    Zero stars. I think they are a scam. My flowers have not arrived to their destination, 3 days after their guaranteed delivery date. I cannot speak to a customer service agent. They refer you to their website for order inquiries but there is no option to check the status. And now they have my debit card # which I will be replacing. Warning, they were at the top of my Google search.

    Had the most awful experience with this company. My birthday and Mother's day was on the same day this year May 10 2026. My flowers never arrived till today May 12th. Not only did they not arrive on time or that day they don't like anything like they should. It literally has 3 white roses and 2 Gerber daisy in it. The rest is all greenery. Nothing like the Pic of what he order. They really know how to ruin someone's birthday and mother's day!! I will be reporting this with pics to the BBB.

    Absolutely horrible experience with Just Flowers. I spent over $100 for Mother’s Day flowers that were NEVER delivered. No one called, no updates, no accountability — nothing. I left messages and still have not received a return call or resolution. This company completely ruined a special occasion and took my money without providing the service promised. Customers deserve better communication, honesty, and basic customer service. Do NOT order from Just Flowers. Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and wasted money.

    This is the WORST flower company I have ever made a purchase from. They constantly reschedule your order (4 times so far), don't answer their phone or emails, and make it difficult to inquire on their website (they only give you the option to request the order to be canceled or to have the address updated). I regret ordering from them and hope when I inquired to cancel they actually cancel it and give me all of my money back! If you don't have the bandwidth, don't accept the orders.

    I would like to give Zero stars but it doesn't give you that option. Ordered flowers thru them for mother's day to be delivered on mother's day, it's now tuesday and I still keep getting text and emails saying my order will be delivered next day! Tried calling support and they said I couldn't cancel my order and they also couldn't tell me if or when it would ever be delivered! Maybe next mother's day I guess. What a waste of money!

    I would give half star if possible. Mother's Day Flowers never arrived to my 93-year-old mother. Order #**. They sent me a text at 5:07 PM Sunday, apologizing for the missed delivery but there is no way that you can call a speak to a customer service person, you have to leave a message with the expectation that they will call you back. I responded to the text requesting a full refund of the 141.20 I paid and also sent them an email and left at least 3 voice messages on the recorded customer service line and no response. I will need to file a police report and formally submit a complaint to BBB.

    Ordered flowers for my wife for Mother's Day. Order placed on Saturday morning 5/9 and it was to be delivered same day. Got an email later Saturday evening saying the order was not able to be delivered and it would be delivered on the next available day. I also received a text at this time saying the order was rescheduled for "tomorrow," which was Mother's Day. I was perfectly fine with that, but the order was not delivered on Mother's Day as the text said. Instead, I received the same email / text messages saying the order could not be delivered and would come the next available day.

    I sent Justflowers an email expressing my aggravation and disappointment with their inability to deliver. I also demanded that the flowers be delivered AND they issue me a refund for failing to deliver. On Monday (day after Mother's Day), I received a cancellation and refund, but they canceled the order entirely and did not deliver flowers. Understanding it was a holiday weekend, I was surprised they even offered same day delivery, and I was thrilled to find this company. But I will never use this company again, nor should anyone else. You don't offer same day delivery and then fail to deliver for MULTIPLE days in a row.

    JUSTFLOWERS is a terrible company with very poor customer service. I called customer service 4x and no response. I left 4 messages regarding my order that was not received next day as advertised and no one returned my calls. I sent 4 emails to their service team, no reply. I opened up 3 ORDER DELIVERY INQUIRIES. They say the Flowers were delivered. They were not! I live in a gated community with security guard posted 24x7, and they would need to pass through them before entering. They would need to give their name and who their visiting or delivering too. The address as well and show ID. Then security will call me to verify. This was not done. Warning. DO NOT ORDER FROM JUSTFLOWERS. This isn't the 1st bad experience I've had. this is the 3rd and it wasn't a charm.

    Worst experience I ever had ordering flowers. I ordered for my mother-in-law, and my daughter-in-law. Neither order was received on Mother’s Day. They said that I agreed somewhere that they could be delivered the day before or the day after, or something like that. But I did not. I paid extra for my mother-in-law‘s flowers, I got the premium and it was $151. The picture that my mother in law sent me showed me was the ugliest arrangement I have ever seen. It not only did not look like the picture at all nor did it seem to have any extra flowers at all. It was embarrassing. This is not worth what I paid for the flowers or the $30 delivery fee for showing up late. Very disappointed.

    ZERO STARS. Am incredibly frustrated and disappointed in their lack of attention to delivering flowers to my 83 year old mother ON MOTHER'S DAY which was the whole point of ordering them. To spend over $100 on a small basket of flowers only to be told not once but TWICE that the order would be delayed another day is the worst kind of service I’ve ever experienced from a florist.     As a first-time customer, I decided to try JustFlowers.com after seeing their same-day delivery guarantee for orders placed before 11 AM. I placed a $130 Mother’s Day order at 8 AM for delivery to my wife’s workplace. Unfortunately, the flowers were never delivered on Mother’s Day, and as of Tuesday evening, she is still waiting for the order.

    Communication and customer service were extremely disappointing. Emails only received automated responses, and it was nearly impossible to speak with a representative. When I finally reached someone, they apologized but could not explain why the delivery failed. I was also told that redirecting the order to another address would require additional fees, despite the delay being caused by the company. Overall, this experience was very frustrating. Payment was processed immediately, but there was no meaningful follow-up, update, or resolution. Based on my experience, I would not use this service again.

    I ordered mother's day flowers on mother's day. Said same day delivery. Later that day get email saying it'll be delivered the next day. Whatever. My mom gets them and what she received is not even close to the picture of the arrangement on their website!!!! Absolutely horrible!!! I emailed them pics. No response. Call them and after finally getting a person he hangs up on me after I say I'm never using this company again. Call again. Told to leave a message. No response. 2 more emails. Nothing. And then my mom says there was no card. I wanted the card to say happy mothers day. Only paper she got said Safeway made the flowers!!!! I want a refund. What a joke. Wish I had read the reviews first. Worst flower company ever. Pics are what I ordered and what my mom got.

    I’ve been ordering flowers from this company for three years in a row, and every single time they fail to deliver on the requested date. It’s extremely frustrating and unacceptable. There is also no delivery confirmation or update provided. I have to spend over half an hour on the phone just to find out if and when the flowers were delivered. This level of service is very disappointing. I do not recommend this company — save your time and stay away.

    One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day delivery, and now on the 11th, they’ve contacted me yet again to delay the order. Trying to get help has been just as frustrating. I attempted to create an account, but the link only produced an error message. I called customer service and sat on hold for 15 minutes, only for the automated system to suddenly become completely garbled and impossible to understand — conveniently at the exact same point each time.

    I also tried submitting an online inquiry, but the form requires a subject line while the subject field itself won’t allow any typing, making it impossible to send. At that point, my only option was emailing them and hoping for a response. Completely unacceptable customer service and experience from start to finish. I will never use or recommend this company again. I want a full refund for order number **.

    Seems to be a definite pattern. My order said it would be delivered on Mother's day, late that day received notice it wouldn’t be delivered until the next day, Monday. Now, after 4pm on Monday, they are saying Tuesday. After 2 on hold phone calls with extremely bad connections where I couldn’t even understand the recording, I opened an inquiry online and cancelled my order. Wish I had seen these reviews earlier.

    I ordered my mother flowers for Mother's Day as she is not local. I used her zip code to find flowers that could be delivered on Mother's Day since I wasn't ordering far in advance and she's kind of rural, Justflowers said the arrangement I picked was available. She was very excited and waited for them all day, I told her to expect a delivery when I talked to her in the morning since we couldn't see each other.

    I called around 4pm looking for a delivery status, was on hold for a while then had to leave a voicemail. Around 5pm I get a text they'll be delivered next day (today). That's not Mother's Day, but mom waited again. Again, I left a voicemail and sent an email. I just got a text they're sorry again that they can't be delivered and I'll get a refund "ASAP." When it's that? I paid almost $100, I want to know when to expect my refund! I had to Doordash her a bouquet and candy from the grocery store so she got something in a reasonable time which cost me nearly as much due to the rural service fees and tip. Don't use this company, they may just make your loved one sad.

    Zero stars for this group. For three days in a row they sent a message late in the day stating that they could not deliver flowers to my mom. Then a message stating that they have canceled my order. Ridiculous!! This was to be for Mother's Day and the only reason that I went with them is because they said that they could deliver the same day. In this case it would have been the day before Mother's Day. I could not get in touch with anyone in customer service. Not sure how they are still in business. Social media is a real curse when companies don't perform well and do not treat their customer's right. Just tell us from the start that you are not able to do something and we will move on. Instead you have strung us along and created frustration and disappointment.

    If I could give this company negative stars, I would! I ordered a pretty expensive arrangement Saturday May 9th for Mother's Day, May 10th. At 3:30 on Sunday 5/10/26, I received a notification that they would not be delivered that day and would be scheduled on the next available day. I contacted the Customer Service number on the website and was on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer. On 5/11/26 I received yet another email saying the order will again be rescheduled for the next available day! I am demanding a refund and will NEVER use this company again! Thanks for ruining Mother's Day for my mother! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

    Updated on 05/25/2026: It's 24 May and still no followup with "Customer Service Manager for special review".

