I placed a Mothers Day order, the Ultimate Mothers Day Special, which I paid a pretty penny for because it was the gift I wanted for my mother. It included Flowers, New Pink Mason Jar, Rocky Mountain Chocolates, New Relax & Indulge Spa Set, "Best Mom Ever" pick, Mother's Day Greeting Card. However, the only items she received was the vase, flowers and card. I called ProFlowers to see if they could deliver the remaining items and was told they could not do that, but would be willing to take half of my order. If I wanted my order for half the price, I would not have ordered what I did. I will never use this company again!!! I am now having to order chocolates from somewhere else to send to my mother. Disgusted!!!

My mom has never received flowers at work. I thought it would be a nice surprise for her to have some delivered for Mother's Day. I have never ordered flowers for anyone before, but heard a commercial for ProFlowers, so thought I would give them a shot. I ordered them on Tuesday before Mother's Day and paid extra to have them delivered by Thursday at noon, as my mother was going to be off work Friday-Sunday. I was told I would receive a tracking number when they were shipped out and a confirmation when they were delivered.
After not receiving either of those emails by Thursday afternoon, I called the company. I could barely understand the woman on the other end of the phone and she sounded like a robot. It did not sound like she was even paying attention to me as I was speaking, as she just sat in silence until I said, "Hello...?" and was not apologetic about the situation in the least bit. I got a refund, but I would have rather had my mother get her first flower delivery instead. My first experience with them and I will never use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

I was charged twice for flowers and twice for shipping. The price in cart is different from the final price as they charge you shipping plus a service charge and then I was also charged an extra $7 just because. Now trying to get my money back but when you call them they keep you on hold forever or they hang up on you. I had no luck on the website either.

I made a Mother's Day order online, throughout the whole process there was nothing saying that they would charge a "guaranteed delivery date fee," UNTIL you've already gone through with the transaction and they break down all the numbers. They charge an extra $20 on top of their $12.99 standard delivery fee - making the delivery fee a total of $33 which was literally the same price as the bouquet of flowers being sent. Sneaky and shady practice. Their customer service is hard to reach. Never again, thanks UN-PROFLOWERS!

When ordering, a basic price is provided and then they add vases which cannot be removed. Then you go through the billing process and the last step is the confirmation which only then do you see extensive delivery charges added to your order that almost doubles fee for what you ordered. On top of that you cannot cancel the order at this time. I backed out using my browser and never hit the confirm key so I hope my credit card will not get charged. Will never use ProFlowers again.

DO NOT USE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I had heard their radio ad to enter promo code 2525. I followed all the directions and enter promo code. At the end of purchase, AFTER they require you to put in all your credit card information, the promo code is not honored and it goes back to full price. When I called their customer service it was in the Philippines, and was told there was nothing I could do and they would not cancel my order. I will be reporting them to the Penna Attorney General Office for fraud.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with! DON'T DO IT! I have never written a review in my life, but this company is that awful. They advertise one price and then add on a bunch of extra fees at the very last second. I tried to order flowers for my mom on Mother's Day and my order price was DOUBLE after I completed my order. I just assumed they accidentally doubled the order, but no, they sneak in all these extra fees. I asked them to just refund my money, but the woman tried to basically start haggling with me. I finally had to get angry and demand my money back.
Then after being put on hold forever, she said the refund would show up in about 5-7 days, but when I asked for an e-mail confirmation, but she claimed she didn't have the authority to do so. SERIOUSLY!!! I asked to speak to a supervisor and conveniently they were "in a meeting". Right. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't waste your time or money.

I ordered a $19.00 bouquet with "free" standard "personal" delivery and the bill came to over $45.00 (dollars). The website is fraudulently misleading, as it does not itemize the charges in each step of the purchase, thus leaving the consumer believing that there "are no fees" other than the cost of the flowers. So, I was charged $26.00 additional for a FedEx delivery (not personal delivery), handling, standard delivery and date lock. Charges which did not appear throughout the purchasing process, until I received the email confirmation with itemized charges and order number.
I called customer service right away and demanded a refund, which I promptly received. If you have this problem and are refused a refund within 72 hours, I would suggest filing a complaint with your attorney general's office online. This kind of behavior is ethically unacceptable and numerous complaints with the AG office will result in ProFlowers having to make refunds, pay fines and possibly losing its operating license.

