I've used Purchasing Power twice this year and it was easy to use.

This was the first time I've used Purchasing Power. It was pretty easy and they were able to split up the payments. I liked it.

I plan to purchase an Oculus game system from Purchasing Power. The only thing I had to do is show proof of my son's Social Security I was approved, but I haven't heard anything back yet. Their website was easy and simple to use and they answered all my questions any time I needed customer service. The prices are also great and I would recommend others to definitely go to them.

I have purchased three things from Purchasing Power. I had to wait for the account to be activated in order for me to purchase. They told me my spending limit was $2,200 but when the account activated it only gave me a limit of $1,700. It's convenient to use them, especially if you can't really afford to buy whatever you want straight out. It works without you having to worry about making a payment because it comes directly out of your check.

It's my first time using Purchasing Power. I have a union through my job and they were telling me about my benefits when they came by. They told me about two years ago, but I just used it now. I purchased a rug and a TV. I got the rug two days after I used it.

Working with Purchasing Power was fine. I only purchased from them once and it was nice, easy, and convenient.

I was talking to a coworker about Rennison, and he said that we have a work perk called Purchasing Power that’s better than that. He showed me how to set it up and everything. It's been pretty good. I’ve only used it twice. I would like to see more car parts and vehicles on the site. It will help many people, and I pretty much like that I was able to purchase things and not have to pay immediately.

I heard about Purchasing Power from a co-worker. I have never worked for a job that had a perk like that, so I wanted to see how it was.

I got a TV from Purchasing Power, I love it and I have no issues with it. But with my first purchase, I thought I was buying a sectional, which on there it showed the full sectional, but it's actually just the left part of the sectional, which I didn't understand that LAF meant left arm facing piece. I thought that was just the name of it and I didn't know that it was just the left side. I sent it back ‘cause I wasn’t about to spend $1,300 just for one part of the couch. And then it took so long for the return to happen in the system that I had to pay the full first payment of $106. So, they need to speed up the process of things, so the right amount is taken from your account. They helped a little bit by pulling the balance down, but I wasn’t expecting the full amount to come out. Other than that, I plan on using Purchasing Power again.

I've had a few hiccups with Purchasing Power when I recently purchased a recliner that I still haven't received. This is the fourth time I've tried to order. I've been guaranteed that it would get to me by a certain date twice now, which hasn't happened, and I've yet to receive any type of shipping paperwork on it. The second most recent person I talked to did try to take care of me. She offered me a $75 consumer care credit on top of the promo code that I had. But the most recent one that I spoke to, I could barely understand what he was saying. It was difficult to deal with.

I bought a PlayStation 5 under the Purchasing Power program. The cost was a little higher than what I would have wanted to pay. But when I factored in the bundle with the automatic two-year warranty, the price was only a few hundred dollars more than if I had bought it through Best Buy. The ease of automatic payment was also a deciding factor because I didn’t have to remember to pay a bill.

I purchased a printer, two watches, and an iPad. I spoke to a representative because for some reason, the allotment was screwed up, and I had no idea why. That was useless because I couldn’t understand what the reps were saying. When I initially did it, I was at my parents and I did not have my card. So, what they did was they went into my mother’s account and took the monthly fee out after I had already gone in and changed it on the app and went online on the app. And they kept doing it and it got away from me.

I work for a university that offers Purchasing Power. Their spending limit and being able to pay for reasonable items at affordable price out of my check were beneficial for me. I started in December and I have used it for about four times, and the experience has been perfect.

I work for A-Mark and it offers Purchasing Power. I love it and have used it twice. Everything so far is good. The only issue that I had was the last order I placed. I was out of town and I did not realize that it didn’t show up. I was talking with my wife because that was a present for her and I asked her if she received the packages. But she said she didn't receive any. I’m trying to contact their customer service about that.

Setting up the program at Purchasing Power was smooth and easy. It was basically cut and dry, and I didn't have a problem. I was originally approved for $1,850 but I never got to use the full amount. Every time I tried to use it, it didn't go through, and kept blocking me by saying to put something else there, other than the originally approved amount. When I called Purchasing Power, they changed the amount from $1,850 to $600, then down to $500. So the hotel that I ended up getting was literally right under the final amount at $400-something. I didn't understand why they gave me less of what they approved me for.

I loved using Purchasing Power. I was able to get an MCM bag through them. The website is very easy for people to access and learn how to use it. They did a great job on it.

I heard about Purchasing Power through my job, and what interested me most is that we can order, and it takes out our check, so we don’t have to pay right then. I’ve ordered a bouncer for my sister and a cellphone so far. The website is very user-friendly, and it wasn’t hard to find anything. It’s a great website to search and order stuff from, especially for home goods and automobile things. I only ordered two things, but I get on there and look probably every other week. The prices are very reasonable. It’s about the same as Walmart or Target.

My first purchase was a buffet set and overall, the items are good. The buffet is perfect, the doors are very smooth. Only downfall with the table is I initially paid for assembly because we're not good in putting items together, and it’s not assembled. So, they should have paid attention a little bit more. I had to get my refund back from the table.

I bought a lot of stuff from Purchasing Power. A phone was the first thing I got, then I got the flat top grill and a big old grill, a table for my kitchen, a dresser for my room. I like that they don't need my credit. I always recommend them to everybody, but they don't remember to use my referral code. The referral is supposed to give $75, but only one person has ever used it correctly. One time, I did get a TV that had a crack in it, but I still got it because I didn't know how to send it back. But it wasn't turning on, so I had to order another one.

My experience with Purchasing Power was cool. I ordered an iPad after one of my co-workers told me about it, and being able to break it up within your check is what caught me. It’s like layaway. Basically, I'm not going to see it. It's just going to come out of my check. It doesn't get any better than that.

I've heard other people make large purchases and get things that they need through the Purchasing Power program at my job, so I also decided to try it out. I liked being able to purchase large items like my washer, dryer and mattress.

The quality of the products from Purchasing Power is good. My only thing is that the interest is really high, and compared to real-life purchases, it’s a lot more. I recently purchased a plane ticket from them, and the site itself has a little bit of work to do in terms of user ease. Once you find the correct area, the process is fairly okay. One thing to note is that you can’t just purchase a flight. You have to buy something else along with it, so if you’re purchasing travel or anything to do with travel, you have to purchase two items and maybe an activity.

I heard about Purchasing Power through my place of employment and heard that it was a decent place to get your cellphone. It comes out of your paycheck and you don’t have to worry about doing credit card payments. I’ve purchased appliances and tires and I've never had a problem with any of it. It would be advantageous to take them up because of the convenience and the customer satisfaction.

