I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service from Just Flowers. I ordered flowers for my daughter-in-law who just gave birth to my grandson to be delivered on Sunday 11/8 and I found out a week later that they were never received! When I contacted Just Flowers I was told the flowers were delivered Monday 11/09 at 3p.m. She left the hospital at noon that day. I specified when placing the order online that the flowers be delivered on Sunday 11/08 and my confirmation stated they would be delivered that day.
I phoned Just Flowers on 11/16 and spoke to their customer service department. I asked if they could refund for the arrangement since it wasn't delivered and was told they would investigate. I heard back a few days later and was told they were delivered on Monday at 3 p.m. When I explained that it was false advertising that the flowers would be delivered that same day and that I was not paying for them, she told me I was expected to pay for them and that it is only their job to deliver the flowers and it's not their fault that the patient left the hospital. I am shocked and appalled at the lack of customer service. I then asked if they could re-send the flowers to the recipients home since the flowers never reached her and the customer service rep refused. If this is how Just Flowers chooses to do business, then I will no longer be doing business with this company.
I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company and have heard from a customer service rep named "Bella" several times who argues with me that I shouldn't be filing a claim, that the flowers were delivered. I told her that when people have babies these days they are only in the hospital for one or two days. I took them 1 1/2 days to get the flowers to the hospital and the patient had already checked out. Just Flowers has left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I will never be doing business with this place again.

I wish I had read this before I placed the order. I called to place an order on Thanksgiving to ensure they were open. I also spent extra money to get it delivered in 4 hours. I spent almost hundred dollars. I never heard from receipt. Thinking it was strange I called to confirm deliver. I was jerked around and after 20 minutes found out the florist they used was closed. No one called me to tell me. I immediately requested a supervisor and was put on hold. Came back after 10 minutes that they were no available. I assisted and Aluce hung up on me. I am now on hold 20 minutes with Reggie both supervisors busy. This is ridiculous and the worst company ever!

On 11/12/15 the order was confirmed at 10:50 am for delivery to a local hospital in the Seattle area; At 3:30 pm I was advised delivery would not happen on as ordered that day as no florist could complete the delivery; I called at 8 am on 11/13/15 to relay that the patient would be leaving the hospital at some point on Friday and the flowers needed to be delivered by Noon. After 3 phone calls to inquire of the status of the delivery - which had not been accomplished by 4 pm on Friday - I called the patient who had just gotten home. She advised that she had not received our flowers.
The customer service agent and "manager" at JustFlowers informed me that the hospital had called the patient AT HOME and the patient needed to return to the hospital in order to pick up her flowers - which is over 30 miles round trip from their home. We paid $96 for this arrangement, $18 of which was "service, handling and delivery fee" and in the end the patient's family had to return to pick up her flowers 30 hours after my order was confirmed. They have offered to refund the delivery fee. Whoopie! I am disputing the entire charge with VISA. Don't EVER use this company! There are so many others out there that do a fine job. This was my first and LAST time with JustMaybeYou'llGetFlowers...

I ordered an arrangement through JustFlowers and when it was delivered the recipients were not home, and the arrangement was left outside for three days, before the recipients returned. Additionally, I paid extra to have a red rose included in the arrangement. No red rose included. I called JustFlowers and explained the situation to the person on the phone. She said they would redeliver the arrangement. I then received an email stating that the delivery was made, but when I called the recipients they had not received them.
I then called JustFlowers and was told they would not do anything to address the problem. Of course, I never spoke to the same person twice, and was told a different story, depending on who was on the phone. My suggestions for JustFlowers: Call before you deliver. Never leave flower arrangements outside in the weather. Don't be so rude on the phone when a customer is trying to resolve an issue with you. To sum up: I will not use JustFlowers again, or recommend them to anyone I know.

I ordered online flowers for my sister's 70th birthday. Flowers not delivered, and when I call the number listed (2 numbers, actually) I have been on hold for 15 minutes to no avail. NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! What are the consequences? No flowers for an occasion that won't come around again for my sister and this company lost a customer.

I ordered an arrangement to be sent to the home of a newly married couple on Oct 2, 2015. It was never delivered. I know, because I was at the party at their home after the wedding. Of course the monies were taken from my account at time of order. I called Saturday, was told by representative that they could not reach the florist they ordered from, but they would call me back. Nobody ever called me back. I sent 3 emails to cancel this order & if not resolved by Oct. 6th (by resolved, I mean a FULL refund) I am going to my bank & say it's a fraudulent charge. I wish I had read all of these complaints before I used them. It was embarrassing to have my friends think I did nothing for their wedding, and there were "hidden fees" regarding delivery etc. that I was never told about. I won't be using JustFlowers again.

I ordered a nice arrangement on Tuesday, Sept 22 to be delivered on Friday, Sept 25 in the early morning or the day before for a funeral service. On Friday afternoon I got a call that they were unable to deliver the flowers in time. WHAT??? They were ordered on Tuesday and it's FRIDAY. The woman calling seemed more interested in not losing the sale and kept offering me deals - re-routing to the home, $15 off if I re-routed, would I like to send a gift basket instead. I then asked to speak with a manager and she WAS the manager. (I was really trying to understand how they couldn't get the flowers there in time). I never did get a reason. I am waiting for the amount to be credited back to my card. I would not recommend JustFlowers to anybody, ever.

Absolutely the worst flower company ever! Please read review before deciding to purchase from this atrocious and inadequate company! No resolution, they only cared about me contacting Visa to cancel purchase, and giving them a bad name! This message was written to two different managers after many attempts to handle this error on their part by phone!
I'm very dissatisfied with order #**, and the manner in which it was dealt with; not only was this unsatisfactory but I was told "I MADE THE MISTAKE!?" (Really?!) As per my order I specifically specified a tall order of two dozen roses, 12 white 12 pink and 4 Star gaze Lilies, no other flowers and nothing red, since it was for a funeral arrangement! As per the picture none of my specifications were met! Not only did I go over the order with your order taker 5 times! I also received 2 more calls to confirm this order before shipment, totaling 7 confirmations!
We all know exactly what I ordered, and since your "customer service" has much to be desired, I will be canceling this purchase with Visa asap! I will also be giving the WORST REVIEW and will also be sure to repeat the story to everyone I know, through social media and throughout entire office and building of colleagues! Word of mouth is extremely powerful! I regret having dealt with Just Flowers and will never do so again!