I placed an order and realized I made a mistake after confirming the order. I called the 800# to correct the mistake that I had just placed. The person at customer service who answered could barely speak English. I explained that problem and she asked me if I wanted to cancel the order. I told her no, I just wanted a different delivery date. She told me that I could not make any changes since the order had already been shipped. In asking her how this was possible for an order that had just been placed, she had no answer. I told her that I wanted to cancel the order. She told me I could not do that. I asked her why not because she had just asked me if I wanted to cancel the order, she denied saying that. I had my phone on speaker, with my husband hearing everything. ProFlowers is a rip-off. Their customer service refuses to help. I will never use this business ever again. I guess this was a $187.40 learning experience.

On May 4, a few minutes after 1 PM I ordered an advertised special bunch of flowers from Proflowers.com. The special was advertised at $19.95. I continued to check out and was not advised of a delivery charge of $14+, however I admit it was an expected charge. I was not advised of additional charges of $2.00 or $15+ special charges. My total cost was over $50.00 which I was not aware of till I received notice of the amount from my bank, 2 minutes later. I immediately tried to cancel the order but learned I could not cancel the order even though I tried to cancel within 5 minutes. I am very concerned about the hidden charges and will never do business with this outfit again.

I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day and at checkout it said the total was $19.99 after the 15% off. After I placed the order it said it took $39.87 off my card. I called customer service they did not do anything. I had a very terrible experience with this company will I will never order from them again.
Reviewed May 3, 2016
When you're building your order they give you one price. Then you add a discount code and the price changes... but when you get to checkout, the code disappears and it goes right back to full price (they keep the price in very small print at checkout as well). Also, they add a bunch of little fees along with a pretty hefty deliver fee which basically doubles or triples what you originally thought you were paying. Oh, and you want a card in your flowers? That's extra, too. Screw this company.
Reviewed May 3, 2016
Watch out. They say you get a discount and then don't apply it at checkout. I noticed this and emailed their customer service and never heard back so I called the next day. The woman on the phone said the purchase was already pending so she could not apply the discount. Why?? It was not due to ship for several more days. So I asked for a full refund since they say that their service was 100% guaranteed. This they could do. Also their pricing system is deceptive. They want you to pay extra for the vase and they don't show you the shipping cost until check out. The whole thing came out to cost $50.00 (no vase) and a local shop would charged the same with vase included.

I placed an order with ProFlowers on Friday for a funeral service on Sunday. Given that they claim to do same day delivery, I thought two days was plenty of time for the order to arrive. I was supposed to receive email confirmation once the order was delivered and it was Sunday afternoon and I had not received an email yet. I called to confirm delivery and was on the phone for approximately an hour with three different representatives, all telling me that the order had not been delivered on Sunday but that it would be delivered first thing Monday morning.
Initially, since they had messed up the order, I asked for a refund and for the order to be delivered on Monday. They said they could not do that but they could provide me with a 20% discount and they would call the family to apologize. I told them that would be insulting to the family and absolutely not, I did not want them calling the family. I asked for them to cancel the order and to provide me with a refund. They said they would do that and I would receive an email confirmation.
On Monday morning, I received an email saying my order had been delivered. I called on Tuesday and was on the phone again with two people (who had no idea about my order) for 35 minutes. First, they told me they could not provide me with a refund since the order had been delivered on Monday. Then, once I asked for management, they told me they would work on getting me a refund. I'm still working on getting a refund. Not only did they mess up the delivery date, but they also want to charge me for their mistakes. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will never work with this company again. The customer service representatives keep you on hold for a VERY long time, it's hard to understand them. Each time you get a new representative you have to explain the situation all over again and they are not trying to resolve THEIR mistakes.

I have used 1-800-FLOWERS in the past and thought they were a bit expensive. When I saw the prices on ProFlowers' website, I was elated. After I selected my flowers, wrote a thoughtful note, the actual pricing page came up. You have to pay for everything a la carte - flowers, vase, etc. In the end, they were more expensive than other online florists I've used. This is with a 20% off coupon code! To make matters worse - my order was not sent to a local florist to be filled like other providers. It was shipped. This is the 1st, and absolute last, time I ever use this poor excuse of an online florist. Buyer beware.

I have to agree with most of the complaints on here. The prices are outrageous. The 50% off is non existence once you add everything up. It really kind of crazy that you purchase a dozen roses for $19.99 with the 50% off and your total is $35.99 (I just tried it). I have to say that ProFlowers will no longer getting any more business from me nor my company.

