Here it goes again... extending from the previous issue I wrote about prior! The buyer instead of contacting me opened a dispute saying I did not refund his money. Well first Paypal took the money out of my credit card then they claimed my bank declined it! I know my limit and that's not the case. So I called my bank who said that Paypal themselves took it out of my credit card then reverse the charges and hit my bank account. It cleared on the 28th my checking account. It now May 18th and it's still on hold.

These people are so hostile and condescending, they actually blamed me for not researching enough into where the product was coming from and so therefore it was my fault I even ordered the product. Basically, I have been forced to buy something I tried to cancel within seconds of making the purchase that had NO SHIPPING DATE listed with the product until AFTER I hit purchase. I called EBAY IMMEDIATELY to have them help me cancel the order because I was going to be out of town for months 6-10 weeks off, which is when the information about shipping time popped up. Even if I were in town, it was too long to wait for a replacement cell phone.

While my experience shopping on eBay is very good, it often becomes overwhelming with so many things for sale. I get lost trying to find my way around the site. It is time consuming and labor intensive. My money is very tight and so it takes me a long time to find my item, search for the best buy, and decide. I lose my place and sometimes struggle to get back to my original page.

I have been selling online for about 3 years now. I have sold over $2,000 worth of items on other sites such as Amazon, Poshmark, etc. I recently tried eBay and was very very disappointed. As a seller I did not feel that eBay supported me. They have excellent support, service, and protection for their buyers but not their sellers. I sold multiple items for which the buyer returned, damaged, without tags, or ruined. eBay continued to charge me for these refunds. I have spent hours on the phone over the last month with representatives. They have done nothing for me and I will never use eBay again.

The entire process was an enjoyable experience. I was able to purchase and pay for my items with just a few clicks. The items were delivered promptly in secure packaging and were exactly as ordered. I like that I can find one-of-a-kind and rare collectibles that I can't find on any other shopping site. I also like that I can do searches on keywords and save those searches. I like having keyword searches sent to my email so I can see new items as soon as possible. But, I dislike the large number of advertising spam emails they send me. I would prefer to only get direct communication, search results, and direct messages like policy changes, but other than that I have had great experiences every time.

Prices good, easy to purchase or bid, got merchandise when I expected it, had a good variety of merchandise to choose from, got messages when I was no longer the winning bidder. I like the absentee bidding process, merchants are rated - so I can choose whether to purchase with them or not. When I missed being the winning bidder by $1 - the merchant allowed me to buy the merchandise, got the merchandise in a timely manner. Right before the end of bidding, everybody bid and the price shot up astronomically; couldn't watch the bidding to the bitter end, so I didn't get the one item I wanted; decided to go elsewhere next time I wanted this type of merchandise.

Prices on eBay are competitive and often cheaper than anywhere else, only probably Walmart can beat them. Great website. However, items are not as described, customer service is nonchalant and getting refunds is almost impossible. They should be pickier on who they let sell. They need to step up to the plate and help customers more. But purchasing process is good and selection of products is great! I would certainly buy again and again.

The first purchase I made a couple of months ago was my first time trying and buying on eBay and I'm probably going to stick with amazon.com because they're more reliable, sorry. The electronics that I bought wasn't the same that was pictured but the price was right. There's also a lot of cool items on eBay, some I need, most I want! The prices are awesome compared to any other web store, as well. I also like the free shipping, easy customer service and very easy to find exactly what you need or are looking for. However, most people selling items are not truthful. I also don't like that eBay customers can email you and ask questions. They should have other people's comments listed already under that item they want to know about.

It was a pretty good experience... I didn’t encounter any problems while placing my order. Also I was very happy with how safe the website was with financial details and I really hope eBay stays that way. It is easy to use and has good prices. My order was delivered on time. It’s a trusted website and I like it. eBay is good for designer items and products that are actually very expensive and you can get them for a much more affordable price in eBay. I do wish that I could get alerts when the prices get changed (increase or decrease, both). Other than that, I did not have any problems with it.

eBay is generally my go-to website to purchase online. I have had a few bad experiences with sellers, but eBay makes the process of getting your money refunded very easy if you don't receive what is described. I actually prefer using eBay to make my purchases because of this feature. It gives you peace of mind when making online purchases. One specific thing I like about eBay is the option to bid or purchase the item right away. When I am needing something right away, I simply filter out the auctions. If I have time to wait, I can hopefully hit the jackpot by bidding and winning my item for much less than retail value. However, I couldn't figure out how to use my eBay bucks for the longest time and that was frustrating. But when I finally did figure it out, I had racked up over fifteen dollars and got my item almost free!

