I just bought a mattress and a pair of shoes. Purchasing them was very easy. Unfortunately, I had a big balance, which I have now paid down. I have learned to only use PurchasingPower in an emergency, like when I needed a mattress. I have neck and back pain, and it's not good. So I thought, “Okay, we're gonna have to do this.” And the price that they had for the mattress is better than a lot of places where I could have got it. With it coming out of my paycheck, it really helps. It worked out really well for me. The older I get, the more I need a decent mattress. So, it was very beneficial for me. I have already sent a friend over to PurchasingPower. I would highly recommend it when you get into a situation where you just need something and they're there. It makes it a lot easier. It is such a helpful thing, especially in these times. And you never know in life when you might need something and you just don't have it.

Due to the new criteria with verifying my account, I was finally told that the reason why the system cannot verify me is because my phone carrier does not meet their standards. I have a MetroPCs telephone number which is in my name but someone else uses it. What gets me is during the verifying process it does not say your carrier must be Sprint, Att, Verizon or TMobile. I was told now I am not qualified to use their services. Just great!

I purchased some handbags and I did it all online. It's very simple. You create an account, get qualified to make sure that you're eligible for the program and then they tell you what your spending limit is. You then purchase whatever you wanna purchase that's on their site, which is easy to navigate. They're also very helpful if you call them. Prior to purchasing handbags, I had a revolving account. I would pay down, buy something else, and then pay down again.

I recently ordered a MACBOOK AIR and did not receive product. I contacted customer service about this issue and got nothing. I was told no credit will be given and I still have to pay for laptop, even though I did not receive it. Poor service and quick to take money for lost item.

PurchasingPower is a great tool that the Home Depot signed up for their associates. I recently purchased a Hankook set of tires from them and after I placed the order, within a day, the tires were delivered to the installer that I chose. Then, I had to wait for a gift card and I did not know that I was supposed to call them to let them know that the tires were there, so I would have gotten my gift card earlier to have my tires installed. I just automatically thought that it would be delivered to me within seven days, so I waited. Despite that, I still got to put on the tires with no harm or foul. The installers that I chose did a great job and they let me know if there was something wrong with my vehicle. They also updated me on the condition on my vehicle and they referred extra warranty for it.

I bought lots of different things from Purchasing Power such as a TV, a pressure washer, and a generator. I'd go on their website and look at the item. Then, they'd tell me if it was in stock and I'd go through the prompts, follow the information and update it. Then it'd send me an email stating that my order had been processed and they'd let UPS or FedEx deliver it to me. But UPS is not one of my favorites and I spoke with them about having third party vendors deliver the stuff. I like their website but their prices are a little higher than other places. The difference is, they take the money directly out of my check and the most they would take out would depend on what I get. It would be $20 or $25, unless I get some expensive item then the price gets a little higher. Other than that, I'm satisfied with Purchasing Power. There are a bunch of different things that they got going on and it's a good thing to buy from them.

I got an Apple Mac computer from Purchasing Power and it was easy. I just went online and picked from anything that I wanted. Then I looked at my credit and checked how much I could buy. When I talked to their reps, they were pretty good and they knew what they were talking about. So far, I would purchase two or three times from them in a year. Some of their prices are high and they could be better, but if I really need something, I'll do it. Also, I don't have to come out of my pocket to the full amount of the price and that is why I purchase from them.

I tried out PurchasingPower last year and I didn't have any complaints with it. I ordered a black diamond ring and I loved the merchandise. The quality is great. I just ordered some toys for Christmas and they're great too.

I purchased several things from PurchasingPower including phones and watches and I like the quality of the items. The process is easy 'cause you can just fill in search if you're looking for something specific and it'll come up. The app that I have is a good service to be able to purchase stuff off of. You just pick what you want, set it up and make sure the payments are right and that you have all your information. The price is also pretty reasonable because you're not gonna get just the price you would get in the store.

I purchased a Bluetooth speaker from PurchasingPower. I went online on the website, looked for it, found it then went through the steps with the purchasing. It went through and they take the payments out of my account every week. I also bought a G-SHOCK watch so that’s what I’m paying off. I'll recommend PurchasingPower to anybody. They’re good. They are like Amazon. They care of business. There's some I ordered and it's hard to get money back or it's hard to get ahold of people. But with PurchasingPower, right away, I can keep in contact with them real quick. I like that.

I purchased my boyfriend's iPad through Purchasing Power. Though their site could be a little more user-friendly, they gave me an estimated ship date and every time, my order would come before that. I'm 100% satisfied with them.

I got a television from Purchasing Power. I like that the payments are automatically deducted from my paycheck. I've been using the company for three years now. The website is pretty user-friendly. Customer service is great and the products are good too.

