My custom Dallas Cowboys jerseys was a birthday gift. I ordered it on the 5th od Sept. It was advertised to be delivered by the 13th. On the 14th when I called your number the robot told me that it had shipped and would arrive on the 16th. Today is the 19th. When I called again, I was disconnected by the robot, trying to get to customer service. I had to call again. The human I spoke to apologized and said they would ship the order today. Then she comes back on the line and states it won't be shipped till the 26th. Arriving October 3rd. This is unacceptable.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with NFL Shop. I placed a significant order, including a jersey, two hats, and a jacket, and I was expecting to receive my promised 20% discount for using my NFL Visa card. Unfortunately, the discount was never applied at checkout, and my attempts to get the issue resolved have been met with a shocking lack of customer service. When I contacted support, I explained the situation and simply asked for the $65.37 that should have been deducted from my total. Initially when I called, I asked if I should cancel the order and reorder to receive my discount. I was told that a request ticket would be submitted for me to receive my 20%. I had to reach back out to customer service just to receive a follow up on my request.
Instead of refunding the difference, they told me that my only option was to return all of the items—at my own expense, costing me $9.95 for shipping per box—and then reorder everything. Not to mention, I placed ONE order and NFL Shop split my one order into two shipments. Now, they want me to return my order the way THEY decided to ship and pay $9.95 for the returns. This is not only a massive inconvenience but also an absurd solution.
The policy on their website clearly states that the discount will be honored. I called their customer service team and the representative advised she would place ticket to have it honored. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. Instead of admitting they would not honor the 20% and providing a simple refund, they are forcing me to go through a convoluted and costly return process. This is a terrible way to treat a customer. I am out of pocket the money I was promised, and the company has shown a complete unwillingness to stand by their own policies. I would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to be extremely cautious, as they may not honor their advertised discounts.

I purchased a Women's Buccaneers Shirt size 2X. I received a Black LSU Shirt size L on a Wed. I was very upset as I wanted to wear this shirt to a football party on a Sun. I Called NFL and talked to Patrick ** in Customer Service. He proceeded to send me another shirt. I explained that wanted this shirt for Sun. He said he would do his best. So I did receive the shirt on SUNDAY an hr before the big game day. A big shout out to Patrick for the excellent customer service and kind words. I will shop here again.

Ordered a gift for Father's Day. Received a note of thanks for order, payment deducted from bank. Two weeks later, nothing received and an email stating ‘return received, refund processed’. Contacted so-called customer service to inform them item never received so how can it be returned. Unacceptable excuse of a customer service rep, stating I should receive refund in 19 days. Told them to read what I was stating and wanted to know how an item is returned when it was never shipped or received. Got a generic, "Here's a 30% coupon for inconvenience." Do not order from NFL Shop as they apparently hold your money and draw interest on monies received with no intent of shipping merchandise. Unacceptable and fraudulent service; or should I say lack of service. Contacting BBB and attorney general to get this fraud stopped!!!

NFL customer support line is laughable. If I wanted to talk with a computer.... You get the idea. I asked for a representative and they sent me to a chat line. I have spent thousands of dollars with the NFL and their merchandise. NO MORE.

The NFL Shop provides the most maddening customer experience that I have ever experienced. The “customer service “ comes from a call center in the Philippines. No one at this location, supervisors included, have any authority to resolve issues. The NFL Shop uses the UPS to USPS shipping method which makes packages untraceable by the customer.
I ordered the Philadelphia Eagles locker room hat and tee shirt (both grossly overpriced at $40 each). Both were ordered using the QR code on screen at the time of the very first advertisement after the Super Bowl had ended. The shirt arrived in a timely manner. The hat disappeared after being transferred to USPS on Monday 2/17 at 11:31 am (it is now the evening of 2/20). I spoke with “customer service” on several occasions on both 2/19 and 2/20, receiving promises that the hat would be delivered today or the next day and promises that I would receive at call back from a supervisor to discuss the situation. Neither ever happened.
This evening I called yet again and my call was conveniently disconnected (twice) when I asked to speak directly with a supervisor after the failure of the NFL Shop call center supervisors to call back. On the 3rd call I was finally connected to a supervisor. The very best that the shop was willing to do is refund my money the hat and have me reorder the hat. This might work EXCEPT THE HAT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SHIPMENT AGAIN TIL 3/20 (1 month from now). I would highly recommend that anyone seeking to purchase NFL gear to deal with a regional retailer. The NFL Shop fully fails to recognize the that they are just a regular retailer. It appears to me that the organization thinks that they are as big as the game. Not true, they are just another retailer, albeit an extremely poor one. Save yourself a boatload of aggravation and shop elsewhere. You will be happier and receive your merchandise in a timely manner.

