I placed my order on 12/16/16, put in the code to have it delivered by 12/23/16. Took a screenshot of the guaranteed delivery and called on 12/26/16 when my item was not delivered by 12/23/16. I received a $20 store credit and was supposed to receive a $65 refund since the guarantee was not met. Called today and found out "sorry you did not check the right box for the guaranteed shipping, even though you put in the code, we will not refund the $65." I am done with nflshop.com and will go to local stores for sports items. They can keep the $20 credit, because they just lost a very loyal customer.

I placed an order with this company 12/27/16 with my order totaling $92.97. I received 2 emails in regards to same. The next day I noticed a withdrawal from a company with the name of HONGYE CO., LTD BEIJING CN in the amount of $101.97 which is more than the receipt. I went to the website to call customer service after reading horrible reviews on the company, was on hold for 20 minutes before I was hung up on. Called back and used the prompt "to place an order" of which was quickly answered, I was informed by the representative that the order I had placed was with a fraudulent company. I explained that said fraudulent company was listing this company's phone number as a contact number. They said they were aware of it. I find it very unfortunate that a scam like this affecting so many clients continues to exist especially during the holiday season when money is tight and gifts are not received.

I purchased two Antonio Brown Jerseys on Sept 17, 2016. The website stated that the items would be shipped out "No later than Oct 13, 2016". I waited until Oct 14 to email NFLShop.com when I did not receive a shipping confirmation for my items. Their response was only to link me to their order tracking web page, which told me that my order had not been processed. I waited a couple of days and emailed NFLShop once again. They offered me a $10 promo credit in which I had to purchase more products to get. This being my first time ordering from their company, why would I have faith in them when my first order still hadn't been shipped 3 weeks after I ordered? After another couple of days, I emailed for an update in which they responded with a couple of other offers for shipping, but they stated "We do not have an estimated timeframe for when your order will ship from our warehouse..."
My next email was Nov 2, 2016, a month and a half after my purchase. They responded stating that the new shipping date would be "on or before December 9". At this point, it is more than halfway through the football season. December 9 comes and goes and still no shipment. I emailed NFLShop on Dec 11, asking where my order was. They responded on Dec 13, 2016 stating that the new shipment date would be by "December 13". Now since that reply came late on the day of Dec 13, I had no faith that it was going to be accurate. I emailed again the next day and I received a response on Dec 16, 2016 that my "item was cut and we have issued you a refund".
THREE MONTHS of corporate runaround for me to find out that they are canceling my order?! This is completely unprofessional, the company should have "cut" the item when it wasn't able to be shipped after the second promised date so I can make other arrangements to purchase the items. THREE MONTHS I had to wait for a resolution. Needless to say, I will never order from NFLShop.com or any of its known affiliates. I am recommending everyone I know to stay away from this company as it is most likely that they will encounter the same experience from a company that has no urgency or respect for timeframes.

I ordered three items on 12/17 with guaranteed delivery by the 23rd. If my items were not received by the 23rd they would be free. I received an email on 12/19 stating that my order had shipped. The next email I received said I would not receive my order until after Christmas even though the website continued to guarantee a 23rd delivery. I spoke to CS and asked if they could resend the items with overnight (which was guaranteed before Christmas if ordered before 12/22 12pm. I was told to wait until the 23rd and that I may still get it. I explained that by waiting until the 23rd there would be no chance of receiving it before Christmas if it didn't arrive. CS agent could care less.
I received the items after Christmas. After sending an email to complain I am being told my refund will be $65. I just spoke with another person in CS asking why I am not getting a full refund as indicated on their website and was told that $65 is the most they ever refund. When I asked where on their website I can find this information I was told only employees can see this. I feel that they knew my items wouldn't be delivered on time and lied just to get business. I will never order from this company again!

We ordered a week before Christmas, paid for three day shipping. It is Dec 28 and still nothing. We called three times and they said it will arrive before Christmas. After Christmas we called and their computers said they messed up and put it in as 3-7 business days. So everyone we talked to before Christmas lied to us. I will never order thru the NFLShop. Also no apologies from their rep. They just said, "We will refund your shipping." Not good business practices.

I ordered a jersey and winter hat, for my nephew's Christmas gift, on December 15th with a "guarantee" of delivery before Christmas. Well, I received an email stating that the items shipped on December 16th. On December 20th I checked the tracking information and it showed that the merchandise had arrived in East Brunswick, NJ on this date. I checked again on December 22nd and it was still there with a message advising of a delay due to external factors. I emailed Lasership and called numerous times. A message instructed me to leave my name, number, and the tracking number and they will get back to me. A message was left.
On December 23rd the same Message appeared and again I left a message and then I emailed NFLSHOP.COM. I received an auto response stating that they received the email and they will get in touch with me... blah, blah, blah. On December 24th still no package and still no response from Lasership or NFLSHOP. Today is December 26th at 5:00 p.m. And still no package or response from either company.
I will NEVER order anything from NFLSHOP.COM again. They knew that the merchandise would not arrive by Christmas but they took the order and made the hollow promise of delivery anyway. I researched Lasership and found that they have a long history of negative reviews and complaints about their service. NFLSHOP does business with this company knowing about their poor service record and they still are more than happy to take a customer's money knowing that the "guaranteed " delivery date is a fantasy. Don't do business with this company.

I ordered 2 customized hoodies on Dec 11 one Eagles and one Green Bay each with the last name ** on them. I also paid for for the 3-day shipping. When I received my first hoodie the last name was spelled wrong. So I contacted customer service and they said someone would be in touch with me within 2 days. I still have yet to hear from them. After I received the 2 hoodie it was spelled wrong as well. Only this time it had an extra letter in it. Again I contacted customer service and nothing was done. I have ordered many things online and I have NEVER dealt with such incompetent people. Something has to be done. I mean really this is a multi-million dollar company and they can't do anything? I ended up having the shirts fixed at a local tee shirt shop. Thanks for nothing NFLshop! I will never order from them again!

Ordered a Jersey December 9th for my son of his favorite player for Christmas. Immediate confirmation via email and of course confirmation I've paid received. So far so good? Well it's Christmas and I've yet to receive the Jersey, nor have I received any confirmation of the delivery status. Had my son call from the US as I'm currently in South Korea, with his being put on hold and told customer waiting time was around 1.5 hours (guess I'm not alone in my complaint). Today I checked the website tracking tool and it says "Refunded"! Strange but I never received an email telling me that there was an issue that the Jersey was not going to be delivered. Guess "Refunded" means something different to NFLSHOP.com as well as I've yet to see the "refund".
How can they promise delivery before Christmas (I paid for express shipping) yet not ship nor notify me they were not going to ship? Terrible customer service! I know the military over here in South Korea and Expat community may not make up much of their business, but I assure you I'll spread the word about this joke of a company on every public forum I can. BBB must get involved with this company as it is obvious they have no clue how to operate an honest business (and if the NFL is associated with them they should be ashamed). Wish I'd read the reviews here earlier as I see it's a common theme on here. Stay far away from these CHARLATANS!

I purchased a jersey, women’s large. I received a youth large. When I went to through the website to follow their directions for a return or preferably a swap for the right size and this is the reply I got: "Thank you for your effort and kindness. Sincerely sorry to hear that. Just check it, we did send the correct size to you. Actually, it is not convenience to send the jersey back. It needs much long time and high shipping fee, also the China Customs is inconvenience to you. For your case, how about you keep the item to sell to others or send as gift? And you place a order of bigger sizes from us? Kindly find the code--"coupon9" and you can enjoy $9 off for your shopping. If there is anything we can do for you, just feel free to contact us. Best regards, Karma" (Yes this is how they signed off with... Karma)

I have had a terrible experience with this business. I ordered my son six item for Christmas from the site around three weeks ago. Funds were taken from my bank account. Last week I still hadn't received my merchandise (which, when I checked out online had a guaranteed deliver day date prior to Christmas Day). I called and was on the line with customer service for over a half hour. They couldn't find my order for the first 15 minutes of the conversation. The customer service rep had to go to her supervisor to find my order. They promised to rush it out that day and promised I would have my items today, on Christmas Eve. When I asked for a confirmation number for this transaction they couldn't provide me with one.
Needless to say, my items (about $200 worth of NFL things) did not arrive today. I called again and waited for a half hour to speak with someone. Finally, I talked to a young man for about another half hour (an hour total spent on the phone) about how the woman I spoke with last week never put my new order through. I asked for her name, he said there were five names associated with my call last week. He too, said he reshipped my order today and that I'd have everything Monday.
So - long story short - my son will not find these items under the tree tomorrow. I am so upset and disappointed in this company and their lack of service and commitment. Sounds to me like this place needs to be checked out - smells like a scam to me and I so wished I had read more about what other people have had to go through. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Merry Christmas!!! Right??? No. Ruined my son's Christmas gift that I ordered - a throwback jersey that cost 169.00. I received a confirmation with an order number that it was being processed however, nope... never heard anything else. On December 23 I looked up shipping status and it showed status refunded??? What??? Who cancelled the order and where is my money? It was never credited back to my account. Luckily for me a good friend of mine Melissa ** whose husband plays for the Falcons is looking into this matter. It seems that the NFL shop cannot be trusted... which puts a bad taste for fans for these teams. You messed with the wrong consumer. You will probably not be the main consumer for items for long!!!

On November 12 I attempted to order 2 jerseys from the NFL shop. There was absolutely no indication or mention the items ordered were NOT in stock. Waited patiently for 2 weeks, no emails, no communication whatsoever. When I called I was told my order was not in stock because of the hurricane in Miami and they have no idea when the order will be shipped. I requested a full refund. They advised me that the credit back to my credit card would take up to 20 days. I decided to wait longer for my order given my choices given.
Approximately a week later I received a email that my order had been shipped, which included a tracking number. Unfortunately the tracking number did not work? I called the NFL shop and after one hour on the phone they directed me to a unknown shipping company, NOT reputable like FedEx, Purolator, etc.? The shipping company had dozens of sub contractors that provide delivery. Called back to the NFL shop, which company of the dozens listed is shipping my order?
The NFL shop provided me the name of the shipping company NOT listed on the dozens of companies listed. Once again called the NFL shop and questioned the company name they provided and the fact it was not listed? They advised me it is not trackable and I was out of luck. I asked for a manager to call me and they promised they? Sadly no call from the NFL shop just a standard email of apology. More than one month since the original order, I finally received my jerseys as ordered. The product delivered was sub-standard, but given all the problems I decided to accept the merchandise as is - not worth the hassles of getting a refund from this disgusting company.

I ordered a Ezekiel Elliott Jersey for 135.30 on 12/8/2016 just in time for Christmas. I called Customer service on the 12th to ask when it would be shipped. I was told it was scheduled for that day. I was lied to, called again the following day and was told it would be later on that day, which came and went. Called on Wednesday and was given the same spiel plus 10 bucks in nfl credit for my wait. I then called on the 16th to get an order status starting to get really nervous, and was told that they had no ETA as to when they would ship. I would get it when I would get it. I tried to cancel and they said no since I waited too long and it's being processed. Sent an email to CS stating that if they did not cancel the order that day I would file a charge-back with my credit card company to which they complied and gave me 25 more in NFL credit. It took 1 week to get my 135 back.
I went looking all over town and everything was sold out so I ordered from Fanatics.com which has the exact same layout as the nflshop.com but my order was shipped the 22nd of December. I still had 35 bucks nfl credit from nflshop.com so I decided to give them a second chance which I regret and prompted me to write this. Ordered a bucs and Miami blanket with a Dallas beanie for a total of 103.97 which came out to 74.66 with the credit discount. I also used their next day shipping coupon to receive the order on the 23rd. Today is the 22nd and they canceled part of my order because it's not in stock and it still hasn't shipped. They refunded me 25 bucks which will take a week to receive and I am still unsure if I will receive anything on time.
I had no choice but to place another order for a similar item replacement and pay again hoping that I won't be out 60 bucks. It's my fault for putting my trust in a 1 star company. I was told their inventory never matches which is already horrendous. How does a company that represents the NFL not know what they have? I can go to McDonald and ask how many patties they have in the freezer and I can guarantee that their inventory will match what is in their system. I am very, very, disappointed. This was my first Christmas with them and will surely be my last. How bout instead of revamping your Customer support, you invest in some inventory control software?

I bought a women's' personalized cowboys jersey. Paid $175 + tax + shipping. That was $175 + tax + shipping, in case you missed it. What I got was a screenprint fabric is of less quality than a tee shirt. AND, they recommended that I "size up." My wife is a petite person. I would normally have bought a medium, but ordered an XL, just to be safe. (Christmas present, you know.) What I got was what I would describe as a kid's large size. Did I mention I paid $175.00+ for this thing, I would expect to see in a closeout store. E-mailed 'em. Got a reply - form letter, with a typed first name.
"Sorry, can't return because it's personalized." Ok, I can understand that, if the item was what was expected. I did not want a $175 + tee shirt - not even a quality tee shirt. I expected a Dallas Jersey. It was presented as a Dallas Jersey. "All I got was this lousy tee shirt." Going to try to get $20 bucks for it on E-Bay, being honest about the description. Then I will have reduced my loss... Maybe.

On December 14, 2016 I placed an order for a Dak Prescott jersey. After an email I sent to them I received a tracking number. The problem is that the item is being shipped from China. On the company's website stated that they were from McLean VA. Now I can understand why the company charged me 15.00 for shipping. I will never use the company again. Buyers beware before purchasing an item.

I originally ordered Dallas Cowboy YL #21 Ezekiel Elliott. Within the time specified I received #4 Dak Prescott. I returned it and tried to reorder the #21. It was not available in youth size L or YXL or ladies small. I did receive a refund. On 12/17/16 I received one of the NFLShop emails again saying that an order before 12/19/16 would guarantee to receive your order by 12/23/16. I searched and found a ladies small #21 jersey for Dallas Cowboys. I ordered on 12/17. They confirmed my order but I never received a tracking number. On 12/20/16 I received an email telling me my order was cancelled and that I would receive a refund and with questions to contact Customer Services. I'm fuming now.
I called Customer Services only to be put on hold for about 30 minutes before a representative that I could barely understand came on and said that the product was not in the warehouse. When I asked her about back orders, she said they don't do back orders. Her explanation for why it was there for me to order she claimed that if someone else had returned their order and that was their request that they would fill that first. That was not done for my first order. Oh yes, I did the survey on first order and rated them poorly. I got a email wanting to know why my rating was so low. I answered with information as above. I was assured someone would call about my dissatisfaction. I'm still waiting. This is not the professional company I thought they were. I would probably have my shirt now if I'd ordered from a company overseas. DONE WITH NFLSHOP.COM.

Ordered Steeler jersey, size 7, on Dec. 9. Tracked order, no information. Called on the 19th, person was very helpful, said they were in stock, expedited delivery. Today received cancellation of order. This is the only gift our 6 year old grandson wanted.

I ordered 4 different tee shirts for Christmas and received 3 of the same. So when I called to complain to see what could be done, I was told to return shirts but the original shirts were no longer available. So I asked to be credited for 2 of the shirts since they made the mistake. I was told that nothing would be done so I will never order from them again. Customer service was terrible.

I would NEVER EVER order from this place again! They LIE about the shipping, they give you false information. I placed my order over a week ago and my order was barely shipped yesterday. I called as well as had a live chat with them. Both times they assured me my package would be here BEFORE 12/23/16. I check FedEx and the delivery date is set for 12/24/16. I had this delivered to my job since it was supposed to be here by 12/23/16. My company is CLOSED the 24th! I am beyond disappointed with this company. I'm not even sure how they are still being advertised. I regret not reading the reviews before ordering.

I ordered a salute to service hoodie & T-shirt & jersey. My husband's team always sells out quickly so I was so excited I got them. I receive my shipping confirmation/tracking #. I got my package with 1 of 3 items. I got the jersey but not the hoodie or t-shirt. I contact customer service and they say those items are now sold out and there is nothing they can do. HOW do you NOT ship the items I order but send me confirmation? And now we don't get them at all. The customer service rep was rude and dismissive. I was crying and so upset. They refunded my money but didn't refund the $10 I spent in tax so I had to call again. Incompetent customer service & shipping employees. NEVER order from here.

