Purchasing Power doesn't always have everything, but they have a good amount of stuff. I got a laptop, some jewelry, some AirPods and some headphones for the PlayStation through them. They take a small amount of my paycheck every two weeks for 12 months, and they give you an option to make a down payment or not. As far as the prices, they are a little bit higher than if I was to go buy in the store. So, even though they advertise on there that you don't pay any interest, you do pay the extra price to break it down in payments. One time, I looked up Tory Burch sandals, and it was 238 on the website, but on Purchasing Power, it was 260 something. Me and my friends talk about it. We recommend Purchasing Power, but we do tell others about the extra fee.

I purchased a few items and was quite satisfied. I was grateful that I was able to get it through payroll deductions. This helps me from having to spend all my money at one time. I was able to see what I needed and pay for it on a plan. Thanks.

Place an order then realized my wife had ordered already. Tried canceling the order within an hour of placing it. Website wouldn't let me. After being hung up on once and calling back the supervisor said I can't cancel the order. This was all within 12 hours. Rude supervisor and customer service. Will not be ordering again.

Needed an IPad but didn't have time on this occasion to go to the store due to work and other responsibilities. Utilized PP to make the purchase. Customer service was very helpful. Delivery was timely.

I purchase five times a year from Purchasing Power. Their prices are about double than they are in the store, but that's reasonable ‘cause you're ordering it through a rent-to-own company. They also automatically take the payments out through my job. I recently got an electric lawnmower. The battery goes dead too easily. But it cuts really well.

This verification process is the worst. I’ve gone and answer my security question and now asking me to verify phone which I been with my phone provider 3 years and rep ask me, "Is this your phone number?" Like obviously I’m a gov. employee and I’ve gone and change my phone number even before creating an account with Purchasing Power. How would you get my old number and 1 year that I’ve change it on my gov. profile. Second of all worst customer service. Kept repeating myself. I’ve even asked for a supervisor and still been on hold for a supervisor for 25 minutes. Now stop lying to potential customer and customers.

I was introduced to Purchasing Power by a few of my co-workers. My first few orders were great and I received packages in a reasonable amount of time. However, the last order that I made on the 19th of June was a disaster. First of all, I ordered 2 Gemini AS-2115BT-PK 15Powered PA Speakers which received a notification that they were shipped on the 20th of June and was scheduled for delivery on the 26th. After seeing no update with the tracking nor did I receive the packages on the 26th, so I called in on the 29th only to find out that there was an issue/delay in the shipping and that the packages were lost in traffic. At this point, I am a bit upset due to the poor communication so the agent put in a replacement order and offered me a 10% discount on my next order.

Purchasing Power is easy for me to use. I just type in what I'm looking for and I look at the prices, and then I just go from there. Every time I order something, it comes just like I want it. If you need something and you ain't got the money right then, you just can get it that way. It's quick online. The delivery has been awesome as well. I purchased two iPads, a pressure washer and a cellphone.

When I opened an account, they gave me a spending limit. I've already made two purchases and I am very, very happy with both of them. It came perfectly delivered and just on time like it said. It was great. I like their website. It's user-friendly. They break the amount down into payments for us in our paycheck. So it's like two payments a month and it works for us and it really helps a lot.

Purchasing Power is awesome. I love it. I use it quite often. I've made over seven purchases. You can filter the site for so many things.

Purchasing Power's website was easy to use. If you're looking for something, all you have to do is type it in and it brings it all up for you. I recently got a dryer, clothes that we needed for the seasons, and speakers for my car. Sometimes the price is high, but you're paying on time too. So, you have to do a consideration on that and that's good. Also, I've always been satisfied with the quality of the products I received and I've never had a destroyed package.

Brought several laptops, earbuds, and a laptop bag. They make things affordable. Love the paying overtime. It makes things affordable when you can't afford the price upfront. I fully recommend them a lot.

First off I love this website but when it comes to the referral rewards, I referred someone, I sent them the link, they clicked on it using my referral link, they bought something, I never received my $75 rewards. I have an email saying I received it, but when I look on the website, I still haven’t received it. I am going to post a photo that says churching you have received $75 in rewards on July 2, 2023, but there are no rewards in my account. If this could be fixed I will change my review other than that, I do love the website.

I bought a PlayStation and an Apple Watch through PurchasingPower, and I just ordered an air conditioning unit. All of my purchases went right through good, but this last one was weird. I didn't receive a tracking number, so I called them about the shipping for that. All in all, PurchasingPower offers good deals, and I told a few of my coworkers. They're using it now.

I got myself an iPad from Purchasing Power. I did it through the app. It was easy. They gave me a discount. It was great. My stuff came in two days. The payments were not bad at all. They were low. All the products in there are great. I'm gonna purchase again soon.

Back in 2010, I ordered a recumbent bike. That bike is still kicking. I also ordered a gaming console which I still have. I also ordered furniture 13 years ago. The purchase was seamless. I ordered living room furniture this time. I expected the same type of service. After I hit submit and my order was processed, everything was fine. And PurchasingPower.com told me to look out for emails for updates. But once they completed the purchase and rendered services over to a third party, it went haywire. There wasn't much communication.