    Original Review: We place an order on Justflowers.com for Mother's day. The website (and our order confirmation) stated 10May as the delivery date. Yes, we ordered on Saturday, however, the website did state and allow me to choose 10May (Sunday) as the delivery date. And, I did receive email confirmation Saturday evening, for a 10May delivery date. During the afternoon of 10May, I received notification that the delivery would be delayed. Yes, I did wait to the last minute, however, the website ensured delivery and allowed me to choose Sun, 10May. I called into customer support 11May and attempted to cancel my order. I was told that it was too late and they directed me to the fine print Delivery FAQ at the bottom of the page.

    Now, if you are purchasing a product from a website and they allow you to choose a date on their calendar, knowing that they will not honor that delivery date... why would I check the fine print? The website clearly identified that they could deliver on Mother's Day, however, based upon the Delivery FAQ fine print - it was my responsibility to confirm that the calendar/delivery date that their website provided was in fact a legit date. If this were not a holiday, and if the website did not promote delivery and if the website did not provide an undeliverable date for my selection - I would have been dubious.

    Customer service read the script well, and I received a $10 credit. The delivery fee was $27.98, the flowers $100. And, I had to run out and purchase flowers. Again, yes - waiting till the last minute isn't good. However, if a company providing the service allows you to order and promotes the ordering.... only to have their CYA policy in fine print at the bottom of the page, shame on them for their deceptive marketing practices. I learned my lesson... NEVER again will I use JustFlowers.com.

    My order number is #** to be delivered on 5/10/26 Mother's Day, never happened. Got a message texted at end of day that the order would be delivered the next day, today. Still hasn't happened and the day is more than half over. I have tried at least 5 times to reach a human on the phone to help me. Everything they ask you to do online doesn't work, like you never tried and that is only being on hold for 30 to 45 plus minutes. Got disconnected from hold multiple times and reach a human twice. Neither could help me or could give me status of order. Never offered a discount and basically feel like I am left out in limbo after giving you $111 of my hard earned money.     If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day in advance, and the delivery was guaranteed to be delivered on Mother's Day. Suddenly, in the evening, I received a text message saying that the delivery was delayed and would be delivered the following day.     Good lord. I have ordered many flowers online over the years and have seldom had a problem. I placed the order, or thought I did, then ended up on an error page. I was not emailed an invoice.     I read the reviews after I ordered and panicked! I ordered around 11:30 pm (5/8/2026) and when I made the payment at checkout I realized that I didn't read the reviews.     Ordered flowers on Friday for delivery, they changed the delivery to Monday stating it was at request if Funeral Home.     I do not recommend JustFlowers. I ordered a sympathy flower for delivery on 4/30. The delivery was not made nor did I receive notification. I contacted the company on 5/3 and was informed the flower would deliver 5/4 with an apology to the recipient. 5/4 comes but I receive an email stating there was another delay in delivery. At that point, the only thing this company could do is cancel and refund my order.

    I can’t help write something that calls for harm, but I can help you express this firmly and clearly: These people were incredibly irresponsible. I told them my daughter has cats, and they still recommended flowers that ended up harming her cat. It’s been impossible to reach a manager, and their response has been unacceptable. I strongly advise others not to order from them—they are not professional and don’t seem knowledgeable about the safety of the flowers they sell. I hope more people speak up so this business is held accountable.

    Very bad, do not order from this company. I should have read the over 2000 negative reviews. I ordered funeral flowers, they looked nothing like the website photo. I asked to add pink flowers and a pink bow the added purple and a purple bow. The flowers were old and sparse, nothing like the photo online. Customer service was terrible, they wanted me to supply them with photos from front and back and sides to show them. It was a funeral, it is not appropriate to take photos. I did send one that was discreetly taken, and they denied the issue, clearly their standards are very low. Customer service is not helpful. I spent 175.00 and they offered a 10.00 coupon- you could not pay me to use this company again. I was so disappointed and frustrated. It’s hard enough to lose a loved one, you don’t need this kind of aggravation on top of your loss. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!

    Extremely Disappointed in, Just Flowers. I paid $80.00 for a bouquet of flowers, which consisted of roses and carnations. My daughter received a small arrangement of carnations worth $20.00 dollars at Publix.     Order # ** on 5/1/26, paid a total of 82.47 for a 10" potted peace lily for a 2 pm Sunday funeral. Saturday just after 11 am I got a text they want an EXTRA $43 to deliver. I already paid $22.48 for delivery. After 3-1 hour hold time each call they agreed to deliver for an additional $27. Sunday at 7:14pm I get a call that they won't be able to deliver my order. They said they would deliver something on Monday... when I requested full refund, I was offered a 15% discount on my next order. WHAT NEXT ORDER?!?! I WILL NEVER USE THIS CO AGAIN. Still waiting on my FULL credit. If I do not receive it I will file complaint with the local Police Dept and the Better Business Bureau.

    Poor excuse for a business! I ordered flowers 2 weeks in advance for a certain delivery date as an Anniversary surprise. Day came and NO flowers. I called the 24-hour customer support and was on hold for over 2 hours, and no answer. Tried the next day, and after another 35 minutes, someone answered.     I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel like people should be warned. My husband ordered flowers from Just Flowers as a surprise. That surprise was immediately ruined when I received a text saying they were running late with the delivery. Then, to make matters worse, they initially delivered the flowers to the wrong address.

    When the arrangement finally arrived at the correct location, it came with someone else’s name and address on the card. I ended up calling the florist listed on the card to figure out what was going on. When they read me the message attached to the order, it was actually my message—the one that should have been delivered with my flowers. So not only was my card missing, it had been left at the florist or mixed up with another order entirely. After work, I had to go pick up the correct card that should have been delivered with my order in the first place.

    When I got home, my husband was extremely disappointed. He had paid for a premium arrangement and even showed me the photo from the website of what he ordered. What we received looked nothing like it. The arrangement was very small, mostly greenery, with only two hydrangeas and a handful of iris that were already wilting and drooping.

    The next day, the flowers were completely brown and dying—less than 24 hours after delivery. Cut flowers should last several days, not barely make it overnight. It honestly seemed like they had been mishandled or overheated during delivery. My husband emailed customer service that night with photos. We didn’t expect a response until Monday since it was Friday—but Monday came and went with no reply. We had to call them ourselves, only to be told they didn’t know anything about our issue and would need to “verify with the florist.”

    They eventually called back and said the florist claimed the arrangement was delivered as ordered and was “beautiful,” so there was nothing they could do. No apology. No acknowledgment of the multiple mistakes. Just dismissal. We explained again: the wrong delivery, the wrong card, the poor quality, the wilted flowers, and the fact that the arrangement didn’t match what was purchased. At one point, my husband even said he had seen a similar arrangement at Tom Thumb for $40—he paid $125 expecting something significantly better. Their solution? A $10 discount on a future order.

    We made it clear that was unacceptable. We weren’t even insisting on a full refund—we would have been satisfied with them remaking the arrangement correctly. Instead, they doubled down, asked us to resend photos, and called back the next day… only to again say the order was “fulfilled” and offer $10 off. We asked for a manager. After being placed on hold for 25 minutes, they hung up on us. When we finally reached a manager, they initially refused to speak to me because I was the recipient, not the purchaser. My husband had to get on the phone himself—only to be offered (again) a small discount for a future order, still without any meaningful apology.

    At one point, they even tried to shift blame to DoorDash, saying they couldn’t control what happened after the florist handed off the order. That’s not acceptable. We paid Just Flowers—not DoorDash. They are responsible for the product and service from start to finish. After all of this, the best they could do was offer $15 off a future purchase. At that point, we were completely done.

    This was an awful experience from beginning to end—not just for me, but especially for my husband, who was trying to do something thoughtful and special (which he doesn’t often do, so it meant a lot). Instead, it turned into frustration, disappointment, and a complete waste of money. It honestly feels like companies like this are counting on the fact that the person ordering the flowers will never actually see the arrangement that gets delivered—especially when it’s sent to someone in another city or state—so they can get away with sending something far below what was advertised. Between the ruined surprise, incorrect delivery, missing/mishandled card, poor-quality arrangement, lack of customer service, and refusal to take responsibility, I would strongly recommend avoiding Just Flowers altogether.

    I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from JustFlowers.com. I placed an order for a birthday arrangement (“Birthday Flowers of Europe”) that was supposed to be delivered on my MIL’s birthday on April 26. Not only was it delivered late (on April 27), but the arrangement that arrived looked nothing like what was advertised on their website. The bouquet I paid for was a full, colorful arrangement. What was delivered was a sparse mix of completely different flowers, with mostly greenery and in a vase I did not request. It appears they substituted an “upgraded” vase and applied part of my payment toward that instead of the flowers themselves, which I never authorized.

