I returned an item and am now at 1 month of waiting for my refund! The customer support has been absolutely atrocious and zero help whatsoever. I cannot get anyone to get me answers on this and they just keep creating "support tickets". I am filing a case in small claims court in order to get my money back. DO NOT BUY ANY NFL MERCH FROM NFLSHOP.COM! BUY ELSEWHERE!!!!

I wanted somewhere to leave a review for the NFL Shop but you can’t even do it on the site. Anyway ordered a jersey for my boyfriend for his birthday and so he could wear it this Sunday to the Lions and Cardinals game. On the site it says it’s supposed to be delivered today BUTTTT it sat in Ohio for 3 days and now it’s coming Monday. Had it told me that it would sit for a couple days before it was shipped I would have paid extra to get it earlier but it didn’t. I’m so upset.

My boyfriend has been telling me for 2 years that he wanted a Justin Jefferson jersey. I finally decided to get him one and wanted to make sure I was buying from the OFFICIAL site so I did not get scammed. My boyfriend’s birthday is August 2nd. I placed the order for the White out JJ jersey on June 21 2024. It stated the estimated arrival would be around July 31st 2024. I thought, that’s a bit long, but at least it will be here right before his birthday. July 31st rolls around and I still have not even received shipping confirmation. Just order confirmation. It is now September 20th.
After talking back and forth and being given yet ANOTHER estimated arrival date for September 2nd and then ANOTHER for September 24th. I still again, have not received any shipping confirmation and my order still sits at “pending”. I’m convince I will yet again get another estimated arrival after the 24th because I know they will not get my order processed and shipped to me in time again. This is the worst experience I’ve had and the longest it’s EVER taken for an order to be processed, shipped, and delivered. Especially for the price you have to pay for their products!!! Never buying online again.

They sent my shirt to the wrong address. Countless emails to get them to send me a new one and they don't respond. I wish I had looked them up before buying. Every rating they have is horrible. Don't give them your money.

I am extremely disappointed with the shipping services provided by NFLshop.com. They advertise specific shipping time frames such as 3-7 days, but they are completely deceptive because it’s been 2 weeks now. I placed an order on August 31st expecting it to arrive within the promised time frame, only to find out it was delayed significantly without any proper communication. The tracking information provided on their email and UPS was inaccurate, and customer service offered no real solution or explanation for the delay. I wanted a refund and they still wouldn’t give one.
If you’re hoping to get your order in time for a game or special event, BEWARE – their shipping times are unreliable, and misleading. It’s frustrating to spend hundreds on items, thinking they’ll arrive when promised, only to be left waiting indefinitely. NFLshop.com needs to either fix their shipping services and stop lying to consumers. I will not be ordering from here again and looking for a lawyer to file a lawsuit for their deceptive behavior.

I ordered a jersey. I wore it once and my wife washed it as normal. The lettering is falling off! I can’t get them on the phone! Their online return policy says that it has to be unworn with the original tags to return! What a waste of $145! Never again.

Tshirt is poor quality - 1 wash and the stitching at the shoulder came apart. Refund policy is that I get store credit or pay $10 to ship their crap back to them. So I paid $30 for a T-shirt that lasted 1 time through the washing machine.

On July 31st, 2024, I ordered 2 items that were in stock and "ready to ship". After 3 weeks of not getting my items, I started the process of talking to supervisors. To make a long story short, over the last 2 weeks, I have talked to 7 supervisors, who assured me my items would be shipped "the next day". I was told to cancel my order and then reorder. On Wednesday, August 28, a manager guaranteed me that one of my items would be shipped on August 29th and the other item on August 30. Needless to say, my items have still not been shipped.

I ordered a set of 2 49er wine glasses. I received a package from NFL Shop today. Unfortunately, it contained one 49er wine glass and one Alabama wine glass. Trying to do an online chat was futile as no fan advocate was available, and hasn't been all day. Customer service was as useless. I would like my order issue resolved! Quality control is pretty pathetic. Someone who can't read could tell they weren't a pair!!

I ordered a size M for my grandson. They sent him a 4XL. I have contacted them twice to get a return label so I can return the hoodie. They keep on saying I can print it off in 30 minutes but I never get it. Checked spam, etc. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Placed two orders over 6 weeks ago. Received multiple bogus ship dates which have come and gone. Now they won't even give a ship date. 7 calls and 4 emails only to hear they are "waiting to hear back from the warehouse". Buyer beware, don't trust nflshop.com with your business.

I recently ordered an outfit for my grandson. Found out a week later that my daughter had already ordered the same thing. So, I looked into returning my order and processed it online. I requested a gift card online, because it said if I took the refund on a gift card, there would be no return shipping fee. When I saw a partial refund from the NFL on my bank account, I called NFL Shop customer service. I asked why they had refunded my money when I asked for a gift card and why the amount was wrong. I was placed on hold for forever, but finally I was informed that they had only received 2 items out of three. I explained that I returned all items in one box. Put on hold again for a long time, the agent eventually came back to me and assured me that all my money would be refunded and there would be no charge for shipping because the gift card system did not work.
A few days later I noticed another partial refund from the NFL hit my bank account. I called customer service again to ask what happened now. The gentleman was very apologetic but he had no answers for me and I felt like his understanding of the English language was poor and his ability to do his job was lacking. I asked him to request a supervisor to call me and/or review my case. I requested an additional refund or explanation of what I was paying for. I really wanted an apology for their representatives being so misleading. But, all I got from the "Supervisor" was a terse email telling me that I got the correct refund case closed. No sorry or excuse us. How completely infuriating. I really love the NFL. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed that this is the quality of customer service that they offer. Bad on you NFL.

My order # ** was ordered on 1/29/2024 and was process delivery date on 1/09/2024. I log in still show processing. I called NFLSHOP @ 855-288-8842 (just in case anyone need the number). I called today. On 1/29/2024 was told it will not arrive on time for the Superbowl. To add more fuel to the flame I was told that they have over thousands of orders. I told the rep, "I don't really care about how many orders that you get. I only care about my orders." I also mention to the rep to, "Choose your words wisely." So, for anyone out there are looking for any sport outfit my suggestion is to go somewhere else! This Company do not care about you once they have thousands of orders. I had learned my lesson.

My son loves the Pittsburgh Steelers. I ordered him a shirt. It was 30% off free shipping. We received the shirt. It was too small. We needed a medium. I returned it. I called to make sure it was received, and when I would be receiving my refund. They chose their self to put it on a gift card. I chose a sweatshirt $10 cheaper than the one I purchased, use the gift card and at the end it said I owed $16.45. That’s when I decided I would take my business elsewhere but that was not the end. I was guaranteed my money would be back on my original payment card within three days. This was around December 14. Mind you well here it is the very end of Dec no refund. I have spoken to over five maybe six representatives and one supervisor. I was refused to talk to a supervisor personally or the billing department.
I don’t know what is going on with the representative, but I would say something and their response would be off-the-wall example I got 30% off originally and free shipping. That was the offer, if I decided to stay with them after all of this, all I asked for was to exchange the shirt for equal value and maybe throw in a cheap stocking cap considering they’ve kept my money for over a month with repeated people telling me it would be there and it’s not. I’ve spent hours on the phone, my son, that just turned 16 didn’t get a birthday present. This was an expensive shirt. It was the only present I got him and I can’t afford to get him another one until I get the money back. They’re well aware. When I would ask them for that request, this would be their response every time like three different times. "How about we order such such shirt, you can use your gift card and then pay the difference and we will give you 30% off and the shipping fee?" Lol.
I would explain it’s already 30% off that’s your coupon. The shipping is already free so you’re not doing anything to try to make this right except offering what’s already there. All I’m asking is to swap it out and throw in a $12 stocking cap for all of our inconveniences for hours and hours of phone conversations, for lies, for promises for all of it. I swear they would turn around and repeat the same thing and act like they were really offering me something. I couldn’t hear it in their voice. They would not talk to me in person or on the phone which is ridiculous, I requested many times to speak with a supervisor. I was denied and yes this is who is representative our NFL teams someone for God sake please help me. Please do something about these people and get some people in there that know what they’re doing that can speak English and know how to do customer service, this is a outrage.

I ordered a jersey for my son's birthday on 8/24 with an ETA shipment date of 9/24. Ok, I get it. Jerseys are in high demand. Then came 9/24, no jersey, no shipment, no communication. Then it was pushed out to 10/3 in which I patiently waited, waited, waited. NOTHING! Still says 10/3. No update again, no communication and charged me month plus ago. Season is already 1/4 the way through. Now it says 10/17?? What a disgrace.
I reached out to customer service and they had no clue, just told me the date which was generically listed, no help. My son has been looking forward to this jersey for so long. I promised him the one date, then the next and now I have no words. I reached out again today to customer service, NO ANSWER. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. My son has been so let down. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Please DO NOT buy here. I have been more than patient and then continued to let me down.

I ordered a jersey for my wife as a Christmas present on 11/25/22. The company took my money on 11/25/22 and never shipped the product. When I called 12/9/22, they said it would ship 12/16/22 and I’d have it by Christmas. I never received confirmation that it shipped so I called today 12/16/22. Now I’m told it should ship 12/30 and I’ll get it by 1/25/23. When I placed the order, the Jersey was in stock. The website says orders are processed and shipped no longer than 3 days after receiving payment. Yet my order is going to take two months? I could understand if it was backordered or something like that. But it wasn’t. Since I can’t get the Jersey in time for Christmas I asked for a refund. I was told that’ll take 3-7 business days. We’ll see. The whole thing feels like a scam.

