    On Dec 22nd, We looked up a florist in WV to have a local florist deliver flowers the next day for a birthday. Just Flowers popped up. It said it delivered to that town and surrounding areas. Same day delivery it said. I chose a bouquet to be sent on her birthday, the next day, for the 23rd. It said it wasn’t available to choose from a list of bouquets that were available to be delivered on the 23rd. I chose another. It said it would be delivered by 6 pm unless I pay 4.99 extra to have it delivered by 1 pm. We paid the extra to have it delivered by 1:00 pm.

    About 4:30 my phone said I had a voicemail message. I listened to it and it said it was regarding our order to call an 800 number. The number she gave went to a blue cross insurance. On my voicemail was another number on top that I called. It was from California. This is obviously Not a local florist at all. They informed me they exhausted all of their efforts and could not find anyone to deliver the flowers and wanted my permission to have them delivered the next day. I said no and requested my money back. She then said she’d give $10 off if I’d have it delivered the next day. I informed her that it was ordered to be there on her birthday and we were headed that way the next day (8 hour drive) and that I would just get some on our way from a store. Please give my money back.

    She then wanted to just give me credit to be able to order again later. I again told her no, to give our money back. She then put me on hold to be able to start the process for “cancelling” my order. She came back on to tell me they were processing to cancel my order. It would be 1 or two business days before I see the return. She apologized. I received an email apologizing and wanting me to give permission to send it the next day and another saying they were canceling it and it would be up to 4 business days.

    Stephanie McClung, there isn't a single, local florist in existence for the area requested. However, there are shops further away who at times are willing to deliver that long distance. Not this holiday week though.

    Updated on 12/24/2025: This is another review to follow up on the gift basket that was supposed to be delivered today by 6 pm EST. The recipient didn’t receive the gift basket. I called customer service and they said that they didn’t get a confirmation from the local shop. I don’t know how they can guarantee a delivery time if they have to wait on the local shop to tell them when it can be delivered. This is false advertising. When I asked for a refund they told me I had to wait until the shop opens tomorrow. I will be calling back in the morning to follow up and I want the name and number of the local shop so I can communicate directly with them.

    Original Review: I’m waiting for my gift to be delivered to my cousin in Prince George, VA. I may have wasted $140.00. I hope not. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I made some changes so I hope that it will show up today.

    I rarely write a bad review for anything, but in this instance, I'm compelled to, because I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake I did in ordering from Justflowers.com. Because I couldn't be there for my twin sister's funeral, since I have terminal cancer and live hundreds of miles away, I spent almost $300 dollars ordering what I thought would be a be a beautiful arrangement, and I paid extra for a banner saying, "Beloved Sister." My cousin sent me a picture of what was delivered. It was an ugly cheap-looking Christmas wreath and included a banner saying, "In Loving Memory." Those flowers were supposed to be there to represent me, since I couldn't be there in person, and I can't begin to say how heartbreaking it was to see the picture of what was actually delivered for the funeral.

Also, we called the phone number on file for Merlin Livesay a few times before making some substitutions to have the wreath delivered on time but no one answered the phone. Voicemails were left and e-mails were sent without a response until hours later.

    My flowers were supposed to be delivered on a Friday but they were delivered five days later. The flowers delivered were from a grocery store with the price tag of 5.99 on it. I had ordered a pretty Christmas bouquet and that’s what they delivered!!!

    I very specifically stated that the flowers must be delivered on Monday; 8 December because this Mother's Day in Latin America. The local subcontractor did not deliver them that day. Once I started investigating JUSTFLOWERS, stated their truck had broken down. I told them nobody contacted me to see if I still wanted them delivered the next day, had they done so they would have been NO. So they did in fact deliver them after 1400 hours the following day, and I asked for a refund.

    I spoke with two different customer service representatives and a supervisor who all stood by the fine print (that nobody reads, including me) that the flowers can be delivered the next day... What a weak excuse to hide behind. I hope that my horrible experience will cause anyone reading this to choose another vendor if you want flowers delivered on time. I am a retired GI who just wanted to get Mother's Day flowers delivered on Mother's Day and they failed. EPIC FAIL and worse response to their failure.

    We order an arrangement for a friend’s funeral. We were fully embarrassed as to what was sent. I had a call the widow two days later and apologize for the weeds that was sent. All JustFlowers could say was, "We will return five dollars to your credit card, for compensation." Really. I think you can tell by the pictures what I ordered and what I got.

    This is my second time trying to order flowers to this business. The first time I order flowers paid for flowers to be delivered same day only to never receive the flowers even though I said that I would never use their services again. I went against my better judgment and place the order on the eighth for flowers that was supposed to be delivered on the ninth by 9 AM. Flowers never came. Contacted the company five different times only to be told that the flowers was on the way. Come 7 o’clock still no flowers. Called them back. They put me on hold. They said they can reach out to them flower shop that they were going through come back online only to say that they cannot contact the flower shop and that I have to wait until the next day, which is the 10th.

    If I pay $80-$90 for something to be delivered on a specific date that’s what I expect. This business is absolutely unprofessional and do not keep their word. I would never To do business with it ever again in the future. That order was very important to me. It was for a special occasion which was ruined due to their unprofessional way of doing business. I should have went with my first name and never use their services again, considering that the same thing happened the first time. I don’t recommend that anyone use this service or this business to send flowers or gifts of any kind to anyone because you will be disappointed.

    I am so disappointed with this company, words cannot explain. I ordered a sympathy plant (My Beautiful Dish Garden) for my cousins who lost their daughter unexpectedly. The plant was to arrive at their home several days before the funeral but 3 days after the funeral the plant still has not arrived. I was told four different times that it would be delivered the next day. After the fourth attempt, I requested the order be cancelled.

    At this time and only this time, I was told that there were no local florists that would accept the order due to distance. If I would have been told this the first time, I would have went with a different company. Now I just hope I will be able to have my money refunded as I was told. I was even told that I would be credited an additional $15.00 for my trouble. On the website under their guarantee it states: "If your florist delivered flowers were not delivered or attempted on the day that you requested, we may be able to credit back up to $10 for the inconvenience." I hope they will honor their guarantee.

    This is a bait and switch company who pride themselves (or cover their behinds) in multiple places stating that "it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations." The flowers, which were delivered late, though I paid for express, did not have one single similarity to the picture. So this is on me for not reading all the reviews thoroughly because the company probably doesn't have repeat customers, but the price was definitely right.

    I ordered my an arrangement on November 26 and they told me that it would be delivered on Thanksgiving. If you couldn't do it then why did you offer it. Then to say on Friday they did a delivery attempt. Now if they come today it's not going to my gf it's going to be delivered to me. She's already left town. You guys are horrible

    If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Ordered on 11/23/25 at 12:30. Received an email at 3:39 EST 11/26/2025 that order could not be delivered until 11/27/25. It was to be delivered 11.26.2025. I called company and they assured me it would arrive today, Thanksgiving. The flowers were a surprise for my cousin who was hosting 20 people. No email by 4 p.m. today. Called again and they could not deliver again. Said they will deliver tomorrow. Ridiculous. Offered $10 off then $20 off. Spoke with manager and informed her how mad I am at myself. Just found they have a 1.1 rating!! I read reviews of flowers on site, and they were all 4's and 5's. Even after talking with manager, she asked if want to use money already spent for another order in the future!! Terrible, terrible company!!

    The worst experience ever. I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday a day in advance to ensure they would arrive on her actual birthday. This was very important to my husband and me because it was her first birthday away from home and she was spending it alone. To our disappointment, the flowers were never delivered—and now, two days later, I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve called customer service four times with no resolution. The agents were rude, unhelpful, and simply repeated the same lines without taking any action.

    I chose this company because they advertise same-day delivery, but they failed us completely. No delivery, no refund, and terrible customer service that ruined a meaningful celebration. When I asked for the local flower shop’s number, they refused to provide it. This is a shady company with horrible customer service. Do NOT use them.

    This company is horrible. They don’t tell you that they operate from locals and that your order may or may not come. They reschedule my order three days in a row and then upon calling them I asked for a refund and instead of just giving me a refund he ask to take 5 dollars off, I said no and then he said he’ll take 10 off and I said no, and he went to a third offer. This arrangement was for a friend who mother passed and she got nothing… DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

    If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Ordered on 11/16/25 at 12:30 CST. Received an email at 4:53 CST telling me the order could not be delivered until 11/17/25. On 11/17/25 at 4:46 CST called to find out about delivery. Was told I had to pay an addl $15 as the local florist would not deliver as it was under the minimum. Nobody called me or emailed me regarding this, so I reluctantly agreed to pay $5 more. I told them to send me an email confirming that I was paying the $5 and you were covering the $10. No email was sent. At 5:50 CST I received a text from family who stated they had received a call from the florist and the order would be delivered soon. After the flowers were delivered my family sent pictures which included the card. The card omitted one of the sender's names.

    At 6:47 CST I spoke with Anna and told her I had not received the email I requested earlier regarding the additional costs and I also told her about the card being wrong. When I told her that I had called earlier and was told about the price change, her response was "We were just about to call you, but you called us first"!! That's very convenient and I don't believe her at all. At 6:49 CST I received a new invoice. It doesn't reflect that your company would be covering the $10....Only showed an increase of $5 which you had quickly charged my credit card!! How do I know that you're not just pocketing this additional amount? Anna was difficult to understand, but I'm sure she said she would credit my card the $5. Haven't received any credit yet. Never again will I use this company!!!

