I ordered a sweatshirt from NFL shop. When I got email receipt they charged me for expedited shipping, of which I did not request. I called 3 times and each time I told the agent I needed a to cancel a order because of the shipping charges, they would hang up. I gave up, mad about a $15 shipping fee. I received item. It was supposed to be a 2x sweatshirt. My wife is a size 12, and it was way too tight. Now I have to send back. They charged me $10 for a label. It has cost me $25 in shipping charges for a $35 sweatshirt. This is a racket, buyer beware....

Bad advertising. Bad customer service. I bought a hat. The image of the hat was what I wanted. It was correct on the confirmation email I was sent as well. I went to check the status of my order to find the image had changed. Not even the same hat. I went to the website and the image had changed there as well. I checked my email confirmation and the image had changed there as well. I contacted customer service but they refused to cancel my order. They said it was too late. I personally think it just required effort which they weren't willing to give. They told me I could return it, at my cost. The customer should never have to pay for the mistakes of a retailer.
I fought with them and they said they would provide me a free return. I've received the return label in email, but it stated I'll be responsible for shipping again. I'm real frustrated with NFL shop and I'll never use them again. If the style changed they should have cancelled my order. If the site was wrong they should have cancelled my order. Even today through advertising on Google and Facebook you have the hat listed three different ways. They don't have their stuff together and they don't take responsibility unless put on the spot. Really disappointed with this company. Will never do business with them again. Ever.

Ordered a jersey from this site. Jersey came in a couple of weeks later than expected. When I received my bill, I was overcharged by $9.17. I sent them an email and was told the extra charge was for cross border transaction cost and rate fluctuation. My confirmation showed a total charge of $61.80 U.S. dollars. However, my credit card was charged $70.97. I emailed them again and provided copies of my confirmation one month ago. They have not responded. I definitely will not use them again and have crossed them off my list of reputable vendors.

I usually wear a 2X but ordered a 3X to be safe; however, the shirt was extremely small (at least 2 sizes too small). Since there's only 1 size larger, I decided to return it and discovered a $9.99 fee is charged. I will never order from them again.

I will never order from them again. If I could give less than 1 stars I could. Order never showed up. Told me there was nothing they could do. No accountability, Joy who took my call was not helpful and downright rude. Bad customer service. Bad experience. Save your time and money!! Get your jersey somewhere else!!

I ordered a customizable Chiefs jersey for my brother’s 50th birthday. I was pleasantly surprised when it shipped in two days; however, it took 28 DAYS to receive it from China. Nowhere on the site did it say to expect four weeks for shipping. Not only did I not have it in time for his birthday, it arrived with his name misspelled!!! I double-checked my order just to be certain I submitted it correctly and confirmed it was the company’s error, not mine. The only avenue to contact customer service is via email. Responses are quick but the English is so broken the correspondence is difficult to understand. I asked for a refund, instead they have shipped a new jersey that will no doubt take another month to get. I WILL NEVER GIVE NFL SHOP MY BUSINESS AGAIN. Disgusted and disappointed that the NFL would farm out this piece of their business to China.

Ordered two T-shirt and paid for 3-5 day shipping. It was not mentioned was that the items would not be shipped for an additional two weeks. In this case adding those two weeks brought my total shipping time frame to three weeks. Seeing as to how the this company operates through online sales, these items should have been shipped in a more prompt manner. Due to the extended period of time in shipping delays, I’ve decided to take my future business elsewhere.

I recently purchased a sweatshirt for a birthday present 10 days prior to the date I needed it. The product said "available" and the shipping date said "allow 3-5 days for shipping", so I figured that I had a good chance of getting it. On day 5 the online tracking (which is not easy or at all intuitive like Amazon) said "processing" (not shipped). So I called the customer service department, and after about 20 minutes hold time, a man came to the phone and I told him my plight. He said "Yes that is 3-5 business days once shipped and it could take weeks to process". I said "How can that be since when I was ordering the website it clearly said 3-5 business days?" He said "Let me dumb it down for you..." and went on to condescend me.
I said to him, "Well that is just deceiving" and he "No it most certainly is not... Do you need me to explain this to you again". I then said "Wow this is not very good customer service... How would someone ever know that 3-5 business days means that it could take weeks to ship?" He again got very rude and said "Let me AGAIN dumb this down for you since you are NOT getting it"... At that point I just hung up. I sent a note later on the "live chat" to have a manager call me and the reply came back; "Please call **". Clearly the NFL Shop does not need our business! Please go to Amazon or Dicks... Online orders and service is easy and impeccable!! Maybe since Roger Goodell is arrogant, the NFL Shop feels that they could be as well. Good luck!

Ordered a jersey the day after finding out my husaband's team made it to the Super Bowl. At first, I clicked the free shipping until I noticed a week had gone by and no shipping email was received. I called and they upgraded my shipping to next business day so I can get my product BEFORE the Super Bowl (it's beyond me why they think anyone wants Super Bowl product AFTER the Super Bowl). Called every day until I was told my item had shipped - very friendly and helpful customer service and promised I would get my jersey in time and in fact, I DID! They made my husband one happy fan. :))

I wouldn't even consider purchasing from them again. Ordered items for Super Bowl party, paid extra for overnight shipping to find out it never shipped. When I spoke to customer service rep, they weren't planning to ship until Monday AFTER the event. Prior to calling the NFL Shop, I contacted the shipping company, they stated they had not received the item for shipment, though they could see a label had been printed by NFL Shop on 1 February. Very misleading on the part of NFL Shop. They told me I could not cancel the order, it was beyond their ability to do so at this stage. WHAT?!! I NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THEIR INABILITY TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THEIR END OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT! No more of my business will they ever see!

Ordered a Super Bowl Jersey within an hour of the conclusion of the game. I received a confirmation, the website said it was in stock not a “pre-order” item. They acknowledged that it was a special event item, and the order would ship on or before January 31st. This led me and apparently many others that the special event item would be here BEFORE the event. I find out today, AFTER I called, that NOT only will it NOT be here for the Super Bowl, but it will NOT arrive until mid February. The customer service representatives and their supervisors were rude and not apologetic. Instead of admitting the inconvenience and error on their company, they blamed me because I should’ve known that it would ship out on January 31st.
In the confirmation email of the order, it says (copy and pasted): “This is a special event item. Orders containing this product will be shipped no later than Thursday, January 31st” which I should not have expected it before the game. I ordered January 20th... DO NOT waste your time with NFLSHOP.COM. Save yourself the grief, they only offered expedited shipping which would be “waived” as a courtesy and a 10% maximum discount. Therefore I should be appreciative to receive it 2/10/19 vs 2/11/19... There are other dealers licensed to sell these jerseys. Look into another, you will thank me later.

2nd year in a row I ordered a jersey for the super bowl and never arrived. Don't buy from this loser of a company. I really don't know how the NFL allows them to sell their merchandise. I will be contacting them as well.

I ordered a special event item on Jan 20th, fully aware that the item needed to be manufactured and therefore, the item leaving the warehouse would be delayed. Received notice that the item had shipped on Jan 27th. Upon checking the tracking #, I see that I should receive the item on Feb 6 (later updated to the 5th). That is 11 days for shipping (10 with update). I contacted NFL Shop and they said it takes 7 business days, not sure how that matters because FedEx works 7 days a week. Their remedy for this is to return it whenever I receive the item and it will take 10 business days (2 weeks) for them to receive it and I will get my refund 7 business days after that. So I should get my refund by Feb 28th. So it takes 6 weeks for this scenario to play out.
According to them, all is good because they will waive the $4 return fee. I did not think it was possible to ship anything, within the contiguous states, and it take that long. I needed the item for Super Bowl Sunday, and that was obvious. No need for the item other than that. Will not conduct business with NFL Shop in the future.

I would give 0 stars, if I could. I placed an order for an NFL jersey. I was sent tracking information 2 days after ordering (the description said it would ship within 2 days). All week the tracking information never updated. Finally a week after I placed the order, the FedEx tracking said it would arrive on February 11th - after the Superbowl and 2 weeks after I placed the order. I called customer service, which was a waste of time. I would never order anything from the NFL shop again!

I ordered my jersey with the super bowl patch literally minutes after the NFC championship game. NFL shop waited 10 whole days to send my jersey and now it will not arrive for me to wear it during the super bowl. What is the point of ordering an event specific item if they can't even get it to you in time for the event? Terrible business practice!

I ordered my Patriots Super Bowl jersey, the day they won the division title, which I thought was in a timely manner only to find out that it would be delivered the day after the Super Bowl, not as advertised on their website! The purpose of me ordering this shirt which I think would be a no brainer for NFL Shop Customer Service defeats the purpose of receiving it after the Super Bowl. When I called they were extremely unprofessional and could care less. Poor customer service! Do not order from this company.

Very upset with my order. I ordered two rams conference championship shirts for the Super Bowl. But I was just told they will not arrive till February 7th. They have the Super Bowl logo on them so you would assume they would be worn for the Super Bowl. NFL does not care about their customers. Why would you make specific items with Super Bowl logos and not have them to your customers for the Super Bowl.

I was so pleased to order my husband's favorite team of all time now that we're in the Super Bowl. I ordered the day after the championship and thought it was plenty of time to receive the two shirts. I just got an email that’s they are coming Tuesday once the game will be over. Never again will I ever buy from the NFL. No help from their customer support. Shame on them. They charge so much just for a T-shirt. I worst part I had to tell my husband and had to ruin the surprise??? I still hope they win the Super Bowl but will buy the winning merchandise in the stores.

I ordered and received this Lego 3-D construction Bronco head. I have had 8 people from age 8-75 try to assemble this. Recommended for ages 6 and up. Would like to meet the 6 yr old that has put this together. The instructions are confusing and the pieces are so tiny. Called to send back for someone at the NFL shop to assemble and send back to me. That was a joke! I would not recommend purchasing this product unless you would like to test your patience or a Lego master.

Today I ordered from both the NFL Shop and Fanatics Super Bowl programs, hats, shirts. Naturally to wear and display on Super Bowl weekend (Feb. 3). After the orders and payment process there is a notification the items will ship on Jan. 31. I chatted and requested delivery by Feb. 2. Neither business would agree and subsequently the orders were cancelled. Don't waste your time (and they have your money for 2-7 days, they can take the money in seconds but need days to return it). Better to try the local fan shop. Good luck!

I have purchased two black ones previously but decided to buy a white 3XL NFL Jersey from the NFL shop and it turned up tarnished. On the back on the right shoulder there's a botched part of a screen print. I've tried my best to safely remove it but it won't come off. I live in Australia so it is not worth returning it. So disappointed. Waste of money.

First experience was frustrating, FedEx couldn't keep up on updates. It was during Christmas so I tried again after. Ordered a white Jersey and it came dirty! I live in NM. It came from NV and traveled all around CO for whatever reason. The delivery date changed like 4 times. Finally it came and it was dirty. Customer service was good, gave her all my info and she said she had one being ready to ship out and she would expedite it for me. That was Friday. Got a tracking number Saturday. Monday got an email it would be here Tuesday. Come Tuesday got an update that said Wednesday. Someone can't stay true to delivery dates. Probably FedEx but it was dirty nonetheless. Wish I could say it was nice while it lasted but it was a nightmare. Definitely won't order again or even recommend. Order somewhere that uses UPS.

Words do not do the attitude I received from the customer service rep AND the supervisor. I purchased Christmas gifts before Black Friday b/c of a sale. They would not honor the price I originally paid. Not only did they insult my intelligence by trying to tell me that a 20% coupon off EACH item was better than 30% off the total purchase, but spoke to me in an extremely condescending manner as if I did not pass middle school math. Additionally the full price has been marked up from $44.99 to $49.99. She tried telling me that I paid 44.99, with the 30% off coupon, last I checked that was only about 10% off if we are working with the original price of $49 and the purchase price of 44.99. When I log in to complete the return the item pops up as 31.49. So not only does she not take the time to look into my order, but is completely rude and indignant on top of her laziness.
So not only do I have to repurchase the items at a higher price but I am being charged $11 for the return label. I am honestly outraged. If the items were not sized way too big (last time I ordered these sizes it was like body suit tight) I would just keep them. She tried to talk me in circles and I feel sorry for anyone that complies with such stupidity. Luckily for me I am a middle school teacher and I am used to attitude, people talking me in circles, and then not understanding a logical explanation of why they are wrong. I hate to write poor reviews but this was my SECOND encounter with terrible customer service from this company. This company has officially lost my business. Which is a shame since I generally make large purchases a few times a year.

Ordered jersey on December 18th and while not needed for Christmas, I did want this as a gift for the first round of playoff games. Called on Jan 3rd and customer service informed me that there were warehouse delays and wouldn't get the jersey until at least another week. No notifications, no communications, nothing from the company since initial order. One might think that an NFL jersey might be wanted prior to the end of the season. Customer service no sympathy. Never would do business again with them.