My husband finally decided as a birthday gift to himself, he would get himself a custom jersey. It was before his birthday and they were having a decent sale. He wanted authentic, a company he can trust. So why not go straight to NFL. This company by far has the worst customer service ever, if you do not want to be swindled, do not even bother, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Over a month no customer service update, email, phone, NOTHING.. Every time you call you either GET someone who is NEW, answering the phone unprofessional, HARD to UNDERSTAND... and HAS NO CLUE WHAT IS GOING ON.... Never can get a MANAGER. They are always submitting some ** ticket to get you moving along. Anyway no update for over a month.
After we call then we get a ticket put in, NO Explanation, except for it's an OUTSIDE company that makes CUSTOM, They ALL OF A SUDDEN do not have the size available. Ummm did anyone call to advise NO NO and NOOOO!!!! So now we wait some more. Then call again a few weeks later, NO CLUE as to what is going on.. WHERE ARE YOUR COMPUTER NOTES, ACCOUNT NOTES HELLO!!! No MANAGER AGAIN!! Wait... for it... ANOTHER TICKET... Nothing resolved.
Today we get an email stating that because this item was a sale item, THEY DO NOT REFUND THE MONEY, they chose a charity of THEIR CHOICE.. Please tell me this is a JOKE!!!! Then we call, get another person on the phone NO CLUE, put on HOLD to guess what...ready for this... "CREATE ANOTHER TICKET and you will receive an updated EMAIL." GIVE US OUR MONEY, and we promise to never EVER EVER EVER deal with this SORRY ** COMPANY AGAIN... Just horrible!!!!

NFL Shop is getting to be a joke! We used to love their things! Today, I tried to redeem some fan cash (which I received in an email) and, when I tried to sign in, it kept saying it was an invalid address. I spent two hours trying different customer service phone numbers and chat lines and got nowhere. I finally got a live person who told me they had no record of that email even though we have ordered from them and receive ads all the time. Hmm. Eventually, she informed me the system was down. I asked if I could just order through her, using my fan cash and she told me I couldn't. I needed to try again in 2-3 hours. That was 3 hours ago. I just tried again and got nowhere. I was excited to order these two hoodies for my husband's birthday but, I think my time would have been better invested buying some sheep, tending to them, shearing them, and, well, you get the point!

I bought my boyfriend a giants jersey on October 4th for his birthday which is on October 15th. I paid 5.99 for shipping and it was expected to come within 5-7 days. I get there are delays but I wasn’t expecting to come until October 27th which is ridiculous 24 days after I ordered it and paid for shipping. Get this, October 23rd rolls around and I go to check on my shipping since it should be on the way. The order is still processing and will not come until November 8th now keeping in mind this is for my boyfriends birthday on the 15th of October. If I would have know this order would have taken over a month I would have never gotten it so unreasonable. Don’t even bother trying to call them. Either they will tell you a minute wait and keep you on the phone for 30 minutes. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I purchased an autographed jersey for my husband for our upcoming 35th wedding anniversary. I received a message on our answering machine, with my husband standing next to me, asking me about the autographed jersey I purchased! This was a gift, a surprise! Why someone would think it's ok to call and leave that message is beyond me! They have to know people purchase gifts! When I called to complain, I did not receive an apology from Antonio, the customer service agent. I was asked, "What would you like me to do about it?" in a very rude manner. I asked to be transferred to his supervisor, only to be put on permanent hold! BEWARE BUYING GIFTS FROM NFL SHOP!!

I read through all of the disclaimers and pages of legalese to find out about refunds for an e-card. Found nothing, all info was for actual merchandise. So I purchased one for my son for Christmas. He went online and tried to find something he would wear and could not find anything. So I tried emailing and responding to emails to request a cancellation of the e-card and a refund. I did not get a response and when trying to find out how to request a refund all you get is a robot on the chat, and the website just takes you in circles. I finally found a phone number that I could call. When I did so, after 5 minutes of robot talk, I reached a live person. She was kind enough to put me on hold 3 or 4 times while she checked to see how to cancel the e-card. She did check back with me the first 3. After the 4th time and at this point I am now on the phone 18 minutes, the call abruptly ended, with no solution given to me.
I called back the next day and in less than 2 minutes on the phone with a Customer Service representative. I am told that I could not get a refund, even though the e-card has not been used. I am told once the ecard is issued they will not cancel it. I don't understand why this policy is not noted on their website when everything else is and why the e-card cannot be cancelled and money refunded. It would be good customer service to charge a small administration fee and refund the customer's money. I would not recommend NFLShop.com to anyone wanting to purchase e-cards or anything other than actual merchandise.

Okay I got online to buy two men's hoodies. I found some on sale which was for 47.99 each which game did 95.98. I had a code for 20% off. After that was applied the total was still 95-98 so I took off that code and used their free shipping code and then the hoodies went up to $119 so I got on the chat and tried to explain to whoever is working. There was two of them and nothing was done whatsoever. I have snapshots of our conversation and when I went and got all my other phone to look up the same hoodies 30 minutes later they're only 4199 but when I add the same 20% off promo code which it says was accepted again the price went to 95-98. Now how is that so.
The girl the second girl wouldn't deal with me at all. She tried pushing it off as you can't order through chat and I said, "Ma'am I'm not trying to order I'm trying to get you to correct the problem so I know which price I'm supposed to pay." Again she said she can't order through chat. Again I said I'm not trying to so she said I need to call a 1855 number and go over it with them. I said so this will be third person that I've had to go over this with to get something done about it I said. She said, "Yeah that way they can fix it," and I said, "Why can't you." Does this mean all the other people that come to your site are getting ripped off if they use a promo code.

The clothing on this site is cheaply made and the sizing charts are NOT accurate. Therefore all the women’s clothes I ordered did not fit and the sweatshirt had a stain. Then as if that isn’t bad enough considering I spent over a couple hundred bucks, the men’s hat I ordered for my father's bday was so small that I thought for sure they had a mix up. So the ONLY thing that came exactly as pictured and stated on the site was a pair of socks. I truly am surprised they are still in business with this poor of quality products and inaccurate info about them as well.

I ordered something from NFL Shop on October 5, was suppose to receive my item by October 13. Item was never picked up by FedEx as Traci said. Nfl shop sells things that is already out of stock. Then Traci thinks it's funny. Very unprofessional for her job title. Long story short I will not receive my hoodie.

Nightmare experience. My Large order ($150) was cancelled without explanation. When I tried to call, the ‘fan protection’ department hung up on me (and the call agent) 3 times on two separate calls. Horrible service and response from the so called ‘fan protection’ department - to a basic question. Seems they don’t want to talk to people when they make a mistake. Taking my business elsewhere.

My 11 year old son purchased a 30oz Pittsburgh Steelers tumbler for his dad as a Christmas gift. Within 4 months the tumbler is peeling and rusted. I contacted customer service and they can’t do anything for me since the 90 day return window has passed. This was a waste of $47.00 and I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I ordered a hoodie for my husband for Christmas. It was not the right size. I returned it and followed all the instructions on February 5th. I still have not received my refund 2 months later and when I call there is nobody I can speak with, just recording comes on. I don't think that I will ever get my money back. At least I know not to order anything from NFL Shop again.

I ordered the Grey Superbowl Champion Shirt for my son the day after the Superbowl. I waited a couple of weeks and it hadn't shown up. I emailed the NFL store and was told that the label was printed but was never shipped. I have no idea why. I was offered a refund or they could send the shirt. Of course my 9 year old still is hoping for the Champion Shirt. So, I opted to have it sent. 10 days later I get the shirt. But, it is the wrong shirt. It is Tampa Bay shirt which my son already has. I email NFL shop again a little more upset this time. They will not call me. They want me to return the shirt and get a refund and then re-order the Champion shirt. At this point I don't trust them enough to send back the shirt and can hopefully find the Champion shirt elsewhere. But, this is very disappointing. They even said they would waive the 9.99 restock fee as if doing me a favor.

I ordered a pullover with so called free shipping; when I went to checkout they were charging me $7.00 for expedited shipping, so I went with it, as soon as I completed checking out, the very second, I didn't even get my finger off the complete checkout button when I receive alerts informing me of fedex delays and corona virus delays on their part. Long story short free shipping would have gotten me my order in 4-7 days, but they picked expediated shipping for $7.00 and the earliest arrival date is no less than 10 days, can't respond back because email is invalid, how can I receive confirmation email from an invalid email, also they knew prior to my completing checkout of all delays and failed to inform me, that has to be a form of fraud under the law, at the minimum acting in bad faith, I would like to hear from others who read this review and what lime to know your opinion, it's not about the money or the delay, it's about bad business practices.

NFL is using FedEx Ex for all the shipping. I have not had a single Good thing to say about FEDEX except you better expect to not get your products when they say or even at all!! FedEx is a horrible way to ship anything!! If I lose out on the 300 I spent on NFL I am going to be super mad. I will make sure everyone in my house never buys from NFL.

I purchased a football helmet on 1/5/2021. I received the item in the mail today. I let my 10-year-old son open the box with me. The inside box was ripped. Also, the face mask was missing screws. It was hanging on by one screw. I took photos ASAP and contacted the seller. He called me a liar! And won’t give me an even exchange or Full Refund. I served 20 years in the military and have way more accountability, responsibility and integrity than this seller! Why would I take out the screws? I was planning on returning it. I’m not looking for a Refund and keeping the item. My son is now heartbroken. Therefore, this is a horrible business who treats customers like trash! They shouldn’t even be in business.

I made a Christmas order in early November for my son. I purchased three items with the most important one being a Giants jersey. As of today, last day of December, I have not received the jersey! The order tracking is completely incorrect showing that I have only received one item - when in reality I have received 2/3 but unfortunately I would have had more faith if I could get ahold of someone. I tried their "live chat" - oh please, it is in NO WAY a live chat. It is just an automated response no matter how many times I click that I want to speak to a person. When I used the phone number to contact someone it gives the same recording and no one is available! It was bad enough I couldn't get my son his xbox b/c of scalpers but I thought I would at least save some face by getting him the jersey. Thanks for helping to RUIN my son's Christmas and taking my money!