I did the last purchase on PurchasingPower a month ago and the quality was very good. I make 2 to 3 purchases a year. Sometimes, their price is a little higher but it's good. I talked to their reps when I tried to reset something like my phone numbers and they did great. I'm very satisfied.

I've bought necessities I needed that I couldn't afford outright such computers and tires from PurchasingPower. Buying from them is pretty easy ‘cause I don't know anything about computers and I'm able to get through it. It's really convenient to have this type of service. I don't miss it when it comes out in my check before I get my stuff so it works out really well. They quit taking the payment out of my check and they froze everything, and I did not know why. I found out somehow there was a glitch in the system so I got it corrected. I got everything caught back up and we’re fine.

I ordered a 75” TV and after about a week or so Purchasing Power sent and email saying that my order was processed. Another couple of weeks go buy and no additional status from them. I contacted them and was told that my order had been shipped and I was given the carrier name and a tracking number. I tracked my tv and I said that it was being shipped and was at Dulles Airport. No additional information. Today I call PP again and was told that my TV has been returned to them and they I have to pay a return fee of over $200 because I missed a call from the freight company.

Purchasing Power has a search option, so if you know exactly what you want then you can just type in the item in the search bar. If not, then you can go through the different departments that they have listed until you find something that you want. I heard about them through a coworker and their process is really simple and quick to purchase. There are other sites where you can pay a percentage and you don’t have to pay all at once, but it's very painless with PurchasingPower.com. I’ve made purchases four times and I’ve gotten a couple of items each time. I got my AirPods through them. I also got other Apple products, including the Apple Watch.

I have purchased two computers, two alarm systems, a game system, luggage, a camera, two watches, and perfume. With the laptop that I bought for my kids in school, I went and compared the price between Apple and Purchasing Power. It was almost the same price, so I just went with Purchasing Power instead of going straight to the Apple store.

Through my employer, I got to know about Purchasing Power. I purchased a bed through them as well as a game for my boys. There have been several things over the last couple of years. You choose whatever items that you like and it'll just take you through the terms and let you know how much the payment is every month. The shipping is pretty fast as well. It's fine and it's fairly easy.

PurchasingPower.com is a tad bit more expensive than the other site, but it's more convenient ordering and it can be taken out of my paycheck. I like doing it. It was online and the process was easy. It's also pretty easy to do get a loan. I had purchased from them several times. One of the items I bought blew up and started smoking. The quality was terrible.

So far, Purchasing Power has been great for me. I bought an ice cream maker through them and I'm excited to make stuff with my grandchildren who are gonna be visiting me. I also bought bedding and a popcorn maker through them and so far, the quality of the items I've gotten has been very good. I'm very happy with everything. In the small town I'm in, no one makes enough money. It has been perfect for us to be able to take little chunks of money from our account or our check to buy and is not even noticeable. That is a fantastic deal. Plus, there is tons of stuff on Purchasing Power which I look at all the time.

So far, I've purchased a bed, two phones, a meat grinder and a kids table through Purchasing Power. Buying from them is easy and I just open up an app on my phone. Their site is user-friendly. So far, I haven't had any issues with my products except with the kids table. One of the chairs for it was broken. They sent me another chair but that didn't match the rest of the chairs they sent me. Purchasing Power is really good. With them, I don't feel payments coming out.

Placed an order for a table. Arrived damaged. Spoke to customer service rep that advised me of the return/exchange process. Decided to exchange. Took over 2 wks for the exchange. Was told to give the damaged item to the delivery persons when they deliver the new table. 2 guys arrived a day early and did not contact me prior to. Protocol said I would be contacted 4 hours prior. The men had no idea about the return and no paperwork for the exchange. Immediately contacted customer service, was placed on hold while they dispatched the driver. The rep returned to the call, gave me an Auth # and confirmed receipt of the return item. I was told to allow 7-10 business days for the credit.

Purchasing Power's delivery team is fast. Most recently, I purchased two rings from them but then one of the two rings is too small. Their team said I would get credited as soon as I return the ring. I wanted to purchase another one and they told me that they would give me a discount. So far, I've also purchased a television and cologne from them. I like everything about this company.

I bought my Fitbit and a bicycle for my son through PurchasingPower.com because with the COVID going on, everybody's trying to find outdoor activities and I can't find a bike anywhere in the town that I live. The purchasing process was super easy. They give credit because of where you work, and then they take the payments out of your paycheck every two weeks. I never miss a payment and that helps my credit. You can get everything from a dining room table to a sofa to washer and dryers. It's kinda nice for people that don't really have the money to get stuff right now but need it.

