Service was going pretty good. They asked for all of my information from my credit card and then turned around and said that they couldn’t help me purchase anything. I was not happy about that. I wish they had told me upfront with all the scams going on yeah.🥹

Well first of all I got the answers that I needed and I don't need to go to the emergency room but the thing is that I got charged $67 when I said are we going to get in charge $2 so please explain that to me. Overall good service.

First time using a telehealth service and given the option to text or speak to a doctor about my health issue and then given a link to the pharmacy to complete questionnaire and send a photo (optional). To then have my prescription viewed and confirmed by a doctor to send to my local pharmacy for pickup same day; this is the service I had wanted from beginning to end and I currently have my medication and am pleased with services rendered from JustAnswer/JustAnswer Pharmacy.

Way too expensive. I had no idea I wasn't talking to a rep from Sirius XM. They said enter your credit card for a 2.00 charge which would be refunded. It was $67.00!!

As always I get great information for the vets here. It really put my mind at ease. My dog has glaucoma and her eye suddenly turned red. Dr Tiffany gave me good information on what to do until I can get my little girl to the vet.

My issue took us a while to work out, but it was finally solved. Jennie was incredible in her communications. Everything she requested me to do was clearly stated. Our problem solving went over two days, as I had to bring the session to an end yesterday before the issue was resolved. When I came back on today, she communicated with me, we began working and reached a successful conclusion. I am so grateful for my experience with her and JustAnswer.

What a scam. I connected to speak to a doctor to get a prescription and they said they could help me with that but it turns out they just wanted to send me to a different website connecting me to a pharmacist who could do nothing for me. Waste of time. Just a scam.