I ordered Christmas presents on Dec 10. I paid for faster shipping because I wanted to make sure these presents arrived before Christmas. Not only has my package not arrived yet, but when I contacted customer service, they refused to refund the expedited shipping charges. Please keep in mind when ordering from here, that they will take your money, but you will get your items when they feel like it.

I ordered a jersey for my son for Xmas... I always order XL youth but it is more like a men’s medium. I knew I couldn’t return for money but figured exchanging for a smaller size was ok since it is the quarterback of the Panthers. They said I couldn’t... meanwhile I noticed Amazon has the same jersey for the same price with free shipping and easy returns. Oh and the NFL shop charges a $2 handling fee! What company does that!!! Do not but from them. It is a rip off.

Just wanted to compliment the customer service department for doing an exemplary job with the return of my funds. Unfortunately my ordered items did not ship or was not in stock, I really don't know, but after several attempts to reorder I decided to ask for a refund. To my surprise my card was credited within 24 hours. I really like the items, but unfortunately I couldn't get what I requested. I don't know if I will order from them again, but hopefully other customers have received and were pleased with their items. I only wish I would have been given the opportunity to rate NFL Shop on their products.

Ordered my son a Justin Herbert Jersey in late November. Shipping on NFL Shop site said product is due to arrive 12/2/2020. On 12/8/2020 I called their customer service and they're telling me the package is lost and cannot ship another due to being out of stock. FedEx tracking number shows only a label created, but never picked up. Purchased my wife a jersey the year before and same result with lost package. Was able to at least have another replacement shipped during that event. In this instance my son will not be getting the jersey he wanted for Christmas. Stay away from the NFL Shop. Their service sucks!!!

Since Feb 2020 I have been trying to utilize my Fan Cash. Took 11 months, over 6 hours of holding, and begging for assistance. They repeatedly were confused, then began lying. It has finally been resolved, all of which was their fault. I will NEVER purchase from this poorly run company again!!

Masks do not come with filters, which site mentions in very small print. I tried to use the chat help line to find out where to get the filters. As soon as I hit "something else" ( the reason for contacting them) I was directed to use another help feature (snail mail or phone)... no email contact info.

I don't think the shipping both ways, would justify almost $30 dollars. I have reached out to NFLshop.com numerous times. The live chat is a virtual intelligence, so you cannot reach a real human. I received no response from them, other than more offers to purchase, and that is probable a definite NO.

I ordered 2 LA Rams shirts one Aaron Donald and Jalen Ramsey on 9/25. It is now 11/17 and I am being told I won’t receive it until before Christmas. I am extremely disappointed and of course they could care less. The season is going to be over before I even receive my items. I’ve tried contacting NFL Shop to figure out why I am not receiving my items in a timely manner. Their excuse is it’s a special event item. I ordered a Kupp jersey off Amazon for my son for his birthday and received it in 5 days. So their excuses etc. don’t make any sense. My best advice is to not do any business with the NFLShop at all.

I ordered a t-shirt on September 21, 2020. It is now November 3rd, and I have yet to receive my order. The ship date keeps getting pushed back, and after speaking with customer service (who are less than helpful), they said my order would ship no later than November 2nd at 12:00AM, and they would upgrade my shipping method to overnight. It is now the expected delivery day, and my order has yet to ship. I just received a note saying "The vendor has left a note here and this shirt order will be delayed till Nov 17th". Do not use this site if you want a shirt before the 20-21 football season is over.

I ordered a Tom Brady Jersey in April of this year and was told it would be shipped by 9/15/20, then on that day got an email stating it was delayed until 10/15/20, I check on it today and it is now saying it will not ship til 11/12/20. I am usually a very patient person especially during these times but my Aunt ordered the Same Jersey in June. Got Hers in August. I contacted customer service and they are like it is a very popular item and they are unable to keep up with demand.
I asked why this was not done by a first come first served Basis? Guess what? No answer to that. I asked, "Why My Aunt who ordered hers after I did and got it 2 months later?" "Maybe she ordered it from another store." I told them she got it from NFL Shop. Guess what? No answer to that and they got snippy stating if I didn’t want to wait I could cancel the order. $160 and wait 7 months for the product is unacceptable For any business and something should be done to satisfy the customer not get snippy.

I am so angry. I ordered my husband a jersey from here back in July. It is now end of Sept. Still nothing. Now they say won't be here til mid October and since it's still not here. UNTRUSTWORTHY, UNDEPENDABLE, UNRELIABLE. I made my order for 3 masks at the end of July with a delivery date for the end of August. At the end of August when not received I was advised of a small delay due to COVID shipping issues and that my product would be here by sept 9th. Though bummed it would be late I accepted the apology due to the circumstance. When I hadn't received my masks by Sept 9th I called customer service again and was told I would not receive my product now till Oct 5th. Reason giving this time...."it's a specialty item."
At this point I was demanding to talk to someone in charge or a way to contact someone to file a complaint with. The rep would not give any info but states they would file an escalation and a member of management would CALL me within 24 hours to file a complaint. Instead I received an email saying ... "Your order will ship on sept 27th and you'll receive it on Oct 5th." NO ONE CALLED ME, NO MANAGEMENT CONTACT. I have no idea if I will even receive this product. I hope this review will save someone else from doing business with this company and going through the same headache.

For several weeks the NFLSHOP was advertising different Cornhole Games, it different price ranges with 30% off. I select one I like at the lower price being advertised @ $69.99. No problem right??? So I get order confirmation and I was charged $99.99, plus S&H, and taxes for for a total of $130+, so now the price has almost doubled.
I immediately start trying to reach out to Customer Service, via email(s), I chatted with Stacy G., whose last comment was “Oops, something went wrong” and we were disconnected. I then chatted with Chinnelo, who said asked for the coupon code I used, well that code expired and I could not find, she also disconnected me. Lastly, I chatted with Muhammad, who told exactly what I already knew. He said it was company policy not to make a price adjustment unless I had the original coupon code. There was nothing he could do, but offer me a 20% off coupon on my next, I told him him there wouldn’t be a next time and beside a received a 30% off coupon on my next order with my order confirmation.
So rather than adjust or refund me $30, I said I will be returning the item unopened as soon as it arrives and that I was giving them a poor review. So not only have lost my business, hopefully after my review that would lose a few more sales. I usually read reviews before I order something online, I don’t know why I didn’t this time, but NFLSHOP is super sketchy. Customer Service is NOT customer friendly????

For Easter, we decided to buy our kids jerseys with their names on them. We came across this site and figured, 'Wow good deal!" My boyfriend spent $80 on two jerseys, they took the money out immediately. Never got a confirmation email but eventually got a bogus tracking number through text in which was not traceable. Waited and never received anything, there was no phone number to contact. We chopped it up to being a loss after we read many other reviews (after the fact) Today, we received a shipment... they sent us 3 pairs of Burberry socks!! I repeat, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE PRICE IS! It is a scam!!!

So my wife had a birthday coming up and so I decided to buy her a couple things including t-shirts and jerseys. Placed the order June 3rd 2020. It is still showing as pending and it's July 11th 2020. Do not waste your money on next day shipping because it is a complete waste of money if they take their time even before shipping out. Was very unhappy. Artistic Kansas City Chiefs vinyl mat as a Father's Day gift. The mat was delivered with a piece of paper over the logo but I'm not sure if the logo wasn't dry all the way before they placed the paper on it but the logo stuck to the paper and because of the coronavirus I'm out of work and from what they're saying it could be more than 2 weeks before I get a refund because I have to send the mat back which takes about 10 days. My kids are going to be so disappointed that I chose to order their father's day gift from this site and they definitely don't have customer satisfaction guaranteed.

I ordered birthday gifts to be shipped directly to to the recipient and received confirmation emails telling me the estimated date of arrival. That date has now passed some two weeks ago and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of anyone at this company to find out where my order is. Their Live Online chat just circles round to the beginning again once you have put all of your information in so you get nowhere. Their telephone line into the US is too expensive to call from outside the country, there is no email address to use to contact them and all their emails are no reply addresses. This is wholly unacceptable when you are desperately trying to find out where your order is. This company offers zero Customer Service support, it is a complete a lottery if your order ever ships and arrives and you don't even have a way to get a refund! Shockingly poor - just don't order from them.

Terrible experience after spending over $200. Not only did the product never arrive, I had to call to find out any details. Their number isn't listed on their site, it must be googled to contact customer service. Ordered 2 Jerseys and at the same time and they shipped separately. They sold out and told me they could only issue a refund when inte of the jerseys didn't arrive. "Company policy". In short, they took my money and sold the product to someone else and it's no longer in stock. The package that I had paid for, that already shipped and had my name on it was sold to someone else. Amazing. This is Craigslist level of doing business. Never again. Never ever ever again. They've given the NFL a bad reputation and I'll be ordering from fanatics or a similar site. Heed my warning. I ordered a Viking's Customized Tumbler as a Xmas present. I knew there was a chance it might be a couple days late which I was ok with. It was more than a couple days, it was weekS late. Well the day finally came when it arrived. She loved the tumbler except for the dent at the bottom which made the cup wobble on a level surface. Called NFLshop ASAP within minutes of package being opened. Customer service rep. said he didn't know how to handle this because it was a Custom Tumbler and someone from upper management would contact me on email.
A week later I did finally receive an Email stating that we would be receiving a new item. A short and sweet email. Waited a couple months never received the new item. I know they order most of their stuff from China so figured the coronavirus could be part of delay. Called customer service again and the lady on the line confirmed the Item was to be replaced, but that it was never ordered. Why because they need the damaged cup before they send out a replacement and she could send me an email with a return label which they must receive within 15 days. Or if I want they can offer me a refund but they still must receive the item with in 15 days.
That's the route I took a refund. So I ask her if I would be receiving the return label in the email today a her response is I will receive the email within 2 to 5 business days. I told her nothing against you, but the other customer service rep dropped the ball and that this item was a Xmas Gift and I would never order from this company again. I've ordered plenty of stuff from them and to have this much trouble over a $45 tumbler is ridiculous. Buyer Beware. Everything is good until you have an issue.