I purchased a travel package to Universal Studios at Purchasing Power online website on March 4, 2020 for travel dates April 5-9 2020. As we all know due to Covid-19, Universal closed their resorts and parks. I called Purchasing Power immediately on March 9, 2020 to express concerns of Covid 19 traveling rapidly they assured me I would be able to cancel and there would not be any issues. Purchasing Power is a program that allows you to make payments that are deducted from my biweekly paycheck. As early as March 20, 2020..Purchasing Power immediately began deducting payments of $115.98 for a Cancelled Trip!!! They never even provided me with reservations from for the Universal Resort but immediately began deducting payments. I have paid $1043 so far to Purchasing Power for a trip that I never took, for a trip that I cancelled within 4 days due to no fault of my own due to a Pandemic.

I wanted to get something quick and PurchasingPower had what I needed. I wanted it to be paid off in a reasonable time and easy. The website was good. It had all the information I needed. I've gotten two laptops from them and it has good quality. The laptop I was looking for was for my daughter for college and it had all the things on it that it needed to have with that price and to the price. I would recommend my friends to try it and look at the website.

It's very easy to go through the Purchasing Power website. The shipping time was like three to five days. It's just probably a little more expensive than if I went to Costco, but it was fine. I'm down on my pay and it makes it easier. I don't have to lay everything out upfront. I've recommended it to people.

I purchased what I thought would be a cute-looking, novelty gas pump liquor dispenser, in November of 2019. Product description says it's made of metal and glass. WRONG!!!! IT'S PLASTIC! The ONLY metal on this thing is the corkscrew wire piece that winds around the dispensing hose. For almost $60, I EXPECT MORE THAN CHEAP CRAP! It was returned, but as of June 2020, the PP site STILL has it as being metal/glass. This is FALSE ADVERTISING, and if they don't change it, they could find themselves being sued over this! Of course, I don't expect a response from them, because, hey, why should they bother?!

I purchased more than seven times and the process was wonderful. I could go on and look and check out the product, then I'd sit and read the subscription on what all it entails. I have gotten purses, tires, gifts for family members, items for my home, TV, television consoles, TV stands. The quality is good. I also like it because of the sturdiness of the cherry wood. I always let my friends know that PurchasingPower is a great tool to use. If there’s something that you need and they have it, it’s a great thing to go for. You won’t see anything lost, missing, and especially having it taken from your paycheck every two weeks, and there's only a 26 week purchase. I’ve have had a great experience and it’s not my last time.

I've been using Purchasing Power for years and I love the website. It's easy to maneuver and it gives me the options to find for exactly what I'm looking for. I select the item that I want, go straight to checkout, pay for it, and it gets there sooner than they say it will. It can't get any easier than that. I've bought an Xbox twice, TV, laptops numerous times, and desktops numerous times. I'm thinking about going back and buying another TV. The only thing that I have problems with that I've purchased are the Dell products and Compaq laptop. I will never do those again. But other than that, everything has been great, like HP products are awesome, and I haven't had any problems out of any of my LG TVs. I've even purchased a trip through them for my birthday a couple of years ago. I enjoyed that. It's easy because you can buy it expensively, pay for it over time, but still have it. It's a really awesome experience. I like it.

I heard about Purchasing Power at my job. Their prices aren't too bad. Some things might be a little too expensive compared to the store but it’s just the interest rate that’s pretty high. I recently bought a purse and it has great quality. I did everything through the app and it was pretty simple. I received the purse two days after.

I am a union member and the process with Purchasing Power is pretty easy and quick when you’re a member. Everything is clear. I’ve purchased the TV about a year ago and I’ve also purchased house products. I purchase from them online and their website is pretty easy to use. But some of their merchandise is double the price where you can get it maybe somewhere else where it's two times cheaper.

I'm returning a cordless charger to Purchasing Power. It doesn't charge my phone. Despite this issue, buying through them has been very easy in the 3 years I've been using them. I usually do my ordering online but when I speak to a rep of theirs, I get respect and courtesy. Their prices are a bit higher than other retail areas I pay little by little. When I get paid, the cost is subtracted. I just see a receipt.

I bought a Michael Kors coin purse from Purchasing Power and it came faster than what they said it would. They said they would be delivering in 7 to 10 days. I ordered it on Thursday and it came on Tuesday. I’ve been with them for about four years and I like that it’s convenient. Plus, I don’t have to worry about paying. I work for Cole's and they let us know that there was a new program at PurchasingPower.com. The online process was very easy. I got an item for my husband for his birthday and he has been talking about it for the whole year. That came in handy with Purchasing Power.