I saw an ad on tv tonight for 50% when ordering on ProFlowerrs so I went to my computer immediately and tried to order with the code BLOOM. Well, that code was not for 50% off - it was only $10 off of a $48 arrangement. Also, they wanted to charge extra for a vase, extra for a delivery on a particular day and even an extra $14+ to ensure that it would be delivered by a certain time on that day plus a customer charge. By time you added it up, it was over $80 and the 50% off, was not at all true. I would definitely not utilize this company for any floral orders.

I ordered a deluxe arrangement for my friend's father's funeral about a week ago. I paid approximately $150 which included the same-day delivery. I checked with my friend four days later, and she never received them. I sent an email to ProFlowers to confirm receipt of delivery, where I received no response. Today, I had to call customer service to find out what exactly happened with the order. Finally, they told me that they couldn't secure a local florist to create the arrangement. Meanwhile, my account is still charged the approximate $150, and I wouldn't have known anything different had I not taken any action! To me, that's theft, deception, and poor business ethics!
After discussing calmly how I felt about how I was treated, and reminding them of still having my money with no product or service to show for it, and the fact they never gave me a confirmation of delivery of the order... where I had to take action, the only thing they could do was give me my money back. But I still wonder if I would have actually received a refund had I not have taken any actions. THAT point is what really angers me, and I will NEVER do business again with ProFlowers. Furthermore, I will ensure that ALL my contacts will know of this transaction, and they should stay far away from this company!

I'm writing this so others won't get their hopes up when they listen to the radio ads. Over the years I have received flowers (roses) from ProFlowers several times. I have never seen flowers die so quickly! Each time, upon opening the box, the flowers had already started to wilt. It's nice to receive flowers by delivery but if you want quality flowers go to your local flower shop or grocery store and buy them fresh and have someone deliver them for you. Yes, these flowers are cheap but keep in mind - you get what you pay for. Needless to say, I can't produce a receipt or order number.

I ordered flowers a week in advance of the date I needed them delivered by. On the recipient's birthday, the order status showed they were on their way. Around 8pm the status still showed them being in transit. These were flowers for an elderly lady, mind you. Would have been nice to get them to her before she went to bed. I contacted ProFlowers (PF) and was assured they'd be there that evening. They never showed. The next day I checked the status and it was updated to "incorrect address". I called PF and like similar complaints couldn't understand CS rep. Her accent was very heavy and obviously she was reading from a script. She told me I had to contact FedEx but she didn't give me a tracking number. So I contact FedEx and after much searching on both of our ends he found the driver for that area and said the label from PF had fallen off the box. These are flowers that have now been in a box for a day in the back of a truck.
FedEx then took the address from me and was able to deliver the flowers almost 24 hours later than PF had promised they'd be there. I contacted PF and told them how dissatisfied I was with the service and how I was treated. They refunded my $9 delivery fee but won't offer anything else. I spent $50 for a gift that arrived late and wilted. I will never use them again!

If I could give ProFlowers less than 1 star, I would. My very good friend, who does not have a lot of money to spend in the first place, was kind enough to send me some flowers today during my recovery from surgery. What a joke - I texted her a picture of the flowers to let her know I got them and to thank her, but also so she could see what they looked like. She was appalled to say the least and sent me a picture of what they were supposed to look like. Again, what a joke. I was supposed to get a dozen of multi-colored roses that looked like full-size roses. What I got was 12 mini-bud roses that are already wilting. I will be calling the company in the morning to demand a full refund for my friend. How dare they. How DARE they send such inferior products. My husband ordered flowers for Valentine's Day so they arrived on Sunday. When I opened the box they looked a little old but there was a note saying that we should let them "recover" for a few hours. Long story short, next day all flowers were almost dead, so my husband called PROFLOWERS to make a complaint and they offered to send other flowers. Next day, we got the "new" flowers which are already dead and about to go into the trash can. Their guarantee is that the flowers are going to last 7 days looking fresh, well... they don't even last 2 days.

Last week I purchased the three dozen rose special from Pro Flowers along with the three cheesecakes and chocolate covered strawberries. The price was approximately $160 with shipping. The packages were delivered to my wife on Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016. Upon receiving the packages she had the most amazing smile. Upon opening the box of roses her smile turned to complete disappointment. What she found was two bundles of very tightly bound roses, completely freezer burned and a dusty, dirty vase. The roses were received on Saturday and garbage by Tuesday. This whole experience really blew me away. I was expecting a beautiful bouquet of flowers in a very pretty vase. Yeah right. Very disappointing somewhat expensive experience. Live and learn.

