchasing Power. I was able to decide what I wanted instantly. Also, I like the fact that payments can be taken from my payroll.

First I would like to say that Purchasing Power did send me a great product and the delivery was very speedy. The product came in perfect condition without any damages. The customer service advocates were very helpful and patient, never rude or disrespectful. If it weren't for this one issue would still continue to use this service. The issue I have is with the information provided to me. I first had some issues with getting my account set up but was still able to place an order with the 20% discount (a total of $700 off) for first time purchase. My order was then cancelled due to employment verification, which I was able to resolve quickly and tried to resubmit my order. The customer rep said that was not possible and that I would need to recreate a new order without the 20% discount, but once the order has been placed and I received the tracking number I could call back and have the discount applied.

I have been having problems with sending documents. I have been with my company that I work for for 17 years. I have been with my bank for over 15 years. I have tried sending my paycheck stubs. I tried sending direct deposit form. I have tried everything to try to get my account started. They keep asking me for payroll system. I know nothing about a payroll system. I tried to get the person to talk to my administrator at my job but she wouldn't talk to her for some reason. I just wanna know why can I not show just my paycheck stubs. I am not a business. I'm not owner. I'm just in a employee. I know nothing about payroll system.

I've been a part of this program for about four years and always had great things to say. For the most part, the items offered were decently priced and the convenience of having the payments taken from my check were great. The only issue I have had is that recently they lowered my credit amount to an amount lower than when I was first approved and nobody can tell me why. Needless to say, it interfered with my Christmas shopping this year.

Purchased the above item in October. I did not receive it until December. Visually looking over the equipment, you could not see that one of the mounts were bent until it was put together. I called PP and was informed that due to the fact that I did not contact them within 48 hours there is nothing that they can do. This was a $1444 purchase. There was no warranty on this item which I did not know. So now I am left with a really huge stack of metal that I cannot use. I will not recommend them to my associates that ask me. This was the first time that I used them and had covered with all of my new hires how helpful this program is. Now that I know, I can no long recommend and will definitely suggest they not use this service.

I did everything online and it was simple and easy. Their website is straightforward. And before you know it, whatever you ordered is at your house. The prices seem a little high for electronics though. It’s about 50% on some items. But I understand why. They’re financing it. Going with them is a way to get what you want without having to break the bank. I have recommended a few people to them.

I bought from them a wedding ring for men, perfume for me which was nice and a Movado watch for my godmother. She loves the watch. The watches were excellent. It was easy to do the purchase. The order form was plain and explanatory and I was able to navigate their website. Everything was okay and the items came on time. The delivery service was excellent.

I have been ordering for Purchasing Power for about 10 years. Recently I called them because the amount owed was going down, but the amount in monthly payments was not. I have 4 items with monthly payments totaling 125.36, but they continue to take $172.00 from my checks bi-monthly. When I called to ask about it and why this was happening, I was told that my complaint would be forward to the appropriate individual. About a week later I received an email stating payments were being deducted correctly. Again NOT TRUE. There is only $1029. outstanding. An order that was ordered last December 21st, has already been paid in full, yet they continue to collect fund on this.