    I ordered a funeral arrangement for a friend’s mother. I requested the delivery date to be the day before the service to be sure they could deliver. On the original delivery date they messaged to tell me they had to reschedule to the day of the service “at the request of the funeral home”. The day of the service at 7:30 pm I get a call to tell me they didn’t deliver because they couldn’t find someone to put the arrangement together, so they basically lied about why they moved the delivery date.

    When they asked it I wanted to deliver to a different address at a later date I said no and asked for a refund. I was told they can’t refund me but can offer a discount. It took me 15 minutes of arguing to get a supervisor after I was told they were all gone for the day, and then another 5 minutes telling the supervisor I didn’t want a discount, I just wanted my money back before they finally said okay, they would refund me. Do NOT do business with this trash company.

    Josh Duerfeldt, the order you placed is for a very remote area of Texas where there aren't local florists at all and upon further checking, none of the shops were willing to transport flowers hours away. We offered to send out your order to a different location where a family member would be able to receive the flowers but you insisted on cancellation instead. A full refund was issued on 11/18/2025.

    Ordered flowers to be delivered on 11/15, got a phone call that said they could not find a local florist that could deliver that day and that they would be delivered 11/17. Got another phone call on 11/17 stating the florist had a minimum purchase amount for delivery. JustFlowers wanted $23 more to complete the delivery. I had already paid $97 with tax and delivery charges. I said not my problem and they then said they could cover $15 of the charges. Still not my problem. They quoted a price and I paid it. I was going to cancel the order since I found a local florist that delivered free. Hmm. Got an email on 11/17 saying they would cover the additional cost. Delivery date? TBD. We'll see if there isn't another excuse for non-delivery. Don't think I'll use them again. I'll just Google a local florist and work directly with them. No need to pay a middleman.

    I cannot recommend this business for same day delivery. That was the only reason I selected them: I met the time criteria for same day delivery, picked a beautiful arrangement and paid. The flowers were NEVER delivered! When I contacted them for refund, they offered $5 on my next order! What a laugh! I got my money back by contacting my credit card and reporting them for failure to deliver services. I will never order from this business again!

    If I could no star review I would. This company advertises services they cannot provide, then refuse to provide the customer with a refund and just proceeds to make deliveries when its most convenient for them. I ordered a $133 floral arrangement with balloons & chocolates on 10/7/25 for my daughter's birthday on 11/2/25. I am in Hawaii and my daughter in Texas. When I called them on 11/2/25 to check on the status of the delivery since my daughter did not receive her delivery, I was told that the florist was closed and they would call me back on 11/3/25. I requested a refund and was told that it was not possible since the florist tried to deliver the arrangement on 11/1/25?? I told them yes, my daughter's apartment manager stated to the driver that she could take the delivery for my daughter, but the driver refused to leave the arrangement with her or contact my daughter at all to get approval.

    On 11/3/25 I call into their customer service and speak with Ariann (manager) who refuses to acknowledge that they did not provide the service I paid for and kept making excuses for their poor services. She refused to process my refund and instead called the florist to make the delivery promptly on 11/3/25 so she did not have to provide me a refund.

    I ordered the arrangement to be delivered on my daughter's birthday not the day before, after or any other day out of the year, had I known this I would have not used this company at all. Mind you the florist they choose to use Executive Flowers in El Paso delivered the old arrangement they put together on Saturday 11/1/25 that sat over the weekend to my daughter on 11/3/25 balloons were deflated and the arrangement I choose for $133 that they delivered looked nothing like the photo at all. If you are needing a floral or gift delivery company JUST FLOWERS is not it, they will charge you full price for below standard services and product.

    Jeneen Hoopai, the florist attempted delivery on the requested delivery date of Saturday, November 1st but no one was home and the front desk refused to accept the flowers. It was over 80 degrees so leaving the flowers and the balloons in the sun was not an option. The shop then redelivered and we've reviewed the photos which don't show any wilting or deflating. We offered you partial compensation but you refused and insisted on a full refund for services rendered in good faith.

    Ordered an arrangement for a celebration of life event to be held in St. Joseph Michigan. The arrangement was supposed to be delivered on Friday for the Saturday event. I received a text right at the time of the event saying that "we are sorry to inform you that we were unable to make your sympathy order delivery, sympathy orders are our highest priority and we are terribly sorry". I called the customer service number and was told that they did not have a local florist to handle these. Hard to believe as this was an area outside Benton Harbor, Michigan. The customer service rep which was "outsourced" in another country tried to sell me on not refunding. Truly disappointing experience with poor execution.

    I wish I had seen these reviews prior to placing an order with them. I ordered a funeral arrangement on Thursday for delivery to a funeral on Saturday. JustFlowers contacted me late Friday afternoon to tell me their "preferred florist requires an ADDITIONAL $105.00 to deliver to the church address". I called and asked them to cancel the order since the delivery fee alone was higher than the cost of the arrangement.

    Of course the customer service rep could not do this, so I was transferred to a "delivery manager" who tried to talk me out of canceling the order. She tried to drop the delivery fee by $10, then told me she would just issue a credit for future orders instead of issuing a refund. She spent 5 minutes talking over me, trying to make me accept a credit for future orders instead of a full refund. I find it very "convenient" that they waited until after normal florist cut-off times to inform me of the additional charge the day before the delivery was due.

    Unfortunately, I cannot recommend JustFlowers.com. We ordered flowers to be delivered the day before our niece’s birthday. This was very important to us because her mother passed away suddenly and unexpectedly this year and we wanted her to know she was still loved and cared for. They did not deliver that day but did call me for permission to deliver the next day. That would have been fine, but they didn’t arrive that day either. Nor the next.😫 Finally on the next day they said they would deliver for a $20 up-charge! I recommend dealing directly with a flower shop.

    I ordered a white assortment in a blue square vase for a Birthday Gift for my elderly mother. It was called Serenade You in Blue. Blue being her favorite color. The delivery fee was $20.48. and the arrangement with the vase was on the higher side at $64.99. The delivery wasn't made until 6:30 p.m. on her birthday. What she received was 11 plain RED roses wrapped in paper that was left on her outside door step. No Message, No Vase and No White assortment. I e-mailed customer Service and received a phone call stating that they would refund me $5.00 for the substitution they made. I was told the maximum they could refund was $10.00 and it would take 10 business days to credit my card. They did however, state they would call my mother to apologize to her personally. I declined.     DO NOT BUY from this place. This is the most deceptive business and should be banned. I ordered flowers for my Mom's BD and requested to be delivered on her birthday. The rep said NOTHING about them unable to deliver on that day, took my money and went on their business. I found out later that her flowers were delivered the day before instead when my Mom wasn't there and I knew she wouldn't be there hence the reason for asking repeatedly to deliver ON her BD. My order clearly stated the delivery date.

    When I called the business to complain, they said their policy is if they can't deliver that day, they'd delivered the day before. I'd NEVER place an order for someone who wasn't going to be there in the first place. Their flowers are expensive and every time I said I'd think about it, they kept giving me discount. At the end, with the discount, their flowers are still more expensive than the popular 1-800-Flowers. They messed with the wrong person and I will make sure the entire world knows how shitty this business it. There is a reason they have 2100 1 star reviews out of 2200 reviews! This place is a SCAM!!!!

I immediately contacted customer service and provided photos as requested. Despite this, the company has repeatedly sent me the same generic responses asking for more photos from “different angles,” without offering a refund or proper replacement.     I had a negative experience with Just Flowers. I ordered 18 pink roses for my mother to be delivered on Mother's Day, which cost around $150, but this company delivered an arrangement of mostly daisies, mums, and filler (and only 3 roses) the day before Mother's Day. When I complained to the company, they said they sometimes have to make substitutions depending on availability and cannot account for the flowers that are delivered. They only offered a $25 gift card in return, which I did not accept because I do not intend to order from them again. I rarely write negative reviews, but I want to warn others and recommend that they do not order from this company.

    On 8/15/2025, I ordered an arrangement for my niece's funeral services. I was looking for something substantial, not just flowers in a vase. I found a lovely arrangement online at Justflowers.com. They indicated they could meet the date of the service for delivery. I typed out what I wanted the card to say - who it was from, etc. The MORNING of the service 8/18, they call to tell me they need to make substitutions but assure me it will be the same colors and same size as what I ordered, but they could not do the basket only a white cylindrical vase. I requested a photo of what the substitution was, how could I approve something I had no idea what I was getting? I was not happy, but over a barrel at this point.

    I did ACCEPT that there would be substitutions but DID NOT APPROVE the new arrangement. I get to the wake and cannot find my flowers anywhere; there was ONE arrangement with NO card. I assumed it was mine only because of the vase was similar to what had been described. These flowers were NOT the same color scheme, and they were no way of the same size/value. I paid $165 for these flowers and what was delivered looked like someone bought them at the grocery store and stuck them in a vase. The "florist" they used was Edible Arrangements, what the heck? They do fruits. Not flowers. I was told they were the only florist - that is bull. After my first phone call I got an email with a $7 refund offer. I have been fighting with them for 3 days.

    TODAY, the refund was up to $30, but still not acceptable. Again, I mentioned no card being with the flowers, she said she could call the grieving family and read what was supposed to be on the card with the flowers. Is she insane. It is too late; these people do not want some stranger to call them up and read a card that was supposed to be attached to the flowers AFTER the service is over. They made one of the most painful days of my life, even more painful.