I get a call from JustFlowers at noon on Monday saying they never delivered the flowers to the funeral home. Do I want them delivered to the house? There was no house to deliver them to. Most people were from out of town. I said to forget it because the funeral was over by 1:00 and they still hadn't found a florist to do the flowers. They kept trying to get me to send the flowers anyway for a $10 discount. The flowers were $200. I insisted I wanted a full refund. I'm waiting to see if I get it. DO NOT ORDER FROM JUSTFLOWERS.COM!!! My mother spent $124 for an orchid with 2 balloons to be sent to me ($79 for plant, delivery, handling fees, etc.). All the flowers died and plant was nearly dead after 5 day. When I found out how much she spent, I contacted justflowers.com customer service the next business day (7th day from receiving the plant). They said they would send a replacements.
3 days goes by and didn't hear from them. I contacted them again and they said it's been over 7 days so they're unwilling to do anything. I filed a BBB complaint and saw that they had over 600 formal complaints filed against them, which is not surprising based on my experience... On Sunday I ordered online a flower arrangement for a funeral on Wednesday. When will I receive my email reservation confirmation for my Aug. reservations? Tuesday I heard from Just Flowers saying they were having trouble finding a local florist. They found one but it would cost me another $13! Knowing the funeral was the next morning I was very upset & panicked. I told them to forget it & in lieu of flowers decided to make a donation. Just Flowers called me back and said it was too late to cancel the order, my credit card was already charge & she was just calling me to get permission to charge an additional $13 on my credit card to cover the long distance delivery.
I should have just called the local florist myself & ordered the flowers but I am from out of town & thought it would be easier to order from Just Flowers but obviously I was very wrong! I have spent the last three days trying to get one single bouquet of flowers delivered, on a random Monday before 1 pm (not a holiday)!!!!!! Your customer service is the poorest I have ever encountered in my entire existence. Not only were my flowers not delivered on the day they were supposed to, they were not delivered the day after either. It is now Wednesday and I spent a solid 30 minutes on the phone yesterday with an incompetent "manager" who basically blackmailed me and stated that if I did not settle my complaint with Better Business Bureau that my flowers would not be delivered.
Whoever she was was extremely unprofessional, and proceeded to be defensive and mock me stating that she would include an "apology" on the flowers stating how "horrible, and crappy of a company Justflowers is". I mean what company on earth runs a business this way. I settled for a measly $20 off my order (product and service still not delivered today, WEDNESDAY), and a supposed apology from the company to the recipient.
This morning I received a phone call from a florist supposedly trying to deliver flowers, except you gave them MY INFORMATION as the recipient. The florist also had no knowledge of an apology that was supposed to be coming from YOUR COMPANY! This company is the absolute bottom of the barrel, dregs of so society, lowest of the low. I cannot even believe you turned something as simple as sending someone flowers into such a battle. I hope your company fails miserable and goes bankrupt because that's what you deserve. PS - The funniest part of this whole ordeal was when a "manager" told me she could only offer me $5.00 off, and stated "What do you want?" The owner is going to be paying for this with his own credit card!" What an insult to my intelligence, you fools.

Potential JustFlowers.com customer. The morning of 25 June 2015, I placed an order ** with JustFlowers.com for Exotic Passion of Tulips. Exotic Passion of Tulips is my wife's absolute favorite! I spoke with a young woman by the name of **. She reassured me that the flowers would be delivered to my wife's job before 1:00 p.m. 26 June 2015! My wife routinely departs work at 2:30 p.m., but I informed her that a package would be delivered to her and asked if she could stay a little while longer. My wife remained at work until 5:00 p.m. Rightfully so, when she arrived home she was upset and very disappointed. I explained the situation to her but that was not enough to extinguish her smoldering disposition. The synopsis with my wife is that the lack of flowers did not start her birthday weekend off good still pissed.
Back to JustFlowers I received a call from a JustFlowers employee whom state that her name was ** who made a very poor attempt to apologize for my wife not receiving her flowers. She continued and explained how THEY would make up for their error. I calmly listened, thoroughly heard her out when she finished talking I asked her how would she feel if she was the woman in this situation. She stumbled in words and proceeded to read her preformatted lines of "we can deliver the flowers tomorrow." I interrupted her and explained that her birthday was today and not tomorrow and that she was the same woman I spoke to earlier that day and that I did not find it amusing. Refused to upgrade the order more than 10.00 or credit me for inconvenience of not sending plant I wanted. Asked to speak with a Manager or Supervisor and of course there was not one available.
I tried to explain to ** that had they called me the day before, I could have canceled my order and used a different company to get what I ordered or something similar to what I wanted. But since they called 5 hrs. before I needed it delivered, I had no choice but accept the plant offered. I asked her why do they have 200 plants on their website when I only have one option for delivery and she had no response. First may I add that I would not award ANY STARS to this company? I conducted a Google search for florist stores close to where my sister lives. I researched companies that could deliver same day. This company was very high up on Google, for some reason. Have since found out that they are almost 400 miles away from where my sister lives. Their website is lovely, but their ethics and lack of professionalism is way beyond disgusting. The only reason I chose this company....website shows “delivery today, buy now” which I did, and spent almost $65.00. I wonder how many people read policies. I usually order flowers from Amazon, an amazing company. Lesson learned. I should have also read all the hundreds of negative reviews; good to know I am not alone. NOT!
I told manager to cancel order, as I have no wish to purchase items from a company that cannot fulfill order, as stated. I was advised that she did not know if that could be done. Why, oh why, do you advertise, “earliest delivery today, buy now”? Your staff just continues to repeat, the policy, the policy, the policy!!! My poor sister is ill, and has medical appointments today. I wanted flowers to be delivered to her June 9, as requested. Conclusion of call with customer service...discourteous and most unprofessional. I have contacted my bank, as I have no desire to deal with your company now, or in the future. I will be submitting dispute, should I be charged. Dreadful experience!!!
CANCEL THIS ORDER IMMEDIATELY! Received call from company, and submitted email number 2 to them; no response. 2:38 PM (28 minutes ago) to service. Can this company get any worse? I have just received a call from manager, June 10, 2015 @ 2:15 pm, informing me that said flowers had been delivered to my sister at noon. Call was from same manager with whom I spoke, to no avail, this morning. So, now she wants to know at what time florist should pick up arrangement from my sick sister! What? She advised me that florist shop was very far away. When I asked location, she gave me my sister's address... Frustrated? More than! How dare she? I then managed to find out from her that the far away florist was NOT FAR AWAY; I lived in that area for over 16 years. This is absolutely beyond disgusting.
In reading your POLICY, I read that you have provided an inconvenience fee of $10.00. With treatment received from your company, you should credit all monies. I am looking on Google to place review, in order to warn other would be customers. As stated, I wish I had checked all reviews. I checked the status online, they 'claim' delivered. I had to call and spend 45 mins on phone to hear them say they were delivered again. I told them they were not. I then finally got them to say they would call local florist and see what happened. They asked then if I wanted them resent if there was a problem with the original order and I told them, "No. Absolutely not, just credit my money.."
Well, today, I have had 9 calls (messages) from the company apologizing and asking my permission to re-send these week late birthday flowers. I called and explained that I don't want the late gift for my friend now and to refund my money and they insisted that they could resend the flowers. I became upset that this company refused to give me my refund. I was then transferred to a manager and the first thing that I said to her was, "Please do not ask me if I want to have these 6-day old "after the event flowers" resent as I am really upset. Just credit my card." And her reply? "I am really, do apologize but I would like to resend your flowers." AHHHHH. With her limited broken English and my gasket blown, I threatened that I would contact AMEX and file a claim and that I would write a negative review...
Please do no go through the frustration that I had too. And the saddest part? My friend thought I forgot her birthday. Go somewhere where people do what they say. Ordering flowers from JustFlowers was the worst experience I ever have had in ordering flowers for a funeral. When I called JustFlowers I told them that I was ordering two flower arrangements for a funeral at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, CO and gave them a number to call to make sure that they were delivered to the right address. The first invoice that I received from them was that they were going to deliver the flowers to a shopping mall. The next invoice showed delivery to an address in Colorado Springs (the funeral was in Denver). At that point I was ready to cancel the orders. After about two hours back and forth someone finally took my advice and called the number I had given them repeatedly.
The next big disappointment was the flower arrangements that were delivered. They did not look like anything JustFlowers had advertised on the internet. I felt embarrassed having ordered these flower arrangements... When I called the company to complain, I was told "could you please speak louder - please repeat what you said" etc. pretending that there was a problem with the connection. It was a landline I was calling from that I used before and after this call without any difficulty. In my opinion they don't even deserve the one star I am giving them.