I work with Cleveland Clinic and they have Purchasing Power on the site, which was how I got to know about it. A lot of people use it and purchase stuff. I bought a computer years ago and this year, I did a TV, a woofer and a pocketbook. Ordering is good because we do it online but there was one time I had to talk to one of the customer service reps and they were very nice. The website is okay and I don't have a problem with it. They gave me a limit though. I’ve been wanting this pocketbook for the longest and yesterday, I was trying to order one of those Michael Kors cross-strap bag. Mother's Day is coming up and I could treat myself. This was my only opportunity. When I checked, I probably went over my limit. They don't extend your limit because the payment comes out of my paycheck. Still, Purchasing Power is a miracle for me because at least I have the opportunity to get what I want in a timely basis, even though it takes a while for you to pay it off.

I got a lot of stuff - TVs, a PS4 game system, a car seat for my grandbaby, and a bouncer seat. They're pretty good items. They last and I still got them. However, some of the things that Purchasing Power sells are a little high, like shoes. Also, I ordered a PS4 game system and one of my neighbors maybe stole it. I called Purchasing Power, let them know what happened and they ended up sending me another one. But then again, in 2019, I had the same problem with a Nike sweatshirt that somebody stole from me from the same address. I don't know if they refunded the money but I never heard anything back for that.

I work for Compass Group and Purchasing Power is listed as one of the perks of our employment. I looked into it and saw some stuff there. Using their website has been great. On my first purchase, I got 20% off on a mattress. Recently, I bought some other stuff as well. On some of them, I compared prices on Amazon and it was more beneficial to order through Purchasing Power. The shipping time for the items was fine too. I would send people coupons to get them into Purchasing Power so I can get rewards.

Be careful buying from this company. If you do make sure you check your account after EVERY payment. I have had to contact them 4-5 times now because they are taking money then not posting the payment. This comes directly out of my paycheck like it does most other people so it would be very easy to not pay close attention to what is being posted and not and paying extra. Each time I get some response of, "Oh a case will be opened and you will be contacted back in 3 business days..." 4 business days and no response later and I have to keep fighting with them to post a payment that they so easily took. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. BUYER BEWARE.

Around November, I purchased a Christmas gift from Purchasing Power. I like that with them, I don’t have to go out and apply for credit. It's easy and I just click what I want then it comes, so it's really nice. And so far, everything I've bought from them has been good quality.

I’m a federal employee and some of the employees told me about Purchasing Power. I’ve purchased some furniture, phones, TVs, perfumes, grills, and just about everything from them. They pick the products and everything is top quality. I have purchased things from Wayfair and other places, and it’s totally different. And with Purchasing Power, my furniture as well as the dressers and stuff came assembled. One time, I had to make a payment that didn't come out of my check. So the next day, I called and was able to work with a representative to make that payment and make sure it was on time. They've been wonderful and everything from the site, the customer service, and the processes, has been pretty straightforward and there has been no complications.

I work in a hospital and most of the employees there use Purchasing Power. I needed to buy a laptop once and someone there asked: “Why don’t you get it through Purchasing Power?”. I did that and 26 payments after, I paid it off and it was mine. I received the laptop immediately. I liked that with Purchasing Power, I don't have to be calling and I've never returned anything. I always get emails too. When they're shipping out my product, I always get a tracking number and they tell me when it's arriving. Plus, I get my product on time. Going with them has been an excellent experience. Everything I buy, I buy through this company.

Purchasing Power has some really cool stuff and without them, I wouldn’t be able to get the things that I want for me. The customer service and the shipping are perfect. They give me a tracking number and they’re just right on time. They’re dependable and I don’t see the money go off of my check. I pay them and I just keep it moving. One time I had an issue and my payment stopped. When I got caught up, they were like, “Okay, you ready to go again?” It was really cool. And the website is great. It has really helped me. I never thought that I would be able to get something real nice like a Tom Ford bag or a Movado watch. Purchasing Power has given me the opportunity to get something like that and make me feel good. I’m very impressed with them and I love them.

I love the process of purchasing with Purchasing Power, especially with it coming out of my paycheck, and me not having to pay interest or anything. I had them come out to take a look at my dryer because it wasn’t getting hot. They stated to me that it was probably the voltage in the house. I’m getting ready to move soon, so hopefully, it would start doing what it’s supposed to do and work as it needs to.

PurchasingPower.com was easy to use. When I went there and looked, I thought the shed would come in handy. It was expensive but I got a good deal with the sales that they were having. It helped me a lot. It comes out of my check which I like. I also thought that the shipping was gonna take longer than expected but it didn't. I'd tell my friends to do it.