I’ve been using Purchasing Power since my employer got a contract with them and I’ve had no complaints because I’ve bought numerous items from them, majority of which have been good quality. I like that I can get something and I can pay it off later. I think they charge a bit more than what the item is worth, which I understand because it’s being paid in installments.

I purchased several things and I save things to give it time to mull over in my mind if I'm gonna actually purchase it or not. Eventually, when you go to checkout, you have to send the allotment information, just showing that you have set up the allotment for the payments to come out. Once you do that, they eventually set up with the distribution or however they decide to send you those items. You receive a confirmation email. Once you receive that email of purchase, then it goes from there. Purchasing Power do not do military discounts because they consider that their prices are already at a low. So that's not another additional incentive that anybody receives from them.

The first experience that I had with Purchasing Power was awesome. This latest experience was a total nightmare. The delivery was set up, and it took them forever to call me. The item sat in their warehouse for over a week before they called me to schedule a delivery day. On said delivery day, it was set to arrive by 7:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m. came and went. I called the number to the delivery place, and they said I was the second stop. There were two more stops ahead of me and I would be the third stop. No one ever called. No one showed up at all.

A coworker told me about Purchasing Power this January and on my first time using it, I had to go with my second choice 'cause the one I wanted wasn't gonna be able to be delivered to my area. I wish all the items were available. Other than that, everything was fine. However, there's another thing that needs to be made clear. When I first signed up and they asked me for an account number, I was putting in the wrong one. I was about to delete the app and my coworker told me which account number I was supposed to put in 'cause I didn't know.

My experience with Purchasing Power was good. I thought it was a good idea to buy from them and I got a refund. The second time, my order arrived in a pretty decent time. The process is online, and their website is easy to use. It's a great price as well. It'd be a great idea for others to try it.

Worse experience ever. I have been calling this place since NOVEMBER regarding my account. First they had my account in bad standing for a return I knew nothing about. Only found out when I tried to place an order. To top it off my spending limit cannot be unlocked as NO ONE knows what the issue is. I have spoken to customer service who by the way are extremely rude at times and very unprofessional and about 7 supervisors who tell you the same thing over and over, “We have put in a ticket. Someone will contact you within 24/48 hours”. Of course, no one calls back or gets in contact with you. Now 3 MONTHS later still NOTHING. The lack of customer service is appalling.

I placed an order for a couch on 12/11/2024 at 10:11am. At 1:24pm on 12/11/2024, I received an email saying the order had been processed. Along with the message below. I did not get any calls or receive any updates. I went online to chat on 12/28/24, the rep stated the order would be updated on 1/31/25. I was told 2-4 weeks and that was more than the time frame. He did not have any info as to why it was going to be late. I asked him to give me the company I asked for a supervisor to call me. Devon (supervisor) called and left a voicemail stating "the estimated ship date is 1/31/25 and he knows it is taking a very long time to get shipped.

I recently had an absolutely dreadful experience at this establishment, and I regret spending a single penny there. From the moment I walked in, I was met with unhelpful and uninterested staff members who seemed more focused on avoiding customers than assisting them. When I finally had a concern that needed to be addressed, I asked to speak with a supervisor, only to be told repeatedly that no one was available. It was clear that the staff had no interest in resolving issues or offering any meaningful support.

Customer service is terrible. I ordered a coat on December 6th, and on January 14th they told me it was out of stock and that the order was canceled. I used the extra holiday incentive to be able to purchase it, so now that the incentive is over, I don't have enough to purchase a different coat! Why did they not ship it in December when it was still in stock?! Instead they waited over 5 weeks, and by then it was gone! I tried asking for help twice, but English is not their first language and I didn't get any answers. I am being overcharged every week too! The order packet shows it will be paid in 26 payments, but they charge you the amount it would be if you pay in 24 payments. What's up with that?!

Purchasing Power was introduced to me right before Christmas through my job, and so I was able to get my son a gaming system. I got my daughter some shoes, a TV, and some arts and crafts items. Everything was online. It was really easy to do. As far as payments, they have multiple options. You can put something down or you can have it taken directly out of your check over a 6-month time span or a 12-month time span. Purchasing Power is a very affordable option. I was looking into it because I needed a dryer, so for me to be a single mom of two kids, it makes life a lot easier for me to get what I need and not have to worry about financing.

I've been having good results with Purchasing Power. I like the prices and I can pay over time.

I love Purchasing Power because I don't always have the cash to buy things that I need. And I like the payment plan and the option and how it's paid off in a year. I always do a year. I've had some issues with furniture as far as damage but once I spoke with a management person or the representative, they did work with me. It was resolved. I was supposed to get a discount on one item.

I've purchased a lot of stuff from Purchasing Power. I got a sofa, bed, furniture, and jewelry from them. I purchased a lot of stuff in the last couple of years. There was a lot of variety of different things I purchased from there even clothing and shoes. Some of them are a little expensive, but I do price checking at other stores and if it falls within the same line of where that store has, I'll purchase from Purchasing Power. I felt very good about the quality of stuff I bought. I bought a couple of watches from there.

I would highly recommend Purchasing Power. I've enjoyed it since I've had it. I like that it comes directly from my payroll check. I don't have to worry about making a payment and there are no down payments.

I found Purchasing Power online and picked the item out, ordered it, updated my information, and they shipped it. It was easy. The payments are reasonable. You don't have to get into a contract with a cellphone company. I would recommend it.

Purchasing Power is convenient. It's easy for me to make purchases and pay them back in a timely manner without having to worry about it. Navigating their site is simple and easy. You just go on the app. You choose what it is you want, and it walks you through it. I purchased an Instant Pot, an iPad, a speaker, my baby stroller, a washing machine and a dryer. The items are always delivered in a timely fashion, sometimes sooner than what is expected. The reps seem knowledgeable as well. They usually help me out in a timely manner.

My first time placing an order through Purchasing Power was for electronics. I did it online and the website was simple to use and readable. The payments was very easy to understand and they also emailed the paperwork very fast. I was comfortable understanding the information because it was presented in front of me in a timely fashion. I'm able to afford the monthly payments, and I feel good about the quality of the product. I would definitely recommend Purchasing Power to anyone in the working class.

Purchasing Power is convenient. I haven't had a problem with purchasing and receiving the products on time. The quality is excellent, and they have a variety of stuff to choose from. My latest purchase was a cologne. Before that, it was a tablet and I've also bought speakers. Everything is great.