First and very last time ordering from this company. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. I ordered an item and was promised online it would be here by X-Mas. In fact it was a special promotion with the countdown clock and everything. I still don't have my item and when I called and spoke to a less than enthusiastic customer service rep. I was told the order was not eligible for Xmas delivery. I would not have ordered it if I knew it would not make it by Xmas. I think they are involved in bait and switch to get those holiday orders. I'm going to give them a few more days to send my order and if I don't receive it I'm calling my credit card company, the Better Business Bureau, and writing a PR article with good SEO to guarantee. People think twice before ordering from this place.

I bought a shirt for my boyfriend for Christmas in September, he opened it and it was a size too small. I went on to return it and it’s exactly 2 weeks after the 90 day return policy. I get the policy and understand they have it in place for a reason. But I bought this product early because there weren’t many sizes available and I wanted to purchase before they were all sold out. When I called customer service the first salesperson was nice and was attempting to work with me. We got disconnected. I called back and got a different associate who really didn’t help at all. Again I understand there’s a return policy, but it was 2 weeks passed, I was willing to pay the difference of a more expensive item since the one I wanted to purchase was no longer in stock (as I suspected would happen). Super disappointed.

My husband spoke with customer service when ordering my Xmas gift. He was told it would be no problem if it had to be exchanged even though it would be past the 90 days because he was purchasing for Christmas. He did all over the phone speaking to a live person. When I tried to exchange our Christmas for size I was told they don't exchange for size. Then I was told it was past the 90 days and there was nothing they could do. Spoke to a manager who then said they don't keep recordings. So my husband would be stuck with the gifts he bought and nothing could be done. How nice of them and convenient they don't keep recordings when it goes against them.

I bought my son's jersey on December 7 thinking 3-5 business days would be enough to be here by Christmas. However, when 12/19 hit, and we didn't have a jersey we called Customer Service to get an update, and they said it wasn't shipped until 12/14. When we asked why, the customer service rep Erica accused us of lying that we didn't pick the right shipping, and it will get here by 12/27. When we kept talking, Erica kept accusing us of lying and said there was nothing more she could do. When we asked for the item to be shipped again in time for Christmas, she said that wouldn't be possible, even though they were running a promotion to be delivered by 12/24.
On 12/27, when we didn't have a jersey, we called again and they said "it must have gotten lost in shipping." And they sent another jersey right away. Hopefully my son will have his jersey in time for the playoffs or next Christmas. I completely understand that not everyone is Amazon and ships within two days. However, accusing customers of lying, not delivering items, and causing stress isn't good customer service. We understand things happen, but learn from your competitors.

I purchased a jacket as a gift for my husband. It arrived and was too large so wanted to exchange for a smaller size. They don't do exchanges. I made the first purchase with a healthy discount code that was going on at the time. Had to pay full price for the correct size jacket a week later - a $50 difference. They wouldn't match the price of my original order. Strange they don't have an exchange program - most retailers do! I don't even mind paying the shipping on the return. Won't order from NFL Shop again.

I ordered a black cowboys beanie and received the wrong item. That’s fine. Mistakes happened. However, I called customer service and explained to the lady what happened. She refunded me my money. I advised that was great but I still didn’t have the hat. She whispered on the phone, “I don’t give a **. It’s one thing to send me the wrong item but totally rude to be unconsidered of the fact that I paid $10 to receive it by Christmas. I hope the idiot gets fired.

I have tried more than three times to order from this company and every time is a nightmare. The first time I ordered a jersey and coffee cups both were damaged. Sent them back and the other jersey I received had a burn on it so I just opted for a refund. My husband bought me a jersey this year and it had stains on the front, back and sleeve. Customer service are rude and don't care. Do not buy gear or anything from this company!!!

I received this t-shirt from my son for Christmas. It was marked a medium - however the neckline was so large it would fit an XL. I went to the website to return it. There was no order number on the label - which makes it impossible to return unless you contact the purchaser or call the 800 number. After waiting an hour or longer on hold on the 800 number I reached an employee who found the order under my son's name. He first wanted to send me a gift certificate so I could purchase something else.
Since that wasn't appealing to me, I asked for a refund. The salesperson said since the order was a medium and they sent a medium - we would have to pay $5 plus to return the item. I continued to explain the shirt was not made correctly - the neckline would have fit an XL. Again, he said he was sorry "I didn't like the item." He sent the label to return - then it would take so many days to return, so many days to refund the money back to the credit card and so many days before the items would not be eligible for return. It is in the mail & we WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. It would be fair for anyone who shops online to shop a company that has a reasonable return policy. Just because the item was marked a medium and I received a medium meant I "didn't like the item." Keep in mind I waited over an hour - SHOP AMAZON OR ANOTHER STORE.

I ordered my son who was a newborn at the time a newborn size baseball cap of the Dallas Cowboys and I was expected to receive it within 2 weeks and I received it within a week and I was charged a very reasonable amount! I feel bad for all the reviews on here that are negative. I've had really good experiences in ordering for my son and my husband!

I had ordered my sister a Steelers jersey for Christmas. Upon its arrival I was not sure the size would be large enough so I started the return process with NFLshop.com. I was already disappointed with NFLshop.com because even though my original purchase was over $50.00 I was still charged $5.00 for shipping (My original purchase cost was $52.48 and they were supposedly running a Christmas promotion promising free shipping for orders that were $50.00 or more). Upon returning the item they removed $5.50 from my reimbursement leaving me with a measly $46.99. IT GETS BETTER. They have a VERY VAGUE return policy stating that your account will be credited once the return is processed on their end of the line.
6 days after I had returned the item they sent me an email with a GIFT CARD NUMBER. I didn't realized that 'crediting my account' meant sending me a gift card and not refunding my debit card. So I get back on NFLshop.com to reorder the jersey only to find out that I can no longer use my coupon and the item was now $75.00. Oh and they no longer had the size I needed either.
SO... I call customer service to let them know that I no longer wish to shop on their site and want the money reimbursed to my debit card. The lady I spoke with tells me that they are not sure if they can do that and that someone will be answering my inquiry via call or email within 48 hours. To my surprise I did receive an email saying that my debit card will be credited in 2-7 business days (it's Christmas. Yippee. Sorry sister!). Moral of the story: if you're unsure about an item DO NOT order from this site unless you enjoy donating money to cooperate America because the return process is a TRUE NIGHTMARE! *insert cry face*

Ordered 1 jersey for a Christmas gift on Nov. 30th. It's Dec 24 and no jersey yet. Paid $20 for shipping. On Dec 11th, after emailing back and forth, they said it was shipped Dec. 5th. Then on Dec 16th, they send me an email saying they have just shipped it. So... Where's my money or order and where's an ounce of honesty on their part? Should've checked reviews before ordering!!!

On December 10th, I ordered two personalized New Orleans Saints T-Shirts, and one New Era Saints Black on Black cap. Although I received several emails that noted the hat was on its way, as well as an [alleged] confirmation of delivery at my front door on the 19th... I received nothing!!! I have yet to get the T-Shirts, or even a tracking confirmation that they were ever sent. After speaking with ALL parties involved (NFLSHOP.Com, FedEx, and USPS) no one could give me a straight answer as to where the hell my items wound up.
NFLSHOP.Com offered to resend the shirts, but informed me that the hat was now "out of stock" and could not be resent at this time. After a couple of days dealing with this nonsense, I just demanded a refund of the $100+ I spent. We'll see how that goes. In any case, DO NOT support this monopoly of a company. They are unreliable and dishonest. At the very least, and to their credit, the customer service representatives were helpful and well-mannered. It doesn't really matter though, since the services they claim to offer are horrible.

I ordered my husband an ugly cowboys sweater for our Christmas Eve party. Paid extra for the expedited shipping to get to me in time. I open the package and found a Florida Gators long sleeve t-shirt. It was almost impossible to find a number to contact them. I finally speak with someone and they informed me that they cannot guarantee the sweater to me in time. They would send a returning label for the shirt and if I don't get the sweater on time I would be refunded for the shipping fee even retracted and said the sweater was now out of stock so they will send me the return label. Once they get the shirt back by then we'll get a refund. Customer service is horrible. Shipping is awful. I will never shop here again.

I ordered a Miami Dolphins Pandora Charm on 12/17/18 for a Christmas present for my daughter. I received a confirmation email from the Company. Today I received a package from them in the mail and it was a Miami U blanket! I called them and told them I needed the charm before Christmas. They told me it was "out of stock". I asked for an immediate refund so I could buy a different present for my daughter. They told me it would take 2-7 business days. I advised I needed the money to buy another gift for my daughter before Christmas. They said there was nothing they could do!! This is a travesty. This shop does not care. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE.

On November 13 I ordered two Vikings NFL jerseys from this company. I waited and waited for my order to arrive. I sent at least three emails asking where my order is. A package finally arrived on December 13! But, when I opened the package it contained ONE jersey! No invoice, no letter of explanation! I have since emailed this company at least 5 times requesting information on my missing jersey. I have received NO response. There is no phone number to contact and package came from China. These people are SCAM artists! Do not order from them! If someone has any ideas how to retrieve my money please let me know!

Ordered a few products from this site. One of the items was not received. Emailed customer service and got no response. Escalated to PayPal which was the only way I was able to get a response. They admitted that I was entitled to a refund however would only do so if I closed my PayPal case. As I was not going to give up my only leverage I escalated the case further and now they are telling PayPal they will refund me only if I return the item which I did not receive. I have been shopping online for over 10 years and this is the first time I have needed to escalate a case. By far the most incompetent online company I have dealt with. Not only do they not provide any customer service, they will lie and cheat even though they have admitted fault. Be very careful when deciding to purchase from this site.

NFL.com will not refund because item was “dropped ship”? Shipment will be sent in January only to be returned because it has already been replaced. Too bad this company seems to have gotten too BIG and now can not efficiently/timely handle their orders and don't seem to care! I ordered from Fanatics.com, Fansedge.com and NFL.com for about 10 yrs and never had a problem in the past. I noticed even JC Penney uses Fanatics.com for their fan shop online so they seem to have a monopoly - greedy business owners who now have a horrible reputation and have lost many of their customers - including ME! I ordered a $25 gift card on 12/9 to be shipped to me and it was to arrive in plenty of time before Christmas as it was a gift. After 4 days I still had not received an email confirmation or any notices from NFL.com so called Cust Svc 3 times and also did a live chat - this all took up 3 hrs of my morning and the situation only got worse.
The Cust Svc reps seem to make up info as excuses as to why Fanatics/NFL Shop isn't doing their job with orders...my email address was entered incorrectly, my phone number for order did not appear in their records, etc. and all BS! I was told it would now not be delivered till after Christmas, and guess what folks? - The websites all have notices on gift cards that you will not receive before Christmas, but that info was NOT there when I placed my order and they instantly took my money! They are real scammers and crooks now out for the Almighty dollar and forget that they need paying customers to have a company! LOL. I wasn't going to write this negative review but I saw how many others there are so want it to be included.
I requested the plastic gift card be switched to an online gift certificate and was told NO; I requested to cancel the order and get a refund since it was their errors that seem to have delayed things and they said, "NO, THE SALE IS FINAL!" Yes, it is FINAL - they have forever lost me as a customer and I am going to tell all my family, friends and everyone what a terrible company they currently are...and THAT IS FINAL!!

I placed my order on 11/30, the money was taken from my account on 12/1 and product was to ship on or before 12/10. I have received no emails or any type of communication from NFLshop.com yet today I was told it has not shipped out yet and that I have to wait until the 13th for them to do anything about it. I advised this is a holiday gift and if it isn't going to be here in time I want a refund only to be told the same as many reviews that this is a custom order. Therefore no refund will be issued and they are backlogged with the holiday so they are doing the best they can.... I call **!!! They should not take money until the item has shipped like every other company does. I will NEVER order from them again, wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering.

I inadvertently ordered a customized Brandin Cooks jersey, and paid $165 including taxes and shipping. Honestly, it was not what I expected as it was cheap quality and the numbers and letters were iron-on. For that price, I was expecting an authentic jersey. I noticed the exact same jersey on their website was listed for $75. I called to see if they could refund me the difference and they refused because my order was "customized." What a joke... it's that same jersey!!! Do not shop this website as they severely lack in the area of customer relations. One very dissatisfied customer.

I ordered a 24 month size customized jersey for my nephew who is currently 11 months old. I wanted to get him a bigger size so that he could be able to grow into it and not only have it to wear for a few months. The jersey that I received is honestly not true to size. My nephew is the average size for his age and the jersey that was sent to me, he is able to fit into it now. He is currently wearing 9-12 month old regular clothing. I did not even ask the company to refund me because this is something that I really wanted him to have, and I understand their return policy on customized items as they are not able to resale them. But no one is trying to work with me on meet me half way on coming up with a solution.
There has to be a better option other than telling me that I'm basically stuck with an item that I paid for but can't get the use that I need for it. I asked for them to send me a bigger size and I would have been more than willing to pay the difference for the upsizing, since obviously their items do not fit true to size. I have seen other reviews about sizing and the overall customer service here and I wish I would have read these before I spent my money. I do not plan on shopping with this organization again, and certainly would not recommend them to anyone.

