    I just started purchasing through PurchasingPower.com. I’ve only done it for a year and I did four purchases with them, so far. I got a living room stool, a patio porch set, a laptop, a Hatchimals and a steering wheel car thing for the video games. I just went online through my job, set up an account and I was able to order. Their website was very easy to use. I spoke with their customer service team when I was having an issue with my telephone number. The first one wasn’t helpful. But the the second, Ryan, was very helpful. One thing I hate though was when I was having the issue, I was trying to order an item that was on sale, and I couldn't even get it on sale because they didn't have my issue straightened out. I was kinda hurt.

    Nevertheless, the delivery was great. It was on time. With the furniture, they called me and gave me a delivery date and a time, and verified it first. And I loved the condition of the items when I received them. I’ve talked people into it. Me and my son in the military were talking, and he'd ask, “Where did you get so and so from?” And I told him where I go it from, gave him the website information, and told him to try it out.     I am mad??? Because these crooks sold me a fake supposed to be 10k 20in. Figaro necklace that is not pure gold!! It is from some fake company named, Delamore from another country!! I was short on cash out doing Christmas shopping for my loved ones. I was 150 short for some gifts that I had so I decided to pawn my necklace for a few hundred dollars. Took to the Candler Rd Pawn Store. They tested it with a jewelry magnet and the damn thing attached to it like it was a piece of metal!! Aw man was I embarrassed and hurt.     I have purchased phones, perfumes, watches and games for my children from Purchasing Power. I go on their website, where it is already set up for my account and my taste. I simply order whatever it is that I want, process it, and, within moments, I get an email that lets me know that it has been accepted. About half an hour to an hour later, there’s another email saying that it has been processed. They will message you each step of the way to let you know where your item is at, and when to expect it. It is easy to navigate through their website. The Chat Now feature, however, needs to be a little bit easier to find.

    I once ordered two bottles of a very expensive perfume, Derek Lam, and they were delivered to my work because I wasn’t home. The UPS driver came in the back door, delivered the box, and then I got a text message saying it had been delivered. So, I walked back there to get it and both bottles were busted. So, I immediately called Purchasing Power and talked to them. They sent me out labels and I returned the two broken bottles. Within a five-day period, I had my other two bottles delivered to me, no questions asked. Overall, you won’t be disappointed with Purchasing Power.

    PurchasingPower.com is a good website. I purchased from them for the first time and I got a lot of things including a Nintendo Switch, the handheld Switch, and various things for my children for Christmas. The prices are a little higher but reasonable. For me to be able to get the product and just pay it off, is reasonable. I bought around $1,200 worth of stuff and to be able to pay it, 40 bucks per pay period is convenient. However, the shipping is horrible. The shipping and handling fee is extremely high. If I’m unable to catch a bargain for free shipping like I did this time, it probably won’t get bought because shipping and handling fee is costly. Then, I called a customer service rep yesterday because I was missing one item from my purchase. They said that they couldn’t track it and they would send out another one. Other than that issue, Purchasing Power can offer more products and they are beneficial.

    I experienced a few concerns: first - the wait in between ordering and finding out a delivery date. Then when I finally did have a delivery date the time of delivery was to be between 7pm-11pm. That's a little crazy late for a time. Then the item didn't show up on the date it was supposed to and I received no info as to when it would be delivered. The next morning they called and were delivering within 45 minutes. What if I had not been home? They came, went past our house and were going to deliver to the neighbor until I yelled to them. The rest of the delivery went fine, other than them having limited English capabilities while speaking with them.

I've been buying for years, purchasing two times a year, and their website has been easy. I, however, think that some things are a little expensive. I also wish that they had real nice digital cameras -- through my work, they don’t offer any. Still, I would keep coming back.     My purchasing experience with PurchasingPower.com has been great. But when I first purchased a couple of items and returned them and got a replacement, they didn’t tell me that they double charge. Also, when I got ready to pay off an item, instead of going to that item that was already paid off, they went ahead and put the payment towards another item to help pay it off quicker. I didn’t like that. Over the last four years, I've purchased over 100 times from them. Their reps were okay, but I didn't have have a great experience this previous time when I was trying to send back the replacement. I didn’t like the rep's tone when he asked me why I was sending the item back. I hope they can work on their customer service skills. Sometimes they know what they’re talking about and then sometimes they don’t. Also, some of the things with PurchasingPower are overpriced. It was just convenient at the time that was why I purchased from them.

    I used PurchasingPower.com for the ease of being able to purchase something and not having to pay full price upfront. I got a cellphone and I got a drone and initially, the experience was a little annoying. When I first came across PurchasingPower.com, I attempted to buy an iPhone XR and the price I saw online was lower than my limit for. I put in a coupon for 20% off, which worked, and I submitted everything with the assumption that everything went well. Then I received an email the very next day asking me to upload a copy of two of my check stubs. When I did, I didn’t hear anything back for at least a couple of days and when I looked into it, all of a sudden, it was telling me that I was no longer able to purchase the phone that I wanted. At that point, the limit that I was allowed to spend had decreased. At random, the computer will select someone’s account, review it and either increase or decrease the limit.

    I was taken aback by that. I called and spoke to somebody. They said they were gonna look into it and that it was gonna take up to 72 hours and that they would call me back. I waited 72 hours and never got a callback. I had to call back myself and they said that there was nothing they could do. The limit is the limit. I borrowed money from a relative of mine to put as a deposit for the phone, but when I went back to buy it, it was out of stock. They kept trying to push me to buy an iMax Pro and offered me a promotional discount. It was still too much for me to purchase outright so I settled for a less expensive phone, a Samsung Galaxy 880. It’s okay, but some of the functions don’t work as they should and it’s not the phone that I wanted, which is a bummer.

    Ordered a 2 piece sectional. Each piece was a different color. Did not match. Then it was out of stock so it could not be replace with the right color. Deliver took a month. Very dissatisfied. How could the warehouse send 2 wrong pieces 2 different color. Still waiting for the sectional to be picked up. Not happy at all with this purchase. It was a terrible experience. The warehouse needs to be more careful about sending out product.

    I have bought several products through PurchasingPower. It was an easy process because it was through my job. The payments would be deducted out of my paycheck. I paid everything on time. I eventually paid it all off. However, I kept getting deductions month after month. They told me, it usually takes two pay cycles to stop. It has been four! Plus, I have to call in to ask for a refund. Which takes 3 to five business days. This is frustrating.

