I like the quality items, easy and cheap shipping and my items always arrive in good shape and on time or ahead of time every time that I make my order. Everything works great, from the page layout to the ordering page. It loads quickly and it is always error free. They have a great selection of merchandise at reasonable prices.

My overall experience on Overstock.com was ok. There were benefits and drawbacks. Buying was easy, but shipping takes forever (literally took weeks) and returns were awful plus you have to pay to return items so the process was not easy. Although printing the ticket was fine and product selection was pretty good. There are also specific things I enjoyed about it such as variety and choices of stock and sale prices are helpful to the consumer because there is a lot to choose from. The website was also easy to navigate.

The experience was typical, hunt for product, put in cart and checkout. But I really didn't want to become a customer and get added to a mailing list but they seem to be geared more towards that than just checking out a guest. They have a nice variety of high quality merchandise at a decent price. I have purchased many household items on overstock throughout the years. I found some really nice sheet sets and after trying them, I bought a set for my parents as well. Now they no longer carry them. I would make it a little less cluttered, keep a record of past purchases or patterns in case you want to find the same item again if possible. Also maybe show somewhere where the overstock product was recently stocked such as Belk or Dillard's or Nordstrom.

I like that they have what you're looking for at good prices. I also like the fact that they have a variety of different options when you look for something specific. They had what I wanted and they had stuff I didn't even know I wanted until I saw it! I have only used Overstock.com twice, but each time I had good experiences.

I ordered a rug and after 8 days I contacted customer service because the online status had displayed "processing" since the order date. I was told that it could take that long for the item to be shipped and that it should happen today. 3 days later the status was still "processing" so I called again and they said it should ship out today, but after I pressed, the agent agreed to research the transaction.

I like that I am able to see a big selection of products that are organized very well. Their website has a good interface, but I would add some festive design. The designs could be more interesting during holidays, etc. I would also add a larger selection of makeup as well as adult diapers. I had an overall good experience with Overstock, what I bought was a reasonable price and yet the quality was really amazing and I got it delivered when they said they would.

I had very positive experiences with Overstock.com on the several occasions I have ordered from this site: Excellent quality and large selection of merchandise, good and low prices, fast delivery, and ability to get free shipping on the products I have ordered from them. It would also be nice if inventories were stable, but given the nature of the site, that is probably not a realistic expectation.

I like getting items at a big discount at Overstock.com and I like how it is very easy to search the site for the deals. I enjoy looking for the best deals. I usually look at the site a few times a week to see if there is a good deal on the site. I get very excited when I find a good deal and can't wait to lock it down and order it. I like how the purchasing process is very seamless and saves all my data so checking out each time is very easy. I don't like when I want a item and go to purchase the item and click on it just to have it tell me there are no more in stock. I wish they could do a better job updating the page with current statistic and pull the time when it goes out of stock. This is really where most of my frustration is with this site. But I like overstock.com overall and regularly use it for great deals.

Overstock is a very good online shopping place. It is very good website that I have used a few times and was always a good experience. It was easy to use and I like it. Overstock.com has things which are always trendy and are at discounted rates for people like me. These rates which are already very low give me a great bargain and help me stock my house with the best possible stuff. As far as the product selection and its purchasing goes I really did not have any problem while finding stuff and paying for it. All the categories are self explanatory and neatly lined on the website. However, I really like the user interface, but the number of pictures should be slightly reduced. Also, the color on the website should be slightly mellow, instead of the blinding white that is used.

The website has a good diversity of items and it is generally easy to transact. The prices charged are fair for the value of the product available and I enjoy shopping at this Site. A greater diversity of items would be better. I would like to see Overstock expand into the parts area be there appliance parts, auto parts etc and any other items beyond what are currently available would be of interest to me as a consumer online. The overall transaction processing for purchasing is generally good. Also, it seems like the structure of the customer service is in place to support the buyer online. I like the site.

Overstock.com has variety of items including home goods, electronics, clothes, shoes, jewelry, makeup even furniture. I like that I am able to find something for everyone even if they are picky. Great for product selection and finding gifts for certain people plus process of everything including shipping was easy and hassle free. Purchasing process and customer service is good. But dislike that it's a little overpriced and quality of items could be a lot better. Sometimes I don't get the actual item I wanted and items are low quality, out of stock, back ordered from other stores and not worth the price.

I love the website. It is fun and easy to use. I love all the selection and there is always something for everyone. I like getting the best deal as I am a bargain hunter. However, the fees plus shipping can be misleading. Always read the fine print and know the total cost before you buy however this is the case no matter where you buy. Other than that, it is very exciting to look for the best deal and the items are always changing. I really like finding great deals on name brand products. I just keep coming back.