I would not recommend buying from this company if you think you might have to make a return. I returned something I bought for my husband and there were two options 1) refund to original payment and pay shipping $6.99 or 2) e-gift card for full amount. I chose option 1. When I returned the item I got an email stating that my refund will be returned by original payment method. Then I got a second email saying I got an e-gift card for my purchase minus the shipping cost. When I talked to customer service they said we can’t change the refund method because it’s already been processed. But that was not what I chose when I initiated the return and I knew that the company messed it up because they didn’t even give me the correct amount back if I had chosen the e-gift card. I’m super disappointed in the customer service here.

Ordered and paid for express shipping so I could surprise my wife with her jersey for Sunday's game. Tracking said delivered Thursday. I was home all day, single family residence, checked both doors and mailbox several times. CHATTED with NFL SHOP Friday gave all information, ask to be updated with status, provided my email address. Chatted again today Saturday since no update, was told processed through carrier and it would take 3 days. NO REASONS, no update. Very disappointed poor customer service, will not order again, will definitely not recommend them.

Ordered an item with guaranteed delivery by game day. Item won’t arrive until after game now, after waiting 2 weeks. I have to pay a 9.99 fee to return the item now. WTH? I would not order from them again.

My order is taking 4 weeks from time made purchase. I order something for the Super Bowl and it's not coming until after the game. Order on 1/26/25. It was just processed on 2/5. Delivery not until 2/14. Too late for the game.

I ordered my son a JJ Watt shirt three weeks before Christmas and it was set to come within a normal time frame before Christmas. Then I got an saying it wasn't coming until Feb 11th. Then it was just canceled altogether but with no email this time. Very sneaky. Will not purchase from them again. Such a scam.

I purchased an item on sale, but I failed to check a box at checkout and the charge went through at the regular price instead of the 30% off the items was advertised. When I caught the error, I called the NFL Shop customer service and they would not cancel the order or make the adjustment, even though the item had not yet shipped. The only way to fix the error was to return the item at my expense. Advertising an item on sale and then charging the regular price is generally considered illegal, as it constitutes deceptive advertising under most consumer protection laws, particularly in the United States where the Federal Trade Commission regulates such practices. I will ever order from this company again. The customer service department is the worst I've ever dealt with.

Never Again! I’ve been waiting for a month for my order to arrive and when tracked, it indicates as “returned”. Contacting NFL Shop is pointless as they use AI bots (no human customer service representatives), who tell you no useful information and then terminates the call. Total rip off!

Said it was in stock, but immediately after ordering was sent a message that it was back-ordered. No number to call, no way to cancel, no human to talk to about it. Waited a month, then was sent a delivered email... not delivered! They make you wait over 3 days after a delivery confirmation to maybe get a refund. Only AI to text with. REGRET!!!!

Horrible experience from start to finish. Withheld my money and Customer Service agent, Joanna, said sassy things like "ma'am we do have a policy" and "should have tried another way to reach out" when I could prove to her I did try twice within the 45 day period to receive a refund. Order never shipped, and now I am paying for it. Do not order from this site. It is unlike anything I have ever experienced!

I ordered a hoodie for Christmas. Looking at the website photos and the description it looked like a warm hoodie. I ordered a 3xl. When I received it I discovered the material is paper thin and the size is more of a medium. For their prices I would expect better. Don't go by the photos and descriptions on their website. I won't be ordering from them again.

