The store has only had something I would buy once since I became aware of them. It was an ordinary purchase, no better or worse than any other online place to shop. It seemed very impersonal and extremely large. I felt overwhelmed with the selection to chose from and it is very hard to tell if you get good service. I did not feel reassured that the quality was there with their store. The price was the reason I shopped there.

My experience using eBay.com has been excellent overall except for one problem with a particular seller who did not fulfill expectations, but eBay remedied that situation satisfactorily soon enough. I like the depth and breadth of offerings, plus the rating system which gives a good indication of the reliability and trustworthiness of sellers based on past experience by others. However, I no longer use it nearly as much as in years past, partly because there are so many other more product specific sites to choose from now and partly because I just don't shop for as much stuff.

Was able to find the product I was looking for fairly easy and at the right price including shipping. Was able to email seller if there were any question or concerns about shipping or the product. I like that most of the sellers include either free shipping or how much the shipping will cost. You are also able to see the seller's previous feedback from other buyers and their experience with their products and or returns. However, I do not like the fact that sometimes you get seller that are not very communicative and also some sellers are not rated honestly or they alter the ad after you buy or bid. But overall a good experience.

The prices on eBay were far better than in stores. I was always satisfied with products and the delivery time for the most part was sooner than expected. I could always get product for substantially less than buying them in store and sometimes I could get upgraded or more items for less than store costs. On the other hand, I did not like to have to bid on any items because I really did not have the time to keep checking on the entire process or did not like the idea of wanting something and losing the bid.

eBay has a large selection and different options at lower prices than retail. Their sellers have been easy to work with and I continue to go back to sellers that I have had good experience with. There are some sellers that are new, make you hesitate to purchase until they have proven themselves. eBay also has good customer service and I enjoy their PayPal-backed insurance. My purchases have always been pleasant and I have bought and sold with no issues. On the other hand, I don't like being outbid at the last minute, it may not be what you want at the time you want it, and the selection varies at all times. I also always wonder if the items are as described. Lastly, I'm unsure of some sellers if they are newer or have some negative reviews. Overall, I've had a good experience with eBay.

The experience was great, but a bit confusing. Sometimes I dislike how they classify the categories. I think certain items can be found in more than one category and that they should be. Sometimes there simply too many of the same thing/kind that it is hard to choose and the prices were sure all over the place. I always try to find free shipping because I believe they are getting a profit to begin with. But I do like the variety of being able to find almost anything you care to search for. I also like that there are standards by eBay.com that need to be followed and that you can do comments, complaints, etc.

This would be a zero star review if it were possible. I sold my cell phone on eBay and lost my phone and was never paid. Ebay offered no help and provided quite a bit of incentive for people to use eBay as a forum to commit this type of crime. The first person I spoke with said that it was an obvious mistake and that she could transfer me to someone who could help, but the next person said something quite different. I was sent on goose chase after goose chase with each result not being good enough and something new was required again. Once I had done the things they asked they again changed their tune, and it still wasn't good enough.

I was forced to give a return for a pair of brand new Cressi Scuba diving goggles which cost $70 because the buyer claimed an irregular seal allowed water into the goggles. I knew he was lying because I sent them in brand new condition and he mentioned that he was going on a trip for one weekend. My guess is he needed the goggles for just the one weekend and didn't need them anymore. eBay forced me to return even though I fought it, they reported me to PayPal who then stole the $70 from my account plus extra money for a return shipping label.

I liked there are photos of the product, and that I can ask the seller a question and receive an answer quickly. I also like that I can look for almost anything on the site. The seller was quick to ship the product. I liked that he had a lot of photos of the figure I wanted to buy. He packed it well so no complaints. I also asked that he answered back quickly about what edition that the figure was. However, it can be hard to sort through all the option. Also some sellers seem to want to cheat you with the shipping cost. If you don't read carefully. I have seen sellers want to charge a hundred bucks for shipping and the figure is just a small basic figure. I think eBay should do something about that.