Purchasing Power has been very helpful and it's really convenient to have things sent directly to my home. Recently, I purchased two beds for my children and it helped me to be able to get my kids back in the bed. Overall the experience has been very easy and simple and the pricing seems comparative to what's on the market today -- in some cases, cheaper.

This is the first time I purchased with Purchasing Power and it was easy. I get the payment taken out of my check. They use third party shipping so you don't have to worry about your packages being broken. However, sometimes the price kept changing from day to day. Before I purchased the TV, there was a price for $370, almost $80 less than what I purchased it for on the day I purchased it.

We're a family of five and if we could get a vacation and pay it off over time, that would be amazing. That's what got us started at PurchasingPower. Then, it was outdoor furniture. We purchased stuff that we wanted but we really couldn't afford to pay outright cash for. My favorite purchase is the stereo equipment. The one complaint that I had was the last set of speakers that I bought. It said on the thing, speaker, so I bought four but it ended up that they were bundles of two. I was a little upset by that. Other than that, I'd tell others to use PurchasingPower. Even if the price tag of the item may be a little elevated, you're not being charged interest so it ends up being kind of about the same. Also, you don't have to worry about paying, it just comes out of your paycheck. You know exactly how much you have to spend.

The first sofa and loveseat that we received had a defect and Purchasing Power was great with letting us keep that one until the new one was delivered because it was right before a holiday weekend. And they replaced it and took the damaged one away so that we wouldn't be without any furniture in that room. I also got an iPad from them and there were no issues. There are a few things on the sofa, like threads that are loose or things that we're now noticing because we've had it for about a month and a half. But overall, the quality is good and the product serves the purpose for our family room. The customer service reps were great. The delivery company was very efficient and polite and was in and out. We were fortunate to have the same people that delivered the damaged product bring back the new product. Everything went well.

I purchased a PS4, a Nintendo Switch, a laptop, Oculus Quest, and a lot of gaming systems, and also tickets to Cancún through PurchasingPower.com. It was very easy to purchase from them. It takes out monthly payments from my check automatically, which they are a little bit higher what you're paying for it. That's the only drawback. But you get it right away.

I like the items offered by Purchasing Power and the convenience of the payment coming out of my paycheck. Some of the prices are a little bit inflated. They have cards and they could mail those but they charge $18 per card. But that's the only thing that I would really be nitpicky on. The most recent item I purchased was a Nintendo Switch and the cost of that one was really good. Also, their return process was okay. It was just tedious because I had to either take the item into UPS or have them come. Overall, Purchasing Power's customer service is good.

I purchased a TV and a Camera. But there should be more things on their website. Furniture or appliances would be nice. A lot of people look for appliances and on the commercials, they advertise appliances and furniture. But depending on what job you work at, those are not offered. Also, it's not discounted like most places will be. The cost is just taken out of your paycheck every two weeks. It gives you a breakdown of how much you will pay. If you're looking to get something without coming out of pocket right then and there, PurchasingPower would be an alternative approach.

Their website was helpful. I purchased a TV, PS5 and shoes from them. The products have good quality. It was also easy to purchase from them. I just went to a category. The delivery was fast too. I also like how you can make payments on it.

So far, I've purchased a sofa, a bunk bed, and a fireplace TV stand. I went online and I was able to find items pretty easily -- what I was looking for and the brands that I needed or wanted. There were some glitches with the website itself, though. When trying to add a lot or unit number, it goes ahead and it records that so I'm able to enter it. But on the final receipt, I could tell on the address that there's no lot or unit number attached. For that reason, I had to have some items sent to a different address. I had to call in with the confirmation and let them know that the lot was not attached to my address. The representative went online and they could see on their side that I did add a lot number. But for some reason, there was some issue and it wasn't recorded in the confirmation. Other than that, placing the order was quick and easy.

I bought the Xbox Live with 12-month card, the new Ninja woodfire grill, the very last LG stereo, and a 65-inch TV from PurchasingPower. I did it through the app on my phone and it was very easy to use. When I got the stereo, I found out one of the speakers didn't work. But I couldn't return it and get a new one because I just got the last one before they took it off the shelf.

Just received my new PC. So far working great. Fast and easy delivery. Bought through Purchasing Power through my work. Finally got everything set up and is working great. As of now would recommend CyberPower to anyone.

I bought my niece a Nintendo Switch from a pawnshop and I ordered a game and a case as well as the screen protector from Purchasing Power. The quality is good. The price is a little bit higher than the store but Purchasing Power is convenient and they have a lot of selections. I ordered a 46-millimeter watch and it wouldn't connect to my phone because it wasn't unlocked. So, I had to send it back, and after I got my money back, I had to spend it on buying a different one. The return process was a hassle. I bought something on Purchasing Power and it wound up messing up and I had to send it back three times. They finally sent me a new one after the third time. It was the same issue. Still, Purchasing Power works good. I can get things and not have to worry about paying it all at once. I can pay it over time.