    When I contacted customer service, the experience was extremely frustrating. Communication was difficult, and instead of addressing the issue, I was met with dismissive responses and told that what I received was acceptable, despite clear visual differences. My request for a refund was denied. After getting nowhere with the company, I escalated the issue through my bank and was able to recover my full refund that way. If you order from this company, be aware that what you receive may not match what you paid for, and resolving the issue directly with them may be very difficult. I would not order from them again. I hope they go out of business.

    INCOMPETENCE… that is, without question, the kindest word I can use to describe my experience with Just Flowers. I placed a sympathy arrangement order on Monday for delivery to the funeral home on Thursday, with the service scheduled for Friday. I deliberately ordered early to ensure the arrangement would be present at the service.

    On Thursday at 1:08 PM, I spoke with a representative who confirmed the order was “processing.” Keep in mind, the funeral was on Friday at 2:00 PM Central. Then, at 3:11 PM EST, I received an email stating they were “unable to make your sympathy order delivery on time for the service,” followed by an apology claiming such orders are their highest priority. They then had the audacity to ask if I wanted the flowers sent to the family’s home. What, exactly, is a grieving family supposed to do with a funeral arrangement delivered after the service to their home? This level of incompetence is staggering.

    When I finally reached a so-called manager, the solution offered was a discount. A discount. She then asked if I wanted her to call the family. I asked her directly: "What could you possibly say to a woman who has just buried her child about flowers that failed to arrive on time?" Let me be clear, there is absolutely no circumstance under which I would trust Just Flowers to deliver anything of importance, not even to their own front door, let alone to a grieving family. One star is still too high because ONE at least show effort.

    Looking at the reviews, it seems I'm not the only one completely scammed by your company! It took 4 days for an arrangement, not the one I ordered, to be delivered to a friend who had just lost her husband! It was a totally different! Just a bunch of flowers jammed into a non-descript clear glass vase and delivered almost a week after this sad event. I was offered a $5 credit which was adding insult to injury and then a whopping $10 credit which I still have not seen on my credit card statement. My advice, from a horrible experience, is never do business with this company. They don't honor what they advertise on the website and then don't follow up with a solution to make anything look like they give a "blank"! The spirit in which I sent condolence flowers was ruined and too late for letting my friend know how much I cared about what she was going through.

    I don’t even want to give a 1 star review. I am so disappointed when I recently ordered a basket of roses just to get delivered a rose bush tree. It’s advertised on the website under “Roses For You” option which includes a basket in the picture with red ribbons. What I was delivered was a poor arrangement that included a tall rose bush tree in a pot with a Home Depot bag. For paying a generous amount to receiving something with such low quality and detail really has me upset. I even tried reaching with customer service and it has so far been so poor with no full money back compensation or even a redelivery. I am do disappointed that customer service hasn’t been helpful at all and much rather argue with me. I would never recommend ordering through this website for a delivery as their tracking order isn’t even accurate nor is what they advertise accurate.

    Garbage. I ordered a BLUE vase, with white and BLUE flowers for my mother-in-law after her husband passed. They sent a bouquet with all white and PINK flowers and a clear vase... not even close to what I ordered and looked significantly less expensive than what I paid for. When I contacted customer service, I got an off-shore company I could barely understand, and they were only willing to refund up to $7. WHICH THEY NEVER DID.... IT'S BEEN A MONTH.     Terrible experience. I was very deliberate about the arrangement I selected. It was simple, elegant and what I thought would be foolproof. 18 white roses tightly bound in a clear round vase. The day of the delivery I received an urgent text at work asking for an additional $50 because the florist only had 11 white roses and would charge me to substitute cream colored ones. The substitution policy on the website does not mention having to pay more for the substitutions. I opted not to pay more and was so disappointed in the very sad looking arrangement that looked nothing like the picture. It was mostly green foliage with a rose here and there.

    The worst arrangement I have ever seen. I spent my lunch hour on the phone with a very rude customer service manager at JustFlowers repeating their policy, over and over, but never ensuring I was satisfied with the experience. I would never purchase anything from this company again and I don't recommend anyone else spend their money here either. You would be better off calling the local florist yourself. I wish I had. The pictures are what was advertised vs. what was delivered.

    I ordered purple irises for Mother’s Day. My mother received some kind of huge orange orchid. I contacted Justflowers and after three returned calls, was told the guarantee means they can substitute. I reviewed the substitute guarantee, which gives example of swapping white roses for pink roses, nothing about substituting completely different flowers or arrangement. I was offered a 10 then later $20 credit- terrible customer service. No refund!

    4/5/26 I ordered flowers for our daughter after her surgery. Order ** was selected from your website... a beautiful full of flowers, greenery and babies breath arrangement. When I received a picture upon delivery it was 10 wilted tulips small piece of babies breath and some greenery. I sent pictures to your customer service line. They told me sorry to hear this..we checked with the local florist and they said they could replicate the arrangement from the website..so they just sent an "equivalent."

    What was ordered and what was delivered are 1 totally different arrangement. Your solution was to give me 15.00 credit on my card and not a full refund. Those flowers were a joke!!! Just check the comparison photos. I requested a full refund as the product was not as described OR send what I ordered. Your company did neither!!! I want my money back!

    Ordered the Big Hug Bouquet really for the mug is showed. The recipient received the flowers in a plain white mug! Spoke with Just Flowers and they kept saying their disclaimer that the container can be substituted. I spoke with the florist that filled the order and was told the order she received from Justflowers.com said a plain white mug. The .com did not understand why I was upset. I told them I could have bought that mug at a dollar store. They gave me a $10 credit but that is not the point. The flower shopped that filled the order did do a beautiful arrangement and was not their fault with the container. Next time, I would order direct with the florist that filled the order. I will NEVER order through Justflowers.com. Be careful when ordering through them.

    I attempted to order Get Well flowers for my cousin on Saturday, April 4, at 8 a.m. for same day delivery. 10 hours later, I was informed that the flowers I ordered were unavailable, could they send Tulips instead, and they couldn't guarantee the balloon. I called and spoke to customer service, and explained my cousin is allergic to Tulips, so no, that wouldn't work. They said that due to the late hour, they now couldn't deliver flowers until Sunday, April 5th. But assured me they would deliver on Sunday. Then on Sunday at 1 pm I received an email saying they couldn't be delivered that day, but would deliver on Monday, April 6. I replied to the email letting them know that I was not at all satisfied by this. They responded with an email about their delivery policies. It seems to me that their website should know by the zip code if weekend deliveries are an option.

    I was called on Monday, April 6th, and apologized to again, but then basically told If I would have accepted the tulips, she would have her flowers by now. Again, my sick cousin is allergic to tulips. Not to mention, the arrangement I ordered contained Roses, tulips are a much cheaper flower. This customer service person offered me $10 for my troubles, and offered to call my cousin to apologize for the delay. No. JustFlowers is just a headache. Don't give them your money. Also, the flowers STILL haven't been delivered.

    The arrangement was totally unsatisfactory. I just saw the arrangement today. It was just 1, possibly 2 days old, yet the flowers ( especially the roses) were wilted, pale and straggly. I'm attaching two pictures. Look especially at the roses on the left side. One of them was so old it had completely collapsed. The plant leaves, especially on the left side were dry and wilted. The arrangement looked like it was at least a week old. In addition it was not arranged like the picture. It was just set in a wicker basket with a large butterfly at the bottom. There was no "fly away" aspect with butterflies above the arrangement. This was totally unacceptable and I've written to them asking for a complete refund.

    If I could give a negative, I would. I ordered flowers (on a Tuesday) for a Friday funeral service. I received an email saying the flowers would be delivered on Thursday since the funeral home requested it to be delivered that day. Then I received an email on Friday saying the flowers were not delivered. They said a local flower shop didn't have the arrangement that I ordered and will have to sub a different arrangement. I've contacted them several times with no resolution. They can't show me the flowers that were delivered, or even if anything was ever delivered, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

    Ordered flowers for my niece who lives out of state. When they arrived the flowers were nothing like the picture. I did opt to change it to a vase. When I contacted CS he said the flowers I received were the same type and were actually more money. Come on, they don’t look anything like what I ordered.     The worst experience! My order was for same day. It did not come that day. Called customer service and they offered a $5 credit and promised to deliver next day. Didn't happen. Called again, this time an additional $10 credit. No delivery. Called again and wanted to cancel. Told no, they are not going to do that. I asked to speak with manager. On hold for 5 minutes then hung up on. Called back and was told that no local florist accepted job yet because "too far" or "not a big enough order (it was $125), and "ran out of flowers" and "have to pay for a driver." Offered another $10 and promised delivery. Did not deliver.

    On day five, I received an email that said "delivery will happen today." It did not. Instead, I received another email saying "please call us" so I did and they asked if there could be a substitution on arrangement to "designers choice." Reluctantly I said ok and then finally, on day seven, the flowers arrived looking absolutely nothing like the arrangement I chose. Today I checked the credit card and still see no refunds posted. Lesson learned - I got tricked into using a company that pays a lot of money for search engine optimization. Consumers me warned - make sure you order from LOCAL floral companies - not internet company giants that cannot keep a promise. (P.S. I am very nice to the customer service reps. Although frustrated I never took any anger out on them.)

