My virtual mechanic gave me a couple options to try and was very available. Unfortunately none of them help.me w my problem. Will take vehicle into shop for repair. Was satisfied with Just Answer and their support.

I’ve been fostering abandoned kitten from Greek mommas this year. So far it’s been 7 of them and the youngest one still has his umbilical cord attached! I can’t afford to take these babies to the vet to be seen so I thought I’d try this. I have to say, I feel like this is much more thorough with the conversation and no one is taking up my time and valuable resources making me feel obligated to do everything they pitch to me. Addressed the questions thoroughly and promptly and didn’t make me wait a month for a new patient appointment. That costs a ton! I appreciate this service so much.

I have an old dog (border collie) going downhill fast. Her back legs suddenly can no longer move. The problem is that she is still “with us.” She is still looking around, aware of her surroundings, good appetite, and still wants to get up and go, but she just can’t. The Vet listened very well, was empathetic, and gave me some good guidelines to look for. I cannot put this dog down when she is not ready to go, yet. It won’t be easy. But I really appreciate the service and advice I was given, and would and will use this again.

Scam company. I was led to believe I was being charged $5 which was to be refunded but they charged me immediately $40. I have tried to cancel but I never opened an account with a username or password. I want my money back and now if I can’t get ahold of anyone they will charge me again next month.

Our son gave our puppy way too much dewormer thinking the two bottles was different meds for the same dog not same meds for different dogs. The vet answered our questions and really patient with us. She told us what to watch for, some things we could do for our puppy and when to take her in if necessary.