It was a rather wonderful experience shopping on eBay for things. I shopped around for some video games for my Xbox one and really enjoyed it. I found quite a few different choices and ultimately chose to buy whatever I could afford. The ability to use Pay after Delivery on ebay.com using PayPal really helps when you don't have the right amount of funds to properly purchase the items you are interested in. I like everything about ebay.com and shopping online in general.

It was a good experience and the product was in good condition. Many items I have purchased have all been very good quality and what I paid for. I have been using them for many years now. I like that they have a wide range of products. You can find any single item that you want on eBay. They have many different things, ranging from toys, to electronics and so on. I enjoy them. And if I get a product that wasn't what I thought, I blame the seller, it is not eBay's doing.

I find it easy and helpful to use eBay to purchase certain things. Many things that you can't find on the internet you can actually find on eBay like discontinued items or parts for things I have that need fixing. If I am searching for something I like that I have a lot of choices and I don't have to bid. I like that I can use a buy it now feature. I also like that if I want something I can purchase it right away and not go through the bidding war with someone else. EBay's ok and I don't mind using it. I usually pay with PayPal so I feel like my purchases are secure. I would rather not use a credit card when dealing with random people.

There was a lot of what I was looking for and a different color variety. I like how you can buy used or new. I also like how you can message the seller and how you can use PayPal. Paypal has always been amazing and it is very easy to work with. If the person with the item tries to say trick you out on the product you buy, PayPal will give your money back. However, some things are expensive. They could also sell fakes and say it is real and you spend all that money for something you think is real but it's really fake.

My order was placed and sent on time and the customer service was really great with no problems or issues at all. I like almost all the items they sell and I buy from eBay a few times a month for me and family along with friends and people. Anytime I have a issue, I like that customer service handles it right away.

My experience with eBay was good. I found a mini truck for my father that was a father's day gift. The experience was mostly easy for my first time use. Luckily I didn't have to travel far to pick up the truck. EBay is set up very nicely, it is easy to get around and search for what you are looking for. There are thousands of items to choose from. The few times I have been on eBay I've always had success finding what I was looking for. However, I didn't like that I am not always a hundred percent sure that the item I have found is indeed the item that I am needing. Which is mostly my fault because I should do more research before ordering.

My overall experience with eBay has been good. Typically we can find the product we are looking for, for the price we are willing to pay. We have been on the buying end and also the selling end. It is harder as a seller because it seems everyone wants to negotiate your price down by 75% of what you were asking if you put the option "or offer" on your listing, which means the person is actually willing to negotiate to the price a bit. Or offer means give me a reasonable offer, not "This item is pretty much free and I will take whatever you will give me."

eBay has a wide variety of products. There is usually something unique to purchase, there is a variety of handmade items, and it is easy to purchase with PayPal. Shipping is usually quick, and I like the quick customer response if there is a problem. However, sometimes items are not exactly what they seem but it is too much trouble to return. Sometimes I get too much email regarding items I have on my watch list.

My experience using eBay was pretty good. I really liked the interface and the program they are running over there. I like the prices, search tools and the community they are building over there. I also enjoy just shopping there and compare prices. EBay is pretty cool. Are they giving some money away to the community? Like charity. Hopefully, they are doing some good in the planet with all that money.

It was easy to use. I found a large number of items that I liked and at varying prices. Also, I can easily find items that come from other countries at prices that I can afford. However, communication with the seller is difficult. It's even worse when the seller is from another country. Emailing back and forth is annoying. Even worse, when you can tell the seller is scamming you and you can't do anything about it.

One of the best things about eBay is the wide variety of items you can look for as well as a wide range of prices. It has everything you could want when searching for a product. I like the easy search tool. Was able to easily locate what I wanted to buy as well as the easy way to check if it's a good seller or not. However, don't like the color of the webpage and wish it was quicker with the bid times. Not a fan of the bidding as you never know who may be bidding against you.

I like that eBay.com allows you to sort different sizes, materials, and styles. But some of the vendors are not, in fact, as they appear, and there are many fake items distributed on the website. You are also bidding for an item so you have to make sure you follow it if there is something you really want to purchase and keep yourself in check as the price is driven up. I have also heard a lot of negative stories about people not receiving the correct item off eBay.com, but it seems that if you do your research it shouldn't be an issue. It also shows whether or not a vendor seems trustworthy.