    I ordered flowers for my dad’s funeral from “Just Flowers.com” who contracts with local florists, and this particular local florist was Pat’s Florist on West Main St, Richmond, VA. The flowers arrived a couple of hours before our family’s first viewing, after inspecting the flowers carefully I noticed the white roses were already wilted and brown, the special banner with “Beloved Father” was missing which I paid extra for. I looked at all the flower arrangements that were there and alI of them had fresh cut flowers no browning or wilting, I contacted Just Flowers and explained my concerns and how upset I was that I didn’t get what I ordered and for the cost of the flowers, you would think the flowers would be fresh and the banner would have been attached but I was wrong.

    The representative contacted the florist and the only offer I received was refunding the price of the banner and $10 for any inconvenience I endured. I told her to keep her $10 and that it was an insult. I will never use “Just Flowers” again. I will go to a local florist myself, I would have done that but I was having to deal with a lot of things at once, so I put my faith in someone to handle it for me. “Just Flowers” does not stand behind their flowers and their local florist didn’t stand behind their workmanship.

    I recently ordered the "Perfect Day" flower arrangement from JustFlowers for my sister's birthday, upgrading to the largest size available to ensure a decent arrangement. What she received, however, was a complete disappointment that looked absolutely nothing like the beautiful, full arrangement pictured on their website.

    My sister immediately sent me pictures, and her first comment was, "I hope you didn't spend too much on this arrangement." That tells you everything you need to know about the size and quality. The photos clearly showed a tiny arrangement, barely taller than 2X a coffee cup(less than 11”), making me genuinely wonder what the original size would have been if I hadn't paid a premium for the "largest" upgrade.

    Beyond the misleading product, JustFlowers also failed to deliver the balloons I ordered with the arrangement and didn't even bother to notify me. I only found out when my sister messaged me. After two frustrating calls to their customer service, escalating all the way to a manager, their "solution" was to offer a measly $15 refund for a $110 order. This was an insult and showed a complete unwillingness to rectify their significant failures. Long story short, I was forced to contact my credit card company (Visa) to request a chargeback.

    DO NOT USE JUSTFLOWERS. Honestly, the entire experience was incredibly embarrassing. You pay good money to send a thoughtful gift, only to be left mortified because the company you chose sends the wrong product, and then refuses to make it right. It's simply not worth your time, money, or effort to deal with such a dishonest and unhelpful business. Save yourself the headache and choose a different florist.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will deliver the flowers they choose when they want. There were three variables to my order, the date, the note, and the flowers, and all three were messed up. I did not order roses, who I was ordering for does not like roses, yet that’s what was received. The colors did not match, and I was not contacted for a next step had what I ordered been unavailable. There was no note included in the order despite the note I wrote included in the order receipt. The delivery was a day late despite advertising same day delivery. Customer service was hard to deal with, requiring multiple calls during my work hours to explain the situations with little remorse. I am incredibly disappointed, will not be using this company again and will be leaving honest reviews everywhere I can.

    I ordered flowers for a funeral. I ordered the day before visitation and paid for 4 hour delivery. The funeral was the day after visitation. One after the funeral JustFlowers notified me they could not delivery the flowers (this is after visitation and after the funeral).     I ordered a bouquet for my mother on Mother's Day. Not only did it come several days later but it was far from what I ordered. I proceeded to contact customer service who agreed to give a refund and upon looking at my account they credited me $10 on a $120 order. I called back to speak to a manager and they denied any awareness of providing a refund not to mention any accountability for it being late and not even the correct order. I wasted more money to correct and send my mother flowers ASAP from another flowers causing the overall cost to double. Customer service was rude and a joke. Wish I would've read the reviews previous because this has happened to a lot of customers upon review. On May 29th, which was 16 days after the delivery date, we received a claim of non-delivery from you which we found to be dishonest. Nowhere in that phone call did you mention any quality issues.     We ordered a funeral spray for a dear cousin. The flowers were to be delivered on a Monday night for the viewing and then transferred to the funeral on Tuesday morning. While I was IN LINE for the viewing on Tuesday morning, I received a notification that they were sorry but they couldn't deliver our order! If I'd been notified sooner, I could have chosen a different florist. Instead, myself and my siblings were embarrassed that there were no flowers from us at the service.     This website is a SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM. First time sending flowers through an online delivery service. Ordered flowers for my mother in law.     I wish there was an option to not give a single star, because this place doesn’t even deserve one. I paid $130 for a nice bouquet for my mother for Mother’s Day, as shown in my pictures. And while the bouquet I received was pretty, it was not even close to what I ordered. I could have assembled it myself and/or purchased it from a grocery store. I used a flower delivery service because I wanted something nicer. It was not close to the value either. I tried calling for days and sent several emails, no one answers the phone and no one responds to emails. When I finally got in touch with them, almost a week later, they offered me a max refund of $15. They told me to count the flowers!!

    I have never dealt with a company with worse customer service. Don’t you want to have satisfied customers? And provide service/product you are proud of? There was ZERO accountability for the mistake. I also requested to speak with upper management and was told “she is not taking calls”. UNREAL. I cannot believe this place is still in business. Please do not use this site. I can guarantee you will not receive the arrangement you ordered and you will not be refunded accordingly. Apparently they do not care about their customers or their level of satisfaction. I will also be contacting the better business bureau to report them. One more thing - I mentioned that I would be leaving a bad review, and was told if I did, I would not receive my refund. If that turns out to be the case, so be it. Others deserve to know how absolutely awful this business is.

    I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday, and did not receive a confirmation email, but they took my money! The only receipt I have is my bank statement. Now it has been 9 days without a delivery, without a refund, and the customer service personnel lying to me about the delivery. They said the local florist's delivery person chatted with my mom and they had a family member in common. Outrageous! I keep getting transferred to a manager who will not answer, or I get told that a manager will call me back in 5 minutes, but they never have.     Updated on 05/16/2025: The flowers were delivered after I called and talked to the management team about cancellation. I called the flower shop that delivered the flowers which didn’t look like the picture and they said the order was just placed that day instead of on 5/10 like they should have been. And based off time stamps it looks like the order was put through after my phone call to just flowers for the complaint and cancellation. Still a joke of a company.

    Original Review: I ordered some flowers for mother's day on 5/10/2025. Before the order I called into their phone line to make sure they would either be delivered 5/11 or 5/12. I had called due to the fact that the company was based in California and I was ordering flowers for delivery to my wife who was in Pennsylvania. After talking over the phone with their ordering team I went online and placed an order. No correspondence that the order couldn't be fulfilled till 4:50 Pm on Sunday the 11th. Then each day I would get the same text message and email. I called up to the company multiple times and kept getting pushed to their automated system which would then have me leave a message. No call backs or any information as to why delivery time kept getting moved.

    I sent an email on the 13th trying to figure out what was going on and no response either. I finally was able to get a hold of someone 5/15/2025 and told them I wanted to cancel due to the order still not being filled. They transferred me to a "manager" and I told him what also happened. I kept getting put on hold as they looked into the matter. I kept telling them I just wanted to cancel and get my refund and they tried to continue giving me a small discount which I declined. Then the "manager" proceeds to tell me the order will be fulfilled today and that since it's actually going to be delivered he can't do the cancellation. Then we proceeded to argue, he kept interrupting me and talking over me implying it's my fault that I didn't send in a cancellation email or leave a voice mail with cancellation. My response was that nobody had called back or emailed me back.

    Their customer service team is not going to try and give your money back and their entire business seems to be taking peoples money and doesn't provide the actual services they sell. Looking at their facebook page you can tell they have horrible service and deliveries are most of the time late or wrong orders. Don't ever use this company. After arguing on the phone with the manager I told him I was going to dispute it with my card company and he didn't care. With how the interaction was on the phone and the lack of customer service the companies procedures must be to keep from anyone getting a refund and is just another company to snag peoples money and provide horrible service.

    JustFlowers advertised in multiple places on their website, in their Google ad, and in the FAQ, that they had same-day delivery if ordered by a certain time, which I did.     My mom was admitted to the hospital due to an emergency. Since it was Mother’s Day, I ordered her flowers. Doing this with the confirmation that they would be delivered before she was discharged.     DO NOT order their products. It was my fault for not going local. I waited too long and needed something next day. Looking at their reviews and “guarantee,” I thought I’d give them a shot.     I ordered flowers for my mother for a mother's day gift. Was told they would be delivered on mother's day. Well that didn't happen. So I called customer service. They apologized and said they would be delivered today only for them to send me a email stating they were unable to be delivered so they will try again another day. I paid over 100.00 for some 30.00 flowers to make my mother's day since I'm 9 hours from her. This is very bad business especially since they guarantee on time delivery.

    3 purchases 3 days before Mother's Day. Mom-Flowers were never delivered. My mother in law-delivered but after mother's day. My wife-paid for premium, flowers were received were less than their basic. Card was to Daniel K. Not to my wife. Talk to customer service multiple times. Finally refunded my mother's flowers. No credit on mother in law's flowers or my wife. Typical bait and switch company. Show you one thing do another. I buy a lot of flowers. Never again from here.

    Absolute worse business. How are they allowed to even operate? I can’t upload a copy of the receipt. They never have provided me with one. I paid over $100 for my mother to receive flowers on Mother’s Day and it is the next day and still nothing. Their phone lines are busy and there is no way to get in touch with anyone.

    If I could give a 0 star review, I would. I am more than disappointed in this company. I placed an order for Mother’s Day that promised delivery on said date as long as I ordered by a certain time. I had to pay a delivery fee to ensure it got there on time and no flowers arrived. I waited all day on May 12th hoping that the flowers would be delivered on this date to just be let down, yet again. I made multiple attempts to get ahold of customer service with only a busy tone. When I did finally reach someone, I explained my issue, she put me on hold and hung up on me. I tried to make many more attempts with no luck. I wish I would have read these reviews and educated myself because clearly it seems most people have the same experience. This is a SCAM of a company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY that overpromises and heavily under-delivers.