I had a HORRIBLE experience for the first time in all my years ordering. I placed my order 11/14/24. I waited until 12/18/24 to reach out because no information was available about my order on the app. They told me it would be shipped on 1/7/25 and I received shipping information. I waited a few days to be contacted by the carrier before I call in on 1/11/25. Guess what. They could NOT FIND any information on the item I ordered. They offered to do a replacement expeditiously and credit my account for my inconvenience. Got another call on 1/13/25. The merchandise can NOT be replaced. My order will be refunded any money and also this may take 7/10 days to credit back to my account. But here's the kicker. It also may take 1 or 2 paychecks to stop the withdrawal. 😂😂😂😂 That's FUNNY to me. I am so upset I may NEVER order from them again.

The travel part of Purchasing Power comes in handy because you don't pay up-front, but not being able to change, make corrections, or cancel is a pain. I was on vacation and the hotel I choose from purchasing power is a joke and a rip-off. The hotel is dirty and very nasty. Purchasing Power will not let me cancel, nor make any changes so my kids and I were forced to stay in a dirty hotel. They should allow changes.

I really like this company. However, I recently made an order, like I usually do, and the whole order was not completed. Two items were not sent and I have called (3x) several times to get a credit. It has now been over a month. At this point I have to make complaints online (here and BBB) to maybe get this corrected. Hopefully.

Because of Purchasing Power Christmas was possible and a big success this year. They made everything so easy and have all kinds of merchandise available to pick from. It may be a little pricey, but that's the price you pay for convenience and quality. I am grateful for this service!

This company offers a convenient way for employees to buy products and pay in smaller increments, but it’s a predatory company that exploits lower-income people. Despite the enticing deal with no credit check or interest, customers pay double or triple what normal retailers charge due to astronomical shipping fees and return policies.

I placed on order on November 24, 2024 for a Spiderman PS5 console with some games and controllers. I received a Fortnite PS5 console, called customer service and got someone in India. I dropped the item off at UPS that same day to return it. A replacement PS5 console was supposed to be delivered. It never was. It took me 3 weeks to speak with an English speaking person and still no replacement PS5. They have draw up a ticket for this and draw up a ticket for that. The worst experience ever. My son's Christmas was ruined. Been on hold for 46 minutes while they search for a supervisor. Missing work to take care of this.

I have been trying to place an order since August and keep getting processing error. When I have tried to get a resolution there is never one to come. They tell me to wait 24/48 hours which I do and when I call again it’s the same thing over and over again. Their customer service is awful. They never let you speak to a supervisor and even then when you do talk to a supervisor there is still nothing done. They don’t care to fix any issues.

I bought a little instant printer from Purchasing Power and yesterday, I bought a four-seater dining room table from them. Their website is easy to use and so far, they are pretty affordable compared to other places.

I've been using Purchasing Power for two years now and I love it. The quality is top of the line and some of the stores I used to go to, I don't go to them anymore because Purchasing Power has everything I need. I use it to get what I need and make my payment biweekly through my job. I've purchased so much stuff out of that. Every time I get one thing paid off, I go back, shop around and grab something else. Anybody cannot beat this, and the good thing about it is people don't have to go through a credit check or all this paperwork junk. They just go in, find out what they need and their allotment, and they have their stuff. That's what I like about it.

I use Purchasing Power whenever I need something because I can't afford them otherwise. I've purchased all types of stuff, including shoes and electronics. I did it all online, and it was easy. The prices are awesome too. I love Purchasing Power, and I have recommended it to others.

I have tried making an order for a Gaming laptop MSI Katana on Nov 17th and after waiting 2-3 business days for the status to be updated. It was cancelled abruptly without notice. Upon calling support, I was told a ticket will need to be escalated and to check back on Nov 25. I tried submitting another order on Nov 19th for the same computer thinking It was a issue with not setting it an address as my default since I had two addresses on file. Waited another 2-3 days and the 2nd order was cancelled for the same computer. When trying to place a 3rd order, the laptop I wanted became out of stock.

CEVA delivery service is and was horrible. I can believe my wife had to miss a day of work just to be called and told 2 hours before my delivery time that was not going out. That is unacceptable. I myself work in the Contract Logistics and Freight Forwarding field so I understand but that was definitely not an acceptable situation. Then to tell me that there's nothing that can be done.

I heard about Purchasing Power through a coworker, and I decided to use it because it's very convenient as far as being able to make payments on something rather than having to save up to get larger items that cost more if I go out to get them at one time. I've been using Purchasing Power for about a year, and my payments are less than when I started. When I started, the amount that had to come out of each check was more. Over time, they upped my spending limit. When I started, my spending limit was 3,000 and now it's 4,500. It's a great thing once they see that people make their payments.

I like Purchasing Power because every week they take the money out. It's easy payment. The only thing I don't like is Purchasing Power has deals at random. For example, they had a code one day. It said for electronic. But when I clicked on it, it wouldn't give it to me. Also, I wish they have more bundles. Like if I bought a PC, I would get a monitor.

I had placed an order with Purchasing Power on 09/29/2024 for merchandise to put in my new home. Upon receiving notification that the items were delivered I went to go retrieve them but they were not there. I reached out to purchasing power to notify them and get the matter resolved but they refused to help me. I had advised them to reach out to UPS so that they can get all of the details regarding my order because I had filed claims with them. They still refused to help me even though UPS had found negligence on their part and was trying to correct the mistake. Every agent I spoke with was a foreigner who I could hardly understand speak and I’m 100% sure that they couldn’t understand the complexity of my issue. I have asked to speak to a manager several times to get another person with a language barrier.

Purchasing Power's website is good. It's easy to flow through, and I've bought some hair trimmers and some colognes, but I also see there are other things, like bigger items. I like the ability to buy certain items, like a bed set, because the credit that I was allowed was enough to do purchases like that. The convenience of having a small portion taken out of my check is good too. I'll hardly miss it. There is a bit of a charge but that balances out with the payment plan. One thing I like is that it seems like a lot of the items are very up-to-date. I got a hair trimmer and another one and they were both the same kind, using the same charger. Purchasing Power is a great way to make a big purchase.

With Purchasing Power, I like that the payment comes out straight from the paycheck, without any issues. The price is reasonable, and I pay by over time. Two days ago, I bought a PlayStation 5, some games, a backpack for my kid, and some tires for the car. That worked out extremely well. I also bought a laptop which worked out real well too. It was for my daughter who went away on a college trip. The website is sleek and easy. It's not time-consuming at all. They could have more options though. I was looking at shoes. I wear a size 15 shoe, and there wasn't any readily available for tall people.