    Especially on this last occasion, I called for a refund like usual. The customer service man was nice. He apologized for the deduction, and said, "I can process the refund directly into your account." I thought it would be great! I waited the 3 to five business days and....nothing. I called back today. The customer service rep did not issue the refund. I told them, I need the money now. They said, "sorry it is going to take 3 to 5 business days again." This was their mistake. I have paid everything on time. I have dealt with their deductions, and they made me fall on the sword for their mistake. I am so frustrated! They not only let me down..they let my family down. If it was my job, they would have expected me to fix my mistakes. Will never use again!

    I got a Samsung Note8 online which was supposed to be unlocked. I had to call Purchasing Power and they were willing to accept the phone back to help me get it unlocked. That first lady was very good. It was the sixth day. They kept telling me, “Oh, it’d be two more days.” So, I talked to one of the supervisors and she said, “Well, you can send it back and we'll help you get it unlocked.” She was very helpful. And then, 30 minutes later, they emailed me, “Oh, your phone is unlocked.” But the thing was the phone was supposed to be compatible with all these other phone companies but it only worked for AT&T. So, the person I got the phone for had switched to AT&T service when they were with Verizon, then we kept the phone. They went above and beyond in helping me get it situated.

    I am very very disappointed in the service provided by Purchasing Power thus far. This is my first order and it has truly been a nightmare since day one. I placed my order on 9/12/2019 @ 8:51 am. I had an issue with the spending limit, I had already placed the order. I received 20% off since it was my first order and was trying to take advantage of that. I had to place a call to customer service because after my order went through it showed me I was $18.25 over my spending limit. So no problem easy fix I thought.

    But oh NO, little to my surprise that was just the beginning of my nightmare. I had to make atleast 10+ calls to customer service since because the had to forward my account to a department I'm starting to believe doesn't even exist within the company; so escalated department. This department is supposed to be located in Atlanta and only supposed to work or have someone staffed Monday thru Friday. It's a complete joke of a department because each and I mean each time I called the representative I spoke with was like, "Oh I have to write up an order for the escalated department to fix your account". I'm like, "Ok but you guys have the $25 payment to fix the $18.25 issue". Really it takes that department 2 to 3 days to take $25 that's showing on my account as a credit and apply it to the balance why??

    But no for whatever reason it takes even longer to the point now they have started taking the bi-weekly payments already for a laptop I don't even have. It is now 09/30/2019 12:56 pm. I have been on hold now over 1hr + and they still can't fix the problem. Being told again that the problem could take up to 3 business days yet again. Just deflating and exhausting how please how??? No words left I'm mentally drained after being on the phone over an 1hr+ just to continue to hear more of the same. Guess now I will wait 3 more days just to start the customer service phone call process all over again. I think I may have spoken to almost every customer service agent there since this problem has started. Funny but not funny. Please pray for me. This can't be real.

    I made a purchase through Purchasing Power. It should have been paid off on Sept 20. I had a contract to pay a specific amount per pay period for this item. I placed a second order, and instead of putting the correct payment amount towards my initial purchase, as my contract stated, they instead put it towards the new contract, making my deduction from my payroll higher and longer than I signed up for.

    Purchasing Power does not make it clear they will do this and they will not move payments to the correct contract even if you call their financing/payment department and ask them too. They will not work with you and they will not do anything to correct mistakes on their end. If my contract hadn't specifically stated that X amount went towards X contract every pay period, I would understand, but that was not what happened. There were at least 2 times that zero credit went towards my original contract and it all went to the new ones, which shouldn't be correct. This is bad business practice.

    It’s convenient with Purchasing Power and the quality of service is excellent. I've purchased from them over 15 times. I’ve been ordering from them for about three years. I already know the price is gonna be steep ‘cause I’ve dealt with WhyNotLeaseIt, and sometimes even their prices are higher than Purchasing Power. Whenever I do decide to order, a lot of times, it’s already been sitting in the cart. I just wait for that moment, and then I just go ahead and order it. And then I just do everything right then and there like as far as doing the allotment. I can pay for things through my allotment. I work for the post office, and we can access our own allotment setup. So, everything we could do, we do it on our own, and then just get the confirmation back to them.

My coworkers who told me about Purchasing Power said it was simple and easy and just go online. But to me, that was like, “What?” So, I think the first time, Purchasing Power called to verify the information. They just wanted to validate my account, my name and who my employer was. The other time was when I actually locked myself out of my own account ‘cause I had the right email but the wrong password.

    I’m pleased with the product for the most part. I’ve only had to return one order, and the only reason was because it was too small. Most of the things I bought were baby products ‘cause my kids are starting to have kids. Like now, I already put the swing in the cart. They have a swing, but it just don’t have the long poles like the ones we grew up putting our kids in---the A-poles. They have a mound that you can actually set them on a counter, but it still give you the effect of the back-and-forth swing. I don’t like the side-to-side swing. That’s what they had. But then when I went back on there recently, they now have the one that actually rocks back-and-forth, but it don’t have all the pole.

Two days after I placed my order online, I was notified via email that it had been cancelled because they could not find my address.     I love Purchasing Power. If you need something or you want to buy gifts for somebody and you don't have the cash, do this and you take a little bit out of your check. I've purchased a TV, some perfume and a bike, and with all the stuff that I've bought, it's less than a $100 of paycheck and I'm okay with that. Their price is a little more than what the market is. My bike was probably $100 more than what I could have bought it straight from whatever but it's a Raleigh bike so it's gonna last me forever. That's what I like about it.     I purchased a 65" television in July 2018 and it arrived with a large crack in the screen. I called customer support the same day and requested a replacement as well as pickup of the defective television. As promised I received the replacement however, the defective television was not picked up from my home until a month later. I called customer support more times than I can count and they either hung up or did little to resolve the problem. I even had to personally coordinate with a 3rd party vendor to get the tv picked up & returned. I was issued a credit for my inconvenience and thought the ordeal was over...

