Placed an order for delivery on Mother's Day. Got a message at 4pm that I wouldn't make it till the following day. Took almost 24 hours, and many phone calls to reach a customer service agent. They did give a $15 credit for the delay. Understandable that flowers are expensive, and delays can happen. But the flowers that were delivered were not even close to what was ordered. I even paid extra for more flowers, but It came with more green than anything. I won't complain about the florist that made the arrangement, I get they can only do what Justflowers told them to do. I will make sure I always go to local florists and never use this company again. The convenience was what I was going for, but the end result was not worth it.

Ordered Mother's Day flowers and they were never delivered. Spent 2 days trying to get a update with no success. They are telling me they can't reach the local florist to get and will call me. Have madw several attempts and on the third day still getting excuses.

I ordered two separate bouquets for Mother’s Day. Immediately after ordering I get an email stating they can’t deliver the flowers in time. This happened 2 more times on top of the first one and still only got one bouquet. Will never order from them again.

I ordered my mother flowers - They were never delivered. For three days I received emails saying they were unable to be delivered and would be rescheduled. Never arrived. When I called I was asked to enter a 7-digit order number. The one I was provided was 8 digits. After two days of calling I was finally able to speak with someone at which point I canceled the order. There was no explanation provided as to why her Mother's Day flowers were never delivered. I was told I’d be credited the amount but we’ll see how that goes. As an influencer, I have pretty good reach so this is an unfortunate situation that many will hear about. I will never use their service again.

On Sunday May 11, 2025 I placed an order for the Purple Cottage. Not only was the ordered delivered to the wrong place, but once we got it to my mother, it was nothing like what I paid for. The manager Alex, was extremely rude and said that I only spent $85 dollars and she was sure that it was comparable to the Purple Cottage and she would not be giving me a refund. I have been ordering flowers from places for years and never had an issue until I ordered from here. She was condescending and extremely rude. You’re better off ordering straight from a florist. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

Extremely Disappointed—False Advertising & Zero Customer Support I ordered flowers for Mother's Day, expecting the advertised same-day delivery. Instead, I received two consecutive texts saying, "Sorry, can't deliver today." Had I known this would happen, I would have chosen another service. To make matters worse, their customer support is impossible to reach. I called their 1-800 number at least ten times today—only got through once because I selected "new order," and the representative simply redirected me to another number for issues. Completely unacceptable. If you want reliable service, steer clear of JustFlowers.com.

I literally bought $115 dollars of flowers for my mother. My bank processed the payment, Just Flowers NEVER responded to any phone calls or voicemails. The delivery was NEVER DONE. If I’m spending $115 on flowers, you should probably take some responsibility and answer the phone. This is embarrassing.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother’s Day and they never arrived. I didn’t receive any communication until the next day. It was very embarrassing. This should be the baseline service of the company, deliver fresh flowers on committed date.

Mother's Day arrangement to my daughter was never made, I even spoke with a representative on Mother's Day to confirm flowers would be delivered, which he assured me they would. They never were delivered. I cannot get any help on phone, or online. Now I have to take the time to call my CC company to stop payment. Biggest disappointment in a floral delivery business EVER!

100000% SCAM SITE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I paid through the roof for next day delivery (that's how they get you) and flowers were never delivered. From what I read online, sometimes a crappy version of what you ordered shows up, which at least would have been a funny story and some laughs. But no, just a straight up scam to steal your money. I even tried to log in to their site to complain or check status, password recovery just sends the same fake password that then doesn't work. Now to start the battle of disputing charges and trying to get my money back.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. Received a text on Saturday that the flowers were delayed & could not be delivered, but would be delivered on Sunday - which was fine. THEN received another text on Sunday stating flowers were delayed again. Spent 45 minutes trying to get in touch with someone re: my order and finally spoke to someone from a call center who was unable to help at all.

Ruined Mother’s Day 2025. Ordered Just Flowers to be delivered Saturday, 1-day prior to Mother’s Day. Received a text apologizing delivery will instead be on Sunday. Sunday came and gone and still no flower delivery. Requesting refund.

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day and per their website they would be delivered 5/10. I got an email saying it would be delayed until 5/11, which I was fine with because that was actual Mother’s Day. It is now 9pm and no flowers. I call customer service and am offered $10 discount to be delivered tomorrow. I declined. I told them I wanted my money back. Then I get another offer of $15 credit toward a future purchase. Again declined and told them I wanted my money back since they ruined Mother's Day. Now I apparently have to wait up to 4 business days for that refund to process. Sure didn’t take them but a second to take the $137 I initially paid! I would never recommend this company. They are absolutely awful.

I placed two orders on May 9th for delivery on Mother’s Day. One order was delivered on Sat the 10th. The other order was not delivered. 7pm no flowers delivered. Tried calling all numbers. It just transfers you to a recording asking for your order number and asking you to leave a message. I got no replies. Waste of time. The other problem is there’s no way to cancel the order. My fiancée doesn’t live at this address and came in town to see her mother so I wanted to surprise her and her mother with flowers. I won’t order from this company again. I will in the future order from independent florists from now on.

Updated on 05/12/2025: Well someone responded to me in an email apologizing and offering a $10 partial credit for any troubles you have caused us over late delivery. Here is the issue, my wife still hasn't received anything. I paid just over $120 for this order and have received nothing. No one dropped off while she wasn't home, I have received nothing for the full amount I was charged and I'm not happy at all. I got a voicemail from you guys as well telling me to call back to 18007771911 with the order number, guess what? The number rings maybe twice then beeps like a busy tone just like it did yesterday as well. I will make sure to spread the word as far and wide as I can on how well you guys treat people. Why don't you guys keep $10 of what I was charged and refund the remaining back to me?
Original Review: Like many others here, it has been a horrible experience trying to do something special for my wife from our sons and myself to her for Mother's Day. I paid, I was charged and given an order number that I can't use for anything. You go to the website and you have to log in to use code to check, etc., I didn't make an account when ordering, just did as guest but used my email, the same one they sent emails to that went to spam every time. First time I went to try use the pin and you have to log in, if you don't have an account they say on the website you use the same email address you ordered from and click forgot password, temp password sent to my email in spam but this password does nothing when you go to log in, it says invalid credentials, I repeated this three times.
I did get a conformation with my order with a conformation number that I can't use because I can't log in. Call the help number that rings and then starts beeping and nothing happens, called the number to order, get the prompts and says waiting due to calls being backed up, etc. A couple more prompts then hangs up on me. Definitely ticked and will never order again.

I paid $100 for flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day—a service your brand promises as “same-day delivery.” Instead, I’ve now received two notifications in two days that the delivery has been rescheduled. This is beyond unacceptable. You market a premium service, take the money upfront, and then completely fail to deliver—literally. Not only have you missed the most important day for this gift, you've also undermined the entire gesture. This isn’t just poor service—it’s a bait-and-switch.

Someone picked up, asked why I am calling, said I would refund and they hung up on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Starting to think I have been scammed.

Consider this a warning, DO NOT ORDER. Paid for expedited delivery. Was guaranteed and insured that the plant would be there by Mother’s Day. You’d think of all days, this would be one they would be a bit more focused on getting right. Received a text message at 4:45 pm the day of delivery with an apology and excuse that it would be delivered the next day. I called, after numerous reroutings and ridiculous hold times, all incentivizing someone to hang up and give up - I was led to an answering machine. And instructed to leave a message. In business since 1996 and you don’t have a customer service team in place to field phone calls. Always have used their competitors; 1800 Flowers, FTD, etc. should have stayed with them. This will be the first and last time. Not surprised they have 2,000 plus 1 star reviews and 14, 5 star reviews. Stay away,

If I could give negative stars, I would! This is a horrible company, so beware!! I ordered Mother’s Day flowers for my mom a week ahead of time. They accepted my order and payment for flowers to be delivered on the Saturday before Mother’s Day. On that day, I received a text message late in the day from them saying it couldn’t be delivered that day so it would be delivered the next day. Next day…same message, and no Mother’s Day gift for my mom. When I called to inquire, they were rude and offered no explanation or no guarantee of when my purchase would be delivered. I canceled the order after that but they have not yet refunded my money. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and order directly from a local, reputable florist. This company makes promises that they can’t deliver in hopes that you will ultimately settle for a (very expensive) late gift delivered long after the promised delivery date. Pathetic.

I ordered flowers for Mother's day on Friday. There were delivery openings for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I picked Saturday to make sure there was time for them to arrive on or before Mother's day. I got a text on Saturday that they couldn't be delivered. I got a text on Sunday that they couldn't be delivered. So now they won't get their until after Mother's day. WHY WERE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY OPTIONS IF YOU WERE ALREADY BOOKED SOLID???? I will never use Just Flowers again. And I can't get a refund because it "already shipped." If it shipped two days ago why isn't is there yet?

Ordered an expensive plant arrangement to be delivered on Mother's Day. When it hadn't arrived by 5pm I checked the status and lo and behold they changed it to Monday and still called it on time. I had checked throughout the day, and this change was made at the end of the day. Put in a cancel request. If they show up Monday, we will be refusing it. Now that she didn't get it for Mother's Day, I will just take her to a garden center so she can pick one out. Thanks a lot for nothing JustFlowers.com.

I believe I was SCAMMED. Do not order from here, unless you want to spend a whole holiday getting passed around on the phone. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. They arrived to the recipient cracked and discolored and appeared nothing like the photo. I spent $70+ for a beautiful warm hued-bouquet named “How Sweet” and received the worst arrangement I have ever seen (small white flowers, pink tiger lilies, and sunflowers). Also, the note never arrived so the recipient didn’t know who it was from. It was very embarrassing for that to show up to their house on such a special day. The customer service rep named Mariz said that the flowers are often substituted- this was not a substitution, but an entirely different bouquet.
They offered a $10 refund and I asked to speak with a manager as I didn’t believe that was adequate. Glenn, the manager, I spoke with after said he could give a $15 refund. Only $15 back for a wilting, off-color, no note arrangement. Whatever you do, please don’t waste your time and risk going with this company for any special occasion. They take your money, give little back for their wrong doing, and their “service” is atrocious.

I placed an order for Mother's Day that I never received. I received no phone calls, no apologies, and no emails—nothing. I called and emailed them many times but received no answer, yet they charged me immediately. I am absolutely disappointed; this was my first and last time buying from them.

My order ** was just delivered and I paid for the premium flowers to have more flowers added, I paid over $120 and received hardly any flowers at all, literally, and it looks NOTHING like what I purchased. This is completely unacceptable. As you can see what I ordered vs. what was delivered by the attached pictures. This is very upsetting. I've email customer support for a refund because as you can see I totally got ripped off. No response. They ruined a special gift on a special day. Why they think this is acceptable and what they charged me is wild.

I placed an order for Mother's Day. I placed the order so the flower arrangement would come the day before Mother's Day. They did not come. When you try and call them the number rings then goes busy signal. When you go on line to ask about the order you get nothing. They respond to nothing. If you're going to take the customers' money for a product and charge extra for delivery then do so. Don't take the money and never even reply. Big Hint Folks. Stay as far away from this company as you can.

If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY THIS SITE. Placed an order to be delivered by 5 one day, and not only were we not informed they would not be arriving on time, it took several calls and unanswered emails before we FINALLY got a hold of someone. The representative tried to pass blame and the best he could do is tell us we might get our order the next day. Unless you want to just throw your money and time away, do not use this site.

If I could give them “negative” stars I would. I ordered some flowers earlier. I chose my delivery date May 11, 2025. It went through. As I could not find a confirmation e-mail, only an advertisement, I called. I was told the order went through and would be delivered May 12. I told the lady that the order went through for May 11. She was no help. I told her, then I want my money back. $77.23. She told me that I could not have a refund because they already sent it to one of their local florists. What a SCAM! This is Really upsetting. Never order Anything from them. After I hung up I recalled that this had happened to me before when I had ordered something for my sister. Just do Not Risk it. She could have cancelled it from their “local” florist and given me a refund.