Ordered a Jordan Reed throwback from NFLshop.com on 11/26 for my son for Christmas; the jersey itself was only $30 or $35 and the shipping was $18, even though the banner on their webpage said "FREE SHIPPING". I had a bad feeling from the beginning when I didn't receive any confirmation # for my order, even though I did get a message that reads "Thank you! We appreciate your business" and is from officialfootballonline.com (with no phone # to contact Customer Service).
Three weeks later, still no jersey. Tried to send them an e-mail using the only two e-mail addresses I have and would have used to place my order, and their response is that I don't have an account with them. Called my bank and they can't find a charge on that date for that amount, so hopefully, I didn't get charged, but I also didn't get the jersey I wanted. The whole experience is a bit fishy, particularly the "Thanks, we appreciate your business" message.

Have had one of the absolute worst experiences as a consumer ordering from here. Ordered a jersey for my little brother on black Friday, was a custom jersey with his name and high school number on it. Took them two weeks to tell me the order was to be cancelled, took another five days to actually cancel the order. (Still haven't been refunded my money, roughly $130, which was nearly $50 off the cost because of the sale). Finally got fed up after being told I'd be contacted by email (never was) and decided to call. Was told it was due to a player currently on the team having the number.
The # hasn't belonged to a player on the team since the start of the season. It doesn't state anywhere you can't use your name with a number currently being used. I still haven't been refunded. The Direct Manufacturer "Nike" still refuses to contact me to resolve the issue. NFL Shop CSRs have been great but there is only so much they can do. It's VERY clear Nike has no idea what they are doing when they fulfill custom orders for the NFL. Their associates don't even keep up with who is and isn't on any given team and cancel orders for no reason at all. But have no problem holding your money. STAY FAR AWAY.

I ordered a Jersey on December 7, 2016. The website indicated a 4 day wait on that particular item. After 6 days I received no update. I contacted customer service and received an automated reply, and a second email telling me my order was cancelled and I would receive a refund. No such refund has occurred. This is insane from such a large NFL sanctioned company. I spent nearly $150 of my money, was given the run around, and now have nothing to show for it. BBB get involved!

I ordered an "official" Nike NFL jersey to add to my collection and all I can say is what the hell? I'm comparing the quality of this jersey to the Nike jerseys I've purchased off the rack over the last couple of years, and I'm feeling cheated to say the least. The numbers are small and they are actually ironed on!!! Are you freaking kidding me?!! No stitching? No embroidery? How can you justify charging the same $100 for an inferior product? More and more these days the NFL is being accused of being concerned with profit over product, be it games or merchandise. I have to say, I'm in agreement with that assessment. What happened to quality? This is my first and last order from the NFL Shop.

I placed an order with nfl.com on November 18, 2016 for Christmas and it was personalized. They were quick to charge my account. When I hadn't received an email from them I inquired on Nov 29, 2016 only to be told the order number I gave them wasn't there. So I then placed the same order with the representative again nfl.com had no problem charging my account then followed up with an email with another order number. Thought, "ok I spoke with someone, order's good?" Not. I then called again on 12/6/2016 to inquire and asked for a supervisor. I placed the same order again. They charged my account and sent me an email with another order number. OMG the supervisor said to me he could see the order but the customer service reps could not.
I mailed back and forth with the IT people 15X's. They could not see the order either. I am done with this company. They lost a customer and I just want to warn others. This company has no idea what they are doing. Thanks again for the run-around. I will be contacting your corporate office. I have all emails and correspondence with your IT people and the numerous charges made to my account.

I placed an order on 11/10/16. 2 weeks later I checked for an update and my order was still processing. Today I checked my order and on the computer it stated it was refunded. I place a call to the NFL shop and after being on hold for too long, they proceeded to tell me my order was canceled 11/20 and they were sorry they normally notify people by email but they were having issues with the email that week. They stated that they are out of the particular Jersey I ordered and I could check back in 3 days. They might be getting more. NO THANKS!! I can't even get notified if my order was canceled without me even knowing it? No offer of anything else or to be placed on a back order just cancel it on me. This was a gift for my husband's birthday.

I was anxiously awaiting my jersey to be delivered. I'm going to the game on Sunday and although their shipping company is terrible, their customer service is outstanding! I spoke with Susan and told her the situation and she had told me that they have been getting a lot of complaints about LaserShip. She apologized and said that LaserShip's poor performance is a reflection on them and they don't want to have unsatisfied customers. She refunded me for the original jersey that I bought and ordered me the same one, discounted me $25 and upgraded me to free next day delivery. She then said that even if the other one shows up I can keep them both for my trouble.
I still don't have the jersey for game day but that doesn't make their customer service any less superb. It's the shipping company not the NFL Shop. She said they've been using them for the past year with several complaints and we both agreed that it should be the last year that they use them, so hopefully they change shipping companies!

I'm only giving them 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. Upon ordering a jersey on 11/3/16, my order said it would ship no later than 11/17/16. On 11/20/16 I hadn't heard anything about my shipment so I contacted customer service to inquire. Apparently there was an issue with the system, my order, and two other excuses. Their solution was to send it to me as soon as possible. New shipment date? 12/15/16. I had tickets to an upcoming game and really wanted it by then. The original order would've been plenty of time to receive my order. After speaking with them, I asked if it wasn't possible to get it that week as I had a game to go to. They told me they don't do. Seriously? You can't overnight my already late order? This is the last time I will shop here. How do you run a business and stay in business when someone has to wait a month for something that they already paid for? Customer service reps are ignorant.

I placed 2 separate orders on 11/18/16. They canceled my first order without telling me. The only reason I found out was because I tried tracking my order last night (11/29/16) and noticed nothing had shipped yet. My second order still has not shipped, and I received an email on the 26th telling me I could cancel it if I wanted to. I confirmed that information with a customer service rep last night (11/29) and when I called back this afternoon (11/30) I was told I could not cancel it. They have "no record" of an email being sent to me and will not issue me a refund. They will not let me return the Tony Romo t-shirt because it's considered "custom." I was transferred to a supervisor who almost immediately placed me on hold, and said I *should* receive a response from Corporate on this by the end of the day. I will never shop here again. Horrible company and very dishonest. Please be weary if you decide to use them.

Oh yea they canceled two of them without even letting me know. AGAIN NO EMAILS, NO CONTACT. Will not be shopping here again. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY!

I just placed a order on 11/26. The same day on 11/26 20 mins while reading bad reviews and complaints I had a change of Heart. Since I seen the name NFL thought it was a legit company that have authentic merchandise, so I sent 3 emails. I got a reply asking what I want cancels. Lol after I continue to say that I want to cancel I was told I'm getting 80% back come for items that I do not have in my possession and they haven't been shipped out yet and it's still pending on my cc. They can canceled ripoff fake overseas merchandise. Company like is reason why would not online shops.

I went to NFL Shop.com to buy a Washington Redskins team jersey. There was a big banner across the Redskins product page indicating a 25% discount on orders (I believe) over $50 dollars. I ordered a $149 customized jersey and when I went to apply the discount code a message popped up saying that this was a limited quantity shirt and that the discount wouldn't be applied. This was at best a low class ripoff. I ordered the jersey anyway because I needed it but I'll not be buying anything here again.

RUSH Women's Carolina Cam Newton Nike Blue Color RUSH Limited Jersey Item #2524879. Ordered a jersey for my wife on September 14. It was supposed to ship no later than Oct. 13. On Oct 21, I called and they promised it would be sent out immediately. A label was created on Oct 24, but it was never sent. Called on Nov 10, they said they think it was lost and the supervisors on call would not take my call. They said they would refund and never even offered for it to be replaced. I purchased from another website. Not only did I never receive a call from a supervisor as I requested, they FINALLY sent the Jersey on Nov 14 in a cheap plastic bag. No box or anything. This is ridiculous. Definitely not a great gift, will not get there on time, and poor service.

Ordered a Dallas Cowboys salute to service hoodie and paid via PayPal, got a notice from PayPal that my payment was refunded but not the full payment - they shorted me $1.02. When I went to NFLShop.com to track my order it said it was canceled. I didn't receive anything from NFLShop.com about my order being canceled. I emailed customer service asking why my order was canceled and why my refund was short and I still haven't received a response.

Every year my husband asks for the Salute to Service hat for the Houston Texans. And around this time money is very tight. Well this year I made sure to set money aside so I can get it for him. We are planning on attending the Houston Texans game on Sunday, November 27th and we are taking our little girl. I was so excited to see it in stock and ships within 2 days (great selling point) and I was going to make it a surprise. Well as of now I am out $41.11 and I do not have hat. Here is my situation: I placed my order on Tuesday, November 15 around 1300 hours CST. Once I placed the order for the Salute to Service hat I never received a confirmation email. So I called within the hour and was placed on hold for over 25 minutes. I ended up hanging up and called back and spoke to a very nice gentleman who resent me the email. 30 minutes of my day ruined because your automated system didn't direct to the proper channel.
Then on Wednesday, around the same time I went online to track my order (super excited) and I noticed under status it says "Cancelled". So I immediately called and spoke to a female by the name of Talyaneke who told me that it doesn't show cancelled on her end and my order would ship on Thursday, November 17. I asked her multiple times over the phone and she kept telling me everything was fine and I will receive my order. So I believed and didn't make an issue about it. Then today, I yet again pulled up my order and the status still shows cancelled. So I called customer service and spoke with Felicia who finally told me the item is out of stock and I will not be receiving my item and I will receive a refund with 2 to 10 business days. And once the item becomes available I can order it then.
I explained to her I did not like that solution so I asked to speak to her supervisor. She first questioned why I wanted her supervisor and I told her she is not authorized to make this situation right and I wanted to speak to someone else. She said okay and then I sat on hold for 10 minutes. Finally I speak to a supervisor by the name of Sean, who was pointless to speak to. He basically read from his "Que" card on how to deal with an upset guest. At the end of the conversation nothing was resolved. He told me there was a glitch in the system and the item should show out of stock. So as of Thursday, November 17 at 12:35pm CST I am out $41.00, hours of the day and I still do not have my hat.
Here are my issues: Why did you allow me to purchase an item that is out of stock??? In my eyes that is theft. You took my money however did not give me my product. Why was I not notified via email, a person, something to let me know that situation. I received NOTHING. Why was I informed wrong by Talyaneke? Was she just telling what I wanted to hear? Or did she too have a "glitch" in her system? Why did Felicia questioned me why I wanted a supervisor? That is none of her business. Oh and Sean. Nice guy, has not authority or reason of being a supervisor. We all know how to apologize. A supervisor needs to be able to apologize (which he did), related to the customer, fix the issue and attempt to make things better. What did Sean to do fix this??? NOTHING.

My husband ordered a Dallas Cowboys jersey, pajama pants, and slippers for me. He was informed of a certain delivery date and boy did they lie! When I tracked the shipping info it had changed from Nov 9th to Nov 11th, then when I checked it again the date had changed to the 14th. Today is Nov 13th and I received only the jersey yesterday (Nov 12th) and I am not happy at all. But looking at the reviews I don't think I'll be returning it... we will never order from NFL shop again. NEVER AGAIN! I have included photos of the brand new jersey that I literally just took out of the package. If I could give them half a star I would! Look at the pics and imagine once this jersey is washed what it will look like. They are a total scam and I can't believe the NFL is associated with them.

DO NOT BUY from this company. They first shipped my order to the wrong address which by the way took 45 days only to be returned to China. I asked for a refund which they denied saying I would hardly get any money back after it went through several banks. After several messages back and forth I had to send $24 via Western Union just to get them to ship it back to my correct address. This seemed like a scam clearly but I had no choice. After 3 full months since placing the order I finally got the jersey and hat. The quality of the products was laughable. The absolute worst knockoffs I've ever seen. What a joke. When I called to try and reorder due them sending the wrong size, I was told I would have to reorder and repay for another. I reordered the jersey on the 16th of September. Almost 2 months later I finally after calling every 10 days got most of a refund, but was shorted 33.00. Will NEVER buy from this company again!! I have never had such a bad buying experience with a Brand (NFLShop.com). The NFL should be ashamed to be affiliated with NFLShop.com. When you order anything, your goods do not arrive. On top of that Customer Service Reps are completely useless. They are just reading something from a script rather than trying to help a customer resolve an issue. Furthermore, they lie. They lie on when the items will be shipped and when the items will arrive.
I ordered 3 items meant to be a surprise for a child's birthday. All he wanted was a Falcons Hat. I ordered the item on Oct. 19. They supposedly shipped the item but never got it until October 31st. I even paid for shipping which is ridiculous. That's over 1 1/2 weeks to ship. When I got the box, it was missing 2 other items. I called on Oct. 31 - They said it was missed. They will have to process the ticket. Should take 1 day and the items will be shipped. Should get an email. Nothing received.
I called back on Nov 2. They said the same thing. I called back on Nov 4. They now said that they don't know when it will be shipped and there's nothing in my record that suggest anything will be done. WTH? What's the point of paying someone to sit in a customer center if all they are going to tell you is "we have no idea" or "it's not my job." Might as well just put it on a website and publish that they do not care about Customer Service. So basically, I paid but never received anything. Is this even a legitimate website? I've disputed the charge on my credit card as the Rep refuse to cancel the order. Will never buy anything else from this site and I would warn anyone supporting an NFL team to never buy anything for this website. Buy from Lids or Fanatics.com. The reason why everyone buys from Amazon is because they deliver on their promise. NFLShop.com is an absolute joke.

NFLShop.com is the absolute worst place to by NFL gear. I will NEVER, I repeat NEVER order from them again. Not only is my item that was GUARANTEED to be delivered by Oct 13 not here, they then revised the GUARANTEED ship date to Oct 28 and now here it is NOVEMBER 2nd and not only has it not shipped, but they also will not give me an estimated ship date (even though the ship date would be BS and not ship by the time it was guaranteed). Even spoke with a supervisor who can't do anything to help out a paying customer but give a rambling bs story of nothing. Usually a very satisfied customer in general purchases and never write reviews but NFLSHOP.COM is worth the time to help save a customer from being dragged down this miserable black hole of wasting your time and money. I ordered two football jerseys on the 18th of Oct. 2016 and here it is November 2, 2016, and it still hasn't even been processed, and when calling Customer Service they stated they still didn't know when they would ship. I then told them to refund my money so I can buy elsewhere and the Customer Service supervisor told me that he couldn't do that. I expect my money back within a timely manner because when I ordered the jerseys they didn't have a problem taking it from my account within 24 hours so just a heads up, don't waste your time on an unprofessional business with extremely poor customer service.

I called and they said they were going to resend the jersey out, over a week ago. I called this morning to see the status and it still hasn't been shipped out to me. I placed an order with the NFLshop on Oct. 2nd. After 7-10 business days I never received my package due to Hurricane Matthew and the warehouse. Once I called them to inquire about it they shipped my package on Oct. 11, 2016 and still haven't received the package. I've called twice after explaining to them that the tracking numbers could not be tracked because of an error message. The 1st guy I talked to couldn't understand why and he was seeing the same message. He told me I would receive an email after 2 days stating if my package had been returned.
I never received the email so I called again. The new guy didn't even take my reference number that the 1st one gave me and he stated that the package was being sent back because the post office said it was an incorrect address. The address was correct mind you because I triple checked it after having to call multiple times and now I will not receive my package but should be refunded the money after 3-10 days of it being returned to the warehouse and then I can expect another 3-10 for it to be reprocessed. Needless to say they were not helpful and I should receive another email!! Bad customer service and my business will go elsewhere.

Placed an order of two items, one hoodie and one colour rush jersey on the 9th of Oct. The hoodie was shipped out one day after the order, the jersey had to wait. More than two weeks went by, and not a word about my jersey. I then contacted them about this, I was told they didn't know the status of the jersey, and they didn't even have an estimate shipment day. I ask them to cancel the order, as I was fed up with their awful service. They refused to do so because "the order was too far down the track to make any changes."
Finally, they gave in and canceled it. BUT, they only sent me an email saying they'll only refund me partially, instead of a full refund for the jersey, for something I never received, without any sort of explanation. As for the hoodie, it's been two weeks since the shipment date, and nothing on the tracking system for my order has changed. I don't even know where it is, let along when I can expect it. And now they have stopped replying to my messages and I'm robbed of 240-something dollars.