Ordered an item on 12/1. I paid $18.95 for 2 day expedited shipping. Website said item was to ship on or before 12/7. It just so happened that they had it in stock and it shipped “before” on 12/2 which was great. I assumed I would get it within the 2 day time frame I paid for. I did NOT. Instead, the package was shipped around to multiple states. At one point it was at a FedEx location 20 mins from my house then was shipped 2 hours away. I tracked package through FedEx. They blamed NFL Shop for indicating wrong shipping method on label.
I contacted NFL shop. They obviously denied it and said once the item shipped there was nothing they could do. And their overall response: “Well we said you would get it on or before Dec 11th” —completely disregarding the fact that they robbed me of the $18.95 I paid for two day shipping. BEWARE!! I am now reading other complaints and comments and others have had issues with them regarding shipping. At this rate, I don’t know if I will ever receive my package.

On 11/27/18 I placed an order thinking that I would have it for the 12/9 Bears Rams game and I called on 12/4 to inquire why my item was still processing, the rep couldn’t tell me why my order wasn’t shipped and that they couldn’t see anything else with my order. I called back the following day 12/5 to check on my order and the rep started to tell me my item was back ordered but the site said in stock, then the rep told me that I wouldn’t see my item till the 13th. I asked the rep if there was another item that I could receive in place of the original item and they had me look up another item just to try to charge me again.
I eventually asked to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor waived the 2-day shipping and assured me that I would have the original item by 12/10 and stated that I would get an email with the tracking number. This morning 12/6 I get an email telling me that I would be getting a refund and my order was canceled. I emailed NFL Shop customer service and they told me the complete opposite of what they told me yesterday. Now I don’t get the Jersey I wanted in time for the game but now I have to wait for my money to be refunded to me so I’m just empty handed. I’m disappointed and very displeased. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

I place an order on 26 Nov 2018. I received an email right after I ordered the Jersey and in it said. "Thanks for your NFLShop.com Order ** ( I x'd out my order no.). Priority: Normal Date: Monday, November 26, 2018 8:28. Product #: 3128021. Size: XXL | QTY. 1 | 99.99. This item will ship within 5 Business Days." I called NFLshops.com customer service on the 3rd of Dec asking why I had not received an email with the shipping information. The Representative informed me that it took them 48 hours after shipping to update their system with the shipping information and that I would be notified by Wednesday with that info. Well Wednesday the 5th came no shipping information was sent. I called again that evening.
Spoke with another representative that started to give me the runaround so I asked for a manager. "Chris" the supervisor came on and gave me the line that this as a special order and that it was delayed. (I went back to their website looked up the jersey I ordered and it says "In Stock." Nowhere on the website does it say "special order" or "delayed shipping". I asked to speak to Chris's manager and "John" got on the line and said he was a senior Customer Service Rep. I gave him the whole story about what has transpire and I would like to have a sipping ETA for my order. He said he could not give me that information, the item will ship from their main warehouse, but he does not know where it's being made. The Customer Service is just a Call Center. Not even in the same location as the NFLSHOPS. to compensate supposedly he upgrading my shipping to next business day, but heck that may be next year.

I ordered a salute to service hoodie on the 12th of November and it said it was supposed to be delivered on the 28th of November. I called FedEx today to see what the status was on my order and they said they never received the package from NFL Shop. I then proceeded to call NFL Shop and they tell me that my item is out of stock! How do you let customers order items that are out of stock, take their money, hold their money, and not tell them about it until they contact you? I was hoping on buying my boyfriend a Carolina Panthers jacket for Christmas and I have been stressing about this order ever since. The first time I placed it I thought everything was going well until around 15 days past and I started to wonder where my package was. I called customer service and they told me that my package was returned to the original shipment place because of difficulties and apparently they refunded me for it. I didn't get an email, a call or anything letting me know my package wasn't coming anymore and I was very disappointed with that service.
I spoke to a very nice lady who didn't know why my package got returned but she did offer free shipping for my second time ordering it. Since I live in Canada the shipping accounts to around 30$ of the whole order so at least I got that. It will be here supposedly by December 17 and that's only 2 days before my boyfriend leaves to go visit family. Thank you NFL shop! Definitely do not recommend.

0 stars. I ordered a customized jersey with my last name on it. NFL Shop did not print the last letter. I called customer service and was told that since it was customized, it was non returnable and non refundable. Why would I want a jersey with my name spelled wrong? They insisted it was my fault in ordering the product. I ordered correctly and why would they assume I made the mistake? Especially when they have a history of misspelling names? Famous NFL names! I asked for an address to write a complaint letter and they gave me a phone number that no one answers, they said they did not have a mailing address. If you are trying to get anything in a timely fashion do not order from them. Make sure to look at "processing time". They only count business days and often take up to 4 business days to process things. So even when you order FedEx can take almost 2 weeks to get to you. Their phone staff is not knowledgeable and to get to them you have to go through a voice prompting system that does not offer any option to talk to a representative, so you just have to scream "representative" multiples times until they transfer you. It's annoying that they have a monopoly on the majority of NFL gear, but I did buy an off brand item from Kohl's at the same time and received it within 3 days with no issues. I do not recommend using NFL.com and if you have to, make sure you have 2+ weeks before you need it. Good luck.

They earned ZERO stars - if I could give NEGATIVE stars I would! Before I could SEND... It said RATING is REQUIRED! I HAD to put in AT LEAST one star! ANOTHER DECEPTIVE tactic on NFL.com Consumer Affairs page. I ordered 2 football T-shirts online. Did NOT receive my 10% discount "at the end". Called the “need help” number on the screen to request the 10% credit as a refund. The Customer Service rep was RUDE, SASSY, and told me that he did the same thing on his screen and there was not a pop-up window offering 10% discount.
I told him that I felt their customer service was very poor and I felt like he was calling me a liar and I wanted to cancel my order. I paid through PayPal and the funds were “withdrawn” immediately. He told me it would take 7-10 days to return the funds to PayPal. Funds taken out of my account IMMEDIATELY… Canceled order within 5 minutes… 7-10 days to return the funds to my PayPal account! I ordered Christmas ornament for $4.49 and they showed the total be $6.10, never showing the total with shipping cost... I thought maybe the next page would show how much the shipping charge would be, no it just confirmed my order and charged my credit card then it showed the total was $21,09. $14.99 for shipping a little less than a pound ornament. When I called to cancel my order the customer service rep said, oh yea this always gets our customers. SMFH then why doesn't The NFL Shop change the deceiving ordering system? Beware when ordering. I recently ordered a custom hoodie Nov.16 as a Christmas gift for my nephew thinking that would be plenty of time as the site says items usually ship within 6 days. They charged my account immediately. Two weeks later I checked the order and it says "pending". I immediately reached out to customer service and they tell me the item isn't in stock. Well the item was in stock when I ordered it and I never received notification that it no longer was... yet they still charged me. When I asked them to cancel my order, they said all sales are final for custom orders and that it would be up to 3 days for them to "review" my request. I asked how the sale could be final if I didn't get my order and couldn't be guaranteed that I would.
I was told I was welcome to check the site frequently to see if it comes back in stock and was also told I needed to be patient as items were distributed first come first serve. I proceeded to explain AGAIN that I had already been charged and was never told it was not in stock and that they should not have allowed the sale to go thru if they couldn't handle the supply-demand and still it was implied that they did nothing wrong and that I was being unreasonable. My family and extended family are huge into sports gear but NFL.com has lost our business. I will never order from them again and encourage you not to as well. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered a Christmas present for my mom from the NFLShop.com website. When the item arrived, it was the wrong color. I contacted their customer service department and they informed me that the error was theirs and they would send me another one. When I asked if it was possible to change the size of the clothing item, I was rudely told that they did not have the ability to change the size. I then asked them to just cancel the order then. Once again I was rudely told that once an order is placed, they cannot order it. I asked to speak with a Supervisor who basically told me the same thing. I now have to wait until they ship the replacement, receive it and then ship them both back to them at the same time. Then I'll get my refund once they have both pieces of merchandise back. I was looking for a sport team shirt and landed on this site, proclaiming 30% off sitewide. When I received the confirmation the discount only offset the 13.99 shipping cost for the item! I went online the same day to try to cancel and was not able to even though order showed processing. When I received the item I went to the site to return and not only do they not refund shipping but also charge 5.50 for a return label! Cost of shipping and return would be almost as much as the item so decide to keep and give as a gift. Will never use this vendor again!

I Was browsing the NFL shop on cyber Monday hoping to get a decent deal on a jersey. Was hopeful when homepage Nflshop.com had a huge banner ad proclaiming 30% off sitewide, and 25% off Nike. I was excited, because although the Nike jerseys weren't the full 30% off, at least I could get a good 25% off! But as I selected jersey after jersey in all sizes and styles available, one thing remained constant... the original price. Despite applying the promo code every time I added a different jersey into the cart, it kept saying that the promo code did not apply to the item I wished to purchase.
I looked up the restrictions of the promo, and noticed that one of the exclusions was "limited quantity items." Upon seeing this, I went back and browsed through the various jerseys again, and noticed that each time I clicked on one, magically the item was "limited quantity." As if EVERY SINGLE jersey in every size, color and style was limited quantity??? Just a scam and a lie to prevent hardworking, loyal fans from supporting their team. Disgraceful. Will only be buying bootleg jerseys from eBay from now on! Screw Roger Goodell and everyone working for this awful scam league from the top to bottom.

I ordered an NFL jersey as a gift for a friend. The sizes were 40, 44, 48, 52, etc (not S, M, L, XL like you normally see). I ordered a 44, but got word soon after that he is a 46-48. I called to change the order after a few hours, seeking to get the size 48. I checked the status and saw that it was still being processed. Customer service WOULD NOT allow me to change or cancel and re-order because more than a half hour had passed! I asked to speak with a manager and the manager would not accommodate me either - even after confirming nothing had shipped and it was indeed still in the processing stage. This was a +$200 gift, so I was quite stunned that they either would not or could not make a simple change like this in the spirit of customer service. They are like the Ticketmaster of online retail. Needless to say, this will be my last dealing with NFLshop.com.

I ordered an NFL blanket on Black Friday. I ordered this because it was 30% off originally $50 so it should have been $35.00. The website also said I qualified for free shipping. Upon checkout, when reviewing my order it said the order total was $35.00 before I hit place order. The next morning I noticed in my email that they charged me $15.00 for 2 day shipping. I called customer service and they said they could not cancel my order because the shipping label had already been printed. I would never choose an upgraded shipping time and I would not have ordered this blanket in the first place if free shipping had not been advertised! I ordered over $500 (Long sleeve T-shirts, Scarf, Tablecloths, Fitted hat, Tent, chairs, Cars stickers and Car flags) worth of New Orleans Saints items in which several items were requested 2-day delivery. After not receiving the items, I called NFL Shop customer service department only to be told I needed to call Lasership because they needed more information after they attempted to delivery (this was an absolute lie). I asked both representatives what additional information do I need to give when the delivery company (Lasership) has my complete home address. The second representative told me I could not get a refund until I send the items back. I asked how do I send back something I have not received. I informed her the number for the delivery company (Lasership) does not allow you to speak with someone.
I also informed her NFL Shop would need to call their delivery company (Lasership) to track the package and they are going to give my money back. I would have never in a million years thought NFL Shop Would be so unprofessional. I told the representative that if I don’t receive my refund I’m going to pursue legal actions. I’m not going to give them $500+ and not receive my products. I will never order from them again. After reading these reviews, they appear to be scamming so many people.

I ordered a pair of shoes over on August. I waited and waited but my order wasn't even shipped. I called their customer service hotline only to find out that my order was canceled. I wouldn't have learned about the status of my order if I hadn't called them, I received no email whatsoever about the cancellation. NFLshop took money from my debit card upon finishing the transaction on August. I received no refund from them up until now. Their customer service agent/NFLShop company is lying when they said they issued a refund. Allow me to list the challenges I have faced: Poor website to unsubscribe from mailing list - do you want spam every hour? 12 days shipping 2-3 days to process your order and then another 10 days to get it shipped. (You can spend extra but why become disappointed with the NFL tactics of not being honest and clear about shipping.) Poor customer support - like you are doing them no favors for calling in and asking for help. Since their website is just a facade to allow you to manage anything in your account I have order twice and awful experience. NFL get it right and follow the Amazon model... Much easier and you do have $9 Billion in revenue... You have a monopoly and making it a drag to buy anything.

I ordered several shirts for an upcoming game. I chose to pay for two-day shipping instead of accepting the free shipping in order to receive the items before our game. Once I received confirmation of my purchase, one of the items said "ships within 3 business days". However, that would mean it would ship by Friday and since I paid for two day shipping I assumed they would make sure it arrived. But, that is not the way it works. My item will arrive on Monday after the game. They would not overnight it and did not offer any compensation. There are plenty of other websites I will order from next time.