I ordered some flowers for my wife during nurses week. The lady never told me total for the order, then after I selected what I wanted it she placed me on hold to see if it was available and came back to say ok we got it. 20 mins later I got an email saying review our substitution policy. So long story short my wife sent me a pic of the flowers. My response, "That is not what I ordered." So I called to see what happened, so they requested a picture of what I received. So I sent it and a pic of what I was suppose to receive. The small flowers is what my wife got, but not what I ordered. Then they want to try to reimburse me $7. I'm like oh noo you gone have to do better than this.

Ordered Valentines Day Flowers, guaranteed for delivery on Valentines day. They were not delivered, and rescheduled for the next day but we had plans to be out of town that day so I called to reschedule. JustFlowers said they'd reschedule and have the local florist call to pick a date. No call, instead the flowers were delivered the next day, dumped on the table at our front door (the wind then blew them over). Called JustFlowers to complain and they offered me a $5 discount on future orders (the flowers costs me over $200). All of the sudden they claim no guarantee for delivery and nothing they can do. You can tell that they make it very difficult to leave a review on Google or Yelp - I can only assume because they have such poor service.

David Stackleather, this is the first time we are hearing of said issue for an order we delivered for you nearly three months ago. It was simply reported as non-delivery through a chargeback you filed but delivery proof was provided and that chargeback was reversed.

I have filed two complaints with the BBB for JustFlowers.com. My step mother DIED in 2022. I sent her flowers for Mother’s Day through JF one time. ONE TIME. and even after countless attempts to unsubscribe from their mailing lists and being assured, albeit with much sass, that I had been removed from the mailing list after my first complaint, I continue to receive emails with her name listed as an advertisement. She has died. It is incredibly painful to read every holiday that I should send my late step mom presents. I WISH I COULD. Please, show some humanity and stop this unethical business practice.

I ordered flowers on Saturday for Sunday delivery (website offered this option). They delivered the flowers on Tuesday & what was delivered was a lot less quality than what I ordered. They offered the standard and the deluxe with more flowers and the premium with a lot more flowers. I ordered the premium for a lot more flowers. I'm very disappointed with this company. This is my first order from them and never again. Attached is the standard (Not the premium) I ordered and the one that was delivered.

Ordered arrangement for friend's father's funeral. Paid for express delivery and they were never delivered. Received notification after the funeral that they could not make delivery. Wanted address to deliver to which I didn't know and told them. They then requested the telephone number to text him for address which they, but when he called them back they didn't give him any info on the order in the text so they did nothing.
Upon hearing this, I contacted CS, made arrangements for next morning delivery. Next day, after 2:00 pm, received text message, they could not deliver item ordered, wanted to substitute. Two minutes later, I responded to text asking for picture of substitution. No response. 30 minutes later, I re-requested. No response. Two hours later, I received same text message apologizing that they could not deliver what I ordered and can they substitute? When I got off work, I could finally call and try to cancel to no avail. I ordered a hydrangea as a get well gift. I couldn't even identify the plant that was sent. It was not in any way an acceptable substitute for what I paid. I had several email exchanges with customer service about my dissatisfaction and the best refund offer they came up with is $10. This is hardly acceptable as the plant that was sent was an embarrassment and not of equal value to what I paid. My advice is do not order anything from Just Flowers!!!

Updated on 04/23/2025: Improved? Nothing improved. I was offered a $15 refund which does not even cover the container I received. Frustrating and disappointing. I will never use this business again and will let all my family not to do it either.
Original Review: Scammers. Orders have NOTHING to do with real product received. They changed color of flowers, balloons and container without letting me know. Container received was purchased in Dollar Tree. Card was hand written with an unreadable letter. This is shameful that they wanted to give me a $10 refund in a $130.91 order. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE SUSPENDED AND CLOSED. Attached to this you can see pictures of what I paid for and what I received.

Ordered Circus of Celebration -1st photo. JustFlowers sent 2nd photo. Not even close. Deceptive advertising. Stay away from JustFlowers! They claim right to sub flowers but 90% of flowers is not acceptable. Why bother with pictures?

Kate Hess, on the item page, next to the price point, we clearly state: 'Flowers are designed to be delivered as close to the arrangement pictured as possible.' While the arrangement was created to ensure timely delivery, it was crafted within the value allocated for the selected price. We spoke with you and explained our substitution policy. We offered a partial compensation, but you refused.

They did not deliver flowers to the funeral at set time. They called me after the funeral was over to tell me they could not fulfill it. Only offered $15 off and to have arrangement sent to the family’s home 2 days later. Extremely disappointed w how they handle business. Will not use again.

We were looking to have live flowers delivered to a small town funeral home for my aunt. We thought we were going to the local florist to order but instead ended up at JustFlowers. It was night, so we ordered online. We were charged a $21.24 delivery fee for the florist to walk the flowers across the street. But, it is for a funeral and we don't live in the area and we were desperately trying to get flowers before the florist ran out.
The next morning, we received an email saying the flowers were not available and that they ordered something totally different and inappropriate in a vase. We called and after spending a lot of time on hold, we had the order confirmed that flowers in a vase would be delivered. A few minutes afterwards, we received an email that those flowers weren't available and that something else would be delivered. We called and spent a very long time on hold, going from employee to employee to have a new order confirmed. A few minutes later, we received an email wanting $15.00 more for delivery. Remember, this florist is across the street from the funeral home in a small town where there is very little traffic.
We called back to ask about the extra charge and were told this is what the florist charges, but they would generously pay 5 of those 15 dollars. We said sure and hung up. We talked about it and decided to cancel the order, so we called back and, after being on hold for a long time, spoke with an employee who forwarded us to a manager. Another 20 minutes on hold we spoke with a young lady who said the order couldn't be cancelled. She couldn't be convinced.
We then did what we should have done first thing in the morning; we called the florist. She got the order and was shocked with the charges. She said the delivery charges were not hers. Her total charges would have been nearly half of what JustFlowers charged! She couldn't cancel the order since the order came from JustFlowers and she apologized. That was the first apology we received for our experience and she had nothing to do with it. We called our credit card company to try and cancel the order, thinking we would do that and then call the florist to order the flowers since ultimately she is the one doing all the work, but the charge couldn't be stopped. We are left with no avenue other than this review. From now on we will deal with the funeral homes and the local florists directly.

The tagline when searching for Just Flowers states, "Flower Delivery Guaranteed. | JUSTFLOWERS® - Official Site." It is an odd thing to promote when you never deliver the flowers that were ordered and paid for. Instead, I received a message the day of delivery 1 hour before the funeral saying they wouldn't be able to deliver. Needless to say I wasn't watching my emails. They did not try to call. Instead they did nothing. I had to request a refund which I still have not received. Do not waste your time or money here. Use competitor site. I have never had an issue with 1800. They do not even have a way to leave a review for their site.

False advertising, poor customer service, no transparency on price being in USD. The website brings you to Canadian content but does not flag that prices are in USD. A $59.99 arrangement with a $10 coupon processed on my card as $104.40 Canadian after delivery fees and conversion. Items in the photo were nothing like the flowers received, cheap alternative basket, and not even the same color scheme. When I complained with a photo via email, they emailed me to say, "Sorry to hear you aren't happy, please contact us via email or phone." So I emailed them again. They phoned to advise they were looking into it and then phoned again to advise they would do nothing for me. I would have been satisfied with $10 back or something more than "we used premium flowers".....

I ordered flowers for same day delivery on Saturday morning. This is Monday night and they still have not been delivered. Each time I call, I am told to call back the next day to see if they have been delivered. Meanwhile I am unable to cancel the order because it is supposedly out for delivery, and of course there is no supervisor on staff. This totally sucks! I am out of 92$.

Was guaranteed 12 roses for Valentine's Day delivery with balloon and a box of chocolate.. No chocolate, no flowers and balloon on Feb 14th but February 18th my wife's roses and balloon arrive. With no box of chocolate. I get a random text apologizing for everything. You think if you were going to be 4 days late on a guaranteed delivery you would at least have time to get the order right. O ya and by the way still no box of chocolate.. February 20th or a refund for goods I was billed for and didn't receive..

I’ll start by saying that I understand holidays can overwhelm businesses and their supplies. I also appreciate that mistakes can be made, and that they aren’t necessarily malicious. Sometimes a seller doesn’t have what a customer wants or accidentally gives them the wrong thing. That being said, any reputable company will attempt to rectify the issue so that both seller and buyer are satisfied with the outcome.
My husband ordered me the “Always Be Mine” bouquet from JustFlowers.com for Valentine’s Day, pictured. It has a dozen roses with lilies, and cost $109. NOT INCLUDING DELIVERY which was almost $30 extra. At least that’s how much it cost on Valentine’s Day. Looking at their website today, it’s only $89.99. The bouquet I received (pictured) had no lilies and only 3 roses. The other flowers in the received bouquet were: 7 carnations, 4 stock, 4 alstroemeria, and 2 sweet amber. After looking at their website, I found their “Heartfelt Harmony” bouquet (also pictured) to be most similar to the one I received. It has 3 roses, 6 carnations, 2 stock, 4 pompon mums, 4 statice, 3 tulips, and some spray roses. There are more flowers in the Heartfelt Harmony bouquet than the one I received and it only cost $74.99 on Valentine’s Day; $54.99 today. Regardless of which day I compared them, the difference in cost between the two bouquets is $35.
When my husband contacted JustFlowers about the discrepancy, they justified the difference by stating that the website has a disclaimer stating that they can substitute different colors based on availability. I guess in their minds that means they can substitute different flowers altogether. They ended up refunding $10 to his card, and giving him a credit of seven dollars and fifty cents on his next order. There will be no next order through them. Like most working class people right now, we don’t have much extra money. These flowers were a luxury that we don’t typically indulge in. This was a very expensive and disappointing experience. Not only did we get something we would have never ordered, they didn’t reimburse us for the overpayment of it.
Side note: I know it’s not fair to compare delivered flowers to grocery store flowers but it’s worth mentioning that we went to dinner the evening of Valentine’s Day and stopped at the grocery store. I saw a bouquet that was very similar to the one I received from Just Flowers. They were selling it for $32.99. I included those pictures too. My husband could have saved over $100 by stopping at the store for flowers on his way home.

My friend sent me roses on Valentine's Day. JustFlowers sent a box with roses on February 13 without placing them in moist foam. The next day, when I received the roses (February 14), they looked distressed. I contacted customer service and emailed photos of the distressed flowers. The customer service representative, Julia, tried to convince me that the flowers looked fresh because they still had color. She also explained that JustFlowers doesn't place the flowers in the moist foam, so flowers will not bloom while transitioning. When I asked the representative to connect me with her supervisor, she connected me with Jill (supervisor), who stated that a moist foam would create a mold during the transition to a recipient. In addition to distressed flowers, the company has terrible customer service, who refused to take responsibility for their terrible service! If you want to lose your money, use this company!

Please be advised that your order is delivered via FedEx, and we can't put water in while it's being delivered. Order flowers for my daughter on Valentine Day. This order was place a week ahead of time. Flowers were not delivered during the day as promised. Flowers arrived at 8:00pm on Valentine's. I tried to contact JustFlowers but no one would answer the phone. Phone voicemail said to send an email to customer service. No way to contact a person if something goes wrong. And if they deliver at 8:00pm no need to send flowers. I will never use this company again.

