    I ordered two traps on 7/7 and email showed order in fulfillment and delivery should be 7/14/16 since I paid the extra for delivery. On 7/15/16 I called company to check on because still hadn't received and all they could tell me "it was in fulfillment status but hadn't shipped." So I asked if I could cancel the order since I need these traps as soon as possible and after lengthy hold, was told they would try to cancel it but it may still ship and if I received then I would need to contact them for return labels and return. This item has never been shown as being out of stock or anything and I feel a company should be able to tell you where your order is after a week. Going to try finding traps locally this weekend or reorder from another company.

    If anyone take their time to write a comment, you must pay little attention to it. Currently I purchased a grill machine over the phone with hayneedle and as I was ordering the item, I found out some bad review on the grill machine, as I decided to cancel it right away. I told the person, "please cancel my order" which I just did. So she said it can't be canceled now, but if I call an hour later I will be able to, so I did call and cancel it within hr. 2 days I received an email saying it's shipped, so I called and explained my situation saying I called on time and cancelled it. They said some of the item once you order can't be cancel.

    Another way of saying it is, I have decided to kill myself when I decided to buy anything from this site. There is no turning back. Not only that, I had to pay $12 to ship back the item which I never received or saw. So I paid $12 for the mistake I made purchasing from HAYNEEDLE. This is site is a scam from my opinion. Stay away. Be careful. I paid $12 absolutely for nothing. I told all my friends, coworkers in a mass emails, family also. I should have gone thru other people's review before I buy something from this site.

    I order a hammock with a stand, paid over $300 for it. The package came with missing hardware to put it together and came with the wrong parts. I contacted Hayneedle, and was told they can't ship out the parts and I have 2 options, 1. take 15% off or 2. return it for full refund. The package weighs over a 100 lbs. I cannot go to the post office as I am unable to lift that heavy merchandise. I feel I was doped and stuck with this hammock stand I can't put together even if I went and bought the correct screws etc. I still have the wrong parts. Unbelievable, how a big company like this do not carry extra parts??? Very inconvenient. Buyer beware if you buy bulky furniture etc.

    I would like to outline my experience based on a purchase I made in April consisting of International Caravan Lisbon Resin Wicker Patio Rocking chairs, which cost over $900.00 for 6 chairs. We placed these chairs on our stamped patio and due to inadequate padding placed on the rocker base, the finish is coming off the concrete base. I have attached pictures of the issues. When I purchased the chairs, 3 of them required that I drill holes in order to thread the bolts through. I received an $85.00 credit for my troubles based on the fact I agreed to fix the chairs instead of having Hayneedle.com pay the charges to have them picked up and replaced. I thought that I was doing the company a favor. Based on the verbatim response I received from Hayneedle.com support, I guess they thought they were doing me a favor.

    This is the response I received on Wednesday: "In reviewing your order I see that you accepted a discount of $85.00 on the International Caravan Lisbon Resin Wicker Patio Rocking Chairs to keep them "As-Is". By accepting that offer you have waived your right at any future return, refund, or warranty coverage." After responding to what was said, below is the second response I received: "I understand it's frustrating when an item you purchased does not perform as you would like it to. The previous discount was inclusive al ALL flaws or defects the rocking chairs may have had or will have. You may want to consider using them in a different location or finding the materials to resolve your issue at a local hardware store. We cannot provide any further compensation at this time." Support is telling me to move the chairs to a different location to resolve the matter! Are you kidding me! Please be aware of Hayneedle's customer service.

    Returning an item is impossible. Have had to enter a dispute with PayPal because Hayneedle's customer service email, website, and phone are not effective. The item I purchased does not work. When entering my order number, I am told it does not exist. Their customer service is just an endless loop of being placed on hold and being told they are experiencing much higher than normal volume, both on their email and on their phone lines. When I finally did get a human, I was told she could not assist me and she put me back on hold for more, endless waiting. Unacceptable. $139.99 down the drain, it would seem.

    I was a bit nervous ordering from Hayneedle seeing all the bad reviews on this site. I did look at BBB and saw that they had a relatively good rating and is one of the largest furniture retailers online so I decided to take a chance and order using my credit card vs PayPal given issues mentioned by others who have used PayPal. I made a mistake with my order and called them today. I was able to talk to a live person within 5 mins. She apparently was in the sales department so she couldn't help me directly and transferred me to customer service. She warned me that it may take some time and will likely get worse as the day goes on. I waited for 30 mins and DJ came on. He was absolutely cheerful, courteous and helpful.

    He listened to the problem and quickly proposed a resolution. He went to get a supervisor to approve it. He came back after 10 mins to say that it wasn't approved. I then asked if I could speak to the supervisor. He said it may take some time but will try to get one asap. Within another 10 mins, Jenny came on to say that she understands the situation and is able to resolve the problem immediately. In less than 5 minutes, she completed the transaction adjustment and even offered an expedited delivery for free which I declined since I didn't need it. Overall am pleased with the service thus far and looking forward to the arrival of my patio set! Thank you DJ and Jenny!

    Just bought a glider rocker recliner for my 8.5 month pregnant wife. It came in a box that was a mess when I spent 30 minutes to set up. We sat in chair immediately it squeaked so we immediately sent email, and in 5 minutes we received a email. It will take them 72 hours to respond, by then they sold out of the chair that we liked. So after that they sent a email saying that every time we would email they could take up to 96 hours.

    After 5 emails back and forth and coming up with a solution of a really good discount I picked out a new chair and then they said they could give a discount on that chair. So after that email 2 weeks later I am send chair back and will never use them again. It is 2016 and if you have a problem with a item and they say it will take up to 96 hours to respond and not even solve the problem and every time we would email we would get a new person responding. This company sucks and I would pay way more to use Amazon or Walmart and be happy just to buy something and if broken they can solve problems.

    I purchased a deck box from this company and it was damaged. There was no paperwork, no instructions included, not even a return address located on the torn box. Both the front piece and the side piece were broken plastic, the side piece is damaged badly on the corner, enough to where water can leak into the container if left outside, which is where the box was to be used. I contacted their customer service department, only to be put on hold for 39 minutes. Finally, I hear scuffling as I repeatedly said hello over 10 times into the phone. Finally, I hear a woman whispering and I repeatedly said hello with no response. Wish I would have found this website sooner.

    As someone who pinches every penny, $67 is minimal compared to what others have gone through. However, I feel that customer service should be a number one priority in owning a thriving business, and after reading these reviews I would say that their customer service advocates need an overhaul. I'm disgusted by how this company treats their customers. I was willing to just keep the item and have the two pieces replaced. I now have a dispute claim through PayPal and will update my review upon resolution of this matter.

    I inquired of this company that a ordered package was 2 weeks past due. I told them a FedEx track check showed package was damaged and returned. The Hayneedle rep. told me I would have to process request for claim when in fact I never received the package... lol... That should be on their end. So I tried doing the claim work but some of the questions like describe the damage to the package when I never received it. 2 calls to hayneedle were unsuccessful after a 30-min. wait. I have been unable to retrieve my order info. The response says my order number doesn't match any item... lol.

    My husband received this hammock (Island Bay XL Rope Hammock) as a gift in October 2015. We had just moved across the country so we're in the midst of unpacking and living among a sea of boxes. In addition, it was fall in Colorado, about to transition into a snowy winter, so we did not open the hammock at that time. Our mistake. We just opened and put together the hammock this month (June 2016). As it turns out, we were missing some parts to make the hammock functional and we also had a broken part. I called Hayneedle customer service and, after waiting 53 minutes for a representative, who offered no apology for the wait time, then another 10-15 minutes while he spoke with his supervisor, I was told that there was nothing they could do because of the amount of time that had passed.

    I understand that we should have inspected the package upon arrival - that was our mistake. What really upset me was that they carry no extra parts for their items. So if I would have called right away, all they could have done was send me another hammock. How wasteful can a company be? This is a 15 ft wide, 5-piece, heavy duty metal hammock stand that would just go to waste. The representative said "well, we're just a make it and throw-it-away society". WHAT??? Does Hayneedle have no concern for our environment at all? Clearly not. Can you imagine how many of their defective products are filling our landfills? With that attitude, the least they could do is improve their quality control to try to minimize the waste. I will never do business with this company again.

    When I first place my initial order, a day went by and I received an email stating there was a discrepancy with my billing and shipping address. I contacted my bank, but only for them to tell me all my informations on file are accurate. I called their customer service to let them know that my information were corresponding, but couldn't get a hold of a single body because of their abnormal wait time. So, I decided to email them and someone responded with the same bogus claim. I let them know that the problem wasn't from my end and they told me if then, I should just go back and reorder the items. So did I, but the same nonsense from their side keep occurring. This happened for about five times in two weeks and I got fed up and decided to put my life on hold to call and to spend whatever time it might take me to speak to someone.

    I got a fellow on the phone, ask him what was the issues, but he put me on hold to go find out from some place. He came back just to have nothing to tell me regarding what was going on. I requested for a supervisor, and when she came she verify the information they had on file and it was all correct. So I asked if I should just go back and reorder again, but she told me, "She doesn't guaranteed that my order will go through either". I asked "So what should I do then?" and she told me she doesn't know once again.

    After it had all came to my knowledge of their sketchy business tactics, I realize I had wasted my time. I just wish that I had never came across this kind of business. What I think is going on is that they falsely advertise and don't have the actual products. As a results they come up with all kinds of false excuses. A class action suit need to be taking toward such business practice. Now I have to find other means in other to furnish my house. I promise to never even refer my worst enemy to visit this so-called hayneedle.com. Before leaving I'm just going to leave this here: Unsatisfy Customers Equal No Business. BAD! BAD! BAD! place to waste your time. I would rather flip through a blank book, than visit this business. I'm also going to make this public on other media outlets.