Company is still unable to deliver flowers now one week after the planned event. Phone calls, chats with customer service do not help - they come up with unbelievably lame excuses as to why they cannot deliver (wrong season, too far..!?). Worst of all, they will not refund the money already paid for a service not delivered. Do not use this company - they waste your time and money!

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on May 6th to be delivered May 8th. The delivery wasn't made on the 8th, or the 9th, or the 10th. I called on the 11th and was told they'd have to contact the local florist. They put me on hold and came back saying they couldn't get an answer and would call me back. They added "they'll deliver today." After waiting three hours I called again and got the same story. But then they started to add "maybe the driver was in an accident." I asked for the name of the "local florist" and they refused to give it to me.
Six hours later I called to demand a refund. Again I got "we'll have to call the florist." I went round and round with the woman. I told her to cancel the order and give me a refund. She put me on hold to call the florist feeding me the "maybe the driver was in an accident" line again. She came back saying the order couldn't be canceled as it was "on the truck". When I pressed her to promise me that what she was saying was they were out for delivery she had to admit that wasn't the case and that she hadn't even talked to the florist.
We were still going back and forth when I got an email from Just Flowers (in response to the complaint I'd emailed them hours earlier) telling me my order was delivered and they hadn't heard of any problems from the "local florist". With that blatant lie in front of me I was told I'd get a refund. The "customer service" team is in another country and from the noise in the background it was obvious it was a large call center. The place is a scam. Don't use them. I wish I'd have taken the time to read the other horrible reviews online. Instead of my mom getting her flowers she ended up apologizing to me for the trouble I'd gone through.

I will NEVER order from here again. I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mother-in-law. Even giving them time to account for a busy holiday - when they were not delivered by Tuesday I called. They offered me a $15 credit and finally delivered them at the end of the business day Wednesday. The deliveryman basically threw them at my mother-in-law and appeared to not speak English when she tried to ask him a question. She got them inside; they were dried and out and according to her "looked like they had been sitting in his car for 3 days in the heat."
When we made a complaint they called and harassed her for a picture of them (she is 75 and not very tech savvy). I had to call repeated for several days to finally get a manager to get back in touch with me and he continued to offer me no compensation unless we could send a picture. Insincere apologies and a coupon for $7 was all that they offered. Don't want a coupon for a service I will never use again. Very disappointed.

Their reasoning is that in small fine print it says some bs of policy. Then why have that picture and make it look like that's what we are ordering? Spent $120.00. I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday and when I found out that they had not arrived I called the company. I "coincidentally" received an email 5 minutes later (while speaking with Just Flowers) stating that the delivery will require an additional $31. I told them that this should have been revealed when I ordered the flowers and that they should eat the cost since it was not revealed at the time I ordered the flowers. They would not do it and so I canceled the order. I believe this is an illegal manipulation in order to make the customer pay a higher price. I also believe that had I not called I would not have received that email and the flowers would have never been delivered. Very disappointing.

Two family members have been the recipients of Just Flowers floral arrangements, one of which was not anything near what was depicted online. After a complaint the local JF affiliate brought another arrangement and it did not match. The initial deliver of this first order was two days late. The second replacement delivery of this order did not match either. The second encounter was a Mothers' Day delivery. Unfortunately, it arrived at 5PM the day after Mothers' Day even though the representative had assured my daughter on the day before Mothers' Day that the order would be delivered that day or on Mothers' Day. It did not match the online photo, and it was predominately green filler, not flowers. Beware this on-line vendor. Seems like their attitude is "Hey, they're the recipient, they don't know what was ordered so use whatever flowers you've got on hand and pad it with lots of green!"

The flowers were partially dead. The flowers did not match the internet picture shown on the website. My wife purchased flowers for my mother who is in her late 80s for mother's day. We went to visit her and saw the flowers, which we took pictures of. The flowers cost $101. The internet pictures made the amount and size look grand, certainly a $100 worth. The actual vase and flowers were very small, with withered ends on the flowers. I could have done better with a bouquet from Home Depot for $30.
When I called in to complain, I was on hold for a lengthy time, and finally transferred to a voice recording where I left my phone message with the order number and my phone number. When finally contacted, I was told that nothing could be done as the flowers were delivered. I am not arguing the delivery. I am arguing what was delivered. I was told I would have to speak with a manager. I was transferred and again put on hold. After 11 minutes I hung up. Eventually I was called back and told that at best I could get back $15. I asked how much the delivery charge was and told it was $20 including a $5 service charge. I asked about the remaining $80 and was told that was for the flowers I was complaining about. Eventually I was told that if we gave back the dead flowers, they would replace them days later.
This is crazy. Mother's day has come and gone and the idea was and is that the flowers did not match the pictures and were in poor shape. I was told that $15 was all I would get. This is terrible business. I want my fund back. Their order number **, was ordered on the 7th or 8th of March 2015