At this point I’m scared to see the actual product. I would give them 0 stars if I could.. So disappointing! We will never waste our money with such a pitiful excuse for a company ever again.. Which is a shame.. We like to celebrate and buy a lot of flowers. Now I know better than to try new places! Just Flowers delivered an embarrassing arrangement to an important Family Reunion that I was responsible for. Mostly dead flowers together with lilies that I specifically told them not to include. I have requested a refund of $88 several times but they refuse. This is a deplorable business. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Monday, Jan 27th at 8:00am I ordered some flowers for a funeral service that was at 1:00pm on Tuesday, Jan 28th. The website stated that if the funeral is after 1:00pm, to pay for expediting to be safe. I paid to expedite just in case since it was right there at the cut off window. I also ordered a banner that was supposed to go with the flowers and a card that was supposed to read the following: “In loving memory of a cherished mother. Our deepest condolences during this difficult time.” - Your Rush Truck Center Family. The flowers did NOT make it in time of the funeral. They didn’t show up until a day and a half AFTER the funeral on Wednesday, Jan 29th around 3:30pm. The banner that I ordered was not included and the card had misspelled words in the note. The note that was received read: “in loving memory of a CHERISH mother. Our deepest SYMPATHY during this difficult time.” - your rush BROCK family.
I paid 121.71 total for everything. 86.99 for the flowers. 9.99 for the sympathy banner that was missing. 4.99 for the express delivery that ended up being extremely late and then 19.74 for a delivery fee that was delivered extremely late and not in time. After bringing up these issues, I was contacted by a manager that stated they would give me a 10 dollars gift card for the mistakes. That doesn’t even cover the banner that was missing. They express on their site how funeral flowers are their top priority and they will do everything in their power for funerals, yet this is how I was treated. We had to drive out of our way, back up to the funeral home the next day to receive the late flowers. I did not even receive a call that my order would NOT be making it in time of the funeral.
This was a terrible way to conduct business and one of the worst experiences I have had with a online order. Especially during such a upsetting time like a funeral. To not be offered a full refund after all of those issues is astonishing. I will NEVER purchase flowers from JustFlowers.com again and I will make sure everyone I can let know are aware how they conduct business. I will make sure to leave a review on every social media platform, the BBB, Yelp, Google and wherever else to make sure no one else has to go thru what I had to.

Do not order from JustFlowers. They switch out items ordered. I was notified & contacted them within an hour of ordering. They refused to cancel the order even though it wasn't going to be delivered for another week. Spoke to supervisor as well. Had attitude. Hid behind "We can substitute anything anytime" but when you request a cancellation instead of a substitution they refuse. I ordered from site which had a black vase. They wanted to use a red or purple one.

My Brother ordered flowers to be delivered to my home on my birthday, and was assured that I would receive them, despite it being a Sunday. No flowers arrived. The following day, I called JustFlowers twice in the afternoon, and was assured that I would receive a call with a delivery time, which would be before 5 pm; no call or flowers. At 6 PM, I called JustFlowers. They would not give me the name of the "florist", but said to call JustFlowers again in the AM. At 7:30 this AM, I opened my front door to find a smallish bouquet in a glass floral container- it looked like the kind that you could purchase at a grocery store for about 20 dollars. Attached to it was a small Valentine-themed stuffed animal (for January?). Near it was a box of chocolates.
The bouquet had a floral pic in it with a card from "San Carlos Flowers" with a phone number of **. Googling this info, I found that this is a private residence in Menlo Park. On the card was a note written partly in Spanish with spelling and grammar errors, and a delivery address (not mine), and an address as well (again, not mine.) On a separate note, was a typed message "To Mary, The Greatest Sister, From, Bill". This is a scam company. I called X2 this AM to JustFlowers. I was hung up or disconnected with X2, and received a call back from a "Vic"- they won't provide last names- who said she was a manager. I will now have to forward photos to an address. Don't use this company.

Horrible customer service. Days late. Still no delivery and now asking for more money! Ordered flowers to be delivered same day for my sister who lost her companion. Wanted them there for when she returned home from work to comfort as she transitions to an apartment with no one waiting to greet her. Ordered Jan. 3rd, not delivered. They assured me it would be the next day, and now five days later they want another $15.00 to cover florist additional delivery fee. They already cost $85.00! I called to cancel the order and was told they covered the delivery fee and it was too late to cancel. Thirty minutes on hold and still no manager to rectify the situation. Do not use this business. Ordered a Christmas Centerpiece for my distant son and his family, which JustFlowers accepted for Monday, December 23rd delivery. But no delivery - sent message after message but they would not explain other than to say all our florists are closed for the Christmas holiday. Paid almost $20 in "express" fees to have delivered before Christmas. Finally said they had no more of the arrangement I ordered and would send an orchid instead. This was on Wednesday, six days after Christmas and eight days after their promised delivery. BEWARE. These people are liars and do not run a florist shop - they run a scam!!

Do NOT use Just Flowers!! They are scammers and thieves. I ordered an $85 USD arrangement for my mother (who lives in Canada) to be delivered for Christmas and the day before delivery they messaged me and said the local company where she lives is out of stock with the flowers I chose and asked if I’d like them to send “wrapped flowers” instead as that’s all they had. Considering it was for Christmas the next day, I agreed and they did indeed send wrapped flowers which had a price tag still on them that said “$25”. My mother thought Safeway had sent them for some reason because the card I asked for didn’t even make it into the flowers.
I asked that Just Flowers refund “the difference” in cost of the two items and I was told that the local retailer says it was a bunch of equal value… $25 CAD is nowhere close to equal value ($85 usd equals $123 cad). They said they would give me a $15 credit instead but won’t refund the rest of the money. Just Flowers has just made a cool $68 bucks ($100 cad) off me for doing nothing. Beware, this company is scamming people out of their money.

I would never order from them again. They have a company that does the delivery and unfortunately, when I ordered on the website, it said that the delivery would be the same day and it was not. I had to call the next day and was told once again, the delivery would be that day and it was not so I got a call on the third day and was told they had a problem with the florist they were using and the flowers that I had ordered. I asked them to please have them make it in the pinks and very happy and joyful. They said that they would try unfortunately the flowers that arrived were not what I paid $67 for they were horrible. I ordered for a friend who was just diagnosed with breast cancer.
I am so disappointed and in speaking to the person online, they were not helpful. I could not cancel my order because they said that it was already on its way. They are online in site does not state. You have to order by a certain time in order to get the flowers, they are the same day. The person I spoke with on the phone could not offer any consolation other than five dollars off that is nothing compared to $67 that was spent to have a beautiful arrangement sent to someone very special

I ordered flowers for funeral to be delivered a day earlier than funeral service to make sure they would arrive on time. Attended funeral - and there were no flowers. I did not bring this up during funeral service as to not upset the family. Funeral home said they did not receive. Florist said they delivered flowers (although delivered after 5:00 pm and left outside at locked door behind the building). Florist would not reimburse me, although they offered me a $10 credit. Far cry from expense of flowers I had already paid for. The whole ordeal left us embarrassed in front of family.

Flowers were left on door step because the door was locked but we called the funeral home while on premises and they said they would get the flowers and place inside. Thank you

Everything about the transaction was troublesome - I never received an email confirmation or receipt once the order was placed. Still haven’t. Tried looking up my order after it was placed, and the website was completely unresponsive. The order, placed early in the a.m. for same-day delivery, was not delivered until the next day. They didn’t alert me to the delay until after I was charged and at the end of the day. What I ordered and what was delivered are two VERY different arrangements. So disappointed.

I placed an order with an agent who called me knowing that my friend's anniversary is coming up and asked if I would like to order flowers again and I said yes, two dozen roses of which I got some lousy pathetic lilies instead of roses. They practice poor business. They offered a $5 discount for the wrong delivery of flowers and delivering them on the wrong date. They charged $99 for this! A ripoff! Do not buy from them!

Terribly disappointed in the company, their service, and the customer service. Shameful display for my brother's funeral/wake, for the cost. Left off the banner I paid extra for and then when I sent pictures and asked they said the local florist "fulfilled the order" even though what was sent was not nearly what the website showed - AND not only that I had upgraded significantly on the price. When I asked for the local florist name, just to ensure I never used them directly, they refused to supply the name. Probably not even a real florist, is why. Customer service was less than satisfactory and quite frankly I believe they take advantage of people mourning the loss of loved ones with such poor business practices. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I would be just repeating the same dissatisfaction as everyone else here. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! After threatening them with calling A.E. to refund, I did get a full refund. It was a local delivery in Delray Beach FL. They couldn't make it happen. Then gave me crap... It was my fault for picking JUSTFLOWERS, I was looking online in Delray Beach florists, there were 4 or 5. I just picked the worst one..

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my friend's viewing and funeral service on Saturday. I was notified by my friend's brother that they never arrived for the viewing on Saturday so I called customer service and they said they were unable to deliver on Saturday for the viewing but would have it delivered for the funeral service on Sunday. I am in a different state than my friend's, and well after the time of the service, I was notified that they could not deliver the flowers today as well and wanted another address to deliver the arrangement to on a different day. I have no trust in this company to deliver anything, and requested my money back. This is very upsetting to me, because my friend's family knew I was sending something and they were looking for it and it was never delivered. It added undue stress to my friend's family on a day that is already sad and stressful! Save your time and money and do not order from this company.

Order a dozen flowers advertised as $49. Additional $23 for handling and delivery total $82. Delivered a day early and then I received a call saying they were charging me an additional $19 to cover local florist minimum requirement. This is completely misleading. I had no opportunity to dispute as they already delivered the flowers, then billed me. After a long debate with two separate managers, they refunded the additional cost. Big deal! This is misleading. I highly recommend never using this group and I certainly won’t. They ruined my anniversary.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I made the mistake of ordering yesterday. Ordered the Twin Tropics orchid. They were supposed to be delivered by 4pm, it was after 6, nothing like the picture and they did nothing.

DO NOT USE! They call you to verify everything over the phone that you just put in on their webpage. It’s very shifty sounding when I asked if they would do this every time I ordered they said yes. Giving this information over the phone is unacceptable. Now I can’t even trust that my gift will be delivered or will look like what their webpage photo looked like.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE, I have ordered from them twice and BOTH times I was promised the express delivery which I paid for and gave them all the information they needed for delivery. I placed my order in the early morning hours around 7am and by lunch time I never received any information from them on my order. After I emailed asking about it, all I get back is, "We received your order and are working on it."
I emailed again around 3:30pm asking for ETA because it is a business (which was stated) and they close at normal times, but all I get back again is, "We are working on it and will notify you." Then an hour later I received an email stating they could not meet my delivery needs and they need to reschedule. This is TWICE they have done me this way. WHY advise on your website, charge extra fee for express delivery and NEVER follow through with what you promised on your website. I have contacted BBB for help with this matter.

AVOID. Pick anyone else! After offering me a delivery date for my order I was contacted the DAY OF DELIVERY to inform me they could not deliver due to a holiday (if that was the case that date should not have been offered). After rescheduling I was contacted on the NEW day of delivery to be informed that there would be an extra charge for delivery, would I just authorize it. Communication with these folks is slow and they are simply telling you what you want to hear rather than what the situation actually is. AVOID.

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend to her work on 8/30 for a special occasion which were to be delivered on the same day per the website. They were unable to fulfill this request. I called the next day to request a refund and was told it was going to be delivered today, even though my girlfriend isn't at work. Because I hadn't called immediately, they are unwilling to offer a refund. When I mentioned that I never received any e-mails/text about my order, or the fact is was not deliverable, I was called a liar and told according to their e-mail logs, I received it. I have an IT background and certainly did not receive their e-mail. I mentioned I was going to request a charge-back from my bank, to which the customer service rep, "not a problem, we win those all the time". The absolutely most vile, disgusting, and down-right dishonest company I've ever had the displeasure to work with.

Attached is a picture from the Justflowers website and the second picture is what I actually received from Just Flowers/Maria's Florist in Pennington NJ. I paid $98.46. There were clearly no single stem roses, and no ribbon, and not at all what the website shows. Their only response was that, "The florist is allowed to substitute, and they kept to a purple theme, and we'll give you a $15 credit." You decide for yourself, but for me, never again will I order from Just Flowers or Maria's Florist. Is it just me? I could have gotten this at a supermarket for $20 and paid Uber to deliver it for a lot less.