I am a new user of the website eBay and I find eBay to be very reliable and convenient. It's a good way to find things cheap when you can't find that product anywhere else. Plus online shopping is an easy and convenient experience altogether. It was a good experience. I started using eBay recently and have found all sorts of good deals that sometimes you cant find anywhere else. I am constantly on the website checking for new deals. I ordered an item from the website and received the package in the mail sooner than the delivery date given to me.

I was so satisfied with the purchase and I always find everything I'm looking for. They have excellent promotions and a great variety of items and prices. Their services are excellent, fast and very valuables. But sometimes the specifications of the items are not so clear, and they become confusing. The needed specification that each customer must know about some products are not complete. However, they have a great support service, they always answer me anything and any question I have.

eBay has the widest variety of items I have ever seen. There is nothing you cannot find there. I like the different ways you can order something...like bidding or buying it now, etc. If you're not in a hurry to receive your order, then go with the bidding. If you need it sooner, you can order using Buy it Now. However, I dislike the wait times of the auctions sometimes. I also hate waiting for my package to arrive. Nevertheless, eBay is the store I run to when I need something. I cannot wait to order something again. I would recommend shopping on eBay to anyone.

I like the variety, being able to find so many different things at so many different prices. Unlike an actual store where your choices might be limited. I always found what I was looking for, and often they had the best price. I also like that I can find used things on eBay, which saves money. Or even if they are new, I can often find a seller who is not so expensive.

Found what I wanted at a fair price. Item arrived promptly and as described. Shipping was fair. It's also easy to pay through PayPal without the seller needing your credit card number. There is a large variety of items available at a variety price. I also like you can search your history. It would be nice to remove duplicates from the same seller. I don't like when the seller inflates shipping cost.

There were some things I enjoyed buying but I heavily dislike the bidding. There are times where I just want to buy the item outright, but when the seller doesn't have that option, I'm once again stuck not able to get the specific item I want. I really like the convenience the website has with getting a variety of items, though. And I like a lot of vintage items that contribute to my aesthetic in some way, so being able to obtain some of those items are always a plus for me. But I dislike the expenses of said vintage products.

It was a very easy process. I have purchased automotive parts, jewelry, clothes, shoes, etc. State what I was looking for, free shipping request and everything was called up to review. I like that I can find hard to locate items around the world, can put in watch list and can use PayPal and the accumulation of points that you can use for future purchases. At the present time I have not come across anything I do not like. I can use my debit card, PayPal account and most sellers accept these types of payments. If product is damaged it is easy to make a request for credit.

Love shopping with eBay. The best selection especially for hard to find items. I am able to review other sellers. Similarly, sellers can see that I am a reputable buyer. I like clothing items mainly. I like being able to find high end designer items (shoes, sunglasses, clothing items, etc.) available for prices way below the normal asking price. I would recommend them, their website, their app, etc. They send a lot of emails though which can be annoying.

There are many sellers with the same items so there is a variety of prices and many times the shipping is free even though sometimes the items are coming all the way from China so it takes a long time to receive things. Also, sometimes there are bad sellers although I have never had an issue. Very smooth experience. Plus, I can always find what I am looking for for a very cheap price.

For the most part eBay was really good, only had one problem with one seller and customer service took a very long time to reply back to me. But overall product selection and purchasing process was great. What I like about eBay.com is that you can find any and everything that you are looking for. Whether it be new or used I'm pretty sure you'll find it. What I dislike like about eBay.com is that you cannot trust everyone on there. They have your money and I sit and hope that I get my item and they are not a scam.

eBay has massive variety of products to filter through. But once I figured out how to fiddle things down and just watch the items that I specifically wanted, it was overall quite nice. I like the variety and seller/buyer reviews to help find the right item. It is hard to get directly to a specific item you want to bid on, due to massive amount of items available and sometimes the responsiveness of selecting the bid and amount are sluggish.

I like the option to buy it now and lots have free shipping. Not to mention you can find everything you want on eBay. I have not once not found what I was looking for. Very easy to purchase and am usually very satisfied. I just watch who I am purchasing from and make sure they are reputable companies and from the United States. You have to check the credentials of who you might be buying from as some will have a big amount for shipping and you're actually not getting a good deal.