We visited on Sunday and the flowers looked like they were 3 weeks old, petals completely off. My spouse called the florist to complain and they advised that they would immediately deliver a replacement, which they did. The arrangement was absolutely awful! A few flowers and a lot of greenery that looked to have been arranged by a child. Totally unlike the original order. The original arrangement was $65 and they looked as if they might have been worth $25. I was stunned when I saw them and immediately contacted JustFlowers.
My husband contacted JustFlowers and the CSR just kept asking over and over if we had pics. I had to demand to speak with a manager, **. When ordering an arrangement for Mother's Day, the website clearly stated Delivery Today. That was one of the main reasons I ordered from their website. Now, while there is a stipulation on the order "Flowers are designed to be delivered as close to the arrangement pictured as possible," the arrangement delivered looked nothing like it and had no lavender in it. You can see in the pictures I submitted in this review.
In addition it wasn't delivered on Mother's Day but rather on 5/12/15. When I called Sunday evening they stated they couldn't guarantee delivery that day due to the high volume of deliveries. This was not indicated on the website or during the course of my purchase. Then it was delivered two days after and looked nothing like the arrangement I chose. I would like people reading this review to think twice before purchasing from this website and to check with local florist who have more knowledge of when they can guarantee a delivery and what arrangements they can create.

I ordered flowers for my stepmother at noon on Mother's Day. The company's website indicated to me, as I placed my order, that I had one hour and 55 minutes left to place my order and have it delivered that day. I received an email confirming my order at 12:13 PM. The order was not delivered that day. At 11:55 AM today (the next day), I received an email informing me that they had failed to deliver the flowers yesterday and the order would be "attempted" today. I called their customer service line and told them that this was completely unacceptable. The first customer service rep to whom I spoke eventually handed me off to his manager, who tried to blame the problem on the different time zones (I placed my order in Chicago and the delivery was to be in Pensacola).
I informed her that Pensacola and Chicago are both in the central time zone and she tried to argue with me that all of Florida was in the eastern time zone, which it is not, but she surrendered that tactic when she realized that she was wrong. Ultimately, she offered to call my stepmother (the intended recipient of the flowers) to apologize and that the company would refund $5 to me. I told her that an apology means nothing to an old lady in a nursing home who sees all of her friends receiving flowers on Mothers Day but who does not receive them herself; nor does $5 mean anything to the sender of those flowers when such a failure occurs.
She raised the refund offer to $10 but underscored that the company would not provide a full refund. I told her that I will never use the company again--I certainly won't-- and that I will "torch" it in online reviews. I will post this review on Yelp as well. I urge you not to do business with this company-- their service is, as far as I'm concerned, non-existent.

The flowers were all sorts of colors that looked poorly together. No thought was given to the arrangement. I would have preferred less flowers but at least with some sort of design.

Following much discussion, many heated conversations, continued back and forth, I was finally connected with someone in the corporate office who immediately agreed to send my niece another planter. My thanks go to Theresa for understanding the difficulty of the situation. My niece received the planter on April 16th and is happy with the selection of plants. It is my hope that in the future, the front-line staff will be more willing to work with customers get to the actual facts before just dismissing incidents and the serious concerns expressed as trivial. Thank you.

A beautiful planter was ordered for my niece's memorial which was to be held at Zion Grove Baptist Church in Kansas City, MO on March 14, 2015. The JustFlowers.com vendor/shop delivered the planter to the church on Friday, March 13th at 9:21 am. However, instead of delivering the plant to the church office as it should have been, they just gave it to first person in the hall, asked for a signature and considered their job done. The person in the hall worked for a funeral home which was there for another funeral that day and thought the planter was for someone in the funeral party he was working on. Someone in that family had the same name as my deceased niece. Subsequently, he gave the planter to that family and my family never received the planter for my niece's memorial the next day.
Having spent weeks attempting to follow-up on the error in delivery, providing as much information to JustFlowers as possible in order for them to, as they put it, "investigate," JustFlowers continues to inform me that their vendor/shop is correct and that the delivery was completed. They will neither deliver a new arrangement or refund my money. Having had numerous conversations and emails over the past weeks with no satisfactory outcome or offer to make amends, I advised them today after they offered a $10-15 reduction for a new arrangement I would file a complaint. Thus, I am. Should you require addition information, please advise. Thank you.

My boss' wife had major surgery... I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers to send and was called from customer service about an hour later stating they didn't have a pink lily and that they would simply change to white. They also didn't have a pink vase and they would give me a clear one. So, I accepted the changes and advised my boss to call me when he received them. My boss sent me a picture of the flowers and I immediately wanted to die. They were half the size of what I ordered, it looked nothing like the pretty picture on their website, and had to call customer service. They said they would issue me a new bouquet and wouldn't be there until the next morning.
Four days later, when asked about the status, I was told they still had not contacted the local florist. I was then told, if they sent a new bouquet, then I would be charged for delivery or can get a 10$ gift card.... Are you kidding me?!?! When I said I wanted all my money back because they were just horrific, he refused to replace the flowers because there were expensive flowers to substitute another flower they didn't have. He also refused a total refund but said he would give me 10$ toward another purchase. You can judge the picture below in comparison to what I ordered for yourself, but I will never purchase a single thing from this company ever again. What a joke!

On March 30 I looked online to find a florist in Wenatchee, Washington. I was looking for a local florist to deliver flowers to my daughter-in-law who is a CPA with a local firm. I wanted to talk to a local person who would create an arrangement and deliver it to my daughter-in-law. Online I found Justflowers, in Wenatchee, with a google map point. There was a website which I scrolled through but it was a bit overwhelming so I called - wanting that personal touch. The person who answered said that she understood that I wanted to talk to a person, yes she could have an arrangement made, yes it could be personally delivered. Then she sent me to a site online to review a pre-arranged design. That should have been my first clue. Actually, her accent was my first clue but I didn't pick up on it until later. I remained confused why I should look online for an arrangement that I was describing (fresh flowers that would last a week, bright colors, no carnations).
I was getting very frustrated with the entire process so agreed to the design on-line, set a price and then began asking about what I could get for my money. I was quite surprised at the $27 charges over and beyond the price of the flowers - just to arrange and deliver nearby. By this time I was so frustrated, just wanted to make my daughter-in-law happy, I just agreed and let it go.
Imagine my surprise when I received a call from CALIFORNIA to verify my order!!!! I was aghast. I had tried to the best of my ability to find a local florist online in Wenatchee and actually was talking to someone in a cubicle somewhere doing online orders and sending them out. Fool me once, shame on you! My daughter-in-law loved her medium sized colorful bouquet of flowers that did arrive that day. I will never tell her how much that bunch of "local" flowers cost!!!! Never again!!!!