I saw some other reviews, and I was quite confused, because the NFL Shop has really high-quality items, and I've always received my order. The first time I ordered something, I ordered a Tyler Lockett t-shirt. It took a month to get to me, but it was a great t-shirt, so I let the slow shipping slide. I ordered a Tom Brady t-shirt, Brady Funko pop, Brady stars of the game poster, and Super Bowl Brady image. The shipping was really quick, and they protected my items very well. I don't get why the NFL shop has so many bad reviews, because, from my experience, they are very reliable. So I highly recommend if you're looking for football memorabilia that you buy from the NFL Shop.

KC Chiefs won the SuperBowl. We placed several orders for friends and family. All orders were first delayed greatly, then just cancelled, then they added the wrong address information in, terrible customer service experience... absolute nightmare ordering through NFLSHOP.COM. We're unsure who else to go through to get licensed gear, but the NFL needs a massive revamp with this company. It's been our worst online ordering experience ever. Buyer beware!

KC Chiefs won the Superbowl on 2/2/2020. We ordered (LOTS) of merchandise by 10:30pm on the same day. We are not expected to receive our orders until 2/27/2020. Not communicated on the checkout page. The e-mail confirmation they sent after placing our order did indicate the expected arrival dates although we did not look at it, UNFORTUNATELY, just looked to see we got an e-mail. We would have canceled our entire order had we known!!!! Basically one month - what takes one month to get when ordered? I will NEVER EVER order from them again.

I came to this site to see if others have the same problems with orders I have had on multiple occasions. Last year I ordered a couple of hundred dollars of merchandise to be shipped to my daughter's house for Christmas presents. I got a confirmation notice that the order had been placed. A couple of weeks later the merchandise had not yet been delivered, and I realized I had never received a confirmation email. I went and checked my credit card and found I had never been charged on my credit card either (which is a good thing). So I placed the order again (no black Friday discount), and again I got a site confirmation the order was placed, with an order number. This time I was sure to print the order confirmation. I waited a few days, and noticed again I didn´t receive a confirmation email. I went to the NFL site and entered the confirmation number and the order came up as cancelled.
Again I checked my credit card and again it had not been charged. But why would they just cancel the order and not notify me. I called my daughter and told her about this. She said she had the same thing happen to her and we assumed they must just be out of stock, being the Christmas holidays and everything. So I figure we would just wait a couple of months, and I would just order them then and give them as late presents. So yesterday (Feb. 7th), I went to the NFL site and reorder for a third time, again I got an NFL site order confirmation and number. Again no email confirmation, and the next day I went to the site, and sure enough the order was again cancelled, and again my credit card was not charged.
Now you could suppose it is my credit card, but I do not carry any balance on my card from month to month, the card is a Visa card from my bank, it has a $25,000 credit limit, and I use it regularly to buy online. I had use this twice to purchase online from Amazon and Walmart the day before I tried to place this recent order with NFL.com website. Now the positive of this, is my Credit Card has never been charged in the 3 order attempts, so no fraud occurred. But the site is very frustrating, in that they make you think you have placed an order, but in reality it never happens. I would believe it might be something personal to me and how I am ordering, but my daughter has experienced the exact same thing twice using different computer, credit card, and order location.
In years past I have ordered from NFL.com without incident. But this year there seems to be a problem. I notice others appear to be having similar problems. The reason we were continually trying is, I have a nephew (daughter's cousin) who joined the Texans team last year (non starter), and wanted to get some of authentic gear, so this is very frustrating.

Almost 3 weeks later...after calling FedEx, my post office, and NFL Shop we still do not have the shirts and they are no help whatsoever. Thankfully I paid with PayPal. If I don't have the shirts by Monday, I will be filing a complaint and getting a refund. Poor customer service! Called Friday since I paid 24.99 so I would get my jersey for the Superbowl before Sunday. I called Friday because I didnt have it still. They said it had already been sent out but they would give me back my priority shipping for the mess up for my jersey not being here on time. They said no later than Saturday night. I waited until 9pm still nothing. Tracked it in Warwick facility at 8am this morning. They never sent out my jersey when they were suppose to. Then when it got sent out they sent it out to be delivered Monday before 9pm. I order from them a lot. Well like I told the guy I will be finding a new place to order from. He told me the sender is allowed to push orders back because they dont meet their time frame. How the heck is that allowed when one pays extra money. I'm good with NFL Shop. You lost a good customer. I advise anyone not to choose any expedited shipping method and not to call their customer service as their employees do not tell the whole story about where the package is. Ordered 2 jerseys for our grandkids 2 day shipping 10 days before the Super Bowl. When they had not arrived by 6 days I called their customer service who apologized and did they would ship them overnight to arrive by the Friday before the Super Bowl.
This is Saturday and no jerseys so I again called customer service who said they were “17 minutes away”. Four hours later no jerseys so again call customer service who said they are still 17 minutes away but now they tell me they are sitting in a storage facility and cannot be picked up and WILL BE DELIVERED the MONDAY after the Super Bowl. Never again will I order anything from them and am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and they continually and purposefully lied to me about this order. Never mind my 5 and 7 year old grandchildren not getting their jerseys.

I ordered two shirts the morning after the AFC championship game. Items should “ship before January 28” - which, I figure is enough time for it to get here if it got shipped at the absolute latest as promised - I mean, Amazon gets its stuff here in a few days without a Prime membership. Very disappointing; I should have listened to the reviews posted about how terrible their service is every single year. I ordered my shirts for the Superbowl in well enough time to have them arrive by Friday the 31st. I called when one of the shirts was shipped out and saw the delivery date of the 3rd of Feb. I spoke with an agent and he guaranteed my order would be delivered on the 31st. I called back today and the other shirt was delayed and they said that they would overnight it to me. I was happy with that, however, I needed the other shirt as well. I spoke with a "supervisor" who was very rude, spoke over me, and argued. She said that tracking can change all the time and I would have to wait to see what it does for the shirt that will deliver on Monday. I told her that I have checked it each day and it still has not changed. I will not order from the NFL Shop again due to the rude supervisor. I still will not receive one of my shorts by the superbowl and that was the point of ordering them.

The following day after the money was taken from the credit card, we received notice the order was not available for shipment until February 10. I ordered two shirts from NFLShop on December 31st. I signed up for the emails to get immediate 10% off which I did not get. And my fan cash disappeared after one day. I called their customer service and the guy was very rude said that fan cash is only good for one year and expires. I said I only had it for one day and it expired that doesn't make any sense. And as far as the 10% I have to go through the email which did not arrive for several days after my order. But the email clearly states that the 10% is only valid on the first order and will be applied automatically. So in my opinion and experience I think this company has some shady business practices and rude customer service and I will not be ordering anything from them in the future.

This NFLshop.com is just nonsense. I can not understand for the life of me how such a huge company can have so many errors. I created my account in September and made my first few purchases then. There were at that time tracking issues but we did eventually receive our purchased items albeit late and after a few phone calls to CS. At that time I was sure it had to just be a mix up and a one time issue. However since then I have ordered a jersey for my husband and there is no way to pull up the tracking number or order on the website or my account.
Additionally, when we do enter the order number received in our one "confirmation email" it still can not track down the order. It's not until we call and speak with someone can we find it. Finally they told us it would be here... YESTERDAY and it still has not arrived. Just ridiculous. And to boot why NFL anything would team up with FedEx is a complete mystery. I'll stick with Amazon and Lids!

I ordered 2 jerseys and waited nearly 3 weeks for them to arrive. They arrived 2 days after the game we attended. There's really no excuse for why it should have taken 3 weeks...but anyhow. I did not have a NFLshop account, and I received an email urging me to simply select a password in order to create said account. So, I did. Now, I can log into that account, but my order history is non-existent, and the same can be said for the 'fan cash' they said I earned with that order. I go online to chat with customer service. They say that agents are available 24/7. This is obviously not true. I have waited, and waited. Answered questions (name, email, order number, reason for chat), only to repeatedly be subjected to the same robo-message indicating that they have no available agents, "so check back!" Over and over again, I have 'checked back' to no avail. Calling the customer service phone line is just as ridiculous.
So (1) terrible shipping timeframes, (2) non-availability of customer service agents, and (3) ridiculously small numbers printed on ladies NFL jerseys, in comparison with men's jerseys and the size of the jersey itself (the size of the numbers printed on my jersey is less than half the size of the numbers printed on my husband's jersey -- and it doesn't look good at all). So far, I have nothing good to say about this company.

Item was supposed to ship in 4 business days but did not. 7 days later, I was emailed a FedEx tracking number. 6 days later, when I still had not received my package, I contacted FedEx and they said the shipment was never actually tendered to them. The shipper just generated a label. When I contacted customer service, they tried to tell me FedEx lost the package. When I advised them that I had already spoken with FedEx and that FedEx advised no package was ever shipped the agent acted like she was suddenly confused.
After being placed on a lengthy hold, she came back and advised that they would “reship” my order within 5 days. No apologies, no offer to expedite. Nothing. Obviously my husband’s birthday has already passed and I am so disappointed. I hope they keep their word and ship the jersey within the next few days. I will come back to update my review in a week.

I just ordered four Seahawks items because my son is starting a pee-wee football league and his team is the Seahawks. At the checkout page, the order stated that it would be shipped within 3-7 business days. After completing the order, 3 out of 4 items said they'd ship within this timeframe but the fourth item said it would not be delivered until a month later since it's from a third-party partner.
In 2019 (almost 2020), I don't know anyone that would willingly order something online if it won't arrive for a month but I figured it would be easy to cancel and order elsewhere. Wrong! They said that since that item comes from a third-party vendor, it was only cancellable within 30-minutes. THIRTY. MINUTES. Nowhere on the checkout page does it state this policy and the 'customer service manager' said that it's a known problem that they're trying to improve (they did nothing to improve my situation, though).
With the number of e-commerce options, and everyone loosening their refund policies, it's amazing that they can hide behind a 30-minute, non-transparent cancellation policy and then say the only remedy is to wait for the item to arrive in a month, do the legwork to send it back, and wait up to another month to process the refund.

