    Horrible experience from start to finish. Withheld my money and Customer Service agent, Joanna, said sassy things like "ma'am we do have a policy" and "should have tried another way to reach out" when I could prove to her I did try twice within the 45 day period to receive a refund. Order never shipped, and now I am paying for it. Do not order from this site. It is unlike anything I have ever experienced!

    Bought a jersey a also one for a gift... Smh. Terrible customer service, no exchanges and also will charge you shipping & return fee... I thought they were legit. 🤔Oh NFL... Smdh. Will never order from here! Rather go to the M.O.A or different place!!!

    I ordered a hoodie for Christmas. Looking at the website photos and the description it looked like a warm hoodie. I ordered a 3xl. When I received it I discovered the material is paper thin and the size is more of a medium. For their prices I would expect better. Don't go by the photos and descriptions on their website. I won't be ordering from them again.

    Terrible. I continue to come back and order items in hopes that the experience will be better, yet it never is. Last time I order from them. It takes forever for a shipment to arrive and there have been times where the item says shipped only to find out it was not, and then I was told the item was on back order or the item was out of stock long after I placed the order and received order confirmation. The shipping is not quick even though you have to pay $9.99 for it, and pay for it to be returned. It’s very difficult to get ahold of customer service. All around not the best site to order from.

    Ordered custom NFL Cowboys jersey...Terrible quality....they make last name very small the numbers and all the details are plastic stickers that are kinda peeling off already...I'm on writing this because you charge hundreds for a jersey that looks like I bought it at Target on clearance. Absolutely no bragging rights. Not sure what the inflation did to NFL shop... but y'all cutting corners and leaving the prices the same! Also would not let me upload the photos. 😕 That's also interesting.

    My custom jersey never arrived. Stated was delivered, I was home when email received. No product. Poor customer service. Still waiting on my product. Never order through them. Terrible customer service. Can't speak with anyone and they blamed shipping company. Shipping company blamed NFL.com. Terrible experience.

    They lied on second ship date. Label was printed, but never given to carriers after two days. No access to customer service on their website. No option for customer complaints. I will NEVER purchase from NFL.COM again!

    NFLshop.com. Buggy website, cancelled orders 4 days after with no explanation and no update by text, email, just nothing. Now I’m paying $40 more and it won’t make it here by Christmas. Nice stuff, but unreliable.

    Zero customer service. No refund, unless you can catch them on the phone or chat within 30 minutes. You are stuck with shipping fees. I double ordered a gift and now my recipient is stuck with the return nightmare. You can get the same items on Amazon!

    I ordered a jersey for my boyfriend on December 1st and received an email stating it shipped on December 6th. It's now December 17th, and after multiple calls regarding the package's whereabouts, I had to request a refund. Each time I called, I was reassured that the package was on the way, which turned out to be false (Shocker..). After being promised a resend and expedited shipping if I called back on December 17th, I was met with the news that the jersey was out of stock (not at all shocking after Sunday's game… GO BIRDS!)

    To make matters worse, when I called today, the first customer service representative hung up on me after I asked to speak with a supervisor. This situation feels sketchy, and I can't shake the feeling that something is off. Either they're moving money around or just couldn’t care less what is happening. I'm determined to get to the bottom of this and will explore options, including a potential class action lawsuit if necessary. I will find a resolution. If anyone has similar stories please feel free to share. This company is TRASH!!!

    Not bad product at all. Looks super comfy and look true to size. Yes obviously the logos are ironed on like a normal jersey and might fade a little after a while but we will see. Amazon's NFL stuff is the crap that falls apart I've come to learn.

    I ordered a custom jersey on 11/27. I received an email on 12/5 stating that the order had shipped and was given a UPS tracking. On 12/12 I checked UPS to see where the order was. UPS had not yet received the order. NFL SHOP created the tracking number in order to say that it shipped. I called custom service and guess what. Surprise, surprise, they are overseas. No help whatsoever. I will NEVER order from them again. I recommend that you don't either.

    NFL will not even pay for shipping and handling when their products are over 75.00. They still make customers paid for S&H and products are not arrived on time as expected. When chatting with customers service they be calling you by a different name as you already verified your name 3x. My concern was not address as they did not give you time to wait and type a response. This guy "GIN" if that is his/her real name anyways... Shut down my chat as I'm not finishing with my concern. Send me a 30% to use in the future and apologize for the delay.

    According to 2 different chats I had, they both stated at nfl policy is that they have a 3 day policy. It's been 3 days but both of them said they could not tag the order to be reship or refund. How does they even make sense when it's been 3 days already???? This is just a ripped off cause nfl knows and I know that the order will be delivered on the 4 day. So it's like in between the 3 day to the 4 days is missing. Gin need training and experience with customers service.