My boyfriend placed an order on Oct 9th 2016 for some breast cancer items for our annual breast cancer walk we do in honor of his mother who passed away and it is now October 25th and still no shipping date. I have called in numerous times and every time I am told "We are not sure when your item will ship." "There is an issue with the warehouse's, blah blah." Well my opinion is they should have better communication with the warehouse and their customers to at least make them aware of the delays! They have not been helpful whatsoever and most reps have been extremely rude. Needless to say I will NEVER shop here again. I will buy from fanatics.com like I usually do because their items are never delayed. Ordered and received NFL Proline Jersey. Paid over $100 for it. Wore it one season (10 games) and the numbers are all peeling off. I called and was told I could have a 10% refund ($10). I have another NFL Jersey that is not Proline from another shop that is several years old and it's like brand new. Do not buy from this shop, and do not buy NFL Proline. They don't stand behind their product, and customer service is not a word in their vocabulary.

I order a throwback Redskins jersey on Tuesday September 27, 2016. I have called several times and every time I get a different excuse. 1) Because of the storm orders are delayed by 1 week. 2) "Your order has reached a certain state within our shipping process and we are unable to cancel it at this time. We have waived the $5.50 fee for use of the Merchandise Return Label that is going to be received in your package, should you choose to return your item(s) to us. A refund for this merchandise will be processed as soon as the item(s) are received at our Return Center. We are working on a new process to better our Fan experience when placing orders and apologize that your package has not shipped from our facility. We do not have an estimated time frame for when your order will ship from our warehouse and we appreciate your patience as we work through this process."
I will never ever order from this company again. I don't understand how the NFL can even endorse such poor customer service and allow their employees to lie to customers. I can't even get my money back until I get the order. Who knows when that will be. Next week will be a month and still no answer in site.

I ordered a jersey on a Saturday morning and paid $24.95 for expedited shipping. I was expecting to see my purchase by Tuesday at the latest. Nothing arrived so I called the shop and was told my order was set to ship next Monday when it has been 6 business days. It does say that on my order confirmation but I do not recall seeing that on the submit page at least not where it makes most sense for the buyer to see it. There should be an agree to 6 business days field to check before clicking submit and paying for overnight shipping. That would be fair. I spoke to a rep and a supervisor and was basically told it is overnight once the order is processed. It is very misleading how they offer their methods of shipping. I personally will not stand for it so I cancelled. I don't need to pay $175 for a jersey and deal with that BS. They have forever lost my business.
I know I am only one voice but it seems to be based on the reviews of them that this is a common issue. Consumer Affairs really needs to step in and make them honor what true overnight shipping really means so others will not be victim of their misleading shipping methods. What a hassle! Not to mention it takes 10 seconds to swipe my card to take my $ when I placed the order and they are talking 10 days to put it back. What a joke. I won't do business with anyone that operates like that. I do not like being mislead. They don't even deserve 1 star but I have to click something to post my review. Total joke!

I ordered a BBQ Redskin set for my brother's 60th birthday. The order was placed on 9.16.16 and I was told it would be shipped in 6 business days. When I didn't receive it by 10.1.16 I contacted the NFL shop via live chat and was told they would upgrade the shipment to overnight delivery. It's now 10.11.16 and I still have not received the items I ordered. I needed it by 10.15.16 and though a month was plenty of time. I would caution consumers about ordering from the NFL Shop - they do not do as they say they will.

I order a Dallas Cowboys Onesie for my new granddaughter. When I called, on Monday, to check on it they told me they were having problems and it would ship the next day. When I didn't receive notice of shipping by Friday, I called again. The message on the phone said the call center was closed due to the storm. I then sent an email, which they responded to on Saturday, asking when my order would ship. They responded that they could not tell me. When I responded that I wanted my order canceled because it would not arrive by the date I needed, they informed me that my order was too far along in the process for it to be canceled. They can't tell me when it will ship, but they can't cancel it either! This is a very poorly run business.

Placed two orders on the same day and chose 2-3 day shipping. Called to cancel one of my orders immediately after placing. Was told they were having an issue and would need to open a ticket for cancellation. I was assured the order would be cancelled and I did not need to wait on the phone. I called two days later and it appears the order was never cancelled. I was then informed that it would take about 10 days before I got the money back. Was I sure I just didn't want to keep the order. I am currently on the phone again trying to cancel all of my orders. 11 days after my initial orders were placed. I have been charged twice and received 2 items from my order and the items were from the order that should have been cancelled. You would think for such a large corporation they would have a better user experience and way of handling orders. I will be ordering from Nike directly.

Someone ordered more than $300 worth of merchandise from this online store using my credit card. Some of the merchandise actually got shipped to me, which is what alerted me to the fraud prior to the bill arriving. When I called to get help, they told me that they would not refund the money charged unless I shipped back the merchandise! I took care of it with the bank, but NFL Shop was not only hard to reach (more than 25 minutes on hold) but when I asked to be provided more information, they were rude and dismissive.

I ordered a Jersey for my son on a Tuesday. $170 plus $25 for overnight service. According to FedEx it will arrive the following Tuesday!! If you're going to charge $25 for overnight, it should be sent overnight. Something needs to be done with this obvious scam. They are charging for overnight shipping and then obviously sending packages via normal snail mail.

I ordered 2 t-shirts that were ordered in conjunction with the size chart. Needless to say the size chart was wrong and my shirts arrived and had to be returned. I shipped the 2 shirts back 09/10 and called NFL customer service to ask about the refund status on 09/22. The items were still in transit! NFL shop has an return label which had UPS on it but then changed the shipping method to some rinky dink carrier called smart label logistics. Customer service told me once it arrives it will take another 2 week to process a refund and 2 days additional to initiate the refund. So in total his is a month and 1/2 long process just for a return. It seems to look like NFL shop purposely ship items back snail mail to delay the return process. Long story short, don't order from them period as their practices are shady. I will personally never order from them again. Their items are overpriced as well so good riddance to NFL shop.

I found out a week earlier that my friend and I had tickets to go see the Falcons home opener game. I ordered a t-shirt and hat on Monday (Labor Day) which I know wouldn't process until at least the next day...I was fine with that, I opted to go for a 2 business day delivery up-charge of $18. I got a confirmation e-mail that the order had been placed and that I'd receive a shipping notification once it shipped. Wed. comes around, still no shipping notification meaning it would not arrive on Friday (what I had paid for) so I contacted customer service via online chat and inquired about the status of my order.
I told them I wanted to either cancel the order unless they could promise it would be delivered by Saturday at the latest (the game was on Sunday). The lady said she refunded my original $18 shipping charge and changed it to overnight delivery by 12 PM on Friday. Well I never got a shipping notification on Thursday so I had a feeling I wouldn't get it on Friday...sure enough Friday comes along and I don't have my order. I had to go to Dick's and purchase a shirt there and by that time it was really picked over. Literally no communication about the delay in my order or anything.
I finally received a package the following Tuesday after the Sunday game. I also received a message on Monday, saying that it was delayed (obviously) and that I could respond and cancel at any time...so I responded immediately (my email comes straight to my phone) and asked them to cancel my order and of course they said they couldn't (then why would you say I can cancel at any time?!).
Even after all that terrible customer service I thought I'd keep the shirt and hat anyway whenever it finally shipped. Unfortunately my terrible experience didn't stop there. The shirt was stretched out and not true to size. The "custom printed" Falcons logo and players' name and jersey number smelled like they were printed with toxic paint, the red colors were completely faded...it just looked like it was poorly hand-made or something. I knew immediately I wanted to return it. I never even received the hat.
I finally decided to contact customer service again and ask why I never received my hat (thought it might have been shipped separately) but was still charged for both items on my credit card statement. They apparently had an issue with obtaining the hat and "cancelled" that part of my order SIX days before I reached out asking about it, without even letting me know - I had to reach out to them to find that out. I asked her how long it would take for the money to be refunded and she said 2-10 days. I'm so fed up, I'm about to just dispute the whole thing with my credit card company. I did not receive ANYTHING that was promised to me. I will send back the shirt, but I will NEVER do business with NFL Shop again. Terrible quality, terrible customer service.

I purchased a shirt for a Christmas present, so I made sure I bought it early in October. It didn't fit, so I put it in the original box, with the return label, and sent it back after Christmas. NEVER heard a word and never got credit on my card. I contacted them and was told their return policy is 60 days. If you return it after 60 days, they DONATE your item to a charity of their choice! I have never heard of this policy. It's on their website, hidden in small print, in the return section. That should be on their Home page, especially at Christmas time! I don't believe they donated it, I believe their employees are wearing everyone's items that were returned after Christmas! This can't be legal! I will never shop on their website again!

In late October 2015 I ordered an official NFL jersey for my grandson for Christmas. Using the sizing standards I thought I picked the correct size. But they were wrong and the jersey was too small. I needed to buy a men's size small. Contacted NFL, they said I could not exchange but when I returned the jersey they would refund my money immediately. I went ahead and purchased a new adult size jersey nearly $50 more! And put the too small jersey in the mail. It's been three months now and I still do not have my refund. NFL says they can't find the package and that I didn't return it. However, I sent them the tracking information and it clearly shows it was received in February. Why the horrendous delay is anyone's guess. This website resorts to highway robbery. I have not even received an acknowledgment to my proof that it was returned. I will never do business with them again, and am looking for any help in getting my $80 back!

Buyers be aware!!! I had purchased a gift for my husband at Christmas using a gift card. The item didn't fit so he returned it and asked on the return form to be contacted via email or by phone number. The NFL shop disregarded the request on the return form and did not contact my husband. Instead they issued a credit on a gift card that was no longer in our possession and offered no assistance on correcting the issue. Please be aware that I have been told that the NFL Shop doesn't do any exchanges on any of their items.

I ordered 4 Super Bowl shirts on January 24 after the Championship Game. Guaranteed delivery before the Super Bowl. Did not receive until the Tuesday after the Super Bowl Game. I returned the shirts and requested a $7.30 credit for return shipping as it was not my fault the shirts were delivered after the Super Bowl. They REFUSED to credit the shipping. I ordered a Von Miller jersey the morning of the Superbowl from nflsalesjersey.com. Today I still have not received my jersey. I've tried to email the site with no response. My order shows no phone numbers to call. Has anyone had issues recently with this site? The jersey is paid for (and I had to use a second credit card too because of some chip problem). The status when I submitted my payment said "waiting for delivery" but that was on 2/7/16 and it's almost 20 days since and still no delivery. I'm afraid I may have been ripped off.

Purchased this jersey on 12/25/15. After the second wash (I did follow directions on washing), the numbers and letters were peeling very badly. I wore it for Super Bowl, peeling letters and all, which made a total of three times I wore the jersey. I contacted NFLShop.com to try and get a replacement since the product was of such poor quality. They flat out refused, stating damaged or defective products can only be replaced/returned within 30 days. I had this a total of approx. 45 days, two washings, and three wears. Out a total of $118 + (which includes shipping and tax). Worst experience I have ever had with a retailer. Do not waste your money on this product!!

I ordered a personalized jersey on December 31st 2015 online. I chose overnight shipping. My brother died on December 27th and I wanted the personalized Buffalo Bills jersey to bury him in. After I placed the order and paid for overnight shipping. I called NFL Shop to ensure the jersey would be there before his wake on January 1st. I got a gentleman and I did not get his name. He told me that there is no such thing as overnight shipping and I should of known that. They need time to make the jersey and fill the order. Even after I told him what it was for he started being argumentative. At the lowest point in my life he was trying to argue and be nasty. Finally I asked to speak with his supervisor. I got a lady that did she would see what she could do and call me back.
After a couple hours I called back and got a lady by the name of Shannick. She did everything in her power. We was on the phone for maybe an hour. She was back and forth with her supervisor. She found a jersey but it wouldn't have the number I wanted and I was okay with it because my brother loved the Bills... After maybe 30 more minutes she put me on hold and came back on the line and told me the jersey I ordered would in fact be here by 10:00 am the next day. It was 4:30 pm then. The personalized jersey I ordered was delivered by 10:00 am the next day with the number I wanted... Shannick went above and beyond and I wish there was a way I could repay her. NFL Shop went from a zero to five stars to me.

Pro Line Men's Carolina Panthers Luke Kuechly Team Color Jersey. I ordered a Pro Line team jersey, which I wore twice. I then washed it for the first time, as per directions. When it came out of the wash, the numbers started peeling. I tried to return it, but was told I was past the 30 day limit for returns. I am now out $99.99 + shipping and tax. These jerseys are very badly made.

On January 24 I ordered a Peyton Manning jersey and a shot glass, with express shipping. On February 1st my shot glass came but my jersey still said "new on the site". Two weeks came and went and it was February 3rd when I finally called them. I asked where my order was and he said they are working hard to fulfill all the orders and that the warehouse was behind on the orders. Superbowl Sunday I finally come to terms that it's not going to be here. February 8th I check my email and see an email from nflshop.com that says "Regarding your order..." I immediately clicked on it and read the email, "we feel it is important to notify you immediately of an issue with the merchandise you selected. We were just notified that the manufacturer chose not to produce the item Men's Nike Peyton Manning Orange Denver Broncos Super Bowl 50 Bound Game Jersey."
How does a manufacturer just decide on any given day not to process an order when I was told that it should come in 5-7 business days at the latest but took two weeks to come. I called them again and they said the item was sold out and they won't be making anymore. And even on the site still it just has the same jersey I have sitting there waiting to be ordered, with no "sold out" sign or anything. They could have clearly put that in the email instead of me having to call and go through the automatic voice lady. They have given a refund and ten dollars store credit, but it's the simple fact. Thoroughly disappointed with this website.

I ordered two jerseys. One arrived in around 3 weeks. It wasn't the jersey I ordered. I continue to email them but I don't get a response. It's over 6 weeks now since I placed my order, and I haven't received my second jersey. The site says "authentic," however, these are not authentic, or even licensed jerseys. The one I got doesn't even have the team, or NFL logo on it. It was supposed to be a size 46. I doubt it's even a size 40. The only thing they got right is the name and number on the jersey. Wrong size, wrong color, wrong style (mine was supposed to be a throwback jersey). And of course, I paid for two jerseys, and only received one. Stay away!

FORTUNATELY FOR THE NFL SHOP - ConsumerAffairs reviewers HAVE to at least give One Star in order to submit a review. This company should be MINUS 5 * * * * * 's. So, I Order items 12 days ago, immediately following the NFC Championship Game. Was told in confirmation email the items would ship no later than the 2nd (7 days later). Well, 9 days later, still no tracking info. After calling and being on hold for over an hour and a half and never speaking to a human I went to their facebook page to inquire. Oh my! Talk about a cloister! Their facebook page is nothing but people complaining about being scammed - but, I digress. So, I ask/post about my parcel and am told to provide an order number and am later told it still hasn't shipped yet but I'd be "upgraded" to overnight shipping. What good is that when 3 more days pass and it's the Friday before Superbowl? So much for wearing anything fun to work!
Oh, I skipped ahead, 10 days after the order (and inquiring on facebook) I get an email from NHL that my package still HAS NOT shipped... Why is the NHL trying to cover for the NFL? How'd they get my info? Is this for real or a phishing scam? No company can be this lousy can they?? Yes. Yes they can be and this one is exactly that. Do yourself a favor and NEVER waste one second of your life trying to deal with these buffoons... All you'll get are "I'm Sorry", blah blah blah. They post on their facebook page that, if you order such & such items they are "Guaranteed" to be shipped by so and so. Don't hold your breath. You'll die waiting.
I'm leaving town now, which is what I believe the Management at NFL Shop must have done 2 weeks ago. If the items ship, and should land on my porch, I won't be there for 10 days - I'm sure I'll be wasting another 10 days after that trying to get some resolution to the fact I don't want their product anymore. Do not buy here! I ordered a jersey for my grandson for Christmas on their NFL Shop.Com page. I paid Seventy dollars plus shipping. My grandson wore this jersey one time and placed it back in his closet. It was Not put through the laundry. He took it out to wear for school and all the lettering on the jersey are lifting and peeling off. I contacted customer service and was told they would send me a return label to my email after I described to the lady what had occurred. I get an email from the company stating that it has been past 30 days... and they will not refund or replace the jersey. Sorry NFL.COM that the letters did not lift and peel within your 30 days. I purchased a Super Bowl jersey, that was in stock, and it had that the shipping date would be by Feb. 3, with Super Bowl on Feb. 7 I figured that would be plenty of time. I place my order on 1/28/2016. I was told all items would ship by 2/2/2016. I order one custom item and 2 Cam Newton shirts one for my daughter and one for my son - youth shirts. I got the custom shirt for me and my daughter's shirts. My son shirt has not come. When I called yesterday I was told by Lauren the Supervisor I would get it today with free next day shipping. When I called today I was told that my order was froze and he couldn't tell me why. The service they provide is terrible. I think they should be shut down. How can you represent NFL and ya'll suck service really sucks ass. I will never order anything. They told me I could not get a full refund. I will be disputing this thru my bank.