I especially like the variety of things that eBay offers as well as the quality and I also like the fact that I can either bid to get them at the lowest price or if I can't wait for the bidding process I can find a buy now item. The only thing I don't like about eBay is that there are sellers that are not exactly reliable and do not always come across like you would want. But eBay was an exceptional experience. I would highly recommend eBay for a variety of shopping needs.

Shopping on eBay.com was an okay experience. I've shopped on other websites and had a better experience with them. eBay has been around for awhile and I wish their website was better or at least represent the 21st century. They also need to offer free shipping instead of charging customers an expensive rate. In addition, their customer service needs a lot of work. And I didn't like how eBay mislead me with all of their extra fees. I was notified after I sold all of my items that I still owed them money. I was under the impression that when I sold my items, eBay would take their money out before giving me the money.

I love eBay. I am able to buy and sell things. I have never had a bad experience with anything I have purchased. I love that I can purchase things cheaper and save money. I like how you can compare products and how sellers are rated so you can make sure you are doing business with someone legit. I also like eBay's guarantee. But sometimes the search results do not turn out to be exactly what I am looking for. It is difficult to tell sometimes exactly what the products are. I wish there was a way to talk with sellers faster and get feedback faster.

Using eBay was a good experience and I found everything that I needed. The only problem I had was with the tracking number of my order and I hate not knowing if the seller shipped my package or where my package is or when is it going to arrive. It didn't work so I didn't know anything about my package and one day it just arrived (fortunately). Other than that, I like the fact that I can find what I need for a good price from home instead of going from store to store without getting what I want. I would definitely use eBay again for future needs.

EBay.com has lots of cool things and can find things for great prices. I like that I can shop for things that are hard to find in my local stores. They are great to find things for my collections and hobbies that I can't find anywhere else. But, I don't like the fees they charge for shipping and could be a lot lower on the actual items. The shipping cost through eBay should be a lot cheaper too.

I usually get a quick response to any inquiries. I like that the shipping is the quickest way possible and I usually get the item before the expected delivery date. The seller is very responsive and I've never returned any items I have purchased on eBay. However, I don't like it when there is a reserve price on auctions since it appears you are bidding against yourself. Then I don't like to buy items listed for sale for more than 10 days when there is not a "buy now" option. Also, some items are counterfeit and you don't know it until you receive it. Returning the item is a hassle. But prices on all brand named items are usually cheaper than found in brick and mortar stores. eBay has good selection and no hassle in selling and purchase experience.

I shop with eBay every few months. I love the ease of shopping online and it was simple to order what I wanted. I like the classic stuff, name brand items, and sold out items from stores. It's a good place to find rare items and a great place to re-sell items. I like everything about eBay. Always great customer service, fast shipping, great quality, and convenient.

But while the website is easy to use, it can be slightly annoying if you are looking for a popular item and have to keep re-bidding on it. The only other thing would be on occasion, the pictures that are uploaded by users can be misleading.

I like the ability to research prices and put in a bid for something that I need for less than the retail price. I like the ability to add items to a watch list too. The products I bought from eBay were delivered just as promised. I like being able to type in a product and get results you can choose from with a lot of different price choices. You get lots of items on a page and don't have to click each line. I got disappointed when I was bidding on something and was at work when it closed and did not get a chance to counter at the last minute.

Easy as pie. I purchased an item without having to bid on it. It arrived promptly and was as advertised. The price was what I was willing to pay. If it had been a bid item I might not have won the auction. I also like that you don't have to go through the auction process to purchase something. The Buy It Now option works well when you need the item in a hurry and can't wait for the auction to end to see if you won it or not. If the item I wanted had to be bid on that would be bad.

I like eBay a lot. There are many diverse sellers, products and payment methods. It's easy to purchase items and I have never been scammed. You can find many cheap items from people who want to get rid of what they have than in stores. The website is clean, easy to use and it's nice that you can make offers on products and also set your shipping price as a seller. However, I wish that there were less bulk Chinese sellers. I often find that there are cheaply made products being sold as the real deal and you cannot tell until they arrive.

eBay is a great place to shop and I love the great selection of items they have, great prices to go along with them and the ease with which you can place an order. If you can't find an item on eBay then you probably can't find it anywhere. The entire process from start to finish is hassle free and I have always been completely satisfied with the products I have ordered and pleased using this site.