I asked for delivery Tuesday for her bday. They called me during my lunch and said credit card wouldn't go thru. I read the card again. I got back to work and they called again. I read the same card back again third time. Even repeating it back to me, the woman had it wrong! I was already frustrated. It shouldn't be this hard. They called me Tuesday at 4:10 to tell me the flowers could not be delivered today! I was so angry! I had spent at least an hour of my time ordering, confirming, then calling back to ask "why" they hadn't been delivered. You can call anywhere prior to noon and get same day delivery. I canceled order and called a supervisor once I was out of work. They did NOTHING to make anything better. Just 'I'm sorry'!

They dropped the flowers off at the neighbor’s door next to the home my mother was visiting, my sister for Mother's Day. It's next to impossible to get through to anyone and when you finally do get a hold of manager, ** , he refused to give me a refund because he said the flowers were delivered and that he didn't care if I called BBB because they are corporation and my little complaint won't make a difference. He was rude and unsympathetic. You can't leave any comments on their web page because they know it's ALL negative.
He would talk over me and said the flowers were delivered, even though it was two days late and my mother was no longer at my sister’s house (which they didn't even deliver there, it was set on the porch of my sister’s neighbor’s house). My sister took a pic of it and sent it to my mother and showed her gift via text. This company is a joke. Someone put them out of business. This was a bold faced lie as I have the call log to prove it.
I called the number and waited 6 minutes to cancel the order. Had to repeat the cancel request a minimum of 10 times. He would not stop talking about why twenty bucks was needed. It wasn't that the address I entered was changed. They tried to convince me to send the flowers to someone in a less rural setting. I was worried after placing my order with JustFlowers. I read the reviews after placing my order, which made me think the worst. I decided to wait it out and see how they delivered, before writing my review. I give them 5 stars based on my experience. I ordered my wife a bouquet of flowers at 10 AM local time, and they arrived in 2 hours (1/2 the time listed for rush delivery). I think the reason most people have had problems with JustFlowers is because of their affiliated partners, not necessarily the JustFlowers website or company. I think if you get a good local affiliate you're going to be happy. If their local affiliate isn't on the ball, you're going to have buyer's remorse. Unfortunately, it's hard to tell this in advance.

Be very very careful with the advertised price. I ordered a bouquet at $79.99. Why not $80? Because as usual in the US, they play with the psychological price. But who cares about a price one is not going to pay? Of course everybody knows it's going to be a little more, but with JustFlowers it's A LOT more. They add extra service they don't disclose to you when they process your credit card. I asked "how much it is?" The answer was "you're all set Sir". Bottom line, here's the final invoice: Over the Blue Horizon: $79.99 Express Delivery: $4.99 Handling: $5.49 Shipping or Service: $17.98 Tax: $9.76 Total: $118.21 (i.e. 48% more than the advertised price). Can someone explain to me why people don't force merchants to display and disclose the REAL price? I asked a car salesman he said "well, tax varies", **. I paid $72.00 for two lilies that had not even blossomed yet. I said the flowers did not resemble the photo on the website nor did the flowers contain any roses.
The owner told me she never even saw a photo of what I ordered, that she only received a description which she read to me. She then read the word roses and then sent them back to add the roses. She added some tiny white roses that looked half dead. She told me I ordered flowers online from California. That I would have to deal with that company. She laughed at me when I told her I had paid $72.00 for this. She said "Well that's not what they paid us." Well at 4pm on Valentine's Day, I called the website and got only a recording that would not allow me to leave them a message. They called me back at 8:30pm during a blizzard asking what they could do. JustFlowers, I have made my complaint known to customer service, then a manager and then another who had no power to cancel my bill. In fact all with no satisfaction. I have called American Express and they will be deleting the charge from my account. How you handle things is an insult to your customers. No confirmation of my order via internet yet you seem to have my internet address and stories and excuses seem to differ from one to another. For the record:
On Feb.11 I placed an order by phone with your California location. Delivery was set for 2/13. I placed the order by phone because the order called for more than the usual dozen red roses and I did NOT want a random selection of colors. I had a specific request. I ordered 12 RED roses, 3 YELLOW roses, 1 WHITE rose.
I also gave the salesperson the message I wanted on the card. She repeated my order correctly and also repeated what I wanted on the card correctly. When I asked if ProFlowers was a member of FTD she said yes. ON Fri. 2/13 my wife received a bundle of several different color roses. It was a mess delivered virtually with a paper bag tie around the vase and bouquet. In the vase were (by the way the order I received was also one rose short) 6 yellow roses, 3 peach colored roses, 3 pink roses, 1 dark pink rose, 1 white rose, 1 borderline red rose. When I called your customer service and after waiting 15 minutes before talking with someone I explained the situation and was put on hold for 10 minutes before he came back on and told me the florist ran out of red roses. I told him I wanted the charge removed from my card and he told me he would have to get a manager. I asked him if this was part of FTD. He also said yes.
Another 10 minutes went by and the "manager" who came on told me she could do nothing but had to refer it to another manager. She told me that they were NOT part of FTD and asked me to hold on while she got someone who could makes some decisions . This person told me they would have to look into this and intimated that I ordered a "mixture of different colored roses" never specifying what I had actually ordered. I asked her why I did not get a confirmation of my order and she had no answer. I hung up on her. Later in the evening I received a call from your company and was told to call a given number to speak with a manager. I called and waited a full 15 minutes. I hung up. Next I received the first of your e-mails asking me to call a given number to speak with a manager to straighten this out. I called and was put on wait again. I hung up.
I received another e-mail asking me to call saying I would be talking with a manager that could help settle all of this. I called and waited this time. After 10 minutes someone got on who was nothing more than a customer service person who told me he would have to get a manager. I hung up. Is this really how you run your business???? Let me stress this point: I was specific with the person I dealt with...so much so that she repeated back my order correctly.
It so happens that in addition to Valentine's day this is also our anniversary and by tradition I order a specific amount of roses of red, yellow and white every year to mark our anniversary... This year is our 44th anniversary. I order 1 dozen (12) red roses every year since our 25th anniversary then add 1 yellow rose for the next 10 years (to replace another dozen red roses. I call it our decade) and 1 white rose to represent our going forward. THUS this year being our 44th anniversary we have 1 dozen red roses representing our first 12 years, 3 yellow roses representing our next 30 years and 1 white rose representing our going forward....the remainder of the years before we reach another decade. This has been very special to us and you have managed to totally ruin our anniversary and Valentine's day by sending a mix of several colors meaning nothing to us.
Also with the lying that I have heard from each of you here is the way your bill appeared on my AMEX statement; what does the FTD stand for? I will send this along to FTD for their take on this. I am also sending a copy of this entire incident and the service you have not given me to the dept. of Consumer Frauds in the States of Illinois and California as well as the Internet Division of the FTC and every possible complaint website online to make them aware of your fraudulent and evasive responses and business ethics.