I've purchased a number of things from PurchasingPower. They're payroll deducted through my job, and it's simple, because the payments come out of my check every pay period. When I recently bought an Android watch for my phone though, I had some difficulties because my stuff wasn't updated in a while. I have been at my job four years now, so I had to call them in, but once I called them, it went through online. The reps were very friendly and understanding, and they got everything resolved right then and there. Everything I've bought is up to standard. I love the things that I purchased for myself, and my daughter loves the things that I purchased for her.

I got a pair of Bluetooth headphones and a laptop. They were delivered very quickly. It was a pleasant shopping experience and I'm very happy with both of the products. PurchasingPower is really helpful for the place I'm at in my life.

I had ordered one small item from Purchasing Power prior and the experience was okay, so I got a washer and dryer set. The shipment was slower than the first time but that was because of the item that was purchased. I ordered it on the 31st of May and I just got it yesterday. The first experience with PurchasingPower was better than the second only because of timing of the shipment. But going in and understanding the process and how you do it is simple and cut and dry.

We love PurchasingPower. It’s awesome that I don't have to worry about missing a payment because it comes out of my paycheck. My wife needed a new phone and I needed new earbuds. I got that and some stuff for my Xbox. Everything seems to be brand new and working perfectly fine. I'm satisfied with everything that we got.

I got a lot of stuff from PurchasingPower. I got a 75-inch TV, a PlayStation 5, and the new Xbox. You can buy a lot of stuff over there. You can buy jewelry, clothes, and shoes. I got some Off-White shoes that was 750. I got an Off-White shirt that was 300. It was a lot convenient to me because I was moving in my apartment, and they helped me a lot with the stuff that I bought from them. The delivery doesn't take that long. They come in about three days. You don't pay upfront and they don't take your money off your check until you get your stuff. You just gotta put your card on there in case of backup reasons. I recommended PurchasingPower to a lot of people at my job. Now, they're on it.

I used PurchasingPower during Christmas to buy some Christmas gifts for my kids. After that, I started using it because it's simpler than going out and purchasing something that's too expensive for me to buy at the time. With PurchasingPower, I can buy and pay for it over time. They're a little more expensive than at the store, but that's okay. The video game for my son didn't get delivered to me but PurchasingPower was able to put the money back. I reordered it, and they sent it out within days. I got it faster than anything else. I got it the day of his birthday. I've already recommended PurchasingPower to people. They used it and PurchasingPower gave me $50 that I could use on the website. That works out really good.

I bought a computer, monitor and a mini boombox. But I'm not fond of the last computer I got. I thought about sending it back but I don't know what I need to do. I also bought a phone from them and the camera doesn't work. Other than that, PurchasingPower makes it easy and I've always been happy with them. Between my wife and kids, they're like, "Oh, dad, I want a new computer." But I don't wanna spend all that now. So, I use PurchasingPower.

PurchasingPower saved me money when I didn't have the money to purchase. Their website is good and fast. They have reasonable prices too. So far, I've done five purchases. One was a drone, a camcorder, and jewelry. The delivery is fast and everything comes good. The mail comes by UPS. PurchasingPower is a little pricey, but it's still worth it. I can pay little by little.

The customer service reps that are answering the phones on Saturday 6/3 are the worst. Talking down to a customer or over 20 years. Hung up on me! Zero help at all. Will never do business with them again.

I’ve purchased a lot through PurchasingPower.com. It was a nice backup. It helps a lot of people out. The prices are reasonable. You can catch some deals, too. I always do it when I have deals.

I purchased several things from PurchasingPower. I used them and they were good because I keep going back. I recently bought a vacuum cleaner. The payment policy is great and it's easy to deal with. I have Fingerhut and they are a pain in the butt because they harass you constantly. I don't like that. With PurchasingPower, I don't have to worry about money coming out of my check every time because it just comes out once a month. I don't even have to think about it. That's great because sometimes, you may fall behind because you don't have enough money for that time period. But because the payment comes out before I get my check, I don't even realize it. Go for PurchasingPower. The prices are really great because the amount they take out is not like $30 or $40. It's only $2 or $3, $4, or $5. It's really dirt cheap so I'm okay with that.

I purchased a dryer, a printer and a diffuser through PurchasingPower. The process was pretty easy because I originally was getting a washer and dryer through them, which is really good that they only just had the dryer.

I like the monthly payments with Purchasing Power. You could buy something and pay it off within a year or two years through the company. The website is awesome. I love it. It's easy to go in there and purchase what you want. The reps respond back quickly. Even the warranty department is wonderful, too. One time they sent my stuff to the wrong address, but they replaced it. I am paying a little bit higher, but they have a warranty that covers me. If I buy a TV at Walmart, they're gonna give me a warranty for one year. Once that warranty is over, it's over. I'd rather be able to call in and pay the extra warranty for the five years. It makes it convenient. For some stuff Purchasing Power can't guarantee the work, but 90% of the time they do.