My husband had purchased what was supposed to be a $60.00 purchase of a bouquet, chocolates and a spa kit. The purchase then turned into $100.00 after shipping costs. The flowers were gorgeous when they arrived but just like everyone else within a matter of 2 days the flowers had wilted and by day 4 they were dead. I followed all of their instructions to ensure my flowers lasted the full 7 days. I called in to make my complaint. Their refund policy states clearly that they will gladly either replace or refund your purchase. They gave me only the option to replace the flowers no option for a refund and never even asked. I said "go ahead and send me a replacement but if the replacement has the same issue I want a refund." The refund was not at all acknowledged but the girl who answered was at least polite. I'm posting one photo of the flowers the day they arrived the rest are from 2 days ago.

I sent my mother in law flowers from ProFlowers for her birthday (02/16). They got delivered on the right day, but after spending all day in the truck the flowers were droopy and the chocolates melted. When I tracked the package that morning it said it had been picked up by UPS at 7:37 am. They got delivered until 3:18 pm. That would had been OK if the truck had AC or she lived in the North East, but she is in ARIZONA (89 degrees by 12:00 pm)! UGH. That is really ridiculous! My father in law was on the phone for 35 minutes trying to solve the problem but got tired of the wait. I was able to get through with them the next morning and finally got my refund. They offered to send the flowers again, but she was so upset that she wanted nothing from them. Thank you ProFlowers for messing up this birthday for her!

I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my girlfriend's work the Friday before Valentine's Day, paying an additional charge for shipping and getting confirmation that they would arrive between 8 am and 6 pm. An email was supposed to go out when said flowers were shipped with a tracking number. I never received that email and Friday morning called about them.
The line was fairly staticy so I couldn't quite understand the tracking number the guy told me over the phone and when I asked if it could be sent in an email he said that wasn't possible. I then simply asked if they were on their way and would arrive on time to which he assured me they would. No flowers. Saturday I called asking what happened and was simply told they were late and would refund my shipping fees and ASSURED me they would arrive that Monday (the day after Valentine's). Monday comes along and no flowers.
After calling the THIRD time the lady simply told me they never even shipped and wouldn't arrive. The only compromise they could come up with was to send a replacement that wouldn't arrive until over a WEEK after Valentine's Day or give me a full refund without sending anything. I would have saved much time, stress, AND actually received flowers by just ordering from someone else. Now it's the day after Valentine's Day, my girlfriend received no flowers and I'm no better off than the day I orders from ProFlowers.

I admit it. I'm weak. I gave into advertising and that cleverly rhyming name: "Shari's Berries". The PHOTO of the package looked beautiful and the 20% off coupon sealed the deal. Then came the "extras"... Everyone is talking about the incredible mark up with shipping, and it seems that has become the industry standard. So I wasn't at all surprised that my order jumped past the original price. Then I noticed I was being charged SEPARATELY for shipping the berries & flowers. I almost canceled the order, but the image of beautiful roses, gourmet strawberries and happy wife filled my mind and I hit confirm.
Two days after receiving, what I call the "do it yourself bouquet" the roses were dead & wilted. The berries were tasty, but nowhere near "as big as a Buick" like Penn Jillette claimed, not even a Yugo. I just called to complain about the dead flowers and yes, the rep barely spoke English. I did however ask for a refund and was given a FULL refund (including berries, tax, & shipping) so happy ending. Now I'm going to take the wife to see Deadpool.

Ordering from a local florist would make more sense.

Apparently this happened for a bunch of people. I ordered special Valentine's Day (Sunday) delivery and they failed to deliver. No warning, no tracking information, nothing. I tried to get the tracking information via their website and it said there was no record of my order number (which was clearly printed in my order receipt). I emailed them twice and got no reply (not so surprising for a Sunday). I called them up on 2/15 and they said they couldn't find the status but would check on it. I explained that they missed the date and didn't need the flowers anymore. They then offered to give me a store credit with an extra $10. Their prices have been rising quickly every year and are already too high to continue using them, so I didn't want that option. The woman then said she would refund my money.
After looking on here, I see that a LOT of people had similar problems this year. I've used these folks for years, but between their ridiculous pricing (OK prices for flowers with crazy delivery prices) and this major service issue, I won't be using them in the future. They have one job to do and they screwed it up at the worst possible time. They could have at least provided some warning or something, especially with all of the failures to deliver on 2/12. But when I called up on 2/15, they acted like the issue was a one-off surprise. In my view, a refund doesn't quite cover for their failure, but it's the best I can get from them.