I placed an order last January 26. Got an email saying "We are emailing to let you know that we have not yet received a shipment confirmation for your order # **. We are working with our warehouse to obtain an update, and will promptly notify you if there are any delays. Otherwise, as soon as we receive the tracking information, we will send a shipping email confirmation with the tracking details" on the 3rd of February. I tried reaching them via phone and chat and couldn't get a hold of any representative until this morning. I also received an e-mail confirmation this morning from them that part of my order has shipped. I checked on the tracking number they provided #** and guess what? The FedEx site doesn't even recognize the number! What an embarrassment to the NFL name.

NFLShop takes your money and then can't get the tracking or shipping right. Every time I've ordered, of course went through them using my NFLShop credit card, which is WORTHLESS, I receive a message that the product won't ship for weeks. This is never mention of how long it will take than a normal week to ship. I receive an email with a tracking number. When I click on it the information states incorrect information. Or more recently that my packaged was delivered in 9 states away today three years ago. I then wait 20 minutes to do an online chat with customer service and they just say sorry. I will order my stuff from AMAZON from NOW ON!

In order to get my purchase on time, I paid for the two-day shipping. Unfortunately they don't count the days it takes to ship. My Super Bowl shirt will be here Monday. I, too, wish I had took the time to read the reviews before placing my order. The confirmation email of my purchase was my first red flag. The "English" wasn't proper, and it didn't take long to figure out they are Chinese. My email gave my "tracking" information, so when I went to track my package, I got nothing. Zip. Zilch. Nada. No information at all. So, I'm seriously doubting that I will ever get my order. If and when I do, I'll submit a product review. If I had to do it over again, I wouldn't go near this business. And I will be more than happy to spread the word.

With a NFL credit card you are to get 20% discount after entering six digits of the card. NOT. Called the card company and they tell me it is their website BUT NFL.COM says it is my card site. I am not on my card site. I am on theirs... Switch and bait. Never will buy from them and returning all unopened stuff. When I called they said they did not know about discount and then admitted one existed. WOW good thing I like hockey better than football.

Horrible, simply horrible. My boyfriend received a great gift for holiday this past season: a Seahawks sweatshirt. Only problem, it is one size too small. I figured this would be a simple exchange -- send a form back requesting the same sweatshirt in a larger size, they'd ship one out, simple... like every other retail company. Not so.
NFL shop doesn't provide exchanges. If a change is needed, a return must be processed and a new order must be placed. Ridiculous to start, but okay. I read through and filled out their return form, made a copy, and sent the original plus the merchandise back to the return location. I used their return label, so, as it said on the instructions, it was going to reduce my merchandise credit by $5.50. This in itself is infuriating... a gift was received and now a simple exchange is going to cost me money. Oh well, I went forward with it. I marked that it is a "return gift" and that a merchandise credit was requested to my name and email address. This was a part of their return form.
Today, 16 days after shipping the return, I still hadn't heard anything. I tracked the package on USPS only to find that it isn't traceable. So I called NFLshop.com directly. Customer service was very nice and apologetic, but the return was processed incorrectly and the money was refunded to the purchasing credit card (remember, this was given as a gift). The customer service agent put in a request to stop the refund and correctly provide me with a merchandise credit. About 2 hours later I received a generic email stating: We apologize for the inconvenience this issue may have caused. We have checked our records and were unable to stop the refund from going back to the credit card on file. The account has been refunded in the amount of 50.49 on 1/18/16. This refund will post back to your account within 2-10 business days from the date the refund was processed.
I sent a very unhappy response: This is unacceptable. This was a gift and I specifically requested, on your form, to get a merchandise credit. I actually wanted to exchange for a bigger size but bought into the fact that you don't process exchanges. Now you're asking me to go back to the gift giver and tell them that your company made a mistake? On top of it, I'm unsure how the refunded amount was only $50.49 when product 2242335 costs $69.99. This is ridiculous. Please advise how you will make this right as I am to get 2242335 in size XL as a gift and going back to the gift sender to request that they order another one at a higher price is not an option. (No wonder they don't offer exchanges... they want to make more money on the gifts purchased in an incorrect size/color at holiday pricing, require a return, and then a re-purchase at a higher cost!)

Same as the other hundreds of complaints. Ordered 2 items, one sent one probably not but both charged to me. The one we never received was addressed to the town only - they left out the house number and street and then insisted it was delivered. The other was returned, tracked and signed for by them but NO refund issued because they say they cannot find the tracking. TOTAL SCAM. See the hundreds of complaints on ConsumerAffairs.com and here. Also the NFLShop.com Facebook page is buried in complaints daily. They just roll along denying responsibility and posting nonsense that they want to be helpful while all along ignoring their incompetence. On 12/28/15 I ordered 3 Cardinals Larry Fitzgerald jerseys. On 1/16/16 I received 2 cardinals jerseys and one Atlanta jersey. This is my customer service response. "Jan 20 at 7:28 AM - I'm afraid if you want to return it and exchange you will have to cover all the shipping cost and it's time-consuming. Shipping costs more than the jerseys. I suggest you sell that one. I will give you some discount to order new ones you want. Jessica." What do I have to do to get what was ordered? This is the company's mistake and they will not correct it.

I began my Christmas shopping early this year, in October. I purchased some items from NFLshop.com, received them, and kept them until Christmas. After Christmas, my husband tried on his gifts. One item, a sweatshirt was too small. A few days later I found the only invoice information I had. It had NO Purchase Date on it, so I thought I was within the 60 day return time frame they give. (I thought I had purchased it around Halloween.) We sent the item back, and I received an email back over a week later stating that my return had been donated to charity!
I called and talked to a customer service agent, then his supervisor who both continued to "stonewall" me on the 60 day return policy. I explained how the item was a gift, there was no sold on or shipping date on my statement, etc. Still nothing! A $60 purchase plus shipping, and nothing! In all fairness, the supervisor extended a $25 credit, but that's still not covering the item/loss. I can't believe that such a large company cannot extend a little "grace" around the holidays! My husband and I have both worked retail, and I think it's ridiculous! I can honestly say that I will look elsewhere to do any purchases like this in the future, and I will tell other people I know as well!

I'm very disappointed in this company. I had ordered a red Tom Brady jersey with the Superbowl patch on it. The jersey had thread all over the place and it didn't have the patch on it. I wrote them to return it because it was incomplete, and they told me I had to pay to ship it back. I will never order from this site again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

I ordered a Dallas jersey of Damien Wilson #57. They sent me a jersey with the number 44 with Wilson on the back which in fact is Clutts not Wilson. Their website advertises both players with the same number 44. The sad part, they argued that it is correct when it is not. They will not fix it and I am stuck with an incorrect jersey.

Ordered steeler hoodie as Xmas present on Thanksgiving Black Friday deal. When opened on Xmas morning it was revealed that the emblem had the packing slip ink including barcode all over it. It would not come off. I contacted customer service for a replacement on 12/29 and told that because it was over 30 days since shipped they cannot replace. I would agree if not a Christmas present that this would have been discovered sooner. Very unhappy with customer service and their response. I will not do business with them ever again. No attempt to make anything right when they caused the damage.

I purchased a number of items on the NFL Shop. I ordered a hoodie with the AZ Cardinals team logo & it had a damaged zipper. Otherwise, I liked the hoodie so I returned it & ordered a new one. The new one came & it has the same, identical zipper problem but they won't return my money on either hoodie now. They say they don't return damaged items (as if I damaged it, putting it on the first time) or customized items (having a team logo on an item makes it customized???). Who knew? Buyer beware!!! These guys are sleaze balls! I also ordered a jacket that was too big so I ordered a smaller one but didn't like the way it fit even in the correct size item & tried to return it but guess what? It had AZ Cardinals on it, so it was also considered a "customized" item. If you buy anything from these guys, & you don't like it, the only way to deal with them is through your credit card company. Just refute the charges. That's what I had to resort to.

A relative sent my son a Seahawks bed set. One of the two embroidered pillowcases had the image and lettering backwards. Clearly they don't inspect items before shipping. I took a picture of the pillow case, uploaded it and sent with a Request that they just send me a new pillow case. Was trying to avoid having my relative have to return it. Customer service said sorry, I would have to return the ENTIRE set (full-size comforter and pillow cases) and then they would send me new. By the way, to return items you have to print a mailing label (don't own a printer). Otherwise pay for shipping and supposedly be reimbursed later. Seriously dissatisfied.

I ordered my husband a Miami Dolphins hoodie and t-shirt on December 22nd very early AM. The website clearly offered “if your package did not arrived on time it would be free.” I used the 2 day shipping that was require at $15.95. 2 days turned into 4 days. Receiving my items on December 26th. Obviously not in time for Christmas. I called customer service and was told "there was nothing they could do for me!" The female said "The promotion ended on December 20th. To receive your order free if it was not on time." Funny it should not be plastered very large at the top of the website page then! I was upset and explained that I would have not ordered knowing it would be 2 days late. She then changed her mind and asked if I wanted refunded for my shipping? Good Lord! Placed an order from NFL shop on 12/22/2015 (before 3 pm EST) and chose 2 DAY free shipping with a guaranteed delivery on 12/24/2015. When I received the tracking information it said that package will be delivered on 12/28/2015 w/c is not a 2 day shipping. Called NFL and I was told that Lasership (shipping company) and NFL has an agreement that package should be delivered as promised!!! Also, customer representative of NFL are not very helpful/reliable in terms of giving you accuracy on your order. Lasership sucks. This happened to us twice already. This company is not reliable at all!!! NFL should stop using this shipping company. Also, customer representative of NFL are not very helpful in terms of giving you accuracy on your order.

I should've read the review before placing an order. Of course, it's Christmas Day now and I don't have what I ordered as a gift for someone. 3-day shipping? Was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Yesterday, I awoke to Fedex changing my delivery date to 12/29. I called NFLShop. They told me to disregard the "new" estimated delivery date because the package is guaranteed to be delivered 12/24. I don't get it. It's 12/25. Where's the guarantee? Does NFLShop and FedEx have a different definition of 3-day shipping that we aren't aware of? Previously ordered shirts from them and they fit fine. Ordered 2 new ones a few weeks ago of the exact same size, but they fit tight and one of the logo's is off center and coming off already. Customer service tells me they'll send out the same size again, but won't increase the size which makes the switch pointless, because it doesn't fit as is. Whoever is directing their customer service has a lot to learn, because their employees come across as rude with no desire to actually help their customers. Steer clear of these swindlers!

I ordered a Jersey. The only reason I ordered from them is that they gave a discount for military. I went through their ID.me process. The discount was on the page. But after I pushed submit, It showed the confirmation as NO discount. I am deployed. I emailed them and told them what happened. This is the reply. "ID.me is a service that we participate in, however, we are unable to assist with any technical issues that you may experience trying to use the ID.me service. For assistance with ID.me issues, please contact ID.me directly. For your convenience, we have provided their contact information below." The discount was on there ID.me was correct. It was the NFLShop that removed it. So I will be sending it back. Liars!!!

This is my 2nd time ordering from NFLShop.com. It will definitely be my last one with them. For paying retail price and horrible services, I will take my business somewhere else that is appreciated. I am very unsatisfied with their shipping. It shouldnt have taken more than 2 weeks for someone to receive a package ship within the US. This is unacceptable. As of today, I still havent received my package I ordered on 12/09. It took almost a week for FedEx system to show my package was to be delivered by the end of 12/18 and changed to delivered by the end of 12/23. Today is 12/23 and my package isnt out for delivery yet by USPS. NFLShop.com can blame FedEx for the delay, and FedEx can blame USPS, but its complete NFLShop.com for using the cheapest shipping FedEx offer.

Paid for 3 day shipping. But as you can see they waited 3 day before they even shipped it. They say it shipped on the 12/14/2015 but if you look at FedEx it didn't ship until 12/16/2015. When I contacted FedEx they told me they DID NOT USE 3 DAY SHIPPING but they used the cheapest shipping available and that it would be handed over to the United States Postal Service for delivery. As of 12/21/2015 the package is scheduled for a 12/23/2015 end of day delivery. This delivery date has changed 3 times since I have been tracking my order. They charged me for but NEVER used 3 day shipping.

Terrible nasty customer service. Do not pay for expedited shipping. They do refund the charge once you get through but are nasty and have a "tough luck" attitude. Customer service person actually insisted order shipped a day later than it did. I had email and delivery company tracking/delivery email in front of me with delivery date which was 6 days since ordered - great 2 day delivery guys. Buyer beware: I ordered 2 $25 gift certificates the last week of November 2015. Days later they shipped via FedEx SmartPost. I tracked them up to Dec. 10 then tracking stopped. FedEx says they handed the package over to USPS and that the tracking # is the same if you add a 92 in front of it. But this tracking # is not in the USPS tracking system so they won't help me. I contacted NFL Shop's customer service via their online form but receive back only a generic email about how to track an order. I lost out on $50 and have no gift for my nephew. If they had real customer service they would cancel the money on the card number and ship out new cards but they don't back up their products and have no customer service people to call or read emails. 25 days after ordering I still don't have the cards as of Dec. 17th. I have no way to communicate with them except via a credit card dispute.

On 12/07, I placed an order at NFLShop.com for a team shirt. I needed the item in 6 days, so I paid extra for 3-day shipping. It has now been 8 days since I placed the order. The shirt has not arrived. What's worse, FedEx, after initially stating a delivery date of 12/14 on their tracking website (7 days for 3-day shipping?), now will not even state a delivery date. I contacted NFLShop.com's customer support about this. While they "graciously" refunded the charge for the 3-day shipping, they were otherwise of no help in telling me when I can expect to receive the package. What is doubly galling about this is that this purchase was a gift for a child at an orphanage, and the specified turn-in date for the gifts has come and gone.
Bottom line, NFLShop.com happily takes your money for expedited shipping, and then ships the package via a method that does not guarantee delivery anywhere close to the expedited date you paid extra for. I bought from NFLShop.com because I thought they would be more reputable than their online sports apparel competitors. It looks like I made a mistake.

I started my first time dealing w/ NFLShop.com when I was notified that I won a 50.00 gift card through Shop Rite Supermarket / CBS NFL football league fantasy football challenge. When I placed my order online on the NFL.com website it would not take off the discount. I spoke to a live person, gave the cert # and was told to finish processing the order and he would manually take the 50.00 off. I wanted a confirmation by email that it was done. Never got the confirmation. I got my order. Called NFL.com the beginning of Nov was told they will sub to supervisor for credit. Called 11/30/15 Mike said will give to Super and would email me within 3 days. Nothing again.
I just called again today 12/7/15, after 2 holds Chinese told me the 1st person who placed the order never put the Gift card # in the system and that I would NOT be getting the 50 off that I had won because I didn't keep the email w/ the gift cert #. They couldn't help me, but offered me a $10.00 credit on a future purchase. I told her they gave me the runaround and hoped I would just go away. I told her I didn't want the 10.00 credit because I would NEVER buy anything else from NFL Shop and I would write and tell my story so nobody will buy anything from this company. I am very disappointed with this outcome and disappointed with ShopRite and CBS that would hold a contest, where I win and it cost me $86.89 for nothing but anger and stress. Thank you.