My husband's an employee of Tyson and from Purchasing Power, the main things we've gotten are appliances, electronics and tires. Places like Tyson's Purchasing Power is very similar to the Rent-A-Center type places, which means products are at least twice as much. The online process is pretty easy. However, I would probably like more products along the lines of small appliances and things like that. Purchasing Power is kinda limited, especially with kids' stuff.

I love Purchasing Power. Everything came way faster than I thought it would and the items had been great. I got my Amazon Echo Buds from them. Then recently, I had things in the storage that were stolen. I gotta replace my DVD player and it was easy for me to go to PurchasingPower.com, order one from them and then take it out of my paycheck. You can get into trouble with it. But luckily, the things that I bought weren’t that expensive. It’s maybe $8 or $9 that comes out of my check each time. I can also go in and pay more on it. It’s a great thing and I really like it.

My friend has used them before and I decided to get a laptop from them. I like the quality.

I purchased a purse and a wallet from Purchasing Power. I did it through the app on my phone and it was very user-friendly. It also allows a payment plan. I also loved the quality of the products I purchased.

I have been using Purchasing Power for the last 3 years through my job and to say the least it has been very good. The convenience offered is great and the wide array of products is great as well. My issue is in recent months I changed cell phone providers which obviously come with a new number. Purchasing Power has recently applied a new criteria in which the number must be on records with your name. For whatever reason my new number is not working and my previous number now belongs to someone else.

I came upon Purchasing Power randomly at work as I was going through one of my hiring packets. I purchase from them every three or four months and so far, I've bought an Xbox, the TV, some weights, and some small other things. I go on their website to order and the process is pretty easy. But sometimes you have to keep on going through a bunch of pages just to find the size that you want.

I purchased something from this website through my employer. When I left said employer I moved towns. The bank where I was at didn't have a branch in my new employer's town, so naturally I switched banks. I notified PP of the movement and they said it wasn't a problem and that they would update my information. Well it's 3 months later and they are still billing the old bank account and absolutely refuse to change to my new bank. I have all the info for the new bank and even spoke with 2 different people on this matter and the bill still goes to the same bank. Don't expect any help from PP if anything goes wrong.

PurchasingPower.com's customer service is very good. They're very helpful and very friendly. They help you right along. But they never have enough inventory and they're very limited to stuff that I look for. For instance, I was looking to get a bike and they don't sell bikes anymore. They sold them out last year and they didn't even have it down as part of their options. So, that was not good. And the more I look at their website, the more I see their inventory decrease.

I work at a VA medical center and heard about PurchasingPower.com from a coworker. I have purchased a Roku stick, some wireless headphones, and a laptop. Everything was very easy. It was just, “select,” and then, they pulled up everything. Then they asked me to select the payment type and to put in my card number. Then I got my product within two or three days. Every time I called and spoke to a representative, they answered my questions and if they couldn’t, they directed me to someone that could. They were also very professional. When it came to tracking my first package, which was the Roku stick, I didn't know if it was gonna be delivered directly to the office or to where I live, but they explained everything to me about my package.

PurchasingPower has some nice products and I make the payment plans easily. One of my co-workers referred me to them. I’ve ordered three times and I like using the website. The prices are fair and not overly priced plus, the shipping is fast. People should look into it and take advantage of PurchasingPower.

I purchased a coffeemaker with a grinder from PurchasingPower.com. It’s a Cuisinart and we love that. I’ve also got an 86-inch TV and a 65-inch curved. The latest two that just came here on Thursday, maybe I was under the wrong impression when I bought them. They were two Cuisinart pots. I thought it was a set of three, but I only got one in each. It’s stackable. It said three and a lid. I paid $142 for one pot, and I bought two, so that’s $284 for the two pots. Where’s the other set? So, that was a concern to me where I said I was gonna call them because I thought it was a set of three and not one pot. I’d call them on Monday. I hadn’t reached out.

I purchased Christian Dior Jasper about 3 months ago, upon opening my bottle I noticed the imprint from my bottle from Macy’s was different, I took my bottle to the department store and they told me it was fake.. Very disappointed. Purchasing Power is selling fake items!! I want my money back.

PurchasingPower.com is pretty easy to use and they have good products. I purchased an I.N.O.X. watch for my wife and the shipping was very good. It wasn’t working when we got the watch, so we had to send it back. Their customer service was good and then they sent us another one. It seems to be fine now.

I’m very low-tech and the Purchasing Power website works out pretty good. I was able to navigate it. I purchased two beds, a weed whacker, a leaf blower and just recently a power washer. They take out $99 every week, but I checked my check today and it was 256. They took about $160 more than normal. I’ve purchased from them for the past two years and they're good. I had Purchasing Power when I was at another job and I bought a couple of computers. Their prices are jacked up a little bit because of the payments but they’re not that far off from a store.