    If I could give negative stars, I would. SCAMMMMMMM!!! Do NOT use this company unless you want to be massively disappointed. I couldn’t even give a review on the arrangement because it never showed up. I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my mother for Mother’s Day and was guaranteed it would be there that day. I gave him specific instructions on how to get into the building and left them not only my phone number my dad‘s and my mom‘s number as well. I even called them the night before to make sure they had all the correct information and they assured me the flowers would be there tomorrow.

    When the day was almost over I called to check in why the flowers hadn’t come yet and they lied to me and said they attempted delivery in which I checked with the building and no one ever came and then after arguing with them because they offered me a five dollar discount to deliver the $150 flowers the day after the holiday in which I declined the girl then by accident said they ran out of flowers… All lies…

    I then call the next day to find out where the flowers are and after giving them my order number, they told me that the order had already been canceled. They claimed they emailed me. I got no email, no phone call, nothing. Worst customer service and worst company I have ever dealt with and being so far away from my parents, extremely disappointing. My mother went with no flowers on her special day. Do not use this company.

    Placed an order for delivery on Mother's Day. Got a message at 4pm that I wouldn't make it till the following day. Took almost 24 hours, and many phone calls to reach a customer service agent. They did give a $15 credit for the delay. Understandable that flowers are expensive, and delays can happen. But the flowers that were delivered were not even close to what was ordered. I even paid extra for more flowers, but It came with more green than anything. I won't complain about the florist that made the arrangement, I get they can only do what Justflowers told them to do. I will make sure I always go to local florists and never use this company again. The convenience was what I was going for, but the end result was not worth it.

    I ordered my mother flowers - They were never delivered. For three days I received emails saying they were unable to be delivered and would be rescheduled. Never arrived. When I called I was asked to enter a 7-digit order number. The one I was provided was 8 digits. After two days of calling I was finally able to speak with someone at which point I canceled the order. There was no explanation provided as to why her Mother's Day flowers were never delivered. I was told I’d be credited the amount but we’ll see how that goes. As an influencer, I have pretty good reach so this is an unfortunate situation that many will hear about. I will never use their service again.

    On Sunday May 11, 2025 I placed an order for the Purple Cottage. Not only was the ordered delivered to the wrong place, but once we got it to my mother, it was nothing like what I paid for. The manager Alex, was extremely rude and said that I only spent $85 dollars and she was sure that it was comparable to the Purple Cottage and she would not be giving me a refund.     Extremely Disappointed—False Advertising & Zero Customer Support I ordered flowers for Mother's Day, expecting the advertised same-day delivery. Instead, I received two consecutive texts saying, "Sorry, can't deliver today." Had I known this would happen, I would have chosen another service.     100000% SCAM SITE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I paid through the roof for next day delivery (that's how they get you) and flowers were never delivered. From what I read online, sometimes a crappy version of what you ordered shows up, which at least would have been a funny story and some laughs. But no, just a straight up scam to steal your money. I even tried to log in to their site to complain or check status, password recovery just sends the same fake password that then doesn't work.     I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day and per their website they would be delivered 5/10. I got an email saying it would be delayed until 5/11, which I was fine with because that was actual Mother’s Day. It is now 9pm and no flowers. I call customer service and am offered $10 discount to be delivered tomorrow. I declined. I told them I wanted my money back. Then I get another offer of $15 credit toward a future purchase. Again declined and told them I wanted my money back since they ruined Mother's Day. Now I apparently have to wait up to 4 business days for that refund to process.     I placed two orders on May 9th for delivery on Mother’s Day. One order was delivered on Sat the 10th. The other order was not delivered. 7pm no flowers delivered. Tried calling all numbers. It just transfers you to a recording asking for your order number and asking you to leave a message. I got no replies. Waste of time. The other problem is there’s no way to cancel the order. My fiancée doesn’t live at this address and came in town to see her mother so I wanted to surprise her and her mother with flowers. I won’t order from this company again. I will in the future order from independent florists from now on.

    Updated on 05/12/2025: Well someone responded to me in an email apologizing and offering a $10 partial credit for any troubles you have caused us over late delivery. Here is the issue, my wife still hasn't received anything. I paid just over $120 for this order and have received nothing. No one dropped off while she wasn't home, I have received nothing for the full amount I was charged and I'm not happy at all. I got a voicemail from you guys as well telling me to call back to 18007771911 with the order number, guess what? The number rings maybe twice then beeps like a busy tone just like it did yesterday as well. I will make sure to spread the word as far and wide as I can on how well you guys treat people. Why don't you guys keep $10 of what I was charged and refund the remaining back to me?

    Original Review: Like many others here, it has been a horrible experience trying to do something special for my wife from our sons and myself to her for Mother's Day. I paid, I was charged and given an order number that I can't use for anything. You go to the website and you have to log in to use code to check, etc., I didn't make an account when ordering, just did as guest but used my email, the same one they sent emails to that went to spam every time. First time I went to try use the pin and you have to log in, if you don't have an account they say on the website you use the same email address you ordered from and click forgot password, temp password sent to my email in spam but this password does nothing when you go to log in, it says invalid credentials, I repeated this three times.

    I did get a conformation with my order with a conformation number that I can't use because I can't log in. Call the help number that rings and then starts beeping and nothing happens, called the number to order, get the prompts and says waiting due to calls being backed up, etc. A couple more prompts then hangs up on me. Definitely ticked and will never order again.

    Consider this a warning, DO NOT ORDER. Paid for expedited delivery. Was guaranteed and insured that the plant would be there by Mother’s Day. You’d think of all days, this would be one they would be a bit more focused on getting right. Received a text message at 4:45 pm the day of delivery with an apology and excuse that it would be delivered the next day. I called, after numerous reroutings and ridiculous hold times, all incentivizing someone to hang up and give up - I was led to an answering machine. And instructed to leave a message. In business since 1996 and you don’t have a customer service team in place to field phone calls. Always have used their competitors; 1800 Flowers, FTD, etc. should have stayed with them. They accepted my order and payment for flowers to be delivered on the Saturday before Mother’s Day. On that day, I received a text message late in the day from them saying it couldn’t be delivered that day so it would be delivered the next day. Next day…same message, and no Mother’s Day gift for my mom. When I called to inquire, they were rude and offered no explanation or no guarantee of when my purchase would be delivered. I canceled the order after that but they have not yet refunded my money. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and order directly from a local, reputable florist. This company makes promises that they can’t deliver in hopes that you will ultimately settle for a (very expensive) late gift delivered long after the promised delivery date. Pathetic.

I picked Saturday to make sure there was time for them to arrive on or before Mother's day. I got a text on Saturday that they couldn't be delivered. I got a text on Sunday that they couldn't be delivered. So now they won't get their until after Mother's day. WHY WERE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY OPTIONS IF YOU WERE ALREADY BOOKED SOLID???? I will never use Just Flowers again. And I can't get a refund because it "already shipped." If it shipped two days ago why isn't is there yet?

    Ordered an expensive plant arrangement to be delivered on Mother's Day. When it hadn't arrived by 5pm I checked the status and lo and behold they changed it to Monday and still called it on time. I had checked throughout the day, and this change was made at the end of the day. Put in a cancel request. If they show up Monday, we will be refusing it. Now that she didn't get it for Mother's Day, I will just take her to a garden center so she can pick one out. Thanks a lot for nothing JustFlowers.com.

    I believe I was SCAMMED. Do not order from here, unless you want to spend a whole holiday getting passed around on the phone. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. They arrived to the recipient cracked and discolored and appeared nothing like the photo. I spent $70+ for a beautiful warm hued-bouquet named “How Sweet” and received the worst arrangement I have ever seen (small white flowers, pink tiger lilies, and sunflowers). Also, the note never arrived so the recipient didn’t know who it was from. It was very embarrassing for that to show up to their house on such a special day. The customer service rep named Mariz said that the flowers are often substituted- this was not a substitution, but an entirely different bouquet.

    They offered a $10 refund and I asked to speak with a manager as I didn’t believe that was adequate. Glenn, the manager, I spoke with after said he could give a $15 refund. Only $15 back for a wilting, off-color, no note arrangement. Whatever you do, please don’t waste your time and risk going with this company for any special occasion. They take your money, give little back for their wrong doing, and their “service” is atrocious.

    I placed an order for Mother's Day. I placed the order so the flower arrangement would come the day before Mother's Day. They did not come. When you try and call them the number rings then goes busy signal. When you go on line to ask about the order you get nothing. They respond to nothing. If you're going to take the customers' money for a product and charge extra for delivery then do so. Don't take the money and never even reply. Big Hint Folks. Stay as far away from this company as you can.

    If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY THIS SITE. Placed an order to be delivered by 5 one day, and not only were we not informed they would not be arriving on time, it took several calls and unanswered emails before we FINALLY got a hold of someone. The representative tried to pass blame and the best he could do is tell us we might get our order the next day. Unless you want to just throw your money and time away, do not use this site.

    If I could give them “negative” stars I would. I ordered some flowers earlier. I chose my delivery date May 11, 2025. It went through. As I could not find a confirmation e-mail, only an advertisement, I called. I was told the order went through and would be delivered May 12. I told the lady that the order went through for May 11. She was no help. I told her, then I want my money back. $77.23. She told me that I could not have a refund because they already sent it to one of their local florists. What a SCAM! This is Really upsetting. Never order Anything from them. After I hung up I recalled that this had happened to me before when I had ordered something for my sister. Just do Not Risk it. She could have cancelled it from their “local” florist and given me a refund.