    Honestly would not use this place again. I ordered a plant arrangement for my friend when her dad passed away. I ordered a same day delivery arrangement that was guaranteed to be delivered that day. I even paid extra to make sure it would be delivered. Received a call later that night that they were not able to deliver the arrangement due to the local florist not being able to put the order together to get it delivered in time. They promised it would be there the next morning and that yes the florist had the order and it was processed. They refunded the extra money I paid to have it delivered that day.

    I never heard anything the next day so I called in the afternoon to check on it and again was told that yes the florist had the ordered and it was processed and would be delivered within the next couple hours. And guess what… 5:30pm after everything is closed I received yet another phone call that they yet again could not deliver my order because the florist ran out of plants. So if they didn’t have plants at 5:30pm how did they not know this earlier in the day since they had the order now for 2 days. They offered a $10 refund and a designer choice arrangement of flowers in place of the plants. If I wanted flowers I would’ve ordered flowers. I asked for the florist name and was told they could not give it to me. Not a happy customer at all and definitely will not use them again and will advise anyone I know or hear them talking about using this to site to not use them.

    Order was not what was pictured - not even close. Customer service was a joke and both the representatives and managers I spoke with just quoted their “guarantee.” They can’t even communicate like normal people - just robots reading from a script. I understand substitutions but when there is only one flower pictured, it is very misleading for you not to receive that particular flower in the arrangement sent. If the pics do not represent the bouquets - then remove the pics from the website. Not a good value for your money - call local florists only. Do not use JustFlowers - SCAM!

    Absolutely terrible. I've ordered flowers dozens of times, but this has to be the worst site to order from. First, they take your money only to tell you the arrangement you ordered (and they say is available) isn't available, and the florist will do an arrangement for you. So I agreed, and a few hours later I get a text saying I must pay $25 more dollars to have my already altered arrangement delivered. I have NEVER ordered flowers and had a company basically hold my order hostage for more money. I've always paid the price and never had to pay more after the initial payment. The people on the phone were nice, but the overall experience guaranteed I will never use this site again.

    Order a casket spray on Sunday March 1st at 7 am for the funeral viewing the next day at 3 pm. Sunday night received an email stating my order was on hold for verification that I needed to call them. I called them and they give me the wrong address for delivery. Corrected that address and everything was good. Next day at 10 am I received another email stating to call because there was a issue with the order and had some substitution questions. I called back and they me know that they couldn't do the spray that lays over the casket but instead they could give me a vase or basket of flowers for the same price. This is my mother's funeral. A spray is very, very important for the casket. They wouldn't even try to help me. They just kept saying, "We are limited shops." There are over 8 shops in my location. I was very very upset. She sounded like she was on a cellphone and it was cutting in and out.

    I asked for a refund immediately. Nope!!! I didn't have another 250 to go out and purchase more and in less than 4 hours. I ran crying to a local flower shop that assisted me and within 1 hour, they made a beautiful spray for my mother's casket!!! I will never never never use this company again. Plus I had to borrow money to rebuy my flowers.

    I really hate to even give them a one star. The arrangement I ordered was very expensive, unique and called Colorful Bliss. The order that was sent was just a few flowers in a glass vase. Looking at their website, the flowers in the glass vase would cost approx. $50.00 and I paid over $100.00 for my order.     I placed an order online on Thursday February 19 to be delivered February 20. In the late afternoon, I received an email stating that my order would be delivered on Saturday February 21 "DUE TO A DELAY IN DELIVERY YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED AND WILL BE ATTEMPTED ON THE NEXT DAY." I called on Saturday morning and was told they were looking for another florist to send the order to. I called 4 hours later, same answer, still looking for another florist.

    Called again 3 hours later, by this time, it was almost 5 pm and most florist were closed. At 7 pm, I was told that the order would be delivered on Sunday, BUT they were still looking for another florist. This order was for a coworker with a family member in the hospital and our company wanted to send something to express their feelings for the worker. Very disappointed, and when I asked for a manager or supervisor, no one was available. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you need to send flowers as a gift, go with another florist!

    Justflowers.com is the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered on Valentine's Day which was never delivered. When I called customer service, the representative said that they have my order down as delivered and have to investigate with the flower company they sent the order to. My advice, please if you want your flowers to get to your loved ones to have a meaningful gift from you, order from any other company. I'm now having to wait for a refund or may not ever get one as when I was asking to speak to a supervisor I was hung up on repeatedly. I was relieved that I would be beating the rush, as they promise on their website. Well, I get an email about 3 yesterday afternoon stating that the flowers will not be delivered that day as they promised. So, I waited, hoping that they would be at least delivered on Valentine's Day, to no avail. I just received an email that the flowers will not be delivered to my wife of 30 years on Valentine's Day.

    If you do not have a problem with a disreputable company, then this company is for you. Hence, this is the most disreputable business I have ever encountered, and I have been to 17 states and 13 countries. And it is a lot to read, but the following is what happened because JustFlowers is disreputable. I ordered The Dishgarden of Sympathy Basket, $56.99 plus $23.74 for delivery. After 1 ½ days, I received their email saying they would be sending a potted 6’’ peace lily with a yellow bow and to view their substitution policies. And even if I had read their email that day (the day of my aunt’s funeral, which they knew), it was too late to cancel the order because it was delivered the day before they sent the email and my aunt’s funeral.

    I did read my emails after the holidays and told Jill from Customer Service I wanted a full refund, as I did not order a lily and it does not cost what I paid. She said I could have a $15 refund. When I asked if Nelson Garrett was their CEO, she said she could not confirm his name and the telephone number I had was not their headquarters number, but she would not give it to me, and a General Manager, Teresa, would call the next day.

    She finally called with excuses, accusations, and at least one boldface lie, i.e., because I ordered on December 20th, the florists run out of arrangements during the week of Christmas, some don’t answer their phones, and others don’t deliver that far. But they called all the florists in the area, and only one had the 6 inch peace lily in a pot with a yellow bow. And I had read their Canceling an Order policy, which is: “Florist Delivered Products: Same-day orders are processed immediately and usually cannot be changed.

    Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered.”. And I asked why someone did not call me about the substitution since they had the rest of Saturday and Sunday until they delivered it, and I could have canceled the order. She said customers are not called about substitutions, yet they sent that email on the day of my aunt’s funeral.

    I told her I wanted a full refund, and she asked twice if I wanted them to go get the lily. I said both times I wanted them to (I would contact my cousins that I did not order it and would have sent them a dish garden from a reputable company). Hence, they did not go get it, so there is a line they do not cross at being more disreputable, and I told her they are disreputable.

    She asked if I read their substitution policy. I said I did, and she blamed me for getting the lily because I should have put in the special instructions box that I did not want a substitution like other customers do. And she said if I ordered a steak in a restaurant and it said the steak came with a sauce then I shouldn’t complain if the sauce came with that steak. And she accused me of hating the yellow ribbon, which was a bold faced lie, as I said I did not like it and “No decent florist would put a yellow ribbon with a peace lily,” as a white bow is standard (and pretty) if it comes with it.

    She said the dish garden has a lily in it with a yellow bow and I said it has yellow flowers in it to match the yellow ribbon. And she accused me of yelling at her, but it was a moot point to tell her I was yelling because she kept spewing excuses for the company being disreputable, she lied and accused me plus argued with me about practically everything because of what she is and who she works for.

    When I said that lily was in a pot and not in a basket, she did not answer. And I said that a 6 inch peace lily with a yellow bow is not equivalent to the Dishgarden of Sympathy Basket per their substitution policy, yet they substituted it for that lily. Hence, their so-called policy about “Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value” and “Containers for plants will be as close as possible.”

    She said the dish garden was small and accused me, "You should have known it was small.” I said I know they can be small (6” to 8” in diameter and 6” to 12” high depending on the plants), but she said it was 2”. I asked her why the measurements aren’t displayed (and again, they charged me $56.99 plus $23.74 for delivery because of what they are). And she did not answer, but being what she is, she said twice, “She (my deceased aunt) could hold it in the palm of her hand.”. She also said if I did not take the $20 refund then I would not get anything, which I took because they are a disreputable company and at least, I got that much back from that ridiculously priced dish garden.

    Hence, that CEO does knows what she is and just how disreputable the company is because? Furthermore, the CEO or anyone else has not contacted me per the above complaint I submitted to them even though I requested them to contact me. And General Manager, Teresa, said she talks to the person who ordered, and I told her I was the one who ordered. Hence, I used my husband's credit card and name because most people cannot even pronounce my name or spell it correctly even though it is written.

    Placed my order yesterday for a delivery today. Original order included a $20 delivery fee. A few minutes ago, a JustFlowers employee called from a strange number (213) 867-0630 and tried to shake me down for an additional $15 delivery fee. I said "no" and mentioned the $20 delivery fee already paid. Then she said that Just Flowers would split the extra cost with me, making it only $7 more. Again, I said "No, I have already paid the advertised price and that's all you're going to get." She then said that because the order was already processed, Just Flowers would deliver it for no additional charge. After I hung up, I called the Just Flowers customer service line (800) 777-1911 to report this call. Who answers? The same voice. Let's see if these flowers actually get delivered...