The hamper was approx US$114.00 and I paid an extra $19.99 postage. The hamper took longer to be delivered than quoted but I just put that down to the Thanksgiving holidays. Well the hamper turned up but it was not what was ordered. Just Flowers used a company, Wine Country Gift Baskets located in California, who sent a cheaper hamper, BUT THEY CALL IT BON APPETIT AS WELL. Their cost was half of what I paid but not with the ingredients listed in my order.
After multiple phone calls and text messages, Wine Country could not see a problem as they said they sent the Bon Appetit and to contact Just Flowers. This I did thinking they would be pleased to know about this potential scam and after 'sorry to hear that', they refunded me half of the original price. I thought at the time at least that was fair but asked them to apologize or to send some flowers to my friend in a way of apology to her.
After a week and I has received my refund, my friend opened the hamper as she did not want to do so beforehand in case it was to be exchanged. The items she received in her small hamper were stale and tasteless with items melded together? She complained to Just Flowers and told them that they should refund me fully. They then sent me another email asking me to ring. I did this today and was put through to the Corporate Office.
All I can say after talking to them is that I shall never use Just Flowers again. He blamed everyone from the delivery drivers who must have heating on their vans to turn the candies to my friend because she took a week to open the hamper. I just wonder how many out there realize what you order from a picture is probably not what is delivered at the other end. This definitely smells of a scam between Just Flowers and Wine Country Gift Baskets. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I called to order flowers for my boss over a week ago. I told Mina that the flowers were to be delivered to an address in Honolulu that was on a military base. She said it was no problem and would be delivered the next day. They called 2 days later asking for $30.00 more for delivery. I said we will cancel the order. She said they will have someone else deliver them in 2 days. I get a call 2 days later asking me for $30.00 more for delivery. The delivery charge was already almost $20.00. She just called again to ask for more money. It is too late to order through another company. I will NEVER order flowers from this company again. These people are a joke. I wish I would have read all of the negative comments about this company before I ordered from them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Monday rolls around I had to call them 4 times for them to tell me, "oh they're out for delivery." Didn't receive them until after 12:30 almost one o'clock. Granddaughter was being transferred. I told them that. They called in at the front desk and said all they don't know anything about her being transferred, got information on my granddaughter that they should have never received, then they gave me a $10 discount that was supposed to go back on my credit card and have yet to receive it. The place sucks.

I ordered flowers on Saturday 22nd of November early in the morning. I paid extra to have them delivered before 1pm. It is now the 26th and they have not been delivered and I'm still dealing with customer service or lack thereof to refund my money. I have put a claim in with my bank since the company is dragging this out to refund my money. As of today they are telling me they will only refund my money if I remove the claim. I told them If they refund it I will remove the claim. Then they proceeded to tell me I could have $15 off the order and they would still move forward with the delivery. Why would I give any of my $$$ to a shady company with the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The worst part is they try to bribe me with $15...ridiculous I can't even give them a rating. They should be shut down. It's a scam. I am letting my bank deal with these scammers.

Do NOT ever, ever use this service!! My mom tried to see me a surprise bouquet of flowers for my birthday. When she called to see if I liked my surprise and I told her that I did not know what she was talking about she explained that I was supposed to get flowers today. We are hundreds of miles apart and she wanted to send me something special today to let me know that she was thinking of me. She even went so far as to pay extra so they would be delivered by 1 pm, so I would not miss their arrival. When my very upset mother called the company to ask where the flowers, a very rude representative told her that this company exhausted all resources to find a florist to fill the (simple) arrangement, but no one was available (my grandmother used the same service, at the same time and her bouquet was delivered to me- on time). When she expressed how upset she was that they not only missed her daughter's birthday, but also charged- then did not inform her that the order would not be filled, the representative "Alan" laughed at my mother.
This is beyond rude and bad business; to laugh at my mother who is trying to sort out a problem is inexcusable. If I had not told my mother that I did not get the flowers, my mother would have spent money on air and been none the wiser. I will never use this service again, and I suggest that you should not either. I have never heard of someone being treated so rudely when she was just trying to sort out a mistake.

Just Flowers is an online scam. My experience with this "business" was horrific on so many levels and efforts to obtain a refund through them were futile. If you were unfortunate enough to fall into this online trap, I recommend disputing the charge through your credit card company. In addition, report this online "business" to proper authorities including the Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, Dept of Consumer Affairs and the BBB. Perhaps through our collective efforts, this online scam will be shut down.

Where to begin. Sadly this is not my first bad experience with Just Flowers, one would think I would have learned. The first instance was when we ordered flowers for friends of ours when their mother died. Just Flowers put through the charge on my card, charged me more for express delivery, and completely did not arrange for flowers to be sent. When I called them with the order number they said they had it on hold for some reason but never followed up. We only found this out 2 weeks later as we had just assumed our friends received their flowers. NOPE. It took me several calls to get the money reversed. They initially only wanted to give me a $5.00 off coupon for my next order.
Fast forward to now. I ordered flowers a week ago for my sister’s birthday and paid yet again for express delivery. In speaking with her yesterday on her birthday she said she didn't get them. That was approximately 6 hours after the promised date and time. I called Just Flowers that evening and was told they had "assigned" our order to a florist, but given that it was late at night it would have to wait until morning. I just spoke with them again today and the order has still not been delivered. So...needless to say I "Lost It" on them and told them I wanted a full refund. I was promptly told that they can't do that but would be happy to give me...wait for it.... a $5.00 off coupon.
How do you think that went? After much debate with someone who clearly doesn't get it, they are refunding the express delivery, calling my sister to apologize, and having someone from the company call me. I am now in the process of contacting my credit card company and having them reverse the charges all together. When you pay for something and it is promised on a date and time, then they should deliver it then. This will be my very last time using their company. My suggestion, do a little searching for a local florist online in the area you are wanting them delivered. Clearly a company the size of Just Flowers truly doesn't care about their customers in the least.

I placed an online order for flowers to be delivered to my home as a surprise for my wife on our wedding anniversary the following morning. I paid a premium of $4.99 for express delivery which was supposed to mean that the flowers would arrive before 1pm. At around 11.35am I received a voicemail advising me that no local florist would deliver at Just Flowers' advertised price and they required more money from me ($13 or so).
I called them back and tried to cancel the order because by now there was no way they would be delivered before 1pm and the element of surprise for my wife was gone. I was kept on hold for 15 minutes while they tried to get a manager to talk to me and when he finally came online he advised me that they had assumed I would agree to the additional $13 and had activated delivery and there was now too late to stop it.
When I expressed dissatisfaction at their debiting my credit card for the additional funds without my permission, the manager agreed - after several attempts to persuade me otherwise - to deliver at the original cost. However, the flowers did not arrive until 4pm that afternoon and the e-mail I sent asking for refund of the $4.99 express delivery premium was ignored. In addition, the flower arrangement, while attractive, was very small for the price ($74.22US). I checked my credit card account and the premium deliver fee has not been removed. A joke of a company.