    I tried returning an item worth $150. I reached out to them because I needed an order number to begin the return process online. The customer order number, which they asked for online, was on the packing slip and did not work. I entered that number in their online return form box probably 6 or 7 times and it never worked. So I called. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes before I gave up. I called again the next day - same thing, endless hold. I emailed. Nothing. I waited on hold a third day for about 15 minutes. Finally somebody answered and got me the help I needed. My advice: do not buy from Hayneedle unless you know you're never going to return anything. Stick with Overstock or Wayfair.

    I should have read the reviews before ordering here. First off I made my order on Wednesday 6/15 with 2 day shipping and was confirmed I would receive on Friday 6/17. A day later get an email saying it would arrive until 08/02!! Seriously?? They have no control on what they're doing, and don't try calling them - their hold time is horrible! Customer service doesn't know what they're doing. I called in to see what was going on. They said I would either receive a cancellation confirmation or an email saying my order was shipped that same day. So I did receive an email saying my order shipped.

    Today Friday 6/17 I check the tracking and apparently it was requested to be shipped back by the company! Now they're saying it's because I cancelled... HELLO??? I received no cancellation confirmation!! I received the tracking info and now this happens. I called in to try to have them ship to me and even offered to pick up at the FedEx location as it is still in my city, but no help at all. They said the manager was on vacation and only she could approve it (I don't believe it). All they offered was for me to reorder when the item is back in stock (a month later) and discount only on that item. No thank you, never again shopping here. Stay away.

    Called because advertised price was lower than what it was when I was ready to check out. The price went up by hundred dollars so I called so they could honor the price. The customer service rep put me on hold for a long time, came back and said his manager said sorry about the glitch but they could not sell it to for that price. I then told him to tell his manager that I was not going to pay the higher amount because they had to honor the price online (BTW I even emailed them proof of a screenshot). I told him that by law they had to honor it and that I had nothing to do with their website issues.

    I advised them that they should contact their legal department if they just didn't know the law. The second time the customer serv rep then came back and said they would honor the lower price but only after I vocalized to them that I knew the law. Next issue I check my bank account only to learn I was charged TWICE. Rather than call Hayneedle (based off their reviews) I contacted my bank so they could handle it.

    I have attempted to contact this company several times to no avail regarding a $1000 piece of furniture that arrived with significant damage. I spent well over an hour on the phone the first time (when the recording advised a "10 minute wait time" and I eventually hung up, 30 minutes a second time, and 35 minutes so far today). In the meantime, I also sent an email to customer service, which advised up to a 72 hour wait time, which has also far since passed. Today I pledge to stay on the phone until I get a "customer advocate" - it does not significantly matter whether they are able to resolve the issue. The response time is unacceptable.

    We purchased $3,000 worth of patio furniture from Hayneedle. They screwed up first order, and somehow deleted it. We reordered. Recently received the furniture (3 chaise lounges and 3 patio tables). It was all scratched badly, almost as if someone dragged these across a driveway, then shipped back to company for them to resell. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Having a very tough time contacting anyone to return this stuff. Have waited on phone for 40 min and 55 min, and have sent emails to no avail. Jesus Christ!

    I purchased the $90 walk-in greenhouse in March, however, I didn't put it up until 2-3 weeks ago because Illinois' weather was still too cold... I also needed to level the ground before anchoring it. A week ago, we had a thunderstorm, causing parts of its metal frame to not only come apart but it put holes in the cover. It also ripped the zipper away from the plastic cover but the zipper wasn't even zipped! I called customer service last Thursday and spoke to Coreen.     On June 10th I got an email from a representative of Hayneedle extending a credit to my bill for the trouble I have had both with my order and from Customer Care. She was very apologetic and had read my review on this site, so I think that the company realizes they have a problem and are working hard to address it.

    How I wish I had found this site before ordering from Hayneedle! I ordered the mahogany Sullivan secretary desk ($749.00) from them rather than from another company because I had seen the Hayneedle name so many times that I assumed it was reliable and reputable. I will say that the item I ordered was shipped quickly and that flaws in the furniture probably originated with the manufacturer. I called Hayneedle and they gave me the number of the manufacturer, but it turned out to be incorrect - the number was for Crosley Radio rather than Crosley Furniture.

    Once I found the correct number in the directions, I called Crosley and they were very prompt and courteous in satisfying my concerns. Every time I have tried to contact Hayneedle, I have been unsuccessful and have waited anywhere from 10-40 minutes before giving up without having spoken to anyone in "customer care." The last time I contacted Crosley I told them that they should evaluate Hayneedle as a distributor and perhaps think about finding a more reliable company to distribute their goods.

    Updated on 6-09-2016: I finally got a response to the email that I had sent "Customer Care" and the sender was very apologetic about phone wait times and said that they were being addressed. She could not do anything to compensate me for my trouble with both the desk and Hayneedle, but at least I got a response. Still, I would hesitate to order from the company again.

    I recently ordered 4 chaise lounges for my pool. Within 2 hours I realized the sizing on these were not accurate for our needs. I called in and after 54 minutes on and off hold, I spoke with a manager. He assured me he was working to try and stop the shipment. I needed a different 4 and they were the same cost. Had my call time not been so long they probably could've stopped the shipment. I asked if they will cover the return shipping cost so I can order the correct items from them and they only offered to pay half. I have ordered from many companies and will never order from here. I tried to exchange this within 2 hours of placing the order. I have many items I need to purchase but will not take my business somewhere else. This was not good customer service or helpful at all.

    The item that I ordered was not as I expected - no defects or anything. I went into my order information for the return policies, expecting to find a return address and pre-paid postage. Online consumers have come to expect that level of ease and service from online vendors, such as Amazon and Zappos. I was unable to get the documents that I was expecting to find. I wrote to the Customer Service Department. I was told that they would be happy to accept the return item, but they would deduct $10.50 from my refund to pay for the shipping charges. This was half of the total charge of my purchase!

    I wrote back to say that that was unacceptable and I would pay for the USPS charge myself and to please send me the proper address to which to mail the item. No response. I contacted the BBB and let them know about these difficulties. Hayneedle held firm to its policy to not accept the shipping charges for returning the item, AND I still did not have an address to ship it back to Hayneedle at my expense. At long last, I did receive the proper address for returning merchandise and was told that Hayneedle considered the matter closed. Well, for all the time and stress involved in accomplishing what should have been a simple matter, I do not consider the matter closed. It is incumbent upon me to warn prospective Hayneedle online shoppers from doing business with this company, or at least to be absolutely certain that you really do want the merchandise that you are ordering. Returning the merchandise will be at your expense and headache.

    I bought a Hooker brand Sorella 54 inch Round pedestal dining table for $1968.00 in early May. I paid for white glove installation. I guess the white glove treatment means dumping boxes in dining room and leaving. Also, pedestal was damaged with huge gash in it.     I think that, a week ago, we bought a $440 gas fire pit from these people. That said, we don't have any idea if that's true. They claim they shipped the item, but the tracking info and shipping company say they know nothing about said shipment. Three email inquiries to Hayneedle 'customer service' have gone unanswered. One phone call had me put on hold for over 15 minutes, then hung up on - makes me wonder if they're actually just a scam? In any case, haven't seen customer service (abuse) this bad in decades. We're sorry we did the deal, and given the other reviews we've read, we'll be lucky to get our money back, or the actual item.

    They used to say that a happy customer will tell 10 to 15 folks, while an unhappy customer will tell 20 to 25. This is the digital age, and I've got a Facebook account with over 1200 friends, plus two websites that draw in the neighborhood of 15,000 folks a week on average. Wanna take a guess at how many I'm gonna tell about this experience?

    I ordered an outdoor sectional on 4/30/16 and received it the following Friday... after realizing it did not match the description I requested a return on May 8 through the website. When I did not hear anything by Tuesday May 10th I called and they had no record of my request. At that point they said I would hear by the end of the week but I would be charged $250 in shipping (which is a joke).

    I didn't hear anything by Friday May 13th so I called again and again. They told me I would hear at the beginning of the week and oh yeah now I was being charged an extra $50 for boxes to ship the furniture back. Still nothing - I called Tuesday May 17th... again promised I would be contacted for pick up. Wrote an email May 18th still nothing! I am trying to get my backyard done for my daughters graduation party and cannot purchase something else until I am refunded ALL OF MY MONEY!! This company is a joke and as an interior designer I would never again use a company that has such poor service and customer care.     I purchased a Shoe Cabinet from Hayneedle. The cabinet is very shoddy and the door hinges are made of flimsy plastic. After I assembled it I put two pairs of shoes in the cabinet to test it. When I opened the door one of the flimsy hinges broke. I contacted Hayneedle. Their "solution" was for me to disassemble the cabinet, repackage, and ship back to them for a refund.     I placed an order on Hayneedle.com on 4/18/16 with an estimated arrival date of 4/25. Today is now 4/27 and not only has the item not left the warehouse, when I call Hayneedle, they aren't sure what is going on and "will have to get back with me". When I called to cancel, they told me it's shipped. When I provided verification from FedEx using the tracking number they provided me showing it has not shipped, they told me they aren't sure what is going on and cannot cancel the order. They keep you on hold for a long time as well. It's been almost 20 minutes at this point.