This company will ship HIGH END things to your home with no signature required and when it's stolen off your porch they WILL STILL HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE!!! DO NOT order from this company if you work during the day!!!! Complete scam. I am in the process of seeking a lawyer.

I love how easy it is to set up payment payback, there is no interest and offers name brand products. They have several discounts available as well as the ability to make extra payments and early payoff with no penalties. They offer a easy return policy ad well and I have never had any problems with my credits being applied.

I appreciate the convenience of Purchasing Power; however, please be advised that 1 month after purchasing new tires, I was involved in an accident with a semi that resulted in my car being totaled. I was surprised to learn that there is no protection offered & I would still be responsible for payment in full.

My company used to utilize this company for great benefits in which it was. I had used it twice but the second time I had purchased a laptop bundle. I had received it damaged in where I wasnt able to use it. I contacted Purchasing Power and they were helpful by instructing to send back product and I was going to be issued a credit and then sent a replacement and then charged again in which will work itself out. I got a notice that they had received the return item and then sent me the replacement in which I did. After receiving the replacement I was then charged again but never issued the credit from the return.

Item arrived on time for a Christmas gift. My husband loves it. He was very happy. The item was packed perfectly. The item was something that I could afford. The discount I received gave me a better price. I would definitely recommend Purchasing Power to my family and friends.

I recently purchased video games for the kids from PurchasingPower.com. I did it online and their process was quick and easy. They use the same process for the government employees. All information was already there and the prices were comparable to other websites. My experience has been good so far.

Love Purchasing Power. Just wish they had more options with theme parks like Disneyland and ATV for adults. Maybe even Jet skis. I like the shipping. I get my products very quick. Also what about Gucci purses or Louis Vuitton. Any time I have an issue it is quickly resolved.

Items were sold out. Received an email I cancelled other items. Missed huge sales due to that! Still haven't received my credit...amount being took from paycheck is incorrect..too many steps to get my acct right, then I still have to go through a process to get my shipping fees back.

I received the second entertainment console yesterday and again it is damaged! The delivery guy and myself opened the box to inspect it for damage. There was no visible damage, so I signed to accept the shipment. When I began to assemble the product, I found damage to the front of the entertainment console under layers of styrofoam. It appears that the sliders for the drawers were on top and scratched the front and chipped the wood at some point from the factory to me. I sent J ** a customer service rep, an email containing pictures of the damage. I offered to work with the company because I am exhausted with this experience. He only offered to knock off $50 for the damage and the months of time your company wasted of mine. I told him that, "If I sent this back to you the most you would get out of it selling it as scratch and dent is $200 and I will be turning you into the Better Business Bureau!"

Am very happy with my purchase. Works very well. I would recommend this site to anyone in the union. We have bought multiple items from the site and have been happy with them. The wife is planning on buying a dishwasher in the spring also and plan on purchasing it from the Purchasing Power web site.

I have always had a great experience with Purchasing power. They have very good products and a easy website to use. Having the convenience of the money coming out of my payroll is great. Their shipping is great too. I got everything here before Christmas which made my life so much easier.

I use PP site since 2014. The selection and variety of items from my point of view became worse 10 folds and the prices have now mark up 5-12 times compared to my area. I buy some items from PP site not because I can not buy on other sites or in stores (and yes, I do have 9 credit cards), but because I do not have time to do research or go to another retailer or I can afford your inflated prices and purchase because I want to. What stops me from buying from PP is your refund system: 1-2 billing cycles=1 month are not acceptable to stop charges.

Not only have I waited over a month for my bedroom set I get a call to tell me they will only be delivering a part of my shipment because one of my night stands were ruined but they don’t have a clue when that will be so I still have to play the waiting game.

I am a teacher and due to the well known low salary of teachers, assistance with purchasing big ticket items is much needed. The company allows teachers to have the payments deducted from their paychecks over time. Initially, it was a great service, until I paid my account in full and they continued to deduct funds from my pay for 3 consecutive pay periods despite my repeated request to Stop the deductions. They took several weeks to fix the problem and longer to refund the overpayment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I've been with PurchasingPower since 2016, and I have I bought a couple of TVs, an Apple Watch, a Beats, a perfume, and blankets. They have a lot of stuff and they are high-end things, and I've been ordering constantly from them. I have an 18-month plan. Purchasing from them is easy. Their prices, however, are a little high -- if you are able to go to the store and buy some if you have the cash, you can get it little bit cheaper. But, I'm not in a position to do that most times, and I don't drive, so it works for me. I like that they take it out of my check so it's not a bill, and it has always been taken care of.

I purchased a couple of things online and the process is easy. I didn’t have any problems. You would have to try for yourself to see if you like them.