I ordered an arrangement for my family to be delivered to the funeral of my 97-year-old grandmother. I placed the order online on a Thursday evening for a delivery on Saturday by 11am. They called me right after I placed the order but I missed the call. I did return the call the next morning. I was told that there had been a problem but it had been resolved.
Fast forward to Saturday... Get a call @ 9:09am telling me that they didn't have any cut white flowers and wanted to substitute my order with green plants for an 11am delivery?! Umm... NO! I am normally not inflexible, but I ordered what I ordered for a reason. My grandmother loved white flowers. Her casket was white... Her dress was white. I was told that I would be called back in 5 mins..I was not called. I called them back 35 mins later to be told that a manager was working on it. I am tense because I am getting ready for a funeral. The LAST thing I need to be concerned with is if my flowers are going to arrive.
I am at the church... I don't see my arrangement. @ 12 noon during the viewing, when my phone vibrates... I miss the call but run outside to call them back. I call... I am mysteriously disconnected. I call back... really upset and angry and demand to speak to a manager. I give them an ear full for calling during the funeral and want a call back from a manager in 2 hrs and a full refund. Of course no call back, but they then call me at 8 am on a Sunday morning and try to offer me a replacement or a credit to use at a future date?! Are you serious right now!

I ordered flowers for my wife, two dozen roses. I ordered the flowers with the understanding they would be delivered in the am, not in the afternoon as my wife would be gone by then and she would be leaving out of town the following day. Without going into all the details of course they did not deliver the flowers in the am as promised. The office my wife works in closes at 4:30 Monday - Friday. My wife left work at 4:30 and of course there were no flowers. My wife goes to the gym after work and after the workout there was a text from another manager that he was leaving the building at 5 pm with keys in hand, he was going to his car when a strange looking woman came to him and asked if he could deliver these flowers for him???? He told the woman that there was no one in the building and the offices close at 4:30. Because he knew my wife he said he could take them in her office but he didn't know when she would be back as she is going out of town.
Needless to say this was a disaster. I called the company with no satisfaction at all. They never called to see if she was there, what time the business hours were, nothing. They said they would pick the flowers up, then they said they wouldn't as the flowers were accepted that was the end. I will file a complaint with my credit card company but these people are terrible. Hello JustFlowers.com
Let me just take a few minutes to express how deeply dissatisfied I am with your handling of this order.
I've used Justflowers.com before and was pleased with it. But this order has been handled so frustratingly incompetent that I am surprised you are even in business at all. Let me sum up:
1) Not delivering on the agreed date.
2) Postponing delivery without explanation for 1-2-3….4 days!
3) Sending me emails and calling me about issues that ought be solved by Justflowers.com without my involvement (it is hardly my problem that you discovered that the florist 'in the 10 mile zone’ has closed after I placed my order, and that the closest florist is now 18 miles away, which leaves you with more expenses etc etc). A huge company like yours there will be florists that close. There will be losses on particular orders. Why in the world are you involving your hopefully valued and trusted customers in this?
4) Charging me extra for something you've already charged me extra when I placed the order through the website (added cost for delivery in that area).
5) Spending precious days haggling with me over your extra expenses running your business (on day 3: suggesting a 50/50 split on the extra $15 charge on top of the extra $10 charge, on day 4: suggesting a $10/$5 split).
I’m worn out. I just counted. A total number of 11 emails and 2 phone calls was directed at me from when I ordered the flowers on August 7 (for delivery on the 8th of August) until they were finally delivered (at an extra-extra charge) on the 13th. Hallelujah.
I can’t recall having used such an incompetent, bordering on fraudulent ’service' before. It will be the last time, for sure.

I really hate to waste any more time on this company - even writing this but if I can persuade just one customer to buy elsewhere then it's worth the extra time spent.
I went round and round with Just Flowers on this. (Just like everyone else says, RUN, don't walk away from this company.) First, they blamed it on the driver being caught in traffic but they wouldn't tell me which florist they were using so there was no way for me to check. It was already too late for the delivery option I chose and PAID EXTRA for. They wanted to deliver them the next day and I absolutely refused to let them. It was no longer my daughter's first day and there was no longer any surprise involved. They even tried to argue that the flowers may have been delivered AFTER my daughter left work but my daughter called and no flowers were there. It was really a nightmare.
I did end up getting a refund and I will NEVER use them again. Like a lot of others on here, I saw their ad and thought I'd try them. I send a lot of things to people and have never had an experience like this!

It was an $80 arrangement that looked like it should have cost between $40-$50 max.

I was online yesterday looking for a florist I could call up to have a delivery made to my sister who lives five hours away. I came across JustFlowers.com and looked around the site and decided I would order from them. They seemed to have decent prices and advertised for same day delivery, which is what I was looking for. My sister had a horrible weekend and I wanted something that would brighten up her day. I called up the number and to my surprise spoke with a rep fairly quickly. She confirmed what I was looking for and took down my information. She reassured me that the delivery would arrive that day, and then went on to ask if I wanted to upgrade to the deluxe package and express delivery. Because my sister had such a horrible weekend I wanted her to receive it as soon as possible so I agreed to do the upgrade and express delivery. At no point in time did the rep confirm price with me but I figured I could see online how much I was paying for the arrangement and it couldn't be much more than that. After a few minutes I was able to get a confirmation number and was once again reassured that she would get the flowers within four hours.
We hung up the phone and when I checked my emailed receipt and I realized that they had charged my credit card an extra $45.00 in fees and delivery taking my total up to $100.23!!! I mean, this was a little much for what I ordered and at that moment I had a bad gut feeling. The four hours came and went and I decided to call the customer service line because I hadn't received a delivery confirmation. The rep I spoke with said that they didn't have the apt number and therefore could not deliver the flowers! I had given all the info needed and apparently they didn't get the right number. I told her the apt number and she said that she would let the florist know and they would call her to confirm delivery and she would get the flowers after five pm. Six came and still no confirmation, so going with my gut feeling I called the customer service line and they told me that the flowers must have been delivered because the florist had not indicated there was a problem. I then confirmed with my sister that she did not receive anything and was home all evening!!!
At this point I was infuriated and called back again! The rep told me that the florist was closed and they would have to look into it in the morning and confirm delivery. She said that they may have just left the flowers there, um, ok just drop them off and hope she gets them and someone doesn't steal her delivery all $100.23 worth. The rep said that she would call first thing this morning and find out what happened. I called back this morning after not receiving a call back and the rep told me that my order somehow got mixed up and looked over and that's why they didn't deliver the flowers yesterday, but that they could today. I firmly told her that that was not necessary and that I wanted my money back. She said they could not do a refund but they could deliver and give me $15.00 off of the total with an apology note!!! Are you kidding me, this is not only horrible customer service but it is also a scam! I absolutely did not take that for an answer and after insisting on my refund and NOT BUDGING she said that she would connect me to the manager. I spoke with the manager who offered the same lame option of giving me a tiny bit of money back or saving my order for a future date!
I have never felt so violated as a consumer and quite frankly taken advantage of. I told her NO, AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! Finally after a 20 minute conversation she said that she would refund me my money. I got her name, and the confirmation number because I told her that if I didn't get a refund I would be calling back. After hanging up it took only five minutes for me to get an email that I would be receiving a full refund. We will see if that really happens and if not I will be calling for the 100th time. This is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with and worst customer service I have encountered. I do not understand how they think that this is acceptable. I have read other reviews on here and it sounds like some other people have encountered the same problems. Instead of issuing a sorry note why not just make it a policy to not get there in the first place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS WEBSITE AND GO THROUGH A LOCAL FLORIST!