I like that the search feature is very specific which is awesome because for my house I have very specific needs, size, color and style wise. I would like some more incentive for consumer and pictures to know what it looks like in natural lighting. I also very much like knowing what the product looks like in real life as well as consumer opinions before I buy online. Other than that, I got a high-quality jute rug for pretty cheap so I had a great experience. The product selection is vast, which makes it fun to shop around and stay on the site (probably longer than I should) and it's affordable so I can feel OK about it!

I enjoy the whole process of ordering something on Overstock.com. If you are looking for something, you can usually find it on the website, in all different price ranges. Some are at very good or reasonable prices. I especially like their bed and bath products. The process of ordering is seamless and products are shipped in a timely manner. Anytime I have had to call customer service, their representatives have been courteous and helpful. However, I would change the price of some things that are too expensive and cheaper shipping rates. Sometimes the cost of shipping something is as much as the item itself.

My experience has been very good and beneficial. Overstock has a lot of value and a lot of good things going for it. eBay and Amazon are more popular but Overstock is catching up and doing well. Overall, very nice selection and products are good. The only thing I would change would be more exposure. That way we can get more products and more services available.

But some products that I would like to purchase are not available on this website. I have to look on other websites to purchase specific things that I need or want. It took a really long time to receive my packages too. The product selection could be a bit better, and the shipping should be much faster. I like the less high overage charges, more variety, more choices to what you can get. You can pretty much reinvent your whole home with this specific store. This company is quite innovative, has great selection and overall great customer service. They ensure you get what you want when you want it. Overall, they have stylish and great inventory and more bang for your buck. Great store overall. I love this company and shop there most of the time. The staff is really helpful and they make sure you are left satisfied and all.

Their website has many things, you are sure to find something from shoes, clothing, jewelry, home accessories, etc. I have bought shoes several times as they carry inexpensive and also expensive brands to choose from. I would add more household accessories. Other than that, I buy from them often and have never had any problems with their merchandise.

I like that Overstock has a large variety of things, and it has almost every product that you could buy at another website. I also like that the prices are relatively low compared to other sites, and I often can get the same product for cheaper at Overstock. But I would like if Overstock had more site-wide sales and site-wide coupons/promo codes because that would make their prices even more competitive with other websites. Other than that, the product selection is great, and I really like the purchasing process. It makes everything clear, such as what you will have to pay for shipping, and what payments options are allowed.

I like their low prices and good navigation. It's a decent site with decent customer service but it could be better. It seems a bit old fashioned but you can find decent basic things at low prices. But they have low quality items and a lot of things that are dated or out of style. A lot of the clothing is no longer in style but classic jewelry there is usually pretty good. We have also gotten decent furniture there so that's ok but a lot of it is low quality. My experience is generally good but a lot of the items just aren't what I want so I don't really shop there anymore. I like Amazon much better and also Wayfair.

Ordered June 27th comforter set for grandson's birthday July 7th. Was told it would ship in 2 days and recd before 5th. DID NOT SHIP. Told on the 30th everyone left early for long holiday July 4th weekend was told on the 3rd would ship the 5th and be received by the 7th that there were 77 in stock. Was told on the 5th they were having technical issues at the warehouse and could not give me a shipment date. MANY PHONE CALLS NUMEROUS CHATS AND STILL PROCESSING?? None of the representatives I have talked to can get a resolution just want my item. Was told on the 7th still processing 74 in stock now 10 days told to wait till Monday the 10th to see if it ships.

I like how Overstock.com has a good and easy layout compared to past sites and how it has something newer than others I have seen because of how it stands out from what I am use to. It was something so easy and cool to me because I am able to pick something out and choose what I want and how I want without leaving. How I can see such a big selection and be able to talk to someone fast is great as well. However, they do not have a lot of sales and I think they need to make it better by using the customer's preference and think about how they would spend. Also, it could have it easier to find the price.

There are many things I enjoyed about the Overstock website. First of all, the website is user-friendly and that is a must. Right from the page downloading you can see how organized they have everything. The prices on MOST of their stuff isn't bad, but it could be a little cheaper. There are more things I like about it rather than things I dislike more. There could be a few changes to the website. Make it more kid friendly, I like how the page is groomed but it is not very child-friendly in the visual aspect. Products could be less modernized, more selection of brighter colored and just some general more unique items. Nevertheless, my overall Overstock experience was great, just as advertised in the magazines. Seemed to flow pretty well through the whole shopping process. I already knew what I wanted so I didn't spend much time browsing at anything else. I would recommend Overstock.