    I ordered a rocking chair and received a love seat instead. Not a big deal - I just called customer service so that they can coordinate a pickup and send me the correct item. The box for the love seat was over 100 lbs, and Hayneedle customer service wanted me to figure out how to get the package to the nearest Fedex location. I explained that I am 8 months pregnant and unable to do that, and that given that this was THEIR mistake, they should be coordinating a Fedex pick-up from my home.

    The customer service rep said she handled the whole return and that Fedex would pick up the next day. She also said no return label was required, which I found to be very odd. I decided to contact Fedex myself to verify that what she told me was true, and Fedex had nothing in their system about a pick-up for a package, and said there absolutely needs to be a return label on the package in order for them to complete the pickup. After 30 mins of back and forth with another customer service rep at Hayneedle, the return label was sent to me via e-mail and a pickup was scheduled with Fedex.

    Well, I just received the CORRECT chair today, and all of the hardware is missing, as well as the rocking chair feet. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. I called Hayneedle, who called the manufacturer, and they told me that the parts will be delivered. I asked for a tracking number and an estimated arrival date, and they couldn't give me that information, but assured me I would receive the parts next week. I sure hope so.

    Who knew customer is suppose to pay for shipping to return something is clearly not what I wanted? Customer service is rude and would not waive cost of shipping back their low-quality products back. They lost me as a customer and we regret having spent almost 1,000 dollars there.

    I don't know why I didn't check here first before purchasing with Hayneedle. I usually tried to check out reviews first. So after reviewing all of the BAD approximately 118 reviews, I called Paypal right away to cancel my order (I had just ordered 2 hours prior). I told Paypal about the reviews that I read and how Hayneedle had treated other customers who tried to cancel their order. So Paypal called them directly and 3 way me on the phone. The Hayneedle representative lied and said he thinks the order had already gone thru and he could not cancel my order, but I did not get another email saying it had been processed.

    When Paypal asked him for a reference number he stated he did not have one. When Paypal asked him for his employee ID# he would not give that either. They are the worst. Paypal assured me that they would contact the Paypal representative for Hayneedle to try to cancel this order and to look out for an email from them. I don't think I will ever receive one. Paypal told me to give them 48 hours to try to resolve this. Hopefully I can prevent this payment from going to Hayneedle altogether and not worry about trying to get a refund from them. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

    On 3/16/2016 I called to inquire why I had two charges to my account. I ordered two items from this company. One charge that was made against my account was for the full amount, and the other was individually charge. When I inquired as to why there were two charges to account I was told they put pending charges to the account until the item is shipped. I have no problem with that. What I do have a problem with is that you are charging my account twice. 1 individual charge and 1 for the total amount. When I expressed what they had done was illegal, they asked that I give them a fax number to my bank to release the individual funds right away. Other than that it would take 5-7 business days. Unacceptable... And I was furious which prompt me to write this review. Up until this incident, I had been totally satisfied with this company. However, when they start doing illegal charges, this negate the positive experience I've had with them.

The last time I asked for another label, Hayneedle told me they stopped selling that table (well, no ** - it's faulty!) and refused to allow me to return or receive a refund. Meanwhile, I've now paid $$ towards truck rentals and wasted time and energy trying to return this useless table that I'm now stuck with. Not even the trash collectors will accept it.

    Beware Hayneedle's accounting practices. While I was happy with the entertainment center I purchased for $1300, I discovered I was billed TWICE through my PayPal credit account. As soon as I saw the second billing, I called PayPal and they cancelled the first transaction and I thought all was fine. I left for Christmas, and on my return had a letter from Hayneedle saying the second transaction from PayPal credit didn't go through and I owed the price of the item. I used PayPal credit because of their 6 month no interest policy. I was told by the account manager at Hayneedle I could not use PayPal credit and must instead use another payment method. I called Holly at Hayneedle and after a long call, realized she would not acknowledge any error in double billing, saying it was PayPal's fault.

    I asked her if she would at least contact PayPal to tell them of this problem of a double bill and she said that was not something Hayneedle does. All I wanted is for her to make sure this didn't happen to anyone else, but that was too hard for her. I paid using a credit card, which I did NOT want to do and feel that Hayneedle's unprofessionalism at dispute resolution means I won't use them again.

    I purchased online from them and was notified of a 18-23 Dec delivery. This was important as it was a Christmas present for my wife. I checked the delivery status online some days later after the order on 14 December only to find out (they had not told me) that the items was out of stock and was backordered. They indicated an estimated delivery date of 23-31 Dec. Based on this I completed an online form and cancelled my order. The following morning I was emailed and told that I couldn't cancel (despite being out of stock) as the manufacturer had shipped the item (despite being unshipped and out of stock and marked as back order). I insisted on a cancellation and they reluctantly agreed. What they actually did was have their manufacturer create a fraudulent shipping code to try to force me to take the product (that was out of stock). Obviously, I refused and demanded a cancellation. They agreed.

    Two weeks later I see that on my credit card statement that they took my money the day after they agreed to the cancellation. That is at best a grave mistake, probably fraud and at worst theft. I have spent an hour with a customer service rep giving me attitude and rudeness and still no refund and attitude and rudeness from customer service and now I find that there are bank charges as I used a foreign card that I would not have incurred had they correctly cancelled my transaction due to their negligence. Still I am getting arrogance, attitude and no refund and no fees refund despite a breach of contract, fraud and theft. I will not rest until this company is exposed for the fraud that it is. Is business that tough that you have to steal now?

    I got 7-6 foot and 4-3 foot planter boxes. the 6 foot ones were $149.00 each. I got these because the one 3 foot I got was fine and still is. I ordered the same box, just a different size.     The 30" Directors Chair has a step in order to seat yourself. The chair WILL NOT close after assembly. The step is incorrectly designed and you must carry a screwdriver with you in order to fold the chair. VERY, VERY POOR DESIGN. It can be corrected if someone would take the time to contact CHINA and show them with a diagram how it can be corrected. Hayneedle knows of the problem, but has not taken the chair off their merchandise list... I recommend other sources, BUT look at the chair's STEP before purchasing.

    I ordered a bar for my basement from Hayneedle.com. The shipment was delivered and there were some minor scratches and imperfections but I was willing to live with that. I assemble the bar and realize that Hayneedle.com has not shipped me the four feet that go on the bottom of the bar and allow it not to sit on the ground. When I contact Hayneedle.com, they inform me they have no extra supplies/parts for this part and cannot help me. They told me they can do an exchange but I would have to disassemble it and send it back on my own time.

    I ordered a corporate gift basket to be sent to the hotel that I work at so I can take with me when I go visit some clients. I called a week after it was supposed to arrive to follow up. Upon talking with the customer service rep, he told me they do not deliver to hotels because they "get lost too much." (Oh okay) He also listed other places they do not deliver to. I asked him why I wasn't ever informed. Code does not work at check out, it states that "code has already been applied". I spoke with **, the supervisor. He stated that almost ALL of the baby items are EXCLUDED from the new customer discount. I was attempting to buy a Baby Car Seat. This is like the old "bait and switch". THEY HAVE YOU when you see the price is the same as Target or Kohls, BUT on Hayneedle.com you get an additional 10% discount on your first order, as a new customer. Same story, mfg closed and needs called. No detail about previous call was logged. Waiting on refund now. They appear to have a canned script to string you along.

    I ordered a porch swing. It did not fit my needs. I paid with a credit card. Hayneedle person stated that shipping was free. When I called for a return label, I was told that I had to pay return shipping fees. The swing had been sent by Fedex and Hayneedle said they wanted it sent back in same box. Got to Fedex store was informed that we were supposed to repackage, because we were not a company. They have different rules for individuals. It was all a big headache!!! Never order from them again!!!!!!!!

    Originally purchased a porch swing for a Mother's day present. Upon arrival, I opened the box and quickly noticed that two pieces of wood already had significant cracks (and one piece was structural in nature). Of course returning was a bear, having to purchase another one first and use that box to return the original.

    Fast forward 21 months later, I unwrapped the (replacement) swing from its winter tarp, and found that the left arm support (and main support point) was structurally cracked. The swing was not left to the elements over the winter, keep in mind. I contacted Hayneedle, shared the pictures, and informed them that this particular product must be universally defective due to its type of wood, and also asking for a concession in trying to find a replacement. I am the first to acknowledge that its 12 month warranty was expired, but on a more basic level, an outdoor swing - when maintained and protected from the elements, and used MAYBE a total of 20 times - should not break down in the manner it did.

    The best Hayneedle offered me was $50 off for a replacement, which is comedic when you think that their profit margins are easily in the 30 - 50% range. Effectively, they still wanted to make a decent profit on yet another sale from me. I would not recommend Hayneedle, and share with others to learn from my experience instead of dealing with it yourself.

    I ordered this item on June 2nd with 2 day shipping and today the agent told me that the item is back ordered. Moreover, their own agent told me on 6/4/15 that the item will be shipped on 6/4/15 itself. This wrong information and a lack of inventory update in their system cost me valuable 4 days. I had some commitments with someone with this product and was hoping on receiving it today. I am utterly disappointed in Hayneedle's service and customer support. Not recommended.

    Return their chairs which were too small. Nowhere on their Return and Exchange Policy do they say that they will charge about 25% of the item value to return them. In fact, it says free shipping and a no nonsense policy if you return to be paid the whole purchase item back. (Note: does NOT say anywhere that you will be charged the shipping, an outrageous amount if you return the item). I shop online frequently and do look at the policies before ordering anything and feel this is a misguided representation. This was and will be the first and only time I will ever shop from Hayneedle and am writing a review to 'warn' other customers.