Their policy is no refunds for the wrong size shipped. So good luck with that one. Read the fine print I guess. Quality is real poor and I couldn't get my head through the collar hole because it is not a flexible material. They say "Sorry no refunds for the wrong size or doesn't fit right". I'm not 100 percent satisfied but still no returns for wrong size. Why even bother shipping anything if it's not the right size and doesn't fit. I should have just ordered a lawn ornament.

Beware of this supposed official NFL shop site http://www.nflshop.com/. I ordered a jersey from them mid September. As of the end of November the number on the jersey started to peel off. They have responded to my concern stating because it has been over 30 days they can not refund or replace my item. This is unacceptable. A product should not fall apart less than 3 months after purchase. My husband and I have 5 jerseys, from other sites, plus this one. We have NEVER had this happen. Very poor quality from the company.
I've also realized that I did not receive an official Nike jersey, nor is there a "12" stitched in the inside neck of the jersey. Yes I should have noticed originally. But regardless, how are they allowed to send me a non Nike jersey when clearly that is what I paid for. I mean really, if this isn't something that happens on a regular basis, why would they not just honor my complaint. I mean what would it really have set them back? I would not ever expect this "alleged" fraudulent product and poor quality from an official NFL shop. Extremely disappointed.

I placed two orders for customized NFL Cardinals customized jerseys with NFLshop.com. On 11/26/2015, I was sent an email the following day on 11/27/2015, stating that my order was cancelled and my money would refund back to my card. The email stated information could be verified. Being that it was after hours I called the next morning 11/28/2015 and the representative stated she did not know why my order was cancelled and that someone should have called me concerning this matter. She did verify that she did not see any calls made to me concerning my order and that I would have to replace my order she did offer an additional $10 off and to pay for shipping due to the inconvenience.
The representative replaced my cancelled order on her end. When I received the new order confirmation the name on the Jersey was not the same as I had originally placed. I call back and was told once the order was placed there is no way to change the order. At this point I am starting to become upset. I spoke to a manager by the name of Michelle who stated the only thing she could do was to send a message to the warehouse to see if they can correct the error but there would be no guarantee. She stated that someone will be giving me a call if there were any issues. The next day 11/29/15, I received once again no call but an email stating that my order has been cancelled and that my card would be refunded due to no being able to correct the name on the jersey as it showed on the original order.
I called back once again to the customer service line and requested to speak to a manager. It took 30 min. for a "Manager" to be reached. I spoke with a manager for the second time who stated that the notes in there system says they are out of stock for the orders. This is completely different from what was stated in the email sent to me. I asked the manager how is it possible that the NFL shop is allowing customers to make purchases online but there are no Jerseys in stock. Being that they are supposed to be a professional company you would think they would show online before placing the order that they are out of stock. I do not understand how I can make a purchase on 11/26/2015 and the rep 11/28/2015 were allowed to make purchases if they were out of stock on the item I requested.
Until this day 11/29/15 the NFL shop website still shows that the youth alternate Cardinals Jersey is available in all sizes. The manager asked if there was anything else that I would like besides what I ordered. I stated to the manager that this is a Christmas gift I am purchasing for my son who goes and supports the Cardinals team with his father. I would like what I ordered. I do not see any reason why my order was cancelled to begin with, especially without my consent or anyone contacting me about any issues with my order. I asked the manager to give me a call back due to the fact I was on a 30 min. A lunch break that I was late returning from trying to get a hold of management concerning this matter several times.
I asked the manager if there was a number to corporate it to the NFL shop headquarters that I contact on this matter she offered to give me a call back within 48 hours to see what is going on with my order she did not provide me with the number I asked for. I am writing this review as I have never ever had an issue with ordering from a merchant as I have had with ordering from NFL shop who is supposed to be a reputable company representing the NFL league. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service this company has provided or should I say did not provide me. I am not sure if I will get a call back from the manager who stated she will call me back concerning this matter but I will continue to protocol all the way to CEO to get this matter resolved before Christmas.

This was the first time I ordered from the NFL site. On 11/20/15, I ordered a create your own long sleeve shirt with logos that I had to choose from on the site. I did choose some of the options that they offered. I also ordered more merchandise. I paid for the complete order and today 11/24/15, I wake up to an email that the custom shirt I ordered has been canceled. I called NFL and spoke to a supervisor. She tells me it is due to the manufacturer is out of stock on some of the logos! REALLY!!?? First question that came to my mind was... What in the heck are you people going to do for orders on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, because you know we are close!!! This is a horrible experience and NOT professional or logically thought from NFL Shop!

I ordered merchandise from NFLshop.com in the amount of $205 on 10/19. According to the tracking #, I was supposed to receive it on 10/22. However it could not be delivered b/c no one was home but my front door is always unlocked and they could've left it in the corridor like Amazon, Groupon, UPS, FedEx etc. does. Anyway I thought that delivery will be attempted again but it wasn't and no update in shipping tracking system so I contacted LaserShip on 10/26 and the woman stated she doesn't know what happened to the merchandise and will place it under 24-hour investigation so that they can locate the package.
Couple of weeks pass by and nothing so I can contact them again on 11/6 and the woman tells me she will make sure they ship out the items. I get new shipping # in email and I checked the status of it on 11/7 and there's no information on it so I wait few days to check status again and it indicated LaserShip Origin Scan. I check couple of days later again and now it indicated that on 11/9, that items were loaded onto vehicle, and this info stayed the same like this for couple of weeks and then I checked on 11/19, and the status indicated that "order has been delivered: Front Door" on 11/9.
Now this is an obvious case of FRAUD. No items were delivered to my residence on 11/9, nor as of today. It appears the culprit here is the shipping carrier. One would expect NFLshop company, that makes over 7 billion a year in revenue to have a contract with a reputable reliable carrier perhaps such as Fedex or UPS and not a scam company such as LaserShip. Anyway I've learned my lesson and now I know whom NOT to give my business to.

I recently ordered a custom raider jersey. They had a sale going on and at the top of their page website said "Enter promo code CATCH15." It takes -30. Well I put in that code and now NFL Shop is telling me I never put in the code. I put in a whole different one which it isn't true. Instead of helping me and fixing my problem they just tell me I'll get free shipping. So instead of getting -30 off I got -5.99 off. Never again will I purchase from them again. It's a ripoff and a lie!!!

I ordered an Arron Donald Jersey on September 27th thinking "Hey I got plenty of time before I go to the ball game on Nov 1st." 3 weeks went by, got nothing. Never even got a confirmation email. I sent an email wondering what was going on. They finally sent me an email tracker but when I put it in says "Not found." So I emailed back and told them. They said that they would look into it and get back to me. Never heard anything back. I even asked for my money back. Nothing was sent back. I'm beyond pissed about this BC. Now it's Nov 17th, I have no Jersey and they never gave my money back!!! Do not recommend at all!!!

I recently ordered a long sleeve Indianapolis Colts t-shirt for my boyfriend as a surprise gift. I also ordered myself a Pittsburgh Steelers women t-shirt. To say the least, I was extremely disappointed with what I received. The Colts t-shirt had loose strings all over it, where if you were to pull them, the shirt would unravel. Not acceptable for a $44 shirt! The Steelers shirt that I received looked as if it was used. The black was severely faded and the overall quality of the shirt was very poor and looked nothing like what was advertised. Given that I spent $84 on two shirts, you would think that they would be good quality or at least decent quality, but that was absolutely not the case. I am returning both of these items for a refund and to add insult to injury, I have to wait up to 20 days for the refund! Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be buying from the nflshop again. Heed the warning!

This past Sunday, October 25, 2015, in the morning, NFL.com was running an offer via VISA Checkout. That is, if you signed up for VISA Checkout, you'd get $25.00 off your order and free shipping. Well, I signed up for it giving VISA my email etc., but never received the necessary code to get my discount on my order. I later emailed support@mail.checkout.visa.com and received a message stating, "We are very sorry but the NFLShop.com $25 off + free shipping offer is no longer available. Due to greater than expected demand, we have exhausted our available number of promotional codes for this promotion. Please look for other upcoming GameDay Deals from Visa Checkout."
Really!? You ran this offer on NFL.com, with their blessing and not only did you not give out codes, but you probably took anyone who got suckered in by taking their information to only later spam us. I received this email today, Tuesday, October 27, 2015. Wow. What service. Luckily I'm not out anything for I found another site to get the products at a better discount without the hassle of VISA Checkout, but did waste much time trying to get it to work. I find it interesting in this day and age that you can misrepresent your company through false advertising and there is absolutely no accountability. This blackens the eyes of both the VISA product name as well as the NFL's for allowing VISA to run something that they could not honor. I will avoid both.

I bought an expensive, custom Seahawks jersey. After two washes (following exact care instructions), the numbers started to peel off. It's defective, that happens. However, because it's "custom", they absolutely refuse to exchange it for a new one that is not defective. I am disgusted and disappointed in NFLSHOP's "customer service."

I bought a custom jersey as a gift for my husband. It was given as a gift a little over 2 months after purchased. After he wore and washed his jersey 3 times, in accordance with the washing instructions, the numbers on the back are peeling. I contacted the company through their email service and received a response offering me $10 off towards a future purchase. This jersey was $165.00. I had a coupon so it was a little less. I then did the live chat and spoke with Abigail. The live chat disconnected and connected several times. I expressed my frustration with the product. She apologized and said that because it was after the 30 day period there was nothing they could do.
I again expressed my disappointment as the company is well known and should be able to stand behind their products. She again apologized for the inconvenience and sent me the link to their policies. I understand their policies, but nowhere should a product of that cost not be able to withstand the wearing and washing instructions they provide. I stated I would be writing a review and would not be recommending their products to anyone.

Our household has tried to order multiple times from their catalog and every year we have gotten the "This item is on back order" and six weeks later, is not available. My wife ordered a custom Seattle Seahawks jersey for my birthday. The jersey arrived on my birthday and upon opening it, it was immediately obvious that it wasn't right. It was the white "away" version of the jersey. The numbers on the jersey, when correct and accurate, are supposed to show a definite "feather" pattern in the main blue body of the number. The colors of the body of the numbers on the jersey I received appeared to be "melted" together. There was no discernible difference, the "feather" pattern looked like a very slight darker blob. The lime green that borders the number was more of a forest green. Did not even come close to matching the green from the Nike symbol on the sleeve.
We requested a correction, since this is an obvious screw up on their end, but we were told the matter would have to be "escalated". Today we received an email from "Fan Advocate" Alethia saying that they will not honor their "Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee" and that we were stuck with this fake looking jersey. Way to go NFL for trusting these sub par people to represent you. I will never do business with them again.

I have been spending $300-$400 every season on NEW gear every year with NFL shop. I love their service and products. However they are now losing my business after not being able to take back my jersey. I had a "Custom" jersey made of an active player on the roster because the color jersey I wanted was unavailable. The jersey I received was not the quality I hoped so I wanted to exchange it for a better quality one. Their policy is that they do not take any returns on any custom products. I understand if I had my name and personal favorite number on the jersey that they couldn't take it back and refund me money because it is worthless. I am trying to return a player who will be on the team for a while and they WILL be able to sell it. I understand they have policies in place but for the amount of money they are going to lose each year AND me telling everyone about my experience, they are losing in the long run.

** Was my order number. My son got me a Patriots shirt for mother's day. The shirt came but it was too small. I returned the shirt with clear instruction that the giftee should get a credit to get the shirt in the correct size. Today, 5.24.2015 while online with customer service I was informed the credit was given to my son back on this credit card on 5.22.2015. Now I need to contact my son to inform him I never received his mother's day gift after the return. The best the NFL could do was give me 10.00 dollar store credit. Really that's the best. Since it was a limited edition item there was a disclaimer on the site stating that it will ship out no later than the 27th so I selected 2 day shipping just in case there were any hiccups in transit. Sadly, the hiccups were on their end. I've contacted customer service twice about my order and both times I was told I would get my order on time for the Super Bowl. Tracking shows that it has an estimated arrival date of Monday. Obviously too late for what I ordered it for. I ordered a Jersey on Tuesday of one week and the rep I ordered thru said it would arrive the following Tuesday or Wed because it was a custom Elite 300 jersey. I call on Monday to confirm my order. The customer service agent I got said it’s not due to ship out till Feb 3rd... Which would arrive a two weeks after it was said to be here... Love how they conveniently have no notes from the original rep I ordered through saying this and I cannot refund because of the "custom". I would have never purchased the 300 dollar jersey knowing this. It’s awesome how the product can’t be sped up a week after ordered still not shipped. I ordered a Denver Broncos #80 jersey, size L on Saturday Dec 20, 2014. Imagine my delight when it arrived Tues Dec 23, 2014. Until I opened the package and found it was a XL size. I checked my order again before contacting the NFL Shop for an explanation and replacement. I first went into their online chat only to be "disconnected." I then called and spoke with a customer service rep who promised to expedite the order. I was hoping it would arrive Wed Dec 24, 2014 at the latest as this was a gift for my husband. Today is Sun Dec 28, 2014. What exactly does expedite mean to this company? Wish I had read the reviews before, would not have ordered anything from this company.

The emails ask me to either review and re-rate/rewrite my less than favorable review. This is how I read the emails. It is what it is. I'm not changing what I wrote. The point is, how many times do I have to unsubscribe for them to no longer send me emails? I'm not interested in ever doing business with this company again.

I ordered three NFL Jackets and a hat for Christmas gift and was guaranteed that I would receive them before Christmas. Today is the Eve of Christmas and no package. The tracking stated that it was in transit from Decatur, Ga., but there is only one item. WHAT THE!! Where is my other three items that I was promised? I ordered a jersey on Dec 15th with guaranteed shipping before Christmas. On Friday Dec 19 I tried to track my order. Nothing shipped. I called they said Monday Dec 22nd the item would be shipped. Monday - track the order not shipped. Chatted with customer service, they said the item is out of stock and is back ordered. I must say my blood is boiling because this is the only present I was giving my husband and this is all he wanted. I ordered PRO LINED, they offered me NIKE as replacement. Either Game day or Limited. I had to tell my husband about the gift and he said NIKE limited was fine. I agreed to accept the limited in place of. I get a confirmation stating thank you ordering your GAME DAY JERSEY!!!!! Now they are avoiding my TWEETS and my emails!!!
How can NFL be allowed to sell jerseys they do not have in stock, run the credit card, not contact the buyer to tell them the jersey is back ordered and then send something you didn't agree to? The advertisement on the site says free two day shipping. When I received my confirmation number and tracking three days after placing my order for a Giants Women's Jersey the tracking number traced to Shanghai, China where two weeks later, the merchandise still is sitting. Really, the American NFL, the 100% All American League that entices us with all things American has their merchandise MADE IN CHINA. You can't find an AMERICAN company that can make a Woman's NFL Jersey that you sell for $100 and still make a profit. Shame on the NFL. SHAME SHAME SHAME.

Ordering from you has been a nightmare! Your staff is terrible. I ordered a sweatshirt that was two sizes small. I waited 20 minutes to speak to someone, was told I would not be charged for the return. I was. They then shipped the wrong size again. Waited to speak to customer service again. Again was told by Jacob that I would be credited. He said he ordered the correct size. He didn't. Talked to Angela who was an idiot. Finally asked to speak to supervisor Aaron **. Horrible also with canned responses over and over. They must all hate their jobs. Nothing had been ordered or credited as promised. Will never even look at your site much less order from you again. Now the gift will not arrive in time for Christmas. My original order was placed Nov 17th. Aaron said I should contact Roger **.

This time last year my boyfriend ordered me a jersey and it was the wrong size and returning it was a huge mess... I ended up just returning it and going elsewhere to get the jersey. So this year we tried to order Ravens stickers, since we live in Missouri you can only find Rams out here. The stickers took 2 weeks to get here... NBD... but we opened the envelope and they sent BRONCOS STICKERS!!! Please tell me how in the world does this company stay in business... They can't even get stickers correct. How do you confuse a bird and a horse... They must have IDIOTS in their warehouse. Needless to say... I will never shop them again and I advise others to do the same.