Purchasing a product on eBay is fairly simple if you know how to check for shipping charges, pricing, and customer reviews of the seller. I like how simple it is to search for products. You can even search for items which have been sold in the past so you can see how much you really should be paying for a particular item. As far as customer service there is really none that I can see. You have to search for help on their site and then try and find the same question someone might have asked before without any good results. I had an issue one time but had to go through the seller without good results.

There was a wide variety of product to select from, the purchasing process and customer service was excellent. I like the fast and easy bidding and ordering process that takes place on eBay, very easy shopping also. They had loads of items for sale on the site. I would order items from eBay again.

I like that I can find things that I can't find elsewhere, usually a large choice of items, at a good price. Most of the sellers are honest and represent their products accurately. However, I have noticed the prices for items have been higher and not as competitive as in the past and sometimes can't find the items I'm looking to buy. But the purchasing process always went efficiently & smoothly. Never need the help of customer service because there were no problems. All things considered it was a good choice & experience.

I was very happy with the vast amount of items in every list that I was searching thru, and found just what I was looking for in a short period of time. The seller was very prompt in shipping the item to me and it arrived in great shape with no shipping damages! I like the comfort of looking thru listings whenever I like, and to find all the variety of items, from all over the world, with most sellers being very honest, and eBay usually protects the buyer fully with PayPal payments. However, as a seller you have to use PayPal for all transactions from potential buyers. I do not want to pay more of my final payment than I have to, and having to use PayPal is an extra fee, on top of eBay's fees. Too much goes out of my pocket in this manner!

I like the efficiency of the service, and the quality, or rarity of the goods to purchase; this still, however, depends entirely on the honesty and upkeep of the seller. My experience with eBay was fairly simple, minus a few difficulties with particular sellers, in which I had been scammed with bootlegged or counterfeit items disguised as official goods. How easily they can get away with "cheating the system", rigging pricing or paying less tax than required as well.

Been using them for year, always a satisfied customer. I like how I can always find what I am looking for at good prices and can find rare items. They always have a great selection of items. Also, they are available to help resolve any issues that might come up. You can always count on them to make sure you are treated fairly. Love it! Excellent experience.

EBay truly is the world's greatest market. I like it a lot, easy to search and find the best price. I like being able to buy things from faraway to get a significantly cheaper price. One click checkout. I also like how I can easy do this and how my PayPal information is saved so all I have to do is check to make sure my billing and shipping addresses are accurate. But sometimes sellers aren't explicit about the goods they're selling.

It was very easy to use eBay. Because it is simple to navigate through the website and is online, I am able to find the products that I want almost always. And since products most often start with an action, the customers are essentially bidding on the price that they desire to pay for the item or items, which is very convenient. However, there is a chance that another person will outbid your item and therefore it will be sold to them. Plus, since many items on eBay.com are sold by others, there is no guarantee that the product is of the quality that the seller claims it to be.

There are wide selection of items, generally have good prices or can select from many different vendors. One can choose to bid on items at a selected price or can select Buy It Now if one is in a rush to get the item. This site is a good way to find some needed items at decent prices. Sometimes one can find some hard to find items. Can look for multitude of stuff without needing to go to a specialty store. However, there can sometimes be too much junk from the same seller either in the same name or various aliases that cannot be filtered out. This interferes with the ability to find the exact item or the item at the right price. There should either be a way to delete all items from specific sellers or a way to sort out the junk postings.

The selection was big which made it difficult to make a decision. I love that you can find rare items and things cheaper than the retail price. It allows you to sell handmade items too. However, it entails you trusting your money to strangers and you can easily lose money and get ripped off. I ended up not receiving the items I paid for. I filed a claim but it wasn't resolved. The process is too difficult and easy for them to give up and not help you. I lost my money and will probably not buy from this store again.

It has been good, easy to use and convenient. Usually the prices are comparable to other discount websites and I often find what I'm looking for easily. Also, I like the ease of the search engine - easy to narrow down but also nice for searching a broad range of items. I like that you can find deals and find 'hard to find' items that may not be at other traditional stores. I also like that anybody can sell their used "junk" and quite possibly make some good money off of it rather than throw it out or donate it. However, I don't like that the security is not 100% guaranteed. For instance, you can purchase an item and pay and then never receive the product and lose your money.