I ordered a Camo Salute to Service Limited Julio Jones Jersey on Oct 15, 2018, online. Said it will be shipped Nov 15, 2018. Nov 13, 2018 I received an email stating my order was canceled, "Unfortunately, we were unable to fulfill an item in your order. We were unable to credit your original payment method for the full refund, and have issued a gift certificate for $25 which you can redeem at checkout NFLShop.com." This is a problem because, I used my own gift card of $25 on this order plus the remaining balance on my credit card which I still have not received the remaining balance to my credit card. I called to speak to a supervisor (Austin). I explain that I ordered this a month ago just to be told that it was ordered from another company and they didn't send them enough to fulfill their orders. That I can order something else. He explained that there is nothing he could do but give me an 30% off.
I ask to speak with the Head Supervisor over him and was told there is no one there right now and that when one comes in they will call me back. This is the second time this has happened to me. An order in July 18, 2018 I ordered 2 team shirts and team leggings. July 23, 2018 I received an email stating that, "We regret to inform you that due to a system connection error, your order has not been process and pay was not received. You can place your order again via our website or you can also contact us directly and we will be more than happy to place the order for you using your credit card information over the phone."
I contacted them directly because my bank statement showed that the payment had cleared my account. I was told, "It will take 7 day to return to your account." So I used a different credit card to replace my order and was told all three items were out of stock. Again this is the second time this has happened to me. I will not order from them again. I hope this helps everyone who thinks about ordering from the NFLSHOP.com online. Very bad business and false advertising about having items online. If I could give them a zero star I would.

I purchased the Nor Pac Draft King Comforter set through NFL shop but fulfilled maybe by Fanatics. It arrived today and is the cheapest comforter I have ever seen. The pillow shams which are to be for a king size pillow you have to overstuff the pillow in there and hope the sides don't blow out. Amanda @ NFL shop told me there wasn't anything she could do unless I wanted to return it for a refund. Think twice before buying as the picture they depict on their website shows something warm and comfortable... And arrives cheap and flimsy. As a Packers fan I was excited to receive this, washed it with care are per their own instructions only to be hugely disappointed. I do believe it says it is made in China.

I ordered a few items on Monday for a friend's birthday party this coming weekend. I created an NFL Shop and ShopRunner account. All 4 of my items were "ShopRunner Eligible." What I didn't know was that the ShopRunner account needed to be logged in to be eligible for the free 2 day shipping. That type of info needs to be more clearly listed on the website. I am buying stuff from NFL Shop, having to go to ANOTHER website and create ANOTHER account is absurd.
The required accounts were already created and I received the ShopRunner welcome email. I should have been automatically logged into ShopRunner but because of this ridiculousness my items won't be delivered until next Monday and one item won't arrive for another 2 weeks! So much for the default 3-7 day shipping. Customer Service really couldn't do anything except apologize and tell me to make sure that I am logged into ShopRunner before checking out. No need for future references as this will be my one and only purchase.

I ordered a jersey. Order went through, and I was told that it would ship in three business days. Over ten days later I still had no tracking order so I contacted them to be told that the order had been CANCELED without an email or anything. They 'ran out', and just canceled it without any contact to the buyer. What a crock. I suppose if I had not reached out that they would have continued to jerk me around. It was a gift that will now be very late. They could not have cared less. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

If I could give less than one star, I would. This is a horrendous company to do business with. I ordered two items on October 3rd, one "special event" item that had delayed shipping... BOTH shipments were HEINOUSLY bungled. First of all, they need to quit farming their shipping out to USPS and let FedEx deliver like their website would lead you to believe. The customer service is below subpar, and no one cares that you spent $200+ on merchandise and expect it to be delivered. My package was reported as delivered and it was NOT. When I reported this to customer service, they told me I hate to wait another two days and then they would take whatever action "is appropriate at that time." Garbage company, garbage customer service, garbage all the way around. I will NEVER order from this trash can again.

Purchased three items from the website, my bank account reflected transactions. I received an email that two of my items have shipped and one email that there was an issue and they cancelled my order and that I needed to call 855-222-2564. I called the number and the representative advised that they needed to confirm some information with me and then my items would ship. The problem with this is that my bank is reflecting the charges being taken out so if you needed to confirm my information before shipping then you should not have charged my account for the items only to process a refund for me to reorder my items.
Also, while they needed to confirm my information I was not able to access my profile through the website until they confirmed my information. The information that they needed to confirm was the busy intersection streets near my house. Like who does that??? I didn't tell you that I will give you my payment once I verify that you're a legit company... Your website should automatically route you to a representative to confirm information so that items can ship. My account is short because of the payments you took for an order in which you cancelled.

Attempted to order an NFL jersey for my daughter's birthday and they failed miserably. Website claimed item was in stock and ships within one day, so I purchased the jersey and paid for expedited shipping so that it would make it in time (her birthday was over one week away). I let a couple business days go and the order still said pending. Called them and the automated service said order was cancelled without explanation. I finally talked to a human that apparently had no power to do anything or find out anything and was told I would receive a call within 24-48 hours by someone that had some information. No call received, but received an email stating the order was cancelled, again with no explanation. The email stated that if I'd like further information I can call them. Horrible company to deal with! I'm hopeful that this will help someone avoid the frustration, steer clear of this company, and their horrible business practices.

I ordered a sweatshirt and when it arrived the logo was misprinted. Instead of it being in the middle of the item it was all the way up to the neck of it. When I wrote to the company about this they didn't seem to care and would only return and not just exchange it. It took 2 weeks after I sent the item back, after I received a confirmation that it arrived back at the warehouse for me to get a refund and I never received confirmation as noted in the last email of my refund. On top of that, when I checked my account, they didn't give me a full refund as stated in their return policy if said item was being return due to their " Mistakes". I would not recommend this company for ordering.

Lied about the order being shipped in 6 days then lied about it being shipped. FedEx said it's still at the company facility. They created a label because I called 4 times looking for my package. Customer service representative said they was having problems with that warehouse in Jacksonville Florida but couldn't ship it from somewhere else. My last 2 orders were lies. The NFL Shop emails me literally every days advertising free shipping, 2 day shipping, all kind of shipping. Well right before the season I ordered 2 T-Shirts & they were both suppose to be shipped in 2 days. I got one shirt but didn't get the other one until a week later. I thought no biggie, just as long as I had at least one of the shirts I could wear one that Sunday & the other one the next Sunday.
So on my 2nd order same thing, NFL Shop Advertised 2 day shipping again. I bought 2 more shirts, these were a little more expensive. I ordered the shirts at 7:00AM on a Thursday but I didn't get the "Your order has shipped" email. So I called their customer service the next day & asked what's the status on my order & the 1st lady told me that my order will be there Saturday. I said, "Okay, thank you," & we got off the phone. I waited to get my email saying that "Your Order has Shipped" but still nothing. So I called NFL Shop Customer service AGAIN & the next lady gave me a 10% discount & she refunded the falsely advertised 2 day shipping & she told me that my order would not ship out until the following Tuesday. I said, "Okay, thank you," & we got off the phone.
Monday morning comes around & I get an email saying that, "1 of your items has to be refunded because it is out of stock, discontinued or does not meet the NFL criteria list." So I called customer service for the 3rd time & spoke to one of the rudest supervisors that you may ever come across in your life. LOL. She clearly did not want to take the call. Anyway, I asked how come the remaining shirt didn't ship & she gets mad & starts trying to tell me that all of my money had been refunded. At this point I am annoyed. I'm like when I ordered this stuff from you guys it said AVAILABLE!!! I called 2 other times & even did a freakin discount & you guys told me it would ship the following Tuesday. I ordered an Alvin Kamara shirt (didn't look for reviews first, obviously!). The shirt was completely blank on the back (should have been Kamara and 41) I called their customer service, what a joke. On hold for 14 minutes, then talked to Kayla. She said she would send me a return label so I could return the product. Then they would send the correct shirt (5-7 business days later!) The shirt was a gift; this delay would have the shirt here after their birthday. No compensation from the company; they really don't care. I can see why they have a horrific rating. Do not order from this company. The only way they stay in business is because of idiots like me that don't look at reviews before ordering.

On September 24th I ordered a Birthday Present for my husband and that same day I received an email that it shipped. The next day I received an email from FEDEX that I would have the package on the 28th which was awesome, just in time for my husband’s Birthday. I woke up on the 28th to an email that I now won't receive the package until the 29th, now I am irritated. I spoke with 2 different Customer Service Reps and they said, “Well you were the one who chose free shipping,” wow that's great customer service. Plus on top of that I don't know when I am even getting the shirt because all of sudden my tracking now says pending and no information other that. Very disappointed. I ordered a jersey that said it would be available in 3 weeks, and then 3 weeks later I get an email that it’s another 4 weeks out (so the season will be half over at this point). I checked the website and it shows the jersey as in stock, so I called and the lady said “the website isn’t always accurate.” I’m upset because I could have ordered it from another site and gotten by now but I assumed it would be better to order it from the NFL Shop. Boy, was I wrong!!! And of course they charged my credit card 3 weeks ago so I had to request and wait for a refund. My friend bought me a jersey for Christmas, but it was too small so I had to return it. I ended up having to pay for the shipping to return it, as well as the shipping on the new jersey. After washing the jersey one time the numbering is peeling. I didn't even put it in the dryer. When I chatted with them they said it was past the 90 day return policy. I would not recommend anyone buying anything from this store. If this was something under $50 I could understand, but when you spend over $100 on an item of clothing you expect it to last longer than a year at least. Don't waste your money!

Sad to say but this was my first AND LAST purchase from NFL Shop website! Back on 08/26/18, we purchased 2 jackets, 2 shirts and a backpack for an upcoming Steelers game this weekend. Here it is, one day shy of being a month later and the full order still has not arrived! I have spoken with their Live Chat staff 3 times and their 1-877 number all to be told there is nothing they can do since this purchase is through a 3rd party and apparently they have "run out" of one of the jackets and they are "on hold". I have asked for a refund to which NFL Shop staff have stated they cannot do; I have to wait for the 3rd party to cancel the order and they will issue the refund. Really? I followed this status for 2 weeks and no updates. I finally called NFL Shop customer support on 9/17/18 asking what's going on with my shipping? I'm not the type to complain but I pacifically told my kids I would have them two New Cowboy jerseys. By the end of the week when the Cowboys played the Giants we were having a big party and quite a few people were showing up I wanted my kids to be wearing their team colors so I pacifically bought two jerseys and to press the button that said 2 day shipping. I was supposed to be receiving it no later than September 16th which was 2 days after my original purchase date. However, when I received the XL Women's Jersey, it was the size that would only fit a child. I was told it cannot be returned because it was customized. I ordered a Rams Justin Lawler jersey. It had the wrong number on the site. I called and told them the right number. The guy told me I was right and he put a ticket in for Nike with the right number. Told me if they do send the wrong one they would replace it. Well long story short it was my fault for ordering the wrong number. They will not replace it. I ordered a custom Giants tee shirt, with my husband name and number and the lettering and the numbering on the tee shirt is way too big. The lettering and number is not the same ratio as the picture and is so huge that you can see it three blocks away. This is not what a Pro-line tee shirt looks like... It seems as though they were trying to fill the order so fast that they used any iron lettering. My husband is a die-hard Giants fan and I cannot give him this shirt. I wrote to the company for another shirt with proper lettering, even though it's a no return policy and waiting to hear back. They should be ashame to put this lettering on any sports attire... The Giants would be upset and so am I.

When I ordered a custom jersey for my 4-year-old's birthday, it did not deliver twice. I live in a house on a street and it stated it was undeliverable. When speaking with customer service they said they could not contact them as they had no information, that blows my mind considering you are dealing with this shipping company. How do you not have any contact information or know where their carrier guns are. Landmark Global is also **. No way to get ahold of anyone to figure out how to get your package. This does not make any sense to me. This website and courier I don’t trust. Will never order anything from them again.

I ordered some jerseys but my bank rejected the payment so I did some research. I found that this company has a lot of dissatisfied customers who have been mislead. The first red flag was when they tried to charge me for more money than what was listed on the checkout page. I went to their FAQ area and read this: "11. Why do you charge my card more than your product price?" "We only receive the product price. The extra money may be charged by the blank as the blank fee. Hope you can understand." NOTICE THE WRONG SPELLING OF BANK? This is a RED FLAG that this company is most likely from another country and might be a scam where you don't get what you see or ordered. If you get your order. Thank goodness for my bank! I suggest you stay far away from this place.