    My son sent me a picture of the Starbucks basket that he was sending me on Mother's Day because it was not going to get here on time. The total cost of the basket was $100.00. When I finally received the basket I could not believe how awful the box -- not basket -- was!!!     I order this office chair and before it was completely process the order was canceled. I then call them to find out why. In short my address and mailing address are different at this time. The email I received stated that there is fraud and the order was cancelled. I was asked what was the two addresses related to me. My billing address is where I live and the shipping address is where I staying (which is an RV Park). What is so wrong about that? I do not recommend buying anything from them.     We received our product. One piece of wood was broken. One of the main A frame piece was the wrong side (like getting 2 left shoes). Several holes did not match up - we had to re drill.     We purchased a 5 piece patio set with a Fire Table from Hayneedle last spring. The delivery was a joke and the delivery company was angry with how we were/weren't communicated with - but that's not why I'm writing this review. We have had the product for under a year and four of the five pieces appear to be holding up just fine. The Fire Table (which is the whole reason for the purchase) has pock marks all over it and the finish layer is pulling up everywhere - clearly a manufacturing defect (again, all the other pieces are fine). We called and spoke with a "Customer Advocate" who was anything but an "Advocate" who flatly told us there was a 30 day guarantee and nothing could be done.     I read all of the negative reviews about Hayneedle and then checked out their Facebook page and decided to try them out because they seemed committed to customer service. I found a Sauder bookcase that I really liked for $100 less than on Amazon that was sold out on all the other sites. The purchase went smoothly but when the item arrived, it was the wrong bookcase (3 shelf instead of 5, Oiled Pine instead of Jamocha Wood).

    I emailed customer service and received an automated message back saying they received my message and their response time is usually 24 hours. Sure enough, the next day I received a message back from a customer service rep. They sent me a return FedEx label and informed me that the bookcase I wanted was out of stock and they had issued me a refund. They also told me when it was expected to be back in stock and that I could repurchase it then.

    I scheduled the pick up with FedEx for the next day with my return label and the refund processed to my credit card with no issue. I am fairly certain that the bookcase came directly from the manufacturer so I don't fault Hayneedle for it being out of stock. Secondly, I debated calling them to make sure it was indeed in stock before I ordered since I knew it was out of stock everywhere else. I would certainly recommend Hayneedle and will purchase from them again.

    I spent a lot of time researching some flower beds to purchase. I finally decided on Hayneedle's because I liked the design, I liked the price and it could be delivered in time for my planting time frame.     I bought a leather chair from Hayneedle and later on, I want to cancel my order. I call the customer service and told me that it cannot be canceled anymore because the item was already shipped.They advised me just to return the item after receiving it. When I call them that I want to return it, they are charging me for $210 for the return shipping because they said it's a big item. What? I paid $400 on it free shipping and returning it would cost me more than half of its price. I don't like this. There's something wrong with this company. I would not recommend this to anyone because of this experience. Don't buy with Hayneedle unless you are 100% sure that you will like the product or else, you are wasting your money.

    I purchased a file cabinet. It required you to put it together which was not a problem but the item was junk and could not be put together correctly. It kept falling apart.     I ordered of sleeper sofa last summer (2014) and paid extra for special delivery to my basement. When I logged into my account a few days later I had noticed that there was an extra order attached to my account for a second and different item. I called to make sure that I was getting the correct item and they assured me that the second item had been attached to my order because of similar way bill numbers, and that they had cleared up the problem.

    I waited approximately 1.5 months for the order to arrive. I had to schedule delivery with the shipping company, Federal/Johnson in Bloomington, IL. I was assured that I would be contacted at least a 1/2 hour for delivery...I was not. I just happened to be home on my lunch hour when they arrived. I asked them to put in the basement and they seemed put out, even after I informed them that I had paid extra for that service. They asked me to sign a folded up way bill and were quickly on their way.

    I opened to the box and immediately noticed that what I had was not the correct item. The crazy part is that the item had a tag attached to it picturing the item that I had ordered, but the to couch was not even close to the right model. As a matter of fact, the item now in my basement was the one that had been "accidentally" added to my order and that I had been assured had been cleared up! I called Hayneedle and they tried to get to me to purchase the wrong item now sitting in my basement for 20% off. No way, Jose. They offered me a refund and told me it would be credited to my account once it had arrived to their warehouse. I told them that was no good, I had waited a month and a half for it to get here and that I wanted my refund immediately. The representative then offered to refund me immediately if I agreed to give the item to a local charity. Ok, great. No problem. I thought that was the end of it.

    Later that evening I began to unpack the item to get it ready for pickup, my friend was on his way with a truck to deliver it to the Salvation Army Restore. It was then that I noticed that I only had received one half of the couch. Not only had they sent me the wrong couch (with the right tag), but it was only the bench portion! No arms, no legs. I noticed I only had Box 1 or 2. I called and told my friend to forget it. I had to call Restore and apologize.

    I called Hayneedle and after having to talk to about 4 different people, each time telling my story again, I was told to just throw it away. What? How wasteful. I asked them to ship me the second half and I would be happy to give it away. They told me it was "lost" and it would be more trouble than it was worth to find it. I was not about to pay a $75 disposal fee to have my waste hauler to remove a large item. Finally I got them to agree to send Johnson/Federal to pick it up. They were supposed to call me to schedule a pickup and that Hayneedle would dispose of it. They never called. I called, about 20 times, and they had no idea what I was talking about. This lead to many more calls to Hayneedle. It is going on 2.5 months and still no pickup.

    Then I get a call from Federal/Johnson while I am on vacation telling me that they have a package to be delivered. Great! I thought it was the second half of the couch and now I did have something for Restore. I told them I would call them back in a week to schedule because I was out of town. Well, I called a week later and Federal/Johnson to set up a delivery. I was informed that they tried to deliver it multiple times in the past weeks and that they had now sent it back. What? Called Hayneedle again, retold my story a bunch more times. I am told that Federal/Johnson will be calling me to set up a time to pick the item up. Nobody ever called.

    Fast forward to Feb 2015. The damn thing is still in my basement. I had to give up for my sanity for a while. I just contacted them a week ago to reschedule a pickup. They tell me, "No problem." I never hear from Federal/Johnson. I get an email from Hayneedle stating that because they have refunded my money and that the item had been shipped back to their warehouse 12/5/14, they considered the case closed. I emailed them back to review the case. I just got another email today stating that Federal/Johnson will be contacting me. Let's see what happens.

    The worst part about this is that each time I got a hold of somebody at Hayneedle they say stuff like, "If you would have contacted ME when you originally placed your order, none of this would have ever happened." I ordered it online. I was always fed some BS about how it was another employee's fault, or the shippers fault. Federal/Johnson surely is not coming out smelling like a rose here, but it is Hayneedle's choice to use them and they should take responsibility for that. What kind of company does that? Quit blaming and start fixing. Unbelievable. Who would conduct business like this in this day and age? Hayneedle, that is who.

After three phone calls to customer service, all making empty promises that they would contact the company from which it came to get a new light sent to me, I finally gave up. Each customer service person told me they would get back to me... I never received an email or phone call and the light is still broken. Heavy items like this are too much of a hassle to return, and I'm sure that Hayneedle counts on that. This is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced from a company, and I will never order from them again... They really need to take a lesson from Amazon in how to treat their customers. I do a ton of online shopping, so they have lost a good customer.

    I ordered a computer desk. The listing had all the usual positive information about the desk. I ordered it and it arrived in about a week. I had been busy for a bit before I started to assemble it. All the parts were there. As I was doing step one, I noticed a substantial crack in one of the top rails. The crack was exactly in the same place where a dowel and screw are used to connect it. The major support screws wouldn't tighten so everything kept collapsing. The instructions said that it took two people to assemble it. This was not mentioned on the listing at Hayneedle.

    After more than 2 hours of struggling with step one, I gave up. I'd assembled many Ready To Assemble furniture items before and was well aware of what it takes to assemble them. I signed in to Hayneedle.com, found the order, and proceeded to go through the return /exchange link. Every time I did it said no item selected. I then went to write a review. It required you to enter a code. I submitted the review with the code and received a message that said no code was detected. I repeated the same thing with the same code three more times. It always said no code detected. I found the email link for Customer Service. I wrote about the problems, submitted the CS support request, but it said there was an error so the request could not be completed followed by the CS support telephone number. I have a disability that prevents me from using a phone so this wasn't an option.

    I ordered two glass night stands mid-November. It was supposed to be delivered on December 9th and never arrived. I called Hayneedle numerous times for status and that is when all hell broke loose. Each agent I spoke to either told me it was back ordered and would give me another date that it would be delivered, or that there was some kind of computer glitch that the warehouse didn't get my order. Hayneedle is full of so many excuses that it's hard to take them seriously. It's now the end of December and I still have not received my night stand, received any email updates regarding my order, or any truthful comments from the customer service people or the so-called managers at Hayneedle. I can't tell you how many times I have heard how sorry they are and how they will get me an update and yet, I still don't have my nightstands and no update (and they, of course, have my payment). I've asked to cancel my purchase and I still have no confirmation of that being done. It's sad that this company can't be as professional or provide its customers the product that is stated on their website especially after payment has been made.     I have only made one purchase from Hayneedle.com and am pretty confident when I say that it will be my one and only purchase from them. I purchased a hammock and a stand in JUNE as a Father's Day gift. Everything was fine, ordered online, credit card was processed, item was received within a week and was very pleased with the item. Last week, mind you it is now mid NOVEMBER, I received an email from the billing department at Hayneedle asking me to call them and provide them with a different credit card number since they were unable to process my card originally used. I responded with "I have not purchased anything from you guys since June. I find it a bit odd that 6 months later after I have already received my item that just now you are deciding that my card wasn't billed?" It has been 7 days and I have not heard a response from them which makes me believe that it was just a scam trying to get another $160 from me.