    Well to my surprise 2 months AFTER paying in full for 12 months via biweekly payroll deductions, I discovered that I am still to this day, being billed additional payments through payroll deduction. I called after the first incorrect deduction and was issued a refund. Since then I have been charged 3 more times and is now awaiting additional refunds in 7 to 10 business days as of September 13, 2019. This has been the worst purchase I have EVER made.. The television is ok and surely not worth all of this aggravation.... Beware.

    So I recently purchased the Samsung frontload gas dryer on 8/22/19. I called because usually I receive a tracking and order number. Well I was given the wrong order number and told that Best Buy delivers their own appliances and when giving a tracking number, it was the wrong number. So to summarize my dryer is saying it has been shipped according to Purchasing Power but because they haven't provided me the correct tracking number I have no idea when it will be delivered or when I should be home to receive it. I keep getting the runaround and I have made many purchases from here and have NEVER experienced this. Very disappointed in Purchasing Power right now.

    Long story short: I placed an order Thursday and tried to cancel Thursday. They told me that I would have to wait for the shipping tracker to generate. I called back Friday 8/30 and that's when they informed me I would be charged a $350 return fee due to it being freight if it was not caught in enough time. The "manager" (who is actually a team lead) informed me that she will escalate and it's not possible for them to ship it that fast. She informed me it takes 7-10 business days to ship and for her to escalate it will take 3-5 business days. Called back today 9/3/19 and they informed me that I would be charged the $350 return fee. I definitely do not recommend anyone to buy anything from these people. They do not care about nothing but money!

    The payment for Purchasing Power can come out of my paycheck so I’m not coughing up all the money at once. It’s pretty nice. They have a good selection. And even though there is a bit of a markup compared to stores, it’s pretty well worth it with the zero interest. I mostly do my purchases online, and their website it pretty easy to use. I have talked to their customer service regarding an order I had questions about, and he got all my questions answered real quick. They have great service. I've saved on three orders thus far.     Purchasing Power has a great list of items to choose from. There are some items I search and was amazed they even carry it. The process is very easy and they price items by the retail price. Which is good but if you search best buy or Walmart it good be much lower than Purchasing Power. But with Purchasing Power you don't have to pay all at one time. You pay 26 payments base off if you get paid every two weeks which basically is a year. You can pay it off early with no penalties. I purchase a 65 LG tv. Receive it about 7 days later. The website shows your balance and keeps it simple. They give you 15% off too for first time purchases. My only complaint is they send your code to your email and I didn't check it until after I made the purchase. Could have applied that percentage on that purchase.

    I purchased a sofa and loveseat from them around 6/20/19 and the sofa was damaged in the back from the delivery company. I didn’t see it until they left. It had punched holes in the back of the couch. I called purchasing power immediately and they said they was gone replace it. So I said, "ok," and later on that night something told me to check my order summary online in my account to see if they really processed my placement and when it gone come. Then that’s when I seen on my account they was shipping me the wrong replacement.

    So I called back again and 8 more times then that's when their manager called me and said they would just pick it up and credit it back to my account so I can order a new set. So they came picked it up a month later and have my account in the negative for a replacement loveseat I never received and something they admitted to getting wrong. So a long story short it’s been 3 weeks and my account has not been credited and they keep telling me it will post in 7 to 10 business days. Then when those days went by they still keep saying, "give it 24 to 48 hours to post." They have told me that 5 more times for two more weeks straight. I called them back. Sill no credit to my account. Also They got the original couch set back and still has not posted that to my account. They just keep giving me the run around. This is the start of bad business already and my first time dealing with them. No loyalty to their customers at all.

    Updated on 08/22/2019: The company says it takes 30 days for a payment to post to your account when it's taken from your check. When I asked if this would cause an overpayment, I was assured that it wouldn't. But, my concern was correct, my payments are $113.37 they come out every paycheck. But this payment was $178.82. The last payment was $144.78, that left my balance $47.45. So that is an overpayment of $131.37. Be aware of your payments and your balance if you chose to let them take out of your check. My advice would be to make the payments yourself. yes, it is less convenient but at least it's in your control.

    Original review: This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I ordered a computer and a handbag in November 2018. The payments were to come out in 1 to 2 pay cycles. I called 3 times to get it started, payments didn't come out until April of 2019. When I called trying to get it set up, I asked if I needed to make the payments while I waited for it to automatically come out. The customer service rep said "no it should come out in one to two pay cycles." So then the payments finally start to come out, it is showing $400 less than the amount of money I actually owe. I have called multiple times since the beginning of July 2019. I submitted my pay stubs twice, and they still said that it was invalid and my request was denied. They are crooked.

    My experience with Purchasing Power went great. I was buying a house and needed a couple of things. For little as $12 a week, I was able to get two big purchase items- a Dyson vacuum and a dehumidifier. I did everything online and got the first service within a couple of days after I ordered both items. The website was straightforward and their prices are reasonable. It's close compared to other sites, but you pay a little interest for paying it for a year. I'd probably use them again and I'd tell friends who ask about Purchasing Power to do it if they need something, even if it's just one thing.

    Purchasing from PurchasingPower.com was very simple. You just go online, enter your information and pick and choose what you want to call your own. Then once the order is placed, you get a confirmation getting you up-to-date - it’s been received, it’s in process, it’s shipped. I’m very pleased with the process. You can even pull up the carrier if it’s FedEx or UPS. They give you the tracking number to find out where your packages are.

    I purchase from PurchasingPower.com three two or times a year, depending on what was going on.     The PurchasingPower.com purchasing experience was fun and I needed to slow down! One of my co-workers told me about PurchasingPower.com. I looked at it and there were so many things on there that I needed and I definitely needed cookware. Everything was really easy to pick out because it was right there and they have it organized. You can go to the department that you want and pick things out. They have houseware, bakeware, bedding, and mattresses. I purchased the Rachael Ray bakeware set and the Ayesha Curry pots and pans. I also bought a nice suitcase. Although I was leery about the quality of the products and thought they sold stuff that people wouldn't buy in the store, when I got it, everything was top of the line and excellent.

    The prices are a little higher than the prices in an actual store, but not much higher. And if you can't afford to get the items in the store, you can get it at PurchasingPower.com. They don't charge you interest with anything and there are no hidden fees. You pay everything right upfront, which is excellent. Even before you purchase, they'll tell you what your monthly payment is gonna be at and what they're gonna take out of your check each month so if you feel you can't afford it, then you just cancel it. The cookware set was $20 cheaper in the store than it was online, but that was okay. And there was a $15 difference with the suitcase, but that was okay too because I didn't have the money to go to the store and pay that money on my time, so it was worth it.