I ordered an Eagles Super Bowl Champions polo right after they won the Super Bowl. The shirt I ordered was nearly all black and stated that the graphics would be embroidered on the shirt. Since I placed the order, the image of the shirt changed to black with gray sleeves. I didn't check the description at the time but received my shirt today and found out the item description also changed from embroidered graphics to heat sealed graphics. I paid $60 for a black shirt with embroidered graphics and received a black and grey shirt with heat sealed graphics.
I have since spoken with their customer service department several times and they are beyond useless. When explaining what was going on, the customer service agent said they would normally offer a replacement but the item is currently out of stock. She didn't seem to grasp the fact that the item description completely changed since I ordered the item and therefore a replacement was pointless because I would once again receive an incorrect item. She then said she'd waive the return fee which was obvious since they screwed it up.
However, after waiting about 3 weeks on a special event item. I can no longer find the item I originally ordered since everything is out of stock everywhere. So I had to settle for an incorrect shirt with a slight discount just so I could have something from the Super Bowl win. Overall, terrible and completely useless customer service. They could not provide me a reason for the complete change of the item I ordered. I also noticed the item number listed in their order confirmation and the PayPal transaction did not match up. I will NEVER again order from them.

So, I ordered a custom Saints sweatshirt for my boyfriend's birthday... The patch completely peeled off the first time he wore it! So embarrassing. They had a fancy iron on made but didn't bother to iron it on. Worth a crap when they should have sewn it in the first place... considering it took extra processing days. When I contacted them about it they told me (after I read that it was non-returnable due to custom nature) that they could return it but not offer me a refund. I told her I didn't want another one sent just to have this happen again. I just wanted a refund... My boyfriend liked the design & we can get it sewn on but the point is this whole thing was unnecessary; especially for the price.
They offered me a $15 refund for a $75 item... ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! That didn't even cover my original cost of shipping. When I asked her why they couldn't at least offer half of the cost of the item like most places she said she was sorry but that was the best she could do. Talk about pissed. Never again ordering from here... I hope my review helps some of you guys avoid issues!

I used NFL Shop for the FIRST time on Feb. 3rd (and it will be the last!). I placed an order, apparently this was a "Special Event item' scheduled to be shipped LAST Wed. 2/7, it didn't. As of 2/15, the order is still showing as "New." (Normal orders show as New when you first place them, then "Processing," then "Shipped") I have contacted Customer Service 4 times so far, 2 times via live chat, 2 times via phone and the customer service reps are clueless useless fools. Sorry to be so harsh but that's what it is.
What absolutely irks me is my card was immediately charged early morning Sun. Feb 4th - so they already have my money! The live chat I had on Tuesday morning, the responses to my questions were extremely slow, 1-2 minutes from my question to a template based answer that resolved nothing at all - and of course like any website, phone call you make, these companies want to to take a customer satisfaction survey. If I get decent customer service and a big issue is resolved, yeah I have no problem letting them know the rep was very helpful. If it's poor... sorry, not wasting my time unless they are going to give me something in return. These never improve service anyway.
My LATEST phone call about my order again, this morning. This woman, who sounded like she was eating an early lunch as she was talking softly lets me know "your order is scheduled to ship February 7th" - Seriously? I was floored, I immediately kind of snickered in disbelief and told her, "ok, can you tell me what today's date is?" There was a brief pause, then she said "Feb 15." Then puts me on hold to 'look into it' (yeah, sure.) Comes back and tells me it will ship today, you get an email with a tracking number (yes I know that!). Then tells me the warehouse is behind schedule. 8 days behind schedule? I realize the Super Bowl, Playoffs. Christmas are probably the most hectic times for them. But again, 8 days behind?
As for MY inconvenience I wanted free upgrade shipping since I explained - again - that they already charged my card, the info you just gave me about my item will be shipped 8 days... in the past. But no, she mumbled again, refused to upgrade. So do I think my item will ship today... no. If it does I'll be stunned. I plan to call again in a few hours to maybe get someone with a brain cell, and get a straight answer, no I won't deal with the useless "Live Chat" on the site again. Perhaps I'll get lucky. If this was some 10-15 dollar order, I wouldn't be AS ticked off, that doesn't matter though. This is just junk service! I just only wish this item was available in nearby stores in my area, it's not and that's why I chose this site. In fact the item I bought is sold out on every site I've checked! When the Eagles won the Super Bowl I ordered the T-Shirt, the beanie, and the towels. I never received confirmation that the order went through but the money was out of my account. The website said “Ships before 2/12”. I just received the shirt but there was no beanie or towels and when I asked they said it would ship in another 3 days. Almost two weeks after I placed the order. I could have driven to Philadelphia and bought my stuff there and got it faster. When I talked to customer service they never claimed fault and when I complained about when it was supposed to ship they said “Is there anything else I can help you with?” I may never shop through them again.

Both items were listed as in stock with 4-5 day delivery, plenty of time before the game. 2 weeks later and 2 days after the game I'm still waiting on the package. I called customer support 2x the week before the game to cancel the order but was promised it would arrive before the game. They said customer service received a "memo" that all orders would arrive before the game as promised. This was a lie, I'm sure they screwed a lot of people with false shipping promises and were banking on customers keeping the items regardless of them arriving after the season had ended. I will be returning the package as soon as it arrives and will never order from NFLShop.com or Fanatics again. I advise everyone to avoid.

I am a die hard Philadelphia Eagles fan, and was very excited to see that they were going to the Super Bowl this season. I wanted to buy some fan gear for the game, so I had decided to order from an online site. I chose NFL Shop, because of the name (had never used them before). I placed my order for a Special Event Jay Ajayi game jersey and a conference championship shirt on 26 January with expedited shipping. I received a confirmation email that stated that I would receive my items by 3 February, the day before the Super Bowl game. Well, I didn't receive my items before the game and was totally devastated since the Eagle had won the game. A few days later, I received an email stating that my shirt was shipped, but the jersey was delayed. I didn't receive my first item via expedited shipping, so I contacted customer service and they refunded my shipping fee/gave me a partial refund on my jersey and told me that I would receive my jersey 10 February.
Got an email on 6 February that my jersey is yet delayed again with no confirmation of a delivery date this time. I am totally infuriated at this point!!! I called customer service again, and I demanded to know the reason that the jersey that I had purchased has been delayed for a third time. This time I was told that my jersey would ship by 16 February. I exploded! I told the agent that I was going to order the same jersey from another service to prove that they could beat this last promised delivery date from NFL Shop (even with the expedited shipping that I had originally purchased), then I will call NFL Shop back to cancel my jersey order with a refund of my remaining balance, as well as finding an avenue to leave the worst review that I could possibly give.
I also told the customer service agent that it's apparent that NFL Shop would have as many so called issues as they are having when the Eagles win their very first and only Super Bowl, but I bet that never happens when customers/fans purchase Patriots gear. LMAO, then she gave me another partial refund on the jersey. NFL Shop is such a fake, and a joke, and I can assure everyone out there that I will never be using their lack of services again. Please don't fall into the same trap that I did.

Ordered an Eagles jersey on January 25, next to the jersey it said Special Event item, would ship before January 31. January 31 rolls around and no confirmation email, nothing. So I called and did an online chat with customer service. They apologized for the confusion, but I was pretty clear that the website stated would not ship any later than January 31. On Thursday, I contacted again and they said it would arrive at my house on Saturday January 3, I made sure to ask that it would be arriving at my house on Saturday, not being shipped on Saturday.
Well, did not get my confirmation shipping email until 02/02. Needless to say, I did not get my jersey before the game. This is clearly a reoccurring issue, it is not just due to the Superbowl. It now says I will not get that jersey until Feb. 08, but that jersey will be returned the minute it gets here. If you need an item quickly or expect it by a certain day don't order on NFL Shop, but if you are fine waiting do as you please. All in all bad customer service, and was extremely disappointed. But Go Birds.

Despite the NFL brand name, this website is a joke. I placed an order in January and my confirmation e-mail states, and I quote, "This item will be shipped no later than Friday, February 2nd." It's now the 5th, and no information or tracking available. I called customer service, they said I'll be sent an e-mail when it's shipped. Why say no later than Feb. 2nd, if they can't, and then take no responsibility at explaining why they lied. They took my money immediately though but no merchandise as they claim. Forget buying here if it's a gift on a special date.

I ordered a Super Bowl T-shirt, Jan.26, paid for shipping, fully expecting to receive it before the Super Bowl. NOT! It was in stock and available. I still have not received it as of Feb.5 and according to the FedEx tracking, I won't get it until Feb.8. Seriously. Not only am I disappointed, I am mad. Who cares about wearing the T-Shirt now. There is nowhere on the NFL.com site to write a review or comment, that I saw. I found this site to voice my concerns and see others are having the same issue! NEVER will I buy from NFL.com again. I often shop on-line, from many different companies and have never had to wait this long for an item to be delivered. What a waste of my time and money!

This is the second time I ordered from the NFLshop.com. First was a customized hoodie with name and number on the back. Decal on the back was completely off center! Called them and they re-sent another one. Now order conference champion shirts, waited almost 2 weeks for the shirts and yet another shirt ordered with the underdog decal on it came off centered again. This is how you conduct business??? You have the NFL name attached to your business. I don't understand how this place is still in business.

I ordered a Super Bowl T-shirt as a gift for my son on January 24th. It is now Super Bowl Sunday and the T shirt has STILL not arrived!!! I called customer service and they took no responsibility for this fiasco and abysmal customer service. They blamed the shipping company which is not my problem. It is theirs. The "best" NFL Shop can offer is 30% off a T-shirt that they failed to deliver for the big day! A huge disappointment and customer service failure. If I had known this, I never would have bought a product from them and will never do so again. The worst customer experience ever! You've been warned.

I ordered a jersey for my husband as a gift. I did so with high hopes that it would actually come before the Super Bowl. The website stated that “special event” items would be shipped by Wednesday. To make certain, I paid a fee for expedited shipping. Well, by 2/1/2018 I became concerned and called their customer care. They assured me it would be here. Yet, it didn’t come and it won’t until Monday. I’m very upset and disappointed. This was a total waste of time and money.

I ordered a Super Bowl Jersey specifically for tomorrow. I placed the order last week using overnight shipping. My jersey is still not here almost 2 weeks later, and is not arriving until the day after the Super Bowl. I’m very disappointed! This is false advertising and I will not purchase anything from the NFL shop EVER AGAIN! You guys should be ashamed! Especially after the fiasco that happened with other people’s orders placed for Christmas!

I ordered a Zach Ertz jersey for my son on Tue 1/23. They took my payment immediately, on Wed 1/24. They said they would ship by 1/31. What??? Why wait a week from the time you have my payment until the time you put the jersey in a package? Now they say it's in Ohio, and will arrive in PA by 2/6. No, that's not good enough, the Superbowl is 2/4. I hope that FedEx makes up for NFL Shop's failure and delivers sooner. #flyeaglesfly

I am extremely disappointed in the advertising scams that NFL Shop is participating in. On January 21 after the football game, an ad came across Facebook about ordering Eagle Items to be "prepared for the Superbowl" as I am an Ajayi fan, I decided to order a Tshirt with the number 36 and Ajayi on the back. It was the women's. The website had Guaranteed free shipping within three business days. I received a confirmation email from NFL Shop. It too stated, "Your order will be shipped within three business days" - well guess what?? It is now Feb 1 and my order hasn't even been processed let alone shipped. But they sure took my money.
After a long online "chat" with a customer service rep, I was told that the item I ordered was actually a "Preorder" item and that there is not any anticipated ship date as of today! She inferred that I was not the first person to complain, however, in looking at the website today and the item I ordered, it is still being advertised as "will ship within three business days." So long story short. Don't expect any item you purchase from them to be shipped in a timely manner. They choose to Scam customers into paying money when they KNOW items will not ship as promised.

Ordered custom shirt for daughter 8 days prior to Super Bowl. I called Servicing to confirm status since it is the 3rd day and I still have not received confirmation the order has shipped. Rep stated it is in process but gave zero assurance it would be mailed today. Rep advised order is due to arrive February 9th since it is being shipping from Kentucky. I can drive to Kentucky in less than 12 hours but it takes 9 calendar days for my shirt to arrive. My daughter was crushed. Spoke to so called Supervisor Jasmin who provided no help other than repeating what the previous rep stated.
Asked for her Supervisor and she went into complete stall tactic mode by placing me on hold and then returning stating her Manager was not in and they would call me back within 24 hours (step 1 in stall tactic handbook). Also, she somehow did not know the name or number to the President of her company, not the Corporate Office Number, Retention Department and blatantly lied saying she knows who her General Manager (Deidre **-If she even exists) is but does not know her contact number. If you are ok waiting 15 days for your product by all means purchase but buyer beware because you have been warned!

I posted the other day about two issues. One involved the wait time between ordering and shipping Super Bowl items and what seemed to be late shipping of the items. It seemed as if Super Bowl items for my 91 year old father would not arrive on time. Well, here it is — the day before the Super Bowl — and my items have arrived! So, my complaint was premature (and I could not remove the original.) I still have a problem with a code that was not applied for free shipping, but I will deal with that later.