    I ordered some flowers for my wife during nurses week. The lady never told me total for the order, then after I selected what I wanted it she placed me on hold to see if it was available and came back to say ok we got it. 20 mins later I got an email saying review our substitution policy. So long story short my wife sent me a pic of the flowers. My response, "That is not what I ordered." So I called to see what happened, so they requested a picture of what I received. So I sent it and a pic of what I was suppose to receive. The small flowers is what my wife got, but not what I ordered. Then they want to try to reimburse me $7.     Ordered Valentines Day Flowers, guaranteed for delivery on Valentines day. They were not delivered, and rescheduled for the next day but we had plans to be out of town that day so I called to reschedule. JustFlowers said they'd reschedule and have the local florist call to pick a date. No call, instead the flowers were delivered the next day, dumped on the table at our front door (the wind then blew them over). Called JustFlowers to complain and they offered me a $5 discount on future orders (the flowers costs me over $200). All of the sudden they claim no guarantee for delivery and nothing they can do. You can tell that they make it very difficult to leave a review on Google or Yelp - I can only assume because they have such poor service.

    I have filed two complaints with the BBB for JustFlowers.com. My step mother DIED in 2022. I sent her flowers for Mother’s Day through JF one time. ONE TIME. and even after countless attempts to unsubscribe from their mailing lists and being assured, albeit with much sass, that I had been removed from the mailing list after my first complaint, I continue to receive emails with her name listed as an advertisement. She has died. It is incredibly painful to read every holiday that I should send my late step mom presents. I WISH I COULD. Please, show some humanity and stop this unethical business practice.

    I ordered flowers on Saturday for Sunday delivery (website offered this option). They delivered the flowers on Tuesday & what was delivered was a lot less quality than what I ordered. They offered the standard and the deluxe with more flowers and the premium with a lot more flowers. I ordered the premium for a lot more flowers. I'm very disappointed with this company.     Ordered arrangement for friend's father's funeral. Paid for express delivery and they were never delivered. Received notification after the funeral that they could not make delivery. Wanted address to deliver to which I didn't know and told them. They then requested the telephone number to text him for address which they, but when he called them back they didn't give him any info on the order in the text so they did nothing.

    Upon hearing this, I contacted CS, made arrangements for next morning delivery. Next day, after 2:00 pm, received text message, they could not deliver item ordered, wanted to substitute. Two minutes later, I responded to text asking for picture of substitution. No response. 30 minutes later, I re-requested. No response. Two hours later, I received same text message apologizing that they could not deliver what I ordered and can they substitute? When I got off work, I could finally call and try to cancel to no avail. Can not come to on product itself because it still has not arrived but it looked nice in the picture. Guess you can't always believe what you read.

    I ordered a hydrangea as a get well gift. I couldn't even identify the plant that was sent. It was not in any way an acceptable substitute for what I paid. I had several email exchanges with customer service about my dissatisfaction and the best refund offer they came up with is $10. This is hardly acceptable as the plant that was sent was an embarrassment and not of equal value to what I paid. My advice is do not order anything from Just Flowers!!!

    We were looking to have live flowers delivered to a small town funeral home for my aunt. We thought we were going to the local florist to order but instead ended up at JustFlowers. It was night, so we ordered online. We were charged a $21.24 delivery fee for the florist to walk the flowers across the street. But, it is for a funeral and we don't live in the area and we were desperately trying to get flowers before the florist ran out.

    The next morning, we received an email saying the flowers were not available and that they ordered something totally different and inappropriate in a vase. We called and after spending a lot of time on hold, we had the order confirmed that flowers in a vase would be delivered. A few minutes afterwards, we received an email that those flowers weren't available and that something else would be delivered. We called and spent a very long time on hold, going from employee to employee to have a new order confirmed. A few minutes later, we received an email wanting $15.00 more for delivery. Remember, this florist is across the street from the funeral home in a small town where there is very little traffic.

    We called back to ask about the extra charge and were told this is what the florist charges, but they would generously pay 5 of those 15 dollars. We said sure and hung up. We talked about it and decided to cancel the order, so we called back and, after being on hold for a long time, spoke with an employee who forwarded us to a manager. Another 20 minutes on hold we spoke with a young lady who said the order couldn't be cancelled. She couldn't be convinced.

    We then did what we should have done first thing in the morning; we called the florist. She got the order and was shocked with the charges. She said the delivery charges were not hers. Her total charges would have been nearly half of what JustFlowers charged! She couldn't cancel the order since the order came from JustFlowers and she apologized. That was the first apology we received for our experience and she had nothing to do with it. We called our credit card company to try and cancel the order, thinking we would do that and then call the florist to order the flowers since ultimately she is the one doing all the work, but the charge couldn't be stopped. We are left with no avenue other than this review. From now on we will deal with the funeral homes and the local florists directly.

    The tagline when searching for Just Flowers states, "Flower Delivery Guaranteed. | JUSTFLOWERS® - Official Site." It is an odd thing to promote when you never deliver the flowers that were ordered and paid for. Instead, I received a message the day of delivery 1 hour before the funeral saying they wouldn't be able to deliver. Needless to say I wasn't watching my emails. They did not try to call. Instead they did nothing. I had to request a refund which I still have not received. Do not waste your time or money here. Use competitor site. I have never had an issue with 1800. They do not even have a way to leave a review for their site.

    False advertising, poor customer service, no transparency on price being in USD. The website brings you to Canadian content but does not flag that prices are in USD. A $59.99 arrangement with a $10 coupon processed on my card as $104.40 Canadian after delivery fees and conversion. Items in the photo were nothing like the flowers received, cheap alternative basket, and not even the same color scheme. When I complained with a photo via email, they emailed me to say, "Sorry to hear you aren't happy, please contact us via email or phone." So I emailed them again. They phoned to advise they were looking into it and then phoned again to advise they would do nothing for me. I would have been satisfied with $10 back or something more than "we used premium flowers".....

    I’ll start by saying that I understand holidays can overwhelm businesses and their supplies. I also appreciate that mistakes can be made, and that they aren’t necessarily malicious. Sometimes a seller doesn’t have what a customer wants or accidentally gives them the wrong thing. That being said, any reputable company will attempt to rectify the issue so that both seller and buyer are satisfied with the outcome.

    My husband ordered me the “Always Be Mine” bouquet from JustFlowers.com for Valentine’s Day, pictured. It has a dozen roses with lilies, and cost $109. NOT INCLUDING DELIVERY which was almost $30 extra. At least that’s how much it cost on Valentine’s Day. Looking at their website today, it’s only $89.99. The bouquet I received (pictured) had no lilies and only 3 roses. The other flowers in the received bouquet were: 7 carnations, 4 stock, 4 alstroemeria, and 2 sweet amber. After looking at their website, I found their “Heartfelt Harmony” bouquet (also pictured) to be most similar to the one I received. It has 3 roses, 6 carnations, 2 stock, 4 pompon mums, 4 statice, 3 tulips, and some spray roses. There are more flowers in the Heartfelt Harmony bouquet than the one I received and it only cost $74.99 on Valentine’s Day; $54.99 today. Regardless of which day I compared them, the difference in cost between the two bouquets is $35.

    When my husband contacted JustFlowers about the discrepancy, they justified the difference by stating that the website has a disclaimer stating that they can substitute different colors based on availability. I guess in their minds that means they can substitute different flowers altogether. They ended up refunding $10 to his card, and giving him a credit of seven dollars and fifty cents on his next order. There will be no next order through them. Like most working class people right now, we don’t have much extra money. These flowers were a luxury that we don’t typically indulge in. This was a very expensive and disappointing experience. Not only did we get something we would have never ordered, they didn’t reimburse us for the overpayment of it.

    Side note: I know it’s not fair to compare delivered flowers to grocery store flowers but it’s worth mentioning that we went to dinner the evening of Valentine’s Day and stopped at the grocery store. I saw a bouquet that was very similar to the one I received from Just Flowers. They were selling it for $32.99. I included those pictures too. My husband could have saved over $100 by stopping at the store for flowers on his way home.

    My friend sent me roses on Valentine's Day. JustFlowers sent a box with roses on February 13 without placing them in moist foam. The next day, when I received the roses (February 14), they looked distressed. I contacted customer service and emailed photos of the distressed flowers. The customer service representative, Julia, tried to convince me that the flowers looked fresh because they still had color. She also explained that JustFlowers doesn't place the flowers in the moist foam, so flowers will not bloom while transitioning. When I asked the representative to connect me with her supervisor, she connected me with Jill (supervisor), who stated that a moist foam would create a mold during the transition to a recipient. In addition to distressed flowers, the company has terrible customer service, who refused to take responsibility for their terrible service! If you want to lose your money, use this company!

    Order flowers for my daughter on Valentine Day. This order was place a week ahead of time. Flowers were not delivered during the day as promised. Flowers arrived at 8:00pm on Valentine's. I tried to contact JustFlowers but no one would answer the phone. Phone voicemail said to send an email to customer service. No way to contact a person if something goes wrong. And if they deliver at 8:00pm no need to send flowers. I will never use this company again.