    I looked back over my billing statements and my card was indeed charged the amount at the time my order was placed in June. Buyers beware and use caution if you're thinking of making a purchase from Hayneedle. VERY shady, so keep track of your bank accounts/statements and make sure they do not bill you twice or try to bill you again months after your purchase was made.

    After ordering a somewhat expensive greenhouse from Hayneedle, I received an email saying they had cancelled my order. I called the customer service number provided but no one could tell me why my order had been cancelled. All they could tell me was that it had to be reviewed by the accounting department and they would get back to me with an answer in 72 hours. So 3 days passed with nothing. I called again today, and was told that they could not verify my credit card and could therefore not process my order, but no one could give me an answer as to what the exact issue was. This is a card that I use often, and I have never had an issue with any other retailers. The order had been processed by my credit card company, so the billing info that I provided was obviously correct.

First two times CS agent was checking on shipper info - CEVA and item would be delivered within the week.     I read all of the 62 reviews on this place on here (at the time of my purchase at least) & I was very scared because the majority of them were very negative. But I found a ridiculous deal on Hayneedle that I could not pass up. For anyone that hunts or shoots out there, you've probably heard of Zeiss scopes. They have a Zeiss Terra 3x on there right now (Sep '14) for $192... if you know anything about Zeiss getting one new for under $200 is unheard of. Bear in mind this is their bottom of the barrel model, but still an amazing price, it's $300-$350 everywhere else.

    So....I went for it! I ponied up the extra $5 for FedEx shipping (highly recommended) since I heard of so many shipping woes & I paid thru PayPal & charged it to my AmEx (thru PayPal) so in case they screwed me over, like everyone else apparently, I could contest it with both and not have to deal direct with Hayneedle only. I ordered on Monday & the scope arrived Friday (today). I haven't field tested it yet, but this scope is crystal clear & definitely is a Zeiss as far as I can tell. Zeiss is even running a $50 rebate at the moment so I think I'm gonna get it for $147. I can't believe it, one of the best deals I've ever gotten.

    I feel very bad for everyone that got screwed but hayneedle hooked me up big time. If you see something on there for a crazy deal, you feel like gambling & decide to pull the trigger do it thru PayPal & with FedEx. Also keep in mind that most positive purchasers don't write reviews, mostly negative ones, which compelled me to review. Good luck!!

After a few days I checked on the status of the product and noticed that they preemptively canceled my order, supposedly for a credit card issue - which they could never explain. It took several calls, a lot of threatening to write a bad review, etc. for them to get on the ball and fix their problem. Even though the telescope delivery was delayed a couple of weeks, they did figure out the problem - were aware of the problem when I called - were pleasant - AND took off a hundred bucks from my order.     I ordered a basketball hoop in early June. It was supposed to come by June 30th. It is now August 1st and over the past month I have exchanged over 10 emails with Hayneedle Customer Service with at least 3 people who say how sorry they are and how they will get me an update - and yet, I have no basketball hoop and no update (and they, of course, have my payment). They gave me the number of the delivery company for whom I have left 4 messages - no call back. I received an email 7 days from someone who indicated that my case had been escalated to her and that she would provide me with an update. I never heard from her again, despite multiple emails. I then sent another email the customer service indicating that someone needed to resolve my issue or issue a refund and again, I never heard from anyone.

    I placed an order on July 6 for a Lifetime Dome Climber for my grandchildren to play on during summer break. I paid extra for a quick delivery. It was to be delivered July 14. On July 11, I received notification that it was delayed to Sept 9, when the kids are back in school. I called immediately to cancel the order, and was told they could NOT cancel as the order was being shipped directly from the manufacturer. I was told that I could just REFUSE delivery in September. Knowing that Hayneedle will then make me pay to ship it back, I asked to speak to a Supervisor and was put on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up. I then called Paypal who said I had to deal with Hayneedle. I next Called American Express, who not only put a "HOLD" on that charge, noting that I was trying to cancel the order due to a 2 MONTH delay, but suggested that I CANCEL that card, and they received a NEW card with a new account number 22 hours later.

    I called Paypal back to advise I had canceled the card but found that I also had to cancel ALL of my other payment methods on Paypal because their representative told me that if one card was still open the charge would automatically transfer to another open card. I have since e-mailed Hayneedle twice and called once with NO satisfaction. There is NO reason that they should refuse to cancel an order that has been backordered 2 months!     I ordered a cat gym. It was to be a corner unit. I received an email stating my order including a photo of what I purchased was shipped. I notified my family of the arrival to be looking out for the product since I would be out of town when it was to be delivered. The product arrived as expected the packaging was in good condition. My family decided to put the cat gym together for me while I was gone. When I returned home I was very disappointed because the product. The company shipped and verified through email was NOT what I bought and paid for. I notified the company via their survey they sent but never heard from them. The cat gym does not match my home decor. It is Not a corner unit I needed due to limited space in my home and I am not willing to pay for return shipping and the time it will take for me to uninstall the product repack and ship out.     I ordered a patio set from Hayneedle on May 31, paid in full. Now July 7 still no delivery. I have been on the phone for hours trying to speak to someone. Nobody answers. Eventually I called sales. What a surprise, immediate answer just to be put on hold for another 30 minutes. I am now told my items are no longer available and I will get a refund. This after waiting 37 days for nothing with no update from them.     This is the second summer we've had our red patio umbrella from Hayneedle. We live in Michigan, so our season and sunshine are not as intense as in other parts of the country. The umbrella is now extremely faded and pink. This item was advertised as fade-resistant. The satisfaction guarantee was for 30 days. So disappointed.

    Although one of the boxes was banged up and one corner was wet, the careful packaging completely protected all of the parts. One of the chair seats had a stripped hole and the screw wouldn't tighten. I called Hayneedle, and they promised to send me a whole new chair, which they did a few days later.     I placed two orders with Hayneedle. The first was a bar stool that I ordered. It shipped very quickly and I got delivery confirmation that it was delivered, but the package was never delivered. I called hayneedle and they told me it was delivered and left at the front door, no signature. It took two days for someone to figure out that it was not sent to the shipping address but rather the billing address. No one was home at the billing address since they were on vacation. They don't have a clue as to why it was sent to the wrong address. They have delivery confirmation that it was shipped to the shipping address!

    I gave it another shot when I ordered the Amber Upholstered bed. I was told that this was the guaranteed best price. It had good reviews so for the price, I gave it a shot. The bed arrived and I went shopping for a mattress. I found the same bed $150 cheaper. I called to ask for a credit and I was told that one would not be issued because the low rate guarantee was only for other online stores. They never said that before!

    If I knew I could find it in a retail store cheaper, I would have purchased it there. Since they have "free returns" I just opted to have it returned and save the $150. Well there are NO FREE RETURNS EITHER! They make you pay for shipping back, which was about $125. At this point I was so annoyed, I said I would still ship it back and keep the $25 savings. Then I was told there was a restocking fee of $50. They found every way to make it more expensive to return the bed! I was sent an email asking to review the bed on their website. After I made a negative review, I was told that the review would be looked at and posted to the website if it was approved. They never posted the review! They will only post a positive review to their website!

    I just purchased a table fountain from Hayneedle. I called the company as the fountain didn't fit 'right' with my room decor. The company sent me the proper papers for return. Thinking about it over the past few hours, I decided to possibly keep the fountain and use it in another room. Unfortunately, the motor was too loud. I did let Hayneedle know about the loud motor and I did receive a timely response thanking me for letting them know. So, I decided to send the product back. To my surprise, I needed to pay for the return shipping ($14.73 UPS). Sure Hayneedle has a customer guarantee/no-hassle return policy, BUT they DO NOT MENTION THAT YOU NEED TO PAY FOR RETURNS, UNLESS IT IS BROKEN/DAMAGED.

    Ok, maybe I should have asked, and that is on me. If you read their policy guarantees, there is NOTHING mentioned about the customer paying for their return... under any circumstances. It is very vague and will mislead the customer. I will continue to use other well-known online companies that PAY for returns, even if the customer doesn't like the product. FOR ME, THAT IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!. I will no longer be using Hayneedle nor will I recommend the company. I am thinking about letting the BBB know. I feel, this is a false company representation about customer satisfaction.

    I tried to order something from this company two times and could not pass their security review. They told me to check with my finical institution and I did, and I fixed an error about the shipping address. I haven't moved, changed names or anything, etc. Nothing worked and they did nothing else to try and fix the issue. The last person I talked to from customer service pretty much thought I must have stolen someone's debit card. At this point, there was no way I was making a third attempt. Luckily I found a very similar product from another company who was more than glad to have my business.

    I made three separate purchases on Hayneedle over the course of two weeks and all three were never delivered. It took calls to customer service to discover that Hayneedle did not have these items in inventory. They are advertising products they do not have! I asked for a cancellation for each one and if I don't see the funds released to my account, I will be blacklisting them and reporting them to the authorities. I understand that items may be on backorder but not notifying the customer of this fact at the time of purchase is criminal behavior, in my opinion.