Ordered a jersey on Dec 9th 2014, called on 12/15/14 to check status. Would ship on 12/16/2014, got no confirmation on 16th or 17th so called on 17th and was told it wasn't ready to ship. Asked when they said they didn't know. I said "will it be here for christmas?" They said "no," I said "I was guaranteed it would be there in time that's why I order it on the 9th." They are hard to get hold of, they don't return calls or e-mails and they want your money and don't care. The guy I talked to said if I don't like it just cancel the order. I said, "no I want the item and I want it on time." He now tells me it will ship on 12/26/2014, yea right when I call back then I bet I will get more run around. These guys suck and have horrible customer service. Read all the reviews on them before you buy from them. Most of the reviews are bad.

My only comment would be that this could have been handled the same way, without aggravation, and most likely cheaper for NFL Shop, if this was done when I emailed, then called CS.

I just got off a more than 30 minute call with NFL Shop Customer Service, if you want to call it that. I ordered a custom NFL jersey for my son for Xmas on Dec. 4th. The jersey was delivered by USPS on time over weekend. I opened Sunday night to wrap and realized it was damaged. The screening for one of the numbers is bubbled. I sent an email to NFL CS Monday morning explaining I received damage item and how do I get replacement before Xmas (also included pic of damaged item). I got a form reply that said they received my inquiry and someone would get back to me. Two days later I get an email that says "sorry for your experience, we credited you." ???? Not what I wanted or asked for. So I call CS and ask for a solution to my issue. How do I get a replacement by Xmas? 3 Different folks could not solve the problem, rep, supervisor, & manager. Could not do emergency custom order. Could not sent me blank jersey so I could get customized myself before Xmas. Would not discount the damaged item. I asked for the next level of management and was told they could not do that. They could pass my information on and someone would call me. Let's see how this works out. To be continued....

On Dec 1st I ordered my Indianapolis Colts Full size comforter, it shipped Dec 5th and I received it Dec 11th. This was actually pretty good considering it's Christmas but I received the wrong item! I was suppose to get a full size comforter set and we got a twin/full and it was a different style/design. This is the second time I've had an issue getting Indianapolis Colts Comforter, the 1st time was with bedding.com. I don't know if it's because the Company's are using a 3rd party but this is becoming ridiculous!
We wanted to return comforter we received and get the correct comforter but they could not guarantee it would get here by Christmas. This would crush our son who is a huge Indianapolis Colts fan. We are also disappointed that the comforter is barely falling over the sides of the bed. I will not be ordering anything else that comes from a 3rd party. The wrong items are sent and it's difficult to exchange and refund merchandise. Also, the difference in price is almost $40 more, so we received something cheaper than what we paid for! So because it was not already suggested we had to call back after we realized the price difference. Hopefully it won't take forever to refund the difference. My husband and I are very upset; this close to Christmas and ordered the comforter well in advance. Honestly we feel we should be refunded all our money or some type of gift card/compensation. Hopefully this doesn't happen to someone else!

I ordered a helmet as a gift on 12/1/14. I received shipping confirmation on 12/4. I tried everyday to track the package on FedEx and finally on 12/11 the tracking noted it would arrive on 12/15. Needed it for 12/13. Tried the Live chat customer service with Fidel ** (really??) - asked him to cancel Pony Express order and overnight a new order to me. He offered a refund of my shipping, (not holding my breath) and then lied to me that the item was out of stock. I asked for confirmation of my shipping refund and did not get one. After the call, I found the item on their website! Will not ever support this website or professional organization again... Of note, the NHL website never disappoints and neither does MLB.com...

This review is on a Nike Darren Sproles Philadelphia Eagles Game Jersey, and the quality of service. This is not a troll review. This review is 100% serious. I understand after reading all of the other reviews that the opinion of NFL Shop isn't that great. Fortunately, being self-aware and probably more intelligent than the rest of you, I took the opportunity to actually do something about the bad service and try to fix it myself. I'm not 100% satisfied, but by putting in a little effort I was able to receive much better service than I would have. About my purchase:
On cyber Monday, which was December 1st, I rummaged around in my closet looking for any Philadelphia Eagles gear that I had. I finally realized after a while of searching that I actually didn't have a single jersey from any of the star players or even any player currently on our roster. I decided it was time to change that. So I went on NFL Shop and also Fansedge to look for some jerseys. Lo and behold, NFL Shop's discount was only 25% off while Fansedge's was 30%. HOWEVER, due to the dumb restrictions that both companies had, the Cyber Monday discount did NOT apply to any Nike Jerseys.
Since I had never bought from Fansedge before and I had made quite a few purchases off of NFL Shop in the past, I decided to go with NFL Shop. *A side note: I needed this jersey to be delivered to my house in time for the Eagles-Seahawks game this Sunday which I will be attending.* Because I needed the jersey by Sunday, I decided it was better to be safe than sorry and pay a little extra for 3 day shipping and have the jersey in time rather than risk it with the default free 3-7 day shipping.
I picked out the Darren Sproles Game jersey (I originally wanted a Limited Sproles jersey, but that wasn't an option) and ordered it with 3 day shipping around 7 pm on Monday evening. On Tuesday around 8 pm, I checked the order, and it hadn't even processed yet! It was then when I went on here and read all the negative reviews about the shipping and how a ton of items arrive late. Being a resourceful person, I decided to try to do something that would help my cause. I went on NFL Shop and started a Live Chat with one of their customer service representatives, trying to find out when exactly my jersey would arrive.
What I found out made me incredibly disappointed: every order takes 24 hours of sitting in a queue before it starts to process. Once it processes, it sits for the rest of the day and is shipped out either in the evening or the next morning. HOWEVER, the warehouses close at 6 pm EST. Because I ordered the jersey on Monday at 7 pm EST, the jersey would wait to be processed for 24 hours and by that time the warehouses would already be closed. Thus, my jersey would not be processed until Wednesday, and had a scheduled arrival time of THE NEXT MONDAY. How's that for "3 day shipping"?
Fortunately, the representative I was talking to was extremely considerate and kind. His name was "Frederic **" and after I explained how I needed it by this weekend, he told me that he could CHANGE THE SHIPPING FOR ME, FREE OF CHARGE. He then told me that he changed the shipping to OVERNIGHT SHIPPING and the jersey would arrive on THURSDAY! I don't know if he was allowed to do this, but that is CERTAINLY great customer service. I had my doubts on whether or not he actually changed it for me, but lo and behold on Wednesday evening I got my tracking info and my jersey was scheduled to arrive the next day.
Let this be a lesson to y'all: when life gives you lemons, MAKE LEMONADE. In other words, if you have the opportunity to try to make a change, then by all means TAKE IT. It worked for me, and even if it doesn't work for all of you, at least you tried. Now to the jersey: I was very pleased with the quality of the base Nike jersey compared to the old Reebok jerseys. The Nike jersey is made of solid material all around, and has a good stretch to it. The Nike jerseys run SMALLER than the Reebok jerseys, so I would order a step larger than you had in Reebok. I personally ordered a small because I am only 5'7". It fits like a charm! All in all, great service! 1 star because I had to take effort to get better service, which isn't really that bad.

I have worn and washed my Red Bryant jersey for only the 4th time when the green around the numbers started peeling off. I always washed it inside out and in cold water. I called the NFL shop and they said it was too late to return for a refund. I had horrible customer service! I have had no problem with my Sean Alexander jersey, and I have worn and washed it for years! This is a disgrace and a waste of money! I cannot even order a new jersey because Red is working for another team.

I placed an order on 9/2 and paid for 2 day shipping. Upon calling on 9/4 at 6:46 30 min 8sec call, later that day at 4:05 13 min 46 sec call, later a call at 4:37 22 min 37 sec call, a call back from customer service at 5:25 pm 5 min-37 sec call and today 8:47 pm 14 min 49 sec. I was told the following: 1) an order didn't exist, 2) 3 day shipping cannot be expedited to 2 day shipping, 3) Five times I was told that the paint has to dry and cure or it melts, 4) Promised a call back and it never happened, 5) Forced to change the order, 6) Offered a $10 store credit available on my account - it is not, 7.) Promised overnight shipping - told the label was changed, 8) spoke with 3 different supervisors and STILL treated as if my business was not welcome. I ordered this time in order to have a nice personalized gift for a child at the beginning of football season from a BILLION DOLLAR football merchandise company and I did not expect to be treated with such disrespect, vagueness, and poor customer service.

I ordered 2 NFL team jerseys from NFL Shop. While they advertised that these orders would ship 3 DAYS from the date that I ordered them, as of today (10 days later), I have not received either of these jerseys. Furthermore, I noticed on the FedEx tracking site that the items were shipped almost a week after they had been ordered! I contacted the NFL Shop Customer Service and after the apologies offered, I was told that nothing could be done because the items were customized and had already been shipped! Not only have I lost more than $300 but these gifts were time sensitive and were supposed to arrive prior to the Superbowl. I have purchased several jerseys from NFL Shop. However, after this incident, I will NEVER shop from this site again! I expect to possibly receive these jerseys days after the Superbowl. Had I known that they would not be shipped as had been advertised (3 DAYS), I would never had wasted my money.

Ordered Women's Seahawks shirt 1652988 on Sunday 26th. NFLShop.com website said shirt would ship latest Tuesday 28th. I paid for next-day shipping to ensure I would have it for my daughter's birthday on the 30th. Product did not ship on Tuesday, I called customer service and she said it would for sure ship Wednesday. Again product didn't ship Wednesday and this time Brice in customer service said he could not tell me when it would ship. He would not transfer me to a supervisor, give me a supervisor name, tell me the name of his employer or even the city of origin. I have no answer and no Seahawks shirt to give my daughter tomorrow. Although their customer service agents are pleasant, they are not equipped to provide any service. The company processing this order is damaging the reputation of the NFL brand!

I received a $25 gift card form Christmas. I ordered a Bears Sprint Back Pack and a Bears Soap Dish. I did not receive either. Called and they said, "We can't find your order. We will "pull a ticket" and search for it and call you within 3 to 5 business days." Call them back 7 days later, they said my ticket was closed out. I never received a call or email. The representative opened another ticket specifically noting to call me. 5 days later, I receive an email. No order found. I called again reference the ticket number and now they had no reference.
I gave them the name of the rep's signature on the email. The rep on the phone said this person does not exist? They asked for all my info (3rd time) but were insisting they could do nothing without my gift card number. My order was $23 and some change. I had no further use for the 25$ gift card. So I did not keep it. They said they could not help me. Did they think I spent all this time to get a free child's backpack and a soap dish? Never buy anyone a gift card from here. I purchased a Pittsburgh Stellers jersey for Christmas for my husband. I bought a size too small and returned it for exchange. I received a refund instead of exchange which would have been fine if I had have been refunded the sales tax and postage fee because it stated free shipping for order of $75.00 which I paid and sales tax. How can a company keep sales tax on an item they received back? I emailed them an inquiry that I have not received an answer too since 1/13/14.

This is the WORST company to do business with. I ordered a Jersey for my son for Christmas on 12/20/2013 & I was told that I would have it by Christmas. As of today, I have yet to receive the jersey or a full refund for the jersey. I have contacted their customer service at least 5 separate times and get the same response which is they are processing my refund. I called today only to be told again that they show a "store credit". REALLY?!?!? I advised them again that I do not want a store credit but a full refund and the lady today responded by saying that I used a coupon for $12.95 & that they will have to keep that amount. REALLY?!?!? I never used a coupon and advised them that at the time of the order they were offering "FREE SHIPPING" only to be told that because they never had the item to ship I will still have to pay the shipping. I once again asked for a supervisor and was left on hold for over 5 minutes with no resolve. I pray that everyone who is thinking about ordering from this company will read this review prior to getting scammed like me!!

Ordered jacket for NFC Championship game, wrong jacket arrived. I called and they arranged to FedEx the correct jacket before my flight left for the game. Nothing arrived. I returned and the jacket had not come. I called and they said they didn't send it because they didn't have the right size (even though they had verified they had the right size while I had waited on the phone). I received no phone call, no email, no communication. Very upset to go to the event without a team jacket to wear. I am supposed to get a refund for the wrong jacket they sent me.

My review is much like others on this page. I bought an official NFL jersey for my son on Thursday the 19th. I knew the date was close to Christmas so I paid extra for 2-day shipping. I received a confirmation email within seconds saying my order would ship within 3 business days, BUT the shipping line clearly indicated that I would receive the order by Christmas. NFLShop.com deducted the money out of my account. OK - life is good for the moment. Now, fast forward to Monday 12/23. I did not see any updates to my account, in fact, the order was still in the "NEW" state which means it is not at the point of "PROCESSING." I decided to call customer service.
After speaking to the the front line CSR who was very nice but absolutely no help, I decided to stay on hold for about 25 mins to speak to a "supervisor." Unfortunately, the CSR was not able to find a "supervisor" but promised to put a special message into one once she was able to speak track someone down. She took my number and "promised" a call back. Guess what? No call back, nothing. Now, on Christmas the order is still in the "NEW" state and I have no idea when it will be shipping. Very unfortunate that this company would conduct business in this fashion. Thank you NFLShop.com. You will never get a dime again from me or anyone I know.

I order 3 St. Louis youth XL jerseys for my son for Christmas on December 8th. He didn't ask for a lot and wanted these jerseys you cannot find anywhere else! They have us by our necks! Money deducted from my cc. Received an email that I placed my order. I called a week later nervous b/c I still didn't receive my items. The email says 3 business days! The person didn't know why and told me to call back after 9am. I called and was promised upgraded shipping. A few days go by, I called to confirm and still my items not shipped, promised upgrade ding. Mind you, I was on hold 15 min and another time 45 min and told they issued my account $10 merchandise. I called on 12/21 and spoke to a supervisor "Terry" and was told he would look into it and call me back. I called again 8pm that evening, got on the phone with customer service and she told me she isn't supposed to tell me but the items would not ship until 12/31/2013, item out of stock.
Mind you, never got an email stating out of stock or when I order items that they were back ordered. Supervisor gets on the phone and she would not tell me why my items didn't ship! She would call me back and she never heard of Terry! She couldn't find out what was going on with my order till Monday when she gets back in. Why can't she call her warehouse and find out what inventory they have? Why b/c they don't have any! I had enough 5-6 phone calls later and no answers but lies! I told her to cancel my order. She could care less and I wished her Merry Christmas! What a company, lies after lies and no updates to our orders! Greedy company, hope you go out of business and don't open up in a new name. You're unprofessional and greedy to your customers. Better to be honest and update your customers with their orders. Did you think we would forget? I placed my order for two jerseys that my children asked for from Santa on Dec 14th. My credit card was charged immediately, even though the items were nowhere near ready to be shipped. The items showed as in stock (as they still do today 12/24) - however the items were never shipped to me. After holding for hours, and speaking to customer service representatives feeding me false promises that they would get things taken care of... I have not received my package - and I am completely DONE with this company. I hope these professional athletes who have become such role models and superstars to our children know what an incapable retailer is representing them. I wonder if they know how many disappointed fans there will be this holiday season. It's bad enough they charge such high prices, but then they can't even deliver the product while still charging you!!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Order an Alshon Jeffery jersey for my son last week 12/17 to arrive in time for Christmas. Confirmation email said order would ship in 3 business days. Called customer service twice to check on order. Each time they told me they were "upgrading" my shipping so my order would arrive on time. After hearing that again today, I asked to speak with a supervisor. 40 minutes of "on-hold" and 2 supervisors later, I was finally told the jersey wasn't made yet, didn't know exactly when it would be made and they were sorry but nothing that they could do.

This is ridiculous, everyone has the same complaint. No response from supervisors, promises of 3-day deliveries and credits to the NFL Shop. My order was placed for a custom jersey on December 3rd, 2013 and I was guaranteed delivery in 3 working days. I make 2 calls to their customer service department and I was told that I would definitely have it by Christmas. Well, guess what, I am sure you're not going to be surprised. On December 22, 2013, I am notified that they are out of stock and I won't receive delivery till January. December 22, 2013?? Give me a break. How could you be out of stock for a customer order? It'd time to report this company to the Better Bureau and also your local media! Their productive and advertising is false. Be caution when ordering from the NFL Shop.