In the 12th I ordered 2 t-shirts for my sil for Christmas, date to ship (I paid for shipping) the 16th (apparently 4 days to get it off the shelf) arrive the 26th. That date was fine, having our celebration the 29th. I did not expect an item shipping from Utah to Oklahoma to be a problem. The t’s spent 8 days in FedEx hell in Texas. I received them promptly on Monday morning, the 30th. NFL.shop takes NO responsibility for any issues! Once it is shipped they’ve washed their hands of it! **!!! They choose the method of shipping!!! Fix it! Seems maybe they’re too big to care? I don’t know. Other companies seem to have their act together.... Not a happy team member!

Please read this before you order anything from this website!!!! I had to give this a star so that the review would post. Believe me, I didn't want to. I ordered some shirts from this website for my husband for Christmas. I ordered XL men's. Both were so small that he can't wear either one of them. I wanted to exchange them, but after a lengthy wait on hold the representative told me that they do not do exchanges and that I would have to return them and re-order them. I want people to know that you do not get reimbursed for shipping and you have to pay to ship them back and then pay shipping if you want to make a new order. What kind of business is that. In short, this is the last time I will order hoodies from this website as it cost $9.99 to return their items, even though the actual size of the item would never fit right. I ordered a women’s XL. The chart stated Bust 41.5 - 44. Ok. Waist 34.5 - 38.5 ok. Hips 44 - 46.5. Ok. The arm length was not listed but come on... the actual length of the arms are 17 inches and that includes a 2 1/2 inch cuff. Not only is that entirely to short based on other demotions but raise your arms and you will see your bellybutton. This is cheap China made measurement. And I have to pay them to return this crap. I ordered a custom jersey on 11/19/2019 and got an email saying it was delivered on 11/22. I called and was told that it was mistake,it would be delivered on 12/2. It never came on that date but was given another delivery date of 12/20. Never came that date either so I called again and they said it was reordered to be delivered on 12/27. It still never came but another email came saying it was delivered. Got them on the phone and got my refund today. I will never order anything else from them.

Ordered a simple $50 gift card on 12/17. My credit card was promptly charged. Received a verification email that my card would sit on a shelf and not ship for 6 days (I assume all they needed to do was slip a card into an envelope and lick a stamp) and that the USPS would take 11 days to get the envelope to my doorstep. I recognize that it's Christmas and there were two holiday days when the USPS was not working. However, in this day and age of on-line shopping, where free shipping and 48 hour delivery is the norm, NFL Shop clearly is behind the times. Despite previous decent experiences (not great but decent), NFL Shop has proven to be too big for their britches! I tried to return an item I ordered on November 12th as a Christmas gift. I ordered plenty early as the order I had placed previously took 2-3 weeks to come. The website says Christmas orders have a 90 day return policy but apparently, not this particular item as it’s ordered directly from the factory and not in their warehouse. But nowhere in the item description does it tell you this!
I spoke to Samantha, the manager and she was willing to give me a discount code for my next order but was unable to issue me a return label and said if I returned it, they would just donate it! All I want to do was exchange it for a larger size! Per my request, she gave me the phone number for their corporate office. They don’t do exchanges!!! Well, this policy should be front and center on their website! I will do my best to never order from them again and will warm all of my fellow sports fans. I know it’s a drop in the bucket for the nfl but this is crappy customer policy!!!

I ordered a youth jersey for my son on Black Friday and it was $52. It’s too big and I would love to exchange it but they don’t do exchanges. If I return it and buy it today it is $75 now. I wish I would’ve known before I bought it. Now I’m stuck with the too big jersey or I return it and he gets nothing. Because I’m not going to buy it for $23 more. I wanted a Dolphins jersey for the upcoming game this Sunday 12/29. I ordered it late night on 12/24 knowing the next day was Christmas and the order wouldn't be processed until 12/26. I paid for two-day uplifted shipping so, one would expect the jersey by Saturday at the latest. Estimated arrival is showing for Tuesday 12/31. WTF??? That's five days! Essentially normal shipping. Why did I bother to pay the extra $29 for two-day shipping. The website is very deceptive about this too. Those huge discounts they offer on merchandise are pretty much canceled out if you use the expedited shipping (which is chosen by default at checkout). I got suckered the on my first purchase in November. Tried to call them and the hold time was over an hour. Never again - this was my last purchase from NFLShop.

I ordered a t-shirt for an upcoming LA Rams game, I placed the order on 11/24 for standard 7-10 day shipping. That information provided initially would have given me a range of delivery from Dec 2-5. When the shipping information populated for delivery of Dec 9th and at that time I couldn't cancel the order since the information was too new. Ended up getting a different shirt elsewhere. Ordered my boyfriend's hoodie as a Christmas gift from my kiddos on 12/10. Was told in the email that it would be shipped by 12/16. That date came around and no shipping info. To this day I STILL never received a shipping notice from their website! Finally on 12/23 (obviously not coming by Christmas!) I checked the order number and saw it shipped. Estimated 12/26 (Today). Now the tracking says 1/04!!! Seriously???? It takes almost an entire month to process and ship one item??? Even when stating I would have it by Christmas when ordering?? I have spent 8 yrs. away from home incarcerated. My younger brother who in a huge Tampa Bay fan has been taking care of and helping our disabled mother and retired father all this time. Being my 1st holiday home I wanted to do something special for him. I say their specials on Dec. 20th order now guaranteed by the 24th or it free. I ordered a pullover on Thursday 12/19. While browsing came across a clearance tshirt. I added. All over the site was "Guaranteed by Christmas if ordered in the next" however many hours. When I checked out, there was a charge of $22.99 for shipping for this guarantee that wasn't mentioned anywhere on the site other than checkout. I paid the shipping. My clearance shirt was delivered and my expensive Christmas gift now has a delivery date of Jan 3. Customer service is a joke. Told me that was a manufacture item and shipped separately. I ordered a customized Seahawks Jersey on December 10th. It guaranteed that it would arrive before Christmas. It finally shipped on December 16th and said it would arrive on December 26th. Wait!? Long story short, I ordered a Seahawks Jersey for my husband for Christmas on the Kohl's website and was happy it was a little cheaper than the NFL website. Two days after the purchase they emailed me saying they canceled my order due to the jersey being out of stock. This jersey was the main present my husband has been wanting. I hurried onto the NFL website that gives an accurate count of how many jerseys they have available. I was worried about the 2-day guaranteed shipping but I did not have another choice so I went with it and hoped for the best. The next morning before noon I have the package at my house! I am so relieved. While I'm still waiting for Kohl's to reimburse my order I should've spent the extra $30 and went with the NFL shop from the beginning. For thankful for their fast delivery.

He told me I had guaranteed shipping by the 24. So I agreed not to do the refund. Then I track my order on Fedex and they tell me it will not be here until the 27th so I called the customer service line and spoke to a young lady and she was unhelpful and non compassionate. I ordered an Atlanta Falcon Jersey. I tried to cancel the order, as I found a Jersey through another company. The Rep refused to cancel my order. Why not cancel and save all concerned additional hassle? I now know. Because they make money, no matter the outcome. They refused to remedy the situation. I couldn't get an address or phone number to take this to the next level. I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE TO SHOP ANOTHER STORE. Ordered a XL youth Tyler Lockett jersey on 11/29 for my 9 yr old son's Xmas present. My order was delivered on 12/9 and it was wrong. I got a XL men's jersey. When I tried to reorder my original item it was sold out so I had to order a different color and pay a 2nd time, they told me the shipping would be expedited in 2 biz days. It took 8 days, and when I finally got it, it was ANOTHER XL MEN'S jersey!! How do you get the same order wrong 2 times! When I called customer service the floor supervisor was the rudest person I've ever spoke with! The item is completely out of stock and unavailable to order now and refused to give me a refund from my 1st wrong order. Even though my USPS tracking # shows it was delivered on 12/13, she said it takes 10 biz days for the warehouse to "process" the item as received and that I needed to "trust" the process.
Despite the fact that EVERYTHING I've been told so far has been a lie! So now I have to wait 1 more business day and callback again if I don't get an email, even though I never got any of the emails from day one, I just keep calling the 877 line over and over like I don't have anything better to do 6 days before Xmas. Ordered from the NFL shop on December 3 2019 received confirmation email of the order and received a second email stating the order was shipped and will arrive on December 5, 2019. After emailing the NFL and shipping company who both blamed each other for the delay We finally contacted them today (December 17, 2019) and after calling the NFL Shop they stated they never shipped the order. Had to argue to get money refunded which will take another ten days. They now state the items are out of stock. This also happened to my son. This is a fraudulent company and you should never do bushiness with them.