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I placed two orders for a funeral of my son in law’s and the flowers were not delivered. I was in charge of the flowers and was humiliated when nothing showed up. I place the order two weeks ahead of time, called customer service two days before, the day before, and the morning of the funeral and was told they would be there. During the funeral mass is when I received an email that the order could not be fulfilled. My son in law was buried with Military honors and by his Fire Department EOW, all while looking at his picture with NO flowers. When I called they said they could send them to his home?? Could never talk to a manager and will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I do not usually write reviews, but needed to share my experience so that I may save someone from being in a situation like this.

    I ordered an arrangement for a funeral and it was never delivered. I was never notified that the delivery could not be made. Fortunately for me I attended the funeral and did not see the arrangement that I ordered. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the arrangement could not have been made for whatever the reason was. I could have used another florist had I known this. I called to have my ordered refunded and was told they needed to reach out to the florist and would get back with me. After a day or two I called back and was told that my money would be refunded.     This company is horrible! They aren’t even honest. They will repeatedly lie to you on the phone. I don’t even think their customer service is in America. I believe they are located in India.     I ordered flowers for a birthday. I received an itemized bill and paid it in full. Included was a $19.98 delivery charge which seemed high for a same town delivery but I paid it. The day of the scheduled delivery I received a text and phone call saying that an additional $20 would have to be paid for the flowers to be delivered. We're now at $39.98 just for delivery. Since it was the day of delivery I paid it but felt like I was held hostage. I noticed another review mentioned a last minute $20 last minute up-charge.     DO NOT ORDER!!! I got a message one hour after the funeral that my order CANNOT be fulfilled. ONE HOUR AFTER the funeral!! Mind you the flowers were supposed to be delivered by 10am the DAY BEFORE the funeral so they had plenty of time to give us other options besides NOTHING, like pick them up myself, cancel the order so we had time to do another order, anything other than NOTHING Until it was too late. Not to mention that the order was almost $900. That’s not chump change.

    Their solution to the problem was to give them the HOME address to deliver the flowers to. Ummm…NO. Then they say they can give us a partial refund and instead deliver a GIFT BASKET because the stand up funeral wreath CANNOT be delivered to a home address. Again, NO! We needed the flowers to be delivered to the funeral, on time! That’s all we needed and that’s not even close to what we received. I do not recommend giving this company ANY money for ANY reason whatsoever. This company ABSOLUTELY needs to do better

Plus, the order was for a funeral in an area where there isn't a single florist in existence.     I ordered a Christmas arrangement on 12/22 for delivery on Christmas Eve. Not only were they NOT delivered, I was told by 3 different people on 3 different days that were delivered on the 24th at 4 pm. I asked my boss if she received a package and she said she didn't. I let them know what I was told and they said they would contact the florist. I made a few more calls over the next few days and they were still waiting for the florist to get back to them.

    Instead of a phone call. I got an email from Just Flowers stating the florist tried to deliver the flowers on the 24th but the address was wrong. I got the address from my boss through a text and I can guarantee she knows her own address and each time I called they confirmed the address so I know it was correct. I asked for the name of the florist and was told they can't give out that information. Now I'm being told they can't cancel the order and I would have to talk to a manager or supervisor and was put on hold, then told all the supervisors were busy and someone would call me back - that was over an hour ago.

    On Dec 22nd, We looked up a florist in WV to have a local florist deliver flowers the next day for a birthday. Just Flowers popped up. It said it delivered to that town and surrounding areas. Same day delivery it said. I chose a bouquet to be sent on her birthday, the next day, for the 23rd. It said it wasn’t available to choose from a list of bouquets that were available to be delivered on the 23rd. I chose another. It said it would be delivered by 6 pm unless I pay 4.99 extra to have it delivered by 1 pm. We paid the extra to have it delivered by 1:00 pm.

    About 4:30 my phone said I had a voicemail message. I listened to it and it said it was regarding our order to call an 800 number. The number she gave went to a blue cross insurance. On my voicemail was another number on top that I called. It was from California. This is obviously Not a local florist at all. They informed me they exhausted all of their efforts and could not find anyone to deliver the flowers and wanted my permission to have them delivered the next day. I said no and requested my money back. She then said she’d give $10 off if I’d have it delivered the next day. I informed her that it was ordered to be there on her birthday and we were headed that way the next day (8 hour drive) and that I would just get some on our way from a store. Please give my money back.

    She then wanted to just give me credit to be able to order again later. I again told her no, to give our money back. She then put me on hold to be able to start the process for “cancelling” my order. She came back on to tell me they were processing to cancel my order. It would be 1 or two business days before I see the return. She apologized. I received an email apologizing and wanting me to give permission to send it the next day and another saying they were canceling it and it would be up to 4 business days.

    Updated on 12/24/2025: This is another review to follow up on the gift basket that was supposed to be delivered today by 6 pm EST. The recipient didn’t receive the gift basket. I called customer service and they said that they didn’t get a confirmation from the local shop. I don’t know how they can guarantee a delivery time if they have to wait on the local shop to tell them when it can be delivered. This is false advertising. When I asked for a refund they told me I had to wait until the shop opens tomorrow. I will be calling back in the morning to follow up and I want the name and number of the local shop so I can communicate directly with them.

    Original Review: I’m waiting for my gift to be delivered to my cousin in Prince George, VA. I may have wasted $140.00. I hope not. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I made some changes so I hope that it will show up today.

    I rarely write a bad review for anything, but in this instance, I'm compelled to, because I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake I did in ordering from Justflowers.com. Because I couldn't be there for my twin sister's funeral, since I have terminal cancer and live hundreds of miles away, I spent almost $300 dollars ordering what I thought would be a be a beautiful arrangement, and I paid extra for a banner saying, "Beloved Sister." My cousin sent me a picture of what was delivered. It was an ugly cheap-looking Christmas wreath and included a banner saying, "In Loving Memory." Those flowers were supposed to be there to represent me, since I couldn't be there in person, and I can't begin to say how heartbreaking it was to see the picture of what was actually delivered for the funeral.

    I very specifically stated that the flowers must be delivered on Monday; 8 December because this Mother's Day in Latin America. The local subcontractor did not deliver them that day. Once I started investigating JUSTFLOWERS, stated their truck had broken down. I told them nobody contacted me to see if I still wanted them delivered the next day, had they done so they would have been NO. So they did in fact deliver them after 1400 hours the following day, and I asked for a refund.

    I spoke with two different customer service representatives and a supervisor who all stood by the fine print (that nobody reads, including me) that the flowers can be delivered the next day... What a weak excuse to hide behind. I hope that my horrible experience will cause anyone reading this to choose another vendor if you want flowers delivered on time. I am a retired GI who just wanted to get Mother's Day flowers delivered on Mother's Day and they failed. EPIC FAIL and worse response to their failure.

    This is my second time trying to order flowers to this business. The first time I order flowers paid for flowers to be delivered same day only to never receive the flowers even though I said that I would never use their services again. I went against my better judgment and place the order on the eighth for flowers that was supposed to be delivered on the ninth by 9 AM. Flowers never came. Contacted the company five different times only to be told that the flowers was on the way. Come 7 o’clock still no flowers. Called them back. They put me on hold. They said they can reach out to them flower shop that they were going through come back online only to say that they cannot contact the flower shop and that I have to wait until the next day, which is the 10th.

    If I pay $80-$90 for something to be delivered on a specific date that’s what I expect. This business is absolutely unprofessional and do not keep their word. I would never To do business with it ever again in the future. That order was very important to me. It was for a special occasion which was ruined due to their unprofessional way of doing business. I should have went with my first name and never use their services again, considering that the same thing happened the first time. I don’t recommend that anyone use this service or this business to send flowers or gifts of any kind to anyone because you will be disappointed.

    I am so disappointed with this company, words cannot explain. I ordered a sympathy plant (My Beautiful Dish Garden) for my cousins who lost their daughter unexpectedly. The plant was to arrive at their home several days before the funeral but 3 days after the funeral the plant still has not arrived. I was told four different times that it would be delivered the next day. After the fourth attempt, I requested the order be cancelled.

    At this time and only this time, I was told that there were no local florists that would accept the order due to distance. If I would have been told this the first time, I would have went with a different company. Now I just hope I will be able to have my money refunded as I was told. I was even told that I would be credited an additional $15.00 for my trouble. On the website under their guarantee it states: "If your florist delivered flowers were not delivered or attempted on the day that you requested, we may be able to credit back up to $10 for the inconvenience." I hope they will honor their guarantee.

    This is a bait and switch company who pride themselves (or cover their behinds) in multiple places stating that "it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations." The flowers, which were delivered late, though I paid for express, did not have one single similarity to the picture. So this is on me for not reading all the reviews thoroughly because the company probably doesn't have repeat customers, but the price was definitely right.

The agents were rude, unhelpful, and simply repeated the same lines without taking any action.