    If you just go online and order, the system is great. It's easy to navigate through the system and the prices are good. Everything was excellent, except when I tried to call to get information about a product. At the end of PurchasingPower, when you're online, they have these numbers. And in case you don't wanna order online and order with them directly, they give you the number the call. They had an adjustable bed frame on the site that I wanted to order. I called because I wanted to ask how was the mattress set going to be delivered to me if I ordered. I just wanted to get some information, but I never got to it. They asked if anyone in my family was over 55. I hit no. Then they asked there anybody in my family who needed the products or if I needed it. It was unbelievable and awful. They did that for 15 minutes and when you finally get to the number, it tells you to call another number.

    I have never had a worst customer service experience! I ordered a mattress from this company this morning at 9:14. Within 15 minutes of placing the order, realized it was the wrong size, so I reached out to customer service via chat to see if they could fix it. I was informed that the order could not be edited and there would be a $350 freight charge for cancelling the order, so I called customer service and was told the same thing. I would either need to pay over $1000 for the wrong size mattress or $350 freight charge to cancel the order. I then asked to speak with a supervisor, and after sitting on hold for extended period of time, was informed there were no supervisors or managers available, so I would need to wait for one to call me back.

    I again expressed that there had to be something they could do because I had only placed the order a few moments ago, and it could not have incurred any freight charges yet. I was then told to wait for a call back because NO MANAGERS OR SUPERVISORS WERE AVAILABLE. I have submitted a complaint to the BBB and will make sure to let as many potential customers as possible know about this company's business practices.

    I purchased a quality bedroom set for my son's room. Expected payment deduction per pay period were fully explained to me. I opted to have extra money deducted so as to pay debt off faster.     I recently bought some items from this company that takes their payments from your paycheck. The amount that is stated in my contract is not what's being taken out! They are taking out more and when I enquire about it, Chanise **, one of their reps advised me it will take 3 days. It's been over a week and I haven't heard anything. This is very frustrating. My coworker warned me and their reviews stated that some customers also have had problems with their payments as well. It's just frustrating.

    I recently ordered 3 closet items that would not work in my closet. The boxes remained unopened, I took it to UPS and returned it. I notice today that they have only credited two of the items.     I have had some setbacks with PP but overall I have had a good experience. I would like to say that if people were able to push payments on large items (furniture, appliances, etc.) to more than one calendar year, more people be opt to use the service more often. Certain larger total amounts should warrant at least the option to extend payments to 18 or even 24 months.

    Someone at work got a new Apple Watch & told me they used PurchasingPower to get it, so I was really excited when I learned even though the stuff was more expensive that I could have it taken right out of my paycheck. There’s a nice digital camera I really want and thought this would be the perfect way to get it. I was able to create an account and they even gave me a $1000 limit, as soon as I tried to check out in the shopping cart it asked me to verify my phone number. The cell phone I use I’ve had for over a year, is in my name, and is the only phone I own. Apparently their verification system thinks it’s not my phone number so I cannot get the code sent to me. They do not offer an email option either. I contacted customer service 7-10 times and was told they escalated my request and that it would be fixed and my number would be updated within 24 hours. That was well over a week ago and they still haven’t fixed it. Horrible company.

    5/23/2019 - They called-I spoke with David and they also emailed me saying that they were beginning payments within the next couple of pay cycles. 6/10/2019 - Now I received a collection letter saying I owe them $2425 AFTER they said payments were going to start biweekly from my work paycheck. I will have to waste a bunch of time calling them to straighten this out and my credit score has down down. I will contact an atty and AZ Attorney General will be contacted. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. I thought I could trust them as my employer has an Employee Agreement with them.

    I was a loyal member of Purchasing Power and I switch job with the same company but for some odd reason the HR wasn't taking out the payment. So, I reach out to purchasing power and HR, only to find out the account was charge off and a judgement of garnish was placed against me for 1266.60 with BSD collection Inc by Law office of Attorney Bart Garry on 08/30/2016, which was paid off in the amount of 1627.15 03/09/2018. RECENTLY I begin to received a call from a new collection agency. I reach out to Purchasing Power with no help. I also got a letter from the court and from the attorney mention, and send it in to Purchasing Power and no one call me back. While I still be harassed by a new collection agency even though I fax them all the info, but because PURCHASE STILL HAVE A CERTAIN CODE IN THE SYSTEM, THAT THEY DON'T WANT TO REMOVED.

    Updated on 06/14/2019: Well just when I thought I was out of the woods, Purchasing Power has taken a huge amount of money out of my check. Post bankruptcy filing. Buyer beware. They will refund you but it takes forever and in the meantime bills don't get paid. Poor planning on their part should not constitute an emergency on mine. I WILL not wait another two weeks for a refund. Can not and will not.

    Original review: I have used Purchasing Power for several years. The products have been great, overpriced but fast and I had access to many products I may have otherwise not had access to as their program allows you to pay over time out of your check. I have spent upwards of 20,000 with this company. Unfortunately, I am in a position where I had to file Bankruptcy. Personal information I know. This is where I am having a problem. I was assured by their Bankruptcy division that I would be promptly refunded if withdrawals continued after the bankruptcy filing, which they were promptly informed of. Their representative has been very nice, but informed me that a refund can't be made until payment posts to my account. I received one refund, which took forever.

    The last withdrawal from my employer was on June 1st and payment has STILL not posted to my PP account. This is not a good policy and has put me in a real bind. Hence, the reason I filed bankruptcy to begin with. I will change my review upon resolution of this matter, but I need my money and now. And I am starting to not get return phone calls or emails.

    I purchased 4 items online on Saturday morning June 8, 2019. The bike was $183 and my monthly payment for this item is $7.60. Not bad at all. However that same afternoon someone told me about Facebook and I found a bike on Facebook Marketplace locally for $45... After making arrangements to pick up the bike I called PurchasingPower's customer Service, well they were closed at 6pm and not available on Sunday. Monday morning I called to cancelled. I was advised that no matter if I changed my mind 2 mins or 2 seconds after I ordered I could not cancel.