    Placed two orders in time for Valentine's Day and neither one was delivered on time. In fact I’m still waiting for them to be delivered. The customer service is a joke. At this point I’m scared to see the actual product. I would give them 0 stars if I could.. So disappointing! We will never waste our money with such a pitiful excuse for a company ever again.. Which is a shame.. We like to celebrate and buy a lot of flowers. Now I know better than to try new places! If the flowers are ever delivered and do not meet standards I will be leaving another review!     Monday, Jan 27th at 8:00am I ordered some flowers for a funeral service that was at 1:00pm on Tuesday, Jan 28th. The website stated that if the funeral is after 1:00pm, to pay for expediting to be safe. I paid to expedite just in case since it was right there at the cut off window. I also ordered a banner that was supposed to go with the flowers and a card that was supposed to read the following: “In loving memory of a cherished mother. Our deepest condolences during this difficult time.” - Your Rush Truck Center Family. The flowers did NOT make it in time of the funeral. They didn’t show up until a day and a half AFTER the funeral on Wednesday, Jan 29th around 3:30pm. The banner that I ordered was not included and the card had misspelled words in the note. The note that was received read: “in loving memory of a CHERISH mother. Our deepest SYMPATHY during this difficult time.” - your rush BROCK family.

    I paid 121.71 total for everything. 86.99 for the flowers. 9.99 for the sympathy banner that was missing. 4.99 for the express delivery that ended up being extremely late and then 19.74 for a delivery fee that was delivered extremely late and not in time. After bringing up these issues, I was contacted by a manager that stated they would give me a 10 dollars gift card for the mistakes. That doesn’t even cover the banner that was missing. They express on their site how funeral flowers are their top priority and they will do everything in their power for funerals, yet this is how I was treated. We had to drive out of our way, back up to the funeral home the next day to receive the late flowers. I did not even receive a call that my order would NOT be making it in time of the funeral.

    This was a terrible way to conduct business and one of the worst experiences I have had with a online order. Especially during such a upsetting time like a funeral. To not be offered a full refund after all of those issues is astonishing. I will NEVER purchase flowers from JustFlowers.com again and I will make sure everyone I can let know are aware how they conduct business. I will make sure to leave a review on every social media platform, the BBB, Yelp, Google and wherever else to make sure no one else has to go thru what I had to.

    My Brother ordered flowers to be delivered to my home on my birthday, and was assured that I would receive them, despite it being a Sunday. No flowers arrived. The following day, I called JustFlowers twice in the afternoon, and was assured that I would receive a call with a delivery time, which would be before 5 pm; no call or flowers. At 6 PM, I called JustFlowers. They would not give me the name of the "florist", but said to call JustFlowers again in the AM. At 7:30 this AM, I opened my front door to find a smallish bouquet in a glass floral container- it looked like the kind that you could purchase at a grocery store for about 20 dollars. Attached to it was a small Valentine-themed stuffed animal (for January?). Near it was a box of chocolates.

    The bouquet had a floral pic in it with a card from "San Carlos Flowers" with a phone number of **. Googling this info, I found that this is a private residence in Menlo Park. On the card was a note written partly in Spanish with spelling and grammar errors, and a delivery address (not mine), and an address as well (again, not mine.) On a separate note, was a typed message "To Mary, The Greatest Sister, From, Bill". This is a scam company. I called X2 this AM to JustFlowers. I was hung up or disconnected with X2, and received a call back from a "Vic"- they won't provide last names- who said she was a manager. I will now have to forward photos to an address. Don't use this company.

    Do NOT use Just Flowers!! They are scammers and thieves. I ordered an $85 USD arrangement for my mother (who lives in Canada) to be delivered for Christmas and the day before delivery they messaged me and said the local company where she lives is out of stock with the flowers I chose and asked if I’d like them to send “wrapped flowers” instead as that’s all they had. Considering it was for Christmas the next day, I agreed and they did indeed send wrapped flowers which had a price tag still on them that said “$25”. My mother thought Safeway had sent them for some reason because the card I asked for didn’t even make it into the flowers.

    I asked that Just Flowers refund “the difference” in cost of the two items and I was told that the local retailer says it was a bunch of equal value… $25 CAD is nowhere close to equal value ($85 usd equals $123 cad). They said they would give me a $15 credit instead but won’t refund the rest of the money. Just Flowers has just made a cool $68 bucks ($100 cad) off me for doing nothing. Beware, this company is scamming people out of their money.

    I would never order from them again. They have a company that does the delivery and unfortunately, when I ordered on the website, it said that the delivery would be the same day and it was not. I had to call the next day and was told once again, the delivery would be that day and it was not so I got a call on the third day and was told they had a problem with the florist they were using and the flowers that I had ordered. I asked them to please have them make it in the pinks and very happy and joyful. They said that they would try unfortunately the flowers that arrived were not what I paid $67 for they were horrible. I ordered for a friend who was just diagnosed with breast cancer.

    I am so disappointed and in speaking to the person online, they were not helpful. I could not cancel my order because they said that it was already on its way. They are online in site does not state. You have to order by a certain time in order to get the flowers, they are the same day. The person I spoke with on the phone could not offer any consolation other than five dollars off that is nothing compared to $67 that was spent to have a beautiful arrangement sent to someone very special

    I ordered flowers for funeral to be delivered a day earlier than funeral service to make sure they would arrive on time. Attended funeral - and there were no flowers. I did not bring this up during funeral service as to not upset the family. Funeral home said they did not receive. Florist said they delivered flowers (although delivered after 5:00 pm and left outside at locked door behind the building). Florist would not reimburse me, although they offered me a $10 credit. Far cry from expense of flowers I had already paid for. The whole ordeal left us embarrassed in front of family.

    Terribly disappointed in the company, their service, and the customer service. Shameful display for my brother's funeral/wake, for the cost. Left off the banner I paid extra for and then when I sent pictures and asked they said the local florist "fulfilled the order" even though what was sent was not nearly what the website showed - AND not only that I had upgraded significantly on the price. When I asked for the local florist name, just to ensure I never used them directly, they refused to supply the name. Probably not even a real florist, is why. Customer service was less than satisfactory and quite frankly I believe they take advantage of people mourning the loss of loved ones with such poor business practices.     I ordered flowers to be delivered to my friend's viewing and funeral service on Saturday. I was notified by my friend's brother that they never arrived for the viewing on Saturday so I called customer service and they said they were unable to deliver on Saturday for the viewing but would have it delivered for the funeral service on Sunday. I am in a different state than my friend's, and well after the time of the service, I was notified that they could not deliver the flowers today as well and wanted another address to deliver the arrangement to on a different day. I have no trust in this company to deliver anything, and requested my money back. This is very upsetting to me, because my friend's family knew I was sending something and they were looking for it and it was never delivered.     DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE, I have ordered from them twice and BOTH times I was promised the express delivery which I paid for and gave them all the information they needed for delivery. I placed my order in the early morning hours around 7am and by lunch time I never received any information from them on my order.     Ordered flowers for my girlfriend to her work on 8/30 for a special occasion which were to be delivered on the same day per the website. They were unable to fulfill this request. I called the next day to request a refund and was told it was going to be delivered today, even though my girlfriend isn't at work. Because I hadn't called immediately, they are unwilling to offer a refund. When I mentioned that I never received any e-mails/text about my order, or the fact is was not deliverable, I was called a liar and told according to their e-mail logs, I received it. I have an IT background and certainly did not receive their e-mail. I mentioned I was going to request a charge-back from my bank, to which the customer service rep, "not a problem, we win those all the time". The absolutely most vile, disgusting, and down-right dishonest company I've ever had the displeasure to work with.

    Attached is a picture from the Justflowers website and the second picture is what I actually received from Just Flowers/Maria's Florist in Pennington NJ. I paid $98.46. There were clearly no single stem roses, and no ribbon, and not at all what the website shows. Their only response was that, "The florist is allowed to substitute, and they kept to a purple theme, and we'll give you a $15 credit." You decide for yourself, but for me, never again will I order from Just Flowers or Maria's Florist. Is it just me? I could have gotten this at a supermarket for $20 and paid Uber to deliver it for a lot less.

    Plants were nothing like what was pictured. Price was extremely high and plants were delivered late in the day with burnt edges, succulents instead of greenery, and no resemblance whatsoever to the image presented online. Just throw it in the trash, it was that bad. The "baskets" were not baskets at all, and when I tried to call customer service I was on hold for ages while the recording played two songs in repetition for more than 20 minutes. No one ever answered.

    When finally contacted by email, they responded with an offer of a "credit" of $5 (Five US dollars) to my so-called "account" for future purchases on an almost $200 pre-paid purchase by personal credit card. What was delivered was merely dead plants and desert succulents. Do not buy from this company, or you may as well throw good money to the wind and insult the people you are delivering this horrid product to. And I don't include a receipt because I don't trust this company whatsoever, including the security of my hugely overpriced purchase receipt.

    JustFlowers should be called Just a waste of time. I ordered Flowers to be delivered on the first birthday of my friend's brother following his passing. They never arrived. Just Flowers responded that they could deliver the following Monday and that I didn't indicate that this was a special occasion. Aren't the majority of flower orders for special occasions? They then offered me a $5 refund. Bringing my total to a mere $105. They kept asking me to call them to discuss a refund but I was just too angry to spend any more time on it. They finally gave me a full refund. But the occasion was lost and that will never be fixed.

    The casket spray I ordered for my Mother's funeral did not contain the carnations & daisies I specifically ordered as shown on the website. I ordered this arrangement specifically for those flowers and indicated to make sure they were in the arrangement. I was embarrassed by what was delivered. The spray was ordered 2 days ahead of time and I was not notified they would not be able to include the carnations or daisies. I can't believe it is that hard to locate carnations or daisies. As you can see by the picture, it looks like they didn't even try to fill in the empty spots. They did refund me half of the cost of the flowers.