Ordering from NFL.com seems easy enough. They promise shipping dates and even free shipping with a special code. Well, the shipping date for my first item, for which I paid the shipping cost, has come and gone. Nothing has happened with the item yet. I will not receive it on time, and I cannot cancel the order. Stupid me. I ordered a second item a few days later. This time I used the free shipping code but was charged shipping anyway. I would never recommend this group.

I had placed a custom-made order 2 weeks before the Superbowl (Jan 21). The website made the impression that when you order, and still today, you receive your item on time before the Superbowl. My item will arrive a day after the game and by then it's worthless, no refund. I'm beyond disappointed, and I felt that they mis-advertised. I would have paid extra if I would have known that the shipping can take up to 10 business days. All they did was refund my shipping.

I have placed multiple orders with NFL Shops but I will never again. I ordered a Zach Ertz jersey for my nephew and paid extra for two day shipping since I was traveling to go see him and needed the jersey before I left. When I didn't receive any confirmation on shipping I called the customer service line and was told the item would take up to 7 days to ship. When I asked what was the point to pay extra for shipping the gal on the phone tried to blame the delay on their supplier. Thanks for ruining my surprise for my nephew. I'm done with you.

I ordered a GB MEN'S PRINTED SHIRT, and received a GB WOMEN'S V-NECK PRINTED SHIRT. They put the blame on "the manufacturer" because it is a "manufacturer direct item". Um... I didn't purchase from the "manufacturer", I purchased from your site, you should back up your products and service. Take a lesson from Amazon. It's not like the NFL is running out of money. Their return policy is shady and deceptive. They say 90 day returns, but if it's a customized item, you must report the problem within 30 days. I think I contacted them at 34 days. Either way, their customer service is highly inflexible and does not favor the customer. I will never do business with them again! I got off lucky as this was under $40. I highly recommend everyone should stay away at all costs!!!

I placed an order at www.nflshop.com before reading these reviews. I then became very concerned after seeing all the negative posts. I ordered a Pittsburgh Steeler hat and jersey. The hat was a preorder item and the website said it would ship out no later than a certain date and the jersey would be shipped with it as well. They shipped out the items on the day they promised. I was able to track the package and even though I selected standard shipping, I received the order pretty quickly. Everything I ordered arrived perfectly, so I have to say I was very satisfied with my order.

On Dec 2 2017 I purchased a custom jersey for my mom for X-mas. I received an email saying my order will be shipped by 12/14. That date came and went and I never received a shipping confirmation so I called their customer service. He assured me the order was in process and it would be delivered by the 26th. 26th got closer and still no shipping notification received so again I called customer service. This time I was told the order would ship by the 26th... that it takes 14 business days. 27th rolls around and still no shipping notice. Once again I call customer service and I was told something could be wrong with the order. A ticket was submitted and I'd be contacted in 72 hours. I received my response today... the item is out of stock and won't be shipping and they'll refund my $ in 2-10 business days!!! Horrible experience and horrible customer service!

I placed my sons Christmas gift on December 7, 2017 which was a Arizona cardinal hooded sweatshirt. As of today December 27, 2017 I have not received his Christmas gift. I called the NFL Shop on 12/23/2017 and a supervisor named Rhonda told me she cannot do anything because it still showed in the system that it was going to be delivered 12/23/2017. Today 12/27/2017 I called the NFL Shop and spoke to Rhonda again and she said they cannot do anything about and would refund only the shipping cost which is $4.99. The NFL shop is a joke and I will never order from them again and will make sure my friends and family know how they treat their customers.

I have never ordered from NFL Shop before and never will again. I ordered a pint glass and gift bag 12/14 and paid $15.99 for expedited delivery. I received an e-mail confirming my order and another not shortly after saying my order is shipped. Well, I receive a giant box with nothing but the gift bag. I call the next day and was told that the pint glass was not in stock. I ask when it will be in stock and their reply was "I don't know." They said they will e-mail the warehouse to reply to me and let me know when to expect shipment.
A few days go by and I follow up again on 12/22 after checking the status of my order because I went on the NFL Shop site and saw that the pint glass was back in stock. This time I spoke to Shadaro who told me she cannot re-ship a pint glass to me because she shows that I was refunded the pint glass price of $9.99 because it was never shipped. So while we were on the phone, I check my account -- no refund. I told her this and she said it takes 5-7 business days for the refund to show up. She said that I can re-order and they will charge my account again. I told her no because they still had my money.
By this time I was getting upset. I told her that I would like to be refunded by expedited shipping because this item was supposed to be a Christmas present that I will never receive. She said -- "Well, you did receive the gift bag." Excuse me? I will not pay $15.99 to ship a $4.99 gift bag. She then quickly told me she will refund half. I say NO. I want full shipment charges back because the point of this order was the pint glass to be received before Christmas and I was never going to get that. I ask to speak to a supervisor. Tamara came on the line and told me that they show I was refunded the $9.99 but that she will refund my full shipping. I told her to please send an e-mail to me letting me know that this is the case. She promised that yes, she will e-mail me. NO E-MAILS AT ALL.
I let Christmas pass then 12/27, I check my account. I show the refund for the shipping but still no refund for the pint glass. So, I call again and was told that the transaction has been closed because I received a refund for the pint glass and the shipping charges. I told Katrina from customer service that I never received the refund for the pint glass that was supposed to have been refunded before the shipping charges. So, I told her to just send me the pint glass since they were now in stock and all would be resolved. She said she cannot re-send it to me but I can re-order and pay them $9.99 but will ship for free. Why would I pay them another $9.99 for a pint glass when they still had my money? I said no and it is either they refund my account or they send me a new pint glass with no extra charges.
Again, I ask to speak to a supervisor. I spoke to Ara who gave me a rundown of my charges and refunds based on their system. I then gave her a rundown of my bank account giving her dates of the original charge and the date of the shipping refund, but no pint glass refund. I even offered to send her a copy of my bank information showing this. She said all she can do is start a "ticket" asking for the powers that be to refund my $9.99. I asked that this information be sent to me in an e-mail since the ONLY e-mails I have received were a total of 2 -- the original purchase confirmation e-mail and an e-mail showing they had shipped the gift bag out to me. She promised to do so but I am afraid I will not hold my breath for this e-mail. I will likely never receive one.
The way that they handle orders is completely shady. There are no e-mails informing consumers that their order is not complete. No e-mail that states that since none are in stock, they will refund you your purchase. There is no e-mail of any kind of contact with customer service. There is absolutely no communication informing a consumer of their order status. It seems that they take the money and in writing it shows you have the items you ordered. There is nothing in writing, no proof, that you do not have an item, it was cancelled, or it was refunded. They still have my money. It's not a lot -- $9.99 -- but I can only imagine how frustrating it is for others who have larger, more expensive orders. Shady practices in my opinion. We will see if I will get my refund.

As one of a couple of gift items I received from NFL from my employer, I need to return a pair of boots for a different size. First of all, the first contact number NFL gives at the top of their site is INCORRECT. It is NOT 1-855-288-8842. I only realized this after calling this number 3 times, being transferred to a supposed agent, only to get a recording that said "The number you have dialed is incorrect". What? So I saw a different number for Customer Service at bottom of site page, which I "assume" is correct--which is 1-855-210-8829. I have been on hold now for almost 20 minutes, listening to a breakup music recording, with no reminder confirming I'm in a call queue or that someone will be answering, so I don't know if anyone is even working there today! (It's Dec. 26th).
Flash forward--I finally did get assistance, and agent was helpful, but the former issues are still complaints. I am also disappointed that NFL does not have an "exchange" process, or can place items on back order. Now I am left with watching and waiting until the item becomes available in "my" size, (IF it does), before I can even initiate the return process as a "gift". (Thanks NFL, for making the process more cumbersome for consumers).
Updated on 02/03/2018: As a Christmas gift from my employer, I received a nice pair of team boots, that were unfortunately one size too big. To avoid inconveniencing my boss (who has very little time), and avoid embarrassment, I decided to return them as "received as a gift". I followed all instructions given to me step by step over the phone with a rep. Weeks later, I had not received the expected "gift certificate" to allow me to make a future purchase, so I contacted customer service by phone. She told me what had happened, but based on my situation, she produced a "ticket" (because representatives are apparently not "empowered" to handle such situations). 3-5 business days after that, I get an email reply basically saying, "sorry, but we refunded the item amount back to the original form of payment" (my employer), and they cannot honor my request for a gift certificate at this point. I was livid!
I called back, explained the entire situation to a supervisor, and the fact that my employer buys extensively from them. I explained why I should be given a gift certificate, despite the fact that they had already credited my employer's credit card. I did absolutely "everything" right, yet I was still paying the price, and not going to be able to get my item. The right thing to do would've have been to soak up the mistaken refund they already made, AND honor my original request for a gift certificate. But no, that's not the attitude of the NFL Shop. The supervisor apologized, and explained that the "system" would not allow them to credit an item twice. I said, "then your system is flawed. If you have absolutely no way of having flexibility to allow customer service gestures in this sort of situation, when ALL the evidence proves this was YOUR fault, then that is unacceptable and ridiculous for a retail store."
No customer service business should be without a means of appeasing customers when unusual circumstances arise, and particularly, when the customer is not at fault. Also, the fact that I had to talk to a supervisor, when in fact a representative should be empowered to handle these sorts of situation, is also ridiculous. To top it all off, although the item that was ordered is a VERY popular item, (and no one EVER has enough size 7 shoes), they will likely not get any more sizes in again until the next football season. So, apparently, their supply resource store is in a foreign country (China? India?), or maybe they are just too cheap to order more. Either way, nothing they do is in the customer's interest. They just want to take your money--and to hell with "you".

I placed a $108.00 on NFLSHOP.COM 12/18/17. The promotion was GUARANTEED BY 12/23/17 OR IT'S FREE. After tracking my package I will not receive until 12/27/17. I placed a call inquiring about when I will receive my refund and I was informed that a $65.00 refund would be applied. According to their supervisors (I spoke to 2 of them) who were absolutely rude and insulting my intelligence. They told me under terms and conditions (which were NOT under the promotion, or anywhere I could find on the website) that it "clearly" states the maximum refund is $65.00. You cannot promote a "Guaranteed by 12/23 or its free!" deal for Christmas and THEN change the rules when you have customers who did not receive their packages as promised. This is fraud and false advertisement.

Ordering the products was a nightmare! First, the day after Thanksgiving they raised their prices $10 and then listed certain items for 10% off. Of course all of the items I was ordering didn't qualify for the discount so I had to pay more for the items than the listed price a week prior. Then during ordering, I selected the base shipping fee of $4.99. Once I entered in my payment information they charged me for the 2 day shipping of $16.99 and didn't give me notice until they already ran my card. I had to call and be placed on hold for about 30 minutes to change it. Then the products arrived. I ordered a black hat that came with crusty fingerprints all over. And an $80 Hoodie with the name of this team player on it. When we got the $80 Hoodie, the letters are already peeling off! I will never ever order from this company again and will warn all my friends not to either!

I am beyond pissed with NFL Shop. I order a custom jersey for my boyfriend for Christmas on the 15th and did the Guaranteed arrive by the 23rd. It has yet to come. I called NFL Shop and they tell me that FedEx had troubles and the flight was delayed. I mean I understand things happen but NFL Shop needs to honor their word. When I called they said if I don’t get it by the day after Christmas they will refund me 65$. The jersey was 150$! I’m so mad and since it is a custom jersey I can’t send it back. Never order from them again!!! What make me even more mad is that I track my order and it’s been in my hometown since this morning!

I placed an order for a Jersey on Dec. 3. The note by the jersey said it would ship Dec. 21. I waited for a while and continued to check and the order still said "new". I called customer service about this and she explained it to me. I told her it was a Christmas present and she kindly told me she would change the shipping to 2 day shipping for no extra charge. I thanked her and waited. Dec. 21 the order was shipped as noted, only when I went to track the order, it was to arrive Dec. 28!
I again called customer service and she checked into it and told me the person I talked to previously never changed the shipping and there wasn't anything she could do about it. I told her that someone wasn't getting a Christmas present now because of their screw up. This site should know that if someone is placing an order in Nov or Dec. it's most likely for Christmas and they need to expedite these orders and ensure they get there in time! I will never order from here again and I hope that if anyone orders from here, they make sure they don't need it for a specific time because there's no guarantee you will get it!

I am very dissatisfied. I consider it to be false advertisement if you order something and then pay the extra for expedited delivery and they tell you that it is when the items are processed. If I order early in the morning, which is what I did, and pay for two day shipment, that is expectation. My expectation is not for your customer service agents to tell me that it is according to when it is processed. That is not how it is advertised. I paid for two day delivery and that what every other company that I have dealt have done. I paid for my early delivery. If you are going to tell someone that it is based when the order is processed, then it needs to be advertised. If pay for two day shipment, I expect two day shipment.
Then to make things worse, there are rude customer service reps (one named Andrea and one named Erica) who either have the audacity to hang-up on you when you and one who is obviously a young woman... I am 60... calling me "sweetie." Train these young folk to be customer service worthy and or don't give them the job. I have purchased from this company for the last five years. This will be the last time.

