Have had ongoing issues with NFLShop.com since November. The original store credit I received did not work. I contacted customer service multiple times and was repeatedly told it was active. I eventually asked to speak with a supervisor, who was also not helpful, and only after getting very firm did anything move forward.
After finally placing an order, it took a long time to arrive. After Christmas, I returned the item for a different color and was issued a gift card refund. The gift card did not work. I called customer service three times and was told each time it was active when it was not. I then received an email stating the gift card was activated, yet it still did not work, requiring another call. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and customers should not have to repeatedly call and escalate issues just to use credits they are owed.

We purchased about 6 different items from NFL Shop and fanatics for Christmas. What arrived wasn't the high quality you'd expect when paying $55 for a tshirt. Instead it is cheap ironed on crap that will be destroyed by the fourth or fifth time you wash it. Great job NFL. Never again!

Beware! After receiving a hoodie that was too small, we tried to return or exchange it. Very poor and frustrating process to return. After trying for two days to chat with company, we finally chatted and were told we couldn’t return item because we ordered this Christmas gift in late October. We did not even receive the item until late November and had no tracking information. Recommend to all to never use this company with its limited return policy.

IF I could give a zero I would. These guys are horrible. I ordered two items and paid extra for the to arrive by XMAS. I only got one item and now being told other item will ship sometime between 12/26-1/6. I tried to contact someone through chat box and went through that for about an hour repeating itself that I could not cancel the order even though they messed up. Finally got put with a live person through chat, again no phone to call. Then I was told I can no longer cancel because you only have 30 min after placing order. I asked why if they lied and had not shipped item. She said this was policy. Eventually they are escalating issue and I should see refund. WRONG. Minutes after I get email saying the same thing, "Too bad too sad but we are not cancelling order and you will have to wait." This happened to me last year so shame on me for ordering here again.

I purchased the Aidan Hutchinson photo with piece of game used football in it and when it came in the the frame was broken with no damage on the external box, I had contacted customer service and they are only willing to give me a 10% refund. A new frame for the picture costed 70 dollars and they aren’t willing to reimburse me. I would not recommend purchasing from NflShop,

When I went to checkout, the winter "HUSTLE" discount was showing in my checkout list, and I didn't realized that I had to ALSO put it in the discount box. So when the order came through it was full price. I contacted customer support 2 hours later, and they said they couldn't add the code, so I asked them to cancel the order, and they said they couldn't do that because it was 30 minutes after the order was placed.

If I could, it would be a negative number. I was charged $27 for overnight delivery that was going to get to me 9 business days later. After canceling an order because the 3-7 shipping option wouldn’t here for weeks, I called to make sure the overnight would be sent overnight. I was told I’d get in 2 days. The NFL has enough money to have efficient business practices.

I’ve never experienced customer service this frustrating. I had to reach out five different times just to get a basic issue addressed. One of those times, I was told a manager would call me back that call never happened. It shouldn’t take this much effort to get help, and the lack of follow-through was extremely disappointing. Because of this experience, I won’t be ordering from them again. I truly hope they improve their communication and accountability, but this was unacceptable.

I purchased Christmas gifts, but 1 item wasn't going to be delivered until after Christmas. I contacted customer service and they said the window was already expired because package was already prepared and ready for shipping, but it would take 30 days to get delivered. Therefore I couldn't cancel, because "people worked hard preparing package", and I also worked hard for my money to purchase this item. They're idiots. Shop elsewhere, don't waste your hard earned money here. Besides, the grade on products I did receive are of poor quality!!

I just placed a order this morning, was checking out using a discount code that was good, but after I checked out was sent my email confirmation they charged me full amount no discount, it was good when I checked out, now they are telling me there is nothing they can do, I will never shop here again, just wrong during the holidays too, being taken advantage of to get your money.

I ordered a jersey for my nephew. It is too large. Used NFLshop return procedure to download a "printable" label. All I continue to get is just a barcode. No label that I can print and stick to the package and send it back. It says I can take the barcode to a UPS Store and they will print it. Problem is, the nearest store is 110 miles from me. I called their automated service. The robot said they would email a printed label to me. Waited over 24 hours, checked my inbox and spam folder and no label. It appears I am stuck with a $90 jersey. What a shame that a business can conduct themselves this way.