    John ** rep told me it didn't matter that they were closed. The order was processed and it's a done deal. Let's keep in mind this bike will not be delivered until July 1st and my first installment payment begins June 22nd. So they will be taking $7.60 (yes a small amount, but it still an amount I don't agree with because I wanted to cancel within a few hours of me placing the order) out of my paycheck.

    Now I was told I can return the item for $35 fee at my expense. So let's tabulate this shall we. They are going to take $7.60 out of my check on the 22nd of June, but I won't get the item until July 1st and thereafter when I want to return it they stated they will take the $35 from my check (so nothing is coming out of pocket!!! Really?? My check is my pocket!!). $42.60 I'm out of for a item that I tried to cancelled 6 hours after I ordered it..

    I tried to escalate this up to a supervisor, but come to find out anyone can be a supervisor. John transferred me to Jamelaha, then Jamelaha placed me on hold to so she can converse with her manager Katisha and Katisha said sorry she couldn't assist with waiving the $35 return shipment fee. AS THE TITLE CONVEYS "HORRIBLE Customer Support!" After this episode "You Got To Appreciate Amazon". I never have any problems with returning and/or replacing an Item FREE OF CHARGE!! I AM A AMAZON PRIME MEMBER AND I AM DAMN PROUD OF IT!!!

    This is by far the WORST company to order from. I ordered an Apple Watch. The day of delivery I was told that all my options for delivery were restricted meaning UPS would deliver my Watch on that day between 8am and 8pm and if no one over the age of 21 was there I couldn’t get it. UPS will try to deliver the item 3 times ONLY on business days In which I work Mon -Fri. and if no one is there they will return it to the sender. They don’t give you the option for it to be left at the door, sign online, change address OR pickup in the UPS store. You're either there or YOU WILL NEVER GET THEM. I called and talked to over 5 supervisors who basically told me to call off of work to get the Watch, which wasn’t an option for me. I had to choose to keep a job or receive a Watch I paid for. I would rather shop with Amazon or go to an Apple store. Never Order from them. Waste of time and money. Will only leave you upset and without anything.

    Order a bed set for my son Oct 14. When we got it set up Sun delivery did not have a drill. Furniture was set up. In March it start to fall apart. Bed rail and foot board became loose. Then dresser drawer fell apart. They replace bed 2 month later. Drawer wrong one was set out. Now nightstand dresser drawer also broken. Cheap quality of furniture. I paid over 700 for.

    TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. Approximately 6 weeks ago we got a KING SIZE bedroom set which cost $1,332.00. They added an additional $200-300 hundred dollars to put bedroom set together. The immediate problem was the dresser came with the wrong handles. However, they were quick on sending correct ones. One week ago I told my husband that the mattress was fitting right felt like I was going to slide right out of the bed. We adjusted the mattress, but didn't seem to help. Then I started hearing creaking noise so when I got home from work this morning looked under bed and notice one of the WOODEN legs (for the weight of box spring and mattress and 2 adults) had started to bend.

    When my husband got home we took off mattress and box spring to see what the complete problem was. No only had leg start to bend the wood at the end of the slab was cracked but WORSE THE WOOD INSIDE SIDE RAIL IS CRACKED TOO!!! Hence the reason for mattress sliding down!!!! Please keep in mind we were charged several hundred dollars to have professionals to assemble. My husband is going to call them tomorrow since today is Sunday. If we don't receive IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE with this matter since I CAN NOT SLEEP IN MY OWN BED for which we paid a TOTAL OF $3,400. We will be filling a complaint with BBB and the Attorney Generals Office.

    On 4/3/19 I purchased two tires from Purchasing Power and the agreeing company Tire Buyer agreed to have the tires shipped to the tire facility of my choice. I contacted my installer (Tire City) on 3 different occasions and was told the tires were never shipped. My husband even went by Tire City for the installation and was told the same thing. After communicating with Purchasing Power over a month’s time I decided I wanted a refund since there was too much confusion with the shipment of the tires.

    Purchasing Power agreed to the refund, as long as I mailed the installation gift card card back that was sent to cover the installation fee for the tires. The installation card was tracked on May 7th with confirmation that Purchasing Power received it. I called Purchasing Power on May 10th and was told it would take 7 days to credit my account. On today of May 18th I called back to Purchasing Power in regards to my credit/refund back to my account and was informed by a representative from the company that she would reach out to Tire Buyer to see if I never received the tires. I told her. "Ma’am, I have been dealing with this since April 3rd and I am fed up. I want my refund since this money is still being payroll deducted from my account.”

    The representative told me she could not caller Tire Buyer on today since they are closed and I had to wait until Monday to hear something again. Purchasing Power has lied to me as a consumer over and over again. I call every week and no helps me! This money is still being deducted from my account and I want my 327.00 refund for the tires or I will pursue legal action. I even have emails from their representatives about crediting my account. I will never purchase again from this company and will notify my employer about the discrimination as mistreatment against Federal employees so they can discontinue the contract with Purchasing Power.

    I ordered a bedroom set through Purchasing Power on March 22nd for which they started taking payments out of my payroll immediately. The bedroom set was finally scheduled for delivery on May 1st after many calls to Purchasing Power where I was repeatedly told that I had to wait for the carrier to contact me. The carrier finally contacted me the last week in April and advised me to remove all of my old bedroom furniture to make room for the new which was scheduled for delivery on May 1st. On the day the furniture was delivered, I did not receive the dresser to the bedroom set nor could the delivery team provide any information on when the dresser would be delivered or why I was not informed that it wasn't in stock. I was then told by the deliverer that someone would call me that same day with an update and after two days no one contacted me.

    When I reached out to Purchasing Power on May 3rd I was told that they had no further updates and had to wait for the vendor to provide them with additional info. I asked to speak to a manager and was told by the Purchasing Power rep that I could not speak to anyone other than her. When I inquired how a customer of a company for 15 years could be denied access to a manager, I was connected with a supervisor who informed me that the dresser had been damaged during delivery and that they were waiting for the company to either repair or replace the dresser. At this point I am paying for something that I don't even have with no idea of when I will have the item. Worst customer service experience ever. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM PURCHASING POWER!