It's easy to buy from Purchasing Power and the payment is taken directly out of your check. So far, I purchased a TV, a couple of laptops, some video games, a watch, and a purse. My experience has been good but their website doesn't give you a full description on certain items. I just purchased a computer and after I opened it and started downloading items, I realized that it wasn't what I wanted. Then, I clicked on the chat button to see if I could return the item and I had a horrible experience with the person that I ended up talking to. But I ended up keeping the computer even though it wasn't what I wanted because he couldn't give me a clear answer. He was unsure as well because it took him a long time to respond to me during the chat. Other than that, the quality of the items I bought from them is great.

I’m new to Purchasing Power, so to begin with I ordered two small items. The problem began when I ordered a larger item, which is a shed. I had been tracking my order since 11/14/19 only to find out on 12/18/19 that my order was never in transit or was never passed onto another carrier. NSD then put in for a replacement order & now it looks as though I’m being charged twice for a shed that I’ve yet to receive. I chatted with a Purchasing Power rep & the rep said I’d have to get with NSD in order to have my account credited. At this point I’m overly frustrated & just want my shed delivered.

With such good reviews from my co-workers, I decided to give Purchasing Power a try. I was already shopping for a set of mattress and since my co-workers had such good experience, I thought I'd have the same. Boy was I wrong. I placed the order 12/6, upload all of the required information, and waited 48 hrs to check the status of my order only to find out nothing with my order was done for 4 days. After numerous calls, I finally was able to speak with someone whom told me what the issue was and she immediately fixed the issue to finalize my order on their end. Despite talking to other representatives the previous days, none of who could have read the notes in the system to inform me of the issue.

My experience with Purchasing Power was excellent up until I had to take a leave of absence from work! Now it is a nightmare! I called In to customer care and chatted with an agent prior to going on leave so that I would avoid the exact thing that is happening right now! I was assured that I would Be fine and that my job would notify Purchasing Power that I was on leave. Payments were not suspended while I was out of work on FMLA and my payment amounts continue to increase. This has created a huge financial burden on me and my family! I have reached out to representatives several times and have not received one resolution!!! This is a nightmare! DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

My first purchase with them was a bedroom set. It was a headboard, footboard and a dresser with a mirror. In my second purchase, I bought me and my son the new Apple iPhone 11. I work at the Cleveland Clinic, so that was how I was introduced to the Purchasing Power option. It’s accessible, quick and easy with Purchasing Power. I was able to decide what I wanted instantly. Also, I like the fact that payments can be taken from my payroll.

First I would like to say that Purchasing Power did send me a great product and the delivery was very speedy. The product came in perfect condition without any damages. The customer service advocates were very helpful and patient, never rude or disrespectful. If it weren't for this one issue would still continue to use this service. The issue I have is with the information provided to me. I first had some issues with getting my account set up but was still able to place an order with the 20% discount (a total of $700 off) for first time purchase. My order was then cancelled due to employment verification, which I was able to resolve quickly and tried to resubmit my order. The customer rep said that was not possible and that I would need to recreate a new order without the 20% discount, but once the order has been placed and I received the tracking number I could call back and have the discount applied.

I have been having problems with sending documents. I have been with my company that I work for for 17 years. I have been with my bank for over 15 years. I have tried sending my paycheck stubs. I tried sending direct deposit form. I have tried everything to try to get my account started. They keep asking me for payroll system. I know nothing about a payroll system. I tried to get the person to talk to my administrator at my job but she wouldn't talk to her for some reason. I just wanna know why can I not show just my paycheck stubs. I am not a business. I'm not owner. I'm just in a employee. I know nothing about payroll system.

I've been a part of this program for about four years and always had great things to say. For the most part, the items offered were decently priced and the convenience of having the payments taken from my check were great. The only issue I have had is that recently they lowered my credit amount to an amount lower than when I was first approved and nobody can tell me why. Needless to say, it interfered with my Christmas shopping this year.

Purchased the above item in October. I did not receive it until December. Visually looking over the equipment, you could not see that one of the mounts were bent until it was put together. I called PP and was informed that due to the fact that I did not contact them within 48 hours there is nothing that they can do. This was a $1444 purchase. There was no warranty on this item which I did not know. So now I am left with a really huge stack of metal that I cannot use. I will not recommend them to my associates that ask me. This was the first time that I used them and had covered with all of my new hires how helpful this program is. Now that I know, I can no long recommend and will definitely suggest they not use this service.

I did everything online and it was simple and easy. Their website is straightforward. And before you know it, whatever you ordered is at your house. The prices seem a little high for electronics though. It’s about 50% on some items. But I understand why. They’re financing it. Going with them is a way to get what you want without having to break the bank. I have recommended a few people to them.