They ship the flowers, smushed together in a box and the recipients needs to cut and arrange them themselves. For the price, these flowers should be not be packaged but arranged as advertised. Furthermore, the flowers were squashed in the box ruining them, and the flowers also appear to be dying already with black edges on at least 30% of them. For $100+, I would expect better quality, better delivery. Also, the flowers are all cut to different sizes, and this is not for appearance, extremely poor job on all fronts.
Fedex also left the flowers in front of the recipient's house without ringing the doorbell on a day where the temperature is 10 degrees which could cause further damage to the product, luckily, they were found after 10 minutes of delivery. Absolutely disgraceful product and delivery, especially for Valentine's Day. I just spent another $125 with a local florist to make right for my fiancee during Valentine's Day weekend. Received some great advertising and placed two orders for Valentine's day. What a joke. One order was never received. Said there was no one for delivery, when we stayed just to receive this. Second order, I ordered flowers and chocolates, and only got the flowers and they said the order was complete. Spent 1-1/2 hours in the phone trying to reach a human being that could give me some information in both orders, to no avail. After an hour in one phone they hung up on me. After another half an hour on another phone, they said they could not hear me. After still, another half hour, the lines were busy (I'm sure with people complaining), and could not reach a human being. Basically lost about $200.00. I hope whoever reads this, is luckier than me and never buys anything from this company.

I will give my honest review & opinion. I ordered my mother the "100 Blooms of Valentine's Day Wishes With Mason Jar, Bear, & Chocolates." Everything went fine with the website process, although they charge FAR TOO MUCH for delivery considering it is delivered by FEDEX (very impersonal). Secondly, when my mother received her flowers they looked ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE online. They were fresh, but they reminded me of a $8.00 bouquet that I could've bought at Wal-mart. The Bear was ok, nothing special and box of chocolates were alright. I would appreciate it if they didn't FALSE advertise. This ruined my mother's surprise Valentine's Day gift. It was NOT worth $65.00 with delivery, luckily I had a promo code, but still not worth $42.00 I paid. I will not be ordering from them again.

My husband ordered me a dozen rainbow roses and a little bear, with a box of candy. The rose petals were falling off as well as the leaves. Not to mention they were brown on all the tips. The vase is not the one they showed in the picture, also it's too big for the flowers. They look so spread out and empty. He spent sixty dollars on all of that, what a let down. Next time I think he can go to Walmart and get a way better deal for the price. I will never order flowers from ProFlowers and will tell everyone about my experience.

I placed my order using the promo code, then go online only to find that the deal is $10 less!!! Also, you ProFlowers never disclosed that there is a $15.99 shipping and $9.99 Valentine's Day charge. Good job gouging your customers!!! I will make sure that everyone I know is informed of this experience and hopefully they do not make the same mistake that I did. I will just pick up flowers at the grocery store next time.

I ordered a beautiful PURPLE DENDROBIUM ORCHIDS with a glass vase that was supposed to be a deal for 39.99 and the vase was half off from 9.99 to 4.99. But during the order process I didn't see I would be hit with a 15 dollar delivery charge and so on. So the order came out to 65, and some change. To make a long story short, my wife was delivered the wrong flowers. She received 15 tulips in a glass vase. Which was 20 dollars cheaper than what I had ordered. So I immediately called to complain and the woman who I spoke to first tried to tell me she would resend the correct order, and I said "no way the surprise is already over. I would like my money back," and she complied and I got my refund. But still, if I was just some pushover they would have scammed me out of some money. Nice try ProFlowers! But not this time!

First of all, I agree with everyone else's assessment of the lure you in scam of a good deal then hit you with crazy shipping charges. Another thing they don't tell you is that your wife, girlfriend, significant other will also have to put the package together themselves. It comes in a box and everything has to be put together by your loved one. First strike, second strike was that the flowers already had a few dead roses when she got them but after "picking them off" the arrangement looked very pretty... for all of one day.
After putting the flowers into water and using the "plant food" that came with it she got about 22 hours worth of pretty flowers and then they ended up looking like the picture I am going to attach. Guys do yourself a favor and buy something locally from a florist you can trust. I am going to contact them a little later to see if they are going to do anything for me as far as "service" goes. However from the complaints I have seen here I doubt it.