    Placed an order for 3 items, uploaded the documents that were needed. A few hours later I found the items for about $200 less than this company charged. My order still said pending and the documents had not even been reviewed yet so I called to cancel.     I work for a local government and pay many, many bills each month. Out of all of my accounts, I have no other account that compares in terms of ridiculous late fees. They have a due date of the 15th of each month but do not accept postmark, check date etc. as the paid date. They determine if your payment is one time based on when they receive it.

    So if there is any issue with mail or THEIR DELAYED PROCESSING, they charge a $30 late fee. I have called several times to discuss this fee and they refuse to remove it. I also randomly end up with mysterious finance charges calculated by their extremely high APR. Also if you call them you are on hold for a really long time. I'm surprised that a well known-company like Pitney Bowes does not have other finance options. I am so sick of dealing with them that I plan on canceling my account and using our other credit cards to replenish our account. They are thieves.

    So I recently ordered the Beautyrest Recharge memory foam mattress from Purchasing Power. They shipped out a Beautyrest silver innerspring mattress that retails for 450-500.00. It was nowhere near comparable in Price or materials. I paid 850.00 for my mattress alone, and as I said they tried to ship a cheaper mattress. When I called to complain Charmayne ** said it would be handled. She would either ship the right mattress or contact me the next day with the brand that was comparable.

    4 days later and no contact. I go back to our Purchasing Powers site, and lo and behold the mattress I ordered is still for sale. I call back to ask why I didn't receive any contact, and why was an item they told me was no longer available was still for sale on the site. At that time I was told the item was still in stock, and was only told that it was cancelled. Currently on hold with the company. I've spent over 5,000.00 with this company over the course of a year, and never made a late payment. Purchasing Power cheats its customers.

    I have used this program, and generally been happy with it. Their prices are inflated, but that's a trade-off for the convenience of payroll deduction. I normally access my account through my phone. However, recently my phone went dead and I'm waiting on a replacement. Tried to access my account via my desktop. Their system didn't recognize it, and required verification via a code sent to my phone.

    When I tried to log in, I didn't remember the right password. Their system allowed me to CHANGE MY PASSWORD VIA MY EMAIL. I contacted customer service, and they are refusing access to my account, because I don't have a working phone to send a code to. So, I can change my account password via email, yet they can't use my email to send a verification code? I'm taking my business elsewhere.

    I purchased a 7 day Cruise package from Purchasing Power on December 24, 2018. I received the package via Postal Service Mail on December 31, 2019. The package stated I had to call HotelBlox which is a 3rd party booking Company located in Illinois. Due to the holidays I had to email the documents to HotelBlox. I submitted the documents to the company on January 3, 2019 and called to confirm 10 minutes later to see if they received the email. The representative responded yes and that the paperwork would be processed.

    I didn't hear anything back for 30 days so I called on March 3, 2019 to no avail. I then called back on February 3, 2019. I finally was able to speak to a HotelBlox agent after several attempts of sending emails and making calls. The representative stated they're still working on submitting booking information to Carnival. I waited another 30 days which would be March 3, 2019. I stated to the representative it's getting close to the cruising date which was set to sail April 20, 2019. She stated they had 45 days to submit the information. I stated, "That's not what your policy stated." It says the consumer has up until 45 days to submit documents before the cruise. Once again she stated they're working on it. I also contacted Purchasing Power stating that they would escalate the call. That was 3 weeks ago.

The IMEI was bad, they are overly priced and seem to not have any real solutions for falsely advertising the phone as unlocked and universal to all major carriers. Purchasing Power is only the middle man. They do not actually sell items. The customer service rep told me that they are not able to contact vendor unless in escalation. I was so irritated and disgusted with the whole situation only to be told, "We will send a new phone but can not guarantee the same issue won’t happen again." Apple even told me that this has occurred several times from a Purchasing Power customer.

    In 2017 I purchased several items on one order. A day or two later I was checking on the status of my order when I realized that for the 65" 4k Samsung curve I selected 2 as the quantity. I called customer service to explain and they told me that when the products were delivered to just refuse one. Which is what my husband did, and once the product was returned then it would come off of my balance.

    It's been over a year now and what seems like a gazillion phone conversations from "as soon as we hear back from the vendor that it was returned" to "yes it was returned" and then later to "I'm seeing that both products were delivered" and a lot of rehearsed apologies, and "can I put you on hold while I check on this" and promised returned calls, I still haven't been reimbursed. I have been using PurchasingPower for as long as I can remember and have bought over 50 grand in products. Sadly, I feel like this company has become complacent with the way it treats their customers when they have an issue. I now cannot get through to anyone via phone or email!

    My first experience was a train wreck but the sake of convenience I tried again. My second purchase was fine, the pricing was ridiculous but again, convenient. This last purchase was horrible. I made a purchase which I received long after I was supposed to and lo and behold it was damaged. They sent out another over a month later. Never picked up the damaged product and continue till this day charging me for both items. It's been 4 months. Tons of calls which by the way you're on HOLD forever. Only to hear, "I apologize, my team dropped the ball" from every single Rep. It's like it's scripted. Legally I am going to take a stance because clearly they are in breach of contract. If you have other options to make purchases I would advise you to use them... I am a VERY dissatisfied customer.

    I purchased a sofa back in Dec. 2018. The delivery failed because the sofa wouldn't fit through my door due to a wall near the door of my apartment made it impossible to fit through. The sofa was returned to the delivery warehouse. I called about having it removed from my account. Long story short I was charged $1000+ with cost of sofa plus freight and delivery charges. My deduction (refund) to my account was less than $200.00. I will be discussing this with HCS finance department and will be telling my fellow educators to stay away from this company. Once this mess is paid off, I will NEVER purchase another thing from this company. Truly disgusted with them.

    Buyers Beware!!! I purchased 2 14k gold rope necklaces which were 20 inches... They ended up too small and I took them to my Jeweler to get them made longer... Before he did the work. He tested then and said that they were gold plated. I said. "You're kidding..." I was going to be paying 600 dollars for them. I called customer service and they stated that 14k yellow gold means it's not real. I stated that there are different colors of gold. I buy real jewelry all the time. I stated that all your jewelry that is gold plated states that it is on the website. This jewelry states 14k gold... I was upset. I stated why would I pay 600 a piece for the necklaces if they weren't real. This company disputed me to the fullest and basically said I should have known they weren't real gold... Then they stated that I will still have to pay the shipping and handling return fee of 35 dollars a piece. Shipping for both when purchased was 40 altogether... RIPOFFS.