I contacted your customer service department today by phone. I was inquiring as to why my order had been "canceled", but yet I had not received any notification of this. Once on the phone with your representative she was extremely rude, keep cutting me off, raising her voice at me. I can't even describe in words the tone and attitude I was receiving! This is unacceptable and just unprofessional. I did not raise to the bait and return her rudeness, I told her that I knew that she was just doing her job and that she did not create the system that was so broken. She warmed up at that point and said, "That's right this is not my fault, this is not your fault." - Said YOUR representative.
She then said that if my husband was nearby he could verify the account and we could move forward with the order. I told her that he was but that I really did not want him to know of the order because it was his Christmas. Then I immediately said, "Well I will figure it out. We need to get this taken care of. Hold one moment." Your Rep thought I was no longer on the phone. She proceeded so say, "oh my gosh" and breathe out in an audible sigh. I quickly spoke into the phone and told her to "forget it" and I hung up the phone.
I have never been treated so rudely by a "customer service" representative in my life! This was on Friday, December 13th at/around 3:15 pm est. I will no longer be a customer of the NFL Shop. I was stunned at her rude behavior when I was NOT instigating it. I hope you really do "record" the conversations so that she can be reprimanded and taught how better to serve your customers. I always shop on the NFL Shop website and never had an issue but this time was a different experience. I bought some Steelers merchandise on Black Friday weekend and everything went smooth. Shortly I got my tracking number. After the tracking number, the wait time began. Lol. A week later Fedex didn’t update at all so I decided to give fedex a call. The representative stated that they never received a package which is why the tracking number didn’t update and I thought that’s a little weird since I’ve never had an issue with nfl shop.
So I give NFL shop a call and explained my concern and let me tell you guys WOW! The representative was so kind & helpful. He check into my package and tells me that fedex lost the package because they definitely sent it out (I believe that lol). He sends me a replacement package but without one item because it was out of stock and refund my money for that item in two business days. He also upgraded my shipping and expedited my shipping and I got it in 3 days. So overall I will continue to purchase from the website. They never seem to let me down and I can not wait to wear my gear for my first Steelers football game in December. ????

Apparently, as soon as you hit "submit" they do not let you cancel. I chose shipping method of 3-7 business days but was not aware of arrival time of order of FIFTEEN DAYS! No other shipping method was available to expedite order in time for Christmas. They HAD NOT shipped my item (obviously, as it had only been hours since I placed the order late the night before), but the woman over the phone said it is just impossible to cancel once order has been sent to "receiving" or whatever department was now handling the order. I ordered a $70 customized/personalized hoodie of the Miami Dolphins, size extra large for men. It arrived with the name and customized number tilted. I called customer service, unfortunately there are no more in stock for them to redo. They could not offer me any discounts if my kids wanted to keep it to give to their dad. Only thing they could do was allow a free return. I expected a lot better from NFL shop. It looks like I ordered it from a subpar shop. The actual material of the hoodie looks okay, not great but is fleece lined which is nice. Pricey for $70, even if the printing on it had been done correctly.

I ordered a high cost jersey for my wife for a birthday present directly from what I thought was a reliable source that provides high quality products. She has worn it in our house less than 10 times and has not even washed it and all the numbering is peeling off. I just ordered a Philadelphia Eagles hat for a Christmas gift, and the hat showed that it was going to cost $16.49 after using a FOOTBALL25 coupon code at checkout. It also showed free shipping. I chose to use PayPal to checkout and then I was rerouted to another page where they wanted me to agree to a $13.00 a month membership fee after a "free first month." I didn't want to sign up for any $13.00 a month membership, so I backed out of the web page. When I completed the checkout, I was charged for the hat and shipping which totaled almost $22.00. What a bunch of scammers NFL Shop has become! I will never order from them again.

Ordered personalized hoodies for my husband and I. They came out of the package smelling terrible so we had to wash them before wearing. Washed them separately and in the gentle cycle and they still came out with so much fuzz and lint everywhere and the letters and numbers were faded. Very poor quality. And I had to call customer service twice to get a return label and both times they were very rude.

The product itself is perfect!!!!! However, it was in one of those plastic bags you can't tear open, so I went to the drawer next to my stove where my scissors and tape are kept in a container, then when I cut the bag open and slid everything out - out came the product, paperwork, tags, card, and a live roach that went skittering across my stove and before I could stop it disappeared down and behind and I'm 72 and can't pull the stove out to get to it. Lonnie Phillips, Chief Customer Officer at Fanatics Inc. of Jacksonville, FL knows they are a den of thieves. He designed one star review system to take your money and stonewall folks through 'customer service.' They have NO email contact. The link to NFL.com on their site is a dead email account. "Chat" does NOT resolve order issues. Calling the phone number does NOT resolve issues. They have a slick website to steal your money.
They took my order on Cyber Monday (*December 2nd) with a banner on each page promising 3-7 day delivery. After the credit card ran through, got email saying "estimated" delivery December 27th!!! Futile effort to cancel by chat, email or phone. Lonnie Phillips' stocking is full. Ours are empty. Dont wait on hold. Call and talk to Lonnie (unless he is on vacation with your order money)!! The customer service is terrible. The reps are friendly, but the company policy is terrible. The prices fluctuate wildly daily. They will not exchange an item, you have to send back and reorder. A rep told me they would honor the $38 sale price for the replacement, but that I would have to place the order and call them to get the adjustment. I did that; ordered the same sweatshirt in a larger size for $59.99. Guess what? Now they won't honor that price. I have spent over an hour trying to deal with a simple exchange. I will not be ordering from this company in the future. There are so many other options; why order from a company with such a shady return policy?

I ordered from NFLShop.com in the past and have been happy with most of the clothes I bought. One NFL Steelers shirt I bought was very thin materials for the price I paid. However I did order other shirts that were good quality. I am dissatisfied with an experience I recently had. I purchased a Oakland Raiders' jersey for my husband two days ago on Cyber Monday. They did not have any discounts off of that so I paid full price for that and a t-shirt. I noticed today the same jersey had a discount code making it $25 less than I paid for it. I called the customer service number and spoke with a rep then a supervisor. They would not give me the discount price. I would have to buy the same jersey again and return the other one to get the discounted price. To me that is not good customer service. After this they lost a customer. I would rather travel to the mall or buy it elsewhere.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a retailer. I don't normally leave reviews, even if I have a bad experience, but this is the worst I've had. My fiancee and I ordered matching customized Buffalo Bills hoodies with # 12 Kelly on the back for Christmas gifts for each other. Mine arrived 3 days earlier, which I thought was weird, but waited to open mine until hers arrived. When I finally opened mine, the back had no customization whatsoever. It was just a blank Buffalo Bills hoodie. When she called to try and return it for the correct item, she was on hold for over a half hour and never got someone to pick up the phone.
Her hoodie was correct but had a horrible vinegar-like smell to it so she had to wash it before wearing. My fiancee followed the "how to wash" tag and even went so far as to wash it AND dry it on delicate. After one wash, the numbers started peeling off. Since we didn't have luck with reaching customer service by phone, I decided to chat with them through their website. The woman I chatted with was rude and not helpful at all whatsoever. All she could tell me was that my items were not returnable as they were customized. HELLO?? MY HOODIE WAS NOT CUSTOMIZED!!! YOU GUYS MESSED IT UP AND DIDN'T SEND THE ITEM ORDERED!! After I pushed back on this, she simply replied by saying "please give me a few moments".
Several minutes went by with no response and I was disconnected from the chat for inactivity. I then left a "comment card" after the chat ended saying I was very dissatisfied with my experience but do you think I've heard back from them? NOPE! I will never in my life buy so much as a team pin from this website for as long as I live. They not only messed up my order but also sent a defective item and then did NOTHING to rectify the situation. These items are not cheap, and I expect more from a retailer, especially one that basically has a monopoly on NFL Merch. Not only that, but these hoodies are poor quality. They are not soft and not comfortable. The neck is so tight you can barely wear it. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You'd be better off buying a cheap knock-off than buying from these crooks.

Placed an order for a sweatshirt I wanted to wear to a game I was attending on the coming Sunday. Placed my order on the Monday before the game and selected the 3 day shipping option because the default shipping could take more than a week. 3 days seemed like plenty of time considering I ordered it on Monday and didn't need it until 6 days later on Sunday. However I didn't receive an email confirming my shipment until Wednesday. Upon looking at the tracking, the estimated time of arrival was the following Monday. Apparently my order wasn't processed until Tuesday and didn't ship until Wednesday, leaving my with no sweatshirt for the game.
It is extremely misleading to advertise 3 day shipping when it takes 2 full days for the order to even ship. The average customer is not going to account for the 2 days my order spent in purgatory. Be warned if you need something rushed from this website. The shipping days offered are very misleading. I'm sure I'm not the first with this issue and am sure I won't be the last. Will find alternative places to purchase from next time.

I decided to buy my son in Virginia a New England Patriot Inflatable Snowman for Christmas. I'm in Texas. I searched online and found that the NFLShop.com offered the best price. I ordered online, paid and received an email confirmation. Within 5 minutes I received an email that the order had been cancelled because they couldn't verify my information. I called customer service, explained the problem, they transferred me to another department who asked me some questions, said I was verified and to go back online and reorder the product. I looked at my credit card and saw the charge and immediate refund. So I went back online and ordered the snowman again. Received the order confirmation, and within 5 minutes another order cancellation. I called again. I was assured that it was a mix up and that the order would ship. That was on Monday. The order was supposed to ship on Tuesday and be delivered today.
I checked online and it showed the order as pending on one page and refunded on a different page. So, AGAIN I call customer service. I'm put on hold. The lady comes back and tells me I'm good to go and can re-order. I tell her that I'm not reordering as I haven't been refunded for the 2nd order and give me to a Supervisor - only thing she could tell me is that yes, my order had been cancelled and that the refund could take up to 10 business days. Obviously have no idea of what they're doing - Don't use them - pay the extra price and buy from Amazon or Walmart.