I bought from them a wedding ring for men, perfume for me which was nice and a Movado watch for my godmother. She loves the watch. The watches were excellent. It was easy to do the purchase. The order form was plain and explanatory and I was able to navigate their website. Everything was okay and the items came on time. The delivery service was excellent.

I have been ordering for Purchasing Power for about 10 years. Recently I called them because the amount owed was going down, but the amount in monthly payments was not. I have 4 items with monthly payments totaling 125.36, but they continue to take $172.00 from my checks bi-monthly. When I called to ask about it and why this was happening, I was told that my complaint would be forward to the appropriate individual. About a week later I received an email stating payments were being deducted correctly. Again NOT TRUE. There is only $1029. outstanding. An order that was ordered last December 21st, has already been paid in full, yet they continue to collect fund on this.

Ordering products online and receiving them in the mail shortly afterwards is quick and easy. However, the items you are selling is expensive and the shipping cost are really high. I know there is a cost of having it paid over time but the 'sales' aren't really sales. The convenience of having it taken out of your paycheck is great.

I got a living room stool, a patio porch set, a laptop, a Hatchimals and a steering wheel car thing for the video games. I just went online through my job, set up an account and I was able to order. Their website was very easy to use. I spoke with their customer service team when I was having an issue with my telephone number. The first one wasn’t helpful. But the the second, Ryan, was very helpful. One thing I hate though was when I was having the issue, I was trying to order an item that was on sale, and I couldn't even get it on sale because they didn't have my issue straightened out. I was kinda hurt.

The only thing I hate is after I ordered it, they had another special with $75 off of 800 or something, and I was like, "I should have waited a couple more days." I have purchased phones, perfumes, watches and games for my children from Purchasing Power. I go on their website, where it is already set up for my account and my taste. I simply order whatever it is that I want, process it, and, within moments, I get an email that lets me know that it has been accepted. About half an hour to an hour later, there’s another email saying that it has been processed. They will message you each step of the way to let you know where your item is at, and when to expect it. It is easy to navigate through their website. The Chat Now feature, however, needs to be a little bit easier to find.

PurchasingPower.com is a good website. I purchased from them for the first time and I got a lot of things including a Nintendo Switch, the handheld Switch, and various things for my children for Christmas. The prices are a little higher but reasonable. For me to be able to get the product and just pay it off, is reasonable. I bought around $1,200 worth of stuff and to be able to pay it, 40 bucks per pay period is convenient. However, the shipping is horrible. The shipping and handling fee is extremely high. If I’m unable to catch a bargain for free shipping like I did this time, it probably won’t get bought because shipping and handling fee is costly. Then, I called a customer service rep yesterday because I was missing one item from my purchase. They said that they couldn’t track it and they would send out another one. Other than that issue, Purchasing Power can offer more products and they are beneficial.

I bought a lot of stuff from Purchasing Power and everything has been fine. If I place an order today, they will send the email tomorrow and let me know that my stuff has been packaged and are ready to ship. They work fast. I do all my purchases online and if there is something that I can't find, I type it in to see if they have it and usually, they have what I'm looking for. Also, when I locked myself out of my account, a rep got me back in within five minutes. The prices are good but there are some that are steep. But the stuff that I got has been reasonably priced. They also gave me a $1,000 credit limit with what I already had 'cause I had been a loyal customer.

There was way more merchandise on it than there is now. When I first started, I'd see a whole bunch of toys for my kids. I don’t see much now. For example: Adidas Women's Size 9 Superstar Shoe, White/Core Black on your website they are $229.00 however in the store they are only $60-$80.00. I understand prices are higher on this website due to convenience and no interest however a mark up over $150 is just shocking to me.

This is a good program. It helps employees buy things they need in a timely manner, especially if their credit is not the best. However, the initial cost can be higher than a regular store and the shipping fees can really add to the cost, so I wish they offered more frequent sales and free shipping promotions.

I experienced a few concerns: first - the wait in between ordering and finding out a delivery date. Then when I finally did have a delivery date the time of delivery was to be between 7pm-11pm. That's a little crazy late for a time. Then the item didn't show up on the date it was supposed to and I received no info as to when it would be delivered. The next morning they called and were delivering within 45 minutes. What if I had not been home? They came, went past our house and were going to deliver to the neighbor until I yelled to them. The rest of the delivery went fine, other than them having limited English capabilities while speaking with them.

I like the quality of items and I also like the timely shipping but I am having some problem with setting up vacation when I get to the part of the selection of date it stalls... Other than that it been a good experience. My shipments always make it on time and the tracking of the package arrival also makes the anticipation less stressful.