    Where do I start? The customer service is very lacking. I recently was approved for a certain amount of spending credit. I was going to do payroll deductions, so I sent them a copy of my paystub. When I did that, my spending limit changed. They did not tell me that. No email, nothing! So I set up my payroll deduction in the amount that they asked. Well when they got my paystub, the amount of credit changed and they didn’t bother to email me. How are you supposed to run a business like that? No communication with the customer? I bet if I missed a payment they would have gotten in touch with me! Stay away from this company, their business ethics are in question!!!

    I placed an order and they stated that if I ordered before Dec 17th I should receive my products before Christmas. They are still not here and I ordered on the 12. Now I have to scramble to get these gifts for my son somewhere else. They won't allow me to cancel. Horrible, horrible service. I recommend using other services that will deliver on time and cheaper.

    I tried to purchase an item but decided to change it for a bigger size, unfortunately there’s no option at all to cancel an order once purchased. The worst part about it is, you have to wait for the item to get to you (hoping you receive it before they start charging) then once you finally receive the wrong item, you’re supposed to return it back but you have to pay 35$ or up and it’s non-refundable. Really bad business. I called and spoke to them about how in their help section it says as long as the item is not yet processed I’d be able to cancel. But nope. Even when my item was still being processed there is NO way at all to cancel. So that was so misleading. Now I’m stuck here waiting for an item that might not even come in time and be charged still for it. They already charge double the market price and still they won’t even let this one slide. Shame. My first time using them and it’s already a bad experience.

    I have been a loyal customer for years. Anything that I have purchased through payroll deduction has been paid in full. I had an issue where I needed to file Chapter 13. Which has nothing to do with this company. My Chapter 13 has since been discharged, and tried to order something for Christmas for my granddaughter, but I was told I am no longer eligible for the purchasing power program. It really hurt because I have always done good business with them. I begged them for another chance. That is all I ask for...

    I ordered a very expensive trampoline for my kids for Christmas. When the items came, the packaging was severely damaged with pieces hanging out of the box. I called to report the damage and ask that if I was missing any items if they would be able to send me the items missing as I would not be setting up the trampoline until spring (it’s Winter in MN now). I was told I would have to inspect all parts now due to their 30 day return policy. I did not plan to open the box prior to set up and I do not plan to return the item. Just asking for some guarantee that when I do open it, if a part is missing, they will be responsible! Not going to happen I guess. So I will bundle up, head outside to open the 3 boxes it was shipped in and check all parts in the freezing cold out in the snow. Not a happy customer.

    I have been using Purchasing Power for several years through my employer. I've bought many electronics with no issues. 1. You will absolutely pay a HUGE amount of "interest", comparative to costly payday loans. They jack up the prices at LEAST double the actual price of the electronic. Example as of 111918, a 15 in. screen ACER Chromebook on Amazon is 199.00... On Purchasing Power currently, it is 420.00. The interest is built into the price and they are screwing you. 2. Payroll deductions - I have always had payroll deductions. For my last purchase, I started getting the deductions doubled. 80 became 160. When you live paycheck to paycheck, this is an issue! I needed that 80 for rent or bills or groceries. But I had payroll deductions, my items were paid off in the year.

    3. Recently - I went to use my account, but got an error code to see my spending limit. I chatted with someone who told me my spending limit but said I needed to contact Account Recovery to get my account reinstated. I called them, and was informed I did not pay off my items and went into collections, was charged off and I can no longer (ever ever) use Purchasing Power (EVER). I said, "But I had payroll deductions, you got more than what I should have paid due to the double deductions, how could I be charged off." The girl on the phone (LaKesha or LaQuisha) was incredibly rude, was not trained for my situation, considering it was very different, just kept saying "I don't know, it says this, it's this." "You have to settle with the collection company but that won't reinstate your account."

    I asked to speak with a supervisor and was denied, "we are all trained to say the same thing". "You won't get another answer". In conclusion - if you want extra high prices and rude customer service this is the company for you to use. If not, save your money and pay cash. They aren't worth the headache. I will be writing to the corporate offices as well to let them know of their horrendous service. Buyer BEWARE!!!

    Products are great however the prices are way overpriced. You pay up to three times as much. They do prey on the needed by offering no credit and job deduction with working for a government agency. We are pay way under with make PurchasingPower good in one way but very hard on the pocket by overpricing and taking advantage of a person unfortunate situation. I am sure we will be seeing a class action lawsuit due the excessive overpricing. Until then I will use them because I have no choice. I am overworked and underpaid and this company allows you to purchase with no question asked.

    I just purchased an 80 dollar item off from purchasing power. Not even 4 minutes after the order I decided to cancel as I immediately found another item on their page that was better than what I first found. I went to cancel the order which again was at this point less than 10 minutes after the order and their page stated that as long as the order was not processed the item could be canceled. However there was no cancel option even though the page shows where it should be.

    I decided to reach out to them by chat. The person I spoke with by the name of Levi stated that the item could only be returned and not canceled and that it would cost me 35 dollars. I asked why I could not return it as I just got it which at the point is now 10 minutes later. He said because the item is pending and you cannot cancel any item that is pending or has finished processing.

    I told him that the web page says you cannot cancel an order if the order was processed. This is what your faq page states. He repeated again that it could not be canceled. I asked if it was worth losing a customer over 35 dollars and bad customer service even though I was well within their guidelines on the cancellation. He thank me for my feedback and told me he would leave it in the notes. I also told him that the system auto changes to pending the moment you make your order so that means you can never cancel an order. I then told him thank you and once I return this item I will be canceling my account. Let it be known also that I have not gotten the "Your order is processed" email. I will be saving it and leaving a review.

    I ordered some $100 iTunes gift cards that were $120.49 each and $6 for shipping, 2 weeks later they advertised free shipping, so I ordered more, I didn't realize until after that they jacked the price up to $126.49 so basically just added the shipping in. So I returned the 8 cards and they charged me $35 plus tax as a return fee for each card. I called before I sent, they just said ok to return, didn't advise on no fees, called after I seen the fees and they refused to do anything about it. Bad for them being I have spent $17,000 on different purchases over the past few years, NEVER AGAIN will I buy anything from them.