More often than not I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience. There is a large selection of products and they have done an excellent job ensuring that their website is easy to use. And the customer service matters have always been quickly resolved.

Overall, I have had a good experience using eBay. I have only had one experience where the product was not as expected. However, after contacting customer service, the issue was resolved in a timely matter and my money was refunded. I like that I can find things that are hard to find anywhere else. I like that I can use gift cards to shop at eBay, and they have a guarantee. I also like that if I can't find something right away, if I come back later, I may be able to find it. But, I don't always like the bidding process. Sometimes I want to buy things outright. While this option is available for many items, it's not for all of them.

My experience was all right. It has been convenient. Searching for the products I was interested in was simple, as was paying for them, and thus far, I've always received my products promptly. eBay sometimes allows me to find discontinued products that would otherwise be unavailable. Also, the fact that there are often multiple sellers offering the same item makes it possible find competitive prices. Individual sellers sometimes have policies or practices that I don't care for but I don't consider that the fault of eBay.com.

Ebay is convenient and a great place to shop from home. All items are good brands, they have fast shipping and they're a reputable company. They're filled with desirable items and all item for all types of people. There's a lot of variety and for all ages. They give you great refund if you are not happy. The best part is when you can go to any drop places to drop your items or pick them up.

Very good experience with eBay. Got good deals and very large selection of most items. Auctions are great! I like the variety of products eBay offers. I also like how they have eBay bucks now which are awesome. EBay has most items I look for at better prices sometimes. Purchasing process is easy to complete. Site is very accessible with my screen reader and so is the app. Actually like the app the best. It is easy to use and search for products. However, some items you can't find and afraid to order sometimes and not get what you think. I do not like all the options when doing a search. I think they complicate things and wish there was a better return policy that guarantees you get what you are supposed to and it works or money back.

eBay has a great selection of products with thousands of sellers available. It's easy to look through though a bit time-consuming because of the number of products. I also like the huge numbers of sellers which make available a lot of products. Buying is easy and eBay offers protection when sellers are less than honest. I like the customer service aspect which covers any problems you have with sellers. Sometimes the sellers are less than honest but eBay has always resolved the situation fairly. They take the time to listen to all concerns and issues.

I like buying there and just browsing too. I like the variety of items people sell and that you can buy from sellers all over the world. There's always something cool to find, some things I never knew existed. I can usually find anything I'm looking for there but sometimes when I search for an item there are a lot of bootlegs being sold, and some people overcharge for items not worth that much. But if you're careful it's fine. I haven't had a bad experience yet, and I've been shopping almost 10 years there now.

It's easy to purchase and you can get a wide variety of things you can't get elsewhere. It's easy to tell if someone is a reliable seller based on their feedback so that's helpful too. I like that you can shop from so many places with unique products. Plus you can buy new or used depending on what your preference is. But mainly from a selling perspective, there are things I don't like. It's expensive and the fees charged (especially charging a percent on postage) to me are really outrageous.

I looked and found what I was looking for. And also while looking at various things, I found items I did not know I was looking for. Also, I like the fact that you can use PayPal for your purchases. They have almost everything you want for sale - Each seller has reviews of their selling experience so it is generally easy to tell if your transaction will be smooth. Some people try to scam you so you really have to check their reviews. You may have to go back several years to make sure that they are a reputable seller.

I have always had good experiences when shopping with eBay. On the one occasion that the item I purchased was unacceptable, I was able to return the product and get a prompt refund. There is usually a great selection for almost anything for which you would like to shop. I like that you can see the total cost, including shipping or free shipping options on the front search screen. But there can be uncertainty when shopping on eBay, especially when buying used items. I'm leery that the seller may consider their items a higher quality than I would consider them.

All of my eBay experiences have been fairly nice. The selections is large by design. If it's an item that can be sold, it's being sold on eBay somewhere. Interface is nice and buyer/seller community is pretty trustworthy overall. I like that everything is handled between buyer and seller. The effectiveness of the site is all in the hands of the users. And I like that users have both buyer and seller ratings, so it's easier to make informed purchasing decisions. It would be nice if eBay staff were a little more involved. For first time buyers/sellers, it might feel a little like being thrown out to sea. Most things are handled buyer to seller, so if there is an issue, it probably has to be at its worst before eBay itself steps in to fix it.