Terrible. I continue to come back and order items in hopes that the experience will be better, yet it never is. Last time I order from them. It takes forever for a shipment to arrive and there have been times where the item says shipped only to find out it was not, and then I was told the item was on back order or the item was out of stock long after I placed the order and received order confirmation. The shipping is not quick even though you have to pay $9.99 for it, and pay for it to be returned. It’s very difficult to get ahold of customer service. All around not the best site to order from.

Ordered custom NFL Cowboys jersey...Terrible quality....they make last name very small the numbers and all the details are plastic stickers that are kinda peeling off already...I'm on writing this because you charge hundreds for a jersey that looks like I bought it at Target on clearance. Absolutely no bragging rights. Not sure what the inflation did to NFL shop... but y'all cutting corners and leaving the prices the same! Also would not let me upload the photos. 😕 That's also interesting.

My custom jersey never arrived. Stated was delivered, I was home when email received. No product. Poor customer service. Still waiting on my product. Never order through them. Terrible customer service. Can't speak with anyone and they blamed shipping company. Shipping company blamed NFL.com. Terrible experience.

Zero customer service. No refund, unless you can catch them on the phone or chat within 30 minutes. You are stuck with shipping fees. I double ordered a gift and now my recipient is stuck with the return nightmare. You can get the same items on Amazon!

I ordered a jersey for my boyfriend on December 1st and received an email stating it shipped on December 6th. It's now December 17th, and after multiple calls regarding the package's whereabouts, I had to request a refund. Each time I called, I was reassured that the package was on the way, which turned out to be false (Shocker..). After being promised a resend and expedited shipping if I called back on December 17th, I was met with the news that the jersey was out of stock (not at all shocking after Sunday's game… GO BIRDS!)
To make matters worse, when I called today, the first customer service representative hung up on me after I asked to speak with a supervisor. This situation feels sketchy, and I can't shake the feeling that something is off. Either they're moving money around or just couldn’t care less what is happening. I'm determined to get to the bottom of this and will explore options, including a potential class action lawsuit if necessary. I will find a resolution. If anyone has similar stories please feel free to share. This company is TRASH!!!

Not bad product at all. Looks super comfy and look true to size. Yes obviously the logos are ironed on like a normal jersey and might fade a little after a while but we will see. Amazon's NFL stuff is the crap that falls apart I've come to learn.

I ordered a custom jersey on 11/27. I received an email on 12/5 stating that the order had shipped and was given a UPS tracking. On 12/12 I checked UPS to see where the order was. UPS had not yet received the order. NFL SHOP created the tracking number in order to say that it shipped. I called custom service and guess what. Surprise, surprise, they are overseas. No help whatsoever. I will NEVER order from them again. I recommend that you don't either.

NFL will not even pay for shipping and handling when their products are over 75.00. They still make customers paid for S&H and products are not arrived on time as expected. When chatting with customers service they be calling you by a different name as you already verified your name 3x. My concern was not address as they did not give you time to wait and type a response. This guy "GIN" if that is his/her real name anyways... Shut down my chat as I'm not finishing with my concern. Send me a 30% to use in the future and apologize for the delay.
According to 2 different chats I had, they both stated at nfl policy is that they have a 3 day policy. It's been 3 days but both of them said they could not tag the order to be reship or refund. How does they even make sense when it's been 3 days already???? This is just a ripped off cause nfl knows and I know that the order will be delivered on the 4 day. So it's like in between the 3 day to the 4 days is missing. Gin need training and experience with customers service.

I repeat and I do repeat DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM NFL SHOP! They are horrible! They went downhill after covid! Well I should say for the past 2 years! Don't know who's running this company but it garbage now! Tried ordering jerseys that they say they do have end up getting refunded every time. why can't they just be honest and say they simply do not have any jerseys? 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️ tried getting Farrell Jr. Chiefs jersey and here recently Wanya Morris Chiefs both got refunded on even though I asked them, "Hey are you you all have these players jersey right?" They said yes but... Got refunded the money because of an error they made. Ugh nfl shop sucks. Boycott this place!

The 30% Site Wide discount doesn't happen. I entered the promo code and was still charged the full price. Contacting customer service was no help. It seems that once an order is placed, no adjustments can be made for the "discount". In all fairness, the chat person at customer services did offer to refund shipping fees. Small gesture compared to 30% discount. I will not be shopping here again.