I sold a brand new Judith Leiber bag on eBay and paid to have UPS package, box, and ship it. UPS inspected it and there was no damage. The buyer said there were scratches on the bottom. I informed eBay that UPS would provide a letter stating there were no scratches on the bottom or any damage to the item. I called eBay and spoke with high value claims representative Dave reference # **. Dave stated, since they cannot determine the cause of the damage or who caused it they will usually decide in favor of the buyer. However, he cannot predict the future.

We sent books to a buyer. He emailed us 20 days later and explained USPS had told him the package was damaged. NOT. He called USPS and put in a claim and told them the package was missing 3 books. (USPS told us that the buyer made them upset.) If we had insured the package he could have claimed for missing books! Anyway, did a tracking claim with USPS took 5 days and they had advised package was delivered and buyer put in a claim himself for missing books for money. We asked him to send pics of said damage. He did not.

I like that I can get products at relative low prices. However, I don't like how long I have to wait for the auction to be over or waiting 5-7 days to even know if I am allowed to buy things - I like the item, I like the price, I want to get it right away.

Favorite website so far - My overall experience with using eBay was that it was pretty easy to use and manage around the website. I liked that you could either bid or buy them now. Sometimes people will save the stuff you want to purchase so you can buy it when you can... I like when people respond to the questions you have and I like the help center when I have question about the website. But I dislike that there are rude people on that website or people who post things and you ask if they still have or available but they never respond...

There was good product selection and easy to find items. I can list the items in search window and receive a wide variety of items at great prices. The purchasing process was easy with a wide variety of payment options and great customer support. Sometimes shipping is not free and expensive. Also, some of the options are hard to understand and difficult to implement such as money back guarantees when you don't receive an item ordered.

eBay is simple to use, has a good ability to browse and narrow your search, and it's buyer friendly. It was a smooth process throughout that made me so unaware that it was a process. It shows a solid way to present an online shopping experience that's intuitive and clean. Also, the payment options are varied, and shipping times are reasonable and varied as well. Sometimes the product is less than advertised but that isn't eBay's fault. eBay favors the buyer, which often leaves sellers high and dry. They also offer home shipping, but to my knowledge, there is no option for pickup? I may have missed it.

EBay was okay and I liked the large selection of products. It is a good site to find hard to find things and things that are not being made anymore. Also, I liked bidding and winning. I still have an account with them. While I don't use it right now, I will in the future when I feel the need to shop with eBay again.

Been using eBay for many years and I have had very good luck with them, and have had very few problems. You can find just about anything you need and have lots to pick from at all times. You can get free shipping on pretty much everything, which is a big plus and everyone wants good feedback from you so they bend over backwards to make you happy. Just have to do your homework and be careful what you order. Some companies are of a lower class and you will get junk products. But if you're paying two dollars for a twenty dollar product you should expect that, just have to use your brain when picking. It takes time to have a feel for it. Overall great online shopping.

eBay is nice to use when I am looking for something I cannot find easily in other places. I like that I can bid on auctions and then possibly win them for a low price. I like the competition and I can also pay with different options such as Paypal and Visa checkout so it makes it quick and easy to check out.

It's my first purchase on eBay and it was a nice and fast process. I wasn't sure if I would trust a site like eBay but the seller proved otherwise. They were able to send my order quickly and I got it earlier than I expected. Their products were also much cheaper than on other sites. Shipping was quick and my order arrived like what it looked like online. I also like that there are stars on the seller's site which shows how people rated them. The more stars they have, the more trustworthy they are. This is very helpful to me. But I dislike is that there are no reviews for a single product, just the seller as a whole. In addition, the sellers are not that trustworthy. You really have to make sure they are good, trustworthy sellers.

I was able to find the item I want at a fairly decent price and shipping was free and fairly fast, which was nice. The process went fairly smooth overall. I like that they have buy it now items and you don't have to bid. I also like that you can find almost anything you would want to buy and your purchases are protected. However, I don't like hardly being able to pick one or two day shipping and having to pay through PayPal. I would rather just use a credit card and not bother with PayPal.

