My original question was to Samsung regarding my tv remote. Since AI could not answer the question, I was transferred to Just Answer for a solution. I spoke with a technician "Steven" within 2 minutes and he was an enormous help. He gave me instructions on how to proceed with my issue, explained in detail the cause and answer to my problem and then when asked explained to me what Just Answer is about. I was elated to hear that by joining I would be able to speak to a human being about similar issues and questions regarding a whole realm of items. Not only will I be using this service but will spread the info to everyone I know as we all have the same opinions about the lack of assistance and information that we can understand and use.

Great experience with JustAnswer. I was looking for guidance from a vet for issue with my dog. It was easy to access the service and I got immediate attention in the form of a call from Dr. ** the Dog Vet who gave me clear direction. I was able to share pictures and get the help and answers I needed.

He was very nice and gave me some good tips on what the problem could be. Maybe cough is caused by his bad teeth. Also gave me cough medicine advice. He was very caring, understanding, Knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to call again.

Vijay, the technical assistant, was very patient and competent. Over the phone, he guided me through the process of cleaning and realigning the print heads, etc., of my Canon printer/scanner. He made sure that I was satisfied with the quality of the prints, after we made the adjustments. I did not feel rushed or confused. He was very clear and understanding.

As this is my first experience with Just Answer, I felt a slight intimidation with the whole process of booking and confirming the access to NapCabs at FRA. With TANAYA`s help every steps of the way went extremely well. Two thumbs up!

Agent was difficult to understand fully due to their accent. Otherwise agent seemed knowledgeable about my request of returning the products and refunding of purchase price. Agent was friendly as well as knowledgeable.

Sufwan was a HUGE help. We thought it was this but ended up being that and it will be a simple repair for me. He nailed all the possible problems and we ended up with the cost of a roll of wire and my time to put it on the engine. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I never got a call back and was charged 70 dollars. Shocking service. Then I got a call asking if I was satisfied, I said I was still waiting and they just hung up on me.

The simple query was meant to cost me $2, but got charged $70.00, was calculated and sneakily documented. Assured me that I will be getting a refund within 3-5 days and still waiting 5 weeks later. Very disappointed and let down on all levels.

The expert found the GM installation instructions I needed to install my trailer hitch on my 2023 GMC Acadia. It only took him about 10 minutes to get me everything I need for part# 84446763. I purchased from a dealer who was unable to provide me with the installation instructions.

I was panicking over a toxic chocolate being ingested by my dog and both the first person who answered my chat and the vet did a great job keeping things matter of fact, simple questions and not too many questions at once or in a hurried manner. I felt very relieved after my chat was done.