I order a sweater for my husband for Christmas in late part of November. I got the merchandise and it was too big. I filled out the return slip and ask if they could send me a smaller size. I called back to see if they received my order. The CSR told me yes and it would take about 10 days for me to get back. Cool, called back to see where they were on my order. The next CSR told me that they never received my order and a supervisor will call me back. They never called me back. I called them back and to find out they gave me a refund, which I didn't ask for. So now I'm trying to get my order before Christmas that I placed in November. I must say I will never order another thing from NFL. I've been on hold for over a 1 hr....

I ordered gifts from this website for Christmas. I paid for two day shipping, and the inventory said it would ship in 1 day. A week went by and no tracking information was received and no verification that the items ever shipped. I also did not receive any correspondence whatsoever regarding the order or that it had been delayed, etc. This company did not respond to calls or emails for the entire week before Christmas. When calling in about an existing order, a service error message was received and the call disconnected.
When choosing the place a new order option, I was on hold for 90 minutes before hanging up. Three emails were sent to customer service and no response was ever received. This order has still not been received over a week after order, and no updates have been received. These were decorative gifts for the holidays. It is embarrassing that they were never received, and I am furious. I will never order from this company again.

I am writing to make you aware there is a fraudulent website (www.nflshopofficial.com) that has been mimicking the website NFLShop.com for sometime. While this site still remains up - it is beguiling trusting customers of the NFLShop.com brand of their funds. It seems, by online reviews & fraud reports, this has been going on since at least April 2013. As I was taken advantage of today, and many others will be during the holiday season, I contacted the NFLShop.com and they seemed less than concerned. I have reached out to their corporate offices at Fanatic Inc, in hopes the fraudulent site will be a focus of theirs to protect the authenticity of the NFL product and the trusting loyal customers like myself. I am confused how Nike and the NFL would allow their brands to be misrepresented on the fake site. If the NFLShop.com is having issues getting this false site removed, I am sure the power of the NFL or Nike could have it done by end of one business day - as the fraudulent site states it's "The Official Site of the National Football League."

I said “You already took the money out of PayPal.” He said “I don't know. Contact your bank.” A company should not be allowed to take your money and then deny they took it. Never again.

I ordered a Seahawks coat and I must say the product was well made. It was a great coat but too big. I sent it back for an exchange and called to check on it and the lady told me they were all sold out and did not know if and when they would get more. Disappointed, I said okay but I do NOT want store credit, I want a refund so I can get a coat elsewhere. She said, "Oh, that's fine but call back next week when we have received the coat and tell us what account to send the money to." I called back, got the run around, talked to 4 different people. None of them would let me talk to their supervisor or tell me their employee number or anything. I began to feel like I was going to get scammed because I have worked in a call center and I know there are supervisors all over the place, walking the floors, etc. 4 hrs later, I finally got a supervisor who said they sent my money back to bank acct. and even gave me credit of $25 to the online store. HA, I'm not using that so I have to pay them more shipping fees. OH ya and they still charged me a service fee after the day from hell on the phone with them, and I still don't even know if it is back in my account because it takes up to 5-10, I was told. WARNING: save yourself the trouble and go to the mall.

I ordered a Raiders jersey for my son for this weekends game. I ordered on Friday at 3:30 pm (week before game) and paid extra for NEXT DAY shipping. After 3 days I emailed as to where my jersey was. The email response was that basically they don't work on the weekends and the next day only applies to business days. I told them that was funny because according to FedEx, NFLshop created the shipping label on Saturday morning and gave the shipment to FedEx on Sunday. (What major online retailer doesn't fulfill orders on weekends? NONE, it was either a lie or they really do suck).
NFLshop kept responding with a canned response about their shipping rates and if they can do anything to help me further, let them know. I DID, 5 emails asking them for help to contact fedex and found out where my jersey was. They sent me another lame canned response about their shipping rates and sorry for the inconvenience and if there is anything they can do to help, let them know. I sent an email saying they were either dumb, mentally challenged or a robot. No response.
They did refund my shipping charges. One star for that. After 5 days, I finally received my jersey. So excited only to be kicked in the balls when I saw the 4 of number 34, Bo Jackson had a very noticeable tear in the middle. The jersey is so perfect that this noticeable tear just makes is so less than perfect now. So guess what? Game is in 4 days and NFLshop can't do anything to help. I asked, no response. I don't have time for a return and replacement and I am sure as hell not going to have my son at a raiders game without a jersey. Easy solution would be to buy a new one at a real store and send back the defect to NFL shop. Unfortunately I cannot afford that. Had some recent unexpected expenses and money is tight, even on credit cards. Boo NFL shop. How dumb is it that they provide products for a groups that works ONLY on Sunday 90% of the time and say they don't work weekends.

I ordered a limited Patriots Chandler Jones jersey and was sent just the normal on field one. As I'm in the UK I had to pay extra postage too to get it quickly for the international series games. Already paying a premium and receiving the lesser product. I'm now stuck with this as I cannot afford to send it to the US to exchange and it's too late for the games. To say they are supposed to be a top company, their services are shocking.

WORST ALL AROUND SERVICE EVER. Close out your browser on nflshop.com NOW, and use ANY other place to buy your jersey, hat, t-shirt, socks, whatever. I ordered a jersey. They sent the wrong one. They were supposed to next day (Friday) deliver the correct jersey. It never came. They were supposed to Saturday deliver. It never came. They were going to overnight deliver for Tuesday. They shipped to the wrong address. They had FedEx p/u and overnight to the right address. It showed up. IT WAS THE WRONG JERSEY AGAIN.
So much for "red-flagging" the order for someone to manually pull the right jersey at the warehouse. They offered to ship the "right" jersey... How can you not laugh? Their "red-flag system" between CS and the warehouse is non-existent. It's going to be a miracle if a "supervisor" or their "supervisor" can actually send the right jersey. NEVER AGAIN. I REPEAT. NEVER AGAIN.

NFLshop.com advertises free shipping. However, when I received the tank top, it was too small. I returned the tank top with the return label I received with it and I was charged $5.50 to return it. What??? Ridiculous. I won't be shopping there anymore!

I ordered a Falcons jersey on Jan. 6th and it's now the 15th. So it is going on 8 business days and nothing. I don't know how long it's supposed to take. Also, all the emails I have received regarding my purchase don't give me a tracking number. One email tells me it's Purolator, another tells me it's DHL, and another says FedEx. Thumbs up! I will never buy from here ever again. It's shady, run by a bunch of knuckle-dragging clowns. Buyer beware.
Update: It's now Feb. 14th, 2013. I ordered my jersey on Jan 6th and I'm still waiting. It has been 29 business days - no email, no confirmation, no tracking number, nothing. So I called twice and, both times, a young man told me that there was nothing he could do and because I live in Canada, that I should have to expect to wait 30-45 days for my purchase. Let this be a lesson to all of us, Canadians.

I ordered a 49ers Jersey on the morning of the 28th of January and just received it today February 6th. It shipped from Kentucky, and I am in Indiana - next state over. There’s no email or notification that it was on its way or would be late. Their website said, “Arrival 4 to 5 days.” I don't really need it now since they lost. But now I have the hassle of sending it back and paying restock fee/ postage. It’s not worth it. I’ll just suck it up like a big boy but will never order from them again.

Back in December, I ordered a T-shirt and sweater from this company, an order that I had to make due to the cancellation of an item of a previous order. I blame it on poor record keeping for their inventory. Keep in mind these are all Christmas gifts. After placing the order and getting my confirmation email, I figure I’m all set. Two days later, I get another email saying that the t-shirt was no longer in stock and the sweater was being processed. Having to deal with another cancellation and now feeling frustrated about the outcome, I decided not to spend any more money on this website. I accepted the fact that I’m only getting one item, even though they should have all their inventory up to date being as big a business that they are.
When I received the sweater, it was actually here by the date they gave me. On the other hand, when I removed the sweater from the box, I noticed the lettering on the back of the sweater was very defective. It had three different layers and they were all uneven. It was the worst looking sweater I have ever seen. I immediately called customer service. They apologized and told me to send it back, but if I wanted another one sent out before Christmas Day, I had to make a separate order. Seeing this as a last resort after an unhelpful talk with customer service, I agreed to the purchase. When I received the email confirmation, the information is incorrect and not only am I being charged for shipping again but I am being overcharged for the same product; two different prices, same item. I figure they will notice their mistake and correct it before the credit is charged. That never happened and I was charged.
To top it off, the sweater didn't arrive until the day after Christmas, the 26th, when it was guaranteed by the 24th Christmas Eve. To make matters worse, when I removed the sweater from the box, I noticed the same defective lettering on the sweater! How does the same defective product get sent to the same person twice? That’s just ridiculous. It ruined a Christmas gift. Now, I’m sitting here holding two defective sweaters talking to customer service asking how this could happen twice. Why am I being overcharged? Why was it late? And why didn't I get a return label free of charge for the first sweater? I actually was going to have to pay for postage on the first return. I'm glad I waited. After talking to customer service, I realize it’s not going anywhere helpful so I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor apologized and emailed some return labels free of charge and made it clear that I would get the credit as soon as the warehouse received it.
So it’s now the 27th Dec. 2012. I sent out the packages and got a confirmation email that the packages are en route. I went to the NFLShop website to track my returns. Only one package is available to view. There is no record of the purchase made over the phone so I can’t track it. I'm so stressed out waiting for some type of notification from NFLShop. On the 14th of Jan. 2013, the day the packages arrived at their warehouse according to FedEx, I get nothing. The following day, I sent an email. They replied by saying the returns still need to be processed which will take additional time, the 29th Jan 2013 according to them. The day passes, still no notification. I sent email again on the 30th Jan. I got a response the next day, Jan. 31st, with an apology. They also reassured me the credit was now being processed and would be in my account within 48 hours. I even received emails for both items saying they have been processed.
It’s now Feb. 4th, 2013 and credit still has not applied to my account. And the information I requested from customer service, which was an email address or formal address for their corporate offices, was ignored in two separate emails from two different customer service representatives. I work customer service where I’m employed (grocery company). What this company is doing to its consumers is totally inappropriate and is the worst experience I have ever come across as a consumer and a blue-collar customer service representative.

I pre-ordered an authentic jersey on January 21 and paid for overnight shipping to have it by the Super Bowl. I emailed them on Wednesday to ask about the jersey. I was told they couldn't guarantee it by Sunday and I could cancel. I responded back to just cancel the order. I was then told they couldn't cancel the order as it has been shipped (Thursday). I checked tracking on it and it was shipped on Friday with a Monday delivery. It is a total nightmare experience. I will be returning the jersey and I will never ever buy from them again! The whole process has been a joke. I trusted the "official NFL shop" to get me my merchandise on time for the biggest game of the year and they totally failed to do so.

I ordered some jerseys international to arrive before the Superbowl and paid for express 2-day delivery, and received a confirmation of order email about an hour after submitting the order. They took days to process the order even though the items were in stock, so long that the estimated delivery dates could not possibly be achieved. I sent two emails regarding this, the first to try and get the item sent out the first business day in which they replied that most of the items in stock usually enter the shipping process in minutes. However, after not receiving an email after the second business day's trading hours were over, I asked when the items will be shipped. I received an email with a shipping label only to find out it was just a generated label, not actually being shipped and, to my horror, it was being shipped Ground shipping; it was definitely not the costly express shipping I paid for.
I tried to cancel my order but was told this was unable to be done as it was ready to ship and waiting on the dock? I was then offered a refund on the shipping, but it still doesn't help the fact that I will be without jerseys for my friends and me for the Superbowl. I buy tons of stuff from the internet and most people get them shipped out the same day. This place was the worst experience I've ever had in 15 years of purchasing from the internet and it's supposed to be the official store of the NFL.

I ordered a Falcons jersey on Jan. 6th and it's now the 15th. So it is going on 8 business days and nothing. I don't know how long it's supposed to take. Also, all the emails I have received regarding my purchase don't give me a tracking number. One email tells me it's Purolator, another tells me it's DHL, and another says FedEx. Thumbs up! I will never buy from here ever again. It's shady, run by a bunch of knuckle-dragging clowns. Buyer beware.

Please be aware that when you order, there are federal rules requiring honest shipping practices. NFLShop.com shipping is governed by Federal Trade Commission Mail and Telephone Order Rule. I ordered two jerseys on 12/12 for Christmas presents and it said that they would ship in three to five days. On 12/20, I received a notice it had been shipped and was provided a FedEx tracking number. That tracking number had no activity as of 12/22, so I went to the backup plan and purchased something to substitute for the missing Christmas morning gift.
As of 12/31, the tracking number did not indicate any movement. I emailed and cancelled my order. On 1/1, I received an email response saying it had been shipped and there was nothing they could do. FedEx tracking shows that it has not even been picked up until 1/2. Under FTC rules, if your package will not ship within the time promised, the shipper must notify you and offer the option of cancelling. If you cancel, they must provide a prompt refund. Do not be fooled by FedEx tracking that says shipment number assigned - anyone can get that by generating an electronic FedEx shipping label. That is not shipment. Under the FTC rule, shipment occurs when the merchandise is provided to the carrier, not when a FedEx label is generated.

On Dec. 19, I placed an order online with the company. The website said it was guaranteed to be received by Christmas or my money back. I then called them to confirm and was told that the item was guaranteed. It didn't make it. I called on the 26th and several times after and I was told each time the money would be refunded to my card. After 7 failed attempts at reaching a supervisor, I finally just spoke to someone claiming to be one who said that my item didn't meet the requirements for refund and they were sorry that I was misinformed 5 times by 5 different representatives that it did and there was nothing they could do. We also ordered another jersey that was supposed to be in stock only to receive an email 2 days later saying it wasn't. Buyer beware! Don't order from them! They didn't make good on their guarantee and they refuse to put a supervisor on the phone to handle it!

They do not honor their policies they post online. I ordered a Christmas gift that was guaranteed by the 24th. It did not arrive until the 28th. I called multiple times to try to get an idea of what was going on and was told three different things. I was also not aware the jerseys they sell are not the new Nike jerseys. I am not saying they are fake or bad quality. I would've just preferred the Nike version. They could be clearer on their merchandise and their policies so that their customers don't end up feeling like an idiot on Christmas morning when your loved one's gift doesn't arrive.

I am thoroughly disgusted with the slow process of returning my credit. I ordered a shirt on December 12, 2012. After checking online (December 20, 2012), I saw where the item had never been shipped. I called Customer Service who apologized for not shipping it and suggested that I reorder what I was supposed to receive for the original order. The reorder arrived prior to Christmas, and I saw where my credit card was charged again (with a 10% credit given for the inconvenience of the messed up first order). I called on 12/27/2012 and again on 1/5/2013 to find out when I would receive my original $99.99 credit. Their website states that credits should arrive in 7-14 days. Both customer services representative said they had no idea when I would receive the credit. They are quick to charge and slow to credit.

I ordered a jersey for my son. It was guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas. I received shipping confirmation on 12/21. The tracking number they sent would not work for a week. And then FedEx tracking showed it was not shipped until 12/28. It is now 1/3/13 and we still have not received the jersey. I sent NFL Shop an email yesterday and did not hear back. I called the customer "service" number today. Woman could not answer why I did not receive my package by the time it was "guaranteed" or why I received an email showing shipping date of 12/21 when FedEx did not show shipping until 12/28. I am sending the order back. I'm not shopping through NFLShop.com anymore.

This was my first time ordering from the NFL Shop. I ordered a custom Buccaneers jersey for my husband on 12/19/2012. It had his last name on it and a custom number. I was under the impression that it would be here by Christmas Eve if I had ordered it by the 19th. Come to find out that it was only for products that were in the warehouse and because my order was custom, it wouldn't be here by then. I found this out two days after Christmas. So when I ordered the jersey and my order form said 3-5 days for delivery, I thought no big deal, a day or two after Christmas and it will be here. I have been back and forth with FedEx, my local post office and NFLShop.com.
It has been two weeks, and my package still has not arrived. It's not even at my local post office and it hasn't been scanned through FedEx since the 27th. I am very unsatisfied and wish I would have been aware of this shipping issue and I wouldn't have even bothered ordering through this website. So the 3-5 days to delivery means that they need 3-5 days just to ship your package out to FedEx, then another 7 days for FedEx to process and ship it to your post office, and then another day or two for your local post office to process it and deliver it to your house. I will never order from this website again. It was a very horrible first experience, and not to mention, the customer service was no help! I really do want my money back, but I know my husband really wants this jersey and if it wasn't for that, I would call right now and demand to get my money back!