    They are giving me the runaround on shipping a patio lounger. Purchased it on their internet site on May 14, 2014. Their site shows it was picked up in Pennsylvania by shipper on Friday, May 16. When it wasn't delivered by Wednesday, May 21st, I called Hayneedle (Robin) who assured me it would be in Atlanta on Thursday, May 22nd and shipper would be calling to arrange delivery on the 22nd. At 1:00 pm Thursday, I emailed Robin and she now says I need to give it 48 more hours. Well, that takes it into Saturday (Memorial Day Weekend). It now looks like I'm being given the run around. Had I been smart and read the 48 prior complaints on Consumer Affairs on Hayneedle, I never would have done done business with them in the first place. Never Again!

    After reading so many of the complaints/reviews saying how terrible Hayneedle.com was, I was nervous at the least when I decided to place an order through their website. Turns out it was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had in my 44 years. Not only were the pair of lamps I ordered cheaper than the other 45 websites and several other retailers, but they were less than half the lowest price I found anywhere else! And it gets even better! I decided to really save and didn't pay the extra $10 to have it shipped by ground FedEx and used the economy shipping. Much to my surprise, 2 days after placing my order, I was sent a tracking number by FedEx ground services. Received the lamps 2 days later, packed ever so delicately to protect them. They are even more beautiful than what is pictured. That's not quite where this ends either!!! I received the pair of lamps 4 days after I ordered them and paid through PayPal, with great communication each day from Hayneedle.com, and I noticed that my bank account wasn't even charged for the lamps until the day after I received them. So ... I am a very happy customer and plan to frequent this website often. It's a shame that more people don't write good reviews, only reviews are of the dissatisfied.

    Ordered an outdoor pool table on February 4th. On the checked progress on shipping on February 10th and the item showed as backordered. The evening of the 10th called Hayneedle and told them I wanted to cancel the order because it was backordered and customer service told me they would cancel the order and I requested an e-mail to confirm which I did not receive. On February 12th, I receive an e-mail showing the item as being shipped. I called Hayneedle and told them I had cancelled the order on the evening of the 10th, and was told that it was already processed for shipment and could not be cancelled. The item was not picked up until the 12th at 9:28 am.... In other words their timeline is faulty.

    If I called on the 10th to cancel and the item was not picked up before the 12th, there was plenty of time to cancel the order. I informed them I would not accept the order if it arrived at my home and for them to stop the shipment, which the response was it would cost me $330.00 to I assume pay for their failure to do what I requested. This company is an absolute one to avoid at all cost!! It's going to cost me $330.00 to find that out..... Please be smart and find another place to get your goods from the internet. I promise you, you will be better for it in the long run. Hayneedle will never earn my business again!!!!

    I order a diaper cake for a gift, the amount 72.00. The diaper cake was very small with travel size shampoo on it. There was not 30 diapers in the gift. I call and ask for a return. I was told it is a non refundable item. I will never buy anything else from them that was my first and last time. At least make the gift half of what the cost of the items. It wasn't even 20 dollars worth of item on the diaper cake, very small and I am very disappointed.

    Hayneedle... not great at all. I purchased several items from them, quality did vary and price will reflect what you are buying. Always the same lesson, you get what you pay for. As far as better merchandise, I found out they are not the most competitive at all. Now, Deliveries: A total mess! As I was ordering several items by phone, it turn out that their site on my computer was giving me a different delivery date that the salesman on the phone!! I ordered a small end table that was supposed to get to me just before Christmas for a gift, it never came. Ordered on December 17th, as of January 10th NOTHING YET!!!!! 24 DAYS LATER!!!     On October 14th I ordered a play seat for driving games for my son's birthday. I paid for it with a check for $336.01. The check cleared my account on Oct 28th. I was in contact with Hayneedle through the whole process so they knew the check had been sent. The company never set aside my order. They sold out on the chair I had ordered and are not getting anymore. The company claims they are going to send me a different chair. It's now Nov 15th and no one at this place has any clue about when or if it's going to be shipped. I have been on the phone with so many different customer service reps that I am at my wit's end. I am going to file a claim with BBB and the FTC. Do not buy anything from this company. They are just ripoffs.

    My order was to be received 10/17/2013. When the tracking info showed no movement for days, I called. They said it had to be shipped with a different company and would be received within a week. I called numerous times. Apparently their shipping company, Home Direct is not capable of deliveries. I was finally told that I will have it 10/31 and someone will call to set up a time.

    Next day I received a call; it would be here 11/1 and that someone will call with a time. I received a call last night telling me I will receive it today between 4 and 8 pm. I called numerous times to make sure it was on the truck and that I will receive it. Heyneedle assured me it will be here. I sat home waiting, calling every hour to check on the status. At 8:30 I told Heyneedle to cancel the order. ABSOLUTELY CRAP - NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

    We bought a ping pong table for a mountain cabin, located a 2 hour drive from home. Hayneedle confirmed the delivery date the next day by email and then with frequent computer calls to remind me of the date. They also told me their local shipper (Home Direct contractor) would call me the day before delivery with a 4-hour delivery window.

    I was never contacted by the local delivery co. so I took a day off work and, on the appointed delivery day, left home at 6 a.m. to drive to the cabin to be there for the beginning of Haynedle's 8 a.m. delivery window. Waited all day and.... no delivery. Called Hayneedle who reconfirmed that date. Hayneedle then called the local Home Direct contractor who told them the delivery was 2 days later. Drove home, then again to cabin 2 days later. Local delivery co. said delivery had always been scheduled for 2 days later. When I complained to Hayneedle about the extra day of work I lost, gas cost, time lost, etc they said they were sorry, this sort of thing never happened and there was nothing they could do. They even told me they would not even give me a discount coupon that they provide to anyone who orders from their website.

    Since neither Hayneedle nor Home Direct feels any type of obligation to me for their scheduling and communication errors, I thought I'd share my experiences. If you order from Hayneedle, make sure someone is at home at all times because neither company seems to care that they give you bad scheduling info or that the 2 companies are unable to coordinate delivery. Why should they care? It's just your time they waste.

    I ordered a amour mirror a month ago and never got hardware with it. So I called and told them they sent the wrong hardware. So I called again and they apologized and said they would send the right hardware. And they said if they couldn't get the right stuff, they would just send me a new mirror. 2 weeks later no hardware yet. So I called again and the lady asked me if I could go to a hardware store and buy my own hardware. I am thinking are you serious? You can’t do that and make it look good. It’s supposed to have decorative knobs and stuff. So now I got to go through the trouble of sending it all back and all the other hassle.     I ordered a BOB Revolution SE Stroller worth $501.48 using my Debit card. I received an email telling me that they cancelled my order due to inability to process payment. My bank account has been charged already for the amount. I called Hayneedle and the Rep told me that it is their policy not to charge customer's account until the item is shipped. My account was charged and the Hayneedle kept on telling me that it is not. My bank balance and the bank told me that they have my $501.48.     I bought 3 kitchen stools from Hayneedle. I paid over $700 a stool. They all broke within 6 months of receiving them. After going back and forth with the company, getting new ones, returning broken parts, they wouldn't help me after 366 days of owning the junk that they sold me!!!     I mistakenly didn't do my homework... I ordered gift basket for a friend in hospital for emergency on Sunday... Monday he was discharged. I called to cancel that day... wasn't being delivered until Thursday. Was told I couldn't cancel, it was already in route... Called hospital, they refused the basket but I did not get a refund.     I wish we had researched Hayneedle before placing an order with them. We were re-directed through Amazon, so we thought that they were a reputable company. My recommendation to any friend would be to avoid doing business with this company at all costs. All of the poor reviews that we have read online have resonated with our experience. We ordered patio furniture from them due to cost, function and delivery date. It was ordered 3 weeks before a party and the estimated delivery date was 2 weeks, giving us a 1 week buffer. It's been 6 weeks and they can't even give us a status on our order (which was already charged to our card). The website proclaims 2 days shipping all over it. However, if you read reviews online, then you'll see that every customer is complaining about the long shipment times and lack of customer service when trying to locate placed orders.

    Now, summer is halfway over and we have no patio furniture for our new patio. It's so frustrating! We have called Hayneedle about 5 times and each time they claim that they will research it and get back to us. Of course, we are continuously calling back for a follow up in which they say that they don't have an answer for us. The most inept and frustrating customer service that I have worked with in memory! And shame on Amazon for promoting such an incompetent company!!

    Easily the worst experience I've ever had with an online shipper. Ten weeks passed between the time I'd placed the order and the time it landed on my doorstep. The time period was so long that I'd completely forgotten I'd even purchased anything from this company (they don't charge your account until you've verified receipt). I was out of town when the table arrived, and in the time that elapsed I'd purchased a different table. When I called Hayneedle to push for a return a week later, they told me I'd missed my return window(!) at that I could "arrange to sell it on eBay or Craigslist." Well thanks. Tread carefully. A store that won't even allow you to return merchandise within 30 days for at least store credit is sure to be a scam.

    I ordered an entertainment center ($346.50) from a Hayneedle company in February. They shipped me a table ($179) but charged me for the entertainment center. I returned the item approx. March 15th and I am STILL WAITING for them to credit my account (June 24). They acknowledged that it was completely their fault and they received the item back but still have not processed the credit. I have called and emailed them multiple times and I get a different story each time including that it is my fault that the credit is taking so long because I put the item in dispute with my credit card company. Not sure I will ever get my $346.50 back. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    I ordered a sofa bed and it arrived at the delivery terminal damaged. I refused delivery and received a refund. I ordered the same sofa bed a second time. Estimated delivery date was 5/31. A week and a half later, it still hasn't been delivered. After calling to get an update, I was told that the delivery company, Home Direct, lost the item. At this point, I am very angry. This is very poor service either by Hayneedle and/or the delivery company. I will never shop at Hayneedle again and discourage others from doing so.