    This company is horrible. They don’t tell you that they operate from locals and that your order may or may not come. They reschedule my order three days in a row and then upon calling them I asked for a refund and instead of just giving me a refund he ask to take 5 dollars off, I said no and then he said he’ll take 10 off and I said no, and he went to a third offer. This arrangement was for a friend who mother passed and she got nothing… DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

    If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Ordered on 11/16/25 at 12:30 CST. Received an email at 4:53 CST telling me the order could not be delivered until 11/17/25. On 11/17/25 at 4:46 CST called to find out about delivery. Was told I had to pay an addl $15 as the local florist would not deliver as it was under the minimum. Nobody called me or emailed me regarding this, so I reluctantly agreed to pay $5 more. I told them to send me an email confirming that I was paying the $5 and you were covering the $10. No email was sent. At 5:50 CST I received a text from family who stated they had received a call from the florist and the order would be delivered soon. After the flowers were delivered my family sent pictures which included the card. The card omitted one of the sender's names.

    At 6:47 CST I spoke with Anna and told her I had not received the email I requested earlier regarding the additional costs and I also told her about the card being wrong. When I told her that I had called earlier and was told about the price change, her response was "We were just about to call you, but you called us first"!! That's very convenient and I don't believe her at all. At 6:49 CST I received a new invoice. It doesn't reflect that your company would be covering the $10....Only showed an increase of $5 which you had quickly charged my credit card!! How do I know that you're not just pocketing this additional amount? Anna was difficult to understand, but I'm sure she said she would credit my card the $5. Haven't received any credit yet. Never again will I use this company!!!

    I ordered a funeral arrangement for a friend’s mother. I requested the delivery date to be the day before the service to be sure they could deliver. On the original delivery date they messaged to tell me they had to reschedule to the day of the service “at the request of the funeral home”. The day of the service at 7:30 pm I get a call to tell me they didn’t deliver because they couldn’t find someone to put the arrangement together, so they basically lied about why they moved the delivery date.

    When they asked it I wanted to deliver to a different address at a later date I said no and asked for a refund. I was told they can’t refund me but can offer a discount. It took me 15 minutes of arguing to get a supervisor after I was told they were all gone for the day, and then another 5 minutes telling the supervisor I didn’t want a discount, I just wanted my money back before they finally said okay, they would refund me. Do NOT do business with this trash company.

    Josh Duerfeldt, the order you placed is for a very remote area of Texas where there aren't local florists at all and upon further checking, none of the shops were willing to transport flowers hours away.     Ordered flowers to be delivered on 11/15, got a phone call that said they could not find a local florist that could deliver that day and that they would be delivered 11/17. Got another phone call on 11/17 stating the florist had a minimum purchase amount for delivery. JustFlowers wanted $23 more to complete the delivery. I had already paid $97 with tax and delivery charges. I said not my problem and they then said they could cover $15 of the charges. Still not my problem. They quoted a price and I paid it. I was going to cancel the order since I found a local florist that delivered free. Hmm. Got an email on 11/17 saying they would cover the additional cost. Delivery date? TBD. We'll see if there isn't another excuse for non-delivery. Don't think I'll use them again. I'll just Google a local florist and work directly with them. No need to pay a middleman.

    I cannot recommend this business for same day delivery. That was the only reason I selected them: I met the time criteria for same day delivery, picked a beautiful arrangement and paid. The flowers were NEVER delivered! When I contacted them for refund, they offered $5 on my next order! What a laugh! I got my money back by contacting my credit card and reporting them for failure to deliver services. I will never order from this business again!

    If I could no star review I would. This company advertises services they cannot provide, then refuse to provide the customer with a refund and just proceeds to make deliveries when its most convenient for them. I ordered a $133 floral arrangement with balloons & chocolates on 10/7/25 for my daughter's birthday on 11/2/25. I am in Hawaii and my daughter in Texas. When I called them on 11/2/25 to check on the status of the delivery since my daughter did not receive her delivery, I was told that the florist was closed and they would call me back on 11/3/25. I requested a refund and was told that it was not possible since the florist tried to deliver the arrangement on 11/1/25?? I told them yes, my daughter's apartment manager stated to the driver that she could take the delivery for my daughter, but the driver refused to leave the arrangement with her or contact my daughter at all to get approval.

    On 11/3/25 I call into their customer service and speak with Ariann (manager) who refuses to acknowledge that they did not provide the service I paid for and kept making excuses for their poor services. She refused to process my refund and instead called the florist to make the delivery promptly on 11/3/25 so she did not have to provide me a refund.

    I ordered the arrangement to be delivered on my daughter's birthday not the day before, after or any other day out of the year, had I known this I would have not used this company at all. Mind you the florist they choose to use Executive Flowers in El Paso delivered the old arrangement they put together on Saturday 11/1/25 that sat over the weekend to my daughter on 11/3/25 balloons were deflated and the arrangement I choose for $133 that they delivered looked nothing like the photo at all. If you are needing a floral or gift delivery company JUST FLOWERS is not it, they will charge you full price for below standard services and product.

    Jeneen Hoopai, the florist attempted delivery on the requested delivery date of Saturday, November 1st but no one was home and the front desk refused to accept the flowers. It was over 80 degrees so leaving the flowers and the balloons in the sun was not an option. The shop then redelivered and we've reviewed the photos which don't show any wilting or deflating.     Ordered an arrangement for a celebration of life event to be held in St. Joseph Michigan. The arrangement was supposed to be delivered on Friday for the Saturday event. I received a text right at the time of the event saying that "we are sorry to inform you that we were unable to make your sympathy order delivery, sympathy orders are our highest priority and we are terribly sorry". I called the customer service number and was told that they did not have a local florist to handle these. Hard to believe as this was an area outside Benton Harbor, Michigan.     I wish I had seen these reviews prior to placing an order with them. I ordered a funeral arrangement on Thursday for delivery to a funeral on Saturday. JustFlowers contacted me late Friday afternoon to tell me their "preferred florist requires an ADDITIONAL $105.00 to deliver to the church address". I called and asked them to cancel the order since the delivery fee alone was higher than the cost of the arrangement.

    Of course the customer service rep could not do this, so I was transferred to a "delivery manager" who tried to talk me out of canceling the order. She tried to drop the delivery fee by $10, then told me she would just issue a credit for future orders instead of issuing a refund. She spent 5 minutes talking over me, trying to make me accept a credit for future orders instead of a full refund. I find it very "convenient" that they waited until after normal florist cut-off times to inform me of the additional charge the day before the delivery was due.

This was very important to us because her mother passed away suddenly and unexpectedly this year and we wanted her to know she was still loved and cared for.     I ordered an orchid from JustFlowers.com for $137, expecting the lush, pink arrangement shown on their website. What was delivered was a small, sparse orchid in a broken plastic pot, nothing like the photo advertised. The plant even appeared cut short to remove damaged blooms — clearly not the same quality or style I paid for.

    I reached out to customer service four times, providing photos and detailed explanations. Their only response was to offer, at first $10, then a $30 credit, which is both inadequate and insulting. The difference between the advertised product and what was delivered is substantial and misleading — this isn’t a simple substitution, it’s false advertising.     I ordered a white assortment in a blue square vase for a Birthday Gift for my elderly mother. It was called Serenade You in Blue. Blue being her favorite color. The delivery fee was $20.48. and the arrangement with the vase was on the higher side at $64.99. The delivery wasn't made until 6:30 p.m. on her birthday. What she received was 11 plain RED roses wrapped in paper that was left on her outside door step. No Message, No Vase and No White assortment. I e-mailed customer Service and received a phone call stating that they would refund me $5.00 for the substitution they made. I was told the maximum they could refund was $10.00 and it would take 10 business days to credit my card. They did however, state they would call my mother to apologize to her personally. I declined. Do Not Order From This Company, just go to Wal-Mart and buy a dozen roses for $9.99.

    DO NOT BUY from this place. This is the most deceptive business and should be banned. I ordered flowers for my Mom's BD and requested to be delivered on her birthday. The rep said NOTHING about them unable to deliver on that day, took my money and went on their business. I found out later that her flowers were delivered the day before instead when my Mom wasn't there and I knew she wouldn't be there hence the reason for asking repeatedly to deliver ON her BD. My order clearly stated the delivery date.

    When I called the business to complain, they said their policy is if they can't deliver that day, they'd delivered the day before. I'd NEVER place an order for someone who wasn't going to be there in the first place. Their flowers are expensive and every time I said I'd think about it, they kept giving me discount. At the end, with the discount, their flowers are still more expensive than the popular 1-800-Flowers. They messed with the wrong person and I will make sure the entire world knows how shitty this business it. There is a reason they have 2100 1 star reviews out of 2200 reviews! This place is a SCAM!!!!

    On September 16, 2025, I placed an order with JustFlowers.com for a floral arrangement to be delivered to my daughter in Houston, TX. The arrangement delivered was wilted, of poor quality, and did not match the product description or images on the company’s website. I immediately contacted customer service and provided photos as requested. Despite this, the company has repeatedly sent me the same generic responses asking for more photos from “different angles,” without offering a refund or proper replacement. This constitutes false advertising and deceptive business practices. I have already filed a dispute with my bank regarding this transaction, but I believe the Better Business Bureau should be aware of these practices to protect future consumers.