Im so glad I got this gaming desktop. Been using my old setup for four years it was time for a upgrade. I couldn't be more happier with my decision. Can't believe the power from this gaming desktop and the speed from and the way it look I can't complain. Love this gaming desktop. Thanks again.

I was able to get a laptop from Purchasing Power. Their website was good. It was an easy process, didn't take too much thinking, just a couple of clicks. The cost was a little bit more expensive, but it was sufficient for the type of laptop I was looking for. It was a good delivery package too. It was a quick turnaround like two or three days.

Purchasing Power was one of the additional benefits that we get access to that I found out about with being an employee of the company. I never knew it existed before then. I like most the ease of it because I don't have to be concerned about it myself. It’s automatic that my payment's coming. They’ll give it to my employer and it automatically comes out. But Purchasing Power could improve on the pricing. I understand the benefit is being able to not have to pay for it in full. But sometimes I noticed some items might be 30% higher than just a regular store price. But ultimately, if you need it, you're gonna get it. So, more power to Purchasing Power for what they have going on.

I work for Allstate, and Purchasing Power was something they informed us about. What first attracted me was the option to pay on an item instead of having to buy it outright. I bought a laptop for myself and for my mother-in-law, clothes, shoes, and cologne. When my great-niece was born, I even bought her this little powered car off of there. She has a little pink Lamborghini from there.

I purchase from Purchasing Power three to four times a year. I place the order online and they send me the order. Based on the price of it and how they break it down over the year, they take it out of your paycheck. It's a good way of getting something I want or need and not have to pay for it all upfront. But sometimes the price of the items are double if I bought it from a regular store. If something's 199, why is Purchasing Power charging 499? I think that that's something they should bring down.

I have Purchasing Power. I work for MedStar and I got my account through them. This is one of our perks that they advertised to us, and I started using it. I've bought all kinds of stuff, including Gucci earrings, AirPods, perfume, stuff for my kids, stuff for my bathroom and furniture like my children's beds. I got one item that I was missing some pieces from it, but other than that, I like the products. The prices are affordable. Some of the stuff are a little over, but I get it. It's very convenient. I don't have to pay all of it up front, so it works for me. I still feel it's affordable. I recommend Purchasing Power to my friends. I tell them, "Definitely go on there, look at it and get an account."

With Purchasing Power, I can build my credit up and I don't have to worry about budget because the payment comes straight out of my check. I've bought a dining room set, a refrigerator, a stove, and a video game from there and I had no problem. The cost is a little high, but I get why. I told someone last night when I was at work to go ahead with Purchasing Power. I told them I enjoyed it.

I got a TV and my husband loves it. I ordered two beds and I thought I put the correct address because I just moved. But they were delivered to my old address both times. So I had to get them because the landlord was being a butt. When the first bed came, I went on the Purchasing Power and changed my address and then called them, but it still went back to my old address. But they didn't charge me for the bed. So that was fine.

Purchasing Power's website has been easy to figure out and follow. They have what I always look for. Also, the delivery has been quick and convenient.

I've been using Purchasing Power for a little over a year and I recently purchased a portable washer from them. They have a good variety of products and I would like to see other name brands there. But so far, I've been able to find a lot of good stuff. Their products are good quality and I haven't had any issues. I still have a lot of the things I've purchased from them and I still use and wear them. One time, I used them for travel and I was having some issues pulling everything up. Their guy was really helpful and he connected me with the airline. He did a lot of the talking for me because I couldn't articulate what I was trying to do.

A co-worker was telling me that I can get whatever I wanna get from Purchasing Power and they'd take whatever percentage off my check every month or bi-weekly. I made one purchase, which is a TV. When I purchased it, it only took about five days to get it. Once I hit the send button, they processed it quickly. When it got delivered, I asked them if they could take it out of the box 'cause I don't want it to be cracked. And that was the only thing I didn't like about them because they didn't help me. They didn't take it out of the box. They said, "No, we don't do that." and just left.

I purchased a love seat and a chain saw from Purchasing Power. The chain saw is a DeWalt electric and it's fine. But I'm having a little trouble with the love seat. When it came, it was missing a bracket. They're supposed to be getting that together for me but I haven't heard anything from them yet, so I don't know how that's going. But usually, they're fine to deal with.

I've had a good experience with Purchasing Power. I've been using them for two years and they're flexible. The prices are reasonable and the payment plan seems suitable. It comes straight out my paycheck so there's no worry about forgetting a payment. I'm satisfied. The items are name brand and nothing's ever arrived damaged. When I'd ordered the wrong thing, the return process was fairly quick, easy and at no cost to me. I reordered the item in a different size.

I purchased a laptop and the process was fast. After I purchased it, it was shipped and delivered here in three days. It's a good site to purchase and pay off.

I’ve been using Purchasing Power for about four years and I’ve had a great experience with them. I bought a computer the last time and I had great options. I love the ease of shopping as well as when they give discounts. It's always nice to save money in today's economy. So that was good. I'm working for the state and I can use Purchasing Power through my employer. I love that I can have a payroll draft and not have to pay a lot.

I use Purchasing Power a lot. I like the reasonable payment. They don't go by your credit as long as you make the payment. Their website is very easy to navigate through. So far, I've purchased two dressers, a range, and a reclining chair. It's nice. I wasn't expecting it to look the way that it did. It’s good quality. It's comfortable. I also just purchased a dining set. The delivery was good. They called and asked me what time would be good for me, and they came. They dropped it off.

We got a set of tires from Purchasing Power and it was as simple as going to their website, typing in what type of vehicle we had and selecting from the tire sizes they gave. They handled it from there after we submitted the order. It’s easy to use. The people that they go through, TireBuyer, contacted us and set up an appointment at the mechanic shop for us to have the tires put on and balanced and our other ones disposed of. My experience with Purchasing Power has always been good except for the last one. I never got the chance to call them, but my package never arrived. I ordered a kettlebell, and it was worth $215. It never arrived but I got so busy because my wife is sick right now. We've been going in and out of the hospital. Other than that, my orders always arrive on time. I'm gonna give them a call. It has been two months already. I messaged them and they haven't got back. I emailed them.

I chose Purchasing Power through UNIFY, my work company and I just used it to get a laptop. As soon as I ordered it, it came the next day or the day after. It was shipped fast. It was my first time using Purchasing Power and the website was useful and good.

I was excited to be able to use this service but as a disabled veteran, who clearly gets paid from the government I am unable to utilize their services. I don't like and won't recommend companies that discriminate against us veterans.