NFL Shop is such a disappointment. I placed an order for several items and upon receiving my confirmation email I realized that my order would not arrive when I thought it would. I immediately contacted customer service thru their online chat service asking if I was able to change the shipping method to their two day option. I was told that was not possible but that the order would be cancelled and I should go ahead and reorder the items and select the two day delivery option which I proceeded to do. When I checked my email the following day there was no confirmation email regarding my cancelled order, so I contacted customer service via phone.
I was told that the order was not cancelled or even noted that contact was made, there was no transcript of the chat feed with the NFL Shop representative who had "helped" me the night before and that my order had already been processed so it was too late to cancel at that time. The NFL rep continued on saying that my only option is to return the items for a refund minus shipping charges and taxes which was scheduled to arrive 3 weeks later! On top of it all, my second order that I placed had been cancelled for "unknown reasons" according to the NFL Shop rep.
So now I am waiting for items that will not be here in time for the game I purchased them for with no back up order. Such a disappointment considering that they seem to be affiliated with almost every online retail entity that sells official NFL gear so dealing with any of them is a hard pill to swallow. Ordered and was charged on Oct 10, 2019 but my item was not shipped until Oct. 25, 2019 and not received until Oct 28, 2019. I don’t understand any company keeping my money for 2 weeks until they finally ship 2 weeks later. Probably earning interest off our charges for their benefit. Product coming from two states away? Ordered from NFL shop over a week ago. The day after ordering I received an email saying my order would be delayed and there was no idea when it would be shipped. I called a couple days later and they said they were sorry that it would ship that day and they would expedite shipping for free. I then began to track the shipment and FedEx said it was en route and I would get it by Wednesday afternoon. When Thursday rolled around and I hadn’t received it I called NFL shop, they said to call FedEx. It was out of their control. I placed an order with this company roughly two weeks ago, hoping to get a few T shirts in time for the new season. I figured this would be more than enough time to get them in time for the first game. Unfortunately, I was wrong. About 5 days after placing my order I got an email stating that the order was being shipped. Seemed like a lengthy processing time, but should still be fine. A few minutes later I got a second email stating that the shipping of my order had been delayed and they would email me with an updated shipping date when they had it. Tried to initiate a simple return for a hat I bought. Holy hell... First off, the hat looked like it was stitched together by a toddler on LSD. The oval patch with the logo was tilted almost 45 degrees, and the panels were stitched completely lopsided. Wearing that hat somehow made YOU look like you were drunk. I went to start the return process 19 days after the purchase, but the NFL Shop website said the order number I copied & pasted from the confirmation email did not exist. I tried the support number... Useless automation. Don't even bother, it's a non-starter. Then tried live chat. At least got a reply, but was told they could not send a return label because the order was older than 90 days.
I attached a copy of the receipt THEY sent me, showing otherwise and told them to check again. Apparently it is now in the hands of their own in-house support, to resolve the problem with sending me a return label. Now I guess I sit on my own thumb and wait 48 hours for who knows what. At this point, I've already wasted way more time that a stupid $30 hat is worth. Curious to see what return/shipping charges they try to pin on me. Can't wait... Guessing I would somehow come out still exactly $30 poorer, and hat-less. The whole company is a complete ** of biblical proportions.

I ordered a Jersey of a featured player. Really excited about it. I had never spend that much money on a piece of clothing before. It was the first Jersey I ever purchased. When it came in it was way too large. They didn't have a men's small so I ordered a men's medium and it was down to my knees. I'm 5'2 and 140 lbs, that jersey made me look like a man child. The numbers and insignias on it looked like they were ironed on. Overall it was not what I expected for a $149.00 Jersey. I tried to return. But I was told that it was a customized jersey and all sales were final. For such a big company they have really bad customer services. I will never buy from you again. The two medium hoodies ran VERY small, and a conversation via CHAT with a customer service agent just kept going back to “customized items cannot be returned or refunded,” no matter what question I asked. I ordered the New York Giants personalized hoodie for my husband. I spent over $80 after taxes and shipping. Not even 6 months later, mind you the hoodie was hardly worn and washed according to the instructions, not only is the personalization on the back peeling but so is the entire front. On November 22nd of 2018 I made a purchase for myself in the form of a custom made elite Julio Jones jersey. Keep in mind that this purchase was made in the middle of the holidays. Now, I received the jersey late in December, it looked great. No issues that I could see. I did however only get to wear it twice because we didn't end up in the playoffs which was fine. So now that the season was over, like most do, I hung my jersey in my closet with all my other ones.
Fast forward to April 1st, 2019 I was cleaning and I got to my closet and was throwing out old clothes at the time. I noticed that my newest jersey, the elite Julio Jones custom jersey did in fact show signs of damage to the decal logo of the team on both sleeves, was cracking pretty severely. So I did was anyone would do and contacted NFL Shop. At the time their online chat was down and because of the time of day their customer service line was closed so I went ahead and sent a message through their Facebook page because it said that the response time was a day. I didn't get a response until 19 days after I sent the first message. in a short version because I was outside the 90 day policy they could not do nothing for me.
I went ahead and contacted Nike's customer service, they were pretty helpful but I needed to contact their claims department to see if I could get something resolved. I contacted their claims department. Unfortunately they could not even set up a claim because the jersey's manufacturer information that's on a tag inside the jersey indicated that it was not manufactured in 2018 when I made the purchase but it was made in the summer of 2013.
Mind blown! Because I paid for a custom jersey and not only do I have one that is defective it was even made it the same year as I purchased it. Come to find out that authorized dealers like NFL Shop have not restrictions as far as time frame to hold onto blank jerseys that are purchased through Nike. So because of that mine was imprinted on a 2013 blank instead of a 2018. Because of that Nike could not do anything for me. The Nike representative was not too happy to see that they did that but there is nothing they can do. She recommended that I call them directly which I did and I explained everything and the representative Ariel transfer me to her supervisor TJ whom refused to help at all. he was hiding behind their policies as most companies do.
As a customer and been in retain for a long time there is always a way to take care of the customer. They did not do that and probably won't. If anyone from Nike or NFL Shop reads this just know at it's a shame that the end of the day a little help goes a long way. Never again will a make another purchase from either company, I hope this helps!

They don't make it easy to exchange or return a product. I just wanted a different size but their website is clunky and their policies are intended to make it difficult for the consumer to get what they want. Ordered lounge pants as a gift and they were too big. Originally wanted to exchange them, but they only do returns. Per email they received the pants back on March 28 and email said I would hear from them within 72 hours. It's now April 27th. I called customer service and they said they wrote a "ticket" to fix the problem and I should have an email in 2-3 days saying when I'll get my money. Just don't do it. Bad advertising. Bad customer service. I bought a hat. The image of the hat was what I wanted. It was correct on the confirmation email I was sent as well. I went to check the status of my order to find the image had changed. Not even the same hat. I went to the website and the image had changed there as well. I checked my email confirmation and the image had changed there as well. I contacted customer service but they refused to cancel my order. They said it was too late. I personally think it just required effort which they weren't willing to give. They told me I could return it, at my cost. The customer should never have to pay for the mistakes of a retailer.
I fought with them and they said they would provide me a free return. I've received the return label in email, but it stated I'll be responsible for shipping again. I'm real frustrated with NFL shop and I'll never use them again. If the style changed they should have cancelled my order. If the site was wrong they should have cancelled my order. Even today through advertising on Google and Facebook you have the hat listed three different ways. They don't have their stuff together and they don't take responsibility unless put on the spot. Really disappointed with this company. Will never do business with them again. Ever.

Ordered a jersey from this site. Jersey came in a couple of weeks later than expected. When I received my bill, I was overcharged by $9.17. I sent them an email and was told the extra charge was for cross border transaction cost and rate fluctuation. My confirmation showed a total charge of $61.80 U.S. dollars. However, my credit card was charged $70.97. I emailed them again and provided copies of my confirmation one month ago. They have not responded. I definitely will not use them again and have crossed them off my list of reputable vendors.

I ordered a customizable Chiefs jersey for my brother’s 50th birthday. I was pleasantly surprised when it shipped in two days; however, it took 28 DAYS to receive it from China. Nowhere on the site did it say to expect four weeks for shipping. Not only did I not have it in time for his birthday, it arrived with his name misspelled!!! I double-checked my order just to be certain I submitted it correctly and confirmed it was the company’s error, not mine. The only avenue to contact customer service is via email. Responses are quick but the English is so broken the correspondence is difficult to understand. I asked for a refund, instead they have shipped a new jersey that will no doubt take another month to get. I WILL NEVER GIVE NFL SHOP MY BUSINESS AGAIN. Disgusted and disappointed that the NFL would farm out this piece of their business to China.

Ordered two T-shirt and paid for 3-5 day shipping. It was not mentioned was that the items would not be shipped for an additional two weeks. In this case adding those two weeks brought my total shipping time frame to three weeks. Seeing as to how the this company operates through online sales, these items should have been shipped in a more prompt manner. Due to the extended period of time in shipping delays, I’ve decided to take my future business elsewhere.

I recently purchased a sweatshirt for a birthday present 10 days prior to the date I needed it. The product said "available" and the shipping date said "allow 3-5 days for shipping", so I figured that I had a good chance of getting it. On day 5 the online tracking (which is not easy or at all intuitive like Amazon) said "processing" (not shipped). So I called the customer service department, and after about 20 minutes hold time, a man came to the phone and I told him my plight. He said "Yes that is 3-5 business days once shipped and it could take weeks to process". I said "How can that be since when I was ordering the website it clearly said 3-5 business days?" He said "Let me dumb it down for you..." and went on to condescend me.
I said to him, "Well that is just deceiving" and he "No it most certainly is not... Do you need me to explain this to you again". I then said "Wow this is not very good customer service... How would someone ever know that 3-5 business days means that it could take weeks to ship?" He again got very rude and said "Let me AGAIN dumb this down for you since you are NOT getting it"... At that point I just hung up. I sent a note later on the "live chat" to have a manager call me and the reply came back; "Please call **". Clearly the NFL Shop does not need our business! Please go to Amazon or Dicks... Online orders and service is easy and impeccable!! Maybe since Roger Goodell is arrogant, the NFL Shop feels that they could be as well. Good luck!

Ordered a jersey the day after finding out my husaband's team made it to the Super Bowl. At first, I clicked the free shipping until I noticed a week had gone by and no shipping email was received. I called and they upgraded my shipping to next business day so I can get my product BEFORE the Super Bowl (it's beyond me why they think anyone wants Super Bowl product AFTER the Super Bowl). Called every day until I was told my item had shipped - very friendly and helpful customer service and promised I would get my jersey in time and in fact, I DID! They made my husband one happy fan. :))

I wouldn't even consider purchasing from them again. Ordered items for Super Bowl party, paid extra for overnight shipping to find out it never shipped. When I spoke to customer service rep, they weren't planning to ship until Monday AFTER the event. Prior to calling the NFL Shop, I contacted the shipping company, they stated they had not received the item for shipment, though they could see a label had been printed by NFL Shop on 1 February. Very misleading on the part of NFL Shop. They told me I could not cancel the order, it was beyond their ability to do so at this stage. WHAT?!! I NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THEIR INABILITY TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THEIR END OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT! No more of my business will they ever see!

