I was very pleased with the response of the last attorney I text with, I felt he was more knowledgeable than the first two that I got a response from, the second one had problems with spelling even though he let me know in the being that the spelling may be a problem. It just took away from the confidence that his info that he tried to give me was the best truth of my situation, but the third one I felt confidence that he knew what he was talking about. My kitten had upper respiratory infection that affected his eyes. I was so worried and thought to take him to urgent care. Panic - middle of doing wash and suddenly after 17 years the dryer is locked - how? Who knows? Internet to the rescue. Go to manufacturer and see if able to unlock. Up comes "Just Ask" and I did. Agent was very busy but gave me the answer within 5 minutes or less and voila - unlocked dryer. I cannot thank you and "Just Ask" enough for your immediate help. If a friend asks about you I will give very high praise and recommendation.

Although I am still awaiting a response from the bank, I loved the process of asking my question and getting a response, but the real love actually came when I cancelled the service without hesitation or pressure to keep the service. Had problems with my laptop, no ability to start Windows and often frozen screens. Jason ** led me (via texts) through diagnostics and different options to correct the potential problems. He ended up connecting online to my computer to verify my set-up, any error messages and rebuild some questionable directories. Per his guidance I had to finally replace my Windows program, which solved the problem. Jason's help was 1st class, timely, knowledgeable and very courteous. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend for the 7 day trial but there is no need to continue on with a monthly subscription. My advice I got was very beneficial. They got me referred to a local attorney who is looking into my case as I write this review.

Just Answer is now charging greatly inflated fees for their services. Major change from just June of 2020. The experts are non-experts. No clue what they are talking about. If you ask them about their experience, the door is shut. No answer comes. Yet they want $28 for an answer. Plus they shut down the rating system for their "experts" so now I cannot even leave it. Called customer service and they promised to get me a "real expert" and high priority. Several hours later still no call. Their chat is "bots", not human. Canned answers. Total scam, what a shame. It was valuable once. Now it is a complete waste of time and money. Extremely frustrating and discouraging. Please someone, SHUT THEM DOWN!

Dr. David was reassuring & very precise with the information he gave me. I was still having concerns about my ability to do things & still experiencing pain. I had a question about my cat that my vets could not answer because they were the cause and didn’t want to admit fault. Contacted advisor. Described problem. Told me to trace pink wire to oil pressure sender. Discovered that wire had been routed under flywheel cover not over cover in appropriate channel and had been cut by toothed belt. Repaired and rerouted wire. Problem fixed.

The last Dr. I saw for my condition didn't have the time to listen to my concerns, gave me half answers im or no answers and rushed me out the door. Gave me very good advice against dealing with international brokers and fund recovery agents. Told me that whatever funds you send across to these people, they are most likely to be scammers ie. brokers tend to ask you to send more funds to get better returns and the fund recovery agents too ask you to send funds to pay for legal costs to recover the money which you will neither see ie. the returns nor the funds, The funds that you send for either of these - the first and the last time that you will see them is when you send them.

I was worried my dog had overdosed on prescribed meds, because of her behavior. The vet had me check a couple of things and she was just fine with no issues. I haven’t slept in days. Abdominal u/s for belly pain, happened to show a mass on my lung. One that they compared to a 10 year old scan (that no one has mentioned they’d seen a mass) and it has grown considerably. But took 10 years to do so. I had a chest CT today. Terribly anxious. I needed to know. Do we think this is bad? Mass on my lung in a terrible spot was quite a shock. If it was “bad” the placemat is inoperable. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF TRUSTING JUSTANSWER! This company uses shady tactics to scam for customers’ money. From the reviews I’ve read, countless others have also experienced this issue. I was under the impression that I was paying $5 for a quick answer to my legal question and nothing more. Apparently, somewhere in the fine print, I was agreeing to a monthly membership charge. Despite immediately cancelling my membership and contacting customer service over the phone, I guess I’m just being forced to accept that $50 was wasted. VERY disappointed.

The original answer given was good. It was not made clear to me that there would be a monthly charge (other than the original $25.00). After I realized this and called and cancelled I was charged again. Because of their billing date I was charged for a 3rd month ( now $205.00 total) for a very simple answer. When I asked to be considered for at least a one month refund, the answer was a very strong “NO”. So please be careful to cancel immediately if you are not going to use again. In my case I am not satisfied with the customer service.

On 8/14/20, JustAnswer assigned Shahid as the expert to help me correct the problem l was having with my 65 inches curved Samsung TV that I had for 4 years. The unit stopped draining and even though the primary caregiver for it cleaned it regularly, he summed up his level of ice maker savy when I was cleaning the drain line by rooting it with a piece of 12 ga. wire. "I didn't know that line was clear till just now" he said referring to the once clear plastic drain line. GE provides little in the way of troubleshooting in the unit manual. So thank God for these guys!