Kristin Potocki, this arrangement was done as in description or "as close as possible". It had regular sized and spray roses, lavender stock, purple Monte Casino in place of the wax flower, and we added purple/lavender alstromeria to make it fuller. You need take into consideration the prices of the type of flowers used and per stem. This arrangement was beautiful and filled to value.

Plants were nothing like what was pictured. Price was extremely high and plants were delivered late in the day with burnt edges, succulents instead of greenery, and no resemblance whatsoever to the image presented online. Just throw it in the trash, it was that bad. The "baskets" were not baskets at all, and when I tried to call customer service I was on hold for ages while the recording played two songs in repetition for more than 20 minutes. No one ever answered.
When finally contacted by email, they responded with an offer of a "credit" of $5 (Five US dollars) to my so-called "account" for future purchases on an almost $200 pre-paid purchase by personal credit card. What was delivered was merely dead plants and desert succulents. Do not buy from this company, or you may as well throw good money to the wind and insult the people you are delivering this horrid product to. And I don't include a receipt because I don't trust this company whatsoever, including the security of my hugely overpriced purchase receipt.

JustFlowers should be called Just a waste of time. I ordered Flowers to be delivered on the first birthday of my friend's brother following his passing. They never arrived. Just Flowers responded that they could deliver the following Monday and that I didn't indicate that this was a special occasion. Aren't the majority of flower orders for special occasions? They then offered me a $5 refund. Bringing my total to a mere $105. They kept asking me to call them to discuss a refund but I was just too angry to spend any more time on it. They finally gave me a full refund. But the occasion was lost and that will never be fixed.

Lori, there isn't any service to that rural part of Kentucky at this moment. We were trying to reach you to offer an alternate vendor but you never answered the phone. Your order has since been cancelled and a full refund was already issued on 08/19/2024.

The casket spray I ordered for my Mother's funeral did not contain the carnations & daisies I specifically ordered as shown on the website. I ordered this arrangement specifically for those flowers and indicated to make sure they were in the arrangement. I was embarrassed by what was delivered. The spray was ordered 2 days ahead of time and I was not notified they would not be able to include the carnations or daisies. I can't believe it is that hard to locate carnations or daisies. As you can see by the picture, it looks like they didn't even try to fill in the empty spots. They did refund me half of the cost of the flowers.

I attempted to order online with a $10 off code. Had a question so I hit “Chat” option. Question wasn’t answered. Wanted my cell number. Wanted to finish online and the woman said she’d take another $10 off. I asked how much was shipping and was quoted $9.99. She then asked for my email to send me the receipt. They charged $18.99 for shipping and a $5.49 handling charge on a $34.99 order (original $54.99).
Called customer service, finally got a manager and she kept saying my shipping was really only $6.49 because of the discount. “NO. THE DISCOUNTS WERE ON THE FLOWERS, NOT ON SHIPPING.” Today is Wednesday and the delivery is Monday and she would not let me cancel because the order supposedly was sent to the florist. She also said it would have been cheaper had I placed on-line. I was placing online but the CSR kept pushing me to order with her. A $45 order with shipping turned out to be $59.46 total bait and switch. Don’t Call to place an order!!!

Very disappointed with Justflowers.com. My niece ordered the soothing wreath for my brother's funeral two weeks ago. This was unexpected and we (family) were happy she volunteered to search for the right remembrance. They were to be delivered day of funeral on a weekend. This did not happen as the flowers were as if they delivered a day or two before so they sat in a dark supply room at funeral home. There was supposed to be a banner across it and that was missing. And instead an ugly blank note card in very bad writing….with what the banner would’ve said. My niece contacted them and they were only going to give a $10 credit.
Flowers were not out when we arrived at service.
Flowers didn’t look same as photo.
They were wet on top.
No Banner.
Terrible ugly wrinkled card with handwritten sympathy words.
They were told to call her if any issues. No call made.
Delivery was to be Sunday but they would not divulge day they actually delivered. You pay extra to deliver on weekend.
May explain why the flowers looked a couple days old.
We are very dissatisfied with them and want people to be aware of this.

An unimaginably poor experience. I implore every person who makes it as far as this review to please -- please -- do yourself a favor and choose a different company to have your flowers delivered to your loved one. I ordered flowers from JustFlowers for my mom two days before Mother's Day, for the sole reason that they promised the flowers could be delivered by that day.
Day of Mother's Day, I received a text saying they couldn't deliver it, but I didn't cancel because they told me they could be delivered by the next day. The next day: the same thing. The day after: the same thing. Three days after Mother's Day, the flowers were delivered. This was a $60 dollar bouquet, that ended up being $82, so not cheap.
I emailed and called JustFlowers asking for a refund, as the delivery date they promised me was missed, and this was essentially the only reason I had used them; if they weren't able to deliver on this simple promise, they had failed to provide the basic service I had used them for. I was unable to reach anyone, and no-one reached out to me, despite calling multiple times.
I was so frustrated that I reached out to my credit card company to initiate a refund claim. You want to guess what happened? JustFlowers finally comes out of the woodwork, and challenges the claim -- the first time I had heard anything (anything) from them since they delivered the flowers three days late. I eventually was able to get someone from their customer service on the phone, and instead of the conciliatory tone I was expecting (why did I expect that, honestly?) I was met with an argumentative and hostile tone, and offered the frankly insulting amount of $10 -- not even enough to cover the cost of delivery.
After telling them that after all the time and expense I had expended on this that $10 was not even scratching the surface, the manager told me they would go and talk to someone else and come back to me. A few days later, she called me to say they had a new offer: $15. Honestly, I was so broken at this point that I couldn't bring myself to argue. I told her well done, she had worn me down. And that I'd never be using their services again -- and you shouldn't either. A terrible company, staffed by people who don't care, with an ethos that exploits people's honest desire to cheer someone else up on a special occasion. Never, ever use this soulless, spiteful company.

Sarah, you placed this order directly on our website on 5/10/2024 for delivery on 5/11/2024. We immediately processed the order, however, most of the shops that we called were already fully booked with orders placed earlier with them given the fact that it was Mother's Day, one of the major flower holidays. The order was rescheduled for delivery on the next available day, 5/15/2024 following our delayed delivery policy. We also sent you emails informing you every step of the way.

I placed an order on a Monday morning, was to be delivered by 6 pm that day. I called in the later part of the afternoon to confirm my order would be delivered by 6 pm and I was told that the order was out on the delivery truck. I called again at 5:15 pm only to find out that the flowers weren’t going to be delivered that day. AND they couldn’t guarantee delivery for the following day either. TERRIBLE customer service!! Was never even notified they would not be delivered on time! They wanted to refund $5 for the inconvenience. I canceled the order immediately!

This place has the worst customer service. I order flowers for my mom’s birthday two days ago and still hasn’t received her order. All I kept getting is, "I’m sorry your order couldn’t be processed." We even offered to go pick it up and they said, "Sorry. There’s no florist available for pick up." Their prices ain’t cheap and their delivery service prices is $20. I was pretty upset because I live out of state and wasn’t there for my mom's birthday so I want to send her something special. When I tried to get a refund they gave me a hard time. I had to contact my bank to reverse the charges. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Warning! Do not use this company for your special occasion flower needs! There is an option to purchase flowers to be delivered the same day which I wanted for someone struggling with their life and survival. Mine was not delivered until late the next day - late. I had to make multiple phone calls to make that happen too. Each call, I got lame excuses or defensiveness. The flowers that did finally arrive were NOT anything like the photo - way less flowers in both number and variety. I chose the premium which was supposed to have more flowers and let's just say I got less than the basic. They will not refund. They say I got exactly what I ordered and will not address the late delivery.

I ordered flowers for an employee for a job well done. I ordered the Bundle Of Joy bouquet. What I received should be titled Bundle of Woe. I contacted JustFlowers and emailed them pictures at their request. They emailed me back and told me that what I received fit "their recipe." They said it contained yellow, purple and red flowers as if the only thing that makes the arrangement is the color of flowers - not the arrangement, shape, color of vase. They offered $5 refund, then $7, then $10. I paid over $80 for $49.99 arrangement (due to handling and delivery). See the picture of the arrangement on the website and the arrangement received. They told me I could cut and arrange them myself.... the nerve.

Eric, you are not entitled for a refund if the order was delivered with longer stems instead of short and compact. As part of the care of the arrangement, you will need to cut the stems anyway at a certain point to ensure that the arrangement stays fresh. Ordered flowers on Thursday 7/18/24 for guaranteed same day delivery for a cheer me up for someone who just suffered a loss. Thursday came and went, called customer service and was advised they'd be delivered Friday - NOPE. Called again and told they would definitely be delivered Saturday - Still not delivered. Called again and am now being told it wouldn't be until Monday. Told them this was completely unacceptable to cancel the order. Then they give me a hassle about it and said well they'll give me $5.00 off, $10.00 off, $15.00 off, then they'll cancel order and leave a credit on their books for future orders, as IF I'll ever do business with them again. They finally said they refund my card but it will take 1-5 days, what a joke, took them 10 seconds to charge it.

I ordered flowers for a birthday gift the night before with a promise of same-day delivery. I paid an additional $2.99 to get them delivered on the person’s birthday and then $4.99 for express delivery. I paid $63 total for the order. I received several emails the next day when I was checking to see if they had been delivered. The last email saying I needed to pay an additional $27 for the florist to deliver. I called and was told that had expired and it was now $37 additional for the delivery. So I ended paying $100 for the flowers to be delivered. I did ask to be refunded the $4.99 express delivery charge since they didn’t receive the flowers until after 6 pm. I was very disappointed and will not do business here again.

Other reviewers, I never received an email confirmation with order number. Got nothing but the runaround from this company. Not surprisingly, they were not concerned about anything until I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Then I started getting messages from them almost every day. They are now telling me scheduled delivery dates are not guaranteed. It’s all dependent on if they have drivers available… What??? Manager was super rude and accepted no responsibility at all, which led me to write this review of what happened. I see so many others had the same experience. This company should not be allowed to operate when all they do is make fake promises. I understand they will reply to this message by saying they have no record of my order and then asking me to remove my negative review. That seems to be their response to everyone!

Incredibly disappointed with the service provided by JustFlowers. My husband ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day and we received the incorrect order. He ordered the "Touch of Class" bouquet and paid extra for a "premium" arrangement. The arrangement I received looked nothing like the one my husband had paid for, the arrangement didn't appear to be "premium," and the card was addressed to someone else. We emailed to let them know we received an order for someone else and they replied to let us know that due to seasonal availability, deliveries may not look identical their website. I can appreciate that but our bouquet looked nothing like the one pictured and Mother's Day is in May when there is no shortage of availability.
In this initial response they did not acknowledge the wrong card that accompanied the bouquet. We followed up again and they made excuses about Mother's Day being very busy and mistakes being made but it was their conclusion we had received the correct flower arrangement and the wrong card had been included. They offered a $7 credit. For about two weeks we went back and forth with them via email and phone and the most they could offer was a $20 credit. This was infuriating. We had wasted so much time dealing with their customer service over a two week period, they refused to take responsibility for an incorrect order, and offered us $20. Just insulting. Their website is in USD so a $89.99 bouquet + fees + taxes appeared on our credit card in CAD for over $150. Order number **- for if they are inclined to comment that they don't have an order on file for us. LOL.

I ordered $ 90.00 Flower order for my daughter. The delivery was for first thing Monday morning. I paid extra for the time slot. Everyday I called and inquired where was my order? I was told it was on the way. The order showed up 2 days late. Justflowers.com is a scam and should be avoided at all times. They did a bait and switch with cheap flowers like the grocery store. The arrangement was appalling and cheap with a daisy and a red rose. I ordered a deluxe white orchid arrangement. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I too, would give this company a ZERO! I ordered try. First, it was not delivered the next day. It took two days and was delivered at 4:30 p.m. When my Daughter received it, she felt horrible about telling me what it looked like. I sent her a picture of what I ordered and there was no comparison.
After complaining to Just Flowers.com they offered a $5 credit which was a total insult.. I did not accept. I told them they should do a redelivery or give me a full credit. It was insulting and very unprofessional. I contacted my credit card company and very gladly got my refund. The will not be in business long. Do not order from this company ever....