    I attempted to order online with a $10 off code. Had a question so I hit “Chat” option. Question wasn’t answered. Wanted my cell number. Wanted to finish online and the woman said she’d take another $10 off. I asked how much was shipping and was quoted $9.99. She then asked for my email to send me the receipt. They charged $18.99 for shipping and a $5.49 handling charge on a $34.99 order (original $54.99).

    Called customer service, finally got a manager and she kept saying my shipping was really only $6.49 because of the discount. “NO. THE DISCOUNTS WERE ON THE FLOWERS, NOT ON SHIPPING.” Today is Wednesday and the delivery is Monday and she would not let me cancel because the order supposedly was sent to the florist. She also said it would have been cheaper had I placed on-line. I was placing online but the CSR kept pushing me to order with her. A $45 order with shipping turned out to be $59.46 total bait and switch. Don’t Call to place an order!!!

    Very disappointed with Justflowers.com. My niece ordered the soothing wreath for my brother's funeral two weeks ago. This was unexpected and we (family) were happy she volunteered to search for the right remembrance. They were to be delivered day of funeral on a weekend. This did not happen as the flowers were as if they delivered a day or two before so they sat in a dark supply room at funeral home. There was supposed to be a banner across it and that was missing. And instead an ugly blank note card in very bad writing….with what the banner would’ve said. My niece contacted them and they were only going to give a $10 credit.

    Here are the things that went wrong:
    Flowers were not out when we arrived at service.
    Flowers didn’t look same as photo.
    They were wet on top.
    No Banner.
    Terrible ugly wrinkled card with handwritten sympathy words.
    They were told to call her if any issues. No call made.
    Delivery was to be Sunday but they would not divulge day they actually delivered. You pay extra to deliver on weekend.
    May explain why the flowers looked a couple days old.
    We are very dissatisfied with them and want people to be aware of this.

    An unimaginably poor experience. I implore every person who makes it as far as this review to please -- please -- do yourself a favor and choose a different company to have your flowers delivered to your loved one. I ordered flowers from JustFlowers for my mom two days before Mother's Day, for the sole reason that they promised the flowers could be delivered by that day.

    Day of Mother's Day, I received a text saying they couldn't deliver it, but I didn't cancel because they told me they could be delivered by the next day. The next day: the same thing. The day after: the same thing. Three days after Mother's Day, the flowers were delivered. This was a $60 dollar bouquet, that ended up being $82, so not cheap.

    I emailed and called JustFlowers asking for a refund, as the delivery date they promised me was missed, and this was essentially the only reason I had used them; if they weren't able to deliver on this simple promise, they had failed to provide the basic service I had used them for. I was unable to reach anyone, and no-one reached out to me, despite calling multiple times.

    I was so frustrated that I reached out to my credit card company to initiate a refund claim. You want to guess what happened? JustFlowers finally comes out of the woodwork, and challenges the claim -- the first time I had heard anything (anything) from them since they delivered the flowers three days late. I eventually was able to get someone from their customer service on the phone, and instead of the conciliatory tone I was expecting (why did I expect that, honestly?) I was met with an argumentative and hostile tone, and offered the frankly insulting amount of $10 -- not even enough to cover the cost of delivery.

    After telling them that after all the time and expense I had expended on this that $10 was not even scratching the surface, the manager told me they would go and talk to someone else and come back to me. A few days later, she called me to say they had a new offer: $15. Honestly, I was so broken at this point that I couldn't bring myself to argue. I told her well done, she had worn me down. And that I'd never be using their services again -- and you shouldn't either. A terrible company, staffed by people who don't care, with an ethos that exploits people's honest desire to cheer someone else up on a special occasion. Never, ever use this soulless, spiteful company.

I called in the later part of the afternoon to confirm my order would be delivered by 6 pm and I was told that the order was out on the delivery truck.     This place has the worst customer service. I order flowers for my mom’s birthday two days ago and still hasn’t received her order. All I kept getting is, "I’m sorry your order couldn’t be processed." We even offered to go pick it up and they said, "Sorry. There’s no florist available for pick up." Their prices ain’t cheap and their delivery service prices is $20. I was pretty upset because I live out of state and wasn’t there for my mom's birthday so I want to send her something special. When I tried to get a refund they gave me a hard time. I had to contact my bank to reverse the charges. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    Warning! Do not use this company for your special occasion flower needs! There is an option to purchase flowers to be delivered the same day which I wanted for someone struggling with their life and survival. Mine was not delivered until late the next day - late. I had to make multiple phone calls to make that happen too. Each call, I got lame excuses or defensiveness. The flowers that did finally arrive were NOT anything like the photo - way less flowers in both number and variety. I chose the premium which was supposed to have more flowers and let's just say I got less than the basic. They will not refund. They say I got exactly what I ordered and will not address the late delivery.

    I ordered flowers for an employee for a job well done. I ordered the Bundle Of Joy bouquet. What I received should be titled Bundle of Woe. I contacted JustFlowers and emailed them pictures at their request. They emailed me back and told me that what I received fit "their recipe." They said it contained yellow, purple and red flowers as if the only thing that makes the arrangement is the color of flowers - not the arrangement, shape, color of vase. They offered $5 refund, then $7, then $10. I paid over $80 for $49.99 arrangement (due to handling and delivery). See the picture of the arrangement on the website and the arrangement received. They told me I could cut and arrange them myself.... the nerve.

    Eric, you are not entitled for a refund if the order was delivered with longer stems instead of short and compact.     Ordered flowers on Thursday 7/18/24 for guaranteed same day delivery for a cheer me up for someone who just suffered a loss. Thursday came and went, called customer service and was advised they'd be delivered Friday - NOPE. Called again and told they would definitely be delivered Saturday - Still not delivered. Called again and am now being told it wouldn't be until Monday. Told them this was completely unacceptable to cancel the order. Then they give me a hassle about it and said well they'll give me $5.00 off, $10.00 off, $15.00 off, then they'll cancel order and leave a credit on their books for future orders, as IF I'll ever do business with them again. They finally said they refund my card but it will take 1-5 days, what a joke, took them 10 seconds to charge it.

    I ordered flowers for a birthday gift the night before with a promise of same-day delivery. I paid an additional $2.99 to get them delivered on the person’s birthday and then $4.99 for express delivery. I paid $63 total for the order. I received several emails the next day when I was checking to see if they had been delivered. The last email saying I needed to pay an additional $27 for the florist to deliver. I called and was told that had expired and it was now $37 additional for the delivery. So I ended paying $100 for the flowers to be delivered. I did ask to be refunded the $4.99 express delivery charge since they didn’t receive the flowers until after 6 pm. I was very disappointed and will not do business here again.

    Incredibly disappointed with the service provided by JustFlowers. My husband ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day and we received the incorrect order. He ordered the "Touch of Class" bouquet and paid extra for a "premium" arrangement. The arrangement I received looked nothing like the one my husband had paid for, the arrangement didn't appear to be "premium," and the card was addressed to someone else. We emailed to let them know we received an order for someone else and they replied to let us know that due to seasonal availability, deliveries may not look identical their website. I can appreciate that but our bouquet looked nothing like the one pictured and Mother's Day is in May when there is no shortage of availability.

    In this initial response they did not acknowledge the wrong card that accompanied the bouquet. We followed up again and they made excuses about Mother's Day being very busy and mistakes being made but it was their conclusion we had received the correct flower arrangement and the wrong card had been included. They offered a $7 credit. For about two weeks we went back and forth with them via email and phone and the most they could offer was a $20 credit. This was infuriating. We had wasted so much time dealing with their customer service over a two week period, they refused to take responsibility for an incorrect order, and offered us $20. Just insulting. Their website is in USD so a $89.99 bouquet + fees + taxes appeared on our credit card in CAD for over $150. Order number **- for if they are inclined to comment that they don't have an order on file for us. LOL.

    I ordered $ 90.00 Flower order for my daughter. The delivery was for first thing Monday morning. I paid extra for the time slot. Everyday I called and inquired where was my order? I was told it was on the way. The order showed up 2 days late. Justflowers.com is a scam and should be avoided at all times. They did a bait and switch with cheap flowers like the grocery store. The arrangement was appalling and cheap with a daisy and a red rose. I ordered a deluxe white orchid arrangement. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I too, would give this company a ZERO! I ordered try. First, it was not delivered the next day. It took two days and was delivered at 4:30 p.m. When my Daughter received it, she felt horrible about telling me what it looked like. I sent her a picture of what I ordered and there was no comparison.

    After complaining to Just Flowers.com they offered a $5 credit which was a total insult.. I did not accept. I told them they should do a redelivery or give me a full credit.     Do not do business with this company. Their customer service is appalling. They messed up our two orders on Mother's day and did not fix them appropriately. One bouquet of flowers arrived partially dead and then when they agreed to replace the flowers, they sent them to the wrong address. They acknowledged the mistakes, but refused to take full responsibility. They only offered a partial discount on a bouquet with dead flowers and a replacement that never arrived. Their justification was that it's OK because we did get some flowers that are fine.

    I placed an order for flower delivery on Mother's Day, expecting the order to arrive on that date. Unfortunately, the delivery was not made until 1 week later. This was incredibly disappointing as the flowers were intended to make the day special for my godmother. I made numerous calls to the company during the week that elapsed between Mother’s Day and when my order was delivered. Most of the time, I couldn’t get through to a live person, but when my call was finally answered, they couldn’t tell me anything about why my order hadn’t been delivered yet.

    Though the flowers eventually arrived, it was far too late. My godmother had already left town for a trip and by the time she returned home to the flowers, they were completely wilted. Reliability is crucial in a florist, especially for significant occasions. I understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, but a 1 week late flower delivery is abominable. I send flowers quite frequently and have never had anything like this happen before.