    On The Edge 900124 Red Folding Utility Wagon With Handle - I bought this wagon on April 24, 2013. The first time my husband and I used the wagon, everything went well. However, the second time we used the wagon, the welds on the front axle separated, rendering the wagon unusable. I contacted Hayneedle about an exchange, and their polite reply was that since this was beyond the 30-day window, they would not be able to do anything.

    I do not think it is unreasonable to expect a company to stand by the merchandise they distribute, and I certainly do not think it is acceptable for a product to fail after being used twice.

    We ordered a mosaic wood burning fire pit, and it arrived pretty much as expected; and the "some assembly required" was tolerable. We never built a fire in it but did use it as an occasional table on our deck. It faded rapidly but that was expected. What was not expected is that the terracotta-like mosaic pieces started popping out of the matrix after three months of use (it was covered all winter long). Contacting Hayneedle, they basically said, "So sorry for the inconvenience, your $300 table only has a 30-day warranty.” I've bought a lot of things in my life and can't recall a single one of this magnitude that has only a 30-day warranty. Beware of what you buy and from whom you buy it. A reputable dealer wouldn't carry junk.

    I ordered a Coronado Firebowl from Hayneedle in January, but due to cold weather, did not start using it until April. I have difficulty attaching the propane heater as the part it attaches to is at an angle. I have to turn the firebowl upside down to attach the heater, which is difficult to do since I'm 75 years old. I also have to take the glass particles out of the firebowl to do this. And just lately I find I cannot turn off the propane, so must let the fire burn until the tank is empty. I understand that I waited too long to return the item, but did ask for some advice in getting it fixed. So far I have received none.

    Then, about a week ago, I wrote a review on their website (complete with picture) explaining my problems with the firebowl. To date it has not been published on their site. This is my main concern: that they are not being honest if they don't publish negative reviews. I called today and said that the reviews were outsourced and they had no control over what will be published. Well... that is enough for me. I will not order from them again and will try to warn others through alternate venues.

    I ordered a white wood window box (Item#: HN-DMC002) and bracket and made the mistake to not open it until my husband returned from Florida and could install it. It was past the 30-day return period. We were appalled by how shoddy the construction of this window box was. The only way to use this window box is to sand, caulk and repaint (2 coats) the entire box. I tried to return it for a store credit and was told my only option is to sell it on eBay. Forget easy returns. Run the other way when you see a product manufactured by DMC Products. I was told by Hayneedle to sell it on eBay or Craigslist or donate it to charity. No one will pay $118 for this poorly made item so I guess Goodwill is my only option. Be sure to check your items immediately so you don't have to eat $118 like I have to.

    Late December I ordered a rocking chair. There were repeated delays in delivery and by the time it was ready for delivery in mid-March, the price had increased. Of course the web only shows the current price. The company's representatives refused to lower the price and the item was refused (prior to delivery). They then insisted on charging a return shipping fee in spite of "100% Satisfaction" guarantee, "No Hassle Return", "Free Shipping" and "No restocking fee" all over the website. What is not there is a return policy which states you have to pay the freight. Long and repeated conversations resulted in cutting the return fee in half… still leaving me feeling like I paid $80 because of deceptive practices!

    This has been my #1 worst online shopping experience. I wish I could give them 0 stars, but I'm hoping by sharing my experience it will help others steer clear of this company. I purchased a new home last year and proceeded to shop for furniture. I purchased 2 chairs from Hayneedle. Everything was fine. Pricing was good and I earned what they call haybucks, which is basically a coupon code for x dollars off your next purchase. My second purchase was for a coffee table and 2 end tables. The total was around $1,200 and I used the haybucks for $50 off. The 3 pieces came all with different issues. One table had a hole drilled incorrectly, so I couldn't attach the leg. One table had paint chipped off on the front. One table had a huge dent in the wood, where the wood was crushed.

    I contacted Hayneedle and they told me the tables were supposed to look distressed, so I took photos and sent them to show that dents and paint chips have nothing to do with the distressed look. They agreed and authorized the return. I asked for parts so I wouldn't have to disassemble the furniture and I could just send back the pieces that were defective. They said this was not an option. So my husband painstakingly repacked the furniture and they had FedEx pick it up. They were supposed to send me replacements for the tables. Two weeks later, I called for an update. They said the items were on back order. I opted for a refund. They said it would take 30 days. Strange, but whatever. Thirty days later, I noticed there was a refund for 2 of the tables back to my card, but I had not been credited for the 3rd table.

    I called Hayneedle. They confirmed that all 3 tables were checked into their warehouse. They told me they would process the refund in another 30 days for the 3rd table. I said fine. 30 days later, they had not refunded me and I called back and this is when they started avoiding me. I kept getting sent in a circle, to various people’s voice mails. At one point, I requested to speak to a manager and was transferred to someone who was not a manager. I didn't want to keep repeating my story, so I politely asked him to let me speak to someone who has authority to expedite my refund - and he started yelling on the phone, "I can make things happen! I am in the position to make things happen, okay?!" so I told him - and he said he is going to process a check request and it will take 30 days. I said no way.

    It was 4 months since my order. What's with this fake 30-day promise anyway? He transferred me to a manager. She finally divulged that they were having accounting issue with the haybucks discount I had used. They had no way of reconciling that. I would love to look at this company's general ledger! Anyway, she said she couldn't credit my credit card. She had to send me a check... and it would take 30 days. I asked why 30 days, and she was very defensive saying if she processes it now, it will take 30 days to get to me. I asked, "Why? I'm in CA and you're in Omaha! You're not on the moon." She was dumbfounded and had no explanation. She then said she can do it in 6 days. So I said, “Thanks. I'll call you again in 6 days.”

    Ten days later, I got a credit refunded to my card. This was 4 months after I returned the defective items. I'm sure this company will be a pleasant shopping experience, unless you have an issue with your order, unless you need to return something, unless you have a reason to require customer service. They fail miserably in customer service and resolving problems. And I really can't chance having to deal with that again.

    I thought I was ordering a desk and hutch based on the site. After I learned I was only getting the desk, I called and complained. The website was very misleading. It was nothing but a pain in the neck with rude and useless customer service clerks. I called my credit card company and disputed the order and refused delivery. What a horrible first time experience. I will never use them again.

    Product never shipped - I ordered a storage cabinet from Hayneedle. Nothing on the website indicated that the product would be backordered. Instead, it showed when the product would be shipped. After 2 1/2 months and receiving emails saying that shipment would be delayed several times, the product has not been shipped. Yet when I go to the website, the product shows that if ordered immediately, it would ship in a few days. I buy a lot of products online and this is the unqualified worst company I have ever dealt with.

    The Hamilton Beach coffee pot that I purchased through your firm and ordered on September 24 has failed to recognize the time set for automatic brew and comes on at any time of the day or night, resulting in my having to unplug the overheated appliance from the electrical outlet for fear of it causing a fire in my kitchen.     I bought a Flexible Flyer Swingset for my little granddaughter. When my husband finished putting it together, he looked for the Ground Anchors, which is clearly stated in the directions. I contacted the company by phone and we kept missing each. So, I emailed my concerns. The following is the response I got: "Thank you for contacting Hayneedle. I am very sorry to hear that your Swingset is missing anchor pins. We do not have parts available for this item. We can offer three options: 1) We can offer you 10% to have the item fixed locally ($21.99). 2) We can have the item returned, issue a refund and then reorder for you. 3) We can order a replacement which will charge you $219.98. You can take the part that you need and then we will issue a refund when the remaining parts are sent back. Shipping paid both ways by us. Please let me know which option would work best for you."

    Then, I received another email saying they found they weren't included in any of the sets and have contacted the supplier and will ship them ASAP. Now I get another email saying I have to purchase them separately. This is my granddaughter's safety! Terrible company! They really don't care about a child's safety - only making a sale! I would never buy anything from this company ever again!

    When I opened my email this morning, I found that Hayneedle refunded more of their bogus charges to my Bill Me Later account. Hayneedle still owe me $83.38 of the $699.99 they charged me for duplicate bunk beds, in addition to the cost charged to me of shipping extra mattresses they sent me back to them. My original order which they charged Bill Me Later account $699.99 lacks the Ethan F/F Rail/Ladder pack #** and Ethan Full/Full Slat Pack #**, items we have yet to receive. I have filed a complaint with the FTC since my order was made online and this is an online business. Hayneedle! Make this right!

    On August 16, 2012, using Bill Me Later, I placed an online order for one set of Ethan full-over-full bunk beds with under bed storage drawers (free shipping) and two free Woodcrest Sleep Time 5.75-in mattresses (full) were included in the order. I received email confirmation of my order from Hayneedle on August 16, 2012. The confirmation of order was exactly as I ordered. The total cost was $699.99, which is the exact quoted price for the beds and under drawers. On August 22, 2012, four (4) full size mattresses were delivered to my home by FedEx.

    I contacted Hayneedle’s customer service immediately about this mistake and spoke with Megan initially who transferred me to a male whom Megan said was a supervisor and could help with returns. He then transferred me to Andrea who informed me that I placed two orders for the same beds an hour apart. The reason I received confirmation for only one order was the other confirmation was sent to my misspelled email address!