It pays to ask the seller questions about what you plan to buy. Examples are the manufacture date on tires or the specific condition of used items. Some items are shipped from places like China and may not arrive in a timely manner.

Good product selection. I was looking for a specific makeup I like and found it. Was easy to find and easy to make the purchase. I liked that there are reviews of the people selling the items. I also like getting items for less money than where I would find it elsewhere. I like being able to order online rather than buying in a store. Saves me time and money. The checkout process is quick and easy too. But not real appealing of a website. It is plain and not real fun to look at. I also do not like when you have to bid on an item. Also, I do not like how some items are shipped from so very far away and then it takes a super long time to arrive.

eBay doesn't care what your experience is. Personally, I think if it is someone that sells a lot on their site then sorry buyer it is tough luck. Their ads claiming to protect the buyer are baloney. And, after they let me get stuck with a faulty watch, I posted a bad review for the seller and it was not published. And, good luck getting PayPal to help you. I tried to call them after eBay screwed me, and after finally getting a machine to answer, I was told that current wait time to talk to someone would be between 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 hours. This is all a scam. You are much better off to give them your credit card number. PayPal is a joke.

I love eBay. You can find everything you're looking for; new or used. They have a lot of good trustworthy sellers and stores. I like the search engine and the prices are great too. Just be careful of the items you are buying or bidding on and you really need to read the complete descriptions so you're aware of anything wrong with the item. Sometimes the sellers seem a little shady and you really have to be careful by checking their reviews. Some things come from China too, so that's not so great.

Package arrive on time and no damage. I got exactly what I order. The prices were good bargains. I like everything on eBay. They have different clothes for woman, men and kids. They have jewelry, perfume, movies and everything else you would want. I would buy more from eBay because they are good at advertising what brands you need and look for.

This website has a great selection of all kinds of products from new to used and the prices are the best anywhere. You can buy anything from vehicles to pennies. I like that I can narrow down my search with words or categories like Buy it now, Used, price ranges, geographical areas and more. However, there are few rules on what can't be sold so it can get a little weird at times. I would like to have a box that I can load with words to be used to eliminate some things from my search results. Also, I don't like that the charges for selling change too often and aren't really clear.

Ebay has simple process and great pricing. Pay with PayPal and receive product. It has large selection of like items so you get the best price. Very rarely do you run into problems and I have found eBay is really good backing you up. Shipping is usually fast and 99 percent of the eBayers are really honest and easy to work with but I’m hate they don't allow legally to own gun parts to be sold. It’s a stupid left wing owned company bunch of garbage. If I can buy it at Dick’s why can’t I buy it at eBay??? Same with using PayPal. STUPID!!!

eBay has to have one of the best layouts for not only just browsing content but also looking for something very specific in nature. The search options seem to never disappoint and you’re almost always sure to find what you need. A couple things I could really elaborate on would be the way you can watch and compare things so simply, it helps a large amount when you’re trying to get the best price on something. What I dislike would be the amount the take percentage is when you sell something, although they usually have a vast amount of "coupons" to use it can still be a good amount of money on something a little more expensive.

EBay has a large selection and paying with Paypal is a breeze. Whenever you need to find run of the mill items or items that are special, they are there. However, sometimes when you shop it can take a little longer than expected because there is a huge selection. Nevertheless, there is something for everyone here. All of the sellers sending things to me seemed like nice people to deal with and I tried to make sure I went online to give them great reviews.

It's a really good website and I love it. It's convenient and easy to use and they ship the products to you so you don't have to go out of your way to get it. Some products are really good quality compared to other sites I have seen. Also, some products are cheap but there are some products that are really good for the money you are paying for. Shipping is a little slow but overall good anyways. However, some of the sellers are not honest. They say it looks and run like this but could be a complete and utter difference between what is said and what it does.