I kept receiving emails to use the service for over 1 year. I finally looked into it and placed an order. I signed all the paperwork and even set up the allotment for the payments. Now the order has been cancelled. No one has an answer as to why and the allotment can’t be cancelled for 2 pay periods. I don’t understand why the customer service is beyond rude and unwilling to respond. I even asked for a supervisor and was denied that option. An agent told me he was present when a supervisor called me and that was a blatant lie. Now another agent told me I am lying about where I work. I am going to make flyers and post it all over my place of employment to let everyone know to stay away from this company. Please do not use this service. You will be scammed out of your money and no one will speak to you about the issue. Please stay away.

I enjoy Purchasing Power when I can afford it. It's easy to use. I've used it three times and the items come unopened and in good quality. You get your item before you even have to make your first payment. I'm real happy with the headphones I just bought. But I just buy little things 'cause they are overpriced, but at the same time, I know they gotta make their money. I haven't had any problems with anything except for the Samsung earphones. The left earphone went out, but I've had those for three years so it was time for a new pair.

Purchasing Power has been good, from the recent times I've used them. In the beginning, it was a little rocky when I didn't receive some of the devices and they said I still had to cover for them. That was when I first started with my job. My last two purchases have been okay though. The product quality has been great as well. It’s brand new. However, sometimes it could be better when it comes to how much they are.

Purchasing Power has a variety of a lot of things. I can go there and get anything I want. I also like that I can navigate the website very easily. It seems sometimes it could be a little pricier though it says no interest, but so far, I love everything that I've gotten and the quality is great. I've bought a washer and dryer then a pot set by Rachael Ray. I love the fact that I'm able to make that purchase and the payment is coming out of my paycheck directly. I don't have to call in order to make that payment. It's out of sight, out of mind, but I know it's getting paid for.

What interests me about Purchasing Power is the convenience of being able to purchase things and pay for them over time throughout my pay. Everything seems to come fast as well. So, that's always a plus. The website is very user-friendly. As far as what you're searching for, it pulls up everything. It's very easy to navigate. I haven't had any issues. When I first used it, I did speak with a representative, but that was just to see as far as the processing because it was taking a while. One of the documents I submitted was showing that it didn't go through, but I did provide it. Other than that, I used the site itself. I've got a phone, a TV, and a bag for my daughter. I was telling my sister-in-law about how convenient Purchasing Power is and I like it. I did express how easy it was to navigate it and I told her about the quality of the product and the website itself and how everything is.

I'm excited about using Purchasing Power, because when you need it and you don't have all the money, that's the most exciting part about it. You pay over time and that's a good experience with it. They also take care of the shipping and the shipping comes fairly quickly. The products have very good quality.

I’ve been using Purchasing Power for two years and they should keep up the good work. I bought a TV and a vacuum cleaner in my last purchase. The items come quickly and the prices are fair.

I've purchased electronics from Purchasing Power. First, you put in your financial information. They give you a credit limit. They make sure you work with a government agency, and they give you a spending limit. You go to whatever you're looking to shop for, and they give you a monthly or semi-monthly payment option for what it would be, and that's for a year. You submit it, they approve it, and they send it out. You just gotta provide payment information to show that it's coming out of your check. On average, it's one to five days to get the item depending on what the item is. It's not a 48-hour turnaround, but usually, within a week, you should have your items unless it's something like furniture that has to come from overseas.

I like how Purchasing Power has an easy payment plan where you can purchase the item and set up a monthly payment plan. I also have had good purchasing experience. I purchased furniture and a couch, but they had to return it and they're supposed to be fixing that for me because the purchase wouldn't be here till October. Their customer service was great too. They answered all my questions and they helped me.

Purchasing Power has awesome selections. You can pretty much find anything. I've been purchasing with them for three years, and the quality has been so far, so good. I recently bought a cellphone and I like that the payment comes out of my paycheck. I don't have to remember it.

Horrible Customer Service...0 Star worthy. Get rid of customer service and hire competent employees. I've been hung up on 7 times today just trying to find my freight order from 3 weeks ago. At this point, I think I may be done with Purchasing Power as a company due to inept phone support.

I chose this from my employer to get myself something nice for my birthday. I changed my number. Now I’m locked out of my account after talking to 6 people on chat that can’t help me and be ready to close the chat. One person closed the chat after one min. Didn’t even give me a chance to respond. Her name is Brooke. Everyone kept saying the same thing over and over and no resolution. Then I called in about 7 times getting the same response. No one could be help. I changed my number and the system doesn’t realize it. They all said, "Put your new number in 6 times then the 7th time you will get a quiz." The quiz never happened! Then I get told today I failed the quiz. How I’m fail something that I never took.

I purchased a mattress through them on April 7, 2024. I notified them by mid May I still never received it, was told to contact UPS. UPS closed their investigation May 29th marking package as lost. I informed PP of this and was told they would stop taking the money from my paychecks and refund me what they had. They never did either. It is now August, I have made countless calls to them, each time I’m told “give it a few more days.” I spoke with a supervisor Ali on 8/8 who assured me it would be resolved within 24 hours, it’s 8/15 NO resolution. Called them again, got an obnoxious employee named Sai who first said there are no supervisors, then that they were on other calls which I said I would wait and then he decided that they are all in meetings.

Happy customer every time. This is my first major purchase but everything is working out well plus my payments are automatic so I don’t have to worry about being late with my payments. Always recommending to people.

I've got mostly clothing and video games through PurchasingPower. I downloaded the app from my work portfolio and to purchase, I picked what I wanted, picked my payment plan, and then the item would come in about three days. The items are exactly what I ordered. I've had PurchasingPower for about six months and I ordered about 30 items. The price of the items was very good.

Not a terrible site product is good. I have received it not really nothing to review there. Just keep in mind and then they say there’s no interest. Their prices are a bit higher but still cheaper than if you buy it on a credit card. It’s convenient. Comes out of paycheck. Just give them a four because how they talk like the no interest thing is a big deal but Like I said, the prices are a bit higher.

I've been using Purchasing Power for several years. Last time, I ordered some tires, and they came in the following week. I had to choose a place to have them sent to and they sent them there and then they notified me that they were there. I had to schedule a date to come in, then I went in. I didn't have to pay anything because they took care of the fee to put them on. Overall, my experience with Purchasing Power has been great. I've done plane trips, and I've rented a hotel as well. I've bought from everything towards computers to furniture and a mattress, and the quality has been awesome.