For the most part, Purchasing Power’s products have good quality. But I bought a swing set that came damaged and there were missing parts, and nothing was ever done about that one. Recently, I ordered a VR, an Oculus, that didn't make it to me. I called and they said they sent it out again, which they did. But if you look at it on my end, it looks like I got charged twice for it and I haven't seen or gotten anything telling me that the money's been reversed. The first time I called, the girl hung up on me, and the second time, the guy helped me when I called him back.

I try to find the best deal for my buck. And PurchasingPower.com seems comparable to any other place. I went into it and gave them my basic information. I had to set up however I wanted the payments to be taken. I appreciate being able to get it directly taken out of my paycheck. That way, if I don't see it, I don't miss it. And I set up a backup payment method in case something happens, which nothing does. I just go on the app. I order what I want. It's a few clicks and I get to it. It would come to my door in a few days. I could get warranties for my items. PurchasingPower is a great asset to working people and for people that need to get stuff that they couldn't afford to pay all at once. I've had friends buy tires that they need that they couldn't just go out and buy in a big purchase but they could get in PurchasingPower.

I ordered a MCM bag and received an empty box! Now I am paying for an item I never received. I thought doing this through my job the company is legit! They have thieve supposedly shipping customers their product, only to be stealing from the company! Spoke to a customer service rep who insisted they sent me an email stating my claim was denied. Never received not such email. I have went back and looked several times. No email! Now they are taking their payment for a product I never received!!

April 7, 2023 I ordered an Ashley rocker chair for my wife. Followed up weekly and kept being told it will ship on May 8. On May 9th they CANCELLED my order for the reason Item out of Stock. How did they not know that a month earlier.

I got a couple of game controllers and the TV from PurchasingPower and they were all brand-new stuff right out of the box. The quality is good though the price is a little higher bit higher. Still, I would recommend PurchasingPower.

The items at Purchasing Power are awesome. Also, I like being able to pay bi-weekly when I get paid. Purchasing is also quick and easy. I recently purchased an iPhone. The quality is good.

I recently purchased a computer from Purchasing Power. Ordering it wasn't difficult at all. So far, the quality was great, because it was a name brand, HP. They told me it would take two weeks to get it to me, but it came sooner than that. The cost may be a little bit more, but at least you get to pay it out in increments throughout the year. They also give you a warranty.

Purchasing from them is very easy. Their website is easy to navigate. Some stuff is a little higher, but I take that for granted because you're able to get it right away. You also don't have to put money down. You also have 15% off days, 10% off days, and free shipping days. Sometimes, I like that I can put money down on it to bring the monthly price down. It's a great way to get stuff that you need. Don't have to go through a credit check, it comes out of your payments so you don't have to worry about getting so busy and you forget to pay. I purchased a chair for my computer table, appliances, handbags, and towels. Everything I got from them was of excellent quality. It's an overall great experience.

My first time purchasing through Purchasing Power, I purchased two iPods for my children and it was really nice because I received them before the holidays. Since then, I've been purchasing stuff and I really like and enjoy it because it deducts it from my payroll. I don't have to pay cash to somebody. I got a big washer and a front-end loader, a flat-top stove, a name-brand purchase for my daughter, some iPods, an iPad for my son, some exercise equipment, and recently, a television. They also have promos -- Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas, 15% off, free shipping. I bought jewelry from there where I buy one and get some at a certain amount.

I really like how easy it is to use Purchasing Power for purchasing items through payroll deduction. Yes the items are higher priced, but the ability to pay over time makes it worth it. The items arrive fairly quickly.

I ordered a Zline island kitchen range hood at 8:30pm California time. I realized right away that the shipping address was going to my daughters school In Alabama. I called customer service at 6:30 am California time to see if I could get the shipping address changed right away. The agent told me that because the item is in “processing" mode she could not change the address. She stated to watch out for a tracking number, once the item status changed to shipped. The item shipped to my daughters school and arrived 4-10-23. As of today 4-15-23 the status still says “processing” I called customer service right away and told them what happened. I was told to call back the next day to get an update on this matter. I called the next day with no update.

Updated on 05/08/2023: Soon after my review I was called and I gave evidence in regards to my package. I gave my work schedule showing that I was at work, I gave a conversation with UPS that I had, my driver license showing my signature. Phone called that I received from Ben at Ups. We spoke back and forth during the day. In speaking with DeShaun he ensured me that he was speaking with his superiors and that he would have a final resolution on Monday 4/18/23. I called and sent a email about the resolution on 4/18/23 with no return phone call or email. I received a email stating that ups stated that they were still looking for a package that they said they delivered hmmm how do you look for something that you said that you delivered? So I was told by DeShaun that we will have to wait until Friday now 4/21/23.

I recently purchased a refrigerator and it was a very nice experience. I like Purchasing Power because I can do it from home. I don't have to go into the store and everything is included such as the delivery. It's convenient. They take the payment directly from your pay so you don't have to worry about making a payment. I've never had a problem with any of my purchases from electronics to furniture. I absolutely love Purchasing Power. The quality is good though I noticed that the pricing is a little bit more than if you were to buy it directly in a store. But it's probably because of it being financed. I hadn't purchased anything in a few years so my account had to be reactivated and the customer service was fine.