I purchased two expensive Jets NFL jackets from the NFL Shop and both zippers were defective and broke before they were even washed. NFL does not stand behind their products. Both were for my grandson and were well taken care of. The zippers they used were defective and the company should have stood behind the product but would not. It will cost me a lot to get the zippers replaced because of the thickness of the material but I will do as my grandson loved the jackets. What a shame that companies with such a known status can do this to a good customer. I will no longer purchase from them and also will not recommend them to anyone.

I bought a Jersey on Black Friday for 30% off. It was too small and not sized right. Wanted to exchange for the same one in a larger size. You must send the item back (with a fee) and then purchase the item that you want. It was no longer on sale and I was told too bad, they will not honor that or any other discount. Customer service said that there was nothing that they could do. I would have to pay $30 more for the same thing that I had bought. I just that I should have known that the Jerseys ran small. So beware, they will not do an even exchange. No other company treats customers like that.

Ordered a customized jersey from this place 2 weeks ago. They billed my credit card right away and I received an email stating that my order would be shipped in 2 business days and would receive an email when my order ships, a week goes by and no email and my order status on their site says "New" which basically means that I placed an order with them. I call them and the woman I spoke to claims that she couldn't find my order and would expedite it to resolve my issue and would receive an email by the end of day with an updated status of my order and shipping date.
Never got the email. So I call again the following day spoke to another woman who amazedly found my order on the first try and told me that she didn't know why my order has not been processed and that it was supposed to be shipped 3 days after I ordered it. She apologized for the inconvenience and refunded my shipping cost and said she would expedite my ticket and would receive an email by the end of the day with an updated status and shipping date. Now it's almost a week after this conversation, got the shipping cost refund but no email, order status on their site still says new, so I call again. Now I speak to a man, that can barely speak English, and tells me that order has not been processed yet and he too would expedite my ticket. I told him not to bother. I want to cancel my order.
He told me to hold, when he got back on the line he told me that I can't cancel my order because I ordered a custom item and they already started making it, now this is when I got angry, he had just told me that my order hasn't been processed yet so how can they have started making my jersey? He had no answer for that just kept saying the order could not canceled. Frustrated I hung up and called my credit card and had dispute the charges, funny thing the woman I spoke to from credit card told me I was like the fifth person that week to call and dispute their charge from the NFL Shop. Long story short DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Decided to update our 15 year old Raiders gear. Went to the Official NFL site that directs you to The Official nflshop.com. The site is not user friendly, once items in cart, added coupon, was charged a minimal fee for regular ship. Once purchased it offered free overnight shipping on orders over $100 - I spent $200. I immediately contacted customer service to have them change to overnight ship, which should have automatically happened once your cart is over the $100's, they told me they couldnt change because it was already boxed up. Really! In 5 minutes, I don't think so. I decided not to argue, asked for a ship cost credit, $4.99 for the ground I was forced to choose. They agreed.
After reading other reviews here, I hope I receive my credit back in a timely manner. I would NOT ever shop here again or refer to anyone. You'll have a more enjoyable shopping experience driving to your nearest sporting store or department store.

As an NFL fan, I ordered my first jersey on November 20 since 2011 and was really excited for it to come in. It had told me that the latest it would ship out would be December 5. At the time I wasn't too concerned about that because usually when I order something online it says it will come in late but the it actually tends to come in much earlier than expected.
After about a week and a half, I asked all my friends on how long their jersey from NFLShop.com took to come in and they all said that it took between 4-8 days for their jersey to come in. It has been 14 days, and according to their tracking order feature, it is still being processed and it still hasn't even been shipped out yet. I have contacted their customer service through call and the live chat feature, and they told me that it was a special event item which makes no sense to me because there was a sitewide sale. I especially wanted my jersey before today because I live in NC and I am a Saints fan, so I wanted to have it to show it out. Super disappointed because it seems like they're waiting last second to ship it, when it really should only take a week maximum.
Updated on 12/17/2017: It is now December 17th and my order still has not even shipped out yet. It was supposed to ship out on December 5th but they had revised the ship date to December 15th. I waited an extra 10 days for the item to ship. On the 15th at around 4 PM, I used the live chat feature to see where my product was because it was supposed to ship out on that date and their employer told me that it would ship out later today. I kept asking her if she was sure whether or not there would be a new revised ship date, she kept ensuring me that there won't be another revised ship date.
The next day I checked on the status of the order, and it said the same thing as the past few weeks. So I talked to another person and they told me that it would ship out on the 18th. Also, I called their customer service number, and it was completely useless because the AI wouldn't let me talk to a real person and it kept saying the status of the order over and over, which is why I used the live chat feature. I was nice enough to give them two stars last time, but if I could give 0 stars or less, I would. I have waited a month just for an item to ship. The little kid inside me has completely been shut down and I'm not even excited for this jersey anymore.

I called Nflshop.com concerning their price promotions and how I had some things in my cart and then the price changed. The person I spoke to on the phone stated that if I ordered something today and it went on sale within 48 hours that they would honor it and then later in the conversation she stated they would honor it after a week. I asked for her to put this in writing and she said no she couldn't so I asked to speak to her supervisor. The supervisor confirmed that I had been given wrong information and then said, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience".
I asked for the head person at NFLshop.com and she gave me an email address. I have emailed them three times asking for a response and as of today no response from anyone. Do not believe what anyone tells you on the phone from NFLshop because it is likely to be incorrect information. Not to mention that they will not do anything about it. This is absurd! Very shady if you ask me!!! All I ask for is a reply to my email - that's all!

I placed an order and received an email that the item was shipped. Two days later I checked the tracking number and still showed it was not shipped. I called and they advised the item was lost and said they would re-order it. Okay. That morning I received another email stating the same that the item was shipped. I checked later in the day and still no update. So I contacted NFL Shop Customer service and they advised the item was LOST again and they advised they would credit me back. Even though they were able to charge it to my card right away, they advised it would take from 2 to 5 business days to re-credit my card. It feels like one of the scams where they get your credit card information and your order comes up LOST? Come on 2 times. This is bad news so please I suggest you do not order from them.

Made and cancelled two separate orders (1 - Nike custom Elite football jersey; 2 - Raiders cap and trading shoes) after waiting over a month on each order. Both were birthday gifts, received no correspondence from the NFL SHOP indicating my orders will be late or that there were issues with my orders. Called customer service (at least three times) who continued telling me the order will be delivered “soon”. My orders never came and after over a month, I cancelled my orders. My experience with this merchant has been most unsatisfying and frustrating. If you can get your NFL Merchandise elsewhere, you’ll probably have better luck there!

I was a little worried about ordering from the NFL Shop after reading the negative reviews but I placed an order anyway to give them a shot. I ordered a Raiders jersey Salute to Service about seven days ago and it arrived today. The jersey is exactly what I expected. And I paid for slow shipping and it arrived very fast in my opinion. Overall I am very happy with NFL Shop and will be ordering from them again in the future.

This place is absolutely horrible. Both in order accuracy and customer service. My order of 6 items was shipped supposedly in 2 different packages. I received one package fairly quickly but am still waiting for the second one. Both packages were erroneously given the same tracking number, so every time I called about the status CS kept telling me it had been delivered. After explaining the situation every single time, I got a different answer for a quick resolution each time. CS doesn’t care one bit about providing a satisfactory explanation and just kept lying, telling me the package was shipped, to be patient and that an IT ticket to get the correct tracking number had been submitted.
I had about enough when they dared send me an email letting me know it showed on their end my package had been received. When I called CS once again and was put through to a supervisor she let me know she reordered my item for me and that I would get a credit towards a future purchase. No thanks! After all this lying and incompetence I just want my refund. I guess I won’t hold my breath for a timely refund. Thanks nflshop.com for ruining someone’s birthday. I will never order from them again. There should be a zero star option.

This is the second and final time I will order from NFL.com. My family got last minute tickets to the Chiefs/Broncos game last week and on Thursday I got busy and ordered items for the entire family along with some Christmas gifts. Each item I chose specifically said that it was "in stock and available for one day delivery". I also paid extra for next day shipping. 3 of the items (that were gifts) were delivered on Friday. When I went to track the others this morning, they had not even been shipped yet. On top of that, they couldn't cancel my order because it was in the process of 'shipping'. I was told I would be called in one to three days to finalize the order. Yeah...right.
NFL shop has approximately $360 bucks of mine, that they can't even return in a timely manner after their mistakes. The least they could have done was call, text or email me that they weren't going to be delivered when promised. This happened to me a couple of years ago when I ordered for Christmas as well. I will not order from them again and I will get my $360 back one way or another. I'm surprised the NFL wants to put their name on a business that has these kinds of issues continually. I can see from reading the other reviews that this is not an isolated incident. Terrible customer service and shipping!

If it was possible I would give this company (scam) zero stars. I order my jersey over a week and a half ago, after a few days without a tracking number I started to get suspicious. When trying to contact them it is only thru email and every question I asked was a generic response, actually it's the same response. There is no customer service, it just the same thing. It's like a dog chasing its tail. If anyone has a actual contact number I would appreciate to have it. If you are considering buying from the company don't. You'll be wasting your time and money.

They cancelled online order without any notification, when contacted they couldn't give me a valid reason, and refused to credit back my account that had a credit on it that was made to purchase item. When asked about the credit, was told would receive a call in 24-48 hours - well that never happened, 10 days later call and ask for status, and they don't have the ticket # that was made for me at the original time. Still not resolved, and for something so small, but they have made me never buy from them again over this lack of competency.

I am upset that I ordered my items on Thursday Sep. 28th. According to tracking I'm supposed to get it Oct 2nd. By afternoon no package. I contacted LaserShip the shipping company and they stated that they never received the items from NFL Shop. I contact customer service and I'm told that my items were never shipped. Definitely should have checked the BBB before ordering. Ordered a gift on Sept. 14th and paid for expedited 3 day shipping. The item said it would ship in 1 business day. Long story short - it still hasn't left the warehouse. Sept. 18th I got on chat to ask about it because it hadn't shipped yet and I needed it by the end of the week. The rep told me it was shipping that day and it would be there.
Sept. 20th I get an email saying the order has been delayed. Sorry for the inconvenience. Sept. 21st I get back on chat to tell them to cancel the order, I don't need it anymore because obviously it's too late. The rep tells me he can't cancel the order because it's shipping that day. I'm able to return the order once I get it. I'm annoyed but, whatever. Shockingly - nothing shipped.
It's now October 2nd and I get BACK on with chat explaining that they keep saying "it's shipping" when it's not and I want my money back. If it's sitting in a warehouse somewhere, I should be able to cancel it and avoid it being sent out. I also have already moved from that address so I won't get it. He tells me "That's what it's showing. If you don't live there it will be returned to sender and you can receive your refund." Nobody has any idea when the thing is being sent out. I have no idea when I'll get my money back.

Ordered a cap via their website. Took longer than expected to ship, but whatever. After opening my account I started to receive several unsolicited NFL Shop ad related emails a day. The unsubscribe links on the bottom of these emails don't work. The unsubscribe button on the user account does not work either. The customer service chat service was unable to disable emails. I've had to resort to creating an email rule that auto-deletes any emails coming from "@eml.nflshop.com". Overall a very poor customer experience. I give them a 0 out of 5 rating.

I ordered a jersey for my son to wear on his birthday, his birthday was based around Cam Newton & the Panthers so I ordered the Cam Newton Jersey & paid for 3-day shipping on 9/14. I checked & attempted to track my order but my status never changed so I chatted with someone to try to get some clarity on why I paid for 3-day shipping on 9/14 & here it is 9/19 & I have yet to receive a tracking number let alone the actual package.
So the representative told me to call customer service after he confirmed I would get my package on 9/25. That's 11 days from the date that I ordered the jersey & the day after my kid's birthday. He needed the jersey to wear on his actual birthday which is 9/24 so I called customer service. They stated that due to the hurricane it was delay.
#1 How are the consumers supposed to know that the items ship from the affected area if it's not marked on the website? #2 Had it been made apparent I wouldn't have risked it & took my money elsewhere. #3 I ordered things the same week with regular shipping selected & the items still got to me before their item did. The lady was very rude. Told me it was no fault of theirs ((which I would love to know why it isn't their fault)). Over talked me refused to get me a manager on the phone.
I just told them to forget it & cancel my order. They were not apologetic. They kept pressing the issue that it was "not their fault". Even after the phone call I chatted to make sure they cancelled my order. The chat rep did the same thing. Their customer service is AWFUL. They did not attempt to fix the issue or accommodate me. I was going to pay $84 for my package that was supposed to be here in 3 days to arrive 11 days later. Yeah right. This website is a joke. My husband bought me a Jersey that cost $150.00. Wash it for the first time. Followed the instructions on how to wash it. Took it out of the washer and the number is falling off the front and the back. To my surprise the number was not stitched in, it was glued on. We own real jersey and they are stitched on. The glued on number looks like it has stitching but it's fake. Called customer service and they were not pleasant at all. And stated they couldn't do anything about it.