    I contacted the company about a refund. Given the extreme delay, it seems only fair. All I was offered was a $10 refund. This was entirely unacceptable, as I paid $113 for the flowers, so I asked to speak with a manager. By the way, the customer service rep suggested I call the recipient and apologize for the delayed flower delivery to resolve the issue. WHAT?! Unreal.

    When I spoke with a manager, the best she offered me was $15. Still unacceptable. I then spoke with a different manager who offered me $19.99 and would absolutely not budge, despite me explaining to her multiple times that I did not get what I paid for, so $19.99 is still not a reasonable compensation amount. I even offered to take a 50% refund, but she absolutely refused to do anything better than $19.99. I see there are many other reviews from people who also had their Mother’s Day gifts ruined by this company. The least they can do is provide full or at least substantial refunds.

    I ordered the 'top shelf' 3rd level of flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. Not only did they fail to deliver on the agreed date, but they also kept saying they would deliver the flowers each day for 5-6 days over, raising my mom's hopes and then never delivering. After a week of this, they went MIA. Despite my multiple attempts to reach them, they ended up automatically refunding my card for $114 around 10 days later without ever trying to resolve the issue first.     This company is a scam. I placed my order for Mother's Day in advance and the first red flag was that the I never received an email confirmation for my order. The next day, I began receiving text messages saying the order would be delayed. I tried calling customer service on the day of delivery (by the way there are several different numbers for customer service - I tried all of them with no luck getting through) and every call was automatically disconnected without me ever getting to speak with anyone. I then emailed their customer service department to cancel my order because delivery was delayed and I never got an email response that my message was received OR that they acknowledged my cancellation request.

    I finally called my credit card company and processed a charge dispute once the charge hit my account. Almost 2 weeks later, I got a call from their customer service department to ask me about the charge dispute -- I spoke with Jill who said she is a "manager" and she never acknowledged receiving my email cancellation or having any record of the delays in my order being delivered. She asked me if my mom wasn't home for the delivery and I told her my mom lives in a retirement community and doesn't go anywhere.

    I confirmed that my order was never delivered, I got 2 texts saying my order was delayed, told her I have all the documentation from them about my order being delayed and my cancellation request and said I never want to hear from them again. She never acknowledged having any information in my order record of the delays, the cancellation request, etc. I have never had such an unprofessional experience in my life. And by the way, if you finally ever get to talk with someone, you might hear dogs barking in the background, papers shuffling, the phone being dropped -- I have no idea where these people are working but it is definitely not in a professional setting. STAY AWAY.

The flowers were never delivered, and when I reached out to see what happened, they said that they were fully booked up and couldn't fulfill the order on that day, so it was supposed to be delivered on 5/20, and when they weren't delivered then, they were rescheduled for 5/21. They then sent an email saying that the delivery address was in a remote location, so the order could not be done. I then tried to call customer service about a refund, and the service was awful and was put on hold, and I still have not been given a refund. This company is not trustworthy, and the customer service is awful.

    I ordered flowers for my Mom for Mother's Day, guaranteed Mother's Day delivery. She never received the flowers. She lives in a gated community, which I mentioned on the comments. They have to go through the gate and let the recipient know before they are let in to deliver. They said they delivered and left them at the door. This is Vegas, hot weather and there were no flowers left at her door or anywhere around her condo. I contacted them and they said they didn't deliver on Mother's Day, but did a couple days later, no they did not. They did not call her or email her, they had both. I told them again, they weren't delivered. They called my Mom, the following Saturday and left a message, so she called back at the number given and had to wait about an hour, before they answered her call and they informed her they had been delivered and she told them they had not been delivered.

    She asked for the florist that had the order and she would call them and they said they could not do that. She said to forget the flowers and give my daughter her money back and they said they could not do that. She told them that was a shotty way of doing business and they hung up on her. She is 84 and with it. I re-emailed them and told them to just refund my money, she never got the flowers and they were rude to my mother. I told them that I didn't want to pay for someone else's flowers and they have never responded. What a crappy business, I will never order from them again. I was a Florist for 25 years and we always made things right. The customer comes first! I spent $96 dollars for nothing. Very disappointing.

    HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I've been in retail management for over 20 years and I was flabbergasted on how I was treated and the lack of concern of the satisfaction of their customers. I understand how things can happen and I understand that you should take responsibility for mistakes but they don't. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! They state they never give full refunds to dissatisfied customers (which is unusual) and I had to fight my way to at least 30 dollars (amazing how it went up from 10). But I was told over and over they do not give full refunds...scary.

    I ordered over a $220 funeral spray that was SUPPOSED to be delivered YESTERDAY, Friday May 17,2024! So please tell me why the day of the Funeral am I just now getting a call that my order couldn't be fulfilled?! You left me with NO TIME to have a replacement sent out being that the funeral is in literally 2 hours! This is unacceptable and inexcusable! I should have been notified Thurs or even YESTERDAY the day they should have been delivered! You left me high and dry, and to add insult to injury you wanted to only give me a $10 credit?! Insulting! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED! This is horrible management and customer service! I'd give ZERO STARS IF I COULD!

    Terrible communication and customer service. I was told 4 days in a row that they couldn't complete delivery and they'd try again tomorrow, only to tell me they couldn't even fulfill the order because there weren't any nearby florists they worked with. What a waste of time. You're better off directly contacting a local business and working with them.

    I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and paid extra for a nice vase, the medium level flowers and extra in shipping to ensure delivery on Mother’s Day. Mother’s Day came and went and no flowers were delivered. I called the phone number but they don’t have anyone you can talk to. I would have used my confirmation number to track it but they never sent me an email confirmation so I had no number. I sent an email to the company and all they asked was my phone number and two week later, still have yet to respond. Flowers were eventually delivered but they were no where near the flowers I ordered and in some basic trash vase. Save your time, save your money, and don’t have a holiday ruined because this horrible company doesn’t have a sense in customer service whatsoever.

    I placed an order on Saturday May 11 for delivery on Mother's Day May 12th to my Aunt who is very ill. Wanted to brighten her day. The money was taken out of my checking account immediately. However on Sunday afternoon I get text saying unable to deliver and it had been rescheduled for Monday. I immediately responded saying I wanted a credit to my account. I was told would credit for $10.00 which I accepted. That credit has yet to take place. On Monday I receive email and text stating still cannot deliver. At that point I asked for my order to be canceled and to immediately credit my account in full since NO service was provided and I asked for a reply back confirming the cancellation. ZERO reply now and my account still has not been credited.

    I have sent 2 more emails with ZERO response at all. I should have read the reviews first before ever placing this order because apparently this company does not do many deliveries and reviews are horrible, yet their replies to reviews make it sound like they are not in the wrong. I have asked for immediate credit to my account and has not happened. I did speak with my Aunt today and verified no delivery. As I have said in my emails my next step is to contact my attorney and you will then be forced to credit well more than the $105.00 I paid for flowers never delivered. Everyone out there NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

    This company is an absolute scam. I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before Mother’s Day and they never arrived. I submitted an inquiry as to why which I received no response to. I called several times before actually reaching a human being to talk to. I wanted to be refunded for the almost $100 that I spent on the flowers to be delivered BEFORE Mother’s Day and I was refused. One of the worst excuses for a company. They also lied about the flowers being delivered when they were not. Do not hand these scumbags a single cent.

    Literally *DO NOT* order from them. Flowers were never delivered after stating they would be delivered the next day. I’ve been calling for over a week and emailing and still haven’t heard from anyone. I’m out $100 and I don’t see them refunding it. When they do answer the phone, they transfer me to customer service and no one answers.

    My mom got me some flowers from this site and no delivery has been received at all. It’s been 4 days since I was supposed to get them and nothing has arrived and I called the customer service and they say it’s out for delivery but when I check into it it keeps saying the next day will be delivered and it’s a scam and nothing happens.     DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Just Flowers guaranteed my flower order would be delivered to my Mother for Mother’s Day. “I ordered in plenty of time” Yet, SIX days LATER and MULTIPLE calls to the company, and they STILL haven’t delivered my order! (Ordered on Friday morning, and it’s Thursday). Cancelling my order was almost impossible! It took more work to cancel than it did to purchase! Each time I spoke to someone, I was told the delivery would be “tomorrow”. On several of those calls, it was “dropped/hung up”, and I’d have to call back, and wait a minimum of 15 minutes on hold, until I got a representative. Another issue, I couldn’t access my order via my email. So I had to call. Worst experience I’ve ever had with ordering Flowers! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    This company has not delivered my order which is now an entire 4 days past the delivery date - that was paid for (Mother's Day) - and not returned 2 emails I have sent to them. This is legitimate theft. Also their call service is awful as it just directs me to leave a message. If my emails can't be returned I have little faith my calls will. How frustrating that money I work so incredibly hard for is stolen by a company still promoting themselves as "guaranteed". Find someone else for this service. This company has zero care and, in my case, not above. Stealing my money and ignoring my attempts at communication.

    I ordered for Mother's Day and it said on their site "Order in the next 4 hours for delivery on Mother's Day". I did it and regretted it after my charge went through. I printed the web page confirming my purchase and order number.... Thank goodness I did that because I was immediately charged but never received a confirmation email. When my Mom did not receive the flowers, I called but kept getting a message to call again. Their 24 hour service chat is inoperable. The "Inquiry Page" I filled out 5 times never got a response. I emailed them, still with no response and it is NOW Wednesday. My mother has received no flowers. I have filed for my VISA card to dispute the charge. Just avoid my situation and order from another company.