The products at Purchasing Power are great. However, some of the prices are a little out there for some of the products. But, with the extended amount of time to pay it, that's where the extra money comes from for it. It's definitely great to have. Everything that we always look up for, we always find it there.

It's easy shopping online. While I'm working, I can pull up PurchasingPower.com easily and it gets taken straight from my checks. I don't have to worry about calling anyone or getting online. I've been purchasing with them for over five years and so far, the quality of the products has been good. However, a new thing I'm noticing is it advertises different things, but when I click on it, it's not available or it doesn't even come up at all.

Purchasing through them was straightforward. It was easy to navigate through and make the selections and to set the package in place. It's an awesome program and I will tell others to try it out.

PurchasingPower is a good program. One of the things I like is the payments are coming out every two weeks from the pay period. Then you’re paying things off within a year. My order didn't come, then I went online and saw that it was cancelled. I called and they explained why. When I went back in, they said that because I hadn't worked with the VA for six months, I have to wait six months to use PurchasingPower. Other than that, I'm okay. I just gotta wait it out now. I've used PurchasingPower in the past and it has been wonderful for me.

I recently bought clothes and shoes for my children from Purchasing Power. I logged in online and I placed the order, and then I just went on myPay and I connected it so that I can make direct payments from my paycheck to Purchasing Power. Their website is easy to use. They're very affordable. I also use ShopVSC through the VA because I work for the VA. It's a lot cheaper going through Purchasing Power.

I purchased some wireless Beats headphones and an iPad from PurchasingPower.com. Their website is straightforward. If you're looking for something, you can type it in or you just go to the categories, look around and go through that. If you're working, you don't have to worry about going out there and looking for the product that you want or have to wait until they get it. With PurchasingPower, you go right online and look for what you want. The payment is very convenient for me because they take it out of my check. It gets paid automatically.

PurchasingPower was great, very convenient, and it's very easy to use as well. The payment plans they work out for you are great. I bought a PlayStation 5, and that was great. I also ordered a Skytech Shiva. The only problem I had with PurchasingPower.com is when I received that gaming computer, I had to send it back because it didn't work at all. I returned it, and when they gave me my credit back, I just ordered another one of a different brand. That was supposed to come in today, so hopefully, that one works when it gets here. I feel like they're overpriced a little bit when you get to compare on different sites like Amazon, but I also get why that's the thing. It's because we don't have to pay upfront. They really are very convenient. Just having the payment plan where you just pay weekly instead of having to come out of pocket the whole amount right away is a great feature.

Purchasing Power is a great service. I like their website. It's easy to find any product you need. They have everything in there. I ordered a pool cleaner recently. Making payments is easy for me. They reduce it from my paycheck. That's very good.

I ordered an iPhone through PurchasingPower. The experience was good. The shipment came in fast and it was an easy process. The quality was great that I'm gonna order some more stuff soon. I like that I can get the item and pay for it over time through my paycheck. I'm very satisfied.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Purchasing Power. The company is currently suing me, but they never sent me the necessary paperwork that they claimed they had sent. This has caused me a great deal of stress and inconvenience. I find it extremely concerning that Purchasing Power would pursue legal action against me without providing me with the required documentation. This is not only unprofessional but also unethical. Purchasing Power should have been transparent and provided me with all the necessary information before proceeding with legal action.

I love Purchasing Power. My last purchase was some baby stuff a month ago on their website, which is set up pretty good. It's easy to navigate and it's easy to find the stuff that you need.

I've enjoyed Purchasing Power. It's very convenient and the delivery is great. I continue to purchase from them through the years. The only thing is sometimes I wish they had more free shipping for items like tires. Whenever they do free shipping, usually, tires and stuff like that are not covered. I've bought a couple of sets of tires and the shipping cost is kind of high. But it's a good deal. Also, since COVID, they no longer come and set your stuff up. Hopefully, that'll get back to the service that they provide. Other than that, it's very user-friendly and easy to use.

I bought a TV and they told me it was gonna be here on a certain day but it wasn't. It’s a big mess and their customer service was horrible. I was mad and they didn't seem to care. They just told me that it was gonna show when it showed up and there was nothing they can do about it. They were taking the money out, I was paying for the TV I couldn't get, and no one could tell me anything about it.

Purchasing Power is more convenient when I don't have the money and it comes straight out of my check and I don't have to worry about it. No hassle. My first big purchase was a computer. Then I bought some jewelry for Christmas and I just bought another computer. For the stuff I've gotten, it was decent prices. It's really a good site, in general, especially when sometimes you may not have all of it at one time to pay out of pocket and it really helps you with that.

I purchased a 65-inch TV online. PurchasingPower's prices were pretty good. I always wanted a 65-inch and that was a way I could get it without paying the whole thing. If you need anything and if you don't have all the money, Purchasing Power would be the right way to go.

You have the option to pay over time. The first time, it was rough getting all the paperwork together. But the second go around, it was easy. I expected to pay a little more because I'm not paying it all at one time. But that's the point. Also, the quality is very good.

I bought two iPhones through the app and it was easy. The prices were reasonable and overall, Purchasing Power is a good company.