Do not order flowers from this company! I ordered the day before Mother’s Day with same day delivery. Day after day I received automated emails telling me delivery would be delayed - no explanation offered. I tried repeatedly to cancel the order via email and phone. Not surprisingly, the link on their website for cancellation did not work. I finally disputed the order thru my bank. My mother in law received her pathetic flowers five days late. Disappointing in every possible way. If you care at all about your loved ones receiving beautiful flowers in a timely manner - steer clear of Just Flowers!

Do not do business with this company. Their customer service is appalling. They messed up our two orders on Mother's day and did not fix them appropriately. One bouquet of flowers arrived partially dead and then when they agreed to replace the flowers, they sent them to the wrong address. They acknowledged the mistakes, but refused to take full responsibility. They only offered a partial discount on a bouquet with dead flowers and a replacement that never arrived. Their justification was that it's OK because we did get some flowers that are fine.

I placed an order for flower delivery on Mother's Day, expecting the order to arrive on that date. Unfortunately, the delivery was not made until 1 week later. This was incredibly disappointing as the flowers were intended to make the day special for my godmother. I made numerous calls to the company during the week that elapsed between Mother’s Day and when my order was delivered. Most of the time, I couldn’t get through to a live person, but when my call was finally answered, they couldn’t tell me anything about why my order hadn’t been delivered yet.
Though the flowers eventually arrived, it was far too late. My godmother had already left town for a trip and by the time she returned home to the flowers, they were completely wilted. Reliability is crucial in a florist, especially for significant occasions. I understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, but a 1 week late flower delivery is abominable. I send flowers quite frequently and have never had anything like this happen before.
I contacted the company about a refund. Given the extreme delay, it seems only fair. All I was offered was a $10 refund. This was entirely unacceptable, as I paid $113 for the flowers, so I asked to speak with a manager. By the way, the customer service rep suggested I call the recipient and apologize for the delayed flower delivery to resolve the issue. WHAT?! Unreal.
When I spoke with a manager, the best she offered me was $15. Still unacceptable. I then spoke with a different manager who offered me $19.99 and would absolutely not budge, despite me explaining to her multiple times that I did not get what I paid for, so $19.99 is still not a reasonable compensation amount. I even offered to take a 50% refund, but she absolutely refused to do anything better than $19.99. I see there are many other reviews from people who also had their Mother’s Day gifts ruined by this company. The least they can do is provide full or at least substantial refunds.

I ordered the 'top shelf' 3rd level of flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. Not only did they fail to deliver on the agreed date, but they also kept saying they would deliver the flowers each day for 5-6 days over, raising my mom's hopes and then never delivering. After a week of this, they went MIA. Despite my multiple attempts to reach them, they ended up automatically refunding my card for $114 around 10 days later without ever trying to resolve the issue first. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

This company is a scam. I placed my order for Mother's Day in advance and the first red flag was that the I never received an email confirmation for my order. The next day, I began receiving text messages saying the order would be delayed. I tried calling customer service on the day of delivery (by the way there are several different numbers for customer service - I tried all of them with no luck getting through) and every call was automatically disconnected without me ever getting to speak with anyone. I then emailed their customer service department to cancel my order because delivery was delayed and I never got an email response that my message was received OR that they acknowledged my cancellation request.
I finally called my credit card company and processed a charge dispute once the charge hit my account. Almost 2 weeks later, I got a call from their customer service department to ask me about the charge dispute -- I spoke with Jill who said she is a "manager" and she never acknowledged receiving my email cancellation or having any record of the delays in my order being delivered. She asked me if my mom wasn't home for the delivery and I told her my mom lives in a retirement community and doesn't go anywhere.
I confirmed that my order was never delivered, I got 2 texts saying my order was delayed, told her I have all the documentation from them about my order being delayed and my cancellation request and said I never want to hear from them again. She never acknowledged having any information in my order record of the delays, the cancellation request, etc. I have never had such an unprofessional experience in my life. And by the way, if you finally ever get to talk with someone, you might hear dogs barking in the background, papers shuffling, the phone being dropped -- I have no idea where these people are working but it is definitely not in a professional setting. STAY AWAY.

I ordered flowers for a special occasion, and they were supposed to be delivered on 5/17. The flowers were never delivered, and when I reached out to see what happened, they said that they were fully booked up and couldn't fulfill the order on that day, so it was supposed to be delivered on 5/20, and when they weren't delivered then, they were rescheduled for 5/21. They then sent an email saying that the delivery address was in a remote location, so the order could not be done. I then tried to call customer service about a refund, and the service was awful and was put on hold, and I still have not been given a refund. This company is not trustworthy, and the customer service is awful.

I ordered flowers for my Mom for Mother's Day, guaranteed Mother's Day delivery. She never received the flowers. She lives in a gated community, which I mentioned on the comments. They have to go through the gate and let the recipient know before they are let in to deliver. They said they delivered and left them at the door. This is Vegas, hot weather and there were no flowers left at her door or anywhere around her condo. I contacted them and they said they didn't deliver on Mother's Day, but did a couple days later, no they did not. They did not call her or email her, they had both. I told them again, they weren't delivered. They called my Mom, the following Saturday and left a message, so she called back at the number given and had to wait about an hour, before they answered her call and they informed her they had been delivered and she told them they had not been delivered.
She asked for the florist that had the order and she would call them and they said they could not do that. She said to forget the flowers and give my daughter her money back and they said they could not do that. She told them that was a shotty way of doing business and they hung up on her. She is 84 and with it. I re-emailed them and told them to just refund my money, she never got the flowers and they were rude to my mother. I told them that I didn't want to pay for someone else's flowers and they have never responded. What a crappy business, I will never order from them again. I was a Florist for 25 years and we always made things right. The customer comes first! I spent $96 dollars for nothing. Very disappointing.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I've been in retail management for over 20 years and I was flabbergasted on how I was treated and the lack of concern of the satisfaction of their customers. I understand how things can happen and I understand that you should take responsibility for mistakes but they don't. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! They state they never give full refunds to dissatisfied customers (which is unusual) and I had to fight my way to at least 30 dollars (amazing how it went up from 10). But I was told over and over they do not give full refunds...scary.

I ordered over a $220 funeral spray that was SUPPOSED to be delivered YESTERDAY, Friday May 17,2024! So please tell me why the day of the Funeral am I just now getting a call that my order couldn't be fulfilled?! You left me with NO TIME to have a replacement sent out being that the funeral is in literally 2 hours! This is unacceptable and inexcusable! I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and paid extra for a nice vase, the medium level flowers and extra in shipping to ensure delivery on Mother’s Day. Mother’s Day came and went and no flowers were delivered. I called the phone number but they don’t have anyone you can talk to. I would have used my confirmation number to track it but they never sent me an email confirmation so I had no number. I sent an email to the company and all they asked was my phone number and two week later, still have yet to respond. Flowers were eventually delivered but they were no where near the flowers I ordered and in some basic trash vase. Save your time, save your money, and don’t have a holiday ruined because this horrible company doesn’t have a sense in customer service whatsoever.

I placed an order on Saturday May 11 for delivery on Mother's Day May 12th to my Aunt who is very ill. Wanted to brighten her day. The money was taken out of my checking account immediately. However on Sunday afternoon I get text saying unable to deliver and it had been rescheduled for Monday. I immediately responded saying I wanted a credit to my account. I was told would credit for $10.00 which I accepted. That credit has yet to take place. On Monday I receive email and text stating still cannot deliver. At that point I asked for my order to be canceled and to immediately credit my account in full since NO service was provided and I asked for a reply back confirming the cancellation. ZERO reply now and my account still has not been credited.
I have sent 2 more emails with ZERO response at all. I should have read the reviews first before ever placing this order because apparently this company does not do many deliveries and reviews are horrible, yet their replies to reviews make it sound like they are not in the wrong. I have asked for immediate credit to my account and has not happened. I did speak with my Aunt today and verified no delivery. As I have said in my emails my next step is to contact my attorney and you will then be forced to credit well more than the $105.00 I paid for flowers never delivered. Everyone out there NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I called several times before actually reaching a human being to talk to. I wanted to be refunded for the almost $100 that I spent on the flowers to be delivered BEFORE Mother’s Day and I was refused. One of the worst excuses for a company. Just Flowers guaranteed my flower order would be delivered to my Mother for Mother’s Day. “I ordered in plenty of time” Yet, SIX days LATER and MULTIPLE calls to the company, and they STILL haven’t delivered my order! (Ordered on Friday morning, and it’s Thursday). Cancelling my order was almost impossible! It took more work to cancel than it did to purchase! Each time I spoke to someone, I was told the delivery would be “tomorrow”. On several of those calls, it was “dropped/hung up”, and I’d have to call back, and wait a minimum of 15 minutes on hold, until I got a representative. This is legitimate theft. Also their call service is awful as it just directs me to leave a message. If my emails can't be returned I have little faith my calls will. How frustrating that money I work so incredibly hard for is stolen by a company still promoting themselves as "guaranteed". Find someone else for this service. I ordered for Mother's Day and it said on their site "Order in the next 4 hours for delivery on Mother's Day". I did it and regretted it after my charge went through. I printed the web page confirming my purchase and order number.... Thank goodness I did that because I was immediately charged but never received a confirmation email. When my Mom did not receive the flowers, I called but kept getting a message to call again. Their 24 hour service chat is inoperable. The "Inquiry Page" I filled out 5 times never got a response. I emailed them, still with no response and it is NOW Wednesday. My mother has received no flowers. I have filed for my VISA card to dispute the charge. Just avoid my situation and order from another company.

So naturally I replied back to the email and requested for my order to be cancelled. Order number **. I then left a voicemail on their useless customer service line to also cancel the order. Well Monday evening the day after Mother’s Day the flowers were delivered. I received no reply to my email or phone message. So on Monday I again sent an email and left a voicemail and as of today still have not heard back from them. STAY AWAY from this company. Lesson learned to myself. I should have done my research.

Do not use this company!! Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. Not only was the arrangement nowhere close to what was pictured, but the quality was also horrible! I understand substitutions may need to be made, but what was given was not of equal value. The florist they used was Harris Teeter, a grocery store and a base from like the Dollar Store. I could’ve gone to Harris teeter and made a better arrangement myself, but wanted a more professional look and definitely did not get it. With the cost of flowers and delivery it came out to about $90, and all they offered back was $20 which I accepted because it was better than nothing. Please I urge you to never use this company, they are scammers!!! This is what was ordered and what was received.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers on 5/11 and understood the chances of getting delivered on Mother's Day was low but the website indicated there was still time and made me chose a certain bouquet option that fit in that date criteria. I never received an email to confirm my order. I had to call and wait on hold for a very long time to get my order number to be told I had to go back to the website to check the status.
I received a text stating my flowers would not be delivered on Monday either so I called and emailed and have not been able to get through to anyone or have gotten a response from anyone. It's now Wednesday and I have gotten a message daily letting me know my flowers are unable to be delivered and has been rescheduled to the next day. THE WORST online flower service I've ever experienced - and I purchase online everyday. Ordered a supreme Mother's Day bouquet to be delivered before 6pm on Mother's day. At 4:30pm on Mother's day I got a text saying that they apologize they could not deliver and will deliver the following day (Monday). At 4pm on Monday, I got a text saying that they apologize they could not deliver and will deliver the following day (Tuesday). I called immediately but was looped in a telephone circle with no actual person and no one to help. I simultaneously sent an online order inquiry via their website.
A JustFlowers rep called the following day (Tuesday) at 11:30am - she said she could not guarantee a delivery window but that it would be delivered by 6pm and she will keep me updated. At 3pm on Tuesday, I got the same text "We apologize that we are unable to deliver your order today to____ and we have rescheduled it for tomorrow". I still cannot get an actual person to talk to, to cancel/refund a Mother's day delivery that never showed. Disgusting customer service, absolutely NOT RELIABLE and I have spent way too much of my time trying to get their inadequacy straightened out. I am now spending my time here writing this review, so you can be saved from this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law to be delivered the day before Mother's Day (2024). I was charged $10 for shipping and $6 for handling. My mother-in- law and her husband are retired so they were home all day, the delivery person didn't even knock on the door, so her flowers sat out in the sun and wind for apparently multiple hours and they were all wilted and half destroyed. She called and said well, either they sat outside for many hours or they sent me dead flowers.
The cost of the flower arrangement and shipping/handling was $96+. I sent an email to them and they apologized and said that they were really busy. Right.. IMO, that's what keeps them in business is to be busy during holidays. She offered me a $10 discount. :/ Very disappointed! I will NEVER use their service again, I wish I had read their views before I ordered! NOT RECOMMEND!! They didn't even send me a receipt even though I added my email at the end for delivery and payment receipt! >:(

I ordered from Justflowers because they guaranteed same-day service. However, I gave a three day notice prior to when I wanted the flowers to be delivered. It was a Mother’s Day gift and wanted them delivered on Mother’s Day. It is now two days past the delivery date and I still keep getting Messages from them saying they were not able to deliver and do not give a reason why. I’m receiving daily Messages that say they will deliver “next available” delivery day, but does not give a date when that “Next available delivery day“ will be. My mother still has not received the flowers nor have I been credited the money back. I think this company is a scam.