    I had a negative experience with Just Flowers. I ordered 18 pink roses for my mother to be delivered on Mother's Day, which cost around $150, but this company delivered an arrangement of mostly daisies, mums, and filler (and only 3 roses) the day before Mother's Day. When I complained to the company, they said they sometimes have to make substitutions depending on availability and cannot account for the flowers that are delivered. They only offered a $25 gift card in return, which I did not accept because I do not intend to order from them again. I rarely write negative reviews, but I want to warn others and recommend that they do not order from this company.

    On 8/15/2025, I ordered an arrangement for my niece's funeral services. I was looking for something substantial, not just flowers in a vase. I found a lovely arrangement online at Justflowers.com. They indicated they could meet the date of the service for delivery. I typed out what I wanted the card to say - who it was from, etc. The MORNING of the service 8/18, they call to tell me they need to make substitutions but assure me it will be the same colors and same size as what I ordered, but they could not do the basket only a white cylindrical vase. I requested a photo of what the substitution was, how could I approve something I had no idea what I was getting? I was not happy, but over a barrel at this point.

    I did ACCEPT that there would be substitutions but DID NOT APPROVE the new arrangement. I get to the wake and cannot find my flowers anywhere; there was ONE arrangement with NO card. I assumed it was mine only because of the vase was similar to what had been described. These flowers were NOT the same color scheme, and they were no way of the same size/value. I paid $165 for these flowers and what was delivered looked like someone bought them at the grocery store and stuck them in a vase. The "florist" they used was Edible Arrangements, what the heck? They do fruits. Not flowers. I was told they were the only florist - that is bull. After my first phone call I got an email with a $7 refund offer. I have been fighting with them for 3 days.

    TODAY, the refund was up to $30, but still not acceptable. Again, I mentioned no card being with the flowers, she said she could call the grieving family and read what was supposed to be on the card with the flowers. Is she insane. It is too late; these people do not want some stranger to call them up and read a card that was supposed to be attached to the flowers AFTER the service is over. They made one of the most painful days of my life, even more painful.

    I ordered flowers for my dad’s funeral from “Just Flowers.com” who contracts with local florists, and this particular local florist was Pat’s Florist on West Main St, Richmond, VA. The flowers arrived a couple of hours before our family’s first viewing, after inspecting the flowers carefully I noticed the white roses were already wilted and brown, the special banner with “Beloved Father” was missing which I paid extra for. I looked at all the flower arrangements that were there and alI of them had fresh cut flowers no browning or wilting, I contacted Just Flowers and explained my concerns and how upset I was that I didn’t get what I ordered and for the cost of the flowers, you would think the flowers would be fresh and the banner would have been attached but I was wrong.

    The representative contacted the florist and the only offer I received was refunding the price of the banner and $10 for any inconvenience I endured. I told her to keep her $10 and that it was an insult. I will never use “Just Flowers” again. I will go to a local florist myself, I would have done that but I was having to deal with a lot of things at once, so I put my faith in someone to handle it for me. “Just Flowers” does not stand behind their flowers and their local florist didn’t stand behind their workmanship.

    One star is too much for this company. I ordered a beautiful plant for my mother's birthday which was supposed to deliver on a Saturday, it did not arrive until the following Monday, after I reached out for order status. What was delivered was not even close to what I ordered. The item was delivered by Door Dash, not even a florist. The item is dry and looks sick. I called customer service several times, sent an email with photos and their response was to offer a 10.00 credit on an 80.00 order. Horrible customer service. If you want to order flowers or a plant, use a local florist - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They refuse to make this order right. See photos of what I ordered and what was delivered, it's pathetic.

    I recently ordered the "Perfect Day" flower arrangement from JustFlowers for my sister's birthday, upgrading to the largest size available to ensure a decent arrangement. What she received, however, was a complete disappointment that looked absolutely nothing like the beautiful, full arrangement pictured on their website.

    My sister immediately sent me pictures, and her first comment was, "I hope you didn't spend too much on this arrangement." That tells you everything you need to know about the size and quality. The photos clearly showed a tiny arrangement, barely taller than 2X a coffee cup(less than 11”), making me genuinely wonder what the original size would have been if I hadn't paid a premium for the "largest" upgrade.

    Beyond the misleading product, JustFlowers also failed to deliver the balloons I ordered with the arrangement and didn't even bother to notify me. I only found out when my sister messaged me. After two frustrating calls to their customer service, escalating all the way to a manager, their "solution" was to offer a measly $15 refund for a $110 order. This was an insult and showed a complete unwillingness to rectify their significant failures. Long story short, I was forced to contact my credit card company (Visa) to request a chargeback.

    DO NOT USE JUSTFLOWERS. Honestly, the entire experience was incredibly embarrassing. You pay good money to send a thoughtful gift, only to be left mortified because the company you chose sends the wrong product, and then refuses to make it right. It's simply not worth your time, money, or effort to deal with such a dishonest and unhelpful business. Save yourself the headache and choose a different florist.

    I ordered a spray for my father in laws funeral on Monday - funeral was Thursday - I received a call ONE hour before the funeral saying they had exhausted all the florists in the area and could not fulfill my order, but would send a plant instead - I asked for a refund and was offered 10 whole dollars - I don't know how a company can justify not giving a refund when they dropped the ball an hour before a service when the order was placed 3 days prior and they offer a plant that I can't imagine was worth the $150 I paid for the spray....     DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will deliver the flowers they choose when they want. There were three variables to my order, the date, the note, and the flowers, and all three were messed up. I did not order roses, who I was ordering for does not like roses, yet that’s what was received. The colors did not match, and I was not contacted for a next step had what I ordered been unavailable. There was no note included in the order despite the note I wrote included in the order receipt. The delivery was a day late despite advertising same day delivery. Customer service was hard to deal with, requiring multiple calls during my work hours to explain the situations with little remorse. I am incredibly disappointed, will not be using this company again and will be leaving honest reviews everywhere I can.

    I ordered flowers for a funeral. I ordered the day before visitation and paid for 4 hour delivery. The funeral was the day after visitation. One after the funeral JustFlowers notified me they could not delivery the flowers (this is after visitation and after the funeral). Missing the delivery was extremely incompetent, But not notifying me for all most 48 hours later was even worse. DO NOT EVER, EVER USE JUST FLOWERS!!!!     Terrible company. Ordered an expensive arrangement for Mother’s Day to deliver the day before. Never delivered. Was told they will deliver on Mother's Day and again no show. Contacted again and they said asap. Three days later still no delivery. Contacted again and they claim they were delivered by the florist. Asked for proof of delivery or a refund.     I ordered flowers for my sister-in-law mother funeral 3 days in advance for delivery. I got an email saying delivery was delayed. I called and expressed urgency and they offered a $5 discount and I told them that was unacceptable. 3 days into it I got a call saying that the flowers I ordered were unavailable and wanted me to accept flowers from Giant Eagle Grocery Store which enraged me. I asked for a refund and they transferred me to a manager who told me she would give me a $15 discount.     I ordered a bouquet for my mother on Mother's Day. Not only did it come several days later but it was far from what I ordered. I proceeded to contact customer service who agreed to give a refund and upon looking at my account they credited me $10 on a $120 order. I called back to speak to a manager and they denied any awareness of providing a refund not to mention any accountability for it being late and not even the correct order. I wasted more money to correct and send my mother flowers ASAP from another flowers causing the overall cost to double. Customer service was rude and a joke. Wish I would've read the reviews previous because this has happened to a lot of customers upon review. Don't waste your $, if it comes out wrong the most they will provide is a rude excuse and $10 which you can get as a credit on their website anyway. Company is a joke.

    Scott Kennedy, we received your order on Mother's Day at 11:18 AM EDT. At that point, all of the local shops were at capacity. On May 29th, which was 16 days after the delivery date, we received a claim of non-delivery from you which we found to be dishonest. Nowhere in that phone call did you mention any quality issues. This online complaint is the first such instance we are hearing of that. It is now 17 days after the fact. Nevertheless, our customer service team processed a partial refund.

    We ordered a funeral spray for a dear cousin. The flowers were to be delivered on a Monday night for the viewing and then transferred to the funeral on Tuesday morning. While I was IN LINE for the viewing on Tuesday morning, I received a notification that they were sorry but they couldn't deliver our order! If I'd been notified sooner, I could have chosen a different florist. Instead, myself and my siblings were embarrassed that there were no flowers from us at the service.     This website is a SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM. First time sending flowers through an online delivery service. Ordered flowers for my mother in law. They kept saying they had arrived but flowers never did. Every time I called to claim the false arrival email, they would change it to “oh, they will be delivered today.” I called everyday for 7 days. Sometimes they answer, most times they don’t. 8 days later, no flowers, no answer from customer service, lies, and I'm out $100. Please don’t make the same mistake I made.     I spent $117 on an order from JustFlowers.com because they guaranteed same-day delivery if ordered before a certain time. I placed my order early, but later that afternoon, I got an email saying the delivery would be delayed until the next day. That didn’t happen. Neither did the next day. Or the day after that. FOUR days later – still no flowers. I tried calling, but all you get is a voicemail asking you to leave a message—no real customer service, no help. I had to email them twice just to get a refund. Unprofessional, unreliable, and a complete waste of time. I will never order from them again. If you care about your time or money, look elsewhere.