I booked 5 airline tickets through Purchasing Power. My flight was canceled due to weather and purchasing power offered me no support at all. The airline gave me an $88 credit per ticket when I paid Purchasing Power nearly double the amount. Catalina and Glo with Purchasing Power went out of their way to make this the worst experience I ever had.

Purchasing Power has been great. I'm getting the packages on time and the website was very user-friendly. I had in mind what I wanted to get so I was just browsing through some of the stuff like their clothing and shoes but I have enough of that. I wanted to replenish perfume that had ran out and I just typed in the name of the perfume scents and the website brought me straight to all their perfumes, and I just scrolled down and purchased it. I love perfume, clothes, shoes and jewelry. I sell jewelry. So, if I run up on something that I need, then I'll get it. The delivery came on the day that it was supposed to come. I signed up for the alerts, to let you know when it was gonna be there, and I got them. Purchasing Power should up the limit so I can keep on shopping. I like that you can shop and they take it out of your paycheck. So, that's a good advantage for me if you I don’t have the finances right then to do that.

PurchasingPower has been a big help to me. I can get some decent stuff. It's a little expensive, but I can pay a little a month. It's payroll deductible. I just bought a TV which I could have gotten at Walmart for $200. With PurchasingPower, I paid $600. But for the convenience, I went on and did it. I've also purchased some jewelry and some handbags. You can also book a trip, an attraction, a rental car, and hotels with it. There could be more variety, but less price. For the women handbags, they only have Michael Kors. I would love to see the prices come down because I intend to continue using it.

I purchased a generator and a refrigerator. Purchasing Power is pretty good. You don't really feel it because they take the cost out of your check.

I bought a PS5 with a game and with headphones as well. Everything came before it was supposed to come. I was really excited about that. It came three days after Christmas, which I was completely fine with. They said it was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd or 3rd. The price was a little bit more, but for the bundle that it came with, you can't really beat that. I recommend Purchasing Power to anybody that can't put it all upfront.

I really like Purchasing Power. It's a very similar program that I used with a previous employer. It's very easy to maneuver. It's good. When it comes to physical items, it's very simple to find. But when it comes to the travel aspect, it does get a little more complicated. There's not enough clarification on the travel aspect of it. For example, I recently booked a flight for a trip that I had. But there's no blueprints or information beforehand that tells you that you purchased a flight. You need to package it with another item. You have to book a hotel or a cruise for a flight. You can't purchase a flight singularly. It has to go with something else.

Purchasing Power is affordable and easy. I don't have to spend a whole bunch of money at one time. Some of the prices are a little bit more but it's worth it. My purchases come in a timely fashion and everything is excellent.

The self-service part of Purchasing Power was great. A lot of the products that I ordered were mostly electronics and they came with replacement plans for when something goes wrong. For others, you have to purchase those plans separately based on the product but most of the products that were outside of the larger brands came with those plans. For Christmas, I purchased my kids the bigger items that they wanted. The payments were extremely low and they were able to be drafted out of my payroll check every two weeks. I didn't have to send anything or track anything down. The shipping was extremely fast and secure and they didn't just leave those items on my porch.

Purchasing Power’s website was easy to search as well as make purchases. I purchased travel tickets, went to Vegas and had a good time.

Please do not buy any high end bags from purchasing power. I purchased two high end bag from them. The Gucci bag strap broken less than a year. I contacted Gucci. Gucci couldn’t not repair because it was not authentic. The second bag cost me 3100. I asked them for proof of purchase from the brand or an authorized dealer. They could not provide proof. The bags they are selling are not from the brand or an authorized dealer. Please do not shop at purchasing power. Customer service did nothing to help me. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP here.

It's been very easy with PurchasingPower. I love how quick I can do all my purchases online. I love the way their payment plan is set up. It's something I don't have to worry about monthly. I know it's gonna be taken out every two weeks automatically. I can budget for it so it makes it easy. The prices are a little bit higher because it is a payment type plan, so they already budget in the interest. It's for the convenience, and I don't mind paying a little bit more.

Everything including the price is excellent with PurchasingPower. They have a lot of good selections.

We got some tiles and a bed for our dog from Purchasing Power. I like their website and the prices of their products. I also I got my orders very quickly.

Everything was great with Purchasing Power. A friend thought that since my father was a former Postal employee, I could sign up for that program. But unfortunately, I couldn't. Their reps were very pleasant and totally understanding that it was bad information that was given, and they went ahead and canceled my purchase.

The fifth person stated the four before gave false information and purchasing power will NOT help me and charge me 300.00 dollars for the mistake I've attempted to rectify from the beginning [1-month ago]. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was left on hold for over 20-minutes. I am making purchases for my grandchildren; now they go without for a mistake I've made and a company who REFUSES to help.

The website is easy to navigate through and I like the fact that we have different options and categories. The items that I've gotten so far are of standard quality.