Use to order from them a few years back when they were somewhat of a good company. The last time I ordered with them a few years ago, they royally messed up my order. Told myself I would never order from them again. Since it was a few years ago I told myself I would give another shot! Ordered flower for my mother and my grandmother for Valentine's Day. When they arrived they were missing half of the arrangement and the roses that were in there were damaged and pretty lame looking.
When I called the gentleman on the phone was not helpful whatsoever. Kept putting me on hold. He told me they would send out a replacement order and it would be there on Tuesday of next week. If I paid for next day shipping in the first place you should honor that when you state you're going to replace an order. I just asked for a refund. When the guy came back online, he indicated "somehow" I would receive a refund, "somehow" really dude! I was on the phone for over 30 mins. dealing with this. I never received a confirmation email that my order would be refunded.
So called back this morning and lo and behold they never refunded my money for the order. The only thing the lady was concerned about was the cheap $6.99 vase whether it was broken or not, could care less about the flowers. She stated they would refund the price of the flowers minus the vase. I about lost my lid. First off all, I didn't want the vase to begin but you have no option from not ordering a vase with the flowers. Thank you ProFlowers for terrible experience and crummy flowers, and also leaving me scrambling to order new ones before Valentine's day!! Checked with neighbors and none had received them in error and since FedEx "left them at the front door" there is no signature.
I called ProFlowers customer service and after explaining the situation the woman asked what was the problem. So I ended up telling her the situation 3 more times speaking more slowly each time and then I asked to speak to a supervisor, which just so happened to be in a meeting (@ 4:30 am - their time as they are in San Diego according to "Ann"). I asked for a replacement and she said the earliest they would arrive is Feb. 17 which defeats the purpose of having them for Valentine's Day. I then asked for a refund of the flowers and shipping which she did, but when I asked for what the total is that is being credited back she told me I'll get it in 5-7 days. During the process they said I could add a $8.00 vase and flowers were suppose to be $29.00. It came to $55.46 in their Email. This does not add up. After all that, they split my order in half and send the flowers with UPS and the Berries with FedEx. The result was, my wife got the flowers at 11:30 am without the berries because those are from another supplier and were send without the morning delivery option.
Now, first off it's ridiculous to split an order like that when everyone is buying it as a package thinking that it will arrived all together; and second, the extra charge for the morning delivery only applied to 1/2 the shipment, the other half arrived after my wife left her job, then they say that they couldn't refund my money because the berries were in transit. I did receive two emails saying they left me a voicemail, but I had not received either a phone call or voicemail from them.
When I asked the customer service rep what they can do for me, she kept repeating she needed my email address and phone number for verification, but I told her I was uncomfortable doing so because clearly they had the wrong one on file since I did not receive a since call. She then offered me the opportunity to resend the flowers. What? Why??? If a local florist couldn't then, what will change now? She was horrible, miserable, and rote. I will never purchase from there.

I ordered an arrangement for my friend whose mother had passed away. The arrangement never got delivered even though I got a confirmation email saying it did. After calling customer service several times and dealing with foreign people who dont speak good English, they put me on hold and said they would try to contact the local florist. They came back on the line saying the florist didnt answer the phone. All the customer service people do is read from a script and dont really address the problem.
After about the 4th or 5th time I called, I asked for a refund. Didnt get it. Waited about 2 weeks and it never showed up in my account. Had to call back AGAIN to demand my refund and this time I told the guy I wasnt hanging up till I got a confirmation email saying my refund was being processed. DONT ORDER FROM PROFLOWERS > THEY ARE LIARS and dont take care of their customers. I had a horrible experience.

I ordered flowers to be sent to a friend at a hospital. Was kind of worried when they hadn't arrived by noon, so checked with recipient. After 6pm, received an email from ProFlowers that the flowers were "hand delivered." Checked with recipient who had not received them. Called ProFlowers and customer service rep couldn't find order number but located order with other information. Customer service rep tried to call local florist but florist either didn't answer or was gone for the day. By 8pm, nothing delivered. Do not trust their emailed confirmations - follow up on them. I have requested a full refund. Will post follow up.

I am tired of dealing with people from outside the USA who may be hired for a lot less money that do not understand what you are asking. I wanted 4 dozen roses offered at $29.99 for 2 dozen... so the math was 2x that for $59.98. They could not handle that nor could a foreign supervisor who told me it would be $208 after 2 disconnects and 40 minutes. Do not buy from people who do not try to understand you or disconnect if you ask them for help!!!