Started to order online, rep called me when tel# requested from me. Placed order, rec'd conf email with lots of hidden charges NOT disclosed by rep. Called back within hr. to cancel. Rep says won't do it. Called PayPal, disputed order. Scammers sent PayPal letter saying they would credit me $100, all lies. PayPal bought into it. Now, I have EVERY conversation from scammers. Recorded them ALL. Called them 6/27/2014. "Manager" said will send confirmation email for $100 credit. Never got it; recorded that call too. Lies. They can NOT be trusted. Wished I could have read the reviews first. Just because they have a good rating with BBB just means they rode everyone down by sending them a form letter. All propaganda. No full disclosure upon selling via phone contact. This is wire fraud.

I had ordered a arrangement for my mom's wake and upgraded to their premium (I was told it would makes quite a statement). THE ONLY STATEMENT it made was cheap!! I also ordered a banner that came with my mom's name misspelled (after a verbal and written confirmation of the spelling). The flowers were to be Brimming with citrus-colored roses, lilies, and daisies. Instead we got pink and light red colored flowers. I paid $235.95 for something that I feel was not even worth $25.00. It should have been 3 feet wide and 3 feet tall. It was only 1 foot by 1 foot. See attached photos. They offered me a $20 credit (what a joke). Do NOT ORDER from this company.

I ordered flowers 3 days ago from the items guaranteed for same day delivery. I received an email stating it was not delivered but would be delivered the next day. I made numerous contact yesterday via emails & phone but was only told order was being "processed" and was promised a return phone call. Phone call never came, item not delivered and charges not refunded.

The flowers that were sent on Saturday, 6/14, were very, very disappointing or just plain unsatisfactory! They were the equivalent to 2 week old Shop Rite bouquets placed in a vase meant for 1 bouquet. There was no sign of a 'florist' creating a bouquet! At least 1/3 the flowers were dead on Sunday, 6/15, when I saw them. I will certainly never use your 'florist' again. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture.

Ordered flowers for our mom's caretaker for her birthday - over $100 order. Order NEVER arrived. We were never notified! How embarrassing is that? I didn't know for almost a week! When I called they said well "our local florist had computer problem so they didn't get the order". UNBELIEVABLE that have no check system to ensure the local florist didn't deliver? Got near zero help with representatives and Vene the manager did nothing. "Oh we'll refund your charge." Really that's all? How about making delivery for free with an apology note? How about calling the recipient to apologize? Said they would but didn't. Nope nothing. THIS COMPANY STINKS!! Oh yeah and anyone who thinks the BBB has any credibility forget it - They told me well got your money back so case closed. The BBB is a for profit business not really out there to help.

I ordered flowers online because they conveniently have their name pop up on obituaries with the funeral details, etc. so it seemed easy. Ordered flowers on Friday and paid extra for expedited delivery on Saturday. My friend called me to tell me they were not delivered on Saturday so I called Just Flowers and they told me the service was not planned until Tuesday so they made the decision to deliver on Monday without telling me. I had to ask for my expedited delivery fee back. My friend called me again on Tuesday and advised me the flowers did arrive for the service. Of course I was very sad and embarrassed. The flowers were delivered at 2pm on the day of the service and the service was at 11am. The funeral home took them to the home at 3:30.
I called Just Flowers for a refund and was told they would only give me 50% back and if I wanted a full refund they would have the flowers picked up from the home. The audacity of this company. I paid them in good faith to have flowers sent for a funeral service and did not get what I paid for. The damage had been done, but to say they would actually go to the home of someone who had just lost a family member and pick up cut flowers was more than I could deal with. I simply hung up on the jerky, heartless manager that had the nerve to say that. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. They do not care about fulfilling their obligation to you at all. Unbelievably awful company and they should be closed down as a service to the public!

I ordered flowers for a friend on 16 May for her birthday. I paid for expedited service to make sure they were delivered on time. Supposed to be within 4 hours. As it got later, I called and at first she tried to tell me they were delivered then she said they would be delivered at 1pm. As you can guess they never came. I called again and was told they were on their way. I finally said if they were not here by 3 pm just cancel. They said they could not do that. They also told me the reason they were late was because of all the changes to the order. What changes? I did not make any. Today they again tried to tell me the flowers were delivered. Still waiting on a phone call to see who signed for them. Of course they have never been delivered. Each person I spoke with told me a different story. No one has told me the truth yet. Worst experience ever. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

Mother's day flowers ordered - to be delivered the Friday BEFORE Sunday, Mother's Day. Received a telephone call from co on Friday asking to verify the delivery address, which I did. I assumed the flowers were delivered as scheduled. Received an email stating they could not deliver on Fri as promised, but would deliver the flowers on Saturday. OK - no problem, still before Mother's Day. Monday, I checked with my mother who advised me she did not receive anything. Tuesday, no flowers. I had to call the company, Tuesday and Wed before a real person was able to answer the phone due to "high volume". They apologized and credited my account. REALLY? My poor mother felt unloved and forgotten by her children all because I relied on a supposed reputable company to do one thing - deliver some flowers BEFORE the rush of Mother's Day. I couldn't even call her Mother's Day (I was traveling) but I felt she would be OK when she received the flowers. When I apologized to her, she asked me to simply get a refund. The surprise was gone as well as Mother's Day.