I prefer the prices at overstock.com more than any other online shopping platform. They're cheap but have good quality items to choose from. I've made several purchases here on numerous occasions. Overstock has a great variety, value, and quality of available products to choose from and has ease of ordering and free shipping on some items. Pretty darn fabulous. They have a great selection including unique and hard to find of items which make it a cool place to shop when you search for something you would like to purchase and their Customer Service is pretty good overall for assisting you with any problems or return of items. The prices are also very reasonable and affordable if you are on a budget and purchasing process is great. But the website is somewhat hard to navigate sometimes and at times it is difficult to get back to an item you liked or may want to purchase without searching again as there are a lot of items. For example, if you click on an item and then wait and go to a different type item it may be hard to get back to that initial item to go ahead and purchase.

I love Overstock because it is one of the best companies to purchase from and I continue to purchase from there all the time. On the other hand, an ability to save credit card info and shipping preferences as well as gift options would be great. Also a better prediction of products I might be interested in to come up first. More products in standard sizes as well. When I can find things in my size it's great but that generally isn't the case. And the search function is a little confusing and slow. Altogether it was an average site. Nothing great, nothing bad, just ok.

The descriptions of the products (jewelry) were accurate. Everything was up to my expectations. I would do it again in a heartbeat and I also recommended it to many of my friends and acquaintances. But I liked the shipment from UPS better than the one from the USPS, because the USPS just left it on the floor of the foyer of my apartment bldg. instead of in the box.

I ordered two items which were shipped. During transit they recalled the items and returned them to themselves. After speaking with two reps that had no idea why and promised to reship the items I received an email stating the price was too low and that is why they were returned.

I love Overstock.com and I would choose them over everybody. They are incredible and very well known at what they do, and they are head over heels the very best. They're a little on the expensive side but it was one of the greatest experiences that I have ever had with any company. I would definitely tell them to all of my friends.

It was easy to check out... Actually it was pretty quick. I did have a minor billing issue, but the customer service department handled the matter quickly and politely. Their prices tend to be cheaper, they carry well known brand names, they have coupon codes and they have broad categories to choose from, like furniture, clothing, electronics, etc. But their online customer service wasn't very nice to deal with. They didn't seem to understand the urgency of the situation I was in and why the issue of the pricing being incorrect on the website was so important because I was dealing with a very limited window to take advantage of a sale. I also think the search function could return results a bit better. But I would like to see more colors available if possible. I understand that they get and sell overstock but some items have colors listed (and they are a new item) but only one is available. The search bar is also my biggest issue and search keywords are not always a match and you end up looking through items that were nowhere near what you were searching for.

They have good deals with a lot of variety to choose from and so far I have never really had a problem with their website or their shipping orders. I wish there would be more deals or buy one get one free offers but other than that, I'm fine. My overall experience like using Overstock.com has been pretty great.

There's a big selection of items and I can always find what I'm looking for. Also prices are cheaper than anywhere else and I feel like I can get a good deal. Overall I had a good experience and my items turned out to be decent quality. But it was hard looking through all the items to find a good deal. Also, sometimes I worry about the quality of the items I'm receiving and whether or not they're real or counterfeit. I'm afraid to buy something that claims to be a name brand.

I like the Close outs, deals, easy to use navigations and coupon code for free shipping. Also like the quick check-outs, big number of values, full use of browsing and target searches. They need more deals though. Prices aren't always the best deals. Needs coupon codes that work, price match, more variety of items and small inventory at times. But overall better usage of site, superior snapshot of items, customer service responds within a day, variety of payment methods and quick resolution time.

My experience with Overstock.com was just in a positive way! It's a very user-friendly layout and web design, very easy to understand and to click through. The variety of shopping item is very big you could browse for hours there. I didn't have any kind of problems with any item I ordered there. My item was shipped right away and a couple days later I had it. The customer service is outstanding. They're very friendly and respond very fast on questions. However, the prices are a bit too high in my opinion. When I look on other webpages for this one item I usually get it a little bit cheaper!

I like the prices of some items and dislike the prices of others. I would probably change the prices. Some items don't seem worth the money and others do seem worth it. I suppose the Dane rules apply to just about any store. However overall the prices are very reasonable and this site is my on the top of the list of my go-to sites. In the first week of May I ordered a leather sofa from Overstock and paid in full. The second week in May, Overstock delivered a damaged and opened sofa which I rejected and asked for a replacement. Someone at Overstock went in and canceled my order and canceled my O Club; they did not refund my money. I contacted Overstock and spoke with Jaime and Chandler and they said that they "would check on this" but never got back to me with a new order number for the sofa. I then called the "Executive Complaint" team and spoke with Brandon who found me another sofa and matched the price. Again, I paid in full for a replacement sofa after Paypal canceled the first order and refunded my money in response to a complaint I filed a complaint about Overstock.