I enjoy shopping at eBay.com because they have a wide variety of items and anytime I look for a item, they usually have what I'm looking for at a reasonable price. I have always been satisfied with the item I purchased. And the shipping is reasonable and always deliver in a short period of time. I will continue shopping there for all my shopping needs for me and anyone else that is looking for a specific item.

For my most recent purchase from eBay, I purchased model parts directly from a Chinese company. It took 6 weeks to obtain and the product was delivered as expected in quality and shipping time. They have much available that cannot be found elsewhere. I usually check Amazon first, then compare product pricing, quality, and descriptions with what is available on e-bay. Prices and quality vary widely, often exceeding the value of the object, or of poorer quality. I have seen things that cost more than what is available in local retail stores.

I like how I can find items at a lower price than at other places. I also like how you can find items you may not be able to find elsewhere. I can find items for hobbies I really like. The only thing I dislike is how easily accounts can be compromised. One time I purchased an item from a user whose account had been compromised. I wasn't notified of that fact until after I paid and I had to report it to both my bank and PayPal to get my money back. This resulted in some mistrust and wariness in who I was bidding/buying from.

My shopping experience was fairly decent. Very easy to navigate the website as well as make a payment via PayPal. I understand someone has to pay for shipping but it would be awesome if eBay could provide a bit more free shipping like Amazon or jet if at all possible. A majority of my friends use Amazon just because of this feature. But eBay has a great selection of new and used items. Very easy to use for both selling and buying. The ability to find things via category is also a favorable option. I have had 2 notable bad experiences, but eBay and PayPal covered everything and made the purchases satisfactory.

Great selection and price. Found exactly what I was looking for. I have been shopping on eBay for 15 years and really enjoy it very much. I have the ability to shop at my time and get a great deal. I like the excitement of winning a bid and fast shipping is great. I love shopping on eBay.

We like the money back guarantee eBay has when you buy products and that we can use Paypal to pay for the items. We find and compare prices on a lot of items on a daily basis. However, eBay has gotten way more ridiculous with pricing, might as well buy my item new from the company in some cases. Another downside is waiting for the product to arrive. While getting product from China makes things cheaper, the wait could be a month or longer. But my family loves using eBay for our online purchases. We always check there first. eBay has a lot of stuff we look for that we can't find on other sites. The guarantee it has on our products is a bonus.

I really enjoyed shopping at eBay.com. It was a very good experience as I was able to purchase stuff which I needed at a lower price. I would recommend this site to other people. It's a user friendly website taking smoothly from page to page, products to product and different categories of products on sale. However, I dislike the setting up of web page, design and color. Also website was little confusing when you try to check out stuff from your shopping cart and some of the stuff for sale is very old.

eBay is a great store to find just about everything you are looking for. I have never been disappointed with any of my purchases. I have looked up just about any product you want and can find it. People are generally honest with what they are selling so pretty much have had good experiences. Customer service is good, they will help you address any issues you may have. l like the buy it now feature, which is what always use, no hassle this way with the auction and then being disappointed that you didn't win. I can still find all the things I want. Once in a while a purchase doesn't do well and you may have some hassle because you don't receive the product you purchase but eventually it all gets worked out. But those are far and few between. Otherwise I like eBay and buy stuff on there all the time.

eBay is a great place to find new & used items at a great price. If you check it say 2 or 3 times a day, you could find great used stuff priced to sell. I love finding great items at a great price. I also love having an auction and watching the bidding go higher & higher. It is a great way to spend a rainy day. However, I don't like the fact when you call they transfer you to who knows where and the person on the other end cannot understand you and you cannot understand them. Plus sometimes you get stuff that is no good, but eBay will give you your money back.

I had a good experience with eBay. The merchandise was easy to search for and the filters are helpful especially because you can choose sellers in your area in order to better negotiate shipping times. It also shipped quickly from the seller. I usually choose to purchase things for sale immediately but if I am searching for something more unique, or in demand, it's fun to auction and try to beat out other buyers. The auction component is unique to eBay and adds a competitive spirit to the shopping experience. However, I just think the website layout could use a good spicing up. It has looked pretty much the same for the last twenty years but I understand that the live auctions require a page that loads quickly or else buyers would be dissatisfied.

I found good deals, got a fair price, had good experiences every time. I've never had to return anything or had a bad experience with buying or selling. I like that there were a lot of free shipping offers and good people who try to be honest about their items. Everyone ships quickly. I don't like though when things are overpriced or shipping charges are outrageous! I won't buy clothing on there because the prices are ridiculously overpriced.