I have purchased a coffee maker, a deep freeze, and a colored television from PurchasingPower.com. It cost a bit more, but I'm paying for the convenience. Delivery charge was expensive. But they delivered the TV and took it out of the box if you wanted them to. And same way with the freezer. It wasn't that heavy, but they carried it up. Understandably, they're not going to have brand, spanking, new products. And I can understand that they offer a discount, because they are a couple of years old. But they are brand new products. Also, the credit limit is very reasonable. And they take it directly out of my payroll. I miss it, but it's taken out in small increments that are affordable. They don't try to take all my money every pay day. So, I appreciate that they don't try to make me broke all the time by buying products. I’m very happy with it so far.

On 01/22 I have purchase tires through PurchasingPower thought a vendor tire buyer tires were defective. On 8 months later the wires of the tires were exposed and I have a flat tire. Have to have the vehicle towed, have to spend $400.00 to have them replaced and until today I have not received any information from the alleged manufacturer... They claimed they forwarded some information which I never received. There is no warranty on any of their products and I think there are overprice.

I like Purchasing Power and its convenience. I have purchased a bunch of stuff that is mostly electronics. Its quality is pretty good. Purchasing Power was referred to me, so I will refer it, too.

I love Purchasing Power. I’m a state worker so it comes with our benefit from the union. I bought a lot of stuff from there such as games for my kids, a couple of necklaces, and a hoverboard. I like how it is set up for you and how it just comes and takes the money out of my check every month. Right now, I bought over five things. They take probably $200 out a month, which is cool. It's not too much. Sometimes, PurchasingPower is pricey but it's just because of the payment method and how every month they take it out of your check. It's the convenience of it where instead of paying right then and there, you're paying over time. There has to be some type of interest because they have to make their money in some way too.

PurchasingPower is a good thing to get involved in, especially if you’ve got kids and grandkids. It’s a pretty good program and they have pretty nice stuff. I do my purchase online. Somebody hooked it up for me where I can do things on the phone. I got almost 15,000 worth of stuff in the last years I've been buying from them. The only thing is they should try to do something to help people build their credit up. It would be nice to get a nice incentive.

I looked up the travel thing on Purchasing Power and I was having a hard time booking. Every time I tried to book, it would tell me that the trip was not available. It took me three straight days before one of the representatives helped me. She said the first three flights will pop up there but it wouldn’t let me book and I have to go down the fifth or sixth one. The first three were a good deal, but it didn’t let me book. The available flight was more money, but at least the booking went through. I want them to work on that pop-up saying this thing is not available. I had to go all the way from the beginning and restart everything. I wish it would just save whatever I had put in there. It worked eventually but it was really hard. But I recommend Purchasing Power. It's something for people that don't have all their funds at once to use.

Everything has been good, although the shipping was a problem when I moved to my new house. I’m waiting on someone to contact me about that. But other than that, I've been doing this for the last three years and everything usually goes right.

I've ordered quite a bit from PurchasingPower.com and I've had a couple of things that really went out. The last thing I had was an iron, but they gave me the manufacturer's information to contact them. But they used to guarantee their products without an additional price and now, when you purchase from them, you have to check with that product to be covered. You have to purchase a warranty and you have to pay for that in addition too. So, I'm not really pleased with that. But I keep ordering. The terms of payment are flexible and it's affordable for me to do it per pay period versus coming up with all the money at one time. But they're extensively expensive because you pay for the product for a whole year and you're paying double already. Also, even when you put it in the card and you get your shipping, they also charge you on that as well. They put that as a part of the bi-weekly.

With Purchasing Power, I love being able to not do a rent-to-own to pay for stuff and not have to pay interest, and it comes out of your paycheck so you don't lose the money. I went crazy on my first go-around. They’re good deals. I got a TV, a watch and a Michael Kors purse. The payments are awesome. Even though I racked up two grand, my payment is $83 every two weeks. I like the website too. You can find stuff easy on there. However, they don't have a lot of clothing collection. If you try to look for name brand tennis shoes, they don't have it. My TV was 1300 but if you look online for that same TV, it comes up to 900. There's a 300 difference because I'm paying through a payment plan. But it's not a big deal. Everything looks authentic as well.

Hello All, On November 17, 2021, I purchased a 65 inch Hisense TV as well as the 5 year extended warranty. There was a bad weather storm here in San Antonio Texas, which caused the electricity to go out. I bumped into my television stand and knock my tv over and cracked the screen. Contacted customer service. Was referred to Square Trade and the manufacturer. Unable to help. Contacted Purchasing Power again. Spoke with Alfred and he stated, "I cannot help you" and advised he could not refund the money that I paid on the warranty.

I've been using Purchasing Power for years. It was where I got my laptop, tablet, iPad and many great things I've purchased over the years. I love that there's 0% interest. You can still get the nice thing that you want, but there's no middleman. You just pay for whatever you're looking for right on. Through the website, purchasing is very easy. If you know what you want, you click on it. Once you're done browsing, it's very simple. Just go up to your shopping basket, check that out and put your info. Just follow the steps. They make it smooth and easy. The delivery’s typically three to five days. It also gives you a tracking option if you wanna track it.