I purchased a Chicago Beard hoodie, Walter Payton jersey, and orange Bears shirt & a Bears jersey. Not ONE SINGLE ITEM WASN'T DEFECTIVE, not one! The hoodie shrunk & bleeds blue after 3 washes, the $125 jersey, the orange is washing off, the jersey has blue stitched into the gray and the orange shirt, the print had a big blue blob outside of the orange! Not one single item isn't subpar in quality. Shipping was extremely slow as well. I was able to return the orange shirt and was offered another orange shirt after I finally got the # to contact customer service (not on their website may I add!), I don't need more junk. They also offered 20% off on a new order, which declined, because, as I said earlier, I don't want more clothes that are going to go to the dump. Extremely poor quality products. I will never do business with them again! Save your money folks, go somewhere else.

My order was shipped to the wrong home. I was told, I had to get ahold of the courier and take care of the problem myself. Policy no refund, no replacement. Luckily, it ended up at my home days later.

I ordered a Chicago Bears baseball cap and it was apparently handled by someone who transferred perfume onto it during the manufacturing/packaging process. I wrote a letter to the NFL in NYC and they sent out a replacement, it too was covered in perfume/cologne even though both were sealed inside the plastic. This is infuriating, especially to someone with severe allergies to these synthetic chemicals. I'm afraid to order anything from NFL Shop ever again.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I ordered a jersey for my dad’s 80th birthday and paid for overnight shipping. I have not received the item and I cannot speak to anyone in customer service. A virtual agent responds and once a live agent responds the bet work drops out. This happens over and over. I will NEVER order from this company again and advise not to order from them.

I placed an order with delivery by a certain date. I ordered with a couple of weeks to spare because I know things can happen. Weeks have gone by with no help! The call center is based overseas, so it’s impossible to get a real answer. Find another option as they are trash!

I ordered a jersey earlier and within an hour I realized I had bought that same style already. (As a Christmas gift), I called to cancel the order, they wouldn't because it was not within 30 minutes. I told the Rep, "I don't understand, I just ordered it and it hasn't even shipped yet." She told me I had to wait to receive it first, then return it. This is ridiculous to me when the item hasn't even been processed. It still shows processing. But They wouldn’t cancel the order. This is an awful customer service, it is a fraud! She said she will transfer me to her supervisor, but I was transferred to a voicemail. They have these people answering calls that don’t even speak English well enough to understand. The issues was never solved. I'm very disappointed and I will buy anything from NFLShop!

Ordered a shirt in XL, they sent it in 3XL. Fine. I returned it, ordered it again. They sent a 3XL again instead of XL. Called customer service, they initiated the return and sent another shirt. They made a note making sure they’d send an XL. Got a 3XL again. Phone customer service is terrible and you can’t do much of anything through the chat. They didn’t care to remedy our frustration at all.

Ordered two items on the 3rd of a month with expedited next-day shipping. After placing my order, it wouldn't be received for another two weeks. Don't pay for fast shipping; it's a waste of money. I don't understand why there would be an option if they won't actually be received that fast and on the date you paid for.

I made a purchase that was never delivered. I’ve contacted customer service more than five times. They finally sent me an email saying they would refund my money, but it still hasn’t happened. You guys know that you never have delivered, how can be so difficult give me my money back?

Terrible customer service - ordered an item 3 times. First time it got lost, second time wrong item sent and then they want me to pay $10 to return what they got wrong. Merchandise quality is not great. Chat is awful, calling is almost as bad. I am waiting for a replacement item. My advice, order elsewhere.

My custom Dallas Cowboys jerseys was a birthday gift. I ordered it on the 5th od Sept. It was advertised to be delivered by the 13th. On the 14th when I called your number the robot told me that it had shipped and would arrive on the 16th. Today is the 19th. When I called again, I was disconnected by the robot, trying to get to customer service. I had to call again. The human I spoke to apologized and said they would ship the order today. Then she comes back on the line and states it won't be shipped till the 26th. Arriving October 3rd. This is unacceptable.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with NFL Shop. I placed a significant order, including a jersey, two hats, and a jacket, and I was expecting to receive my promised 20% discount for using my NFL Visa card. Unfortunately, the discount was never applied at checkout, and my attempts to get the issue resolved have been met with a shocking lack of customer service. When I contacted support, I explained the situation and simply asked for the $65.37 that should have been deducted from my total. Initially when I called, I asked if I should cancel the order and reorder to receive my discount. I was told that a request ticket would be submitted for me to receive my 20%. I had to reach back out to customer service just to receive a follow up on my request.
Instead of refunding the difference, they told me that my only option was to return all of the items—at my own expense, costing me $9.95 for shipping per box—and then reorder everything. Not to mention, I placed ONE order and NFL Shop split my one order into two shipments. Now, they want me to return my order the way THEY decided to ship and pay $9.95 for the returns. This is not only a massive inconvenience but also an absurd solution.
The policy on their website clearly states that the discount will be honored. I called their customer service team and the representative advised she would place ticket to have it honored. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. Instead of admitting they would not honor the 20% and providing a simple refund, they are forcing me to go through a convoluted and costly return process. This is a terrible way to treat a customer. I am out of pocket the money I was promised, and the company has shown a complete unwillingness to stand by their own policies. I would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to be extremely cautious, as they may not honor their advertised discounts.