They don't even deserve a 1 star rating. I wanted to order flowers for mother's day, and this company popped up, if I ordered before 11, it would be delivered that day. It is Tuesday, and still not delivered. Order was over $100!! Trying to reach someone via the links provided on website and no response. The only way to get someone on phone is to select option for ordering, but they won't help you.

Flowers didn’t show up till Monday and nothing like what I ordered. I realize some substitutions should be expected due to high volume of orders for Mother’s Day. But…1 rose and a couple carnations and a sprig of stuff doesn’t warrant over $100 which included a next day delivery charge which didn’t happen either.

Absolutely worst experience ever. Please JustFlowers.com don’t even bother replying to this post until you fix your processes, technology and systems. BUYER BEWARE. I ordered Mother’s Day flowers for my Mum. No email confirmation - luckily I took a screenshot of order screen. When I rang to get a refund I was told by the agent that she wasn’t authorized to give me a refund even though my bouquet was never even assigned to a florist. She said the best she could do was to give me a $10 discount and have the flowers delivered sometime after Mother’s Day; I said this was unacceptable they missed Mother’s Day and I wanted a refund. Agent then said she would get a manager who would call me back directly; well and two days later no calls and still no emails. Over an hour on hold now calling long distance from overseas. Absolutely infuriating… these muppets should be shut down for fraud.

I Do not recommend this company. I ordered flowers to be delivered the day after Mother's Day since there was no available florist available for Sunday delivery in my mother's area. Just Flowers still has not delivered any flowers and it's Tuesday. If you try to call Just Flowers, you will be put on hold and soon after your call will get DROPPED!!!

I will definitely never use Just Flowers ever again. Hope others learn from my mistake. Mother's Day flower order accepted and confirmed, but never delivered. Order canceled without consent after I requested delivery confirmation by email. Delivery Confirmation by phone unavailable due to high holiday call volume.

Neither the flowers I ordered or support was available when needed. Based on my personal experience and looking over the comments here, it seems Just Flowers probably spends more time and effort responding to dissatisfied customers than they do delivering flowers. That should tell you everything. Can't wait to hear what excuse they use for this absolute Mother's Day fail...
1) We tried our best, but Mother's Day is the busiest day of the year for florists. And you didn't know this ahead of time? It's your responsibility not to accept orders you can't deliver.
2) The local florist couldn't deliver the order. I didn't order from the local florist. I ordered from Just Flowers. It's your responsibility to use reputable local florists who can deliver your orders.

This is the first time trying to order flowers from JustFlowers.com and will be the last time. They never delivered the flowers on the day they first said, then we got an email stating they would be delivered the next day and still nothing, then a 3rd email stating they would be delivered on the next day again and still nothing. I understand Mother's Day is busy, but surely they could have been delivered by 5/12/24 or 5/13/24. My daughter lives in a small town so they can't be THAT busy for deliveries there. You have very poor customer service. Saying you will help 24/7 is a joke. You can't get to speak to anyone. Website is also not good on checking on an order.

I ordered flowers for mother's day. They were supposed to be delivered on May 11, 2024. My mother is very important to me and I live 1400 miles away from her. She is in New Hampshire and I live in Saint Louis Missouri. I keep getting text messages that they were unable to deliver and how sorry they are but they just keep rescheduling for the next day. Now they say tomorrow is the day they're going to deliver. I am fed up. Never again.

Order No. **. I rarely ever write a review. I am writing to warn every consumer of this scam of a company. I spent over $100 to order my mother flowers for Mother's Day, to be delivered on Saturday. The flowers did not arrive on Saturday. On Sunday, they did not arrive, but this scam company had the audacity to send me two emails saying the flowers were delivered. They were not. It is a lie. And when I emailed them for a third time to explain that they were never delivered, and to request a refund, they ignored me. Not to mention, when I contacted their customer service line, they stated that they were too busy dealing with other calls and could not help me. Let me be clear: this is a scam and if you doubt that, read the other reviews. The company should be shut down and its executives charged with criminal fraud.

This company is ridiculously scamming people. They say on their site same day delivery but no... it's been 2 days late since the initial delivery was supposed to be. This was by far the worst first time and now last time I'm ordering. I canceled the order and want to get a refund.

Updated on 05/14/2024: I have been trying to reach out to the company all day and no response. I post a review on here and get a response almost immediately. Pretty poor customer service but I guess if you can't do what you are paid for, then I guess damage control gets ramped up. I have spent 175 dollars and no response, a could not deliver today note twice, and still not a peep from the company email. I have always used 1800FLOWERS and will be going back to there. I would have given this lame company 0 stars but it was not an option. I will be disputing this through my credit card company. Thanks for being a great company.

Did not delivery same day as advertised, and did not deliver the next day either. Called in to cancel and went to voicemail after being on hold for awhile. Tried again, same result. Tried to go through their website, the password they sent me did not work. Called the number to order and someone answers quickly, however she said she couldn't help as that was to order only. Called a different number and did talk to someone who said I couldn't cancel and proceeded to offer me a $5 gift card which I declined. She then transferred me to another extension who she said could help me with the cancellation. Was placed on hold, then was disconnected. Tried one last time and went to voicemail again. I don't typically write reviews, but this company is so bad that no one should use them. Find better options!!

If I could leave a 0 I would.. The website says GUARANTEED DELIVERY on date scheduled. These flowers were delivered a day late & DON'T look anything like the photo.. WHAT IN THE HELL WAS RECEIVED? These don't look remotely the same! What I received was worth 30$ not 70$ plus shipping of 30$.. DON'T ORDER from this company! Save your money! They don't pick up the phone, call you back or email you back!!

Worst experience ordering flowers I have ever had. Their website advertises “on time delivery” but that couldn’t be further from the truth. This was the first Mother’s Day since my sister had passed away. My mom was already having a rough time and I live out of state and have a pregnant wife at home so I could not be there. I went with Justflowers because they advertised on time delivery and it was very important they got there for Mother’s Day. Not only did they not get there in time (they STILL haven’t got there yet and Mother’s Day was yesterday) I can’t even get a hold of anyone to see what is going on. It just takes me to some automated messaging system. Definitely never use Justflowers.com.

Ordered flowers for my mom who lives in Tenn. Was told that the order was going to be delivered on mother's day then was told the following business day which would be today 5/13. Every time I attempted to call and get someone on the phone after a while it just makes you leave a voicemail. Then when I got someone I was hung up on because I asked for someone else to talk to. I emailed back the confirmation email. The “customer service” number no matter what option you choose only lets you leave a voicemail. Now on 5/13 I received an email stating “we're sorry it could not be delivered. It would be delivered the next business day.” How do you have customer service that doesn't pick up the phone but answers emails and voicemails. I expect a full refund.

Flowers I ordered last week for same day delivery still have not been delivered. Every day they say the flowers will be delivered the following day and when the following day arrives they do it all over again. They have done this 4 times already! And not one of these messages offer a discount or anything else for all of this aggravation. You’d think they would so they don’t lose customers. Unfortunately that ship has sailed and I am way beyond a discount or anything else to keep me as a customer. Their lack of customer service and my negative review is obviously not a concern and will not affect their bottom line but I can promise you I will take every opportunity I can to share my experience with the public.

Do Not Purchase from this company. I ordered a Lovely set of flowers for my Mother for mother's day. Wanted them ordered for the date before mother's day, to avoid running into issues with back ups and delays. After ordering and waiting the following day to hear from my mother about the flowers, I never got the call. Instead I got a notification about a delay and rescheduled for the following day. It happened again, and again. My mother never got the flowers I ordered as it was Near $100. Now I am just waiting for a refund and talking about they have to contact a florist in order to process my refund. Absolutely Ridiculous. Never going to use them ever again. Never ever order from this site. Didn’t send my order on Mother's Day. Called around mid day and they assured me the flowers would arrive that day. Now they have bumped it back at least 2 days later. Then called. They sent me to voicemail and never returned my voicemail. Then sent an email…. CRICKETS. These people should be ashamed of themselves charging $22 for shipping and handling and not shipping in time when the gift is labeled ‘Mother's Day Basket’.

This company is a total scam. They fraudulently say they can deliver same day flowers. I ordered flowers three days ago and keep getting emails saying they won't arrive today. They promised delivery for Mother's Day, Sunday. It is now Tuesday. A company should not be able to advertise a service they do not provide. It's straight up fraud. There are many reviews stating this online, google should be held responsible for placing them first or second on their search engine.

I paid for Sunday delivery, I received an email and text saying they couldn’t deliver that day (got this info late at night) and it would be delivered the next day. This is the absolute worst company to order flowers from. They used to be dependable sending nice arrangements on time. The past three orders have been disasters. Either the flowers were dead, the arrangement was not what I ordered or it was many days late. I will never use this service again and would not recommend you do either. Reviews are consistent of the business and it’s unfortunate that I made my purchase before I read such reviews and had my own experience. I placed my order On Friday the 10th of May for delivery Saturday the 11th (order number **). This date was available on their websites calendar and the website states they are “flower delivery experts” with “on time delivery”. I wanted to ensure flowers got to the recipient for Mother’s Day and so would have rather been early then on time. On Saturday I got a text sorry they couldn’t deliver and it will be delivered tomorrow. So I called. Couldn’t get in touch with anyone and left a message. BTW there is only two options for a complaint type on their website as another reviewer also mentioned. Very convenient but I figure…okay at least it will get there on Mother’s Day. Welp, Sunday rolls around and got another text saying the same thing and they scheduled for next day delivery.
This happened Saturday, Sunday, and again today which is Monday. I paid $103 dollars for a Mother’s Day Bouquet to be late with no option to cancel and no one to reach. The dates were important because this person's son died, his birthday was earlier this week and I was trying to ensure she had something on Mother’s Day. The fact that I had to write a review in order to even get this information heard is awful. I would not recommend this service because the claims are false. There is no excuse to offer something as available to the customer if you don’t have the availability nor is it okay to falsely represent a product as I’ve seen in some of the what I ordered vs what I got photos from the company. One false claim and I have to question it all. I recommend to do business elsewhere and to do your research prior.