I decided to purchase on this site only because they had a free shipping advertisement and gave me 10% off my first order for signing up for emails. I was disappointed immediately when they told me I could NOT use my 10% off if I was getting free shipping. Strike one. I ordered a shirt anyway and 2 weeks went by and I tracked my order because I thought they must have lost it. Here is the ridiculous part, my order started out in California (and I live in CA) but instead of shipping it to me, they sent it around to 5 other states and it still has not arrived back in CA. If my product was already in my state why on earth would you pass it around to 5 other states?!
I searched the website and they NO customer service email. They have a live chat but its only working at certain hours. They have a customer service number but their automated system hung up on me over and over and over. I said "speak to customer service" and it said "that is not a valid entry. Goodbye" click! I did a live chat and was connected with Tiana, a horrible customer service rep. I asked her to please provide a managers email address. She said the company doesn't have that. And then disconnected our chat instead of actually trying to help me. Any legit business has an email address and a way to contact a manager and should have at least half brained customer service people. This company has none of that.
So disappointment that an NFL company would be so terrible because I'm a huge football fan. I will never ever order from this site again. Still no product received. No help from customer service. Cant reach a manager. And their website says "shipping is delayed" because of a hurricane BUT my product was already in my state and there are no hurricanes here and they passed my product around to other states instead of giving it to me when it was already here. NFLShop.com's Shipping is very slow. From the time you place your order to delivery can take 10 business days or 2 weeks. It would be very simple for them to provide an estimated delivery date so the customer can make an informed decision on how fast to ship product. I am living in Turkey and ordered a shirt from nflshop.com. International delivery day is 7-21 business day. And It has been 15 business day, I am still waiting for the order. However, I wanted to track my order but in my order information page, there is no tracking number. I've talked with a guy from support team and he said "no tracking with international orders as we can't tracking international carriers" and he said that If I don't have my order after 21 business day, they will replace this order if it gets lost. This is not a solution. This should not be a solution for NFLSHOP.com.
This is really nonsense. I can't track my order, support team can't track my order, we will wait for 21 business day. And If I don't get my order, I will inform support team that I could not get the order and they will send again. This is so absurd. September 2016, I ordered a hoodie with a Broncos logo on the front. The hoodie I received, had a Seahawks logo on it instead of what I ordered. I returned it and they issued a $10 which I then applied to my next hoodie purchase which was another Broncos themed sweatshirt that had 'Broncos' written on the front and a Broncos head on the sleeve.
When I received the hoodie, it had the 'Broncos' name on the front as it should but the sleeve had a Seahawks logo on it. I then wrote NFLshop.com to complain again and they issued a $15 credit. At that time, I did not want to use the credit they had awarded me and I saved it until now (July 2017). When I went to go use this credit, it no longer appeared on my account. I wrote to inquire about it and was told that credits expire after 6 months which was never disclosed to me nor is listed on their website. The customer service person said there was nothing she could do for me at this point. This site is a joke.

I have ordered a T-shirt on two different occasions. The shipping and handling costs are far inflated. Most retailers charge 10% OR LESS. NFL SHOP charges a whopping 44%. I probably have ordered the last time from them. P.S. Their quality weight of T's is also extremely thin!

The site was having a Nike sale for Father's Day 2017. I took advantage of the sale and purchased some fan gear for my husband. It stated clearly delivery date will be Friday June 16 by 8pm. I tracked the order via FedEx and my date now says Monday by 4:30P. I called CD and spoke with Mike and he stated it may come today or Saturday. That is not true because the label has instructions stating weekday residential only. I am not pleased and will never order through them again.

I would like to give them no stars. A few months back my son sent me a present through nflshop.com. The hat didn't fit. I'll try to make this as short as I can. I wanted to exchange it for the correct size. They don't do exchanges. I was told I could send it back and they would issue me a credit voucher to repurchase the hat. Seems like a lot of extra work to me! But I did. I sent it Priority on my dime to help expedite the situation. WRONG! What was supposed to be done in a couple weeks took months and months. I had records of the delivery that they did not. They lost it, all records on their end. I had to prove the delivery and tell them who signed for it and when. I had to basically had to do this same process 3 more times. They couldn't find any of the notes from my previous calls. After weeks more of my calling I was told they couldn't do that voucher. But they could credit my son's account. Even that took weeks more.
After constant hounding on my part they finally credited my son's account. Bare this in mind, this is the extremely shortened version of the chaos. The amount of time, frustration, aggravation, etc. was overwhelming for a company that rep's the NFL. And I am assuming deals with millions of orders every year! Absolutely unacceptable! I will NEVER EVER do business with NFL shop again! And since then I have met others with the same or similar issues. Very disrespectful of all the fans.

I ordered a pair of 49ers license plate frames and the order went through. A minute later my order automatically refunded, never told me, and I found out two days later. I ordered another pair, and the same thing happened. I went to fanatics.com and ordered some, same thing happened. I called customer service twice, and the workers gave me false info and would speak very quietly into their mic, I was not able to understand them. When I told them repeatedly I couldn't hear, they got very sassy and accused me of not being able to hear right. I then followed their advice, the order refunded again, and then the items SOLD OUT and the coupon code I was using EXPIRED. I then went on Amazon and ordered a different one, which worked out fine. NFL Shop is badly managed, slow, and unprofessional.

I ordered two kids' hats after the Superbowl. One was for the Superbowl champs (the Patriots) and the other was for the NFC West conference champs (the Seattle Seahawks). The reason I purchased from the NFL Shop was because it said the conference champ hat shipped within one business day. Weeks later we were still waiting for it. The website also said the two hats could ship separately, and it offered free shipping, which was fine with me as I let each kid know when they might receive their hats.
I called the NFL Shop, who said it was waiting on the Superbowl hat so they'd both ship together. It sounded like they held the first order to save on shipping. I feel misled both about the ship date and the 'free' shipping. I had to follow up twice. What a hassle. I'll never order from the NFL Shop again. The 3rd hat I ordered from a competing large sports shop came on time as promised with no problem.

I ordered a $90.00 hoodie online and I didn't notice at the time that they added in a $23.85 State Tax which I later found out was a duty charge for shipping it to Canada. I order items from the U.S. all the time. Even items 10 times more valuable don't get charged that much. I sent NFLSHOP.COM 3 emails asking for an explanation, and all 3 times I get a generic response from a Fan Advocate, Fan Services and Support. It doesn't even seem that they read my complaint because the reply is so far off the mark. I always ask that a Manager reply but always get a Fan Advocate. Item Subtotal $89.99, Shipping & Handling $12.95, State Tax $23.85, Total Paid $126.79.
They say "The destination country may charge duties and import taxes on your shipment as, customs policies vary widely from country to country. These charges are the recipients responsibility, and can be paid with cash or check at the time of delivery. We have no control over these charges." In my case, the charge was at the time of purchase right on the NFLSHOP order confirmation. It wasn't assessed during delivery by Canada Customs. I paid nothing at delivery. All I want is for them to justify why it is so high (over 25% the cost of the hoodie). There is no way their customs fee was so high for this item from the US to Canada. Cash grab, I guess.

On Jan. 25, the package finally arrived (a full 2 MONTHS after the order). I asked for a return address and they now tell me I must pay for shipping back to China! Ordered shirt for Superbowl on 1/28/16, the message stated that it would not be shipped any later than February 1st. Received a message that the ordered had been shipped on 1/31 to wait by the door. When the tracking information was received it had delivery date as 2/6. When contacting the customer service their excuse was that the item had a special ship date of February 1, 2017. Not the same thing that was stated on the website. If shipping promptness was a concerned it should have been better explained. When I contacted customer service the best they could offer was a message that read "For the inconvenience, we have added $10 promo credit to your account with us for use on future purchases". They made a poor choice in the shipping company to deliver Superbowl merchandise. Superbowl the most important day in the NFL. You thought they would have made a better choice.

When it became official that our team the Atlanta Falcons were going to the Super Bowl we ordered our gear and I paid for two day shipping to ensure it arrived prior to the Super Bowl. As I checked tracking two days turned into four. When I called I was told that my shipment went standard and would NOT arrive on time. Their fulfillment and logistics need serious improvement. Received a football jersey for Christmas which was too small. Not sure who does their size charts, but no way it was the size on the label. Returned it on 12/27 with their return label clearly marked "return gift", which means they will issue a store credit. Called 1/17 to check on credit not received and was told they are processing the refund to the purchaser. Set me up an account with a $30 credit for the inconvenience! $30 is not going to replace a $100 jersey.

He didn't open it until Christmas and found out the numbers and name were not centered on the back and after only ONE wash the numbers and lettering on the back are crumbling off and it looks horrible! I ordered 2 sweatshirts on January 2, 2107 that were to be delivered in 5 to 7 business days. They sent me an email they shipped on the 4th, which should have delivered by January 12th. I called on Friday the 13th and was first told she didn't know when they would deliver. I told her they said 5 to 7 business days and she said that was when they delivered to the post office and they would deliver to me on the 18th. I asked for the manager and was offered 30% off. He said that never happens. I will never order from them again, there are too many other online companies that are proactive.

I ordered a Raiders jersey for my husband from this website. When it arrived it was extremely small in size. I then put in a refund, mailed the jersey back and was wondering where my refund was at. I call nflshop.com and they tell me it takes 10 business days to show up on their end and now 14 more days for me to get my refund back. I don't understand companies take your money ASAP for items but when it's time to get your money back you have to wait ages. Makes no sense. First and last time ordering from that website. It's a shame because my family loves football.

I ordered a Cowboys Jersey online on Monday 1-9-17. The promotion stated that it would be delivered by Friday 1/13/17 Free Shipping. I called the NFL shop and told them that the tracking stated my item to be delivered 1/19/17. The CS Rep said there was nothing they could do. Spoke with a Supervisor and she stated all they could do was offer me a free return label to send it back after it arrives. I am flying out on Sat the 14th to the game in Dallas and I have no Jersey! I am more than disappointed!!! NEVER ever order from these people. They are uncaring and very unprofessional. The promotions are bogus!!! And they do not honor them.

I ordered 4 jerseys on November 27, 2016, the weekend of Black Friday. The website said 5 to 7 business days for shipping arrival. Well 10 days went by nothing received yet. I emailed the CS email and they responded with the tracking website and according to the website nothing was shipping yet. I reached out again and it looked like it might be on its way, hoping they would make it for Christmas as these jerseys were christmas gifts. Christmas eve, nothing arrived. Week after Christmas I received the package and gave the jersey out to my people and well the names were spelled wrong. The numbers are wrong.
I emailed them about the error and they ask me to take pics and send them via email. NFLshop.com response, "The order was correct and I received the correct items and they sent me a copy of the order form." The order form they sent me even showed the items were wrong. I live in Houston, Texas, wanted a Texans jersey. They sent me a Patriots. They misspelled the names on the jersey as well. They responded everything is correct.
The last reply I received tonight. They ask me to pay the shipping to return and they would send me 1 jersey back that they finally acknowledge wrong misspelled name. Also on the order form nothing about Patriots was even stated on the order form. I have been back and forth with them since I received today I am fed up and wanted to report them, still no resolution. Pic attached is the order form they me after notifying them of the error. Patriots is not mentioned anywhere on the order form. I will load the other pic of the jersey after I get my phone to charge.

I ordered items on Nov 30 to get for Xmas gifts. I made sure my order was over $50 to get their free shipping. I selected items that said would ship in 3 business days. It's Jan 7 and items haven't even shipped yet. In my confirmation email, beside each items it still plainly says ships within 3 business days. This is false advertising. I will never, ever buy from them again. When I call customer service their computer systems seems to not understand anything very well and instead of passing you to a person, hangs up on you. Worse shopping experience.

I ordered 2 Dak Prescott Elite NFL Jerseys on 12/9/16. I was charged $15 for shipping plus $6 for insurance. I received 1 jersey on 12/24/16. The other jersey I was told shipped separate which it shipped out on 12/14/16. Found out jerseys were coming from China. Tracking site hasn't updated since 12/17/16. After numerous emails they respond and say it takes 1-2 wks. It has been 21 days. I had my post office track package. It's still in China in a bin with 52 lbs of items ordered from NFL shop. No response from NFL shop, no ph# to contact, can only reach by email. I've asked that it be reshipped but no response. They have not even tried to locate my package. I had to do myself. Never will I order from them again.

I wanted to buy a hoodie as a birthday present. I paid for expedited shipping but never received a notice as to when it would arrive. When I called back immediately, about 2 minutes after placing order, I was told it would not ship out for a week as it was a "custom" item. I asked to cancel the order and was told that was not possible? The item was already being "made"! This is just BS and no one cared about my concerns.