    I wish there was an option to not give a single star, because this place doesn’t even deserve one. I paid $130 for a nice bouquet for my mother for Mother’s Day, as shown in my pictures. And while the bouquet I received was pretty, it was not even close to what I ordered. I could have assembled it myself and/or purchased it from a grocery store. I used a flower delivery service because I wanted something nicer. It was not close to the value either. I tried calling for days and sent several emails, no one answers the phone and no one responds to emails. When I finally got in touch with them, almost a week later, they offered me a max refund of $15. They told me to count the flowers!!

    I have never dealt with a company with worse customer service. Don’t you want to have satisfied customers? And provide service/product you are proud of? There was ZERO accountability for the mistake. I also requested to speak with upper management and was told “she is not taking calls”. UNREAL. I cannot believe this place is still in business. Please do not use this site. I can guarantee you will not receive the arrangement you ordered and you will not be refunded accordingly. Apparently they do not care about their customers or their level of satisfaction. I will also be contacting the better business bureau to report them. One more thing - I mentioned that I would be leaving a bad review, and was told if I did, I would not receive my refund. If that turns out to be the case, so be it. Others deserve to know how absolutely awful this business is.

    I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday, and did not receive a confirmation email, but they took my money! The only receipt I have is my bank statement. Now it has been 9 days without a delivery, without a refund, and the customer service personnel lying to me about the delivery. They said the local florist's delivery person chatted with my mom and they had a family member in common. Outrageous! I keep getting transferred to a manager who will not answer, or I get told that a manager will call me back in 5 minutes, but they never have. Someone even called my mother, and she told them to call me! Before this, they wouldn't even answer at all over the weekend. I am frustrated and angry, and just want a refund!

Come delivery day, we get text messages and emails telling us . . Sorry - delayed. This went on for another TWO weeks. We called their customer service line, waiting for over an hour to get someone on the phone, and then we were disconnected.     Updated on 05/16/2025: The flowers were delivered after I called and talked to the management team about cancellation. I called the flower shop that delivered the flowers which didn’t look like the picture and they said the order was just placed that day instead of on 5/10 like they should have been. And based off time stamps it looks like the order was put through after my phone call to just flowers for the complaint and cancellation. Still a joke of a company.

    Original Review: I ordered some flowers for mother's day on 5/10/2025. Before the order I called into their phone line to make sure they would either be delivered 5/11 or 5/12. I had called due to the fact that the company was based in California and I was ordering flowers for delivery to my wife who was in Pennsylvania. After talking over the phone with their ordering team I went online and placed an order. No correspondence that the order couldn't be fulfilled till 4:50 Pm on Sunday the 11th. Then each day I would get the same text message and email. I called up to the company multiple times and kept getting pushed to their automated system which would then have me leave a message. No call backs or any information as to why delivery time kept getting moved.

    I sent an email on the 13th trying to figure out what was going on and no response either. I finally was able to get a hold of someone 5/15/2025 and told them I wanted to cancel due to the order still not being filled. They transferred me to a "manager" and I told him what also happened. I kept getting put on hold as they looked into the matter. I kept telling them I just wanted to cancel and get my refund and they tried to continue giving me a small discount which I declined. Then the "manager" proceeds to tell me the order will be fulfilled today and that since it's actually going to be delivered he can't do the cancellation. Then we proceeded to argue, he kept interrupting me and talking over me implying it's my fault that I didn't send in a cancellation email or leave a voice mail with cancellation. My response was that nobody had called back or emailed me back.

    Their customer service team is not going to try and give your money back and their entire business seems to be taking peoples money and doesn't provide the actual services they sell. Looking at their facebook page you can tell they have horrible service and deliveries are most of the time late or wrong orders. Don't ever use this company. After arguing on the phone with the manager I told him I was going to dispute it with my card company and he didn't care. With how the interaction was on the phone and the lack of customer service the companies procedures must be to keep from anyone getting a refund and is just another company to snag peoples money and provide horrible service.

    Bad experience. Won't use JustFlowers.com, or any FTD operated site, again. Delivery was a day late and the bouquet ordered was substituted with completely different flowers. I specifically selected an arrangement including Peruvian Lilies, but they shipped purple and white roses. After sending an email with pictures, it took 7 call attempts over 2 days to speak with a representative. Do NOT use JustFlowers.com unless you really don't care what they send or when it will arrive.

    I ordered three bouquets. Mother, Mother-in-law, family friend. MIL and FF are both in hospital. Only one order was delivered, and it was two days late. And it was nothing like what I ordered. The purple arrangement in the photo was what I ordered, and I ordered that it be upgraded to include more flowers. The photo of the pink bouquet is what they got. Other two orders still haven’t been received, and it is 10pm two days AFTER Mother’s Day when I write this. When you call, you have to leave a message. They won’t call back.

    I ordered flowers to be delivered the same day, however, 4 days later, still no delivery. Everyday I received emails saying they had to reschedule delivery. I called customer service twice, the first time I was assured they would deliver the next day, but once again, another email saying they had to reschedule. Called tonight to cancel.

    JustFlowers advertised in multiple places on their website, in their Google ad, and in the FAQ, that they had same-day delivery if ordered by a certain time, which I did. I paid a premium for same-day delivery, $86 for a small bouquet of flowers. Every day, I receive a text that the flowers cannot be delivered and they will be delivered tomorrow. They are never delivered. I try to reach customer service but it is impossible. I do not expect them to be delivered. I was scammed out of $86 by this fraud company. I should have read the reviews because I never would have paid them. Maybe they have no customer service because they are going out of business from all the bad reviews, which is what should happen.     I order flowers on mother's day at 6:25 am. to be delivered on mother's day!!! I spent $150 total!!! Flowers were never delivered! I have emailed them and called 4 times. No response at all!!! I left 2 messages with my order number!!! No one called me back! No email response! AND STILL NO FLOWERS!!! BUT YOU HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING MY MONEY!!! It's very interesting that every time I call no one ever picks up the call! Then I get another automated person telling me to leave a message! Why??? They don't respond!!!     My daughter ordered Mother's day flowers for me. I received it at 7:30pm on Mother's Day. Literally in a Dollar Store Vase with Walmart Flowers!! Sent her a picture to thank her she sent me the page she ordered from and what she ordered. OMG.. She paid $120 for an Arrangement called "Purple Cottage" with a Mylar Balloon.. My heart aches to think that she spent what she spent for what I received.

    I Immediately called the delivery number I had and was told he was just a delivery person. I called the florist who said she can't do anything she "just follows what they sent". I...called and emailed Just Flowers it's been 3 days..no response just music...I am so disappointed. And annoyed.. I even sent them in the email a picture of what I received..As I write this review I am on hold for 30 mins already.. I know I'll be dis-connected but I am hoping each time I call I'll actually get to speak to someone who can rectify this unfair money making site that has no Customer service..However, if I call to place an order I actually I get a Representative who CAN'T help me..because they only take new orders!!!.

    Paid for same delivery for Mother's Day, order #**. Received text mother's day evening stating they could not be delivered but would be Monday. Today is Tuesday and still no delivery.     My mom was admitted to the hospital due to an emergency. Since it was Mother’s Day, I ordered her flowers. Doing this with the confirmation that they would be delivered before she was discharged. Mother’s Day came and went with no flowers. Monday came, still no flowers. I spent hours trying to contact someone from Justflowers.com to see where my order was. We do not live in the town she was in. I have yet to get an email or phone regarding my order or refund. Terrible customer service and poor service overall.

    The company is a scam. I ordered flowers online and never received a confirmation email. They debited my card $113. I emailed numerous times with no response. Never received the flowers. The phone number provided is not legitimate as you are not able to speak with anyone. You only receive a pre-recorded line that eventually disconnects the call.     DO NOT order their products. It was my fault for not going local. I waited too long and needed something next day. Looking at their reviews and “guarantee,” I thought I’d give them a shot. I didn’t mind how EXPENSIVE it was because of their promise to deliver same day. It’s been 3 days now and every single day I’ve gotten a text saying they were unable to make the delivery today, and have rescheduled for tomorrow.

    I’m sure this will go on until forever as I’ve received no other word on where, why, and time frame. At this point, I’ve told the recipient I apologize that what I had planned special for them hasn’t come through and I’m canceling the order. Just because it’s expensive doesn’t mean it’s good quality. Shop local. I usually try to, but like I said, I made the mistake of procrastinating and needed something fast. At this point, it would have been better to buy local even though they wouldn’t have been able to do next day. Package would have still been there sooner than these guys! Hopefully, I get my money back….

    Never received the flowers. Customer service is essentially non-existent and was hung up on multiple times when we finally got through to someone. Eventually had to take up a fraud claim with our bank. Avoid at all costs.

    I ordered flowers for my mother for a mother's day gift. Was told they would be delivered on mother's day. Well that didn't happen. So I called customer service. They apologized and said they would be delivered today only for them to send me a email stating they were unable to be delivered so they will try again another day. I paid over 100.00 for some 30.00 flowers to make my mother's day since I'm 9 hours from her. This is very bad business especially since they guarantee on time delivery.