My best experiences far outlay my worst by about 95%. Also, when there is an issue and you involve eBay - be prepared to gather all available info and whatever proof necessary. The process seems to be fair. But I actually haven't sold anything in years and it's been brought to my attention that have been quite a few changes since my last swing at selling. I need to see if there is anything I dislike.

I love the variety of products and I like that I can see the rating of the seller, it gives me more confidence in buying. It is fairly easy to narrow down product selection and buying is easy through PayPal. I like the format, the search factor, and the recommendations made. I also like that I can watch auctions and I can get a text near the end of an auction. But sometimes the search turns an overwhelming amount of items and I get frustrated and give up without buying anything.

The seller, (today199910), stated he was unable to send a return label. EBay emailed me and informed me the seller was unable to send a return label. EBay advised me to work out the return shipping with the seller, "the seller is responsible for return shipping". The seller, via eBay email, requested I return the item USPS with a tracking number. I returned via USPS with a tracking number; the item was received. I was refunded the initial cost of the item. The seller asked me to wait 5 days for the return shipping cost to be refunded. After 10 days, no refund and no reply.

It is fairly easy to use - I like how I can type in a search for a specific brand of product, and I can pull up multiple items to choose from. I have purchased Green Frankoma pottery from eBay among other things and my experience has been good. It was very easy to purchase and the product came fairly quickly in the mail. I like that I can find about anything that I want and that I can be picky about who I buy from and I can shop around. Also, I can see how much shipping will cost me before I buy. However, sometimes things cost more than they do in the store, the buyer charges more for shipping than what the shipping actually costs and when the product gets to you it smells like cigarette smoke.

The amount can be a lot when you are selling a lot of items at once. The fee is 10% of the total amount that you sell it for, and is paid at the end of every month.

The review system of the vendors and the website has excellent descriptions of the products and photos. They should add directions on how each part of the site can be used, like new materials.

But sometimes if there is a delay the auctions seem unfair. There are systems in place to protect buyer and seller but not enough that certain problems still arise. Sometimes the format is also a little hard to follow. Customer service seems a bit lacking and there is a slight risk to the buyer. The seller seems unprotected by damage done by the postal service.

Unfortunately they are the big dog on the block and you have to put up with it. They need some good competition and sellers would all leave eBay.

EBay makes it easy to find and purchase products. Delivery time is acceptable for most items. However, they employ many overseas vendors and their delivery time is often very long. I also don't like the high fees for selling items and the fact you can only use PayPal, which they own and double charge.

I like that eBay has great deals on everything. I can find anything old and new. Vintage computers, video games, movies, music and more. Anytime I have problems, I contact the seller. I have only had to return one item in the past 4 years and have purchased about 20-30 items from eBay in that time period. But, I do not like some of the rules they have regarding selling modified game consoles. They do not allow for that. Also do not like the 10% seller fee on top of the PayPal fee they charge.

I found exactly what I was looking for and I can even search for where items are made. I have had no issues with using Paypal and feel secure in my transactions, as well. I also like that I was able to purchase a quality product from Eastern Europe. I get to talk directly with the manufacturer of the product and ask about their shipping policies. However, I only shop for specific things that I can't get locally. Or for a deal, like a laptop. Also, it would be nice if it was easier to narrow down a product, like ukuleles that are made specifically in Hawaii and not a knockoff or made in China.

Used eBay years ago and it's difficult to navigate. Haven't been on eBay in years, so my opinion may not be valid. Might have changed. I don't trust the individual sellers, Friends have been cheated by individual sellers so I don't use them. I prefer the small stores on eBay because of less chance of getting cheated. The selection is huge. Many stores and many hard to find items. Shipping is reasonable and fast. I was able to find something I thought wasn't made anymore. I dislike auctions and I prefer set prices.

It's always fun to shop different categories and parts of life that are available and inspire you to purchase things for your daily life, and it was a great experience where everything was hands on and at my disposal. I like the fact that there can be options, as well as having the ability to simply click, buy now. It would be very nice for eBay to make an upfront offer on an item that is scheduled to be auctioned.