    I recalled that when I placed my order, their system would not allow me to continue with my order until I corrected the spelling of my email address. Once I corrected the email address, my order went through. Andrea explained that being that it was my mistake, she would cancel the duplicate order and intercept shipment of that second order, but I'd have to pay half the cost of return shipment of the two mattresses. She sent me two FedEx shipping labels via email. My cost, she told me, would be about $50.00 for both.

    FedEx picked up the two mattresses the next day. On August 28, 2012, at 5 pm, Pilot delivered two boxes of head and foot boards and under drawers, but there were no rails or slats although the invoice said those items were in the shipment. The delivery man noted the badly damaged boxes and obviously damaged wood. On August 29, 2012, I contacted Hayneedle’s customer service again to discuss the problem and spoke with Dawn (extension **) who told me she had arranged for Pilot to pick up the head and foot boards and under bed storage drawers and told me to expect a call from Pilot.

    Dawn assured me the rest of my beds were scheduled for delivery. On August 31, 2012, my son contacted Hayneedle on my behalf because I was unsuccessful during multiple past calls to Hayneedle’s customers. He, like me, was very concerned about a bill from Bill Me Later I received on August 31, 2012 for over $1,300 for two sets of bunk beds. He spoke with Chris at extension ** who told him that he would refund the cost of the duplicate order and the cost charged to me for shipping the duplicate mattresses back to them. He said he would then reship the bed rails and slats that had been returned to Hayneedle to me. He needed me to call him to confirm this.

    I called Chris and left a message on his voicemail to call me at my office. Chris did call and told me everything he told my son, but he needed a credit or debit card number to charge me for the slats because his system would not let him send out the rest of my beds without charging me! I did not give him either. He attempted to charge the items to my Bill Me Later account, but that company would not allow it. He told me that I probably had no credit left. He did not know that Bill Me Later is aware of the disputed charges and would not let him add more to my bill. Chris said I'd receive an in-store credit to purchase the rails, but would have to pay for the slats!

    Oh, please! They've already charged me for items I did not order and for items I did order and have not received. Today, I looked at my Bill Me Later account and saw Hayneedle refunded $185.17 and $83.70, but not the $699.99 for the duplicate order or the missing parts of my actual order. I will call customer service again on Tuesday. I want to let anyone considering purchasing anything from Hayneedle to beware!

    We ordered an outdoor set. We were to have white glove delivery but it did not happen, I had to unload it myself. Then the set was cheap and the wrong color - from the fabric to the wicker itself. We called to take advantage of their posted "no hassle return policy" and they refused to pay for the shipping back. The reason we purchased it from them is because of their favorable return policy if we did not like it. Nowhere on their site or policy do they actually say the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. They claim that it is clear that the customer pays the shipping. The cumulative advertising does not say that the customer is responsible for the shipping!

    Hayneedle Lazy 3-person Swing Chair & Bed - My husband was putting this together, he said this will never last long! The materials are too cheap, but I made him put it together anyway. The first time we sat on it, a piece broke! Then it rained and with a little wind, it fell over and broke the canopy off and left scratches all over! I paid almost $400 for a swing that I only sat on once! It's useless and I want a complete refund! I made my husband throw the box away because I trusted your company to make a swing that would last years! You can't blame my husband for putting it together - he builds houses! I'm so angry and disappointed; I was looking forward to spending time with my husband on that swing!

    I ordered a Dimplex Electric Fireplace in October. I received the first one, and it was damaged. I called, and they gave me a store credit for a second one. I received it, and it was also damaged. I requested my money back and found one elsewhere. They said it would take 30 days to get money back. After several e-mails and being told "The check is in the mail," I am going to take other actions. The total was over $350.00, and I am paying interest on a credit card for a product that I do not have and do not have a refund to pay off the credit card!

    I went to AMazon.com looking for a swingset for the kids. I found one for $260.00 from Hayneedle. So I ordered it! All I got was a box with about 40 lbs of bolts and nuts. I contacted Hayneedle, and they said that is the order. I told them on Amazon.com, no where do it says you are ordering a box of bolts and nuts. They said that they will return the money, but I'm getting the run around

    Several other people posted comments that they did the same thing to them. This is an awful business. They lie, steal, mislead people with false advertisement and won't return your money. I will be suing them in small claims court here in Tampa.

    I ordered a 5 by 6 oval Bangor braided rug from Hayneedle. It was delivered in good condition, but the colors were more vibrant than the picture had showed and it was not as big as a regular 5 X 6 should be, and along the edge, it was messed up. I called customer service, and they said that since it was in good shape, I have to pay the shipping. I got no customer satisfaction. I will spread the word about Hayneedle!

    I ordered a glider rocking chair for my due-in-two-weeks wife. I received the rocking chair with a knife in it. All items were ripped open from plastic, wood crack, scratched and chipped. The back cushion had candy-like hard substance stain, there was no hardware or instructions. They wasted my time and energy, just another thing to take care of and worry about.

    We ordered a bunk bed with trundle from Hayneedle. The first bed came with multiple pieces damaged. It was complicated and frustrating to exchange it, in spite of their "no hassle" guarantee. I had to miss 2 days of work to wait for the freight company to pick it up and then again a few weeks later to accept the new delivery. The new bed was all fine except for a cracked and unusable guard rail. We asked to exchange the guard rail for an undamaged one.

    The customer service rep told us we had to send back the guard rail with everything else it had been packaged with. This included other pieces of the bed which means we'd have to disassemble the whole bed that our kids are sleeping on in order to get a new piece. This is not "no hassle" by any means and it is also ridiculous to boot. I am trying to work up the chain of command there to get some recourse, but at this point it looks like I will probably have to file a complaint with BBB to get anyone to listen. Miserable experience, terrible customer service.

    The consequences include, missing multiple days of work to deal with pickup and delivery of damaged items. Hours spent dealing with customer service, and $800 on a bed that is partially unusable as is.

    The item ordered was a Mayan hammock with stand. The item received was a hanging chair. I shipped the item back. I received credit and received the hammock. A week later, I received the stand. The box containing the stand was a mess. The accessory bag with nuts and bolts was open, and a bolt was hanging out of a hole in the box. The Styrofoam bracing the stand parts was broken, and the stand had numerous, large scratches on the finish. One of the rubber boots was torn. The end caps on the stand were not made to fit this particular hammock. As a result, the metal inserts in the end loops of the hammock would not lay flat in the end cap and bent. Without the metal hammock inserts, the loops become worn and fray quickly.

    I called and spoke to Mary Ann on 6/17/10, and I sent pictures via email. She sent 2 emails saying she would get back to me but has not. I sent my final email today, advising that I expect a refund in an amount equal to repainting the finish on the stand and a replacement boot and a kit that would allow the hammock to be used with the stand or for Hayneedle to pay for boxing and shipping the hammock back with a full refund.

I think we ought to get at least half of our money back, if not all. My child screams if we even think about sending it back.

    Followup: Hayneedle has admitted that the furniture that I purchased doesn't even have a "white glove service" option. I couldn't have gotten it delivered and assembled in any way, shape, or form. However, they have apologized for my inconvenience and are refunding $90.00 for my trouble. And they actually suggested a local company that they found that might be able to help me. Not a lot more I could expect.

    After ordering an entire bedroom set, I discovered that the order was on its way to be delivered by FedEx (I had no idea FedEx delivers furniture). Imagine my alarm when I realized that an entire bedroom set would be left on my doorstep! When I called to plead for help, I was told that it was too late to get "white glove service". I had never even seen that mentioned on their site. I also don't understand why they cannot make provisions five days before the announced delivery to have the furniture assembled and the packaging removed. They obviously know that this can be a concern because they offer "white glove service" for an additional charge.

    I informed them that I would pay any additional charge if they would help me get my bedroom set upstairs and assembled. They were adamant that it was too late to make any arrangements. I can't believe that such a large corporation could not make an "exception" and help a customer. I am a retired widow and I have no one to help me with getting the furniture together or upstairs to the second floor. I will probably have to find someone to unpack, carry upstairs and assemble my furniture. It will probably cost a lot more than Hayneedle's "white glove service". The emotional distress I feel looking forward to this delivery is indescribable or I might have to drag the furniture around my new condo (hardwood floors) all by myself. The adamance of the people I spoke with was alarming. They are obviously not concerned with their public image.

    I ordered an item from this company with the understanding that they had a no hassle return policy if I so needed to use it. Before I received the item, I had located the item on Overstock.com at a much cheaper price. So I called Hayneedle.com Customer Service and told them that I did not want the item after all. I was informed by their customer service person to just refuse the package when it arrived to my house and everything would be fine and I would receive my full credit. I refused the delivery from UPS and then went on to track it to be delivered back to the shipper within two days after I refused it.

    After calling Hayneedle.com 2 weeks after I refused it to check on when my credit would go on, several of their customer service reps informed me that they had not received the item back in their warehouse yet (but UPS said it was delivered back to the shipper) and that it would take up to 30 days for me to receive my credit after they received it back in their warehouse. I am furious as it only took 24 hours for them to charge my account but I have to wait 30 days to get my money back minus some fee that they had not disclosed from the beginning! I still do not have my money back!

    I ordered and paid for a package that is supposed to include a hammock stand, cotton rope, and a pillow. The stand and the rope arrived, but not the pillow. I contacted the company about the missing part and asked for partial refund or replacement if it cannot send me the pillow, but the Customer Service Rep emailed me back simply stating that my pillow has been canceled, with no other discussion about compensation.