I like that I can find things cheaper than what they'd cost in-store, even if it means buying things used. Sometimes, used is the only way you can get something because it's no longer being manufactured, and in those instances, eBay was a lifesaver for me. I haven't had an overly negative experience buying off of eBay, but I used to buy things that I didn't need and that I shouldn't have bought in the first place. It was too easy for me to get carried away on that site. I also bought something that smelled like **, though I know that's not eBay's fault. It's just too easy for anyone to sell their things on eBay. I did look at the reviews that seller received, but eBay doesn't show all reviews — only from the past 12 months or something.

Product selection was good, delivery time was perfect and purchasing process was easy. There were a lot of payment options to choose from as well so my overall experience was good! eBay gave me a range of prices to choose from. It also has great filters and if you want to go a bit cheaper you can buy second hand stuff and within that also it has various classifications. However, the site should have a better interface and they should reduce delivery fees. Other than that it's a great site to shop online and explore more. I would shop again.

I had an overall good experience. Quality merchandise, good price and reasonable shipping. Delivery was extremely quick and items packed adequately. Able to find just about anything I might want including hard to find items. Sometimes there are multiple sellers with the same item so you can comparative shop to get the best deal. But the fees to sell items is getting very expensive. They charge listing fees, final selling fees and photograph fees, etc. I also dislike that they store fees for sellers and I do not like their feedback system.

That way it ensures that I know the price of the product and I know I will get it no matter what. And eBay is not as popular as it once was. It used to be an auction site that was fun. People would wait by the clock and watch the bids add up. Now, it's outdated. A lot of the items are being sold at the original price and it allows people to purchase right away. It is not as popular as it once was so it is much easier and desirable for me to purchase from a different website now.

But sellers sometimes will buy things that are in high demand and resell them for higher amounts of money. Some people charge excessive amounts for shipping.

I like eBay's low prices and selection. I also like how you can get good deals on used items and no taxes. Their website is easy to navigate and find items. I have usually good experience. Also, I like eBay bucks and coupon codes. However, the shipping takes much longer than Amazon and sometimes the items are overpriced and expensive. There are some scammers over there. It's hard to overbid for auction, sales are hard to find and people can be rude at times.

eBay connects you to unique and hard to find items. This includes unique handmade items, older items that are no longer in stores or unusual items that you cannot find locally or on marketplaces like Amazon. On the other hand, it is sometimes difficult to weed out inaccurate item descriptions. Because it deals with individuals, there are sometimes misleading or dishonest sellers. Some people are just out to make as much money as they can off of selling items so do not have a moral issue with posting misleading information to get someone to buy it. So you have to be very diligent about reading the descriptions thoroughly. There does not seem to be a standard way to post items for sale.

If I ever had bad experience or any item that was bad or not like the sale said it was and I had trouble with the sales and could not work it out then eBay took care of it for me. I cannot complain too much about eBay because there been only a few times that I had trouble with an item and the sale would not work or respond to working it out and eBay had to help out and they took care of the problem and refunded me the money. I was able to name branded items for less than store sale them. For most people will send free shipping and can compare prices with or the sales until I find a good deal plus find someone the sale close to where I live and get it fast.

Most buyers are good. Some have bad ratings but all in all they are good. Shopping is easy. A variety of choices to choose from since one seller may be cheaper than the other. I love to shop for my grandbaby because the prices are cheaper. I like that most items are free shipping and some are buy it now which is great. The things I dislike about eBay is not being able to cancel an order before someone ships it and the different charges from eBay. Sometimes charges that you have to pay to sell on eBay seem high.

My shopping experience at eBay is wonderful. I like browsing at the wider selections they have and I can find more things that are worth my money for because they are usually cheaper. So far, I have been shopping online with eBay and I couldn't remember that I had single trouble about it. Shopping on eBay provides more convenient shopping experience. What I don't like about shopping online is the shipping fee. I hope they will gonna offer deal with cheaper shipping fee or free shipping would be a lot more better for their customers.

I usually have a good experience with eBay. I can sell what I want including stuff I don’t need, find other cool items that are hard to find elsewhere and buy stuff cheaper. There are a lot of interesting items that can be found on ebay and anyone can post there anything that they want. I love that I can usually find whatever I need to buy. The main thing that I dislike about ebay are the fees they charge sellers are just too high. I also don't like how they side with buyers in disagreements and I hate that one cannot leave feedback for buyers.