Purchasing Power is very convenient, especially when you have children and you don't have all this money right up front. Also, the process itself is easy and any time that I need help, I could call. I needed help last year on a purchase and I contacted them and they helped me right away. One time, I got shoes for myself but I couldn't fit in them. They sent me the label if I needed to send it back and they said they would refund me everything. I found somebody that could use the shoes but it was the fact that I was able to call and let them know about sending them back. Once you get that receipt, it tells you about the return policy on everything anyway.

I like that with Purchasing Power, I don't have to access my credit and it comes directly out of my paycheck to pay for whatever I need. Thru them, I got sneakers, pocket book, cell phone, AirPods, iWatch, and a TV. It's pricey, but I understand. I have good quality items. The only downside to it is being able to change stuff. I put an address there and I think it was an error. I called to get the shipping address to be changed, but I wasn't able to even though the item wasn't shipped because it was coming from a third party.

I work for Allied Security, and they sent out a lot of emails when I first started working to let us know about the perks that they have. Purchasing Power was listed as one of the perks and it just happened that I needed some household things and I couldn't pay for all of it upfront at the time. Purchasing Power conveniently takes the payment out of our paycheck a little at a time, and I thought, "That's perfect. That's exactly what I need."

I'm satisfied with with Purchasing Power. The website is good. I've gotten TVs, shoes and luggage, and everything was delivered on time and nothing was damaged. If others could get on Purchasing Power, they should.

When I was out on medical leave and I hadn't worked for three weeks, I was told that I could go through Purchasing Power for the things I needed to buy for my daughter's 18th birthday. Then, through my next paychecks, I would be able to pay it back. So, I purchased some Beats headphones and a Marc Jacobs bag for my daughter. She loved them. Purchasing Power's website was pretty user-friendly. I'm not really big on technology, but I was able to figure it out. Then, the delivery was way quicker than I thought. One of the reps said that my order wasn't going to be there for seven days, but it came early. I like the amount of the payment that comes out of your check when you buy from them. Sometimes it's very small, you don't even notice it. For instance, when I made the purchase for my daughter, the payments were coming out, but I didn't even notice that when I logged back in. I had almost $200 available again and I didn't even miss it out on my check.

I find Purchasing Power convenient for big purchases. Usually, when I wanna get something for a holiday gift, a birthday gift, a treat for myself, or something that I just don't feel like paying right away for, I would jump on the site. That's what I ended up doing for my son's birthday. I got him the Xbox and I got myself one, too. Those two together would have been over $1,000 and they gave me a reasonable price point. It's not gonna affect me to pay out 60 bucks every two weeks for about a year. Also, the website is great. The time that I've used it, it's not buggy and it doesn't drop off. And there's a large variety. I recommended it to one of our co-workers and he used it to get himself an Xbox the same week that I told him to do it.

The first time we used Purchasing Power was years ago when we bought our first computer and we couldn't afford to pay for it straight out. We've gotten several other computers since then. The latest thing we got was a computer desk. I even bought a washing machine from them. However, their website has not always been user-friendly. A lot of times, when you try to read the description of something, when you try to go back, it takes you to the very beginning and you have to start all over with the search. But other than that, I don't have a problem with it.

Overall, Purchasing Power has been good. They have a slightly higher price, but it's a more convenient way of getting things I probably wouldn't have been able to afford at that moment full price. The option to pay for it over time made it convenient. I've mostly gotten electronics and tires. Very recently, I bought a wedding ring, but that didn't go well because I never received it. It wasn't Purchasing Power's fault though, it was UPS'. They dropped it off at the wrong door. I had to file a claim with UPS but Purchasing Power bent over backwards to fix it. They refunded it.

I wish Purchasing Power had a better selection, color-wise, and they need variants of the same type of product. Also, the website could use an update for a better user interface. But other than that, it's fine and purchasing is pretty easy to do. I work for the post office and it's linked to my job. It takes a draft out of my check and it's not really an issue.

Purchasing Power's prices are reasonable. It's very fast and easy to order. I bought a TV and a speaker radio, and the quality is good. I also got a kid's play set and air conditioning, but they haven't come yet. Getting everything set up was easy.

Just go to their site and they show you how much credit you have, and you scroll to whatever you like, match your credit range, and you add it to your cart, purchase it, and they start taking per pay period till it's paid. Purchasing Power is great for me. It comes in handy when you really can't buy stuff straight out. So, it gives you a chance to get things and pay for them over a period of time.

I purchased a necklace and a phone with them and the process of purchasing was simple. When I purchased the phone, I went on there, picked a phone I like, went through the payment process, and it got shipped in. It didn't take long and the longest part was me picking out what I wanted.

I bought two bedroom end tables from Purchasing Power. They're really good quality and easy to put together. I like Purchasing Power and their items are affordable.

If it's something that you can't afford, you can go to Purchasing Power and look for it and have an installment payment coming out of your check. I wish they had more commercial stuff, like for food trucks.

I ordered the head unit from Purchasing Power thinking I was receiving a radio that I really wanted. I called them and asked them about the radio. The lady I talked to stated she couldn't find the model on the internet, then she hung up on me. I had faith that if they have it on their website then I should receive it. I have already setup a allotment for the payment of the radio and it's going to be took out on payday. I would not pay what I have to pay for a entry level radio. I have a appliance that I am paying for already, but, I will be paying it off and I will NEVER use them again.

Purchasing through Purchasing Power was easy and simple. The site is good. It shows you everything that they have. I got a carpet cleaner, a purse, and a nice set. I like them. They're really good.

I purchased a TV, a laptop, an Apple watch, some jewelry and a couple of purses from Purchasing Power. The quality all seems good. I haven't had an issue with anything too much. Delivery is good as well. I had one issue for Christmas with my purses that got delivered, one of them got stolen. But Purchasing Power replaced it for me. It was cool. Their website is also easy to navigate. The prices might be a little bit more than what the store has them for. But the ease of it, just coming out of your check and being able to get your product within a reasonable timeframe is what keeps me coming back.

I've gotten my daughter's tote bag using Purchasing Power, two cell phones, and two trips. The only thing I would change is the traveling system. The hotels were terrible experiences and I don't think they do their part as far as investigating the places that they send us to. They do not give all the details as far as the valet parking and deposit. They take so much out of your check for the hotel and when you get to the hotel, it's really not even worth it. But other than that, everything else has been perfect. I still have the phone right now.

I used Purchasing Power to book a trip with a rental but was not able to get a rental when I arrived at the location. I was stranded there with an 85 year old in a wheel chair at 11:30 at night. Had to get an Uber to get to my hotel. I have spent countless hours with the car rental and purchasing power to get a refund but just keep getting a run around. This company is just out to get your money and have no problems with screwing the customer over. I will never deal with these people! They over charge you to begin with and will not think twice about cheating you out of your money. These people are crooks!