I am disappointed and sad with my experience with this company. The lack of communication is really astounding, and I would recommend that anyone interested in utilizing this company just go directly through a local florist of wherever you are trying to send flowers. This company is clearly a third party go between for local floral companies, and they are at the mercy of whatever those local companies are able to do as far as logistics and scheduling--and that part I understand and will even allow some grace on. However, the lack of communication, and the lack of being able to speak to an actual human about anything is what I am really disappointed about.
Mother's day flowers were supposed to arrive Saturday, and every day since then (today is Monday), I've received a text and email saying they're sorry, but they can't be delivered, and that the delivery will be rescheduled to the following day. Today I received a message that they will be delivered tomorrow. I have tried to call this company multiple times, and have emailed and responded to their texts, with no answer back. I went on the website and just canceled the order. I expect that I will never get to actually hear back from someone at this company. I would tell anyone to just avoid using them. I struggle to believe they've been in business since 1996.

I was trying to send my mom some roses for Mother’s Day. I live in Indiana and she’s in Florida. I looked up best floral shop in her town and this place popped up. I definitely should have read the reviews but I thought what could go wrong with a flower delivery. Plus they had same day service. So I ordered roses and a balloon to be delivered Saturday. Then get an email saying it would be Sunday. Then another one saying next business day. They still haven’t been delivered so I canceled. I couldn’t even talk to someone thru customer service. So my mom didn’t get anything on Mother’s Day. Thanks JustFlowers for the poor service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could leave a 0 rating, I would. Ordered same day delivery and after they charged me ($102), they were unable to deliver and it was pushed to Sunday, Mother's Day. Well, they were unable to deliver on the rescheduled day as well and it was pushed to Monday the day after Mother's Day. I tried to call customer service for hours and never spoke with a person. All teleprompt choices go to leave a voicemail and no one returns calls. I also emailed them and no response. I ended up cancelling the order as my mom's special day was ruined. Hopefully their refund is quicker than their delivery, but I'll probably dispute with my CC company as well.

I was very disappointed in Just Flowers. I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet for my best friend who lost her tiny baby boy. I wanted to send her flowers in his name. I placed my order on Thursday and got a delivery scheduled for Friday. I paid almost $100. Next day I get this text “We apologize that we are unable to deliver your order #…. to.... today and we have rescheduled it for tomorrow. We understand how important it is to show your loved ones how important they are to you and we are truly sorry….”
Ok so on Friday I was kinda ticked because I had ordered a delivery that day but I was like well if it gets there Saturday that’s still ok. Saturday I get the exact same thing. And Sunday! Now it’s after Mother’s Day and my friend still has not received her bouquet! I am very frustrated! I went online and canceled my order, but later in the evening I get another text same as before. So I tried calling them and talked to a lady and she said I need to call customer service. I did that, waited on hold for a while, and in the end never spoke to anyone. They just wanted me to give my name phone number and order number and they would call me back. Well you know how that works!
Then I get an email saying my order is canceled but I’m not refunded, instead they give me credit to use to buy from them again! I am not going to buy from them again! I want a full refund to my credit card and I can use that money somewhere else! Today it’s the day after Mother’s Day and I’m so sad my friend didn’t get her flowers, especially after all that headache. And so I contacted a local florist in her area and am hoping to get her a bouquet sent a day late. Do not use Just Flowers! It’s a nice idea but their system does not work!

Got an email at 4:12pm saying, "Sorry couldn't deliver it but will do it tomorrow." Absolutely egregious! No phone calls just an end of day, oh well, email!!! I live out of state and relied on this company only to have them flake with no remorse or consideration for all the people they seem to be crapping on. I should have looked for reviews before I trusted them with my business. If you read this and have other social media avenues, like Next Door, Google and the like please make folks aware that this is a very unreliable company that dismisses their obligations and responsibilities to their customers. I have never left a negative comment on a site before but this is just so unacceptable I had to. I ordered my mother a beautiful array of flowers as seen in the picture, they even upsold me for "bigger and more flowers for an extra $20". They do tell you that they may need to swap flowers due to demand but in this case all they sent were 12 roses. My total charge was $130, this is no way the equivalent fower bouquet to what I ordered cost wise. You can literally get 12 roses cheaper on their own website than the 130 they charged me for these. Worst online purchase I've ever made. First and last time getting scammed by this company. Absolutely ruined the joy of the moment.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered flowers for my 70-year-old mother for Mother's Day and paid extra to have them delivered on Mother's Day. Total was $120. Then ON Mother's Day I got a text and an email from justflowers.com stating that they cannot deliver the flowers today after all. I tried calling them multiple times, as well as emailing them, and contacting them via their website. The closest I got to a resolution was a person who told me that they can only help me with placing a new order, and told me to call a different line for customer service. Wouldn't you know, when I called that different line it was the same nonsense. I will be disputing my credit card charge for this order. This is extremely unacceptable and I URGE YOU NOT TO GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

Their phone service seems legit, however you will never reach anyone and the order input will not actually work. I cancelled the credit card I used and the bank will likely help me with a refund. Please avoid this problem. Use a reputable florist.

I would like to give JustFlowers.com zero stars. My Mother's Day order was supposed to arrive yesterday and was sent a text to tell me they would arrive today. And I get another text today now saying they will deliver them tomorrow. And they do not returns phone calls or reply to emails. What is the point of Mother's Day Flowers arriving after Mother's Day? Terrible service and no customer support whatsoever. Do not order from them or you will be sorry.

This is the worst place I have ever dealt with in ordering. They did not deliver when I requested 2 days after I ordered them then they just changed the date three times with no call, no email, no anything except a text that, "Hey, we changed the date to deliver." They are a scam company and should not be in business. Use 1800flowers.com. They will get the flowers there for you on time and when you requested. I wish I could give a negative 50 stars. That is what they deserve.

Their customer service consists of a machine recording and NO ONE answers, even when you stay online for 15-20min and then at last there is one last message and the call drops. TOTAL SCAM. I placed an order for my mother in law for Mother’s Day. I just received an email advising it was unable to be delivered and will be delivered the next available day. I paid $25 for shipping & handling for it to not be delivered on the selected date? Why advertise to others same day delivery, if you can’t even get other orders delivered first? No explanation as to why or when? Today is Mother’s Day, not “the next available day” What does that even mean? I called, then someone answers cutting out, sounding like a robot and goes completely silent. Call 2 more times, wait each time and after waiting the only option is to leave a voicemail.

This is a major league scam. They ensure they pop up first or close to first in most major markets in online searches for florist. They gather and almost certainly sell your information, rarely deliver your flowers and retain most payments as only a percentage of people ordering online bother to chase their payments. Such a gift. They have been reported to almost every state Attorney General law enforcement across the country. I have reported them. Total fraud.

If you want to your flowers a day late or just end up cancelling, Just Flowers is for you. Customer service is either abysmal or non existent. Out of 3 orders to the same address only one showed up and a part of the arrangement was dangling off the side.

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day 2.5 weeks in advance because we live in different countries. I got an email on the day of delivery telling me they couldn't deliver the flowers that day at 330 in the afternoon, which is well before their ending time of 9pm, and it was being rescheduled to today. I spent hours trying to call their customer service line, getting nothing but a voicemail. So, I left a voicemail and sent an email to their support email. Again, today I got the same email, and I went through the whole process again.
I left another voicemail, and ended up finding some resources with new numbers. I finally got ahold of a REAL person, explained everything, and they still wanted to send me to customer service, which wasn't answering calls. I demanded a manager this time (I absolutely hate doing that, but for $70 worth of FLOWERS, I absolutely will), and when she came on, I explained everything to her, as well. She then told me that none of the florists in my mother's area would accept the order (which sounds off, because there's even a Pugh's in the area that absolutely would accept it), and when I asked why they couldn't just tell me that instead of making me believe my mother's flowers would be delivered by their guaranteed time frame, and all she offered at first was to take $10 off my order and still deliver it, even if it meant after Mother's Day.
I told her to cancel my order, and she came out with another deal! Hold the money for another order in the future! How generous, since none of the florists apparently will take their orders. I declined and demanded a refund, and she's supposedly cancelled the order. Only the next week will tell, and if my refund hasn't come through by Friday morning, we will be disputing with our credit card, since they sent me a cancellation email already.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day well in advance and to be delivered the Friday before. Despite their "guarantee" to be there by Mother's Day they have twice pushed back the delivery date until after the holiday. As I'm not seeing my mom for the holiday this was my way of showing her I was thinking of her. So very disappointed!

My boss’s mother passed away on Friday the 26th. Early Saturday the 27th, funeral arrangements were posted showing a visitation for Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon. I placed an online order with JustFlowers.com Saturday morning. They called 20 minutes later, saying that there was a minimum charge for the delivery, and needed $27 more… I agreed. I went to the visitation that Saturday evening, and purposely looked for the plant that I ordered, but wasn’t there. This is a small funeral home in a small town, and this was the only funeral being held that weekend.
Tuesday morning, my boss came back to work. I asked if the plant made it, which it did not. I emailed Justflowers.com, explaining my disappointment, and requested that they reimburse my credit card. They responded quickly and said they would be investigating the situation and would get proof of delivery. Thursday afternoon, they sent me a screenshot of the plant that I’d ordered and called it photographic proof of delivery at 12:00pm on Saturday the 27th. I returned the email saying they sent a picture of a picture and that I was personally there after 4:00pm with no delivery. Now it’s been 2 more days and no response from them. My next step will be to dispute the credit card transaction.

I ordered flowers for my Mother's birthday 4 days prior to her Birthday. I scheduled it to be delivered by 1pm on her birthday. Repeatedly contacted JustFlowers.com after no delivery at scheduled time which was paid express delivery. By 645 pm I received an email with delivery confirmation. Great right? Except no delivery still. My Mother's last 54 birthdays she spent with my Father. Unfortunately he passed away suddenly last month. It has been hard for her. I wanted this special for her. Don’t ever count on JustFlowers. They don’t care about the consumer. The rating they have would be worse if you could do no stars. Pitiful company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My experience was less than pleasant. I ordered a beautiful bouquet that was a same day delivery. It did not arrive until 7:00ish pm the next day. It was nowhere near as full & beautiful as what was pictured online. Very poor quality. There are so many other choices for floral service. I will never use this company again!!

I should have looked at the reviews before placing an order. It's after 5pm on 3/30, I placed my order at 2:30am which said it was same day delivery, has yet to be delivered. After reading all the reviews of not delivering same day as expected, I'm afraid this is likely for my order as well.

Z, deliveries are available in most major cities on Saturday and Sunday in the USA. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will set up for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, and Mother's Day Orders. This is the worst company to order flowers from. We ordered 2 times and both time they never delivered the flowers. Then they didn’t want to give us the refund until they contacted the flower shop knowing we didn’t receive them. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!! Ever!!!

I placed an order for Calla Lilies for a funeral. They called me six hours later and told me my arrangement was not available and did they have my permission to substitute 8 white roses. I told them no and to cancel my order and apply a refund. They told me no that they would look to find another florist the next morning and would call me if they found one. They made me believe the order would be cancelled if they couldn’t find the Calla Lillies. Since they didn’t call, I assumed the order was cancelled because they wouldn’t know what to substitute. Today they called me at 4:00 in the afternoon and said Calla Lillies are out of season. I said I wanted to cancel my order and they said all they could do was give me a $15 credit and send another arrangement.
CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT OPTIONAL EVEN AT THE TIME YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. Now I have no idea what my arrangement will look like or if it will make it to the funeral on time. When placing an order with another floral company, they had a notice at the time of ordering that said, "arrangement not available for this zip code, so I did not place the order. My order # was **.