I placed an order on NFLshop.com for one woman's jersey, two sweaters and a t-shirt - all Christmas presents for the football lovers in the family. We should have known better, last year, they shipped children's mitts & hats for an adult. This year, it's even worse - my order was $200; the Jersey was the wrong size; although my packing slips say X-large, the jersey itself is a Large; and they sent a Bills sweater instead of a Pats sweater! I am so pissed! That ruined two Christmas presents! So I called, as on the packing slips it says, "100% satisfaction guaranteed, use this label and ship it back to us." But here is the kicker: They do not offer exchanges! So you will receive a refund for the item shipped back to them minus $5.50 shipping fees for their mistake! I am flabbergasted! They sent two wrong items, and I have to pay for the incompetence of the moron who packed them and not even get the right items sent? If I want the correct item, I have to re-order from them because, oh yeah, I look that stupid to ever order anything from them again! I will never order from them again! What a complete waste. Stay away. It's so not worth it.

I placed an order for a Nike women's jersey on 11/27/12, with an expected guaranteed delivery date of 12/5-12/7. On 12/9/12, I gave a call and was told it was being shipped from a different warehouse; thus, the reason it is being delayed. I was informed that I should receive it in 7 days. So on 12/19, I called back again and I was informed that my item must be lost! They also said they couldn't get me another because they were out of stock! I requested to speak with a supervisor. I was on hold for 10 minutes and they said they couldn't get a hold of one. I insisted they find one and I informed them that while I was on hold, I checked on the NFL.com website and oddly enough, it shows the item is in stock and that they guarantee even Christmas delivery on this item!
I'm floored at this point because it seems the site is misleading consumers into believing not only that items are in stock, but that you will get it in time before Christmas! I finally spoke with Eric, the supervisor. He said he would look into it and get back to me. He did get back to me and said he found a jersey, and would overnight it to me. I said okay! I mean it's only been one month later since I originally placed my order. I received a package yesterday from them. I was excited as I was opening the package. Wrong jersey. It was men's not women's jersey! I cannot believe what I have been through, so I called them back yesterday and was on hold for 25 minutes while they were trying to locate a supervisor! Still no luck and was promised a call back! Consumers beware! Total scam!

I placed an order on 12/5 for a Christmas gift. I never received email confirmation of the order. On 12/14, I called to inquire. I spoke to a Kim. She said I would receive order by 12/16. On 12/18, there was still no order. I spoke to Debra who told me if I don't receive by 12/21 to call back but she gave me a tracking number. I tried to track. On 12/19 UPS had no info on it. I spoke to Kimberly who told me my package was lost and it could not be duplicated since all was sold out. Moral of this story, stay away from NFLShop. What do I tell my son now when the one thing he really wanted is not under the tree?

I ordered a shirt for my husband for Christmas and here it is 10 days later and only 8 days before Christmas and they don't know when it will ship so I won't even get it before Christmas. I will never order anything from them again. This happened last Christmas and it came on Christmas eve to my job and was delivered to another suite so luckily they knew us, and they had to call me to come back from home. This year, we are closed for Christmas eve so I don't know what will happen if it comes.

I ordered a Jersey, slippers, and a customized T-shirt 7 days ago. Since then I have been charged twice. I started by calling them and telling them that they had charged me two times and they needed to reverse the charges. They said they would contact my bank and get it fixed. After 2 days, I called my bank and the charges were still not reversed. So, I called NFL back and spoke to another supervisor about getting the extra charges credited back to me. Again, they claimed they would call and fix it ... Here it is day 7 and I have been charged again for the same amount and my bank is in the negative due to all of these extra charges and they are "looking into it." Well, I'm going to my bank tomorrow and I'm going to put in a fraud report! Oh and I still don't have the items. They were supposed to be here in 3-5 days. Tomorrow is day 8.

I ordered a pet jersey for a 28-lb. Cocker Spaniel. I followed all the measurement instructions and determined that she needed a Medium, same as the winter coat she has now (I am from Canada). I read the reports that the sizing was wrong so I ordered a Large, thinking that if they fixed this problem, bigger was better than smaller. Well, when I received the jersey, it was way too small. Yes, they say you can return it but what a joke. The jersey was $25 and the final bill with ground shipping came to $45. So if I returned it, I would get back $25 minus my shipping. After getting e-mails about the sizing and not correcting, it is inexcusable for the NFL Shop. I will not use NFL Shops nor recommend them to anybody. They are a bad investment.

I recently ordered an autographed helmet and two autographed footballs from NFLShop.com. The order went through and was accepted. After receiving two separate emails from them confirming my order and a shipping date, I then received two follow-up emails, one cancelling my order with no explanation and another telling me their system had cancelled my order in error and that I should log back on to their site and reorder. I sent them a copy of their confirmation and their quoted prices, but have heard nothing from them. It is obvious they are not going to honor their posted prices. Do not buy from this site.

My complaint is the same as the others here - bait and switch, overpriced merchandise, inefficient business management, dishonest representatives, and arrogant supervisors who offer absolutely no recourse but for the consumer to cancel the order in disgust. The arrogance of today's NFL is astounding. The price of an "official" NFL jersey is obscene, especially when you consider that the player, whose jersey you are wearing, may be playing for a completely different team at the start of the next season. I cite Tebow as the example. Who's going to wear a Bronco's jersey with Tebow's name on it this season? There are many, many more similar examples.
While the rest of the country is struggling in a flagging economy, the NFL and its "gladiators" are laughing all the way to the bank. Say Payton Manning, for example, $94 million for five years. Really? Now that's pornographic! While we, the fans, are just trying to put chips and dip on the table, the NFL gives back through the United Way; that's admirable, but isn't it time they give back to the people who support this game? And by the way, let's not forget, it is just a game, for Christ sake! Isn't it time they stop changing the uniforms every other year in order to force the fans to buy the latest, greatest version of their favorite teams colors?
I'm sure this rape and pillage of fans isn't just limited to the NFL. I'm just certain it applies across the realm of pro-sports. Come on upper management, cut the fans a break, and stop forcing us to "assume the position" because you have a corner on the merchandise market. And while you are at it, hire competent employees who are honest and trustworthy. Then empower them to make things right for a customer, a loyal fan, whose order has gone south because of the systems inherent failure. Time for the NFL to conduct a SWOT analysis of the entire system. It's broken and it needs to be fixed.

I got an email from my favorite longtime online NFL team store stating "additional 25% off already sale-priced items using this code"! I found the item I wish to purchase to support my NFL team, used the appropriate code for savings (item totals $14.99). Then I found out that I'm supposed to pay a minimum "shipping & handling fee" of $10.95 to have it sent to me. Hmm, what a bargain? $14.99 shirt plus $10.95 to have it in my hands? I contacted the store customer service, was offered an "$8.00 shipping charge instead" and then I demanded to speak to a CS Manager who is now looking into why a shipping cost (lightweight, basic t-shirt) is almost as much or even 1/2 the cost of the item (US Postal shipping in small box would be much less and supposedly, they are broke!). The matter is "being looked into and someone will get back to me in a day or so". How does this make me a happy consumer and make me want to support my team through this online store again? Oh, and I live approximately 5 hours away from my team.

My first order from NFL shop will be my last. I was sent the wrong item, then was promised next day shipping to get correct item to me in time for birthday gift. It never arrived. I called this morning to learn the part hasn't shipped! It is waiting on a bin check that was supposed to be done last week. Bad business practice. It takes 2-3 days to a warehouse bin check? (The warehouse is in Louisville, not China.) I guess just like what's going on with the replacement refs, the NFL just doesn't give a damn.

I ordered over 100 dollars worth of jerseys off the website. After placing the order, I realized that I was going to be out of town and that I'd like the jerseys delivered to a different location. I contacted them immediately via email. I contacted them 3 days later. I contacted them a third time two days after that. I have heard nothing from them. There is no phone number listed for them either. My order just sits pending. I need the jerseys delivered by a certain date for my friend's wedding and it does not look like it has any chance of happening.

I "pre-ordered" the new Nike jersey and a customized plaque for my boyfriend's birthday. I knew the customized plaque would be late; however, the jersey said it would ship 24 hours within being released. I wanted him to be one of the first with the new jerseys. I am extremely disappointed and upset that the local sporting goods chains have received the jerseys and my order hasn't even left the warehouse. What is the point of pre-ordering the jersey if I can go to the local sporting goods store and purchase the item (and not have to pay shipping) faster? I have bought items from NFLShop.com before, but I will never again!

I have placed two orders with them and I had issues with both. The first order I needed by a specific date (for my kids), so I paid the extra money for overnight shipping. To my dismay when I received the tracking number, they shipped it UPS ground. I immediately called and received inaccurate information and was told to call back if I did not receive the item the next day. Of course I did not receive the item the next day, and once again I called NFLShop.com. Their solution was just to refund my shipping cost, but that did not help the situation as I had 2 very disappointed kids.
The second order was actually placed before the first item, but it was a custom item. I continually check the status on NFLShop.com, and it always stated “items located in stock” and still had a delivery date that was acceptable, but I did call to check with a customer service rep anyways just to make sure. They confirmed to me the same thing and that I would have it by 2/2/12. Well of course it was not delivered on the 2nd, so once again I had to call NFLShop.com to make sure I would receive the item. This time I talked to a supervisor and she assured me that she would contact the warehouse and change the shipping to have it delivered for Saturday. Several hours later I called again, as I had not received notification of the shipment, and to my dismay I found out that the item will not be shipping as part of the customization was out of stock and they did not have any idea when the item would be in stock. All I received were excuses, “We are really busy, we did not expect all of these orders." I finally cancelled the order.

I ordered a customized women's Giants jersey on 12/21/11. The website advertised that items ordered by midnight, would have a guaranteed arrival date by 12/24/11. I was nervous on 12/24/11, when I didn't receive my wife's gift, and called the hotline. The rep told me that they wouldn't be able to look at the tracking of any order, until Monday, 12/26/11. I waited a few days (because at that point it didn't matter), and called back the following Wednesday, 12/28/11.
This rep told me that my item never left the warehouse, and takes 5 to 7 business days to leave, and that my order was still being processed. She also included that if I expected my order guaranteed by the 24th, there would have been a little "truck" symbol next to the order, indicating that the item qualifies for guaranteed delivery. I asked her how was I supposed to know that, because nowhere did it state that on the website. I asked for a discount or credit for my inconvenience, and she put me on hold, then said there was nothing she can do, because the email they sent confirming the order stated that the item will ship in 7 to 10 business days. This is terrible business. As a result, my wife was expecting her jersey for Christmas, and now she has to wait significantly after the holiday, for a late gift.

I ordered an authentic white Jason Witten jersey. When I got it, it was a 90's model jersey, a completely different cut from the modern jersey. I call to complain and find out how this is possible. They had no answer for me. The rep said he didn't know what I was taking about. He would assure that I would get the jersey that is displayed on the website. Two of my friends also ordered white authentic cowboys jerseys from NFL the same week. They also got the wrong model jersey!
So all of us had to ship back the wrong jersey and were told they will "make sure" we get what we ordered! I explained that they should look into it since it was not an isolated incident. They said if all of you get the wrong jersey again, they will investigate! Again? Really? Be very cautious when ordering from NFLShop.

I ordered a hat as a gift from this online retailer. I received a confirmation email stating that my order had been received but no further email after, even though the email state shipping info would be provided. Furthermore, when I chose to order the hat it showed "Status: AVAILABLE IN STOCK SHIPS IN 1-3 DAYS". After the 6th day of checking in on the order, its status was changed to "cancelled". According to the website FAQ section, if an order is cancelled, the company will send an email explaining what had happened. But I never received this email either.
When I called the company to find out why (by the way, their phone number is nearly impossible to find on their website), I was taken through an impossibly difficult automated system full of questions. Even when I pressed "0" to get an operator, the system mentioned how it understands I want to talk to someone, but it needed to keep asking me questions to direct me to the correct person.
When I finally did get someone, she apologized that her inventory system had an error. But didn't offer me any other alternative except a completely different hat. When I mentioned it was a gift, again, all she said was sorry and asked if there were any other questions she could answer. I mentioned that I had hoped that she could be a little more helpful, maybe something as small as free shipping or a small coupon. She couldn't do anything except say sorry. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, and terrible autonomy for the customer service reps that are dealing with customers. I will never order from NFLSHOP.COM again!

Okay, so I ordered a custom made Saints jersey with my son's last name on it and a Saints hat for my son at the end of October. When the jersey came, it was of poor quality and his name was coming off. So, I called the company and the lady that I spoke with told me that they would replace the jersey and for me to give them my credit card because I would need to pay $4.95 to ship the new jersey. I felt I shouldn't have to pay for the shipping but decided to do it just to get my son the jersey he wanted.
Well, not only did they charge my credit card $4.95 for shipping, they charged me for another jersey at a higher price than I had originally paid. Not only did they take out money they weren't entitled to, they caused me to use my overdraft because I didn't have that amount in my bank account. They returned some of my money to my card but not all of it and refused to reimburse me for my overdraft. They offered to give me $35 towards a future purchase. Yeah right, like I would ever give them my credit card again, and that is $15 less than they owe me.
My bank told me that I could file a fraudulent charge, but because I received merchandise, I probably wouldn't win. How is this fair? If you want to give away free money, order from them, but this company should be avoided. Order from a reputable company which they are definitely not! Just look at the negative feedback all over the internet!

I ordered my husband a New England Patriots Hood (size XXL) on December 2. When I received my order on the 7th of December I got a New York Jets Jersey (women medium). So I called the NFL Shop and I sent it back on the 9th of December. It took a day to receive my return label. So when I hadn't receive my new item or an email stating it had been mailed out, I called NFL shop again and was told my item had been shipped out on Monday, December 13.
Then in Thursday, December 16th, I received an email stating my item was on backorder. So I called NFL Shop again to find out when the item would be shipped out and was told that backorder items do not get put back into restock until August or September of the following year. So I asked for a refund and was told my money would be back in my account within 3 to 5 days. So today was the 4th day and I haven't received an email for the cancelled item, so again I called the NFL Shop and was told once again it would take another 3 to 5 days before my account is credited because they just processed the credit today when it was suppose to be done last Friday. Very back customer service and I will never order from them again.

I just placed an order on-line with NFL Shop. They had a sale - buy one item, get another 50%. So I bought two items. Both items were available when I ordered. Now all of a sudden I get an email today that the 2nd item which was 50% off is "no longer available". How convenient is that? I just got ******* by NFL shop, with no offer to do anything to make amends. This is the last time I buy anything from them. I would advise anyone else to seriously think twice about buying from this "business".

I ordered a shirt from their online store for $98.34. They charged me 3 times on my credit card. When they ran it through, they never said anything about it. I called my bank. They found the error. I called them back. They stated that my bank would have to call them? They did never go through the bank; they took the money out themselves. My shirt got sent back because it was delivered to a P.O. box. I told operator that we'd pay extra for shipping. Needless to say, the shirt got back. They would not ship it back; they gave us a guarantee for 21-22 of Dec.
I got an email stating that shirt was not available and out of stock(?); they insisted that we'd have to wait ten days for our money. We are not waiting; we are calling the bank first thing Monday morning and they are going to take the money back. One operator lied to me and stated that they'd pay extra for shipping overnight. Then I got the email stating they were out of stock.
I looked up complaints on this online NFLShop. I was amazed at how many complaints there were, the same issues, terrible customer service, no product and blame-ups for the mishaps and people never receiving their products. I got the feeling that they didn't want to give us our money back, so I'm calling my bank and we are taking the money back. Why are they still in service? The service is extremely rude. I told them that I would never deal with them again. How can a shirt be out of product if it was sent to my post office? This is the question for the day?