I ordered a product on 6/16 and on 6/18 I looked up the tracking number and it said, "Invalid number.' I waited till 6/20 and checked again... same result. On 6/21 when I received the same invalid number I contacted Customer Service to find my package. That agent said they were embarrassed that this happened, they have contacted the warehouse and I should be getting a response today.

Never will I purchase anything from this company again! Initially purchased this set from Overstock due to Wayfair being out of stock but I have no idea if this set would have worked or not because I never received the table and the umbrella received was damaged. Tracking information given after my order was placed was the incorrect tracking. Reached out to customer service 3x and finally received the correct tracking. Once the item was delivered we realized we were missing a table. After calling 5x and speaking to 2 supervisors, I'm all set with overstock. I'll stick with Amazon and Wayfair. The people who work for this company have no idea what they are doing.

After ordering a bed from Overstock.com, I was excited to get it delivered within a week from ordering it online. Unfortunately, they dropped the ball more than once. I was told that my delivery date was on a Thursday between 1pm-5pm but I never got a call from the company or the driver letting me know that I wasn't receiving my furniture that day as promised when I ordered it. I had to call customer service just to find out where the driver was, by this time it was already 6pm. They then proceeded to advise me to have it rescheduled but they couldn't get me in the schedule until the following Monday between 1pm-5pm. They informed me that they would give me a $50 credit for any future purchases online for the inconvenience.

I like the variety of furniture and home decor products they sell. They offer a lot of free shipping on items and frequently have flash sales. You can read user reviews and ratings for products and they seem to have good customer service. However, some of their products don't have good description and have unclear or not enough pictures on them. It makes me uncertain to order online sometimes. I also worry about returning items if I don't like them. But the first time I ordered from them wasn't bad at all. It was fairly priced and the shipping was fast enough. I remembered ordering from them again and the experience was about the same. I don't have any problems with Overstock at all.

Due to discontinued items, the prices are lower and it is easy to get heavier things shipped at a lower cost. They have fast shipping too. I collect action figures and wish that they had more available. They only have youngerish toys.

Overstock.com has great prices and nice quality items. I especially like the value of the bedding comforter sheets and other linens. Some of the furniture looks inviting and I am considering a specific couch on my next purchase. They should have more categories, clothing, more lines, better choices for outdoor patio including furniture and more garden items, candles and torches are always nice in gift packages for giving. The prices are usually good although sometimes appear not to be a great bargain. I've had a very good experience with them so far, and I have liked all the items I purchased. The bedding was of good quality and I feel I got a bargain.

I ordered a watch with day, date, and time. Received watch 6/9. Watch was in mailing envelope wrapped in newspaper. No box, no directions. It doesn't keep accurate time. Day and date dials don't work at all. The only thing I can say is the watch still had its plastic covers on it. When I looked to see about returns, I find that is also a rip off. Overstock does not return your full refund. They give all kinds of excuses. Restocking fees. You pay for the return. You pay if you removed the wrapping. So I figure I just got ripped off $30.00. It's a good thing I never ordered furniture or a rug. The shipping return costs alone would kill ya. This isn't right to do business this way. And I am disappointed in a company that shipped this watch from Ohio. When their headquarters in Salt Lake is about 3 hrs away. And as far as saving money! There are other sites less expensive. By the way. I have no order number only a USPS tracking number.

Overall experience with Overstock.com is fine. It's not hard to maneuver around site. It's easy to track purchases and customer service is outstanding. The prices are usually good and easy to compare to other sites. Their selection is always changing so fun to look. However I don't like the way the catalogue is broken down. Maybe include more categories especially for men's products. I like to find what I want and pay and get on to whatever else I'm doing or shopping for that day. Otherwise I have never heard bad reviews from people I know using the site.

Good deals and easy access to deals, Overstock.com was easy to navigate with search capabilities for finding what I needed and it did what I wanted it to do for me. Also, it was seamless with checkout and search. I would use it again for finding things I need and I would recommend it.

I like that Overstock.com has a variety of products at a fraction of the price and most of the time cheaper than anywhere else and product seems to be good, easy to search for what you are looking for. But the return policy is horrible and the customer service can be terrible. I don't think customers should have to pay for a return if it's Overstock's fault of wrong product. Other than that I always have a good experience with Overstock. I have been very happy with almost everything I have ordered. I received the wrong rug once, sent a pic to customer service and they immediately sent out the right one and told me to keep the first one. I just ordered curtains and they were labeled as the color Lemon but they were very much Lime.