Updated on 03/03/2024: Did receive a call from a rep named Teresa who resolved nothing, requested a call back and after doing so, was put on hold, going thru two people and I finally hung up. I did get another VM from this person requesting yet another callback, but decided, I'd already wasted enough energy on this. It's obvious that JustFlowers.com's customer satisfaction is not high on their priority list. If the florist they use is inferior, unable to complete the delivery on time and/or delivers it in a damaged condition and you make the mistake of accepting it, you're on your own. I'll certainly be looking elsewhere for ordering on future special occasions.
Original: Used them to send 3 Valentine's day orders. Site stated that they could be delivered the next day when I placed the orders on 2/13/24. One order to Iowa, which, due to the florist they used, was ultimately successful. One to W.V. which wasn't. Received a notice on 2/14 saying 'unable to deliver, will re-deliver.' This was to a business which was open. Received another notice on 2/15, stating the same. At that point, since it gave me the option, I cancelled it and I was refunded quickly. The 3rd order was an order to my sister in Tucson, Az. It was to be a surprise, but after receiving no response from her that it was delivered by the evening of Valentine's Day, I texted her, essentially ruining any chance of surprise and asked if it had been delivered and she responded, no. I never received any alert with a delivery problem.
I went to the Justflowers.com website and since it gave me no option to cancel, I checked off the 'deliver asap' and hoped it's be delivered a day late. Next day, 2/15, I receive a message that it was delivered mid-morning. Texted my sister who said she hadn't received anything. Messaged JustFlowers.com who apologized and said they'd contact the florist as soon as they opened and make sure it was delivered quickly. Again, nothing happened. Still no option to cancel. Alerted them again that nothing had showed up.
Finally, on the afternoon of Feb.17th, the order showed up. My elderly sister should have refused it since flowers were beginning to wilt, the vase was bone dry and the attached card had been ripped off and was water stained. It probably was the original arrangement, but where it had been for days remained a mystery. Sent pictures and complaints to them and even got to speak to a live person who stated that a pic. of a wilted flower and being 3 days late shouldn't warrant a refund of more than $13.
Eventually, they upped their, as they called it, 'generous refund' to $15.00. I declined it. They wouldn't divulge the name of the florist, either. Bottom line is that you're rolling the dice with the florist they pick, if it's a disaster, JustFlowers.com will rectify it by offering a pitiful refund, rather than making it a customer friendly experience. I'll never use them again, proceed with caution if you're considering using them.

Horrible customer service! Orders flowers online for Valentine’s Day. Ordered Love creation off their site. Only showed roses and greenery in the pictures online. Very simple message in the card, "Love JLF." They sent the wrong flowers! The arrangement was mostly daisies. Very few roses and I paid additional $20 to upgrade the amount of flowers in the arrangement! Plus they got the card wrong and looked like a first grader wrote it. It said, "Love JLS!" Who is this person?! Like you can’t even get 7 letters correct!! Emailed customer service. Originally didn’t want to refund anything then it went to $5 then $10 then $15 then $20. I kept arguing with the customer service manager on and off the phone four times and finally she said, "All I’m giving you is $30." I said, "Ok. Refund that because the most that arrangement was worth is $85. Go ahead. I’ll leave a review for you and your business."
Then she tried to take my $30 refund back because I was going to bad mouth the company! She thinks daisies is equivalent to roses and should be accepted as such! Honey are you serious? Daisies are the cheapest flower you can buy! My uncle had a very well known flower shop in the town over from me. He actually laughed at what was sent and said, "How much did you pay for that?" When I said $195 he did laugh and said, "They screwed you over!" I have emails and pictures to back up everything I’ve said here including their horrible customer service!

Jaclyn, the arrangement was filled to value and made as close as possible. A necessary substitution had to be made to ensure timely delivery. Your order was placed on February 13th at 9:58 PM EST for delivery the next day. Not to mention, you paid $169.99 for the arrangement, not $195. Flowers are more expensive during Valentine's Day. We should also mention that a $30.00 refund was offered and accepted to end any further complaints. Therefore, no further compensation will be issued.

Consider this a cautionary tale for anyone considering Just Flowers for their floral needs. I'm utterly dismayed by the abysmal service I received when ordering a funeral arrangement from them. Despite assurances, the flowers arrived late and looked nothing like the $250 arrangement I ordered. Adding insult to injury, the accompanying note was replaced with a cheap envelope stating a "greeting card shortage," containing a folded piece of printer paper.
When I attempted to address my concerns with customer service, they argued that the flowers delivered looked like a cross, despite photographic evidence I provided. I requested to speak to a manager to address this, but instead of assistance, I was put on hold, only for the representative to hang up on me. Upon calling back, I once again had to leave a voicemail. This matter remains unresolved. Contacting the company is nearly impossible; after enduring 5-minute hold times, calls are consistently redirected to voicemail. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Just Flowers at all costs. Their lack of competence and empathy is shocking and unacceptable.

Like you, I’ve experienced poor service and unknowingly purchased cheap products before, but JustFlowers.com is hands down the worst company I have ever done business with. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. On that day, I never received my order but I did receive an email saying they were late and would be delivered the following day. Wild and unprofessional but fine.
The following day, I did not receive them, nor did I receive any correspondence addressing their failure to just provide the product I paid for. I called customer service 3 times before I could speak with someone. They hung up on me after saying they would look into the problem. They didn’t call back. I called back 9 times and no one answered.
The following day, still no flowers. Still no one answers customer service. I basically donated over $100 to this company and there’s nothing I can do now. Look at the other reviews here and the company’s replies. They read like the owner’s own rage-fueled excuses embellished with claims that they “actually fulfilled the customer’s demands.” Whoever runs this dump should be arrested. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JUSTFLOWERS.COM. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND GHOST YOU.

I have seen a lot of bad reviews on here followed by JustFlowers replying that they didn't do anything wrong so I'll try to be careful justifying my terrible experience. I ordered flowers for Valentines day hoping they would arrive on Valentines day. They did not. I understand things get busy, but I live in a location where I know that there are many local florists and in years past other companies were able to accommodate the delivery date.
I tried contacting them at the end of the day to cancel the order, but due to high volume on this busy day, they were not able to field calls. I emailed them twice to cancel my order to get a refund and did not get a response. At the end of the following day, the flowers arrived, however they smelled very strongly of cigarettes. I thought this clearly constitutes a full refund. I spoke with a representative over the phone and they refused to give me a refund on my order, but instead gave me a 15 dollar credit, which I will clearly never use. So if anyone out there is looking to save 15 dollars on low-quality flowers that smell like cigarettes and arrive a day late please reach out.

I placed a order on October 8th for delivery on Valentine's day. Valentines day came and went and no delivery. After trying to verify where my delivery through the site recommendation text messaging service (only to get a reply to say they are experiencing unusual high messaging volume). No customer service availability, (after holding for 20 mins the system will direct you to voicemail). Additionally the online inquiry also did not generate any help. On the day after valentines day I proceeded multiple times to get customer service online, again, of course no response. The flowers finally were delivered around 3:50 pm the day after valentines day. Which defeats the entire purpose of getting flowers on valentines day.
Today I Finally was able to get customer service on the phone (2 days after valentines day). I requested a refund for the purchase due to the VALENTINES DAY FLOWERS, being delivered the evening after the holiday. They refused to do anything and actually could not confirm there was even a delivery made. She went on to tell me that it's the busiest flower day of the year and the shops were too busy, as if that is a good excuse. The flower shop should not have taken the order if they could not fulfill it on time. After arguing the fact they being busy is not a acceptable excuse with this person. The fact that if you order flowers for a holiday the expectation is for it get there on that day. She disconnected the call.
I then called back, requested a manager politely and of course the manager is busy. I don't expect a call back. What I expected was a company to support the customers and hold their vendors/florist accountable and not just use a excuse that it's the busiest flower day of the year. I recommend not using these companies if you don't have to, consider using or finding local florist in that area. Instead JUSTFLOWERS destroyed someone's valentines day and they could care less.

Deliver never arrived on the day it was supposed to. The website to inquire the status for the order has a couple inquires options convenient for them and not for the customer. Customer service is a recording and not a live representative and keeps you on the line for a long time and then refers you to their inquire website. Do not use this company. I ordered flowers yesterday morning at 5:30 in the morning, they were to be delivered 26 miles away by end of day… They were not delivered. I have left 16 voice messages, 10 or 12 text messages, and no one ever replies or responds now the day after Valentine's Day. They still haven't been delivered. I am going into my social media for the over 3000 people, close friends that I have, and going to let everybody know "Do not use this company".

It's the evening of Valentine's Day and I've been on hold (after being on hold and being disconnected 25 minutes later) with Justflowers.com. I ordered a simple dozen roses last night to be delivered today. (Cost: $130) They didn't arrive. All I want is a refund and to regain the respect of my wife, who realizes that this company has a low regard for customer satisfaction and repeat purchases. Never again will I ever order from this company or refer anyone. Customer service or lack thereof is nonexistent. They pitch the idea of same day delivery, but that is a lie. If the order cannot be delivered the same day, the least the company should do is call you and tell you the reason. Not send you a text message, the order will not be delivered today. They are definitely an empty promise company. I guarantee they will reply to this review asap, but will not give you a refund.

Michael, we received your order very late at 1:17 PM EST on Valentine's Day when all of the local shops were already booked up for the busy holiday. We offered to send your order out the following day with a discount but you insisted on a full refund instead which has already been done.

I went to their website in the morning of Valentine's Day this year and it showed "Today Delivery." I placed the order, my card was charged $115 and they never delivered. Throughout the day I tried calling couldn't get through. The recording would say "text us for faster service." I texted many times only to get a "try back later" reply. I tried to email, no response. If they couldn't handle the order volume the day of then they shouldn't have taken the orders. I noticed other sites would not accept orders for today's delivery. They should have done the same.

I got no email with the confirmation so I decided to call them and they told me that the lines were busy and I couldn't get through. So I decided to cancel my order because I was promised that my flowers will be delivered today. That's what it said on their website and when I call no one responded to me all day. I placed the only around 9:00 this morning. I called around about 3:00 and she said it hadn't even find a florist in my area which I live in Charlotte, North Carolina and there is a bunch of florists in this area. They didn't even have my bouquet of roses ready so I decided to cancel my order. She was assisting that they can reschedule my order so I said no. I just want my refund so I was told that my my refund won't be back until 1 to 4 days.
They are horrible and then when she called the number came up as a telemarketer making me think that they are scammers. I asked for my flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day not the day after Valentine's Day. So there is no reason for them to say they couldn't find a florist in this area or they was all booked the thousands of florists in Charlotte, North Carolina. I have used a similar site 800flowers.com. I had no issues with them delivery the flowers.
With the reviews that this company has, they really don't need to be in business anymore because everybody is unsatisfied and if people can't get their stuff when they request what's the purpose. They even having a business open. They are one of the worst flower businesses I ever seen for to be based out of California. You should know better. Y'all should do better. I would never use just flowers again. Just give me my refund and I don't want any excuses about refunding me my whole 100 and $9. They charge all this money but can't get people their stuff on time.

Ricky, we received your order at 9:17 AM EST on Valentine's Day when all of the local shops were already booked up for the day. We offered to send your order out the following day with a discount but you refused and insisted on a full refund instead which has already been done.

Updated on 02/14/2024: I wrote a review yesterday (attaching the receipt) explaining JustFlowers.com failed to deliver an order of flowers on 2/12, failed to re-deliver on 2/13 and Customer Service was 100% unhelpful and difficult to reach. This morning, the company posted a public response asserting that the flowers were delivered -- conspicuously absent was any evidence (picture, receipt, etc.) supporting this contention. I assure you, JustFlowers.Com took payment but never delivered the flowers. Not only are they unreliable ... when a customer complains, they accuse the customer of lying. Nice trick! Good luck with your business for now, JustFlowers.com ... you won't last long with a reputation like this.
Original review: Do not do business with JustFlowers. They fail to make deliveries when ordered. Their customer service is designed to frustrate and obfuscate and they will not refund for failed delivery. Go to another vendor. Do not patronize Just Flowers.

I have unsubscribed from this company's email list at least 5 times now. This company is clearly terrible and refuses to unsubscribe my email. After reading other reviews and seeing their awful rating, it makes since. Too bad they can't be shut down.