My experience with eBay.com has been a positive one. Its policies are clear, so even if there are sellers whom I might not like, it is easy to avoid them and find someone else to purchase from. EBay is best for persons like me who is interested in variety. It has got a variety of products from different sellers in nominal prices. Goods from all countries are displayed. Simple and easy to buy. Peculiar items are also available. Also, the eBay Bucks program is good. I also like the 30 day minimum eBay purchase guarantee program and eBay support in solving issues with sellers. However, it does not have any pick up option of the returned items. The buyer has to handle the return himself. A pickup or drop off location will be very nice.

Great, just as expected. I won a bid, paid for it, and it shipped to me a few days later. I like that it has new and used items for sale. I like the variety of products and the pricing. Bidding is kind.of fun, until the price gets too high. I like when it has free shipping. However, sometimes I bid on things when they are low, assuming I won't win, and then I win unexpectedly and wonder if I got ripped off.

eBay is a nice page. It has many options to buy and compare, also the auction option is great. Besides that I can sell my stuff easily and free. I have posted a few things and got some offers, but I haven't sell them yet. However, I had some disconnections and my cart was removed a few times for some reason and had to select the item again. I think the problem was that the item was not available, but I didn't get any message saying that, I was just assuming. Also, when I checked for other items, I saw a cheaper items, but they were used and the search didn't say clearly they were for used items. It could be better having filters of people selling defective products, also they could offer coupons by doing some rewards program. I had a problem with a defective item that I received, it was the seller fault, but eBay could help us get to an agreement easier and faster.

I've had good luck buying stuff on eBay. I buy something every other month. I have had one time that I had to have eBay make right, and they did. I got my money back. They are really good people to deal with as far as that goes. I like how you can make sure you are dealing with a local seller. Their sellers that I've dealt with have been on time with the shipping. But time needs to be spent on who the listers are, the listing history; and if they have had multiple user profiles on eBay. Lot of scammers on eBay. You can't just go on eBay to go shopping.

I have had great luck with eBay.com and I love shopping there for great variety, prices and convenience. I have been shopping here for years and purchased everything from RC cars to guitars and clothing and much more and I have no complaints. I have a bad back and can't walk very far and shopping at the large stores is very challenging, but I can take my time and shop from the comfort of my home and make wiser choices. I can compare prices and have more selection. Then I can have it delivered to my door. However, I worry about my personal information and identity being stolen and I have to wait for my item to be delivered. I also worry that I might get scammed on an item but I have purchased many items and that has never happened to me.

Love eBay, have sold over 500 items on their personally. Selection is good and they take care of their sellers online. Have not had any bad experiences in almost 10 years of use, which I would say is unusual for the frequency that I buy and sell items on there. Support if issues do come up. For example, if someone doesn't pay you for an item eBay will support you. A customer refused to pay after purchasing an item and eBay credited back my account and suspended this person from eBay so they could not continue to do this to others. However, shipping can be a hassle with the weights/amounts varying between you and post office. I have had items returned saying the postage was different by a few cents. I have a weigh machine in my house, so I know exactly what to pay for postage so this issue does not happen.

My overall experience with eBay has always been very pleasurable. I absolutely love the selection of items made available on eBay.com. The variety of items for sale that you may be looking for and can't find anywhere else, eBay would usually have it in terms of what you are looking for with good prices when shopping for items such as household, collectibles or outdoor products. But hoping to win bids to get the item that you want is what I dislike unless you can actually be at the computer when the item is ending to maintain your bid on the item for sale.

Ebay tends to have a lot of things that I need at great prices. The only downside is that I have to wait awhile to get what I order but that is something that I am willing to deal with in order to get things at such great prices. Customer service is horrible, especially for sellers on the site, and products from other countries on eBay take too long to ship. Sometimes up to 1 or 2 months to arrive. It lets you be very specific when shopping for brands, colors, sizes, types, etc. but I dislike the auction part of it, I only use the "buy now" section of products on eBay. Bidding on auctions is too time consuming and competitive in my opinion. For this reason I shop more on Amazon.

I would prefer eBay over any other online shopping or products. I also like the Payment options because one day I might forget or lose my credit card but then I can pay with PayPal. So yeah I would most definitely shop on eBay again.

I love eBay. The stuff on eBay is affordable and a lot of variety than the store. I bought almost 50 items so far at eBay and I'm happy with what I bought. I love their prices and it is good for me. I can afford it and I dont need to drive to the store. I can shop at home wearing PJ and relax and not stress at the crowded, noisy and loud mall. The bad part is you lose your package if mailman throw it in the stairs or floor then people walk by and steal it. I waste money and time online when I lose a package.