Overstock.com has a large selection of many items and affordable prices of quality products. I have made purchases for myself and for gifts and my purchases have always been quality products. Everything I have purchased has exceeded my expectations, except on one occasion when there was a small flaw in the item but the matter was addressed promptly. I am also pleased with this website in every aspect. Plus the customer service is always top notch.

Overstock.com has a decent selection and most things a majority of people would search for. We shopped for a side table and coffee table and there were a lot to choose from. However, I felt like the tables we ordered were very cheap but we didn't pay cheap prices for them. I think if the quality will be that low, the prices should reflect that. When I hear "overstock" I expect very low prices. Other than that, we found what we thought we wanted and the items we ordered came in a decent amount of time. I wasn't blown away by it, but I didn't have a bad experience.

I can always find what I'm looking for on Overstock.com. Their prices are very competitive. My order came quickly, damage free and was exactly what I was looking for. They have a wide assortment of products and I like browsing to see what's new, since their product selection varies on a day to day basis. However, Overstock.com takes longer than most other sites to load. I don't always have a lot of free time, so I appreciate sites that load quickly. It would mean more time to shop on the site!

They have a variety of stuff and are often discounted. They also have quick shipping services and easy returns if you don't like the item. The shipping and returns were also free. There are times when I want to design or change color of product I ordered but sometimes they don't have that specific color or design available. I also hated how there was a wait for items that were out of stock. But, I liked that I could easily choose and pick what I wanted and was given recommendations for each time as well as being able to choose the rooms for the items that I was looking for. The purchasing page was also easy and I was given a time frame of when to expect my products.

Overstock has a great selection of items for really cheap prices and that their ordering process is really simple. They have created a wonderful site that many people use and like. They are so good that I have never had to use their customer service department.

The commercials that are on TV are very professional and I think you should keep the good work up. I think they would be around for a long time.

I ordered a 6 inch memory foam mattress from Overstock.com. A week and a half later when I received the memory foam mattress it was only 3 inches thick, and there are stains on the mattress and had signs of prior use. It is illegal to repackage and resell used mattresses and bedding. I most certainly be reporting this.

If you're thinking about buying/opening a store card with OVERSTOCK run for your life! We have made a few purchases about a year ago (using the store card) and a few more throughout the year and never missed a payment. First let me warn you, Overstock prices are sooooo much higher than Amazon, for example, today I found a changing pad cover (for babies) on Overstock for $20+ and then found the exact same one on Amazon for $6 (%300+ more) and that's only one example! Now, the real scary part is that today I checked my Overstock card account and found 2 interest charges of $291 a month apart (on a $650 balance!) and another charge for $604 promotional something that is not reflected on the balance (yet) but is under "charge" on the activity page.

I like the great selection Overstock.com has. They always have what I am looking for at great prices. The site is easy to navigate and use and they have good payment options. My overall experience was great. Checkout was easy and my item was delivered within a reasonable amount of time. Overstock.com is everything I want.

I like that you can shop for all your furniture need all online. It has a mobile friendly app to use and search for thousands of furniture items. I also like that everything on this site is simple to use. A minor thing that can be improved for a much better experience to shop on Overstock is you get points for shopping there and you can use the points to get free stuff. The overall experience I have with Overstock.com is great. Simple layout with simple colors and use makes this site great for shopping furniture. Just add the item and check out. It takes off the stress when you are shopping for furniture.

Overstock has a lot of different items that makes it easy to shop and they also have good prices with cheap shipping. I enjoy the layout of the store as it is easy to navigate. I have bought a few things over the years and the checkout process is simple and easy. The selection is pretty good but limited, maybe not as robust as Amazon. Also, I would maybe like a few more video games or movies. But overall I do not really have any complaints.

When I used them I did not have any problem with them. Overstock lets me buy large decorations and furniture pieces with little to no charge for shipping. I like the variety of options that I can choose from and I also like that a lot of people use them. The only thing that I did not like is that they do not have a physical store.

I like how everything seems to be in place at Overstock. I like the merchandise, the way the website is set up, the prices, and the merchants who sell products on that site. The only thing I would change is the way some payments are set up and the delivery fees for most of their merchandise. I would also change the website colors. But I like the product selection, the purchasing process, the customer service. It's been a very positive experience for me using Overstock.com. No other site is better except, Amazon.com!