    I had a stroke at work, I am in Short Term Disability. I asked them if I could pause the monthly payments while I catch up on my finances. I am @70% pay and not able to pay all my bills including power if they take from my paycheck. I explained that I would be homeless because I could not afford my rent after purchase power deductions. They gave me the runaround then flat out refused me. Do not order from them! I am telling every co worker I come into contact with, and we are a large company! Treat me like I am some kind of bum? I had a stroke, prior to that I had already purchased and paid off over 15,000 worth of merchandise. Thanks for not caring about your customers.

    Hi. I purchased a vacation with Purchase Power (Purchasing Power). I purchased something with them before, and they were pretty good. But this time, it was horrible. After calling three different times on three different occasions, three different representatives said they will send me an update. No one has sent me an update. And I purchased this product or this vacation on September 22nd, 2018. It is now October the 15th, 2018. I have not received any confirmation in regards to my flight. And then now, I'm afraid and beginning to wonder if I'm really gonna go on vacation, which I've never been anywhere. So, I wanted to go to Las Vegas, and they're gonna charge me $1,000 and take it out of my pay every month. I'm very, very frustrated with Purchase Power and HotelBlocks.com.     I ordered a dining set and it was broken, I called right away and was told I was going to receive another and the old one would be picked up. When I got a call from delivery company I was out of town. I spoke with the delivery person and was told that when I get back to call him, when that happened they had already sent back the order. From that moment this situation became a nightmare. I called PurchasingPower and spoke with several agents which I kept getting turned over from person to person. That order was done in December, it's now October and I am still struggling with this. I am no longer ordering from PurchasingPower from this point on.

    I purchased an Apple iPhone X in June 2018 however I went on my birthday trip last week and the phone was stolen.     I ordered a TV on September 10, 2018. Sony 70 inch, beautiful TV, I did all the paperwork only to be told twice it was wrong, when in fact it was correct. The customer service reps were snotty and rude. Received my TV on September 25th, 2018, due to unforeseen circumstances, I could not take it out of the box to inspect it until September 28, 2018. Opened it, and then turned it on only to find that the left of the screen is completely cracked. Unseen until you turn it on.

    I called PP today September 29, 2018, talked to Marvin who was actually very nice, and is trying to get a replacement out to me. I am to receive a call from someone in 2-3 days to be told my options on what can be done, since I didn't call within the 48 hours. I also talked to SquareTrade which is a JOKE! Their warranties are worth nothing, they do not even cover TVs for accidental protection. I am really thinking of asking them to just take it back and cancel my account and order. This seems to be more hassle than it is worth.

    I when I first heard about this company I was super happy that I could order from them and that the payments would be deducted from my paycheck. Plus no interest. While my friends look very well at their prices... they are almost doubled to what you will pay at the store. For example I was just looking on getting a Dyson absolute vacuum, at the store this will cost me 599.00. With PurchasingPower this unit is $1003.00. Hell of a mark up even with no interest. Sorry but I work to hard for my monies to just give it away. I won’t be using their service again.

    I mistakenly ordered a mattress and changed my delivery address. It has been a nightmare to get it delivered waiting for systems to update. The left doesn’t know what the right is doing and vice versa. They keep telling me it’s being escalated and to wait another 24-48 hours... this was ordered on the 18th and I still do not have my product. Beware and do not use this business.

    Customer service is no help with regards to deliveries because they subcontract. I have been waiting for my loveseat for almost two months. The delivery joke (not even calling it a company) has had it for 20+ days. Non Stop Delivery/Last Mile Delivery. The "rep" for the delivery service was a condescending jerk. Do NOT buy anything larger than a breadbasket.

    Do NOT go through Purchasing Power to order furniture. I naively thought this would be great, but was delivered a broken item and the courier covered it up until they left and said they wouldn't send it back if I refused delivery. The courier picked up the broken love-seat a week later and have YET to return it to Purchasing Power, and when I contact Purchasing Power they keep telling me they can't give me a refund until they get the item. I have nothing to do with the couriers or Non-Stop Delivery (who contracted out to Chase Couriers) and am about to lose my mind. I am not paying $800 for something I NO LONGER HAVE (the broken love-seat). This runaround is nonsense. Every time I contact Purchasing Power I get a different answer about the item.

    I purchased a pool table early November 2017 for a Christmas gift for my kids. Was to arrive 2 days before, received an email that it would arrive 2 days after so I was upset but I quickly got over it. The item arrived in a large box, my husband was home to receive it and had the delivery guys bring the box into the house. He signed for it and because it so large didn't think to double check it. It had my name on the side of the box and the inventory slip. When I arrived home not even 20 min after the delivery guys left I realized it was not a pool table and was not even my order.

    I quickly called the delivery guys who said they were still around the corner but they replied they cannot pick up once it's delivered. It has to have a return label processed from Purchasing Power and then they could pick it back up... Now this is not a local delivery company. So I called. By the time I got a rep the driver is long gone and the return label is placed and now I will have to wait at least 2 weeks for this to be picked up, the pool table is on back order, but I'm being charged for it. Move forward to May the box finally gets picked up, I'm mad, no pool table so I cancel the pool table in Jan...

    We are now in Aug and they finally stopped charging me for the pool table almost a year later after I had to prove to them with a picture, a video of delivery truck and copy of a signed return receipt thankfully that my husband took. I purchased a Xbox One at the same time that I did receive but it was paid off quick with them billing me for the pool table and the Xbox and now they owe almost $600. I wonder if it will a year to receive my refund. I made numerous calls, to management, they said, "We will give you a 10% discount for your troubles." That was the best they could offer me for their mistake and terrible communication.

    They would put me on hold for 30 minutes or more and never would check on me, I've worked Telecommunications and that is piss poor service. They don't even deserve 1 star... When you ask for a supervisor you get a team lead, I wanted upper management but never would get there. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this company... If your money is tight and you're trying to make payments, look elsewhere, in the long run it will cost you 3 or 4 of what you got.

    I have ordered numerous items from Purchasing Power. It was only this year that all of a sudden they raised my payments up $10 then it went to $30 and now it's up to $130. I've called and spoke with the supervisors who keep telling me they'll get back to me. They don't seem to know why my payments keep increasing. And promise that this will be the last time and they will take care of it. I will no longer be ordering from them. And I'm even considering a lawsuit.