    I repeat and I do repeat DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM NFL SHOP! They are horrible! They went downhill after covid! Well I should say for the past 2 years! Don't know who's running this company but it garbage now! Tried ordering jerseys that they say they do have end up getting refunded every time. why can't they just be honest and say they simply do not have any jerseys? 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ tried getting Farrell Jr. Chiefs jersey and here recently Wanya Morris Chiefs both got refunded on even though I asked them, "Hey are you you all have these players jersey right?" They said yes but... Got refunded the money because of an error they made. Ugh nfl shop sucks. Boycott this place!

    The 30% Site Wide discount doesn't happen. I entered the promo code and was still charged the full price. Contacting customer service was no help. It seems that once an order is placed, no adjustments can be made for the "discount". In all fairness, the chat person at customer services did offer to refund shipping fees. Small gesture compared to 30% discount. I will not be shopping here again.

    I selected a jacket for a Christmas gift. The site stated that there was a 30% discount and listed the $99.00 jacket for $69.00. When I checked out it charged me $99.00 and stated that the item was ineligible for the discount. Reluctantly I paid $99.00 for the jacket.

    Terrible experience. Ordered an item on 11/19/2024 and as of 11/25/2024 it is still processing. They give you no estimated time frame for shipping and delivery. As of now looks like I will receive the item on 12/4/2024, 15 days from the order date and charged for standard delivery. Customer Service chat was horrible and offered nothing in response to why this process would take so long. This is an in stock item. Would definitely caution against ordering here. Hopefully the quality is not crap.

    Placed an order on November 10th. It says "shipped" out in November 12th. Yet, the label was only created. It is now November 19th and still the same. Contacted NFL multiple times and was told that it will be delivered by November 27ths. When I placed the order, it says will ship within 1 day, est delivery by November 21st. Will never purchase from NFL shop again. Wished I had seen all of these negative review before placing $150 order. Mark, the supervisor was terrible, cannot answer my questions at all. Kept saying it will get her by 11/27. Rej and June the assistants are no help at all either. Very dissatisfied. Like everyone else says, they just blame it on the warehouse.

    I guess the old adage is true, "you get what you pay for." I just received my jersey after a long wait. Everything looked great from the front. When I turn it to view the back the player's name was sewn on upside down. What a joke, and it was all on me. Best to save up and get an official one.

    I would have never thought in a million years these people would be sooo unorganized and unprofessional! I ordered a jersey for my husband on 11/3/24. The jersey haven't even been processed yet! They sent me an email yesterday stating that it's delayed! I called spoke with an agent, she told me I can't get a refund because it's already in the warehouse! Of course it is! I explained to her that it haven't been processed and I just received an email stating it's delayed. So I asked 2 speak with a supervisor, she told me none was there, like duh! So I asked to be transferred to one. Any way! Very disappointed. I advise you to go to the mall and purchase what you want from the stores that carry what you want. Save yourself the disappointment. The supervisor was very nice but I still don't and won't have the jersey for almost 2 weeks if I decide to wait. No. Ty! Get somebody else to do it!

    Worst customer service ever. Very hard to understand (they don't employ ** obviously) and took 3 calls to get an issue resolved. Terrible service. Will never purchase an item from here again. Fanatics is an monopoly and not sure how their business is even legal.

    I recently ordered a Maxx Crosby jersey as a birthday gift for myself, and paid for the 1-2 business days for delivery. This was on Wednesday October 31st and I wanted it for this weekend's game, plus it would arrive BEFORE my birthday! It’s Saturday the 2nd and no Jersey. The $30 option is FAKE! Not that it broke the bank or anything, but what chaps my ** is they have no customer service button on their site, and you can’t respond to the email they send you that gives your package info. They just send a dumb email letting you know they have No working email for customer support. Don’t pay extra for delivery, it will only leave you feeling empty and disappointed.

    I bought their very expensive hoodie Men's NFL Pro Standard Black League Wordmark Short Sleeve Pullover Hoodie and washed it on gentle with the hoodie turned inside out and did not dry it and when I took it out of the washer, I noticed the emblems were starting to peel back. These hoodies are $179.99. This should not happen! The emblems are peeling.

    The return process is a joke... Customer service doesn't fix the issue you're calling for and talks in circle. Shipping times aren't accurate. If you return and want original payment back they take $9.99 back from you.

    I ordered merchandise back in February right after the Super Bowl. I knew them it would be several months before I received a certain item. It had an estimated delivery date of September 9th. Well September 9th came and went, I reached out to them a week later and was informed "we have no additional information about your item". How are you seriously going to sell something and then NOT HAVE IT WHEN YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO? Last time they will receive my business. My expected delivery date is now October 22nd, more than 8 months after I paid for the item and over a month and a half after my original estimated delivery date. Poor business practices, I do not recommend.

    Ordered a couple t-shirts on Monday for a game I was attending on Sunday, 6 days away. They advertised "Ready to ship" on the product and also charged $10 for shipping. As you can guess, it did not arrive in time for the game. They need to restructure their logistics operations. Very sad for 2024. The norm is free shipping with arrival with 2-3 days maximum. Not $10 for shipping for 2 week shipping for a lousy t-shirt.