Ebay is great for buying items but terrible if you require a return or exchange. It is also confusing to shop on because you need to calculate the shipping on each price. It's hard to look for the best deal when the low prices shown are deceptively advertising without shipping included. I enjoy shopping from eBay, the process is simple and easy. They also have more products than Amazon. I can get books there I can't find on Amazon. I buy books from other countries you just can't find else. I also enjoy using gift cards that I work hard for. Though a lot of the items are overpriced but that's not really eBay's fault. When it comes to shopping I've never had a problem but I've tried selling and they only allow you 10 items till you receive good reviews.

I love eBay because it was fast and enjoyable experience. Compared to other online site I like this one the best. What I like about eBay is the selection and possible steal of a price. I save so much from buying on eBay compared to buying from retailer. It’s just that there will be times when eBay fails the customer. I hate when seller take forever to ship the product or the seller is a scammer and I have to go through the hassle of getting my money back. Most of the time eBay will back the customer but there are the times where they let the seller win because of a technicality.

I was able to find the item I was looking for which was no longer sold in stores or made by the company and in brand new condition with the tags still on it. It was an easy experience. I like the ability to find diverse products on eBay. I also like that I was able to find products I would not find in stores. They were more unique. However, I don't like that I am unsure about the quality of individual sellers. I am not sure how much eBay vets their sellers, so I feel like I am taking a risk by purchasing on eBay.

But they have useless customer service as they could not help me when I was being harassed for leaving negative feedback. They literally just let him keep messaging and harassing me, which I was concerned. eBay needs better safety measures to protect us from harassment on the site as I had recently experienced from a psycho member. I wish they banned him from the site rather than allowing him to continue as normal.

Sellers now combine a $1.00 or so junk item with the real item costing say hundreds of dollars so they will show up on top of the list. So you cannot get a real price comparison. I like the variety of items available, the free shipping, the good customer service, and the payment options available. The seller rating system and comments are great tool. I have over 200 purchases. I had a bad experience from only one seller I would not praise or rank highly and customer service resolved it. Overall, my experience with eBay has been fantastic.

It was a very easy process having a PayPal account already set up and check-out was smooth and no problems. The prices and selection are good. You get a variety of options. The customer service and shipped products were efficient and timely. I like that sometimes you can find unique products than other places and also sometimes the seller will lower the price of something as well, and work with you. I like the reviews of people to see the integrity of the seller also. The one thing I don't particularly like is the auctions where you bid on something. A lot of times you get outbid at the last minute and that's no fun.

Shopping with eBay was great. I love the setup of the site. It definitely has all of your shopping needs on one site. It's amazing! A lot of stores don't carry the amount of items that eBay has all on one site! However, I hate shipping costs when shopping online. A lot of places have outrageous prices for shopping. But to get the products that you can't normally find you have to pay the shipping.

I have generally had good and problem-free experiences buying and selling all sorts of items on eBay. The site is easy to navigate and use. I enjoy browsing for interesting items. Ebay also has a wide selection of items priced to fit all budgets, so you can usually find whatever you are looking for. It is a fun way to make money, selling items that are just sitting around unused. The bidding is fun and easy, and the sellers are basically top notch as well. But I dislike that you can't try things on as you would in a store, so clothing shopping on eBay can be a risk. Sometimes descriptions of items are also not 100% accurate. I also dislike paying the shipping and handling fees too.

eBay is easy to use and payment is still easy. Listing on the site is straightforward and quite smart. However, it is a lot harder to sell than comparing to years ago. Less and less people are on it to bid and buy. I have very little traffic selling items that used to sell quick and with high bids. Buying is also not as good as before. Most people are merchants and I rarely run into people that are selling old used items which could be antiques. It is like Amazon now but with extremely limited amount of selections. It used to competitive because it was a bidding site. Now, it's just simply a shopping site and the price is not competitive. It doesn't serve my needs any more and I don't trust most of the seller.