I love PurchasingPower and have had a couple of people look into it. It's easy purchasing through them. Some of the prices are kind of high, but you gotta look at it that inflation is up. I don't have a problem with it because nowhere else is it broken down like that to where you pay so much weekly or biweekly. Every time that I make my payments it doesn't say I have to pay this particular amount because I always pay more.

I placed an order on 5/26, a mattress and a bedframe. I received the mattress several weeks later after many delays. I have yet to receive the bedframe, I have received 1 million emails informing me of its delivery date and after several reschedules they just seem to forget all about it. I called and they cancel the original order and re-shipped the bed frame (allegedly) and the process started all over again. Notification it would be delivered by X date, notification of delayed delivery, notification of damaged package delaying delivery, radio silence. Rinse and repeat.

I've been enjoying the service of Purchasing Power. They have a wide variety of products and services. I even did airfare a few times and had success with it. It’s been great so far and everyone's been responsive. Right now, I use Purchasing Power about three to four times but that will increase. Their prices are very competitive. Sometimes there may seem to be a fee but the convenience of it definitely outweighs the prices. I'm okay with that. The only thing is with the travel department, the rules could be a little bit clearer. I had a problem one time before with a purchase that I made on a flight. I purchased the insurance but I wasn't able to make the changes as the insurance indicated that I would be able to.

An old supervisor of mine at Home Depot taught me about Purchasing Power because I was talking about a PS 5 and Xbox 1. He referred me out. I got two items from them and their services are really great. It's easy to search for stuff and find what you're looking for. I had a great experience.

The thing that appeals to me is that the payment comes directly out of my paycheck over the course of just one year, so it's absorbed easily for high-end items. The first thing I purchased with PurchasingPower was an Apple watch. I got some earbuds, but I returned them because they weren't the ones I thought they were. I also told a few other people about them at work. One of my friends got the VR headset from them and I got a free credit for that. I got one of my friends a PlayStation 4 DualShock. I got an Xbox too. The ordering experience is easy usually though sometimes they don't have what you want. I want the Fortnite Xbox set-up and it was there one day, but not the next day when I went back.

Purchasing Power has been very convenient and at the same time, producing good quality items. But sometimes, items may be shipped wrongly or may be misshipped with video games. It's bad. There was a game that I had to have misshipped two times. It was horrible. I want to return the dumbbell and the only issue I have is the return label. When you go to UPS and try to print it out, UPS can never send it out. I found that if you call Purchasing Power directly and just have them send the label to whatever UPS that customer's at, that process is a lot better. But other than that, Purchasing Power is awesome.

I got a plane ticket from Purchasing Power that I'll be using tomorrow morning. I did everything online. I had no delays. I paid off my ticket early and I had no problems. So far, it's a nice experience. I will recommend Purchasing Power.

Purchasing Power has been amazing. We had a little hiccup when we merged with different companies. The payments weren't coming out like they used to out of my check. So, I called customer service and talked to somebody. I was paying with my debit card. But everything is smooth sailing now. The customer service was amazing. He listened to everything I had to say, gave me my options, and he was like, “Hey, I'm gonna keep calling you every two weeks until you get paid to see if you're capable of paying it.” If not, I could give him a date to where I can pay so I can lessen my stuff. He said he's still working on fixing the issue.

It breaks it down into a long enough period of time that’s feasible to make payments.

The price may have been a teeny bit more but there were benefits of having the cost taken out of my paycheck and stuff was much easier. When I purchase, the site tells you right there how much a week is gonna cost you. Also, the items seem very up-to-date.

I've purchased many Christmas gifts, a window air conditioner unit, a lawnmover, and three TVs. The process is very easy and understandable. This is a good company to use, especially for not having to worry about payments because you're able to pay things off in 12 months. I ended up sending it back because I found that for the price that they wanted to pay for the MacBook, it was way too expensive versus what they actually go for in the store. People should go for Purchasing Power if they want to but they should not go overboard because it does come out their checks. Everything was so perfect. I'm sure that in the future, I will get something else.

Once they get the first payment, they send your item. When it comes to the quality of the items, you have to understand that you're gonna pay a little bit more because of the convenience, but it's okay. I had purchased some tires but I got sent the wrong ones so we canceled the order altogether. But it was a good deal and it was no hassle whatsoever. I bought a 55-inch color TV recently. Everything has been fine.

I've been ordering through Purchasing Power for the last 10 years, and I never had a problem except for two. I ordered a couch and it was defective. Then, I ordered a bed for my brother and that was defective. They came and picked it up. As soon as the guy unloaded the second bedroom set off of the truck, he realized it was damaged. They just took it away. I never did reorder it. I just went to a regular furniture store and bought something from there. I got a refund on the second item and a replacement on the first. I would like it better if Purchasing Power has more options on some things because I was looking for specific things. I bought a desk and there wasn't a lot to choose from. But other than that, the process was simple. I like that the payment comes directly out of my check, and I don't have to think about paying per month. I've purchased several things, and the quality is as expected. I have returned something only because it was not correct when I got it. That was an Apple product with just defective and hard to figure out cords. There was nothing damaged. The return was easy. They just emailed me the information to send it back with.