I'm having an issue and need assistance. I've been a loyal customer for three years, spending thousands of dollars with no delivery issues ever. This month, I ordered a headset for my daughter's birthday. It showed as delivered, but when I got home an hour after the delivery time, it wasn't there. I've spoken to two representatives, one on May 10 and another on May 12, who assured me the issue was approved for a replacement, as per policy for such incidents happening once a year. However, I received an email from Chad ** stating that after further investigation, the product will not be replaced. Now, I have no product, my daughter's birthday is on Friday, and there is a double payment scheduled to come out of my next paycheck. What are the next steps to resolve this? Michele **

My granddaughter has a soccer tournament in Cedar Point. She wants to stay at Castaway Bay 5/31-6/2. I booked it, set up allotment and told her the good news. On 5/10 I checked web for itinerary to find that they CANCELLED my hotel reservation claiming allotment not set up. Totally false! They’ve taken 2 payments out of my check already. Didn’t have the decency to let me know and still hasn’t!

I purchased chairs for my kitchen and I just purchased a barbecue and a generator. Purchasing Power’s pricing is probably about 20% more than the market value. It is overpriced but I have a low monthly and there is no interest. So, I weigh it that way. I don't feel the effects of it but I wish that they were a little more towards market value. Generally, the experience is a good one. There are a few things like high shipping costs but overall, it's a decent experience. I would buy from them again depending on the item and compare if it’s worth it because of the extra cost.

I like Purchasing Power. It's very good. I purchased an iPhone, a chainsaw, a weed eater, and a couple more things. Purchasing is easy. I do it online and they send me a confirmation that the item has been ordered and the order has been processed. They tell me when it's supposed to be coming in. Sometimes, it shows up earlier than what they're supposed to be expected.

I purchased a microwave and a blender from Purchasing Power. I went online through my job and they told me how much I was credited to spend. I picked out what I wanted and they take the payment out of my paycheck every two weeks. Some people say it's not good and some people say they charge too much, but for me, it's fine. Some of prices are a little high, but it's whatever you choose.

I ordered a swing and it arrived a few days early. Prices are a little high but easier than paying all at once when you are on a tight budget. Will use Purchasingpower again. May need a tv soon or a mower.

I ordered a Monarch 6 piece dining set a desk and a bundle pack with a keyboard, headphones, mouse and mouse pad. Overall I am satisfied. The only reason I can't give a perfect review is the dining table. The seat cushions were covered with fabric so you were unable to see any screw holes and honestly I believe the screws are a tad short. For now the seat cushions are staying on. We will have to see as time goes by. Second the dining table the screw holes were off. So after contacting Purchasing Power they said it had to be repacked like it came to return so I just made my own holes. I think I paid after a discount like 190. If it doesn't hold up I probably just cut my losses and look at other options but the desk and other stuff is great

Easy to find the app. Had no problem getting my tv and foot massager. Great service when I called. Best app ever and I'm not computer savvy at all and it was easy to buy and see where my item are. Thanks alot.

Ordered outdoor grill and griddle and one was damaged upon arrival and other grill had damage to lid, called Customer Service and was being questioned why it took me 2 days to call it in (first of all those damages can not be seen until you are putting item together) and I was on call for 45min to make report and still to be told they will call back in 3-5 business days to provide pictures which I already had. Rep was rude sounded as she was frustrated to be taking my call.

The process was very simple. I would see what I want, Purchasing Power's website would tell me, "You could pay full price," or, "You can do a payment plan," but it would take a certain amount of money every paycheck. It said, "You can do this and $4 will come out your check every two weeks." And if I didn't have the money on my check, I could put a backup plan.

Purchasing Power is awesome, and I've never had any issues with them. It gives me the option to make a down payment, and sometimes I could, but sometimes I couldn't. I've bought two sets of earbuds, a couple of tools and Tupperware bowls.

I worked my job for a year and one of the perks is being able to access Purchasing Power. It seems like a nice option to have with a company that’s willing to facilitate you buying things that you may not be able to pay for at full price right now, but you can pay it over a time period, especially when you work a job that’s going to consistently pay you. I just bought a pair of sneakers about two weeks ago. I did it all online through the app, which was simple and easy to understand. I purchased from Purchasing Power four times already this year. They can probably increase their variety of products. But other than that, it’s great.

I've been using Purchasing Power for years. It's fantastic. The website is very easy to walk through and work with. There's no people talk. Just on the computer at work, and when that is done, it would be quick. Also, I like the easy weekly payments that come out of my paycheck. It's expensive, but it's convenient because it comes out of my paycheck. You would not feel it as much. It's easy and convenient, especially when you need something quick.

I've gotten game consoles, headphones and a few other items from Purchasing Power and the quality has been very good. If I have enough in the credit line, then it’s covered and I don’t have to pay anything until the first payment comes out of the paycheck. Unless whatever line is less than, then I just owe whatever for a downpayment.

I purchased earbuds from Purchasing Power. As far as the purchase goes, it was fairly easy. I just didn't understand the confirmation. It took a couple of days. I wasn't sure it went through. But a couple of days later, it showed me a confirmation that it went through. The quality of the product is wonderful, too.

Would give zero stars if I could. Stay away from this company. Placed an order and order never arrived. Called them and they said would be here the day I called by 9pm. Item never received so called back. They then said they do not know where the item is and can’t track it. They said they would escalate and credit my account but will take a while and I will still have to make a payment on the item that I did not receive until they process a return. Once the return is made they said they should be able to refund the payment I made but will take a while. This company and their customer service is a joke. There are better companies out there so stay away. Don’t end up like me making payments on items you have not received.

Short and simple. I never received my product. I am still paying for it. Call shipping company and Purchasing Power. They both said they delivered it and have pictures they delivered it. I have ring bell cam. Nothing was delivered. Now come to find out my neighbor's kids have the game system. I called back and told purchasing power and they couldn’t do anything. Told me to make a police report and get the authority involved. In other words they washed their hand and I am still paying for a product that I don’t have.

It was easy to access to the site. It was easy to make a selection and they had a big selection. I'm giving it a four-star just for the ease and convenience. The delivery was simple and easy. So far I am very pleased. Thank you Purchasing Power.

I am thankful because sometimes I need something and don’t have the extra cash or it's not on my card so I go to PP site and pick what I can afford and pay off later. If I have a problem with the delivery I call and they put me on hold. Call the company and it's solved. Thank you and keep up the A1 customer service.