I bought a watch from eBay for a very reasonable price and safe way to pay for the item is by using PayPal. I did not have to use customer service this time but I have had very good results in the past using customer service. I like that it's a fast, safe and secure deal. The selection of items that I was interested in was very good and very good information to describe the item that I bought. The eBay website has almost any item a person might need.

However it is difficult to search for certain items because the results also include accessories and peripheral items which are hard to filter out to just include the main item you wish to purchase.

I like how eBay was back in the old days but there was a victim of its own success and there are way more sites than there used to be. It was back in the early 2000's when there was a bigger selection for it. It was the heyday of ebay.com. It was a great experience but it isn't as great now. I don't like how it's set up now compared to when it first was started. I am not going to be using it anymore. I realized that it wasn't as great as it once was.

eBay has fast delivery, good shipping rates and a variety of items so you can decide when and if you want to buy something and if there is a specific vendor. I like their competitive prices and you can review other people experiences and problem with a vendor, and sometimes the shipping can take or product or item or if the seller is less than honest. But I don't like defective items and when they are misleading in the items to make you believe you are getting something you're not sometimes. Also, I don't like when you're not sure what the difference is between items. But overall a good experience.

I do not like the bidding part of eBay, I have tried this before and you think you are going to win and get the item for a good price and then right at the end you lose out. But now that I know I don' t have to bid on things in order to buy from eBay, I like shopping there. They have a very large selection and variety of many of the items I am interested in. I like the prices of most items and that a lot of items come with free shipping. I also like checking out with PayPal. It is easy and I feel secure.

I enjoy the process and finding what I want to bid on or buy direct. Place the order and then it is usually shipped quickly. The only thing I do not like about eBay is if you get a seller that is dishonest about their product or do not ship as stated. Then you have to get eBay involved in the dispute to get it settled.

It was so much fun to buy and very easy to browse on eBay. Purchasing on ebay was a breeze as well because we have to pay with PayPal which is safe and secure and easy to pay without using credit cards. Paying with PayPal is the best part with eBay. It allows me to pay online securely and directly from my own bank account. And you can make payment out of your home couch not getting to go to your bank itself. There is not much I dislike about eBay except their customer service which is not too good. I contacted them once but they're not so helpful. Also their phone number is hidden and hard to find online.

I had a store rate for posting on EBay for several years. I knew that I had committed to a year subscription in order to get that rate, so I let it run with payments automatically deducted from my account monthly despite my not posting any listings for the entire year of 2017. On June 1 2017 I received an email stating that my yearly subscription is automatically being renewed as of today. I went online to cancel and a pop up appeared stating that I will be charged $73 for early cancellation. I called and was told that I had to cancel by yesterday and there is nothing they can do for me and that it is in my contract. I now have to pay for a year or pay a penalty for something I haven't used in at least 5 months.

I bought the item (digital camera) Apr 18, 2017. I didn't receive it till now. I tried to communicate with seller - no answer. I opened case for refund money. EBay closed it without any reasons. Message: "Based on your communications with the seller, we see that you received the item". I don't have any communications with seller. I wrote twice in support - no answers. So at the moment I don't have item, I don't have money and I don't have any answers from eBay support.

Whenever I look for something not sure what category of it is, I go eBay, usually what I am looking for are found there at affordable price. I buy dolls from Japan, music from mid East, mostly I can get on eBay. If seller is in USA, I can expect the items to be here in few days and I can also ask them to take package on Saturday and many sellers ships immediately. However, process of payment, only PayPal, once registered with it, difficult to change. Also, if Items are on the auction only, I have to wait to get it until the auction ends, or gotta pay more than expect depends on how the bid goes.

eBay is a great site! There is a very wide and grand product selection. Every time I have used it I have not had any problems. I like that it is quite reputable. The items are mostly of quality and I really like how easy it was to purchase the item that I wanted. It was a very simple process and their customer service is great. My overall experiences have been nothing but good. It's a really good website to purchase new or used items for reasonable prices.

Very good overall. Good selection and competitive prices. Bidding can be fun but it's good to have the option to buy things right away too. You can find things you cannot get elsewhere and fun to get bundles of items like stag sale. Process works smoothly and I never needed customer service.