I purchased a Women's Buccaneers Shirt size 2X. I received a Black LSU Shirt size L on a Wed. I was very upset as I wanted to wear this shirt to a football party on a Sun. I Called NFL and talked to Patrick ** in Customer Service. He proceeded to send me another shirt. I explained that wanted this shirt for Sun. He said he would do his best. So I did receive the shirt on SUNDAY an hr before the big game day. A big shout out to Patrick for the excellent customer service and kind words. I will shop here again.

Ordered a gift for Father's Day. Received a note of thanks for order, payment deducted from bank. Two weeks later, nothing received and an email stating ‘return received, refund processed’. Contacted so-called customer service to inform them item never received so how can it be returned. Unacceptable excuse of a customer service rep, stating I should receive refund in 19 days. Told them to read what I was stating and wanted to know how an item is returned when it was never shipped or received. Got a generic, "Here's a 30% coupon for inconvenience." Do not order from NFL Shop as they apparently hold your money and draw interest on monies received with no intent of shipping merchandise. Unacceptable and fraudulent service; or should I say lack of service. Contacting BBB and attorney general to get this fraud stopped!!!

NFL customer support line is laughable. If I wanted to talk with a computer.... You get the idea. I asked for a representative and they sent me to a chat line. I have spent thousands of dollars with the NFL and their merchandise. NO MORE.

The NFL Shop provides the most maddening customer experience that I have ever experienced. The “customer service “ comes from a call center in the Philippines. No one at this location, supervisors included, have any authority to resolve issues. The NFL Shop uses the UPS to USPS shipping method which makes packages untraceable by the customer.
I ordered the Philadelphia Eagles locker room hat and tee shirt (both grossly overpriced at $40 each). Both were ordered using the QR code on screen at the time of the very first advertisement after the Super Bowl had ended. The shirt arrived in a timely manner. The hat disappeared after being transferred to USPS on Monday 2/17 at 11:31 am (it is now the evening of 2/20). I spoke with “customer service” on several occasions on both 2/19 and 2/20, receiving promises that the hat would be delivered today or the next day and promises that I would receive at call back from a supervisor to discuss the situation. Neither ever happened.
This evening I called yet again and my call was conveniently disconnected (twice) when I asked to speak directly with a supervisor after the failure of the NFL Shop call center supervisors to call back. On the 3rd call I was finally connected to a supervisor. The very best that the shop was willing to do is refund my money the hat and have me reorder the hat. This might work EXCEPT THE HAT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SHIPMENT AGAIN TIL 3/20 (1 month from now). I would highly recommend that anyone seeking to purchase NFL gear to deal with a regional retailer. The NFL Shop fully fails to recognize the that they are just a regular retailer. It appears to me that the organization thinks that they are as big as the game. Not true, they are just another retailer, albeit an extremely poor one. Save yourself a boatload of aggravation and shop elsewhere. You will be happier and receive your merchandise in a timely manner.

I would not recommend buying from this company if you think you might have to make a return. I returned something I bought for my husband and there were two options 1) refund to original payment and pay shipping $6.99 or 2) e-gift card for full amount. I chose option 1. When I returned the item I got an email stating that my refund will be returned by original payment method. Then I got a second email saying I got an e-gift card for my purchase minus the shipping cost. When I talked to customer service they said we can’t change the refund method because it’s already been processed. But that was not what I chose when I initiated the return and I knew that the company messed it up because they didn’t even give me the correct amount back if I had chosen the e-gift card. I’m super disappointed in the customer service here.

Ordered and paid for express shipping so I could surprise my wife with her jersey for Sunday's game. Tracking said delivered Thursday. I was home all day, single family residence, checked both doors and mailbox several times. CHATTED with NFL SHOP Friday gave all information, ask to be updated with status, provided my email address. Chatted again today Saturday since no update, was told processed through carrier and it would take 3 days. NO REASONS, no update. Very disappointed poor customer service, will not order again, will definitely not recommend them.

Ordered an item with guaranteed delivery by game day. Item won’t arrive until after game now, after waiting 2 weeks. I have to pay a 9.99 fee to return the item now. WTH? I would not order from them again.