I placed an order that was canceled without my knowledge. This company never reached out to inform me there was an issue verifying my employment, I discovered the order had been cancelled only after inquiring about the status. Upon placing my order, I had to pay a down payment amount. I have inquired several times about my refund, and with each call I’m given the “we are escalating a ticket” line. Originally I was told refund would process between 3-5 business days, today makes business day number 7, still no refund.

The quality of the items I've purchased from Purchasing Power is good. I recently got a mattress set and it is good. The cost also seemed reasonable, with the discount.

In my experience with Purchasing Power, I haven’t been disappointed yet. Logging in and navigating is very easy, understanding, and self explanatory. I shopped around a bit before using this site. The best part I use it through my employer. The pricing is reasonable. The pay options are very affordable. I do wish you were able to bundle trip packages. Other than that the site is a goldmine!

I purchased a pair of diamond earrings. When I received them, there were 4 small diamonds in the princess cut setting. This was not disclosed when checking out online. They looked cheap. Very disappointed in this purchase. I will not buy jewelry here again.

I like that I can pay off my equipment or whatever I bought through my job. Also, I feel that they are a much better company than all these leading companies they have out right now.

Brand name items at least 3x overpriced. It's good if you don't have money and want to look like the "Jones" and be a number 1 stunner. To verify your phone number they will ask you a series of questions. They keep asking me info about my ex mother in law from 25 years ago. Which is insane. How would I even know and why would I want to call my cheated ex husband's family to find out the answers to verify my damn cell phone. Their customer service reps can only say "I'm sorry" a mil times and it's frustrating. I am glad my company now offers their own inhouse store. I will not being using this no longer

I purchased a laptop and a printer from Purchasing Power. My experience was very easy. I'd tell others that they need to try it.

I've purchased over $50,000 in materials from Purchasing Power in my 22-year career with the federal government. Finding items is easy. You go to the website and once you're logged in, you search for what you're looking for and add it to your cart. They don't even ask for any information once you're a member. You submit it and they'll come back and say they received it and need the paperwork. You send a screenshot of your financial allotment to the banks that they dedicate. You sign the paperwork that says you're gonna do this and if they don't get the allotment, you're gonna pay it. You give a backup payment method, like a debit card, and you submit it and you get your stuff quickly. Normally, they're very responsive as far as getting your product out to you and I haven't any issues when I call and ask them stuff.

I've been buying, TV, furniture and all kinds of stuff from Purchasing Power. It's a part of the company and the benefit to us is I don't pay everything at once. I make payments every week. So it's way better. I always recommend them. Many of my friends already tried it.

I have bought everything from a mattress, to a washing machine, to a stove, to a refrigerator, a lawn mower and recently a Samsung tablet. I have returned something and it was very simple. They've always been really good and they answer all of your questions. If there's a problem with something, they will replace it. Or if something's damaged, they will replace it too.

My experience has been very well as far as all my orders. They arrived promptly. Although, one thing was majority of the time, when they deliver my stuff, they just leave it on my stairs instead of putting it on my front porch. Other than that, everything has been fine. We have purchasing power through my job, I been employed with my job for 9 year. I tried logging into my account and it said I put in the wrong password and that I need to call customer service. I called them and they told me my account was canceled. I asked them why and how and all I did was put the wrong password in. They told me it’s been FRAUD on my account. I asked when? They refuse to tell me when fraud was committed on my account. They get paid every 2 weeks through my job, it comes out automatically.

Ordered tv Nov 30th... Didn't receive until Dec 23. Received broken. Contacted purchasing power. Not going to be able to get another tv for approximately another 2 months. Just ridiculous. Don't know how they stay in business with those kind of service. DO NOT... DO NOT. DO NOT order from them. Just horrible

I've purchased quite a few things through them. I got three laptops and they all work good. I got an exercise bike, tires, washer and dryer, and living room and dining room sets. There's a 24-hour turnaround and I receive the order anywhere from three to five business days. Last year, I ordered a PlayStation 5 but it got lost somewhere and I never received it. That was a little hectic. I told them that I hadn't received it and I guess they thought that I was making that up. They called the post office and we spoke to the postmaster who said that it was delivered. They said where it said it was delivered and there was a note underneath saying that it was in a warehouse somewhere. How could it be delivered and then find a note that said that it was lost in the warehouse? There were some issues going back and forth but they finally determined that I didn't receive it and they told me I would receive a credit. Everyone throughout the process was very courteous and professional, although there was one lady I had a rude experience with.

I've gotten a lot of stuff through PurchasingPower. I've gotten a lawn mower, weed eater, some rings for me and my husband, and some Christmas presents. The experience was fine but the only thing is I wish there were reviews on there. Other than that, the quality of everything has been good so far.

I got some Beats headphones a year ago through Purchasing Power and they're working fabulously. I recently got an iPhone from them. iPhones are expensive. So, Purchasing Power is a good company for people who can't lay out the amount. It's not as bad as a Rent-A-Center or one of those people that they triple the price. They do get a little extra. I work for a supermarket that does business with them. They give their employees the opportunity to buy from them and pay a little bit each week out of their paycheck.

I have a really good experience with PurchasingPower. I really like PurchasingPower. The program is very helpful with everything. The products are very good too. It comes when it says it’s gonna come.

I purchased over $10,000 with PurchasingPower.com. It's easy. Anybody could access it if they knew how to work a computer. I purchased jewelry, plenty of television, a printer, and two gaming systems. For all of my televisions I purchased, even if I didn't opt into the white glove service, they did it. They moved the tv to the room. It came in a box, they would un-package it. We would plug it up and make sure everything works. I love the program. It helps me out a lot. I tell all new associates I'm an advocate for Purchasing Power here at Home Depot.

I needed a TV and that was the first purchase I did through Purchasing Power. I bought a 70-inch TV. As far as the charges and cost, what they do is they just take it out of your check and they break it down into a 12-month pay period. So, with every check, they would take out a certain amount depending on what the breakdown was. They do charge a lot, though. The prices are ridiculous. I wouldn't advise it. If you can wait and save your money and buy it just from a store, then do that, because it's cheaper. It's about half the price of whatever things you're buying.

The website needs to be a little more simplified. If you're looking at a particular item, for example if you see shoes, that particular one is not gonna be labeled as just the shoes and you go in and select what size. You have to find that pair of shoes, the size and select it. As far as how the regular websites have it, where you see that one particular item, you select that, select the size and throw it in your cart. Sometimes I'm looking at an item and think, "Wait a minute. Okay. They don't have this. They have it in this size.”