Ordered a Super Bowl Jersey within an hour of the conclusion of the game. I received a confirmation, the website said it was in stock not a “pre-order” item. They acknowledged that it was a special event item, and the order would ship on or before January 31st. This led me and apparently many others that the special event item would be here BEFORE the event. I find out today, AFTER I called, that NOT only will it NOT be here for the Super Bowl, but it will NOT arrive until mid February. The customer service representatives and their supervisors were rude and not apologetic. Instead of admitting the inconvenience and error on their company, they blamed me because I should’ve known that it would ship out on January 31st.
In the confirmation email of the order, it says (copy and pasted): “This is a special event item. Orders containing this product will be shipped no later than Thursday, January 31st” which I should not have expected it before the game. I ordered January 20th... DO NOT waste your time with NFLSHOP.COM. Save yourself the grief, they only offered expedited shipping which would be “waived” as a courtesy and a 10% maximum discount. Therefore I should be appreciative to receive it 2/10/19 vs 2/11/19... There are other dealers licensed to sell these jerseys. Look into another, you will thank me later.

2nd year in a row I ordered a jersey for the super bowl and never arrived. Don't buy from this loser of a company. I really don't know how the NFL allows them to sell their merchandise. I will be contacting them as well.

I ordered a special event item on Jan 20th, fully aware that the item needed to be manufactured and therefore, the item leaving the warehouse would be delayed. Received notice that the item had shipped on Jan 27th. Upon checking the tracking #, I see that I should receive the item on Feb 6 (later updated to the 5th). That is 11 days for shipping (10 with update). I contacted NFL Shop and they said it takes 7 business days, not sure how that matters because FedEx works 7 days a week. Their remedy for this is to return it whenever I receive the item and it will take 10 business days (2 weeks) for them to receive it and I will get my refund 7 business days after that. So I should get my refund by Feb 28th. So it takes 6 weeks for this scenario to play out.
According to them, all is good because they will waive the $4 return fee. I did not think it was possible to ship anything, within the contiguous states, and it take that long. I needed the item for Super Bowl Sunday, and that was obvious. No need for the item other than that. Will not conduct business with NFL Shop in the future.

I would give 0 stars, if I could. I placed an order for an NFL jersey. I was sent tracking information 2 days after ordering (the description said it would ship within 2 days). All week the tracking information never updated. Finally a week after I placed the order, the FedEx tracking said it would arrive on February 11th - after the Superbowl and 2 weeks after I placed the order. I called customer service, which was a waste of time. I would never order anything from the NFL shop again!

I ordered my jersey with the super bowl patch literally minutes after the NFC championship game. NFL shop waited 10 whole days to send my jersey and now it will not arrive for me to wear it during the super bowl. What is the point of ordering an event specific item if they can't even get it to you in time for the event? Terrible business practice!

I ordered my Patriots Super Bowl jersey, the day they won the division title, which I thought was in a timely manner only to find out that it would be delivered the day after the Super Bowl, not as advertised on their website! The purpose of me ordering this shirt which I think would be a no brainer for NFL Shop Customer Service defeats the purpose of receiving it after the Super Bowl. When I called they were extremely unprofessional and could care less. Poor customer service! Do not order from this company.

Very upset with my order. I ordered two rams conference championship shirts for the Super Bowl. But I was just told they will not arrive till February 7th. They have the Super Bowl logo on them so you would assume they would be worn for the Super Bowl. NFL does not care about their customers. Why would you make specific items with Super Bowl logos and not have them to your customers for the Super Bowl.

I was so pleased to order my husband's favorite team of all time now that we're in the Super Bowl. I ordered the day after the championship and thought it was plenty of time to receive the two shirts. I just got an email that’s they are coming Tuesday once the game will be over. Never again will I ever buy from the NFL. No help from their customer support. Shame on them. They charge so much just for a T-shirt. I worst part I had to tell my husband and had to ruin the surprise??? I still hope they win the Super Bowl but will buy the winning merchandise in the stores.

I ordered and received this Lego 3-D construction Bronco head. I have had 8 people from age 8-75 try to assemble this. Recommended for ages 6 and up. Would like to meet the 6 yr old that has put this together. The instructions are confusing and the pieces are so tiny. Called to send back for someone at the NFL shop to assemble and send back to me. That was a joke! I would not recommend purchasing this product unless you would like to test your patience or a Lego master.

Today I ordered from both the NFL Shop and Fanatics Super Bowl programs, hats, shirts. Naturally to wear and display on Super Bowl weekend (Feb. 3). After the orders and payment process there is a notification the items will ship on Jan. 31. I chatted and requested delivery by Feb. 2. Neither business would agree and subsequently the orders were cancelled. Don't waste your time (and they have your money for 2-7 days, they can take the money in seconds but need days to return it). Better to try the local fan shop. Good luck!

I have purchased two black ones previously but decided to buy a white 3XL NFL Jersey from the NFL shop and it turned up tarnished. On the back on the right shoulder there's a botched part of a screen print. I've tried my best to safely remove it but it won't come off. I live in Australia so it is not worth returning it. So disappointed. Waste of money.

Order a Denver Broncos jersey and was shipped a Chicago Bears jersey and it was the wrong size. They are refusing a refund which the website promises and are lonely offering a 10% refund and I keep an item I don't want.

First experience was frustrating, FedEx couldn't keep up on updates. It was during Christmas so I tried again after. Ordered a white Jersey and it came dirty! I live in NM. It came from NV and traveled all around CO for whatever reason. The delivery date changed like 4 times. Finally it came and it was dirty. Customer service was good, gave her all my info and she said she had one being ready to ship out and she would expedite it for me. That was Friday. Got a tracking number Saturday. Monday got an email it would be here Tuesday. Come Tuesday got an update that said Wednesday. Someone can't stay true to delivery dates. Probably FedEx but it was dirty nonetheless. Wish I could say it was nice while it lasted but it was a nightmare. Definitely won't order again or even recommend. Order somewhere that uses UPS.

Words do not do the attitude I received from the customer service rep AND the supervisor. I purchased Christmas gifts before Black Friday b/c of a sale. They would not honor the price I originally paid. Not only did they insult my intelligence by trying to tell me that a 20% coupon off EACH item was better than 30% off the total purchase, but spoke to me in an extremely condescending manner as if I did not pass middle school math. Additionally the full price has been marked up from $44.99 to $49.99. She tried telling me that I paid 44.99, with the 30% off coupon, last I checked that was only about 10% off if we are working with the original price of $49 and the purchase price of 44.99. When I log in to complete the return the item pops up as 31.49. So not only does she not take the time to look into my order, but is completely rude and indignant on top of her laziness.
So not only do I have to repurchase the items at a higher price but I am being charged $11 for the return label. I am honestly outraged. If the items were not sized way too big (last time I ordered these sizes it was like body suit tight) I would just keep them. She tried to talk me in circles and I feel sorry for anyone that complies with such stupidity. Luckily for me I am a middle school teacher and I am used to attitude, people talking me in circles, and then not understanding a logical explanation of why they are wrong. I hate to write poor reviews but this was my SECOND encounter with terrible customer service from this company. This company has officially lost my business. Which is a shame since I generally make large purchases a few times a year.

@OfficialNFLShop Ordered item on 17th Dec for a family member stuck in hotel for Christmas, didn't make Christmas. Tracking stopped on 21st, 3 wks later guest is gone. 2 calls to CS w/ different stories, told call back, made me call FedEx/USPS. Embarrassed and no item. Never again.

Ordered jersey on December 18th and while not needed for Christmas, I did want this as a gift for the first round of playoff games. Called on Jan 3rd and customer service informed me that there were warehouse delays and wouldn't get the jersey until at least another week. No notifications, no communications, nothing from the company since initial order. One might think that an NFL jersey might be wanted prior to the end of the season. Customer service no sympathy. Never would do business again with them.

First and very last time ordering from this company. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. I ordered an item and was promised online it would be here by X-Mas. In fact it was a special promotion with the countdown clock and everything. I still don't have my item and when I called and spoke to a less than enthusiastic customer service rep. I was told the order was not eligible for Xmas delivery. I would not have ordered it if I knew it would not make it by Xmas. I think they are involved in bait and switch to get those holiday orders. I'm going to give them a few more days to send my order and if I don't receive it I'm calling my credit card company, the Better Business Bureau, and writing a PR article with good SEO to guarantee. People think twice before ordering from this place.

I bought a shirt for my boyfriend for Christmas in September, he opened it and it was a size too small. I went on to return it and it’s exactly 2 weeks after the 90 day return policy. I get the policy and understand they have it in place for a reason. But I bought this product early because there weren’t many sizes available and I wanted to purchase before they were all sold out. When I called customer service the first salesperson was nice and was attempting to work with me. We got disconnected. I called back and got a different associate who really didn’t help at all. Again I understand there’s a return policy, but it was 2 weeks passed, I was willing to pay the difference of a more expensive item since the one I wanted to purchase was no longer in stock (as I suspected would happen). Super disappointed.

My husband spoke with customer service when ordering my Xmas gift. He was told it would be no problem if it had to be exchanged even though it would be past the 90 days because he was purchasing for Christmas. He did all over the phone speaking to a live person. When I tried to exchange our Christmas for size I was told they don't exchange for size. Then I was told it was past the 90 days and there was nothing they could do. Spoke to a manager who then said they don't keep recordings. So my husband would be stuck with the gifts he bought and nothing could be done. How nice of them and convenient they don't keep recordings when it goes against them.
